And I'm told that the text of the bill will be made available today when the lawmakers get to their offices in Washington. So the quick gist that I have is that the Democrats conceded some ground when it came to the red flag bribery money and how it could be used and they also conceded on the broadening of restrictions for people accused or convicted of domestic violence. That's the boyfriend loophole. If you didn't see the video I dropped yesterday on the boyfriend loophole, check that out. That's it's a very dangerous thing and a couple people. who made comments saying that a restraining order doesn't bar you for life, I understand that. That's what they want to do with the boyfriend loophole. So let's pay attention today, what's going on. We also have the Supreme Court dropping their decisions today, starting at 10. Now, we've had in the last couple days senators on both sides of the aisle, some Republican senators saying there's no deal, there's no way this is going to happen, and then some on the Republican, on the Democrat side saying, oh, there's still plenty of time and we're not worried about it, it's going to happen. So we're going to see some of that is smoke. I fully believe that. And some of it, there's always a little bit of truth when they smoke this fire, right? So we're going to see what happens today when the verbiage comes out and if they can get it through the Senate as far as timeline. They still have the available time. Let's see if they can do it. But I want to get this to you as fast as possible. An agreement has been reached by the Senate negotiators. They have agreed on the red flag bribery money to split it all equally amongst the 50 states. And something might have been snuck underneath our noses and it was actually brought to light by Congressman Matt Gaetz. Congressman Gaetz was on an interview the other day when, same day that Joe Biden decided to take a header off of his bicycle, he had an interview with Breitbart in which he talked about the IRS, the Internal Revenue Service, purchasing $700,000 in ammunition from March through June 1st. That's right, in a couple months time, the IRS has issued 31 contracts, as you can see here, in transactions with VISTA Outdoors for quote-unquote duty ammo. Now Congressman Gates described this as bizarre, and he noted that his Republican colleagues are trying to ascertain why the ammunition was purchased, saying quote, there is concern. that this is part of a broader effort to have any entity in the federal government buy up ammo to reduce the amount of ammunition that is in supply while at the same time making it harder to produce ammo. Gates also noted that if you can't get ammunition it puts you in a tougher spot in exercising your Second Amendment and he also painted a pretty grim scenario where the government reduces ammo production Hmm, what is he talking about there? Well, the army plant that we kind of got the heads up on as well as soaking up the supply of it on the other hand and that seems I don't know seems like something Joe Biden and his cronies would do now, so I figured I put this out there again $700,000 in ammunition from March of 22 to June 1st of 22 31 separate contracts with vista outdoors for duty ammunition I mean, I honestly don't know what the ammo is for, why they needed to purchase it all so quick, but with a smoke, this fire, and it kind of smells like a rat. So if any of these people are elected out of office that have voted for these things, we have a right to insist if that's the case, And we have a right to insist that any attorney general or anyone, even maybe into a common law court, if we can find one that's actually working and really is established. Even to that point, we could bring those people up on charges and put them in jail. So that's just a thought. Well, it's true, but the problem is that there's so many arbitrary extensions that they've added to the law in terms of personal profit and protection. that I almost guarantee that the gobbledygook attached to whatever they've done has put us so far around the corner from the possibility of that other than through a common law court. Through a common law court, it could be done just as assuredly as number one, most important is the senators are not properly posted to begin with. What happened with the Federal Reserve, Phyllis, you know this, but for all of our new listeners, when did senators get elected from the common election? and why. Senators originally were ambassadors from the states. They were appointed by the governors. They were never elected outright because they were supposed to represent the state. They weren't supposed to do it. They were appointed by the state senate committees. Senate now and the house and where it was signed off by the governor and they were then sent to Washington and could be recalled at any given time What was the last time you heard about a senator being recalled now? The queers of three-dollar bill, California hell if they told them and dance around with you know They voted for everybody dancing around in the Senate chambers, you know, green jellis mill darles smeared all over their bare-ass naked bodies California love it Other states wouldn't go along with it. But fact of the matter is, you know, there's certain pervert states are just so far on the corner that they're done anyway. So what's fascinating about this to me is- Washington, Oregon, and DC would all go for it. Probably Delaware, there's a lot of things that would go for that. Right, exactly. My point is, at this point in time, the only thing that's gonna fix this is an American war for independence. There's no administrative construct that they're listening to. And in fact, even if there are rules or laws, they're flat out showing you just like right now. You know, there's a process for a bill to move through the House and the Senate. There is a reason that the process was established. It is part of the checks and balances to prevent the drama queens from ram-rodding their democracy scams through because the democracy scam is always attached to the drama queen routine. Be it the fear factor, be it the, you know, be it, you know, the, the, the profit tearing, taking effect, there's a dozen different ways it's done. But the idea is to just like we saw with $40 billion and even that was technically done the way it was supposed to be done, but 40 billion going overseas. Even that was expedited and X and exclusion was the process. We see another component of this, which is again, a total violation of the body of the construct of the Congress with this bullshit with these January six hearings. There is no standing opposition to ask legitimate questions in what is a cross-examination process. You have a bunch of dirty horror globalists riding with a bunch of other dirty horror globalists and giving whores a bad name, by the way. And the fact of the matter is that it's a mockery. So we're being fed another example of a complete debauching of the even the the Which if we sat down long enough till three or four in the morning our guys back and forth We'd be going well, it's not legitimate the first place because there's not our form of government's being practiced right now That's true. But even by their standards Which remember they shoved down your throat at gunpoint. They're not even maintaining those standards That's where you get into arbitrary and capricious activity, which completely undermines any foundational structure whatsoever and demonstrates there isn't any. Now we'll start in Massachusetts. This is the framework of what domestic violence is. If you are responding to a scene, these are the different categories in which somebody, if they fall into one of these, then it qualifies for domestic violence. One of the things they look at is are these people or were they married? Are these people or were they residing together in the same household? Are these people or were these people related by blood and or marriage? Do these people have a child in common regardless if they've ever been married or lived together? And do these people have a substantive dating or engaged relationship, an engagement relationship and includes gay, lesbian, bisexual and transsexual? Now on the federal side, Dating Partner is codified under 18 U.S.C. 226610 and it says, Dating Partner. The term Dating Partner refers to a person who is or has been in a social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the abuser. The existence of such a relationship is based on consideration of a, the length of the relationship, B. The type of relationship and C. The frequency of interaction between the persons involved in the relationship. Now, one thing to point out is that domestic violence, domestic assault and battery is a misdemeanor and what the feds, what the anti-gunners are trying to do is to create prohibited people, people who will lose their Second Amendment rights for life. to have them lose their rights over a misdemeanor domestic assault on battery charge. Now, I will tell you that I am not advocating for domestic violence at all, but what I will tell you is that it is common, very common, for restraining orders to be handed out all the time off of claims that are often, well, no, that are at times proven to be false. They cannot be corroborated and Because of that, because there is a large percentage, if it's 1%, it's a large percent, right? But there's a large percent, it's more than 1%, of domestic violence claims of abuse that are proven, and that's not how it happened. For instance, if you're going through a divorce, I'm speaking in Massachusetts terms here, if you're going through a divorce, one of the first things a divorce attorney will do is to get into restraining order against the other partner. And that's why you see divorce is kind of like a race to see who can file first because they get that restraining order. And if you get a restraining order, that's enough under the boyfriend loophole to take your rights away for the rest of your life just because it's kind of like a, well, you might as well do this because you might piss him or her off if you're going to divorce them. So you might want to have this protection here. And that's not what restraining orders were made for, but that's where we are. That's how it's been kind of abused, to excuse the reference there. But it happens. Both male and female are male and male and female and female. They are victims of restraining orders in times when it's not really what's really going on. In other words, You know, it's not uncommon for people to manipulate the court system to kind of like, you know, take a shot at their significant other. And that happens. And it happens regularly. So because of that, them trying to make everybody in this group of people federally prohibited is extremely dangerous. Now, as Mark said in the four boxes, Diner's in his video, he said that, you know, how broad can this get? If you use the federal, the codified definition of dating partner, the social relationship. Well, now social media is so vast. Like if I am talking to somebody or the other person, let's just say you and a friend live across the country and you text each other, Instagram each other, FaceTime. Snapchat, all this crazy stuff. And maybe you flirt with each other every now and then. Well, if one party thinks that you're dating, then technically by the law, by the codification, you're dating, and they can get a restraining order against you, you can fall into this boyfriend loophole, even though you don't even live on the same coast. That's how dangerous this is. This is a wide net that they're casting to try to catch as many folks as possible to make them federally prohibited. Remember, at the end of the day, the anti-gunners care not about you or your rights. What they care about is their end goal, and that is to take guns away from everybody at all costs so that they can have ultimate control. There is, however, one thing sitting in their way, and that is the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, specifically the Second Amendment, that they just can't stand. you could easily find yourself caught up in the boyfriend loophole because of the way the laws are codified, especially if they want to adopt other stuff like the Massachusetts side. And if you haven't noticed when it comes to gun control, they typically look at California, Massachusetts and New York to figure out how they're going to add stuff on the federal level. And unfortunately, it's very true. So I just wanted to give everybody a heads up. Hopefully this kind of gives you an idea of what the boyfriend loophole is. It's totally fake. It's made up, it's a giant, what they're doing is creating a loophole so that you can fall into it much easier if you've ever. had a disagreement with an intimate partner, somebody you live with, a relative, a roommate, stuff like that. Think about that. How many people in your life could all of a sudden call if this was to go through and say, you know what, he pissed me off or she pissed me off and we used to date together or I have this Snapchat that he sent me or she sent me and they have guns, they're dangerous. Just think of how... dangerous that is and how easily that violates a lot of our rights and not just the Second Amendment. So I wanted to get this out there so you all could be a little more educated because I know I throw out the boyfriend loophole every time I do one of these videos about what's going on in the Senate and a lot of people reached out. So I hope this helps you realize how dangerous it is and you should also be talking to your senators and your representatives in Congress about this. because a lot of them don't know this either. Because, well, actually, you didn't get on jury duty, did you? The judge wanted me, but the prosecutor really didn't want me there. Right. When I was there, they were introducing the case and I, as a as being a juror, I was actually interested in doing it. This is while your case was going on and the judge was even willing to go through special provisions in case I had to testify in your case to be able to be there to serve as a juror on the case that they were bringing forward that we would have been jurors for, which was a domestic abuse case. between a husband and a wife, but the wife didn't want to press charges. In fact, she got up before the jury pool and was told everybody she doesn't want to press charges. She doesn't want to be here. The prosecutors like, well, she doesn't have a say. This is why. So even though the wife didn't want to press charges. her and the husband are trying to work things out. The prosecutor is pushing things forward. So what's like my question was, why are we here? If your supposed victim doesn't want to press charges, isn't this a waste of the court's time? And that that that asking that question got me kicked off the jury pool. Yeah, they do have one. It's right out of they live. We've got one that could. And my point is, there's no aggrieved party. There's in that case, what it's saying is there's no aggrieved party and the state stepped in to make itself the aggrieved party. Exactly. And not much more to add to that story, dad. One of the things that this demonstrates is, again, the arbitrary and capricious nature of this, but it also shows you how the Admiralty Court scam works with the third party injecting itself into the contract. Under the boyfriend loophole, it formed first-time offenders that mismeared domestic violence would have the right to own a firearm five years after completing the sentence as long as they aren't convicted of any other violent crime during that period. A similar restitution process to allow spouses, school, habitants, and partners to share children convicted of the most violent miscommission to regain their guns. But the fact of the matter is that you got a guy that one person who is relatively proficient with his arms, whatever gun he chose to use or guns, he took down an infantry squad in a police state environment. They can't. Yeah, they don't want to advertise that. Have you noticed that? I mean, somebody an idea. Yeah, let's think about this. They don't even harp on Waco because if they talk about Waco, they want to keep reminding you that the government killed them all at the end and they killed them all. They came from the front door, they came through the back door, the house wasn't very big. All it took was one of them hunting and seeing a silhouette, they started shooting. And he literally just stepped off to the side and watched what happened. He's in prison now. But why aren't they referencing these cases? Like a circular firing squad. Yeah, yeah, Polish firing squad like the one down in Florida. You have, and that was on videotape. Let's jog everybody's memory. Now this is one where the cops again killed the two people there. They didn't have guns. They probably chucked the guns. They were supposedly the guys they were looking for and there was some robbery involved in and they'd already apparently fired somebody up. But the guys are sitting in a car, they put their hands on the dash, a couple of cops come up, look at them, and this was on a security camera, so it was caught with an overview that was perfect. And more cops show up, and there's more of them shooting, and more cops show up. And literally it was a circle of cars, Facing the car in the middle and they start shouting out over their radios. We're taking fire We're taking fire and they start shooting even more now guys There were no guns in the car So who was who are they taking fire from? Saw himself in half and put one part of his body on one side and the other part on the other? Did that make any sense? And they knew that, I mean, you could, come on. You got Angelica and you got Angelica and guess what? They fired, like you said, they fired their hind end up. Now that's where there was no return fired. It wasn't even firing involved. And you want to make a change from the ground up, which is the only way we're ever going to get the Republican back, either by bullet or by ballot. But if we're going to restore the republic, it's going to be something along the lines of what we were. hand it over from the founders way back when, not this post-Civil War stuff, but I'm ready to repeal the 17th Amendment, take the Senate out of the hands of the lifelong politicians, and you're closer to do something at your state level if you want to change them. Well, the other half of that would be also the Federal Reserve, and the Federal Reserve are going to fight to keep that confusion in place for as long as they can. But what's interesting is there was no, they did not legitimately pass that amendment, and that is an amendment by the way. Let's make sure everybody understand this. Article one through article 10 of the Bill of Rights are articles. After the 10th, the place where amendments or extensions of what we would call renumeration in elements of the Bill of Rights would be attached there. So 11 on. truly are amendments, but the mistake made is arguing that the first 10 are amendments. It's where you amended the instrument with regard to expanding upon trying to restrict government from expanding its powers. And in fact, remember Article 10, go read Article 10 of the Bill of Rights, okay? It's the catch-all, which helps to explain, wait a minute, just in case we miss something or you try to play word twister on us, Here's a little case in point, last point, right here. And anything after that, you were not supposed to casually alter or reconstruct the document. And one of the most important things about the Senate is it was part of the checks and balances system. The problem we have now is that it is not like when they did this where the American, the people of the United States were on the same page. We had however many states, needless to say, that were all aligned. There was no justification nor excuse for the construction of the Senate to change except to the benefit of the money changers. And it's why they did that because it was the Senate that blocked the usurpation of our currency through the Federal Reserve Act. And because of that, they did that after murder, assassinations, same crap you're seeing right now, all the manipulation. And in fact, it was decades of that. We had more than a few presidents assassinated. And they were always conveniently assassinated by supposed bureaucrat wannabes. What did I tell you about the bureaucracy? It's your enemy. In reality, some ring knocking, spit swapping, or kosher mafia yamakawear was sent to do the dirty deed because they didn't get what they wanted. Now they still didn't get what they wanted, but guess what? The program still kept moving ahead. So it's not an accident that you have, let's see, the Federal Reserve and a changing of the construction of the Senate. Because there were senators- Yeah, there were senators in there that step by step by step fought tooth and nail. Some of them were assassinated by poison, some were shot. This has been a war. And then in 1860s, well, as far as the numeration of the house, they were already ridiculous with it going back to the 1820s probably, because it would issue over a thousand people in the house at that time, according to the population of the time. So they're messing with the census process set forth in the Constitution for number 18 for your representatives in your house. Somebody obviously had to get a hold of this and stopped it before it got too big. And now you got 400, whatever, in the house. I mean, it's ridiculous. You got these huge voting districts, thousands of people. I mean, how are you going to reach there are a thousand people? Unless you're a millionaire, a billionaire, a billionaire. You know, in advertising. It's ridiculous. You used to be able to recall the senators. any reason. Well, in fact, here's what's interesting is remember the states had first of all, you had in America, you had an America where the people actually were paying attention to it. Oh, they only had a sixth grade education. Yeah, and I've seen the test for a sixth grade education. I know college students I've used that I've taken the eight wall eighth grade, the eighth grade high school graduate, you know, graduating from junior high to high school. I've taken the test from Oklahoma. the state standard and given it without telling them what it was. I sanitized it and gave it to college kids that worked for me at the University of Michigan. And I only had two that could pass it. And it was the eighth grade graduation instrument to get you from junior high school to high school. And I've had four year, three year freshmen. I've had everybody. At one time or another, I'd have 20, 30 students working for me during the summer. And none of them could pass it. Well, two did, but and only it was funny. One is from Kansas. The paper came from Oklahoma and it's 1922. No, yeah, 22. 1922 is what I was using. So, the fact is that, like you said, we had people who in the first place knew exactly how to apply pressure. He then had to step before a public session and report on his activities in Washington and why he went contrary to both his campaign promises and also the constituencies dictate sending him to Washington.
