John Cornyn, the Senator of Texas, who was in part leading these negotiations with all the people in the Senate who wanted to just chip away at our rights without negotiating with us. He addressed a committee telling about... you know, how good it was and how they came to an agreement. But then he put up a chart on what the Democrats wanted and what they had to get out of this deal so that they could get the 60 votes. Again, reminder, they have 60. They've already had 10 Republicans sign onto this. There are other Republicans who we know will sign this as well. Mitch McConnell, Marco Rubio, Rick Scott, and more. So... If you want to have any effect on this, you got to get loud and proud, guys and gals, you just got to do it. So here's John Cornyn in his own words. There's been a lot of talk and speculation in the press about what was included in the bill. And I'm pleased to say that I believe the principles that we came up with will save lives. But we also understand we are operating here in the Senate with the 60-vote threshold. that 59 votes won't get it and any lesser number will not allow us to vote off to close debate and then to pass a bill. And so I want to just talk about ideas that were left out of this deal because we knew they would jeopardize our ability to get to 60 votes. There was a lot of desire on both sides to include additional things, but they were excluded. in large part because of our necessity of getting to 60 votes in order to get a bill. For example, proposals on universal background checks, assault weapon bans for 18 to 21 year olds, mandatory waiting periods, 21 day waiting period for purchases of all firearms for 18 to 21 year olds, high capacity magazine bans, unconstitutional mandatory safe storage requirements of all firearms and homes licensing requirements for purchasing an assault weapon, chemical criminal penalties for negligent storage of firearms and home and low mens rey, that's a criminal state of mind standard for straw purchasing and trafficking firearms. All of these had been proposed by either President Biden or many of our Democratic colleagues and were not included in the statement of principles that was agreed to by 10 Republicans and 10 Democrats. We knew including any of these components would jeopardize our ability to get a deal. Law-abiding gun owners are not the problem. Law-abiding gun owners who've passed a background check have a Second Amendment right to purchase a firearm. And no limitation on their rights is going to prevent shootings like Yuvali or Sandy Hook or Sutherland Springs. So focusing on the problem, which are keeping criminals and people with mental health problems from purchasing firearms under existing law, I believe is the right formula to build consensus and get a bill on the President's desk. We still have a lot of work ahead of us. I think in many ways this is a beginning, not the middle or the end of our work, because now we need to put these principles into legislative text and then we need to get it on the Senate floor, get it passed. Get it passed in the House and then get it to President Biden's desk. So now we knew what they really, really wanted to do. They wanted to basically just sterilize the Second Amendment. Why would they want to do that? Why would a government want to neuter the only right that secures individual liberty in the world, on the planet? Anyway, I think Ed's got that queued up, so let's go ahead and play that for everybody out there. Here we go. First, another crisis in the news. So after the killings in Buffalo and Yuvaldi a few weeks ago, you begin to hear people on television talk about something called red flag laws. The government, they informed us, could actually end mass shootings tomorrow simply by taking the guns away from mass shooters before they commit mass shootings. It's not complicated. In fact, it's such an obvious solution that you had to wonder why we weren't already doing that. Who does want to prevent mass shootings? Well, only the gun lobby. Everybody else cares about children. So a lot of Americans, not surprisingly, now say they want red flag laws. And why wouldn't they? Like supporting Black Lives Matter, or fighting climate change, or getting the COVID shot, or standing with the brave people of Ukraine. Red flag laws seem like one of those ideas that no decent person could possibly oppose. You want crazy people to have guns? Of course you don't. Who would? So naturally you're for red flag laws. And in fact we may soon get red flag laws across the country. So what would that mean if we do? Well, two things you should know. First, red flag laws will not end mass shootings. But red flag laws will end due process. Due process is a simple concept, but it's the key to everything that is good about America. In our system of justice, citizens cannot be punished without first being charged with a crime. Politicians cannot just decide to hurt you, throw you in handcuffs, lock you in jail, seize your property, simply because they don't like how you think or how you vote. No. Before they punish you, they have to go through a formal process in which they describe which specific law you broke and exactly how you broke it. They have to prove it. For serious crimes with big penalties, the government has to convince a group of your fellow citizens first. It's called a grand jury. And this government must convince them that you deserve to be punished or they cannot proceed. None of this is new. This is the way we've done things in America for more than 200 years. And it's exactly why we have and have always had the fairest justice system in the world. People moved this country from all over the globe to benefit from it. But red flag laws will end this. Under red flag laws, the government doesn't have to prove you did anything wrong in order to strip you of your most basic rights. All that's required to punish you is a complaint, possibly even an anonymous complaint, in which somebody says, you seem dangerous. Now that complaint doesn't come from a grand jury, it can come from anyone, including someone who hates you or someone who simply doesn't like your politics. It doesn't matter because no jury will ever see it. On the basis of that unproven complaint, you lose your freedom and your ability to defend yourself and your family. Now how could that possibly happen in this country? Well, the Supreme Court has said unequivocally that it can't happen here. A year ago, the Supreme Court ruled in a case called Kaniglia v. Strong. Police in Rhode Island had seized the personal firearms of a 68-year-old man whose wife had called in a complaint against him after they had an argument. That man had committed no crime. He'd never been convicted of the crime, and he was judged by doctors to be sane. And yet the authorities took away his guns anyway. He sued under the Fourth Amendment and the case went all the way to the Supreme Court. The result was not even close. The Supreme Court sided with the gun owner in that case in a rare 9-0 decision. That means that every justice, liberal and conservative, agreed that authorities cannot just seize your property or throw you in jail because they don't like the way you look or because someone is mad at you. So red flag laws are unconstitutional. period. We don't need to guess about that. And yet the Biden administration is pushing them anyway. Why? Because they don't care. How is Joe Biden able to ignore a Supreme Court decision from last year? Simple. He declares an emergency and does what he wants. He's done it before. The White House did the same thing with the eviction moratorium and vaccine mandates last year. It's an emergency. We don't have time for due process. So you can see why Democrats love emergencies. Nothing gives them more power more quickly. They've declared the atrocities in Uvalde and Buffalo an emergency, unlike the daily mass shootings in Baltimore and Chicago cities they run and whose killings they therefore assiduously ignore. And in the base of that emergency, they can move forward with gun confiscation. So the White House now wants Congress to pass a law paying the states to enact red flag laws. And here's the amazing part. At least 10 Republican senators are backing this effort from the Biden White House, and that means this is virtually guaranteed to pass. What's their reasoning? Well, here's one of those senators, John Cornyn of Texas. You have colleagues in the other chamber who are already coming out against this before you even put out a proposal. I'm not surprised. Some people... will not want to touch this with a 10-foot pole because they're concerned about the politics of it. But I think this is a time where hopefully we can transcend that personal political interest and do what we think will save lives. To me, that's the ultimate goal. We can do something sensible that does not undermine the rights of law-abiding citizens under the Constitution to keep and bear arms. So there are two things to notice about that soundbite, which is so revealing. The first is the use of the term sensible. Now that is a democratic talking point approved by the DNC. It's sensible. Gun safety regulation. So here you have John Cornyn taking Nancy Pelosi's language. He's doing it on purpose. And then you hear him describe anyone who disagrees with him. Why would you disagree with John Cornyn? Well, according to John Cornyn, anyone who disagrees with him is, quote, concerned about the politics of red flag laws. Not the wisdom of red flag laws, not whether or not red flag laws are constitutional, but the grubby politics. In other words, says John Cornyn, anyone who disagrees with me is low and unethical. Now, if you're not used to hearing liberal demagoguery like that from Republicans, you should know that John Cornyn is not the only one engaging in it. He is joined in this effort by Tom Tillis of North Carolina, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Rob Portman of Ohio, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Mitt Romney, of course, of Utah, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, needless to say, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, always on board for any bad idea, and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania. It's particularly interesting to see Lindsey Graham on board, the person who encouraged Capitol Hill police to shoot more Trump voters, who has no problem with violence, whose life is organized around worshipping it, telling you that you can't have a gun. Now, all the senators whose names we just read, many of whom are retiring, so they're beyond the reach of voters, have the backing of the top Republican in the Senate, Mitch McConnell. So what exactly are they backing when they back red flag laws? Well, we can take Florida's experience as an example. In Florida... The police can seize guns from people who pose a, quote, significant danger based on, quote, any relevant evidence. Huh. That's it. Any relevant evidence. The law raises some obvious questions. And the most obvious is... If you can seize people's guns without proving that they committed a crime, why can't you imprison them without proving they committed a crime? If you can take their guns, why can't you take their homes? Why can't you empty their bank accounts? Ooh, sound paranoid? Alex Jones stuff? That just happened in Canada. So what stops it from happening here? We already know the authorities are abusing the red flag laws already on the books. Kendra Parris is a lawyer based in Florida who specializes in them. In a recent interview, she said clients are able to hire lawyers who have quote, vastly higher odds of getting their firearms back from the government. Of course. Laws like this always penalize the weakest. She said courts are taking a quote better safe than sorry approach to avoid political blowback and the police are taking advantage of that So court records show that cops in Florida often show up to the homes of citizens to present them with quote stipulations If you agree in writing to surrender your firearms, you have a chance of getting them back after a year Now as it happens, that's a pretty tempting office offer when you have armed people in your living room But it is, and it remains, and again we don't need to guess about it, because the Supreme Court just ruled on this, it's unconstitutional. And it is for several reasons. It's a clear violation of the search and seizure prohibition in the Fourth Amendment. But it's also applied unfairly. And even the people who wrote our current red flag laws admit that. In New York, for example, Assemblymember Joanne Simon co-sponsored the state's red flag law. Quote, basically it's all over the place, Simon admitted. You have places where you have one filed and other places where it's 38 filed. So how will these laws be applied? Well, of course, they will be applied along political lines, just like everything else currently is in this highly politicized country. So if you don't like someone, if you don't like what someone believes, that person will be a target for unconstitutional search and seizure. Armed authorities showing up in somebody's home and taking their personal property at gunpoint. And if you doubt that that will happen, look at this. This is the guy, the very same member of Congress who had sex with a Chinese spy demanding that cops disarm Ben Shapiro because Ben Shapiro says things the Chinese government disagrees with. This is from Eric Swalwell. Quote, Please tell me this lunatic does not only gun. Reason number 1578 that America needs red flag laws. Eric Swalwell wrote that. Now, what would qualify as a trigger for gun seizure in the view of Eric Swalwell under the red flag laws that he supports and now Republicans in the Senate support? Well, here's the video that Ben Shapiro made that Swalwell thinks qualifies him for a red flag law. Watch. And if you make that national policy, not just California policy where I can move, but national policy, people are not going to stand for that. I now have two choices. One is to leave the country utterly. Two is to pick up a gun. Those are the only choices that you have left me. And now people are like, oh, this is, how could you say stuff like that? How could you be so extreme? It's not extreme to defend the fundamental rights the Constitution was created in order to protect. These rights pre-exist government. These re-writes pre-exist government. Well actually our founding documents make that point, which he is merely repeating. But on the basis of effectively quoting the founding documents of the country we live in, Eric Swallow says the police should show up at Ben Shapiro's house and take his firearms away. Does anybody, even Eric Swalwell, who is deranged, sincerely believe that Ben Shapiro is a violent threat to anyone? No, of course not. Ben Shapiro is an ideological threat, and an ideological threat is the only kind of threat people like Eric Swal actually care about. And you know that... When you look at the laws that they're pushing and the Republicans are backing if these laws were actually designed to fight grum gun crime They would among other things Force prosecutors to enforce existing gun laws against people who are committing all the murders and it's not been Shapiro in Los Angeles and many other cities that's not happening and that's why those criminals openly support the Soros back prosecutor George Gascog watch besides just going to bring back that low uh... and uh... it's not only care six nine and twelve so that's just one tape we can play you video as we often do of what's happening in our city so what's looking at is an opportunity So people who are favored by the regime can do whatever they want. You vote the right way, commit whatever crimes you want. In jail for 10 minutes you're out, go do it again, no problem. Baltimore can happen. Mass killings on an ongoing basis for decades and no one will say a word. But if you're disfavored by the regime, no punishment is too strong, no infraction too small. None of the gun legislation that John Cornyn and these other pompous buffoons who were siding with Nancy Pelosi None of that legislation would do anything about the core problem, which is DAs like George Gascon, who are failing to enforce existing gun laws. A whistleblower in Gascon's office says he was fired for complaining about Gascon's habit of illegally carrying firearms aboard airplanes. So why haven't the cops red-flagged George Gascon and disarmed him? Was anyone going to red flag Hunter Biden who lied on a federal drug form? Was it drug addict carrying a legally obtained weapon? No, of course not, because red flag laws aren't designed to punish the politically loyal. And that's why you get scenes like this in New Orleans, which the police do nothing about. Watch. So, hey, John Cornyn, will your legislation do anything about that? Because anybody who's okay with that or what's happening in downtown Chicago or downtown Baltimore, Gary, Indiana, or Detroit, just pick a city. Every day of the week, fix those things and get back to me about the AR in my closet. By the way, New Orleans, the SORUS-backed DA there, Jason Williams, isn't worried about what you just saw. Last year, his office dismissed more than 60% of violent felony cases that came to his office, most of them involving firearms. They just dismissed him. These are the people worried about gun crime. For perspective, the previous administration dismissed only 16% of those cases. Another Soros-backed DA in Philadelphia has a similar record. In the first half of last year, Larry Krasner's office withdrew or dismissed 65% of all gun charges. Does that seem high? Well, it is, because in 2015 that figure was just 17%. New ideology, new outcome. And of course the outcome is more dead people. But this law does nothing about that. It ignores it completely in favor of redefining you as a violent threat and giving the authorities controlled by the Biden administration the right to march into your house with guns drawn and disarm you. So what are they ignoring? Well, let's see. Last year in Philadelphia We saw a record set for homicides. Already this year, more than 200 people have been shot to death in the city of Philadelphia, which is not a huge city, and it's getting smaller. On Friday, for example, a 14-year-old boy was killed in a drive-by. On Saturday, a man was shot five times in West Philadelphia. Did you see that on the news? Probably not. On Sunday night, a man taking care of his mother in North Philadelphia was shot in the back of the head. So if you're actually worried about gun crimes, gun atrocities, and for the record, we are... Because unlike Lindsey Graham, we actually hate violence. You would do something about this and punish the people who are committing gun crimes. But no. They want to prevent you from defending your family from buying or holding guns. Why is that? Well, we don't need to guess because they're telling us. Watch what the Attorney General of the United States, and just to restate, this guy actually is the Attorney General. He's more than a craven political hack. He runs the DOJ. Watch him describe Mr. Merrick Garland, the biggest threat facing this country today. In the FBI's view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race. That's just a total lie, actually. And we have numbers to prove it. But you know it's a lie. There's no justification rationally for what Merrick Garland just said. It's ridiculous. It's an obvious untruth that anyone living in a major city knows that. So why do they keep telling you that? Well, because nothing the Biden administration is doing, and nothing that is happening in Congress right now, will actually address gun violence. That's not the point, John Cornyn. The point is to allow the Democratic Party to become even more powerful, and if it feels like it, to send its armed agents to raid the homes of Ben Shapiro and other disobedient people the Democratic Party doesn't like. The judge who was the whore at the front of the court, the prostitute and all the officers of the court got retirement money because they got to divvy up. the money paid to the court and they get a percentage for their retirement or personal investment programs. It is the Admiralty Court that you are dealing with. and prostitutes that make up the entire structure were profiteering at the expense of taking your lifetime. Even though case after case after case, the woman did not want to carry on the case and they're even in tears because they screwed their husbands by calling the cops because they wanted a third party to get in there and show him who's boss and they watched too many stinkin' television programs and movies. And then they found out what the real life was all about. We know that the family member wants to drop this, but the prostitute has picked it up as a third party member of the family, which by the way, you don't understand because how many of you in your effort to placate the state got a social security number for your kids? How many of you have a corporate manufacturing license slash a birth certificate? And they don't wanna tell you about that, but we have proven beyond the shadow of a doubt and we do not in any way, shape or form, think that in any way, shape or form there's any integrity in the system because they don't want you to know that when you got the marriage certificate, when you got the birth certificate, when you got the social security number, you introduced a third party into your affairs and that third party believes that you are incompetent and they own you. That they own you. Do you think that in any way, shape or form with these dirty whores in this environment with the money situation the way it is. They walk in, they grab a whole bunch of people, they lay latches on their property, and they start running them through the court. Now let me tell you something, I know people who have, I'll reinforce this again, I've talked about this for, I've had the people even on the air, okay? Guys, we beat the IRS so many times that it's ridiculous, it gets to be nauseous. What I mean by beat, we have proven beyond the shadow of a doubt you are not obligated to pay taxes. Carl, did you know that? Yeah. Okay, now, here's the problem. I have seen people who were masters of the Admiralty Court that are patriots. And they have taught 100 people about fighting in the court the way that you should and how to make out to stick to your guns. Now you will be going back into court more than a few times. But here's what happens if you follow the instructions. When you get to the point where you have filed each of the steps necessary a truth in the court. And it is benchmarked and recorded and it's there with the court recorder and the judge has heard the truth and he knows the truth already. What happens to your case will come up for its last day of hearing. You will be scheduled to be the last case to be heard on that business day of that Admiralty courthouse. You will come in. They will clear the courtroom. They will tell the courtroom it is to be cleared. They will then have you step forward and since you're defending typically yourself through pro-per, pro-say operations, the judge will explain to you how things are gonna work. And here's what they will tell you. Well, young sovereign, ma'am or mister, you are absolutely right in all of your arguments before this court. The judge will then say I have ruled or I will rule in your favor but with this understanding You are going to receive an acknowledgement of the correctment correction a correctness mark will get it right correctness of your argument But we are going to put a stipulation that if you share the knowledge of what you did in this court that our decision will be overturned and we will act as if no decision in your favor was passed. All of them- Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? Even though you have a copy of it in your hand? It will be sealed! You will be, no, here's the problem. And guys, we've seen this so many times. This is not just happening in Michigan, this is all over the country. The court will be, all of the record will be sealed. No party to this case can discuss the case. And it is acknowledged and congratulations, you have won in this court. You have acknowledged that your arguments are correct. And there are no more proceedings. We rule in your favor. Okay, got it. I thought they were handing you a correction of all the charges and everything saying that they're explaining how you won the case and everything and then you're not supposed to share that. It's in the case, but the case is sealed. It's it. The case is sealed. This is what, again, like I said, guys, everybody always yaps about the Supreme Court. I have mentioned this many times. I've been involved in three Supreme Court filings that made it to be read by the Supreme Court and two of those to be heard. Now, each of those cases, because they were brought pro-per by a prisoner who took seven and a half years to get to the Supreme Court, step by step by step, even though the brief was absolutely crazy, it was acknowledged by, and I've read all of this, okay? But here's the thing, you can't, because what they will literally do is when they realize that the court case that you were involved in, will mess with the business of the court because it is so absolutely spelled out and correct. In other words, you've gone through the puzzle palace, you've hopped on one leg, you've rubbed your tummy, you pet your head, and you blink your eye left and right, right and left, and you did everything right and absolutely to cause, to show the justness of your argument. Congratulations, you're right, and it will be sealed and no one is allowed to witness or observe the argument of your case, but especially the facts of your case. Because the facts of your case not only tie into the individual case you were participant in, but demonstrates the culpability and illegitimacy of the court itself, in its actions. And so their logic is, is you'll take the bite, like with the IRS. People went left and right, but you see the enticement is, okay, you got yours, but you can't share it with anybody else. Now, that doesn't happen with every case. Understand that what happens is usually there's a grand teacher, as I mentioned, somebody who has mapped it out. And many other people have participated. And what happens is that through scurrilous activity, they will desperately try to attack the individual who is the working base through illegitimate action up to and even including attempted assassination or murder by other angular elements. This is why I've told you before if you are not balanced and don't live in the physical world, although I'm they're gonna be so awe-inspired My legal argument is so correct and I am so right that it's like a magic force field and they'll blah blah blah blah blah now on occasion and I will tell you it is the rarest the System might actually try to do the right thing It's just you have the right combination of somebody who's either old or maybe naive and young And these parties in the court, usually as justices, judges, whatever, initially will acknowledge that your arguments are correct because you bring forward both the body of the law in terms of precedent, but also the body of the law itself in instrument, in form. Typically what happens are two things in the process of the case. Either A, another political will come up, the spits, whoppers and ring knockers will come up and threaten the judge or justice, depending on who he or she is. Or they they're at least given the warning that something that is transpired is not good for business and ergo you need to do something to misdirect the case. The judge will tell the judge this, but they may still stay stay the course. An occasion very rare out of thousands of filings. There are three notice that I can actually once again count this because. When a judge has ruled on the bench and it was an illegitimate ruling even away from the bench, the judge's voice has great weight. But if they do come back from retirement and acknowledge that a ruling was wrong, then it darkens the history of the judge's heritage slash the legacy. And what this can do is also that judge's rule, if that judge makes statement that, this particular case was wrong. Remember that now I have a precedent set as an individual that if I can seek out his statement of correction, I can use it for other cases where he obviously did the same thing. But the people don't have the wherewithal or the resources to get into the court to correct the mistake. So judges will try, if at all possible, not to corrupt the business from past experience of that court, that he was presiding over as the officer of the ship. And also so as not to undermine the scammer who's presently in there, who may even be using his edicts or his decisions as a manipulative tool for the court to profit. These people are scurrilous. I will repeat again and forgive me again, I don't have it right here by fingertips, but basically what they've said, even if the argument, this is the Supreme Court that we're talking about that everybody wants to get to, that it's interesting because of the case that was just ruled upon here. It is so succinct and obvious. What have I said, guys? We're at the point where all of the attacks on your rights. are so black, white are so AB that last year they had a ruling that we missed somehow that was basically a nine to zero ruling against red flag laws. What does that tell you? It's what we've said all along. This is so flagrant, this is so obvious a violation that any individual in a government post that supports it is an enemy of the American people and should be dealt with through the process of law, both natural and well, whatever business law they're playing. The natural law dictates that this individual and these individuals are in direct violation and attacking are virtually involved and cooperative in the destruction of the Bill of Rights of the United States by the process of what they are involved in. By the ruling last year, one year ago, all of these actions are in gross violation of the body of the law, the foundational block of law that makes this country. And yet, these horrors, these traitors, these pieces of excrement, these globalists, which by the way, oh, I repeat myself, these pieces of excrement, are proceeding forward in a totally illegitimate fashion, knowing that they are going to disrupt and do in just takings through their agents. And their agents are any dirty whore from a local cop to a dirty whore county cop to a dirty whore state cop to a dirty whore fed who are now going to violate the body of the law of the nation and the rights of the people by accepting money to promote and undermine the Bill of Rights. Knowing so well that we don't need to guess about a ruling on this because the justices last year already did. And when you have a unanimous ruling, that's multiple nails in the casket. In other words, if this is a dead, there's no possibility except, well, wait a minute, what did they say they're gonna do? And I heard you text mex, I think that's who it was. Guys, think about this. They've already told you that because they don't like the end result even with these characters, and by the way, you've got a bunch of leftists in there, but here's what they understand. Once you open up this can of worms, just like was said in the Tucker Carlson piece, well, if I can take your stuff without due process, if I can take your property, why can't I take your house? Why can't I take your car? Why can't I take you? Now, you know what? This all goes back to crap they tried to pull in the 80s. There was a short-lived COP program when they started, what was it? The property forfeiture scam, which needs to be gone. Why? Oh, the cops are especially gonna hate me for this one. I'm on a death list for this because the cops constantly abused it. But there was this little television program and the whole gist of it was, wouldn't it be cool? You're a cop and you get to be part of this special unit and they go out and they go to a person's house before any warrants are served and they go attack a house. and they steal property and by the second episode they're driving around in other people's cars, they're wearing somebody else's jewelry, they got somebody else's Rolex on and they're all bragging how they're this special little clique that have no badges and they have no names but they're part of the cop shop and the Fed likes them because they help to fund them and the state likes them because they help to fund them and this thing went four episodes on the air and they killed it and I know it was made to disappear because I have never seen a rerun of any of it. But what were they doing? They were trying to test water and promote the idea that it was great to steal through illegitimate process from the American people. That's what this bull shit is about. I heard two voices, I heard another voice call or jump in there first. But text next, I think was first though, go ahead. Oh yeah, that's me, Mark. Yeah, I just wanted to make comment to one of the other callers that called in about his not paying taxes. All you gotta do to ask what Wesley Snipes would happen to him when he didn't pay his taxes. He thought he was gonna... You know, take hold on paperwork and show them how, you know, how, you know, how he was right there. And then they put him in jail. And then they don't put you in jail. You do understand guys, you're dealing with literally pirates, privateers and foreign operatives. The IRS takes the agents are allowed to take 10% of the booty right off the top. Just like that bullshit we were talking about, this red flag garbage or property forfeiture and foreclosure or seizure. They've already been doing that to a degree, but they were boxed in. They wanted to expand it. And there's a big difference between coming after a peon who's only worth so many tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars even with your house and property died in. Cuz the bank owns part of that. The bank's gonna get their chunk no matter what the IRS or anybody else thinks they're gonna do. because they're going to all put latches on it through the Admiralty Court of Property. But when you have... I would also... Well, he's worth a lot more. I will have to wait until you win over the bar attorney. Right, and that's, well, see, that's part of the other mistake is that, again, he embraced through education all that we're talking about. But he went in with a spy. And he also, they probably modified what was the argument accordingly. But remember, as I told you before, when it's bad for business for the scammers, he's worth a big chunk of change. Any poor that's in the government that can drag him in, and he's worth 20, 30, $40 million. And they can steal 10% of that. What's 10% of 40 or 50? I think he's I think he's worth right now about 53 million, maybe more. He could be up around 100 million. I saw a listing and his him in the pecking order of actors. So do the math guys, right off the bat, if he has $10 million, you get 10% of that right off the bat as a pig in the government, as a swine operative. So it behooves you get motivated. Plus, remember that once they make this an Admiralty Court issue of property, the court gets to sequester a specific amount of the funds. And again, they divvy it up. The judge gets about 11% for his personal accounts slash personal retirement. The prostitute's office divvies it up, but the prostitute or himself gets about 6 to 9% depending upon the state. And then even the officers, other officers of the court get 6% of whatever is finally taken. And so they pad it, they take more because everybody wants more. In other words, you still got the agents are given 10%. So you've got to placate them, but you still want a big chunk of money dragged over into those retirement or property accounts. Hey Mark. Go ahead, jump in there. Hey, just real quick along the lines of Dirty Cops, I'll tell you this. A number of years ago, I had a business acquaintance who was an ex-cop from Tennessee. Now, this guy wasn't real bright and he had a big ego. And so he would actually tell me all sorts of interesting stories of his adventures while being a cop. Which the basic overall story is that he would steal anything that wasn't chained down and he had all stories about that. But the very interesting thing was is that he told me about how in this small town in Tennessee there when if there were businesses that did not support the cops. They would drive by in the squad car with slingshots and they would use wooden furniture pegs from the furniture industry. And they would, from their squad cars, they would launch the furniture pegs through the front glass of the business. And then they would drive down the street. And of course the alarms would go off. And then they would get the call to go investigate. And then they would go back to the business and investigate their handiwork. And this was all just like, you know, along with many other stories of similar types of things. So, and this was just firsthand, you know, guy that, you know, just, I had spent quite a bit of time with and I just, I couldn't believe this sort of thing. Back to you. It's just the shallow end of what's, you know, how sick and perverted, which by the way also, because we have, because the whole system has become so illegitimate. And because of the nature of how it is the bureaucracy that is the enemy, we are now at the point where as with what just happened, the level of conversation is non-existent because there is no discussion. It is either right or wrong. Since we know that it's wrong, then they have to make a choice to side with the aggressor, these courts, which is what happened with the Supreme Court on the red flag law issue. The fact is it's so blatant that it is a reason for an American war for independence. Here's the problem, this is not new. Do you think that the cops and the media have been lying just in the last, what, two years because of Biden? Boy, I hope you're not that shallow hell. Do you think it was just the last six years because of, well, Trump and Biden? I hope you're not that shallow hell. I think you all know better. You know what? We put up with a whole lot of BSR men before me, but we, you know what? We were fighting this when it wasn't in vogue and had to listen to idiot sticks who did not have any clue who bragged about how stupid they were because they were proud to be stupid. They were proud to be stupid. And it's those idiot sticks that have gotten us to this shipwreck today. We told the truth. Again, the only problem is, and here's the thing, you've got a bunch of cowards out there. Because at a given point, when you are talking about literally what is going to, it is inevitable that this goes to violence constantly, mass shooting events slash government sponsored murder. Because step by step, they will peel things back. We're at the finish point, we are at the finish point, we are at the finish point. Any asset in this regime that goes along with this right now is an enemy of the American people, period. And by the way, on the whole issue of shootings in the first place, the Prozac problem is the problem. Prozac and all of the government-sponsored drug industry is the problem. What's jumping off the wall there, please? Now this is the 14th of June, 2022, a B and a yeah, sorry about last week. I got a very, very late start getting my plants in this year. I, the last couple of years, I was able to grow them in the greenhouse and then put them in, which felt pretty good. But this year, you know, for my own past, I'd kind of got messed up. I ended up buying a bunch of plants. I mean a bunch of plants, bought bunches of tomatoes and peppers and sitting there because the weather here in Indiana was screwy, kept raining. Just, you know, you're ready to get put out and start raining again and rain again. So I was delayed and delayed and delayed up until June. Fortunately, the plants kept growing. So I was able to put some pretty good sized plants in the ground, but we had this major heat coming up. here in Indiana, and I guess you're probably getting it there too. I mean we hit 99 degrees according to my dashboard outdoor thermometer today, and it's supposed to do the same doggone thing tomorrow. Did learn a couple things though. Put plants in every year, and every year I'd have a few of them die off just from the shock of transplant, you know, from the little trays into the ground. But You know, since I knew the heat was coming up, I knew they'd be extremely stressed being young plants thrust in the ground. And, you know, I never want to put plants in with the bright hot sun coming the next day. I'd prefer to have cloudy weather and rain if possible. That's most ideal for me in transplanting. So I got desperate and I'm sitting here thinking, well, you put the plants in the ground, I'm hollow out a little area and I put in potting soil and then I put the plant in and then I put potting soil on top of that. I had to lose one freaking plant out of hundreds. And I've been doing this for years. I'd lose a few and I'd have to replace them and, you know, it's pain in the butt, time consuming. Can be money consuming, but, you know, that might be common sense for some of you, but I mean, I've been doing this for years and nobody told me that would be a good idea, but I'm telling you, it worked like a champ. put potting soil in, watered the things down. This was before the sunset, so it's set and they got a full night's rest and adjustment. And then the next day the heat came, it was cloudy Monday, but hot. And they did real good. And then, you know, of course now we had this 99 degree weather. And while a couple of them looked a little wilty, I haven't lost a single one this time. So. Bear in mind that that's a problem with you. You know, you're putting plants in, they can have a shock to the type of soil, they can have shock to the dryness, they can have shock to the heat. But like I said, peppers and tomatoes, I didn't lose a single one this time. The heat has hit so fast here, I wasn't able to grow lettuce, that just bolts, goes to seed with the heat. But I am going to go ahead and stick in. I've got cucumbers, peppers, I'm sorry, cucumbers, peas. and corn started from seed. I'll do the same thing with zucchini and some other things. And I got a couple of eggplants I'll throw in. I can't really tell you why I'm doing this. Yeah, go ahead. Yeah, excuse me for interrupting you. Yeah, I hear what you're saying exactly. Let me mention something to you real quick. On that potting soil, that's a viable alternative, just like you are explaining, right? Now why it's done that is because of the vermiculite that is in that bottom next. Okay. That's the one thing, right? It looks almost like styrofoam. No, that's the pro-life. Oh, that's pro-life. Vermiculite is the kind of goldish kind of gold and a little black, you know, kind of shiny. pieces that you'll see in there. That's pure vermiculite and it's a mixture. So you can get big, giant, huge bags like four foot tall of that vermiculite all by itself and or the perlite if that makes more sense monetarily. Over. Thank you. Well I'd buy these big, you know, either Miracle Grower or one of the off-brand 2 cubic foot bags which could run with prices now. Top price I've seen is about $16 for a bag of potting soil 2 cubic foot. But I probably only went through a couple of them. And I'm talking about hundreds of plants. What I do is I just take a tiller and mine's a little different. It's not a square garden. It's not like a lot of them you see. I mean, I just take the tiller and run down a path and it and do whatever. I just leave myself enough space between the rows for the lawnmower to go. And then I just kind of decorate. I do pepper to me and a pepper to me. And then I usually alter the varieties. But I till the soil and I might mix in a little compost or something, but I did nothing else. I just throw the plants in. And that was a bit of a shock to them. And sometimes I could dry out pretty quick because sometimes the soil was clay and chunky and it could get dry real fast. But yeah, the potting soil regulated the moisture and I just used a handful. I'd scoop out a little divot in the ground, put potting soil in, then I'd press the plant in the potting soil and put potting soil on top of the, you know, the root ball. And I actually do all this under landscape fabric. I put landscape fabric down and then when I start cutting grass, I put the grass clippings around the plant as mulch to help hold the moisture in. So all that works and then of course by the end of the summer you don't even see the landscape fabric. It's all covered with grass and everything. All you see is a bunch of tall plants with fruit on them. It's a lot of work. It's continuous. I decorate for aesthetics as much as I do for the veggies and things. I mean, I'm hummingbird for years. I have LED lights, LED fountains, you know, bling, the old little animal bling. I make it pretty as well as, you know, functionally aesthetic. I make it to where I like to be in it and messing with it. So I'm in a place where not too many neighbors are going to see what I'm doing here. You know, these select friends that come over, but I like decorating and playing the dirt. I give a lot of away to the people that are at the food shelters and things and extra plants, you know, they get those. So, something I've done every year though, I plant two big gardens right here on this property and I've actually planted gardens for other people too. So, dang, I'm 60 years old now, it's getting harder. So, the things I used to do, it's a little harder. I'm not doing quite as big as the areas I did. I'm focusing a little more intently on the smaller area, but I'm running late this year, but it's in and I think there's enough time to see the fruit on the vines before fall hits. So yeah, it's really toasty here. We're gonna have several toasty days. And unfortunately the way my garden's set up, I got to run a generator and take the hose around each and every plant. So I mean, several days are just nothing but watering. It doesn't seem very efficient, but that's the way it is here. But yeah, we've got a governor here in the state of Indiana, that's a piece of garbage named Eric Holcomb, who flew to Israel in the hour of need. He's now mathing off about cutting the power off because, gosh, we don't have money for coal or these other things. We're just gonna have to turn the power off several hours a night to maybe complete the COVID cycle of killing the elderly. I don't know, he's a piece of garbage and Most of them are and I just soon be rid of them. Just probably like you guys are your governor there. So it might not be quite as bad, but it's pretty bad. So they said they're talking about Michigan. Well, I'm gonna say this again. This is another reason we need to have an American war for independence because independence because what happened? We had all the power that we needed. In fact, the whole argument behind us going electrical is that we have all the power that we need and more. They sound like a little cooling fan on a computer or something. They're very quiet. The one for $17 has a mister built in. You push a button on the back and this mist comes out of the thing and it makes the air a little bit cooler still. You pulse that mist and it'll run longer, but these aren't the only lithium ion fans that are out there. If you look on Amazon or eBay, there are eight inch, 12 inch models and so on that are rechargeable that will run for hours and hours and hours and will let you sleep at night. I've already done this, I've already put one or two of them. I've got a shipping container here. I've tried using a generator and an air conditioner unit and it's very cumbersome, it's costly, especially with gas, over $5 a gallon now, everything's costly to get. Honestly, it had enough of the constant gun control after sitting and staring at the Supreme Court website and trying to get an update on what they were dropping yesterday. John Cornyn, the Senator of Texas, who was in part leading these negotiations with all the people in the Senate who wanted to just chip away at our rights without negotiating with us. He addressed a committee telling about... you know, how good it was and how they came to an agreement. But then he put up a chart on what the Democrats wanted and what they had to get out of this deal so that they could get the 60 votes. Again, reminder, they have 60. They've already had 10 Republicans sign on to this. There are other Republicans who we know will sign this as well. Mitch McConnell, Marco Rubio, Rick Scott, and more. So... If you want to have any effect on this, you got to get loud and proud, guys and gals, you just got to do it. So here's John Cornyn in his own words. There's been a lot of talk and speculation in the press about what was included in the bill. And I'm pleased to say that I believe the principles that we came up with will save lives. But we also understand we are operating here in the Senate with a 60-vote threshold. that 59 votes won't get it and any lesser number will not allow us to vote off to close debate and then to pass a bill. And so I want to just talk about ideas that were left out of this deal because we knew they would jeopardize our ability to get to 60 votes. There was a lot of desire on both sides to include additional things, but they were excluded. in large part because of our necessity of getting to 60 votes in order to get a bill. For example, proposals on universal background checks, assault weapon bans for 18 to 21 year olds, mandatory waiting periods, 21 day waiting period for purchases of all firearms for 18 to 21 year olds, high capacity magazine bans, unconstitutional mandatory safe storage requirements of all firearms and homes licensing requirements for purchasing an assault weapon, criminal penalties for negligent storage of firearms and home, and low mens rei, that's a criminal state of mind, standard for straw purchasing and trafficking firearms. All of these had been proposed by either President Biden or many of our Democratic colleagues and were not included in the statement of principles that was agreed to by 10 Republicans and 10 Democrats. We knew including any of these components would jeopardize our ability to get a deal. Law abiding gun owners are not the problem. Law abiding gun owners who've passed the background check have a second amendment right. to purchase a firearm. And no limitation on their rights is going to prevent shootings like Yuvali or Sandy Hook or Sutherland Springs. So focusing on the problem, which are keeping criminals and people with mental health problems from purchasing firearms under existing law, I believe is the right formula to build consensus and get a bill on the President's desk. We still have a lot of work ahead of us. I think in many ways this is a beginning, not the middle or the end of our work, because now we need to put these principles into legislative text and then we need to get it on the Senate floor, get it passed. Get it passed in the House and then get it to President Biden's desk. So now we knew what they really, really wanted to do. They wanted to basically just sterilize the Second Amendment. Why would they want to do that? Why would a government want to neuter the only right that secures individual liberty in the world, on the planet? There's a reason why no other country is like us, guys and gals. There's a reason. There's a reason. In fact, here's a little clip I found yesterday that I put up. So after you're doing some Buffalo and you Valdey a few weeks ago, you begin to hear people on television talk about something called red flag laws. The government, they informed us, could actually end mass shootings tomorrow simply by taking the guns away from mass shooters before they commit mass shootings. It's not complicated. In fact, it's such an obvious solution that you had to wonder why we weren't already doing that. Who doesn't want to prevent mass shootings? Well, only the gun lobby. Everybody else cares about children. So a lot of Americans, not surprisingly now, say they want red flag laws. And why wouldn't they? like supporting Black Lives Matter or fighting climate change or getting the COVID shot or standing with the brave people of Ukraine. Red flag laws seem like one of those ideas that no decent person could possibly oppose. You want crazy people to have guns? Of course you don't. Who would? So naturally you're for red flag laws. And in fact, we may soon get red flag logs across the country. So what would that mean if we do? Well, two things you should know. First, red flag laws will not end mass shootings. But red flag laws will end due process. Due process is a simple concept, but it's the key to everything that is good about America. In our system of justice, citizens cannot be punished without first being charged with a crime. Politicians cannot just decide to hurt you, throw you in handcuffs, lock you in jail, seize your property, simply because they don't like how you think or how you vote. No. Before they punish you, they have to go through a formal process in which they describe which specific law you broke and exactly how you broke it. They have to prove it. For serious crimes with big penalties, the government has to convince a group of your fellow citizens first. It's called a grand jury. And this government must convince them that you deserve to be punished or they cannot proceed. None of this is new. This is the way we've done things in America for more than 200 years. And it's exactly why we have and have always had the fairest justice system in the world. People move to this country from all over the globe to benefit from it. But red flag laws will end this. Under red flag laws, the government doesn't have to prove you did anything wrong in order to strip you of your most basic rights. All that's required to punish you is a complaint, possibly even an anonymous complaint, in which somebody says you seem dangerous. Now that complaint doesn't come from a grand jury. It can come from anyone, including someone who hates you or someone who simply doesn't like your politics. It doesn't matter because no jury will ever see it. On the basis of that unproven complaint, you lose your freedom and your ability to defend yourself and your family. Now, how could that possibly happen in this country? Well, the Supreme Court has said unequivocally that it can't happen here. A year ago, the Supreme Court ruled in a case called Kaniglia v. Strong. Police in Rhode Island had seized the personal firearms of a 68-year-old man whose wife had called in a complaint against him after they had an argument. That man had committed no crime. He'd never been convicted of the crime, and he was judged by doctors to be sane. And yet the authorities took away his guns anyway. He sued under the Fourth Amendment, and the case went all the way to the Supreme Court. The result was not even close. The Supreme Court sided with the gun owner in that case in a rare 9-0 decision. That means that every justice, liberal and conservative, agreed that authorities cannot just seize your property or throw you in jail because they don't like the way you look or because someone is mad at you. So red flag laws are unconstitutional. Period. We don't need to guess about that. And yet the Biden administration is pushing them anyway. Why? Because they don't care. How is Joe Biden able to ignore a Supreme Court decision from last year? Simple. He declares an emergency and does what he wants. He's done it before. The White House did the same thing with the eviction moratorium and vaccine mandates last year. It's an emergency. We don't have time for due process. So you can see why Democrats love emergencies. Nothing gives them more power more quickly. They've declared the atrocities in Yuvaldi and Buffalo an emergency, unlike the daily mass shootings in Baltimore and Chicago cities they run and whose killings they therefore assiduously ignore. And in the base of that emergency, they can move forward with gun confiscation. So the White House now wants Congress to pass a law paying the states to enact red flag laws. And here's the amazing part. At least 10 Republican senators are backing this effort from the Biden White House. And that means this is virtually guaranteed to pass. What's their reasoning? Well, here's one of those senators, John Cornyn of Texas. You have colleagues on the other in the other chamber who are already coming out against this before you've even put out a proposal I'm not surprised some people will not want to touch this with a 10-foot pole because they're concerned about the politics of it. But I think this is a time where hopefully we can transcend that personal political interest and do what we think will save lives. To me, that's the ultimate goal. We can do something sensible that does not undermine the rights of law-abiding citizens under the Constitution to keep and bear arms. So there are two things to notice about that soundbite, which is so revealing. The first is the use of the term sensible. Now that is a democratic talking point approved by the DNC. It's sensible gun safety regulation. So here you have John Cornyn taking Nancy Pelosi's language. He's doing it on purpose. And then you hear him describe anyone who disagrees with him. Why would you disagree with John Cornyn? Well, according to John Cornyn, anyone who disagrees with him is, quote, concerned about the politics of red flag laws. Not the wisdom of red flag laws, not whether or not red flag laws are constitutional, but the grubby politics. In other words, says John Cornyn, anyone who disagrees with me is low and unethical. Now, if you're not used to hearing liberal demagoguery like that from Republicans, you should know that John Cornyn is not the only one engaging in it. He is joined in this effort by Tom Tillis of North Carolina, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Rob Portman of Ohio, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Mitt Romney, of course, of Utah, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, needless to say, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, always on board for any bad idea, and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania. It's particularly interesting to see Lindsey Graham on board, the person who encouraged Capitol Hill police to shoot more Trump voters, who has no problem with violence, whose life is organized around worshipping it, telling you that you can't have a gun. Now, all the senators whose names we just read, many of whom are retiring, so they're beyond the reach of voters, have the backing of the top Republican in the Senate, Mitch McConnell. So what exactly are they backing when they back red flag laws? Well, we can take Florida's experience as an example. In Florida, the police can seize guns from people who pose a, quote, significant danger based on, quote, any relevant evidence. Huh. That's it. Any relevant evidence. The law raises some obvious questions. And the most obvious is... If you can seize people's guns without proving that they committed a crime, why can't you imprison them without proving they committed a crime? If you can take their guns, why can't you take their homes? Why can't you empty their bank accounts? Ooh, sound paranoid? Alex Jones stuff? That just happened in Canada. So what stops it from happening here? We already know the authorities are abusing the red flag laws already on the books. Kendra Parris is a lawyer based in Florida who specializes in them. In a recent interview, she said clients are able to hire lawyers who have quote, vastly higher odds of getting their firearms back from the government. Of course. Laws like this always penalize the weakest. She said courts are taking a quote better safe than sorry approach to avoid political blowback and the police are taking advantage of that So court records show that cops in Florida often show up to the homes of citizens to present them with quote stipulations If you agree in writing to surrender your firearms, you have a chance of getting them back after a year Now as it happens, that's a pretty tempting office offer when you have armed people in your living room But it is, and it remains, and again we don't need to guess about it, because the Supreme Court just ruled on this, it's unconstitutional. And it is for several reasons. It's a clear violation of the search and seizure prohibition in the Fourth Amendment. But it's also applied unfairly. And even the people who wrote our current red flag laws admit that. In New York, for example, Assemblymember Joanne Simon co-sponsored the state's red flag law. Quote, basically it's all over the place, Simon admitted. You have places where you have one filed and other places where it's 38 filed. So how will these laws be applied? Well, of course they will be applied along political lines, just like everything else currently is in this highly politicized country. So if you don't like someone, if you don't like what someone believes, that person will be a target for unconstitutional search and seizure. Armed authorities showing up in somebody's home and taking their personal property at gunpoint. And if you doubt that that will happen, look at this. This is the guy, the very same member of Congress who had sex with a Chinese spy demanding that cops disarm Ben Shapiro because Ben Shapiro says things the Chinese government disagrees with. This is from Eric Swalwell. Quote, Please tell me this lunatic does not only gun. Reason number 1578 that America needs red flag laws. Eric Swalwell wrote that. Now, what would qualify as a trigger for gun seizure in the view of Eric Swalwell under the red flag laws that he supports and now Republicans in the Senate support? Well, here's the video that Ben Shapiro made that Swalwell thinks qualifies him for a red flag law. Watch. And if you make that national policy, not just California policy where I can move, but national policy, people are not going to stand for that. I now have two choices. One is to leave the country utterly. Two is to pick up a gun. Those are the only choices that you have left me. And now people are like, oh, this is, how could you say stuff like that? How could you be so extreme? It's not extreme to defend the fundamental rights the Constitution was created in order to protect these rights pre-exist governments. These re-writes pre-exist government. Well actually our founding documents make that point, which he is merely repeating. But on the basis of effectively quoting the founding documents of the country we live in, Eric Swallow says the police should show up at Ben Shapiro's house and take his firearms away. Does anybody, even Eric Swallow, who is deranged, sincerely believe that Ben Shapiro is a violent threat to anyone? No, of course not. Ben Shapiro is an ideological threat. And an ideological threat is the only kind of threat people like Eric Swal actually care about. And you know that when you look at the laws that they're pushing and that Republicans are backing. If these laws were actually designed to fight gun crime, they would, among other things, force prosecutors to enforce existing gun laws against people who are committing all the murders. And it's not Ben Shapiro. In Los Angeles and many other cities, that's not happening. And that's why those criminals openly support the Soros-backed prosecutor, George Gascone. Watch. Yeah. So that's just one tape we could play you video, as we often do, of what's happening in our city. So what you're looking at is anarcho-tyranny. So people who are favored by the regime can do whatever they want. You vote the right way, commit whatever crimes you want. In jail for 10 minutes you're out, go do it again, no problem. Baltimore can happen. Mass killings on an ongoing basis for decades and no one will say a word. But if you're disfavored by the regime, no punishment is too strong, no infraction too small. None of the gun legislation that John Cornyn and these other pompous buffoons who were siding with Nancy Pelosi support. None of that legislation would do anything about the core problem, which is DAs like George Gascon, who are failing to enforce existing gun laws. Gun laws that, by the way, George Gascon himself, to name one example, is breaking. A whistleblower in Gascon's office says he was fired for complaining about Gascon's habit of illegally carrying firearms aboard airplanes. So why haven't the cops red-flagged George Gascon and disarmed him? Is anyone going to red flag Hunter Biden who lied on a federal drug form? Was it drug addict carrying a illegally obtained weapon? No, of course not because red flag laws aren't designed to punish the politically loyal. And that's why you get scenes like this in New Orleans, which the police do nothing about. Watch. So, hey, John Cornyn, will your legislation do anything about that? Because anybody who's okay with that or what's happening in downtown Chicago or downtown Baltimore, Gary, Indiana, or Detroit, just pick a city. Every day of the week, fix those things and get back to me about the AR in my closet. By the way, New Orleans, the Sores-back DA there, Jason Williams, isn't worried about what you just saw. Last year, his office dismissed more than 60% of violent felony cases that came to his office, most of them involving firearms. They just dismissed him. These are the people worried about gun crime. For perspective, the previous administration dismissed only 16% of those cases. Another Soros-back DA in Philadelphia has a similar record. In the first half of last year, Larry Krasner's office withdrew or dismissed 65% of all gun charges. Does that seem high? Well, it is, because in 2015, that figure was just 17%. New ideology, new outcome. And of course, the outcome is more dead people. But this law does nothing about that. It ignores it completely in favor of redefining you as a violent threat and giving the authorities controlled by the Biden administration the right to march into your house with guns drawn and disarm you. So what are they ignoring? Well, let's see. Last year in Philadelphia We saw a record set for homicides. Already this year, more than 200 people have been shot to death in the city of Philadelphia, which is not a huge city and it's getting smaller. On Friday, for example, a 14-year-old boy was killed in a drive-by. On Saturday, a man was shot five times in West Philadelphia. Did you see that on the news? Probably not. On Sunday night, a man taking care of his mother in North Philadelphia was shot in the back of the head. So if you're actually worried about gun crimes, gun atrocities, and for the record, we are... Because unlike Lindsey Graham, we actually hate violence. You would do something about this and punish the people who are committing gun crimes. But no. They want to prevent you from defending your family from buying or holding guns. Why is that? Well, we don't need to guess because they're telling us. Watch with the Attorney General of the United States, and just to restate, this guy actually is the Attorney General. He's more than a craven political hack. He runs the DOJ. Watch him describe Mr. Merrick Garland, the biggest threat facing this country today. In the FBI's view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race. That's just a total lie, actually. And we have numbers to prove it. But you know it's a lie. There's no justification rationally for what Merrick Garland just said. It's ridiculous. It's an obvious untruth that anyone living in a major city knows that. So why do they keep telling you that? Well, because nothing the Biden administration is doing and nothing that is happening in Congress right now will actually address gun violence. That's not the point, John Cornyn. The point is to allow the Democratic Party to become even more powerful. And if it feels like it, to send its armed agents to raid the homes of Ben Shapiro and other disobedient people the Democratic Party doesn't like. They don't need a warrant. They get to come into your property cuz somebody said that somebody heard that somebody saw. So why are you letting them do that? You know what, the one bunch of kids, if you guys go look up SWATing on YouTube. and do a search for the last 24 hours or the last week. And these guys are talking about, okay, even the cops. Oh, the cops know. Yeah, but they go to the same address and they've been pulling this BS over and over again. But that would only happen at my house one time. Yeah, well, they did. And by the way, they come into your property or they come into your house and these guys have their broadcast studio in their house. So the cops just have to go through all of your house. The Gun Control Act of 1933-34 was parallel with it, as was the Gold Act, the Gun Control Act of 1968, and the Patriot Act, are direct extensions of the War Powers Act, an attack and a declaration of war against the sovereign American people by foreign corporation. Even everything from the Corona Beer Virus scam to the whole thing with the parasite BLM and Tifa. It was two years, a two year cyclic process. Why? Go take a look at the War Powers Act.
