Then this is the place where you'll find that information if your new subscriber, thank you and welcome to the crew If you're one of the old cats, we still love you and thank you for your long-term support Let's talk about the assault weapon ban and not just the assault weapon ban that the House Judiciary Committee looked like a bunch of buffoons for 12 hours When they were debating before the markup Which now will go to the floor for a full vote Nancy Pelosi is in possession of the bill right now Let's talk about the actual Possibility of an assault weapon ban being allowed to happen I guess is a way to put it so in order to to talk about this, we're not going to really talk about the current bill that's windering its way through the House that the anti-gunners are salivating for. And we're not going to talk about the 1994 ban, the 10-year ban, the sunset, that was useless. We're going to talk about the assault weapon ban cases that were pending before the United States Supreme Court in which they GVR them. They granted certiorari. They vacated the decisions which were allowing or keeping the assault weapons bans. They were not overruling them. They were appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court to get rid of them. So they were vacated, meaning that decision no longer stands, and they were remanded to the lower courts. And I'm going to tell you about two federal cases that have been GVR'd, and I'm going to tell you about one new state that had to ram theirs in post-brewing. And now there's a lawsuit and another state in which they said yesterday that they're going to pre-file an assault weapon ban in that state. So there's a lot going on. And so we're first going to talk about the Bianchi V. Frosh case, and that's Maryland's assault weapon ban. Maryland's assault weapon ban was vacated, meaning, Maryland, you cannot do what you did. It's vacated. They sent it right back down to the Federal Appeals Court. Now, the appellate court, there's a couple of things they can do. They can Ask for supplemental briefs and decide the case right then and there, but being an anti-gun district, they're probably not going to do that. They'll just keep pushing it down to the three-judge panel and then maybe to the district court. Let's go to the big one that I think most people are familiar with, and that's Miller v. Bonta, formerly Miller v. Benitez, out of California. Now, we've chronicled that case a lot here. You'll remember the name Judge Roger T. Benitez, St. Benitez, the same one that did Freedom Week over the magazine ban in California. Well, he ruled the assault weapon ban unconstitutional, and it was appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court said, we're going to hold that pending our decision. in the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin case. Remember that three, four weeks ago. In Bruin, the Supreme Court said that the two-step process in deciding if a law infringes on the Second Amendment is unconstitutional, it is no longer. And that's what the Ninth Circuit upheld that case on, the Miller v. Bonta case. So the decision was stripped and was sent down. Now what's happening is immediately I want to say I have the dates June 30th Firehouse Policy Coalition filed a motion to lift the state and what's the state the state is like the old laws in a state until state in effect until this gets decided by the higher courts so The FPC said because of the Bruin case, we want this to stay lifted. People should be able to purchase these arms that the Supreme Court said an individual has a right for this stuff. It's also said you can't ban common items like common firearms in common use. And now California is trying to delay tactic again. California has said to the judge, please, we need some time. We need it. I think they asked for two weeks or something like that. But now they're trying to force the case back down to the district level, which would be Roger T Benitez again, and have the case restarted. Instead of saying, hey, here's some supplemental briefs, this is what the Supreme Court said. This obviously is now unconstitutional. California doesn't take gun losses very well. So they're gonna try to force the restart of the case. Why is this? Why is this important because you don't cherish Roger T Benitez again? He's gonna say is unconstitutional again. Yes, he will I'm confident of that But then California will appeal it and then even if the three judge panel says yes, it's still unconstitutional They're gonna appeal it again. It'll go up to the en banc full judge sir, you know the panel the full on bond panel and they're gonna probably say ah, you know what we think that these guns are very bad and Public safety and something like that and it'll end up back at the supreme court in a waiting game again so that is what i think california's trying to do is to delay the inevitable as long as they possibly can uh... to to be tired that's all they're doing i look at the anti gun states they've all uh... shown their excuse the term they've all shown their ass since the brewing decision i get new york doubling down say all right we can't have uh... sensitive places will take we're gonna make the entire state a sensitive place supreme court now come get it Now you have Delaware, that is, passed anti-gun laws since the Bruin decision, violating Bruin. New Jersey's done the same. So now I'm going to bring you to the cases, the two states that I talked about at the beginning. One state. said Well, they already passed it Delaware with they forced in the assault weapon ban even after Bruins said If it's not in the text history and tradition in the United States of America Specifically the Second Amendment when we've written then you can't ban these items. You can't restrict the Second Amendment like this So they said yeah, we're going to so a lawsuit was filed about 28 hours ago. Okay, so this was filed July 20th And you can see the plaintiffs. Now let's go to the other side. Another state has said we are going to pre-file an assault weapon ban because the Supreme Court doesn't get to have the final stay even though the Constitution says it's the supreme law of the land. And now we're going to go to South Carolina. State Representative Wendell Gileard has said that he's going to pre-file an assault weapon ban for the next legislative session. So you can see the full circle of the assault weapon ban. It was the cool thing for all of the anti-gun states to do. Some of the higher courts, the federal district courts, any appellate court, well, the federal district courts started saying that it's unconstitutional. Three judge panels upheld them saying yes it is unconstitutional, went to the en bancs on both sides of the country in the Maryland district as well as the California district. And they said you know what we love gun control, yeah those laws can stand and they both went to the Supreme Court. Supreme Court said they're vacated because they violate Bruin, kick them back down and now areas are going to try to start infringing again. So I want people to be aware of what's going on. See the tactic and be loud and be proud. And if your state is like Massachusetts where they're trying to double down on gun control, I want you to get a hold of your state organizations. Support those who support you guys and gals. Especially if you expect these groups to have file lawsuits on behalf of the citizens, they need your money. donate to them. A lot of them run on shoestring budgets. I know that. You know that. If you are asking for someone to spend $500,000, a million dollars on a lawsuit, help them. Okay? We'll put that out there. If your group isn't doing what it should be doing, call them and check them and say, what the hell are you doing with our hard earned money? It's knowing how to extract yourself in a process that allows you to conserve fighting strength whenever possible. You can make absolute booby mistakes, but if you do, you also have to have the ability and the wherewithal that already have the training to know how to extract yourself from the same situation. Now again, this also gets down to something way back with originally everybody, what everybody calls bunker hill. Don't need to worry, everybody can recognize that. The only reason that we lost the people we did at bunker hill was because of a lack of proper discipline and withdrawal from an action. Guys, they were in a defensive position that was virtually slaughtering the British. Slaughtering them. And even when the British finally overran the position, the losses on the Patriot side were nothing like what happened to the British. It's like what the Brits said, another victory like, you know, another two or three victories like this, we'll lose the war. Anybody, that's the part everybody glosses over, tries to ignore, oh man, it was horrible. First of all, Bunker Hill was planned by us. And the whole battle was planned by us, not by them. And they even tried to do that with modern television, to turn it around, we're gonna go out and get the Patriots. Wrong! Bunker Hill was a meticulously planned deployment of militia forces. Nope, there weren't any professionals. There was no regular army. They mobilized and built all of the equipment they needed in advance, under cover of darkness. They moved in. They dug all the fortifications, built up all the positions, prepped all of the ways that the enemy could move on the little peninsula, and literally were in place the next morning with the British looking at guns and fortifications now staring down at a critical location over parts of the harbor. The British then had to react. Now when they did, there actually was a plan. Bunker Hill was not by itself. There was a Breed's Hill and Bunker Hill. There was more than one built fortification. And even as the first one was plopped down and it was all mobile, you need to go read the history of this. They had actually built second fortification lines and those actually never fell. Anybody read about that? Oh, Bunker Hill fell. Did the rest of the operation fail? In fact, was Bunker Hill even expected necessarily to be held? Well, in reality, it was acknowledged that they were prepared as you should be with plans within plans, circles within circles. So a second line was already in place to fall back to that was as heavily, if not more fortified than the original positions that were established not in haste, but with intelligent process. The only mistakes made was not knowing how to withdraw your forces, to use screening elements to actually have an order of withdrawal. So everybody tried to escape from the fortifications, so to speak, through the one access that was available. Even that wasn't a mistake. As far as having only one access, there's a bunch of stuff they claim, well, there was only one way in or one way out, this and that and the other. Okay? One, two, three. One, two, three. There, make sure I didn't mess anything up. And the fact is... that they were very successful, but there was a point of stumbling. It's only described it. It's just the because time had not been, you know, had did not give them the allowance for developing all of the rest of the disciplines, which militia had the capability of doing. However, even with that little fumble screw that took place, let's understand something, guys. They killed a whole pile of British soldiers and officers. to the point where they may have taken what was really not a critical objective, but at a cost that was so excessive, it far outweighed the value of the objective. In other words, you probably shouldn't have gone there. All but the British did to try and wag their proverbial Royal Weenie in everybody's face. And it got cut off and stuffed up their hind end. But they took the first objective. They took the first part of the defenses. Yeah, yep, they did. Did they go farther? Did they here's the point of this did they break out of the siege? Here's one that you never you got to ask yourself if you're thinking it was not successful Did they hold the British within the Anchorage? Did they keep them in Boston? Well, yes, they did by the time they took that one tiny objective Which was only part of a vast defensive net that was was squeezing the British They had to unask the AO and go right back to where they came from with no benefit. The big thing is that you need more mags and this is for the sake of focusing fire and volume fire which is what you're looking at. Then you mimic you parrot what they're doing and you cut corners and save time while they cut corners But you you have the ability and you take advantage of somebody else's skill level It makes a big difference. If it's in the brown, Coyote Brown Range, it can be adapted to a lot of other work. But even if it's tan, you gotta remember, we have part of the season, which is we're gonna be running into our fall and winter. This is where doing a little research and understanding how to improve the stuff that is coming out of surplus to make it work. Okay. Lighter or darker coloration depending upon what your intent is with the using the Browns. Maybe out West, hell you've already got the coloration pretty much all season with a mix of some green or whatever. You can figure out how to make these things work for you. But if you look around, different companies that are surplus companies, major surplus does have some of the items available. They're way out on the left coast, out in the California side. But they definitely do have material available. In fact, the expanders, spreaders, and the poles and everything in kit form, they have those right now. And I think they got them, again, probably the same place everybody else did. Whatever gov auction most recently, these were pushed out of. Another option for nets, yep, you can go over to ironplanet.com and then go over to the military surplus section and just per-is-it. There's many different auctions posted for the next two months. and more actually, I think you go out three months right now. You check and see what's going on. And remember, there are also different states where there's different activities. So you also have it subdivided by states. You can isolate that, learn to run that page, and you can, you know, rather than having to see what's in Hawaii, who gives a squat what's in Hawaii, we can buy anything from them. And Guam, I don't think we're going to Guam, okay? But there's a lot of other stuff in states that are relatively close, or only a state away, where if you see something of interest and you can possibly outbid everybody on all of what's there, not just one or two maybe, either way it's worth your while, it's worth your while. So ironplanet.com. Then go to the gov, you know, military surplus slash gov liquidation component. There's a Humvee, picture of a Humvee, that's the one you want to touch when you go to Iron Planet. And that'll take you to the surplus section. Then there's sub-sections on that too. So for equipment, gear, etc., and tentage, it's all pretty straightforward. Now another thing is also remember building your own and we've talked about this. Guys watch for burlap. Watch for materials that are out there. Netting is up and down. There's a number of different types of one inch, one and a half inch, and two inch fish type netting. that has been marketed for camo nets for many, many decades. Okay, they're still out there. You have to look around and see who's got it in the inventory. And then there again, you may just look at industrial surplus. That's another direction you have to go to find what you might need, especially since you might need large area covers. If you get a net, that doesn't mean there's any kind of camel material on board. It's just the netting that you need to start the project. And so you need to be watching for burlap. I got another big pile of burlap right now drying That I picked I always get it for free. I ain't gonna buy that stuff I know too many sources if you have anybody who does light poles or big heavy electrical lighting or any kind of telephone work Typically burlap is still used as a wrap a protective wrap for cast materials such as lamp posts lighting fixtures and big heavy stuff. Usually large format stuff like you see posted out in your neighborhood. If you look around you'll find that they usually throw a quantity of that material away virtually every day. If not at least every week. And again some of them will already be earth toned because it's been left out in the weather. One of the interesting things about leaving burlap where it's wrapped like that is you get different fade shades. And in reality, the coloration on that is superior to a lot of the other stuff that you might run into out there. You can either dye it or let nature take its course. And of course, also you have no supplemental dyes, which might create a kind of flare or flare action with special vision and technology, something to think about. If you do want to color it, guess what? You're that so good with a RIT dye just like everybody else does. And you can make different colorations and batches and then go to any one of a hundred or a thousand videos on camo nets out there in ghillie suits. And it'll help you to understand how you can attach and also fret the jute that you find. And of course there's a number of different types of materials out there too. The big thing with the nets, like I said, you may not be able to find this stuff with a donut of destruction, but industrial surplus, there's a lot of that stuff out there in different forms. And for more than just fishing, even though they obviously appear to be fishing nets, and they might even be posted as, we're almost to the bottom. Now, interestingly enough, what happened to him? Nothing. Now in fact, when the guy got shot, he got declared innocent. What's interesting about this, you might also recall there was audio. And when he turns and he shoots the guy, make sure it's point blank range. The guy that's got its hand cuffed to him gets dragged to the ground, or at least his arm does, right? And I can't remember the guy's name, but basically it was like, the cops said this, Bob, why'd you go and do that? It was like, oh my God. I remember that. It was like the guy that was not at the airport. That was at the courthouse. I remember when it happened. Well, it was in a small crime. I thought it was off the regional airport. But if it was in the courthouse, that's possible too, because it was a very narrow transport corridor. But it's one of those things where there were a couple of payphones in the hallway. And originally the argument was they had just come off the plane and the reason he was handcuffed to him is because they've been transporting him. But it's just likely it's not they finally got him to the court, free to win, we're transporting him to the final leg. Because the way they explained it is that he was just getting off the plane and come through the airport. So either way, let's put it this way, hallway, pay phones, wait, confirm the target. He didn't shoot the cops. The only thing he was interested in was getting rid of the monster that molested his children. And he did. Perfectly done. You have to watch the video to understand what we're talking about. But it's actually easy to understand. Well, the same is true with dealing with all the rest of our problems out there. And he'd gone after the guy's throat. The candidate pushed him back or wrestled with him. You can watch the video and then the guy came right back at him again. And meanwhile he was telling him you're done You know, you're done for okay. He was gonna kill you know, there was a conversation going on and other people finally stepped in Well, I can't emphasize enough that when other people step in for the very reason you just saw here That person should not be walking out of the jail He should be they have to be wheeled maybe wheeled shared out of the jail. But the fact is that Whoa! Somebody's dragging something across the microphone. Anyway, just to see the idea that they had this guy in hand, we need to remember that when something like this happens, we might take them alive. I will keep him alive, but you know what, you're just overzealous, you've got adrenaline rush, then it's singer sewing machine time. Whatever you're gonna do, that's when you're gonna get your chance to impart justice upon the attacker. Because after they took him into court, they released him into his own custody without bail. We're talking about an assassination attempt against a candidate. We're talking about what technically would be called an attempted murder. Go right down all the things. If it was you or me, they'd have five to seven different charges piled up, one on top of the other, and they would be pumping air to you in the isolation wing of the county lockup. Trust me. In fact, even if you didn't do it, every time that I was incarcerated, they always, of course, well, first thing, you might be in population, but you'd be isolated. And then they'd come in at 11 o'clock at night, they'd rouse the cell, take all my personal stuff, drag me over to the hole, and throw me in the hole with nothing, okay? And by the way, I didn't do any of this, okay? Just a heads up. And multi-million dollar bond by the way too. This character actually is physically on video attacking with the attempt to cut somebody's throat and he gets squawks out the back of the court with no bond, no restrictions, he's just out the back door. Well, the driver's fast with a big block engine is really bad Mark, it's a really bad thing, it's really really bad. Well, first, first what it accelerates and then when it stops with the tire on their chest, right? That's where you need to make sure. And then you might kick in the drive. But in general, this is the problem is that that's the one thing about the average conservative person is they're very, very, very civil to the point where they're constantly in victimhood. And that's gotta stop. That's what I said before. Like if you're gonna be running, if you're gonna be in a party situation, then you gotta be ready to fight because they're gonna send people out to hurt you. So you need to be ready to make sure that whenever they do, it becomes so horrific that it becomes harder and harder to find a minion who's willing to step forward. See, cuz this minion. They knew what the rules are in the state of New York now, so literally they walked that character right back out the back door with no punishment, even in the interim, to restrict him from thinking that maybe he should just go out and do it again. Personal recognizance, no bond. What restriction is there on that person to go out and up the ante and do it again? And that's the nature of what they're doing and why they've orchestrated these situations the way that they are under the assumption. Well, again, what's the retribution for, what is the possibility of, short of maybe like the mass shooters. The mass shooters are to a degree suicidal by the nature of the drugs that they're on, Prozac, you know, whatever. But the... The other character is pretty well guaranteed that if they're taken alive, and of course everybody always tries to be nice about that, so we're gonna grab them and take them to court, and the court's gonna deal with that, he's out the back door. Well, it didn't do any good to keep him alive, did it? What? Well, I mean, he did attack him, and he was using a weapon. So the only way that any kind of justice is gonna prevail is if you put them down right there. Because the system gets gets hold of they're just gonna walk them through going college up in there Hey, this is Carla, Virginia even the charges they say indict him with is wrong. They charged him with attempted assault Not attempted by that That's like a bar fight. What is attempted assault? There was no attempt, he assaulted him, okay? How would you tailor that down to that? How could you when you have videotape of the attack? Think about that one. It's one of the call it is a black cat. There's another one that's a dragon, whatever. I've told you before, these are things that are coming through these wholesalers from China on a massive scale. It's a fixed basically brass knuckle device. A ring with two caddiers on it, right? Exactly. It's actually no, it's a double fingered one though. Okay. So here's the thing. It's one thing if you come up to me and you get pissed and you happen to have a pen in your hand, the prosecutor can interpret the pen as a lethal weapon. Okay. But you didn't go and the pen might have just been there and you box with the guy and you hit him, but they're going to use that as an excuse because you have something in your hand and use it was a lethal assault. Okay. This is not attempted anything. You have to go through the motion of sticking your fingers into a device that serves only one purpose. It is a weapon. So we've gone past the idea that, oh, you know, he was a kangaroo fighter and he happened to have that pen in his head and he stabbed the guy six times in the pen. But we interpret that as a boo boo ax and he didn't really mean to stab him. Even though he was stabbing for his throat, he wasn't really stabbed. No, no, no. This guy had to go out of his way to reach into a pocket, pick it off of whatever or wherever he had it, stick it on his hand, clench his fist, and go in for a strike. That's not attempted anything. Okay, see what I mean? When you look at all the grades and degrees and all the shades of BS that they've created, this is as vulgar as it gets where you have these pigs. that we have that these prostitutes need to be dragged, their ass out, dragged out, and shot. And I won't hesitate to say that, no. And you know what, anybody following the orders, same rule. Why? This is how flagrant this is. This is just like the garbage that started, although it had been going on for a long time, back what? Six years ago, when Trump was running for president, and how many different ways were people attacked for wearing a red hat? Now, when you go out of your way like this, yeah, you deserve the beat down, okay? Because in reverse order, if it was any of you, why didn't they shoot you? If you're one, they shoot, okay? Well, he's gonna be charged. with terrorism, racism, like I said before, massive multiple assault charges of every degree, etc., etc., etc. When you get to the point where you have a specific, very custom designed weapon that is purely, it has to be brought into service. For that purpose, obstructing the laws of naturalization of foreigners, refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands. He has obstructed the administration of justice by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers. He has made judges dependent on his will alone for the tenure of their offices and the amount and payment of their salaries. He has erected a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of offices to harass our people and eat out their substance. He has kept among us in times of peace standing armies without the consent of our legislatures. He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power. It is roughly 6.13 p.m. Central time here in Texas in the Panhandle. We're alive and we've got a bunch of stuff that I want to do, but I'm going to go over this one first. So I'm gonna put up a warning now I don't know what the language is like looks like it's a typical press conference though with a very limited press press press So we'll play this we'll see what BS I've got going on here Appropriate text messages that were shared by members of the Wichita Police Department And then the city manager will say a few words after I conclude. As I've said throughout, I would report the my findings and the information that I came up with. We're now here at that time to do so. I want to start by saying that it was important to me to be as transparent and forthcoming on these issues as legally possible. I recognize that there are many in our community that are angry about this incident. I am one of them. I've served 31 years with the Wichita Police Department in a variety of jobs. I am proud of the dedicated selfless service of the vast majority of officers that I've had the privilege to work with throughout these years. When I was appointed interim chief, I was given the charge and the duty to make difficult decisions so that our city can move forward. That is why we're here today. To provide answers to the community to the full extent that I may be given, and to the full extent of the decisions that I made in this process. For legal and HR reasons, I may not be able to give you all the details you want, but it is important to me that I am as fair and equitable to my officers and to the members of the community. As an overview, the texting misconduct occurred from May 2018 and February of 2021 and was discovered during an investigation involving a now former Central County Sheriff's Sergeant who had been a member of the Wichita Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics Team. In March, I took over my position as interim chief. It was then my duty to gather more facts about the case, perform my own due diligence regarding appropriate course of action, and determine what level of discipline is warranted and to review previous disciplinary efforts. The content I was given to review was extensive. I originally underestimated the time that it took me to review and the conflict with my other duties and I was dedicated to being thorough and precise in my work. During this review, I also sought extensive legal opinion as to what level of discipline I was permitted to give. I have provided the media a detailed copy of each investigation as well as my discipline in each case. But I want to take this opportunity to briefly discuss each item with you. First, item one, the ultimate de-escalators, which involves Officer A, B, and C. This investigation involved a now former subject County Sheriff's sergeant texting two WPD members of the SWAT team referring to them as the ultimate de-escalators for their involvement and officer involved shooting incidents. The original discipline for officer C and A was not sustained, failed to use good judgment, and they both did not receive discipline for their actions. After expanding the scope from a law enforcement lens and looking at the actions of the officers from the public view, it is evident that bragging about taking a person's life without justified, whether justified or not, does not coincide with WPD's mission or training. The argument that this was a private conversation is superseded by the fact that the public had obtained the conversation and it was no longer private to the individuals involved. Officer C and A are now sustained for fel to use good judgment and will receive a written reprimand and are mandated to attend an approved sensitivity training within 45 days of the issuance of this discipline. Officer B terminated his employment with WPD. Item 2, homophobic epithets which involves Officer A, F, G and H. Sedgwick County Sheriff's Sergeant started a text conversation with Wichita Police Officer E. The subject County Sheriff's Sergeant made an inappropriate homophobic remark and WPD officer E stopped the conversation and did not respond to the comment. No one can predict what another person is going to say during a conversation, but we have control over how and if we respond to a comment. And this texturing WPD officer E chose not to respond to the SO Sergeant. The original sustained binding will stand, however, WPD officer E will be coaching mentor on reporting violations to his supervisors when he is aware of such violations. The rest of the conversation under this investigation involved the SO Sergeant of the subject County Sheriff's Office and WPD members officer G, officer F and officer H. The conversation consisted of each of them speaking about their dislike towards the former Chief of Police. The former Chief of Police did not deem the negative conversation about himself as being a disciplinary matter, so no further discipline will be issued for WPD Officer G, F, or H. Item 3, racially inflammatory words, which involves Officer J. This investigation involved a new, now former, subject-county sheriff sergeant and WPD officer referred to as Officer J. The two exchanged a series of text messages which included racially inflammatory words and insensitive comments. WPD officer J originally received a not sustained finding of failing to use good judgment. which resulted in no discipline for this involvement in acknowledging and accepting this discriminatory text by Sergeant this subject counties County Sheriff's sergeant It is believed that WPD officer Jay has demonstrated the propensity to engage in racially offensive Conversations with Cedric County Sheriff's sergeant and participated in a conversation which glorified violence against people of Hispanic descent during WPD during during WPD During During WPD's investigation of Officer Jay, he demonstrated that at the time of the text, his understanding of the three percenters which was described in the investigation meant being loyal to America. But after learning about January 6th, he stopped claiming to be a three percenter because they did not represent the beliefs that he believed. WPD officer J will be issued a sustained violation of conduct on becoming 3.202 D and will receive a total of eight days off without pay. Item four, save some targets for me, which involves officer K. This investigation involved an unsolicited text message sent from officer K to the subject county sheriff sergeant. The unsolicited text message from WPD Officer K sent to the Cedric County Sheriff's Sergeant glorifies shooting people in the community. Condoning violence and using it as a joke to make another feel good is not part of the mission or training of WPD. WPD Officer K terminated his employment with the Wichita Police Department. Item 5, Jamaica Gooding Hooks, Gooney Hooks, which involved Officer L. A Central County Sheriff's Sergeant sent WPD Officer L a YouTube video which was available in 2015, but not in 2020 at the time of this investigation. WPD Officer L and Central County Sheriff's Sergeant both box at the same gym. And WPD Officer L had the nickname for throwing wide goonie hooks while boxing. Nothing in the text message is racially inflammatory or offensive. This finding of not sustained will stand, no discipline will be issued. Item 6. is entitled Snitches, which involves Officer D. WPD Officer D is subject County Sheriff's Sergeant sent multiple texts insulting the prior chief of police. WPD Officer D terminated his employment with WPD. That investigation is done. Item seven, Inappropriate Images, which involves WPD Officer I. Wichita police officer I set an inappropriate meme to the Cedric County Sheriff's Sergeant during a follow-up investigation under 22 PSB 1356 it was learned that the meme was originally sent by another WPD member to WPD officer I. This information was not known by the executive staff at the time. The original sustained violation was issued to WPD sergeant I for failing to use good judgment 3.207 B which resulted in a written reprimand. Though the intent of the meme was not meant to be discriminatory, it was created and distributed in an extremely bad taste, which brought the Wichita Police Department into a bad light and diminished public trust. The meme was racially offensive and it did not reflect highly upon law enforcement. WPD officer I's actions were more than failing to use good judgment. He will be sustained for conduct on becoming an officer prohibited 3.201D Officer WPD officer I will be suspended for a total of eight days without pay. On March item item 8 inappropriate images which involves officer M on March 24th of 2022 WPD officer I was interviewed during an administrative internal investigation during the interview WPD officer I stated he received the inappropriate image from WPD officer M. An administrative investigation was authorized by me and the findings were reviewed by WPD executive staff. Officer M was found to be in violation and sustained for violating conduct of becoming an officer prohibited 3.201D. WPD Officer M will be suspended for a total of eight days without pay. These decisions are my own and I stand behind them. I was not given a directive by any individual officer on this issue except for requesting guidance from the law department. It's my opinion that in matters of this level of seriousness, it requires leaders to take a stand and make hard calls themselves so that the city knows there's someone taking ultimate responsibility and oversight of these kinds of matters. I know for, I know that for some, this discipline is not going to be enough. You and I have heard... Hold that off right there. It's like a half hour long video guys. We've already gone through. Oh, about a third of it. You're not allowed to text or have private thought your comrades. I would be curious as to how they got. And I don't agree with everything that they're saying, but we're taking his word at it. Basically, we don't have a transcript, although there are some. Some inclinations as to what was said in the article, specific quotes, but still, these were private communications between people. I think what they're talking about is the extremist militia group they were talking about was the three percenters. We already went past that part in there in the video, but that is up in the Discord if you guys want to see the whole thing. 34 minutes and 54 seconds long. For one second, number one, it's evidence you're not going to mute any of the audio out, you know, to point out to people, hey, why would that be muted for music? It's stuff going on in the background, you know? Shouldn't demonetize anything. There's enough other background going on that you can't really hear it. There's even a point where it says muted by music and the cops holding his hand over the camera. So there was definitely some skullduggery going on there near the end of the stand with this guy. It becomes more obvious as you're watching it. Great, a modern Renaissance man. He's trying to, you know, make the Black Lives Matter look bad, and I agree you should whenever you can. And he is a black guy, by the way. If you haven't watched any of his videos, he's over on YouTube. Well, it's interesting because it's like right there, he even starts questioning it because it comes up so often while they'll start talking about something. And all of a sudden it's muted for music, muted for music. And even to the point where the guy puts his hand over the camera and it's saying muted for music. It's not muted for music. They're either doing some tactics or they're talking about something that otherwise they shouldn't be. And they're editing the body cam footage before they released it to the public is what happened. And it's kind of hard to edit the body cam footage when... When the guy puts his hand over the camera and it's editing it himself because they've got They're conscious of the cameras that they have so there was something going on there. Don't know what the just Interesting thing to point out for people look at um The guy definitely, you know was not peaceful like the black lives matter people were saying trying to kill his ex-wife or his current wife well, the Their kids are in the room. And not just the assault weapon ban that the House Judiciary Committee looked like a bunch of buffoons for 12 hours when they were debating before the markup, which now will go to the floor for a full vote. Nancy Pelosi is in possession of the bill right now. Let's talk about the actual possibility of an assault weapon ban being allowed to happen, I guess, is a way to put it. So in order to... to talk about this, we're not going to really talk about the current bill that's winding its way through the House that the anti-gunners are salivating for, and we're not going to talk about the 1994 ban, the 10-year ban, the sunset, that was useless. We're going to talk about the assault weapon ban cases that were pending before the United States Supreme Court in which they GVR'd them. They granted certiorari, they vacated the decisions which were allowing or keeping the assault weapons bans. They were not overruling them. They were appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court to get rid of them. So they were vacated, meaning that decision no longer stands, and they were remanded to the lower courts. And I'm going to tell you about two federal cases that have been GVR'd, and I'm going to tell you about one new state that had to ram theirs in post-brewing. And now there's a lawsuit and another estate in which they said yesterday that they're going to pre-file an assault weapon ban in that state. So there's a lot going on. And so we're first going to talk about the Bianchi v. Frosh case, and that's Maryland's assault weapon ban. Maryland's assault weapon ban was vacated, meaning, Maryland, you cannot do what you did. It's vacated. They sent it right back down to the Federal Appeals Court. Now, the appellate court, there's a couple of things they can do. They can ask for supplemental briefs and decide the case right then and there, but being an anti-gun district, they're probably not going to do that. They'll just keep pushing it down to the three-judge panel and then maybe to the district court. Let's go to the big one that I think most people are familiar with, and that's Miller v. Bonta, formerly Miller v. Benitez, out of California. Now, we've chronicled that case a lot here. You'll remember the name Judge Roger T. Benitez, St. Benitez, the same one that did Freedom Week over the magazine ban in California. Well, he ruled the assault weapon ban unconstitutional, and it was appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court said, we're going to hold that pending our decision. in the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin Case. Remember that three, four weeks ago. In Bruin, the Supreme Court said that the two-step process in deciding if a law infringes on the Second Amendment is unconstitutional, it is no longer. And that's what the Ninth Circuit upheld that case on, the Miller v. Bonta case. So the decision was stripped and it was sent down. Now what's happening is immediately, I want to say, I have the dates, June 30th, Fire and Policy Coalition filed a motion to lift the state and what's the state of the state is like uh... right the old laws in a stain tool state effect until this gets decided by the the higher courts so fpc said because of the brewing case we want this state lifted people should be able to purchase these arms that the supreme court said uh... that they had an individual has a right for this stuff it's also said you can't ban uh... common items like common firearms in common use and Now California is trying the delay tactic again, California has said to the judge, please we need some time We need it. I think they asked for two weeks or something like that but now they're trying to force the case back down to the district level, which would be Roger T Benitez again, and have the case restarted. Instead of saying, hey, here's some supplemental briefs, this is what the Supreme Court said, this obviously is now unconstitutional, California doesn't take gun losses very well. So they're going to try to force the restart of the case. Why is this? Why is this important? Because you don't. Jared, it's Roger T. Benitez again. He's going to say he's unconstitutional again. Yes, he will. I'm confident of that. But then California will appeal it. And then even if the three judge panels says, yes, it's still unconstitutional, they're going to appeal it again. It'll go up to the en banc, full judge, sir, you know, the panel, the full en banc panel. And they're going to probably say, ah, you know what? We think that these guns are very bad and public safety and something like that. and then it'll end up back at the Supreme Court in a waiting game again. So that is what I think California is trying to do is to delay the inevitable as long as they possibly can. to be tyrants. That's all they're doing. Look at the anti-gun states. They've all shown their, excuse the term, they've all shown their ass since the Bruin decision. You've got New York doubling down saying, all right, we can't have sensitive places. Well, okay, we're going to make the entire state a sensitive place, Supreme Court. Now come and get it. Now you have Delaware, that is past anti-gun laws since the Bruin decision violating Bruin. New Jersey's done the same. So now I'm going to bring you to the cases, the two states that I talked about at the beginning. One state said, well, they already passed it to Delaware. They forced in the assault weapon ban even after Bruin said, if it's not in the text history and tradition in the United States of America, specifically the Second Amendment when it was written, then you can't ban these items. You can't restrict the Second Amendment like this. So they said, yeah, we're going to. So a lawsuit was filed about 28 hours ago. Okay, so this was filed July 20th and you can see the plaintiffs. Now let's go to the other side. Another state has said we are going to pre-file an assault weapon ban because the Supreme Court doesn't get to have the final stay even though the Constitution says it's the Supreme Law of the land. And now we're going to go to South Carolina. State Representative Wendell Gileard has said that he's going to pre-file an assault weapon ban for the next legislative session. So you can see the full circle of the assault weapon ban. It was the cool thing for all of the anti-gun states to do. Some of the higher courts, the federal district courts, and the appellate court, well, the federal district courts started saying that it's unconstitutional. Three judge panels upheld them saying yes it is unconstitutional, went to the en bancs on both sides of the country in the Maryland district as well as the California district. And they said you know what we love gun control, yeah those laws can stand and they both went to the Supreme Court. Might get rain over the weekend. This is just like last year. You've got really dynamic cloud cover, but no rain. It's rather pretty. I'd say, again, Nimbus clouds here and there out on the horizon over Lake Erie. We've got some kimbalo Nimbus. Yeah, but they're not showing any storm activity, just dynamic. That's what happens when you're in a big, big peninsula and there's a bigger one up, well a smaller one up above you, that's what the upper peninsula is, and all of the greatest bodies of freshwater above the surface on the planet all around you, that creates a very dynamic and unique condition. Get over it and live with it, it's called climate by the way. Really kind of fun. And again, watch out, the Bugskeetos are going to be out there in force. One of the cool things though, we've got swallows. And this year, the swallows just had big clutches of babies. I mean, each one of the swallow, the barn swallow nests had four at least. One of them, the baby, you know, almost as one of the, as they grew and got bigger, they were burgeoning, you know, they were rolling out the sides, but not falling out of the nest. Of course, they're constantly quiet. They come in and they can see you and they just shut right up. They don't do anything and they're staring and you stare back and they stare and you stare back and you just don't want to mess with them. Right now, I think I've got 55 maybe 65 with the new hatchlings out there terminating the mosquitoes so we don't have that much of a bug problem right here. You're out working in the yard, especially if they suspect you're going to run the lawnmower, or then get the diving attacks because when you do the lawn, you kick up the bugs. They're coming in just like torpedo bombers at Midway, right at the deck, and of course, going to town. We want them to keep doing that. Promote the natural solutions by developing housing, for the critters that will help to combat all the things that think they want to eat you. The swallows, for the time being, don't. So they're a good thing. And they try to eat all the things that would like to feast off you. Again, mostly insects. Anyway, it has been a pretty good week. A bunch of other stuff has been going on. But apparently, as is traditional with all of these kosher mafia slash hyper liberal states, The Republican was attacked by a assassin, attempted assassin, didn't work. But this is the kind of stuff we saw in the last six years over and over again with the Antifa, BLM types or the radical slash kosher mafia communists against, for instance, congressmen and senators, remember the baseball diamond, attempted assassination where you have the hyper leftist slash kosher mafia type critter that came in and fired up the baseball diamond where the republic rats were practicing for the future games that they would have between the democrats and republic rats. Well, he made sure that this kind of had the kibosh put to it by shooting at the Republicans at the baseball field. At the practice site, other things like this happened over and over again. And again, with no punishment whatsoever, and that's with Trump in charge. Okay, well, Trump's been gone now for a while. Not that it made much difference. They're continuing to act as bad or worse in some cases, but it's pretty much the same MO. So if you get a chance, go over and watch, and there are many other videos, by the way, that's not the only one, it's just one that's quick and easy, and I actually watched a little bit of it, and, you know, again, moved through it as quick as I could because one of the things to do. But, Zeldin, that's Z-L-D-I-N, attacker, released from custody without bail. There's also comments made by the candidate. He was surprised of course how quickly the you know character was released as quickly as they got him into the lockup Basically they had his arse right out the back door Soon as a prostitute or the leftists in the system could protect their man. But when you have one party who is there for, to address a part of the population, and the other individual is there specifically with the express intent of attacking the individual, then the types of charges that would be filed have to be more aggressive. because it's a very lopsided situation in which the one participant absolutely knew exactly what, you know, he, she, or it was doing. The other party, of course, was not cognizant of the situation. So, again, the fact that they charged him with attempted assault, well, the thing is on video, so there is no doubt that he assaulted the individual. He did it with an instrument that is purely designed as a weapon. Beyond the shadow of Dutta, he had to go through the process of actually mounting the weapons, so to speak, and then he has to get his fingers into the knuckle guides and the holes in the weapon to use it as a punch weapon slash dagger, push dagger basically. Go take a look, you'll find more information on the story out there, but typical for what we've seen for quite a few years now. with the agenda being to try to get rid of the competition by any means necessary, which is what the other side's doing and why we all need to learn to, well, play tit for tat. That's just all there is to it. Time to deal with the problem. We have more weapons and we certainly have better training and a whole lot better attitude. So as far as what we're gonna do and how we're gonna do it. So just a heads up and a list of things to do. Also, again, it is Quartermaster Friday, so I will remind you if you go over to Sportsman's Guide, they do have a couple of other free shipping packages right now, a couple of different codes you can use. But also in the clearance slash closeout slash deals, there are a number of, again, surplus items you might want to take a look at, scroll through there. The prices are good. I'm sorry, I'm just looking at the way things used to be, what the way they are now. I know it's passed. But surplus was supposed to be a deal. When surplus costs as much as the brand new counterpart you can buy in the deal section, then it kind of defeats the purpose behind even bothering with surplus. Okay, so unless the surplus item has a very specific tool type application, a useful thing in your toolbox. be it your web gear or whatever, then yeah, you may choose to move in that direction. But otherwise, keep looking for reasonable counterparts whenever possible. We have to see some back and forth between new production, manufactured, and or surplus as in military or now the big thing is municipal, which is in civil service type surplus from Europe or Again bureaucracy surplus from here in the United States. It can be gloves, coveralls, shirts, pants, whatever. Anything you can imagine. That's when you see that metropolitan surplus or again urban surplus, etc. It's not military, it's another part of government. The bloated bureaucracy and stuff that they're getting rid of, that kind of thing. Now another thing about, and I mentioned Coleman's in the last two hour block, Coleman's dot com has camo net items. You might want to go look see what they have left in stock. I would remind you with Coleman's like many of the big surplus companies. Guys, they have a lot of stuff that is not listed on the web page and camo nets are one of those things where you need to call to find out about them. Since people have been asking about camo nets, mostly because these spreaders and a lot of you guys have been in service are familiar with for actually creating overhead, you know, expanded cover with the camouflage nets so you can drive into it or you know creates a standoff in an irregular but more natural looking silhouette rather than a camouflage net over a rectangular object which kind of always sticks out. Not right away, but if you're smart, you're looking for those things, you will find them. Okay, so the spreaders, expanders are a good thing. The problem is that there's not as much in the way of camo netting out there. Now I will point out again, Colmans.com is one. Sportsman's Guide does have some stuff. Marspec does have some, but not very much, although they do have all the other physical or mechanical support items, but not as much in the way of camo netting. Also, a lot of it is mostly out there that's right now available, is obviously leftovers from Desert Dust Part 1 or Desert Dust Part 2, the adventure continues. Because of that, browns and tans are going to be dominant. There are things you can do to modify that, so just keep in mind, you know, don't panic. Look at the problem, see if you can come up with a solution. Okay? Spray paint is your friend. It needs to be flat spray paint, not glossy. Also, CenterFireSystems.com. I know there's a mix of stuff. We mentioned these barrel receivers. We got a message on that one. With regard to the barrel receivers, they're a mix. I don't even know if there's just one of the item, and maybe when you buy that, they're gone, or if they have multiples, they're the same. Most of those are receivers, and most are post-1898. So those do require an FFL. That's the only thing about that. But they're, some are reasonably cheap. If you had a bunch of parts and you actually knew what you were looking at, yes, they might be worthwhile. Otherwise, pre-98, the stuff used to be diamond-dozen dirt-cheap. Nobody really wanted the older weapons. They were common. Now, of course, it's gone the reverse because it doesn't require an FFL, a pre-98 rifle. They're going kind of pricey, if not really like, well, antique, which in reality they are. Look at the year, 1898. What year is it now? Do the math. Okay, how many years ago was that? And many of the weapons that are pre-1898 are like Gewehr 1888 rifles, Model 91 Mausers, you know, M1891 Mausers. You will find one or two of the three or four of the Schmidt Rubens that are pre-98s, the original rifles that the rest of the rifles are based on. And again, they do require different ammo. The Model 91 Mauser was actually in three different chamberings, if not more, because it was also sold as an export rifle. Remington Rolling Blocks are pre-1898 mostly. Trap door spring fields, you don't see any of those. But there's a bunch of British equipment that came out of Nepal and other locations in the high Himalayas. And this stuff is floating right out there randomly, including some Remington rolling blocks right now. Now those might be interesting to play with. It's not so much you're going to leave the original barrel. But you take and pop the original barrel and switch the thing over to like 45-70, which would be an option, especially with the Remington Rolling Block that was done in one of the British calibers like, you know, 4-5-5, whatever. There's a number of different options in that direction and in case size too. But the Remington Rolling Block can handle pretty much any of the comparable cartridges from the same era. that were made in the United States. 45-70 is one of the, still very common by comparison to most, pre-smokeless powder cartridges. So that would be an option. Problem is most of these trap doors, forgive me, the Remington Rolling Blocks have been as little as 250 and, you know, we're in mixed condition to as high as $300. There has been a couple companies that have offered them for about $200. condition, well, you have to take a look at it and figure out if you think they're worth your effort. They might be, you might like them. And don't forget, if you're looking for something like that, go check Apex Gun Parts and look in their miscellaneous section, apexgunparts.com and also sarco, E, or forgive me, sarco.com, sarco.com. Now maybe E-sarco.com, he still gets you there, E-sarco. dot com may still get you where you need to go. Either way, find Sarco, go to their page, they have a whole pile of parts guns or pre-98 weapons listed, what they have left in stock, you're going to have to find out. They have a hell of a deal on British Edfields. Crude, rude, and whatever is left over. The problem is they are all FFL, but again, you'd have to have a parts inventory to work with to put anything back together. We've already pointed out if you go to Apex, they do have a lot of what you need. But if you pick the junk boxes of a lot of gun shows and just pick the sporterized stuff that nobody wants, stocks, things like that, you can actually end up with a bunch of reasonable light or mid-weight tactical rifles. for handouts, which would be an option. I'd scope mount them, but they'd be decent, they would work. So anyway, ideas there, just complaining about the problems. Now in ammunition, somebody asked about 5.7 FN, the 5.57 ammunition. Guys, it's not jumped out at me anywhere, but I'm sure it is still out there out here, you're as good at searching for it as I am. I see no place where that's just readily available for a wow price. I will say wow, my God, look how much you're charging for it. I will say that. And one of the reasons is again, because when we had the first wave of the great buyout that took place here a couple years ago, the 5.7 took a big hit right from the get-go. First, because a lot of people were smart, and they went and they bought as much as they could, knowing that that is an orphan cartridge. If FN chooses not to provide anymore, there's only, what, three or four other companies, and I don't know if they're used running off, say, the original FN brass manufacturers, and they're just putting a stamp on it from their factory, or if it's actually new manufacturer from the company that makes, or I shouldn't say that it puts their name on it, example, Fiocci, Silly Billot. And of course, Remington, Flinchchester, et cetera. Everybody's got something in a 5.7 in one form or another out there. Maybe not necessarily in the ball round, because that's of course supposed to be limited. But there is ball ammunition available for the 5.7. Is it a good little round? Well, it's a neat little round if you look at the pistol as a laser blaster and you have a PS90. You have a PS90 or the AR57, which is the AR in 5.7. Either way, the idea of having lots and lots of firepower without ever having to change the mag right away, not a bad thing. Now, three, four years ago, there was about the same time the ammunition jump took place, there were a ton of PS 90 mags laying around. Again, those people who were serious saw how cheap some of them were and scarfed all of them up and just put them away because they have more than one of those five seven rifles. But there are still a few companies that have brand new in the box, unissued, mid-capacity magazines. Remember those, they actually can get, you know, those are a large capacity magazine. And that's what made them very useful in the PS90. Because you just keep shooting. Focus on putting bullets on the target. Don't spray and pray. Focus on putting hits on the target. You got a lot of hits, hit potential inside that magazine. Whole lot of routes. So again, with 5.7, if you see it, I buy it. The big thing is shop around for the best price and I'd clean them out. If you're committed to that round, nobody is carrying that in really great numbers. It doesn't mean we're not going to run into a police state operation here that's got them, like the MP7, or perhaps, again, foreign operatives, same thing. It might be some unique SOB that is carrying it and you might be able to pilfer off that, but how often is that gonna happen? So again, if you see it in 5.7, you should buy it. Just that simple. So hopefully it'll help you out there. As far as reloading, hey, personal flavor choice there. Me, if it was me and that's weaponized committed to, oh hell yes, I'd be reloading that round. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And saving every stinking piece of brass I could find because Well, like I said, where else are you going to get it? You're not the guy coming across down the street or down the road or across from where you're firing right now. If you put him down, he's probably got a military AR or something, or you know, M16 something, M4 something, and it's going to be in something you don't use. Okay, so if you are going to do it, then this is one of those rounds where if you commit by all you can get your hands on, especially if you really understand what's coming here. Next, public announcement again, this is for all of our operators too at the many different facilities. First of all, congratulations to Senior Sergeant Locker, who will take charge of the 43rd RCT CSM as Command Sergeant Major Post within the HHD Headquarters Headquarters Detachment, the 43rd Ridge Metal Combat Team. He will be taking charge of the post on Sunday, the 24th of July 2022, that's this Sunday, so the 24th. Again, Senior Sergeant Locker is a graduate of the NBF War College and about a little under five years ago, he is also a graduate of the NBF Airborne School. And if you remember, you have to stand in line to first of all even get in. You can be on the waiting list and it's a direct line pecking order. If you drop out, you go back to the end of the line. So if somebody else drops out, nobody rarely does because there are only so many positions available during each cycle. But if they do, it's probably a major medical, either for family or for themselves. And for that reason, you move up a notch. So again, one more time. Congratulations to Senior Sergeant Locker who will take charge of the 43rd Regimental Combat Team, Command Sergeant Major Post within the headquarters' headquarters detachment. He will be taking charge of the post on Sunday, 24th of July, 2022. And again, while we do not have a Command Sergeant Major ranking, he still will be standing, you know, be Senior Sergeant. That's the proper title. It is a Command Sergeant Major post for Senior NCO within the RCT. And we'll be setting the standards and guidelines not only for the 43rd, but it's going to be helping with the NCO Academy expansion that needs to take place to build better sergeants. We got a lot of good people, but we're trying to standardize in a couple of areas and that's what they're going to be doing. The 43rd is actually probably well, it's not, the whole gaggle of Colonial Marine Militia Resume Metal Combat Team units up to the 61st. are all original organization units, but it's not just that the 43rd headquarters, headquarters detachment started out as the combat element and was of course at platoon strength when it first organized. When I went to the first Colonial Marine National Meeting, some of you guys have videos in your collections from that speaking engagement. Sergeant Locker and a lot of other people were there for the intro and for the signing of the Constitution for Colonial Marine Militia. So again, 43rd RCT. These guys have continued to build their combination of leg infantry and also they do have other branches covered. Some of them would only say too much more about they have other branches covered and they can lob things a distance if they need to. In fact, they plan on it. So the 43rd is again, they're going to be, I believe that this is going to be up at his ogama. We'll check that again. I believe they're going to be up at ogama. No, they're going to be at nagahitcham. Forgive me. They're going to be at nagahitcham and that will be obviously on Sunday. Other things going on. We're at the bottom of the hour. Anything you want to bring along you can add and we asked everybody if you're gonna be trading at any facility is and you want to work with communications make copies of what you have at home or music mixes Bring them along because we'll put them in the wall and the in the files not a big deal to have in your computer Do a music mix and list everything just make sure that can be inventoried so we can put it into the files on the shelf in the studios, the production areas, and you'd be able to pull at your fingertips when you want to sit there behind the microphone and you can go to town. So it's not a problem. So again, bring more music. We really do want it. We're very eclectic. There's a reason that comes to me. See, music can be used as a code. What you play, just a big hint, when certain things are played, and they can even be played at a certain time, can speak an entire book. They can speak volumes, they can move armies. So if something is really off the wall that shows up in a mix, if you are doing radio work, this is a way for everybody to be given a public emergency announcement without anybody except those people who need to know, knowing that we are mobilizing. Something happening at the facility, everybody knows that certain pieces of music played. You don't have to scream over the microphone. All that happens is that all of a sudden there is a very neglected piece of music that gets popped in. That is the warning order. That way the bad guys don't realize that you just sent the message out to everybody that, yeah, there's something in the wire. Yeah, enemy in the wire. You don't have to worry about shouting that. And then keeps whacking on you until you see brains and chunks of bone splattering. That's what needs to happen. That's how everybody needs to treat these situations. How are we going to get rid of it? Just like bad government, how are we going to get rid of it? You're not going to converse with it and they aren't going to allow themselves to be voted out. They're entrenching themselves for their police state attempt, for the red terror attempt. And then again, do you think honestly that you have 26 months? 26 months, how many days is that? Do the math. Just use 30 days. Don't have to worry about 30, 31, 29. Don't worry about that. Just use 30 days as an average and that's fine.
