Mark Koernke discussed the Uvalde school shooting lawsuit filed against multiple defendants including the school district, police, and gun manufacturer Daniel Defense, arguing that suing manufacturers sets a dangerous precedent. He covered Michigan militia expansion with three new battalion-strength units being established under commanders Ralph Batter, Vic Durham, and Jack Benson. Koernke extensively analyzed Fabian socialism as the true threat to America, contrasting it with Bolshevism and explaining how Fabian socialists operate through deception. He discussed Second Amendment victories including a Texas court striking down age restrictions on firearm carry and a DC magazine capacity lawsuit filed post-Bruin. The show included detailed discussions on preparedness, food security, greenhouse heating systems, currency and heraldry changes post-1913, and historical weapons analysis regarding the American Revolution and Civil War.
Take in the Boston Celtics the Boston Bruins the Boston Red Sox the New England Patriots Still have money left over to buy the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Yankees That's how much 27 billion dollars is those teams just print money 27 billion dollars buys all of that. So that's a ton a metric ton of money now. There's 11 Groups that are being sued in this lawsuit and I had to write them down because there's no way I could have remembered all of them So Bonner is filing the lawsuit against the Yuvaldi consolidated independent school district police department the independent school district police department police chief Pete Arredondo who coincidentally was fired from the city council fired his ass last night and unanimous vote All of the Sheriff's Departments that responded, the Texas Rangers, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the United States Border Patrol, the School Board of Yuvaldi, the Yuvaldi City Council, the City of Yuvaldi proper, Oasis Outback. Oasis Outback is the store in which the shooter purchased the firearm, and Daniel Defense. Daniel Defense has been named, will be named in the lawsuit. 376 responding police officers responded to the incident on May 24th, as we know 19 students and two teachers were gunned down. And this attorney is suing everybody involved. Now while I agree with many of the people he named in his lawsuit, because of what we've seen on video, we've seen people be ordered to wait. when kids were getting hurt, which is not okay in any way. But again, I am going to say that criminals will be criminals. People who are hell-bent on hurting others will do it no matter what they can get their hands on. And suing the maker of an item that is inanimate and cannot do anything without the input of its user Here Daniel defense that is asinine that is going down a road in this country that we will never return from suing a place that sells items Here happens to be a gun, but it could be peanut butter Selling peanut butter lawfully to a person who passes background checks for peanut butter And then getting sued because that person then goes on and wipes peanut butter all over people with a peanut allergy is insane. However, what they're trying to do is sue gun manufacturers out of business because there aren't any gun manufacturers that can absorb a $27 billion lawsuit and then continue in business as they were. What they're trying to do is to sue Daniel Defense out of business. Now, What do you think? I know this is an area that a lot of people have a lot of opinion in and I would like to hear what this 530,000 of us now in this great family. What do you think about this? Should we just start suing cars main car manufacturers? Should we just start suing peanut butter makers? Car dealerships and grocery stores. I don't think so. I think that's absolutely anti-american. This definitely bears watching because we've had one incident in Connecticut with Bushmaster that led to all of these lawsuits that are being filed in New York. Polymer 80 was responsible for four million dollars because they sold lawful items into a state that still has the same laws as the United States but they're going to be held responsible. Other manufacturers are being sued by New York, Glock, etc. And now Daniel Defense by a conglomerate of families in Texas. Also I want to tell you that I do not have a WhatsApp. And why do I say that? Because there are bots in every single video's comment section that are trying to scam you out of your hard earned money. Don't fall for it. If I'm giving something away, you know about it. I say it on video and I would never send you a message saying, get a hold of me and then ask you for money to ship something that I was giving away. That is not how I operate. So there are people, bots, scammers in every video's description, I mean comment section trying to scam you for your money. So don't fall for it. Please don't fall for it. I am... Doing everything I can on my end YouTube apparently doesn't care Because I have deleted hundreds and hundreds of them. I have flagged them for spam. I blocked them from the channel I've deleted comments, but as soon as I push upload on this and make it go live I guarantee you they'll be there too Guys and gals I love each and every single one of you until we see each other again Be safe stay vigilant carry a gun to keep you your friends your family your community safe That is exactly what it's for. And more armed sentinels standing in the gap is what's going to save this country. I'll see you in the next one. Take care. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun Permits to start a business or to build a place for one On land that you believe you own you pay a yearly rent Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame number You've traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God. To keep the torch of freedom burning bright As I awoke he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came His words were true, we are not free But we have ourselves to blame For even now as tyrants trampled each god-given rite We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep And wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep What would be your answer? If he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free. www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org. And we are on satellite. And I want to say thank you, appreciate all the workers out there, people who are on the seas and inland who are sharing as we speak, reflecting. uplink, downlink, and a whole bunch of other club systems that they have, membership systems. They're really kind of cool. And they bounce all over the satellite system, which is really neat. They're not in the same place from day to day, but they know what they're doing. So congratulations, we appreciate your help. We have played with satellite before. Understand what you're doing. Especially the uplink technology, which is everywhere out there. So congratulations. We're also on a myriad of other communications technologies. both inside and outside these United States. It is, it's the 25th of December, no it's not, it's the 25th of August. It's supposed to be, yeah, 25th of August, it is Thursday. The other key day when the Israeli Mossad The ATF and FBI and other elements of the US government along with the Israelis murder Americans on American soil and try to blame somebody else for it. They're the use of government sponsored terrorism. It's what they do. We've watched them do it and we've tracked them and sometimes we've stopped them. Other times, well even though they did it, it didn't work for them the way they planned. of Zion, Sergeant Carter. It is 2022, old earth calendar, 2022 battle for the Republic, the dance of swords and open and in your face, Fabian the socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K with a K where the C normally would be. In fact, the series is still up. Go watch it. And oh, it's too many things. Well, so many things matter of fact, what I've like I've told you every day, get something done. I got three different tactical colors on material and equipment today. It's pretty good. Some items get a particular camouflage pattern, some items get another pattern. And then I just got some base green colors which are standard, you know, field, utility, everything. So all of that, got a chance to use a little bit of everything except for the newest paint I got. I'm gonna have to try that one. I've already got a color test. Now I'm gonna see if I like it. But ultra flat or flat. Although anything as long as it's green, brown, gray-green, any of the lone colors, take your pick. Just keep shading things into obscurity. That's the whole idea. It's not so noticeable. In many cases, not noticeable at all. It is, again, Well, we're heading to the last of August we keep this up. First of all, in Michigan here, we're probably on the edge of getting rained down. We may not get rained down right here, but it's riling all around us. I can see it off to the area of Lake Erie, running up and down the Ontario coast, as far enough out on the horizon. To the east, we've got stuff going on to the south. And virtually we're surrounded, but not right where we are. We've got clouds, but... This is like last year. Every time, you know, if you put everything away because you saw clouds, you'd never get anything done. So just have the tarps ready. Before I came in, I put the camo tarps up on whatever, you know, covered everything I thought needs to be covered and everything else is designed to stay in the weather. So it'll live. Plus the acid rain will help. You know, ozone, rain, acid, rain, take your pick, whatever you want to call it in this day and age because they've got, I'm sure they have some other terrifying name for rain. But it's rain and it helps a lot because nature and gravity do their part to beat off the dust and the dirt. And then I just have to brush it a little bit and I'm done. I like that. You should too. But anyway, the grass is not crinkly. You can walk out of the grass. It is green as green can be. And in Michigan in August, guys, everything I've told you a million times goes to Savannah Tan, okay, with green, but you know, Savannah Tan like for the grass. We've had years when I was growing up. Don't step out of the grass, you'll kill ants, they have the sidewalk! Now, I mean, it was brown. Just, you know, tan and brown. Not a green spot wherever the grass was supposed to be in any yard in the whole neighborhood. Okay, so this ain't nothing. Whereas I'm concerned. Except cool, because our plants are looking good, everything's happy. We're getting ready for war. Now, on a couple of things, and you know I always ask this question, who owns you? Or at least, who thinks they own you? Those are the people that are your enemy people who think they own you or the people that well you're gonna need to be putting a bullet in That's just how it works. Why? Well, cuz we aren't owned by anyone period Well, we're beholden to God, but that's a spiritual issue and while we're on this planet. We have to of course abide by the basic Common-sense rules that are applied both from the Christian faith, but also the laws of nature and of God's law in general. Every animal, natural defense, every animal has a tooth, every animal has a fang, every animal has a claw, every animal has a natural defense of some kind. Just remember that. So again, why are we preparing to defend ourselves? Get it out. Well, because somebody thinks they own us and it's time to get rid of them. Every last one of them, everyone's a little pecker with socialists and thinks that my time is their time. They need to die. I only hesitate to say that. No, no conversation anymore. Why? Because they already have told you they want to kill you. We've had five, six, seven more years in that because we've been paying attention when other people haven't. And just because they were raw, raw, raw going to kill the racustanians or rain to stanians or you know, Afghanistan. Take your pick whatever the raw raw was. They were doing the same garbage then that they're doing right now. The difference? Well, now they're spreading the wealth and everybody's getting it, which is a good thing. So again, for everybody, pay attention. They're going to be near wealth, not going to. They are in your backyard and they need to be gone. So a lot of work to do. And again, a real quick here, hold on. I got to take, there we go. I think before we came up on the air, I'll forgive me, I came in while visiting from the past, but there's a couple of new guns and gadgets that are out there, needless to say every day we're gonna see one, two, three, five, maybe ten, who knows. The bad guys are in motion with the gun grab, needless to say, and are amending with ammunition attacks and all the other fun stuff. They're not gonna get some of it, maybe, but then again, I wouldn't be holding my breath on that one. I wouldn't put any money anywhere because it's purely a matter of do they feel their oats and can they continue on the path that they're on? Well, I believe personally they're going to try to continue because they haven't really got any choice. Now, as far as the fake collection goes, we already had a conversation on that a little bit last night too. I agree with the idea that, you know what, the ring knockers and the spit swappers got to try and pull something because There's two problems with the fake election coming up. It's going to be like the fake election we just had when everybody realizes that the machine hasn't been fixed. People are not going to be very happy at the idea that, you know, they got, well, it didn't get fooled again because they weren't fooled the last time. But everybody was crazy enough to just idle along thinking somehow the system would fix itself. Because nobody got up and stepped up to that that that plate nobody has gotten in there to you know ensure that there is an actual election That's supposed to only be one day. See that's not gonna happen already So you might as well throw most of the numbers out the door So they're just gonna try and either a plug in the same scam and you're all supposed to go. Oh, you know in 23 months Donald Trump will be in well, wait a minute if if the election goes in the fake election style and well, the people don't get voted out that you know got voted out. Why do you think that Donald Trump is gonna be voted in? How do you think that's gonna happen? But you know what? You'll give them two and a half, three years worth of entrenching horrible, horrible actions and then they will compound upon that with more police state activity. Because you all be looking at that carrot at the end of your nose there that they keep putting up all you know in two years And then in two more years and you know what we had four years of Donald Trump And there wasn't and those pecker would piece of trash republic rats all sided with your enemies across the board I'm not looking. Wow, chief. We just, you know, next week I saw the email Hillary Clinton's this is it. She's going to jail. Now it's gonna be this is it. Only only two years if you just hang in there. I know they're picking indoors. I know they killed your neighbor. I know they took your kids and decided to have them all castrated because all the boys need to be girls and all the girls. Well, they need to be petted by the pervert males that will still have genitalia. Yeah, yeah, if you just suffer through it, you just suffer through it in two years Well, Donald Trump might be in there and say Donald Trump would be in there, but you know, you could hold on here. Oh That's called a pipe dream, dude Go ahead call the gym in there. I was gonna say don't forget to add in the almost Three months well two and a half plus a couple of days Between the fake election in two years and the swearing-in. Yeah. So you got another another 75 days in there at least. That's all. That's if they allowed him. That's if they allowed him. Yeah, correct. I'm just saying, it's in November, it's not repaired. Assuming that that's going to be a repair. If it's going to repair, it's not going to be a repair for another 75 days after the election. That's plenty more time. And look what they've done every time. Whenever they know they've got a deadline, they do as much damage as they can to all of you before they get before they have to step away. And then when they do, they don't really step away. Hmm, what a surprise. Now, because of that, we're not fighting a revolution or a civil war. We must fight a war of prevention. A war to stop the attack on our senses and our liberty. The fight is now, the enemy action is clear, and a war of prevention is the only solution. That's simple. A war of prevention is required, and everybody better be girding themselves and preparing themselves accordingly because of that. Real quick, a couple other things. Fish and militia at large, we've got a couple of significant advancements going on here, MMA. This last weekend had a series of get togethers. One was in the bottom of the state, over towards Moscow, Michigan. Yeah, it's kind of cute really. Always loved using that reference, even though it really was not at that. It's easy to find Moscow. It's really weird. I'll bring this up in a second about maps right now with your phones. Anyway, we had a bottom of the state, a mid state, and then there was in the far western half of the state in the Upper Peninsula another meeting. And so we have three new commands that are being structured because of the amount of people that have influxed into. In fact, it is much more extensive than I thought. Well, I knew it was good numbers, but because of this, a new Battalion has been established, which is actually a heavy infantry unit, and that's going to be under Ralph Batter. And Ralph is an Air Mobile graduate with honors, Class 170 with the NBF War College. It's Ralph Batter, and he will be, of course, the coordinator for fleshing out and taking all of these new people along with a Corps, a Cadre skeleton element of personnel and building an entire new Battalion that will be a full-fledged battalion complete with all support elements and right now the biggest thing they're recruiting they actually are recruiting more medical personnel and Ralph's got his work cut out for him, but he's got a lot of help so Michigan militia at large has now actually grown significantly in the bottom of the state Another decision was made simply because, again, the number of people dictated we can actually expand Michigan militia at large along with other units. Colonial Marines and the Wolverines and the rest are all doing a good job. Vic Durham is now the battalion commander for the new organized 16th, which is Again, a new battalion strength unit. It will be a full strength battalion, 640 some personnel total. And the 16th is recruiting also mechanized personnel. Now, Vic, I know, he's not an old fart, but you should pay attention here. Vic Durham, Air Mobile graduate with honors, he was the top of the class of the class 105. But Ralph was with 170. I should tell you how far back because remember we only do two classes with the air mobile window three with the air mobile two of the airborne every year with the Nathan Bedford Forest War College and His executive officer has already been elected the rest of the officers and senior NCOs are already prepared to step in and we've already got the manpower there We are now simply forming up last but not least and again a for all of our friends up there I got to start with a in the EP Again, Michigan militia at large, Jack Benson, first of all, he is working as the captain slash unit commander of what is a new transportation mech unit that is located in the west side of the Upper Peninsula. Jack Benson, and again, he did not go to the NBA for college, or hasn't been any of the classes there, but he has A long history working with the militia going back about 25, 30 years or more. And started out with Jackson's 63rd Dragoons up there with the Michigan militia at large. And they expanded again. In fact, they split up into a number of different formations as cadre. Right now, because of the activities, especially coming out of Wisconsin, In fact, what they're doing, it's not going to be mission militia at large, but they're helping the three or four new northern Wisconsin militia formations that have expanded just like over, well, not overnight, but it was pretty blasted fast. The old story, recruit who you know and know who you recruit. That's the basic rule. So across the board, everybody has brought a lot of people in. benchmarks to the community. They know who's who in the zoo. And these three elements now are fleshing out a couple of the different, basically, Michigan battle groups with the Michigan militia at large that are set up right now. Now, again, these guys all coordinate. So the Colonial Marine militia and Michigan militia at large, the Wolverines. any of the other independents and there's a whole lot of independent units. They're not associated with any larger organization. That's fine. As we said, we don't care how you come up with a solution, but just keep working towards the solution. We're not going to micromanage the macro, macro, macro. So again, congratulations to Ralph, Vic, and Jack. And they're putting out A considerable amount of resource to get this done. And we've also had a donation from a couple of companies and a couple of individual organizational groups that have decided they've had enough of what they're seeing here in Michigan and also across the country. I think it really is helping step by step when the buffoon, yo Obama, see like Obama just wanted to try and buy votes. Oh, you think that the pen was there for Meatpuff? You know he didn't think any of this up. Yeah, we're gonna just exonerate all of these people who make money hand over fist from having to pay back the loans that they took out so that they can what have an extra set of solid gold bath bath of pictures in their Mansion and Haifa. Well, they've got one here on the Great Lakes up by Traverse City. Oi Is that it? Because I'll tell you what's happening is everybody is on the same page and I've said this many times, everybody has their epiphany. You know, it's like you're hearing this right now, but people instead of doing the panty ways, hey, well, they're letting those guys get away, I paid my debt off. Well, instead they're like, one of those SOBs. Wow, I don't think I need to support them at all. And by the way, my Uncle Bob or Fred or my friend Ralph, who I went to school with, went to high school with, grade school, high school, and college, he's telling me about the militia. And people are walking right up in a heartbeat. Why? Well, they all see the writing on the wall. You know, one good thing is, I want the enemy to brag about their attacks. Guys, a lot of the people, I've told several people, go to the anti-gun events. They're all over the country. Go to the anti-gun events. Don't make an announcement about it. Go there and identify every person that participate. Pay attention to who's up there on the podium. Because those are your local problems. You need to know who they all are. Isn't that how it works? So anyway, they're bragging. Let's take advantage of it. Now, couple other things. Yeah, I know. By the way, here on the Cordilleran Frontiers Eastern Edge, the Cordilleran de la Ran Frontiers Eastern Edge for our friends way out in the Midwest or should say the plain stage, you know what we're talking about. It's kind of a little tongue-in-cheek thing right now. And also again, A reminder, 95.7 FM, 95.5 FM, the sister stations, all across the plains and into the Rockies now, which is really cool. So anyway, other work to do. Well, before we go any farther, we are at the bottom of the hour. What should we do? I think we need a Carl Klang song because it's Thursday. Well, if any day would be a Carl Klang day. So Edward, if you would, throw a dart. As seasonation, man things are sudden peculiar Thieves are breaking down our forests We now deport your squad Who have a blessing from our calm To take the cut of everything they can see Here in the land of the woods This has suddenly become unreal East man, make this representation You might just have to forfeit the fuck The crazy fact is, it's retroactive Which lets him loot your life historically Maybe dead in your grave, but it's Well, Carl's gone, we're gonna be playing it more. All of you need to share it. If you go over to Discord, we have posted Carl's music, a lot of it, and pull it. Other locations, especially right now, there is everything that Carl sang is relevant right now. out there, people will play it and then also share it. They'll replay it. So get Carl's music out and out. Carl Clang. You can go over to YouTube, you can find his music is there. And again, put it over into BitShoot. I believe he actually, there are people over there who posted his music there too. But any other social media, and again, I'll point out Spreelie. Spreelie is the way The first book used to be, there are no limitations. They have been expanding the freely operation to the point where it's pretty much comparable to Facebook right now as far as it used to be. And in other words, you're expanding services, there's other things they're doing. Except without all the BS that you have to put up with the Facebook. So much nicer arrangement across the board. But that's not the only place, every social media site where you can go, and get into it and just share things like this. Music, meme ideas, post ideas, come on. Just keep throwing stuff out. We gotta make sure that we throw more flack up and people catch on. And whatever possible, kind of include the Liberty Tree radio dot 4mg dot com webpage and that'll get people over to the program, which is cool. Okay, hold on, I'm reading this. One of the other things here again that is coming up or headed to the end, we're heading into September. We don't know what the date maturity is for the stuff that was passed. I'm still not getting the confirmation. It's immediate. No, most of the legislation, well, it was legislation. Now they brought it into the United States Code. Still has a maturity window partially because One of the things that has already been mentioned by Jared, for instance, is a failure to provide physical final copies first of the legislation, which by law they must do. It has to be physically out there in the Federal Register at the library level. This is something I've heard him say this several times about what's going on. And I don't think everybody realizes just how askew that is. Under federal law, before any laws passed. It has to be out per public venue and it cannot be just electronic. It has to be in the G government printing office, GPO printed format. It goes to every library in the country. Every library in the country is a library of record. Your county library is a is a location of government record. All your law libraries obviously have the same motives in theory, though they burn and shred just as much as any of the other leftist operations. But most important is that you can go to, or you should be able to, who knows what the, you know, the librarians are happy with burning books, okay, you know that. But, and also you got to figure political correctness like around Ann Arbor, hell, there's no guarantee anything's being done the way it's supposed to. That's a communist cesspool, okay? But, you know, the location is just also lazy is a problem. It's not just intent, but lazy is just as bad. Now, the stuff all comes in. It's supposed to be entered into the books. Also, the books are supposed to be updated. And progressively, United States Code is also updated mechanically. It's called, if it's physical, it's mechanical. Not just electronically. That's not acceptable. copies of whatever you have in the United States Code as the United States Code presently exists are supposed to exist at every library of record in every county. Period. So one of the things that's missing right now because they're conveniently just behind in everything, as Jared was pointing out in a couple of his videos, They've already had this stuff in committee, which means if it's been in committee, then they're already supposed to have submitted a copy of the GPO. The GPO does a spell check and format check. They also, I believe, do have a cross-referencing, have a team with any instrument, and they just come through one document after another to confirm that the information on board matches the United States Code. For instance, if there's such and such a law, they have to make sure that the stenographer entered the data right. When they come forward and it goes into official record, all those dots and squiggles and curlicues, some of which you don't recognize that are part of the abbreviated process for addressing United States Code, well, it all has to be right. And again, I've got this funny feeling that a lot of people have walked away and a lot of people are doing the old Diddley BS at home, which means they're not doing Jack or squat. This is the usual tripe we're seeing with incredibly lazy, you know, neurotic hypochondriacs with paranoid tendencies who have been given a whole lot of useless slack, okay? I have not seen an absolute benchmark, for instance, on the, with regard to the finalized, you know, implementation 306090 days. We've talked about this many times. I assume it's going to come in before October. I believe no matter what, they'll expedite that. So it hits the window with the new money coming in. It's obvious that they're trying to deflect everybody to other stuff because the focus on the secret police is not good. My attitude is, and right now, anybody who's with the federal government should wear a badge or a, I don't want to say a badge is an official badge. I'm talking about something with red and yellow on it so that we know when you're looking at somebody out about the public, that they're a government hack, you know, bureaucracy, whatever part of it we don't care, FBI, FBI administrative secretary, who cares? And not just the FBI, talking about everybody. In other words, top to bottom, left to right, the whole blasted group. And if they're- How about a yellow star, Mark? How about a yellow star with a circle around it? Ah, is that what- No, with a red circle. You can trust the man, the man who wears a star. 6-pointed Yomikostar! Wait a minute, Yomikowering. Wait a minute. Yeah, it would be kind of fun. But, ah, it's red and yellow! We'll put a hammer and sickle on it. We just need to, you know, call them what they are and we need to stick to it. Not KGB or, forgive me, they're not, they're not Gestapo, they're not SS. These are Soviet socialists or they're even more wicked still. They're Fabian socialists. Now let me help you with something again because you know I mentioned that every intro and I mentioned again another 20 minutes Okay, Fabian socialism being socialism is so wicked that even the hardcore torturous wicked evil supposedly bad, but Bolsheviks of Russia were terrified of the Fabians the Fabians in a room full of Bolsheviks would bring silence If somebody mentioned the Fabians, everybody would go, it would kind of be like an EF Hutton moment, where everybody freezes and kind of looks at what would he mention them for. Why? Well, because while the Bolsheviks do kind of believe in that anything goes, you know, the state-shaded affair attitude about everything, the Fabian socialists do it in spades. And they do it while they're smiling. And they're, they act, they wanna get close. They siddle up and they get close. And then they stick the knife between your shoulder blades, okay? And by the way, power is everything for the Fabian. So there are no rules. And does that sound familiar with what you're seeing right now in your government? There are no rules. Have you noticed something here? That there are no rules? If you wanna understand the Fabians, There's a couple of good books that are out there, but the best one actually there's many good books. But if I say Fabian, if you're older like me, guys, if you heard me say Fabian, who would you be thinking of? What comes to mind if you're an older person? Anybody? Fabian. Yeah, I'll give you a hint. Music. Yeah. There used to be a musician named Fabian. I think he might still be alive. I don't know if he is, to be quite honest. I haven't looked. 50s to 60s musician, very popular, a lot of money made, big, lots of golden records, okay? But it's kind of funny that they put it out there the way they did. Again, wow, what is a Fabian? Well, I never really heard of it, Mark, until you said it. I heard you say it. I've heard a Fabian, that singer. But I never heard that term before. Yep. And again, there's an excellent book out there. It's called the Fabian Freeway. It is out there in the world. We used to get original first printing copies from the different book services. In fact, border books had it in their warehouse for like $5 a copy, brand new, unissued, but without the dust jacket. If you look, you can find it posted. They're listed out there, a few copies out there. I get the used one. You don't need a pretty copy. You need to read it. So the cheapest copy you can get, and if you can afford more than one, buy them and get somebody else to read it. Remember World War II? Who was Britain's Prime Minister in World War II? I'll say. Who was Britain's Prime Minister in World War II? Who was the guy that everybody remembers? Bowler Hat? What did he look like? What did he look like? Physically, what did he look like? He looked like the classic British bulldog, didn't he? Who was that guy? Anybody? Board it out. Let's blurt some here. Who was the guy that was in charge in World War II? Anybody? I can't think of him. Winston Churchill. I know who you're... Yeah, Winston. Winston. Winston Churchill. Yeah, but he wasn't... By the way... Go ahead. Fabian, Fabian Forte is alive and people will remember him with a Net Funicello in the movie Bleach About Beach Blanket Bingo. That's right. Yep, yep, yep. On that subject for a moment. How old is he now? Born in 57. Really? Oh hell! He was a sixties star. Yeah, he was sixties. Yeah, he was, yeah, wait a minute. I didn't think that, let me go back and look at it. They're telling me it was. Hang on a second. That doesn't sound right. He was a mature muse. He was during the 47, maybe 47. I'm sorry, 43, my bad, my bad, 43. That's about right. His name is my young brother. Each blanket there was 1957 or 10 years ago, I don't know. No, that makes sense. I'm making dinner. Okay, good. We're cool on that. But again, with regard to the Winston Churchill fiasco, let me remind you guys of something. With the advent of World War II, the British government got a lot of police dating powers. Police take powers on a massive scale that most of you never in fact what George Warwell described in 1984 is Part partially what he was presenting as what was actually happening in the British government against the British people during World War two Okay, understand that however was Winston Churchill in charge to the end of the war? Oh That's a trick question, but it's not guess what? There was a power grab, a shift in the government, and the war was not over. Now Winston Churchill, step by step by step, helped to bring about, I mean, I remember Neville Chamberlain was there, I've spoken to Herr Hitler and we have peace in our time. Remember he's waving the paper, okay? Well, he's replaced by the new government. And of course, progressively, the escalation of World War II takes place in Europe. with the staged events by the Allies, not by Germany. And in the process of this happening, Winston Churchill drives to the front. He's that wartime commander. Well, here's the thing. He was ousted before the end of the war. I want you to go take a look at late war history. In fact, everybody always assumed while he was in charge. He was the war for me. He was the fighting bulldog. He was Vektroy, Vektroy no matter what. We will fight. We will fight on the beaches. We will fight in the cabanas. We will fight in the cafes while drinking lattes. We will fight. Drinking cold beer. No, warm beer. No. Anyway, back to the old story. He was a drunk when he was hot and drunk. Okay, in reality. Mark. I heard that speech, what you just said when he said, we will fight in the hills, we will fight in the streets, we will fight on the beaches, we will fight on the landing fields. And then he says, but if by chance we should fail our United States. The new world will come to our rescue our rescue. Yes, the new world, you know, I had a flat Light bulb went off the first time I heard that speech when he said the new world. I didn't realize That it was the new world Order. It wasn't the new world order was the new, right before my very eyes, that America was the new world order. I had no idea. Well, remember again, remember again too that if they had gone south, if things had gone really bad, the British government already had the plan to unarset the AO and drop their butt in Canada. In fact, a tremendous amount of construction and special operations were already in place to move the royalty and other treasures, etc., out of the country as quickly as possible with the full protection of all of the strength of the British Navy and the Air Force that was available. The British Navy was more than sufficient to deal with protecting anything that they chose to do. If they took all their force and ignored all other activities, they wouldn't have been an impenetrable wall for the royalty and the management to unass England and leave everybody behind. That would have happened. However, it didn't. Okay, but here's the thing. Why is it that they took Winston out? Winston Churchill was popped out of the job. Now here's the fun one that nobody can name him. Okay? Who is playing? Okay. And all your... Clement Atley. Thank you. Okay. So let me ask you... But then Churchill came back. Churchill was brought back in from 51 to 55. So he was out in 45 to 51 and then they brought him back. Right, but that's at the end of the war where it was critical. They brought a... They just had to go to rehab. Yeah, well, it probably got better liquor. By the end of the war, remember the shipping was more reliable. Remember that it was bad when you get better booze or better drugs. Yeah, look what happened to Hunter Biden, right? He got a Regano. Look what happened to him, man. Dude! Okay? So, the point is that the ship takes place, but let me ask y'all something. Why is he you can't rattle the guy's name off who was in charge at the end of the war? Why is it all you ever see is Winston Churchill? That's a loaded question because it should be common sense as to why. The Fabians never released power and by moving Winston Churchill out of the way, the Fabians did not reduce the police state in England. They advanced the police state in England. Everything that you see in the movies, and by the way, it's not the Christian conservatives who are gonna be doing the police state. No, although they can get people either are Christian to tag along. But the ones at the top were all Fabian socialists. And the ones who were making all the decisions in the government that had worked their way in, in about 1939 to 1941, were Fabian socialists and Soviet socialists. and the known Soviet socialists, well, they did allow them to be a target because the Fabians could stand there in the open and nobody even had a clue to name them. Like you said, caller, it's like, well, I've never heard of them before. The British did. The English had the tomato police. The English had the vans that ran around in the neighborhood. Just like you remember V for Vendetta? Oh, you know, Christians, they're listening to me. That wasn't it. They always, they always throw this stuff at, you know, they blame you for what they were doing. It's the Fabian socialists that have the television monitoring system set up. I say, I say, oh, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no How many TVs do you have in your house? We have to text- I only have one, really, really, only one! I don't really have one. I'm sorry, our monitoring systems, with their frequency counters, came by that big gray van that looked like a bread truck. In fact, it was painted like a bread truck, like the Communists when they used the toy trucks to move the corpses out of La Bianca. Well, out on the street, that bread truck that wasn't delivering bread to anyone... was full of people with scanning technology. And while you said you only had one television, you had three to send the secret police. And by the way, Mr. Dar, we understand you have nine tomato plants. You do understand that your neighbor reported you for the ninth tomato plant. We are going to send the tomato, I'm not lying about this. We are going to send the tomato police, come Redworker. Over to your house to kill all of your tomato plants as a punishment because you had one extra tomato plant No, it was it was unplanned but it split at the ground level and grew up like it looked like two My neighbors wrong you don't come by if you could we will be sending you to the president splitting you? Save yourself. Well, there wasn't any place to go So if you want to understand what I'm talking about, excellent book. It's called The Fabian Freeway. The original cover is kind of an aqua color. It's a light, light blue, but it looks kind of aqua to me. It is with gold leaf print. It is typically, there's only the most common copy you'll find is a first strike, but there are three strikes of the book. There's three printings. But the Fabian Freeway is one of the most comprehensive single pieces you can give somebody where they go, I didn't even know these people existed. Now, it got so bad with the food controls after the war, not during the war, people. It was bad during the war. But, okay, the war is ending. Everybody is able to focus on taking care of themselves. Food coming in is still being rationed. Everything is now being rationed. In fact, they increased the ration quotas and controls. So it got so bad in England after the war that many of the British families would take vacation in of all places. Well, could I Ireland? There's some more English people, how are you doing? Oh, you look kind of thin there. There actually was a chapter there about the Irish laughing at the English people who were going to Ireland to eat. It was like a food vacation because while you couldn't get any food in England, you could get anything you wanted in the Irish state. So the waiters used to actually be bellicose rather in fact rubbing in, your little children here look a little thin. How about a few more Irish potatoes for you? Like the ones you killed that our grandparents would have eaten. In other words, they were laughing that the British had done this to themselves. They were laughing at them, to a degree rightly so by the way. Fabians continue to increase it. It's been the worst day since yesterday. The thing I've said once had, now I am through the door. It's been the worst day since yesterday. Down to you. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me said, we fought a revolution. secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun Permits to start a business or to build a place for one on land that you believe you own you pay a yearly rent Although you have no voice in saying how the money spent Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame number you traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm And keep our country deep in debt put men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths. They've sworn and your daughters visit doctors So their children won't be born Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, preserve our great republic in each god given right, and pray to God to keep the torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep What would be your answer he called out from the grave? We're also on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. And it is a beautiful Thursday. It's the other T-Day. This is the day, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the day that the Israeli Mossad, ATF, FBI and other federal alphabet soup agencies scurrilous as they are, give an act of terrorism against the American people as government-sponsored terrorist attacks, and then try to blame somebody else for it. And so we have to always be cautious on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at least, although every day can be a day of betrayal by people who really aren't betraying you because they've been waging war on you. In their mind, they're just doing what a good Fabian socialist would do. And of course, that means it's the 25th of August. And as I already pointed out, it is the 14th year of open obvious and pissing in your face. Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2022 old earth calendar, 2022 battle for the Republic, the dance of the swords. Let the dance continue. And it is Thursday. Like I said, we've had weather all around us, but we haven't had rain here. Looks like it wants to. Just have your protection technology ready, but don't give up the ship and just run inside the moment you see the clouds. As we know, we get outside, get the work done. If it rains, cover stuff up. Works just fine for us. And again, if you did this last year, you'd have never gotten anything done. And this year doesn't look any different. Another thing real quick, I want to reinforce, Michigan has had a lot of good rain in balance. The crops have kind of caught up that were down. We still don't have the production we normally would have, but the late crops that were introduced have become lush. This is especially true of the soybeans that were planted late. They are very strong. So we'll see what happens or what the regime does. Maybe the Chinese will just get all of it anyway. It won't make any difference. It will get pulled out of the country, probably. But in the meantime, again, improvise, adapt, and overcome food. And remember, both food and ammunition buy more because both are weapons. It's that simple. Both are heart weapons. Go ahead, caller. Jump in there, please. Apparently, you were drilling the right tooth because away you went after you were talking about the Fabian Freeway. By the way, Fabian Freeway was written by Rose Martin in 1966. And I just posted a link with all sorts of different kinds of downloads that you might want to use in the Discord. The secret police, the CIA, the FBI skanks, Department of Agriculture, slobs, guys, they're all gonna be sliding stuff, okay? It's how it works. In fact, they won't necessarily have their hand directly in it even because we'll just provide the stuff they've stolen from other people to the black market. And then you're gonna end up paying anywhere from six to seven, maybe nine times as much as the cost of the product to get anything. I'll tell you, a great, this is weird, okay? I always use movie references. And it was lost on a lot of people, but there's the later season of War of the Worlds, and I've mentioned this many times over the years because it was really interesting how this went. War of the Worlds, the television series, was a very gruesome series. Anybody ever watch it? Did any of you ever watch War of the Worlds, the TV series? Now what I mean by gruesome is on the one hand it was done kind of oh was kind of campy Okay, yes, a term they like to use at least for the beginning But it was you know and again it was it was kind of plastic which is what campy means it was you know there was there was some you know a caricature type characters but first the first couple of seasons were terrible, but once you get down well yeah Yeah Oh yeah, but the big thing here is again the first two seasons. Guys, what did the aliens do? They stuck their finger in your temple and ate your brain. Okay, they consumed your brain slash took you over. Okay? So that was normal. Oh, that was okay. I mean, the aliens were doing this in every episode of somebody and once they left your body, you turned into a puddle of mush. Okay, and it could be your mom, it could be, I mean, you knew the person was taking over, and they didn't have any bones about telling the victims, you know, close people that were around them, wives or, you know, kids, especially when they took over like parents, that the kids, oh, grow up, Bobby, we're gonna need you later. They actually, one of them, they said that one episode, you know, you gotta grow up, Bobby, we'll need you later. And of course they've killed both of the parents because they're inside them. However, that was okay. That was on regular time television. But it was the third season where the author realized, you know, the guy who was the director said, you know what, this is where I wanted to go with this. Okay, we did it the way they wanted. But they realized that they were going to under contract only get the next season. So they got it out, but he got it out the way he wanted it. And there was, in fact, everywhere around the country, UPN 50 here in Detroit, Michigan. They had the owner of the producer slash the editor of the station. He's in a blank studio behind him. It's just a white out area. He's sitting on the stool and he goes, when the normal programming came up, he goes for all of our UPn50 listeners. We are no longer going to be showing War of the Worlds during this hour block. In fact, it's going to be shown at 1 o'clock in the morning, Sunday night, slash Monday morning. We've decided that the series is too grim. It's too grim now guys they were sticking holes in foreheads people were turning into mush There were battle scenes where they were blazing away and killing each other left right up and down armpit shots You know under the armpit somersaults tomahawk killings on the aliens the whole night yards. That was okay But what happened is they treated it? Seriously in the third season. I want to qualify that for a reason because there was an episode where they tried to explain how bad things get and the main character is trying to find stuff for his... you don't know what he's doing right away but he's got a shopping list and he's going into the black market to find things and one of the things he's trying to find are a couple of eggs a couple of raw eggs and then the last thing that he's looking for is chocolate And the chocolate is like the impossible, it's the impossible dream. Cuz the economy has gotten so crappy and nobody knows why. The economy has gotten crappy, things have fallen apart, scarcity of everything everywhere. And then you realize what he's doing is he's collecting all the components to make a birthday cake. And you can't even buy a cake mix cuz that's an extravagance. So instead he's going out and having to buy all the components to make a chocolate cake because that's his daughter's favorite cake, chocolate. And the last thing he has to make the big money deal on is the chocolate itself. And every you got chocolate, where the hell did you get that? Now, I understand that that whole thing was just a side story. That wasn't a core story of what he was covering. I've got something to go along with that. And this is real life. I knew they were good in the Southern California because people had sent me photographs of it. We have categories of food that everybody knows is broke food. Spam, ramen noodle, oh, come on. You guys know that kind of stuff. You throw it over the counters here. I went into one of the many local Walmarts around me here today, Dad, and I happened to go down the Camp Mead Isle. The actual spam, was in a theft proof container with an RFID chip. They had them in a plastic crystal case that has the anti-thesping that if you go through the door, the arm would have on the spam. Now, what does that tell you? I don't like spam. Well, I don't care if you like spam. You got spam, eggs, eggs, spam, spam, and spam. Right. And by the way, the British, remember, where did they get spam from? Okay. So yeah, I can believe that because again, that's not even, it is a higher, it's okay. In World War II, we were the gold standard for everything. I've said this, that's one of the things that happened with America. American soldiers ate like nobody else, despite what the Russians, the Russians had two flavors. They had orange, they had green cabbage, and they had purple cabbage, and you got basically lard with chunks of meat in it. That was their two-can ration during the war, okay? They were big cans. You got one big can, but it also might be the only can, one and two, that you would get for the whole day. But the grease was good. The lard was good because it was high, obviously, in fat, high in calories. And that's what saved them. Otherwise, it was scavenge, find what you could, buy it on the black market, whatever, even for the soldiers. So the thing is that spam was like a steak category product for a world that, well, saved their bacon drippings up to Friday with the crispy little chunks of bacon in it. And guys, they would put that into a flat square pan. And then on Fridays, they'd have meat. Whoa, that's not meat. Oh yeah, it is for people who can't get meat. And what they would do is slab like a cake pan into four pieces. slip out with a spatula that slug that was about maybe a quarter inch or maybe if you're lucky three eighths of an inch thick of bacon grease with chunks of meat in it and other stuff and you would put that between two really garbage slices of bread and that what happened is the grease complemented the dry bread that was made with sawdust and wheat. Yeah sawdust bread with rolled oats or barley or whatever else they could find to grind to stretch the wheat because they could never get enough wheat. And the bacon was just like butter? The bacon grease was just like butter. It was, and what it did is it helped, it helped to let the roughage slide through the system. See, we've talked about that complimenting. I know Russians, until you flat out, the one sergeant that I worked with, it was a defector. When they said, well, the Russians get meat on Friday and he'd laugh. First time we were talking about that in one of the classes he literally laughed He was in the back of the room sitting there and went next to me while we're in the middle of the classroom But he laughed and it was like well, what do you like about this? Well, then he explained what was meat in Russia. I just told you what meat rows in Russia Now you might get a piece of meat But you had to buy that from the KGB rat who had the KGB rat buddy in the Department of Agriculture Who stole a whole truckload of that stuff sideways? And of course put the guy that was the truck driver in the gulag. See how that works? So that's what you're facing coming up here right now. And the fact that again spam being locked up. First of all, everybody would joke about that, but we just did. Monty Python did a whole skit about spam. Oh, what do we have? What we got? Spams, Spams, Spam and eggs, but with no eggs and Spam, Spam and Spam. What else do you have? What we got? Spam. So it's like, well, but here's the thing, the Brits would not complain about that. Guys, I'll remind you again about why were the Brits called limeys? Why were the Brits- Because they put limes in there, they figured out they needed vitamin C from the limes when they were out on the water. Well, that's a great guess. You can't even afford the spam, so they're walking out. And spam prices gone ridiculous. So is a bag of potatoes. Right. So here I get when I'm actually a good guest caller, but in reality call them because of lima beans, limies. Lima beans, as I pointed out many times, are one of the most nutritious of the legumes that you can find. And if you look, butter beans and lima beans are at the top of the list if you can find them. And in fact, they're almost in the meat category, which is something to remember. Now, it's not real exciting, but remember, for instance, how many of you guys are old enough? I'm old enough. Lima, beans, and ham was in the sea ration. Marines mostly got it. The Marines hated it. I mean, a lot of Marines hated it. If you look at any of the old references to gardening and whatnot, beans were the first meat substitute before we got mushrooms in bulk. Highs that's old with protein. Yep, and again, so the Brits had to make, you know, if they were going to produce something, they only had so much real estate. Everybody was trying to grow for war production. And that was one of those things that kind of everybody was like, do you guys have anything else? Oh wait a minute, we got spam! You see, we got spam from the Americans. Go ahead, call the gym for there. Do you remember that MASH episode when they didn't get their turkeys for Thanksgiving and they made spam lambs? They got through lambs out of spam and they had spam lambs. Oh yeah, or spam shaped turkeys? Spam shaped turkeys. So, but again, would I complain if I got somebody threw me a can of, oh hell no. In a heartbeat, I'd actually snick that away. I wouldn't open it up right away. I'd say that high protein product like that you save for your emergency or like say high stress rations. You mix up everything else you got for the time being, but when you are looking at a situation where you have very little time to eat or consume anything, and in fact, maybe not any time, If you're able to take anything in, you want the highest concentration of proteins, carbonyl, carbs and vitamins combination you can. The protein obviously in meats are still the solution. This is why they want everybody to go to bugs. That's why they're already pushing the bug thing. There is no reason for the population of the animal husbandry in America to go down. That is purely for the sake of the wealthy, as I've told you for years, being able to wag their weenie in your face because they have steak and you eat bugs. It's not because we can't produce enough. It's not because it wastes so much resources. That's all a crock. Fact of the matter is, is that again, what's happened is they're going to re-engineer it because they feel they got everybody so stupefied because of the idiot public fool system. And you look at these fools we had with this grown-up beer virus crap. You look at the stupid numbskulls that we've had to deal with that have wasted so much of our lifetime that we just need to kick in the ass. We need to kick in the ass, you know, a boot in the ass and a grab by the scruff of the neck and they need to be out of our country. I want you to think about that because again, we were able to feed the world five times over. How is it we can't do that now? We could feed the world with American production. What happened there? That was planned destruction of our agriculture. That was a plan. That was not an accident. That was designed to attack the American people. Support the farmers, do what you can to, you know, in any way, shape or form. Some of them are dink heads sometimes. Oh, well, get over that. Okay, but you're doing business, okay? We're trying to do business to keep them operational and in fact, hopefully even produce more. So wherever you can buy locally, buy locally. Wherever you can help out somebody who's a small farmer, buy from them. When you figure distance travel and also quality of product, amazingly enough, you're gonna probably have better quality of product from the person who's producing down the road from you. If you don't have time to do it yourself, your first choice should be to try to get as much fresh food as you can while you can and consume it while you can. And then in addition, take advantage of sales, clearances, discounts, discontinued, whatever, and bulk out for what's coming. But we're not gonna get caught flat-footed. However, I know there's a lot of people that will, and then they'll, if they're already, you can hear the communist agenda. What's mine is mine, and what's yours is ours. That's why you need more ammunition. We gotta put this down hard. We have to put this down really hard. And you know who's gonna push it? These skanks in the FBI, these bat faggots, all the rest of these bureaucracy types are promoting this little communist agenda or Fabian socialist agenda garbage because it's part of their power freak game. And they need to be gone. That's just all there is to it. They need to be gone. Again, we are not fighting a revolution or a civil war. We must fight a war of prevention. A war to stop the attack on our senses and our liberty. The fight is now, the enemy action is clear, a war of prevention is the solution. It's that simple solution. That's where we are. So anyway, again, the Fabians, get cut off since we started talking about them. There's no doubt that the characters that are involved with Obama, who's actually in charge, and the other turds, they don't want you to think about the Fabians for obvious reasons, but they're using the Soviets. You've got all these idiot stick, hammer, and sickle types. They're useful idiots. If you think about it, and it has become very obvious in the last couple of days where some of the people who all thought, well, I was working with the party comrade. I was doing the blah, blah, blah. Well, all of a sudden they've been backstabbed or they've just been betrayed here. And now all of a sudden they're blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, wait a minute. So it's interesting that the process continues with regard to the useful idiots. Again, not you, but the bunch that are the hammer and sickle crowd, because not even they understand the full picture. They've been allowed to observe or think about what it is that's been chosen to move them, to motivate them, to burn down the country, to tell all about how they need to take your stuff. But not everybody stuff. Well, what about those other characters that got a lot of money down the road there? Shouldn't we be ransacking Hillary Clinton's place? Why would we leave Hillary Clinton's place alone? Let me think about it. I'm talking about the Communists. Why should the Communists leave Hillary Clinton's place alone? She's one of them. In fact, well, yeah, but really? Okay, what you gotta do is start planting seeds like this one. If she's one of them, then why is she worth tens and tens of millions? Isn't that one of the bourgeoisie capitalists or bourgeoisie moneybags that all of their indoctrination says must be gone? Why is Hillary's money okay? Oh, did you steal it more equal than others? Yeah, exactly. Gumred workers. So here again, what we need to do is twist the screw and get the head to eat the tail. And remind you, are they really? There's a whole lot of other communists out there. They have much more of a right to be up in charge than say Hillary or any of these other old money banks. Right? Yeah, right. Go ahead, call and jump in there, please. Hey, the reason why you don't mess with Hillary is because I don't want to commit suicide. Again, don't worry. I'm sure that many of these communists will get very tired. They'd be taken to Arkansas or wherever, whatever railroad track is nearby. And in groups of two or three or four, they would all lay down and take a nap on a railroad track and with their head laying on the track. And the train would run over them before they realized what happened. And yeah, it's kind of a suicide thing. Well, it's just they were lazy and they were tired. Remember guys that at least two different cases where two different individuals were witnesses to the crimes and were participated in the crimes of Hillary and Bill Clinton. That was the story. That these two guys laid their heads on a train track. How many of you have gone out to the railroad, looked at a train track and gone, dar, this is a great place for a nap. Let's lay our heads on the hot-steel rail down here in Arkansas in the middle of summer. Yeah, it's so comfortable. Let me put my head on the railroad rail. And let's wait. Let's just fall asleep. Let's just go comfy time. Now, with my head on the rail, wouldn't I feel the train coming? But apparently not. And they both died from basically hyper laziness and incredible lack of consciousness. Of course, if they were already dead before the end was put on the tracks, of course they would have no consciousness. Again, these idiots, the useful idiots that are out there right now that are doing the bidding don't really understand the pirate rule of dead men tell no tales is the norm, not the exception. So again, we don't take any comfort in that because I'm not going to be the one sitting in a hole somewhere waiting for the other idiots to be two layers up from us. You get my drift? Instead, them first. All of them. That's where we need to be. Tell you what, where we need to be while we're at it, and we are at the bottom of the hour here, and again, Carl Clang has done some epic music over the decades. Let's throw another Dart and Ed, if you could. Another Carl Clang classic. For the bottom of the hour break, how's that sound? And again guys, they're all relevant. Share them right now. Carl Klein did some really great work. The music is fantastic. It's catchy, topical, and sarcastic. Here we go. It is. Someone's an ATF, FBI, and other federal agencies like the CIA commit acts of terrorism against the American people known as government-sponsored terrorism optimal target time Tuesdays and Thursdays everybody shows up for work and then after they commit their act of government-sponsored terrorism try to blame somebody else for it so always pay attention be free also Pay attention to your full 360 degrees. Watch your back and be ready to deal with whatever problem, but also be able to unask the AO. Area of operation. Move away from the threat slash event if something develops. It is again the 25th of August and for all of you we are headed into September here. It's not that far away. We're not going to throw August away yet. We have plenty of time and lots of work to do. For everybody out there, I will remind you again, watch for winter gear, although now people are starting to look for it. But the good thing is we've had some really, really hot weather, so they're not quite wrapping their brains around. where we're headed. We always think ahead. You buy your winter stuff in the summer and you buy your summer stuff in the winter. Although if you're lucky, you might get a big pile of both like we have in the last couple of really cool events. One of the things we got were a bunch of really nice cold weather parkas. Stupid price, normally about $150 to $200 a piece, 50 cents an item, okay? And virtually new. Anytime I see them, I don't care if they'll fit me or not, we're gonna buy them because that's more tactical gear. that we can roll into the barrel and seal it from the environment and when the time comes we have something to hand out to somebody who may have absolutely nothing or upgrade them dramatically so they can become a more effective fighter. Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. We get a lot of work to do. Also AIMSurplus.com did get a little more PPU ammunition in. It's been bleeding in in smaller quantities, but there are a number of other selections. So you wanna go over to AIMSurplus, Boxer Prime, non-corrosive, heated and healed, and factory fresh. I mean, as fresh as you're gonna get nowadays, especially, because it had to have just been made within less than the last year. So PPU, premium partisan, the blue and white boxes. There is some PPU, I think it's gold or whatever it is, everybody makes something that's gold. And again, it's a premium grade ammunition, not necessary, but if you have an interest, this is America and you can buy what you choose. So figure out if it makes sense for you, pick it up, take it down, you know, drag it out down the road and put it in the inventory for the war that's coming. Another thing here about, and yesterday overlapping with communications. Again, let's not forget semaphores, okay? Flags or, again, signaling that only requires a single instrument or device to convey a whole sentence or paragraph or even an order. The Navy does this with Navy flags for, you know, coding. which do not require any electricity. You just hoist them up the mast and depending upon what the predetermined phonetic code is, a whole bunch of information is expressed with a handful of flags. So it is either in the open or in a code configuration. Either way, unless you're looking right at it, you might see what's on board that ship, but otherwise it's about as secure as you can get in a naval type operation. But it can also be used in any public environment and we do this all the time. You've seen people who take their American flag and turn it upside down. What are they doing? In one word, they're expressing that the country is in a situation of distress. It's in a bad way. And in fact, there's a whole lot of things attached to that. So there's an example of just using the flag in a different fashion, okay? Now, there's other things, including the American Peace Flag, which needs to be, if you need to find a source, there are on the Internet, you can go to a number of different vendors that have the correct flag for the time of peace for the constitutional government of these United States. Pay attention to my verbiage here, these United States. And again, it's not the battle standard that everybody is conditioned to in modern times. In fact, I would point out that Betsy Ross, okay, in fact, let's think about this. This is kind of like when you read stories about Winston Churchill, like I told you earlier. Well, Winston Churchill, he was in charge. Well, yeah, except from here, this window to this window, why? And why is it that the man who took Winston Churchill's place doesn't roll off your lips the way Winston Churchill does because they propagandize with a symbol, which is Winston Churchill himself, a particular thought process while leaving out a whole gaping hole of history in that critical window at the end of and after World War II. Okay, so there's an example. Now, When we look at other events, we see similar situations like this. So Betsy Ross, okay? You have the pictures of Betsy Ross. We got pictures of Betsy Ross here. It was very important. She came up with or stitched together the first ensign that was used for the Continental Army. But let's remember something. Who was she making it for? Was she making it for Congress? Oh, here's a hint. Or was she making it for George Washington as the general of the army? She was making the flag for George Washington, not as the President of the United States. She was making the battle standard for use as an identifier on the battlefield of American rank, of American forces, of American formations. Was that the only flag that was in service at that time? Well, here's an interesting thing you should know. No, it was not. And yes, we do know about all the other colonial flags that were in service. That's not what I'm talking about. There is what is called a Department of Heraldry, both with the Department of Defense, slash what used to be the War Department, when they were more honest. You know, we've been supposedly defending, see, we got the Department of Defense, and every time we, every time the Department of Defense is involved in something, it has nothing to do with defense and everything to do with the Israelis wanting to steal something from someone in modern times. World War II, it was the War Department. Why? Because we're being honest. What's your purpose? Wait, War. Well, yeah, but, well, we're gonna do the warm fuzzy thing afterwards and change the name. Why? Well, because we're gonna do the warm fuzzy thing. That's why. And lie to everybody. It's not that the story of Betsy Ross is wrong. It's not. It's absolutely correct. Betsy Ross came up with and in fact stitched together in theory. I mean, there's argument, well, it was somebody else or it was this or that, who cares? Basically, it was acknowledged for almost all of the life of this country that Betsy Ross is the one that did the work. So I think we can give her credit. But it was the battle standard. Now, when the government declared war on the American people, all of the peace flags of the United States retired from all government buildings that were left because the first act that justly addressed the lawful government of the United States was the Currency Act of 1913, the Federal Reserve Act, an action which Every time you look at it, you want to throttle somebody, okay? But what the international kosher bankers did, none of them were Christian-owned or Protestant-owned or Catholic-owned or Buddhist-owned, they were all Jewish, international banks that were allowed to invade the United States, and from that point forward it was downhill. The attack on liberty began in earnest. They've been trying real hard for 50 years to do what they did. And when they did it, the interesting thing is that they also had to start changing the construct of all of our elements of the Department of Heraldry. This included seals. Now I'm going to give you a good example. You can do this yourself. We've done this. We've traveled to all of the archives in every state. Everybody had took their turn in their respective state. I was part of that back in the 90s and we weren't the first ones to do it. We just had somebody had a guidepost because they'd done it back in the 60s. But the fact is that if you look at every aspect of what was done, it was designed to change the jurisdiction in form, in the physical images which represent the world that they operate in. All of the state seals changed, all of the federal elements changed as far as their seals, their heraldry, even their banners. But that's because you then had two alien structures. Let me give you an example of what Uncle Mark's talking about. You have a dollar bill in your pocket? Anybody have a $5 bill? $10 bill doesn't make any difference. But you got a dollar bill? I want you to, if you're driving down the road, don't let me get you killed. Don't do this. Stop when you get a chance and take a look at that $1 bill. Guys, there's two names on that dollar bill. Well, yeah, there's a third one because there's a face somewhere on that currency no matter what it is, right? That's whoever they decided, whoever is, you know, they decided to put on there for the sake of differentiating the currency, right? But there's two names on there. Now anybody pipe in. What are the titles of the two people? Secretary of the treasure and chairman of the Federal Reserve Board. Or the Treasury Secretary. Okay, I'll take that. I'm not looking at it. I'm going to start doing it from memory. Yeah, the thing is guys, why do we why are these two people exist? One is contrary to the other by the way One is part of the original legitimate construct of the constitutional government of these United States The other is an officer of the foreclosure and the War Power Act of 1933 brighten your face We don't have we never had in fact. Oh, here's the way to do this. You want to really have some fun? Go back through if you are if you have a new numismatist anywhere boy, that's also like he's an alchemist No a numismatist a person who collects currency or sells currency. He's a numismatist. Okay Anyway, if you go to a coin collector or whatever currency is very popular has been for 30 40 years now It wasn't for the longest time. In fact, it was one of those hollow Investment pockets nobody really was that excited about paper currency, but all of a sudden in the 90s once some people started They explained currency and how it worked and they realized, wait a minute, there's a lot of history there. And they made an entire industry out of it. Well, you could actually do this on the internet. Why don't you pull up a dollar bill from 1920, or forgive me, no, no, no, 1826. Now the dollar can be, they gotta make sure it's a United States note, a greenback of some kind, because that's where you're looking for titles. And I want you to go take a look at who shows up and who's where. Now the present instruments, which by the way we call those cash, but they really are not, okay. Well, they are and they aren't, depending on how you look at it, because we're so far around the corner. Hard currency, most people don't have a clue, okay. However, this is the closest to cash that most of the population can relate to mentally. But why the construct, the way that it is? Also just the way the currency is built. It's all part and parcel to the illusion and to the attack upon the American sovereign by the War Powers Act of 1933 and the Scheister bankers who declared that they wanted to take the country. Now we have the War Powers Act of 1933, the Gold Act, and we have, as we know, the 33-34 NFA. Disarming the population and restricting the arms of the people was especially critical because people might get a little pissed and shoot your ass if they find out what you're up to, which red people were ready to do. A lot of people who were in the know. Not the dunderheads or those who wish to keep their head stuffed up there are so far they couldn't pull it out with a crowbar. But a whole lot of other people understood exactly what I'm talking about right now. Mark, I'm not finding any United States notes from 1826. I'm finding a lot of private banks from states. Right. Well, no, they're the minority. Okay. First of all, there were only so many federal pieces of currency going back to the Continental. The Continental is the beginning. That's a paper script. The others, as I would expect, you probably had, it's going to be the case, you're going to see a lot of Michigan bank notes. You're going to see a lot of, you know, Bank of Ann Arbor, Bank of Schmidlapp, Bank of Colorado, Bank of right down the list. And the reason is that again, the instruments were minimized because again, the regulation to control the debauching of the currency was tightly held by the Senate. Every step of the way up until 1913. That's why again, well, let me put it this way. Here's an example of a litmus of what I'm talking about. What was the standard value of an ounce of gold and an ounce of silver and for how many years did it stand in the United States? Go back and look. In fact, you got to use a long graph. You can't use a short graph because it's so extreme. But if you look at a long graph, then it's very... Oh, go ahead. Jump in there. $25, but I don't know for how long. I know after Roosevelt stole the gold that immediately went up. Right. Well, again, by that point, no, we again, 1913 is the jump off for the reconstruction. They had to maintain the, they had to maintain the value, but For under a century, but for a good portion of the history of the United States gold silver and copper Because they were the hard currency the the Congress were to determine the value and set the value to stabilize the economy as long as it was American run then the word inflation that you hear about although it did exist because of outside a tan the American system which is something nobody wants to talk about. If you are a free and independent America and you have a vast amount of wealth, but you control the vast amount of wealth and its value as set by your people, and you have a flourishing, robust, and wealthy population. If you're motivated, you get to keep your wealth. Oh, you can't do that in England. You couldn't do that in France. That's what Hitler did after World War I. That's why they wanted to get rid of the Germans. Because what happened is they did the exact same thing that America had done. The part that nobody wants to talk. Well, again, why is it in 1933, just before Hitler announced, well, actually, was it 31? Correction, 31 and 33. Time magazine, run by the Jewish mob, declared who to be the man of the year. Hitler. Oh, by the way, don't forget immediately when they decided they didn't like Hitler, they declared Joseph Stalin to be man of the year. Everybody see the game? The very next, all of a sudden, oh, it wasn't, you know, Adolf Hitler who was man of the year because the kosher mafia thought that they still had some kind of leash on him. So when that broke, they immediately threw right out to the public space Uncle Joe, the mass murderer, in 1939, 1931, 32, 33, millions, tens of millions, and then tens of tens of millions of people were executed at the order of that POS and the kosher mafia that ran with him. But that was okay because they were killing Christians, and they loved that. So just a little heads up. However, go ahead, go ahead, jump in there, please. It's my understanding that Hitler generated a national currency a German national currency in 1933 And that was what caused the international banker right or Judea to declare war on Germany Does everybody understand when you hear the word Holyoke? Holy cost you know what a holocaust is for the Jewish money banks. It's losing. That's some serious If you go back before the propaganda wave and if you go into the Encyclopedia Judaicae and you read terminology and understand what the rabbis said, okay, now they're just all over the map with regard to lying about numbers and everything else to the point where it's irrelevant. But here's the other thing, it's irrelevant because it was 70, 80 years ago. I say we worry more about the millions of people that have been killed by the communist Chinese far more recently. And while we might not be Chinese, I thought we were supposed to be concerned with humanity. You see what I mean? It's like, well, you know, how much of my shoes got killed in Vai Wauchu? Yeah, because you run Hollywood and you throw propaganda. How many people were killed in Russia before, during, and after the whole existence of the Third Right? Well, you're supposed to forget about that. In fact, not just that, but you know what? I go back through history and it's always fascinating. Guys, do you know how many people, for instance, we're talking about China. What about the horrible tragedies of Kubla Khan and Genghis Khan and their attacks in Western society and civilization? Well, also Eastern civilization. Do you know how many people they killed? Well, we don't need to remember that because it's not important. It's not impotent. It's not important. So all this whole routine is just to play the ropes and play the ball. Hey Mark, I thought Kublai Khan was killing the Jews. He probably got caught up in the trail here and there. No, they probably did. I mean, come on, he went all the way. The Chinese went all the way to Poland at one point, and Hungary, remember it was Hungarians that actually stopped them. This isn't the first time that Hungary has been at the bulwark of protecting the rest of Europe while it sits on its dead ass and does nothing. Does everybody understand the history of Hungary going way, way back? When the main horde came, it was Hungary that rather than picking up everything and running, they did evacuate their forward areas. But Hungary is the nation state which became the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Hungary was the nation that stopped them dead in their tracks and they didn't have a big population. So understand that it was a kick-ass, take-names Christian nation that put the kibosh to the Chinese horde invasion, the Mongol horde invasion of Eastern Europe. At the doorstep, just like the invasion of the Muslims, where the Poles and the Austrians fought, remember at Austria's gates, stopping the Muslim hordes. But once again, the Hungarians were tied into that. And now what are they doing? They put a fence around their country and they used the garden pigs to correct the problem and keep their problem away. I guess they got a good, deep understanding of history, whereas many of the people are shallow hounds. Think about that. So again, well, full circle, the currency issue, this is what we're looking at. Or again, how does all of this affect? Well, we were talking about flags when we started. Guys, symbolism is everything to your enemy because it's representative of their quote unquote, of Forti. How they scam you, how they play. And the more that you put out there where everybody can see it, the reality, the real world as it should be, as opposed to the horrible fiction that they play on. the world more terrified they are. Now, give me a thousand landed arms against the worldwide bankers and the worldwide bankers are done. Right. Well, I mean, everybody turns their eyes and does what they're supposed to do. And this is why we are in very dangerous times. What was said yesterday, you know, guys, even a few months out, we're talking about a fake election. But the fake election hasn't been fixed and I'm waiting for everybody. I wanna see how people lament Nash of teeth and red of hair because it's like me. I'm not gonna vote in that election. But I guarantee I will. What? Wait a minute, that's an oxymoron. No, it's not. I guarantee in the last election, even though I did not vote, and even though I got all seven absentee ballots in the mail ballots, I know somebody voted for me. I know some communist pig, some worthless piece of gutter trash, some piece of excrement. Put my name next to whatever line and column they were told to. Hey, Mark. Don't you think that was the case? You and I all know that was the case. So how much confidence do I have in the election process now? Let me put it this way, zero. Mark, would I sound like my grandparents voted? for old Biden in the last election. I went and yelled at him for hours until they kicked me out of the cemetery. Yeah, but they voted. They voted at least 11 times. They voted at least 11 times. Everybody out there got a really big break. update from guns and gadgets here. We have some breaking news that have just happened about 35, 40 minutes ago now. A judge in Texas has struck down the prohibition in Texas against 18 to 20 year olds, barring them from carrying firearms outside the home. This is a huge, huge victory. Firehouse Policy Coalition was involved in this case. It is a ginormous victory. And the judge, I just wrote down, I'll have a link to the document down below, I just got it. But the judge struck it down as not being consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. And that, my friends, is directly from the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin decision, so eloquently written and penned by Justice Clarence Thomas. It's happening. It's going to happen more often, but it is happening. I told you when that decision came down that the pillars of gun control had been fractured, and this is another... Another win for us. This is going to be good guys and gals. It's going to be good. I'm also releasing another video here in a couple moments. Sorry, my arm is dead and I'm on my phone. I'm releasing another video here momentarily about another lawsuit that's been filed post Bruin with this same basis, although for a different infringement. So check this video out when it drops here in about 5, 10, 15 minutes. That's what I was doing when I got this notification. But hey, another win. We've been winning regularly in the Second Amendment arena on the state level. And now, this is another one. So for those just joining, a refresher. The cases, Andrews versus McCraw. A judge has struck down the prohibition in Texas against 18 to 20 year olds from carrying firearms outside the home for self defense. And that is huge. And if you listen, You can hear Michael Bloomberg. You can hear Shannon Watts. You can hear them all crying and caroling right now. They're all screaming and I'm sure fires coming from their eyes. And that's going to make us all happy. All right, guys. That's it for now. Quick update. I'm going to have this other video momentarily. You're going to want to watch that one too because it's another big lawsuit that was just filed. And it was actually yesterday. There was a motion to expedite, so this could happen quick as well. Until we see each other again, be safe. Stay vigilant, carry a gun, and keep you, your friends, your family, your community safe. That's what the Second Amendment is for. Know if, ands, or buts about it. And that's apparently what has them fearing the American people. All right, guys, appreciate y'all. Pass this along. Like it, share it, sub up. I'll see you on the next one. Be good. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat. And speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we'd hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught According to the state you read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame number You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch and tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms He fought to keep what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? in occupied territories, southwest, east, north. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. Libertytreeradio.org. And we are on satellite. Wanna say hi to all of our merchant marine operators out there, both on land and at sea. We're on every ocean on the planet right now as we speak at this moment. In addition, we're also on a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States. It is the 25th of August. It is Thursday. It's the other day when the Israeli Mossad, elements of the ATF cooperating with them and FBI, along with other alphabet soup agencies murder Americans on American soil and with their government-sponsored terrorism act, try to blame somebody else. And don't worry, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the high priority, so we're getting through Tuesday. Doesn't mean they can't use Friday, but Tuesdays and Thursdays, they do that because more people are at work, it optimizes the targeting, and it's the way that the skunks in these alphabet soup agencies and their turd manipulators, the Israelis, think, okay? It is the 14th year of open, obvious, and in-your-face Fabian socialist. and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K-2022 Old Earth Calendar, 2022, Battle for the Republic, the Dance of Swords. Let the dance continue. It has been a very busy week in Helens. Already Thursday, and I know, I wish we had Wednesday back, and Tuesday, and Monday. But as it is, time keeps ticking on. We've got a lot accomplished, I'm happy. But again, there's always something more to do. That's really how the day should end with, well, where will we start? Next 24 hours, what do we got going for us? Food production looking good. We're getting ready for the transition to taking everything we have that's outside and bringing it inside into the greenhouses or inside the house this year. as we did quite a bit last year. It was quite successful and the year before that we did some other experimenting. The big thing with greenhouse operations is that you want to try and come up with the most economical heating system that you can. You can use kerosene like a dragon heater. I've got a couple of those. Good size. Both of them I got for free actually. They were gifts from one of our friends when he was done with the construction. He didn't want them. So I got one the first time around and then he did some more construction. I got another one. Not brand new, but very nice and working very efficiently. You could take a store-bought thermostat, a fan, and a few other tools in the toolbox along with that heater. and actually create a balanced greenhouse through the winter. Now remember, during the daylight, if you build the greenhouse properly, you're going to rise to temperatures up to, and maybe even beyond, 90 degrees. When we built the first of the PVC greenhouses, Nancy went out during the winter, And it could drive you out, even with the air system, actually put a little fan on the inside that allows for heat to be bled out. Thermostat identifies the need. During the evening, with enough heat build up, even though it's plastic and plexiglass walls, amazingly enough, heat wasn't really needed until almost 10 or 11 o'clock at night sometimes. It depended upon how deep the cold is. So for four, five, maybe six hours, you know, up until sunrise, you had to do a temperature balance with alternate heat. And then as soon as the sun pops up, the temperature starts rising. That's one of the neat things if you do a little greenhouse right. It is a very, very efficient green box. Okay, it is a heat box. Now, a lot of people have done both the greenhouse and have done the air heat sink system with tin cans, aluminum, dryer venting, using glass panels, and actually heating the greenhouse and or the house that way. You could do the greenhouse. You'd probably only have to have maybe an hour or two of assisted heat if you use the green absorption slash black absorption panel system. All of this is convection, but what it is is you're heating up the air inside these channels during the day. Little or no modification. In fact, you'll probably be bleeding heat. You'll probably be using the fan. It'll come out on its own, depending on what you've determined to be your regulating temperature, okay? At night, with that system, you might have heat till 11, 12 o'clock, you know, to midnight. And then only have a couple of hours of assisted heat necessary. Sometimes during the middle of the winter, we actually were good to one o'clock in the morning. So it's a, again, this is a solution. You can take a look at some of the neat designs that are out there. Again, computer fans are, you know, dime a dozen now. It's not like it used to be where, yeah, I still, they were cheap at about $20 a piece or whatever. But today you can get computer fans for a song of dance and in fact, almost give away. And so you have backups to backups and if one goes bad, who cares, unscrew it, put the replacement that's exactly like it in, let it do its job. One of the things we did was a bank of nine computer fans, three and three, three up, three across. Worked perfectly whenever they came on, minimal noise and plenty of output, so they did a good job of regulating the heat faster. The sooner you can shut everything down, the less energy you're using. So the battery supply that we were using for the computer batteries, for the computer fans, the emergency batteries we were using have held up quite well and have done a pretty good job of continuing to operate virtually through the winter. So there's other ideas. Look at some of the innovations. Some things they've lost. That's one of the things that I'm rather fascinated by. Everybody goes into a certain fad and completely forgets. It's like talking about electric and it's like, but they're trying to avoid hydroelectric because hydroelectric, if that was maintained, then yeah, we got plenty of power. We also don't need to drop our POL product vehicles, our gas powered or diesel powered vehicles. We need to, here's a word they don't like. Oh wait, but they do, but no, they'll tell you they hate it, diversify. Don't have any problem with electric vehicles or fun toys. I don't have any problem with diesel. I don't use diesel. I use gasoline vehicles for the most part. In fact, I've had one diesel vehicle in all the time. And in fact, I haven't announced a little tractor we're running. But beyond that, no gasoline. Nothing I couldn't get into diesel. It's just I committed to a particular pattern of vehicle, a particular size of series of engines. And that fits the niche for what we're planning on doing. By the way, it's actually kept us alive a couple of times. I have to say that the selection we made was good and that battle hardened and used by the secret police. The Chevy series of Tahoes and SUVs that are out there along with the Silverado trucks are actually, if you get the early-ot models, are actually pretty durable and resilient. Even though they may die in the effort, they do a good job of protecting you. So, just a heads up on that one too. Let's see there is a new guns and gadgets I believe from about an hour ago and let's do that We'll get that up because I do want to make sure that's the archive somewhere else guys also take the time share that into our discord But guns and gadgets it was I think about it'll be about two hours now two hours ago It was one hour ago when we came off the air caught that real quick There's a bunch of other lawsuits going on again. The NRA is nowhere to be found This is all everybody welcome back to the channel. I appreciate your time. Thank you for watching I'm gonna give you a quick update on a lawsuit that was filed in Washington DC about the magazine capacity Restrictions and I'm gonna admit I missed the filing of this Whole lot going on this one got behind me. I'll go by me I'm actually gonna give credit to a friend of the channel Emily Miller Emily is a fantastic investigative journalist who is in the DC area And I'm also going to link her story down below. Check her out. She does fantastic work around the Second Amendment. And she was, I think, the first person to call out Joe Biden. Might have been the only person actually to call Joe Biden for having a ghost gun within the limits of DC when he shouldn't have been able to have them. because they were against the law in DC. Emily, hello, but job. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. There has been a lawsuit filed in Washington, DC, suing DC on their magazine capacity restriction, the magazine ban. And what stands out the most is that this has been filed post-Bruin. So if you remember, the United States Supreme Court said in the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin case that Any law that infringes upon the Second Amendment, I'm going to paraphrase, can't remember everything word for word, but any law that infringes upon the Second Amendment has to fit the text of the Constitution and have some historical context of during the founding of the country. So magazine bans, as Emily points out, that magazine restrictions came about in the early 20th century. Remember the Bill Clinton assault weapon ban, where everything was cast as evil. So, the 20th century is not the founding of the country, and they're not going to be able to point to some historical colonial by-law that didn't allow the militia, the colonists, anybody to carry no more than X amount of shot, or no more than X amount of powder, right? It just doesn't exist. So, as things progress here in America, I told you that the Bruin case was going to destroy the foundation of the gun controls, the pillars that hold it up, that hold up gun controls, it's falling. So this case was filed on August 19th, and they're asking for a preliminary injunction. And we're going to follow this case closely. Now, I've also told you that the United States Supreme Court had granted certiorari to the Duncan v. Bonta case, which was the magazine ban case out of California, vacated that ruling, vacated the court's decision, and remanded it back to a lower court. But because it's in the Ninth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit just keeps ticking everything down to the district level. to restart the process over again. Restart that two to three to four year process. In this case, that's been filed in DC, might just do everybody a solid. Because now the court has to rule based off of Bruin. And they're not going to be able to prove that there's some historical context. There's nothing in the text history or tradition of this country that says you can't carry more than X amount of things to keep yourself safe. That's how the country was founded, guys and gals. People had their items and they had the ammunition for them to keep each other and their communities safe. Which is why I say every video, be safe, stay vigilant, carry a gun to keep you, your friends, your family, your community safe. That's what it's for. That's why we do it. and we choose to stand in that gap between good and evil. Emily, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Guys and girls, check out her story down below. Check out her work. She does fantastic. She does a job. She doesn't even know I'm saying this. And I will keep you up to date on this case as it progresses. I've already said what I need to say. Y'all take care. that are popping up or not, the NRA is nowhere to be found. This is all being done by all of the next generation or the individual groups that are out there that really are spending their money if it's donated to them. I don't think anybody that's in these groups is buying our money suits or trying to fly private jet. They are instead actually making the effort to put everything that we have into the fight. That's how it should be. It's one of many battlefields. I know some people, myself, including myself, I understand that they're basically going to ignore the rules, but interestingly enough, on the argument that's made here, not only did they not restrict ownership back in the day, but publicly wished for more and heavily promoted private purchasing people. Shoulder arms, powder, shot, and cannon. Come on, think about it. Please buy more. Could you ever, can you imagine? All right, now we're fighting a war. But Blaxenstein, the Jewish lawyer here says that if we want the King of England to like us, of course he's working for the King of England. He's the King's treasury. But if we just relax and back off, if we just wait 26 months or so, Then the dictator will just, you know, will just be able to, you know, brush him aside. We just need to be reasonable. You shouldn't buy, don't buy powder or cannons or a shot or anything. Oh, I'm telling you. See how that works? It wasn't like that at all, was it? Oh God, please. Have you got money? You have a ship? Can you go to Holland? Fill it up, bring it back, and we'll do it again. That's the attitude. You got more powder? Good. Got more shot? Better. Can you imagine? This is kind of like, how many of you remember the old Twilight Zone episode? It was the anniversary of basically the Custer's Last Stand when they did this. It wasn't the 70s, it was in the 60s. Remember when they did Black and White Twilight Zone? And it was a National Guard Unit. They were training out in the area where the little bighorn is. And first they got into one thing and they run into another, an Indian encampment, one little teepee set up. They find other stuff and they start wondering, hey, what's going on? The guys are driving a Stewart tank. At a given point, one of the guys goes into this encampment where there's nobody around, comes out of one of the teepees, and he's got a spear in his gut, right? And what's cute is he gets to the very end, I'll root it for you, and the guys are looking down, they had to leave the tank behind, I guess they ran out of fuel, it stopped, whatever, I can't recall directly, I think it ran out of fuel. So they grab their personal weapons and they keep walking towards the battlefield and its customers, you know, last stand on the on the on the hill, the up on the ridge and they're walking in and you see that you can hear the boom, boom, boom, lots of gunfire, lots of whooping. And the guy, one guy racks is 45. You know, the other guy racks is, you know, the the charging analog is carbine and they. walk into the camera and they go into the battle. So the unit commander later on is looking for him and they're at the monument, which if you've ever been to cut where the little big horn is, there's a monument at the top, which is where Custer's unit fell. They were off the tactical crest. Well, slightly. Okay. And the monument is an arbalisk and the captain is looking or the officer tried to come here, the major or whatever, but he's looking at the names and he realizes there's the names of the tank crew. fallen at the little bighorn and he's looking at that and the other guy, they're all looking around, one guy's looking around far off in the distance and he looks at the names and he goes, if only they'd brought the tank, or if only they could've brought the tank, okay? Well, I want you to think about something for all these asshats. Do you think that if you showed up with a crate of 20 M16A1 rifles in 1776, with enough ammunition to keep him running for a good long time. Do you think that the- The military personnel on the American side would have gone militia or even the regulars the Continental's would have gone Oh, I'm sorry. That's not really fair We really only cover this war with muskets and some rifles and you can have a pistol But I can't see a real Significant use for a magazine-fed semi or fully automatic rifle that can deliver accurate fire up to 600 yards I just can't see how that would be valuable. We we need to restrict that You know how stupid that sounds? You didn't realize this is something that has been brought up many times in each era. There's a if a certain weapon were available and you wouldn't need thousands of them. What would 20 M16 rifles do on a battlefield in 1775 or 76 or 17 17 say 78? What would 20 men What would you do with them? Would you squander them and tell them to go full auto and put them up front and let them expose them to fire enemy fire? What would you do with them? I know what I'd do with them. Gentlemen, we're going to teach you how to use these. Of course, if you had 20 guys who know how to use it, that would be better still. We're going to show you that you can reach out to five, 600 yards with this rifle, and we want you to shoot 20 rounds out of that 20 round M16 E1 magazine. And I want you to hit every time you pull the trigger. Twenty casualties. A magazine goes in the weapon. You pull the trigger, somebody gets hit. You pull the trigger, another somebody gets hit. Now let's not forget... ... or commanders. And sergeants. Anybody. Oh, you wouldn't have very long to go through all the officers. Think about this, guys. Just think... This is where it gets interesting, and I brought this up, it's not Weapons Wednesday, but it's something to think about, weapons in the right place that could be made. It is completely viable that the Sten gun could have been made at the beginning of the Civil War. And it could have been made using not a modern cartridge. It could have been made using a black powder rimfire cartridge in place to begin with. You got to remember, rimfire went all the way up to 41 and 44 caliber. So imagine a magazine fed, it would have to be 32 rounds. Initially when they started out, springs weren't as, the spring stock was not as resilient. So we'll go a 25 round stick magazine made by tin knockers back in the day with tin by the way, probably made out of tin. The gun itself could be made, the bolts could be made with brass or bronze and everything else could have been made in either low end steel or high end malleable iron. Do you realize what a hundred of those would have done, or ten even, on a battlefield in 1861 in the hands of the Confederacy? Mark. Think about that. It's one of those things where if you dropped it in somebody's lap and they looked at it, they'd be like, whoa, I can make this. Just one example right there. The other, of course, is, see, the stand could be made during that period. Hell, the stand could have been made during the Revolution. The cartridge issue would have been the thing. But that's a whole subject unto itself. But the idea is that by the time you get to this just pre-Civil War or Civil War era, gosh, you already had the liver action volcanic rifle in service. And pistol, by the way. Which are mechanically operated index index loading and firing with a tubular magazine weapon So making a magazine fed variant on the idea and not a lever action But the sten gun would have been nothing in fact the mechanic was was much more sophisticated than the sten gun Go ahead chipper their car. Yeah mark There's an excellent alternate history book by author Harry Turtledove called the Guns of the South where modern day I think they were South Africans take a number of AK-47s back to the South and As a result well the good guys won and I by that I do mean the South Yeah, it's a good book, The Guns of the South, Harry Turtle Dove. I recommend it. Yeah, let's remember that while everyone goes, well you have a 30 round mag or a drama. No, guys, think about it. In World War II, we fought with an eight round D-clip, which actually the D-clip is a lot more sophisticated in many ways over a magazine. The D-clip design was a good idea. It was designed so you throw the ammunition at somebody, you don't have to guess, they just load it in, it goes in either way. You go boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom, and then you do it again. However, a magazine-fed weapon with a crude caliber chosen many different weapons, and the AK would be one of them, could be made in the crude environment of the Civil War era, which isn't as crude as you think. I want you to go look at the actual mechanical world of 1858 or 1861. Yeah, well, covered wagons. Yeah, well, that was like, again, that was a utility tool based upon the mode of operational transport that was affordable today, horse or oxen. Meanwhile, steam was already in place, electricity was already understood. But most important is metallurgy had reached a way before the Civil War, had already reached a significant peak in quality of product and quantity that could be produced way before the Civil War, actually. There are dynamic images of steel foundries building, of course the idea was bigger and bigger guns. But if you focus on smaller and smaller weapons, Again, you don't need to change much, but what would press the improvement of the technology is the fact that the technology would be a success. That's what would dictate how much better the next generation would be. But just, you know, again, that's the old story. Imagine, remember, there used to be that t-shirt. How many of you remember the t-shirt of the Indian? the Native American slash Indian on horseback and there's a full moon behind him and the word at the top of the t-shirt was, and also they did it as a poster, it says imagine. And the warrior is on the back of the horse, but he's got his arm straight up and in his arm, what he's holding it across T, is a compound bow. And everybody goes, what? Yeah, think about that. What would a compound bow do? How would that change? Think about the dynamic of just what that tool would change. In fact, to be quite honest, that tool dropped into the American War for Independence. Well, Ben Franklin had already discussed the idea of reintroducing bows and arrows because it was a way to get more weapons into the field. Some people were carrying pikes. So instead of carrying pikes, how about reintroduce the longbow or a variation and at least get some shots down range? Well, imagine if instead of a long bow, somebody had figured out the mechanics of the compound bow. Needless to say, it would probably have been very popular and very quickly adapted, would have been the compound crossbow, as we know, because we've already got those out there. I've got many of them. They're all over the place. So that is another thing to take, looking at just one design like that dropped into an environment. And again, in the age of black powder, it still would have been devastating. Here's the thing to think about. We talk about bunker hill. Imagine if you were able to use compound bows to supplement your rifles and your rifles were short on powder. Would bunker hill have been the same under that condition? How would you have used him? Well, he used the bow and arrow far in advance to drop darts into the enemy. And then when they got that first volley in the face that knocked the first column completely down and killed all of those British soldiers or wounded them so severely they couldn't even get up. Then when they're trying to leave, you're putting compound bow arrows in their butts. Save the ammunition. Don't shoot. Instead, and by the way, send foraging teams out. Go recover your arrows. The British retreated five, six hundred yards. There's no fire power that they had available that could stop you from ransacking the wounded and the dead, which is what should have been going on. But again, you could also recover the tools of the trade. So many different ideas. And again, remember, this is a matter of husbanding resources. And then if you had such a special technology, how could you apply it like a diamond cutter? That's the most important thing to think about. How can you apply the tools that you have to the best of your ability to provide a more effective, destructive energy at the focal point where it's needed? Always think ahead. Constantly be thinking out of the box. There's a lot of things that can be done even when it looks like you don't have much that you can do, amazingly enough. We're at the bottom of the hour. We're going to do something right now because Carl Klein is, well, a guy that we need to remember. So, Ed, We're going to throw another dart tonight, and if we could, we're going to put another Carl Clang up at the bottom of the hour here on Liberty Tree Radio on the Intel Report in the evening. And you're listening on www.UrukratWokeUpOneDayWithNothingMuchToDo. Tried to put his street clothes on but couldn't find his shoes. The night before he tied one on, now cobwebs still his head. By afternoon he called in sick And then went back to bed The next day he felt shaky but he paid it off To work creases, pay and take a null in what to do Instead of trying to cut the car back some mutiny In winter tax their sweat, tax the hair off their high Did yes to our nation's infrastructures Worn and dush and sons become the odds Naff to pass those alien wheel glad they fill the Justice just voted yes to pass the break my guns It's him that won't love the crime he helps create as long as bribes keep coming in Tows are dang if they're out use your vote Send it to people individually share it especially right now scored we've got it there and You can't get over to wherever else you want to again. I will remind you it's not critical But if you want to attend deep deep social media is freely basically like Facebook you can post anything you want you like weapons you like Patriot issues you want to be part you know of a bunch of people that are like mine there's all kinds of different people over there but guess what it's a cool page it's a cool location and you can start posting all the stuff you've piled up you probably have in your system there that you can post and post and post and post it all share everything get it out into the into the Arena where it needs to be and Carl Klein is one of those musicians that We need to get out there especially you just heard that song. It's perfect It is right now it fits perfectly Why because as I told you your enemy is using the same old script that they do over and over and over and over and nauseam So this time around, well, we can't let it go any farther. And again, we've got a job to do. So take the time, plug in technology, use it, and don't lose it. Let's see, a couple of things before we get too much farther also. Heading to the weekend. A quick reminder, we're starting to look at weather change. I don't know what's going to happen in the upper part of Michigan. You've got a lot of train sites. Some of you guys are going to be in the UP this weekend, as I know. And again, I want to say hi to Jack Benson and the crew up there for good work. Yeah, the 16th is now in motion, which is fantastic. He and again, Jack is now the official straw boss slash commander of the new 16th Battalion, which is part of Michigan militia at large in the Western UP. They have a bunch of recruiting they're still doing for support and medical. Everybody's trying to get more medical personnel and it's not hard. There's a lot of people that have walked away from the system that are disgusted. They're good allies. You guys have to make personal choices there. Pay attention. Focus on the basics. Don't worry about anything else. Get the basics. Get your unit squared away. Double paste. Whatever you're gonna do as far as you got something that needs to be done, dot the I's, cross the T's, finish it. get it done out of the way. Again, the battalion is typically about 640 personnel plus or minus for the Michigan militia at large. And these are full strength battalions, so they had no problem. The guys have had no problem with the recruiting that's been going on. And people word of mouth and person to person. I know this person. You know, you grew up with them, went to school with them, they had gone to high school and college with them. In many cases, that's what's been going on. People are, if they bother to go to college, most don't bother anymore. Why bother? You can see what's going on. It's a waste. However, there are things that can be accomplished and you got enough time or will take advantage of the time you have, at least you'll be that much farther along when a war of prevention is in motion. So for everybody out there, remember, that's the solution, a war of prevention. We are not fighting a revolution or a civil war. We must fight a war of prevention, a war to stop the attack on our senses and our liberty. The fight is now, and the enemy action is clear, and a war of prevention is the solution. Absolutely is the solution. So again, we got work to do. Now. A couple of the things, if you have been paying attention, you've seen some of the other movements in the FIB. Is it fat, FIB, and whatever else? Always mix the letters up for these alphabet soup agencies. You can have a lot more fun. You've got the FIB, and you've got FAT, right? FIB and FAT. You figure out who they are. I think you can understand. But anyway, as you may have noticed, a couple of the people have slid sideways, kind of like the, you know, the, of course saying he's gonna slide sideways. He's not gonna do him any good. The only thing he can do is run for a country where he thinks they're not gonna let him extradite him. So wherever he's gonna run, he's gonna take the stolen money that he's been slinking away with all his bought and paid for programs by foreign operatives. And, you know, whoa, whoa, take the money and run. You know what I mean? Unless we're really stupid, no matter what, Mr. Fieauchi is going to be tried. I don't care about what they're going to do in DC, that's just flapping gas. But in reality, one way or another, that person is going to be, well, let's just say we're going to open all the closets. We're going to make sure all of their skeletons are out there in the open. Eventually, the skeleton will be the most important one, one that's underneath his height. But in the meantime, there's a lot of people that already understand, can't let him get away, and there isn't going to be any forgiveness for what he did to family members who died alone, people who died because of lack of proper medical care and were just being abandoned, etc., etc. So, nah. I have no kindness for that creature in any way, shape, or form. I don't think very many people do either. Except for the Fauciites, and they're still wearing three masks, and they're wearing a bung-hole mask. You know, they finally figured out how to mark it. Guys, you all understand that we got the monkey pox scam going on. Well, you go to the store now and you can get like a whole bundle of the cloth hospital masks, really nice ones for a dollar. Buy them. I've told you before, buy them. Don't forget that the very least for heavier particulate, if all you've got is that and you're being cautious in a threat environment, that's fine, okay? Because even OSHA tells you how to use a face mask like that. But they will also tell you it's only good for about 20 minutes. You have to change it out and off because it's loaded. This is one thing about filters. A lot of people ask, well how long will a Civil Defense filter mask, like for, you know, last in a gas mask? Well, it depends on the saturation. And the way that you typically judge is either A, if you have a good quantity of filters, is whether they set window of time based upon the estimate of pollution. You know, in other words, contamination. That determines how long you're going to use the filter, but part of it is if you're trying to use the mask and you're having difficulty breathing. That means that the mask, at the very least, the intake surface area has loaded. It's being plugged. Okay, well the same thing happens with those face masks. You know, bacteria from you from that direction and whatever's coming in from the outside every time you suck in air. Now, traditionally, of course, I was told that they took it off several sites like Myosha. I think Myosha did too. That's Michigan OSHA. Myosha took it off after people pointed out, well, wait a minute. It says every 20 minutes you have to change a face mask if you're going to use it for protection in any kind of threat environment, no matter what it is. It can be particulate as in dust. It can be whatever. But there's a quick loading process that takes place, typically because if you're wearing a face mask like that, It doesn't take long for what air passage it can take place to be retarded. Also, if it has viscous material, then it loads and air will not pass through or it does require more effort on the part of your lungs taxing your respiratory system, which is not what you're supposed to be doing if you have protection and protective equipment on. Now, you may have to suffer with that if you've got only a few filters and guess what? You're trying to get through an environment. But the big thing here right now is filters are really cool. So, Monkey Pox. This is fascinating. We have filters out there for the Monkey Pox. Have you seen them? If you'll notice right next to and up by the fronts of the stores, especially like at Ollie's and even at like Menard's, they got them right up by the register. Oh God, please buy this decontamination stuff. Well, they do have a Monkey Pox protective mask available, but you still have to find another tool. Basically, you know those bricks of hand sanitation wipes you got? Well, what you do is you rip the one cover off where the flap is, rip it right off, and you drop your pants right there, and then you can use your underpants or your panties. What you do is you smack that sucker right on your butt. You put it right over that bunk hole. Put those shorts in place, tighten them up maybe, if you gotta use a clip or something to tighten them up, hold that filter right there. There you go, you got bung hole protection. It's sanitary, it is decontaminate. You look stupid, but in my opinion, you look stupid wearing the masks now. So you look doubly stupid, you got this big bump in your butt. Or you can wear it on the outside of your pants if you feel that maybe the pants are working as a pre-filter system, that's possible. But you need then a strapping system so you know you gotta look for maybe a bicycle tire. Go over here like in Menards. The bicycle tire is right on the corner right from the front there. Go grab yourself a small kitty tire. Makes for a big rubber band. Rip that cover off. Slap that right over those blue jeans right there. Tie off that big rubber band and by God you're protected for Monkey Box. You've got the Fiocchi Seal of Approval. You got covered on one end by stupidity and you got covered by the other end in stupidity. There we go. What a combination. And I think that people who are wearing the match today should do this tonight, if not tomorrow. Preferably. Remember, you've got to save yourself from the monkey pox. Now, you know it's tongue in cheek. In fact, I will recommend like some places the decontaminate wipes. are now almost giveaway again. In many places, 25 cents a pack, 40 cents a pack, or a dollar a pack. And the ones that are a dollar are big, massive bricks. Buy them. That's the item they were charging you $7 for and $8 for. Or they said they couldn't get them at all. Well, now they're out there and why they're there and why they're so cheap. That's when you buy them. I told you this a year ago. And that guy's, well, these come up. We want them. Hey Mark. But we want them on our terms. Go ahead, call or jump in there. Number four here. I've got a couple questions and maybe a comment. I'm uploading a Fluffy's book he's recommended here soon as we get off the line here together, Guns of the South and the Discord area. And then I'm uploading a couple photos in the Discord area of a semi-automatic pistol that uses a magnet. for the trigger mechanism, doesn't have a spring in it or anything like that. My question is, did any of these Civil War guys or the Revolutionary War guys ever think about using Trevajes and other things from the Roman Empire? Because they walk under a line like that, you know, you have a machine that shoots out with a bow that shoots out, you know, 20 arrows at one time or something like that. I was just wondering how come that went back to the old primitive stuff like that. That's a good question because it always to me would be like, wow, let's see a stick with a pointy thing on the end of it or something that throws a bolt, you know, a hundred yards and goes through somebody or shish kabobs right there on the spot. Since line warfare was the norm, there was no rule that you couldn't use arrows. There's no rule that you couldn't use an arbalisk. There was no rules. You could use a multi-shot because there are many different types. There were slap systems, there were actually multi-bank bows, all kinds of repeat fire systems. And don't forget, if you were over in Japan, never had to worry about, they were isolated at that time and then some. But remember, Japan, by the 1800s, had a magazine fed, well before the 1800s, actually, forgive me. They had a magazine fed crossbow that was self-loading and self-cocking. Now, can you imagine just that weapon? Because the crossbow was so successful, and the Japanese were so short on weapons, just like we're talking about the American War for Independence, that when the Russians fought the Japanese, up to 30% of the troops in any action might have been carrying the magazine-fed crossbows that we're talking about. They carried 54 rounds, they fired two darts at a time. Imagine that in the hands of the American Revolutionary troops. Well, even speaking of darts, there was a lot of the handmade darts back in the Roman time that the guys would throw when they got close or they'd put them on the trebuchets and have all these little darts running down. Just hitting the enemy with a three pound rock, just hundreds of rocks like that will cause some damage to them. Well, and out of the hell, let's go one step further. Remember, this is the 1700s, 1775. At that point in time, metallurgical improvements were phenomenal. The availability of other materials to create, for instance, the driving mechanisms. For example, we were talking about an arbalisk. Steel production, casting a cannon was a very sophisticated process. Remember, like John Paul Jones had a bunch of problems with his 18 pounders, which were badly cast by the French. However, The arbalest, you know, an arbalest prod, which is basically the bow, as everybody would call it, could have been made in high malleable iron all day, and it would have been superior to probably anything the Romans were using. And it would have reached farther. I built arbalest with using a truck spring. I helped a friend of mine, the guy was my best man, and we took a T-shaped boat trailer and turned it into an arbalest. And when we fired that the first time, we were firing at an angle. I've mentioned this many times. We fired at an angle, we measured it out, we lost the first shot. We couldn't figure out where it went. We never found it. It was a six foot piece, a half inch water pipe with a spike on the front and two tail fins we welded on, right? The second shot, we had to elevate farther and we went out 600 yards. So we know that that first shot went farther. We were firing at an angle across the cornfield that was about like 60 acres. And we fired from the backyard of one of our friends and the thing went out and it just disappeared. And mind you, we painted it kind of bright so we can find it. We never found that one. When we changed the elevation, This you know figure it out. What's it? What is a six foot? Piece of thick wall water, you know half inch water pipe way And you're moving at 600 yards and we buried it two-thirds of the way into the ground Now I would say I would be willing to shoot that at a British you a British column any day wouldn't you? So, part of this was the prestige and also here's the other thing. Well, you guys are using bows and arrows. We are using musketoons and muskets. Well, if the British Empire went to Africa, who were they shooting at? They were shooting at the tribe. Spear checkers. Yeah. Yeah, people using spears, people using bow and arrow. They had sling. So basically, if they were going to Africa, with the exception of some of the counter-colonial forces like Germany, Belgium, whoever, they were facing a rustic military. And nobody thought twice about that. So what's fascinating is it would have made more sense, and in fact, again, the most important thing is when you win, if you take the field, the field is yours. All of the spoils of the war come to you, so you get more guns. But all of the ammunition, the bolts, the darts, the arbalisk, you know, shafts, like you said, if you were using a trebuchet, you'd have been going for round river rock. You want it to be like a bowling ball. You want it so that, well, you seem like, remember, it's a graphic image in the Patriot where, you know, the cannonball's running along the ground and takes the guy's leg off at the knee. Well, that's exactly what it was supposed to do. Did it kill him? Well, he probably died from it eventually if he wasn't tended, and he may have died from it anyway because of infection. But the fact is that that's a hell of a monster way to lose a leg and everybody else got to see it. So psychologically, it has additional benefit, especially in the kind of warfare that we're talking about. Like I said, Bunker Hill. Imagine if at Bunker Hill you had bows. You know, you already knew you're, for all the time that the siege was taking place at Bunker Hill, or before Bunker Hill, slap mark in the microphone. If you go back to April 19th, they run the British back to Boston. Now you got 20,000 people standing around, staring at the British who were under siege. You have a couple of minor actions, and then eventually the patriots decide they're gonna take the breeds Bunker Hill area because the British are talking about coming in, and so why don't we take it first? And when they did that, they already had weeks, in fact months, to prepare for that event. And one of the things, by God, I would have done is like, well, what can we put together? We don't have much powder. Well, then what do we have that we can shoot, right? You're thinking the same way I am. The visualized war turtle. Yeah, exactly. Well, now that's another thing. There were all kinds of things that can you imagine how much farther would they have taken it? They didn't need to get off from behind the defensive line. If all they had had was more ammo, the spine of the British military would have been broken in the colonies on that day. Understand this, people. If you go read the event, read it, seriously read it. The militia beat the living snot out of the regulars. And in fact, like I said, when the first volley was fired with regular firearms with musket, literally the entire front column of the British advance fell in that instant. You know, seven, 800 men cut loose at the same time and each one of them hit somebody. Well, if you're running out of ammo, if you're running out of ammo, you can also use arrows like they use the ramrod and you shoot them. Right. And if it's raining like cats and dogs for three or four days, you have a whole group that come down to the enemy with bows and arrows and wipe them out while they're waiting for the rain to stop because they're powder. Yeah, well, if any kind of rain or weather would have taken place, the crossbow would have just commanded. Think about it, you have nothing to do but a bad end. I'm shooting you at 60, 80, 100 yards, and I'm hitting you with a pound of dirt, maybe a pound and a half, two pounds, depending on how I build it, what I have for steel or iron for the broadhead. The math is pretty straightforward. So imagine, I mean, and on top of that, here's the other thing. Just as they would say, you rustics were using pikes and you even had some bows and arrows. Yeah, but on that day, if they'd had the bows and arrows, that would have been an even greater insult to their, it would have been a greater thing for the Patriot side because, well, yeah, we did it with bows and arrows. We didn't have ammunition, but we had some and we held it back. But the other part about that is if you take the field, remember, at a certain point, the British would have run out of troops available, which is what was happening. If the last assault had not been able to get close enough, that conflict would have been known as the slaughter of Bunker Hill with the British dying right there. I want you all to think about this. This is why other weapons are critical. Anything is critical. You may be on your knees, but if you're the last person on your knees, you win. When do they stop using armor like the Conquistadors with their matchlock rifles? Because I would have thought with a shield and a breastplate and a helmet would have provided some protection against all that stuff from far range. Well, yeah, but the thing is that it depended on the type of armor and remember that a lot of armor passed down from one generation to the next and then it's not a problem. The issue is that in many cases it wasn't necessarily top of the line and in order for you to clean armor, typically you sanded it. Okay, what you did is you put it in a barrel. You see pictures of the two knaves pushing a barrel around and some of these pictures of the knights. What they're doing is they're, yeah, they're polishing the chain mail and they're polishing the armor. The problem is that abrasion wears down the metal. And so that's one of the problems with many of the armies of, for instance, the Renaissance. Is yeah, they had an arsenal full of everything and they had enough armored outfit, maybe 3000 men, but the armor had been sanded or been worked too many times. So it was basically of some value, but little value. Now, in reverse order, consider this. With what we know about ballistic defense, imagine just the idea of sandwiching board and again, for instance, jute and layering board on top of that and creating limited body armor because remember, if you want you to understand how it was lead, you're using soft lead. Guys, there was no tin or antimony in the bullets. So you're talking about the equivalent to a level one threat level one vest. That's what threat level one was designed. Remember knife and lead. And threat level two could stop most everything. Okay. Within handgun, except for maybe big, big Magnum. But it still came down to the assumption that most of the bullets of the day were lead. So other than the fact you got this big freight train bullet coming down, it's going to bully over, but it's not going to go through you and it'll punch you. But depending on how you laminated the wood and the jute and the wood, and here's another thing, we know more about ceramic. Guys, they made ceramic tile to no end in the colonies. Ceramic tile combined with jute, combined with a panel of wood would have offered actually very reasonable protection, which would have been devastating had you even accepted the idea of rank and rank fire where you stand and wait to get shot. It would have totally changed the formula there. These are all things that you wonder, well I understand part of it. Okay, first of all, again, the pride thing. Well we have to stick with the weapons of the day. Franklin was probably the brightest man on the planet and the idea he came up with, I mean brightest for our side as far as innovations. What he proposed would have been a sound solution. Any of these ideas would have worked. And our ballistic is still pretty, it's an anti-infantry weapon for the ideal situation that they were at at Bunker Hill. Think about that. Here's the best way to abbreviate it. Same with the crossbow, same with the longbow. Guys, remember, the longbow was so devastating that when the invaders came to England, what did they do to the longbowmen if they caught them? You remember? The long bow was the single most devastating weapon in fire a a dark a an arrow the size of basically a broomstick Well, if you got caught when the invaders took England, they they hacked off your thumbs. Why did they hack off your thumbs guys? Can't hold the there are not That's right. Can't pull the bow there and that way it killed destroyed the principal Superiority weapon that the British had in their hands Also the air rifles are around close to that time period because the French was running a field with those air rifles.
