Summary
Mark Koernke discussed militia training operations, including upcoming camps at Emmerich and Emerson with visiting units from Illinois, and announced a new Basic Combat Training (BCT) program scheduled for August based on early Vietnam-era Special Forces methods. The bulk of the episode focused on field preparedness and survival nutrition, covering food tabs, space food sticks, MREs, beans and rice, water purification, and the importance of calorie and vitamin intake during sustained operations. Koernke emphasized discipline in rationing, rest cycles, weapon system cross-training (particularly belt-fed weapons), and the psychological importance of meal cycles for maintaining morale and mental benchmarks during extended field operations.

It's part of our Constitution. You know, the right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny, not to hunt. protect yourself from the police. Anybody that wants to disarm me can drop dead. Anybody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless. People that want to literally create the proven places where more innocents are killed called gun-free zones. We're gonna beat you. We're gonna vote you out of office or suck on my machine. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, speaking low to me. We fought a revolution, Liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You trade it in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be married. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As Iowoc, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? Ayataho, ayatahay. Whiskey old gone between talk we go home good party we go home now. Yeah, oh, oh, yeah, hey Good evening. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the evening intelligence report. I'm our currently one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines and occupied territories Southwest East Northeast and South. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com Liberty Tree Radio on satellite and we are on AM&FM micro stations, AM&FM conventional stations, CB Bay stations and UltraNet Hallmark and Golden Spike Technologies East and West of the Mississippi along with Alaska. It is 8.07 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. It is Thursday. The other T-day, when the Mossad and elements of the government usually bomb or murder through some mass event, Americans on American soil and then blame somebody else for it. So Tuesdays and Thursdays, you pretty well all make it to work. Okay. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, no guarantee to get good numbers. But the Mossad and the kosher mafia running the alphabet soup operations inside the U.S. They understand the work cycle. That's why they kill you on Tuesdays and Thursdays because they can get more numbers. Anyway, it is the 29th of July. It is the 13th year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2021 old earth calendar. 2021 battle for the Republic, the dance of sorts. Again, footwork, shield, blade, blade, shield, blade, shield, footwork. Don't forget footwork. Remember, katas, motion, a set number of actions leading to a dynamic finale on your part if everything goes where it's supposed to. If not, well, you have another kata for that reason. You have another routine. You have another cycle and you change up. Always remember that. Anyway, beauty is Thursday. It has been a beautiful day here, although it's again if you did the, oh it might rain outside looking at cloud cover and what happened with the weather during the day. Very dynamic, big clouds going up into the you know cumulo, you know the nimbus, but not cumulonimbus. Heights in towers, but then blue sky and other hollows and holes and non-stop this wave circling around I would point out we did have a few poor NATO's on Tuesday a keyword We did not have any hurricanes in Michigan on Wednesday. Even though the National Weather Services that were posted by Chow Chu Hee Bang Ma Na Ho Ta Ba Ng Ng A out of China, I guarantee, they had stated that we were going to have hurricanes in Michigan, multiple hurricanes. Hurricanes, I say. I just read, remember, I read it off of their feet. We do have water. It's not salted. Okay, we don't have sharks. We don't have alligators. And we don't actually have that kind of a thermal, like, dynamic rise out of Ohio coming up from the south to hit the northern, you know, frontier of Ohio, the bottom of Michigan, kind of like, you know, the Gulf of Mexico. It just doesn't work that way, okay? We do have Tornado Alley, if you're familiar with that, and that starts down in the, just above Cincinnati a little bit, I think by about, what, 20 miles? and all the way up to the bottom of Michigan right up to almost to Jackson. That's the tornado alley stretch. We're over the decades depending on the cycle where we are as of the planets, where we are with the tilt of the earth, where we are with the solar cycle. We get tornadoes, but we do not get hurricanes or have we had hurricanes that I know of. Now I will say this. I've told you many times you go check out the weather satellites. You will see a hurricane type effect, which maybe that's what they're looking at are the pictures. Oh my God, the clouds. We don't have all six of them. We don't want to take home Michigan. It went to the bottom of the state. It went up all off. You're on and circled again. It does do that cyclically. That's part of the lake effect. Okay. But it is not a hurricane. I'm qualifying that last time. Okay. Anyway. Otherwise, this weekend coming up, some of you guys are at Camp Emmerich and Camp Emerson, and I know we got visitors coming up tomorrow morning from Illinois, southern Illinois as a matter of fact. So we have, I believe, one of the Ghost Runner units, and I think we have a, let me see what this says. Okay, we have also two Colonial Marine infantry companies that will be at Camp Emmerich and Camp Emerson. They are going to be working through the night orienteering course. That was scheduled last year. As a matter of fact, this is a long scheduled event, so everybody knows what they're doing. I want to say hi. We probably have the advance party here tonight. In fact, in state, at Emmerich and Emerson, because we have to have people there to open everything up, air everything out. I understand all of the quartermaster facilities are going to be open. We've got a bunch of gear that came in that was picked up as a donation from one of the surplus companies. It was actually one of the surplus stores here in Michigan. They donated a bunch of standard Alice and Alice-era gear by the case. And so it's first come, first serve. It's all free. And the guys that are coming in, the unit's pretty well got a good idea of what's tagged for who. But that was again a situation wasn't expected. They were clearing out one of the other warehouses and the discussion was either put it out where anybody could buy it, but then they realized, hey, wait a minute, we've got people who need. And so it's going the other way and they donated about two five ton trucks worth of stuff stacked to the ceiling. So we want to say thank you to our friends that are listening up there in the middle of the state that donated the material. And also, I expect the people who receive to do something in kind as a remembrance because these people are stepping up to the plate. Also, a reminder again, we have a bunch of stuff in the mail slash torpedoes in the water. So pay attention to your neck of the woods. If you were expecting a package, watch your mailbox. And most of these won't fit in regular mailboxes. So however they're going to drop it off, you need to make sure you got a an eyeball on the front door, as they say. Some will. It depends on how big your mailbox is. Also, well, forgive me, also, we have a number of other projects that are coming up here next week. We are going to start scheduling what is basically company, fire, and maneuvers, starting with the individual, working through the fire team, the squad, and up to and including both platoon maneuver and overall company maneuver operations, explaining to everybody how things work. But we'll start out with individual fire and maneuver and understanding movement. This is for the people who want to see what we would do in a BCT type cycle, which we would compress. The whole program is based on the old, early Vietnam, in fact the first series of advisors to Vietnam, BCT courses, it will take five weeks, but we're going to demonstrate some of the stuff that we've developed over the years that we know compresses even some of the tactical motion activity, and the idea is economy and force and efficiency and distance. So that's all going to be plugged in, and we're scheduling as of next week, for the middle and end of the month of August. Of course, hell, we could be shooting our ass next day. It's tomorrow for that matter. And again, we're still proceeding just like the founders did, trying to get all the other tasks squared away, everybody where they need to be. We already have a basic portfolio. It runs out of one three-ring binder, fairly thick one though. But it's everything that you would need to establish a quick BCT operation and then also going to another binder which is not really complete on advanced infantry. It's good, I mean as it is, but there are certain technologies that need to be incorporated with regard to training and that's something that our people are working on right now. The BCT form, getting people cycled in and making sure they're all on the same page with SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, that's done. And for some of you out there that are with the CMM, your CMM variant obviously adjusts for a colonial marine militia. construction, how the units are organized. It is different for many of the other militias based upon all your fire teams and how your platoons are organized. There are different ideas out there and we have to accommodate accordingly. So everything is on in black and white. We have the white paper. There we go. That sounds like the 70s. We have a white paper binder ready to go for the one and we will be handing out copies. to the visitors probably, I would say the first week of August, which is really only about what? The end of the first week of August is about 10 days out. It's probable the first course can be crunched then. And that will include bringing in some of the county and township organized militia units for briefings. And then again, compression, starting the process, kind of like with the The Minuteman program that the military did years ago, none of you probably remember it, anybody who was at the end of Vietnam knows that if you were in Vietnam and came back, they had what they called the Minuteman program. It was designed to reorient everybody towards the new procedures. It assumed you were obviously a combat veteran or you were serving during the war, wherever you served. They were cycling people back in, but they wanted a quick refresher because of new technologies or changes in the system. So it's based on that idea. It's a cross between the two, the Minuteman Project and the, again, early SF BCT construction. I know, actually, a couple of people that I worked very, very closely with. were part of the second detachment to go into Vietnam. And they shared quite generously all the different things that they knew worked. And remember, they were training a wide range of people with regard to background. Force Popular, Village Defense Forces, Mountain Yard, of course, Lowlanders as they call them, in other words, general population, which mostly fit into the Village Defense configuration. But In the early stages of Vietnam, there were overlapping political infrastructures that dictated that they had to work with many different groups. So this system worked working from one population group to the other and of course covering all the bases with regard to differences in background and experience. It's especially critical. You got to get everybody on the same page to understand, yes, we know what you did in the Navy, we know what you did in the Air Force, we know what you did with the Army, hell, even the Coast Guard. But in the Marine Corps, but here's how this is being done and that's why an advanced course is also necessary because We have different philosophies on how to integrate and then employ Captured and acquired weapon systems because we've already made the decisions on that we know exactly what it is We're going to be using I mean pretty well the inventory is obvious But it's what are the priorities and how are we going to employ? Well first to deploy once we've acquired first we have to go through the process of acquisition, we capture the battlefield, etc. Then you're looking at the process of inspection, certification and confirmation of effectiveness, does the system work, are there things missing, what needs to be changed. and then deployment and then employment. In other words, actual use in the field. How do you make it work and how many operators do you have? And remember guys, one man can't do it 24-7. So right off the bat, if you have any specialized weapon systems, and I'll bring this up now, how many of you have belt-fed guns in your unit? Well, Bob has one of those saws that he bought from classic firearms. Oh, wow. You mean one of those FMs? Yeah, it's really cool. It costs like five, six thousand dollars. Yeah, it really is cool. Any of you shot it? Well, it's Bob's and he really kind of babies it. Well, okay, is Bob gonna be awake 24-7? Well, no. What's the first rule of weapon systems when you have them available? Is there there's a pecking order? You man the best, heaviest firepower weapons you have first. Weapons that provide a tremendous amount of security, defense, suppression fire. This is why if somebody falls behind an M60 or a MAG-58 or a SAW gun, you roll him out of the way as quick as you can or he gets out of the way. If he's still operating as long as he's operating and can operate, let him shoot. But if it looks like he's seriously injured, the gun goes to the next man, will probably be the assistant gunner. And then, guess what? You're the assistant gunner. How many of you know what to do with that weapon? A lot of units, like the dock units, have piles. I don't even know how many Browning 1919s they have now. But they have, actually, right from the get-go, have had classes where they bring 20, 30 people in at a time and they got a psychomendial, it's the only room in the classroom they have, but they have done a tutorial and they wanted a hands-on where they bring in four of the Brownings and each one is the table and all the accoutrements are laid out and they show everybody how to and then get everybody to operate a Browning 1919A4 or A6 infantry weapon. Now if you've got somebody who's got one of those six seven eight thousand dollar saws then you need to sit down actually do the same thing Pull out the gun get the spare barrels laid out show everybody what a combat load is Demonstrate all the different variations and how the ammunition can be carried or is carried because your gunner may be doing it different ways The saws those little FMs take the standard saw cap And you remember a couple of the companies, the one out of Arizona, had pallets of that stuff and every time they offered it, it disappeared. Well, people didn't buy it in the Lynx because it was more expensive, so it looked showy. The people who bought that stuff in the Lynx made sure it went to the guns that it was supposed to go to. So there's a lot of those out there, okay? Enough anyway. And if you do have something like that in your unit, here's another example. You may have a, they're semi-auto, not full. I'm not telling you to break out your quiet weapons. You don't show anybody those. When the time comes, those come out of the woodwork as expected. But there's a lot of guns that are out there that are actually quite useful. There are copies of the BAR, semi-automatic. They started out at $1,300. Now, God, they're up to around $2,000 apiece. or more and they are exact copies of the Browning 1918 BAR. Now you can with a quick finger convince somebody that you've got an actual BAR in hand and if you know how to operate the gun it is very useful in 30-06. So again if you've got it you'd better be cross training people with it because it would be a prioritized gun to man especially in the defense or for security operations. It's the weapon you want someone behind 24 hours a day. So when Bob sleeps and his gun is available, somebody else is going to get behind Bob's gun, put a shoulder to it. Bob can be sleeping right there, okay? This weapon isn't going to be taken by anybody, but if something, if push comes to shove and something happens, that gun is going to be singing right away. And as soon as Bob springs up in his underpants and jumps over to the gun, congratulations, he's running it. I'm off to doing what I'm supposed to be doing. See how that works? So again, you've got to be thinking ahead now. There's a 24-hour day. This is not a two-hour movie. It is not a short one-hour episode of the season. And it is not the director's cut three hour long version. It's 24 seven 365 days a year. You better be planning ahead accordingly. Remember we were soldiers. Bang you're dead. What do you do? Bang you're dead. What do you do? Get off the helicopter. That's right. Get off the helicopter. Each man will learn the job of the man above him. Yep, that's how we were taught guys. This is what gets me as I'm hearing more and more things that make me I'm not gonna say correct them I don't want somebody who might be coming at me to kill me. I don't want them to correct their mental mental Their mentally engineered failure. I want them to keep doing what they're doing Some of the stuff I've heard people blurred out if they actually if it's coming from the present military Perspective Oh fantastic. Keep it up And I'm sure some of it is. Other parts of it, they don't want you to realize what we're talking about here right now. Another thing, and this is tough, I have led fire teams, squads, platoons, companies, battalions, basically all four groups, okay, but I put 900 men in the field. And you can't micromanage them, number one. But here's the toughest thing I've seen over and over again this fucking I've said this many times, is getting people to rest when they're supposed to rest. The problem of the adrenaline rush, everybody's keyed up, all kinds of things going on. The problem is that you have a schedule and you have a cyclic process that you're working on. During Vietnam, everybody always, we reference Vietnam because that's our era, okay? I know men who were in, for instance, 5th Special Forces and another couple in 7th. They signed up at the same time, went into infantry, then volunteered, went over and went to the Ranger School, got into SF. Both of them were the same age and they signed up under the buddy system when they first went in. Well, they got into SF, they graduated at the same time, went over to Vietnam, and they never saw each other again for two years. I stayed, they repeated tours over and over again. But what's interesting is what happened is one was on the PM shift and the other was on the AM shift. Now they were with the same SF group and hell, they're even with the same, you know, detachment, you know, area of control with regard to the base of operations that they were at. But because they were on different parts of the clock and because of obviously different kinds, different types of missions, you know, how they were, what they were doing and how they were assigned, they didn't see each other. In fact, within reasonably close proximity, but never on the same cycle. Why? Because if you can rest, you rest. And this is the toughest thing that everybody, guys, you're pushing your body nonstop. If you can crouch instead of stand, crouch. If you can sit instead of crouch, sit. If you can do it securely. If you can lay down instead of sit, you lay down. Whenever you can rest with the buddy system, always take advantage of it. Now, I'm not telling you you're going to get a chance to sleep, but you've got to get used to the idea of forcing your body to rest itself. And this is something that is a process, oh what the hell, you stuff is then. Dudes, anybody who has ever understood the idea of combat will understand what I just talked about as far as through the depths of time with regard to being a warrior. And in this present day, while certainly you do have lots of physical exertion, the farther you go back into time, some of it not that far away, time-wise, the more physical your constant contact combat was, hacking and chopping rules, battle axes and broadswords, you know, a butcher shop. However, the basic rules of combat have not changed. And so you rest wherever you can. Here's another problem, is calorie intake and vitamin intake. And you know, I've talked about this But having a discussion a couple days ago with one of our allies, you know, I mentioned the food tabs before, okay? The food tabs came up during the Vietnam War. They actually had them in the 50s, but they didn't call them food tabs. They were part of the aviation sustainment emergency ration system also. And the food tabs that are out there, you can go to major surplus. I don't know what they have left in stock. You can go to Bud K. I know they have some in stock, but the food tabs, one of the advantages is that of course they're supposed to, you take one at a time, you don't just chew it up and gobble it down. You do the Indian parched corn method with it. Put it in your mouth, let your saliva build on it, let it break down, and progressively what you're going to do is ingest it, and it also is going to swell up a little bit so it's going to help to satisfy the hunger pain. Now you don't just eat one, but understand that these are under the old formula, Fortified Food Supplement Program. Kind of like space food sticks. They actually still make space food sticks, but I don't know if they're making them for the original formula. And I've been very familiar with them. Back when they made space food sticks, they were for the Gemini and for the Apollo Program. and they literally look like little tootsie rolls, but they're not. In fact, they're highly, highly, highly fortified little chunks of fake chocolate, okay? And they're chewy like a caramel, okay? They were about the size of actually a chubby cigarette. They took up very little space, but they had, I think it was, what sticks in my mind is I think it was 540 calories. plus amino acids. They had all the mineral package on board. I mean a wide scale of stuff. And this was in a what looked like a little Tootsie Roll chocolate. Okay, they were a concentrated food stuff. Now, I don't know what the new ones, I know I've seen it as a, I don't know, as a historical, you know, yuck-yuck thing. They're still being made, but it may be made by the same company. They may be to the same formula. Unfortunately, they also just be Tootsie Rolls. So I need to find out about those. Yeah, Tang comes, somebody says, well, that's when they had Tang? Yep, that's when they had Tang. Tang came out about the same time as Space Food Sticks. Both of them truly were actual space or emergency rations. And where they rolled over from was the Air Force and Navy Lifeboat Ration Research Program, which was logical when it rolled over into we need to take up less space. get into an area the size of three telephone booths internally and live there for six, seven, eight, nine, ten, and twelve days. Well, you don't need much poop, but we do need all minerals and calories and nutrition. So guess what? You formulate it down. Was it really man-made engineered? Oh, hell yes. I don't think there was anything organic in those things, dudes. But going back to the food caps, The food tabs are originally designed and in fact the present container will fit into a standard canteen cover. So you don't need, you actually can pare down if you wanted to really lighten up a combat load. You can actually knock down a few things by just going with the food tabs. I wouldn't do that, but you could do that and if I had to I would. I guess if I had to now I could do it. I wouldn't think twice about it. But... One of the advantages of food tabs is that while most of the other rations are not fortified the way they were, the food tabs are. So one of the considerations is while in the field, utilizing the food tabs as like an in-between supplement or maybe an add-on to whatever you're doing in the way of a minimalist meal if you're on the move in the field. And the reason for this is what I've been mentioning over and over again. These original products were heavily vitamin and mineral fortified based upon normal stresses under combat or physical distress environments like being a castaway in a lifeboat, high seas, constant storming, you're getting bounced around, you may already be injured. How can we keep you from keeling over in diet and still function to keep things afloat? The same is true with regard to combat operations, constant stress, hours beyond normal operating, and staying awake or semi-awake. In other words, there's a certain point where you do hit a wall. I've mentioned this many times. In order to push that wall farther out, you need better nutrition. Now, I will say again what I've said for three decades. I don't care what you do, but put something. If all you can do is dollar store vitamins and somebody's going to yap out, well, they're not that good. Better that than nothing. Okay, first rule, that's what you can afford or what you got or maybe you got a deal with somebody and mark down one a day multiple vitamins and you got them for a quarter price because they're close to date. Well, grab those, put them in your kit. However, I will say this, you can go over to any one of these organic food, and when you get over to the health food store, dudes, sky's the limit. Spend what you want and you know what it is your life. So if you can I would spend better But I highly recommend the food tabs because we know that they do work. They were very useful They have been part of a military program For a very long time a lot of people are experienced with them now They're not exciting and I'm not sure sure the flavor is really what it says on the box Okay, it's chocolate. Well, it's chalky It's strawberry. Well, it's red. It's vanilla. Well, it's white. And oh, wait a minute. We got butterscotch. I haven't tried the butterscotch once yet. But I have a box right behind me. I have one of the food, I have a food tab container right behind me. It's butterscotch. That's going to be a mystery flavor that I get to open up and use. We'll find out how close to butterscotch it is, right? I'm not going to break that open now. It costs money. And they're good. The one thing about the food tabs, this is the other thing that's critical. Like your freeze dried rations, the food tabs have a very long shelf stable life. Yeah, they're about as synthetic as you're going to get, dudes. But I cannot emphasize enough that you expect that. This is part of the, okay, I'm in a stress situation, I'll do the best I can, but I need to have something on hand so that no matter what, my little nuclear furnace has got what it needs to continue to function. And by the time you need those, By the time you need them, you're not really going to care what it tastes like. Oh no, you'll eat cardboard. You'll eat cardboard. You will be thinking about how do I stop these hunger pay. And like I said before, guys, I've seen this person ask, oh, the Air Force is going to resupply it. You know what? I only made that mistake one time. One time. And I never made that mistake again. Now I will say was really cool. I had three guys four guys eating out of one lerp ration when we finally got some stuff dumped off of a bridge. We got two cases of lerps for a hundred and what was it? A hundred and nineteen men. You know what? First of all, everybody was wet. Everybody was cold. We had the poker chips and rat droppings, you know, the beef with with sliced potatoes. Guys, first of all, try to boil the water while it was raining was was one of those real great experiences we've all talked about. An experience maybe in the military one time or another. And then we pouring the lukewarm water into the containers. The problem is everybody had Newton for a day or two. And as soon as you put the water on the well first of all when you open the package everybody was near the noses. And then all of a sudden you pour the water in there and everybody's like, how long is this gonna take? Okay, a couple days out for some of them, you see, and they weren't used to the idea of not eating because, well, they figured it was gonna be there. Normally, they'd be smart enough to carry enough with them. I did, I carried some. There's nothing to go so far. So anyway, three guys crowding around one and then four, crowding around one lerp, the older style lerps, which were pretty good size, but they couldn't wait for them to hydrate all the way. They just couldn't stand it. So they're eating the crunchy poker chips with rat droppings just the way it was. And there's some moisture that was in there. And you know what? Between four people, that single lerp didn't last very long. Times all the other people who were doing the same thing. So we don't need to do that. We can plan and we're gonna do better, but first rule don't come on the Air Force. Don't come on anybody's Air Force. They'll do what they can do, but they're busy with their own problems. Anyway, the other thing here too with the food tabs is the convenient canteen cover. They're designed to go right into the containers, go right into a standard US, World War I, World War II, or Vietnam and Korea canteen cover. Yeah, they got other things they're watching cable TV, you know, they're staying out in there and high and dry And you can't forget the pizza parties that they always have And it's tough when they only get a couple of slices because somebody under ordered from the freezer Before the pizza party start it's a tough life, but somebody's got to live at the Air Force Yeah, well in the meantime, real quick here, these containers do fit into a standard new MOLLE canteen cover and there's still room. So one of the other tricks, as long as you got some space in there, you can slide in another MRE main course or something or more cocoa powder in the standard pouches or whatever, as long as it's got some protection. You got a little bit of slippage room there, use it, don't waste it. and it should be something concentrated. You can't get the chocolates like we used to. I know on that note, chocolates, okay, anybody who's from the Vietnam era or whatever, guys, the chocolates you had that came out of the cans didn't melt. Anybody remember that? Now, by the time you get to Desert Dust Part 1, they did have some of the formulas reintroduced into the MREs. But they had been going to commercial candies because they were cheaper and boy, you know, Blattenstein could overprice what was an off the shelf item and stuff it into the MREs where it would turn like most of the conventional chocolates would turn into white powder, kind of a cocoa color. They could be eaten but they just didn't look like what they were intended to be. On the other hand, remember that during Vietnam you could open it up in a Heathbar type slug out of a, you know, along with a couple of patent cookies. You could pick it up, handle it, and in 110 degree weather, the chocolate wouldn't come off on your fingers. Now one of the reasons is less whey product, less, you know, dairy product incorporated into the chocolate, but They still sweetened it and flavored it more than you would find, say, with baker's chocolate or cooking chocolate. Now, that's where I'm leading is that, remember, if you're looking for a shelf-stable chocolate, Dove is doing a bunch of different chocolates in baker chocolate blocks, and small blocks, as a matter of fact, that are very shelf-stable. Now, they're not sweet, sweet, sweet like the candy you're used to, but chocolate has a bunch of benefits both in the field or any other time. And the advantage of this is that you only need a nibble to entertain yourself and to use as an on the go kind of food. You don't eat a gobble a half pound. What you do is you break off one section. and you nibble it just like we were talking about with the food caps. Same situation. You only take them a little bit, let the body absorb. Let your saliva do what it's supposed to do to break down the nutrients, get it into the system, and let the body do its job. Now, another thing that's going to happen as you start to starve anyway. Your metabolism is going to slow down. This has already been mechanically proven. There are studies upon studies on this. World War II, we got so many dictionaries on the subject. Encyclopedias, encyclopedic databases. However, there are a lot of older examples of this where again, once the body is not ingesting as much mass, the body adjusts physically. One of the things that happens is the intestinal process slows down. and you're not going to be seeing as much leaving your body. The body is going to use everything. You already see this when you overexert yourself to get outside, you got a lot of sun. What happens when you got a pee? It's not the same color. It's like, well, your body's pushing junk out and it's using what little it has to evacuate the waste and material that's building up. When you're sweating, you're doing the same thing. So your body is pushing out all of the waste products that are building up because of excessive heat and musculature exertion, where the circulatory system is going to pull the stuff out. It's either going to push it out through the surface, or it's going to send it out through your urine. That's why it's also usually heavier for the same reason. So we need more water. But in addition to that, remember that you also need to understand that that system isn't going to be as much of a problem, per se. per se, in that your body will slow down and start to use more of what it is that's available. There won't be any excess or there won't be any usable components left when it goes out the other end because all of your system will kick in and do what it's supposed to do from the upper part of your G-track right down to where it leaves. And just a reminder that very critical because well you're only going to be able to carry so much. The other thing is you're also probably not going to see resupply unless you guys can figure out how to do it, which I've said time and again, which is why we go in heavy. We're going to see a pulse where you're all in great, you know, all pumped up and excited. And then all of a sudden you're going to find out stuff's not there. If you're not prepared for this, you can have a lot of drama queens setting off. So we need to get this settled beforehand, make sure you're all squared away and those that you're training and working with are squared away. Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Now everybody has their own idea with regard to nutritional supplements. Don't argue over that. Don't fight over that. Don't. Don't get into some pissing. Stupid pissing match. It makes no sense. If Bob wants to do one thing in that category but Ralph and Emily want to do something else, that's fine. Each one's carrying their stuff, right? That's there. That's a personal issue there. And by the way, there are a lot of homeopaths that have a whole bunch of solutions that, you know, can engineer what they need and it doesn't necessarily come from a store. It comes maybe a herbologist or may come from their own garden. But they have everything that they need and they know how to do it, so let them roll. You're going to find out by field application what works, what doesn't real quick. It's that simple. So everybody as long as they're doing something they're doing it right to a degree now even I can't say that Gotta be aware on that one that could be dangerous But as it is the basics as long as if we have a category and we need a solution and you demonstrate there's a need Everybody gravitate to whatever although preferably be on the same page, but accomplish that task get it done Okay Now another thing about, oh yeah, somebody's a food test. Well, the other thing is water. Water, water, water and water. Guys, I put water in every room in the house. There's water in every room in the house. There's also a garbage bag. Yeah, fold it up real tight, rubber banded to one of the water containers. There's also a little bit of nibbly food in a tin. Stuff that's concentrate. I got a whole pile of, you know, eno bars and stuff like that. They're take out of the box, take up less space that way, put them into a mouse proof tin. There's all kinds of tins. You can go to resale shops, get square ones, round ones, flat ones, piece of pie shaped ones, take your pick. But tins, the critters can't nibble into. And pack everything up if you want to in another Ziploc bag. I do believe in additional storage protection. And put them in the can, you got it ready to go. Mark it on the outside. Why? Well, you get stuck in a room, you're in a small seed situation. Water is life. Stress, you're going to start, well, in a number of different ways it's going to come out of your body, but most important is you start sweating. Look at the weather out there right now. And because of that, reintroducing fluids into the system means that you're going to keep your wits. Okay, I'm exercising, I'm thirsty, maybe we should just give up, I'm thirsty. God, give me that baseball bat. Right to the butt, I didn't hit you in the head. You know what, there's water there, drink it, shut up. Yeah, shut up. Shut up! Seriously, stop the whiny crap. Now on the water with regard to personal filtration systems, don't care what you come up with there, there's a hundred different options that industry. But do have a drinking straw or a filter carry filter system that you can use in the field every last one of you. Don't forget that either iodine tablets and or other water purification solutions are out there that do not require the filtration system, but I'm going to point out that even if you do pick a clean spot with the water, when you use the iodine tabs or if you use whatever other solution, the flavor isn't great. On the other hand, when you're thirsty, it's just like being hungry. Oh, it's like champagne when you get thirsty enough. It doesn't make any difference what that water looks like. Nor how muddy it is. That's why when you see those guys in the desert and all those movies. Wow the camels are over there drinking. Oh I can't drink that. Have you ever seen anybody do that? Here's what they don't show you in the movies. The camel walks up, he's drinking the water, he's peeing right there. Yeah and everybody just stops drinking the water? Let me tell you something. What was the weather like? Yeah. Everybody liked that oasis. That oasis, that was tasting like champagne that day. Maybe with the camo pea it did. But anyway, for all of you out there, rather than drinking camo pea, and know we don't have piss rations either, remember that came up about two or three years ago? Anybody remember piss rations? How many of you remember that? Now we never did hear anymore, but they did bring up, you know, it's a great idea. We got piss ration. How about we get more, how about the military get more water to the troops? Oh, no, no, no, no, we got a better idea. We won't have to do that. And that way Blatstein steam can move more cocaine or more heroin, depending on where you are. If we can get the troops to pee in their rations, you know, it pee through the, you know, the water filter system and pee into their rations, then Blatstein steam Bloomberg can move more opium today because he won't have to use that military helicopter. to move water and supplies to the troops. Instead Blatsonstein can tell his Goyom pilots to fly that opium over to his airplane so they can get that dope on American streets. Right? Yeah, piss rations. How did I miss that? Anybody? You guys didn't? Oh, let me remind everybody. This was a innovative thing from the war in Afghanistan. Well, we've got a new ration out there. It's a P ration. Now, what they basically had was there was like a diaper filter system and what you did is you peed into that and this wonderful water purification diaper filter system was going to take all the bad stuff out of your piss, although it would be a little saltier. So in other words, low sodium. Wait a minute. Oh, God. Maybe they can't be these guys. Large molecules there. Large molecules. How many of you got the low sodium rations? Anybody realize they say that on the pouch? Well guess what? We use the piss ration theory and they're using the piss ration filter. Well of course you want low sodium. Because they... Yeah, I'm not joking. I am NOT joking. Don't think I think it's a joke because what it it would be a good idea It's kind of like really like space rations but without having the water filter system so that you don't see your pee going into your food But instead you pee into the tube the tube takes the water the urine and processes it on board your spacecraft and then out the other side comes this glorious Relatively clear. It's a little cloudy. Some guy had a little more lasagna than he should have had that day. But it gets the clear water off to the side and then you put it in your food. Where'd the water come from? Well, we peed in the can. What? Yeah, but don't worry, there's lots of flashlights and flashing lights and a stainless steel panel there to make you feel better about it. Well, they figured that, well, the goyim, you know, we can push this on the goyim and they love it. You can pee on your rations and then you can eat them. Like a vault. So seriously, piss rations. And they shut up almost quickly because I was joking about it back then the way I'm joking about it now, but I'm not. Well, how about instead we just get better air support to make sure that we get water and food to where the men are? Oh, hey, we don't need to do that. That would cut in on our opium runs. If we don't send the food in the water and we just have them pissing the rations, I think we can move twice as much opium in the same day. All those Black Hawks instead of the shit-shits hooks. But we can even take the shit hooks and use them for moving with opium. Oi! That's exactly what they were thinking about, people. And again the mountains of Afghanistan. It's all still desert I mean most mountains are deserts anyway Just people don't think about that because they always see those cool videos and movies where the waterfalls are coming out the side of oh wait a minute Why did he keep saying the same waterfall no matter what mountainside you're near? Because when you go to the other mountains, there's no waterfall. I don't I see those big long like 80 story waterfalls because we don't have them here sir We don't even get that much rain What but but but brochure said Yeah, I know that picture from Polynesia. Do you see any toucans or mina birds here? Well, no Oops, so anyway pith ration if you don't have them you should oh, maybe somebody else should Another thing on that note is a everybody remember beans and rice Oh God, that brings up other ideas about other issues buy more toilet paper but again We need volume food to go along with whatever else it is and basically beans and rice we're looking at is an a rations subject, but easily cooked in the field and processed in the field with regard to prep. Of course nowadays you've got freeze-dried beans and you have Uncle Ben's perverted rice or you know again instant rice. So you can eliminate most of the process if you want to go that route. But that also doesn't mean you're saving the money that you do when you buy bulk rice and bulk beans. And that's why it is a good option. I would rather have a lot of dull than a really exciting single meal and a lot of nothing if you get my drift. So the good thing about the beans and rice in bulk, the raw product, is you can barrel that and you don't have to worry about freezing temperatures or heat temperatures or anything like that. It's not like the canned goods or other things that get corrupted by the change in temperatures. And the basic rule here, again, I'll remind guys, most of I've taught everybody this, all Eds grew up this way, show everybody how to use ramen noodles or rice and beans, and you use your main course as the topping And one main course can feed two or three people, gee, like those lerps I was talking about. But the reason we can do that is because the rice and the beans are made up in volume what you need, you know, and fill the gut and provide calories and nutrition. But the main MRE course is used as a topper. Now, if you have one-on-one, one person, and you add the beans and rice, you're looking at a significant meal. So what you want to do is make it your high meal. Whatever you're going to do, if you're going to be a Wampla European, it's lunchtime. If you're going to do the traditional American, it's the evening cyclic meal when you're working down from a day's worth of effort. But let's remind everybody, you're in different schedules depending upon what you're doing there. And so whatever you do, one meal should be a high meal. The others are purely to get calories in and there's a reason. It creates a cycle in the mental processes of time. That's another thing that everybody needs to, everybody talks about food fatigue. You know how you get rid of food fatigue? Well you feed people what they don't like all the time because some people don't like anything half the time. But, you know, as far as, oh, I didn't like that. Well, here's how it works. Those meals that weren't as exciting means that when you get to the good one, you really feel happy about that. Oh, the chain. And what this does is, you know, eventually they're going to realize it's a cyclic change. That's every third meal. It creates a timeline. It creates a mental benchmark. And this is especially critical for psychological normalcy, way people have been, have developed. not just in our era but throughout time. And what you're doing is helping to create a cycle that the body can start to work towards and mentally the brain will help to make happen. So a high meal or a goody meal so to speak, something where you have a dessert. You do have desserts and typically everybody gets one all the time. But I'm going to remind you that you're going to have to stretch your rations in the field and because of that Even if I didn't have somebody telling me to do this, this is how I operate in the field. This is how you operate when you're locked up. You know what? You buy a bag of potato chips, you think about gobbling them all at once, right? Because you can go to the store and buy another bag. If you're in a prison system, you may only have one day a week where you actually have store. And you have to order three days in advance, and you have to calculate based on the money that you have. If you're in the field, it works the exact same way. Well, I got four goody bars and I really hungry right now. Why don't I just eat all the goody bars? Well, I got those food tabs, but I got all those space food sticks and they're like, no, no, no, no, I can't eat. Instead, you have to have the mental adult discipline to resist gluttony slash gorging on something. And it's, this is where you're going to find out who the men are in the crew. And you're going to find some people just like you saw with the, okay, think about this. You think I'm crazy. Look what you saw with the Corona beer virus crap and what happened and how hairball some people went. Now, when it comes to food discipline, it ain't any different. Now, hopefully, because the people that you're with are of like mind. In other words, you don't have a bunch of Karen face mask wearers, right? that are bug eyed, screaming and thrashing about how you're gonna kill someone by breathing my ass off. Instead you've got a bunch of disciplined men and what you need to do is work on again certain issues, address these issues that I'm talking about and you're not gonna have any problems. Now I will say this though, and when I was first in the system, I didn't carry as much food. I know why, because our sea rations still had cigarettes. I don't smoke, I didn't smoke. So every time we got a C-Ration, I got a pack of cigarettes. They went in my left pocket. After about two or three, four C-Rations, I got a whole pocket full of cigarettes. Now, after the first day, especially when it's wet, because I'd carry baggies. We didn't have Ziploc bags quite yet then, but I took a baggie and had them in my pocket. So I had these things sealed up, and so they weren't getting soaked. And all of a sudden, somebody wanted, you know, cigarette cloggy, you got cigarettes, you don't smoke. Well, yeah, but we'll trade a trade and I'll the first time around you get a can of apricots for a for a pack of cigarettes a can of Sea ration. Okay can of apricots Or somebody I'd even take the stuff that nobody wanted everybody hated Lima beans and ham I had no problem with that. It was gut filler. Okay, Lima beans and ham Anyway, eventually guys, you could trade a whole meal. Four or five days out, you could trade a whole meal. People would be willing to trade a whole meal. I wouldn't let them do that. I'll give you the whole ration, you know, my cigarettes, for some more cigarettes, man. And since it could be anything that you can imagine, those cigarettes, they didn't care what flavor they were. Okay, what brand manufacturer? They just wanted that pitiful little pack of cigarettes, okay? So again, trust me, I've seen every variation and a lot of you guys have too. What can happen with just, you know, fiendain and or making the steak, like I said, well, I ate all my goodies, then I ate all my main core. I even ate the line of beans and ham. You got anything to eat? Now, in this case, I would say, I am not carrying my food for you. You got the same rations I did and you had a chance to chipmunk up whatever you wanted before we left. So what happened? Well, I was really good and I was really hungry and now I'm starving Again, this is where you need discipline and if you don't think it can happen look at the last year and a half of crazy town Urotic hypochondriacs with paranoid tendencies. They weren't even starving. They weren't even in trouble Hell there wasn't even a real threat and look what those dumbasses did So again prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance And we are right at the top guys. Hopefully I gave you some ideas. Yeah, also may have brought up some memories. Oh man, I remember, yeah. Paul Mall, Campbell No Filters, Gerfield Kings. And don't forget, the very last sea rat we met, Virginia Swims. I'm not joking. They got the contract once. I think it was the last one. The Virginia Splinter. There was the Benson and Hedges. That was the other one. The Benson and Hedges 100s. Anyway, we're at the top. For everybody out there, guys, Organize Army equipment train as militia. Establish a 5-10 program. Interact together. God bless our republic. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen, the Empire. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen, the Empire. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen, the Empire.
