Mixed cloud cover. We had relatively clear this morning and almost as quickly a bunch of little gray clouds rolled in. We haven't had any rain so we're not worried about it. But be prepared just in case because it could change any minutes. It's the end of spring, headed into the summer and we have had a lot of moisture so we'll probably get some more. We should. It's not an if, just a when. A couple things here real quick. First of all, again, aimsurplus.com. They did get some additional PPU MON and as far as I can tell, unless it's already gone, there was some 357 Magnum, also 38 Special Round Nosed, which will work fine in lead, probably 158 grain, I would assume, could be a 105.8 or a 108 lead round nosed. This is all Boxer Prime brand new ammunition. There's plenty of other stuff that's out there as far as different chamberings, but there's been a lot of people looking for a .357 Magnum and for .38. Another one that of course I had some questions about was .38 Smith and Wesson for the standard old five screw, you know, victory models, etc. They're great guns, model 10s, and if you got them, don't throw them away. In fact, remember you can always make 38 Smith and Wesson brass from, forgive me, 38 S&W, 38 Smith and Wesson, from old, tired, 30, 57, and 38 brass. I don't try to damage new, but you can cut down 38 Special if you have cases that are getting kind of tired on the throat. You can cut them down to 38 Smith and Wesson spec. use some heat lube on that and open them up. What you do is actually expand them a little bit and work just fine for standard shooting, boom, boom, boom. Also old 357 Magnum cases. Now, I haven't mentioned something here in a while, but remember there was an entire Colt line of Colt calibers before World War II. And there is, as there is 38 Smith and Wesson, You also have guns out there, including some odds and ends stuff that are in 38 Colt. Now this is not 38 long, this is 38 Colt, it's the competitive counterpart to 38 SW. And by the way, yep, they also had 32 Colt in addition to 32 Smith and Wesson short. These calibers were out there in top break revolvers, they were out there in K frames and J frames. The 38 Colt was very common in the J frame police positive, which you're used to running to all the time as usually, you know, again, grandpa guns that showed up where somebody had been in law enforcement, although it was a small gun, J for it's a J frame five shot police positive, but it was with a four inch barrel was a very common light duty gun. that worked really well. I mean, it was a very comfortable gun to shoot, easy to handle and out of the way, but it was a full length barrel, not a little stubby chubby thing, two inch or whatever. And although police positives were, positives were made that way in competition with the Smith and Wesson Model 36 later on. In the 38 Colt, it is a slightly larger dimension, you know, thickness wise with regard to the case and also the bullet. So it's rather interesting. Of course, it kind of got ironed out in the wash with World War II Smith and Wesson kind of one out. And the military was using during the war 38 S&W as the standard utility revolving round for pilots, you know, air crews. Anybody was carrying a K frame typically for a area security weapon or for you know, again aircraft operations. It was it was in 38 Smith and Wesson. That's why there's so many of those out there and it will work just fine. You can by the way because it is in a K frame, you can either think out of you where is this. If you're going to load a little hotter, if you're gonna build your own 38 Smith and Wesson, you can go to the upper end of the loading scale. with a standard K-frame like a World War II K-frame. It's no different from a gun made 30, 40 years later, the quality of the product is excellent. So the metallurgy is more than enough there to handle a little heavier charge. They intentionally went with the 38 Smith & Wesson for comfort in shooting. I won't get into that deep, but it was planned. There was a reason it's not a super dirty, hairy magnum round. It was a utility standard load. Okay. But the K frames, the Smiths can easily handle a little higher charge. So you can load up a 38 Smith and Wesson case, and you can even use some of the more sophisticated bullets with the standard Smith and Wesson round. However, however, however, attention, don't do that and then have say a bunch of top break Smiths or H&Rs and 38 Smith and Wesson and load those guns with the improved round reason. The top break is a very different structural design and it was designed with the medium pressure loads of each of the calibers that they're typically chambered in. You see a whole bunch of H&Rs, a bunch of H&R knockoffs, and a whole bunch of Smith & Wesson knockoffs made not just in the US but overseas in 32 Smith & Wesson, 32 Smith & Wesson long, and 38 Smith & Wesson. And they're great little pocket pistols. There's nothing wrong with them. You just have to make sure you operate them within their original parameters. I wouldn't want to get shot by them. And they do work, so again, just don't, you know, screw it up by cross-dressing, so to speak. If you're going to do, if you do have a bunch of these bouquet frames in the inventory, and some people do because a big pile of them came in from South America in the 1980s and also from England. There was a bunch of Glendleys, 38 Smith and Wesson, Enfields, Webley's. and also K-frame five, you know, five-screw victory models. So they're all good guns. And again, they will put you down just quick as any other firearm. A lot of people have them because they are. So they don't work well, they were incredibly cheap. Back in the day, when they came in in the late 80s, $60 a gun, it seemed to be that magic number, $59.95 or $69.95 for most everything, it was surplus. And they were typically in very good to excellent unissued condition. So if you've got something like that you've inherited, don't poopoo it. Instead, hey, that's another handgun. You've got so many people. Your primary weapons go into the field or into combat operations, but all these secondary arms can easily be used for security, just like governments used to do. Again, because they're not prioritized weapons, you can build up a little bit of an inventory, get yourself a holster, and issue them out as needed or cash them wherever you want to around, say, the retreat, the property, whatever. And you have another weapon that you can easily leap to your hand when the time comes, which is especially critical in a defense situation. So anyway, just want to heads up AIM surplus. AIM, you got to aim, aim surplus.com. Also, don't forget that AIM has SKS parts. We've had a lot of people asking about that on and off over the months and years. And if you have an SKS, there are parts there that you want to have in your spare parts inventory. So go to AIM surplus, and then on their little search bar there, put SKS parts. And Shazam! You could go over to the cable or satellite and you would find all these miniseries because they're great because they eat up hours of time when you've got 500 channels. After that, it gets pretty old or, you know, ESPN4, women's underwater volleyball, okay, whatever. So what's interesting is when America with a K was shown, it was immediately disappeared. Talk about George Orwell 1984. But go watch it. I don't want to ruin it for you. You need to go watch the whole series, America with a K. Take a look at how the communists are operating in the last two years publicly and in your face right now. In fact, longer, really. They were hoping to plug it in sooner. It didn't work the way the plan is. It doesn't mean they aren't going to proceed. Look, they are. So if Michael Chertoff is now back in the, you know, if Skeletor, slash Darth Skeletor is now back officially and they've given him, you know, that title as, you know, an open air component, then they're hardcore on this. They are going to be there in the next what day to two days and if they when they pass this this will authorize a centralized United Nations body that will be able to come in order military affairs, bring in foreign assets and point them at the American people. Now who are they going to use for that? Homeland Succu-Rady. Anybody that's in Homeland Security is an enemy of the American people and absolutely is on the list. They have their lists. We all have. They don't have any regulatory policy for the fusion centers. Well, why is that? How can that be? Wait a minute. Aren't they getting US federal funding? Well, sure, but there's no oversight. So the reason there's no oversight is because they're an extension of Homeland Succureity, a private corporation registered in the United States in New Jersey and operating as a foreign body, a foreign power on American soil against the American people. Anybody in a fusion center? It's on the same list. Ain't that many of them? Not hard to track when you have these duchy fortresses. All you got to do is just stand back and film. Every face, everybody, repetition day after day, cameras work all day for us, just like they do for them. So again, home sucky radio is in motion and again, they haven't dropped anything. The idea behind that announcement, the way they did it is, oh look, did you hear? Guys, they used to do this all the time with legislation and they do to a degree right now. When they would do anti-gun legislation traditionally, they would have three to four parallel bills. They would be virtually identical. Somebody would ask many times, well, why did they do that? They've already got this one. Well, here's why, because a lot of shallow hell people out there and the NRA would promote this. What would happen is, we're fighting HR 416. Well, what about HR 422 and HR, blah, blah, blah, and HR, there's three more. Well, you're not supposed to know about that. HR 416, boy, we put up the fight and they threw their hands up in the air and we beat them. And so you can all go back to sleep now. And as soon as you go back, they can go back to sleep. Usually it would be within a day or two. They'd already have it ready to go roll through the house. and they would pass it, or at least they would attempt maybe the second one. Oh, and then somebody might catch it so they beat it. But don't worry, there was the third one. And between number two and four, one of those would get through. Now guys, this became a pattern that we mapped out for everybody so everybody knows what to look for. But it's been a while, so everybody gets lazy. The same is true with regard to these public announcements by commercial liars that make up the regime, slash the excrement filth and detritus in the US government right now. Really not in US government because they're all foreign parties working for a foreign national entity to destroy American sovereignty, which is why they need to be again rounded up and properly executed. I won't even hesitate to say that, they're traitors. Of course, some of them are traders understand the other reason they need to be rounded up is because they are foreign operators working for foreign powers on American soil. And that is an act of war and subversion. So they just, their ass just needs to be gone. That's all there is to it. Real quick. Oh, by the way, I was talking about foreign things. So anyway, we're driving around today and there's this really modern bus on our side of what is a five lane road. There's two lanes, a middle turn lane and two lanes going the other way. And this bus really looks unique. In fact, I was looking at it and it's like, man, that is like a brand new, brand new bus. It's a really cool looking bus. But the guy pulls out at a weird angle on our side of the road facing towards us. Traffic is pretty heavy. And lo and behold, this bastard steps on the gas with traffic coming towards him and runs out into the middle turn lane kind of, but in the middle of traffic that's coming in both directions. He's actually stopping traffic in the process. And then sits there for a bit and as he starts to turn, I realize it's one of these stinking Mexican import buses. The character is driving just like you see down on the border or down in Mexico. The five lane change across traffic through the middle turn line and ignoring the traffic that's oncoming with him as he pushes the cars out of the way and they actually have to stop to prevent him, you know, stop from hitting him. Now, if it had been any of us that that had happened, if we were the driver of an American bus like that, your ass would be grasped, a lot more would be going through it, because there were at least three different moving violations or operations the way this asshat drove. However, okay, we saw that one, and then lo and behold, there are two more import buses out there way northbound, and these were marked Mexico. These were, you know, again, they were marked as and in the Spanish as Mexican fleet vehicles. So it's kind of funny. I got to see again the Mexican five lane, you know, five lane change from the, you know, from the opposite side of the road, again with a bus, a full size, full length, you know, cruiser bus and whoever the character was, well, Juan, don't worry, he'll be back down in Mexico. Of course, if he hit somebody, he'd be out of the bus so fast make your head swim. along with the rest of the illegals. And then somebody, they probably get an escort car. Typically they do. We've seen that before. You know, run to the car, the bus will be left if it has an accident, and just on you all in America. So just a heads up, watch for these things. They're all over the place now. Again, part of the treason involved with the bureaucracy, which is another reason we need to have an American war for independence. It's time. You're not going to be able to survive, you know, the country will not survive this level of betrayal. That's all there is to it. And if we wait and think somebody else is going to fix it, well, you're wrong because pretty much all of them are sitting on their dead ass and watching the disaster as it flows. Okay? Anyway, a couple of the things here with if chair toff well, thank you for that heads up. They will give you a representative example of what I've been talking about. You will see Body Armor, Undercover Body Armor for $35 a vest, $45 a vest, threat level two, threat level 3A. You will see helmets, Kevlar, specifically mish. I don't like the mish that much, but hey, it's a rifle helmet or supposed to be. So they're a good price for what they are. They've been averaging about $50 apiece. Hey, that's about a $250 to $300 helmet. So again, if you're looking for ways to fill in the blanks, if you are short, Don't forget, Motash is kind of like the intersection for a lot of the trade in stock. Now, another thing they've been getting is a lot of tactical web gear, but it's in black or in dark, dark blue. Might as well be black. What difference does it make? Is that dark? Again, if you're looking to supplement, one of the big things with, again, the plates, I can't stress enough, is they only cover a specific area. They have been designed to prevent spalled to a degree. But they still don't fill in the blank. And you got to remember that with what's coming, a lot of what you're going to experience is fragmentation and not heavy fragmentation. 40 millimeter grenade, anti-personnel, for instance, offensive and defensive grenades. Offensive have a smaller burst radius. In fact, what they call flash playing grenades are offensive grenades. They just wanna make it sound like, oh, it's something soft and fuzzy. The big issue here is covering the other soft tissue parts of the body core and the level 2 level 3 armor is Wrap around so the advantage here is that you're filling in the blank you put the wrap around level 2 armor on first Put your battle blouse on whatever you're gonna do throw your armor plate carrier tack gear on over that and you're pretty well covered for Most of what's gonna hit your torso and here's another thing If you have a scutter that goes off the side of the plate, it's not just your ribcage sitting there. That Kevlar may actually be just enough, and in many cases will be more than enough, to stop pistol or flattened small arms, whatever kind. And needless to say, that random grenade thread that might come sideways at you, they still tag in the arm, but at least here again, the lung's gonna be covered, the organs are gonna be covered, and that's critical. The other thing that Botash has to mention with the web gear they've had bundles two 300 combinations of pouches magazine magazine holders magazine dump bags Holsters etc. You got to take a look what's there see if it's anything it makes sense for you, but the prices are very reasonable. It's used But who cares now the only problem is a lot of it is black or dark dark dark blue If you're going to use that, you might want to, if you're going to build up say infiltration and counter force equipment, it's good to have a complete black uniform and a black tack set ready. When the time comes, remember you smile, wave, hold a cup of coffee and walk amongst the enemy until you get to where you need to be and then you fight your way up. So anyway, prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance, so you want to be able to dot all the I's, cross all the T's, and square the technology away. Pants have been harder to help to find at any good price. And or any good quality for that matter. If you're gonna find something that's decent. There's a lot of Dickies out there. That's what the government personnel are wearing overseas, especially the contractors in place of regular tactical gear simply because it's not been readily available and it's good beat up clothing. Fatigue clothing, okay? So look around to see what you can find, Botash.com, number one. Number two, again, over at JGSales.com, and their military surplus section is not very big. But they do have the Stride and Nylon, heavy gauge, two color, it's silvered on the bottom side, it is OD green on the top. US government contract military issued tarps. Now, they're basically the size of a pacho, a little bit bigger but not much. They are in the brand new old inventory in the wrapper. They're about $14.65 apiece. At this point in time, especially for a government contract quality product. That is a reasonable price for those things. At the very bottom of the scroll, we walked through it the other day on the air, where to find it, but it's over with the equipment and gear. And there's a military surplus subsection that they have, surplus. Go to that and there are other items there, but I don't know what's right now in stock. Because some of this, when it sells out, they take it off the list. But those tarps may still be there. We have mentioned them a few times and a lot of people have an interest in those for anti-thermal blocking and again, they're OD green. They're not a camel. I've seen those in Woodland. I've seen them in DCU, three-colored desert. We've seen them in chocolate chip desert. They have been done in other colors, in other patterns. But these are OD green, which at least it's a subdued color. You can add to that if you want. And make it whatever pattern you want. The OD is the base. Just think about it that way. And at least leave it the way it is. But another thing to consider is for thermal covering, for an engine cover if you're camo netting a vehicle. Since it's perfect for covering the hood area of the vehicle, It's a way to blank out to a limited degree the heat signature of the engine, especially when you've got enemy equipment scanning from overhead. So this is another part of what we call the camo roll that you work into when you build your camouflage net to conceal and cover your vehicle. Yep, the federal firearm permit is back on the docket. Same three Bobo's that have done it before, have done it this time again. Cory Booker, Bob Menendez, and Richard Blumenthal. Booker and Menendez from New Jersey, Blumenthal from Connecticut. First, I'm going to give you some quotes of these clowns that put it forward. Then I'm going to read some of the bill to you, and we'll discuss... where it goes from here. I don't think there's much of a chance in hell for this snowball that they're throwing up. but I want to bring it to you regardless. First quote is from Senator Bob Menendez who said, We have a moral obligation to prevent these senseless massacres in our schools, supermarkets, places of worship, and shopping malls that are tearing communities and families apart. It is my hope that my Republican colleagues will once and for all recognize the urgency of action and join us in passing this legislation before more lives are senselessly lost to gun violence. Yeah, the government, nowhere in the founding documents does it say that the government has responsibility to keep the individual safe. It's just not there. This is something that they want to use to try to pull on the heartstrings so they can further limit our right to keep and bear ours. We don't get that right from government. Get that straight. Next up is Senator Kookie I's Cory Booker. He said, In our nation, gun violence has become eerily routine and we've done little to stop the horrific mass shootings that devastate the lives of victims and their loved ones. Accepting this shameful status quo will continue to lead to deadly consequences. We need to adopt proven, common sense measures. that will address the scourge of gun violence and make our community safer. This bill moves us in the right direction and is based on a simple concept. You need a license to drive a car. You should need one to buy and possess a gun. Firearms licensing laws have broad public support and have been shown to reduce gun violence in states that have enacted them, including in my home state of New Jersey. This is the moment to enact ambitious legislation. As a nation, we must rise to it. Or we are fated to witness the deadly scenes of this past weekend and years passed over again. You need a license to drive because you don't have a right to drive. Driving is considered a privilege. The Second Amendment is considered a right, and it's a pre-existing right, not given to us by the Constitution, but recognized by. Next, Senator Blumenthal said, Obviously these three clowns are pushing an agenda, obvious, we know this. On screen again here, this is what would be needed to obtain this federal firearms license according to the bill that was submitted, and I'll have the bill linked down below. Certification that the individual completed the firearms safety training, which must include a written test and hands-on training to ensure safe use and accuracy. Number two, completion of a criminal history background check. Number three submission of fingerprints proof of identity and verification the individual is at least 21 years old interesting They're all for you proving who you are with your ID for your right to keep in bare arms, but not to go vote improve your citizen voting for Whatever office because you have to be a citizen in order to vote but the back schmacks. So this federal firearms license would be good for five years if this were ever to pass. I don't think it will. I don't think it stands a chance. And then you would have to redo the whole process, including the class and the qualification. All the firearms training, you'd have to redo that every five years. And of course, the DOJ could revoke this if you ever became considered a risk to yourself or others. And now I want to show you a couple parts of the bill will be quick. That's why I didn't put the video out yesterday because I wanted the bill and it took me a little while to get it. But there's more that they're asking for than what they put out in the press release. For instance, here under requirements, we'll start with A. Individual shall be eligible to receive such a license. If you have completed training in firearm safety, which includes written tests to demonstrate knowledge of applicable firearms laws. Number two, hands-on testing, including firearms testing to demonstrate safe use and sufficient accuracy of a firearm. Who determines what that is? The next one, as part of the process for applying for such a license, person has one, submitted to a background investigation and criminal history check. Two, submitted proof of identity. Three, submitted the fingerprints of the individual. Four, submitted identifying information on the firearm that the person intends to obtain, including the make, model, and serial number, and the identity of the firearm seller or transferrer. Guys and gals, that's a registry. The best part? That they don't tell you in the uh... the press gobbledygook is that when you apply to the Attorney General and the Department of Justice for this please give me this permit, please give me permission, oh good king, it's only good for one firearm. So if you want to buy multiple firearms you need to do this over and over and over and over again. And then we'll get to the denials because they can deny you should this ever go through again which I don't think it ever will but unless... I mean, let's not say never. Let me show you the denials because they can deny you for this for a whole plethora of reasons. Reasons that don't affect you now if you happen to live in a state or some states it won't affect you where they have permitting issues. So under denials you can be denied for A, the history of threats or acts of violence towards self or others. Did you ever get into a fight when you were younger? Well, that could be used against you. B. History of use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force by the applicant against another person. Ever been in a bar fight? Ever been a teenager and had to settle your issues with fists? They can deny you. C. Whether the applicant is the subject or has violated a domestic violence or stalking restraining order or protection order. That's the made-up boyfriend loophole. D. Any prior arrest, pending charge, or conviction for the violent or serious crime or disorderly person's offense. stocking offenses or domestic violence offense. downtown at night and yelling and screaming just so that one person's piece was disturbed. That's how the laws are written. One person's piece was disturbed, you're a disorderly person, and it's also disturbing the peace in some jurisdictions. That's pretty friggin vague and to have that as a friggin denial to access I guess to access or to be granted access to your God-given right? No. E. Any prior arrest, pending charge, or conviction for any events involving cruelty to animals. F. History of drug or alcohol abuse or involvement in drug trafficking. If you live in a state that has legalized marijuana, federally, marijuana is still illegal and they're going to use it against you. G. Any recent acquisition of firearms, ammunition, or other deadly weapons. Have you bought a gun? Have you bought ammunition? Well, that's a reason for denial of this license. H, involvement in firearms trafficking or unlawful firearms transfers. And I, history of unsafe storage or handling of firearms. Now we're almost done here, but what if you live in a state that has a licensing system already? On screen here, state licenses. In general. This shall not apply to an individual in a state if the Attorney General determines that the state has a process for issuing a state firearms license to eligible individuals in the state with substantially similar requirements to those described in subsection B. So if your state already has licensing and it's not significantly close to what I just explained, then you have to get the federal one anyway. This is an overreach. This is disgusting. But the three people who put this forward are disgusting. Menendez, Cory Booker, and Richard Blumenthal. And 2022 Battle for the Republic, the Dance of Swords. So. It is windy. We got wind moving across the bottom of the state here. We're actually very bright. We've got some cloud cover, but it's still very bright. In fact, broken cloud cover with a little bit of spurts of rain, I'm sure, here and there, depending on where you are. The farmers have been trying to get everything into the field they can. Got a lot of work done. We, in fact, had just enough dry. that with some of the more unique bottom land that we have in the bottom of Michigan, if you don't hit it right, you use that piece of equipment, it'll get stuck all the way up to the, you know, the gunnels and slash the axles. So instead, well, we got a lot of it accomplished and with the right equipment, a lot of the crops are in that are the first cycle. Also, we're pretty well set for the First, hay cuttings right now. The clover and hay, you know, hay clover combine, typically plant, everybody's put in. We're starting to see the first takings right now, and that's pretty decent. Very rich, very healthy. So first cutting hay is on the way. Beyond that, another thing real quick about foodstuffs. I mentioned the Gosner, well actually the different types of milks. Gosner is one of them that they have at Dollar Tree. Now not every Dollar Tree has that in good quantity. In some places where people are very much in the know, sometimes it clears off the shelf pretty quick. Another thing that they do have there if you can't have milk is almond milk. $1.25 a container is a pretty good price. These are all shelf stable. They're available at most Dollar trees, but a lot of times you'll find when you get in there, everybody finds out it's in, everybody grabs it and carries carried away. Now this is a good solution for especially retreats. If you have a, if you want ready to go like instant ready to use a percentage of your foodstuffs. This is a good solution for field cooking. In fact, if you're going to backpack and you want to have a little bit of milk along to do certain types of personal recipes and stuff, it's great because until you open it, it's shelf stable. Even afterwards, it's good for a reasonable amount of time open. Again, because it's in about a quart size container. The good thing is that you've only opened up so much, typically enough to use between a handful of people and it's gone. So that works out pretty well for you. Now, I would recommend something we talked about the other day is a percentage in powdered milk and a percentage in say shelf stable milk like that. The other thing is, although you don't see, well, you are seeing a good lot of the egg. And I, although I have not seen what the latest prices are, The powdered egg is another excellent thing to have on the shelf. Military used it forever, powdered eggs and powdered eggs and wait for bar names to and burger jar, right? If you've been in the military, you've eaten powdered eggs one time or another, you may not have known it. Typically used to come in 25 to 50 pound. They would, what were they? They were the card slash livestock bags. They're food grade, but the military is feeding, you know, a battalion of 600, 700 people. So it's not a big deal to go through a 25 pound bag of powdered eggs. And again, for a lot of the different cooking, that's what they've used for many years. It's shelf stable, easy to move, and again, doesn't need to be refrigerated. Okay. Canned powdered eggs are very common old ration item. They pop up every once in a while in stores. supply, but it's set to catch a sketch that can think. Again, quality is sufficient. The other thing is powdered butter. Powdered butter is available from some of the different companies out there. I think Mountain House for sure is still doing it. And I think Wise is too. But these are basic cooking components that to have on the shelf. mean that you can stick to traditional recipes to actually get some things done. Also again, you're looking at longer shelf life in general. So they're specialized items. They're worth the investment for health and mind, especially psychological. If you're trying to maintain a standard, so to speak, and you want a little bit of luxury, it's a pick me up. It's why the government bothered to create carbohydrate supplements. You recognize that, right guys? What? Yeah, carbohydrate supplements, candy. Any of you ever get one of those 44 pound cans, square cans of hard candy that they made for Civil Defense? I don't know how many thousand pieces are in each can, cuz it's 44 pounds. But when you open it up, they were abs, I mean like the lemon drops were absolutely lemony. The cherry drops were absolutely cherry. They were lime, I love the lime. Those are hard and held to get but these cans, you know, we're part of the civil defense system. Well, you know, just open up. Let somebody have a handful. No, it was a pick me up thing. Yeah, he was. It was, you know, carbohydrate, reach supplement Mark one type to the model X. And it was lime flavored, you know, with real lime juice, you know, real lime, real lime flavoring. There was lime, cherry, lemon, and orange. And typical citrus, you know, range you could run into or, again, tart range. The big thing here again is that these were in civil defense so that when you had a bunch of people and they were in, you know, locked into an area or they were stuck in an area, Part of the whole process of trying to retain some civility was to create high points. You open up a can, everybody gets in line and you hear the kids and right get up in line and you give them three pieces of candy. Maybe a piece of chewing gum, they had that also by the can. And okay, next, and you just pass them out, it was one of those high point things. Don't eat it all at once, it's all you got. Only once a day, but it was a pick me up. Okay, it was part of the again psychological processes to maintain civility within the group now. Because you're all stuck in the same place and not everybody needs to necessarily wants to be stuck in the same place. I don't think anybody does really, but most some people can handle it others not so much without it appearing to be a regular day. So this was one of the many things that was decided through research about, again, food engineering and how it affects the psyche of the population that you're dealing with. This is true also with a lot of the other food stuff. So myself, like I said, even flavor is not so critical. As long as it fills the void, I'm happy, okay? But in fact, I can eat the same thing for many many many days days after days. It wouldn't be a problem By the way, you ever been in the military? I Mean the real military not the fake ass stuff going on now. We're oh my god. I had to eat those type 2 MREs Oh my god is horrible there. They didn't have any shrimp Creole. There was no shrimp Creole I've actually heard people yap about stuff like that. It's like, oh my God, it was horrible. All we had were the B-model units. Oh, I had to suffer with, and you know, you got like six or eight different meals and granted they're not really that much different, but they are different, you know? Plus, didn't you bring hot sauce? Don't you know how to bring, you know, if you bring hot sauce, soy sauce, maybe some Worcestershire sauce along, and a few other items you can make in the MREs and whatever you want. Okay, sea rations were no different. So it's a matter of you really got a bunch of lame people who don't have any creative mind because they came from the public fool system and the public fool system is pretty well screwed their heads, okay? Then everybody's been pampered, I mean heavily pampered. The Russian military had two, okay, they had a two can meal. Now they did feed their troops if they got the food to them. One was a slug of lard meat like I've told you about. Basically, there was more chunks of meat in it. And these cans were the size of peach cans. The other was the flavor item. You know what the flavor item was? Cabbage. They had purple cabbage and they had green cabbage. So you had a big slug of meat and you had maybe purple cabbage or maybe you had the B ration which was green cabbage. Now, they did add to the ration eventually, and by the way, typically they also would just give you potatoes. So you might get a few potatoes or a potato green, you had to cook it, figure out what to do with it. And you got a can, a big lump of sauerkraut, basically all cabbage, not really sauerkraut, and a big lump of lard with some chunks of meat in it. Basically, that was your ration. Now you might only get one per day. Maybe if you're lucky you get two. Sometimes you got none. And then our troops are like, oh man, I had to eat, blah, blah, blah. You know, MREs for so many days, it was a hardship. Right, right. You got, you know, we have Skittles in those now. We have M&Ms. Of course M&Ms have been in there before. But we have a variety of things you need. I'm good with that one, Mark. I'm good with that ration. These should be dirty water out of a ditch inside of the road, which I've had to do. Yeah, exactly. The whole idea is, again, the Russians at least tried. Well, the prior year was you knew you had to get calories to the troops. The problem is whether or not the food ever got to the troops. So again, it worked, okay? The big thing here is we've got a phenomenal cornucopia of resources, and it's Quartermaster Friday. Guys, I've told you before, if you go like the Dollar Tree, even at $1.25, The cans of lima beans, they're one of the name brands, God forgive me, I can't, off the top of my head, I bought a hundred of them, thousands of them actually. But lima beans, lentils, you can get can, if you do a mix, they've had enchiladas without going to military rations. And if you pick and choose the, we want mass, you want more bulk. wherever you can get more for the same price, that's a bigger priority than the flavor issue, okay? But you can still get a good variety of foodstuffs that are pretty much ready to use out of the can. With $20 at the Dollar Tree, you'd have more than a 72-hour kit. If you're smart and you know how to selectively cherry pick off the shelf, and if you spend another $10, you'd have so much variety that, you know, again, if that ain't good enough for you, there's nothing wrong with your head anyway. I would point out that at this point in time, what did we run into? Well, this has to do with coffee. Not everybody likes coffee, but coffee is a diuretic, tea is a diuretic. That's the reason government puts it in the rations, guys. And it's a pick me up. They say caffeine helps to boost the system. But understand that your rations are all keyed around the understanding of how they interact. And there's only so much salt in each kit for a reason. There's pepper in each kit for a reason. Everything that's there is designed to be used with what you've got and is based on nutritional, mineral and nutritional needs per day based on exertion and labor. So if it's in there, the government put it for a reason. Remember, the government could. Okay, if the sorry ass is in a pedigram, could. The Pentagon would send you in a loincloth with a six foot stick sharpened at a fire after that you'd have to sharpen. If they could send you out to combat that way they would. So when government puts something into something, it's because they knew they needed to. Okay, it's like the food, okay, the Russians, here's how it works for us. You get a can of cabbage, you get a can of lard pork or lard beef. And by the way, we'll typically have potatoes for you in the field or canned potatoes. But that's a sidebar, typically. With the US military, when people have like these condiment packs, half the stuff they throw away, foolishly. And again, retain it, save it, pack it, because you'll figure out something to do with it later. The very least, it can also, of course, in a battlefield situation in our conditions, it's a trade item. But the government wouldn't put it in the MRE if it wasn't part of the math formula. If they can do without giving it to you, that's that much less they have to spend on the soldier that's quite expendable. Okay? It's why everything's built the way it is. So again, kind of model your construction of your field ration per meal on what you see done with the old sea ration. or the present MRE. Personally, I'd model it more after the C ration because I think it was a better formula meal pack. Seriously. There's things that were missing and we've never seen again that were actually quite beneficial and popular. Part of it had to do with the American industry. Now, some of the reasons this stuff has probably disappeared is because, as you know, the communists who have gotten into the Department of Agriculture, the Jewish mafia, has screwed this system up so badly that we don't have what we had even 30 or 40 years ago in the US in terms of agricultural output. So there are things that we just can't get as easily I've mentioned many times, you know, for instance, how many of you guys if you're old enough? Lima beans and ham. Okay. I mentioned Lima beans earlier one of the rations was Lima beans and ham Usually got a fruit which was either gonna be pineapple or it was going to be apricots I love the apricots and then you got your patent crackers, which was a stack of crackers and you got a candy. Typically it was the chocolate. It was gonna be either like a big slug round Heath Bar, because remember everything was in round cans. Now those Heath Bars were phenomenal. People would trade half a meal for those. If you got the double can chocolates, which were short, but you got two of those, oh, you could trade a whole next meal. If somebody was a Heath Barholic, you made money on that one. But otherwise, another one, again, turkey loaf. Oh, good, turkey loaf, well, a big slug of meat. Typically, again, it was grade A, it was decent product. Never had any bugs or worms in it that I saw. Of course, I didn't get half the damn aid at night, so what do we know? But for instance, the other one, there weren't any exotic for unique Mexican cuisine or anything like that. But one thing we did have were holiday meals. Turkey with stuffing, a can with stuffing. Potatoes, there was actually turkey and gravy. There was turkey by itself with dressing. Forgive me, with gravy, but there was also turkey with potato, with mashed potato. In addition to that, you got a chunk of fruit cake. It was one of the best cakes of the bunch, is coming out of a can. And then you had a number of other juices and things like that that were mixed in. The formula varied. And needless to say, they needed a can opener because they were in 10. But they worked and they worked really well. And again, Kepia, they filled the void the way they were supposed to. All military rations then were also vitamin and mineral fortified. And the MREs when they first came out were pretty much the same way, but I don't know that we can guarantee that with the present way that they're purchasing. They've cut quarters, they're stealing as much money as they can out the back door. The thieves are in charge. That's always a problem. And so whatever's going into the bag is minimalist, but they'll charge you as much as if it had the full product in it. But typically it's less. Okay, we know this. Another reason I had your conversation, please. I'm sorry. Okay, if you're going to government rations. I had a conversation, please. Yep, hold on for just a second. With government rations, add multiple vitamins. In this day and age, older stuff don't worry about, but today, absolutely. Go ahead, Gollard, jump in there. Yeah, I heard today that about six months ago, the federal government went to these freeze-dried and dehydrated food companies, and they've been having those companies shift over to supplying them. And they're building up in bunkers and warehouses. but they've been building that stuff up for them. You know how they took all the baby formula and stockpiled that somewhere? They've been doing basically the same thing with a lot of freeze-dried and dehydrated food stuff. There is one thing, Mark, that I'd like to bring to everybody's attention. You mentioned a minute ago about how manufacturing and stuff has changed so much in this country. If people go to eBay, There is actually a metal lathe that's come up on the market This little metal lathe was available about two years ago and it was at a really good price if people go to eBay and type in 8.7 by 29.5 v vor lathe and v vor is Victor echo Victor Oscar Romeo. But this little lathe is 8.7 by 29 and a half. That's between centers. That's not the length of the lathe. That's the difference between centers. This little lathe mark has an inch, is lifting here, is having an inch and a half spindle borehole. This little lathe is variable speed. Comes with a follow rest, a steady rest, a four-way tool post holder, and and then it has some other variable speed features. But this little lathe can actually do barrel work. And a lot of the old original gunsmiths used a 9x30 lathe. Well this is an 8.7x29.5 inch lathe and it's a V-bore lathe. I don't know if anybody, if anybody's interested in a small lathe, this lathe delivered to your door. is less than $1,300. They've been selling for $1,250 delivered to your door. Now, a couple of days ago, this was actually listed as $1,241. And I don't know if there's another seller that's got it in that price range or not. But you want the one that is 29 and a half inches. Now, a lot of these little cheap lathes, Mark, used to have plastic gears. This one does not. This one has metal gears. Now, there's a couple of options on this little lathe. In other words, there's some other variants that's available. They're not V-bore by brand name, but they're basically the same exact lathe. But what I've noticed about this little lathe, because it's got the big center bore hole, it's got the metal gears. It's variable speed. Now the gears, because they're steel, it's a gear change lathe. You know what I mean about the difference between a quick change gear lathe and a change gear lathe, don't you? Are you aware of those two terms? Go ahead. Okay. Well, on a gear change lathe, a lot of the smaller lathes, like the old South Bend number nine, When you wanted to thread you just take and replace gears to get your ratio to get your threading and this little thing has this little lathe has metal gears Now the thing of it is they're available in the country right now There's other, if you, the reason why I went with the V-Vore metal lathe is because the V-Vore gears, there are gears available, there's other chucks available. Apparently V-Vore is a company. But this little lathe is capable of doing barrel work, and that's why I'm bringing everyone's attention. I wouldn't be afraid at all to make a spider for this lathe, because what you can do with this little lathe is actually stick a barrel through the headstock because the center bore is so big. Put a spider on the back of the tail stuff on the back of the spindle You know that way the barrels not flopping around and there is such a thing as a late spider But you can literally do all kinds of work with this thing and that's what I wanted to bring to your attention because I have been studying going over some things and You know after the first world war there was a lot of scrimmages and wars and battles all over the world. And a lot of the times the Communists controlled the big cities. And when they controlled the big cities, they controlled the production and wealth of those cities. And then out in the countryside you had the, you know, basically the patriots or the non-anti-communists. In a lot of cases the anti-communists, the nationalists, lost. because they never had any manufacturing production. That's just like you were talking about food production all ago. We've lost a lot of production. We've lost a lot of skilled people. And if we don't have a way to produce things, I don't care if it's lays, mills, grill presses, sewing machines, or food dehydrators. If we don't have a way to produce what we need, we're going to be in trouble. And that's what I have, Mark. I don't know if you had a chance to look at this or not. Well, I will during the break time. Actually, it's not that far away. About a half an hour. V-Vor. One of the things real quick is barrel production is the priority right now. One of the designs that I recommend everybody look at, which is a very user friendly design, is the Remington Rolling Block. It is a very simple design that can handle almost any rifle caliber out there. Remember that the Remington built this gun in 7mm Mauser, 8mm Mauser. They built it in 7.62x54R. You recognize that round, guys, right? And they made it in every size from what they called a chipmunk to a cadet to a standard rifle to what was called a musket or musketoon. Now these were not smoothbore guns, but that term was still used musket or musketoon was used by several different armies that Remington sold the Remington Rolling Block to. It is a straight barrel. It is a simple design. The barrel can be made any way you choose, but I probably would recommend if I was building one today, I would do it in a bull barrel. And the reason is because I could easily affix an optic to the roof. It's a single shotgun and there's nothing fancy about this weapon. But the Remington in many cases held top shooting rank across the country and also an international competition. Now, when you go look at how simple and crude the Remington Rolling Block is, understand anybody with a, with a, the barrel issue is the number one problem. But if you have the ability to produce a quality barrel, the action itself is really insignificant. It's a handful of crude parts that can be produced in a number of different ways. And it is, in fact, even the stocks themselves for the gun could be made out of polymer, they could be made out of aluminum, they could be made out of wood, and the weapon would be viable at this point, especially as a placement or a marksman's gun. Remember, shooting a scoot. You know? Go ahead. Mark, see the reason that I'm bringing this little lathe up, has a large spindle bore hole. Now see, what you could do with this, you talked about making a barrel. You know, the original M1 carbine used stress proof as a barrel. Now I don't know if you, I don't think I'd want to build a Magnum cartridge and use stress proof steel as a barrel. But this thing, this little dinky lathe, you could literally put. piece of barrel material in here. You could face it off, you could center it, you could bring up the tail stock. Now the tail stock in this is an MT2. Now that stands for S number 2 Morse Taper, which is number 2 Mike Tango. And the only thing that I would... if I bought this little lathe and I wanted to make a barrel. I would make a barrel the way my family used to make barrels 100 years ago. They would take this little lathe, they would face off the material, they would center drill it, they would bring up the tail stock. and they would drill a series of pilot holes for what they need for the bore and drill as far as they could. And then what my family did, starting in about 1936 when they had electricity, they actually started taking the barrels that they made and they would hang them upside down at an angle and then they would use a series of drill bits based on the links and then just drill it up. What my dad said they used to do is they would actually wet a braise or solder a bit onto a rod, you know, so they could get deeper. Then they just slowly drill it up and then they would ream it and hone it and finish it out. But you can still buy today push button rifling on eBay. But this little barrel, this little lathe here, now what you could do if you wanted to make, say, a short barrel like a pistol barrel, okay, you don't have to drill off the tail stock always. Now, this little lathe comes with a dead center for the tail stock. If a guy was going to thread and or do barrel work, what I would do is go and buy an MT2 live center. That's the number two Morris Taper live center. So just if you typed in number two MT Morris Tango live center, live centers will come up for this for about $20, $25. If I was going to buy a drill chuck for it, I would go, I would just type in MT2 or two MT number two, the number two Morris Taper as MT Mike Tango. And then what I would do is just put in drill chuck. And a drill chuck is available for this little lathe for probably 20, I think it's 20 to 40 dollars. So everything that you need is available for this without paying out the hind end for it. Because if you have a bigger lathe, large tooling equipment is extremely expensive. But this little lathe is not, but it's got a 29 and a half inch between centers. But Mark, what a person could do is on the cross slide in the tool post, They've got chucks that are designed to set in the tool post and if you had a spider, you know You put your put your material in the into the chuck you have a spider on the back so the material is not jumping up and down and all the spider is is a holding fixture so that the barrel doesn't flop around so you can keep it straight and true as possible and it's really simple to make those but then because this has a 29 and a half inch distance between centers, you can now actually drill with this using the cross slide. And so you basically now have almost the equivalent of like a 29 inch horizontal boring machine. You can use it like that. Now, this is a small lathe. You don't want to crowd it. But I think a guy could probably make pistol-type barrels with it all day. And the way that this little lathe is set up, and I've studied this lathe now, I've looked at this lathe off and on for two years. These little lathes were around $1,200, $1,500 or last two years ago. And everybody got their COVID money. This little lathe went up. over $1,700. For some reason, this little lathe is back down to $1,250. If you take and compare this lathe to Grizzly, Precision Matthews, or Little Machine Shop, you know, for the companies that have similar lathes, this lathe is bigger, it's less money, has just as many features. In fact, it's got more features because it's variable speed, it goes all the way down to 50 RPMs, And you can thread with this at a low speed because it has a large spindle bore. This little lathe weighs about 180 pounds. Two men can pick it up. You can run this little lathe off of a portable generator. Now yesterday you were talking about medical support and shot med-vet. Okay? I think that if we get in a bind, we're going to have to have armory support also near the front line. You could take a trailer, put a laser like this in it, put a couple other items in it. You can make pins, you can make flash hiders, you can repair barrels. You know, you could fix problems with this little lathe on site. That would be forward position. Because I think that's going to be critical because when you look at the Russian Civil War in 1920, the white Russian militia forces, they lost because they didn't have the tooling to fix all of the military hardware that they had or was given by the United Kingdom. They didn't have it. This little lathe is big enough to do barrel work. It's cheap enough. You can use it in other places. But the money is not that expensive. Yeah, $1,200 is a lot of money. But if anybody wants to look at this, please go to eBay, type in 8.7 by 29.5 VVOR Laid. VVOR is Victor, Echo, Victor, Oscar, Romeo. I think I can make a barrel with this little leg. I probably would use it to do it the way my family used to do it, but I figure in an hour and a half I could make you a 16 inch barrel off of this using a piece of stress proof. That's my thoughts, may be wrong, but I'm pretty certain about that. Mark, that's why I can't see got any... Go ahead, sir, go ahead. Well, I was gonna say the Chinese worked with far less and got far more accomplished. I mean, remember, they were making K98s off of spindle and centrifugal lades. built from scratch in the field. I mean, they built factories up. Back when the Chinese stuff first started coming in, the K98 Mausers that the Chinese made were available, they didn't think we wanted them. We have examples of at least a dozen variants on mimics of the K98, and they did that with far less quality tooling and machinery than what we're talking about here. They made copies of every pistol just about that existed. Broom handle Mausers, They made their versions of it. You know, while their works instead of Mauser says while they're on the side They didn't know that M or W were different and what's fascinating is unless you look closely it was impossible to tell the difference this this piece of machinery is more compact and Can do more than the equipment that they had available to build what they built by virtually the millions Yeah, you know you talk about the stand gun The original Sten gun only had two mill parts and they were basically, well, they had, they'd done part of the profiling on a lathe and then they had a little bit of milling. This lathe, I'll just about lay money on the thing, is probably a higher quality lathe because of the variable speed and because of the threading capability of this little lathe. Plus, for $100 or less, you can buy change gears, because right now, Right now, this little lathe will thread between 8 and 44 threads per inch. But there are gear changes for this that allow you... there are other options available that will allow you to go almost infinite, infinite, all the way up to over 100 threads per inch, which is not really practical. But I'm surprised that parts are available for this. Like I said, Mark, I went to Grizzly a couple of days ago. The cheapest grizzly lathe that was close to this was over $1,000 more money. And it was smaller. It was only 20 inches between centers. And believe me, 29 and a half inches between centers. And when you've got a lathe, that distance in the center really matters. And six inches is a hell of a lot for a little lathe like this. But yeah, the stems, the pistol barrels, the gun parts. Now if you look at the old South Bend lathe books, now I know that people are thinking, well, my God, this guy's talking about some old lathe or something. Okay, if you look at the old South Bend lathe books from the 1930s, a lot of the pistons Connecting rods, bushings, break cylinder hones and stuff that they worked over was all done on a 9x30 lathe. The famous Don Smith Harold Hoffman, he done his work on a 9x30 lathe. In fact, I have a video somewhere of Harold Hoffman chambering a barrel with a 9x30 bench lathe that doesn't even look half as slick as this thing. But I wanted to bring this to everyone's attention. You go to eBay. You type in 8.7 by 29.5. V-VOR LAY. V-VOR is Victor Echo Victor Oscar Romeo. I wish I had 1250 bucks because I'd own one of these. Even though I got a big lathe because here's my problem. If I had to leave my home, my lathe's gonna have to stay. because I don't have a way to haul it. The damn thing's too big, it's too heavy. You have to have a backhoe or something to move it with. This little lathe here, two men can pick it up, and yet you can still do work with it. Mark, that's all I have. And again, traditionally, it will as a matter of fact, the very thing that he was talking about guys, you may have seen the military drag these around on the road. You thought it was a pontoon boat or something like that. It looks really weird. It's a semi trailer fixture. And it has these bulbous long boat body type forms on either side. Well, in the last couple of years, several times, these have popped up at the Iron Planet auction. In fact, there's one available independently right now for sale that's already come on Iron Planet. It's exactly what we're talking about, but large scale. It's actually a full-size industrial lathe mill on board, the self-contained power plant. Basically what he's talking about too, he's making a smaller version or a field armorer's van. The old deuce-the-halves, when you see them with the big square rectangular box on the back, with the three windows on each side or four, depending on what they were built for. Those were armors or utility vans, as they call them, van, D-A-N, and those would have a shop on board. If you went to a range for competition, many a time I had a 1911 that, oh, I got something that seems to be kind of odd, it's not acting right. You walk it over to the army armor that's there. And he was working for somebody else, but they didn't have anything to do. So if you said, hey, can you tweak by 45? They'd grab it, disassemble it right there, take it apart. And if they had to do anything tooling wise, everything they needed was in that deuce and a half box at five or five toner, depending on what they had. And it was a step out little porch that dropped down with a set of ladders, you know, steps. And you can walk up, hand them the gun, come back and I go to lunch, come back, they'd have everything tuned. They'd have the weapon tightened up. Many of the guys used to bring their spare 1911s they bought privately and when they got to the range during competitions at Perry or out at Fort Ord, depending on where you were, you'd hand them your personal 45 and they'd tune it to National Match. And they could do it with everything off the rack right there, including all the machinery necessary on board. So that's what we're talking about, building, and it is something that needs to be done. It's kind of convenient because there actually is a... You could actually make yourself a business with a mobility trailer like this because a lot of little shops even though they do work themselves, don't do personal work on machinery in many cases. They can build components, but they may not have all of the wherewithal to actually repair yourself. So this is something that if somebody were a little more of an entrepreneur, you actually could make it a business and you'd be like a traveling roadshow. And in the process, build up the technology that we need for being able to establish field armories. In fact, what ideally would be great is some of the guys have done this to a degree. You put one together, you go out and you use it, make sure everything works. And basically you park that one, you put another one together, take it out, use it for the business, park that one, now you got two. Put another one together, take it out, use it in the business, make sure everything works. You know, run it through its paces to make sure everything you bought does what it's supposed to do. And then you park it, now you've got three. And each trailer or each truck is identical. The only consideration is you then want, if you built up a trailer like that and or a trailer truck combination, you want a second vehicle that is a stock truck. And we actually do this to a degree, I've been buying vans. and stockpiling them with all of the spare tools, spare tooling, steel, pipe, tubing, sheet stock, in whatever sizes and pieces I find. And that's a rolling mini warehouse for fabrication. Go ahead. That's JW again. It's interesting you bringing this up because that's exactly what I'm doing right now. I just picked up a free trailer. It's like a 20 29 footer. camper trailer and I'm gutting it out and I'm putting on my tools and my lathe and drill press everything in there so it's mobile. So it's ironic that you brought this up. I don't know anybody personally that's done that but I'm sure there's many people that do. It's just ironic you're bringing it up and I'm in the process of doing that right now. One of the things is always remember to buy in threes with any of your tooling at least. Actually, what I do is, for instance, just with drill bits. You know what my gauge for buying drill bits is right now? We have medicine bottles that I've picked up that are different sizes. And so whatever drill fits inside, whatever drill bit fits inside that bottle, the number that I'm going to buy is determined by how many will fit in that bottle. And then what I do is I take a high grade preservative oil and spray it into the container and bring it right up to the top, put the lid on, seal it, and now that goes on the shelf. Now everything in that container is the exact same bit from the exact same production run and of the exact same quality. It's a little trick there. And again, mark the outside and the bottom and the top of the container clearly. Why? Well, that way, no matter how you look at it, if you're looking for your 1 eighth inch drill bits, look at that. 1 eighth, 1 eighth, 1 eighth. A quarter inch. Another thing real quick. With what you're doing watch for estate sales The very thing he was talking about I've been getting I've been watching for any drill bits of any type that I can find I've gotten 3 quarter-inch 1 inch 1 and 1 quarter 1 and a half inch Tooling grade, you know, we're talking shop grade Drill bits and also in the length up to like for instance. I got about 20 of these the other day extended rod drill bits factory built they're probably about 16 inches long and 20 for some of them but the thing is the price was less than a dollar apiece. Yard sales and especially estate sales if you can't always pick them over you never know what you're gonna run into because the guy that may know maybe get rid of stuff well he was you know we never know what business he was in. And the big thing here again is any exotics. If you see anything that has an adjustable head for bore diameter, there's a bunch of really cool stuff built for tool and die work. I wouldn't normally buy it because you're talking anywhere up to a couple hundred dollars a tool. But I've run into many of those items. I've had the first thing I do when I get those, I disassemble them. I clean everything, all the surfaces up, never grind, don't brush, just clean them up with a rag. Brush everything off, take a plastic toothbrush and clean out the sliding contact points. And then oil everything up. First, clean it all off, make sure that it's lubricated inside and out, and especially lubricate all of the threads for any retaining screws or retaining fixtures of any kind. Then put it on the shelf. Now you can forget about it because you've caught up with age. Most important guys is get everything lubricated so that it's stored to some degree and protected. You've got it, now you gotta keep it. And if you're gonna do a shop like that, just the basic rule. What I do with everything is Mr. Ziploc bag is my friend or those little medicine bottles. Why? Because the medicine bottle is airtight, guys. Plus it's also tamper proof. You can't just drop it, it opens up. The perfect container for precision tools, bits and small cutting edges that you want to save and you also need multiples of. So it's one of the things to watch for. If you see somebody chucking the stuff out during the recycling day and there's a bunch of medicine bottles there that are those orange, orange clear plastic or white clear plastic, grab them all. Because for instance, all your carbide cutting blades, they'll fit and stack inside. And even though they're carbide, you still lubricate each one of them. And then once you've stacked them up inside, spray the thing or use whatever poor lubricant you want that's a higher grade that's a preservative and You're set to go that that tool most tools will be waiting for you plus in each container You have a high-grade oil or lubricant that you may have to press into service for cutting Remember you don't need much but you but you but not having any causes a whole lot of problems So petroleum oil lubricant products are priceless, especially down the road with what they've got planned to do to America. Okay? Improvise, adapt, and overcome. Make sure that you're prepared. Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. And again, we're all we're almost to the top and not there yet. Anything else, caller? Jump in there. GW? Just in case, don't want to leave you out. Okay. One other thing here very quickly again with regard to the freeze-dried companies. This is one of the reasons it would behoove you to think about as a team or a group investing in a freeze-dried machine and establishing a location with a good food processing site that you home-build. It's not hard to do. There's a lot of the technology popping out because of the coronavirus virus failures of businesses all over the country. Guys, if you can't get it before it leaves the restaurant that's gone out of business, go find out where your scrapyards are and anything. Service tables, prep tables, all that stuff. You're gonna want it because it's built to spec. And again, you want to maintain a high standard for whatever goes into the pouch. So as far as product goes, I'm gonna say something this year, the blooms on all of our fruit producing trees. was excess. Now I've heard no discussion about this, but the last time this happened, we had tree damage because the bloom quantity was so high that it was waiting like with the apples and with the peaches and plums that they were breaking branches if they didn't trim off some of the blooms. This year, everything, it was literally a, each fruit tree was covered in blooms. You couldn't even identify any of the leaf. It was just solid color. Now that looks real pretty and you know it's a lot of food, but understand that with heavier fruit products, you're going to have weight issues. So we have the possibility of a surfy of excess in some areas like here in Michigan with regard to our pit fruits and also apples. Now that's good for us because we dry apples and we dry peaches and anything we can get nonstop. But if I could freeze dry them, I'd be doing bushel baskets upon bushel baskets, as it is I actually do. We actually have the food dryers running right now doing peppers. We get them for free. If we can get them for free, I'm not gonna pass them up. We make sure we dry them. They're canned, they're on the shelf. But if we're prepared to do greater volume, the freeze-dried process means that you're putting food on the shelf for decades. And it wouldn't make any difference what it is. I don't care anything. Of course, sweets or treats, that's nice. Apples, apricots, peaches, cherries, but, you know, asparagus, onions, whatever. Okay, we sent them at the start of this whole BS, the care package that was, let's see. $54 billion in US dollars. The Senate approved another $40 billion just one day ago to go to the Ukraine. So we're about $6 billion shy of $100 billion that's going to the Ukraine. We're not talking about billions, no, we're talking about billions. and I pulled up an old article to kind of put it into perspective for myself, and this is from 2000, and I posted it in the Discord. It's, what if you had $100 billion to spend? What could you do with that money? Well, apparently either, let's see, go down to the list here. What's the first thing? 250 Boeing 747s to start your own airline. a private airline of 250 Boeing 747s. Let's see, this link incisioning a, you could buy pretty much all of Costa Rica, you could buy a country with that money. But that's only $90 billion. You still have about $10 billion left over after buying Costa Rica, wow. With $100 billion, you could furnish. a real version of a classic board game. In other words, you could buy basically everything for both sides to have a conflict with all the little pieces from battleship, the destroyer, the aircraft carrier, the submarine. Enough for two sides to go at each other for $100 billion. They're just shy of there, so. The one line that they keep repeating, you know, Elon Musk offered to buy Twitter for 40 million dollars that could have ended world they said they he could have spent that money on Ending world hunger. Well, gee we could have done the same thing with the stuff We're sending over to Ukraine then couldn't we and what where exactly is all this? This money going what is it going into? Because it's not We're not seeing like naval vessels being driven up the coast that they bought. We're not seeing aircraft being dropped off of course there's stuff that donated to them the stuff that they are talking about you know getting to them is stuff that was Difted given by other nations to them They don't have to pay for it. So you crazy getting this like big influx of money hell I'm sure we could use it here rather than having bureaucrats adding more bureaucrats to the oh baby formula problem because remember the It is bad that we only had basically a small selection of baby formula factories in the US in the first place. The biggest one was in Michigan. And it was shut down because it was accused of having a outbreak of bacteria that got into the baby formula. But it turns out that was not the case. And then the FDA refused to let them turn their production back on, even though they know. They know, they'll say allegedly, but they know for a fact, because they reported on it that they know for a fact, that that biological contamination did not come from their factory. Their factory wasn't involved. They voluntarily shut down to make sure of it. They've been begging for an inspection. Oh, and what's our solution for, you know, getting the baby formula crisis under control? We're gonna add more bureaucrats to it, which are the ones who caused the problems in the first place. We're gonna get more FDA inspectors in there to inspect and make sure everything's A-OK. And we're right back to where we were because the FDA are the ones who were refusing to let that plant open in the first place. They're claiming they're doing the War Productions Act. Eh. We'll see what happens there. I doubt that we're going to see much happen out of that factory more than was there before. Oh, but we did. We did lower the standard on what is acceptable for baby formula to come in from outside the country. That way we can supplement it with stuff that is a lower grade than what we had on the shelves before. That's okay, don't even think about making your own baby formula. We don't want you to look at the recipes up and stuff for that. No, don't do that, it's not safe. We'll just lower our standard and let all these substandard baby formulas into the country. That makes a lot of sense, right? From countries that don't have the safety standards we do, from factories that do have regular problems with contamination into their products. Yeah, that's what we'll do. We're gonna up the import. Oh, but there's another problem there. We totally forgot about our supply chain problem, which still wasn't fixed because we still have products that aren't making it to the shelf. Oh, and that's, they claim that part of the baby formula problem in the first place. So we're fixing a problem without checking the other gears to make sure everything can function properly. Messed up. Oh, well at the same time, when we should be spending, if we're gonna spend money like that, we should be spending it on ourselves and getting our own system built up. We're dumping all of our money overseas and causing bigger inflation, which of course, according to the Dems in Washington right now, that's a good thing. bigger inflation which is driving the prices of everything up because it's costing more to do everything because there's more money out there to play with than there really should be. Our solution for that, well if everything's costing more, everything is costing more, we can run the cost of everything down by increasing our inflation. What we owe for every dollar that is fictionally created because we're we're writing checks for money that we can't possibly be printing right now. Hey, you know what for all those fictional digits that we don't have any physical representation for, let's up the percentage on that. Wow, what a surprise. The constant things keep going up. That was supposed to like, damn it, like slow everything down because everything was going to cost more. Oh, so the plan was to make everything cost more. full circle right back to the beginning of the problem, you're not fixing anything, you're making it worse. And the more buckets of money that we send overseas to this farcical Ukraine situation, and they say farcical because technically they should have, with what we've sent them, they should at least have a Navy, an Air Force, and a military that is relatively decently equipped. But they claim that the first shipment of stuff that we sent, the big load was taken out in a bunker strike. Which, that sounds like BS to me. Even if it was hit, there'd be stuff that could salvage, but no, we need all new. Stay-of-the-art drones and all this other stuff. is no physical representation that we can show the American people for what we're spending over there. I mean, for all the money that we've sent, they should have been able to, you would think, defend those cities that they keep saying bombed out, burned out by Russia. They should have all kinds of state of the art stuff in place because we're paying for it. Shoot, we paid them what they said it would, what it would cost to go to Mars and back. I'm sure they've got a nuclear program right now even though to join NATO they had to get rid of their nukes. They had to disarm their people. Because hell, 40 billion probably could have done it. But you know what? It's more than that. It is $94 billion since the beginning of the year or actually shorter than that because Ukraine thinks started Well, you crazy things started at what month was it like? Was it February end of February? February or March I was in the hospital then when I was kicking off So it was yeah, so in that sort of time We cannot fix our own infrastructure. We cannot Take care of our own border problem. We cannot take care of this baby formula situation. We cannot take care of our supply chain problem. Missing state police are asking people from outside the area, stay away from the dailied area, which the National Weather Service concerns with hit by a tornado fire accident. Welcome home and businesses have been damaged in the area police said with a clear update. They are in the area with local authorities. They please that there are trees and power lines down. Some of them are blocking roadways, creating dangerous situations. Avoid the Gary. Avoid the gala area. First, the crews are responding to police. Photos and video being shared on social media and within. and WS show heavy damage along M32 scales. Video footage shows roof, livestock, multiple commercial and retail businesses damaged. Vehicles damaged, siding coming off retail stores and new streets to street, living business parking lots and a building. The tornado was confirmed by radar and by an NWS employee who spotted just before 4pm at the time. The storm was described as having a massive wall of clouds and was moving at 50 miles an hour. Very quickly after the storm passed through, NWS asked the damage. The damage was reported on the ground and NWS survey team was being sent out today to check the conditions of the ground. Bimpong and Ape-Sci's tail was also being reported. And this is for people in the Gaylord area. Pay attention to your property. If you can, even though it's damaged, stay on it, like have somebody camp out on it. When Dexter was hit, we saw the same thing happen. State police came in and. told everybody to stay away, but they let the news crews in to do the pity thing. The city, with Kingsley, took a bunch of money for disasters and then send it anywhere while they were letting, quote unquote, Red Cross come in, which were the metal moths. And they were stealing everything they could out of the damaged homes, either taking it to pawn shops or down to the scrap yards. I mean, they were taking aluminum siding and everything. It's like, yeah, the Red Cross. No, no, they're not. Those are those were the metal mods and people in Dexter should remember that because it Well, it's been a few years, but you know it it happened while I was still there Dexter So if they're blocking off traffic through remember you'd have full what should be happening is Church groups and other communities that are nearby that are allies to your community are probably trying to come in and aid. Now there will be some questionable characters trying to slip in with them, but that's what your neighborhood watch your militia your Police department, you know is for to make sure nobody is doing unscrupulous things Unfortunately Instead of blocking out the problem. They'll try to get government people in there to do it. And that literally happened to us with the tornado in Dexter. They literally came up with us and said, well, we've got this relief money, but you're not getting any because you guys are helping out and taking care of everybody else. Doesn't that sound right? I don't know if you remember about a few years ago when Donna stole a life. The other tornado goes to the village in £2 and knocked the tree down on its trailer. I was, yeah, they were talking about that. Me and your dad, me and everyone wants to help, help each other. We were taking three shots down and stuff like that. We were stuck with him and the cops was running around, the cops was running around asking people for, you know, more or less doing that too. They can, you know, say that they can give food to the ladies. Well, here's my problem with that is you better be able to prove you're with the red because that was the problem we had index really was saying. We had these people come around that said they were with Red Cross. They had trailers and everything. All they were were metal mods going through the neighborhood. They weren't helping anybody, but they were helping themselves to everything they could get their hands on escorted by the police while they were doing it until somebody finally reported on them, you know. I used to do business with them all the time too, because I would collect metal up and bring it to them even on my bike. It's doable. So we got a tornado up there in Gaylord, Michigan. That way there's locals to have all come in as a work crew to help clear out the streets or whatever. We've done that before. We start from the inside out in Dexter when we did that in our own neighborhood after the tornado. As you work your way out, you find out the BS. We found out the BS that was going on with the state police with the supposed Red Cross coming into the neighborhood who wasn't Red Cross. Things that were turning up missing when those people went through the area, you know, so, so on your property. While things are going on and also some damage to vehicles usually isn't that it's worse than it looks. It looks worse than it is because the tree and everything's over the vehicle, but you can pull it off and salvage some stuff. You get some careless people out there. You want to keep an eye on them. Make sure that they're not doing more damage to your property if you want to see if you can salvage it. with the tornado indexer, a vehicle that was trapped under a tree. Only the back corner of the vehicle was trapped under the tree. But the guys who were clearing it off, they didn't care. They were just cutting limbs off and letting it fall in, smashed windshield, did all kinds of damage that really, if you could have gotten that car out, little bit of body work, it would have been fine. But by the time they were done walking on top of the vehicle and dropping logs on top of it, body was pretty much totaled just because the way they had dented the body of the car, you know, a new hood, new door, new windows, that you want to make sure that people are not doing, that are quote unquote there to help you. You know, rather than doing the job right, they're doing it hard. Which is, you know, if there's an emergency situation, I can understand quick as possible, but there's no excuse for doing it half-ars and doing more damage than you are there to help. then you're there to help somebody. You don't want to make their situation worse by damaging more of their property. So yeah, they definitely need a strong boss to keep an eye on characters like that, who think it's fun and funny to do more damage while they're in a situation like that. And on top of that, this kid who didn't have a job, he bought an AR-15 rifle, not a cheap one. No, no, it's around the model that he had with the optics and everything out of it was around $1,500. had a tactical vest with magazines, which means he went out and bought magazines. I don't know if he bought cheap magazines or not, but still. Add up how many magazines fit into a tactical vest. Then, hey, even if he bought the cheap ammo, if he bought wolf ammo, probably 30 some cents a round, but even if you're buying the cheap ammo, how easy is it for you to find the cheap ammo? You know, now I've got a problem finding it here locally. You can't go down to any of the sporting goods stores and find it. You have to go to a specific dealership, a specific weapons dealer, where you have to go to a gun show and try to get some of the reloaded stuff and gun shows. That's pretty new, yes. Have been feeling. Repeat. Especially in New York, I think it'd be even harder to find two teams, three in the end and five. He came from 200 miles outside the area. Granted, he probably had time to set this all up, but still, the time that they claim, you know, when they did the investigation with him, when he claimed that he wanted to be a school shooter, blah, blah, blah, whatever, and he lied to him, or they, quote, unquote, let him go. You know, somebody's going to notice that money is missing. I mean, I'm sorry, especially now. Okay. Who is not pinching pennies on everything, guys? So if he didn't have a job and he's living with his parents or wherever he was living, whoever he's with should have noticed that, you know, something, hey, there's like $1,500 missing here. There's about $250 missing for the tactical gear that he had, you know, the BDUs, the helmet. Actually, no, the helmet and the bulletproof vest that they claim that he had, that's a whole different category. The specialist says it looks like he had some pretty decent body armor on. I mean, Ellis, you believe what they say, he had some spectacular body armor on where the bullets ricochet back and kill, you know, the officer who's shooting at him, kills himself with his own rounds because the guy just had body armor that was bouncing the bullets back at him. I still can't believe that stupid statement. But yeah, so he had He had body armor, again, around anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000. He had the rifle that was about $1,000 to $1,500. He had the magazines. He had the ammo. I don't think he spent it all. I don't think he used it all up. Judging from the looks of things he obviously didn't do like a bank change or whatnot And if he did he still didn't use all the ammo up, but he still had ammo in the in the in the 30 round magazines that he had on it and his tactical vest he had the body armor he had the he had the $500 helmet he had the Wet cam hooked up to the helmet that was fed to the cell phone that that none of itself the steady can that's more money people, you know, relatively cheap. If we're looking for it, I can tell you, I can find an AR-15 right now if I go out cheaper than dirt for just over $500. That's not what he had. You know, somebody outfitted this kid. He was funded by somebody. You know, there's no way that a kid without a job did that without somebody noticing what was going on. Anyway, we are at the time. Yeah, just... We thought it monetarily wise, guys. We are out there trying to arm equip and train people and we work on low end budget. We try to send you to the best deals. This kid was buying top of the line. I don't know about the YAMO. Maybe it was Wolf, which is about 30 cents a round right now, maybe almost 40. He was still mobile-ing it and he had everything on him when he was picked up. Just go through the list of tactical gear that they claim he had and start adding up the funds and tell me if it makes sense that a kid without a job had all that stuff. Anyway, the intelligence report, we're gonna bow out of here. My throat has really, really been really dry down here and I have to run my throat a gun today. The unit MPs for traffic control, pay attention to what they're doing. We got a lot of water up there. It's standing like the whole middle of the state and upper part of the state. We got it down here to a degree, but not as bad. But the middle of the state's got a lot of water standing. So again, guys, operational security. We don't want to chew up the roads and create a signature. If you have to leave during the weekend, inform the MP, the Coordinating Traffic Control Officer, and what he will do is he'll tell you where to park so you can take off. You'll be upfront. You'll be on the pavement or you'll be on gravel, wherever you are. And that way when you take off, not going to be tearing up the road. Otherwise, tactical vehicles will be where they need to be. Also, we do have a couple of units coming in from Ohio this weekend at Nagahitcham. We'll say hi to the Ohio Dragoons. I think you've got a light mechanized group or motorized group that's coming up right now and should be on the road. Might be listening as we speak or they're already there. I don't know, but remember the price to get through the door. I don't want to tell you guys in Ohio. If you're listening, remember you've got to have two number 10 cans of food to get through the gate. That's the only fee. That's part of building up a deep tactical reserve at each of the sites. Now we have already re-palletized a lot of that food and a lot of the medical supplies and munitions. So all of that is now in tactical forward format and anything new coming in is going into what we call second cycle. In other words, we've cleared off all the shelves. I think the only facility that hasn't had that happen is Fox. But all of the other training sites, all of the equipment has now been fully palletized for deployment and combat operations. And that's all off the shelf. So anything you're bringing in now is going to be part of the second cycle and will be going on the shelves to build up the site again for yet another process circle. This was good because we're also going through the inventory, making sure that they did pay attention to dates. That's the quartermaster shop. That's what the dieticians do too. So everybody's doing their part, but everything coming in this time around will be going on the shelf and is some of what you may be eating tonight or tomorrow during the mess cycle. So again, appreciate all the support. You got to remember we're religious about this. For each person, you have to have two number 10 cans of anything. We don't care what it is. They can be two cans of mustard. You know, a can of mustard, you can't catch it. We don't care. It all builds up. If everybody brings corn, beans, whatever you find, cheap. On the north side of Battle Creek in Urbandale, there's a section right there that every other year, it gets hit with extreme high wind or tornadoes. And it's part of the landscape, obviously the weather patterns and everything. So I don't know how often the Gailard area has high wind or tornado threat. Of course, it could be very, very unique because, you know, Dexter's the same way. We got it with two tornadoes on the same day from two different directions. And we've never had. My grandfather would have told you if he was alive and he lived to be, you know, 98? 96. 96. And... And all his life he said no, Dexter never get hit in Ann Arbor, between Ann Arbor and Dexter. They always get hit with a tornado out there in these farm area. And that's why nobody ever built there. So the thing is, I've never heard of another team that are hitting Gaylord before, have you? Or is there a history that I missed? This is the first time I've ever heard of one hitting Gaylord. Like I don't know. But if you remember a few years ago, one hit down, I would stop for me and Paris where Don lived. And we're done with two. Yeah. Well, again, that's cyclic. And one of the other one of the things is it's a matter of, well, planetary alignment seriously, all this stuff ties into our weather patterns. And that's why you have weather cycles that are seven, nine, 12 years long, summer, 20 years. This is true of like the flooding cycles for the same reason. It's a combination of things. So And needless to say, obviously the weather pattern cycle on the ground and the different altitudes determine how we get hit like this with a thud. So we have had, well, you're absolutely right because again, Don got hit right there in their backyard, literally their front yard, just their backyard. The Michigan State Police has taken over and is not letting people into the town. Yeah, they've got it. If you're not from the area, you can't come in, go around. So you can't know that's what part of what we were talking about in the last hours. We saw that kind of happen with Dexter to where, oh, they were loading only in red cross and quote unquote volunteers. And remember the red cross that they let in the, uh, the Mexicans. Yeah. The Mexican, uh, uh, metal mongers, they were, it was a good, they, they knew to the instant when people were paying attention to who they were. They had already come in several times and grabbed every piece of aluminum and steel and metal on the ground. And the, well, what happened is one of the cops came in, was standing there, and one of the other people said, all these volunteers that you had come in, they're so efficient, they're grabbing everything. And the guy looked at her, the cop looked at her and said, we don't have any volunteers, what are you talking about? And it was funny because even as the conversation was going on, The Mexicans, they could see were eyeballing them. They all jumped into the trucks and unasked the AO. But the fact of the matter is that they were, you know, they picked up jewelry, they picked up personal property, they were grabbing all the metal, and they made runs out and then dumped the gifts, dumped the stuff in wherever they had a rally point. And they were coming back in and filling up as much as they could before they got, before they got run off, basically. Well, scared off. They were smart enough to pay attention to their environment. That's that's how one and where gay work trust me. I think it ran second, you know, it's well true of any place Detroit's no different with the the metal mods that steal the you know, electrical and plumbing right out of the walls and Hell they cut off tools for everything There you go. There goes your play goes your pipes here comes the water so again the bad thing here is well The state police are not your friend. Okay, first of all, that's the first rule. Understand that you're doing fine. Everything else, up and down. The last thing you wanna call are the police in general, but the last you wanna call because they're just flat out intrusive, overbearing, and the arrogance level just drips from them to the point where nobody wants everything to do with them. That's the state police. So again, you're not your friend, not helping. It's just going to be there to, you know, power trip. Anything else, Tom? Jump in there, please. I'll leave you out. Well, we did have a board Nancy mentioned that we knew that a tornado would hit, but they hadn't really emphasized that tornadoes touched down in Michigan and they didn't qualify it. So that we didn't know somebody had been hit with a tornado, but now we know it's tailored. Thank you. Appreciate that. Unless there's others that we haven't heard about also, which I wouldn't be surprised. That's another reason to build a storm shelter. In fact, remember, a storm shelter is a root cellar. If you've got a piece of property, start collecting cement blocks. Start collecting rocks. It's not hard to build a well-drained and well-covered a root cellar that serves as an excellent bunker slash bomb shelter or again storm cellar when the time comes. And it's an important part of the things that just need to be done to make sure that you're around after the blast as they say. Most important, forgive me just a second caller, one of the other things I've kind of always remind people, you know what, you can run into hand tools all over the place for free or cheap guys. If you put a fortification or a bunker together, you leave tools in every chamber. What do I mean by tools? You want a hammer, you want a chisel, you want a saw, any kind of saw, but a saw that preferably doesn't have to be perfect, but you need a hand saw, preferably one or two, a couple different types. A chisel, or forgive me, a sledgehammer and a Pick would not be a bad idea either. Why? Well, if you get in you might have to get out and It having tools to cut your way out or dig your way back out is a really good idea And it's one of the most common mistakes made you got old time in the world if you're stuck there and you're you're you're locked in So guess what get to work and start digging your way back out. Go ahead color jump in there, please This is Mike from Ohio. It's kind of weird how the state police works because here in central, Ohio a few years ago we had a tornado in a neighboring community and a bunch of us ham radio operators we volunteer with the county and we were sworn in as special deputies with the sheriff's office and you know just kind of guarded the wreckage of the the area and We didn't have any problems, anybody coming in looting or anything, but the State Highway Patrol rolled in, put two snipers on the roof of an auto parts store, and said, we don't need you anymore, you can go home, goodbye. They were just gonna shoot anybody that caused any trouble. So I was like, well, okay. So yeah, I wouldn't wanna be grabbing stuff at some of these places, because I don't know if they would actually just shot people summarily, or they acted like they were going to. Well, what should make more sense? Okay having physical security in place or hiding rifleman and hoping you can shoot somebody Exactly. We had a presence there. We're friendly the main problem was there was gas lines that we were We have these stupid people from the press that were coming in and filming right where there was gas leaks and they were lighting up cigarettes and everything and we were there to say, you know Get lost. There's there's open gas lines. This isn't safe. You need to move on But no, we're running in civil about that. Call it what they didn't want is to witness this to leave. Right. Exactly. They left two snipers on the roof to take care of all the businesses. Yeah, right. Okay. And they told you to leave rather than having volunteers down there or bringing their own people in on the ground. They leave two people on the roof. They went in and they looted stuff. Yeah, the main thing. The nature of the beast, that's what they did. They got rid of the witnesses, you know, we don't need you anymore, go home, and then they went through and took what they wanted. Yeah, the main thing they were guarding was that they had us posted it was an auto part dealership because they didn't want people to steal the cars in a pharmacy a CVS pharmacy They're worried about people stealing narcotics I could really give a damn whether people come in and steal things others or not But they're worried about that so that they put the snipers right directly across from the CVS because you know They were keeping people from stealing Vicodin or something. I mean it was ridiculous Yeah, but again, it makes more sense to again have the bodies on the ground if you have the resources Why would you deny them? You're not really getting paid, right? No, we're just Right, and again, even if they were, it was the county that was dealing with that aspect of it. So you've got this pecking order of power freaks, and the state police are useless tools across the board. They will do more damage than they will fix anything. And again, as Ed said, one of the things to remember, what happened in New Orleans. Some of the long accounts of the people that stayed after the storm hit and passed. They went out to look for, you know, stores that were open and lo and behold went down the street and the cop cars were all pulling up, grabbing all the best jewelry and all the best stuff, walking out to the cars. My favorite was even with the fire departments, the corruption. My brother, the fire department that he was working with down where he retired to, they all went down and they found out that the fire station, because they've been flooded because the water receded pretty quick. They needed a water heater. Well, hell, the guys have volunteered and they're fire better tradesmen. So they told the next crew coming down to bring down a couple of brand new water heaters. One for the washer and dryer and one for the shower, for the men so they could clean up. And they came in, they put it all in. everything and the chief or was this the sub chief rolled up and he was all pissed. He goes, what do you mean? You understand you got some stuff that came in. Yeah, it was well, where is it? You got water heaters. It was like, yeah, they're installed. Well, would you install them for now? You know what the plan was if they had put him in. They'd have been in the back of old Bob's pickup truck there and the ring knockers and the butt buddies, they did. They hauled away four-wheelers, they hauled away the cops, especially state cops hauled away everything, all the stuff, the best stuff that was coming in. Really mobile generators. Four-wheelers were gone before they even hit the ground. As soon as they were in the back of a truck that was brought in like from Florida. The one guy truck driver told us we had him on the air. They were rolling him right off and the state cops are grabbing him and fighting over who was gonna get which one. They never went to take care of or help the people in New Orleans. They were stolen because again, the police state, FEMA had plugged in and NIMA, Mississippi whatever, Mississippi Emergency Management was joined at the hip with them. And FEMA and NIMA stole everything that they could and carried it home. That was the state cops. So it's consistent over and over again. We can do a better job locally managing and we don't want the state cops anywhere. They stand down the road. You're supposed to be out of the highway. We don't need you in the community, you're useless. The average person to do a better job, who's gonna know who lives where? The people who are local or the nobody state cop is from halfway across the county or from out of the county and from another part of the state. Well, the asset doesn't know anything, so he's just going to be belligerent. Whereas when locals are going to be able to... Go ahead. That's the whole reason, even though, I mean, the count, like our county knows who we are and everything. But the reason we get Sheriff's Department credentials is because of the State Highway Patrol. They said, you know, if you were the ham radio operator asked by the county to go help after, they even said the tornado chances are you're going to count upon a highway patrol. barricade in the road and they're gonna get snooty with you. So that's why the sheriff had a sword in his special deputies. So they could not enforce us to leave, but they still want to throw their weight around. Right. And they're useless tools. They're not serving any purpose. It's purely for the sake of being belligerent. That's part of that barking dog wagon, weenie crap. And again, it's going to get a bit, well, as things are going, we know what's going to happen. The big thing here again, it's like, um, A lot of the locals, especially after what happened with Katrina, learned very quickly that the state and the Fed were totally untrustworthy. And so a lot of the sheriffs expanded their militia. And you might recall, especially in the counties that were one or two counties away from or farther into the country away from the strike area. Well, they realized that they were totally ill prepared for the waves of people that came through and most of them are just stealing stuff. In other words, well, if somebody, normally you can leave your generator outside. Remember one of the most creative things that the ripoff artists were doing, they would bring a lawnmower in and a nice Honda, steal a lawnmower from one place, walk them down the street or have them in the back of a truck. The guy's got a generator running outside. What you do is you shut the generator off because it kicks in as the power is needed like for the, you know, for like refrigeration. Sometimes they cease and was running all the time. What they did is they started up a lawnmower, left it running in the yard and grabbed the, you know, two, $3,000 portable Honda generator, ran it over to the truck and, you know, took off. The next, sometime during the night or the next day, the guy wakes up. And he's got a brand new lawnmower where he had a Honda generator, you know, or whatever generator he had. Not that the mower was a prize because it was stolen from somebody else's place. They had a whole racket going like that. So locals were the best choice because, again, everybody kind of knows each other. The advantage is, again, you can also position the people because they're Kit Carson Scouts. They know the area, that's another advantage of having local security slash neighbors working together like that. I think the biggest thing is, you gotta stop the state police because they're trying to come in if they're trying to fiddle part in an area. If you wanna play over there, you can, but we already got this area taken care of here. Now, you can stand over there, and that's the place where you're gonna be. But no, you're not over us. You're just another department. You're the state police, you're over there. We're the county, we're over here. You stay over there, we'll stay over here. You can circle around and grimace and wear your sap gloves and threaten to shoot everybody all you want. But we got more guns than you do, so smile and wave. That's really how it is. And again, it's sad because it shouldn't be that way, but it's just the stupefication. It's how they're conditioned because of the propaganda they get going into the State Police Academy, which is designed to twist their little head sideways anyway. Remember, their feces doesn't stink, yours does. The one thing they do in the Michigan State Police basic is they constantly tell every one of their new recruits that the people have no rights. The people have no rights, the people have no rights. That's the constant regimen. Several years ago, once more, several years ago now, one of the guys that went in there, he thought he was going in one direction, got in there, and he actually started recording. some of the raw raw sessions that they were giving Barking about, you know, how they were the Barking dog and they, you know, they were wagging their weenie in everybody's face, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The people have no rights and there is no Bill of Rights and there is no Constitution. That was from these mouthpieces that are running the state police right here in Michigan. So we know that we know how their how their bread is buttered. Okay. They'd like to be using your butter to do it, but we got to make sure that doesn't happen. Anything else, callers? Go ahead, please. Well, the other thing is kind of funny. You were talking about the people pilfering the metal, everything. I've been a member of Civil Air Patrol for a long time, and there was a plane crash. I wasn't actually at the scene, but I know some of the people who were. There was a, we guard the scene until the NTSB comes in and investigates. We had some guy roll up, literally, to a plane crash with the body still in the plane, and he just starts gathering up debris, you know, from the debris field and we're like, hey, you got to get lost, you know. We didn't have the authority to arrest anybody, but we have, you know, direct radio contact with, of course, the highway patrol. So we had to call in. They came in and arrested the guy. But it's just the, yeah, the, the gall with some of these people that roll in right after, well, the bodies are still laying there and they just started sealing stuff. It's just amazing. Well, that was right here, Detroit Airport. I don't know if you guys remember the one plane crash where they took off and they hadn't set the flaps. So the guy ended up going due north, he can the aircraft and landed. I can't remember which high which road it was. Wide highway, but unfortunately it was faint as the hunter. situation, there was a overpass that was just before he touched down. He had enough room for the plane, but the next thing that he ran into was a very well built, older, concrete overpass that was kind of an odd man out because it was built decades ago and it was weird. The way they built it was strange. They ain't gonna need you no more! Yeah, well, you know, they get wallets. Oh look, there's a Rolex and there's a hand still attached to it. Oh, right. You know, another example, the man keeping us down. He's white guys. So it's okay to take that Rolex off that guy's just the old severed arm. It was okay. Exactly how it works. By the way, there was one survivor. There was a baby that survived that crash. I fit in just as a reminder. Maybe somebody came across the baby and kind of ignored him. until the regular real people got there. So again, one of the things, the reason I bring this up, we're talking about the storms, is again, this is one of the reasons that everything that you're doing for preparedness overlaps with everything else, but there are certain things that you do need to remember. I've talked about pioneer tools constantly. I never pass up at a yard sale a utility backpacker, bucksaws, usually get them for a dollar a piece, 50 cents a piece, sometimes they're even got a little rust on them and they're in the freebie box. I have many of those. I have them all over the place. And I even have some two or three in a container for like doing yard work. I do want to do brush cutting and stuff. I've got a whole little, you know, one baby buggy that's set up with a five gallon pail. And I run into more good tools that normally I wouldn't have. I'll grab that one and stick it in there. The big thing here again is, well, example, when we had the tornado in our place. Right at the front door guys when you open the door the front, because the tornado literally hit us, okay, right around us. Front yard, backyard. The whole front yard was a spaghetti latus of every piece of cedar, birch, maple tree, everything you can imagine. And it was an integrated spider web of half inch. 3-quarter inch, you know, pieces the size of your arm in girth. And we literally had to cut through the front door, make a hole to get in and out into the debris field. And then I started cutting a path right along the front sidewalk at an angle. And then I could see what was going on with the rest of the yard, which it was like that all the way out to the road. And even on the road, it was like this. So, but all you do is look at it, puzzle it out, cut the part that makes the most sense to take, you know, with one cut, you move more things. But it was the hand tools that we always keep, you know, in places like, you know, by the front doors, or on the front porch, by the back doors, that were immediately on hand, and then we could get to, you know, the, you know, get to the chainsaws. Unfortunately, in that tornado, now this is why, you know, it's a good idea to spread stuff out. I've told you this many times. My chainsaws I had actually just been working on because it was going over man a bunch of old McCullers, but they run nice they're older littler Anyway, most of them got picked up and went to the Wizard of Oz They went straight up with the with the garage But what's funny is one of them went up obviously and after the debris field of the on the north side of the house and everything fell The one McCuller chainsaw was sitting right on the top of the pile ready for work And amazingly enough, it wasn't bent up, it wasn't busted up. And when I, you know, went to, you know, put some fuel in it, and we worked it up a little bit, I just cranked it. I didn't want to be busted anyway. And lo and behold, I actually had one chainsaw functional that was, you know, ready to go. Everything else had buck saws. I've got two man saws. We didn't use those. But everything else I had, nippers, cutters, snippers, every last one of those went to work. So if you're when you go to like these resale shops or yard sales right now the big thing is a lot of people are either at the estate sales are perfect because they just get rid of everything. Hand clippers, any kind of of trimmers, you know like especially the limb cutters, grab those. Again those are tools that are pioneer tools. Normally you have to spend 15, 20, 30, 40, $50 to get a comparable quality product. Instead, you get it for $0.50, $1, 2, 3, $4. Well, the one time you need it, it pays for itself. And remember, like I said during the two-hour block, when you get these tools, clean them up, get the rust off them, whatever you can if you gotta brush them up a little bit, whatever you gotta do, and oil everything. Remember, they're cutting surfaces. Oil the cutting or grease them even if you're not gonna use them right away. I've got a whole bunch of cut off shears that I picked up, got them for nothing. 50 cents apiece and they're virtually new, they're Ace Hardware items. But they've been sitting, so first thing you do, wipe them all down with a green pad, wipe them off with a rag, give them a quick brush over with, if you want kerosene or whatever, just to knock everything off, a little bit of fluid, and then lubricate them with whatever you want. Take your pick. I like to use the automotive undercoat lubricants that are out there. They're a little more expensive, but the one thing is they're tacky. The other option is grease. Again, same resale shops, I'm getting grease, $10, $20 tubs of grease for 80 cents a dollar a piece. Well, guess what? I can afford to be generous when I have it in good quantity. And in the long run, remember that tool is waiting to be used. Now, the other thing is again, one more time, if you're going to put a bomb shelter together, or a storm cellar or a root cellar, storm cellar is best. That way when you get into the storm cellar, you got food. It's not a bad thing. Make sure that you put, and no, I didn't mention this way, a shovel. Okay, let's do it this way. A shovel, a pick or a pick mat-tock combination. You want a few hammers, you want a chisel, depending on what it is your construction is you're dealing with. But these tools should be there anyway. Go to the resale shop to get decent older equipment American made, but just used. The nice thing is, maybe you need it right there nearby. If you start thinking this way, you don't have to go all the way back someplace to get a tool. You have tools stationed where you can just turn what, make a few steps. And the basic tools you need are there. And if you keep collecting, well, not just basic, but even more sophisticated tools. You can have wrenches on hand, whatever. But you definitely want to be able to get out of what you got into. Another thing, crowbars. A crowbar is worth a fortune when you need it. And you can have a flat bar, a crowbar, a few other tools. Throw those in there, too. Those are pioneer slash engineer tools. You will use them. You also say little sledgehammer or a big sledgehammer take your pick you don't need a John Henry us You know, you don't need a spike driver need a medium weight sledgehammer. Okay, don't don't let me if you get something bigger. It's fine. Buy it if it's cheap Seriously, why well because you might need it down the road for something else maybe busted rock. You never know tools are simply priceless And the way things are going, you're going to need all of them. The other thing here is don't forget, throw some screws and nails in there. Put them in something that's watertight and sealed. You got them sitting there with the rest of the tools. Go ahead, caller. Yeah, you brought up that plane crash. That was Northwest Airlines, Metropolitan Airport, middle belt in 94. Thank you, with middle belt, yeah. Yeah, we... We lived in Texas then and we were in town for a family reunion slash funeral. My best friend in Texas shot himself and he was from Michigan. I grew up with him here. We were here for his funeral. A bunch of us came and we had a family reunion. We were supposed to fly back home that morning on Southwest Airlines. That was Northwest Airlines. And they diverted everything until the next day. So that was a blast from the past. That memory, I haven't thought about that in a long time. I had to chime in on that. So anyway, I'll give this. Thank you. You know, he probably would have done pretty well. It's amazing that he lined up the way that he did. It was the only place to go where he'd do less damage. But what happened here, if you're on that spot on Middlebelt, there's a depression in the road. It goes down just enough to obviously cover a story and a half and there's an overpass there. And normally that would have just been an intersection. It's an odd spot on the road there. Excuse me, with the over the overstreet, I can't even think of the name of it. And it's really funny because it's like a little drive. But back in the day that was that area was was vacant there wasn't any of the buildup that you see there even then or now and If that hadn't been there, he probably could have been able to maintain control And it's like the old movie fate is the hunter where the guy, you know picks to you know chooses to land on the beach and the landing is perfect and he goes Oh you beautiful beach and then all of a sudden the landing lights eliminate the pier that's right in front of him And that's all she wrote. But who? So basically the same thing. He what happened is they determined that the pilot had not set the flaps. They had both reviewed the checklist. And even though they had even gone through the checklist and identified flaps. They had not set the flaps and when he took off, there was no possibility for him to get up. He knew he was in trouble the moment he got to the end of the runway. So what he did is if you looked on the map there, guys, look where Detroit Airport is and find Middlebelt, take a look at where the end of the runway is and figure out what he had to do to line up with that road. And the only thing you can do, and you're not gonna probably save the plane, you might gain some altitude, is you put thrust forward. You can try to reset the flaps, but you don't have the lift. You need to build that lift bubble underneath the wing. So what happens is, you're going to get whatever your trajectory is with the speed. It's like when you're shooting with a gun. The more velocity you have, the farther you go out before you hit the ground. So what he was doing is buying time by accelerating and what he did is then he pitched and he actually lined up with the road but then when he got to that that Abutment well, then this he's played all over the place and that was the end only one survivor to that that little baby girl yeah, and the thing is he actually saved a lot of lives because Detroit Metro was out in the middle of nowhere originally. And the roll back in the day because of they have mentioned this many times the paranoia of jet airplanes. Because of the paranoia of jet airplanes, they had a 10 mile safety circle around all of the airports, which is why they were built out away from everything. Well, after a few years, the same people who demanded the safety circle, then, well, you've got all this land and it's usable land and it's in our community and we need to build on it. So what happened is they started building ranch housing and track housing and track malls. And they literally came right back up to the edge of the airport. So when you take off, you're going right in the community right off the bat. And of course that area built up too. I mean, it didn't take long. Detroit, everybody was running from Detroit. So it goes right down the 94 corridor and it goes right down the 96 corridor with additional construction. And so eventually Detroit caught up with the Detroit airport. The Detroit airport isn't in Detroit, guys. Go ahead. It's just like the Denver airport, but my uncle built the Uneroil Tire. My uncle headed up the sheet metal crew Yeah, my uncle headed up that sheet metal crew and he was on the crew He actually designed it and built it and bought the ferris wheel the working ferris wheel that's still inside that wheel I don't know if it's even there anymore. I haven't been down there in a long time, but that wheel still there It used to be but you know, I'll tell you the same thing here. I am I'm a county away from Detroit and I won't go there Yeah, but I used to pass it all the time and again, it's on the south side of 94 Somebody may have moved it. I'm thinking that they did You know, we used to call it they know the giant donut because it's you know, it's a big tire for anybody else. I'm familiar with the landmark And it was it was built to look just like a giant tire great job with it. Yeah When you go by it was all things when you were little it's like are we there yet? Oh, there's the tire. Yeah, my uncle Don made that built designed and built it and there's a there was a working ferris wheel inside that that big tire man Well, I understand it used to actually move they actually used to run it. I mean it would Yeah, but what happened is that after a while, you know, like everything else, they didn't want to maintain it or they didn't want to run like, yeah, they want to spend the power. But it was still a neat monument. It's one of the many giant things from the 50s and the 60s that just look cool, you know? But back when we did fun stuff, you know, you got the communists in place, you can't do fun stuff anymore because the assets all have to have their finger in the pie. And so, there's no point from there. Right. Yeah. Well, we'll do it. We're gonna do it for us, but I ain't doing it for them. You know what I mean? We'll have fun. Yeah We're gonna build stuff. I'm where I've already got a list of things. So we're gonna we've got well again may never get it done But I got a list of things I've already set down with a lot of people. It's like what can we do that would be neat? You know or cool. Well, I'm gonna do it right now But we will do it, you know before we leave That's the big that's the plan a guy's you gotta have positive plans You got to be looking forward to the victory and you got to figure out what it is You're gonna be doing because we got to stay busy after we're done with this granted We'll be hanging a lot of the bastards, but that can only take so long after that You want to put them in the tail lights anyway, or underground preferably and as I know in the tail lights And then we'll get out with doing all the cool stuff again, you know, there hasn't been anything great built in this country For a very long time And there's nothing that's impressive, you know? Hey, this is Ira Twisky, and I just wanted to mention that I have been listening to Atlas Shrugs, the audiobook on Audible, and it's like 62 hours. the audiobook version and I will say, Atlas wrote, as I've been listening to it, I've been thinking to myself, wow, because I'm in my 30s, but I'm like, that's one of those books I've never read and listening to it, I'm like, there's so many quotable lines in that book that apply exactly to right now. And just thinking about it, I'm like, this is exactly, An example of what we do not want to happen, period. Why we fight? Why we've got to kill them? Because it's amazing that again, first of all, Anne Rand was Russian, okay? The biggest problem, Russians write, like I've always said, toads. They write epics. And the detail of description while trying to make it personal at the same time so you can relate to it. is very effectively done in the book. But the commentary or the conversation back and forth when you're dealing with the insane, it's the same kind of insanity, like you said, you're seeing right now. Who the hell, where the hell did you, how did you get to where you are? How could a turd like you possibly be anywhere near any position of power? But it's because everybody assumed. that, well, you know what, I had this, there's more than a few people listening, you know who you are, where I had several people say, well, they might go, but they go and go this far, but they're not going to break the machine. You mean like they're breaking the machine right now? I mean, look, a year and a half, and it's obvious it was planned. I like what somebody finally said today. It's like, you know, there's a little medius of Batman slapping Robin. And they've got Biden, the back of Biden's head, and he goes, the OPEC won't sell us oil. And he goes, pool, he slapped, Batman has slapped Biden. And he goes, pool, you were handed an energy independent country when you came in. Which is exactly the case, like we said. Well, what did he have to do other than just keep doing what you were doing? How could you, you have to be either an ass hat, Well, again, an idiot, an incompetent or a fool, but there's also wicked. And I think all of that applies to everybody that's a rancor or a member of the regime that needs to be executed, needs to be gone. Because they're either an idiot, an incompetent, a fool, or wicked. And not one of them in any way, shape, or form should have been anywhere near any position of power or any position of authority and their ass needs to be dragged out and shot. Because they are trying to get us killed. They are trying to destroy basically the trade house, which is America. If it weren't for us, the rest of the planet would still be thinking of themselves generally as feudal slaves, as property of the state. And there are many jackasses, both outside this country and a whole bunch of jackasses inside this country, who do wanna be property of the state. Well, their sorry ass needs to be out of here and they overrest them outside the country. They're going to make their own choice. But Canada's on the edge and they need to shoot Trudeau and the rest of those jackasses out of their nation. Australia needs to rise up and kill those bastards off. New Zealand, you're smaller. Hell, it wouldn't be that hard to hunt down the bastards that you got to deal with. And these countries would be free, but it needs to happen. We're done with them. As far as I there's the writing is on the wall They keep throwing stuff out there and then reeling it back in or make trying to make it disappear back behind this You know the curtain but it's too late because you've already shown your colors and you know, you show me that pirate flag enough I'm gonna show you how to blow your legs off. I'm like, in fact, well, like I said, it will go slow, but I will finish you And that's how everybody needs to be thinking right now is be prepared to save, you have to save yourself, save your family. In the process, we have a mutual liberty interest, so we have to save the country. It's not gonna come from Washington because they're traitors. It's not gonna come from your state capitalists. Most of those bought out whores are traitors. And again, most of your state capitals aren't really being run from your state capital, they're being run from outside the country. Or again, typically like we have in Michigan, it's the Jewish Canadian mafia that's running Michigan. And their strongholds where they are, are all mapped out. Everybody, we've sat down and explained and everybody goes, wow, you know, I know about this. Well, really, well, here's the rest of the map. It's like, oh god, that makes sense. Yep, it does. Now listen, we have to deal with it. And again, I think the biggest problem here, well, it's time. There really isn't any discussion. I guess the only thing is going to be what sets it off. And the way I see it with the situation is they've already done all the anti-gun stuff just like they did in the late 80s, early 90s. They're doing all the same type trivia as far as the police state agenda. that we saw leading up to the Ruby Ridge Waco era. It's all a repeat, guys. They don't invent anything new. They just keep coming back, figuring everybody will get stupid, hopefully, and let them just roll you over. So this time around, well, we've taught as many people as we can. A lot of people are already up to speed. We've created continuity from one era to the next. so that everybody has templates to work with. Hopefully that's what I've done by talking the way we have on the air, help you to understand, and you can kind of place that template and then do a comparative study of timelines. You can lay it on the linear time block you're in, but you can take it from where we have seen this in the past, and it's the same cast of characters. It's the same activity, repeat ad nauseam. Now, what we need to do, we need to put the hours down because you're wasting a lot of our lifetime. They need to be gone. They're wasting too much of our time. We can be much, we can be more creative. We can be stronger. We can feed the world. We've done it before because we have the ability. We have the resources. The biggest lie is resources. One last thing before we go. Guys, if you look at all these power BS studies, I don't care if it's the fake ass left or the fake ass right. You'll notice one thing that's missing. Not anywhere did they list hydroelectric anymore. Have you noticed that? You'll see wind, you'll see solar, you see coal, you see oil, you see nuclear, always a little nuclear. Okay, hydroelectric by itself could power the country 140 to 180%. If every facility were being maintained. But I'll give you an example, go to Michigan and look at the Tinipawassee, well, what a name, the Tinipawassee River. count how many hydroelectric plants are on the Tittabawassee River, just in Michigan, okay? Now understand that they've been trying and probably have, we just don't know about it. They probably have shut down half of those facilities. Now they can't take the dams out, so the dams are there. The hydro was working, everything was functioning flawlessly, but they have systematically attacked hydroelectric to create this fake ass crisis. Hydroelectric by itself can power the nation. Now, if you're gonna tell me that we're gonna use hydroelectric and wind and solar, well, that's a great combination. Gravity sucks, and if it ever stops, we're all dead. So hydro is an optimal. It will always be there. The water will be there. The drop is already calculated. It's gonna be there every day. Now, if you gotta do something down the road to replace the dam, guess what? That's a phenomenal man-made project for the future to build better and build stronger and build more efficiently still. But hydroelectric, we've had the ability, the whole thing about power shortage is a lie across the board. We already built the dams in many cases the dams are still sitting there, but systematically the jackasses have intentionally taken out the hydroelectric plants that were perfectly functional.
