Ten Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, Nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, Nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation. Amendment number six. In all criminal prosecutions, The accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, to be confronted with the witnesses against him, to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor. and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. Amendment number seven, in suits at common law where the value and controversy shall exceed $20, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States than according to the rules of the common law. Amendment number eight, Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Amendment number nine. The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Amendment number ten. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively or to the people. to cure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for what you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? And it has been a pretty good September so far. We had some major fall rain, the first of the late summer and early fall rains before officially fall kicked in even. And now expect that. Couple things, as you probably have seen, the Miley Cyrus and his band of communist Chinese generals working in American uniforms, this last couple of days, well, three or four days, have been involved with responding to Congress. The arrogance level or the deflection level is quite desperate, to say the least, which I think is quite fascinating because it's futile to resist. You'll be observed, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. in watching what was done yesterday and then being posted now in different sources. It just reconfirms and reinforces what I've told you about for decades. When the socialists slash all these communist swine get together, the word responsibility disappears instantly because you have what is called the Committee of Monkeys in the circle jerk. You have 20, 30, 40 individuals, they all sit next to each other, big circular table, and as soon as anything starts to go south, They all point to the guy to the right or to the left, all at the same time, usually to the left or to the right. And it's a big circle jerk. In other words, there's nobody going to be held accountable and nobody knows how it happened. It's a big multi-trillion dollar scam, billions of dollars in a moment spent or wasted, mostly wasted, or just stolen, pickpocketed out the back door there. But nobody knows. Everybody is like, well, I told everybody in there, I have no recollection of you telling anybody. Nobody had a clue. Nobody had even suspected. And obviously your people weren't doing their jobs and somebody should be fired. But you can't do that because nobody has real responsibility. Everybody can point to the guy to the right and it comes full circle back to the beginning of the circle there. I've seen this at every tier and it's nothing new or surprising but in this case it's so stinking obvious that it's got everybody pretty well turned the way they should be looking at these creatures. Now a couple things that they are trying to do is set us up for a fall in terms of conflict against any foreign powers that will be brought in as assets. You do have traders in uniform right now rank and file officers and CEOs there are people who are party members they'll follow whatever order as far as the hammer and sickle crew goes because They like what they're seeing and there's a whole bunch of discerning Americans out there who actually do in uniform now? Who understand exactly what the thread is and they are prepared to deal with it and in fact, we're doing a better job preparing by the minute Everybody's you know coming on board that needs to The great separation with the coronavirus scam and all the lies generated from that has served us well. We are able to, again, pick and choose with greater discretion because we know who our enemies are now. Mark. We didn't know who they were, mostly. But we got some new ones. Anyway, I was perusing articles and I ran across one from the American Rifleman dated September 28, 2021. I don't know exactly how you pronounce the name, but it's Hodgen closes GOEX, the Goex black powder plant down in Louisiana. From what I can tell, it's the only black powder plant in the continental US. They're contemplating possibly putting the operation up for sale. I'd say I'd be good for a C note or two on this. What about all you other patriots out there? Gun powder is quite important and it's a whole lot easier if you got a manufacturing plant of course we have to protect it. Anyway that's all I got. I got that article off of American Rifleman and that was dated December 28. What was their logic behind the closure? I'm just curious only because I'm perusing the article again. You gotta forgive me. My short term memory is just really excellent at forgetting things. I just think they're claiming changing business climate or something. Now, read the first paragraph. Hodgdon Powder Company announced it would feast manufacturing operations at the GoEx Black Powder Manufacturing Facility in Camp Minden, Louisiana, effective immediately. The closure eliminates the only domestic source of black powder in the United States. According to a company press release, Hydrogen will evaluate strategic options for the black powder business, including a potential sale of the company. I recall, I don't recall them actually giving a good firm reason of why they're shutting it down. Well, my argument is, you know what I've said about the ammunition industry, it's corporate like anything else and if it hasn't been absorbed by an enemy asset, you know, an enemy holding company, the other problem is that they're still in-all regenerative control freaks about, you know, the rules, they're usually ring knockers and I don't think they've been at production or maximum production for quite some time. Yeah, they continue to crank stuff out, but for instance, black powder on the market, there are more than simply the civilian rifle or pistol interests tied in with that. And it's rather fascinating, again, if it was the only black powder manufacturing, this is like, remember, this was an Obama thing. This is like when Obama shut down the last of the American-led processing facilities. Remember how they... Yeah, in Missouri. Right, it exceeded government specs. It was the only because they took government specifications down to an insane, unacceptable level, but most everybody, just like the coronavirus virus scam, if you throw the, you know, the right people up there, all the idiot sticks that are, you know, willing to follow like lemmings, will go right over the cliff. Yeah, well, you know, I've got something to say about that. You know, it's like, you know, when we assume amongst the power of the Earth, the separate equal station of laws of nature and nature's God, that means we took what was inherently ours by giving by the Creator. When we, as stated in our preamble, we ordain and establish these United States of America. The only one who ordains and establishes somebody, something like that, is a sovereign, a minister. And especially a sovereign, because a sovereign, he maintains many different offices. He may have subordinates that work for him at times, but For our case, we individuals, we're the sovereigns. That being the case that we are being established, that means we have the superior right that is above anything else except Almighty God Himself of contract, as indicated in Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution of the United States of America. And, you know, the thing about these corporations, man, they have gone way sideways, you know, and have just taken a crap all over. the hand that allows them to exist. You know, we give them good grace and franchise to do our bidding and be our servants. And I just see a total role reversal of this. And that's why I made comment earlier, several weeks ago, that we're going to have to kill some of these corporations. We're going to, they've gone outside their charters. And they're acting like fools. And we gotta shut them down and take their shit. And not only that, if any officers were involved in any criminal activity, well incapacitation through incarceration and quite possibly up to the death sentence. You know? Hanging is too good for some of these sons of the owls above. That's all I got to say, Mark. Well realistically just think about this. Does any powder sit on the shelf for any period of time right now? Reloading powder. I'm not sure. Black powder pretty well is gone as quickly as it shows up. There's been an extensive competition for quite some time with regard to volume powder. So, my problem here is A, this is the only plant, obviously I just said that, the only black powder plant left in the United States. How did we get to that point? I mean, we already know, I know what's going on, this is like the rest of what we've just discussed, if you're going to disassemble and destroy the United States, What you do is you come at it from many different angles and destroy elements so that people don't catch on right away. And then there's this cascading event, which is what you're doing now. Yeah, regulatory destruction. Yeah, exactly. And again, one thing about this changing business climate. What changing business climate? Pretty much you can sell anything in the way of arms and there is well Let me give an example in black powder even first of all black powder has gone up in price dramatically as far as the guns themselves But I'm gonna tell you on the wholesale end if it shoots its soul And what I mean by that is I've seen stuff that's being brought in as far as the arms themselves They're being brought in and they don't last a day And whatever's coming in and is being shipped in from outside is sold as quickly as it hits the beach. If it can shoot, it's gone. And that's a fact. So if that's happening, you can't tell me the munitions are not moving in force. So this is not because, oh, I don't know what we're going to do with this here black powder. What do we do with it? Oh, I wonder. No, B.S. Black powder has become, in fact, there's been a big upsurge. in the interest in these types of arms. It is cyclic. I mean, the Civil War reenactment thing from the 60s, the 1960s, gave Black Powder a really big, big boost, but it never really backed off after that. And you've got Civil War, Revolutionary War, came up behind that with all the Rev War reenactors, and then you've got spinoffs of that, and people just have fun shooting them, plus Remember, they're non-guns. So here are all these non-firearms that are available, and a lot of people have them because there's no way to know where they went, there's no traceability, etc. And the munition, certainly pyrodex is out there too, but black powder still moves just as quickly and just as easily. Another interesting thing about this, guys, black powder is not obsolete from the ordnance industry. Black powder is used extensively in a lot of munitions. For different either charges, secondary activation charges, cascading, expanding, you know, demolitions, different types of things that go boom, but they don't, when you see them, they do one thing, but in reality, they're multi-tiered. Black powder is not obsolete, and it is part of the military munitions complex. So this means that like all the rest of this BS we've seen, oh wow, we can't maintain an American version. Don't worry, we've got all these foreign resources that, oh wait a minute, you're saying they're going to drop bombs on us and they're going to shoot our aircraft down and destroy our ships? Well then, how are we going to get black powder from some place that we have to ship it from? Or for that matter, whatever other device, I don't care what it is, black powder is just one of many things. You mean the Amazon won't deliver it? Yeah, don't worry. The Chinese will deliver it for you. They will deliver there. Look, here comes some more black powder and pyrotech. And, oh, wait a minute, all kinds of fun stuff. Yeah, but it's in the shape of a boom-boom. Well, example is the laws rocket, guys. We're building the laws rocket. Remember, I brought this story to your attention. It's been in place now for more than a few years. It's been two years at least. You know, the M72 law that all you guys were told was obsolete. Remember they said, ah, I said, it's Vietnam era. It's old. Well, we're building brand new ones. And in fact, it really was obvious, if you recall, when they were discontinuing the M72 laws for the longest time, they were letting everybody live fire the rockets that were there because they wanted to use them up. And, well, what the hell, let's shoot them. That was kind of rare because usually the idiot sticks don't have that kind of coordination. Here's what's interesting about that is if you ever looked at the formula for and what caused some of the problems or issues Remember weather sealing on the black powder charge that was used. Oh, what did I just say? They didn't use pyrotechnics Remember with in Vietnam. We've got a lot of guys killed because the improper wasn't the charge wasn't the design It was materials used there was shrinkage with the sealant and or a breakdown because of the heat and then that allowed moisture to permeate all elements of the device and they could not get them to fire. Now I wouldn't have made a difference if it was black powder or if it was modern you know a modern step rocket charge of any kind neither for the explosive charge nor for the rocket propellant charge because of what happened with the sealants Excessive moisture environments like Southeast Asia, slash the rainforest of Vietnam deactivated the units. And it wasn't just one or two. Remember, whole units were killed, kind of like with the M16 failure. Whole groups of people were killed and died because of a major mistake in whatever contractor or subcontractor or sub subcontractor. provided the sealants to protect that were supposed to protect the components. So there's an example right now. Right now we're using black powder in its traditional form in a weapon that of course is, you know, was dumped, you know, supposedly because it was just so obsolete 30 years ago. We're building it brand new and mass in Europe, in Northern Europe, because after all you Americans don't know how to do this anymore. I'd assume then they must be getting their black powder from somewhere in Europe. But why wasn't it coming from the United States? I mean, so many different elements of this were... And guys, you're not talking a few pounds here. You're talking tonnage. You know, how many pounds of propellant, how many pounds of munitions material to create the explosive charge expansion? How many tons does it take to make one batch of these weapons? Well, it's actually it's it's pens if not a hundred tons or more maybe for one lot The volume is just something most people can't wrap their brain around No, it's purely industrial volume Yeah, exactly. So how is it that Hodgkin's is shutting down the only black powder plant we have left in the United States? You know the thing about this man Mark is how successfully these creeps have been at gutting our strategic reserves and strategic industries, man. I tell you what, they've been pretty good at it. They're right in front of the under American people's nose or in front of them and you know telegraph the punch all the way. Well, you know Real quick you're coming across so hot you're blowing my meters out which means you're probably doing it to everybody across the board to Yeah, need to turn your volume down or way farther away from your mouth Because I could barely understand I probably got it too close to my mouth Yeah Remember to use proper telephone etiquette There we go and then part of that was remember these to have classes on teaching us all how to hold the telephone receiver You remember that you can find the videos on YouTube, I think I'm doing good enough to hit my rear with faux pants. The phone gets rested next year and the receiver ends up really close to your face. We all know what happened. But you're supposed to hold it approximately an inch and a half away. Now with modern telephones, that's so you can properly irradiate the side of your head. Remember that. If you put it real close, it kind of zeros in on only one part of your brain. We want it back down to an hour and a half or two. Actually, I've got the phone like about a foot away from my mouth. There we go. So, and I've toned it down just a hair, man, just a hair. Apparently they've said they're immediately stopping black powder production. There's no phasing this in, there was no discussion about finalizing any contracts or informing anybody so that they could make one last gas purchase. In other words, it just got cut off. So that means they were told to shut it off. That means this wasn't all the choice of Hodgkin, no. I think Hodgkin's, like all the rest, the cartridge companies are the same way. They have not been producing at maximum capacity. I believe that just to reverse, they will bring knocking buddies. They will produce in a way of database whatever information they want. After all, I don't know that I saw any notice about this Hodgkin plant. Being you know about to close down. Well, there was no announcement that hey, you know, we're gonna market it and sell it We're gonna move it sideways. No, no, they shut it off They said this was effective immediately So that boom big player right there tells you more about the enemy in motion and their actions against the American people now Black powder can be made, but let's remind everybody of something that the chemicals necessary, something that was already an issue for the last three, four years, was a collection of controlling corporations from outside the US, mostly from where? Communist China. Remember, they were controlling specific chemical and rare earth minerals. they had a hit list to take control of to block from use inside the United States or to limit use in the US. Now think about all the different industries out there that can be affected but isn't it interesting that again an ammunition producer, a powder producer, actually munitions, munitions producer just hit put a light switch on a plant. Just literally hit the switch. That's what they're saying. They just all we're just done Whoa, wait a minute. Can't we buy out? No, we're done Well, we needed a few more tons of it. Yeah, we can't we're done Now the next question is well if they're done and if that was the last one Where is any of the product coming from otherwise and if it's from outside the United States? Well, how would you color the countries that might be a resource now? I'm sure there's production in Mexico Although again, slap me the microphone, I could be absolutely wrong. But remember, the other consideration here is that now the plant itself may or may not be worth the effort to move. There are some considerations with powder production and chemical production processes. Certain critical or key machinery, if it's lower, if they're lesser components in terms of size and volume, might be moved. or would be moved out by the Chinese to make sure that America does not have the machinery that it has had the benefit of in the past. That has been the primary purpose. Whenever the Chinese take control of key businesses or any businesses in the US, it used to be they believe things. In other words, you know, there's some parts of the technology be left behind. The big stuff was important, the little is not. Their policy for many years now is to strip the place naked. Chairs, fixtures, light fixtures, wall fixtures. In fact, we had a business that was taken over by the Chinese, nobody knew, right here in Dexter, Michigan. And right across, in fact, where the old Argus factory, which by the way, where they invented and developed the Norden bombsite. The building is cement block. Remember how I found out about this purely was by accident. They split in so fast. There was a gentleman who was a journeyman. He showed up at a business in town. He goes, yeah, I was working until about one o'clock in the morning last night. Man, I'm tired. Really, yeah, we were, you know, the Chinese bought, you know, such and such, whatever the name of the factory was that they changed it to over the years because those plants have changed. And at 9 o'clock at night, they had 22 container trucks that were empty come in. They had a crew come in. They had an oversized forklift flash, you know, diesel forklift that was designed for running, being run on concrete inside a heavily reinforced building. The outside area was done in asphalt, had been refinished in asphalt. One of the ways you could tell where they'd done the work is when they offloaded the forklift, it crushed and destroyed all of the parking lot. But they went in, used the forklift, and they said it were like ants. He was disconnecting equipment and was opening up the building for them. And guess what, as soon as they started in, everything was created. And between approximately 9 o'clock at night, 4 in the morning, forgive me, 1 o'clock in the morning, not 4, they had 4 hours, they stripped the whole building. After they got the heavy machinery out, they cut off the primary power, went over to the walls with cut-off saws, and cut the cabling and everything up away from where the primary wall fixtures were, disconnected the wall fixtures, and even took all of the harnesses in the building. Never seen before, at least not in the past. Now, what their logic was, leaving nothing for the Americans. Everything, literally. Chairs, furniture, did make it as what it was. It all got boxed up into those 22 freight boxes. And probably by five in the morning, it was already in a marshalling yard, you know, being sent out by train or going to work, you know, being hauled out to a container ship somewhere on the coast. But it took them four hours. And when they did, not even the dust bunnies were left behind. In the past, we used to go in and we've done this many times, the Chinese take over a business, they would take the primary machine rate and leave all the secondary equipment and everything behind. And it didn't mean it was how big or small. Even when the DOD sold massive amounts of our tank automotive command production facilities to the communist Chinese, the smaller equipment was left behind for us peasants. And just to give you an idea, that meant include like the nine-ton chain hoists, you know, the small stuff. And it was all sold and handed over to the communist Chinese with no American bidding allowed. I know that firsthand. Why? Well, because we bought all of the small stuff, or we bought a lot of it. We weren't the only ones. We bought the small stuff that they felt they could leave for the peasant Americans. But progressively they realized that, wow, if there's anything left behind, it competes with other parts of their industry. So their policy was stripping out of place now. That's what I'm saying. If the communist Chinese got this black powder facility, which likely is not, then what's going to happen is one way or another it will be destroyed. If that's what's happened, it will be destroyed. It's either going to be packed up, moved overseas, or to a third-party country of the Chinese choice, and then that'll be it. It's gone. There'll be a foundation sitting there and maybe a steel building. That's it. But if they can't do that, they will destroy it. They will dismantle, they will take what they consider critical and useful, and they will shred the rest to make sure that it can't be reassembled. The Belgians have done this with our steel mills, the kosher mafia, the Jewish mob running Belgian steel, and the communist Chinese have done it from their end, and Washington, D.C. has greased the tracks to make it happen. Some reports about women who are also a topic I haven't really thought about until just recently that women who have taken the vaccine are now and or parents are now having young children being born. And it seems that the group of La Quinta Columna, I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing that correctly, the group from Spain, it appears that there's some video that's surfaced of these babies that are born that are displaying some rather interesting results. For example, they're learning, they're kind of like, it's like they're showing signs of Down syndrome, but with a more rapid development, early development process. And one curious observation is that they have black eyes, where they have more than normal, darker eyes. And just something to think about is that they seem to be crawling at a much rapid pace, then they move into, you know, standing and so forth. So that's going to be interesting to see how that develops. And then, too, another question that comes to mind is, well, what happens, you know, with these babies that have been, you know, no fault of their own been infected by this thing and we don't know what the results of these newborns mixed with this genetically modified cocktail and then what to do about it. Over. Right, one of the things about Down syndrome isn't a positive thing. There are a lot of issues that you have to deal with. Physiology-wise, there are all kinds of different things that crop up at different levels of development. with regard to the children. The walking or crawling faster or crawling sooner, that's kind of interesting. But there again, the problem is it varies from person to person to begin with. So if you have a limited population to observe, you don't have really a broad element yet to work with. And it has been a very short period of time. But we do have a lot of individuals who I'm sure have been cross contaminated, women who were pregnant. It may not even realize that when they took the shot anyway. The problem is we've had the other end of the stick where the reports are they've also had miscarriages and other issues that have developed or that are continuing to develop as they've been involved with maybe more than one of the shots. So it's an ongoing affair. That's the problem with this using humans as guinea pigs. Now, here's the thing, what you're, I understand what you might be thinking too, who says that they're guinea pigs? If they know what they're going to create in a way of a result, they just dump it on the population. It's kind of like the whole thing about the dead. Part of what he's talking about the side effects there, there was a, I think it was a hearing in Congress the last few weeks. And part of what we talked about with the Israeli, the information coming from the Israeli people and what's going on in Europe with the vaccine, how it's been killing people. They've had more hospitalizations of the vaccinated than the unvaccinated. The result of the new Delta, quote unquote, variant, whatever BS term you want to use there, that it's more effective with the people who've got the vaccine. They actually covered it. They put it out there. I'll see if I can dig the video up again and put it into the Discord because they were asking the question, well, why are we having these vaccine mandates when we can see this data? Somebody actually asked the question and put it on record. When we can see this data that's doing this overseas, why are we trying to mandate a vaccine? Whoa, there's somebody with a cough there. Well, I find it and put it up in the Discord real quick. Very good. Again, the problem we've got is it's like the Gulf War illness scenario. Guys, they knew exactly what they were doing with the injections that they gave the troops during the Gulf War, the first one. They knew also that it was killing men, and that's why they did advanced discharges in the US military. They knew, and I guarantee they knew that this would happen, they did not get I personally think that they didn't get the combination of activities they wanted so they could argue that the quote-unquote chemical attack that would be from Saddam, which never came, that there was that Saddam attack killed all your boys and you know we need to go kill more Iranian stadiums and ask Iraqi Iranian stadiums because you don't know the difference from Iraqis and Iranians. So we're going to kill some more of our arena staniums. Yeah, that's what we've got to do. And it didn't work out because, you know, the best laid plans of rats and rodents didn't fall the way they expected it to. So then you have all these casualties they've intentionally produced. And so they spread them to the wind and many of them got desperately ill without anybody knowing and dying without anybody knowing their fellow soldiers, people they served with, only if they got in but tried to find each other did they find out what was going on, which is what happened. Better communication. You know, the era had changed. It wasn't after Vietnam. And Vietnam still, people did a good job of tracking non-Asian orgs. I think that this is the same scenario. They know exactly what this stuff is going to do to everybody. The claim that it's experimental is that they didn't want anybody to know what they were going to do to you. It's just experimental. So why would we not think that they wouldn't steal people or take people, you know, as prisoners and then use them as guinea pigs to find out exactly what the junk does and then once they knew what it did, well, they don't want any. You don't need to approach a question approving it. We just need to just get it out there. And of course you're seeing the end results. We're starting to see what are the results, not so much the end, because it's going to take time to see the end. But it's intentional, not accidental. It's planned, which means another reason to drag your ass out, put them against a wall, and shoot their ass. No discussions about that, except, well, you know what, tell me more about who did what, you might live longer.
