We got this letter It was all over the internet really quick and I was hoping that it was false and this is the letter you've seen from Hornady and just like guns calm This is another company who is forcing a vaccine mandate from Joe Biden on its workers and it's unfortunate. And I have verification now that this is 100% true. I'll put this on the screen here in a moment, but it is the letter from Hornady. It is true. Now I have verification from people on the inside. The company didn't get back to me, but I have verification that this is 100% true. So here's the letter here. And if you haven't seen it, it says important information. President Brandon announces workplace vaccine mandate. You may have seen this headline recently. It applies to all companies with 100 plus employees and obviously that means U.S. Hornady Manufacturing. We have been informed we will be subject to a vaccine mandate as early as December 8th. It's just a mandate. It's not even signed. It's just a verbal thing from him. mandates aren't laws. Although we don't have all the details, we understand this will be required by the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard that applies to companies with 100 plus employees. It is possible even more requirements will be imposed based on our contracts with the US government. I am asking you to please, please, please get the vaccine. I recognize this issue has gone way beyond a health measure and is to some very personal But there is nothing that we, and ultimately you, can do to avoid this. We want to be proactive and give everybody an opportunity to get full vaccination status by the deadline, which could be as early as December 8th, 2021. We understand this is a difficult situation and we will make sure to keep you informed as we learn more about the mandate in the coming days. This is October 11th that this came out. There is a tremendous amount of misinformation and flat out lies about this mandate. Please listen to the guidance we provide, not the internet, social media, or even your coworkers. They put the crosshairs on his hind end or her hind end and they're out of business within a year because it's all gone through the shipping i've mentioned this a million times in country it's the bureau and especially if you don't if you have attachment to the fed and uh... hundred different ways which guarantee that uh... uh... in more ways than you could count and again but we present well we were they make the profit but this is the only thing about that the the core production can be set up by the fed and it's paid for that way so there's like a symbiotic relationship that's been going on forever with the arms industry it's the way it is uh... you could feel you know what the five five six contract okay usually as we've talked about many times when you're in production and you're doing anything i don't care where it looks cars widgets uh... coffee cup when you're a crank it out and you're in the next and everything is working perfectly be fact before you start this big run that you're going to get into you were working i mean because that everything through you know reset everything confirmed that all the deal for all the jigs are really supposed to be all of the machines are up and online parts that need to be changed are going to be changed uh... you have all your your German command check and set everything to make sure that it's where it's supposed to be and then when you hit the switch you're crank until you can't tell the wheels fall off basically it would not be the wheels of the machine the problem is that with production it's always the employees who start to fail because they get exhausted they get run into the ground but when you have a government contract like for five five six nine millimeter let's say ten millimeter or whatever caliber done to me there was what it is uh... where the profit has been is not in the government contract the government benefits because of the reasonable greed factor which is supposed to be there and this great is a bad thing making a profit is a good thing in america and where the profit is made is when they run the wheel off the machine and they crank out that you know four million router twenty million router hundred million round contract but it would be At the end, they can do 10% or 20% over off that setup, and they get to market that at regular value, at regular stock price. And that's where they make their benefit because all their setup, all the quality of the product is pretty well set standard. So it's like, oh, okay, well, goodbye. i believe i was looking for a job when i walk through the door i'll be looking for for another one right now what gets me is this manufacturing is paying okay but you've got other places i mean if you're all like the more like around leftist and arbor okay uh... they pay okay but you know what there's places out away from left of that arbor better paying a lot better and you're doing maybe a little only the same or even less work for the dollars made so it's like okay why am i sticking around here that's all what a lot of people are going to be doing more and more this is going to create a labor shift with the people who are willing to work as and of course here's the other thing you're getting the ones that are willing to walk away from their job and should are the people you really want on the job and so the company that's doing this doesn't deserve them and anybody who's got a brain walk away from the job walk away from the bastards in a heartbeat your health in your life and longevity of your life is worth it that like i get comical where you are gonna pick this walk a pack of liars told you that line to their teeth step by step day by day week by week month by month a pack of liars uh... you're going to go along with them because and and here we are by the way the point where the pressure is such that they know they're being hurt that they probably will have to back off so why would you acquiesce and take it what would you be an idiot an acquiesce and take a shot now in a situation where it's publicly being commented, I mean, look how long it took, for instance, for them to acknowledge what everybody knew a year ago that Fiaochi slash Dr. Gavorkia's brother was involved directly in the murder-death-kill agenda. So the quality of your product and the level of your safety just went into the basement. if you go to any of those institutions. You see, or that business for that matter. See, it doesn't make any difference. If the people who really are probably still using their brains, well-read, copacetic, functional, walk away, that's the people you wanted to save to begin with. Seriously, this is like every aspect of the coronavirus experience, guys, is what we needed to have happen if you're going into a war. because you're not going to get the nearly wells, or almost kind ofs, who then at the last minute or somewhere even before things get serious but get kind of interesting, they crap their spine out their drawers and it's all like a meat xylophone, and then all of a sudden they're like spineless jellyfish all over the place.
