Summary
Mark Koernke discussed constitutional rights to bear arms and free travel, distinguishing between rights and privileges under law. He addressed a controversial shooting incident where a civilian who intervened to help a police officer was subsequently killed by responding officers, emphasizing the dangers of assisting law enforcement and the importance of tactical awareness. Koernke also discussed historical precedents for foreign military observation during conflicts, the Northwest Territories Treaty, and concluded with commentary on Katanga's adoption of the U.S. Constitution and its subsequent destruction by UN forces, framing this as evidence of global opposition to constitutional governance.

You know, the right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny, not just yourself and the police. Anybody that wants to disarm me can drop dead. Anybody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless. People that want to literally create the proven places where more innocents are killed called gun-free zones, we're going to beat you. We're going to put you out of office or suck on my machine gun. him in the head, that seems to work out. Kick together, stay sharp, and follow me. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught, according to this. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. It's number traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn and your daughters visit doctors. So their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and eat God-given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright, as Iowoki vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as fire and trample each God-given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories southwest north northeast and south ladies and gentlemen you were listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com Liberty Tree Radio on satellite and we are on AM&FM Microstations, CD, Bay Stations and UltraNet Hallmark in golden spike technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. Good evening to all of our friends out there in Lower 49. including the Great State Ejection along with CONUS, the outline two states' territories and the clock. It is 8.07 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. It is Monday, holiday Monday for the federal government by the way, even though it's, well, the 4th was yesterday, obviously. And I even lost track of that over the weekend. It's like, oh, one day runs into the next nowadays and I really wasn't doing that. But, Again, as we're having fun or when you're working it pretty well works out the same way It's like the time just rolls one block into the next anyway it is Well Monday it is the 5th of July is the 13th year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2021 old earth calendar 2021 battle for the Republic with dance of swords And we got into a subject in the two-hour block, which I want to kind of touch on here again, just to give you a little more of a foundation on some of the things that I brought about. People are like, oh, taking sides with the Moors. See all this in the Muslims, whatever. There is a significant difference between a time of conflict and a time of peace. And with regard to the basic protections in legitimate activity, commerce, and trade, and also diplomatic activity, basic protections, which are also known as natural rights, are given and in fact granted, not as a privilege, but as an equity right, with regard to foreign nationals or individuals operating inside the United States. We are in a time of, well, although I know we're under the War Powers Act and, guys, you're not, you're thinking to the choir, what, oh, we're under the War Powers Act and it's 1933s from that point on, we've been at war. We've been at war before that, but yes, absolutely, your enemy declared war on us. The corporation of the United States, they declared themselves your enemy. We didn't declare them the enemy, although we should. because they are, the fact of the matter is that we're still under the perception of a peacetime environment. Now, one of the basic rules or premises a lot of people eventually have learned when they've done research in the Patriot Movement is the Northwest Territories Treaty. One of the premises laid down, one of the foundations laid down with this is that every individual has the right to travel by the conveyance of the day unhindered, untaxed, and again as a right rather than as a privilege. Privileges are doled out and you have to pay for them. Typically, that's why they call them privileges. They want to take a right and convert it into a privilege. Of course they do. Police states always do. They do this. States try to do this. Townships try to do this. The Fed always wants to do this. Sicklefants in power, fruit loop nutcases, frothing at the mouth. Pedo-queers always want to do this. It's the nature of man. It's something everybody's warned about, warned about biblically. So, why am I bringing this subject up? Well, it has to do with uniformity under the law, whether, you know, no matter who the party is. In this case, we were talking about the group that was stopped on their way from apparently Rhode Island to Maine. They have property in Rhode Island, and they live there. And they have property in Maine, and they live there. Both ends are apparently now free carry slash open carry slash constitutional carry. Take the pick of whichever title. For the last four years, it's changed. But it's titled differently depending on what state you're in and what period the law was written. In some cases, it's just called open carry because it's been that way for 100 plus years. Anyway, the fact of the matter is that in free travel, especially for those who are fully knowledgeable, a couple of things that would jump out right away is, for instance, well, there were armed. Now, I know they had to take a lot of time to do this with the public fool system or whatever, but The carrying of arms in travel is only a more recent thing that has been impeded by the police state mindset. And still, even though it's been around, I mean, this year 2021, They really started pushing that more and more from the 60s on once the Commies got in place with LBJ and the Jewish mob wanted to start disarming America in the next phase to try and enforce more of the War Powers Act of 1933. Ergo, we have the Gun Control Act and extension of the 1933-34 NFA, which is called the Gun Control Act in 1968. understand that even then, with the passage of that and then the implementation of more and more of the leftist, kosher, mafia, communist, drivel, most states still have embedded in their laws everything that's necessary, all the good laws that prevent the regime from preventing you from carrying of arms, etc. They're just not, what they're doing is the prostitutes, a small collection of dirty whores, the judges, a small collection of dirty whores, and a handful of sickle fans of collection of dirty gores. In politics, of course, do everything in their power to deny you the information or try to deflect and or will not acknowledge what is good and standing law. Example, let me point something out, some little foundation issues that have really flip-flopped and changed over the years. Are handguns bad? I'm talking about from the government's regime standpoint. Are handguns bad and evil and bad and bad and evil and horrible and terrible? If a foreign national were inside the United States, for instance, if a foreign national simply wanted to carry a handgun, could he do so? Well, Mark, it's got a handgun, especially it's concealable. It's small. It's, oh my God. Oh, yeah. Well, in the past, the answer would be, yeah. Not only that, you should be able to carry a tomahawk, a sword, a knife, a pistol, or any other close quarter defensive implement. And the pistol has always been considered a close quarter, you know, defense implement. You understand that? Do you know what the order was actually restricted from carrying? A rifle. Or a long gun of any kind. Now that doesn't mean anybody really enforced it that much because foreign nationals typically intended to be if they were in your country here in the United States be it whichever of the respective countries Michigan You know South Carolina they would normally know that they had to you know present some form of decorum So as not to be shot run through or Tomahawk by one of us however not just as a courtesy but an understanding of what was believed to be the law of nature and of man, okay, the law of nature, God's law, along with of course natural defense law, if you didn't believe in quote unquote God, it was a natural defense argument. that was planetary, that you have a right to self-defense. Now, if you say the more monarchical slash slavish slash property oriented with regard to people, the ruling class was, well, less likely they'd let any of you peasants bear arms. But the mark of a free man and of a free society is the population itself unhindered with the ability to have... natural defense in hand for your personal protection and protection of your property, your family, and as needed even to assist in the defense of your community. We're not talking simply as militia. We're talking about everyday life, the defense against scallywags, brigands, and individuals with criminal intent. So interestingly enough, even with foreign forces, if an officer or if an individual was with a foreign military carrying of one's personal sword or, you know, jerk, dagger or whatever was considered acceptable and pistol. However, for a foreign soldier to be on American soil under arms, and what they meant by under arms, is carrying a martial arm that had offensive capability. The rifle, the musket were considered long-range weapons, technically even the crossbow and the bow were much in the same. However, of course, as we know those weapons became passé in favor of the firearm as it developed. Now think about it. Everything's just a reverse. Oh my God, these guns are hidden guns. Well, but if you have a long gun, they can't say anything. Now, in reality with all of us, we're not foreign combatants and we're not foreign nationals. So none of this applies with regard to the limiting and restricting. In fact, there should be no hindrance for the foundation documents that all of the states were to comply to. Remember, while each state is independent, the foundational elements of the Constitution of the Republic, along with the Bill of Rights, apply to each state. Article 2 of the Bill of Rights, which many people call the Second Amendment, but as Doc Robinson used to say, what the hell do you think they were amending? The first 10 are the articles of the Bill of Rights. Anything after that where they added it is an amendment, and that's where the amendments would stand, or additional amendments would have to be placed to enumerate restrictions on government and the reinforcement of God-given rights to the individual just in case you missed something. Okay? So Article 2 of the Bill of Rights states uncategorically the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. So what I told you from the beginning here about the idea of the difference between right and privilege and the idea that in some way, shape, or form yours to be restricted or that the states would be allowed to restrict the passage of a free man. not only within his respective state, but because of the mutual contract that all of the parties were under. Each state was to honor the respective standing of the other state, not just the contiguous states, by the way. Hey Mark, and this overlapping with this is the Northwest Territories right to free travel. Remember, we're not talking commerce. Travel as in or in motion as in moving from one point to the other you are going to see granddad You want to go to Washington to speak your mind you want to travel to the county seat you want to go to the state capital Well, they couldn't put a tariff or a tax on your on your motion on your on your activity based upon your activity now private roads versus public access Different story. That's why we have it's been called toll roads toll roads typically were better maintained also many cases were better cut pieces of property so that they actually offered a straighter pass and that's why toll roads became popular and were actually used. Go ahead, caller jump in there. Hey, Will from Florida here. You were talking about foreign nationals and slightly unrelated it made me think of something. When the war ends, yes, we are going to obviously help out other countries in similar situations, but when everything settles down, or even if it doesn't entirely settle down, how likely would it be to have diplomats and maybe Maybe some select soldiers that would be screened and other people from other countries come over here to observe our militia system to get an understanding of how to do it better on their own. Did you see that? Well, that's traditionally happened even, you know, right from the get-go. In fact, as the militia was developed, of course, there's the story of Lafayette. But that's kind of a reversal and that supposedly he helped rebuild the militia. Well... He didn't build our militia, but what he did do is become the inspector general. And that in turn established a standard on, again, regulation, which has nothing to do with restriction, but rather, remember, regulating a well-regulated militia as in a well-trained militia was the need. And in fact, it's the first place in America where the word national guard, although it was actually Gardia Nationale, is that was a signet, a banner ribbon that was attached to units that were inspected by Lafayette and the designation, you know, Guard National, meant that the unit had achieved all of the goals based on the Inspector General's standards and that they were regulated slash well trained to the level necessary to be mobilized immediately. They were the cream of the crop, the best of the best. and or at least the best of the ranks, the top of the ranks of all the militias from each state. And that's one of the reasons they chose National Guard for propaganda back when they wanted to restrict the militia when the ring knocking, spit swapping turds did what they did in the early 1900s. They were playing on something that was part of the history and they flip flopped it. Traditionally, the idea was to achieve that goal and everybody was to try and achieve it and had nothing to do with creating a separate entity. foreign forces coming in or foreign entities coming in. To a degree, it would probably be allowed. I mean, the other thing to remember is you have to sort that out with, it might not be coming to learn, but some will be coming to spy. In fact, everybody typically does this. So it would be as likely as not as part of the military diplomatic affairs as it has been for the whole history of the country for visitations and or for invitations to take place. It would be part of the ongoing affair of nations. During the Civil War, remember, you had British and French Lézane officers who came in under diplomatic standing and monitored and observed all of our military operations during the Civil War. Just as an example. Oh, and by the way, don't forget, the British were ready to intercede with the Confederacy against the Union during the Civil War when the British sent, oh, and this is cute because we talk about spying, the British sent a large number of diplomatic representatives, in other words, usually there would be majors, lieutenant colonels, other officers to observe all of the different armies, the Army of the Tennessee, the Eastern US military forces, the Army of the Potomac. And what's interesting is that when they started doing that, is at the same time that they actually mobilized a massive army and moved it to Canada. Most people don't realize. So this is part of the ongoing dance of swords, whereby again, well, what was the purpose behind the birthed coming into the Union, coming in and monitoring Union forces? in large force to the point where whole papers and writings were done during the war by British officers on the performance of Union logistics, artillery, and obviously combined arms tactics of cavalry, infantry, artillery in the field. They also did extensive studies of our forces movements to include a detailed survey of where our supply systems were not only at the front, but deep into the United States. Now remember that the Brits moved this large army into Canada. Hell, one of the biggest ships made at the time was that the Leviathan was used to transport massive quantities of British regular troops to Canada in preparation for a possible jump off and execution into the war against the Union. Now if that had taken place, spying by those British officers, which included logistics all the way into Michigan, Wisconsin, Northern Ohio, the greater part of New York, which in Pennsylvania covers the steel and food production elements, critically the steel production elements of the nation that were not on the front line, but were Canada to be a jump off point for the Brits as it was, they planned on it being in the War of 1812, they would have been, it would have been like a reverse soft underbelly, only in this case a soft top cap, for the British forces to sortie in and surgically attack the critical industrial complexes with little or no chance of properly defending them. With five armies in the field along the entire frontier with the Confederacy, The lion's share of both sides, Confederate and Union, were occupying areas far afoot from the critical infrastructure areas to the rear, under the assumption that they were safe. So again, just hopefully that answer, there will always be, well again, not getting involved in foreign entanglements, foreign wars. we may still assist friends in whatever capacity based upon the policies that we finally establish. So that would be a reality. Even if, no matter how hard we try, there's 50 states, foreigners, if we get into an internal struggle that stays inside the United States with maybe the Navy holding everybody back, much like the Russians held the British in the French back during the Civil War, then the internal struggle, you know, stays where it's supposed to as a, you know, boxing match between ground forces on either side, combined with all the other arms available that would be employed. The issue is whether or not we would allow and some probably would be foolish enough to do so with let foreign military into observe during conflict. And that would be a mistake. But it's something I guarantee some idiot sticks would be foolish or stupid enough to do. Their primary purpose for being here would be to evaluate whether or not they could actually either intercede with one side or the other to aggress in, say, breaking the back of America and the other half of the processes to decide whether or not, no, don't worry about joining either side, they're just trying to evaluate whether or not they could move in After a significant portion of the conflict, you seek most fives and occupy the country. That would be the two more likely goals of any kind of, oh, where are your, where are your buds? We want to come and watch. Yeah, I'm sure you do. Again, at that point in time, OBSTAC, Operational Security, is a premium with regard to strategic issues, and especially with regard to the overall campaigns and forces you have. Remember, too, Those foreign military in wartime are as likely as not working for the same enemies that you're fighting on the other side, and all they're going to do is be an intelligence conduit to provide more accurate information on force strength, reserve material, equipment, and personnel. So that makes them a threat. Could you say a trend of maybe the government funding travel expeditions for maybe you know, not soldiers But militia to go to other countries to help them with their well, that was done in the past too. Yes, as a matter of fact lays on Expeditions of commerce were not uncommon in the early days Of course, we know about the you know halls amounts of Zuma and the shores of Tripoli know the critical part critical part being Tripoli That particular campaign was to secure commerce lanes and because it was necessary even nobody else supplying force or everybody else was buying and spending a lot of wealth to bribe the pirate, you know, pirate parties, the policy on the part of the particular government of the United States at that time was, well, we aren't going to be paying anybody anything. How about we just get rid of the enemy? and it became more cost efficient to go in and get rid of the problem. Now that did not really violate the Monroe Doctrine. Since it was an independent expeditionary activity that was very, very encapsulated, it was limited, they went out, they did the job, they came back, it was not part of a long-term foreign warfare entanglement, which is what Washington and everybody else warned about. It also did not, it didn't entangle us in a conflict between two other warring parties of the continent, or for that matter warring parties of let's say the African continent versus European continent, in that this was a piracy slash a single entity activity that they participated in. Other activities like that would take place assisting for instance Central America or the Caribbean. Since we really won't have regulars in the way that we see the god-awful, expensive mechanism the way it is right now, and because we're looking more at the envisioned mechanism that was brought forward by the founding fathers, which corporates, and especially monarchists hate, militia elements being mobilized and moved forward to participate in support in in what would basically be a rebirth of a Monroe Doctrine would make sense. And part of that is to gain experience. It's not that you want to wage war, but if you end up, you know, you have to be prepared to. And so if the opportunity arises to develop skills and to, again, perfect and maintain standards, then you're able to do so under the policies established on anybody there. Yeah, I'm here to try to figure out if it was something going on on my end because it sounded like buffering or if it was on Mark's end. Well, it looks like it was definitely on Mark's end. We lost a call. Hopefully we call right back in as soon as he can. I don't know what happened there. I got a question, Ed. Go ahead. Did you go to the 3rd of July celebration in Lubbock at the park with the big... No, I did not I didn't know there was one. Oh, okay. Well, I I listened to RBN Republic Broadcasting org and I that calls in a lot of shows a veteran and he was there and he was pretty upset that they they celebrated the 4th of July on the 3rd of July and the 5th of July They didn't celebrate it on the 4th They celebrated no, they didn't celebrate on the 4th cuz that you know, that's a day of rest, right? Well, actually, you know, I can understand that with this area if you've ever been to Lubbock you can't go block without it's one of those It's in the Bible belt. You can't go block without finding a church. There's even a Mormon temple in the in the area here, but I can tell you even if the There wasn't an official celebration by the city that was going on There's all kinds of fireworks going off all over the place around here as close as I am to the University and everything Couldn't I didn't have to go far to look at look for fireworks. I just stepped out the front door and they were going off all around me Right, right. Anyway, can I ask another question? I don't know if you guys covered this today, but there was a unarmed National American that Saved a cop he killed a guy And then the cops pulled up on the scene and they claim he grabbed the AR that he disarmed the other guy that had and he picked up and they killed him. They killed the wrong guy. Did you hear about that one? No, I haven't heard about that. Can you post a link to... Are you aware you can post anything in Discord? No, unfortunately. I am where I can, but I can't because I'm blind. Oh, okay. Sorry. That's all right. No, you didn't know. But yeah, on Saturday, my buddy called me and told me, asked me if I had heard it. And I can't remember if it was in Kansas or Colorado, but I was listening to another show and that guy, after my buddy in Texas told me about it, that they didn't know any of the story yet, just a guy with a gun saved a cop. The cop got shot, I think, but this guy killed the guy who shot the cop. And then the cops rolled up and killed him. And there was a show I was listening to, something about anarchy. I can't remember the name of it. It's, anarchy's in the name of the show, a radio show. on rbn saturday anyway that guy who got shot who saved the cop was his friend he was you know pretty broken up about it but he didn't really tell the story so and i don't know how much he would have known right then when it happened so Well, I think we got Mark back if you want to repeat that I would then I haven't heard that that story yet But if we had a link or something to go to yeah, right Unfortunately, I haven't seen the link so I don't I wouldn't be able to share it if I knew what it was Okay, we've got a lot of people that are listening guys if you know the story you guys can post in discord for us We've got a reference point to it. I think we got Mark back Yeah, as a matter of fact, I must have been drilling on the wrong tooth because... You sounded like you were going... You know how you say people go Mac Todrum? Well, you went Mac Todrum and then you went splotchy and then like every other syllable and then you were gone. And I'm in a really good spot for the technology I'm using, as you know. We've actually had pretty clear transmission. How are we sounding right now? Oh, Chris, the way you went out, I thought it was something on my end because I figured it was something digital. That's what I was telling the caller when he came up is I was looking at stuff on my end thinking, oh, am I losing internet connection or what? Because that's what it sounded like. But that's the problem with everything going over to, uh, P-Pour Digital, and that's what it is, is P-Pour Digital, guys. Everything is running through a digital buffer. Even if you think you're on a secure line where you're getting a steady feed, at some point in your communication lines between point A and point B, it's going through some wireless buffer system, almost guaranteed, and that's why 911 doesn't work the way it used to. That's why you lose your phones when you lose power now. Like that never happened in the past. But congratulations. The way we, the way the federal government has f'ed up our true infrastructure, that's the way the things are now. Yep. It's basically like we're heading towards, oh, wait a minute. That's right. We are communist Russia. Remember, there was a big joke about the phones. They worked when they wanted to hear you and didn't work when they didn't care to listen. When they wanted to spy on you, oh you had a great view. You knew you had a good phone service in Russia. You knew what was going on. When your phone cleared up and all of a sudden you could hear everything going on on the other end, that meant that the KGB had everything hooked up. But the moment that they were not interested in you but maybe spying on somebody else, your phone service went right into the toilet. It was like all of a sudden you were hooked up to two, you know tin cans with a wire and a couple of buttons inside each can and the quality of the sound and the connection were Comparable seriously, and that's exactly where they're going with communist America the same way with all the trikes. We've got going there Anyway color jump in there anything else, please? Well, did you hear what I was talking about? I don't know if you knew about the the the guy that saved a cop the cop got shot I guess and this guy shot cop and then the cops rolled up and then killed that guy and they claimed today that the he that guy picked up the AR you know that the the cop shooter dropped and when they rolled up and then and then they thought he was him and they shot him that was their excuse you know why is this that's out of a stinking movie you know what I mean let me point something out real quick everybody you rule number one if you help the cops the cops perceive everyone is the enemy The roided up, jacked up fool is going to show up in a situation like that is going to look at everything with tunnel vision and already pumping with all kinds of bad stuff in his veins. Number two, why is it okay, and then we see this in murder movies, it's the same way, oh my god, I come in a room, Bob's been stabbed, I need to pick up the knife that Bob was stabbed with, why? Didn't you just shoot somebody with a gun? Yeah. Do you have a gun? Yeah. Is the other guy down? Yeah. Well, kick him in the face and kick the whatever he's got off to the side and then back off real quick and for that matter maybe just be good Samaritan and do it this way. Walk off and just disappear for a bit while the cops roll up on everything. I... No, no. I'm still here. It just takes me a while to fire my microphone up. Running out phantom power and the phantom power just... Has a little bit of buffer time before I can actually speak. I'm still seeing dad on the line But it does look like we've lost his audio or maybe he got muted somehow If he is muted, it's not on my end. So I Think I know which piece of technology he's using And he's gone. Yep. Okay so Wherever you're at right now, probably the communication system is just not working all that terribly great. Like I said, yeah, it's definitely, you know, even here, you know, I know this house has a landline system. You can see where it's plugged into the house. You can't get a landline service though, even if the house already had a landline service. If you let that landline service drop, they won't let you renew it. They'll try to get you with, to hook up through DSO, which DSO in most cases are actually now just using what's left of the copper line if you're out in the BFE regions of the country. Which means that if it'll run on that copper line that was doing 56K before, something else changed in the hardware that let the DSO run on that copper wire because otherwise before. Didn't have the ability to see I heard a ding maybe we got mark back You look got three pages of collars to flip through so no I don't see mark there right now But again hey guys, this is why alternative means of communication of course from Michigan to Texas is a little far to you know throw the tin can string Let's see, I think we got Mark back on the line again. Maybe. We'll see. Dad, I'm going to unmute you on my end. That way you don't have to. And hopefully we've got Mark there. And I just said I was going to unmute you, Dad. There we go. Let's try this. One, two, three. One, two, three. All right. We got you back again. Yeah, it's just like I think we're on subjects that are kind of the bad guys are feeling really bad This month's not going good for them, and it's only the fifth so I want one of the men who lie Yeah, and things are well and things are in motion. There's a bunch of stuff happening as we discussed this weekend guys you know They try to bonding already, Nashville It didn't go away. It didn't go right for him. Whatever went wrong with Nashville for the ring knockers guys, they've made that disappear from the radar completely and Anytime where they could cue it sideways and go yeah that bombing in Nashville You'd have heard it every day for the last what couple of months? Yeah, yeah Dad with that bombing that happened. We have had more coverage of that not even skyscraper, but apartment complex, that multi-story apartment complex in Florida falling down where they're claiming that was a maintenance issue, why the building fell, but yet you constantly hear them when they talk about it say, it reminds me of Oklahoma City. You know and that's a natural day and yet you still have this bombing that happened back in Nashville that like you said they had a little bit of fanfare and then absolutely nothing And now absolutely no reference to at all. I mean there is no no comment made Don't you're not supposed to think about it. Don't remind anybody about it, which is why I bring it to everybody's attention constantly Now, I don't know where I got cut off with what we were talking about with the shooting out there But I'm going to point out again Guys, if you're going to help in a situation like that, you're putting yourself at risk because yeah, maybe, now here's the dangerous part. Okay, cop got to get put down. You put the cop down. The cop's semi-delirious. He looks at you and figures, oh, you look like you're worth shooting too. There's the number one problem. Number two, and really should have been number one, you don't touch anybody else's weapon unless you're in a constant firefight and you're out of whatever you have and you're going to move to another weapon. But even there, you have to beware because again, every moment brings the other idiot cops who in most cases are not going to discern anybody, one person from the other, they don't care about any of us, they will shoot anybody and everybody in a heartbeat. And even if you were, and here's the problem, even if the shooting was done and you're actually performing per first day down the cop or whoever it is that's on the ground, the fruit loops coming in will start pointing guns at you and in fact might even shoot you out of course and say, oh, I thought he was killing the officer. That's the problem when you're dealing with cops. You're roided up, fruit loop, nutcase, length crazy as the day is long, shoe size IQ. They were chosen for that, okay? And that creates a big problem. But here's the thing, like I said, in all these movies, you've seen they do this all the time. Why are we charging Phyllis? Well, here's her story. I came into the room and there was Bob with a big knife stuck in his chest and, or just laying on the ground and he was blood everywhere. And I came in and I picked up the knife. Why did you pick up the knife? Well, purely for plot complication. Because otherwise again, have you got a gun? Yes. Did you put the guy down? Yes. The only thing you should be doing if you're in a gunfight like that with the cops involved is kick the weapon away. Kick the character in the head a couple times if you want to to make sure he's dead or badly wounded, but kick the gun away and don't touch anything your enemy was using unless Like I said a moment ago, you're in a firefight. You've expended what you've got or you're pretty close to it and you need something with a little more bang while you pick it up. But when you do, remember every second is putting the other idiot stick cop closer and they don't have any discernment. I am serious. You got to remember they're, oh boy, I get to go to a shootout. Oh, Bob got shot! Maybe, maybe not. He may not even know Bob. He may not even care. He might be from three other departments, two counties away, and he got there faster. Why? I need to shoot someone. I'm gonna be in a shootout. Because that's what a lot of these fools join for. Seriously. I don't care who I shot. I shot the dog, the cat, 14 other people, the civilians that were, you know, the peasants that were behind the guy I was shooting at. And you know what I'm describing? Remember all these gun units in New York, black uniform, wearing the helmets nonstop, carrying M16s. Remember the first firefight that was really notorious? And it wasn't a firefight, it was very one-sided. But there were like, what, 9, 10, 11, 12 people standing around the guy when he came out of the building. The cops shot everyone. No, you mean they shot one of the people near the gun? No, they shot everybody. They, they, it's classic cop marksmanship. They hit the guy they were shooting at two or three times. But the rest of the magazines from both guns hit everybody else. Remember? We've talked about this. What happened is exactly what I told everybody would happen before it happened. And it didn't happen just once. It's just that they made sure they covered their ass and started shutting up about it and keeping it local within New York. But in New York, the gun teams, these two-man KGB-slash-third-world-Vinana-Republic types, were walking down the street, combat loaded, and they were air-15, car-15s, full battle rifles, okay, light assault rifles, real assault rifles. They have automatic fire. And when they started pulling the trigger, you know, we've told you before about watching your backstop. They didn't, they didn't care. When they shot the woman, the kid and the other two older guys that were there that were just people on the street. Another guy was leaving to work. When they shot all those people, they didn't care. So that's where the challenge is. We're going to go help the cops. It's like, really? The cops have been told for everyone you've got, that's a peace officer. And this is the challenge. You're better off. Like I just said a minute ago, you have to help one of these idiots. You fire up the bastard, you put him down, or however many targets are, if you're lucky, and if you're only using a pistol and he's got a rifle, it's not a really good choice of, you know, engagement. But if that's what you gotta do, that's what you gotta do. However, if that's the case, again, I can't emphasize enough, step back and get right out of the way. Leave them all lay right where they are. Well, what about the cop? He shot there. You hear the sirens in the distance? Okay, you what you're you'll see something. Let me point something out. You're gonna see something You won't see if one of you get shot, you know what you're gonna see cop car rolls up Oh, they may put a few more bullets in the idiot stick that you shot But you know what they're gonna do that They won't do for anybody else that if you were bleeding, you know the guy who helped the cop if you who helped the cop were bleeding on the ground and the car screeched up and you were there and the cop was there. You know what wouldn't happen? They wouldn't help you at all. But if that cop's laying on the ground, all of a sudden they'll remember that he was a cop. You're losing you again. I don't know if you can hear me, but you are breaking up really bad. Yeah, can't even make out what you're saying dad. I don't know if you can hear me. It's it's terrible Oh you hang up and try to call back kid. We got about 10 minutes left of the program try to refresh that connection What do you what do you George you wash you chopper chopper? Okay Three stuages. No, man. Yeah, it was all chopped up. That's the you know, hey, state-of-the-art communication, then, you know, we have the best infrastructure in the world, according to some people. They never claim it's the best. They just say it's one of the most technologically advanced. Oh, that's not true. Go to Japan. Go to Japan. No, seriously. You want to talk about a country that, well, at least the capital, is so overly teched out. Look at what's going on in the Japan major cities what they boast as far as their what we've got with the what they're they're claiming about the 5G and whatnot everything that we have over here is running super slow and with the With the chip shortage and everything else that's going on. You're never gonna see us If we ever get caught up, we're always gonna be about a generation behind whatever is going on in Asia That's even if we get caught up with you know, all the BS that we're behind on right now Just from the chip shortage because we don't make anything like that in the US anymore if we did it wouldn't have to be shipped halfway around the planet and there wouldn't be a minute make lays chips and I bet you can't eat just one It depends have you read on the back of the package? Are you sure it's coming from the US and it's not coming from South America or Brazil? I don't read those packages. I haven't touched a chip My god in in a decade at least That was one thing we were doing during the 4th of July. We were looking at different chips because we grabbed some oddball chips. I was looking at where they were made and the bag of Lay's style potato chips that we have, which is an off brand. So it was a cheaper brand, but yeah, Made in Mexico. Woo hoo. Of course I have. Because we can't boil oil in America. Yeah, we got you back. Yeah, how are we sound one two three you're sounding good again? It seems like you got about five minutes of good audio in the search pay happy so go ahead Okay, well. We're almost to the top anyway Hopefully I think I got it across twice saying the same thing, but when it comes down to is If you are in a situation like that, if you do engage, back off and disappear. Let them look and figure out, wow, maybe Bob the cop shot, you know, Schmidlap the assailant. And then as they sort it out, you can step up and if you want to, let them know, oh, by the way, I'm the guy who did that. Because if you're standing there when it all happens, the cops are going to be in barking dog crazy loon mode. And you don't want to be in front of that. You don't want to be around with those stupid people. They aren't where they're going to be. The Royds kick in. They're looking for an excuse. The only reason the first one showed up is they wanted to be there to shoot somebody first. And they really don't care who. They'll even shoot the cop if they thought it was going to be in the right place and their eyes were crossed. So the big thing here is, again, common sense, don't touch anybody else's weapon unless it's something where the exchange is ongoing and you're actually out of ammo or your weapon is, you know, there's a problem with it. If the engagement is finished, back off, step away. Step off to the side with the crowd and just relax. Make sure your weapon is secure and is not in your hands. But you'd never pick up the weapon. It's like all the drama movies where you come in and the person who's ill legitimately charged comes in and there's a gun on the ground and Wilma has been shot and she comes in and picks up the bloody gun and oh my god, oh why would you pick that up? I don't know. Well let me cue you in advance. Don't touch anything. First rule, don't touch anything. As you walk in and you do participate, walk right back out the way you came in and get the hell away from everything. Anybody ask, yes, so does your mind bulletin him? What? Yeah, everybody calm down. Yeah, we're getting mob the cop on the gurney. Everything, okay, now you can probably communicate without fruit loop nutcase going off on you. You see how that works? Because that's what you got to worry about. There's no brain operating. It's all roids. I wanted to jump in and say, well that depends on if you can trust that they haven't taken credit for killing the guy yourself. And as soon as you confess, all of a sudden you become another perpetrator who they had to put down. Right, you're the other evil cri- Well, see, that's the thing. Because they want to be the hero. When we help people on the road, I'll help somebody on the road and all of a sudden, eventually, everybody else is stopping and there's always somebody with a better medical bag and they might even look like, well, I'm an off-duty EMT or something. Fantastic. And you let them just roll right in and take right over and as other people are gathering around, which they always do, that's when you just walk away. Time to leave. Goodbye. Gone. No wait, you don't need a pat on the head or a squeeze on the butt. You did what you were supposed to do. You've done your part. God knows that you're happy, okay? But don't stick around. Why? Because people are weird, okay? People are really weird. That trained professional can take credit for any activity that took place, plus, minus, or indifferent. And you'll feel good about it, okay? Another thing here real quick, again, and I don't know how much of what we were talking about in the first part of the hour got through, I think most of it did, but understand that one of the problems we have not been, we have to reorient our mind to is what is considered courtesy and mutual respect with regard to other cultural interaction when it takes place. We're not going to be so isolated And we never were, that we didn't have other people coming in from other parts of the world. The decorum and management of the process was very straightforward always. There was a reporting station for the State Department where people came in off the docks or would come in later a plane and they would identify themselves. We have the passport system. Now, some people argue that should be gone, but we didn't have an American war for independence and win the rest of the planet, not yet. Now, if everybody decides they want to keep going with the process by supporting nations that wish to truly embrace our Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, that kind of thing, then they could be assisted. I would point out that the rat bastard, the leftist that had been running our country for a very long time, they finally did a movie that's a flip. Have you seen the video without all these stupid movie channels about the Irish in Katanga? And guys, that's the Katanga story flipped on its ear. Those stinking UN troops were there and were waging war against the state of Katanga, which was a multi-national state, or multi-racially occupied state. There were foreign nationals. There were native-born whites. There were native-born blacks. Katanga was, again, an independent government that was, again, very, very well to do by comparison. It was the gemstone that the Jewish mob wanted to steal from the locals. And again, look up the movie Katanga, which is the story where the president of Katanga, a black man, It was explaining at the time, and by the way he went back and later was captured and executed, but he was, he, they did a newsreel piece, it's called Katanga. You need to watch it. When you watch that, then take a look at the propaganda and how, look out of the Irish, you're killing all those locals, ha ha ha ha ha. Well, here's why they didn't, why the UN and the US participated in the attack on Katanga. If you didn't know this, Katanga, embraced an exact copy of the Bill of Rights, the Republic of these United States, our Constitution, an exact copy. Not kind of, sort of. And what's interesting is any country that has ever done that, well now the kosher mafia and the... And I think we lost him again. Yep, there he goes. Okay, we just lost contact with... No. Now maybe let me try this see if we can do we have you mark? Yeah, they don't like that they don't like to go ahead you're on the air Hey, it's will hey you're a gamer right? I Play games from time to time. Yeah, what are your Xbox or PlayStation? PC mostly um oh Never mind sorry never mind I'm gonna ask for your game or dagger vice versa, but now Dark light underscore air 15. I've actually put out there before people wait. What was that? What was that dark light? underscore AR 1 5 oh Dark light AR 15 yeah dark light underscore air 15 Okay Darkly is a very common name for gamers to take Especially if you're deflates him so a lot of flights and people will tag that handle because if it's a Star Wars reference In theory Hey, we got that back in my back. Oh, right. Wow. I guess I really not like tonight Well, that means we've covered serious subjects. We need to talk more about Anyway, very quickly here, I mentioned Katanga. If you watch that BS movie, everybody's like, did you see that? It was like a last stand thing. No, in reality, it was part of the fact that the Katangis, the Katangan government, with minimal defense capability, contained and fought back and pushed back the UN troops in all fronts. And of course then we kicked in more British and other foreign troops and we flew them in with UN marked American aircraft. And then they destroyed that government that embraced the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence of the United States. Why? Because the OY boys and the crown don't want that to happen anywhere else. Which is why all of us need to support that idea. that we are going to make that happen. Right? Anyway guys, we're the top and for all of you out there, next year we've got Freedom Fullness coming up. Plan ahead if we aren't issuing more. We're gonna plan on trying to get everybody out there. It's a great event. God bless our Republic. Yes, with a new world order. We help the day, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire's down the run. We're at a march. We'll be back tomorrow same time. Edward's taking over and more. LTR coming up. Bye bye.
