It was signed into law by Governor Mike Parson in June. It's the Second Amendment Preservation Act in Missouri. It says that, I'm paraphrasing, anything that the federal government does that violates an individual's right to keep and bear arms, as protected by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, as well as the Constitution of the state of Missouri, would be invalid in the state. Well, Joe Biden and his administration don't like that. And they're going to say that, you know what, even though we use state rights, to force communism on you all, you can't use state rights to push back at all. Yesterday, Biden's Justice Department headed by Merrick Garland, who still has a hair across his rectum for not getting into the Supreme Court when Obama wanted him in, he filed a statement of interest in a lawsuit that was filed in Cole County, Missouri. The anti-gunners, the sad, sad Democrats are trying to sue the state saying that this law You can't have this. You can't have HB 85 in the state. The Justice Department said, quote, HB 85 is legally invalid. Under the United States Constitution Supremacy Clause, the state of Missouri has no power to nullify federal laws. However, the Supremacy Clause does not kick in if the law that the feds have passed is unconstitutional and illegal. Also, they never kick in this Supremacy Clause when states bar their police departments from working with immigration officials for illegal immigration or anything else. They don't use the supremacy clause, you know, because you have the freedom to choose for your own body what you want to do with it, but only when it comes to the gun issue. You guys can't have that stuff. Only the Taliban can have those items. In an accompanying sworn statement on this case, the special agent in charge of the alcohol, tobacco, and firearms and explosives in the region, Freddard Winston said, The new law, quote, has already had a significant impact on the ATF's partnerships with the state and local law enforcement offices, noting that 12 of the 53 state and local police officers have withdrawn from participation in our task forces since the law's enactment. Boo, frigham, who? Now, this lawsuit has a hearing scheduled today. So, if you want to stay in the know of what this judge will decide, will he be intimidated by Merrick Garland and the Justice Department to say that we the people who live in Missouri don't deserve our rights to be protected, or will he stand? tall. In fact, it's kind of unique in that respect because you have a lot of kick-up issues with certain types of runways. but in this case uh... if you get a chance now grab your pen go over to you to and planes landing and take off from michigan highway thirty two and this is on youtube for those who are so well we're going to do a stuff like that or and of course well what is the exercise go check it out eight hundred or two from both sulfur g air national guard base michigan and davis montana air force base and the c one forty six eight wolf hounds from fold or forgive me whole bird field florida participated in a training event where they were landing at that made with a rare as from working at uh... while they landing and take off landed and took off for land and take off from michigan highway thirty two of highway landings are part of exercise northern strike twenty one dash two first time in u.s history that modern military aircraft landed on a u.s public highway design only for automobiles that's wrong uh... agar sorry guys uh... the retentive for the country where the interstate defense highway network was established it wasn't part of any training well it was training exercise but it's small unit training and especially out west farther west you go more dead space you got and on interstate defense highway networks and even the state highways there's a guideline established along those part of the donut of destruction of the interstate defense highway network was supposed to mimic the auto bomb the auto bomb had a secondary mission of being you know and actually was used during world war two is where they got the idea for this uh... was used by the german's world war two is an auxiliary and or as forward attack uh... runways as the war progress and it was something that they already taken into consideration part of the big plan before the war uh... they understood that uh... they were they were headed and that probably they'd be invaded germany and so they were prepared to fight anyway of this is of the uh... fixed-wing rotary are forgive me fixed-wing conventional prop and fixed-wing jet landing and take offs all the videos eight minutes thirty five seconds long it's planes landing and take off from michigan highway thirty two and it is dated august ninth twenty twenty one interesting it is finally popped up uh... because i actually have been searching for these in the test algorithm the search algorithm it didn't show up which i think is rather interesting but now just finding it the random mix i was able to pull it up here it is planes landing and take off from michigan highway thirty two Planes landing and takeoff from Michigan Highway 32. So again, the Smith and Wesson Model 41, absolutely a fine pistol. It could be carried, I mean, somebody's going to go, oh my God, what? If you know what you're doing with a .22, you'll dot, try and cross your T in the Model 41 to put a bullet wherever you put it, wherever you want to put it. It's not the gun, it's the shooter. if it's not hitting it's the shooter the model forty one is a supremacy firearm okay uh... i know a lot of other weapons were silenced bought this was the model forty one rides above most of the guns that were silenced as far as accuracy goes uh... so again if you're looking at you know something we had to carry or something somebody want to pick up you know use for utility work problem is that there's such a collector's item now i mean they're still i think some new forty ones being made But the and in fact I think they've got a model 41 that's going to be coming out and re-in that not It's just the next cycle in production guys. They know how to make them. They just or hopefully they do God you never know that was Smith and Wesson I guess but Apparently there's gonna be another production run. So yes if you can get it for a reasonable price not as all my god. It's a collector's item but you know almost a collector's item because as soon as they make it it will be a collector's item you do know that right you understand how that goes uh... but it's a personal or personal twenty two yet and that would be my one of my first choices is a couple of wheel guns i'd like to know but it would not be as accurate per se all reasonably accurate but uh... The Model 41, as a sub-automatic .22 pistol goes, is probably upper-end affordable. Yeah, don't tell me about Olympic this and blah, blah, blah that. First of all, you're not going to touch them for the price of, what, an SVD sniper rifle. So I'm not going there. But the Model 41 is in the affordable range, and magazines are available. In fact, I was just looking, there's a couple different gun parts companies that have the Model 41 magazine stocked for a pretty reasonable price. I was surprised. so if you do get the forty one i'd immediately be hot mags or if you're serious about it you already got it out or maybe you're waiting for it i would start buying bags i would get six mags at least i usually had eight mags i'd carry to the competitions plus of course to uh... that were still in the rapper brand new and issued i had tested those but i didn't want to i want to leave them just the way they were i kept him clean oiled in the paper they were in the rap you know brown rap oil you know duffel camp paper and they were ready to roll but they were never each other were shot them and otherwise the government is a singer sewing machine slash typewriter smith and wesson model forty one good gun good investment if you've got an opportunity and you're asking i had somebody that was doing that go ahead and buy it if it's your if you if you can make it work then go ahead and do it's a good gun now another thing here real quick uh... call i'm going to do this before we go any farther okay uh... yesterday i mentioned military uniform supply dot com military uniform supply dot com i got what i wanted so i'm going to emphasize that now there are some size fourteen votes they're fighting fourteen wide fourteen regulars usually can even run into but why it's a in any size fourteen fifteen sixteen hard to find Anyway, Belleville, Bellville, Flyweight TR696, Lightweight Garrison Boots, Sage Green, $10 a pair. Meanwhile, wear these out. Wear the $10 pair of boots out. That's what you want to do. These are 14-wide, so if you're 13-wide, I'd say grab them. If you're even a regular, 14-wide is going to be a big deal, not that much, and you can throw them in a pair of socks with them if you want. their utility boat ain't nothing fancy. I like the coloration. They're really fissure sage, core is, but the suede is more in the OD green. So it's really good mid-grade colors for almost all seasons. It's not going to really jump out either way. And it is a very reasonable price, $10 a pair. They have the double armor or reinforced elbow armor, but they also have four armor and they have shoulder armor padding, which is a big plus plus plus. Now I'm going to say something. First of all, you're younger, this will keep you from getting boo boos or some of the boo boos that you'll feel a lot when you're older. If you guys are older and you're out there listening, this is going to offer a lot of protection where you normally stumble, bumble, or you hit something and you really don't heal as well anymore, do you? Well, how about we slow down that bump, you know, that bump a lot. This is impact, you know, high impact foam, whatever the hell they're putting in there. I've seen it before. But the forearm is well protected. I like the way these rest. they are very comfortable and i'm recommending them for any of you out there special if you're older and your you know take it up you're going to be taken abuse especially your plan and i'm going into the field watery place we could rubber baby buggy bump or something it would be good uh... these cover up beyond the elbow they dropped down to almost to the rest with the armor with the padding and then the shoulders are padded so if you have plate carriers or if you have other kinds of body armor it's resting on that or if you're you know do we will be carrying a backpack uh... whatever type of web gear or backpacker carrying the padding helps to disperse the weight even that much more efficiently and so i don't normally go with a lot of this stuff and i've used and had almost everything that's out there and i'm not impressed with most of it but i'd like what this does and i know for a lot of you that are listening Your high mileage and you already got a bunch of bumps or gacks or major injuries that cause problems when they get tapped You know hit guess what this could eliminate a lot of that Because the armor is on board with all of these every one of these is built the same way They are $10 a piece. Probably you guys are getting a little confused This Xude light is the latest light that's come out of the family line the Xude series This is the OD50 not the OD40 the OD40 is Not won't be obsolete, but it's one pin the tail lights for this particular light It is the unflash light Uné, uné? Anyway, but if we concentrate on the English language, okay, then this particular one, the OD50 target acquisition, 250 yards, Cree HP 50 LED by 4, bell turn focus, high, medium, low brightness settings, up to 3 hour runtime, low settings. lithium rechargeable batteries, USB rechargeable, impact resistant, and IPX4 water resistant. Now, I've got this in hand, comes with its own carrying case, that's kind of cool, and again, we have these available, they are ahead of everybody else, to be quite honest, they're not, they are not, and in fact there was even a little bit of confusion, like I pointed out there, the OD40 This company that I deal with actually had those, but they've never gotten them again. This is the next model. This is the OD50 series of light and kind of neat, as far as I'm concerned. I'm actually tearing it apart right now. There we go, because it just came in. The orders just came in for the new batch of stuff. and as I'm tearing it open and taking it in, oh I cut the Spanish off, oh darn, I feel bad about that. I can't read the Spanish component now, what will I do? Oh por favor por qué, por qué. Anyway, um. If you go to YouTube, you'll find that the way that they're actually using these, which I thought was rather interesting and I kind of suspected, is they're mounting these on bolt guns and using them for effective coyote extermination, but also for pig. Now, the model you'll see, though, is the Model 40. This is the Model 50. One of the changes is they serrated the body so that when you want to refocus or you want to focus the light and you'll change the control, it actually, the body is serrated, the model 40 is kind of like a Coke bottle in that it doesn't really have any grip points. That's one thing I noticed right away, it's kind of smooth. So there's a big change there, but also the upgraded, I guess, next or present generation as in right now. with regard to the system. These are the size of a mag light. 12 inches long, the equivalent to about a mag C-cell. If you guys remember the old mag C-cell light lens, a little bigger though. But what's really interesting, does come with a nice little carrying case, nothing fancy, but fancy enough. Like you'd see with any of the other pistol cases for Glock or anybody else out there nowadays. It does come with a recharging cable, does come with a cover. uh... actually everything you need to cooperate the thing including a wall plug for charging so your u.s. be can be hooked up to the wall and needles they can also bridge it over to whatever else like the computer if you want to which is what a lot of people do uh... otherwise but test easy more extensively tonight and have some fun with them because we had a coyote out the daylight second time the uh... the little the bugger is hanging around during the day uh... and the ball he went right across the uh... road to the north across in the open terrain moving across the one over one part of the tree line through open terrain to the next uh... we already killed one of the neighbors free-ranging livestock chickens call the front yard and this is the second time in broad daylight we've seen this particular one so this one is probably not going to be with us much longer let's put it that way because everything in the area is obviously up for grabs when you have the coyotes. So I expect here some rifle fire across the street and or from across the way, because we have our coyote hunter who is in the next section over. He kind of watches our place too. And we all know what the patch critter now. This is something of the useful. However, I would point out we're seeing that one during the day. So shooting him during the day is going to be very likely. But in this case, we're looking at, again, for night operations, says that with white light, it should be good up to 400 yards. With standard green, with the green range, it would go out to 250 or should be out to 250. They're quoting the base operational range of 250 yards. The video with the OD40, which is the model before this, they're taking targets out to 400 yards, though, comfortably. So again, focused illumination doesn't create backwash, doesn't flare up the other optics that are being used. Watching some of the equipment, some of the ways or techniques, using lamp-less flash scope mount holders on picatinny rails on larger weapons that have lots of extra rails and that includes the AR-10s that have been built up with Picatinny quadrails and things of that nature. So this light can easily be hooked up and put into a configuration that's conducive for hunting. Because we have operating against the American people that need to be gone, wild hogs. The big thing is, again, white light on the battlefield, I will remind you that for actual combat operations, not your first best choice, but for security operations, everybody knows you're in the center, okay? So for security operations, for sweeping and IDing or enhancing for instance out area cameras with supplemental lighting which is nothing you can do with these. If you have cameras deployed and they may be low light cameras and you have a target and you have the cameras dispersed to cover all points of the compass, you can turn around your gun cameras and observe and also if you have a question, well throw some more light on a point of interest. The cameras are closer in proximity to the objective. The illumination, of course, 400 yards out, it helps to increase the probability of ID'ing the target. Doesn't have any place to hide. Now remember, you're already using a number of other illumination technologies to your front, if you're wise. And we've talked about using dollar tree or cheap solar lighting properly dispersed, but that's specific in given distances and also points of reference well that light by itself will give your your evening uh... monitoring technology your cameras a lot of what they need especially if they're infrared sensitive which pretty much all are nowadays and in fact they usually have infrared uh... illuminators on board most of those cameras for night use that they can all the filters off the digital cameras and they've made them night vision okay Well, if you whiten up an area like that, you're going to eliminate any shadows. Also, you're going to be able to color code because one of the things that's interesting about the illumination technology that we've been looking at here is it actually allows for you to observe proper color range. Now, it's stark white. That's what they're beaming out there is a stark white light. It's not warm white. It's stark white. And so what you get is a more efficient color reference, you know, friend-foe shoot. something else to consider and take you know taken into consideration when you're using the technology. Now, if they're disciplined and they actually maintain discipline, you get a chance to be able to read the enemy forces. And this is something you want to practice doing. So I challenge you, especially when you look at size of unit formations in the field, what kind of integrity is maintained with regard to separation of specific small unit order, how is the company deployed if they have a company-strength units, and are they actually employing them appropriately as company-strength formations rather than just a gaggle or a rabble. You're going to be betrayed by the Americans. You better be ready with a backup plan. I would make sense to me. Well, the big thing here is with the aircraft. The if the fixed wing transport aircraft have disappeared, they just went into the dope fleet so that the must flow. So what they'll be doing to those is those will end up right now they're blips on the radar stuffed with opium wherever they're going and they'll be doing that for a long long time even after the Taliban take over those same transponder aircraft will be coming in landing in Afghanistan stuffing themselves full of opium and taking off again. At this point, we'll work with the U.S. Attorney in terms of getting all the charges together. The little bit of criminal history that we were able to determine was in the state of North Carolina and it was nothing nothing that serious. But we just, this is what we've been able to find preliminarily. information and evidence of what was in the bed of his truck and there were some things that were concerning but ultimately we were able to take him in custody without incident but there were certain things that we saw in the truck, for instance a propane gas container but obviously that was not, at this point we think that's safe. And what's really fascinating is I don't see a whole lot from anybody on our side really making the effort either. which again you know we only have so many hours in the day but it's fascinating that pretty much situation down there is as it was when the bombing took place apparently that particular areas uh... fitting just as it was uh... as it was the day that happened something going on but definitely this particular action here they'll continue to said you waited one way or another make it happen, make it, develop, take place. Several law enforcement officials tell us that Floyd Ray Roseberry, the man who parked his vehicle on the sidewalk in front of the Library of Congress, has surrendered to authorities and is now in custody. Now, remember, this has been almost five hours since this all began when this man from North Carolina drove his pickup truck onto the sidewalk in front of the Library of Congress about a block from the Capitol. and then apparently himself called 911 trying to attract attention and as the police were responding began to broadcast live on Facebook with a long list of government grievances. He claimed to have a bomb. He showed at some point during the transmission from Facebook a device in his lap, a metal can with some kind of a lump of clay on top and a blue button. So now one of the questions that authorities are going to have to answer is, was this actually an explosive device? That was his claim. They never knew it for sure. That's why the, such a large area around the Capitol building was shut down. Now he's in custody. He may be answering the question about whether this is a real device or not. But even if he says no, it's just a hoax, they're going to have to satisfy themselves with that, satisfy themselves that that is the case. Now you're looking at pictures of him now with kneeling down on the ground, following instructions to crawl away from the vehicle. That is him surrendering to authorities. He is now uh... in their custody but it's going to take a long time for them to very carefully check and see what was in the vehicle what that device was that he was holding in his lap he set a point apparently one point in the face book transmission that he had a money in night radar fertilizer in the toolbox of his uh... vehicle of the the pickup truck in the bed of the truck uh... and of course if that could have aided any kind of explosion so they're gonna have to check that out too So the evacuation, Jeff, around the Capitol is going to last for many more hours as they slowly go through this. But the possibility of any kind of unfortunate end to this now is over. He has surrendered peacefully. He's now in their custody. And this whole thing that's played out for the past five hours now is pretty well over. And that is great news on this Thursday afternoon. I have to ask Pete, do we know whether or not this man was acting alone? There's every indication that he was, there's no indication that he was not. While all this is going on in Washington, authorities are now searching his home in Grover, North Carolina. They arrived there a short time ago, subject to a search warrant. So they'll be obviously going through that as well, trying to see if there was any bomb-making equipment or whether he had actual explosives ever. That'll help inform them as they do the work that they have to do up here now to come through that vehicle and make sure that it's safe and then get it towed away and back to business here in d c beyond the week but would it be at the federal but okay well i'm pretty sure that that'll be you know the effect well with the uh... how long ago is this so many minutes ago remark go ahead jump in there aren't we actually combining some other things here wasn't an open so local homeless city or which where was it that they actually had uh... fertilizer that they were using supposedly to make the bomb that's although that's why they immediately through in the ammonia nitrate you go on your night trade and he said maybe had or were not sure but you know well what it comes down to is basically again the uh... as we know the scenario played out there throwing every piece of everything that interlocks with any of their activities from the past into whatever they're de-appin about like I said this particular piece through every variation on the theme and we're not sure and there could be more but maybe there isn't there may be a lot but there may not be you know there is they're playing it to come to hype it up as best they can even though they don't really have a database and of course at the guys home will of course would expect to be the guys home i've i would remind everybody and thank you on this bill is because if they'd if you're going to be out about there's we've said a million times privately to a whole lot of people and you're going to be somewhere and something they hate you think something may happen you clear everything out of your house like especially if it's like valuable items like firearms and ammunition they all need to be gone from there uh... something i even discussed with you know and we talked a little bit on the air with like going to while washington in january some of the things you want to do move the stuff away from your property you're single especially because nobody else can do it for you uh... in addition to that don't carry your cell phone in addition to that pat pat pat everybody can wear a mask and carry or balaclava their best because after all you have to cover yourself to protect everybody from your coffin your your influenza uh... there's a bunch of things that could have been done a lot of people apparently just didn't do and or you didn't use common sense the rest of history as they say in this case they're they're just throwing everything out they can while they can and then both bill tailored or re-engineer accordingly as as need be so yeah they're the only other trade it would have to walk through the yard Actually, even if he did, if you guys are familiar, yeah, ammonia nitrate-sized fertilizer is, you know, the old farmer's dynamite, but it's the lowest yield, the type of explosive you could actually work with. It doesn't mean it can't be used for all kinds of mean things, but a container of that size, well, it'd just make a big mess of the truck and not do much of anything to anything around it. Just a heads up, unless we're looking for anti-personnel, and then, you know, as an anti-personnel IED, they could make something of that but nobody was on the street because whatever this was made a point of informing everybody of the threat. There's only a short window or a narrow window once the components are together. And it's by the nature of the compound that you've created. So a lot of times, farmers used to do the combination, leave the bag out in the field and let the midday summer sun do its work and usually the stuff would go off all on its own while you're eating lunch. but it's one of those things where the problem they got a size of the object you know it over to the back of the truck it's obviously the back of the truck is opened up what would be the first thing you would do looking at that vehicle i'd be up above looking at it to see what's going on from above what what in the back so they know they tried to play it up and play it down at the same time. Normally when they do anything with ammonium nitrate, All they're trying to do is lift or separate pieces of rock from other pieces of rock that have been drilled in a certain pattern, like when they're mining. Yeah, low-thud, and it pretty well burrows out what you need, but it's not a high-velocity, reliable explosive for a lot of work that most people would assume would be taking place. You know, they're using this for a terrorist attack. Anything and everything can be used. I mean, hey, if they ever get hold of a gasoline truck or a propane truck or whatever, God help who was ever in the ballpark. You know what I mean? Yes. Just think about that. The key point was with Oklahoma City, there is no way, even if they had that rider truck loaded to the roof, with a fuel oil ammonium nitrate bomb. There's no way that it cut through those columns in that building, that steel reinforced concrete. That is something ammonium nitrate will not do. Right. And again, that's why- Even if you parked it right next to it, you'd get a little bit of breakage and a little bit of bendage on the steel, but it would not cut through it the way those explosives that were used there did. And so we're talking about, again, something completely different. If this guy went in there and he was legit, I mean, obviously my tendency is to think a plant or a psycho. He's definitely not anybody on our team. Whatever he had in a pickup truck wasn't going to do any damage to that building. All he was going to do was take himself off the earth and spread his truck around for a block and a half. That's barely that, barely that. One of the things to remember as was pointed out is the drop off with the device in an open environment like that, the velocities drop off very, very quickly.
