So first off, those states are, because I know everybody's saying, well, which ones are they, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. What they're trying to do is to, A, support people running in November who had voted for... Corn and companies Bipartisan Biden gun control bill that they forced through both chambers and signed into law the red flag law funding for that And also to utilize this opportunity to shine lights on Those candidates who did not vote for the bill So they're going to be targeting people with this 10 million as well as supporting people who had voted for this bill so This is something that needs to get out. This is the backdoor politics. This is the game planning that not a lot of people get to experience or talk about. But I thought it would be key to let you guys and gals know because coming up for election and during the election time, the season starting shortly actually already has. There are going to be some congressional seats that are going to be attacked because they didn't vote for gun control in the Senate and in the House. And they're going to need your support if they are typically good candidates. If they're a bad candidate, be careful who they want to replace them with because they're going to be worse. So I thought I'd put this out there. It's dirty politics. It's the game that not a lot of people will get to see. I thought I'd shine some light on it since they're going to try to bribe the American public into. voting in anti-gun candidates. So this is their move. This is their tactic. And again, the baby swallows are almost big enough. this year is to leave the nest. Pretty cool. Anyway, it's Friday. All kinds of fascinating things. 31 bodies found at an Indiana funeral home. The smell gave it away. Yeah, turns out there were kind of bodies stacked everywhere. This is similar to a situation that happened when we first were down in Lubbock, Texas here, you know, a few years back. And one of the funeral homes, it was the service agency with the county and the coroner's office. Well, they had some special deals going on, especially where they were attached to the county. But they got caught up in some shenanigans and shady deals as we brought up way back when. This is similar, but the baddie potties were stacking up. partially, but not completely cremated bodies were kind of stacked there too, which is kind of interesting because why would you only go part weight? Well, I think I understand because charred remains don't stink as much as, yeah, yeah. Don't think as much as a whole body just kind of left on a slab, even if it's in a chiller. Okay. Eventually, if you leave food in the refrigerator, even with the temperature where it is, some stuff just keeps fermenting. Okay. So anyway, 31 bodies. And there's, really it's kind of weird. They gave me the information, no names, no information on who was who in the zoo in this, just that the bodies had been recovered and we were now in a refrigerator freezer truck. That's always convenient. One day it'll be a temporary morgue. Next week it'll be running your, whatever food happens to be around. And I'm sure that those technicians that handle the bodies We're also careful about making sure that the effluvium debris was not on the outside of the bags, the body bags, yuck. Anyway, so somebody's freezer truck is not going to be a happy place. Anyway, a couple of things here too. American soldiers captured in yuck rain by the Russians. Anybody see the follow-up pieces on this? Apparently the Russians even put them up on their media. They were told that they were being beaten every day and it wasn't good. While the Russians are letting them say whatever they want, you do understand this because the Russians don't really like mercenaries. They don't like second party or third party operatives in their area of operation. This goes back to way before even the situation that happened with the Georgian campaign, you know, a few years back, more than a few years back now, actually. But what's interesting is they put them on video, they let them talk on the air, and they're telling everybody that they get beat every day and that they're really being abused. And I think the Russians let that sink in so that anybody else who's over there in the yuck rain, thought they were just going to have some fun fighting. Which, sure, you can. I mean, but there are there are risks that you take. Wait, Mark, you said it was fun. Yeah, people think it's fun to fight. Okay, more on that in a minute. But what's fascinating is the not fun part is when you're playing tag, you're in somebody else tags you. That's the unfun part about the what is considered serious play, which is what you're involved in when you're in combat. It's serious play. Some people consider it, you know, an adventure and I understand. Just the idea here though is also the comments were made is that literally that the Americans were out front Apparently the yuck Iranians left them and apparently also the other American buddies that were with them including the one if you watch the one video that was talking Well, if you pay attention to what's said by the POWs, the Americans, and by the way, they keep calling American soldiers Americans, so trying to get everybody whipped up that any way that they can so that we need to go over and get into war in Ukraine, you know, in Yuckastania, and it's like, no, no, we don't, but they keep saying, if you pay attention to all these videos, the Q is American soldiers. Well, they are soldiers. But they're not American, they're working as foreign nationals operating with a foreign military in a situation where they weren't drafted into it. They are volunteer. And when you volunteer, well, if you don't understand the contracts of volunteerism, you know, real volunteerism, not Obama, you know, mandatory volunteerism, remember that crap with Barry Satoro slash Obama? Well, we're going to have mandatory volunteerism. Well, that's not volunteerism is it? Yo, it's mandatory volunteerism. Yeah. Well, you can take your legal aids and stuff it up your ass sideways you sorry punk POS communist piece of trash however when you do go over and you volunteer for a foreign military force you are subject to the the elements of the battlefield, whatever they might be. If you win, you win. Obviously, you can keep charging away, but if you get caught, well, you probably should have, like, W.C. Fields. Ah, yes, my little chicken knee. You should have read the fine print. Yeah, at the bottom of the contract. There's a fine print. Probably wasn't even all that fine. Pretty straightforward. Well, if the Russians get you, they're gonna beat the snot out of you. Might even shoot you, or, well, execute you. Because you're not a Ukrainian, okay, so that's one of the problems with being over there So don't be surprised. I don't feel bad about it This is stuff that we talked about from the beginning understand what you get into. It's kind of like being in the military This was the equivalent. It's like well. I joined the military for a college education I didn't expect to do this remember when Iraq first started And it was like, well, wait a minute, son. You put a green uniform on, or well, camouflage, and you're carrying a rifle, and they taught you how to shoot. They were telling you probably somebody's gonna shoot back. They taught you how to do medical work on yourself, you know, in the first aid. Probably an indication there is some violence was gonna be involved. So don't come back with some stupid statement about how, oh my god, how could this happen, or how could, oh, look what they're doing to the, oh, stop. Somebody wanted to go get involved in serious play overseas. When you get involved in serious play, all sides take it seriously. Let's ask them trying to murder each other. It's kind of like people volunteering for the military and going into any special warfare unit where you want to be a murderer. No, no, okay, well, okay, we're gonna split the hairs there and we're gonna call them killers, right? You wanna be a killer, because you're gonna be special at killing. Now, until you embrace that, then all the rest of your dribble, you can, oh no, that's not where our good stuff found. You're planning use, you volunteered. You went out of your way to volunteer. You went out of your way to find an organization to volunteer for. Then you signed on the dotted line then you made all the efforts to pass all the courses a pat on the head of squeeze on the ass and your job is to kill people and That means you enjoy killing people. I mean you're considered a sport. This is why later on in their career They usually don't retire in the United States. They go to Central America or one of the island states why they always feel that somebody's after them They've created victims and usually those victims include somebody in the United States Which is why they always leave the country and go somewhere else at the end of those glossy careers. Oh, yay. So just a heads up on that one. Anyway, it's just things you need to remember. Oh, so we've got, you'll see probably more propaganda over the weekend on that. I think they grabbed a couple more Americans. Well, what's the surprise if the Ukrainians keep leaving them behind? In other words, no man left behind unless they're Americans. And then it's not a problem. Leave the Americans behind and that way it'll stir the pot. I'm sure that their Jewish Commissars are telling them this. You know, the Americans, while they're here, we need to try and get everybody to, you know, play the sympathy card. So, see how many Americans you can get captured. Oh, it's a lot of Israelis. Anyway, couple of things here. With regard to that, this is why we remind people don't go over there. The Ukraine is whoever's wars is not yours. They're going to try and kill us here anyway. Stick around. You'll be able to kill some of the globalist bastards. You'll be on American soil, closer to home. And if you're going to die, well, at least you'll die in your own soil. And the safer you can, we'll try to bury you properly. Over there, probably not so much. Well, I know the Russians are actually pretty civil about that. They'll make sure you put them on the ground. They don't want 31 bodies in a morgue stinking up the neighborhood, right? Yeah, like in America here. With all tons and tons of regulations but nobody making any great effort to enforce anything and even then well it takes a whole lot to get them around to the idea where they might even get up off their dead ass and do something. That's the bureaucracy. Every level of the bureaucracy. A waste of our life's time. Okay. Okay, now a couple of things here real quick. The let's see from yesterday classic firearms may have may still have and I would like to have somebody check. Classic firearms may still have the AR-10 magazines for $17 apiece, their magpul. Now again, if you're going to do a government 6.8 government project and you're using an AR-10, remember that the new government 6.8 round is 51 millimeters in length, which means it's the same length as a standard 762x51 NATO. But they couldn't do or use 762x51 NATO. They had to make a totally new bastard stupid idiot cartridge. Well, embrace something else. It's a good cartridge. Around itself, its original Wildcat configuration, American, is cool. Okay, not a problem. But it's just this is idiot stick. This is different for the sake of being different the 762 by 5180 was already figured out years ago They know how to make it perform They just aren't going to cuz some jackass got a big brown envelope from the foreign powers that be So that he could screw America and retire with all of his stars and all the rest of his benefits And I'm sure still get a job with some other tech company to screw us even more from you know a three-piece suit so anyway over at classicfirearms.com. They have a number of different solutions over there. You might want to take a look at, they do have both the 25 round and the 25 rounders are 2408. And the AR-10 20 rounders are 1699, that's $17. So again, take your pick. If you want to go with 25 rounders, remember they're going to be a little bigger. You got to consider magazine pouches and everything else. Not a problem. You can build that. You can make that happen. But the big thing is buy more mags. If you're gonna do the AR-10 project and you eventually get ready for the 6.8 government uppers, then you want to do that now. I would ignore buying any of the SIG products. Number one, I don't see SIG. I don't look at them any different as they do HK. And SIG and HK are notorious for screwing the common man. Now with that being the case if SIG which it already has a one of your this rifle is out there and can be had on the render revolution market In the basic configuration that the US government's hacking. Okay But again, it was a choice if I can if I know and this will happen that there's going to be six point eight upper receivers, 6.8 government upper receivers available in the AR-10 from Bear Creek Arsenal or whoever else. Why bother spending $3,800 on a stupid piece of equipment that every part is going to be ass-hat proprietary? When the time comes if we capture them, that's fine. But otherwise for a whole hell of a lot less. In fact, you could build one AR-10, buy a whole bunch of other uppers, including in 243-WIN, and have a much better weapon across the board than the SIG crap coming in right now, the SIG government, the BS that they've purchased that, you know, our tax dollars are gonna get raped with, okay? So again, magazines, magazines, magazines, if you're gonna go to the AR-10, that's an excellent price for mag-pull mags, but what I could see last night looking around, and it's at least a very reasonable price. And if you can see better deals for AR-10 mags, buy them. just keep buying AR-10 mags. If you've already built an AR-10, you need more anyway. And since that's gonna be our solution to put four or five or six rifles in the field for the price of one of those SIG pieces of crap, think about it. How many AR-10s could you build in 6.8 for the price of one SIG 6.8 Gov rifle that's $3,800? and is a total bastard. Now here's another thing to remember. HK has done this for years. There's a whole two different waves of HK rifles that they brought into the country that were made for you peasants, for all of us, because they don't sell their regular for the longest time. They weren't. Selling their regular arms to the peasant population was only for police states, okay? So police states got the MP5, police state operations got, you know, the 762 and the 556. HK roller block rifles. And then they had these other things that they created. The taffy guns, as we like to call them. They're also in different colors. All of the HKs were in black. Well, if you wanted one of the peasant guns, you get in this off tan or this off like green tan color. There were these really weird colors. Wasn't accidentally were supposed to be. It was bastard. They were all bastard junk. And yeah, they're HK, but they were outrageously expensive and here's the real real happy kicker that is always a smile. They then never brought any spare magazines in. So you bought a $2,000 HK BS 9mm Taffy gun, plastic Taffy gun, and you couldn't find a damn magazine for it anywhere. And it was made to be so specially proprietary that nothing could be adapted over to the weapons, which is why they're dinosaurs. whether totally archaic or obsolete now. They're interesting collectors items if you have unless you got the few mags that came in and then keep it use it until it breaks but here's the other problem totally proprietary for spare parts. And HK is also notoriously lax on in fact does not support the private civilian market they could give us not less about the American people they hate you. They hate you like a whole bunch of other people hate you they're in government. SIGs no different. Think of them the same way. They hate this country. They love our tax dollars. They'd like to kill you. In fact, they'd like to help the government to kill you, which is why they'll provide the government with all the SIGs they can to kill all the Americans that they can with a squeeze of a secret police cops trigger. Okay, it's just that simple. So anyway, that's just enough on that because the BSers are doing what the BSers want to do. Same with the government right now. Now the Republicans are gonna sit on their dead ass, they already sold themselves out. The ones that were faking the whole time, by God, they better all be kicked out with the next fake election. So you've got Walmart door readers with camouflage. And we're going to send more cops down there. Oh, big whoopee. More Walmart greeters only with police uniforms on. And we're going to send other people down there. Oh, goody. Some additional scab employees or bureaucrats who in many cases will sympathize with the illegal invasion. And so they're going to be just another pack of Walmart door greeters screwing the country. Nothing's going to come of that. Okay, the military's been down there before, you know what happens? The Communists in the bureaucracy that are in the management came right down there and disarmed all the troops. Remember, first they took their ammunition, then they took their magazines, but they had them stationed on the border. Remember it was the militia that backed up the National Guard because the National Guard was left out on a hill and all they realized all of a sudden they were just set up here to be killed off and then or you know again harassed and let's just say abused and The politicos were gonna laugh their ass off while the troops got themselves murder waited now fortunately the the militia was now decided to station themselves the next hill back and basically explain don't you worry you know you just run on back to us we're all armed to the teeth and you can hide behind us by the way we brought magazines for your guns and ammunition so if you want to step up to the plate you can help us mow the suckers down But it was the militia that saved the day on that, just like every other situation where the people, they finally decide to ignore either the stupidity, bad orders, and the corruption and the treason, which by the way you can't really ignore, you have to shoot out of our country, then things get done. Okay? So, the matter before us right now... is the fact that what we have are treason, individuals involved in treason using the 1933 War Powers Act as the vehicle. Anytime that anybody tries to deal with the problem, even have these idiot sticks at the state level, Arizona just said this, well, you know, because of the, with the Fed, this and the Fed, that piss on it. If the Fed has violated the contract, which it is, and it's no way, shape or form protecting the sovereignty and the integrity of the individual contract members of the states, then piss on the Fed. The Fed needs to be gone. Arizona, New Mexico, which of course is queer and communist of the day is long, so those poor bastards and bears grew. Again, because of a small click in Albuquerque, get rid of the bastards in Albuquerque and you know what, the rest of the state probably be fine, just like many other parts of the country. Texas, well everybody's realizing that all this is is an invasion, but they already knew it all the way along. So again, what needs to be done, the border needs to be shut down. Now, probably a lot of people, because you know, I do a lot of I told you sos, okay, constantly for a reason, because we did. We could waste a phenomenal amount of time and resources replaying what we have done four or five times in my lifetime with regard to, for instance, the fake election. Let's waste a lot of time and let's all we do think what's what's one of the two routes that we could take a Support the Republic rats who've already shown in four years when they had everything they did nothing The Republic rats did not repeal did not push back didn't even stand up In fact with a Republic rat president the Republic rats basically shoved their heads so far up their arse they couldn't pull it out with a crowbar if their life depended on it and in fact then they pulled when they did finally pull it out on their own they just shoved up the enemy's rear end and you know tried to act like internal liquid toilet paper okay so wow let's all get behind the republic yeah okay we'll ride with that one as far as yeah go ahead rah rah rah don't send them any money they don't need it Don't send any politician any money. Maybe a local guy that you know that that may be because you have an effect there, okay? But the Republican Party and the Democratic Party have got so much foreign money and so much luker so many shekels from the Jewish mob That there ain't nothing you weren't really doing about it They're just laughing their ass off because they're able to scrape off and steal so many dollars because of donations It's like what the NRA did This is the NRA is just as blatant as the rest of them now running around in Armani suits and special private jet operations for the sake of, well, we got to do some family picnicking. No, that doesn't work. With regard to the Republicans, you can either A, support that Republican Party scam, or B, then this is what they hope that this is in a great way. Now, I love the idea of independent candidates. But half the people that get involved with independent candidates do not take the fight seriously. And as soon as somebody starts, you know, making snide comments or bad noisy things about whatever, as we've seen over and over again, these spineless curbs, you know, they piss their pants, they run for cover. They don't like me. My enemy doesn't like me. Your enemy likes you if you're with the Republican Party? Well, no, but I guess, but, but, but, but, but, but they say they like us more there than if we were doing, you know, independenty stuffy. That's exactly how people are. So take your pick. What do you think we should do? Should we, raw, raw, raw the Republic rat party and just jump right in there? I mean, why not? What the heck? That's fun. Uh, or should we really get motivated and get everybody? You know, I'm not a pessimist. I'm just, I'd be more than happy to support fill in the blank, but First of all, it's late, so it's unlikely that anything would be accomplished properly. Two, as was demonstrated by the last fake election, the level of hypocrisy and chicanery and thievery that would take place would ensure that wherever possible, like we see here in Michigan, where the hacks have done everything to disqualify every candidate they possibly can, so that only the party people read that the ones run by the Israeli mafia out of Canada or out of Chicago are the only ones who are allowed to be on the ticket. Now, it doesn't mean that people in Michigan can't get motivated. They have. Like I said, I've seen this four or five times. And by the way, the Tisch party was one of those that I will tell you we've had great successes, but I don't see any great strength out there from any of the fake, shallow political types. And I'm including the voters, because they are the fake, shallow, demi-political slash go with the whatever the latest party favor is that they've seen in either social media or the controlled media that, oh, you need to be with this. Because people will lie their ass off. They might have made some effort, but the moment that things look like they're getting serious or the enemy makes some snide comment or looks like they're not liking the opposition, like I said, those spineless curves will flip-flop so quick it'll make your head swim. So it's a waste of time. It's just all there is. It's a waste. of time. The election process is dead. It's been dead now for a little under two years. In reality, it was longer than that because the preparatory for the fake election of the lab a year and a half ago was actually in the works months before that. We still have this BS hanging on with mail-in ballots and oh, the elections start on, you know, the first part of the elections start on this, not having to do with separate primaries, but one single election day. Now, I don't know where this idea, well, I know where this idea came from, because it came from our enemy. But I don't know how people got so stinking stupid that they believe that we have to have multiple days to run an election as far as voting. You have one day, it's an adult process. If you're not adult enough to do that, you have no business voting. If you care to vote, when you have multiple days and windows of opportunity to vote, You don't have an election. There are a few things that might be forced to be fixed because again, like I said yesterday, big oil wants their business to run the way it's been running. So I don't have a problem with the big oil thing, meaning prices come down and we can operate more efficiently so we can get more done. I appreciate your time. Thank you for watching. I was sent this court document several times last night by many people, many viewers. Thank you. And this is a challenge to the NFA. That's right, you've heard it. The NFA is being called out in a pre-existing court case, one that we've talked about here in the channel before. And that is the case against Matt Hoover and the auto keycard case. So what I'm going to do is show you the document. I'll give you a quick synopsis of each page. It's nine pages in total. I think it's important that we look at this together. and see what it is because I know we're going to hear all kinds of things that it's not. And I want people to have the knowledge and have it right from the court documents so that we can be deadly accurate in what we're talking about. So here on the on the screen is the case in question. This was filed on July 1st and this is in the case of the United States of America versus Matt Hoover. And this is a motion to dismiss and declare unconstitutional the National Firearms Act of 1934. This is looking to dismiss all seven counts of the indictment against Matt Hoover and you can see it ties right into the Bruin decision. We'll go down to number one. The Supreme Court's landmark Bruin decision fundamentally changes the instant matter. A, it says it talks about how the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin opinion struck down as unconstitutional New York's Sullivan Act from 1911. And that's what the proper CAUSE standard came from to get a license to carry a concealed firearm. It goes on to say that the two-step framework for analyzing the Second Amendment challenges, that combines history with the means and scrutiny, and how that was deemed unconstitutional, and how the court said that that was one step too many. It also says these previous decisions at the various courts of appeal manifested deference to the government in a matter unlike any other fundamental right. and the inexplicable consideration of regulations clearly contemplating the keeping and bearing of arms as beyond the scope of the Second Amendment. Then the last paragraph here on the second page says, finally though, we have a standard which clearly articulates the burdens in a case involving restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms. It is, as artfully penned by the court, When the Second Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. The government must then justify its regulation by demonstrating that it is consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearms regulation. Only then may a court conclude that an individual's conduct falls outside of the Second Amendment's unqualified command. To summarize, any law, regulation, or government policy affecting the right of the people to keep and bear arms can only be constitutional if the government demonstrates analogous restrictions deeply rooted in American history, invinced by historical materials contemporaneous with the adoption of the Bill of Rights. So, basically, it is not in the text of the Second Amendment, nor does it fall within the history or the tradition of firearms here in America, and they're referencing the NFA, the National Firearms Act, you know that little thing that keeps the ATF in business. B. The statutes here at issue affect conduct covered by the Second Amendment's unqualified command. The defendant is charged under 18 U.S.C. 5861 and 5871, as well as conspiracy to commit those offenses. The charged statutes deal with the taxation and transfer of machine guns and other weapons. The government alleges the auto-key cards are machine guns. What's more, actions subsequent to the passage of the charged firearm statutes render it impossibly compliant with the taxing provisions. The government may attempt to argue that machine guns are beyond the scope of the Second Amendment by attempting to characterize them as dangerous and unusual as it has in other cases, but this is not the test. The court's invocation of dangerous and unusual weapons in Heller and subsequently Bruin was for the purpose of discussion of what might be constitutionally acceptable law rather than the endorsement of any particular extant policy. Rather, the only way A court may conclude the defendant's conduct falls outside the scope of the Second Amendment's unqualified command remains clear. The government must prove the particular regime in question is consistent with the history and tradition of the United States. Furthermore, the question of whether a weapon is, quote, in common use at the time, end quote, necessarily pins the analysis to the time before the prohibition. to consider otherwise would incentivize the government to legislate wantonly and aggressively seizing arms then later evade constitutional scrutiny by suggesting that the arms cannot be in common use because the government prohibited them. Stick with me guys, we're on our way home here. See the laws here at issue are facially unconstitutional under Bruin. I'm going to go about halfway down. Our nation's history and tradition does not and cannot support a finding that an alleged drawing of a part is that part merely because an unelected bureaucrat unilaterally willed it to be, to hold otherwise, would be to grant the bureau more power than Congress could have ever granted it, and make innumerable items potentially illegal. As Bruin explained, historical analogues to a regulation can be helpful, but defendant here proffers more modern evidence that a categorical ban on machine guns, as the government here seeks to enforce against a bespoke trinket, would be unconstitutional. We present the testimony of then Attorney General Cummings at the 1934 hearing on the National Firearms Act. And this is right from that case, guys. Mr. Lewis, I hope the courts will find, no doubt, on a subject like this. But I was curious to know how we escaped that provision in the Constitution. The Attorney General then Cummings said, oh, we do not attempt to escape it. We are dealing with another power, namely the power of taxation and of regulation under the Interstate Commerce Clause. You see, if we made a statute absolutely forbidding any human being to have a machine gun, you might say there is some constitutional question involved. But when you say we will tax the machine gun, and when you say that the absence of a license showing payment of the tax has been made indicates that a crime has been perpetrated, you are easily within the law." And then Mr. Lewis said, in other words, it doesn't amount to a prohibition, but allows a regulation. To which the then AG said it. That is the idea. We have studied that very carefully. So they're playing his day from the transcript. They're telling you that they can't say you can't have those, because that would be unconstitutional. But if we say you don't have the tech stamp... and then make it really really difficult for you to get that tax stamp then it's just a regulation. And in 1934 they fell for that hook line and sinker. But because the Bruin case was so eloquently repenned by Justice Thomas, it's being challenged. And what they're challenging on these grounds are rock solid, at least according to the Bruin decision. We jump to the conclusion here, guys, and this is it. The command of the Second Amendment is clear. Under Bruin, consistent with the text of the Constitution and the history and tradition of our great nation, it stands to reason that any regulation affecting the peaceable possession of arms, or in this case, something from which the government alleges an arm may one day be made from, warrants meaningful review. The underlying laws here evaded meaningful scrutiny despite being unprecedented in their severity. And the application thereof to defendant Hoover, a patriotic American and father who stands accused of talking about a piece of metal with lines drawn on it and faces the complete destruction of his life and livelihood therefrom. demonstrates the severity with which this matter warrants meaningful constitutional review. The standard announced in Bruin gives this court the tools it needs to do so. Wherefore, defendant Matthew Raymond Hoover respectfully moves this honorable court to dismiss the indictment against him in its entirety with prejudice to declare the National Firearms Act facially unconstitutional or, in the alternative, unconstitutional as applied to defendant and for any further relief that this court deems just and proper. And this was filed by attorney Zachary Zerimi and our friend Matthew LaRociere. So guys and gals, that's what a challenge to the NFA looks like. And it looks phenomenal. The way it's written is spot on. And in order for this judge, this court to say nah. they're going to trip themselves up with brewing. So let us continue to watch this. Now, a couple things to remember is if the NFA Act were undermined, and this is why we've said that is where you attack, if you take out the NFA, all of these other gun regulations, everything else you see that's part of the infrastructure of any of the stuff that's been done, even right up until just this last couple of weeks. is partially tied into or is tendruled or integrated with the GCA 1933-34. The NFA Act of 34 as everybody references it, but it actually like many things were happening in that window, it overlaps because if you take a look at when it was initiated, the debate and everything took place, the bills and other components were brought forward and then consolidated. It eventually comes into power in 1934. Now again, this would be nice, but the sad part is, as I've told you before, remember about the crooks in the business. It's a good argument. In fact, it's sound, but I will also point out the coalition in Denver, Colorado tried this. 1993, 1994. Missouri militia, the 51st, argued this point and in fact even built weapons specifically under the argument that not only is it a common task, the whole argument that was brought forward by Thomas and the all in the interactive component about common use, et cetera. The argument was at the time, and this was 90, what, 94? double check. You should be able to find a thing. Look for, look up the 51st, Missouri 51st brigade militia and of course all the stories that roll around that. What they did, they had several of their legal people who argued that you need to build and maintain and operate without permission. Brownings or whatever other automatic weapon because they were weapons that are supposed to be in the hands of the population. All of the basic arguments that were brought forward by Thomas are the arguments that they brought forward back 30 years ago. And the system, of course, denied or filing or completely ignored them. I'm not deriding this because the Supreme Court ruling being fresh. cannot be ignored. Whereas in the past, what they've done is when you cite precedent, remember, precedent is totally arbitrary for the whores that are the cross-dressing black-robed demons, okay? And the prostitutes, totally arbitrary. You may have a rock-solid demonstration in precedent from 1973, and they'll tell you that your precedent is obsolete. Even though there is no overriding precedent that replaced precedent that replaced it Okay, but your enemy in the system will use another precedent from 1962 that has actually been overridden, but we'll dig it up introduce it into the prosecutions process and The judge will turn a blind eye to the age and date of the precedent that is referred to All kinds of arbitrary crap that the the bar British accredited registry Regency can Apply and how they can word twist now the good thing is again. We have a very very recent Supreme Court ruling that can be used and they cannot deny is way back in the tail lights or it's outdated or it does not reflect the presence standing, blah, blah, blah, blah, we know how that crap goes. I've seen every variation on it you can imagine. So that'll be the tell. Now if the NFA, and here's what they would do, they've given them an out with the way that he wrote it. They may rule only on the particulars that are referenced to the case before that this gentleman is involved with. And they can isolate the decision. And it will still be an effective blueprint. But what it means, as we've talked about many times where we've beaten the IRS, is you will have to capture the filings now because what they will do is the court will seal them, or they will demand as part of the settlement. that the defendant and the defendant's lawyers agree to sealing and not sharing the instrument as it was used to accomplish the defeat of the charge. So you have to think ahead. You have to be ahead of it. Oh, no, the internet. They're not gonna reveal because you already got the revealing done before the court locks it up to try and prevent anybody else from finding out what's been done. And this is a very common shyster action that we've seen over and over by the hundreds of times people. May, perhaps thousands over the decades. So again, this is an effective argument. We'll just see how criminal the turds are between the prostitute will be putting pressure on the judge and whether or not the judge has any spine or moral scruples. And for that matter any legal scruples and in the process whether or not it'll go up to the appeal, not a go up to the next appeal, not a go up to the Supreme Court over six years. And it will either be heard or won't be heard. It should be heard because it isn't directly attached to a ruling that is most recently generated by the Supreme Court and relevant to it. And in doing so, if they were to review it, they would re-certify and reinforce the judgment made. Now, of course, by the time we're done here, we may have, you know, you never know who the ring knockers are gonna assassinate next, and they might try to pare out the Supreme Court so they could undermine any follow-up filings, like who knows. And by the way, the Denver case I mentioned, they were made at a big public event and part of it had to do also with open carry or with carrying a firearm because it was argued that was constitutional. About 10,000 people were to rally in downtown Denver. The guy who was the leader was going to sacrifice himself or was basically the one giving the example by carrying arms and all the other performing all the other acts were part of the argument for the filings of the case that they were proposing and the state police SRT and Denver Swine SWAT team went through the whole crowd intentionally swaggering through what right up to the stage put the guy in handcuffs dragged him away and of course everybody knew that the arguments were right and that everything they did was correct and they dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's and they ignored all the filings and they made his bail millions of dollars and the rest is history. So... Yeah Mark, did they go after him in that sense of denying the motions and everything? Did they do that because he was trying to file in the common law aspect? And they're going at it from the Admiralty and they're just denying him because they're saying it's bogus paperwork and all that. Or they file into the Admiralty and they just said, sorry, that's the business. You don't have any standing, right? You don't have any standing. That's the most common, you see, that's the problem. You're thinking you're going into some kind of equity structure and you're not. There are multiple interested parties. This is why when I mentioned to help you to understand the Admiralty Court and I think the best scene that will ever help you to understand the divisions of the Admiralty Court and how the scam really works is Amistad. Anybody ever watch the movie about the slave ship or the crew? The crew was overtaken by the people that they had on board and they sailed on to the end of the Caribbean and they they sailed into port and they were taken as property because they claimed themselves to be, you know, they took the ship. But they go to the Admiralty court and there before the the the Admiralty officer, the judge, and even as they're filing their paperwork, the doors open from the left and here comes one interested party group, the ones who own the ship. Then the door is open from the right and here comes through two little gang window doors, a whole bunch of other characters and they're all waving papers and they're laying claim to the property. And then there's another group coming in through the back door and I think they were the salvage crew. They were the ones who were demanding a percentage or all of everybody's fighting over a piece. Okay. And the judge decides whether the process was for the, you know, the admiralty officer determines who has any standing in what is a commerce court where they're deciding percentages. Well, guess who had the tiniest percentage? The actual person standing there. And all the people that were claimed to be property slash slaves. The corpus had no standing. And that's the problem with understanding the War Powers Act, the Gold Act, the NFA Act, and all of those were declaration of war activities declaring that we have no standing, that we are property of the state, and for that reason alone, these asshats probably will try to ignore what they're filing here. Even if you represent common law samples and oranges, but you are seen theory, you could argue to capture the court. We have our, we've already seen that. Yeah. And we could actually have done it successfully. And then the judge is chastised by the other ring knockers. And then he'll flip flop in many cases, most cases, and all of a sudden bring the Admiralty flag back into the court and override because remember, you have to understand something you are. an individual truly under the common law. By the way, go to the Bill of Rights. However, what you've had is the entity that you created the fiction, which is the Corporation of the United States under the Jewish International Bankers of the Federal Reserve. They declared and foreclosed first. That's what the whole thing with 29 was all about. They foreclosed on America. They demanded payment. They wanted to re-indenture the American people after they brought all the cash and they slid all the gold sideways and all the silver sideways. They thought that they had everything in the bag. Well, the people started to walk away from the fiction. So the crisis was declared in 1933 and they openly stated that they were taking the American people as property against the national debt that the Jewish bankers had created through the Jewish Federal Reserve. trying to re-indenture us, just as they, again, the purpose behind it was to rescind the Declaration of Independence of 1776, but more importantly, the Rifles of 19th April, 1775. And so, no matter how we argue our standing, unless we back it up with force of arms, there isn't anybody who will listen. They'll do everything in their power to still try to maintain the Admiralty they have to because they've all sworn to become agents of the Admiralty court an enemy of the American people and an operative of the crown Here's the problem. Those ass hats, you ignore them. And no matter how many times that they come back and try to twist your words, you just simply keep repeating, oh, the prosecutor convinced me he's innocent. The defense did okay, but the prosecutor is the one who gave me the ammunition I needed to make the decision. And that's all you say. You don't say anything else, you stay repeat. Practice, practice, practice. That way they can't try to do the, oh, we need to throw him out and put an alternative in because he was gonna break the court anyway no matter what. See that, then again, they'll get away with that. So you can't talk about jury nullification, you use jury nullification religiously, but you have to do it yourself. You can talk about it outside around the world and teach people about it. But when you get into the court, you're all on your own. Now somebody else starts to see the light when they're sitting there and realize that you're like fixed your sights. You'd be surprised how many people might come your way. Not all of them, but you can make it a three or four to, you know, four to eight. That's good. They don't get to be able to say, well, it's just one person or everybody find him guilty. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The spit-swapper and the other ring-knocker and in Blantonstein there, well, yeah, they were already told by their buddies to find him guilty no matter what. Ways around it. I mean, well, to do what you can with what's left. Congress, July 4th, 1776. The unanimous declaration of the 13 United States of America. It's supposed to automatically set the time, change all the fun BS, but as soon as you're on the internet, it's supposed to like update the clock and none of them match right now. It reminds me of people that read the Constitution or the Bill of Rights and instead of understanding the plain and simple words that are there, everyone hears their own version of it. The signal goes out of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It's one signal, it doesn't mean five different things, but you get a group of 12 people together and you'd be lucky to find two of them that agree. because we're simple as a country. You know exactly. Grammar can be a pretty hard thing to learn. I mean you can learn to read and you can still not learn grammar with all those little punctuation commas and apostrophes. The quotation marks, you know, if you don't know that part of it, you haven't learned the entire English language as far as, you know, writing goes. And even then you have the if depending on what school you're taught in you know, we've mentioned this before You know, our laws are written in basically websters away everybody can understand what it is they are put into law through what is a boobie ace and then the year they are interpret they're interpreted by Black's law And none of the definitions between those three dictionaries match up. And Blacklaw has so many different volumes of it now. I'm not even sure what volume of Blacklaw dictionary that we're supposed to be working out of right now with the courts. I know when we go to Stassa's and he would have the law class. They have all these different volumes of Black Laws dictionary on the shelf behind the, at the end of the classroom. You know, it's not, no, you didn't need one dictionary, you needed volume one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, because there were always changing definitions. And the cute thing is, is with Black's law, when they change a definition, they don't always, they'll refer to a definition in an older version of the book as to what the new definition means. So if you don't have the older version, you can't. That's why people collect law dictionaries, you know, the black law volumes. It bounces back and forth between the books. Anyway, that's an interesting subject. You spend a lot of time on definitions because it's the word twisters. It really, really is what it is. It's word twisting. Anyway, I wanted to play this piece on the NFA from Guns N' Gadgets again, just get that out there in another spot. We'll do that real quick and then we'll come back. I'll give out the conference number again. And we'll give out the replay number, which Darzak handed out for me and told me he didn't have a problem with it at all. Thank you for watching. I was sent this court document several times last night by many people, many viewers. Thank you. And this is a challenge to the NFA. That's right, you've heard it. The NFA is being called out in a pre-existing court case, one that we've talked about here in the channel before, and that is the case against Matt Hoover. and the auto keycard case. So what I'm going to do is show you the document. I'll give you a quick synopsis of each page. It's nine pages in total. I think it's important that we look at this together and see what it is because I know we're going to hear all kinds of things that it's not. And I want people to have the knowledge and have it right from the court document so that we can be deadly accurate in what we're talking about. So here on the screen, Is the case in question this was filed on July 1st and this is in the case of the United States America versus Matt Hoover And this is a motion to dismiss and declare unconstitutional the National Firearms Act of 1934 this is looking to dismiss all seven counts of in the indictment Against Matt Hoover and you can see it ties right into the Bruin decision We'll go down at number one the Supreme Court's landmark Bruin decision fundamentally changes the instant matter A, it says it talks about how the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin opinion struck down as unconstitutional New York's Sullivan Act from 1911. And that's what the proper CAUSE standard came from to get a license to carry a concealed firearm. It goes on to say that the two-step framework for analyzing the Second Amendment challenges, that combines history with the means and scrutiny, and how that was deemed unconstitutional, and how the court said that that was one step too many. It also says these previous decisions at the various courts of appeal manifested deference to the government in a matter unlike any other fundamental right. and the inexplicable consideration of regulations clearly contemplating the keeping and bearing of arms as beyond the scope of the Second Amendment. Then the last paragraph here on the second page says, finally though, we have a standard which clearly articulates the burdens in a case involving restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms. It is, as artfully penned by the court, When the Second Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. The government must then justify its regulation by demonstrating that it is consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearms regulation. Only then may a court conclude that an individual's conduct falls outside of the Second Amendment's unqualified command. To summarize, any law, regulation, or government policy affecting the right of the people to keep and bear arms can only be constitutional if the government demonstrates analogous restrictions deeply rooted in American history, invinced by historical materials contemporaneous with the adoption of the Bill of Rights. So, basically, it is not in the text of the Second Amendment, nor does it fall within the history or the tradition of firearms here in America, and they're referencing the NFA, the National Firearms Act, you know, that little thing that keeps the ATF in business. B. The statutes here at issue effect conduct covered by the Second Amendment's unqualified command. The defendant is charged under 18 U.S.C. 5861 and 5871, as well as conspiracy to commit those offenses. The charged statutes deal with the taxation and transfer of machine guns and other weapons. The government alleges the auto-key cards are machine guns. What's more, actions subsequent to the passage of the charged firearm statutes render it impossibly compliant with the taxing provisions. The government may attempt to argue that machine guns are beyond the scope of the Second Amendment by attempting to characterize them as dangerous and unusual as it has in other cases, but this is not the test. The court's invocation of dangerous and unusual weapons in Heller and subsequently Bruin was for the purpose of discussion of what might be constitutionally acceptable law rather than the endorsement of any particular extant policy. Rather, the only way A court may conclude the defendant's conduct falls outside the scope of the Second Amendment's unqualified command remains clear. The government must prove the particular regime in question is consistent with the history and tradition of the United States. Furthermore, the question of whether a weapon is, quote, in common use at the time, end quote, necessarily pins the analysis to the time before the prohibition. to consider otherwise would incentivize the government to legislate wantonly and aggressively seizing arms then later evade constitutional scrutiny by suggesting that the arms cannot be in common use because the government prohibited them. Stick with me guys, we're on our way home here. See the laws here at issue are facially unconstitutional under Bruin. I'm going to go about halfway down. Our nation's history and tradition does not and cannot support a finding that an alleged drawing of a part is that part merely because an unelected bureaucrat unilaterally willed it to be, to hold otherwise, would be to grant the Bureau more power than Congress could have ever granted it, and make innumerable items potentially illegal. As Bruin explained, historical analogues to a regulation can be helpful, but defendant here proffers more modern evidence that a categorical ban on machine guns, as the government here seeks to enforce against a bespoke trinket, would be unconstitutional. We present the testimony of then Attorney General Cummings at the 1934 hearing on the National Firearms Act. And this is right from that case, guys. Mr. Lewis, I hope the courts will find, no doubt, on a subject like this. But I was curious to know how we escaped that provision in the Constitution. The Attorney General then Cummings said, oh, we do not attempt to escape it. We are dealing with another power, namely the power of taxation and of regulation under the Interstate Commerce Clause. You see, if we made a statute absolutely forbidding any human being to have a machine gun, you might say there is some constitutional question involved. But when you say we will tax the machine gun, and when you say that the absence of a license showing payment of the tax has been made indicates that a crime has been perpetrated, you are easily within the law." And then Mr. Lewis said, in other words, it doesn't amount to a prohibition, but allows a regulation, to which the then AG said it. That is the idea. We have studied that very carefully. So they're playing his day from the transcript. They're telling you that they can't say you can't have those, because that would be unconstitutional. But if we say you don't have the tech stamp, and then make it really really difficult for you to get that tax stamp, then it's just a regulation. And in 1934 they fell for that hook line and sinker. But because the Bruin case was so eloquently repenned by Justice Thomas, it's being challenged. And what they're challenging on these grounds are rock solid. At least according to the Bruin decision. We'll jump to the conclusion here guys and this is it. The command of the Second Amendment is clear. Under Bruin, consistent with the text of the Constitution and the history and tradition of our great nation, it stands to reason that any regulation affecting the peaceable possession of arms, or in this case, something from which the government alleges an arm may one day be made from, warrants meaningful review. The underlying laws here evaded meaningful scrutiny despite being unprecedented in their severity. And the application thereof to defendant Hoover, a patriotic American and father who stands accused of talking about a piece of metal with lines drawn on it and faces the complete destruction of his life and livelihood therefrom. demonstrates the severity with which this matter warrants meaningful constitutional review. The standard announced in Bruin gives this court the tools it needs to do so. Wherefore, defendant Matthew Raymond Hoover respectfully moves this honorable court to dismiss the indictment against him in its entirety with prejudice to declare the National Firearms Act facially unconstitutional or, in the alternative, unconstitutional as applied to defendant and for any further relief that this court deems just and proper. And this was filed by attorney Zachary Zerimi and our friend Matthew LaRociere. So guys and gals, that's what a challenge to the NFA looks like. And it looks phenomenal. The way it's written is spot on. And in order for this judge, this court to say nah. they're going to trip themselves up with brewing. So let us continue to watch this. I do know there are a couple of photos that they keep showing up in with the Trump flag around his shoulders like he was wearing it like a cape. But all the photos that they're picking... They're hiding that neck. And depending on what the tattoo is, it'll tell you different, like literally it can tell you down, if you know what you're looking at, it'll tell you what neighborhood they were running with, you know. And it's like the Crips and the Bloods, is it East Coast Crips or West Coast Crips? East Coast Bloods, West Coast Bloods, are they out of California? Are they out of, are they out of, Florida or the out of New York it the there's different Tells because it's basically it's a unit patch and you're branded for life. You're stuck with it You know which we've talked about before stupid to get a tattoo like that because it's a permanent identifying marker This kid has them all over his face. Anyway, this is Cinco de Amadeo in Quartermaster Friday as Fluffy pointed out over at Classic Firearms. They have a number of law enforcement trade-ins that they've scarfed up. I think these are also over at, in fact, you might want to check AIM's surplus. Typically when these types of guns are in the system, AIM has always picked up some of them and they actually get some pretty good deals. So at this point, again, the Beretta Model 92 is certainly a bunch of glocks. I don't know what you can do with the Glocks in the long run. The Beretta's are all metal frame, okay, the granted alloy base, depending on which model alloy base, steel top or, you know, steel slide or steel steel, depending on which gun you bought. And don't forget there's the foreign and there's the American Beretta Model 92s. Both are good guns. They work just fine. When they, there's only one malfunction they can have that typically is really bad. Pretty much that's been worked out but if it does happen the weapon has to go back to the literally to the arsenal or the to the factory for You know for it to be released and that's the you know locking cam if it drops And through failure it there's nothing you can do in the field for it That's something they learned very very quickly with the first model Beretta some of you guys listening at it happened when you're in the field This of course could cause a number of different problems, better that it locks into the positive position and doesn't do anything after it fires, if it fires. The other is that it could shatter or shear and this whole slide comes back and visits your face or comes pretty close. But that's not been happening for a while that we know of. And a lot of people carry the Beretta 92 as police departments and the Beretta 40. So both those guns work and there is some surplus 40s that are out there right now too in the same Beretta pattern. Also, again, it was mentioned at Centerfire, I don't know what the prices were. Fluffy mentioned that there were some bayonets. They do have a bunch of surplus bayonets. What I saw was in grade used or fair so but still serviceable in fact I picked up a lot of these for handouts to go along with the racks and stacks of SKS's or 8K's depending what model we have. Go ahead call or jump in there. Yeah Mark, fluffy. I'm sorry I didn't mention the price as I saw but for the what I saw they range from like $9.99 for well-used but intact looking BNS. I think without scabbards up to $19.99, with a metal scabbard, still well-used looking, but without the leather, the leather piece, the metal scabbard goes in, but they do have those for sale for another $19.99. It can probably be gotten cheaper elsewhere, but that was the prices I saw Don't go anywhere don't go right away real quick. What was this for the Russian bandit or other? That was for the a K bayonets You know they have the little hole in them to go on the wire cutter bayonet where cutter scabbard The Mauser-Bannettes had a scabbard with them, but they did not have the leather frog hanger. I highly recommend you keep an eye out and see what shows up. I have not seen any 6.8 government. It's probably somebody has it. I have not seen any of the 6.8 government standard brass case rather than the specialized grossly expensive and single charges. A whole whopping lot of money for that garbage. Ammunition. I haven't seen any of the three piece Grossly over complicated crap, but somebody's got to have some and I recommend that again and if you've got somebody who does have one of those things already because there are some floating around apparently a few If you got a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend, I guess you can go out and try one and shoot them if you want to so Not my I'm not really super excited about it. I'm not really super excited about the rifle either. There's not one of those step forwards. It's the We stepped sideways and we got screwed. But we're going to make the best of it. And the 6.8 cartridge project and projectile project is in motion. So the AR-10 project is really the priority. That's what we should be interested in. Ideally, if we can get hold of any of the specialized ammunition for research, we want to see how that would perform in any other weapon other than the SIG. to confirm that it could perform with the other barrels. That's the only thing we're interested in. Otherwise, again, the weapon itself, not interested in at all, have no use for it whatsoever. Pick it off an enemy corpse or something, sure, that's not a problem. Obviously, SIG sells to anyone just like the other dirty whores in the industry. So I pretty well guarantee we'll have some of the enemy combatants that are supporting the globalists when they attack the American taxpayer. and we'll see a bunch of the 6.8 guns in their hands too, along with whatever dirty traitors are uniform that are going along with the globalists when the time comes. When they follow the orders of the guy who said he'd betray everybody to communist China, you know, Miley, General Miley Cyrus, General Miley, you know, never forget that, that dirty, that piece of crap right now needs to be in Leavenworth or he needs to be up against Walden's shot. But instead, that shaky piece of trash, well... See where he is. You see how we're getting set up on that one. Another interesting thing real quick. It's a sidebar. You know, you might want to look at the Naval inventory right now. You know, they retired over 50 some destroyers and destroy escorts and Corvettes with no replacement on the horizon. They came up with this new combination. You've got a destroyer and you had a new frigate. Well, the patrol broke frigate combination is what it is. $350 million per boat, $350 million per ship that they produced. And for some reason, the General Dynamics slash other companies that were all involved in this this claptrap ultimate failure, the boat was supposed to do 47 knots. It was argued that in the original specs, it was supposed to do 70. It has a diesel turbo gas combination engine system with some kind of translator transmission BS that they created. But again, it was all done on computer with no mechanical testing, I guarantee it. And it turns out that the nine ships that they have built, well, here's the fun part. Now, I won't notice they said that this ship should be doing about 47 knots. A lot of our destroyers can easily help even our aircraft carriers can do that, to be quite honest. This classified is what the official top speed is of some of our carriers, but you can ski behind them. Okay, if they have to, then go to emergency speed. But here's what's fascinating. This particular class can only do between 10 and 12 knots at best. Kind of defeats the, in fact, that's the speed of, no, hell, our merchant marine ships can outrun those. And apparently, the amount of work that would be done, they're gonna retire all nine of these shit simultaneously, but they're gonna build six more of the bastards. Yeah, you heard me right. They're gonna build more of them, even though this is a completely failed design. But apparently, they're promising that the ones they're gonna build are, well, they're probably gonna have the bugs worked out. And they're gonna be a lot narrower than their omnidirectional mission statement that they had for the design. So this thing was, you know, absolute fumble screwed across the board. And it literally puts a massive hole in our surface fleet operations group. Now, this is not a surprise to me. I'd have to say that it's like, wow, Shazam, Sergeant Carter, it's exactly what we expect from the politically correct Purple Heron services. And that's exactly what you got. But they ran this thing through and I guarantee they did nothing but computer. I'll guarantee they did nothing but computer graphic R&D and they went right to we don't need to build lesser prototypes. We just need to build the big thing because our computers got it right and Now what we have is in order for them to do the repair they have to dry dock the ships the ones that have already built Rip out, you know the whole panels to be able to pull out the drive, which is kind of oversized and can't really be, which I think is fascinating in itself. Who's the asshat that didn't figure out how to create maintenance access points for the engine, you know, engine and drive train systems? Somebody, this is the classic example too of when you have a bunch of dipwits who don't have the brains cod gave geese, he progressively gaining more and more power. that no one has any concept or idea of the job or the task at hand. Now granted these ships, frigates, destroyers, and cutters, are supposed to be the yeoman ships of the fleet. You're supposed to have dozens, if not hundreds of them. And instead we have a handful. We had only 50 some of mixed class before we quote unquote retired them all and dumped a lot of the crewmen because we were having a problem getting crews is a real problem. And so this particular replacement batch, which costs many, many times more, performs nowhere near any of its expected levels. And the one mission that it could handle, which is now what they're going to do is tailor all the rest of the ships built that they're going to finally make again to only perform one task, okay? And no other. It's an example of, and you're going up against the Chinese and you always, I always love how they make yapping noises about the Chinese or the Russian equipment, but you know what's really scary? In the long haul, their garbage works. And as we have lost more and more of the gold standard of America because of monopoly, and that's really where the problem is, is monopoly. Then we have no need to be truly to truly excel or be dynamic in any way, shape, or form. You can be mediocre or just plain crappy. You get paid by the government anyway, which is exactly what's happened. It's the same thing we've seen with the aircraft design and the cost being so great, we only have a handful. So like I said, well, how many have to destroy that you have none? So how long is your war, how long is your World War III gonna be? If you thought about that one, that's the thing that really gets me. We're going to be in World War III. Wow. Well, I guess that whole idea that World War III was only going to be about 53 minutes long is probably going to be right. because if all the support technology that you have cost far more than it's worth, or you're being charged far more than it's worth, number one, you build it and it doesn't work, or becomes a hell of a slow bullet magnet. Now you can say what you want about the older destroyers, but there's a couple things to remember. Yeah, they might have been at lower standard because they were long in the tooth, but at least they continued to function and they were operating at almost performance expected standards. In other words, you're going to get 45 knots out of that boat. She might be tired, she might shake, I guarantee I know enough people are serving on some of them who told you, you told you when the hell when they get to flank speed, they watch the rivets wiggle. Okay, well that happens as boats get older, especially when you were building cheaper and have been progressively building chintzy and cheaper to begin with, okay? So, if anything was closer to being a tin can than anything they joked about in World War II, present ships are tin cans. Aluminum cans, not even tin cans anymore. Just an interesting thing in light of the fact that they're beating the gong that we're going to put 300,000 troops up there against towards the Russians and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's like, really? Well, if the Russians do what they probably would do in World War III, you're not going to be able to make any more. The ones you have don't work, so they're going to become reasonable targets. And then you don't have any. And you also don't have the manpower because they're going down with the ships. I have high confidence in the pentagram to. do what they're told to do by the Chinese and the global ring knockers and to screw us. So they'll be flipping real quick and taking the orders from China. Change in, change out. You know, pull that out, put the other one in, keep shooting. Something goes wrong, don't have to start micromanaging anything. Remember, a bolt carrier is so stupid simple to take out of a rifle and just as stupid simple to get back in. So it doesn't take a whole lot of, you know, individual focused thought. It can be automatic action and when everything gets really small and real big for the reverse size holes, depending on what it is, well, guess what? Bolt carriers are easy to change out. And so anyway, I'm just I've never seen anything like it's like I thought I'd grab it Anyway, well, it's one thing I show the fact that it is an instructor unit The fact that it is an instructor unit, but the fact that it's titled as such what it is is it's designed for you to sit down Whoa and work code without me having to sit there and key for you. In other words, those roles have the key code, whether or not you operate it manually, which you might, because it has a crank handle, then you can also vary the speed at which it sends. Now, it may also be a base unit. with the leads designed to go out to another station, like in another closet. The way I learned Morris Code is Mr. Smith had a closet. We had two closets. The difference is that the newer stuff we used, obviously just a recording system, a headset, and we wrote down what we received. Now we could also, he had a system where it was kind of like this, where it was a send also. So you can respond because some part of the testing had to do with listening, receiving a message and then responding. Now that's what this would be for except it could be, you know, this machine is in the teacher's room, a couple of wires go to a closet, you have your receiver unit with your headset and you listen and you take messages. And that's what those reels are. So the instructor doesn't have to do anything. other than at his discretion say he can vary the speed to test you progressively to see if you've improved in reading code. So initially what you do with recordings nowadays is you have different recordings at different paces, different speeds. What you do, or again, if you, depending if it was cassette, for instance, I have a bunch of these machines, Ed knows he used them with the FM station. you can actually vary the speed of the cassette player so that you can slow it down quite dramatically and store more on the tape. And you can use that also for speeding up or slowing down the track for the code that's being sent down the wire. So this is just a variation on that the instructor still probably has to if it's mechanical and manual The instructor still has to sit in the other room at his dad at his desk while he's watching the class He can be testing you by turning that while he's keeping an eye on the class or doing other things That was that was the purpose behind it and again I picked up a monkey Ward 680 40 channel CB also Now that was worthwhile, but in fact, it's a 40 channel that's interesting Yeah, it's a 40 and I think I paid 20 or 25 forget what I my receipt says It's not in front of me and I picked up a pair of Bushnell brand-new In the box 10 by 25 binoculars there the Compact or something like that Power View, yeah, Power View binoculars. And it's one of them smaller type, two separate barrels. And independently adjust. Yeah, and you have the center screw, and then the right eye you can fine tune. So. finding any of the less expensive but still relatively serviceable binoculars that used to come from China or even just used American. I had a little flurry there of binoculars I picked up. In fact, I was just going through them last night and I paid five to ten dollars for them and they were all American brands. Mostly Bushnell, like you said. In fact, I got a pair sitting around the corner here we used to keep an eye on things. And any that you see, as long as they're not blown out, guys, you can test them right there, your eyes should work. But I'd pick them up, if you can get them for five, 10, up to $20, there's nothing you're gonna find for $20 anymore. In fact, I bought the last Optics of that type from one of the wholesalers, and he hasn't been able to replace any of it since. I paid below $20 a unit. and I still have them brand new in the box. I'm not going to get rid of them. They're in reserve for, say, the 5.10 program. You got a team leader, he's going to have a pair of binoculars. So that's why we keep collecting these things. But they're also awfully handy to have because they can see farther. I should say, you can see farther because they can stretch your eyesight. So they are a priceless tool. And I wouldn't forget that, by the way, and that's the other reason I was going through all the optics last night. Remember, I mentioned this before, 35 millimeter cameras with telephoto lenses. Guys, you got telephoto lenses. I've been buying telephoto lenses that were $8, $900 apiece in the 70s for $10 apiece. Yeah, you know why they're so cheap, Mark, is they changed from the 35 millimeter film format to all this digital stuff. When I was in college, he had me a Pentax K1000, a manual camera. Ah man, that's a great camera. I really like that. And like you've said, you can buy those things cheap now, man. And the telephoto lenses, yeah. Well, think about this. What's the difference between a long range spotting scope and a telephoto lens camera? Right thing. And you know, it's really cute. One of them, I'm not really excited about a digital screen, but one of them has a digital option readout that was an add-on fixture to replace just your regular optical, you know, optical peep site system. And I don't need it. I don't need it, but it was an interesting one of those transition things to try and breathe life into the, you know, the last of the 35 millimeter era. There's still film available for 35 and you can put up you can put together a Photoshop cheap right now Especially in fact, I've been doing that I got a I got two enlargers for five dollars for everything extra heads all the filters, etc Picked up a bunch of the paper hangers and negative hangers for like free the other day. That was just a sidebar thing. But like I said, these cameras with telephoto lenses, they're still worth that. They're worth what they originally were charged. You know, what people were charged with because these are all high-end glass lenses. We're not talking plastic. Oh yeah. So you're talking very- Glass. Yeah, very high-quality optics, guys. And so you can station. Here's the other thing. You get a tripod for free or wait for him to throw them away. I get them all the time. You put a tripod, take the camera, mount it, point in direction, you can leave it. Why? Because you don't have anything into it. You could even abandon it. Why would you care? You take it forward and use it for observation and make it rigid. And if need be, you could just walk away. Oh my God, we got to save the... Well, I would if I could, but if I had to just go... It wouldn't even be on my list of things to do because I've got a lot of a lot of the newer digital cameras. There are adapters to put those old lenses on to exactly. Well, that's the other thing is I'm surprised at this. There are enough companies and people making these making the fixtures so that they'll work universal anyway. I'm surprised that people haven't been making more of an effort to grab these telephoto lenses. I shouldn't say much in the eye. Notice I don't. Because it's one of those things that people aren't really thinking about. They're not wrapping their brain around it as an optic. They're thinking of it as a camera. But when you have an 18 inch high resolution wide angle telephoto lens on a camera box, dudes, you can count the pimples on their nose at 300 yards. And no other, and no other. Yeah, yeah. You know, I take somewhat of an issue with this transition to the digital, especially for archival purposes, all right? And even with the digital and, you know, I went to a few, you know, back in the 90s, I think it was. A few of these, I guess it was some kind of meeting or whatever that Canon put on. Yeah, seminar, excuse this. And Canon back then, their digital technology was kick in the rumpus, man. I mean, it was awesome, all right? I was impressed by that, but if you get hold of that technology, that's expensive. We do good with what we do have. The other thing I picked up was a drill press for 75 bucks. It's one of the smaller skills, but it'll work. It bought me a bicycle. I got this at a local pawn shop. I was in there earlier and I've been shopping there for a while looking. Last time I was in there, there was There weren't near as many televisions and Game Boys or PS Playstations, chainsaws. You've got some military helmets in there, man. I forget the one that the US used. You know the designation right off, Mark. I want to get some of them, man. If I want to pay a decent price for it. But these porn shops, I'm going to tell you what, they're feeling the pinch, the gas and the inflation right now. And what I did is I walked back in there after I was there earlier today and I came up and he goes, well, you know, what's up? I says, have you sold anything today? And this was like 4 p.m. or 3 p.m. or something like that. He goes, nope. I says, well, I'm wanting to buy. And we walked around and I says, what do you give me a, sell me this? What do you sell me that for? What do you sell me that for? You know, he still got, he still got his money. All right. You know, but, uh, yeah, this is only sales, uh, today that I know of, you know, pretty good guy. And, uh, so as people, you know, keep that mind. You can find some good stuff in some of these pawn shops. And if you negotiate, you know, they're going to bring it down a little bit. Uh, uh, not 10, 20 bucks off the pen and whatever, uh, of each item. All right. And you can walk out of there with some decent merch. And they're going to be happy because they actually made a sale. It might have paid for the electric that day. Who knows? Yeah. Anyway, to you, Mark. Yeah, especially, again, where if you can make a package where you want to, Mike, I asked him many times, hey, what do you want for that optic? This is what he did with the telephoto lenses. And I bought, I think, almost everything in the case. And the guy looked at it and said, you know, how do you determine the value on these things? This is the guy behind the counter. And I'm like, well, actually, I'm surprised. I don't know. I didn't really care because what I was going to do with them is exactly what we're talking about. I have camera bodies with shorter, smaller lenses. I know that these lenses will fit and complement the package that I have so I can put one with each of the cameras. But like I told him I said well some of these are probably worth quite a bit more than your your offering But you obviously have to connect with the people who are interested and I even told him I said hey put some of this stuff on Facebook You know this is a place that is supposed to be the kind of a charity so put it on Facebook put it up somewhere and Again somebody who's in the know you know you put a higher price on it you can always come down but Try to market it in that way otherwise to determine the value you've got to go through the interested parties and find a trade book on the subject and look to see what they're presently going for. This is static optics, in other words, photography, not videography. Different equipment requires obviously different resources, different lens packages, etc. But there's some stuff that overlaps, especially from the 80s. The 80s was a transition period across the board and a lot of interesting stuff developed there, especially in video camera equipment. I've got one unit that will adapt any conventional 35 millimeter lens from like the Olympics or any of the other variants of scabbard model systems from back in the late 70s through the 80s. In fact, it's still in the box, which is really amazing. And I got it for free from one of the facilities west of Van Arbor because they were changing all their equipment out and they still had some of these units. And by the time I got there, there were still a couple that were left and I picked them up. And lo and behold, there's the stuff that we were playing with back in, you know, 81, 82, 83, and using for videotaping training exercises. The neat thing is, is that about half of the mid-aged optics that I picked up in terms of telephoto lenses will just lock right onto the system. So, again, it's older, but it's not tired. Okay, in fact, even if it's tired, I'd grab it. Why? Because I'm gonna use it for an optical collector for me to see something. In fact, the other important thing, I heard your voice, but the other important thing about that, guys, if you leave something fixed, you're not moving around and flashing stuff. And remember that half the battle of not being seen is not drawing attention. So if you can have a series of optical devices that you can set up that can be used for physical observation like that, where all you do is put your head behind the piece of equipment and look, then you're up quite a bit, especially with security operations around, say, perimeters where you're trying to observe greater distances. specific threat areas. Okay, you can always adjust it and move around after you're behind the camera itself, but you don't have to pick it up, move it around. It's a static optical device. Go ahead, color chip in there. Yeah, don't forget to put some type of a netted veil. One that won't obscure your vision, but one that'll keep your glass from reflecting, giving your position away. You don't want to give your position away. That's a bad thing. The other thing, people, we need to keep our eyes out, like Mark was saying, man, we're going to have to rebuild this critter all on our own, man. That's just the way it is. And it's offset print press. Offset print press, man. And even the ability to use typeset print, press like that. The typeset technology is out there. To be quite honest, there's a lot of people that, while they do think of it as a novelty, amazingly enough, they're still keeping the technology alive. So you have a lot of locations where you can see examples of how things are supposed to work. Interestingly enough, if you did hard case-bound work, even though it's thermalized, it's heated. The basic work that does the basic machines that do the spine print in foil are a standard press type system. They just have a heating plate and they can't use obviously the soft molded type because it has to be able to retain the heat and actually press and heat the gold foil onto the body of the text. But if you run into those machines otherwise, they operate identically, just the same as a regular typeset printer. There's no difference. The only difference is in more modern times, they made actual plates with everything cast and molded and complete rather than you having to assemble the words and the lines and everything, which all that technology typically was with the machine. But most of the time, you bought plates that were manufactured off-site by a certain manufacturer, a certain die company and then you held them for however long they made the book. But for printing, the other issue is again going to be paper. There's going to be all kinds of business available guys. The thing on paper is what I did is I bought six pounds of hemp seed and I've been just spreading that all over the place. Okay. It's just hemp seed, people. It ain't got any psychoactive stuff in it. But anyway, that's where you get fibers for cloth. Oh, yeah. On the way to the pawn shop today, I've seen a loom at one of these old, like, a shop that sells old stuff in that. It's an actual loom, it was like eight foot wide, you know, and I didn't have time to stop and look at it, but I'd like to. Cast iron, nice. I don't know if it's all there, but you know, that's a loom for making like cloth people, you know. So the hemp will, is a multi-purpose type of fiber. So I'm playing around. What was interesting, because I planted some and somebody come by and pluck the top off. I chuckle every time I see it because they left the rest of it. They probably pull that one off, like, yeah, look at this, man. And then when home dried it, nothing happened. But you know anyway, it's it's going to see man, and that's my intent man is I'm trying to spread this stuff out I do gorilla gardening also man. I try to spread food stuffs Out in places, too. You know you just got to keep working at it man So anyway back to you mark sorry Again, remember yet on the last note here because we're almost to the top guys. It's not too late to be planning things And again, whatever you do produce, no matter what it is, remember it can be dried. You don't have to freeze dry it, you can dry it. Get a food dryer of any kind, I don't care what it is. Obviously if you can come up with a few ideas, if your dryer takes a wall work, for instance, take a look at the actual voltage used for the dryer in DC. Because typically, again, your solar and wind and or your little hydroelectric, you know, can run a system like that quite easily. The other thing is don't forget inverters. For direct transfer and application without having to do anything else other than plug and play, your food dryers can run off whatever you've got in the way of a available inverter. I just picked up one for a couple dollars. Same thing. We're doing the same thing. All of us are going out to the trade shows or the resale stores or again we got sources where the guy does nothing but clear out estate sales. And when he does that, anything and everything you can imagine. Garages, barns, little factories. We've been acquiring machinery and equipment in mass. And especially smaller items like again, what was in vogue inverters were the big thing. Oh, you know through the through the eighties nineties and aunts. You're not seeing everybody being as excited about that because everybody's been embracing the micro technology mostly just all built around the cell phone. So, you know, the thing is that this this equipment is not outdated. It's just other technology, but it's awfully handy because Most everything that you're going to need or if you needed a little bit of something like a little bit of refrigeration, then guess what? You have the ability to be able to sustain something like that. But you have to have the machinery on the shelf already. Trying to put this all together last minute, not going to work that well. We can do it. And I know all kinds of ways to improvise. But if you watch and you're just careful and you cherry pick, there are treasures out there right now. and a lot of stupid people who don't have a clue what it is and I want them to stay that way. While they're being stupid, you're wise and are acquiring what you need to take care of yourself, your family, and to assist your friends. That's what needs to happen. Don't worry about trying to make converts in the purple-haired fruit loop nutcases. They're never going to get off their dead ass and do anything and they expect you to give it to them, which isn't going to happen down the road. So, as I said, we're not giving them any. They have the same 24 hours in the day that you do and they haven't done anything with it. That's their problem, not ours. Except when they try to parasite off us where they already have been surreptitiously through the government. Then we're going to put the kibosh to that.
