It seems that about 5.15am this morning a crew member of Law & Order, the organized crime version of Law & Order, was shot and killed on set. He was shot multiple times in the neck and face area by an unknown perpetrator. Police have... As of yet, the victim has not been identified nor have any leads come in on the shooter. I mean, it's terrible news. And I just hope that this terrible situation isn't used by Kathy Hochul, the governor of New York, and Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City. to perpetrate more of their crazy BS criminals having guns and law abiding people not being able to have guns because now basically the whole state is going to be a gun free zone. So just terrible news coming out of New York City as more information comes forward. I will bring it to you. Just guys and gals remember man, it's even when you don't think like I'm just going to the store. That's when stuff happens. This guy was setting up for his daily job for what they were going to film later on in the day and unfortunately lost his life to some piece of trash. So always, always carry your gun. Now how deep and how much feces is piled up like that is determined by whether or not somebody drinks too much Kool-Aid. and listens to the Shister bankers. Then of course, the sky's the limit and cousin Izzy is hired, cousin Izzy's cousin Izzy is hired, et cetera, et cetera. So what's interesting is a series of actions in the process of the interim government between the arrest of the Zars family and the execution on the 16th, which we are now just in the tail lights of, like only a few days ago. During an interim period, they created confusion in the capital. Does this sound familiar? They locked down the capital, which allowed them to put critical pro-Soviet units on the ground. They also put pro-critical communist units in St. Petersburg and, of course, at all naval facilities. There was also a large red standing in the Navy. And so in the process, when everything kicked off step by step by step, They already had the ability to choke off the food, which they immediately took charge of. Sound familiar with the food stamp thing, with the food rationing cards? The military itself was usurped by the Bolsheviks who stepped in and executed three key personnel in the, what basically was the adjutant general staff and management mechanism. The others fled or joined with what would become the White Russian forces. They saved their lives, but they didn't save any of their property. And for that matter, some cases lost their families. And because there was mass executions. This is something that they think they're going to do this time around. Mass executions just like they did then. Most people can never wrap their brain around this. Okay, in St. Petersburg, when this jumps off, as they implement this and very quickly then execute, remember, the Czar and the family. And of course, many, many, many other people who were being held under quote unquote house arrest. In the process, gun owners are told, well, that's right, they're going after the guns right now. And this last week, they declared they're gonna confiscate the guns. They're gonna ban the guns and confiscate the guns. Well, in the St. Petersburg area, 10,000 plus people came in to hand their guns over and each all every one of them when they came in to Re-register their guns there had already been a registration in place Every person who came in to re-verify Why would you need to do this the serial numbers on your guns there the guns were taken away from them? They were dragged down into a basement and their brains were blown out. They were corpses were then shuttled off to a mass grave They did 10,000 people in one day Boy, do the math on that one. How many hours are there in a day? How many business hours are there in a day? How many people did you have to kill every so many minutes? Everybody's standing in line and nobody's thinking about the idea that the people who go in don't come out of the building. But you need to register and they need to check your guns up, boom. So it's just, it was a really interesting conversation over here. And it's like, Like, yeah, they really don't seem to want patriots at the recruiting station. I was at today. You know, somebody needs to just turn on a recorder and start recording the comments and the leader questions that are set up and then also listen to what the idiots that say that are uniform. I don't need to be a grill master This is just a basic life skill And the problem is, I mean, it's just a general dumbing down of society and people don't realize, you know, people are naive. Well, but you know, it's one of those brain block things because people, you know, this is the progression is this, because you know, with our age, We grew up with when you heard a ring in the house everybody you know a couple people might run to the phone somebody's expecting a call but you may on occasion got a telephone call but when you got a call it was nice sometimes you got a long-distance call and you're really excited and you had to talk fast and you had to get everything in you wanted because you only had so many minutes but it wasn't a leash. Anytime you know with the for instance with this with the phone when you weren't active with it you it wasn't attached to you. And the idea of vocabulary, okay, we did traditionally cell phone, but everybody yet now has gone down, has compressed and just uses the word phone. But it's not a phone. In fact, it never was a phone. And we will remind everybody again, it was a radio telephone originally. It was a radio telephone, R-T. Radio being the key word, okay? Every piece of technology that we have been allowed to have, and I say allowed because, guys, if you think television isn't a big thing, ask your British counterparts what they pay in the way of taxes if they own a TV. or if they own more than one television. And so what happens is... When you go to a football game, like I said, you have the tailgate party out in the parking lot. Since you're screwed, you're in the parking lot. You get there early, so you don't have, you get a good parking space. Then people started to make it a camp out. They made it a camp out. They brought that barbecue just like. I was just going to talk about a minute ago, charcoal or propane, which do you use? And in the process, It's a party-hardy situation right from the get-go. Everybody goes through the cattle stalls. Now they get searched. They get their crotches groped almost like at the airport, which is why Cold Day and Hell go to any sports event for most places. Not all of them, but you're still pretty much the same. They all got some snoot now in a black uniform or some uniform eyeballing you and trying to, you know, knuckle you down with their frowns, okay? Well, piss on that. That's not pleasurable. Hell with them. But it's in line with having MPs on the edge of the battlefield. So you get to go into the arena, the battlefield area. You get to stand in the, you know, sit in the grandstands all packed in like sardines and you get to be like the non-combatants watching the combatants try to kill each other. Except they try not to kill each other too seriously, but someone could die, but it's not likely. I mean, they could die maybe from having taken their murder death kill shot, their corona shot, and then dying from the effects on the field, which is so embarrassing for those who are trying to get more of you to take the shot. The difference is, is when you all of a sudden take, you're going to go to a place where the people that you're facing off against are now in the real world, they have guns, they want to be the only ones that have guns, they want to murder or kill anybody who doesn't go along with them as far as the fact that they want to have total power to be able to take your property, take your children, rape your wife, you know, steal everything you got and put you in a gulag and work you to death. That's what they want. So when you go to Washington, it's not the football game tailgate picnic scam. It's the, as I said, and I have said over and over again, if you go to Washington, you have to treat it as a tactical exercise. You carry a light tactical little bit of food, you carry everything you need compressed even medical gear. And you do it in such a way that it's really more like an efficient tactical back belt system. But when you go there, yeah, you go there still and you can cheer and you can chant, you can listen to speakers or whatever. But in this case, knowing what had just happened, how could you treat the 6th of January frivolously? What are you telling everybody they did? Well, if we watch 2000 mules, what we're telling everybody they did, we knew they did. They stole the election by criminal fraud on such a massive scale. It is obviously a coup. Well people who do coups are very serious about keeping what they stole because well you can be killed for it because they should be executed for it because they should be hung for it or we should be pumping light in them at port Leavenworth right now, but we're not We're not are we? So when you went on January 6th, the thing is what was your criteria? That's the other thing I said. Well, what's the purpose for being there? What are you gonna do? Personally, I have no interest in occupying Washington, D.C. I'd siege them, I'd round the wagons, lock them down, and they'd never leave. In fact, I sure they got enough little tunnel rat locations, they'd probably exfiltrate out to a degree, but it would cease to be a threat problem in the long haul. And it can be done quite efficiently, okay? But in this case... It's also foreign territory, Mark. It's a foreign, hencewhere mile. Yeah, it was well, it was supposed to be the neutral zone and we know what happened. They completely juxtaposition that they made it the beachhead for the enemy to attack America the sovereign and again, this gets back to the War Powers Act of 1933 once they implemented the War Powers Act of 1933 officially They completely flipped what Washington DC was doing Before they had done it with skullduggery and deception and step by step. They have done what they've done in all thousands of other countries through the eons. But Washington, D.C. was supposed to be the state's conduit for interactivity outside the United States, and it was supposed to create a protection web. Instead, it became the footprint for the occupation and now other cooccupation points such as New Jersey. which is where Homeland Security is registered, California, where the communist Chinese are openly operating, and obviously the regime is totally antagonistic to the American system, period, Oregon and Washington. They're not the only ones. We've got other states across the country, but the big thing is that going there, people, why or how could you not wrap your brain around the idea that this is a serious and key word here, key word? deadly operation. And I don't know how, hold on just a second more. I don't know how seriously, and I know a lot of guys love Donald Trump, but I've warned everybody there's things that don't fit, okay? But let's say that Donald Trump was maybe trying, maybe trying. We talked. We talked about yesterday how, you know, the basically Miley brought in all of the key command staff personnel that he felt he needed to and he demanded that they swear felty to him as the de facto dictator of the United States. That General Miley committing an act of treason against the American people and committing an act of treason against the foundational instruments of the United States wanted to demand and in fact did demand that these general staff officers agree that they were not going to follow the orders of the President of the United States. Now the President of the United States is the President until the new President is sworn in no matter what. There is no grace period. So right now, my attitude is that bug-eyed worthless turd who's working for the communist Chinese, and he's had his sorry ass dragged out. And first we need to find out everybody he was in contact with, and then his ass needs to be properly tried, and then his ass needs to be properly executed. And that is because he has been involved in what is now publicly announced treason against the American people, okay? But the fact of the matter is, from the Trump end, Guys, you're the commander in chief. Let me ask you something. If Donald Trump, on the 4th of the 5th, had stepped out with his entourage, because he has an entourage, and he went to a command, and you go around the hourglass fixture in the middle, that squeeze point, that's what these generals are. If he'd simply gone out to the next command chanter and said, well, hello, Colonel or general, in most cases, probably be a brigadier might be a might be a. Now I would be a colonel or a brigadier, depending on the size of the formation. Brigadier, yes, Mr. President. Brigadier, do you know who I am? Why, sir, you're the president of the United States. Yes, I am. Brigadier, I need your your entire command to surround the Capitol building to protect it. on the 6th. Now I'm going to sit here until I see you cut the order. I want you to bring the command staff in and we'll make room. What room when you won't we're all going to stick together here. We're not going anywhere. And you knowledge that I am the president of the United States way. Yes, yes, President Trump. You are the president of the United States. Am I your commander in chief? Yes, sir. You are my commander in chief. You understand. Will you follow the orders that I give? Yes, sir. I understand and will follow the orders that you are giving So the command staff would be brought in we're gonna mobilize one two or three brigades the colonel or the general Probably managing a brigade or perhaps a regimental combat team to vent away what it is he approaches and That unit National Guard will be mobilized immediately. In fact, I have the command structure here I have my chief of staff here. I have other individuals. Our job is to make sure that the Capitol building is secure tomorrow. Do you understand that, Colonel or General? Yes, sir, I do. Do you understand that I am the one giving the order? Do you understand that tomorrow I will be the only one giving orders? Yes, sir. And by the way, we're going to make sure... that the protest is gonna take place on the 6th? It's not gonna be molested, nor is it going to become an issue. We actually talked about this in advance. People, if the President of the United States walks into a command, I don't care what the idiot sticks above would say. There is not a unit commander who could possibly refuse the order of the President of the United States. To do so completely violates the entire concept of a true chain of command. The President is in the field, and since the President is the Commander in Chief, the President has full authority at his discretion to take command or take charge of any lesser command as he deems fit. Does everybody understand it? This is the real world, not the movies or any bullshit. Like, in fact, that's the problem. Is- did Trump take this seriously also, or was this a football rah-rah game? Because if I can figure out how to do this, now I'm gonna tell you right now, there were spies watching spies, watching spies, watching spies in this. I've told you before about Washington, it's nothing but a den of thieves, people. But the bottom line is, the president has to be in motion if he's serious about it. If he were absolutely serious about trying to preserve the institutions of the republic, which includes a foundational element, which is the election process. Which by the way, has been heavily violated for years. And we've already argued that it's been corrupted beyond repair anyway. But to do such a blatant, arrogant, over the table, not under the table, over the table action of the type that they did a year and a half, two years ago almost now, invalidates every action from this point forward. From that point forward, for sure. It doesn't mean that there are other actions that work illegitimate, there have been, many of them. And in fact, for it, there are people that right now in and out of office who should have their ass hung. Well, tell you what, there's a very patient voice. Or if you think that there's going to be some massive police state action or anything like that, it's like, okay, what steps do you need to take to get ready for it? And so like, for instance, on the food production idea, like, I mean, personally, like we've been working on meat rabbits, these big, you know, And which is me rabbits, it's like, you know, hey, they're not that expensive. You can get started really easily, that type of thing. And it's there's all these different things that people can work on. But if you just surround and talk about it and not do anything, then it's like, OK, this you're just going to be useless. I mean, it's like, OK, you're you know, you're in a subdivision and you're not doing anything to prepare. But but yet you want to discuss all these things like, OK, great. You know, back to you. Well, you know you got the right idea and again the thing is that stuff that can be started up or moved quickly Don't forget that even in planting food No, it won't be an exciting cuisine But you know if you can bear an area say about six foot long by about three four feet wide three or four feet wide right now today You can go out to Maynard's Lowe's You know, menards, I call it maynards, we joke. It's menards, but loaves or any of the production sites where they have a garden center, they're giving the garden stuff away right now, the transient. Right now, the seeds are down to a minimal cost, 19 cents, 9 cents, 11 cents for a pouch of seeds. You go in, you grab all the carrot seeds, and you grab all the radish seeds. You clear off a six foot or eight foot strip and till the shit out of it. I didn't mean grind that puppy. Flip it over and get the sod out of it real quick or whatever you got in the way of plants that need to go. Well weeds. and then build the soil up a little bit if you want, throw a bag of something on there just to give it a little more strength, just for help, and then plant that sucker with carrots or radishes, then do another one and plant it with radish or carrots, whatever you got. Do one with radishes, one with carrots. It's self-maintaining. You're not gonna weed a carrot patch. You don't weed carrot patches. It's called a carrot patch for a reason, guys. You make it so the carrots are the dominant product, period. That's one you can do quick, it's easy, and right now it's pennies. It's one quarter or one tenth of what it would cost you a month ago. Will they make it? Yes. And let's not forget, two things. Carrots can stay on the ground as a food source. All you gotta do is cover them up with straw. During the winter, you can go out and pluck them as you need to, but you cover them with straw before the snow flies. And what that does is it allows you to keep them in refrigeration outside rather than you having to try to figure out where to store them. That's a trick my oldest brother and his wife did for as long while they still do gardens, but they're, hell, they're older than I am, guys, and I'm 64. And they still do a garden. Now, none of them took the precautions that they should have. all of them the feds were looking for in the last couple months or try because they were prepping for propaganda purposes for this whole dribble with the you know the supposed hearings that were taking place. Now they also a year ago when they were looking for everybody they were looking for these people. Now it wouldn't have been difficult because these people have the resources in many cases they you know the only person have to take care of themselves now. They're you know they're they're older. But they still treated it because well Trump's gonna be there. It's a tailgate picnic party We're gonna be told the government. Well, you're not gonna tell the government much anything cuz they're not listening Okay, but I accept the idea if you want to do this do it But if you do it treat it seriously because your enemy is treating it seriously and the keyword enemy is attached These people hate you they hate all of us And I'll just say, the idiot sticks who think that somehow they're riding with the other side, they hate them too. It's not that we have don't have the numbers, but whenever we do this, yeah, if everybody treats it as a tactical operation when they try to shut you down, for instance, you know, they cut off. You couldn't go into buildings for water. You couldn't go into buildings for to use the bathroom. Well, but what if you want to get something to drink? Oh, they're even blocking people from going to the restaurants. Remember that when the Tea Party had the big, big, big, big rallies in Washington, they had the cops and coach the cops that they needed to harass. stop people from, you know, hopefully they pee themselves and they figure they couldn't make it to where the event was so they turn around and go back. Well, there were too many and people started just walking past them and there was nothing the cops could do. Why? Because there were millions, literally millions. of people on the ground all at the same time. When they left, everything was clean. They had cleanup armies waiting because of the usual leftist pigs that show up in Washington. And when the Patriot Movement made up of workers slash people who build, people who are thoughtful left, the cleanup crews had nothing to do but empty trash barrels because the whole place looked better than when we showed up. the difference between the ass hats on the other side and the real Americans on our side. And we are going to have to fight a war for independence, and we are going to have to shoot the bastards. That's the story that has been repeated by three or four other people. And here's the thing, we have people who are with the SEAL units that are in San Diego. And everybody, here's what we know, okay? Here's the way I'll look at it. They've been told not to say anything negative or positive about the event. They've been told to not talk. They know the event took place, but to not talk about it. Now, what does that tell you? If it was just aliens? Go ahead, go ahead, please. No, you're exactly right. The other thing that bothers me besides the fact that Mr. Medley deficient Biden, if his hand was told him, Okay, now you're going to surrender the United States to China. You probably do it. And the other thing that concerns me is it's my understanding, again, it's my understanding, that most of the overflights that we're doing around looking for nukes and stuff, almost every Chinese embassy and their consulates here in the United States, They get neutrino responses as they fly over. And so, more and more, you only have a small, small, tiny, express, entrepreneurial element. And the only reason they're entrepreneurial is because they're royalty. They're demi-royalty or they're royalty. They're with a click. and that click has been given, pat on the head, squeeze on the ass, and special privilege through script so that they continue to function. But everybody else is taxed to death, is regulated to death, is threatened with death on a regular basis. Well, everybody learns that, you know, yeah, you get motivated, you do a better job at work, all of a sudden, you don't get benefit, you don't get more pay, you're expected to do more while the rest sit on their dead ass and do nothing. Well, minimal. So eventually all the people who are motivated start to realize, you know, I need to ratchet back. Well, what happens is step by step more and more people realize what Anne Rand was talking about in Atlas Shrug, that you get paid the same if you do a lot or you do a little and everybody else is doing a little and why am I towing them along? So the reason they lost, the vampires had to let go of Russia is because, well, they got what they wanted. In other words, they got total control and everybody would nobody would move unless they got an order Nobody would move unless somebody told them so that they'd take responsibility And they made a point of making sure it was in writing. While they make him director, they also state he has to sign a letter that he will not run for president in 1976. So in reality, the plan was between the click there that they would run him for president, get him in as president, and they would have initiated a lot of these actions against America two decades sooner. NAFTA and GATT would have taken place in 1992 because of George Herbert Walker Bush. It would have taken place in 1975. Well, forgive me, 78, 79 right around there. There would have been no Ronald Reagan. It would have been Sovietization in America at an accelerated pace. The mistake that they made was the bicentennial. and the attitude that was rekindled by Americans curious about the original foundational mechanisms that made up our fight for independence. They wanted to make it, they wanted to flip it and call it the global dependence, not independence, global dependence. That's what we need to go to where everybody is under the control of the central regime in the UN. Well, that didn't go over because everybody had been studying the interesting history of the American War for Independence and it rekindled a lot of people's hearts. So they screwed up there. But they thought they would have moved to Rockefeller Inn because Bush would have had to fight Rockefeller into the presidency even though they really weren't going to fight much because they were all in the same camp. So as it is... Again, progressively, the Chinese have to be sculpted, and it was argued years ago the Chinese were going to be a major player anyway by ring knockers back in the 50s and 60s. And the argument wasn't incorrect. It's just a matter of cooperation. The big thing here again, to what degree to cooperate, but instead actually have interest in their own gain, which all these parties, that's the one part about this that always is the stick. It always is the thing that jams into the spokes and breaks the machine. Is contrary to what you might have thought with whatever deals you had, there are other plans within circles within circles because other people are playing their games too. So the big thing about America with a K, let's remember, is the original argument for the intro for the movie was that they actually did set a few nukes off and do the EMP attack. while explaining that they had the other nukes on standby to frag America. And they actually filmed that as the beginning, or would have been part of the premise in a more elaborate image for America with a K, the miniseries. But instead, they went with a short intro and then the Chris Christofferson intro that you see with him in the Gulag. You know, what day is it? It's not that we, we can, this thing is, is not just stoppable, but one of the things I see with most of the characters who are reporting on what just happened here in the last week, they love to do the, it's people resist, we're all doomed and whatever. The other side does not have any of this anchored. They purely it's bravura and bravado that they are using to try and roll over everything The fact of the matter is we have greater mass across the board and everybody better start talking about that In fact more of the world understands which is why again they are they want to kill you know? Seven out of eight people on the planet. That's what the ring knockers have declared in the Georgia Guidestones So let's take them seriously, kind of like, you know, it's not a tailgate picnic going to January 6 in Washington. And since we understand that it's serious, we need to be serious about being prepared to wage effective war. They're waging war against us right now. All of the actions involved here, the arrests of people who were there on January 6, every action that they've taken has been an act of war against the American people. And of course they have to go out to where we, the unclean are to attack everybody. Well, okay, when they come out, they don't go back. And if they continue to implement the actions that they're proposing, it's not an if, it's a when, this is gonna kick off. So you better get much better, you better get really good at what it is that you need to do. And this means, again, organize armed equipment, train as militia. Establish a 5-10 program in your area of operation for local logistics support. Logistics, the key to victory. Always remember that. If you understand logistics, you will win a conflict. If you take the movie stance that your guns will, you keep pulling the trigger and the magazine has a hundred rounds, even though that looks like a 20-round mag sticking out of the bottom of the gun. Well, doesn't work that way. By the way, bullets, band-aids. everything you can imagine logistically you're still going to need more of and not just band-aids but a whole lot of other stuff. There's a communications in and of itself is not so much for military application because we need to be better and tighter than the frivolous way that communications is used right now even from a military perspective. That needs to be buttoned down. The best example of that is combat soldiers taking cell phones into the battlefield. Remember we kind of pointed that out. Nobody was supposed to think about it. It was as bad. What happened on the Ukrainian-Russian border on both sides was it is as bad as the January 6th, you know, taking the cell phones to Washington thing. What is amazing, this is where again, I sit there and I think about this and it's like, where the hockey puck did the sergeants go? Because I'm gonna tell you how it works. I see a cell phone I jam it up your arse so you come out your, you come back out your mouth. I jam it so far up your arse it would come back out your mouth. All you are with a cell phone and a battlefield for me is a bullet magnet. And especially in a combat situation where the latest and greatest of modern technology is being applied combined with electronic surveillance and multi-electronic warfare technology. What the hell is wrong with your head you silly twit? The other one was that they were bragging they were killing Russian generals. Well, they were killing Russian generals, which by the way, is always a priority for both all sides in a war. Everybody's always looking for the other side to command and control. Here's another thing. Rule number one, I don't care whether or not you could do this in Iraq, which by the way, was a police state action, not a war, because it was totally lopsided. Well, I'm gonna get out of my phone and call my wife. We're from the war zone. You got my ass. Okay, these generals calling back, they didn't have to actually be, here's the problem, okay, when you're in command. Well, we're gonna use our long range signal communications. I'm gonna tie it in like a two meter radio system. I'm gonna use my radio, go back to command. I'm gonna tell command to tie it into a ground line or to a cell phone line. I'm gonna call my wife, because we just left a week and a half ago, and I'm gonna call my wife and say hi. Well, you're taking a war too seriously. You know what I mean? Let's think these things through. First of all, the footprint for electronic operations has to disappear. Whatever footprint they do see on the other side is what we make. And we want them to think, not what is happening or what is reality. Guys, does everybody understand that? Electronic countermeasures, electronic warfare techniques. the ability to use, in fact, like the cell phones. Oh, hell yeah, they're gonna see lots of cell phones out there. The only cell phones I got in kitty litter buckets sitting here, and they will power up and light up, and you know what? Someday they will, and they'll be in little clusters in the middle of nowhere, but they'll spread out tactically. I want them to feel good about the idea they can waste ordinance on that thing. See how that works? Y'all should be thinking the same way. Go ahead, call or jump in there, please. Hey, this is Todd Diner Orlando. I talked to you about something you might even be interested in. I think about 20 years ago there was a company, a smaller company that made a linear amplifier and the brand name was Midnight Special. Remember those? Oh yeah, Midnight Special, they actually used that song by the way for their promos. They used to make, for the most part it was a 200 watt or a 250 watt But they also made not as many of them, but they made a 700 watt. And the last time I saw it. Go ahead. Go ahead. But you start talking that kind of wattage. You do understand what kind of cooling you need. Go ahead. Well, okay. Here's the thing. No, it's cool. No, go ahead. Go ahead. I haven't seen one on eBay in about five years. And someone just put one up on eBay. And the bidding audience ends up... How much does it... Well, it's an auction. So the bidding order ends in about 24 hours from now. The bid right now is about 300 bucks. But to get that, well to get that, even if you paid a buck a watt, that would definitely be worth it because they have pictures of the inside and it's brand new. There's a few scratches on the outside, no big deal. Question, how big is it? What are the dimensions overall? About three foot, four foot tall? No, no, it's probably it's probably like the same size as a Sweet 16. Texas starts with Sweet 16. So it's it's it's probably like about a foot long by I'm gonna think about eight inches. Is it banked or any kind of cooling fans? Nope. Okay, well. It obviously works, but my question would be how long before you start seeing calorie buildup? Because that's one of the things you always got to remember is like several of the green machines built in the later part of the CB craze. They were fantastic machines, but they were under-cooled. At that time you didn't have computer fans around, but Mr. Computer Fan and Mr. Heat Sinker, your friend. And what I would do was, because you can run it, but remember what will happen, and we used to do this all the time, you run for maybe 11 to 15 minutes, and then you idle down for listening, because whoever else is shouting at you, they're going to be using their amplifier. So what you would do is regulate your broadcast time back and forth. And the reason for that was to give the machine time to cool down a bit. before you start running it back up. Go ahead. Right. That's the thing is that if you're just sitting there listening, okay, and it's on, it's not going to be heating up. It's when you push the push to talk and start driving. Exactly. That's when it heats up. So it matters. You know, what matters is how much you're talking. So for example, on my van, you know, I have a couple of, you know, 102 inch whips. Okay, and I've got a Palomar and you know, yeah, it can get heated up and I've got a couple of computer fans, but I also have one of those You know those you see people with the clip-on fan and it's blowing at them while they're driving down the road because they don't have enough money to change out the AC fan. Okay, well you know what there's nothing wrong with having one of those fans pointed at your amplifier and if you have it, depending on where you have it, you can have that kind of fan on it too. But here's the thing, this is the reason why I bring this up. If you have a CV in your truck and you only have four watts, You're going to be, if you have a decent antenna, you're going to be able to hear a whole lot around town of what's going on. But if you need to get in touch with someone, the 4 watts is not going to get you out there very much. If you have 700 watts, and if you have a decent antenna array, okay, like minimum, at least a 102 inch whip, you're going to not only be able to get out there, but you're going to be stepping on everybody else in the process. You know, when you need to get a message out, you're going to need to get it out. And I will say this, I've been looking at AMPs, linear AMPs lately, and the prices of these AMPs have not gone up like the rest of everything else that you see at the stores. The prices are still about a buck a watt, and on top of that, I've seen some of them. For example, there is a Texas Star 1200 watt. right now on there that's going for pretty cheap as well and I don't know if people just aren't buying this stuff. I've heard some reports about I was listening to Southern Pepper One yesterday said that there was a lot of people at a ham fest I forget where it was at but people just aren't spending the money. They're spending the money on other stuff. So You know, a lot of the ham stuff maybe got for cheap right now. And I'll be honest with you, if that midnight special goes for anything less than $500, I'm going to pick it up. But if there's somebody else out there who does want to have a linear amp, you know those Pride 100s? There's a whole bunch of those on there right now. You can get those for $100. And there's some other Palomar, I think I've seen a Palomar Elite 550 watt that was going for like 399. That's a great deal, you know. And I know a lot of people have been calling talking about how they want to get a CV radio. It's not that hard just to wire the thing up directly to the battery. And then once you've got the antenna, the PL259 going to the amp and then from the amp to the antenna, do your standing wave ratio check with it hooked up to the amp. And that will give you your correct standing wave ratio for when you're ready to talk on it. But you'll be surprised. If you have 700 watts, if you can drive 700 watts, and if you've got two 102-inch whips, you'll be able to talk across the three, four state area. Oh, you can talk to Mexico. You'll hear Mexico comfortably. I mean, in fact, we used to do that. The big thing here, again, is what we have an advantage of is, for instance, and if you've got a good interior shot, you can see what kind of space you have available. One of the things we used to do is when everybody was, we have the University of Michigan, more money than brains. They used to take the old computers and if some of the units would get in there and start stealing components, right? So the value of the things in the resale shop, the resale warehouse they had, they'd get rid of the stuff for a dollar an item. Although I also got whole computer systems for a dollar, okay? What we do with the RECs is I peel off, for instance, we take off the heat sinks off the different components, depending on like the inside. Remember some of these processors got pretty warm. Gaver processors have elaborate cooling, multi-stack cooling systems. You take that out of a trash gaming computer because it's usually not that that's going bad. Something else on board, the motherboard fried or whatever. Take that elaborate with a foghorn system and put that even in your smaller linear combined with a bunch of smaller heat sinks that you can tack side by side by side. onto the unit internally or even onto the internal panels where you don't have vents. Don't cover up your circulation vents. And what you end up with is a monster, you know, a great way to continue to be able to run as needed and not putting as much stress on the components. Because remember, when you bring up the temperature, everything, well guys, expansion contraction, expansion contraction, expansion contraction. If you can keep the unit running at a lower but reasonable operating temperature where it needs to be, that unit will run indefinitely. Not run constantly as in just key, the mic, and squawk. What we're talking about is keeping the operating system at a consistent level to minimize wear and tear at the molecular level on all of the components. And that's especially critical when you're talking like recently things are a dollar a watt, or actually used to be a lot more than that to be quite honest, is because again, the cost of the individual components is that much greater. And many of the other subcomponents, any of your support circuitry has to be beefed up accordingly. So the problem is if something goes bad, although nowadays it's not as expensive for the parts as it used to be for some of them, like the resistors and capacitors. That's only because of China's work, by the way. The big thing here is you would be less likely to lose diodes, resistors, or anything in the circuit. And certainly, you're going to reduce the amount of, again, wear on the primary components and the primary capacitors. Can I say that in just a second, please? Go ahead. Jump in there, please. Yeah, this is Stake in Colorado. And, yes, HF is from 2 to 30 megahertz, generally. and 27 megahertz, I'm not digging on it, it has lots of uses and it works really well. It's on the top end of the spectrum and it's not gonna go below 27 megahertz. And I do military radio actually daily and 15 megahertz, 20 watts, HF sideband. And I talked to Fort Drum New York and I talked to Navy Marine Base down in San Diego with no problem date or night. But the problem is it's frequency dependent. There's times when that 1000 watts at 27 minutes ain't gonna get you where you want it to go to. And I would recommend everybody learn the ham rating. It's not expensive. Get them? I mean the fact that you're talking about ham rating of 100 watts, and things sort of crap, you're gonna need whatever electricity you've got. And then 700 watt amp pulls a lot more juice than a 21 ham radio on a ham radio running 20 watts. And you've got to conserve the power you're going to have left. DP's great because everybody can buy it and they're useful as heck. But people need to learn the ham radio. It's duck specific. I mean, if guys sitting there being keyboard commanders can go on the net and learn to pass a test and go out and get their license, which is what they've done for the last 20 years, once you get it and just get with a group of people. In fact, I would say they really want to learn it. It was an Army Mars group and joined them. You could do that with an office license, by the way. Or I'm sorry, with it, well, general class. And you would then learn how to do it. Because I mean, you know, if I went to radio up to 100 watts, I'd talk to Hawaii with no problem. Use that to 11 megahertz from Colorado. And I don't want to say any god-awful intent is this. I got a folded dipole out here 20 feet off the ground between the pine trees. And it can work, but you need to learn how it works if you're going to make use of it over. Exactly. No, no, I don't just... The difference between the ham radio grid and the CB grid, as I've said before, one of the advantages of the 700 watt linear amplifier would be also for local signal communications after a significant damage or breakdown of an area of operation, including, say, lesser, you know, cities and villages, because... What's going to happen, as we know in a battlefield situation, is it's not us that are going to be targeting most infrastructure, it'll be the government. So with that being the case, what we're planning for, and this is why the ham radios are so critical, is for range, and it's why, as you pointed out, remember, traditionally, when we had an American system, the ham, independent ham radio nets were always counted out to be able to step up because they would. in the event of a hurricane or a tornado or any crisis. And they were always there to put a footprint on the ground and get message going, get signal out. Since Katrina, and again, that was a Republican, remember that was GW, remember with Katrina, they didn't want the ham operators there at all. They were in fact bullying them in places, other local and other military elements. protected them or embraced them that were part of the traditional American school. So this is part of the division here and it's especially critical that we maintain this system because the system itself is choked. They're doing this to make a fall here guys. If we don't have the signal communications ready to replace and to give people an out, give them the ability to be able to communicate to hear something and also for us to relay in the process information from the inside out and also information locally then the other side figures that they can baffle you with any bullshit they want. We have to have the communications infrastructure ready now. Go ahead, jump in there, please. in 91 FEMA report because they were concerned about nuclear attack as well. And their standard after all their testing was that if you're a FEMA unit and you're in your mobile radio or your fixed base radio and your radio survived the attack, for up to a month there would be so much crap from the nuclear electronics going out there and zapping around. minimum 450 watts to have reliable communications. The other thing they commented on was that if that magically didn't occur, you really eat because there wouldn't be jack shit on the radio now. Besides you, nice and quiet. Over. That was, well, that was one of the arguments you may be talking to no one, theoretically, but you know, see, that's where you bring up civil defense and what now is FEMA. Traditionally with civil defense, you had the separate radio grid that was completely established and promoted for what, you know, through the 50s, 60s, and into the 70s. And that's where, remember, the original, what we call, everybody calls CB today, is not the original CB. Citizens Band was part of that national civil defense program to create the different tiers of signal capability. It was understood that, well, let's see, if they're going to exchange nukes, then a lot of the critical systems are right where the nukes are going to drop. Here we go. We better have something else set up and ready to run. And there's two directions they agreed on this where it was accepted. One was the ham radio independent grid, which typically because many of the people, well, why are they doing ham radio? In many cases, they were in remote locations, which made them an optimal option because they were virtually protected from most of the threat. They might still have an EMP issue with whatever might be online, and then they take that off, rebuild it, repair it, or they have their spares and they bring them up and online. but they were not going to be at the epicenter of the event typically. Now, and the other half was police radio. In VHF, UHF, for the most part, the independent police network, which is not independent anymore, and that's where they put all their eggs in one basket, now it's screwed. The independent police frequency structure was military for all practical purposes in the way that it could be employed. So it was considered to be the stand-off or the stand-by for bringing things back online in the shortest period of time after an exchange. And ham radio is the key. That's why they, that's why, what is the Fed doing? The Fed was de-promoting. Why are they doing that? They've been compromised by foreign operatives. Now the Americans that are in the system understand the value of this because one of the reasons you really can't, you can't count on fighting a war when the people are so robust and let's just say rich that we could actually have as good or better than most of what the military has. It doesn't mean the military doesn't spend money on key communications, but we have it tactically dispersed and we also have it in our fingertips. Just like our guns, what makes us different from China or any of these other countries? Well guys, we don't have to go to a locked box to knock at the door and beg and sign three sheets of paper to get our guns. And communications, which is absolutely watchdogged in China and anywhere else, here in the United States, you can own anything you want and you could have anything you want sitting there right in your little room right now. And by God, you better be making the effort to invest and do it. I'm sitting here with two rigs right next to me right now, one's three feet away. I just got still in the plastic, by the way. You know where I got it today? Or not today. Yesterday, I got it out of a dumpster. Hey, come on, Marley. I got a brand new Raytheon unit here out of a dumpster with the plastic still wrapped around it and the styrofoam on it. Go ahead. You can recharge batteries with solar, you recharge batteries with a lot of stuff including jumping off your truck if you've got the juice to run it. If you've got to have 110 volts, you're going to have to put gas or propane and natural gas into it and that will be a limited availability of energy and it's going to go away. And if you gear everything toward work off 12 volts as standard, I mean our military is 24 volts. You know what the Egypts went to? The Israelis went to all the Israeli military equipment is 12 volts and he used all this us military equipment we gave gave to him Maybe a whole bunch of adapter box take 12 oh subs 24 oh so they could actually run the American equipment But he's ready standard including their tanks is 12 volts that makes a lot of sense to me So plan on doing DC and not PC for your power at the program work again one of the things to remember follows fills who they're hard and held to find you used to have The surplus, everybody's carob, just like folding shovels, are the hen, crank, or pedal generators. There are still a few out there, but you gotta find someone who's still got them. And by God, if you ever run one, you will find out how you can grow muskles real quick. Do you want it to work out? The military can give you a workout. Keep cranking. You always just see the old, remember the World War II movies? You see that poor native over in the corner? And he'd be, it would be the native. You know, so it wouldn't be one of the regular soldiers. They got a native to do it. And he's brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr And if you've ever operated those, those are gear thrust controlled so that they're regulated so they will maintain a standard output, which is really kind of neat. And that's why also, because of the way that they're dogged weight wise, when you let them go, they'll coast a bit on their own throw weight. But the neat thing about those is they went up and down the spectrum. Some of those went all the way down to three volts and all the way up to 500 volts. Well, no, correction, 600-700 volts DC. Now why'd they do that? Well, there's all kinds of... Back in that period, I can show you, I've got workbooks for a whole cow, this is equipment. There was all kinds of inane stuff for talking locally or talking to the planet that was built by not just government, but private contractors. And so the logic was you might run into anything out there, so guess what? Power supply that you did have, you were able to accommodate to a limited degree, which would allow you to use anything, especially in a guerrilla type environment, that you might procure or have to scavenge from wreckage or off the land or from military procurement stuff you took from somebody else. But those are priceless if you run into one. That's one of the many things that you should try to have for your group. and personally for your own operations. The big thing here again, on the 12-volt, go ahead and jump in there please. Oh, when you get, you know, I guess what you're doing here before you do a break, the thing is, yeah, I've got one. It's a secret trick, and there's a secret to it all, right? It's got a chain strap on it. Have it to a fence post and lay down and do it with your legs, not your arms. With your legs, yeah. So, you know what, and depending on what year, They were built with even a bicycle, not a bicycle seat, but I think it's the 50s through the early 60s. You see them in the World War II models too. But that's exactly true. They actually had like a butt seat, like you find on the old John Deere tractors. He was not steel, it was aluminum or was made later out of poly resin, out of fiberglass for exactly that purpose. Thank you for reminding me of that too. Interesting story if you need it. Everybody needs a smile. In 96 when I first got my rock radio station on the internet live, right? They were all calling in the morning show from all over the country and this kid called in requesting a song and DJ Chadley Muppy found he was on a mission in Pennsylvania. And so the next day the kid called back in and said, DJ said, you know, we were talking about that and I didn't think of Amish were allowed to have and computers and stuff like that. He says, oh we can't, we make our own electricity. Pedal faster, Jacob. It's like Popeye. I'm sorry. Before they run, he's on the flail. Yep, yeah, exactly. Don't worry, save the horses later on, trust me. They have lots of Amish around here. They would appreciate that joke, you know? Yeah? Well, again, guys, they're in... Two solutions, two different ideas here, but none of them are wrong because remember again, we're using what we have available off the shelf. We have different techniques and resources that we can draw from. And my attitude right now, it's like firearms, okay? Whatever you're gonna commit to, whatever your ideas are, the important thing is follow through right now. Commit yourself to do what you need to do and get it done. at least have it. You may not get it all done right away. Let me give you an example. Hear this right here? Hear that? You know what that is? That's about two feet by a foot deep worth of electronics that I had to sort out and unwrap from a collection I got. What did I get out of the deal? I got two I got two Cobra handhelds. I got a Radio Shack 900 Meg intercom system which will work a hell of a lot farther than just from room to room. I mean these are like virtually new slash old inventory stuff. But the idea is that if you look around, especially pay attention, this is one of those estate things again. camera technology, cables, wires, a really cool LED light that is brand new in the wrapper, etc. You can apply it to a workstation over top. And again, it's a fuel sipper. It's an energy sipper. You want energy sippers, but you don't throw away the older equipment. Don't use wireless for much if you can for all your computers. Go to mechanical attach. Why? Everything you've got that's wireless is either pulling power or additional power and it's also running another transmitter which you don't need for clutter. Always remember wireless means something's transmitting something. You don't want that around. You don't want, so I cut my signal, yeah but you got a wireless mouse, you got a wireless keyboard, you've got a, what kind of a footprint do you think that puts out guys? Think about that bad enough the computer does too. Don't forget if you take a frequency counter and run around all your electronics Remember that that's what the other side is looking for So what we need to do is against we need to understand how to regulate how to maintain operational security And by the way, you know our caller mentioned the Mars stations. We have one in Right next to port Custer. It's on the west side of port Custer. It's the southeastern or no mid No, that's Western District. Western District, US Army Mars Station, quite a big complex there. A lot of those guys are real friendly and quite useful, quite helpful when the time comes. They'll give you a few other ideas for talking to the world, okay? Also listening at least to the world. If everybody at least can put an ear to the wire, One way or another guys we're going to be able to get a better better overall picture of what needs to be done or When we need to do it, and we're not going to be isolated. We're not going to go back We don't need to go back to the stone age that BS was all for the weezer whiner crap that Because you don't go back to stone age no we won't the only reason that'll happen is everybody's a dumbass and those get up off their hind end and do something So this gets back to the whole idea of sergeants. Where the hell did the sergeants go? It's like those 19 clowns down there at the school. They're all standing there with their thumb up their ass. And it's like, who the hell worked? One person walking in, you, you, shut the, somebody could be, well, you can't do it. Shut the hell up, get the hell out of the way. Because all those other people were counting on you, if you know, you again, you stepped up, you took the responsibility, and then you fail like that, oh, well, again, we shouldn't have allowed that situation. We shouldn't allow it because we've let too many other people take authority where they have no authority, take away our responsibilities, and try to convince us that we all need to be pleads, peasants, slaves, serfs, property of the state. Ammo's certainly pricey for it. One box of 20 rounds, about 30 bucks. That's one clip. Each clip holds about 20 rounds and it ain't light, but... By God, these bastards need to die. So that's specifically for law enforcement to think that they're going to take guns from Americans. I will shoot them dead. So that's exactly what this is going on in this country. And these bastards have continued to push the line with their stage shootings, holding police back, you know, while a guy shoots up kids, you know, in New Baldade, Texas. And it's so sickening to see Trump mouthing off about, there's ads now showing him in the Second Amendment. That piece of garbage is not for the Second Amendment. He's a liberal, rhino piece of trash who slurps Israeli dingus just like Joe Biden does and just did over in Israel yet again, you know, and the Saudis. Everybody has some, but AIM has had a pretty good price on them for quite a few years now. They probably won't be military surplus. They'll be most likely aftermarket. The Koreans have made some, and they're actually serviceable. It's just they're going to be tight because they're new. Other than that, if not AIM, another one to check is apexgunparts.com. Apexgunparts.com. And by the way, for ammunition, you want to check AIM also. You get a better price there. And AIM does have PPU, preview partisan. If you want to, the FAL can handle soft point or ball ammunition without any difficulty. The PPU, which is in the blue and white box, is a very high quality ammunition save all your brass. If you're going to shoot it, recover all the brass, mark the box for what it was shot in. And that way you can reload very easily. The rifle is very comfortable to shoot, rides well on rapid fire, lean in, always remember lean into it. If you're going to do any kind of rapid fire, but right now I would be focusing on that so much as You know, point it and aim it. Make sure it's on target and make sure it hits where you want it to hit every time. Spare parts are easy. There's lots of inhale parts out there. And again, the big thing about the magazines, I'm trying to think who else might have. Oh well, CDNN Sports. CDNN Sports.com. They usually have a combination, and I know classic firearms may also, but CDNN, that's their niche, is magazines. So you might find a better price there. Top to bottom, again, is go check AIMSurplus.com, AIMSurplus.com, also ApexGunParts.com, ApexGunParts.com, and the other one is CDNNSports.com. Yeah, all three of them. Yeah, just do a check. See who has the best price because CDNN sports does, you know, like everybody, they do a sale of the week and the daily deal and they have always carried FAL mags in the five round, 10 round and standard 20 round. It depends on what state you're in, as you know, you know, with restrictions. But other than that, first of all, confirm the part, but firing pin extractor and injector would be a good idea. I'll tell you what, look to see if AIM, or no, Apex Gun Parts has an FN FAL rebuild kit or repair kit. They may not have the full kits, but they did have parts sets. And what you want to do is definitely put a few spares away because like everything else, we want to keep it running for as long as we can. The rifle itself is incredibly accurate typically unless somebody's done really something strange to it and I doubt that. I talked to two of the dealers and both of them were real highly, you know, they praised the thing highly. I mean they said that the FN people were real good on the barrels and you know, it was just a real well-made gun. So I didn't, I walked in and I said, you know, I'm looking to reach out and test somebody in a long distance and you know, they show me one, they show me another and then they show me this one. Took this one, so I'll get good with it. So the FAO is very, well, it ergonomically designed a term not everybody likes to hear nowadays because everybody uses it, or at least they were. Now they're apparently not. But it was a pretty- You're saying FAO, but this is an FNAR. Right, it's an FAO pattern. It's a 7.62 by 5th, but NATO, right? Yeah. I mean, I'm ignorant of this stuff, Mark. I'm telling you. That's okay. There are several variations. Remember, everybody has brought the gun in, first of all, as an import rifle. The Greeks, the Portuguese, there are South American, Imbel, FNFALs. There's a number, and each one has a different nomenclature attached to it when it was imported. because it was made as an offshoot of the FAL. They're all FALs. The in-bill models are incredibly comfortable to shoot and accurate. They're all comfortable to shoot, but the in-bill system, the way that they finished the parts, fitted everything, the Brazilian, Argentine contracts were really, really well done. And in fact, I got, I think one of the first of those that ever came in. Now, of course, there are also British, there's Belgium, there's German, Austrian, Australian, etc., etc., etc. And that's why the FL is still around because there's so many parts, systems that were out there and hanging around. Every once in a while, somebody gets rid of them all and somebody starts building more rifles. combination of military parts and brand new manufacture. Typically the receivers are obviously brand new manufacture because of semi-auto, but many of the parts are mil-spec slash military issue. In many cases brand new old inventory still in the wrapper and they just disassemble the boxes, disassemble and de-grease and assemble for new. Good weapon system. As far as mag pouches go, the cheapest way to go if you go over to, oh, let's see. In fact, Apex might have some, but I know Gun Parts Corp has them also. They're the vinyl double mag slab pouches. They're cheap. In fact, even at Sportsman's Guide, we'll have, I think, 10 or eight or 10 for It's probably more than that. Twelve for I think eight dollars or whatever. Go take a look. It's for the German 20 round side by side vinyl or they're the rubberized slash they're a plastic but they're a stretchy plastic. I prefer the vinyl ones, the vinyl striated plastic ones because They just hold up better in the long, long run because the rubberized ones, they do work, but those stretchy tabs that lock the magazine pouch shut, they can break off. Whereas the others are basically a heavy, heavy gauge rubberized cloth that is stitched together and it takes a lot of abuse and it's pretty waterproof across the board. But they're cheap. They're cheap because there's more of them than any other mag pouch for the 20 round FAL or HK type mags out there. And because they'll fit the HK mag, the FAL slides right in there like a glove. I mean like you're putting your hand in a glove. Boom. So. Yeah, one of the guys I talked to said that this was based on the HK. No, that should be the... Well, it's an FN, right? FNAR? Yes. Should be a... no, that should be an FAL. I could be wrong. Somebody can correct me. But if I am, then just here's the thing. Just slide it over to HK parts. Not a problem. And everything I just mentioned, everybody still has lots of the mags around, and certainly all kinds of the pouches. So they all work between the two. The 14, the FAL, the HK, the accoutrements, the support items, pretty much are all interchangeable. the Meg's parts obviously are going to be different. So if it is an HK91 knockoff, well, I don't need to know how much you paid for it. In fact, if it's... They had enhanced it a little bit. It's got a bipod and a scope on it and I think I'll have to add this one to it. But yeah, it wasn't cheap. I mean normally, I guess the gun's about $750, but you know, this is a little pricier with three extra eggs and that kind of stuff. So yeah, it was up there a little bit, but I didn't care. Okay, here's what we... A little buddies across the way, right? The easiest way to understand is an FM. A charging handle on the side of the rifle, back on the receiver. Okay, that's an FAL. The HK has the extended, you know, you have to reach your left arm out, it's on the left quadrant, and the charging handle is all the way to the front, you pull it to the rear, so it's an FAL. You're good. Yeah, I'm having to figure out, you're describing it on the radio, but that's the simplest feature to identify, because there are only three MBRs that are in that category, other than the AR-10, that's real simple to understand, looks like an M16. So, well, the other thing is, again, go to AIM Surplus to see about ammo. Preview Partisan is an excellent choice for getting, you know, reasonable precision because they've been producing mil-spec ammunition. You can get better quality ammo, obviously, and spend a lot more per round. Right now, you need to build up ammo for the gun. Go ahead, call your Jim in there. Hey, this is Carl in Virginia. If he's talking about the rifle that I think he's talking about, it's not an FAL. It's like a .308 based around a BAR receiver, I think. But it was about 15 years ago, and I haven't really seen many cents well if he got that for $700 he stole it if that's what that is because you know those are not cheap right now Yeah, they're going for 3,000 that that was the rifle If that's the rifle that it is they've been averaging up around $3,000 because we had several people looking at those but If it's the BAR receiver system, but again, we can't do this on the radio. I'll set the stage here, then we'll watch some ring camera footage. The gentleman was home and he was alerted by his cameras that something, there was motion detection, something was going on. He turned on his cameras and saw three men approaching his house and noticed that they were wearing body armor, armed. So he goes to the door and confronts them and learns that two of the men are ATF One is Delaware State Trooper and then there to inquire about a multiple gun purchase that he had made I'm gonna go to the footage here and then we'll come right back. Sir. Yeah, okay. That's all I'm doing. Verified it. No, verify that you have it. You got two different purchases If you have them, I'm out of here. That's how quick it is. Yeah. If you have them with you by any chance, are they... If you can unload them and bring them out or you can go out to your foyer here, check them out, like number, sheer number, and we're out of here. I'll take five seconds. The reason we're out here is we're obviously gunning violence. It's been an uptick, so we want to make sure we have a lot of issues with straw purchases. So one of the things we indicate is that we get it, somebody makes it a large gun purchase. And then a lot of times we've been there like, oh, those guns got took in. We're like, ah. I'm not a sick gun, my face. So the idea is when you purchase more than two guns at a time, it generates a multiple-cell report. It comes to us and we have to check them out. That's all that is. You did nothing wrong. You did absolutely zero. I noticed that you were stopped in Philly, though, right? What are your guns? Wait, I'm not good. I didn't expect that. Oh no, listen, it just came up. I'm telling you, that's why we came here. Look, there's an email from the federal side saying, can you make sure this guy's got his gun? Now, if you recently, my first is a whole bunch of guns. If we can look at them and this scratch them off and that way, because I know you'll get again. Yeah, we can just write which ones you just bought. And so we save a trip coming back from then you have. Okay. Okay. We will wait out here. We will stay out here. Lock yourself down there. Listen, I understand. We'll stay out here. We'll be good. So first off, they're there to check on multiple purchase transaction, looking to make sure he's not straw purchasing. I'll tell you what, coming from a former law enforcement officer, I'm telling you that if they had probable cause to believe that this person was a straw purchaser, a pro-straw purchaser, they would have been there with a warrant and they would have had... action much more than just what's called a knock and talk. A knock and talk is when hey we're going to go to this person's house we're going to talk about a subject and hopefully we can use verbal judo to get them to tell us all kinds of stuff and we're not going to really tell them that they have the right to remain silent or that you know they don't have to even talk to us but I got to tell them that. And that's what they did here. You notice they didn't tell him that he was under no requirement legally to answer their questions. You can tell he was uneasy with this scenario. And what they did was they compelled him to give them information. I have seen scenarios like this all day long in court be tossed out. The information garnered from this interview tossed out because the subject was basically compelled to feel they had to tell these officers whatever information it was. He was not under it. any requirement to tell them anything. He did not violate any law and they didn't have a warrant. It's a violation of the Fourth Amendment if they're there to search his premises. So get that out. He didn't have to say anything. He could have consulted an attorney, could have just shut the door and said, friggin beat it boys. But, you know, like most law abiding gun owners, he wanted to give them information to prove that he didn't do anything wrong. So he did give them information. He did come out with one of the rifles they were looking for. They scratched it off their list and said that was it. They were all set and they left. They didn't need any more information. But just... The way they're questioning, the method of the questioning, more than one person. There was three people versus one. That's an intimidation factor. Those are all things that in court would say, most judges would say that this person was compelled to give that information and he didn't give that information free and voluntarily. Now the next question is why would the ATF come to his house if he bought two guns lawfully and legally? Well, the Gun Control Act in 1968. uh put all this into play if you buy more than one gun per transaction that information uh by the ffl it has to be reported it has to be reported to the atf uh the atf home inspections uh gets it as well as the atf field offices and local law enforcement and most of the time they never follow up on it now interestingly enough a washington post story done last july Might shed some light on this and Lee Williams alludes to this in his piece as well going forward official said US Attorney's offices and ATF agents will seek to prosecute more straw purchasers Focusing not only on major cities but also the neighboring towns and states that supply many of the guns using crimes including along the interstate 95 corridor and in Indiana Nevada and Arizona And Delaware is part of the I-95 corridor. So is this more pressure from Joe Biden? Is this just the ATF doing what the gun control act allows them to do? Who knows? Well, put yourself in this gentleman's shoes. Here's his quote on screen. He said, I was embarrassed. My neighbors saw the whole thing. Guys, in these police vests standing in my yard, I was really uncomfortable. I felt really confused. Like, I was in some way being accused of something even though I didn't commit a crime. It was quite embarrassing. I knew they couldn't come in, but I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to get put on some watch list. We just got new gun laws here. I don't want them coming back again. I feel like they were invading my privacy. So what do you do? You don't talk to them. I mean, you can if you really want to, but I'll tell you that... Police officers, no matter what level, when they're talking to you about a potential straw purchase, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Even if you think that you're just selling them something they want to know, it can always be misconstrued. And remember, consent can be taken back. If you consent to talk to them and give them information, you can always stop. Now they'll say, oh well, how's that gonna look if you start talking and then you stop. Well that's you exercising your rights and you can do that. I always recommend if ATF shows up at your door, state police shows up at your door and they're asking about gun purchases and you know you did the right thing, maybe tell them to come back with either a warrant or tell them you can wait outside until I can talk to my attorney. Both of which you're lawfully able to do now. Lee Williams did reach out to the ATF, specifically the resident agent in charge in the Delaware, the Wilmington, Delaware field office, and they haven't responded to his inquiries. He also reached out to the public information officers at the ATF Baltimore field division, as well as the Washington, D.C. headquarters, and they're not responding. He then reached out to the Delaware State Police, because there was a trooper on scene, and they're not really wanting to talk about it either. In fact, On screen, here's a quote from the Delaware State Police Public Information Officer Supervisor, Sergeant India Sturgis, who said, Well, no. He specifically wants information about why your trooper was on scene and what they were doing. Kazen Galz, this administration, if this was done... purposely under direct order or there's more pressure being applied by the administration. It's bad. So just know what your rights are. Understand that you have rights and you don't have to talk to police. And remember, you don't have to let them inside. Now if they've a warrant, then you know, let them inside and deal with things after the fact. But just remember, if they had probable cause, he would have been in a different scenario and the fact that they haven't responded or don't want to talk about it speaks volumes. So maybe this is a one-time opportunity or maybe HCF is going to be going to see more people in the I-95 corridor as well as other locations. I will have a link down below. They did a big campaign like this in 2007-2008 and they were all over my county and they came to my house and demanded to come in without a warrant and record all my serial numbers and when I refused to answer their questions and told them they weren't welcome in the house without a warrant they did the Popeye the Sailor thing and cursed me out and threatened to put me in prison for 10 years and threatened to kill me essentially and all this and I told them you know get off the property right now and don't come back unless you have a warrant. So they left and what do you know later on when they thought I wasn't home there's there's some sneaky peats out you know snooping around the property so I just walked outside and I was open carrying at the time they took one look at me and took off like scalded dogs jumped in there some big suburban's and went tearing off and I never seen them again. Well, like Israelis, they're good at shooting women and children in the back. But you get somebody that shoots back at them, they're the cowards. Exactly. Well, the thing is, a couple of things here real quick. This is, like I said, we've seen this before in Michigan and Connecticut. Back in the late 80s, this is the garbage that was part of the emphasis to go after firearms owners, FFLs, and to destroy manufacturers. and all these turds operate the same way over and over and over again. First of all, real quick, traditionally if you ran an FFL, no, you don't call in. That has not been the standard forever. You originally, you didn't get put on the list and called in, but if you did a multiple gun purchase, there are two ways you can traditionally do it. A, you can use a standard yellow form to, you know, 4473. Or you had the option, and most commonly everybody did this, the Blue Form counterpart, which had multiple gun listings so that you didn't have to do 500 pages, you know, or like five pages for five guns. Now, when I ran an FFL, as basically the proprietor of the FFL, if so, almost somebody else, Oh, I was meticulous in my book work, but I did as many single forms for every gun, even though the guy bought three guns. It was not uncommon for someone like I've said to come in and buy a shotgun, a pistol, and a rifle every time. A guy who's got his wife, she comes in. He gets a .45 for himself, gets a .38 or something for her. and she ends up with a 20 gauge Remington. He decides he wants another lever gun or something, four gun purchases in one sweep. And they didn't bother putting it in her name. He buys them all himself. But you did not, after the purchase, have to get on the phone or fax the information. No, that is not how it worked. Anything that's been done, this is all the crap that was added on, as we've said, the piling up of DCs. on all these bullshit bureaucracy operations, it needs to be gone. The Gun Control Act of 1933-34, which we call the NFA 34 Act, that needs to be gone. You do that, all the rest are dead. Same is true in the War Powers Act. But the War Powers Act is a foundational mechanism for this. Couple of things real quick. First of all embarrassed because my neighbors were well, you know get a grip cough and find your body parts Okay piss on the neighbors. You're either gonna be with you or against you and they should be with you. Why they why are these jackasses here? Okay The other one, you know, I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to get put on a list Is everybody laughing at that comment? Are you all laughing at that one? Why would be like? be coming to your house if you were not on the list. You are not going to get off any list. Everybody just has to worry about, you know, God, you mean I'm not on that list? Well, damn, I better be. I'm on every other list. Okay. But what's fascinating is think about the mentality there. Where's your brain? Two asshole, excuse me, God, watch my mouth. Forgive me. Two ass wipes from the ATF, two back faggots, and some pig from the state cop office, who, by the way, is a junior G-man wannabe, and that's why he's got his head up the ass of those other two standing there, okay? All puffing up, because maybe you'll get a chance to shoot a homeowner. Maybe you'll get a chance to kill homeowners. State cops, oh, they burned the house down too, maybe. So the bottom line is you're already on a list. You will never come off that list. Your name will always pop up on that list and they're going to make another list and put you on it too now. Period. You see how stupid that statement was? Okay, if they're showing up at houses, they didn't randomly do that by throwing a dart. There is a list they have already made the list they will use this list to confiscate guns later Which is why again your first response would be uh, what are you doing on my porch? They pulled their trucks into the front driveways where they had while they were watching the house Dave's house all the way down the road for as far as you could see everybody called everybody who called everybody who called everybody and they laid their weapons right in the bed of the trucks. Everybody cocked locked ready rock and roll and they just kept staring down the road. State cop goes by he slows down he starts to thug up you know starts today like he's watching you and everybody reached their arms in the back of the truck and still just standing there staring at the ass hat. And everybody that he went by, everybody just staring right back. Nobody's waving, there ain't no friendliness going on. Like I said many times, you understand several times, even more recent history, how close we came to it escalating into a shooting war and rightfully show. So when we would have been better off. But as it is, go watch this, it's over on YouTube. It is the latest video posted, it pissed you off. But again, young people don't necessarily know because they're not in contact with other people. You can be as polite as you want as in, nope, you don't need to see my weapons or anything. You don't need to see any of my property. Can I come to your house and see your property? Can I come back to your house and see how many guns you've taken from other people and collected home? Can I? Can I go to your house? Go ahead, color. Yeah. Basically, that's an intrusion on seclusion. That's an invasion of privacy. And it is stated in the preamble and the Fourth Amendment. Preamble says, I mean, First Amendment, excuse me, pardon me, your peaceful assembly. Your peaceful assembly, people, is your lawful realm. You carry your role off a realm wherever you go as a sovereign. Alright? And for the administrative state hat, right? The creature you created to come up and tell you what you gotta do if you ain't been doing nothing to harm somebody else, they is trespassing upon your peaceful assembly. It had a United States commercial code number on it that, you know, these people trespass. You can actually find them. $5,000 for trespassing. I've got these signs all over the place. They might be listening right now. They know and they're smiling. We had a piece, the guy had a piece of property, was in the family for long as I've been alive. And what happened is way back in the early 60s, the feds came in to attack him. He was a farmer and they tried to claim something on the land bank issue about what he produced. and when the fact that he had a few acres out of the 100 acres on one part of the property he actually planted it and they came out with tape measures and they actually fined him because he was producing on maybe, it turned out it was a half an acre in one area and an acre in the other. So they shut his farm down. They fined him and shut his farm down as part of their money scam. They didn't get his farm and the guy hated the fed for the rest of his life, which is a good thing. Well, the son of a guy... The rest of these son-by-son marshals were doing that in Pennsylvania with this Amish farmer I was reading. But yeah, I just took it with a sign that says Title 18, Section 241, 242, you know, the site and the code, you know. Right. These people come on your property with bad intent, you know, you get... you post the signs that you can find them $5,000. You heard that on your show or somebody, but I bought a bunch of them. It's by a company called Ad Right. Yes, that's the company. Yep, that's it. We're out on the Lansing Creek area. Well, the thing is, again, again, these have been a magic force field for all of the latest generation of other people in uniform because enough people have told them, oh yeah, we got not only fined, I got, you know, I got, took it to court and it was upheld because it's an open contract for everybody unless you claim you can't read, which anybody in a cop uniform, well, they had passed a test. So the fact that they passed the signage is part of the confirmation of the contract. Guess what? You had the opportunity. Now, in theory, you're supposed to... Did you see the signs? Yeah, but they don't reply back. I think you better go out and read the sign. I'll give you one chance. You can leave after that. So, Marcus, don't you go after the bond? Don't you go after the bond in that instance? Basically what you can do, you'll level paper against the bonds for the officer and you can also go after the bond that covers the department itself in insurance. There's a couple of different ways you can go after viable assets that include FRNs, Federal Reserve Notes, and it's not a difficult process. It's been upheld many, many, many times. It depends on how successful you are. Okay, I shouldn't say the Patriot movement. At the high point where everybody is on the upswing with it, it typically wins in court constantly. When they get to the point where they're getting their butts beat, they will go out and start telling their lodge buddy judges that they just need to not hear the case. Now, they have no legitimate excuse. What they'll try to do is prevent filings at the county clerk level. They will try to prevent issuing the paperwork, which by the way, if you watch the Carl Miller surrendering of arms by the state police back to Carl and to the crew there that happened years ago, in the original video, if you watch, he served them. And they handed him the paper and they threw it at back and the guy was trying to crank the window back up and he picked it back up and put it right back in the car. And they had been served and it was on video and it was witnessed. Well, that was part of what made the state lieutenant who was involved in that lost both of his houses. He lost his cars, he lost his boat, lost his snowmobiles, and then his wife left him. So if you want to understand how effectively it works, it worked really well. Go ahead, jump in there, Kolder. Yeah, I have no doubt, and I really respect AKA Carl Miller. I believe he's passed on. Yes, he is. He's gone. Not mistaken. But he was very helpful to me. Now one of the good things they like doing nowadays like Mark was indicating, you know, they won't hear a case or they'll shuffle paperwork this way. I will remind everybody again, between the 10th and the 15th of last week, between Sunday and the 15th, we had a series of laws, of proposed laws and legislation, legislation that will become laws if they have their way. all with individual traders or foreigners standing up and announcing these attacks. One on guns. Of course, you didn't hear anything about the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Agriculture, but of course they're working on the rationing cards. and they did an expedition, expediting, get it out, expediting the process for bidding on rationing cards and they also as a subroutine put out a contract bid option for doing a rationing book. Now that's more like what you saw in World War II. The cards, the problem they've got is they were planning on extending this onto the welfare system, which is already so bogged down, and it does not keep track of individual loaves of bread, pounds of food, etc., which is what the rationing card has to do. So they're going to probably have a bunch of people maybe bid on it, but then they're going to get hold of the problem and they're going to find out they can't do it. So the rationing book is most likely, even in this day and age, going to be the case. Because nobody knows how to do programming the way that they should, very few do. They're buying foreign, it's always a gimmick and always a failure. And it's just like the ammunition registration in New York. They still have not accomplished it. They had it passed into law. They had three contractors who have come in and each one has run away with their ass on fire because they can't do it. They can't make it work 100% right, which means it's open to litigation, first to the company that does the work and second to the state. So the feds are looking at, again, using probably the passbook ration system. However, we also have the transfer of power taking the control over the military away from the Congress. That's what Schiff announced last Friday. But around the 11th is when the paperwork administrative information was already out there from the GPO, Government Printing Office. And the fact is it probably was available earlier than that. In order for it to be at the GPO, that means that the precursor announcement on this legislation, which got no coverage anywhere, probably took place either in late May or early June, because it had to be 30 days in advance before the GPO Government Printing Office would have it. Okay, it has to be formatted, spell checked, all the other fun stuff. They can do that, but it's a fairly large document. It declares the American people the enemy and states uncategorically that the use of the US military and CONUS will not be controlled by the Congress. They plan on executing actions against the American people through a combination of the executive branch and a series of private holders. Guys, this is all public information. You can go and read this. The first three pages basically explain that the American people are the enemy. It's the extension. It's war. It's the extension of the War Powers Act is what they're doing. That's war. And that's exactly, now here's the thing. All of this happened before the 16th. That's why I asked during the two hour block, do you guys all remember the anniversary of the execution of the Czar's family, the Romanov family? It was the 16th of July. These are all card holding Jewish communist members. These Jewish communists love, you know, trying to block anniversary stuff and the execution of the Romanovs was the official, like say, second boot in the kickoff of the Red Terror. They are planning on trying to execute the Red Terror in the United States. Let's all understand and decide we're going to get rid of them. That's all there is to it. They need to be gone. Anybody following orders on something like that, they need to be gone. You need to take this seriously. This is not a football game tailgate party picnic. They're planning on trying to commit mass murder. Go ahead Larry, jump in there. One thing that stuck with me, and I've been looking at this since 2005, I went around to several meetings of what was called the Prophecy Club. Prophecy Club was touting a guy by the name of Demetri Dudeman. It was a Demetri, how magically it's Demetri. That guy's long dead. But one of the things he said was that there would be internal fighting in this country. It would be started by the Communists. These are his words, started by the Communists. But then once this starts, during this distraction, that's when Russia, Cuba, Nicaragua, China, and others would attack. Russians have just entered Nicaragua. They're saying it's humanitarian, but I guarantee ya they're probably installing those hypersonic missiles that they're so good at and work and ours is junk. So I've watched this stuff. I've listened to everybody. I've heard prediction after prediction after prediction failed, but this crap has held up and everything that they mentioned is ready to happen. So, yeah, they're doing everything they can against we the people. They're cutting off our food. They want to take the money. They want to take your guns. They want to do all these things. This is home Obama and Valerie Jarrett. They are communists. They are communists. Home Obama and Valerie Jarrett should be hunted down and executed like the dogs that they are. Okay, but that's not going to happen. Home Obama's running. He bought a big mansion there in D.C. and set it up as his operational headquarters and the frickin' FBI let him do it. So they are the modern day Czechus army and they need to be shot as well. You know, and this is coming. But I'm telling you, I believe the rest of it's gonna happen. So, you know, as the internal fighting, and it's already starting around the world, it's like the fuse has been lit. Like I said, the Netherlands and South America and other places, the people are beginning to rise up and fight back. We, the U.S., are well armed. Yeah. Yeah, Sri Lanka just put its government down, and they did it because it was all globalist agenda that was plugged in. But we, and we do have better, we have far, we're far more capable. We have all, we have all of the resources we need to get rid of the problem. But we also have to be ready for what is going to be the long fight. There's no way to get out of it. I'm telling you, once the fighting starts, the Russians, they'd be stupid not to take advantage of it. I mean, this country is, you know, we surrounded them with bases and we've harassed everybody around the world. We pretend like we're fighting for true justice and democracy. We're doing nothing of the kind. We never have. This country has been looting other countries and murdering innocents for many decades. Got it?
