The ATF has their permanent director, Dettleback. The poo has hit the fan. A bill was submitted on July 21 and I've waited to say anything about it because... The name of the bill is incredibly vague. It's called the AIM Act, the ATF Improvement and Modernization Act. But the actual printed copy was not immediately available. Well, it is now. I've read it. Hit the bell to all notifications. And let me tell you about this act. This act was submitted on July 21st by Senators Chris Van Hollen and Dawn Baer Van Hollen of Maryland, Baer of Virginia. I'm gonna give you a quick breakdown on the bill. Then I'm going to go into the bill itself because there's a lot of legal jargon in this one where if you try to read it you'll go cross-eyed and blind because it's changing all kinds of things in the Appropriations Act, the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 2009. But I'm going to show you exactly what it looks to do, and it's not good. Think registry. Think changing another definition that's going to affect people who are FFLs. Think... Give ATF power to stop imports? Yeah, you're going to want to watch this one. You're going to want to tell your friends about it, so start sharing it now. First, let's jump into some background information on the bill. And to do that, I'm going to give you quotes from the senators so you can see the BS behind it. Senator Van Hollen said, gun violence has plagued our country for too long, stoking fear and wreaking havoc in our communities, our neighborhoods and our schools. And action is not an option. This month, meeting July, the Senate confirmed an ATF director. Overcoming Republicans' deliberate refusal to fill his position since 2015, now it's time to ensure ATF has the tools it needs to make our communities safe. So we're going to have to give up rights for safety, in their mind. This common sense legislation eliminates obstacles that hinder ATF's ability to crack down on illegal gun trafficking and reckless gun deals to dangerous individuals and empowers the Bureau to tackle the gun violence epidemic head on. translation. These guys can't do much because the law and the Constitution prevents them, so we're going to create powers for them to be the all-powerful SS. Congressman Baier said, Congress must act to give the ATF the tools it needs to prevent gun violence and make American communities safer. And that is what our legislation would do. For years, the gun lobby and its allies in Congress have complained that we should just enforce existing laws, even as they hollowed out the federal agency charged with enforcing them. Our legislation would take a common sense approach to remove barriers that hamper the ATF's mission to prevent criminals from acquiring and using guns. I appreciate Senator Van Hollen and the gun violence prevention leaders who worked with us to craft this important bill and urge my colleagues to support it. And if you're wondering... what groups he's talking about as far as helping get this done Brady, Everytown, Giffords, March for Our Lives, and the Marylanders to Prevent Gun Violence. So all the big money, all of the anti-gun groups have got behind these two cronies, these two pawns, and have marked them and they're taking their orders. Now on the screen here is what this bill looks to do in plain English and then I'm going to show you the bill itself. Okay, it looks to make it easier for the ATF to work with other agencies to address violent crime. And I want you to pay attention to this. It wants to allow ATF to maintain a national centralized firearms database, a registry, so they can return trace data to law enforcement more quickly. A centralized database would also allow law enforcement to detect patterns that indicate gun trafficking. The National Tracing Center maintains its records on paper and microfiche, which means a single trace request could take a week or longer stalling criminal investigations. So we're gonna have a searchable database for the ATF and law enforcement under this bill To allow ATF to search computerized records they receive from dealers currently They can't do that because it's called a registry and it's illegal the ATF currently must Remove the search function from records they receive in a searchable format And if you believe they remove those then you're freaking crazy 3. Allow NICS, the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, to hold onto background check information for more than 24 hours. So keep that information forever. A GAO report found that next day destruction virtually eliminates the FBI's ability to initiate firearms retrieval actions when it learns after the fact that the transfer should not have been allowed. And finally under this first section, allow the ATF to transfer agency functions to another agency to improve coordination or receive help from agencies like the FBI. Translation, let's have all of these places do our work for us. We can deputize them. They can all be ATF agents. Instead of having a couple thousand, we could have a couple hundred thousand. But there's more. The bill would also, allegedly, allow ATF to crack down on bad Apple dealers. It would allow the ATF to conduct multiple inspections of a dealer in a year. Currently, they cannot do so, even if they suspect the dealer of trafficking gun crimes. No other federal agency is subject to this prohibition. 2. Allow ATF to require gun dealers to inspect their inventories before an inspection and submit those firearm inventories. This would ensure that dealers report stolen or lost guns to ATF and make it easier to track them should they be used in crimes. Currently, dealers do not have to maintain inventories. Or, so bad Apple dealers can sell guns off the books without a background check or records and If it's using a crime, tell the ATF the gun was stolen. Three, lower the standard of proof. for revoking a seller's license from willfully breaking the law to knowingly doing so. So make it easier for them to strip FFLs. Eliminate the de novo review of appeals which weakens the ATF's ability to revoke licenses from bad apple dealers and defend those decisions in court. Finally in this section, allow the ATF to deny a firearm license for lack of business, which will... which will help ensure that the ATF doesn't waste time inspecting dealers that aren't selling to the public. Dealers with a federal firearms license can also avoid certain state laws or ship guns across state lines without a background check. Treatment that should not be permitted if they are not engaged in legal gun sales to the public. So this is in there directly if you ask me because there are a lot of gun channels that are FFLs and this is looking just to take that ability away from them. Next, protect the public from dangerous weapons. We want to allow the ATF to define a curio or relic to ensure that more advanced weaponry is not included due to an outdated definition. and allow ATF to prevent imports of non-sporting use shotguns. Well, why would they want to stop curios and relics? Actually, let's put it on the screen. According to ATF, to be recognized as a curio or relic, firearms must fall within one of the following categories. One, the firearm must be manufactured at least 50 years prior to the current date, but not including replicas thereof. Well, what would be made about 50 years ago? M16s and the like. Next, firearms certified by the curator of a municipal, state, or federal museum which exhibits firearms to be curios or relics of museum interest. And three, firearms which derive a substantial part of their monetary value from the fact that they are novel, rare, or bizarre, or from the fact of their association with some historical figure, period, or event. And ATF wants to change that definition. Change all the definitions the ATF wants to do. Frame, receiver, pistol stabilizing braids, curios, and relics. Let's just change all of it because Biden's letting us do it, and we're just going to do what we want around here. Now, the last section is to make ATF more responsive to the public and researchers. You want to allow ATF to make trace data available to the public. So universities and public research groups can study the flow of recovered crime guns and increase accountability among bad apple dealers. This is important because Trace That is not available to the public. Trace data is criminal investigation information. It's not out to the public. Why does the public want? Why does the left want these universities to get it? Why? Because it has all the information of the original purchaser and anybody who was an owner from the time it was manufactured and sold to the time the crime was committed. They just want to compile another registry. It's another way to make a registry and then they're going to have the press use this information. Hmm. We've already seen them leak that information in California, right? Twice. Also, they want to allow ATF to process Freedom of Information Act requests for data on gun traces, arson, and explosive incidents. The ATF is the only federal law enforcement agency prohibited from responding to FOIA requests. Law enforcement sensitive and private information can be protected through the existing Freedom of Information Act statute. Alright, now I told you I was going to give you the bill as well. We're going to put it on screen. It's HR 8460. I'm going to tell you that it is still in committee. Hasn't moved. But I want you to be aware of this. And guys and gals, it's very frustrating. I know we might feel when it comes to the federal side, we can't get a break. Rest assured, this bill already violates standing law. Cannot have a registry. So we have that on our side. We also have Bruin. Bruin is going to be, they're trying to make it last as long as they can, the anti-gunners, but it's going to shred their bases, their standings for gun control. So... Now, reported in the ATF say that this is completely anonymous because we believe the ATF, who's created that gun registry that they denied about forever until they were forced to disclose it in a Freedom of Information Act by gun owners of America, But they tell us that this is absolutely anonymous and you can report gun violence, gun crimes, explosive issues to the ATF to directly to your local field office via this app and then of course they'll come and do an investigation and kick the door in and violate people's rights because people are gonna rat on each other. Now... I am not advocating for criminal activity in any way, but I'm also not advocating for people riding on each other. Mind your MF in business, I guess, is the way America used to run. I keep your nose out of everybody else's business because the ATF has a bunch of bureaucratic unelected thugs who think they can change law overnight so that they can make millions of gun owners felons just, you know, by... So here on the ATF's website is the, I guess basically the information about this app and how you can submit things and how uh... how they treat your information and they start by saying that the fight to protect our communities is not just up to law enforcement it's a partnership between your community in law enforcement everybody wanted to defund the police but now they want you to read everybody out to the police they're going to say nato values your privacy that's that's a bold face lie and is offering a service to report it a mobile app that allows you to remain anonymous with reported Concerned citizens can report suspicious or unusual activities in real time while having the assurance that your identity will remain anonymous and confidential. Report it makes it easy to create and submit a tip and attach a photo or video with confidence that the information is forwarded to us real time. With the time and location of the incident, we can better respond and provide the necessary resources quickly and efficiently. this coming from an agency who says they don't have enough people and want to triple their budget but I guess we just caught them in another lie. You will have the option to provide your personal information but this will not be required to submit your tip. You can visit the reported website for more information on their service. Now if you really want to know more you can find this. I'm not putting this information, links out for this because I don't want people to rat on each other because they should just mind their friggin business. But if you want another giggle here's a question further on that. down on the web page it says is this tip system anonymous? Yes! How anonymous is it? It goes into that about how if you don't submit your personal information they do not farm it and I don't believe them at all but hey this is the world we live in today I guess. ATF goes on to say that they're not tracking any information through your device once you submit this and again we all know that they will or at least they have the capability to do that. should they so choose. So again, I was torn on putting this information out, not because I didn't want folks to know about it, it's absolutely something we should know about, but because I don't think more people should know about it if you get my drift. This is enticing. people to rat on people that they don't like just because they have a gun or they wear a shirt that says the rights of the people are not negotiable. Well, ID, oh, yeah, they were. and so fools actually called up and couldn't understand why after they made the call, the call came right back to the number they called from, they dialed from. So we recommended, now you can't, you know, well you could do this in a number of ways, but it's not worth buying more cell phones or dental farting with any of the digital processes. So it's gonna be, it's more isolated, which is really what they need, you know, they want. because what we did is every time I passed the phone I felt nervous and you could still do this if you have any pay phones in your area whenever you walk by one. If you call 1-800-ATFG-NS when you call it, somebody will answer on the other end. You might be fearful. You might be thinking, there's just nobody there to kick indoors and confiscate guns. You're probably, the government just, you know, just not doing what they should be as far as the communist mindset. So you can call 1-800-ATF-QNS and you can wait, you can hear that, AKF, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah. And it's like, oh, I feel better already. You can listen and maybe they will query. you know, into the dead space because you're not saying anything, but you will feel more comfortable. You'll feel secure and you'll, oh, I know that they're, and you can hang up the phone and go on doing what you were doing. It won't take the moment. 1 800 ATF, you and us on a pay phone. It's free and you can be reinforced. You know, you may go another, well, maybe halfway through a mall and there's another bank of, of pay phones, a few of them. You may need to call from each one of those. You may feel that the first one might not be as accurate or as confidence building as you thought. So you do the 1-800-ATF-G-U-N-S from the second phone. Yep, yep, sounds like the same voice. Maybe it is, maybe they are on the job. Maybe they're doing their job. Now it's especially great if you call after seven or eight o'clock or nine o'clock because in fact, ideally if you like get off work at 11 and you go past a pay phone, If you call 1-800-ATFQNS, their system advances the call from that payphone to the office, but from the office to a designated receiver, which means the later you call, the more likely you're going to hear somebody that's a lot more groggy answer. And you just know that at 11 45 or 123 in the morning or two o'clock in the morning, you're probably getting them up. But what you do is you hang that phone up and get on down the road. But then if you see another payphone somewhere, you stop after 15, 20 minutes. You got to figure maybe they finally got settled down. But I feel that I need to be guarded. And I know that the ATF is there playing jackbooted thugs. So you wait about 15, 20 minutes, call from another 800 pay phone. And from a pay phone, you can use 800 numbers, they're free. And the exciting thing is, is that once again, you'll hear that not very happy or groggy voice or the voice of somebody now is being peckish because Well, you woke them up so they could do their job because they were excited about being the advanced caller for you know 1-800-ATF-G-O-N-S rat line, right? So 1-800-ATF-G-O-N-S you could go from any payphone you want. You can find a payphone, use it. And get out to other things, no matter what, day or night, whatever time of the day doesn't make any difference. He goes ahead and he makes a call, you know, or he uses, I don't mean a call, but he uses the app to report someone that he saw unsafe with a gun. And all of a sudden he pulls up a picture, it's a picture of President Biden. with one of those ghost receivers, pistol receivers, polymer agents, and the sides. So he decides, well, this guy looks unsafe. So he goes ahead and puts in the information. Lives on Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. This guy's running around with this ghost gun. I mean, he actually did it. He actually reported by it. Yeah, it's pretty funny. That's the way to do it if you're willing to is if everybody we outnumber them It's you don't think you know, the only thing is it's like remember they're gonna be recording So you don't care if you're already on the list. It's kind of fun. I've heard the horror stories coming from people in other townships. at all. We're doing this wonderful job during this time of COVID. It's almost like hazard pay. You're entitled because that's how they were to the first COVID money that the township could take us. Well, it's like hazard pay because it's hazardous to hold your meetings and held them by Zoom. And that's where you can see in person, they were going by Zoom meeting, but they were the first ones to step out and say, oh my God, it's so dangerous and you're right. We need this extra pay. It's just so dangerous. be a township professional and do my job that the people elected me to do, so we're gonna do it by Zoom, but we need to suck their money because, you know, it's scary out there. Well, now they've given themselves bonuses and raises, and it's just continuous. They're buying things for their townships and they're just spending money like it's water, okay? Because they're just, oh my God, they've got just tons of cash coming in. Well, if that's not enough, now we need the zoning. Now remember, that's your township enforcer. Every township has one. Even if you don't have zoning, you have a zoning administrator. Somebody has the fancy title. Now, a lot of times if you have no zoning, the zoning administrator does much of nothing. But you still have ordinances where the township has passed certain ordinances. Rather it be a nuisance ordinance or a noise ordinance or whatever other bull crap ordinance they can decide they want to shove down your throat. They pass it and vote. They don't give a crap. You don't get a vote. They vote. So just the way they want to work it in Michigan, just, well, you just start finding people. Let you know we got to get more money. We got to revenue more money. We got to steal more property because if we can get you so far in debt that you're just going to throw in the throw and say, you know what, I'm done. Well, then hot diggity dog just goes to property. If you pay it, well, then good. We're going to to find you some more because why? Let me step out on a limb here because here in a little weakland township we have limited zoning and we have a zoning administrator and whenever I was elected one of the first things I did is I squatted on the zoning administrator and I said leave them alone because finding people we're gonna bring it to the board and to eliminate your by Michigan law building permits because have that building permit the local government's got to make their money and that But outside of that, why? Because as long as I'm supervisor, I believe in freedom. I believe in total freedom. Townships are on me feel that way. Because we're an island. We're an island sitting where I'm at. The same feelings, the same mindset at our township level. Now I want to say, in the county, the response is very simple. Well, you know what? I don't care. Go back to Hillsdale where you came from. It's our philosophy on them all. Now there's no secret to who I am, sitting on a township board. And whenever they were talking about, we were talking about COVID money early on. And I said, they're just gonna come to steal property, guys. I can tell you that now. And somebody said, well, what are we gonna do if they come? Before I could even say anything, another guy stood up and he says, hey, listen, don't you know who our supervisor is? He's one of the top militia leaders. I think we're gonna go to him. And I think we're gonna shoot him if they come. Peer simple. We're in our township. are gonna pull right over and it's gonna be, oh yes, Mr. IRS agent that's here to steal property or DEA agent or ATF agent or FBI agent or whatever, whatever, alphabet agency shows up. They'll be right there and say, ah, well get them boys. They all wanna lead their own rule of thumb and they don't care about the tenants, they don't care about your rights, your property rights as well. And that's what this whole thing's down is, they're here to steal your property because they don't want you to have real assets, property, gold, silver, you don't want none of this stuff. You'd be dependent on the state to the point where you have none. I mean, we're already hearing about the $12 minimum wage. If there's no, if there is no fight in court, then it's going to be a $12 federal minimum wage, which is going to put a poverty level. Inflation, go that much higher. It's about 25% jumping minimum wage. So take your wages, take 25% is where your level is going to be after February. On top of them coming after profit, finding you, They're gonna find every way they can to revenue money from you. And that just come in as, like I said, Friday night. Well, secret, they're not in your face now. Well, you're getting regular dispatches from, because there's a township association, you have county associations, all these have been pumped up by the Fed to indoctrinate whoever they could to goose step or lock step with the agenda. Now, remember about, it's been six going on seven years, Captain Monahan, he's passed away. But we have a copy. In fact, I'm pretty sure we still have a copy. It's not right here at this workstation, but I got it the other fact under the briefcase. Remember, he was in Ypsilanti, Michigan. He had a house in Ypsilanti, Michigan. He got a notice because he had a blue tarp on a roof. Remember this? In Ypsilanti, Michigan. They didn't cite the township. They didn't cite the county. They didn't even cite the state. They cited United Nations Charter Building Code. Does anybody remember this? Now what was interesting at the same time, coming from another direction, we had several different people who were supervisors, but also workers at Lowe's and also at Home Depot. And guys, you may still have this at your work site. You may want to check this out and see if you can pull it up. But there was a work app with the cash register system to check to confirm whether or not your building materials were authorized under the limited issue agreement under United Nations Code. That literally was a rationing program that is interactive between all of these stores. to prevent you from buying, well, why do you need a cement block? Why do you think you need 20 cement blocks? You can't buy 20 two by fours, you might build something with them comrade worker. Now guys, This is everywhere. This is in Walmart. This is in all of the mechanism right now. Most stores have an uplink. I don't think there's any that don't now. They haven't. They've had it for quite some time. Back in the 90s, they were going so far as at the end of the day, not only did they report sales to the main office, but they were also doing a digital readout of sales for the day, which was sent to the Fed. more and more people back in the 90s were using credit cards, etc. Literally, they were tracking who was buying what food to a limited degree if you used a credit card, used cash. They couldn't really, the cash was spent, but they didn't know what was. So what did they do as a trick? Well, if you're with the special buyers club, you get four or five cents off or seven cents off each dollar. if you're with the buyer's club. So you paid with cash, but you put your name on the transaction. And that's what the manager said is what they were using that incentive for because the Fed told them that they needed to know who was buying what, what products. However, from the Lowe's and Home Depot and I guarantee Menards, they all have the same software package. They specifically popped up and this was at the same time that we had the the inspector sheet Ypsilanti, Michigan. That's Ypsi with a Y. Ypsi is just located a little east of Ann Arbor, Michigan. So pretty good sized town. Eastern Michigan is located there. Eastern Michigan University. And after he got his notice, two or three other neighbors got a similar inspection sheet nailed to their door, so to speak, stuck in their door and also it came in the mail. And in all of these cases, it did not cite local code, it did not cite county code, it did not cite state code. It was United Nations Building Code, UN. We don't print that crap up for the government. So we didn't make it. Nobody else had to. It was being generated by the schmucks who already drank the Kool-Aid. So there is a lot more going on. And again, the other thing about the zoning issue is remember that these zoning coordinators would be the people who would confirm or deny that you are building anything, right? So as the political hacks in the field, their job is to, as revenuers for the regime, their job would be to start identifying building materials, sites that might be suspect, et cetera, go right down the shopping list. So these are de facto field agents for United Nations, and that's not maybe a kind of a sort of. The Ypsilanti paperwork showed beyond a shadow of a doubt what the present agenda is. And some places decided they were going to go along with it. Others, like the reason that we found out about was going out at the hardware stores like Lowe's is by accident. The guys were doing a software diagnostic and a bunch of stuff popped up in the diagnostic printout. And lo and behold, everything was hard copied. So they've got these multiple pieces coming in from different directions. And again, they're figuring that the township hacks, well, Dave, this is a great lever, isn't it, to get these characters to do what they're told? Because a lot of them- Oh yeah, and remember, if they took the COVID money or the rescue funds or whatever we want to call it, if they took the federal money, then by federal contract, they are federal enclaves and- By that, they become federal. They will toe the line and they will do exactly as they're told or well, they're going to deal with the fat. Well, think about it. They're told you there's 87,000 secret police who are going to be tied into Homeland Succu writing that are IRS. One of the things that came out today, Guns and Gadgets has an excellent video on this. about the cross activity. And I've told you about this for years, that well, with the ATF wants to, they can tell off the wall that the FBI is all, they're all ATF agents now. Well, this doesn't come from ATF guys. What in reality this comes from is Homeland Security. This is Homeland Succuretti going the next step in as the interior police of the KGB. In fact, Ed might have it in his fingertips as a little sound bite from a video that we do have posted, Ed reposted, and then the Discord. And I think if Ed can, guys, this was the kickoff for this particular little video, and everybody, it is the perfect sound bite. So, wait a minute. What did they steal, Dave? What is it that they took? What did they take? Yeah, they took the federal money. They signed a federal contract. They got that juice. And here's the thing, is that the against me about this is that Turd that's up in front of the microphone there, you know, that's not who's talking. That's Obama talking. This is Obama doing all the rest of what he planned on doing, which by the way, if you think about it with all of the other activities, remember one of the several programs had to do with the disassembling and destruction of American cities. And Flint, Michigan was the lead off on that. Well, if you take a look at some of what they're doing right now, well, what they did with the coronavirus money, Another oblique, another angle that they can come at with that program has to do with return compensation. Well, you all didn't read the fine print. And as one of our callers said, well, wait a minute, we got this thing in the mail electronically, what fine print? Well, that's not the government's problem. Let's think about this. Remember, it's like dealing with the banks for the last 30 years. I used to work in banking, okay? And the bank would always tell you it was your fault. The balances, you know, something happened with the balance. It's all your fault. Well, wait a minute. I'm not the bookkeeper. All I did was deposit, you know, $148 and $68 and $29 and 39 cents. And if I add that up, that's what you'd be here. There's something wrong. Oh, then it turns out that, well, they had special fees that they've attached. And even though your job with the savings account was to put money in the bank, They told you that every month they needed to now charge a service fee for you depositing your money in their stinking bank rather than giving you interest. And I grew up with an interest. In other words, 5.5 and 3.25% is what I actually used to get. This is way, way, way back guys. In fact, that was pretty healthy in the late 60s. Well, all of a sudden it was your fault. Government does the same thing. Well, it's all your fault. Wait a minute. There's nothing I have control over. In fact, if you think about it, this is even true with pretty much all of your payroll, okay? Especially if you work with any big company like Ford, GM, if you work for a university, you work for a college, you work for a manufacturing that's multinational. That's all done by the bookkeeping department. You get to don't get to pick other than a small random number. How many how many? Dependence do you have okay? I actually didn't claim most of them and in fact always overpaid intentionally Because I knew exactly how scurrilous the system was because I also worked in bookkeeping at one time. Okay, but fact is There's you have you have absolutely no control over virtually any aspect of what they're doing with your bookkeeping. None. I mean, it's like you put in the bank, the only thing you did was you moved digits around and the digits you moved are the little pile you had in your hand. Everything else is under the control of that bank or under the control of the pigs in government or other some of the third party turd is not even in the United States now like we see with the energy companies where the billings are overseas. And again, more and more lack of honesty or integrity with regard to action. Well, now let's think about this. Okay, so I received this money in my bank account and well, I'd posted my bank account. Now, no, what they did is they said, let's look at tax returns. Well, yeah, Joe Smith, he filed a tax return. He's got four people he filed for tax. Well, for people, well then we're gonna give him X amount of dollars. So you did notify the government and well, if you look at the bottom of the tax forms, you have that little thing you signed your name to. Well, that signing your name is, well, to all these terms. There's an authorization of- Yeah, if you go look at the IRS and you sign that form, it's signing more than, well, I agree that this is true, did I know of? No, there's a whole bunch of other mumbo jumbo in there. Most of us don't even want to read because it's probably 450,000 pages long. And you basically agree, yeah, yeah, we'll have money back. Think about that. What you're doing is you're sending off on the constructive fraud is what you're doing and they know it. And the constructive fraud is built by them, not by you. See, that's always the case. And well, okay, something that came out last what, 48 hours? The inspector general's office of the government was citing numbers. And then they brought up a particular case with the IRS where they sent out something like, well, actually, the whole thing is on one of the yaps, probably the app programs here in the last 48 hours. But it was like, they spent so many hundreds of millions of dollars to send out so many, like 100,000 letters threatening, you know, you owe money to the IRS, even though they knew, they knew that you didn't. Their estimate is that they were going to get something like $900 million off of all you taxpayers who were going to cave in and just hand your money over. And it turns out that it was actually it was like $600, was it? $600 million? It was a ridiculous amount, but they didn't even get a one sixth 1-600th? I think that's right. They got such a pitiful amount that basically they spent hundreds of millions of dollars and had nothing in return for it. However, it's the idea that their argument, they've pointed this out, the argument was they were going to send these letters out knowing that the people did not owe the money and that they figured they were going to bully or terrorize the taxpayer into surrendering the money. Now, that's before this 87,000 jackbooted, thought quadriplegic homosexual Eskimo army that they're gonna bring in. Okay, just think about that. And under these conditions, it's like I said, there are any rules. It's obvious in their plan, there are no rules. So you have lawlessness, which means you have to defend yourself. And again, the only solution of this is an American war of prevention. Everybody goes, it's a revolution. No, no, the American, the founders of this country stated uncategorically they were fighting a war of prevention. You know what they're gonna do? They've already spelled out what they're gonna do. You have no choice but to fight them to stop them. Not taking anything from anybody, we're just not taking any of their crap. That's what they're terrified of. That's why the big push is to try and disarm the population or supposedly get these revenuers slash jobery types to come out of the chocks and frothing at the mouth, try to rape, kill, pillage, and burn their way across the country. We're gonna have to stop them but cold. That's all there is to it. And there's no asking permission because there's nobody that can give permission. There's nobody will step up to the plate and do the right thing. In fact, they continually step up to the plate and defecate all over the country. So what do you do? Yep. It was a UN rag. It was a blue UN flag. There is no doubt what was being burned. And for the feds to blurt out that, well, they were burning our... Well, what do you mean by our? Because you didn't... It wasn't an American flag. And it wasn't a Michigan flag. It was a UN rag. And it was a fed that was saying, they burned our flag. Yeah, nothing. So in other words, he was telling you who they work for. Does everybody understand? By the way, that's court record. That's not where somebody has to guess. And by the way, here's another thing. We tried to find it before, so apparently they posted more, cuz it's not posted from 20 years ago. It's a 20-year-old video, but it was posted as part of the propaganda releases that they did here recently within the last three to five years. Pay attention to the dates of the training. Now what's interesting is Grayling is a live fire facility. They can do aerial bombardment. They can do, you know, from air to ground. They can do live fire artillery and live fire tank. Okay. Let's remember these foreign armies are coming in with, they brought in their teeth. They flew in here on American cargo planes or not. transport planes and they're using Amer equipment. They don't bring anything with them. Right. The latest cycle of what they're doing now is the assumption is they're going to be picking up on more being issued American arms and American soil, which is what they would again. Logic is if they're going to need a police force fast, remember what I said, if they do this as expected, we've got 87,000 organic sandbags, which are basically grade B troops. They could be street gang, They could be Purple-haired Antifa, BLM, they don't care, politically correct queers, you know, petals, whatever they, whatever they, that is, you know, gonna get patted in and squeeze on a butt. Those are the organic sandbags that flesh out and support the regional response units, which are the hardcore foreign and some American operating as reaction groups that go around the state to attack systematically and terrorize the population under a government sponsored terrorist program. And what they do is they come in and take over the local 15,000 in the state that fleshes out and puts the grunts that they need. Remember what they said back years ago when I did American Peril with regard to FinCEN? Why were the Crips and the Bloods at a meeting of every federal agency in Chicago? What was the purpose of the meeting? Well, it was to organize a ground operations force like you're seeing fleshed out right now against the American population. What's changed? They have a larger number of public fool system idiot sticks. They're panty-waist, they're wicked, they're perverted, most of them are dim-witted, but remember, they still can pull the trigger and bullets kill no matter who pulls the trigger. But they will be cheaper to take a bullet than the ones that are the pricier, better trained. And again, bullet sponges, organic sandbags, take your pick of whatever term you want to use. And remember, they still need grunts to be on the street corner, two to a team, walking up and down in smithy black uniforms with bollock labazon with machine guns, like they were doing in New York, remember? Remember how they pumped that up step by step where you had the machine gun teams and, you know, they look like third world banana republic all over New York? Well, guess what? the several times those guys cut loose, they hit 11, 12, 14 people and then finally hit the suspect. They sprayed the whole stinking neighborhood. Everybody was on the street, it was like watching the KGB in a movie. They always show you it's like, well, I don't care about anybody. Well, that's exactly how those rifle teams were working. And of course, they know identification. They don't answer to anybody. Step off the sidewalk and go around them. In fact, if you're smart, you'll step off the sidewalk, walk across the street and go past them that way and then come back if you think you're safe enough to do that. Now, think all these purple-haired, Fruit Loop Antifa and BLM types who were bused at US government expense, protected at US government expense, and now they get to be on a different bus. Instead of the Jerry's Kid Antifa bus, they put them on a FEMA bus, on a Homeland Security bus as light infantry. That's what their plan is. That's why 87,000 fleshes out what is already a massive battle group of secret police who hate America, who are not working for America. Homeland Security does not work for the United States. Homeland Security is a private corporation registered in New Jersey, officially not in Washington, D.C. Why? Because it's a foreign agent of a foreign power, sanctioned to operate against the American population under the War Powers Act of 1933. In New Jersey, the state of New Jersey allows those corporations and operations to operate with licenses only issued through New Jersey, but they reach all the way across the country. Yeah, remember when they had the kid that they picked up years ago, he was talking on the Internet about about the possibility of threats at football or football games. He wasn't talking about bombing anything. He was talking about what he saw as a highly probable threat. And Homeland Security went to his home because he was interfering with all what was so important football commerce. So they let him out of jail on bond and he could go anywhere in the state of Wisconsin or anywhere in the state of New Jersey. But he couldn't leave those two states. Let me ask you something. Where's Wisconsin? Isn't that in the middle of the country, guys? So when they let the guy go and they put this right out in the news, all that he couldn't leave Wisconsin or New Jersey. Well, let me ask you, they're not contiguous states. A contiguous state is like if I'm in Michigan, I could go to, if they authorized it, in other words, say pat it on the head and put it in the paperwork, I could be going from Ohio to Michigan and Michigan to Ohio. But that's not what we're talking about. New Jersey's on the East Coast halfway, literally, halfway across the country from Wisconsin. So why did he get paperwork where Homeland Security was involved that said that oh yeah, he's on he's got a bond But he can only operate in Wisconsin and New Jersey Why would he want to go to New Jersey people? What did I would have to do to New Jersey? Right for that matter, but think about this. Okay, the New Jersey What would he do in New Jersey? Well, he wouldn't But the fake ass operation that fabricated the charge against him, they operate in New Jersey. And they're an alien jurisdiction that is not American. That's why they charged him the way when they charged him the way they did. They came in from outside of Wisconsin. And then when they released him, well, he lived in Wisconsin, that makes sense. But the other half, well, it does if you understand the betrayal. It does if you if we help you to understand the police state that needs to be gone. Well, there's a lot more that's happening right now. And again, this goes right down to as Dave as you pointed out, this goes right down to your backyard. This goes literally to your property right to your doorstep again, just like they regard trio trying to pull back in the 90s. And then progressively as they had to back off, they've worked step by step full circle right back to where we were 30 years ago, where they were building up. In fact, as far as they're concerned, they plan, they're already showing you what they're doing with the open border. This is a correctment. In medieval terms, you're getting rid of or killing off the livestock that are here, and you're going to replace the population with better peasants, okay, with better slaves. Because we aren't under the same contract that the slaves coming in are under, and they don't have any clue anyway. So, time to fight is what it comes down to. Be ready to deal with the problem. Organize armor equipment. Train as militia. Establish a 5'10 program in your area of operation. Logistics. Understand logistics. You win the battlefield. Logistics is the key to victory. So right now, best thing you can do, buy more ammo, buy more food. Just keep plugging away at it. granted, you may not be able to buy more weapons because you probably got enough of what you need or you think you do. That's fine, whatever your criteria is, but keep doing something and perfect your skills. The other side, again, is accepting the idea that they're gonna get, what they're gonna do is they're gonna use American secret police along with foreigners to attack the American people and supposedly do the red terror thing across the board. There's one thing I would point out, I know David, just like you said about where the Russians cross trained guys, all of us, there is not a weapon system out there that at one point or another, if you were in the military in the last 40 to 50 years, well, that's a long time ago. Yeah, for some, but in the last 40 years, every weapon system that we've used 40 years ago is pretty much all still in service with them bragging about Hellfire, for instance. Guys, I trained on Hellfire in 1975. In fact, I have my qualification certificate on the back of it. I've got, because I was at an event, a party in Washington, I've got the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Roger's signature, and all of the Joint Chiefs on the back of that, plus Omar Bradley's signature and a whole bunch of others, okay? Well, do the math, 75. They'll tell you, my God, you need to be afraid because they've got hellfire missiles in the year 2022. Are you telling me that for almost 50 years you couldn't get your act together and come up with a better weapons system? What you're talking about there with the health fire and all that that's exactly why the ATF is in the process of trying to redefine what an antique weapon is because that AR-15 that you're holding that M16 that they issue out are antique weapons by their definition. Right. They're over 50 years old. Well again, Hellfire, Apache, Bradley, Abrams, the only thing that's new on the block is a step back design called the striker. Guys, the step back design, the striker is basically either a glorified lab, if you want to look at it that way, or it's an American copy of the BTR 60, BTR 70, BTR 90. That's all we did is like, wow, okay, we need a wheeled eight wheeled armored vehicle. Oh, look, oh, look at the Russians do. Guys, that vehicle came later, not before the Russians. But all of that equipment, anything that's on board we've already trained with, in fact, progressively as a training officer, I'll give you an example. I trained with every prototype or first model of each generation of the Bradley. Classes courses the whole nine yards got to sit inside them down so and I'm not the only one I'm just saying all of you guys out there I want you to think about this how much experience do you have with how many weapon systems? And I mean if we cover Virtually everything that they've built right up until just a few years ago and even there ain't nothing. I'm amazed at There's some really neat weapon systems are out there. But hey, let me point something out You know some of the stuff we've been shipping to Ukraine isn't built anymore and we can't replace it. So why are they shipping it out of the country? Well, because if it was in America, the American military that sides with us would be using it, right? There's a elegant public schools in elegant County, Michigan Okay now if you have a kid there and you ain't been in board meetings will shame on you if you know somebody who has a kid there and they're not going to the board meetings a shame on you There is a board member that is they want to get removed from the board because well, we're locking children in closets We are teaching children to with our bare hands ticket to death or string glitter. However you can kill it, just kill it. They have going on in locker rooms, they've got stuff that if you have a child in that school district, first off, shame on you, because you should be home educating your children rather than sending them to the public school. But if you have to send your kid to a public school, because you can't do no other way, and you send them to that school, well, they're open about it. But on top of that, if you send your kid to a public school, you should be paying attention to what's going on in your school because your public school is not there to help your child. It's a personal agenda. A lot of times it's a personal agenda on the level of whatever the teacher wants to do. And school boards are back in them and most of the time involved. So, you know, we're going to come back to, you know, get your kids out of school to start with, place to start. Children's lives are future for your country is at stake. They're teaching their children some really disturbing things and they're doing ungodly things to your children while they're at school and God help them if they come home and tell because well then you're chastised and then they get put, uh, restricted on you being able to go to school functions and sometimes you can't even go on school property. I mean, our local lawyer over here is busy and I mean, He's beyond busy with these cases, these kind of cases. He's headed to Sullivan County to do what? To probably do, to handle this case. This guy's been all over the state. You're not hearing about it. We're in school districts, a conservative lawyer. But you gotta get involved, people.
