So one of the biggest offending anti-gun states in the Union has fallen thanks to Bruin. Thank you all. Welcome back to Guns and Gadgets. I appreciate your time. Let's talk about Hawaii. Hawaii is well known, and I've covered that state numerous times on my channel, they're well known for violating people's rights. In fact, one of the longest still running cases. is Young v. Hawaii. And in the multitude of cases that surround Young v. Hawaii, we have learned that Hawaii has issued no open carry permits and no concealed carry permits. And that is all changing. All of the chiefs for the counties on all the islands in the state are working with the Hawaii Attorney General to figure out how to proceed and quote, allow residents to carry their firearms in public, you know, because of brewing. Well, they better act quick, and there's a reason. Before I jump into that little nugget, the island of Oahu, it has come out that they have received 78 applicants for concealed carry permit so far this year. But 77 of them in the last three and a half weeks since Bruin. The typical amount of applicants that the state sees is three to four a year. And that's about to change big time. So what the state is doing is they're creating a revised application. But the attorney for George Young in the Young B. Hawaii case has said that these chiefs who will be making the decisions on approving permits had better act quickly. And if they take too long, they just might make themselves liable, which means they're going to get sued too. We also learned that the attorney for Mr. Young expects the Ninth Circuit to rule in favor of Mr. Young within the next two months. Now that case, if you haven't been following the channel, I'll put it above. And that was one of the cases among many that were awaiting the decision of Bruin. They were put on hold. pending the Bruin case. There was the Young case. There was the California assault weapon ban case, magazine ban case. There were several of them and what they were with GVR. They were granted certiorari. They were vacated, meaning the previous decisions from the anti-gun courts that were held up using the now unconstitutional two step process. They were vacated and remanded back to the lower court to rule to revisit them and rule based off of the guidelines in Bruin. So there's gonna be a lot of things happening left and right here in the Second Amendment community and I don't know how they're gonna avoid it unless they want to be like the next New York who's had three or four lawsuits filed in a week's time. New York has dug into their heels, but Hawaii has fallen. They've given up their anti-gun bully stance and it appears that residents will finally get their their rights back, you know, that's exactly what it is. They've been infringed, they've been withheld and a right delayed, is a right denied. So good on Hawaii, good on the residents of Hawaii, not good on the tyrants of Hawaii, get rid of all of them. There's no time where the Republicans have peeled back anything the communists have done. And in fact they've ridden with every piece of crap that they've generated plus... On top of that, they're the ones who were responsible for bringing the Patriot Act into play. We stopped that every step of the way with Clinton. All of a sudden the Republican rats were in, and by the way, not that long. Bushite was in there for eight years. GW. And when GW's gone, done, what did he do? He handed the entire police tape mechanism over to Obama. What we said before, only an idiot, a fool, an incompetent, or a traitor and wicked monster would be willing to do that. So, and again, everybody's going, well, you mean that Miley Fresnitz took over, had usurped the presidency? Well, of course. And that asshat needs to be dragged up. Anybody who finds him first, you drag him up, put him against the wall, and he needs to be before a firing squad or hang him. I don't care what you do with him. I really don't. But that POS? You know, if there had been seven people that went into the room, I'd wait to see who went along with it. And that would tell me how many people wouldn't leave the room. Hopefully there would have been a big leave in the room. Seven went in. Well, you know what I mean. Yeah, that's my point. So yeah, I want to see who goes along with it. Who raises their hand to this? See, I would go in just waiting. And the moment that they I knew what they were doing. Oh, yeah. We had this discussion back in the 80s on this subject and already decided what we were going to do, guys. That's what what literally you're now finding out is exactly what we were telling you was going on and how it had to be happening Inside the system because there is a civil war going on not all the hourglass stations in the military There are choke points I've explained this a million times and those choke points are with the enemy the occupiers coming in from outside They have focused on but not all of the general staff is with them Not all of the Officer Corps is with them in any way, shape or form. That's the whole point. Their logic is that nobody's going to figure out what's going on here. Consulate and formulation, the trilateral commission. All you have to do is go down through that, look to see how many people are with the CFR. Once you see this with the CFR, that's really as critical an organization now because there's other fake veneer mechanisms they've put in place. as cover sheets for the U.S. There's BitSwap and Ringknock and Foreigner whose job it is to destroy the sovereignty and freedom of the American people. That's what they're there for. That's why Miley Cyrus is in that uniform to destroy the sovereignty and the freedom of America. But if I've been in that room, if I've been called for a special, special meeting like that, I'd have gone armed. I'd have been very quietly armed, in fact more doubly armed. And I'd wait, I'm sure everybody was either sitting down in the command couch and two or three of the other chairs into there and whatever executive office that Miley Cyrus has, General Miley Cyrus, the cross-dressing faggot that he is. But it's either that or they were sitting at a good old conference table and I'd be just listening. And when that question came up, and wait to see who made the decision. It's like, well, this is grand. This is like we're talking, there's a term high treason and it's not a casual term. But does everybody understand that what Miley Cyrus did is high treason, is the highest form of treason that can be committed because it was in favor of and to work with the communist Chinese towards the destruction of the American economy. You do all understand that. Because what we've talked about this a few weeks ago and actually back when somebody started making certain comments about this and What it infers is a that okay first of all Trump was getting into usual intelligence briefings in the competitive school of minority majority report work that's being done He was told exactly what was going on with the whoa-huh slash read that the the Ukrainian virus slash, you know, transported to the communist Chinese for extensive modification, worked with Fauci and all the rest. And so Trump knew that the argument was that it was an intentional deployment of a biological weapon. Well, guys, if you're the commander in chief of the United States and somebody has deployed a biological weapon against the American people, I'll bet whether it's greatly effective or only mildly effective, What is that called? That is an act of war. The President of the United States and many elements of the command structure, certainly all of the intelligence mechanism at the higher level of final assessment and collection. had sat down, told Donald Trump and other individuals, obviously whoever was within the pecking order of that particular era because who gets access is a plus and minus list over the decades, okay? So whoever sat in that room and was getting the morning intelligence brief, heard everything at the same time, understood full well what the ramifications were. And Donald Trump obviously and other individuals in a very intelligent process said, well, it looks like that's an act of war, isn't it? And I am sure that the return statement by the intel personnel was, well, Mr. President, that's the decision of the executive branch and elected officials, not the choice or decision of the military staff that are here. We follow orders, we don't give them to you. See how that works? And as Donald Trump had made the decision that the communist Chinese had attacked America. And so good old Miley Cyrus, while working for the communist Chinese, he did what the communist Chinese employee was supposed to do. You attacked your executive branch and the US government and in the process undermined the economy of the United States and intentionally did great damage to the American people. As an act of high treason, everybody understand that? I worked, you know what, the hypocrisy of the sickening turds in the Congress and the sickening turds in the executive branch and the sickening hypocrisy of that guys. For a small fraction of what we're talking about here, your ass would go to jail for two, three, five years minimally for just one part of the transgressions and decades otherwise. Or, and again, the crimes are still in the book because Miley Cyrus and reupfers should be tried for high treason and then should be executed. But not if he, he could live longer. If he explains who all was participant in this activity, including Mr. Obama, the foreigners that are big money, the international group, and of course, all of them need to be selectively targeted for extermination. Right now, we are at war. We have been at war. We've already said this. In fact, let me point something out to tie all of us in with what Schiff announced on Well, of course, officially the statement was not Friday, but I think actually Alice is four or five, it would be whatever, Wednesday, Thursday, Wednesday, probably. But anyway, it was reinforced on Friday and several other hosts and talk people brought it up and it's not getting enough coverage. Basically, what they're doing is handing over through an HR. transferring power from the Congress to a handful of private corporate slash globalist mechanisms in conjunction through and through the executive branch, the US military for operations against the American people in CONUS. And in fact, the document specifically spells out that the American people are the first threat and enemy of the corporation of the United States. Now, where have we seen this before? I told you what I said a couple of months ago and yet, this is also what I told you so. All we're seeing is the rest of the War Powers Act being executed by the Communists and international Jewish bankers who are screwing you. The kosher banker clan. Which is why the verbiage and everything. Guys, this is not new. It's not shocking. You notice I'm not shocked. This is everything we explained to everybody about American Peril, and the investigative work that everybody's done for decades before I was alive, and for many, many years step by step, where we stand on the shoulders of other patriots who, guess what, were and are absolutely correct. So basically, what this is gonna do is, in the same method, what they're doing is taking the corporate military, since it's become corporate, under the Corporation of the United States under the War Powers Act, what they're doing is transferring them over and joining them to Homeland Security. Oh, you better go take a look at the infrastructure and the legal mechanism of Homeland Succuretti because Homeland Succuretti is, remember, not registered or logged in Washington, D.C. It is registered as a private corporation working for an agent of a foreign power, operating in American soil, and is registered in New Jersey. Why is Homeland Security registered in New Jersey? Why is Homeland Security registered in New Jersey? Why is Homeland Succuretti registered in New Jersey? Isn't it federal? Wouldn't it be in the Washington, D.C. district of criminals? Well, I will remind you that if you don't know about the FBI, it's not registered in the United States. Well, it's registered in one of our territorial holdings. Why is it registered in one of our territorial holdings and not Washington, D.C.? Because once again, it is a foreign agent of a foreign power operating in the periphery of Well, at that time, in the periphery or where the mutual contact point between the British Empire and the United States existed and co-lap, go take a look at the founding documents of the FBI and then pay attention to the wording. We're supposed to talk about that, right? with what what shift has now generated as a piece of paper where you can read it. Okay, there have been many other documents generated by all these other to-do ring knocking, spit swapping, yamical wearing turds in all of these different like Council on Form Relations and the other petty operations beyond that, you know, the new nation green out, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. If you're not somebody who is like knee deep in this gun politics game, then you might not be aware of this. You know, you might have heard of it in a couple videos here and there on this channel and others. I'm doing this a lot today. It's the Italian side of me coming out. But there is a new methodology for the anti-gun states. And it was first created by the idea in Connecticut. After Sandy Hook, Connecticut allowed a lawsuit to continue against Bushmaster, the old Bushmaster. Sued them right out of business. We've covered that here in this channel and that Kindled a flame that started a flame in the anti-gun world and when they said you know what? we're gonna win this game in their minds and Even though there's the PLCAA placa the protection of lawful commerce and arms act which is a federal law that says it is Illegal to have frivolous lawsuits against gun manufacturers for criminals using their product breaking the law, hurting people, killing people, you know, let's make murder illegal type thing. So, Connecticut was the first case to be allowed to continue and they use that predicated on advertising toward children and you see that in every state now that I'm about to talk about where this is a new thing. It started in New York after the Connecticut issue, this new generation of this idea bloomed in New York. with their public nuisance law. And they challenged it. A bunch of gun manufacturers challenged the law in New York because they were going to sue manufacturers out of business. And it passed constitutionality. And I think the NSSF has appealed that. I'd have to double check. And because it has passed the initial constitutionality check, I think it is actually the federal district court level. And now it's going to go to the appellate, I hope. Because that has happened, well now New York is suing all the manufacturers because they're a public nuisance. And it allows individuals, family members of victims or people who are victims of gun violence, air quotes, to sue the manufacturers civilly and try to sue them out of business. That's what they want. Well, if it was allowed to stand in New York, then the other anti-gun states were like, yeah, this is it. This is how we're going to do it. Delaware's passed one, New Jersey's passed one, and this week California passed one. And California's a little bit different. They tweaked it up being California. They have to be the biggest anti-Second Amendment state there is. They tweaked it a little bit. And California's bill, which is Assembly Bill 1594, allows those civil lawsuits, not only against the manufacturers, but against the gun dealer who sold the gun. So if you're a gun shop, sold the gun, And the person passed the background check the only thing that's required by federal law you pass the background check, right? And you don't have any issues with mental health commitments and stuff like that against your will Well, you pass all that you're supposed to be It's supposed to be uninfringed after that, right? You have a background check according to federal law, right? Well, this allows or requires gun dealers now to deny that sale if they have reason to believe or reasonably believe that that person had ill intent and who It's not it's not in the bill the law who determines what someone should reasonably believe means So here's the example. A guy goes into a gun shop, passes the background checks, purchases a gun. At any point, five years later, ten years later, decides I'm going to be a criminal. Hurt somebody. Now that person who's hurt and the family can sue that gun dealer and the manufacturer with the whole goal of suing the firearms business out of the states. That's what they want. They want to have these lawsuits, which civil lawsuits you can sue for the sky, sky's the limit. They want them to have a bunch of lawsuits they have to deal with the manufacturers so that they can't afford to do it and thus have to close up shop and now they're going after gun shops too. Now I know many people who own gun shops, they can't take on these multi-million dollar lawsuits. They can't do one, never mind 10, 15 of them, and still remain in business. And that's what these anti-gun attorney generals and governors are. betting on. Now this comes on the heel of the Supreme Court saying, hey, you can't have those cockamamie laws designed to keep people away from getting their firearms. You can't create these laws where they have to jump through hoops to get a concealed carry permit. So these states are saying, okay, well, if we can't stop it with our crazy made-up verbiage and hoops for people to jump through, well, we're just going to have the ability to sue it out of the state entirely. And that's what Gavin Newsom is going after this past week. And that's what Kathy Hockle is doing in New York. And before her, it was frickin' the Don. The wannabe Don, the woman toucher. And that's what they're doing in Jersey and Delaware. And I guarantee you, it'll probably end up here in Massachusetts at some point for the next session. It's just disgusting, but I want you all to be aware of it, because it could be coming to your state, too. and it's time to pay attention to what they actually trying to do these anti gunners they've been smacked in the face with the uh... the bruin decision but they're always going to figure out a way around it that is their game that is their agenda that is their end goal and is plain to see right now that they're in goal right now is to have enough civil lawsuits to shut down the firearms industry so i just thought i'd give you this information to chew on let me know what you think down below my crazy am i nuts I don't think I am, but y'all I'm sure will tell me. The digits are what they're looking at feeding off from every and any other mechanism that they get approved, some of which are already in place right now for next year. The fact of the matter is that with what we're seeing just dropped out of the sky and with specific individuals making the announcements, if you'll notice, each one of these announcements for a particular part of the police state has been made by different individuals. Pretty much all of them me amical wares, but, or, you know, again, fellow travelers within the clique. But it is interesting to note that this all happened, again, between the 10th, the 15th, from the 10th through to the 15th, and then just over into the 16th. But if you've seen, he's done this where he's even been at bars or he's stopped in at restaurants and they've tried to make it, he's just a regular guy. And you know, there's enough still shots of him handling or fondling kids and or other women where the men sitting there are looking either right at, you know, they're not smiling or laughing because they're not part of the clique and they don't have the ingrained fear that the inner circle or the turds that are in Washington and the bureaucracy have because of the pecking order of the wicked. That's why you see two different responses. between the groups that are always in the stand-up pieces where he comes up and he rubs his nose and he handles them and touches them. Well any Second Amendment sanctuary state tells the FBI to beat it and pound sand and won't let them audit their concealed carry permits. Now for this story we're going to head out to Missouri and we're talking about Attorney General Eric Schmidt and Eric Schmidt and the FBI have had a little bit of a back and forth over the last few days specifically around this topic. So AG Schmidt received a letter from the director of the FBI telling him that several sheriff departments would be visited by the FBI where they would conduct an audit of their concealed carry permits. And Schmidt, who is a Republican candidate for US Senate, said the Missouri law prohibits sharing the confidential lists collected by sheriff departments with federal, state, or private entities. He also contended that allowing federal agents to access the permit records would violate the Second Amendment. Now, Missouri is a Second Amendment sanctuary state, and don't forget they had signed the Second Amendment Preservation Act into law. And Joe Biden is suing the state of Missouri to try to force them to not protect the Second Amendment rights of their residents so that the federal government can infringe. Makes sense, right? This is the letter that Attorney General Eric Schmidt pen to Director Christopher Ray of the FBI in response to the FBI saying they were going to go audit the concealed carry permits. Dear Director Ray, it has come to my attention that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has informed several Missouri County sheriffs that they will be showing up in August to audit concealed carry permit holder records. The FBI states, quote, The audit includes an on-site review of your concealed carry weapons permits. Let me be perfectly clear. Allowing federal agents from the FBI to have access to records of Missourians who have a permit to carry a concealed weapon violates Missouri law and infringes on our Second Amendment rights. Missouri law specifically prohibits sharing his confidential list with the federal government. Quote, information retained in the concealed carry permit system under this subsection shall not be distributed to any federal, state, or private entities. The people's elected representatives passed this law after it became known that the Obama administration wanted to know which Missourians had firearms supposedly to establish who was entitled to federal benefits. We wanted to leave no doubt that the citizens of Missouri have a constitutional right to bear arms, and the federal government has no business poking around to find out their identities. I was a state senator when this law was passed, and I proudly voted for it. In fact, we deliberately wrote the state law so that only the elected county sheriff had access to the CCW list you are trying to get. Here in the heartland, we elect our county sheriffs, who are members of our communities. The same cannot be said for your out of touch FBI. You may wonder why there is such a strong suspicion of federal agents here in the Show-Me State. Simply put, Missourians are hardworking, law-abiding citizens who don't need a national, nanny-state keeping tabs on us. But more than that, over the last couple years, we have seen story after story of incompetence and corruption at the highest levels of the FBI. Our trust in your agency is at an all-time low. Here are a few examples of how the Biden administration and the liberal deep-staters within the FBI have severely tarnished the reputation of this once well-respected agency. You famously targeted the parents of schoolchildren who showed up to express their concerns at school board meetings. Unbelievably, somehow this was done as an alleged violation to the Patriot Act. In addition to targeting parents, Your agency has targeted conservatives, most famously the witch hunt against President Trump and his team. James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Srazak, Lisa Page, and others endlessly investigated fake allegations fabricated by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic operatives. Yet, while it prosecutes conservatives, the FBI turns a blind eye to Democrats. The FBI inexplicably. clear to Hillary Clinton of wrongdoing and has been sitting on evidence of criminal activity on Hunter Biden's laptop for years. Now the FBI appears to be targeting Missouri gun owners and we will not stand for it. We believe in the Second Amendment here. So does the Supreme Court, as you may have seen in the recent landmark opinion. In New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, I led dozens of state attorneys general in filing a brief defending our Second Amendment rights and we prevailed. In light of all these facts, Missourians have concluded that the FBI leadership in Washington, D.C. has been weaponized for political gain. You have lost our trust, and you seem to be completely indifferent toward trying to rebuild it. Instead, you announce that you will show up at the offices of our elected Missouri sheriffs in open and blatant violation of our state law and seek to find out who in Missouri holds a legal CCW permit. This is not going to happen. I will fight you tooth and nail with all the resources that the people of Missouri have given me as their Attorney General. Yours truly, Eric Schmidt. Now that's an awesome letter. That is a really awesome letter. But the FBI being the FBI, two days later they posted this. The FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division, or CJIS, holds the largest collection of criminal justice information shared by the nation's law enforcement and criminal justice communities. This information falls under the oversight of the CJIS Advisory Policy Board, which is comprised of representatives from state, local, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies. This board sets policy and security for acceptable use of the information. and has assigned the FBI responsibility for ensuring compliance through a routine auditing program of all participating agencies which has been in place for years. As part of the Plan Missouri audit, a small sampling of system transactions is to be inspected for compliance and to ensure there is no misuse of the CJA system. At no point would auditors require access to lists such as state approved concealed carry holders. nor would the CJS Division retain information beyond what is necessary to address a specific compliance concern. Missouri has been through this routine audit multiple times, most recently in 2018. So I guess for somebody who lives in a communist-style state, I sit here in envy of you, the resident of Missouri, your Attorney General, has demonstrated for years that he will stand for your rights and he's telling the FBI, specifically the federal government once again to go pound sand. And I love it. He's also running for a higher office that could play a part in it, but throughout this whole process with the SAP Act, the Second Amendment Preservation Act, he has stood tall and stood his ground. And when folks support you, you should support them. If you live in Missouri, give the AG an attaboy. Give his office a holler and thank them for standing for your rights. And the fact that he's going to fight the FBI and keep them at bay, and keep them away from the information they seek is another good, that's another good feather in your hat in Missouri. I wish we had people like that here in Massachusetts and New York and California and New Jersey and the list goes on. But I wanted you all to see what happens when a state and its elected officials are truly constitutionalists. Now, there might be some people in Missouri who are going to say, well, hey, he did this. They also had just the liners themselves, the insular liner, for I think about $6, $7. I don't know if they had them up to size, 2X. The Dutch stuff comes big, but again, remember a lot of times with the Sportsman's Guide, they have a little scale there. When you do the sizing after people have gotten enough of it, they'll say it's running big, it's running small, or it's just right. So sometimes there is a sizing slide scale to register, to make a judgment call. So maybe you want to get the 2X because technically, although in the Euro it's a 2X, or supposed to be, It may only be large or extra large. And if you pay attention at scale, they're pretty good about that. So you don't get caught flat-footed. I will remind you again, they do have some shirts, woodland and also ACU and even some ABU, that's the Air Force, in the Air Force Tiger Stripe but in the digital. For a few dollars a piece, I don't know how many are left, but the reason I'm bringing these up, either A, they'll be for your smaller people, Or, remember, helmet covers are running $10, $14, hell, almost $18 a piece, depending on what it's for. In fact, they've been kinda high recently again, so the ACU shirts that are out there, yeah, they're used, but it says very good, excellent condition, for a couple dollars, but they're extra small or small. And what was really funny is on one of the stations, they had just finished up talking about Uvalde and there was 397 cops and none of them did anything. And then they had this story and the reporter said, he's in the city, it says, one man, not 400. Right. One guy willing to use his weapon. And again, he's only 22 years old. I didn't even touch on that story yet. But I saw that. And again, the big thing here is he didn't hesitate. The interesting thing is, Right place wrong time in that remember there the storyline that everybody's talking about the local news is that He violated the mall rules because you know he carried a gun in there But if he hadn't carried the gun in there the other guy would have killed a lot of people. And so the anti-gun rhetoric from the local controlled station, the media was all still emphasizing, well, he might be a hero, but he violated the mall rules. Well, okay, those are mall rules, but again, and even there. It's an arbitrary action on the part of those people. He took an arbitrary action and saved somebody. I'd say one cancels out the other. And I doubt that anybody locally is going to demand, except maybe the really frothing at the mouth anti-gunners who were hoping that it would be much worse so they could help to promote the gun confiscation that's going through the house right now. That didn't work so well for him. And the big thing is not waiting for the bad guys to, you know, well, waiting for the government agents to do a job that, well, you're right there and can do just as quickly, if not more efficiently. At least you won't be 19 people. At the very least, he's better than 19 cops who are completely combat loaded, ready to go, and they just sat on their hands and let people bleed to death. He didn't do that. He stepped in. Go ahead, caller. Heard another voice. Yes, Tex-Mex. Yeah, I saw that too. He was 22 years old carrying his concealed weapon in a gun-free zone. So what does that tell you? I bet there's some MKUltra handlers that were really upset about that. I mean, I bet they were pretty upset. Well, you know, it's like I've said about this guys remember we've had this happen in the last 20 years But the people the guys, you know held their fire You know what they basically did is the character saw that they were armed and they backed off and shot their shot their shooter In this case, they launched the boat and the person was there in the right place and just put the kibosh to it You know finished it ended it right there That's all that we need to keep doing now. There's two two things to think about this. Let's say that this is supposedly spontaneous Well, if you keep shooting wall, you know like mass shooters that don't become mass shooters because you keep shooting them The message gets out that it's not really all that viable On the other hand it becomes more and more of a problem is even in places where they thought they could walk a shooter in You know release them out of their cage Send them in to do their dirty work and they get put down kind of defeats the purpose behind the program from the other direction. And so they have to focus, like I said, more on their own backyard where they have better total control to prevent intervention. That's really how it is. But even there, people are so, people are ignoring all this garbage about restriction because they realize they can see enough of it that your life's at risk. It's as likely as not if he didn't bring the gun he either a could have been shot or B Would be pissed because he realized he had a weapon and didn't bring it right Didn't bring it to a gunfight. Go ahead. I heard go ahead jump in there, please Yeah, this is fun. Like you said, this is gonna encourage a lot of people to go ahead and forget the rules and Carrie just start carrying concealed everywhere. And so that's going to be a problem for them. And I see them coming up with, you know, doing something at these public places or something to start popping people with carrying around concealed. Maybe, you know, like they do at airports and stuff. Well, the other problem they got, they'll have to try and make noise about it. But, you know, like I said, if it's a choice, A lot of people are going to probably do something that is the next step in this. In many cases, it may have already, but you'll never, never hear about it. If that were me, I'd have shot his ass and walked away. I'd have gotten completely off-site before I worried about it. In other words, once you know he was down, it's kind of like doing first aid on the road. When you do first aid on the road, you're there, somebody is in need. you take care of it and as soon as somebody looks more official, oh, you let them jump right in and be official. And as soon as that happens, you let them start worrying about everything and you leave. Let them, you're not stopping to take credit for anything. You're doing what you're doing because it's the right thing to do for the moment. But unfortunately, with wicked people out there that are ambulance chasers and everything else, if you stick around, somebody will find a way to twist it on you. In this case, you're getting even better. Again, one of the solutions is pop his ass, put him down, leave the area of activity, go somewhere else. Well, who was that masked man? Well, if they actually figured out, that'd be kind of funny. But if they don't, of course, he's going to leave at least a few rounds behind empty cases, unless you're smart and pick him up. Not the personal flavor thing. The idea is to get away from the environment if nothing else, just step back in a way and just make yourself available as needed. But that's the part we've got to be cautious of, is again, neutralize the threat. If you have to do it with a gun, do it with a gun. They're tied into because almost every one of them Again, appear to be pros and ex shooters. They are not going to mention their actual individual medical treatment and there's an obvious reason for that. Even if it's psychological, whatever, it's going to involve medical attachment because of pharmaceuticals. So they're not incorporating that if at all possible. Well, really, they don't have to. The feds will make sure it doesn't happen. As part of the planned Missouri audit, a small sampling of system transactions is to be inspected for compliance and to ensure there is no misuse of the CJA system. At no point would auditors require access to lists such as state approved concealed carry holders. nor would the CJS Division retain information beyond what is necessary to address a specific compliance concern. Missouri has been through this routine audit multiple times, most recently in 2018. So I guess for somebody who lives in a communist-style state, I sit here in envy of you, the resident of Missouri. Your Attorney General, has demonstrated for years that he will stand for your rights and he's telling the FBI, specifically the federal government once again to go pound sand. And I love it. He's also running for a higher office that could play a part in it, but throughout this whole process with the SAP Act, the Second Amendment Preservation Act, he has stood tall and stood his ground. And when folks support you, you should support them. If you live in Missouri, give the AG an attaboy. Give his office a holler and thank them for standing for your rights. And the fact that he's going to fight the FBI and keep them at bay, and keep them away from the information they seek is another good, that's another good feather in your hat, Missouri. I wish we had people like that here in Massachusetts and New York and California and New Jersey and the list goes on. Pringy, but absolutely what they are corn, which I think is rather fascinating So probably should have picked those all out and planted them what little there was Because the corn was a very healthy seed Not always is that the case with stuff you get nowadays darn miscalculated there a little bit Anyway, it has been a perfect Monday across the board for everybody we Got a few of the things that we touched on in the two-hour block that we need to add on to what we were talking about. Number one, we've got SHIF with the open declaration that they're going to be transferring control of the military from the Congress trying to officially, now I've already been doing this, but officially transferring power over to a bunch of sycophants, ring knockers, and of course the executive branch. This is similar to the again and nothing more than extension of the War Powers Act of 1933 where they're openly implementing it the rest of the way. They couldn't get away with it back then. They figured they've got to try now. Their handlers, the foreign handlers that are you know the people that are getting these people to betray the United States. Well this is the agenda. Now in addition, we've got the gun grab slash gun confiscation gun ban that they're expediting and that was announced. This coming out of committee going into the house for a vote will probably pass the house. This is another gun ban, gun confiscation list. It's quite extensive. Pretty much anything you own is on it. Despite what they say, you don't think narrow. It's broad. And there is, it's actually, it's very much like the California gun ban from the 90s. which was far beyond whatever they were doing in the United States legislation, as they passed it, by the way. Again, in addition to that, Department of Agriculture and other departments are trying to work out food rationing control systems. Now, they're trying to go with the card, the ever-loving plastic card, but I think the reason that they're talking about a mechanical passbook system There's a backup works for two reasons. Number one, they have a nuclear exchange or a small nuclear exchange. It wipes out electronic issues for a while. They still have to manipulate manage the population. And so the book stamp system makes more sense. If you're not familiar with the old World War Two food rationing system, which is the scam, they're going to try and plug in. Remember you'll be arrested if you have an extra loaf of bread only if the Commissar doesn't just decide to take the extra loaf of bread for you know, he, she, itself. Because after all the Commissar is there to be an organized criminal. Has nothing to do with protecting society. Another thing is again, the difference between just having an ID card or a plus minus system like a debit card or a credit card. is that with an accountability system, you have a lot more with the sheet that has to be managed. And remember, the mechanism has to be, if it was digital, it also has to be able to make sure that you only get one loaf of bread. You only get, are you by yourself? Oh, you only get a pint of milk. You only get a quarter of a pound of bologna. You could only get, you know, so much. Now the problem with that is, again, that's a lot of software work that people just don't want to fiddle part with. And the contractors have had a tough time with, for instance, when they tried to do the ammunition accountability for New York. Three different contractors came in, three different contractors walked away. Because the thing had to be flawless and infallible because otherwise someone's going to come after your hind end, especially if government attacks you. Still the possibility until the communists take over completely that there would be some kind of litigation issue in this case It's just that you know, you've got the dull rocks slash the idiot sticks that are in government Whoever's in the bureaucracy they may be venial wicked and whatever but they're not all the bright. They're not the bright light bulbs Okay, so they're stuck. They're trying to find an expedited contractor or bids for whatever contractor will step up to run this program and to set up a way, which card system would they use? Well, originally the argument was it would be a direct extension of the present welfare system card that they have already out there that everybody uses. Problem, it overburdens that system and that system very quickly shuts down. So this is why they are now in a desperate rush because I'm sure all the yes men were telling everybody, yeah, we got it covered, yeah, it's all taken care of. And back in January is when we first had the information we covered on the program about the food rationing agenda, what they were going to be heading to. Well, they're on the move with it. Here it is, the middle week of July, between the 10th and the 15th. All of these things popped in simultaneously. And they're all in different categories. Now, again, with the SHIF announcement that took place, The paperwork basically declares you the American people as the enemy. It basically turns the military in on the United States to attack the American people and to operate in CONUS, you know, continental United States, etc, etc, etc. All but if you go look at the War Powers Act of 1933, really read it. You can see that in reality if we were to and I haven't had time to look at all of the attachments What is this connected to what what party night states code is? shifts proposed legislation Going to be attached you it's not just gonna be one component There are several pieces, but I guarantee that given enough time it is directly attached to and in fact It is a final extension the rest of the War Powers Act of 1933 when the kosher mafia, the foreign bankers, the Jewish mob, thought they were going to go for the gusto and do everything. Well, they froze the War Powers Act at a certain point, but expanded the rest of the program, and that's where the Buck Act comes in in 1938. The War Powers Act is 1933. Five years later, they realize they're on the edge of a civil war, so they incorporate the Buck Act and that implements the foreign courts operating on American soil, the Admiralty Courts that presently are operating on American soil which are alien, corrupt, and they need to be gone. The Admiralty Court is the hated Admiralty Court as it was known by the Founding Fathers before the American War for Independence. And it's that Admiralty Court that is now on American soil operating in your courtrooms where it should not, and in fact it's illegitimate. But that's again another sidebar. Now, we have a conflict here, which is rather fascinating because as I pointed out, if you watch some of the stuff going on with guns and gadgets, remember the different ideas for a sanctuary, Second Amendment sanctuary or Second Amendment resolution. That project, needless to say, expanded with leaps and bounds. Right now it's still in motion here in Michigan. We have other townships that have now had their epiphanies and they're now on the same table as everybody else. We have a Second Amendment group right now that's in contact with one of the other counties because they want to finish what they started because the coronavirus and the paranoia there, everybody went into Kent County Brainfarts, FRAWS. The good thing is we didn't lose any ground. We actually gained ground. By the time they get done collecting all the information and people having their epiphany about the lives of the coronavirus virus scam, that's jaded a lot of these people to the system. And we have county commissioners, county board members, township members, and township leaders, along with other business leaders of different areas of the state who have come together yet again. And they're passing on what was presented to them during the last phase. So everybody's getting a chance to see what kind of dog and pony show is traveling around to try and find out information about. And we have who, what, where, when. We have, you know, names, dates, and places. And in fact, the Township Associations, the group that's working with the Townships, they have been sharing in the last couple of weeks. the database that was presented by these other townships that are now in our camp where before they were being wooed by the stanks in Lansing, you know, the governor's office, the queer secretary, you know, the secretary of state, et cetera, et cetera, and the attorney general, forgive me, the attorney general's office. So anyway, That's another part of this. We have three very specific, critical and specific components. Police, state of infrastructure itself, gun confiscation as the tool to go out and do the door to door or selective attacks, and also regulation and manipulation of the food supply. Keep components. Remember, food is a weapon. Food and ammunition, both are weapons, which is why you need more. One of the things is still not too late to grow a garden. This time of year I get plants for nothing. I went over to Maynard's, you know, Minard's, and they had their little orphan plants, 62 cents, six-pack or eight-pack, and you know what, it was definitely worthwhile. But I also got a bunch of larger plants, and those are going in the ground right now. And if oil fails, well actually I would have done it today, but tomorrow I'll have all of those in the ground. Probably another 80, I don't know, not 80, how many? Probably about 40 some additional smaller plants, well no, 60 some additional smaller plants and a handful of larger that I picked specifically because they're developed. And so I can get earlier production with those and the others will follow up. And most important is to be able to jar fill every jar we've got this year with something. Another thing, elderberries are on the edge and elderberries dried or in syrup or in canned form just as you know like canned berries is something we do in force this year. We're going to be picking everything we can get our hands on and we've got a lot of other people that are be pitching in so that's a production priority this year. Anyway, other things real quick. Food and fuel. Fuel is the other thing here. Interestingly enough, I found there is a couple of companies that are producing coal in a bag. There are coal burners out there and there is basically what is a bean or pea pellet coal. They're actually coal chunks. that is available by the 50 pound and 100 pound bag. I think 50 be the one you want to go with. I don't think they're doing too many hundred pounders now. But the idea is that they just saw a pile of them at a location, probably could get all of them for nothing. But one nice thing about the coal, especially in that configuration, is easy to store, easy to handle. Again, if it was in a 25 pound bag, which I'm sure you can get, then it falls within the parameters for tactical management and movement. 25-pound device can be wheeled, moved around, carried by most people easily, and so that means it can be moved as needed. So just a heads up on that one. There are other solutions out there. You need to search around to see who's got the coal in hand, depending on the community and the area where you are. You might have to look around, but the Amish are good for coal, so you might want to be looking to see what's in the Amish communities in your area, where they have stores and operations that cater to them. They typically will have the coal on hand in a couple of different ways, if not coarse bulk, which is fine too. Clunkers are good. You can always break clunkers down, but you can't glue them back together. If you have a larger heat requirement, throwing a couple of clunkers into a firebox that's built for all fuel will work just as well as a whole quarter-cord of regular wood and burn a lot longer and burn very clean. So coal is an excellent choice. Now, as I was saying, coal is the safest of fuels. Won't explode on you, won't rock. All it does is sit there and stare at you. It's a rock. Okay, you're burning rocks, which is neat. Another thing, the price of fuel has come down, apparently, which is good to a degree because if it's only because the state of Michigan or the Fed knocked the taxes off, that it kind of shows you some of what it is. They've been sucking off you all the while. They've demanded more money for the roads when that money was all supposed to be going to the roads. The state of Michigan is supposed to, I think, put a freeze. They're trying desperately to win votes. until after the election, of course, and then they're gonna have to tax people again. So that's something that's in motion, which means that for the time being, if you really shop around, there's a 40-cent difference in a half-county trip between guests from one end of Washtenaw County to the other. If you go to the farthest point of Washtenaw County, which is still on a main drag and still plenty of big cities, Jackson, Michigan is nearby, etc., etc. And it's a major highway. We're talking 40 and even up to 45 cents savings. Well, now you're talking about if you have a trip you plan on it. In fact, you need to be planning ahead. You don't fill up in your area when you can save 10, 12, $14. You got a large fuel tank and you're going a distance. And if you have any gas cans to fill up, you might want to take advantage of that because again, we are going to need fuel and reserves. That's one of the other things that it's obvious they keep doing the power supply blackouts, which we're not even into winter yet, guys. We're having rolling blackouts in locations around the country. Of course, in Sri Lanka, they've been having quite a few, but they just revolted. And in Sri Lanka, they just overturned the government. They broke out the pitchforks and they went to getting rid of the people that brought them the green globalist agenda. So what they did there without guns, we can do with guns. So we're going to have to get rid of the green crazy town fruit loop agenda. The characters that are in power, they've been bought and paid for by the foreigners. Time to shoot their ass out of here. Needs to be done. Now you need to properly prepare for that. Remember. Again, organized armed equipment trained as militia, establish a 5-10 program in your area of operation, logistics, more is better, and logistics, if you understand it, is the key to winning a war. So right now, just keep applying. And also practice what you preach. You preach, use your equipment every once in a while. This is something that we have to be doing more and more. You got great tools in the toolbox, but we've got to use them. Also, speaking of toolboxes, watch the estate sales. I made out like a bandit. with tools this last weekend. I paid a little bit of money, but I carried away thousands of dollars worth of tools. I wouldn't have gone out to buy them, but I will buy them the way that I did. And remember, they don't go stale and they can't go bad on you. Of course, the bad part about buying tools is they involve W-O-R-K, and that's a four-letter word for most people, a real wicked, horrible four-letter word. Which is why stuff is going as cheap as it is why you can actually find for a reasonable price some pretty decent equipment out there if you pay attention The big thing that I'm looking at right now is to try and build up tools for rebuild shops Just one of those sidebar things where I've been building up tool kits and or I've acquired for free or for minimal cost Whole packages from estates with everything from you know wrenches ratchets all the types of hand tools, power tools, manual tools, classic manual tools. We don't need electrical power, we can still keep right on functioning. But on the other hand, I've picked up tools that would never have gone out to buy. I just know I could not afford them. I could afford them, but I'd be skimping in other areas, and if I can do it this way, I can have my cake and eat it too. And all of you should be doing the same thing. more than one tool set. Here's the basic rule. One of the things that I do is I try to find as many of the multi tools as I can, something that, for instance, you have closed red sets, one length on one side, one length, one size on one side, one size on the other end. The advantage of that is you can put those together into a kit, along with several other items, and you should be able to cover just about everything or anything you're gonna run into in the field, but your tool kit is smaller. Depending on what you've got in the way of preparedness vehicles, you may have more than one to outfit. Between a combination of tools, you've got everything covered that needs to be. Most important though is, like in these estate sales, I've been running into a lot of places where the guy was a wrench head and he modified tools. Several, he's not the only one, everyone I've run into has been a tool modifier, making their own snap on ideas. The neat thing is, remember when you see something like that, it was built for a reason. And it is funny how eventually you run into it, and even if you run into it only once, it pays for itself, especially when you get the tools for almost nothing. So, I went for whatever I see, a uniquely modified tool like a wrench, and it has a different camber, a different angle, taper to it, turn, bend. Oh yeah, I grabbed that, because it's awful handy, and it still works just fine as the tool was intended. But it also get down underneath that spot that was designed to say underneath a carburetor or a fuel injector. Go ahead, we've got to call her who we have. And it is, again, a very busy weekend, tiring weekend. A lot of work done. The big thing here that I cannot remind you all enough about is spares. That's something some people learn this weekend from the training exercises. We've talked about this. For instance, if you're going to carry optics, and I've mentioned this many times, you want to make up a little pouch on your tactical rig. Two things. You may want a few lens cleaner kits. for just cleaning off the lenses. It's not a t-shirt, you know, lens kits. They're actually out there. They've got a special filament cloth. They're beautiful. The other thing is, you know what the batteries are that you carry for your electronics. I recommend that while you certainly can carry spares in your backpack slash home load, especially have a small pocket, everybody should have that pocket in the same place on their gear. It doesn't matter which web gear you have, you should be able to basically put it in the same location. Spare batteries, adjustment tools, including even if you have a charger or jumper wire, that should be set up so that it's slipped in there, ideally probably in a little snack, a Ziploc bag. But the idea is that it doesn't impede you getting the batteries out. The batteries should be in the small Ziploc bags also. The present dollar store Ziploc bags open from the narrow end, making them deep, which is really great for doing a lot of the work like we're talking about. Okay, and they're also a little better Ziploc. They have a better seal now, because they're shorter. It's not so wibbly-wobbly. I've been using them. In fact, I got a bunch from right here for the electronics I'm bagging up. I just got a whole fortune on electronics this weekend. including some monitors are just to die for. I mean just man and people are getting rid of them for nothing. They were being tossed. But again, you need spares. Some people found out while the batteries are back. Well, that's right at base camp and yeah, you thought you changed the batteries out. Maybe it did even. Maybe it's just not a good battery or maybe that rechargeable batteries on its long last leg and it didn't hold charge as long. That's why you want to have a kit. You need to know what's in it. You need to know where it is and everybody in fact Remember, it's you're probably using your night vision in the dark So by having in a place where you automatically know you can reach to you know, it's there You know everybody else if you do the buddy system somebody else can do that while you're paying attention whatever you're doing Dealing with security you're watching while somebody else is doing the maintenance whatever Any combination of things can be effectively the need for consistency, but it's a bottom line, it's a needful thing. It's something that should be accomplished within your team. Critical components like your medical gear. Need to know where your med pouch, your IFAC is. We need to know too. We're not gonna use ours on you if we can help it. First, we're gonna use the stuff you carried and then maybe back it up with what Doc's carrying or maybe a spare that I have. But one way or another remember SOP standard operating procedure. And we are going to prevail because we embrace, well, we're on the right side. We embrace the high ground. Again, it shouldn't be a shame to think about saying, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, if you're afraid to say that, you aren't much of a Christian. It doesn't just automatically come out. Don't worry about who's around. The other people don't worry about talking about how they're in favor of Cthulhu or they want to execute. They might have mothers that want to execute children, which is okay. That's fine. But that means don't turn and try to put your face in mine. when I speak my mind, which I plan on doing any day of the week and everywhere and anywhere I can. So in this case, again, remember guys, we've got a lot of work to do. The spirit commands the mind, the mind commands the body. The spirit properly placed can tell the body what to do even when it wants to give up. The mind, of course, is taken charge of, but there is so much that the spirit can do. In fact, when something appears to be an impossible task, If you dig deep into that well that's available and the strength that can be provided, you can do virtually anything. It's that simple. You can persevere anything. Maybe not kind of, not sort of. You can. Have faith. And remember, our rights do not come from some sickle-fat piss ant from down the road, some sniveling, paper-pushing bureaucrat. Our rights are inalienable. They come from God. They're our property. They're part of yes a birthright natural right and it's something that we all finally applied here in this country and For as long as this country has existed. We've had turds and excrement who are have sold their soul to whatever We're desperately trying to get us to surrender those gifts that we've had and been able to embrace and receive from God and for possession is nine-tenths of the law. That's why, no matter how hard they try to claim they're going to do this or that, this is why they keep coming back to disarming the population. Well, there's a percentage of idiots it would be, and are already, I mean, the idiots that are already, they're idiots already disarmed. That's fine, I don't have a problem. If you wish to be a disarmed peasant slash plebe, stand there where you are, that's okay. I wish there was a way that I could identify that because I would uphold your belief system if you said that, oh, and I don't believe in guns, and you should have guns, and nobody should have guns, it's not an official. If I do that, I would not raise a finger, lift a finger, do anything if you were put at risk and you have that belief system. I think that that would be a good idea. Unfortunately, we don't know for sure, so we have to figure that especially if a risk develops, we have to intercede because we're in the area of activity and it might result in our own destruction. Plus, there's some people we kind of like that are around us, okay? An example is this incident that took place in Indiana where the 22-year-old young man stopped a, when it had already become a shooting incident. with his personal firearm. And most important is, again, this was a classic program Prozac shooter. The programming got cut short because a young person, 22 years old, with a firearm, interdicted and did the right thing, put the target down. Now, four other people were killed, I don't understand. Don't know anything about the weapons as far as what was used except that the person who stopped the shooting was using a handgun, concealed carry. We've talked about this, especially in this day and age, is you don't worry about asking permission. If it looks like you don't need to get involved, you don't get involved. But if it's something like I said, where you have a mass shooter that you can walk up, put a bullet right in the brain pan, or mow them down, whatever you gotta do. and walk away. You're doing fine. That's okay. That's acceptable. Now, the big thing here is beware and say little to nothing. I hadn't really talked about that when we discussed this in the 2R block. You say nothing. Well, what did you do? Well, I saw him. I drew my weapon out and I shot him. Talk about ideas, plans, or remade decisions. I don't know, I just saw him, he fired on several people and I just drew my weapon from my holster and I shot him. That's it. So what I remember was really tense. Stay calm, stay focused, minimize. Don't need to explain tactics or anything, it's just not, just to pull the weapon. It's what it seemed to be the right thing to do. Well, what'd you do it for? Well, you could really, well, it seemed to be the right thing to do and I didn't want to get shot in the back. I just didn't want to get shot in the back. So I had to deal with him. He, she, it, whatever the thing was. Now you don't say that, just say I had to deal with it. But minimize, minimize, minimize. And by the way, you can be in shock too, just like everybody else on the scene. Don't forget that. You can tell them that. I don't know, man, I'm just kind of rattled right now. I didn't really come here to do this today, right? And you didn't. You didn't plan on, you know, we've already talked about, no, you've made your decision. You're going to use your weapon. But when you talk to anybody else, I came here to go get an ice cream or an orange Julius or a hamburger with my girlfriend here. This wasn't what I was planning on doing today. You didn't really want to see the rest of what happened either. You know, that's just it. They minimize. And of course, always, you know, boy, I wish a trained professional would take care of it. I really didn't have any interest in this. Don't brag up on it. Don't do anything like that. In fact, if you can, like I told you, we just did mention the two-hour block. If you can walk away from it, just walk away to get away from the epicenter of the incident, you should park your weapon, back away. In fact, if you can't, the other end of the mall, make sure you put your weapon away, secure yourself, keep yourself clear and clean, and stop, freeze. We'll still take a breath anyway, because situation like that. you'd be amazed what your body's gonna do, okay? Another thing to remember is, as was pointed out, by what I can see, this does look like another one of the classic latest he-sheet yet, Prozac shooters of the same click, the same ilk. In fact, all the background information, it's virtually, these are cookie cutter. I mean, these are like, you could intermix any one of the backgrounds with each one of these characters in the same leftist fruit loop. Poufta type, cross-dressing, messed up by the public fool system. And again, if this is what we're seeing now, just imagine what the fruit loop nut case is that they're trying to mix master in the public school system that are in grade school, what they'll be like down the road. To clean the education system out, we need to basically shut it down, needs to be gone. There's nothing you're gonna do to fix the management. There are too many of the perverts in there and there's nothing you're gonna do to fix the teachers. They're gonna need to find another job or they're not gonna have a job. In other words, some of them, since we'll have a background on what they've been doing, they're not going to be around. They'll be one of the deported types. Of course, they might just walk up and put a bullet in them. But that's another thing that needs to be done. The education system is the problem, period. And it can't be fixed. There's nothing you can do. You can't retro, whatever, because you'll always have some of these punks in there. That's what you're there for. But you're paying attention to your environment and you're ready to deal with a problem. If when one of them starts up, they get mowed down, they get put down hard, it's gonna continue to be a negative, and that's the only way you're gonna stop these kinds of activities. It's like, well, he's when he was there, he did it, he stopped it. And so that's it game, you know, game done. And that's that's how people need to be looking at all of these situations now. And I mean, it should fall. We mostly we have all along. We've had several incidents, many more than we've had shootings. where people who are armed were already there and they weren't cops, they were just regular people, but they literally put the brakes to whatever it was that probably would have developed. Sometimes they did shoot one or two people. Good, caller, we got you. Yes, this is Mike in Arizona, just a little development on the border and Mexico. There was a cartel leader. He had been imprisoned in Mexico for about 20 or 30 years. He was released a couple, three years ago. His last name is Caro Quintero, believed by the United States government to have had a hand in the torture and murder of DE agent, Key Camarena. He was captured this weekend in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. Unfortunately, the Mexican Marines had carried out the operation. There was one of their Black Hawk helicopters that had crashed and killed 14 Mexican Marines in Mexico, but they got that dirt bag. And may he burn in hell for his sins. After he got out of the, he was in Mexican prison somewhere between 20 and 30 years. They let him go without notifying the United States. somewhere towards the end of his sentence, the United States realized they had caught somebody else and they had squealed and basically put the finger on this Caro Quintero. And the paperwork hadn't gotten properly worked out between the United States and Mexico, and they let him go. He's been running free in the mountains of Sinaloa, Mexico for about two years. They finally closed in on this dirt bag. He's been spreading violence and mayhem and, I mean, unspeakable violence taken over not only Sinaloa, but all the way down to the south in Michigan. And they caught him this week, unfortunately. It was at the cost of 14 good people's lives, but they got the dirt bag. and he's come in the United States, has requested immediate extradition here for him to stand trial. Over to you Mark, that's all I got. Very good, well as a matter of fact, as I recall, that person, he has active operations on both sides of the border. In fact there was a peak, yeah, he was, as I recall, there was something having to do with New Mexico a few years back, two years back. We touched on it. Remember we had the series of firefights right down there on the border also with Texas. They were just inside of Texas. The one town was completely wiped out actually. They fried everything. And it was a modern little strip mall arrangement with a car dealership, a couple other stuff, a couple other things. And that was part of what he was involved in. So needless to say, they finally got around. Well, they finally decided maybe they had enough. where somebody decided to pay a little more to get him gone. But again, I'm trying to think what else there was. Another event, there was a kidnapping too. I think it was a governor's, governor's, Mexican governor's family, family member. I know I've got it on file here. I recognize the name too. And again, it's expected he's been still in operation for how many years run around the boondocks. Well, that just means there'll be a command shift. We all know that too. And it's an ultra violence now because there's going to be a power vacuum. There was also something that had occurred. There were down in Mexico and this has happened just within the last couple of days. There were they cloned some federal aid vehicles. And there was a guy that was running for some state. I don't recall the name of what state it was in Mexico, but one vehicle pulled up alongside of it. There was a four-vehicle convoy with a bunch of bodyguards and everything like that. They pulled up on the side of that and in the head of it, there was an 18-wheeler and it started to slow down. And they eventually pulled the convoy over. And being that the bodyguards thought that they were federales, they got out of the vehicles to say, hey, this was candidate such and such and running for governor. And all of a sudden, it erupted in gunfire. And three of the bodyguards and the governor candidate was shot to death in the middle of the day on the side of the road in Mexico. The violence is winding up, cranking up maybe we could say, would be a better term, but there's a lot of stuff that's going on and it's unfortunate that the United States media, they want to sit here and talk about high temperatures in France and in British England or they want to talk about some other dribble that's going on, but this stuff is boiling out of control. We've talked about it for, what, 20 years now, just south of the border, and not only that, crossing over into the United States, and the United States media ignores it 100%. Like Mark says all the time, buy more ammo, and because you're going to need it, people, it's not going to be just from the And the other aspect is that some people might want to think that this has to be just some border issue and because you don't live in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, or California, oh, it's just a border thing, don't worry about it. They think that they, we stole, you know, Arizona, New Mexico's California, Oregon, Washington, basically the western half of the United States, and they're bound and determined to take it back. And they are armed, and they are dangerous, and they are well-equipped, and they are well-funded. I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it. It's not only just the I can't say it's all the cartels, but it's definitely the big cartels, the Sinaloa Cartel, the CJNG, the Golf Cartel. They are not cartels. They are insurgent groups. They go into an area in Sinaloa Cartel or in Jalisco, Mexico. They kill the mayor, they kill the governor, they kill the police, they kill the school teachers, they kill the police force, they go in like classic insurgents. They take over, they set up their own form of government so they can carry out their nefarious activities and they do what they want and they have impunity because when the Mexican government tries to roll in there like they did back on May 1 of 2015 and they send the Marines in there and fast roping off of the helicopters, they open up with machine guns and kill the pilots.
