So I think it's interesting, in this conversation many times, obviously, over the weekend, they had a really great time, by the way, Freedom Palooza. or go any farther. Paul Filfetti and of course the band were there and actually all the members of the band because there have been different you know drummers that participated a couple and other individuals obviously who have been to Freedom Palooza as musicians that have one time or another kicked in and helped out with things but it was a great experience. The facility guys is fantastic. We had rain this weekend. Didn't you get rain over there at Freedom Palooza? Oh yeah! Down port and you know what? Because of the site and the way it's set up it in no way shape or form interfered with musicians or anybody who had to speak. The complex is a gun range with again this camp park area that is in a wood. It's an older wood so you've got big old oaks that tower up you know several stories above you. and all kinds of beautiful, deep, dark woods in most directions. And it actually is still a residential area to a degree, but it's rural, very, very rural. And you got good parking. Like I said, when the rain came through and it came through in waves like it did here and everywhere else around the country, Michigan had the same thing happen this weekend for the holiday. All you did was get step up under the cupboard, wait for everything to squall out, and it did. Yeah, everybody got back to being outside. In fact, the rain was hard, but it never put the big campfire to the test. Actually, it ran the whole time. Didn't wash it out, which is pretty cool. Whatever their criteria is, with regard to why they bump what they bump, is rather bizarre because if you go back and look at the earliest videos from Liberty Tree Radio, I mean go watch them guys. You should anyway go to go back and go through everything that's there and those haven't been pulled from from YouTube. Okay the question also that I wanted to ask because people want to know what do you think of it. I know you were traveling this weekend so you probably didn't see it but you might be aware of what happened on the third are you? As in? We've been to guns and gadgets and seen the I think it was in the last three videos last time I checked about the militia group that was stopped well they weren't stopped they stopped to refuel their vehicles on Route 95 they refueling manually got out of the vehicles were pumping up the state police pulled up started, you know, her asking him about being on the corners. They arrested 11 people. I got mixed reports on it, which is why I didn't go into detail on it on the weekend. I was waiting until we got more information from it. It was by the time I had gotten the information, it was too late for us to do anything about it. Anyway, it was one of those local, again, local media. It made local media. You're not hearing anything about it in the national press. It's not that I've seen. Wait, first of all, hold on. What state was this in? Massachusetts. Okay, stop. Where when? State, where? I am obviously, I live in Massachusetts and I figured I'd sleep in today, but apparently something has been happening here. Related to the Second Amendment that I wanted to let everybody know about, especially if you live in the area. So here in Massachusetts on 95 North at mile marker 57.4 in the area of Wakefield, Massachusetts, Police encountered a group of people on the side of the highway that were refueling their van. Now these facts, I have two sets of facts. One from law enforcement that's being pulled on the media, and I always take that with a grain of salt, as well as one from the actual group itself that's been broadcasting their information since they've been stopped, and always in the middle is the truth. So I'm just gonna put out here what I know. So this group is called The Moors, M-O-O-R-I-S-H. And I don't know much about them. A quick Google search tells me that they are the Moorsh sovereign citizens. They're called the Moors. And you want to look it up, look it up, and learn a little more about that. And I want to thank Tommy for giving me a heads up of what happened in his area of supposedly they're sovereign citizens who don't recognize US laws. Now this group was coming from Rhode Island, I believe to head to Maine in order to train on some of their private land. They are in full camo and full kit with long arms and they were encountered on the side of the road on 95 North as they were refueling their vehicle with jerry cans. And then it led to eight of the eight people fleeing into the woods while in full kit camo. and long arms. Now since this happened at 1 30 a.m. in the area of 1 30 a.m. here in the eastern, sorry, eastern time zone, and since then two local men have been taken into custody. I guess they were walking on one of the roads in the area where they were encountered by police. Excuse me, I haven't taken my allergy pills. My eyes are going crazy right now. So some of the things that this group, the Moorish, are saying on their YouTube, they are saying that they are peaceful, that they're not sovereign citizens, but the Moorish are saying that they're sovereign citizens online. But there could be differences in the group. I don't know them, so I don't know much about them. They're saying they're not sovereign citizens. They're saying they're not black identity extremists. The whole group is black males from what I have seen. I haven't seen all eight of them. And they're not anti-police, not anti-government. They will remain peaceful. They want to come to a peaceful resolution. But in their videos that I watched, they did say that they're in North America, Morocco, and they're not U.S. citizens, and they are American nationals. but American nationals that kind of would lead people to believe the sovereign citizen. But again, I don't know much about that movement either. So they said they were in Morocco. So that alone is going to cause a little issue, I would imagine, for them. So they were saying that they are traveling based off of federal law where we have the right to peaceful journey. As long as they weren't, didn't have any unnecessary unplanned stops, they're allowed to carry their firearms according to federal law. for a place they are lawful to a place where they are lawful Maine is a constitutional carry state and they showed Jerry cans of fuel in their vehicle and that's what they were doing on the side of the road they weren't going to stop at a gas station because that would in their words that would alert the people in the area that something might be going on because they're all in full kit so they planned for that they said and they're He showed their vehicle had a bunch of camping gear in it, which would lead credence to their claim. He's also saying based off of the Supreme Court decision of Young B. Hawaii, that possession of a firearm is not a crime in and of itself. It constitutes no offense and that the police have no authority to detain them. So, I have a bunch of notes scattered everywhere just trying to make sure I give you everything I do know. But right now, There is a large police presence as one would imagine because they ran off into the woods Oh, the police are saying they ran off in the woods at least the news is saying that but on their YouTube They're actually standing on the middle of I-95 North and they're flying their flag, which is the thumbnail to this video I don't know what the flag is I don't know every flag in the world. So shame on me. I guess they could be doing the right thing they might not be doing the right thing. But what I do know is that hopefully nobody gets hurt on all three sides. The people who are at the subject of this investigation at the moment, the people doing the investigation, or the people that live in the area. Ultimately, I don't want any civilians to get hurt. There is a shelter in place right now that is strongly suggested they can't force you to stay in your home, see COVID. But That's that's what I know about this situation I will keep watching it and if there is something to come back and update you on I will let you know But I just want everybody to be aware especially if you live in the area or if you live nationally This group is so there the Moorish the moors. They back their YouTube channel is rise of the moors forwards and You can go on there and see the last couple videos. They did I would imagine that they're probably gonna have their channel shut down if they don't want the message to get out. That's how the media operates nowadays or the big tech. But that's going on right now in Massachusetts, on I-95 North in the Wakefield area. And if you're in the area, just be careful. Today is not the day to go for a hike in the woods off of the highway. Let me just move this a little bit with what's going on here in Massachusetts and The incident has come to an end. I'm gonna read you what I have. This is right from the scene it says The remaining suspects on the highway those were the the guys that were on the highway flying the Moroccan flag Thank you for everybody for the updates on this group They have been taken into custody by mass Masters of State Police Special Tactical Operations Team. Seven additional suspects are being transported for booking, so they are all in custody. It appears that it's come down peacefully. It's ended peacefully. And Mass State Police are right now conducting sweeps of the two vehicles in the woods. A total of nine are in custody, counting the initial two arrests. This is all crooked, but deal with it. That's what has transpired here in Massachusetts. I figured going live would give everybody a heads up Now in just doing some quick research on the group and it doesn't appear I don't know they say they're not American citizens, but they're going off of their rights. So I'll leave that out there. I'm just putting out facts. I don't know this group. I don't know anybody in the group, so I can't give you more information than what's been put out there. But there is a lot of information out there about the group and let everybody make their own minds up. But if, I will say this, if they are not prohibited people and they own their firearms legally from Rhode Island, where they were coming from, Then they are allowed to travel to another area in the country where they're not prohibited, which would be Maine, which is where they said they were going to train Maine's constitutional carry. If those facts in and of themselves are all true, then the Mass State Police have a little bit of an issue because they're allowed to travel. You can't have any unnecessary planned stops, which they were refueling their own vehicle on the side of the road. That's when the state police saw them. They weren't pulled over. They weren't stopped for speeding. And they said, At least the guy who's on the website on the YouTube said that they would stop to fill their stuff up on their own. Then why they ran into the woods, I don't know. They said that they were afraid and they ran into the woods. Some of the three of them stayed on the highway, the rest were in the woods. That is probably going to cause an issue there for them. But in and of itself, the grounds of the stop. Probably you're probably gonna be questioned. They should be questioned. I'm not defending either side Just letting you guys know what happened. I was watching from the point of view of the group on YouTube. Since then, their videos have been taken down. It seems as though, again, it seems as though they were traveling in a full kit. I don't know if they had their firearms in the front cabin or locked away. But when they were when they were doing the video, you know amongst themselves They had all their weapons drawn out now to the guy's credit He was making sure this guy did not point their weapons at the cops, but he had they all had them out They're all were armed. He was also wearing a body camera And that's that's pretty much how the entire thing went It was it was pretty calm for the most part They were getting cops, you know from front and back and to the side But overall, it was a pretty calm situation. Now, he never really mentioned the two guys that ran off into the woods. Apparently, there was one of them, one of the group was a minor, I guess he was 17, and he's been returned to his parents since. But the rest of them are waiting for bail. But it seems like it was, you know, maybe good intent, bad execution, because they were traveling in full kit. So that right there is gonna throw some red flags. I mean, that's perfect exit near perfect situation for gray man You don't want to be you don't be drawing attention to yourself no matter what your beliefs are whether you think the laws apply or not But still it's just it's one of those things so it's a very strange set of beliefs it looks like with these guys as far as you know, like Guns and gadgets was saying they they're the federal government doesn't apply to them, but the right to the Constitution does. So it's really a strange thing. Hey caller we got a red flag. What has been reported? We got a red flag with what has been reported about the flying of a Moroccan flag and a picture taken of it. If I'm not mistaken this apprehension began at approximately 1 36 a.m. In the morning. It's very dark. Go ahead. Right, right. Yeah, you know started about 1 30 in the morning Well, okay guys number one what happened here is back in the 90s when the next cycle of the sovereignty movement everybody relearned about the whole idea of the straw man and understanding the division between The Admiralty courts and the common law courts which has to do with the War Powers Act 1933 What's happened here is that there were a bunch of other people and there was a black element a black black national element that actually studied everything that was done by the sovereignty people. I've run into them more than a few times. Their argument is that, and it looks to be correct, is that there is yet another subdivision in terms of the sovereignty issue. Now, here's what's interesting. If we go back far enough, remember the argument is that white people had full sovereignty and the blacks were another population, another group. One of the people that was doing the research on this is kind of an overlap with the Back to Africa campaign. I've talked about that many times. And they themselves argue that in reverse order that they, you know, the reason we're talking about the Back to Africa campaign is because the nature of sovereignty and nations is such that they are separate and that they fall under a different aegis that they're not under the contract of the United States. And certainly that's corporation. First of all, what they did is they looked at all the data that everybody had in the corporation aspect, which is more and more influencing and infringing all the rest of our rights because they're taking you back to being property. The reason they're bringing up the Moroccan flag, and in fact, it's the present Moroccan flag, and there's two factions on this. One argues that even that isn't necessarily correct, and only in that they've embraced the more modern images and heraldry that displaced the original confederation that they would be a part of. But the Moroccan, the core of it being that Morocco is the center of this particular effort in terms of the many different tribal components that would have come out of Africa and because many of them of course went, well, they were actually more in the overlapping Islamic slave trade, etc. And that's how they ended up in the process here because in reality when the Jewish mob was trading, they traded in the Middle East, they were trading Muslims. The Muslim factions went west across Africa and influenced Africa more, so they ended up actually capturing a number of the Moors of the far western sects, the far western districts. which would be Western Africa, not South Africa or the Ivory Coast, but Western Africa. And all of these factions are supposedly under, well, they're not supposedly, the argument is that they've done the research from their end. And this is just a variation on the sovereignty rights issue of the different nation states, and nation states traditionally were tribal states. And the argument is that they're not white, they don't fall under the aegis of that mechanism. And in fact, for most of the history of the country, they were separate from. So if we will blind to the idea of some of the things that the enemy argues or accuses you all of, you evil white people, let's understand there's a bunch of white people who really aren't concerned with being part of your society. They understand that there were protections and there was still a body of protections under the Constitution. Constitution of the Republic applies to the application of law and the structures of governance. And all parties under that flag apply. The Indian, what we call the Indian nations, the tribes, the native population, to a degree have protections under contract and under treaty with the republic. Okay, but they're not part, necessarily part of, they're under the banner. because they are one of many other governmental, tribal, or structural mechanisms that are part of the umbrella that make up the interactions of the federal government, of the minimalist federal government. And in reality, remember, the states and all these tribes and all these other groups, which in reality are the governing body in itself, the people of whichever respective element, tribe of the white population were the dominant, were the majority. That's all, that's just how it works. And then these other elements were still encapsulated and were still within their own sphere of control, had their own authority. The difference is that most of the black population was originally under bond, slash either as short bond or as property slash slaves. And the structure for moving them was established not after the Civil War, but before the Civil War. And remember guys, one of the back to Africa campaigns start, something we brought up many times here, which they kind of worked in as a thread, is the Liberia issue. Well, who created Liberia? The Africans didn't. America did. And then for the sake or the benefit of creating all of the proper structure, we then created a new black national. Nobody studies this. Nobody cares about Africa. So nobody studies it is what happens. And in fact, how could you create Liberia? And if you did create Liberia, let me point something out. Under Liberia's original construction, They literally were structured under the body of the law of the United States. They established a limited republic. They were supposed to have the Constitution in place and a Bill of Rights. And unfortunately, when Liberia got plugged in, many of the tribes were already there who, by the way, had negotiated for this in the first place. Then the typical African tribal conflicts began and if you take a look at the more recent history of Liberia, it kind of brings to light all of the other factions who historically have been there and then the infusion of the American black population that did want to return to Africa and actually were supposed to bring more of their kind from the United States to Africa. There was a massive conflict there. because of the cultural differences that have already been created by the American blacks who had a very different established society. So what these guys have done is, and it's hard for everybody to think about this, but it's because we don't have all of the infrastructure or the construct that has been the United States for 100 years. And in this case, it actually goes back more like probably about 150 years. So, the idea though about the Moore issue, whether or not, I haven't had time to study everything that's been most recently brought up by one faction or another. The idea that it's under the Moore issue, the issue of the Moore, the flag of the Moore, that's where the variation is and it's like anything else. You're just liking with the sovereignty movement. You have about five or six different elements. in your own sovereignty movement right now that are busy fighting amongst themselves because as I've said many times before, everybody reached into the ball of spaghetti, grabbed a handful, pulled it out, and they've had their epiphany and believe that's the center of the universe. When they have part of, but not all of in some cases. So just think about it. The blind men that are grabbing different parts of the elephant. An elephant is like a tree trunk, it's this. Guys, I have traveled to militia training exercises and usually we travel with our kit on, not necessarily our weapons out, but we'll have our web gear on or our vests or something. So yeah, we look a little tactical, but most of the time we go into McDonald's or whatnot or someplace like that, most people are cool with it. Honest. Right, again, the whole idea behind this is that... The cop pulled over, the conversation probably went like this, or if the cop was doing it legitimately to see if these guys needed help or anything, might have pulled over and offered help. That doesn't seem to be the way it went though. The cop pulled over probably asking what they were doing then there's a probably said refueling the vehicle, blah blah blah. Got into a little conversation. Whatever happened, the cops got his panties in a bunch. Probably before he even got out of a car he called for backup. It's standard operating procedure for him most of the time. With that number of people, yes. Yeah, let me say here's again here locally, okay here locally in my area if you get pulled over one person in a single civilian car Dressed like you're going to the country club You get three cars you get the initial guy. He doesn't get out of his car until the other two show up Right and I'm talking to our flatland, Indiana where we don't have a whole lot of terrorists going around, you know Yeah, the point is that the escalation was prime. I can guarantee you the escalation in that was probably entirely on the other side. It was on the cop side. The other guys, they didn't have anybody else coming up to add to it other than probably a few people got out of their vehicles to see what was going on because as I understand it was more than one vehicle where it was just a van, but they did say vans plural. You know, vans implies there's more than one. I think it speaks a lot to those guys for the fact... I'm sorry, go ahead. No, go ahead. You got time. Go ahead, please. Well, the fact of the matter is they were carrying their own fuel. It was obvious they didn't want to be bothering anybody. They didn't want anybody bothering them. They just want to go about their own business and take care of things. That's the whole thing that gets me about it. You know, it was probably one cop showed up. He saw the kit and right then and there he got scared and started calling all sorts of people. That's my thinking anyways, but you know the fact is those guys it's obvious They didn't want to bother anybody. They didn't want to alarm anybody. They didn't want anything. They want people to leave them alone, too So pretty much what we all want in life. Well, that's why like I said if they were refueling and they In the argument be I just thought my water that they needed help. Well, they had a gas can so obviously they did Okay, but the the first thing we single why are they wearing combat kit? Well, whether they get or didn't first of all, they obviously research Legally, they could do it from where they were going to the next location. They also studied, and of course, no unnecessary stops. So they didn't make any additional or public stops. I would point out that if the other part that probably hasn't been touched on yet is Michigan law, for instance, and every state law is written the same way. If you were to dig into it, and actually, a friend of mine used to carry it in his pocket every weekend. The militia. Any militia, man. By the way, I'm going to paraphrase it. I could read it off. It's in my files. I don't have it right here at my fingertips. But in the process of any mobilization or training. Any militia member can carry, can open carry unlimited from one point to the other during training or you know in participation in training and can carry a weapon in any public location for any interaction with the population blah blah blah blah blah. And so Guardsmen doesn't need for instance National Guard or anybody who's a militia, by the way militia is everybody if you know, title 10 United States Code we've talked about it many times. What it basically explains is everybody's in the militia, by the way. So that's one of the other, the Michigan law, though, stipulates that for militia training or for any kind of training with any militia force, and it doesn't stipulate the National Guard, that any militia training can transport and in fact even carry arms in transit from one place to the other and through the course of the training and can participate, interact with the population. So they've never taken it off the books. It's still sitting there and most states have the exact same code, if not even more explicit in that, don't interrupt or bother anybody carrying an arm if they're training as militia. That's one thing that they may have actually seen also and then combine that with all these other regulations. They looked at the carry regulations for their state. You look at the carry regulations for the other, for the constitutional carry or open, what we call open carry for the most part. And one of the arguments is by those who are in the right, is that you have the right to be able to possess and hold and transport and carry the arm as the same as any other party. And as long as again, you're not brandishing blah blah blah blah blah, which is totally arbitrary on the part of that swine that you're dealing with. Oh, I thought he was brandishing. That could mean, you know, he got the gun and I'm supposed to be the only one with a gun so I can go out and wag my weenie in front of everybody's face in my spiffy black uniform. It, in fact, didn't track down where it's been demonstrated in their own stinking admiralty courts. How much influence will, not just the militia movement, but also militia leaders, the people that prove themselves, how much influence are they going to have on the political atmosphere of the country, both when we reform it entirely and at the local level during the early rebuilding phase? If you're a militia leader, how much influence are you going to have over all the decisions, your voice and all that? Well, typically, as what happened during the early stages, the reason for having to apply militia force is because the good governance process with the same people typically was not allowed to be applied. Many of the individuals that you will find that were the best people we have in the American War for Independence were individuals who started out in some other profession and were not professional soldiers but ended up integrated into militia command and command structure or helped to build militias and then again were promoted because of their dynamic, you know, their performance or dynamic abilities. At the end, we would have de-escalated militia, you know, and they would have been integrating immediately back into the civilian, which I don't like that term because it's not appropriate, but more the civil aspect of governance. And they would have high standing or should have high standing. If you bled for the cause while others were sitting on their dead ass and the ones sitting on their dead ass back in the corner jump up and go, I will be in charge. Oh, hey Mark. I was also referring to during the war as well, like, you know, let's say in an area that's... Well, during the war, that's... Okay, but you're... Okay, that's apples and oranges to a degree because there has to be a limited government during the conflict and again, what was most appropriate is what happened. A confederation... in which there was not possible for a uniform, nor was it acceptable even afterwards. But there's no possibility for a complete uniform management mechanism across 13 colony then becoming states, just as there was no uniform management system, would be with 50 states. Instead, the existing policies and concepts of the contract that established them is typically what would proceed or continue with the modification or the correct adjustment in that we're not subjects, but rather we have been liberated and we are now free-standing. See, that was one of the most significant elements of what eradicated a good portion of the bureaucracy, the unnecessary bureaucracy that had built up for 10, 20 years. Like I said earlier, most of what, well, how would the system run? Well, the system ran very, very well for two years before the war started because other than a handful of different counties, for instance, in Massachusetts, where by the way, this incident just took place, In most of those counties, the sheriffs did not exist for two years before the war started, before 19 April. The judges, the magistrates, the sheriffs had all run to Boston and were hiding under the skirts of the military. So in reality, the whole of the countryside was bereft of most of the government. The only thing that was actually operating were the freedmen and the ottler, like the Ombudsman or the committees. that existed in each of the counties that were like basically what we'd have today, county boards. And even they, to a degree, were partially stripped because the Tories had run, well, to Boston to hide under the skirts of the military. So it's interesting that for two years leading up to the war, there was no real government across the land for a couple of colonies out from Boston. And yet, there were no riots, there was no deeds, thievery, they didn't have any criminal waves. And that's something that we should talk more about because everybody was on the same page that we're all in this together to a certain degree and that, hey, you get rid of all the nonsense and fall and all with all the king's men not around. And look how easy going everybody gets. Everybody's cool. Everybody goes about their business trying to make a living. If they got a criminal problem, it was taken care of by the locals. And basically what happened is where the sheriffs disappeared, the constables who were typically, again, managed by the townships or by the equivalent to a township, not all states have townships the way we do in Michigan or the way many of the other states do. The constable did the work of the sheriff and even there it was minimal only to make sure, don't you dare steal Bob's cows or I'll have to take your ass over to the county lockup. Or maybe over to a pig pen, lock you up there and bring out, you know, work your get off to Bob. It was very simple. In fact, it was so simple and ridiculous that the system really didn't like anybody to see it. Certainly not the crowd. because with all of their wackies and flunkies and money suckers gone from society, the counties and townships and counties were actually doing better. So the only difference is that the militia effort, the fighting effort, it's not supposed to be managing, micromanaging the affairs of the civil element. That's to be taken care of by the population and specifically those who are aligned with the militia force, the Patriot force as it moves through the area. The Patriot and fighting forces are going to have to have it up on their hands engaging and working the processes of both the battlefield and the war itself. So that's one of those common things. Again, what do movies do? They try to imply that, well, you're going to be involved with martial law and everything. It's like, guys, you're fighting a war. You're going to be managing the roads to a degree only because infiltration and exfiltration by enemy operatives and or aggressors that might be siding with them or something you're watching for, but to a degree that's going to mostly be handled over or handed over to Again, the local peace officers, maybe either the sheriff's office is reconstructed or whatever. I've argued this for years. Okay, you mobilize everybody for the military. You still have the same problems you always have with a certain criminal element. And the only way you can put the kibosh to that is you have to maintain a peace officer element to keep an eye on the cattle rustlers, the thieves, and the rapists. They're still out there. Okay, nothing changes in time of war Except that there is a focus of energy and force where where it needs to be applied on what is what becomes skirmishes? Battlefields and then of course the campaign itself The militia will have enough just fighting the war its job isn't to try and take over the go well It may keep the man's government It routes the opposition, but it also stabilizes only for a short time until the vacuum is filled and it preferably is filled as quickly as possible from the population. That's what has to be done. The main thing that I would... Well, I was going to say, one of the main things that I think of when I ask this question is that you've got a lot of people that say gun owners take over the government mostly. And they're going to be like, okay, yeah, we'll have constitutional carry. Yeah, you can keep your AR. And then one of the militia guys, they've got a spare full auto or something, and they try maybe trading it to a civilian for extra food or something. And then the people that aren't as on our side in terms of how far they're on our side are going to go, wait a minute, you can't let him have that. That's full auto. That's a lot of those laws. First of all, those laws are gone the moment the war starts. That's a kind of an issue that's never going to be an issue. It's like, hey, you know, it's like he said in Oh, what was it? Demolition Man. You would use these weapons, these weapons of war against these officers? He turns to me and goes, listen Dick, I use these for grocery shopping. Okay, the idea is that the panty waste has an own voice from that point forward. That's finished. If they want to go, again, a lot of what we're talking about, that kind of a problem, well, they're going to be living somewhere else, and they're going to be living here in the United States. Yeah, that's the one thing I will say see the the in math formula on this is we will be paying attention to who's who in the zoo and that's where everybody has to pitch in because I don't want them to hide under the rock and I start their garbage all over again we are going to be deporting a big chunk of these ass hats and That's that has to be repeated over and over again when we get finished with this The fake conservatives a lot of those rats which mostly are just the demicons They're going to be leaving. They're not going to be a problem anymore The the grams and the characters like that there are just two-faced turds that are you know?
