Summary
Mark Koernke discussed the Uvalde school shooting response, analyzing law enforcement failures and questioning the official timeline, particularly regarding the shooter's vehicle crash and pursuit. He examined Supreme Court Second Amendment victories including magazine ban cases and concealed carry rulings, criticized police inaction during the shooting, and emphasized personal responsibility and armed self-defense. The show featured commentary on ATF harassment of gun dealers, California's leaked concealed carry permit data, and broader themes of government incompetence and the need for an American war for independence.

Gear walked in through the mist with a f***. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said. We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, or the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. This number you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep and dead. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Afternoon ladies and gentlemen, this is the first hour of the afternoon intelligence report I've our currently One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines, north, southeast, east, and west. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we're on satellite, want to say hi to all of our friends, Merchant Marine across the whole of the globe, many different rebroadcasters, listeners, and group listeners. And, of course, we're in a myriad of communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. It is Thursday, the other Tea Day. It is the 30th of June. It is the 14th year of open obvious and pissing in your face. Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation. America with a K 2022 older calendar 2022 battle for the Republic the dance of sort let the dance continue well in some cases they just stood there and watch there's a couple of sound bite pieces that are pretty decent although again this particular one I did not get a chance to watch just before we started the program because it was perusing through the different ones but And if you could pull up, Texas DPS director calls law enforcement response in Yuvalde shooting abject failure. Now, there's a much longer piece. It's a one hour and 50 minutes long. I recommend that you watch it. It's not what's there because by the way, the Texas public safety people were very direct and in fact, It's obvious that they were mostly emotional. Well, yeah, it's emotional. But I think that the level of disgust was properly projected with every lie that was generated and with all of the BS that was purported, you know, and in fact propagated by the controlled press as part of the yap for the sake of covering the trail of the incompetence and cowardice. Anyway, Ed, if you could, this is KXON. It's a Texas, that means it's west of the Mississippi. There's a K there, but it's KXON, I'm sorry, is the station. It is Texas DPS director calls law enforcement response in Yuvaldi shooting abject failure. This is nine days ago, but there's The people have been picking pieces out and back when this happened they found it was a tooth under 3 minutes. Steven Krom, Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety. As Senator Gutierrez noted, it has been 28 days since the senseless massacre of 19 innocent children and their two teachers at Rob Elementary School. Much has been done, but much more needs to be done before this investigation is completed. I'm presented to the district attorney, Christina Mitchell, for her review. However, we do know this. There's compelling evidence that the law enforcement response to the attack at Rob Elementary was an abject failure and antithetical to everything we've learned over the last two decades since the Columbine Massacre. Three minutes after the subject entered the West Building, there were a sufficient number of armed officers wearing body armor to isolate, distract, and neutralize the subject. The only thing stopping the hallway of dedicated officers from meeting room 111 and 112 was the on-scene commander, who decided to place the lives of officers before the lives of children. The officers had weapons, the children had none. The officers had body armor, the children had none. The officers had training, the subject had none. One error, 14 minutes and eight seconds. That's how long the children waited and the teachers waited in rooms 111. to be rescued. And while they waited, the on-seat commander waited for radio and rifles. Then he waited for shields. Then he waited for SWAT. Lastly, he waited for a key that was never needed. The post-call of mind doctrine is clear and compelling and unambiguous. Stop the killing. Stop the dying. You can't do the former unless you do. You can't do the latter unless you do the former. Certainly, some things were done well and even very well. The teachers quickly implemented active shooter protocols prior to the subject gaining entry. In fact, one teacher was able to call 9-11 and report that before the subject entered the campus, law enforcement officers were able to evacuate hundreds of children in a safe and early manner. The district attorney, Kristin Mitchell, and her staff led tireless efforts to take care of the victims and their families in the aftermath. And Senator Gutierrez talked a little about victim identification and victim notification. That is always a priority after such a tragedy. Very difficult to do, and she did an outstanding job in trying to handle that situation, blending all the different resources from local, state, and federal agencies at the time. Very good. I think that's the end of it. Appreciate that. Thank you, Edward. And again, this is just a chicken-nail scratch of videos, but I'm not going to play them on the air here. There's a couple hours worth of time. The next one to watch, though, that I would recommend is, oh, forgive me here, let me make sure I get it right. You'll have all these school shootings full timeline of how abject failure happened. Now this is good because of the compression it goes through what is the line by line event? You know the supposed official story and how it was basically step by step either picked apart or stomped on okay? So it's worth worth watching and reading the information because this has line by line images that were created by the presenter so that you can follow along or you can actually step back even while he's talking farther onto the subject and retrace something. There's one problem with this whole thing that is the big gaping hole and the question is, I know most people don't even think in this direction, and everybody always does. The Patriot Movement, we pretty well have seen so many betrayals and so many wicked deeds on the part of the ring knockers, the yarmulke wearers. And the excrement and guilt that make up elements of the government that have wheedled their way in and then brought in by fellow travelers is wicked. Incredibly so. Evil on a scale that people can't or don't want to wrap their brain around. But it still comes down to this, okay. The guy shoots his mother, okay. And then he's out about, for some reason he's in a high speed action of some kind and ends up, if you go look at actual images, really good images of where the vehicle ended up. The vehicle's significantly damaged, it ends up in a canal ditch. Normally, under high water season, I'm sure the thing is filled right to the top. It's just like I've joked about the Raisin River and all the tributaries around it. Right now, dryer to popcorn parts, middle of summer. Come back in this fall and every one of those dry, gulch ditches that's deeper than my truck. Will be full right level with the road you would think that they're probably just a regular drainage ditch although they are quite a bit wider like you know one and a half or two cars or almost three cars wide and That's exactly what he drove into so let me ask everybody again How did he end up being so erratic in his operation? That he was driven off or drove off the road the way that he did who was chasing him Well, what was in pursuit? What was he looking at behind the rearview mirror? What was coming up is hind end. See, that's the gap. And the discussion, if you watch all of these, only wants to address and still kind of keeps the focus out of the bigger, you know, the bigger part of the timeline, only the narrow component where he's at the school. And he shoots at the people at the, you know, at the funeral home. And the guy wants to get his gun from, you know, has his wife get his gun and he goes chasing after the guy. But there are too many other cast of characters that are identified and then disappear out of any discussion. But the most critical part is why, okay, he knows the neighborhoods, he knows where he is, he's in his community. He's going like a bat out of hell and ends up going completely off the road not because he missed a corner It makes no sense whatsoever. So part of this Again is is still a gaping hole now They're focusing on and this is the bad part if they're trying to cover it up There's 19 people and the guy were in charge was in charge who apparently seem to be following some other timeline some other plans some other agenda and And everybody goes, well, not everybody could be involved. Well, we've said before, the key person who's at the choke point, the command people are more than enough because if there's nobody with intestinal fortitude or they're in fear for their lives because of the other ring knockers that are there, then everybody's either going to shut up or go along and get along. Now the most recent thing everybody keeps talking about is, oh, you better watch out. There could be suicides because people are really, these people are really upset and they're really ashamed. And it's like, not so much that if somebody knows what was really happening, that's when they will be suicided, you know, kind of like an Epstein thing. So again, the it's interesting to watch because it's totally the story is so askew. from any and everything that was made as a public announcement by the direct parties involved versus all of the database. And again, that's the only problem with this is a camera world slash a multi active individuals that participated in this for many different directions. And because of that, what would have been the map out that everybody was supposed to just listen to, agree, file on the shelf, and then the anti gunners could have a field day with this. Too many other people asked the right questions. This is just like the very rare case. While when the couple that was killed in Houston by the bad cops, it wasn't any good cops that really dug it out intentionally. It's that the community, the people in the neighborhood who knew the couple and knew that it was just such an egregious, outrageous, outlandish lie that they had to speak up. And they did. And because of that, the truth came out. Oh, none of those other cops stepped up to the plate and apologized or anything. They didn't do anything like that. Because there might be another time where they get their fingers in the cookie jar all the way up to their armpit, and they need to be covered by their other dirty cops. Now, that's exactly the game would have been played here. Well, actually, they played out more like what happened with that couple in Houston than most of the other mass shooting events that they have fabricated. So in reality, if you think about it, you've got 19 people plus the staff who were in a completely alien agenda to everything and anything, which by the way is reinforced by this individual from the Texas Public Safety Department. And both he and the other parties involved, there's a couple that are just stone cold pits. I mean, obviously they're looking at the people that they're talking about. And there's the person that's the number two and number three man. They're not saying anything, but if looks could kill or if they could, you know, shoot you with their eyeballs, they're born holes, do you think? So there's a major, this is again, what we've talked about, but I've mentioned this many times about the civil wars going on in all of these different elements of the system, which is why we need an American war for independence. There are many good people out there or people who again see just how far around the corner this is and where it can go with just a nudge by the Communists by just a nudge of the globalist slash the monarchist and there's no difference between a communist and a monarchist in any way shape or form. They're both believe that you are property of the state. They can do no wrong. You know, the ends justify the means in terms of power grabs and manipulation. And that's exactly what you were seeing here. That's why this is a big stumble screw for and it's taken the wind out of the sails of a lot of the anti gun crap going on. The debt for just debris slash excrement because first question is, well, you want to just arm us because the cops are going to take care of us. Well, the only thing the cops did is make sure everybody bled the death. And, remember, it did come out the wash. That was the argument after a while for why, oh, well, now we don't need to go in because everybody would probably be dead in there. But the only reason everybody's dead in there is because they intentionally waited until they did all bleed out. That's those government employees that are going to just help you, oh so much, and protect you if you disarm yourself and become that third party of plea-peasant. slash doormats for government. Does everybody see that? Anyway, and we don't want to play this one on the air. This is 18 minutes long. It is, but it is a complete essay. Well, I won't say it's complete because the actual, one of the other videos is, let's see, one's an hour and 40 minutes. There is another one, which is full testimony DPS director. That one is one hour and 33 minutes. Texas official gives blasting testimony. That's from CBS news. Amazingly enough. there just like CNN. And that one's an hour and 20 minutes. So obviously the top 13 minutes CBS top 13 minutes out because obviously there was something there that was not correct for the political correctness agenda. Okay. Now another thing that comes out of this are the questions by the mayor and as a matter of fact, about what eight days ago, four days ago and yesterday. There have been a bunch of public statements made that have been brought up the subject of, well, who is this guy paid by? First of all, he was a queer, a queer, is a $3 bill pansy. He was not a right-wing anything, whatever. In fact, no matter what, if he's any kind of socialist, he's not right-wing at all, okay? But the fascinating thing is that they tried desperately, and especially the control media and the operatives and the Fed, Wanted to do everything to make the actual portfolios of this character disappear. The good thing is people have learned I love it when people are on a high learning, you know, like a quick learning curve here Run in grab the stuff cash everything you can and then start picking through it And when you go back see if you can pick up more you'll find out it's all gone. So you learn to grab everything Well, everybody did that so copies of everything that was basically in this character social media files of Republic demonstrate again just the opposite of everything that the FBI, the Batfaggots, everybody who had a say in this or opened their mouth, they were lying just as quickly as the police chief and the crew that were the cowards that stood there and let the kids and women die. So again, heads up, this is worth watching. It's not brand new. It's eight days old or nine days old, depending on which video you watch. One or two of them are four days old. But of course that covers part of the weekend And definitely as what I've done I've saved several of these we'll see how long they last or if they actually pull and re-engineer them which is another consideration If you watch the piece with the DPS director watch the man with the glasses and the gray beard Next to him literally right next to him. Okay, he's he has An attitude in general, I think, everybody that's in the know is either in the disgust, in a level of disgust, or if you look in the larger videos around the room as they pan the camera, a lot of people are becoming more and more, quote, unquote, shocked, especially the women because, oh, we don't need to have you men armed. You know, the leftist email slash the Karen types or the soccer mom slash we all need to be in. You were in utopia, but we're not. They're all sitting there with their hands to their face or like, oh my God, or expressions are like, why? Why? And then of course the pictures speak for themselves. Oh, we need rifles. They got rifles. We need helmets. They have helmets. We need shields. They had shields. We need, so in other words, they were putting the information. Think about this. Why would, why do you do that? Have you ever watched cops beat a person to death on, in a video or, or beat them to the edge of death? You ever notice when the one with there's one that's my that's classic I'd have to dig it out I've saved it it's on YouTube But it's the first two or three cops jump on a guy and they're beating him. They already got him down there back him in the head They got him in the legs five more guys show up there beat on him There's 14 guys all trying to get punches in on this guy and one of them looks up like a hygiena or a coyote of a pack of coyotes He looks straight at the guy who's videotaping And looking right at the camera, you see that Kodak moment, you know, like epiphany old shit were being videoed. And then what does he do? That classic robotic comment, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting, they're coached. So let me point something out. just like their coach, okay, if you get in trouble and they just remember a shout out, stop resisting. Well, we were beating him for six minutes. Yeah, but did you say stop resisting? Yeah, well, then he must have been resisting. 11 or 12 guys beat on you for a minute. You're not resisting, right? Everybody understand that when 12 people are beating you up, you are not resisting after a minute's worth of being beat on or two minutes worth or three or four. You're not resisting that is a lie, but that's because they were coached by the prostitutes about how to lie Well officer, did you say anything while you were so doing you mean beating on the victim? Yeah, I told him to stop resisting because he was resisting. I told him stop Stop resisting. Stop. I was so upset. And then on the video, stop resisting. Stop resisting. And only after they realize it's being documented. Well, that's the same scenario played on a larger scale with this BS. Virtually every element of what they claim, every step, they need this. And we need that. It was already there. So why would you go blurt out? Oh, wait a minute. That's right. On the radio, as I told you, it meant over and over again on this program. Guys, all dispatch communication is recorded by the dispatch. Incoming and outgoing all goes on either the big reel to reel or newer digital systems, which are easier to fiddle, excuse me, fiddle part with, sorry about that. Fiddle part with when it comes to adjusting, in other words, erasing. Okay. So, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, we need rifles. They have rifles. They have a lot of rifles. Oh, we need shields. They got shields. In fact, they already got the shields up front. Oh, we need, we need SWAT team. Well, if there's 19 people there, they'll probably outnumber the SWAT team. And they're already there. And they've already got everything SWAT team does. And they're all, they've all come to donut and coffee classes for years and decades. about how to get ready to shoot the civilian population at their discretion. So I think they've had lots of training in how to shoot all of us. Because that's all the cops are trained to do is to shoot you and me, right? Or whoever happens to be in front of them. So what did they do? They did that so they could claim while they were sitting on their hands, well, we just weren't ready. They already had a plan and a lie in their mind. And they knew that they were being recorded. No, not by the media. The media was recorded. You know, obviously they're going to parrot whatever they heard. But think about it. Why would you do that? You're lying. You already have the stuff. Because that way you can claim that that's why they sat on their hands and that's why they were told. by the command that they just needed to stay calm, stay right there, don't worry. And then after a good 40 minutes, then they have made the argument was, well, they've probably all bled out and died. Now, remember, of course, it's a fact that 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes out, there were still people calling from inside the classrooms and trying to get hold of somebody and begging for help. So their logic was that they could sit on their hands long enough and there wasn't gonna be any reason or excuse. to risk themselves or it's what they were told was the script to bring up the body count. And I put my money towards the later, not the earlier. I think as part of whatever this, this is where you get to find out that there was a click of people who were either paid or were told by their lodge buddy, Pooba, that this is what we're doing today. And the rest is history. Of course, when one group finds up and it's contrary to the other group, and then it can also well have, it can be have a lot of very negative response, kind of like, okay, think about this. It's kind of like the Australian cops here. Now yapping, have you seen the advertisements in Australia? It's almost like a Qantas commercial. Good eye, mate. Boy, no, we had a bunch of problems and we were beating down an old you peasants, but you could trust the cops. So you've got to come back to the cops. You need to call the cops because the cops will be cops aren't there for these people. They were they were an absolute terrorist organization. They were a government sponsored terrorist organization and everybody in Australia got to see the bastards for exactly what kind of piss ass punks they are. So now they're trying to do that like and again, this is the football syndrome. Football people said they want us all dead and the football players said they hate all white people and and they hate America and oh wow we need to our brains need to go in a brain fart. We just need to forget that and love football again. Really my ass. Same with this garbage with Australia. For the Australian people, now you can look at them with a proper eye and understand what everybody in your Australian or American or Canadian Patriot element were telling you about what the bastards are all about now. And as soon as they were given the opportunity to do the power freak, beat you down thing, oh, they love that. But now people don't want to have anything to do with them and you better keep it that way. You don't want to go to lunch with them. You don't want to talk to them. They come into the restaurant. You can't trust them. All they're doing is taking notes for the day when the next communist in charge or the present communist tells them that they need to steal something from you or need you to hold something against you or they're going to try and rape, kill, pillage and burn the country. You know what? Piss on those those asshats. Leave them out in the cold right where they belong, but make sure you know where they are, where you can see them. That's your first best scenario across the board. Again, it's, we told you so. I argued this when they started doing the Blue Lives Matter crap here, you know, several years ago, but that's when Trump was in. All these cops are in when Trump was there, bot guys. Y'all remember that? Isn't that fascinating? Go ahead, caller, get up in there, please. Hey, Mark, this is Irish Whiskey. You know, just thinking about it, what you were talking about earlier, with the numbers that they had at Uvalde against one guy, how would it be if you had... let's say you had a handful of actual criminals armed with real assault rifles and guys who really knew what they were doing, then what would they do? Right? Well, this is what I've argued again, guys. Everybody with the movies, you know, tell you it's doodle to resist and that there's nothing you can do and that the trained professionals will, well, the trained professionals will what? The only thing that makes them perform a little better is that they understand teamwork and everybody else is does the, you know, piss their pants and try to hide from the idea of organizing. Which is really what the government what the secret police's job is to make sure that people don't realize that they can and should be as Well or better organized than the cops anyway for personal defense local defense and national defense That's a fact now and as it is, you know, think about this. Just like you said, there's there's 19 men is two squads So you're telling me two squads couldn't deal with a hunkered down but ill not not prepared defender in what was not friendly or you or useful territory Classrooms are not really a bunker in fortified position. Are they in other words? There's only so many places he can be in that classroom classrooms are usually the big squares a big rectangle They might have an office, but that's very rare nowadays. Behind the classroom where the teacher can go, but that's old school. You don't see that very much anymore. There might be a bathroom in the school if it's a better school. For each classroom, that's how we used to have in the old, old elementary schools. A bathroom for the boys, bathroom for the girls. Very simple, easy to use, that was it. But these classrooms are even cruder and ruder than that. It was a big square or a big rectangle. What do you got to figure out? All you have to do is acquire target. And here's the thing, caller, think about this. You see the, have you seen the doors to the classroom? Actually, I have not. Okay, that's not a problem. I'll tell you what, the videos I was talking about that I just mentioned, Texas Department of Public Safety Director of Police Response and Object Failure. He did a phenomenal job. of step by step. This is why the longer one hour and 20 minute one is a good one to watch. But all the short ones, most of them have the image of him showing the classroom door. Well, let me point something out. It's got a classic fortress slit window. Now, guys, what does that mean? Okay, tactically, that means that if I stand across the hallway and I look into the room, I can see so much of the room without exposing myself because he can't see you, right? What this means is when you enter the room, you can ignore almost 50 to 70% of the room and focus on where the shooter has to be. Why? Because you can see the whole stinking room on the inside. All you have to do is step sideways, a foot at a time, if you're standing right in front of these doors. You can see from the left of the door is a wall, okay? You can see the wall and then it's bare. You can then start to move to your left and you can laterally observe the rest of the room out to the point where you obviously, because the window is a fortress type slit, you're going to lose an observation plane. But what this means is that at least half the room could be observed through that door, if not between 40 and 50 percent, without any doubt observing that the aggressor was either there or wasn't there in that area. Well, what that means is when you go into the room, you ignore the left quadrant and you focus 100%. You focus your armor, you focus your equipment, your rifles, your weapons, all to your right as you go in and you shorten the time to point of contact with the target. That's the part that anybody who knows anything about what we're talking about with tactical, especially room to room, house to house combat. That again you you have these opportunities and especially where you had how long to prepare? Any anybody with any brains or anybody with any intestinal fortitude would have figured this out the first 30 seconds It'd be okay. And first of all, what was the team leader doing? Was it you know, whoever was the first person there that had any kind of rank as a straw boss? Was he get ready to retire the son of a bitch was a absolute coward? Cuz he I'm gonna do this. You know, I don't want pension to think about That's that's one of the many way the excuses that will be used for why these characters who by the way told you they need to have you disarm Because they're gonna take care of everything. Well, that's how we got into this situation I think this I think the part that they're trying to avoid is of the two big components is What was the whole lost the car off the road about I think that was a chase If that's a chase somebody else was also riding up his hind end who was in his rearview mirror guys? Somebody was You ain't tearing down the road for 90 miles an hour or 80 miles an hour for the fun of it and whip it off the road and bending up the bottom of your truck. You ain't doing that for the fun of it. There was other activity that they're trying to avoid and part of that is doing the microscope thing. So I will say this, that from the one direction, the reports are excellent. Okay, this report is excellent. It goes step by step by step, but it also step by step by step demonstrates that everything they said was a lie. One of the things they were talking about is, you know, the police chief said, oh, we tried key after key. I tried here. There were no keys. He didn't have any. They didn't need to. The door was unlocked. And again, the other thing that's been pointed out by this director is the door could not be locked from the inside. The teacher would have to be outside or a supervisor would have to be outside and locking the doors. Now everybody has said, now let me correct something on this too. Well, oh my God, why couldn't the teacher lock the door from the inside? Fire safety. Guys, fire safety. You forget where you are. You're in a public building where so many stinking, overlapping bureaucracies are applied and certain ones prioritize over everything else. And what's the one thing that everybody's terrified? Arson or a fire situation, the kids get trapped in a room and they burned to death. It's happened in the past. It's why all the doors are slap paddles. It's why you have push emergency doors. It's why you have alarms on emergency doors. They're only for fire safety because when you push it to escape, it draws everybody's attention that there may be a fire. But everybody in the building should have known that. In fact, I'll guarantee they probably, this is my problem with this. The part that's not come out yet is they did know it. What's the other half of this formula if you watch this video? They had the campus police, that were police, real police, that were safety and everybody had overlapping cross training and they had all this other federal money they received and they'd had classes at these schools. So I was going to say, didn't they previously have an exercise there not that long before for justice? Yeah. Yeah. Boy, I've been down with that. More than more than a year. They actually for how many I would say over a decade. Yeah, I'll guarantee you that all these institutions are our tip suckers if it's a if it's anybody that's got any kind of bureaucracy They got a tip sucker that gets fed money for just this purpose. They thought as they were trained and They remained they would choose me they remember their training and they did come back alive But nobody else gently what yeah, wait a minute, but it means we risk We put risk to ourselves, right? We would go through the door. Yeah, I remember that. You know, when I had that training, I didn't think that was a good idea. So I think we'll just sit here. But guys, the more you think this... Go ahead. There's a phrase that's used by those brothers in blue. Everybody goes home alive tonight. I just want to make sure I get home alive tonight, to get back to my family alive tonight. Guess what? If you're in that type of situation, you may not get home alive tonight. Well, why did you want to be a gun slaker? You can do something heroic while smiling wave. And we'll remember you long. Yeah, well, yep. Well, yeah, the thing is, they all brag about, I want to be a gun, be a gun slaker. And then, okay, this is the classic example of why you're supposedly wanting to be in every aspect of why you have the training, what kind of training, what it is you're preparing for, the hut, hut, hut, the, you know, we're gonna go in, we're gonna dominate, we're gonna think of all the propaganda. And also, it is true, guys, have you ever seen any of the training with the stuff that's done? It's constant pump up. Okay, so we pumped up, we got all the fed dollars they could, they had all kinds of special contractors, they gave them all kinds of classes, and they ran right up to the wall and they froze. So the bottom line to this, and again, I agree with, there's an excellent piece that Louder with Crowder did in the last couple days, and it's like he asked a couple of basic questions that really went step by step. But one of them has to do with the idea that the guy's wife was in there and He asked the question if you want to go watch it. You can find it. It's on the on the U of all the shooting I think it's last two days. It should be easy to find it's in their scroll. But anyway Okay, the one guy gets a call from his wife. She's She's injured. She's shot. She's bleeding and He grabs his weapon. He's a cop. So he's got all the training And he shows up there and he even gets into the school and he gets into the building and they disarmed him. You saw him, okay, what are you doing? Well, and they found that they were all sitting on their hands doing nothing and they weren't going to advance. So he's like, okay, well, I'll go. So apparently they turned guns on him and disarmed him. Now he had, Crowder asked a good question. He goes, well, you can see what he said himself is, if somebody were between me, And my wife and I know she's alive and maybe I can save her. Maybe I can't Ain't nobody gonna stop me from going in there So would it be wrong for the cop to shoot the cop who's in the way? After all it was a cop but for that matter it did have to be a cop if you had and this is the other thing you pointed out Would you rather have 19 cops who sit on their dead ass and had all the gear in the world or 19 parents with weapons were willing to charge in there? Well, in this case all those kids and that women that died Probably would have been happy with the 19 parents and you know Maybe off-duty cops who were willing to risk their lives without body armor without helmets without anything But this is also a representation of what I have told you when it comes to the American war for independence Where is your passion? See, I'm not fighting to steal from somebody else. They are I'm not fighting to put a boot on somebody's neck. They are I'm not fighting because I want somebody to bow to me. They are. That's the difference between the ass hats. We've allowed to gravitate to all these be with these positions as opposed to the people who should be there. And Johnny jet joc ain't doing it for you. You know what I mean? Yeah, again, would you have everybody in the room when Carter was asking all of his staff, he goes, well, what would you do? I'd have to shoot him. They have to kill me. But you know what think about this this is what I this is what I heard as soon as he said that they didn't think it through the way would really happen Do I know what would happen? They just shot him and claimed the bastard in the room killed him Hey mark, I want you to I want you to think about how many well look at the non-stop string of lies that they generated They'd have killed that quote unquote fellow officer saying he was erratic and he burst into the room and the guy just nailed him with a couple of AR-15 rounds. You gotta remember they had ARs there. They shot his ass and they'd have lied about it. They'd have lied and they'd have killed him. They'd have murdered him outright, made sure they didn't have to do anything. Well for all of their all of their pomp and circumstance of having to wait for stuff and I keep putting this out for people They didn't have to wait for orders to turn on the parents They didn't have to wait for orders to form a picket line and use her armored vehicles against the parents They did not go the the biggest thing that like throws this whole thing in the other direction, you know, where they claim they had to wait for this, they had to wait for that. How come they're APCs and they had two of them, two armored personnel carriers, were they armored car type or, you know, whatever the six wheel one was. They had them lined up away from the school as part of the picket line against the parents. They had their AR-15s, their body armor, their combat vest. I mean, whatever they claimed they didn't have in the school to deal with the shooter, they sure had it outside to deal with the parents. Yeah. Well, and again, the party that finally ended is pretty obvious. Go ahead, call your ship in there, please. Yeah, so it kind of brings up the right... of rescue each man male or female has possesses in our under our Constitution our common law etc. and you know what man I've been in these situations or couple and I'd have just I'd have thrown down on a cap their ass anyway that's just me Well, most people everybody agreed you're responding to a call you got yours. No doubt your wife's alive. He knew because he talked to his wife, which is why he grabbed whatever he could and he went in there. And you know what I like I said, okay, you be witches. Here's how it works. I'll go in first. I don't want any armor. I'll go in first. Oh, if he hits me, hits me. If he doesn't guess what you finish him. And you know what? Those cowards disarm that man. Now it's either a cowards because they were you know, just wanted to brain fart about actually having to do their job or as I said the other wicked aspect of this is they were sticking to the script because they were told they needed lots of corpses Which is what happened? You see how that works Well, why would they stand outside? Well because that's what the script called for guys for them to stand outside In fact, they didn't get as many dead as they supposedly did at Sandy Hook, did they? They were working on it. No, and as a matter of fact, you know, as Mike pointed out, you know, this is the thing, a guy is just as a sidebar. We just had close to 50 or more than 50 people die in a semi truck in Arizona and It got a blur and then they made it disappear because it all has to do with the you know again the collapsed border and the Illegal alien problem that should be stopped. You know years ago And instead, you know, so it's like, well, it's just that 50 people die there and they didn't have to be shot. They were more like they were gassed to death. Well, they were roasted to death actually. And the temperatures they were in, they got hooked to death. Mark, correction on that. That was San Antonio, Texas, where that happened. The 50 people died. Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, it was right here. Yeah. And that's the one that made national news. But as I was saying, they know there are semi trucks running the border down here that are getting as far into the country as, you know, up here in the panhandle where I am, Lubbock, Texas. We know they stopped two of them. When we first moved out, this is something that's been going on for years with these people. When I first moved up here from the Senate, we came across a couple of them on our way up that nearly ran us off the road. They are running the state highways, the freeways with no license plate, no tags, no tax stamps. There's no way these trucks should be on the road and getting as far as they are, but they are. They're getting farther away from the border, more patrol is letting them right through. Since they put up their safety check for the state of Texas, they've been catching more of them. And that's how they found this truck, is people were inside, crying for help because the people driving the truck abandoned it because they knew they were coming up on a checkpoint. Yeah, as a matter of fact, again, remember this this demonstrates selective, selective embarrassment or selective outrage. And we've talked about this forever. Again, it's one of the biggest problems that we have with the problems that we face, if evenly, quote unquote, mass shooting issue. OK, you know, we're getting too far away from remembering that most every one of these and I guarantee that this SOB that was down there. Probably on lots of other drugs, but they had two years worth of fiddle part with his brain. And with all the garbage that they already talked about, I guarantee he's a Prozac shooter. He's a Prozac prodigy, but he's useful and it was more of a public example of the use of a Prozac shooter than any other we've had. One of the things that is most fascinating about this is again, the holes, which by the way can still be easily filled. Not just in the short timeline with the day of the event but other activities by the individual that we're talking about that lead up to this again also with the conversation points You know somebody that know there's people are mostly taught we all do the same thing You don't ask a question unless typically you have the answer you want to see how the other side is going to respond, okay? And I think that's one of the things when the mayor starts asking certain questions, part of this is deflection because again, cherry, probably the feds were tied right into the SOB. The feds and other foreign entities were tied into this character, relatively close to the border. And again, the other problems that we've seen overlapping with cartel activity, the drug market, the feds selling guns to the same people, okay, the feds handing them over to help stir the pot and create greater crisis. Well, all that is the epitome or like is the epicenter of in reality, the micro construction of a Prozac shooter. whatever angle or activity, you know, each one can be slightly different. We've always asked, how do you recruit? Because that was the first question. How would you recruit a Prozac shooter? We don't really have to. The medical industry provides you with a database of who's being doped up. And then you can start selecting, select, say, a useful shooter. based upon the database you can collect from social media, other information, law enforcement data, etc. And you can start tweaking the party, you focus and tweak the party. And this is probably the best example or the closest we've gotten where the contrast are so great. The lies of the official timeline from the parties involved. versus all of the survey information available that step by step destroys the official package story that was generated. And of course, then it had to be repackaged on the fly. That's especially critical to understand, guys, because in the past, what they do is create lots of confusion and then they map out the final story. The problem with this one is again, too many people with a vested interest, casualty or because of the competition in the market, so to speak, different law enforcement agencies that somebody isn't, initially didn't tow the line or this was so far off from what it was maybe supposed to be, who it should have been or may have been run by. Normally that somebody got their panties in a bunch and for a change. We've actually got a a Realistic image, but it's still a realistic image with big Swiss cheese holes You know, it's like you got a piece of cheese instead of being an American slice and solid you got big holes here and there That's how the map reads. It's like well, this is interesting I got all kinds of data here and I run to this point in the map and I've got this big hole Where I have nothing there's no reference. There's no information. Wait a minute if I cross that gap to the other side of that hole You know grandma got shot But wait, then I go a little farther. There's another hole because grandma didn't get shot in a void Grandma didn't get shot by you know, like just boxes happened out of the blue Turns out there's about two years worth of other activity Which they again tried desperately to make a lot maintain a lot of confusion over well, of course they do because it's probably not that hard to start mapping out the tendrils because there's always some kind of echo in the system that will lead back to who was actually holding the dog leash on the shooter And this is probably the closest to one of those situations. Oh god. Yeah. Thank you. Appreciate that Well, we are at the top I'll tell you what we're gonna do we're gonna take a break because it is the top of the hour. If everybody out there you are listening to Liberty Tree Radio, www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com and also, LibertyTreeRadio.org. Interestingly enough, also, oh, well, we're almost at the, we are at the top, let's do this. We're gonna head into the break and then we get back, don't worry, there's plenty of other things that we need to talk about. And again, Benchmark, most important, most every video that I've mentioned here, share them. Take the time. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. This number, you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors, so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right. Pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free. But we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each god-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report I'm Mark Carkey. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories Southwest East Northeast and Central ladies and gentlemen, you were listening to us on Www Liberty Tree radio dot 4 mg.com Liberty Tree radio dot org and we are on satellite. We'll say hi to all of our merchant marine way out and about across the whole of the globe. In fact, even in the Arctic Circle, well, area, because passing through the lower hemisphere, it's kind of cool. The Antarctic, I should say not Arctic, the Antarctic circle that's kind of harder than the Arctic. It's not so hard. But anyway, wherever you are, I want to say thank you. Also, we're at a myriad of communications technologies inside and outside these United States. It is Thursday, it is the 30th of June. It is the 14th year of open obvious and pissing in your face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2022 older calendar 2022 battle for the Republic, the dance of the swords. And it is fascinating. Some of the stuff that's going on right now, of course, also with damage control because of the The things that we have seen as we know for you know More than a few years going on with the controlled media. Everybody's pretty well skeptical But we've been skeptical for a lot longer because we've seen it first person and everybody else didn't have their epiphany because they felt comfortable with the lies that were generated by the regime until well it became bite ear and The regime was looking for more reasons to well go after more people. They needed more business Isn't that fascinating? That's exactly what's happened. So now we're in this situation where again, it's kind of like what we have told you. So the bad guys are just kind of burning, you know, biting at everybody. They don't give a fuck. And what's cool about that? No, it means that there it's a lot easier to explain to people about what's going on. Okay. or at least accept, you know, when you give them a little more information beyond what they already have for them to connect the rest of the dots. So we're not saying give up, but if you got somebody who's really either a Dinkus or trying to be like, you know, snide or arrogant about things, yeah, walk away. There are too many other people you need to make contact with or that you can communicate with. And if they're being facetious, same thing. People, there's too many, there are too many other people out there who are absolutely interested in what's going on. And they're curious, if you give them information, they'll follow through about the whole process of discovery with regard to money or whatever other subjects it is that you might imagine they would have been skeptical to say just a short time earlier, okay? Yeah, anyway, thank you. I just have somebody who does pop me another. We'll get to that in a second. Just be patient. Another thing here real quick, again with the scenarios pointing out the way that they are is, again, repeat, repeat, repeat. You have to count on your own. We have to take care of each other, but we can count on each other and that's about it. The system is self-serving, self-ingratiating, the bureaucracy is your enemy, and ain't nobody out there gonna be there for you when the time comes. They have their own mission, mostly revenue-ing, and again, profiteering against the general taxpayer while siding with Antifa, BLM, the illegal aliens, which by the way are at what number now? Yeah, etc, etc, etc. Anyway, I heard it. Do we have a caller? We're gonna further, let me see. Don't want to leave anybody on. Okay, very good. Guns and gadgets. Yeah, there's a couple new ones that are in there. Hold on, I want to make sure I get the right one here because there are a couple of different ones are up. Okay, let's do this. Again, I think we'll the latest one was what we'll hit first. Breaking Supreme Court moves more Second Amendment cases. This is over at Guns and Gadgets. Yeah, well, wait a minute. Well, it's a little long. Hold on here. We've got to see if we can skip it. Oh, no, it's okay. Nine minutes and 36 seconds. We can live with that. You have some things we touch on, but let's make sure this is another venue. Go give it a thumbs up. I'm doing that right now. Share. I'm doing that right now. Go over to guns and gadgets. Breaking. Supreme Court moves more to a cases. So if you can take the time again, go over there and promote, promote, promote. Here we go. Ed should be queuing that up even as we speak. And it's breaking. Supreme Court moves more to eight cases. Time now here is 6-11. This was, says, 80,000 hits streamed live six hours ago. So that's today still. And there is another video before this, just in case. Also breaking New York first aid to challenge Supreme Court ruling. Well, of course, after all, we've got The communists there have gone deeper. The only place maybe farther is Illinois. It's like neck and neck. Illinois doesn't have one or two things New York has, but New York has pretty much the worst of the worst. Some of it just sitting in the wings is still not being applied, which I will remind everybody of something that I think everybody, why is it everybody wants to forget this, but it was all an open issue. New York passed a mandatory ammunition registration. Why did that go off into the fog? Ammunition is supposed to be virtually every cartridge per the law of New York, the state of New York, not the city, the state. Every cartridge in the state of New York is supposed to be registered now. And am I wrong? Well, go call the Gun Owners of America, GOA. There was no overturning of that. There's also been a lack of implementation. Their claim was they didn't have any type of software or any sort of a database that could manipulate all of those numbers. Exactly. The problem is that three different contractors stepped up to the plate and the first one, which I think consumed a big chunk of money because it was a R&D project, research and development. Flat out said that, well, we can't work all the bugs out of it. There's no working. Again, the cost is going to be far in excess of anything that was originally quoted. And they cannot come up with, like just like you said, a software system that makes sense or can work out to the right down to the individual level because that's where it has to be. Okay. Now here's the thing. They probably can. But one of the other comments that was made was liability. because they want to do this under a contractor mechanism. Well, any private company involved in this, if they screw with somebody's life and they mess something up, they'll take them to the cleaners. They do not have government protections. Now, if the government runs it, then, well, they still don't have much in the way of protections, especially in the case of malfeasance, because it can still be run through the courts. But a private company, the state would just walk away and they'd be hung out dry. That's why most companies, be they in explosives, weapons, ammunition, medical support technology, etc. They're very careful to make sure that the liability element is slid over to the paying party. In other words, the state of whatever, the county of whatever. Those that are supposed those who wanted the service they're the ones who are supposed to also take responsibility for the actions of a contracted service that they've implied. So what's interesting is that first one contractor, then a second and then a third. Each one ended up in the same boat. Now in the process though, let's understand something. They were authorized quite a few millions of dollars for that research and development. So you got to figure that by the second time, Izzy Blatson's being figured out, he better get his cousin in there with some chill operation that couldn't do anything because they would be able to milk and send the account money to hyper Tel Aviv that day. by sliding it sideways. And then of course, since the first cousin failed, then the nephew has to come in and try and there's more money that's milked out of the out of the cow tit. And it goes overseas to hyphen Tel Aviv to be hidden over there. Hey Mark. Go ahead, Colin. You've been there. Yes, number four in New York here. Another reason I think it will never work is because there's so many billions and trillions of rounds laying around. How do you scarf up all them before you have everybody, the public, have the marked bullets? And then you make a commodity so that the Mexicans and the illegals coming in will say, well, hell, America has nothing but marked bullets. We can bring in bullets here and market them on the black market here. Just like cash. Yeah. Oh, I got a lot of spending that why does fentanyl come across the border? Because it's just like cash. Yeah So the other thing, Mark, back to the school shooting thing. They could have used ballistic blankets, the big shields, the robots, the drones, the dog, the smoke. Africa beats the bushes to scare lions towards enemy villages, and that's what they did. They drove this guy to it. I think in the future you're going to see self-driving cars dropping shooters off at schools, so the guy doesn't get off script. Anyhow, the other thing, did you see recently where the cops were staging a event where they were planning on how to fight American public people and they used one of their brother cops as a rider and they beat him to death? Oh, well, no, I missed that one, but it's probably be entertaining to watch. Yeah, I haven't seen the video. I just saw the Eric's cert on, I think from the trenches or something like that. The news. Well, you know, you know, you know, it's really bad about that is you do realize plans are then planned circles within circles. Yeah, they wanted to be a guy. Well, yeah, see Scott would the Scott Woodring case. Okay, which if you go and watch militia dash know your enemy. They attacked him with the argument at of course after the fact that well, he shot a state police officer. Here's the problem Scott was on the radio. The radio room was in the middle of the house. Okay, he had a complete system set up. In fact, what they did while they were sieging the house is they fired so many rounds that they shot over and over again to cut down the radio tower because it gave him a direct link separate from any phones which they cut off and they thought that they were blocking cell phones. Well, it didn't make any difference. He could still talk out on shortwave CB. He had a number of different options. He was nowhere near the outside of the house. He was talking on the radio when the SRT moved forward. But the problem is that something weird happened here and it doesn't make any sense. A local state cop that was, or I should say one locally stationed, who originally was from the Detroit area. He was up where he was located near Scott Woodring's location because he was in a court case and he was a witness against several politicos down here. Well, while they were approaching the house, supposedly this one state cop was shot, but he was the only cop that was outside of the spear and circle of SRT, which I've said many times, that's the murder death kill squad for the Michigan State Police. What's interesting is his wounds were all angular. They came from the side. He was shot at close quarters with what I recall was an MP5. So basically what happened is they bumped him off and their logic was that they had Scott, you know, unpinned down. So then they would be able to write it off and, you know, they kill him and there wasn't going to be any contrary or conflicting story, even though the problem had was this. While that attack to it, while they were approaching the house and they shot the other cop, when the cop shot the cop, Scott was on the radio. Who was he on the radio with? Well, at the Wolverine County Commander's house. the state cops, the SRT, one of the SRT officers, the state police, and the county were over there, and they were all on the radio with Scott to keep him busy. So when they fired on the guy, Scott actually could hear the gunshots and he goes, hey, what the hell was that? Somebody's shooting outside. Now they've been shooting before because they fired so many rounds, guys, that if you watch the video that I posted, it's only a small part of a bigger video. If you watch the aerial images, number four, you can see a tree that fell down next to the house. That tree was shot down by the number of rounds that they fired at the radio mast and the process cut down a relatively mature. Well, it probably looks to me like it might have been about eight inches in diameter. They cut it off clean. So just to give you an idea guys, how much fire, how many rounds they fired to try and chop down the antenna mast, which was, it's at the, I believe it's the west end of the house. Now here's the thing, you can orient because the helicopter footage that's in that video. is both clear and conventional. Most of what you see is clear footage. But if you pay attention and read it, you have all the information on compass orientation, the whole nine yards and altitude. So everything you need is there. There's two different images, the ground image from the state state state swine with the SRT who's making little snide comments while he's videotaping because he's doing it with official equipment. And then there's the aerial image which shows from both the outside. You can see it from the ground footage. And from the air, you can see the demolition charges put in the house. Under the logic, they're gonna kill him in the house, burn the house down, and then there's only gonna be one story. What they didn't know is that he was already out of the house and gone. They bombed the house, burned the house down, shoveled all the wreckage into the pile. And what panicked them is after they stood there looking at the hole for hours and laughing and high-fiving and chuckling as they pulled the wreckage out of the basement, which was like a big, dirty swimming pool full of wreckage. With every passing hour, they didn't find a body, then they realized he wasn't there. Well, now all of a sudden, all those murderers... Realize that there's somebody out there who can actually cross the other story Just a heads up guys Well the top time to go to Target or Walmart to get a drone and the reason the cops all circle the building is so they can turn around and keep people from rescuing their loved ones Exactly. Well, that's the case with every situation here. There's another say well That demonstrates also what we saw here with the of all the thing like I said What if this is the team that was told that it was their turn to make it happen? That fraternal international order, law enforcement guys, fraternal international order. Why don't you all think about, and then of course, how are people recruited? How are people sculpted into? How many tiers of corruption are in the bureaucracy of your state, your county, your township, your nation? Because of the permutations of recruitment that take place with these ring knocker societies or these globalist slash occultist groups. I got to this conversation day with another person who came out of the blue with a question that just kind of plugged right into what we're talking about right now. And he pretty well figured everything out, but it's just the idea that he asked, you know, kind of a side question like, what do you think about this? And then he had a whole bunch of other questions and of course, all he does, well, like I've said, ask questions, answer with solutions, but also ask other questions. Well, if you think that's interesting, consider this. And so many people out there have already, this has been a bad, but a useful event. A lot of people have had the correct epiphany, why more people are buying more weapons than ammo, which I think is a good thing. I heard another voice who's been patient there, caller, who do we have? Yes, this is Mike in Arizona. I have a couple of interesting articles here. I had heard it on an interview this morning and I poked around on the internet and it found that the original article came out of a website called TheReload.com and it was dated the 28th of June. of gun owners private inf California gun owners have been put at risk by the attorney general's office after a new dashboard leaked their personal information. The California Department of Justice's 2022 firearm dashboard portal went live on Monday with publicly accessible files that included identifying information for those who have concealed carry permits. The leaked information includes the person's full name, race, home address, date of birth, The date of the permit was issued. The data also shows the type of permit issued indicating if the permit holder is a member of law enforcement or a judge. There is another article I have and this one's out of the Arizona Daily Independent and I think it was from today and it's ATF accused of using zero tolerance inspections to shut down gun dealers. We've several licensed gun dealers across Arizona have undergone compliance inspections by the ATF and report experiences of exasperating at best obstruction of the wars. It appears that what they're doing is trying to shut down the FFL holders. And so they'll go in and look at the firearm form to purchase a weapon. And just say for instance you bought a 45. Now usually you can abbreviate the caliber with the decimal point and then the numeral 45. Or you can write in 45 caliber, but a lot of times people will just write 45 cal. And because some of these people didn't put the decimal point in there to indicate .45 caliber, they're gigging these permit holders, FFL holders, or if they just wrote 45,000 C-A-L instead of spelling out caliber, they're harassing these gun dealers for those. So the first one came out of thereload.com. And that was the 28th of June, 2022. And the other one was from the Arizona daily independent. And that was the top story on their scroll. And the headline was APF accused of using zero tolerance inspections to shut down gun dealers. And I also have No, I have not checked it today, but I've checked it numerous times in the past year. But as an exercise in futility, and when we question the Biden administration and Antifa and Black Lives Matter, just do me a favor. Go to your search engine on your computer, type in antifa.com. And when you hit enter, it goes to WhiteHouse.gov. And that's all I have, Mark. Very good. Again, one of the things that I'm especially curious about is for everybody to accept that as we've seen over and over and over and over again, these bureaucrats have this mistake, they made this mistake. Does anybody honestly believe the BSers that they just made a mistake? I think everybody has the answer to that one. We all know how the dirty swine work. And the fact of the matter is, is that again until such time as we actually hold them accountable, which means criminal time, then they're gonna continue to pull this garbage, which they regularly have done and in fact have not hesitated to repeatedly perform on the East Coast, on the West Coast. Guys, it's been, you know, this is not the first time and I guarantee it ain't gonna be the last. The more people with the more paperwork that's available and the more they run it into the bureaucracy and of course emphasize the database, well, then the more you're gonna see, you know, things continue to fumbles through the way that we've seen here, especially since you have the drama queens in government. brought in that are of the Antifa, the Karen, the soccer mom, Crazy Town types, etc. And of course, first I'm going to tell you, well, there aren't really any rules anyway. There are rules, but those rules don't apply. Whereas instead, what needs to happen is a great deal of energy needs to be focused on reeling in the characters that have done this. And even if it's an accident supposedly, it's still a criminal action. Well, I didn't know. Let me give you a little hint here. I think that there's a basic rule about knowing your job. That's the problem with this situation. Like, do you know your job? And no matter how we look at it. Bottom line is, is that you're responsible. And all these people just like the shooting ants that we're talking about in Texas, everybody wants power and the control and you all need to be disarmed. And once they have it, well, guess what? Then they know they don't have any responsibility to anyone. The bureaucracy then serves itself in the ultimate end. At your expense in your life, while they virtually dance as they choose. So again, we're gonna have to fix it. The only thing I think that's gonna fix it is an American war for independence. Just that simple. Anyway, let's see. Go ahead. This text, I don't know, does Mike have anything else? I guess not. Okay, good. Very good. Go ahead. Yeah, I was going back to the shooting. You know, like Ed was saying, you know, they had a picket line to keep and push back the parents. And of course, what is their excuse? Their excuse is, well, they're not trained. And if we're supposed to, you know, they give the excuse that they're supposed to protect them and keep them from getting hurt and things like this. But you and I both know, you know, they don't have any duty to protect anyone. You know, and I thought it strange that, you know, I was listening to somebody and they said that the only time that the police have a duty to protect you is when you're in their custody. That is the only time. But, you know, and that's the excuse they're going to use. And then, you know, these parents, they want to get in there and they're desperate to get in there. And it's a terrible scene to watch. But... A friend of mine asked me, he said, well, you know, I don't have any kids that young anymore. I do have some grandchildren. He asked me, he asked me, well, what would you do? I mean, you know, if you were in that situation, what would I do? You know, I said, well, you know, I'm going to go up to that line and I want to tell them, look, you know, you can stop me now, but I'm going through there. You're either going to have to, I'm going in that building. And you're either going to have to shoot me in the back or take me downtown because you ain't stopping me. And just think about this, if they would have just got out of the way of the amount of parents... that will have rushed into that building, which is another thing they say, well, they would have rushed in and we got to protect them. That's all BS. But anyway, can you imagine if all those parents went in there, maybe had some firearms or something, that guy would have been toast. I mean, they would have found him and they would have, there wouldn't have been much left of him. Oh no, I can imagine given the opportunity, they would have torn it to pieces. That would have been the bottom line. But you know, again, It's like I said, it's not like they were standing there in front of a dead wall. Okay, there was like, you know, the walls didn't have windows, although many classrooms do, I will remind you, there's a lot of different designs, but they had the ability without, with the control that they had, they had the ability to monitor the rooms and observe at least 40 to 50%. Go watch the videos that were done by the public, you know, safety people. They show the doors. The guy even brought a door to the room, to the event. He said, here's the door. This is what they had. This is what they said, stop them. And one of the things against me is this is where the one bureaucracy can lie, but doesn't remember that there are other elements of the bureaucracy that have control of things. The door couldn't be locked from the inside. So you couldn't be locked out. The only way you could be locked out is if somebody locked the door on the outside, but it hadn't been. And it was, it was no, there was no indication that it had been locked. And now the fact is that with the fortress window that they had there, you had the ability to see most in both the rooms, both of the suspect rooms, you have the ability to visualize most of the, of the inner chambers involved. All you had to do then is restrict all your fire, all your shields, all your defensive technology, with focus on the two threat directions that you have to worry about. If you're going through the left door, it's obvious it'd be mostly to your far left. If you're going through the right door, it's the far right. If this was a blank out, then you'd have to worry about a full sweep of the room. But that was not the case here. So anybody with even half a brain, one person, and you know, Tex-Mex, all of you listening, you know, I've said this before, where the hell did the sergeants go in this world? Any of you ever been a Barking Sergeant? Any of you ever had a Barking Sergeant? Now, I don't mean Barking is like a chihuahua. I'm talking somebody who knows how to give orders and direct. You ever served? Anything like that where somebody steps up to the plate and actually does the job the way it's supposed to be done? One brain thinks it through, everybody else does what's commanded. And the fact is that nobody there was, I don't think any of them had the intestinal fortitude to be a sergeant, to be an actual leader. It's the NCO that gets the job done, guys. The officer can give you the plan, but it's the sergeant, the NCO, that gets the job done. And you do it by imposing your will upon your teammates, you know, get them motivated. And yes, it's a bad situation. You're going to risk yourself. But guess what? What have I said a million times about this, guys? It's like if I was being held hostage. I've told everybody, shoot through me. We'll do first aid on me. I'm going to kick that son of a bitch in the head. He's dying. You can do anything you want to if I bust his knees and legs up so we can keep him around for a while He can't go anywhere and he won't hurt anybody But by God, we're if he's really bad, he's gonna bleed to death But we will help our friends So the fact is that any kind of the from the get-go the understanding that is a dynamic energy energy in motion That there was no leadership. There was nobody with any intestinal fortitude there if somebody failed like that guys with Mikey What's the term? What's the what's the rule about a bad order? Somebody gave a bad order. Why did everybody follow it? Everybody else sit on their dead ass and hands rather than step up to the plate And that's what you've got to remember. There's an axiom out there. Let me remind you what it was. How many of you have been in the military? You know what, young soldier, here's how it works. Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way. Do you all understand that? Now we have a mission we have purpose right now our purpose is this room. I want you you and you guys with shields I'm pointing at them. You're up front. You're gonna create an art We are going to enter the room any other supporting players will alternate left right in fact You are on the left you are on the right We are going to move within the count of five You got that much time to get your act together and pray to God and let's get ready to go Now hut hut hut hut cuz y'all live it crap So guess what? Hoot, hoot, hoot, my hind end. What a bunch of dinks. But you know what? The party hardy, I've told you this before, here's the other problem. You don't guess those jobs? The party hardy football crew. And everything's a stinking tailgate picnic. But when it comes to, in fact, it truly is on the weekend after they've stolen dope, beer, and hard liquor from all of you. and stash it in the trunks, that's what they're doing on the weekend. Well, hell, you get shot, you don't get to go to the next party party event. They might even bring prostitutes. So guess what? You're not really highly motivated. Now, you know what? Highly motivated, aren't allowed to be in the jobs like that. Now, the ring knockers, the spit swappers, the muddies, the football tailgate, picky type, sure, all day. Nobody was a sergeant that day. And especially, you know what, I think the lieutenants gone wacko, sir. What do you mean? The officer in charge gone crazy, sir. I think, in fact, you know, but here's the thing. They could not, that order meant nothing, guys. I want you to think about it. 19 other supposed men. They supposedly got the oysters. They got all the goodies they wanted. They got to play with all the toys and spend all your text money on all kinds of stuff. But when time came to use it, guess what? Not one of them was a leader. Because my God, that very bad order given by an incompetent would have been overridden and done. But this is also what I've told you about when you're all in fear of the police state. Understand that you think about this, you see all those purple haired fruits out there or variations on the theme? Guys, that's the priority that they're hiring to put into the same positions now. Once you have to fight and deal with this situation and American war for independence, I'm not saying it's going to be a pushover. There's a whole bunch of wicked bastards like those 19 fruits that followed that bad order and were cowards across the board. But there's a whole pile of them are still wicked enough. They love it when they can pile up on you. Like I said, 14 people beating up on one guy. They love that. In fact, the whole thing that comedy was made by number four, you know, I didn't heard about it, but it's probable. You know what? The only reason you probably got beat to death, he might have been, you know, state's witness for something. But on the other hand, if you think about it, if you hire a shoe size IQ, no neck bald, hit a groit, you know, fruit loop. Well, once you start beating on somebody, like I said, you can go watch a million tapes on YouTube. They just go profiting at the mouth crazy and forget what they're doing. They just keep doing it. So, dude, things got a little carried away. The guys were just all excited. I mean, they have done this before. Yeah, but it was a training exercise. Yeah, yeah, I know. But the guy volunteered at his fault. He didn't remember. You know, some of these guys got a little crazy in the hand. They all roided up behind the road over there. Yep, the roads can't tell the difference between a training exercise and reality. Whoa, Steve, I couldn't help that one. But think about it. Go ahead, call or jump in there. Yeah, thanks, Mexican. Yeah. Speaking of that, you know, like shooting somebody like you were talking about the solving case there, they shot the cop that was in a different case against the police. a little little factoid about the, remember the shooting in New York at the grocery store? Well, remember the black officer or black retired officer that was, he was the first one shot when he went in, when the shooter went in? Hello? Okay. Go ahead, you're good. You're good. Go ahead. Yeah, the first, he was the first one shot. What's interesting about that black retired officer, I wish I could remember his name, but he, I saw on Black Scout, he's got a video channel, and he was saying that that black retired officer also had a YouTube channel. His YouTube channel, he was experimenting and having great success with using hydrogen, using water. to run a combustion engine. And it's just interesting fact that he had a YouTube video, his own channel, and he was experimenting with hydrogen, and he was being successful with it. And he's willing to teach others. Well, again, that's where we, the world is bigger than we might imagine sometimes. And in many cases, you have to question coincidence. It's not really likely to be coincidence. That's the problem. Once you start to realize the wicked people that you're facing and the type of fight you're in, then you realize the battle is all around you. And it's one of those things where, like I said, we've got mechanisms all through this country. that step by step have been stacked up specifically for the purpose of using the population, using us, manipulating us, experimenting on us, et cetera, et cetera, and also keeping in check the movers, shakers, and thinkers, and separate from the ones controlled or unleashed by the system. That's one of the things that beyond a shadow of a doubt, we can demonstrate time and time again. We pointed out people over and over. And if you do enough piece work and then you start adding, you know, improve on your database, it's like, yeah, this is, you know, there's more than meets the eye to most everything that we've experienced. This shooting thing here should have been cookie cutter and run right down the road, guys, without any of the follow-up you're seeing right now. Think about that one. Even the one, even on New York, a lot of the people, the black people there, actually were asking the right questions as has been pointed out by many other people. And it's one of those things that they don't want people to think about in any way, shape or form, so they're not dwelling on it. They just keep it at a distance and continue to make it, you know, the drama queen event that, you know, they intended it to be. Anything else, Tex-Mex? Go ahead, please. Before we go any farther. Thank you. Okay. Oh yeah, okay, one more thing here. Actually, Edward, if you could, I'm sure we got Ed right there. We didn't pull that video up. I want to do this so we at least get it in another location here. Let's go over to Ed, if you could, Guns and Gadgets, the latest video posted on Guns and Gadgets. So if you could pull that up, let's play that. We have just enough time to make it in before the top of the hour so we still, we can still... get a little commentary and afterwards. But again, Guns and Gadgets latest video. Hey everybody. Welcome to a unannounced yet highly anticipated edition of Guns and Gadgets here. I am currently looking at the orders of the Supreme Court that just dropped. I can't really, I'm doing this on my phone. But we got some good news guys and gals first before I tell you about these two cases that the Supreme Court has. Take an action on I haven't even read them other than the first one So we're gonna go through this together and you'll get my immediate reaction I also posted that the Supreme Court had ruled and we get the exact title of the case here In the West Virginia versus EPA case that they ruled on this morning, dropped the opinion, it slaps the EPA or any government agency for making broad changes that will affect entire industries without going through Congress. That is going to be ginormous when we talk about the ATF. They ruled on Chevron deference, which is how they ban bump stocks, which is how they want to make uh... you know uh... pistol-braced firearms sprs the atf is in for an ass-kicking and it's going to be phenomenal to watch so this this session of the supreme court this that ends today at noon uh... has been i think the best in my life forty six years old be forty seven in uh... in a month and less than a month the best i've had seen as far as uh... bringing the country back to the founding documents. So now with that said, let's go to the orders that just dropped today. And you're going to hear some cases that you've heard a lot on this channel. The first one is the Association of the New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Association versus BRUCK, the Attorney General of New York. And that is New Jersey's magazine ban case. And it was, so there's a process called GVR. It's where they grant review. the Supreme Court grants review of the case. They will then strip or vacate the previous ruling and remanded back to a lower court to rerule on the case, to rejudge the case based off of New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruin. If you're new here, we're just under a rock. The Bruin case says that there's no more two-pronged standard test. There's no more intermediate scrutiny when it comes to the Second Amendment. It's only the text. and then as advised on history and tradition. So, the text we know is a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. And in order for the government to restrict that in any way, it has to be, it's on the government to prove that it was something based in history or based in tradition of the country. And there was never a magazine ban until... The anti-gunners decided we needed a 10, it was a magic number. So this is a New Jersey case, and I'm reading right from the Supreme Court document. The petition for writ of certiori is granted, so they have granted the review of the case. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for further consideration in light of New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. versus Bruin. That is all some. Now, each, so it's going back to the 9th, oh, to the 9th, I usually just say 9th because of the most overturned. It's going back to the 3rd, then they can draw, keep dropping it down, but this can be settled very fast if they do the right thing. Often, they don't, like we're seeing California and New York go around it, but that's the first one. So the New York, the New Jersey magazine ban case is moving forward. The very next one... It says it's the Young v. Hawaii at all case. There's nothing on that at all, but let me look at what section I'm under. So this is certiori. So it looks like they're going to do the same thing, but I'm going to look for a write up. So the Young v. Hawaii case, George Young had put in for a open carry permit and was denied. veteran and then put in for a concealed carry permit and was denied. Hawaii is denying him his right whether it's open or concealed. So he's been suing. It's been a long running case and that that is going to be taken up as well to be addressed. The next one is the Virginia Duncan versus Attorney General Rob Bonta of California. Now the Duncan case you've heard often here, that is the California mag ban. And that is one that is probably going to change. Both the New Jersey one and the California one addressing the same issue. This says the petitions for writs of certiori are granted, the judgments are vacated, and the cases are remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further consideration in light of New York State Rifle Pistol Association, Inc. and Bruin. That is a young case as well. So Duncan and Young, they have granted Vacated and remanded. This is a great day guys and gals for the Second Amendment. This week has been phenomenal. I'm going to keep scrolling down because we had another case that I wanted to see and that's Bianchi V. Frosh, which is an assault weapon ban out of Maryland. So give me a second to roll through. Here it is. Boom. Dominic Bianchi versus Attorney General of Maryland Frosh. The petition for a writ of certiori is granted. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for further consideration in light of New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruin. Now, I'm not going to put the cart before the horse because obviously these cases still need to be ruled on. And once they're ruled on, they can be appealed again and again, so... But these can be fixed with a very, like a quick summary judgment. So this can be, uh... This could be ended fast. I know that there's a lot of stuff going on right now that I can't say, that I've been sworn to secrecy until they pop off, until things are moved. But know that this is a very good time to be alive. If you're into revenge, like... The government getting theirs, this is a good time to be a Second Amendment person. I know there's a bunch of states right now that are trying to push through bans, restrictions, private secret places. Fret not, my friends. They will be addressed, and they will be addressed rapidly. It's a great day. This is good news. All of the cases that were put on hold by the United States Supreme Court pending the Bruin decision They have all been, the log jam is moved, everything is flowing, and that's a good day. Now today at noon, the retirement of Justice Breyer becomes official, and then Justice Katanji Brown Jackson will be sworn in. I think she's being sworn in like right now. But it's one for one. One liberal justice is moving out to pasture. Another liberal justice, although possibly a little more liberal, is moving in. But today is a good day. Today we can sit back and myself included, there are a lot of times where I said, you know, the Supreme Court will never do this. They'll never side with the Second Amendment ever again. There's a lot of people out there that are telling me, Jared, you're crazy, you've lost your mind. It's a good day. It's a good week. Not just four guns, but for America in general. The one thing that the Supreme Court did today that I didn't really think they would was the They sided with Joe Biden. Let me go to the case. I can give you the exact case because I like to be accurate. It's the Biden versus Texas. And that was when the Trump administration had a rule where like if somebody's brought into America, it comes to America illegally, they can be kept out of the country until a decision is made. Well, they just gave Biden the okay to end that. But good day. If you look at the big picture. I'm gonna stay very active today and more than likely tomorrow too. Ladies and video guys, go over there, give it a thumbs up, share. Again, a lot of database information that you can actually use to follow through on other activities, other sites that we've, you know, information we've been talking about with regard to other actions in the House and Senate. Also again, don't forget state activity. Again, share. While we were doing that, listening to the program, I shared it over to Spreelie. Let's see, what was it? TikTok. Oh, come on. Well, anyway, whatever, 11, 12 different sites quickly. And then again, made sure I put it over on yet another backup page we have somewhere else. I won't say anymore. There's nothing my name on it. So don't worry about it. Somebody else provided it, which is cool. We'll just keep posting things there. I would remind you too, if you could, let me ask once again, if you could take the time and go over to Liberty Tree Radio on YouTube give it a thumbs up wherever you can as many videos as you can also comments If you could share to any other social media We want to try and keep the site active as I again mentioned it Ed could post anything else you can get something up tonight still But if I can If I can, I'll try to get something posted there also just so that we keep the site active because YouTube has been chopping different pages. Let's remember that one. One of the things that I would say is we do have, as I said the other day, at least one video, which is Ambush. If you get a chance, go watch it. It's in our post and scroll. It's older. But the important thing is we're at 1.9 million viewings. Okay. And it wouldn't take much to punch it up the rest of the way. We're just everybody pitching in this listing right now, probably, because we're pretty close to a 2 million view on that, which is kind of neat. And if we can, maybe, of course, in the meantime, they might just decide to. Get rid of us anyway, who knows I mean it would be surprised. Oh, there's question mark on that right now I'm sorry. So he just there's something else at me and when they do that, it's like oh man For everybody out there again take them over to YouTube and then go to Liberty Tree radio and take the time to go through Oh a handful of videos go back through to some of our older postings Definitely want to watch militia dash know your enemy. That is the attack on Scott Woodring's home. And that was done by the Michigan State Police SRT. And there is a lot more to the video. We actually have that information in hand. Let me see what we can like I said, we're we might even be able to even post that right now again, too. I don't know for I don't think we're blocked. But we'll find out. We'll confirm what they're doing with the page now. Otherwise, again, we're once more at the top of the hour for everybody out there, guys. If you can, take the time to support Liberty Tree Radio. I would say thank you to the donations that came in the last couple of weeks. We've had a couple of significant ones. I want to say thank you. It's a, it's a pre-dimension printed suppressor, go figure. Never saw one. Oh, really? Yeah. Well, again, that's where they're trying to integrate the other technologies, you know, into, you know, present production again, as we know. And again, what's interesting is I don't know that that's really an advantage because it's purely a matter of, it's a matter of who you want to commit to because can technology, one of the guys real quick. I want to thank you for giving me a heads up on that. Everything was green on my end. It didn't show that it was having a problem if you hadn't said anything. So thank you for the update caller that helped. Sure, she ate it. Hey Mark, by the way, I just the snake M5 spear. I love the names they do. I still like my stinger pin gun. How about you? Well, I almost had the long barrel for it. Did you put a sight on to the enemy? It was in his safe and when they feds mess with him for felonious faxing and he said screw it. I said everything down went back to Canada. I didn't get it. Didn't get to get the long rifle barrel. Barney. You know, I was gonna say darn because again longer well remember it depends on the chamber or your chamber and what you're using But typically across the board guys longer is always better, right? Oh Yeah, I had one of his in the in the seven to seventeen Was the seventeen? Whatever the dot one seven is, you know But it was it was too damn hot to shoot out a pin gun. So I sold an amazing price. Thank God Well long as you were happy, right? Oh, God, yeah. I mean, that little pin gun goes to me everywhere. All right, I'll back out, let you carry on. Sorry about distracting. No, thank you for the heads up. Appreciate that. Also, again, the forgotten weapons guys, you know, we haven't mentioned them. Thank you for doing that. We haven't done in a while. For a lot of the weapons that are out there that, you know, sometimes we mentioned, you won't find them everywhere, but... Amazingly enough, the guy who's been doing Forgotten Weapons for how many years now, in fact, has been more than a few, he actually has gone through a lot of trouble to find some of the more unique stuff that, well, it wasn't unique back when I was a lot younger, or most of the guys, some of you guys listening, when you were a lot younger. But it's interesting. I've always wondered where did they all go example is the bush master rifle. He does has an excellent Overview on the bush master original design. We're not talking bush master AR-15 We're talking a bush master 556 rifle made and designed specifically and known as the bush master rifle There was also the Bushmaster pistol that you see not so much in recent years again. Every once in a while it'd pop in a movie because it looks so sci-fi that it'd have to be an assassin's weapon or something like that. But again, Forgotten Weapons over on YouTube, Forgotten Weapons, and there's also ForgottenWeapons.com. And he does, he goes through not only the weapon as far as basic features, but also operation and discusses maintenance and disassembly, which is especially critical. This is an excellent how-to video series you need to go watch. One of the reasons, well, some of the exotic weapons are unique, but still in service. And one way or another, if they weren't passed on from one, they went to another. military organization. So you are going to see them out there and floating about. Okay, just that simple. The big thing again, let's see, two gun with new US Army weapons, SIGSPIR and the M17. So he actually is, this is again where he's done a shoot up with this, got a chance to actually handle it. And that was done three weeks ago. As a matter of fact, yeah, hold on here. Don't want any background noise. It was done June 4th, 2022. Not the only one on the gun, but it is definitely one you want to take a look at because he does a very fine job of going over reviewing the weapon itself. In fact, SIG M5, spear, deep dive. Is this a good US Army rifle? That's the another piece done three weeks ago. It has 1 million views already. has 1 million views already and again if you haven't subscribed, subscribe to the channel just to make sure you give him more thumbs up, it's always good. And what's interesting about this is it kind of expresses or helps you to visualize a lot of what we're talking about. One thing I will point out is he actually gets a chance usually because of the fame of this channel to actually shoot the weapons. In some cases, some that are very rare. It's not that the ammunition is rare for them. The problem is the weapons themselves are unique enough that they don't want to put a whole lot of bullets down range in them because they are, well, limited. They're valuable and more wear and tear brings down the value of the gun. However, you got to take that machine out there and do something with it once in a while or, you know, the old atrophy thing. And not only do you want to fire it, but you also really do. And I've told you this many times, you want to break the weapon down. You want to disassemble, reassemble. You want to inspect the weapon, do preventing maintenance. And so it's really a good thing, a lot of these museum pieces, for them to actually, you know, get their act together, get them out there, get somebody on them, and actually go through the entire inventory. Otherwise, they start to kind of become monuments. And what we mean by monuments is, well, small metal parts start to fuse. Then it takes more work to get them apart. When you have to work to get them apart, you can make mistakes and have a boo-boo. Okay, just something to think about there. So this is why even with your own personal weapons collection, it is especially critical that you do PM. Okay, another one you have, thank you, John. The Stoner, 63, 63A and Mark 23, history and mechanics. Excellent, this is another guns, forgive me, forgotten weapons. It's a gun piece. But it's a good breakdown to help you understand why the government chopped these guns all up. I have seen stoners in the demilitarization bag when they were being sold by Sarco. I swear there were probably 300 pieces because of the number of cuts they made. And yet the people were selling them. Sarko was selling them. They bought the stuff as obviously surplus scrap from the government. I know how they did that because I did a few barrels of that with lots of barrels and upper receivers brand new that were not destroyed. Okay, or came pretty close a couple of times where I missed out because I didn't I'm stupid and I didn't look at what was there. But I have never seen weapons butchered to the degree that they made sure the stoners were. One of the reasons the Stoner's and all-steel rifle, they were very durable. Contrary to what some people might try to claim, of course they can do that, wouldn't there are too many around. But amazingly enough, the rifle was rifle or machine gun or squad gun or whatever configure they wanted to make it. The weapons worked very, very well. The operators who handled them, they did not want to come off them at any time. They wouldn't want to switch out to another firearm. Even later on at the end of Vietnam when they kind of moved away from the Stoner to other systems that were more were Standard and were of course NATO preferred which is something to think about so again. It's Forgotten weapons they're over on YouTube go through check them out go through the inventory slide through and there's a whole lot of information that you can run through and It's fascinating anyway you check out some of the stuff that pops in there and why? It is just amazing when you the more that you look the more he realizes I've said it's an ongoing deep deep deep history. Okay. Now there is well, this is something else. What's interesting is the EMG 01B. This is the arc flash labs handheld gauze pistol. Also remember, you know, slash the rail gun weapons systems that are out there. Let me point something out about rail gun. Rail gun for like personal defense or well, plus shit work. Okay. The plus shit weapon systems work. They really want to promise just limitation is range because of the projectile issues. But at close range, for instance, the hypersonic rail guns, big tear holes or anything. Incredible, incredible penetration. Well, be it steel, homogeneous armor plate. cement, people didn't make any difference. The plachette rounds though, the description that has been demonstrated with those that were researched and developed in the 1960s, literally they would turn the target to cotton candy to fluff. Now one thing that the discarding Sabo plachette or the bank plachette systems counted on was massive fire going downrange, one round right on top of the other. These plashets were not much bigger than actually the original plashets you see in a regular military artillery D-pipe round. There were several different patterns, there were several different sizes, some much bigger. But they all developed the same problems at range where stability, of course, it was a widespread variance. by the nature of the round, you know, with regard to rate of fire. Individual place rounds, no problem. You could actually get out there a bit. But in the volume fire configuration with weapons interaction, the weapons had a tendency to get fuzzy. So as a close range or intermediate range weapon or anti-personnel, very successful with flesh yet. And realistically, it's something that, well, it's something that they were genuinely looking at. In 1963, 1964, about the same time that the AR-15M16 rifle had already been pretty well laid out on the chocks. It was already in motion for production. The designs were put into strategic reserve. There was more than a few prototypes that were built of each model. In fact, there were quite a few for test and evaluation at Hunter Liget, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, and several of the other RAND facilities. They all did the same thing. So, I mean, both of these, both with the the plachette and with the rail. Now, the only thing about rail gun, let me point something out. To me, the rail gun idea in small caliber is a waste of time and resources until energy, you know, energy resources are improved, storage. However, if you look at, if you're going to build a rail system, a rail gun, think about the entire rail mechanism as a discard. Think about the rail gun the way you would an RPG 7 or a 3.5 inch bazooka slash rocket launcher or anything that has a primary launching system and has a fixture cartridge that you load, pull the trigger on and it either you discard one component or the whole thing just breaks down and disintegrates or launches with the rocket like the RPG 7 you load it everything goes either downrange or out behind out the tube. With rail guns, if you make the entire rail system a larger B, less critical component, in other words make it so it's acceptable to cast aside by reducing the materials and quality of the product materials that make up the frame or the structural hold togethers, okay, the overall architecture that makes, you know, contains the individual magnetic field components, etc. If you do that and think larger bore, larger caliber, moving a much bigger pellet or rod or whatever it is you choose, then you're going to end up with something that is quite devastating in the intermediate weapons range, not small arms, more something for anti-vehicular, long range placement against particular hardened targets, et cetera, because in reality, If you can achieve the full potential of the magnetic field and the rail system, the way it's established, you're talking no time to target and unlimited amount of energy on target when it gets there because of velocity. And there's not much it couldn't punch through. And when we say that, we're talking it would take a lot of steel or ceramic to slow down a committed rail system. Now, we know the government's been working on this for a long time. I'll guarantee they already have it perfected. Whatever their choice of how they came up with an idea. Remember, when they got money, they don't worry about whether or not they can make it more cost effective. They just spend your money and piss on it. And again, who cares if it works? We're going to be selling, you know, spare parts to the government for 10 years. Which is really how they think, guys. Okay. So, and of course, then the general, the sidebar people and the insiders all make their profit off what might be a punk a junk. But guess what? It's an expensive government purchase punk a junk. Okay. Yeah. The other thing about the rail gun concept is that you can run off DC, you don't have to run off AC. DC slash also capacitor. is your first best choice of dealing with the issues of power supply. Again, capacitors can be built in a number of different, very compact, but very efficient ways. If you're willing to spend the money on the capacitors, which by the way would have a good long life, unlike rechargeable battery systems, although you still want a certain amount or a certain capacitance in battery storage, But if you accept the idea of charging up or banking capacitors, you have the amount of energy you truly would need to bring the projectile, whatever, you choose to be a projectile, up to hypersonic velocities that really would be off the charts. Again, think, throw away, the whole rail system is a throwaway. The launcher is designed so that when you lock the weapon component in, the launching component in, the sights are attached to that, everything is already preset. Think about it this way, it's like the upper and lower receiver of the AR-15. Since your sighting system is attached to the upper receiver, your accuracy is going to be consistent even if you de-pin the rifle and re-pin the rifle back to another lower receiver. The optics, whatever they are, and laser and everything else might be attached, are all attached to the upper receiver and are fixed. The sighting system for something like this could be comparable. There's more than enough efficient ways to build what is a relatively crude but very reliable and durable sighting system that could be attached to the rail. the rail projector launcher and it would work. I don't doubt it would work. In fact, like I said, I think government has more money than we do. They've already got this done. Problem is it changes the battlefield in ways that, well, doesn't allow you to sell with their weapon system. It changes how you have to fight, especially if you have intermediate or big toys that all of a sudden truly do become relatively, well, useless. So that's something to think about there. Anyway, I'll find out for the moment. Next. Oh, let's see. Wait a minute. We're at the bottom of the hour. We could do. Let's see. Where did they have some things that they should do here? I'll tell you what, since we are at the bottom of the hour, it sounds like our broadcast is pretty clean. Also to Angela, I want to say thank you. Cowards, teacher who survived, you have all these shootings, slams, police response, and we'll never forgive them. This is on YouTube. He has six minutes and 40 seconds long. This is one of the teachers who was shot and wounded and survived. And when everybody went home, he didn't as far as after the little conferences and everything that they had. So again, cowards, teacher who survived Yuvalde shooting slams, police response will never forgive them. Go over and watch that. Take the time. Oh, by the way, I think I'll give you the chance. It's 6 ABC Philadelphia. Again, it's a commie network. It's ABC. It's old CIA. And let's not forget there's something else that would tie into this. You know, everyone goes, why is it the controlled media is actually following through on some of the flip-flop on this? Well, number one, remember the agenda for the CIA FBI is to have a national police force and undermine the locals. This is why what's really sad is when the locals betray all of you because they listen to the feds, then they get screwed by the feds, and they use the idiots who went along with whatever plot scheme or dirty trick the feds were perpetrating, the feds use what they created as their excuse for why the feds need to run the whole shebang. And that is, that's just how it works. That's how they plug it in, people. So you're going to see a lot more of that kind of, you know, dribble, not because they want to serve you better, not because they want you saved, not because they're going to protect you, even though, again, it is demonstrating why you need to count on taking care of yourself because otherwise it just ain't going to happen. Okay. But understand the ulterior motives by what are absolutely leftist operators who hate you. Say mark, so they're not oh my oh my goodness. We're so worried about the people. No, they're not good call or chip in there, please Yeah, text mics. Yeah. Hey, so we're talking now. We're gonna have federales. Is that what you're saying? Yeah, exactly and we know how that works. No way. Yeah, it's exactly what they want every every country has a national police force Does everybody know the difference between Bobby's and the sheriff's departments or the local police in England? There's a reason why is it the Bobby's don't carry gun? Why is it they weren't supposed to carry gun? Okay, to look that up and you'll find out, in other words, how do you voice the national police force on people? Well, you created an improvements and then eventually you create a gun unit and they have more guns and then you confiscate the guns from the people and all of a sudden you have a national police force that looks down on all the peasants. Yeah, exactly. And that's what the federales do. Again, there are other tiers of police in Mexico, but if the federales are adding secret police that are tied right into all of the problems that exist in Mexico. Go ahead. We got you. You wanted me to play this piece, the teacher calling the cops coverage. Well, we could actually it is only six minutes and 40 seconds long. What I've been 6 minutes and 39 seconds long off of ABC News, apparently reposted it on a bunch of the different mainstream media pieces. Right, it's 6 ABC out of Philadelphia is the other one. Any one of them is good because the only difference obviously is probably how they cut the last moment. Yeah, if you want to go ahead because it's interesting. This is direct feedback from people who were directly involved. Okay, this should be playing, but I'm not hearing anything over the conference line. So let me see if I can fix that, figure out what's going on there. And for everybody out there, there we go. I'm hearing... If I die, don't let it be you, baby. This morning, Arnulfo Reyes, the fourth grade teacher in room 111 at Rob Elementary School, telling his story for the first time as he recovers in the hospital from two gunshot wounds hit during the horrific massacre that took 19 students and two teachers' lives. It was our typical morning and, you know, we ate breakfast together. It was going to be a good day because it was going to be our day of awards. And some kids in my class said that having gotten an award you know, all year, we're that day. Reyes says the c enjoying the end of the ye some students went home a 11 from his class stayed b a movie when all of a sud out loud. Mr is what i I said, I don't know what go ahead and get under the t as they were doing that, and I was gathering them under the table and told them to act like they were going to sleep is about the time when I turned around and... saw him standing there. The gunmen entering classroom 1 12 at 11 33 a.m. Then making his way into 1 11 through a connecting door opening fire. Reyes shot twice a bullet hitting him in the arm and lung and a separate one striking his back. The 17 year teaching veteran hitting the ground. I told myself I told my kids to act like I'm there asleep. So I'm gonna act like I'm asleep also and I prayed and prayed that when I hear None of my students talk Did you you thought you were going to die? Yes, ma'am Then while the gunman was still in the classroom Reyes hearing police nearby According to law enforcement seven officers were in the building by 1135 a.m. They took gunfire and retreated Reyes says a child in the connecting classroom 112 called out for help one of the students from the next-door classroom Was say an officer we're in here we're in here And then, but they had already left. And then he got up from behind my desk and he walked over there and he showed up over there again. The gunman going back into room 112 and firing more shots. At 1158 a.m. children from other classrooms seen evacuating the school. At 1203 p.m. a child from room 112 calling 911 telling dispatch where she was. By this point 19 officers were inside the building but no one went in. At 1210, 1213 and 1216 more 911 calls. Is there anybody inside of the building? You said you were praying. Do you remember what you were praying for? What you were saying? in your prayers. I pray I pray my health married. Raye heard officers come back, through the door, they want that they don't want to h then silence again. More from Reyes's classroom, but 12 50 p.m. One hour and 17 min enter the classrooms that in killing the shooter. A just bullets everywhere. And then I just remember Border Patrol saying, um, get up, get up. And I couldn't get up. Do you feel abandoned in that moment by police by the people who are supposed to protect you? Absolutely. After everything, I get more angry because you have a bullet proof vest. I had nothing. I had nothing you're supposed to protect and serve. There is no excuse for their actions. And I will never forget them. I will never forget them. How many students were in your classroom when the shooter came in? 11 students. So the shooter killed every single student in your classroom? Yes, ma'am. That's when I got you thinking, you know, this family lost one. This family lost. I lost 11 that day and I do until my parents hit it. I'm sorry. I tried my best. That's what I was told to do. Please don't be angry with me. Reyes says no training could have prepared them for this. Even though the school had extensive protocols, he says laws have to change. It all happened too fast. Training, no training, all kinds of training. Nothing says you're ready. Get ready for this. We trained our kids to sit under the table. And that's what I thought of, you know, at the time. But we set them up to be like ducks. You can give us all the training you want, but it's, uh, the laws have to change. It won't never change unless it changes the laws. Raya says he doesn't think he can ever return to a classroom, but he's making it his mission to honor the lives of his students and two of his fellow teachers. The only thing that I know that I will not let these children and my coworkers die in vain. Absolutely. I will not. I will go anywhere to the end of the world to not let my students die in vain. They deserve this. Nobody in this world deserves this kind of pain. No mother, nobody deserves this. I will go to the end of the world to make sure things get changed. I call back. Same sleep for a major texted the next day same guy. Hey, I'm twice appear in danger guys. It's called service Okay, like we're neighbor State Farm is there. We're still playing something, but it's not what we want There we go. Thank you Edward Again, that's on YouTube for everybody who wants to check it out. And of course, there is a bunch of other pieces that are being done. Needless to say, what they're going to do is use that for the anti-gun effort. That's why they're pillowing it for the moment. But don't worry, there's other agenda of what we know that. One of the big things to remember... Okay, go back, I want you all to go back, find what you can on what happened with the Patrick Purdy, you know, the first official kickoff Prozac shooter in the long line leading up to this Prozac shooter. You know what the difference is? Anywhere where the kids, the children, were just able to make their own decision, they survived. This is again communist or socialist regimentation the scam that they love to play because after all you know They're they're just gonna keep like you said well We had them all under the dump on the desk And they were like you know they were just sitting there like ducks you know shooting the ducks in early You know in a row slash you know fish in a bucket You know if if you have so many kids standing there and everybody bum rush as a person with a rifle not to rush not to rush the shooter I'm not talking about that. If you do realize if 11, 12, 15, 20 people head for a door, the guy isn't going to get it. Now, if somebody, everybody in the, if everybody, no matter how big, small or indifferent, actually bum rush a person like that, everybody gets a chance to hurt the creature. But you can't, they can't deal with that. They just can't. A shooter can't. And in the Patrick Purdy shooting, I will remind you, there weren't that many children that were shot at. But the little kids on the schoolyard, as soon as they realized there was a problem, they found every crack hole, crevice, and way out through the fence because it was in a schoolyard. The kids were gone. It was the adults that got shot. Why? Because they were a lot slower. Now, what have they done with all these other incidents? Oh, everybody just stay right there. Okay, how about if instead, the moment you heard gunfire, at the very least, pile everything up at the door and everybody hold it shut, or at least do what you can. Waiting to be executed one at a time. Basically, what he's telling you is that it was the, it was the spec massacre of Chicago revisited in each of the classroom. What do I mean by that? Well, before we had the Prozac shooters, we had only two notorious mass killing events. There's another one, a third one like this with schools and, you know, with kids or whatever. One, there really was a whole community and that was the clock tower shooting down in Texas. And that was originally suppressed by what? Not by the police. It was by people who went into gun shops, grabbed guns, and returned fire. Okay. But the Chicago, the Chicago spec murder is a different story because Mr. Spec did not use a gun. Mr. Spec went into a women's nurses dormitory and he went room to room and he killed every woman in the building. Well, how could he do that? All the women hid in under the bed or in a closet. They heard the other women dying. The one or two survivors described what happened. And in each case, rather than either A, working together or at the very least, you know, run for it, they all decided to huddle down. And so each one was found and each one was heard screaming as they were being stabbed multiple times by Mr. Speck. Okay. By the way, there should be some storyline on that out there somewhere still in the Internet heaven. I don't know. I haven't bothered to look. But basically, I've got to come up and say something here real quick about this, because this is the first time I've heard that interview with this. I'm going to call him an ass. He did the training like he said to. But you know what? Where he's saying he's not responsible and he's asking the parents not to hate him, they should. He was the man in the room. He was the person who was given responsibility to take care of and look after those children. And rather than do that, he played dead because he wanted his kids in the classroom to play dead and, you know, and him playing dead saved his life, but it didn't save theirs. After he was shot in the gunman room, he could have done something. But he decided not to. I understand you were shot. I understand you were. He understood that he was in pain, but there was an opportunity there. He was clearly aware of the surrounding around him and he didn't. He said he decided to play dead. He chose that. And his kids were finding when he put in the gunman left the room. It was when he came back in the room and shot shot the place up again. That was when the when his students died. You should be ashamed. You should lose his job. He should have been armed. All the teachers should have been armed. In every aspect of this, you know I told you years ago, if anything like this was going on, your first rule is you unask the school. You leave. You leave because your kids are great. I don't care. I was a kid. I guys, I used to gather fate cross country for a day on at a time. I'd go up sun first before sunrise and I wouldn't be back until after dinner. When I lived you know out in the boondocks so to speak and you know what the meantime I was you know ever doing everything from hunting to speeding out there, you know Well, speedlunking you wouldn't believe that but we actually have places you can get into around here and also Looking for minerals I was going to excavation old quarry sites and gravel pits So people and kids are really good for being creative all on their own and highly motivated and with a lot more energy than the average adult If all of those kids have been just told to run, it would have been impossible for all of them to be a victim. I know that sounds, well, he had a so many guys, he's got to move the weapon. He's got, there's so many factors tied into this. If in both cases, rather than putting the kids in a situation where they became a convenient uniform target. And Mr. Speck, oh, I'm sorry, the Prozac shooter we have now, could go from point to point to point, and he didn't have to worry because everybody was ordered to do the same thing and follow their orders. That's a problem. And I know it sounds like, well, Ron is like, well, every man for himself, but in reality, it would then, in general, it's a more intelligent move. And again, the cops obviously weren't going to be the solution. We already know all the other components of this. So start talking to your children about this when the idiots start making comments or they start to, you know, pin your kids in every place where they've done this, that has been a failure. Now, what the times weren't going to be a solution, dad, but that teacher wouldn't have been a solution either. I'm sorry, I did that. They want responsibility for your kids. They would tell you if there was something wrong with your kid, what to do to fix it. They would report you to Child Protective Services because you're not taking care of your kids while protecting them. That's exactly what he did. He played dead while his students died. He played dead while telling the parents, you know, that they can trust him. He loves the kids as much as the parents do. Blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada, yada. You know, I'm sorry. I know he's probably broken up and torn up, but he's covering his own arse right now. That's exactly what he's doing. He's covering his own arse because while those kids during his care, they are 100% his responsibility. Well, this is again the problem where you what type of people do you have that gravitate to these positions nowadays? In the past everything would have had you know that are the individuals and truly male oriented when it you know if it's a man is it a man? In fact, we're going to see this as more and more of a problem with the next group coming up because this is going to continue to spiral down in terms of performance and let's just say intellectual prowess. But most of it has to do with the old idea of panning up when you need to. And this process, everything here, when you have a bigger foreign authority with a collective committee of monkeys operating crap, Guys, all it is is a committee of failure and it always will be because we can go back to the depths of time on this kind of nonsense. Seriously, it's another case of one of these jackasses, for lack of a better term, I'm sorry, passing the buck. You know, the cops should have done something. They had bulletproof vests. I didn't. Well, yeah, you're in the classroom. You're responsible. I think you've been doing, like I said, they've been drilled and trained and, you know, it doesn't prepare them for this blah, blah, blah. Well, obviously somebody didn't take his training seriously. I mean, shoot, when you have a fire drill, you don't pay attention to that. Is a fire drill not going to help you with any of this stuff either? You know, they should, you know, I'm a strong opponent that the teacher should be armed, but the teacher should also be an adult about being in the classroom. You take that responsibility just like those jackasses wore the bags there that day. They took that responsibility, like you said, to protect and serve. There's a failure across the board. This is why you cannot trust anybody outside of your family to care for your family. period. He might have liked those kids. He might have even loved them, but he didn't love them enough to lay down his life to save those kids. And the other problem is, well, the other part of the math formula is guys, if you already was willing to shoot bullets at everybody, laying there and thinking you're going to play possum isn't necessarily going to be the solution because somebody might decide they saw somebody's chest move or you look like you're breathing. Uh-oh. And rather than having responded or done something, which by the way would have benefited all. It's just, I know this is not 2020 hindsight. This is stuff we have discussed for decades, people. These are issues that again, Brett Patrick Purdy, the survivors of the incident were the children. the children because there was no regimentation or dictate about from the adults about how the children should respond or what they should do. Rather than freezing or going back to the classroom and huddling there, the kids just left. And because of that, all pretty much all of them survived. In fact, they weren't a very good target because, you know, they kind of like they said they did a lot of weaving, shucking, jiving and bobbing. In fact, they found every hole in the fence. They knew where every place was. They could slip through and they used it. And if you let kids again, just tell them run for your life. Well, that's not organized. Well, it really doesn't make much difference. I think hopefully the cops outside are probably not going to shoot the kid that's about two and a half, four feet to four feet tall. Okay. If it's a little guy to mid-sized, they're probably not going to confuse targets. What do you think? So whoever's unassing the AO, well, it's obviously not a shoot. The guy with the rifle, pistol, or maybe even just a club or a sword, that's a shoot. It's really not that complicated, but it's grossly over complicated. Like I said, the Committee of Monkeys will always try to make, you know, it's a feel good scenario. Regimen feel good scenario and it doesn't work for everything and especially it does in fact even with Certain people it does others it doesn't or just certain scenarios. Yes. None of it would work Go ahead call or jump in there, please Yeah, it's text mix. Yeah, we were talking about the Austin shooter as a matter of fact tomorrow Charles Whitman was the shooter and tomorrow is the anniversary at the where he shot people from the clock tower and he used the bolt Yeah, and and I just wanted to say that a lot part of this is also the conditioning we've all been through I mean I was through it and we all been through it and you got to break it and You know, as to always, like they said, get under your desk. Wait for the authorities. Somebody's gonna come and rescue you. Somebody's coming, you know? That's what's been drummed into our heads all the way from, you know, from in school and everything. And here it is. People are doing it, and look what happens. If you don't get up and take care of yourself, nobody else is gonna do it for you. Deal with the problem because it's in front of you or if escape the problem and it you know So there is no longer a threat. That's the old survival escape innovation routine and again for everybody out there Everybody can understand this. It's amazing on what people will do if you just let it rip You're operating just down their own without some kind of pre-canned, you know idea in this case a bad idea Yeah, across the board. I don't care what anybody says You know, you call it a mouth, you'll come at you. Yep, exactly. However, when you have several, you know, or dozens of dozens of individuals, a little more powerful in a mouse and everybody with motivation and you teach them to be, you know, again, to have to have a survival instinct motivation. In other words, no, we're not going to be bullies. We're not going to be, you know, we're not going to be unnecessarily aggressive. But if you have to fight, you will fight well. That's what we're trying to pump here in the whole idea. This is again, this goes right through the whole idea. Why the why it was the militia in place in the first place because of the nature of man and the militia was a check and balance system based upon sound logic because we had just been through 20 years inside the colonies than the United States. dealing with the crown in its worst scenario. And because of that, we ended up fighting the American war for independence. Well, let's just keep petitioning until hell freezes over. Nothing will be accomplished, but we're spinning our wheels and we'll feel good. Well, that didn't exactly work. In fact, it's obvious that that was not the solution. But we now again, 2029 site is not what we're talking about here. This there is just plain wrong. Many of the elements of what happened here. Another thing real quick is while the buildings in the school were not quote-unquote temporary classroom move-ins, although I don't know, looks like they could have just been modified. In other words, modular that were, you know, improved on the outside, just add a taller wall, give it a barn roof. I should say give it a chicken coop roof. The school was not that big. It is not that sophisticated design-wise. And yeah, it's most probably easily they would tear it down and they'll end up with more federal money because of whatever it is that's out there and end up with probably a bigger school with more heartburn. Only because that's usually what happens. It'll be a self-inggrandizing glass palace for the education system while producing no better product than it did before. Okay, it's that simple. Anyway, we're at the top guys for everybody out there If you go through our discord and other guys posted some of what we just covered there
