Mark Koernke discussed supply chain shortages affecting tactical and preparedness equipment, including knives, axes, optics, and automotive parts. He addressed caller concerns about ballistic helmets, providing detailed guidance on identifying quality Kevlar versus ABS helmets and where to purchase affordable options. The show covered body armor availability, including discounted Second Chance armor at Centerfire, and discussed preparedness basics for militia readiness. Koernke also commented on the Andrew Brown Jr. shooting warrant incident and made critical remarks about government leadership and media narratives. The second half featured Machine Gun Randy's veteran-focused segment discussing Vietnam War experiences, PTSD support through the VA, and Memorial Day observances.
Constitution. You know the right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny. Not to hunt, it's to protect yourself from the police. Anybody that wants to disarm me can drop dead. Anybody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless. People that want to literally create the proven places where more innocents are killed called gun-free zones. We're gonna beat you. We're gonna vote you out of office or suck on my machine gun. What do we do? Politicians. Look, okay, just get any blunt objects together, alright? If you get corners, bash them in the head, that seems to work out. Kick together, stay sharp, and follow me. Dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave, in this the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper, so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number, you've traded in your name, you've given government control to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn holds they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be married. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave. O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? On the good evening, ladies and gentlemen, this is the evening intelligence report. I'm R. There is no doubt about that. It's the Obama problem. And when you see all these people doing things about, well, they need to be arrested. Well, this character is in office, but needless to say, we all know the game that's being played. It is 2021, older calendar, 2021, Battle for the Republic, the Dance of Swords. And swords, I've been looking for certain things here, been trying to track down certain resources with different companies, and one of the wholesalers I've dealt with for a very long time, as a matter of fact. It's nothing but red. I just would just, it didn't take long, I can go right into the inventory. In, for instance, cutting edges, everything basic is gone. And I mean out of 158 options on just a folding pocket knife. I have two options that are useful. There are a few others that are like, you know, unique odds and ends, weird stuff that it doesn't have a whole lot of practical application, but it's, they look cool, but they're not useful. Very few items. And in hatchet axes, even conventional uh... woodman's axes not just battle axes or throwing axes or anything like that everything anything that is a weapon cell right now and in the uh... bb appellate and also in the optics the optics of course is where we got you know the axion uh... optics from same thing nothing absolute zero factor of no items left in those categories of many, well, over a thousand some odd items. I just went page by page by page by page by page by page. I was just curious after I was like looking for what I wanted, it's like I can't even find any, there's nothing else there anybody else could use. So this is happening across the board with a lot of different inventories. Right now I'm waiting on three different parts, three different sets of parts that are in the automotive industry again. And this is the third time that we've had to sit back and wait, just got a listing that it's like they're hundred-plus orders for the certain uh... batch parts and there's no there's no light at the end of the total or nor anything on the horizon so now what i'm doing is i'm looking for a wreck and if i can see something i might even be picking up and buying a wreck uh... like from farce book or from uh... craigslist and we're going to strip it down inventory it because there are certain things that i just know i'm going to want and this is where we're not even in the worst of conditions yet we're just it just you're very quietly not telling you about are not talking about it and part of it does have to do with shipping i do understand that that's something that uh... had a conversation with uh... the people with uh... to the different tool companies and they've blown out said that uh... if they're allocated how much they can ship out of the time and effect with the specific volume of product because they're trying to give everybody some time on the plane for shipping. Which I think is rather fascinating. So it depends on where you are, what part of the country. So that's creating lockups or back orders, stoppages in other areas because of it. And just the way things are. I'm not complaining. I mean, we expected we knew where this was going to go. we warned everybody when acting get was coming in way before hand could have stopped it we tried to other people were traders what right along with it they're not worried about another lap and rasal because they've screwed all of you and uh... that's just the way things are so let's get around and get out of the business at hand again don't just complain about prom better have a solution uh... i will point out again uh... away that pull them well even as i'm talking i'm getting a sonar ping from our friends very people talking about how do you like that well more no improvement but but that way kick it i got a flag for tactical gear and i will return because all they must have gotten something good they got nothing in it was just some kind of auto send and their inventory of tactical material is down to almost zero leader of water to items are they just got the item in or they're gone that either that that that i would that i would as well out of the court called trip in their place date we got your color Hey, um, yeah, this is Todd down in Orlando. I was the one who called on a Friday and suggested the helmet That was at Club tactical the tactical political. I'm sorry And I got a thing on Facebook I was just on Facebook and I saw the the ad on the side and I was like, oh, let me click on that I wouldn't look down. I was like that's a nice looking helmet and I was watching the video on it and the video seems pretty good. Now this is a different video than the other caller had posted and I want to bring this to everybody's attention. The video I watched is a 29 minute video where the guy does a bunch of tests to the helmet including double out buck, 9 millimeter 357 44 Magnum and then a lead slug and then a copper 12-gig slug In the video that he did all those tests. This was a video from August of 2017 The one where the the caller from the last hour called in the video he posted was from March of this year The video that he posted the guy was having 22 long rifle 22 Magnum 9 millimeter and 10 millimeter go right through the helmet both sides But the video that the other guy had where he was shooting it with double out buck 12 gauge didn't go through 357 didn't go through 44 Magnum bounced off 12 gauge bounced off the copper one went through and Then he shot it with a 762 30 239 that went all the way through both sides So we have a helmet that came out four years ago that said it was level 3A, which the guy said in the video, he says these helmets aren't designed to stop bullets, they're designed to stop shrapnel. And four years ago, that helmet worked pretty good. So obviously, between the time that the helmet first came out four years ago and 2021, they have lowered the quality. to keep the same price point and now they're selling a helmet that's not really a ballistic helmet but they've kept the name. Okay so I when I posted it on the discord and I called in I saw the advertisement for it and all I said was check it out. I didn't say go ahead and buy it. It's a good deal. I've got the helmet. It's great. I just said check it out and that's all I said. I don't know. That's not a problem. It just everybody following up when did what they did. Nobody was complaining about you calling it in or anybody for that matter because everybody has different information bases. My point on this is that I wouldn't even trust them more recent video right away because i have seen people do absolute squirrels girlless videos on youtube where they've absolutely lied about what they were doing okay i've got that's that's the first problem guys don't assume that everybody you've got people out there who are in competition with each other and they will pull a product out that you because it can do exactly what i'm saying you can go and find i know where did i already told you were to go if you want to get an a b s knockoff of a past cat helmet just one model is not the only one there are all the others are out there i have examples of everyone Seriously, I have everyone. We'll never shoot them because I know better. Okay, I know what the composition of material is. There are things that you look for in the helmets. And since you brought this up, I want to point this out. First of all, when you get a sample before you do anything, you unscrew the basket, okay, the head basket. And what you want to do is if you really want to, first of all, if it's an ABS slash a bump helmet, When you undo the male-female pin, which is, remember they're soft, they're designed so your head won't get stabbed by something. When you separate them, look inside the cut channel for the screw hole. Now, if it's actually Kevlar, now there is solid cast Kevlar, but you don't see very much of that, and again, it doesn't offer the same protection. But in this case, it's pretty easy to see whether or not you have fibrous stock inside. In other words, like fuzz. It looks like little fuzzy ends. If you see little fuzzy ends, it looks almost like you can make out layers. That typically is kevlar. Nobody who's making a trash second line helmet is going to bother with that. They don't. It's just easier to make a solid casting nowadays. It's cheaper. so that's the first thing you look for if you got a helmet like that in fact even if you're just looking at something for your own curiosity uh... it's something we're talking about also on the air that you are put to our block if i go to a yard sale or something i see one of those uh... kevlar tape helmet for five dollars i would buy it no matter what the hell it is it will mark it might not be the one you want to order all the one i want cuz they all work uh... but i would point out again i would be able to assemble it there because if i can get it for five dollars that's a the even the a b s helmets if you can find them they used to be attend our item they're now a twenty twenty five thirty dollar item that's what i've been saying about all this china junk now that you know it has control the market and they're devaluing our currency guys stuff isn't cheap like it was before That's one of our biggest problems. So even in the bump helmets, it's worth it as long as you understand, well for $5 I'm going to take my chances. Now you're going to find out real quick. If you handle the ABS helmets, you're going to see how much lighter they are. That's really obvious. Remember that the Kevlar helmets, no matter what they are, the Mark VI, the Sep IIs, the Italian knockoffs, which by the way, those the Italian, I think the Italian Sep II, but I'm talking about the other Italian Kevlar helmets. There's others that have been available through sportsmen's. Sportsman's Guide or Coleman's or Major, and all the other companies have them. uh... and the regular past that are much heavier their it's very obvious when you pick them up if you have the two sitting side by side comparable weight by itself is going to tell you what's going on and this is why i don't trust that video that everybody is referencing i'm just going to tell you from my prayer until i if you were going to do that again let's point something out about about trying to demonstrate somebody's got a scoreless marketing practice going on here's what you're going to do you're going to have been on the ups guy show up you're going to have a box and you look on the label of those all of from schmidd lap or in this case ballistic club dot com now i'm gonna show you that their bastards so what i'm going to do is start the camera i'm going to do what you see a million other toy toy players do out there with airsoft r c toys uh... modeling or stuff they buy that uh... collectors items it's the unboxing video Well, I didn't see an unboxing video of that, and that's a big flare for me right from the get-go, because every one of the backstab videos I've seen always do this. They don't have the consistent trail of evidence, you know what I mean? So beware, beware both ways. I don't want to pay $100 for a bump helmet. I can get a bump helmet, like I just told you guys. You can go over if you want an ABS, look-alike military helmet that does good work. You can go over to Colmans.com, punch in helmets, and you'll see the British training helmet. And I pointed out, look at the suspension, and look at the chin strap. You'll see what I'm talking about, about the different styles and quality. Now even that British ABS copy is a better helmet than the average one the Chinese were sending over here. I don't doubt it. It may have even been made by the Chinese, the one that the British bought. Why not? They do. But the thing is that their specs on it dictated that it had all of these other features that you typically find on the better helmet. So it's a good bump utility combat helmet. Now the pass-get or Kevlar, that's where again, yes, I can take you to 10 places, I do it on the air here. You can buy a Kevlar helmet for under $100 right now. You can buy a Mark 6 for $80 over at Sportsman's Guide at about the same price over at Coleman's and I think they have even, they might even have the Mark 6 but they want a little bit more for over at Major's Surplus and that's just three of the dozens of companies that have those. So that's under $100 and that's a damn good helmet. If it's an actual Mark VI, now like I said, there have been mistakes made in the past, years ago, decades ago, Brigade Quartermaster, decades ago, back in the 90s. This is the year 2021. Anybody who does that now, yes, that's why I use the term Skirillist. If they try to market an ABS helmet, then personally they should be found castrated lobotomized and try to tell you it's a Kevlar helmet. Then yes, we'll find out about that. So I'm going to make this, I just decided let's find out about this and be done with it. So we'll know real soon about ballisticclub.com. And if I don't like what I see, I'm going to tell you exactly everything about it I can. That'll take care of it. There's no attacking you caller or anybody for bringing the information up. It's just like you said, guys, do some research now. Even when we do the research, the biggest problem is we have to deal with YouTube and Facebook and all these other social media, and I'll be quite honest, they're like Wikipedia. Wikipedia is totally unreliable as far as its database goes, because it can be arbitrarily changed by a bunch of people that step in and throw information that has nothing to do with the actual person or the event or anything. And it's kind of the same thing with some of these evaluations. If, again, we want to be, let's just say, crime scene meticulous. You know what I mean, guys? That's how we want to think. We always have to do this on the Patriot side. The other side can lie through their teeth. You can watch the nightly news and watch them lie through their stinking teeth and sculpt whatever they're going to do. On our side, we've got to fix it. You know, we have to make it right. We have to be 100% right. Or we're totally crazy. you know no matter what the hell it is a care of its it but all the turf it's you know the the the old bomb all you know doing what he's doing or the you know we got a activity in government so in this case uh... again bump helmets a lot of a lot of operational groups use just bump helmets and i mentioned that many times so where the idea of the ball pelvis come from well in reality is that the airborne school they use the drop helmet instead of a regular uh... pit spot later on the year with your combat drops or your your regular drop shield user a uh... depending on the euro sometimes we used up basically a football helmet because that's what they look like uh... The same is true with regard to though, like Delta Force or the different special warfare units. What was the big thing that they came out with that was really cool when they did it years ago? They start using bump helmets. What were they? Hockey helmets. Standard, off-the-shelf, hockey helmets. That's what they're called, the bump helmet. People caught on the hockey rink are going to fight with guys who have, oh that's right, they're carrying a two-handed stick. but you know it leave your head why i'd open given the opportunity and for that reason they have held with that comparably protect you but also a lot of bill the fee cuz hockey is uh... you know hand i gave and you also have to hear because of the team sport so the hockey helmet was optimal because it was designed to deal with extreme impacts and it did the job now let me point them out you show up here and you're on the short end of the stick what i'm issuing you know however many thousands of helmets i have out some of you are going to end up with hockey helmets all unit will cause that we'll look cool together but i have a whole bunch of i have virtually dozens and dozens and dozens of tactically painted hockey helmets you know what better your being out there hanging in the brief question can say you were the cool crew because after all special warfare people were hockey all of them And they make you feel better? There you go. Well, Mark, the reason I brought up that helmet when I saw it was, you know, I'm always looking for a decent helmet that would be able to accommodate the night vision, the PBS-14. So, or if I upgrade to like the, you know, a quad lens or something like that. So, this thing said level 3A and I was like, wow, this is a ballistic helmet and it'll hold the night vision. So that's why I was interested in it. But yeah, there are some cheaper ones out here for you know sixty seventy dollars that will that also have the night vision mount that are not the worst of calumet at all who are better than nothing right even there be where are they now remember you can get a there there really isn't a difference in the quality of those there that's why i'm saying if you're a uh... if it's a bump helmet pretty much are all made from the same sources and so you want to find the best price you can on those to have those side malt for the you know white fixtures or optics or uh... you know any kind of you know for example i got a lot of cameras on one side will money flash on the other than ever make vision in the middle uh... this is a michel but by the way i will point out again that the michel but is I was not excited when the mishalmets came out and I was even less excited when the high cut, they used to determine, they're using that for most of them, the high cut because the purpose behind the helmet is to put more tactical material around the brain pan. And that's the biggest issue, guys. We know the government will not spend money on a soldier. If they could send you into the field, bare-ass naked, with a grass skirt and a stick, they would. you all understand that that's how valid you are to those ring knockers like biden and and bomber and and bush they give a squat less about your very high net so when they do spend money then usually will court there at the patting your pocket thing where they buy it but we never get it but soldier i've explained that for decades over the years i bought bought comager material back when i was in service is like what we can't issue that because it's so expensive and then i later on i'm buying problems i'm buying buildings full of surplus about exaggerating tech mentioned i issue help like he saw what i've moved and she was there to help move it and you know what gets me but it is here's all the stuff brand new in the box that we can't give out cuz we'll be be would be used up and then uh... decade later i'm i've got party of each of the items that we can't give it to you and it's brand new in the box and I'm buying it for chump change. I'm buying it like a building for $60. And that's not exaggeration. In fact, one time I bought a third of a building, third of a warehouse, three of us, and I paid $60 for one third of that warehouse. That warehouse took five solid days with a 20, with a, forgive me, a 12 horse, a goose neck trailer filled like a big cotton condom. You know, like, it's like, Oh, forgive me, cotton, ten pecs, you know, solid chunk of cotton going down the road from one end to the other offloaded, offloaded, as quick as I could get it somewhere I could dump, but I'd turn right around and drop it in there. We'd be loading it up again, and it took five days, and we just barely got the thing cleared. That's how much stuff was there. We'd start first thing in the morning and would end at about six in the evening, because your base is only open for so long for us. So anyway, fact of the matter is that there's a lot of stuff like that out there that you can get used to get for a reasonable price. We're not seeing that now. And as far as like the Kevlar helmets, again, the pass gap was designed specifically to meet the needs and the concerns that came out of the studies of the Vietnam War, but also overlapped with massive studies done in World War II. and massive studies that were done even with the war, the war they wanted to forget, the Korean War. So that's why we got to where we did and the government bought this equipment. Okay, now some of we never did see and then it did show up in surplus which really pisses you off. But like the helmets got out there and if you pay attention, high neck so that it covered the throat The side panels come down farther so that it does more to overlap with that neck even though you still have to articulate. You've got to move your head. You've got to be able to see. You still have to be able to put a gas mask on and wear the gas mask with all the other junk you're wearing. Don't forget that one. And these were thought out systems and they worked. Well then of course they started peeling it back and peeling it back and helping some of these new vests. You don't even have neck armor again. And guys, it's your neck and beater that you're sticking out there to get shot most of the time, even if you're dug into a position and you have sandbags on top of you and sandbags to your side, you still have to expose or at least move yourself towards a firing station or a firing port. And so that bullet scuds through that area and smacks you in the neck, smacks you in the chin, hits you in the side of the head. That's why the armor was built the way it was. because that's typically the part you're most likely to expose. You'll try to keep the rest of your hind end from being blown apart, being chopped up. So heads up on this. You know, the older armor is not bad. It's just, again, I know it's limitations, but the other half of this is, even though I mentioned bullets, remember, people are lobbing grenades, even if you're in a fighting position. Somebody launches an RPG at you, it doesn't hit you, but the fragmentation of the spald is all over the place. Well, it comes through those nice little shooting ports. It works its way right in between, just like it's bowling for dollars. It gets right in between all that stuff you put in the way. Because there's a place where you have to put bullets out, there's also a place for things to come in. And that's even with all that defensive protection, you still need the armor. it's a good thing to have and if that you are pretty you know again do it might try to cover as much your hind end as you can economically if at all possible even bump helmets do offer some some very limited protection against a lot of the stuff lying around half of what you have in the way of debris is flying at Oh, as little as a few thousand feet per second, or if you're lucky, maybe a few hundred if it just spun off and just kind of ricocheting off things, up to, you know, if it's close to the epicenter of a blast, remember a blast, the expansion of those gases is pushing material at about 28,000 feet per second. As you move very quickly away from the blast, that pressure wave drops off very quickly. That's why there is a blast radius and there's a lethal and less lethal blast radius. as quickly as that explosion physics expands it's losing its potential because of resistance just with the air and so there's uh... there's this epicenter which is kind of like with a nuclear attack in any explosion when you see a description of a nuclear attack that epicenter is consistent because it's applied p.s. fire or more in expansion 5 psi or greater for the epicenter of an explosion or a blast or whatever That's why your survivability is way way down if you're right on top of a grenade or right on top of a mortar or whatever needless to say though But remember that most of you are not going to be in the epicenter And so soft armor makes a big difference and anything you can put between you and might be what might be sailing around, chunks of metal working like a scimitar flying through the air, might just cross over you and just create a long, hellacious laceration. But with a piece of bump plastic in the way, might just make a nasty gak in that helmet but not a nasty gak in your head. You know, it's something, everything counts, just like with bullets, everything slows down bullets. How well it does, determined by what you've chosen away from material. Like you're saying, Mark, anything, any armor is better than no armor. Yep. Yeah, the only thing is I don't want you spending $100 on the bump helmet if I can, you know, because I know you can spend a lot less. So they'd be pissing me off if they're doing something like that. We're going to find out real quick. And again, I don't have a problem with that because, you know, really, by the way, the offer is already gone. Everybody understands that. That was a little special thing that you caught. And right now, they're asking a lot more for the same helmet. So you tell me. I mean, but... It's like testing weapons. A lot of these guys, I've seen this several times, the fools just don't like the pattern of gun. It's like your Glock shooters, okay? Even the guys that are 1911 shooters, although they don't, it's usually the other way around. It's usually the newer shooters with the newer toys that are usually not as experienced and for that reason, in many cases, are also, let's just say, less genuine. There's a lot of other words I could use, but they're less genuine. And because of that, they'll just do goofy garbage that just intentionally, I mean, like I said, like the video where, well, my gun's so tough, I'm gonna throw it down! Look, I'll throw my gun down after I shoot. I don't think he was trying to start a trend or something with him, you know, how many people are stupid enough to throw their rifles with their optics on the ground for the fun of it. What will happen if you put your loaded Glock in a microwave? That's how much I need. yeah that the uh... you know the uh... you go for a solid look the company with i think it really don't know what the guy that made that video the million so maybe you do some right but but but but but but that's another thing and i i i there's a good job i can remember the kids they he's got a bunch of goofy stuff like he had a bunch of a lot of bunch of uh... high point niche out of so it's like how many kar pal will be the cheese will take to stop a bullet like final the person in my mind i'm sorry i'm that's a horrible way to food you know i mean I think the guy's name you're talking about is FPS stands for First Person Shooter. FPS Russia. He's got more money than Brian. He's got a Russian accent. He's not even Russian. It's fake. And he made a bunch of stupid videos about blowing stuff up in a microwave or what will happen if you drop cinder blocks or something like that. And he got millions and millions of views and I think he made... through the whole thing like six or seven million dollars. Right. Again, it's not working where, just what people want to hear, you know? Well that's the other problem, and again remember guys, it doesn't mean that we haven't, aren't going to be cautious, we'll just keep reminding everybody of this, but there's a lot of people that are doing this because it's kind of like I've said before, play in the roobs boss, play in the roobs, now that can be in business. but with videos and especially with the with the the the uh... internet especially with the social media stuff is meal in this case a lot of the stuff is just goofy does for the sake of knowing how much you can get away with a new york bragging about all to offer the side to your body's uh... you know both the little tribe you run with that uh... we'll go to the good man in the product manager of the uh... uh... i've seen i've seen that it is a good attitude for all my life And it's a horrible waste, or it's a horrible waste. One thing if you qualify it by, this is all just BS. But the problem is, is that it creates tempest in the teapot conflict, and it's not excellent. So in reality, is it beneficial towards the effort? Well, if you're an adult and you see what we're dealing with right now, or have been dealing with for decades, Guys, this war has been going on for a long time. We have been taking it very seriously. Some people don't take anything seriously at all, or only when it's finally, again, they have their epiphany because it bites them and they ask, do they finally get motivated? And even then, it's by that time, how much damage do they do before they did that? There's two variations on that. There's also the Republicans who claim they're going to fight forever, and then as soon as they can get serious, their spine drops out, their bung hole like a meat cell phone, and they're gone. There's two variations, but they both create a tremendous amount of waste. To give you an example, Mark, before 2020, I told people to start preparing for a collapse because of all the money printing going on. And after 2020, you've got people that are like, yeah, I need to buy a gun or maybe get some ammo or something. I'm like, well, how about stocking up on food and water? Get a water tank, get some deep cycle batteries in a generator. Now, I mean, these people, you know, they're like, and these are military vets that have been overseas and seen the kind of things that collapse in the currency will do, and they don't believe it can happen here. Even to this day, they still don't believe after they've been talking about this thing called a great reset, they still don't believe that the American dollar can collapse. And they haven't done anything much less get night vision, or, you know, anything else that really matters like, you know, CB radios or water purification filters and stuff like that they don't care about that stuff. Well that will vary depending upon again to what degree it feels politically correct. That's the other problem is worrying about what other people are going to think where adults don't have the brain, some of you that are supposed to be adults don't have the brain to realize you don't need to tell anybody what you're doing while you're doing it or if you decide to actually act. I mean that's one of the things where you know the there's this this concern that people would go to because I prepared and they're not I'd liken it to the whole thing about the guy with the you know storm cellar that he built right out in front of his house he just put a hole in the ground basically took a uh... uh... antarctic tank and turned it which is the coolest one to do quickest to do it turned into a storm shelter he bought one that it put in and the neighbors were laughing what do you need that for and they're in a tornado belt Well, the next time the tornadoes came through, all those people are laughing at him. They're not a problem anymore. They all died. Seriously, the guy even had video. He was running the camera when he jumped in just as a tornado hit. And every house in the line that he was in, he's the only one that had a storm cellar. And it was away from the house. He ran out in front of the house. He had to put the kids in. He realized he forgot the bird and something else. He went and got the blasted bird and I think the cat. and he ran in and he jumps in just as the things hit and he pulls the door shut and you can hear that freight train go over. Then they showed the aerial view the next day and it's like, well, or I should say, no, next day, because it was next business day. And every house in that line, all of them were scattered over 100 acres. And his house was too, but guess what? He wasn't in the house. Everybody else was. They were all in their houses. They're all dead. So this is the same thing with Florida. Same thing with Florida. They see people that do this stuff that there was a guy up in the panhandle that had a home with two foot thick concrete black walls, you know, poured concrete walls that was sitting, he had a house on the beach and everybody else has a mobile home. Okay, the hurricane came through and it was like a hundred and, you know, 50, 60 miles an hour when the mobile homes got blown away along with the people and that guy was fine on the inside. Yep. Oh, and they still put these mobile homes up. My parents my grandparents put a house down in Inglewood when nobody knew where the hell Inglewood was It was Palmetto for as far as you could see back in the early 60s And I remember that like it was yesterday Today if you go to look at Inglewood, Florida go do a Google Drive-by drive through the area. It's non-stop You know skyscrapers, you know and every kind of construction you can imagine The thing is that back in the day everything down there was built as they hit up their houses from that block house Just like you said one foot square you know like not square but one foot cement block one foot wide thick and then regular length and cement filled and then it was a cement cap roof and then they had a regular roof on top of that to make it look like it was any other ranch house but you know what that was because down there if a tornado or forgive me tornado hurricane hit then like you said they closed the shutters everybody lets it ride through they open the shutters and they're back to work Well, Mark, that's the thing that people don't realize is that when you have a hurricane down here in Florida, tornadoes spawn out of that hurricane, and they do more damage than the hurricane itself. Yeah, another thing there too is it would just take but a little bit of construction to do the basics, and this is true of even like preparedness. It only takes a little bit of work to accomplish the basics and get everything just on the shelf. Once you got it, you got it. It's like militia preparations the same way. Once you've got it, unless you want to help with, like I've said, I would appreciate it, deeper logistics, if you were just worried about the idea, I want to be personally prepared. It should only take you no more than a week or two, and it's purely a matter of income, but if you cherry pick and you look for the really, really, really good prices on stuff, your weapon is still the most expensive item. Everything else is available off the shelf for a reasonable price. And once you got it, it's yours. You're done. That's it. Now you don't have to fret and chew on your toenails, but I need something else. If you went through the shopping list, other than tweaking, because you use equipment and you decide maybe you like something different, that's fine. You know what? We're not the army. You get to do that. see that's the one thing i keep reminding everybody is like you do something and if you didn't like it what you are you can change out we don't have the kiawai table of authorized equipment are rhetoric going on like military initially does not venture would you go overseas guys grab anything they want either carry it with them or they pick it up over there body in the but the basics especially for inspections we don't have that So if it works for you and you like it, you stick with it. If you find out there's something that's a little different, you don't throw away what you got. Now you can make, like I said, start collecting to make a backup system. At the very least, get your basics as a Minuteman with a Minuteman combat load squared away. Get that done with, you know, again, House Pack, combat load. and whatever auxiliaries you want to put together in other words extra bubbles of food extra water whatever you're going to do and then still have your food water for just everyday life which by the way all your preparedness stuff for your militia activities can easily keep you alive in the other area i mean food is food so you know one word other the investment is there and again there's no real legitimate argument there's just a matter of the pet willie's or you know not do anything and expect somebody else to do something for them because that is the most common thing you hear all the socialists are like that that's why i laugh well these people are all there all for in favor of the dual order like or they may be not that but they're at least in favor of the regime and you know the government take care of you all of what value are they to the system what will they provide what are they going to bring to the table Nothing. I mean literally, in reverse order, guys, I would say be very thankful. I've had this conversation several times over the last weekend. You know, the mask thing is the best damn thing that could happen to us. I'll repeat that again. This whole mask thing in the last 12 months is the best damn thing that could have happened to us, because you find out who the piss-willies are. you also find out who the i want are the ones who expect double go to the court or everything well i know that you're saying that but you know what by the way we're going to do this this this business well you know what in the in the process now recruiting that's worth the other end of the scam guys people who truly have a genuine hatred for everything that they've been happen are very easy to find out and the mask of everything about this the mass is the mass group of the lifted to a degree so now you know who the able return of you know paranoid slash you know hypochondriac type who they are and you're clear of them you don't even bother with them they're not in the inventory of things to do but think about how that saved you time you might look at that person and they've got always got a camouflage head on all he's talking about patriots stuff yet nobody's talking for a matter of course and you got to have a verified when you get more than when you start moving a little towards him and get the bug eyed and while he's talking about how we're going to do this or work but you're not No, you're not. I think it happened. These colors don't run unless they tell me to put a mask on. Right. Well, and it's so again, well, guess what? It's like you can gauge how deep the person is that way too, because again, everybody will do something. OK, but, and again, what's really fascinating is the same person, here's what's cute, a lot of these people that are such a Twilight Zone freaks about these piss-willing, you know, these cheap-ass masks. when you tell them all that you need a gas mask or or all okay so you're wearing a five and dime mask that doesn't do anything and i'm talking about the technology that you actually would need for what the threat that you're we're discussing but also for other threats now you're willing to spend dollar after dollar on the stupid little peacefully masks but you could spend just one amount one dollar amount be done with it have it on the shelf and you have a full-range and he can't mask Now you've already acknowledged that there's a biological threat out there in your brain, your mind. So with that being the case, biological, chemical, and nuclear seem to be something that is a real apparent threat. And let's not forget, remember last week, they immediately, when we were starting this scam about the Ukraine, not, I don't know what to say, Iraq, with the Ukraine, immediately, guys, did you notice they started talking nuclear option almost immediately? Did anybody pay attention? Well, you know, we've got our nuclear this and our nuclear that or limited nuclear response, and it's like, oh, okay, so what they're telling you there is, whatever we told everybody about having a gas mask because of nuclear, biological and chemical, turns out we were right. Now, that's for all these people who are worshipping the public fool system, the public broadcasting system, the controlled media, and the Soviet government we have. Oh, so we've got a big threat with a possible World War III nuclear scenario. Oh yeah, yeah. Well then we all need gas masks. Oh no you don't. No you don't. Remember what I said before about this? All their bullets, all the BS, everything that they keep pulling. They want you to go through these rituals that mean nothing. But the moment you start talking about what they're terrified of, they can't have you properly equipped. to protect against the real threats that they plan on using against you. Have you noticed that? Everything and anything they can to tell you you don't need a gas mask. Remember when they had the thing on the 6th? They immediately had a gas mask in hand. Where'd they get that from? And they're shaking the gas mask. Those people had these! Well, why did they do that? Like I told you, they want you to wear the silly face mask that does nothing and protects you in no way, shape, or form. because that's the ritual of the muslim face cover troll thing but otherwise if you were serious that you'd be walled yeah i have a gas mask is a great we might be you know far worse situations imagine if we have to handle a whole bunch of bodies which you want to face mask or a gas mask have you ever handled bodies in the summer Have you ever opened a freezer or a refrigerator that's gone bad during the summer and you didn't know about it and it's been sitting for a week? You know, put a gas mask on and you'll find out how well it works. Let me give you a hint. Here's a fun project. Tell somebody, hey, this is a good test. Let me bring my gas mask over. Now you put your face mask on and I'm going to put the gas mask on and let's see how quickly we can clean out this gag-o-matic refrigerator. I guarantee that the poor fool with the little stupid, you know, 10 cent or even $10 face cover isn't going to be standing there very long. Although they may be contributing to the stuff on the floor, but they aren't going to be protected. Yeah, Mark. Go ahead, caller. Get in there. Yeah, this is TexMakes. Yeah, I just wanted to ask you, let you know about the, my dealings with Centerfire. What happened was, seems like Saturday or something, like I said, I had that talk with him. I never did send in my driver's license. But Saturday night FedEx showed up and the hold, I got a box and it had my vest in there, the Hungarian vest. So I'm set with that. And I was also going to ask you about, what were you saying about the Italian helmet? Is that a good helmet? I don't know if it's not a bad, it's a good helmet. No, there's nothing wrong with it. I'm just saying that the CEPT helmets, the CEPT 2s are the only ones really out there in any good quantity right now that I can see. The Mark 6 and the CEPT are pretty much what's left. And the way it looks, as far as those go, that September 2nd is what they represent, I'm pretty sure. It's not just CEPT. I'm sure it has some kind of an acronym otherwise, but it's an Italian anniversary date. represents but anyway um... and don't ask me what the average risk at the look it up but uh... it's one of the things where at the same time when the austrian came out with their version of the past get the french have their is the italian had their as and we had ours everybody basically built the same the serve have their it from that same window of time though it's a good helmet in fact uh... they're still using it they were they didn't get rid of most of them uh... this was just what came out in the last cycle of stuff from italy but and they're doing that because they need cash remember italy got hit hard roll the struggle with the uh... corona beer virus so that's why you saw this burst of italian equipment that was all you know hardware looking for cash in their goal through the closet to see what they could sell and that's what they did they be at work out to the run a revolution market than the runner revolution market which reflected because they're short a lot of items so they're most of the showing up there a lot of it's not even you know it's going right into the general market which is what happened i would think twice about wearing any of those mark six accept the Serbian helmets the UN knockoff german ones you're really at the paint job affected that conversation couple times this weekend well the a pain every adult well most of ours we don't i leave the UN blue and put a helmet cover up the work out uh... i was going to give you a quick review on the uh... on the Hungarian vest I got. It's pretty well well worn. I must have got one of the last ones since my order didn't ship, probably last one. But it's pretty, I mean it's all together, all the buckles work, all the Velcro's good. But I can tell it's well worn. It has a pocket in the front and in the back and they're kind of threadbare, you know, and whatever, what they were doing. Especially on the back you can tell somebody's probably in the vehicle a lot. Yeah, and it was kind of thin back there But otherwise it you know some sweat stains on it and everything at least there's no smell of you know I don't smell pepperoni or anything or but it's good Well again it was a the one's when they came out the first time that that vest had the ceramic plates and was up around 200 to 300 dollars and so basically how well there we go i got the wrong place um... one two three there we go well i don't know what that was anyway um... the uh... latest models that they just came out with their maybe a batch of those on during ones with the ceramic plates again because the next cams going to be in here in the next two weeks so we're going to keep a hawk i'll for that one also over at uh... center fire you know if you've been watching them they had the women's body armor on friday guys and i mentioned it by caught about the better detail uh... i'd they're out of it already they got it in they listed it and all of the quick as they were to do with the thirty one dollars of that and if you were paying attention or sorry about that it was uh... second chance armor children second chance that so over a great made right here in michigan and second chances the grandmama of pretty much all the body armor out there so the uh... for thirty one dollars they were worth it now in theory we got some of those in theory will see what happens but after it that or was placed the will call now we gotta watch to see if they come back in the stock if they do thirty one dollars per second you know level it probably going to be level two or level two a which used to be the norm for everything so if anybody starts talking that down just slap them side to head it's thirty one dollars worth of body armor now it's level two or level two eight it might be stab armor but i doubt it and that's level one as everybody calls it stab armor level one was the original kevlar that came out there were two grades level one level two and it was all because of certification and rating Level one is basically the only thing that's used for or considered for the most part is stab armor, but it will stop lead. If you've got pellets coming at you, whatever, it's going to stop or at least reduce dramatically the damage because it will still probably dimple you quite nicely. It's going to thud when it hits the vest. It's going to let you know what's there. But if I could get that for $31, I'd buy it. far as i'm concerned right now any armor i can get uh... you pass it on i guess that i've got people right now waiting as soon as i let him know where that was they wanted to pick it up now i don't know how much they got which means that maybe why we michigan may have bought out everything we have the people that picked it up if they did listen to what i was saying on saturday are probably the reason the stuff not there today on monday if that's simple there's there's so many people organizing in michigan at what it every level not whatever i say what's a real whatever level take a pic and they know who they're going to be going after to the point where they've they don't have enough equipment to outfit every last person that they presently have organized out inevitable we're going to eat up all this surplus and then we're going to be turning to the new stuff because it's the only will only direction to go which is another reason it's good to know when that ballistic club thing was brought up. We'll find out if they're reliable or not real quick. I haven't heard anybody else jump out at them in our circles, but we'll find out. Like I said, and the same with bulletproof me, I didn't even bother to check to see if there was anything right now that would be, you know, stuff that we need. I'm sure they have it, but I haven't had a chance to do anything more with them yet. And again, once we do, we'll let you know. Anything else, Tex-Mex? We're almost to the top, sir. Oh, no, not really. But like I said, at least I didn't have to give them a driver's license. I guess they figured I was who I was. And they said it. I was surprised. Well, I think the other half of this, like I said, this carrier, remember that they are a private, not gun interested company. And you got to remember, you got all these other anal retentive control freak operations that they overlap with. And so they may have just assumed the standard. You know what I mean? Now, in other words, they do it for every, for other companies, because it's what their state demands, or the city demands, or whatever. And so they did the assume on the side of the police state, so to speak. Because that happens everywhere. It's not center fire doing that. It's a service doing that. And they confirm that from the other end when I talk to them specifically about this. Oh, well, the shop has nothing to do with that service. Hey, Mark. Go ahead, call or jump in there please. Yeah, I was going to say this shooting that recently took place with Andrew Brown Jr. Keep in mind that the family went and saw the 20-second video today and in the press conference they said that the guy who got shot, they were serving a warrant and the police came up. And we're shooting at the same time they were telling him to get out of the vehicle. Now, we haven't seen the video yet, but apparently the video is going to be released sometime this weekend. And if it is, and if it's true what they said about the video, we can expect some activity. right there will cook some while they're trying to find anything they can remember they have the they have the stable matic you know with the the fifteen-year-old girl it was my size issue on the tiny thing and you know go on the roundhouse nice thing they tried to lie about that to try and kick stuff off there is the regime this is all bomb up trying to get the black to do a black you know or it would spring to summer race riot thing The only thing that I would remind anybody who are there with any of the black populations out there is you know what? This is the same BSers that are running Obama, the Jewish mob, pushed for all the riots in the 60s. And I'm going to remind everybody that Watts, after they had the last big one, they never recovered again. They never came back, period. That's a fact. They did videos 11 years later in Watts. All the places they burned out were flat lots. and nobody came back to replace those businesses because why bother i don't want to be the next one burned out even though what we call bare boxes to do this in detroit they grab a storefront and it would just they leave everything in the boxes so that it couldn't get stolen as easily and these are even quote unquote black entrepreneurs and they still would have these characters coming in blatantly like to do on the flash mob thing and this is way before you know what the flash mob was this is in the nineties They'd barge in, grab every box and take a gravel one, each one grab a box, and they'd run like hell out onto the street. Now the poor guy, who by the way is a black businessman and he is black community, and this was demonstrated over and over again with video, he's trying to stop him, and who gets attacked? The guy who owns the store. So this is way before, I mean this is in between the big riots of the late 60s and early 70s, and then the little hiccups we had in the 80s, and then of course the crack wars go on from there, so that's like a riot non-stop. and it was still this kind of garbage all over so that they will think they're trying to figure out what they can get and it's been difficult your mafia that run and bumper bombers queuing them up on his either are a man he's the go-to man but you know the meat puppet is nothing he's totally irrelevant except that he'll be that they've got his hands squiggling the paper and that's it you're nothing he said that he's thinking it did that between his ears it's all coming from obama and open obama the killer valerie chair who runs him with jewish mafia northern chicago it was running most of this operation as far as tactically inside the country valor where valerie chair from valerie chair they try to do this to deflect it she's your credit she's a ukrainian jr ukrainian god mark schlapp in the microphone she's an irish he's iranian yeah she's an iranian jew Does everybody understand that? She's a Jewish-Iranian. I've told you this before, her second largest Jewish population, other than maybe Saudi Arabia, is Iran. Looks like a monkey to me. Huh? Looks like a monkey to me. Yeah, she, well remember, she was bragging before when Obama was there. She would be the first person there in the morning to eat meat right there in his bedroom door. And then the last person he'd eat because he was there was a bunch of noise about that switch. think about it she is a wicked monster like the rest of the tribe. We are more now. When I saw James flash a peace sign from the plane If one last was off to fight for Uncle Sam In the war-torn jungle skid-man When he first arrived in country He could not believe the designs Couldn't understand why people had to die But he did his thing for Nixon Still bloodaboned the land For a host of reasons He just can't defend These days just try to get by That day's a country 905 and it's time to open your veterans manual. I'm your host, Machine Gun Randy. I come to you through liberty3radio.4md.com. You might follow us on the website. We can do that at 712-4320-900. The activation code is 957-464. The activation code is star6. Excuse me, it's been a couple of weeks. Again, those numbers are 7124320900. The activation code is 957464 pounds. Again, 7124320900. After the basic code is 957464 pounds, SIRS-6 will activate you. Hey, Randy. Well, yes. It's it. It's good to hear from you. I've been trying to get a hold of you for a couple weeks But the number that I have for you is disconnected Well, this number you got now That's gonna be the regular number, okay. All right. I'll write it down. Oh, okay. I can see it. It's good. All right Yeah, I'm doing And about 10 a.m., I can bring you around. I just got so tired of getting moved. So I'm going to decide for 24 hours and then the same thing happened. Just get both tired. But you know, you get that now. Whenever it was, it meant to my sister and my believer's found out because I've been feeling pretty good here and I just hope that I live a different way around here. And that's the new quarantine. The weather of COVID was nothing. That's the main difference. That woke us up. A yes disease. And whenever it wasn't hitting me, bam, that knocked me right out. I hope it don't come back. It really did. It really did hurt. And, well, anyways, the weather's fine. Tomorrow's going up into the 80s here. And we're gonna... I'm going to enjoy some real good summer spring weather. And it's about time things started working a little bit. And by the way, this show is not intended for children. It's a show that is for adults. And if you have children that are listening to it, you know, I do things, I say things that I shouldn't say at the same time. So I gotta tell you this here, in case any kitties are out there, and they should be in bed anyways. Don't let your children like this, though. It is not intended for the young or the younger. You know, it's a show for anybody that's over 21 that wants to. hear what I got to say about veterans in summertime. And they're going to be coming in for holidays into South. So keep an eye out for them if they're getting into any trouble. Give them a yell, and people will leave their collards. But be careful. Some of them collards might have a machete or an axe or something. But yeah, don't mess with our soldiers. Remember how they messed with us in 67 to 75. They messed with us bad because we lost the war. Well, I just don't understand how the Army loses the war when the President orders his Secretary of State, who was Henry Schisinger, they ordered him to find an honorable way to withdraw now. Anybody knows that anything about war, if you voluntarily withdraw with honor. I mean withdraw from the war with honor, but you know I don't understand how they figured that one out. Because You surrendered. He turned the traps around and he had his child. And that was under order, so you did what you had to do. I knew one guy. I didn't know him, but I met his family. Randall Little. He was one of the 20th people that was killed in Vietnam during the time he was leaving. He volunteered to go someplace because he wanted to see. The guy before they left then who never made it back, it was, you know, I mean, enough that to go nowhere, especially when you're leaving in the street and people don't get caught, they get shot. And, yeah, that's what happened to Randy Little. He went to say bye, little friend. He got what we call buzzer luck. He got the helicopter going around and then all of a sudden the helicopter hit. It went down and when he got out running he got shot. So that's what happened to Timothy Little. Or not Timothy, that's his younger brother. But Randall Little. Wow. Two years later. I ain't gonna go there. No, I can't handle that tonight. Oh, well, I'll wait for another couple days, and then a couple weeks or not maybe, because that is deep. And it's hard sometimes, especially when you can't see what I just came through. I'm not even telling what the subject is. I just wish that it had never happened. More is war, and what's happening happens. I just need one again. That subject now here, I am talking about it. Let's move on to something else. Let's move on to the holidays that are coming up here. The Vietnam, the memorial that's the weekend. Let's start on Thursday night and move all the way through to Monday morning. That's a holiday that you get up early. go out to the parade and then go to the public picnic areas and celebrate until they shoot up fireworks. So don't mess none of that. You get up, you go see the parade, and hey, yeah, you're military hat. And don't be... Frightened if a child comes up to you and says thank you for your service You don't something along the way to take them in but you thank them for thanking you for doing your service and I started talking about that back. Oh Quite a while ago like no probably four or five years ago About well that was not part of my first shows I said, but ready to talk to a veteran, or a soldier or veteran, is not to ask them what they just got done doing. Thank them for their service, and if you can, buy them a beer, or maybe a steak dinner. But do what you gotta do to protect that soldier, because one thing, there are orders not to do anything if something should arise. Like some Michael had going on. Hey, how many kids did you kill this year? You know, that's Not what a veteran soldier wants to hear or a weapon because They do those soldiers do what they are told to do. They're disciplined and if they're told it's not engaged they don't engage unless they get Now I'm not going to say that they can do it, but I am going to say if I'm hit when I was 20, 21, 22, I wouldn't sit there and watch some people hit me. It's just one thing, it's Matt, I don't have patience. Everybody tells me on these cell phones, you know, I'm poking at it and nothing's happening. I'm mad and I'm poking. You just gotta touch it. You don't have to poke it. That's why I bring it all these back on. And most of them are spam because I don't usually get calls. One thing, I don't know how to get my number out. It's a new phone. My old phone is collapsed and that ran over by a tire. But, you know, that's what my new number is and I hope that I keep it a while. Got my granddaughter working on that phone. She's giving pictures back and somehow she's done. I couldn't get it turned on. But Grace is going through it. There is some pictures in there that I'd like to see if she can find it. So... for our veterans that are coming up for this Memorial Day experience. If you can get to Washington, DC, those are some of the best days. If you'll remember, they really come out and they put the show on in Memorial Day in Washington. I'm in one of them moods tonight. What was it I was gonna get into? I just don't remember. So we'll move on. Move on to, hmm, back to shouldn't be doing a job if you're not, don't have to be there. I never, Sergeant Gary Wright and gang specialist, Dan Cariano. Cariano had about 70% of his hearing. and he was waiting for a discharge. Sergeant Wright had never been across and north of the Quabiot River and he wanted to do that. When they got out and they went north and they were out by themselves, you know, but they're not in that position or anything. There to reserve I guess where they fought. Oh, they both had art But they were out by themselves going to do back and forth and a mortar round came right in between them killed them both and That's why they couldn't have been there. They had no No reason to do there. But the first sergeant he After that He made sure that if a person was in the combat area, they had a reason to be there other than wanting to be above a river and a thing going along with them to see the river. But St. Cariano's main is not on the wall. So he might be alive or, you know, made it home anyway. But he might have been there. And I'm sure that in the war today, there's the same thing going on. You want to come along, come along. But my guess is in the mines they put out, the big artillery, because these are a lot bigger bombs than the air in Vietnam. And the missiles they've out, they've returned them. SUV, they'll turn them over. And then after you fall down, you gotta find your gun and get ready because you're gonna go out to fight. And it's just a hard way for them to be doing things, you know? Guys coming to the VA, I was giving money away. I do that around Christmas season. I'll give a couple hundred dollars out. 20 dollar bills and get praises from people and satisfaction from me. Yeah, it's something that I did. So, I seen this guy, I was going in for an x-ray and his wife was walking him, our girlfriend, I believe it was his wife, was walking him down to mental health and he was in there when I came by. When I was called out, I went down by medications and that's where I thought I was binding and there they were. So I walked up and I said, hey first, thank you for your time and service and dedication. I'd like to buy you and your wife a month and I gave him $40. And he looked up at me and he still had that thousand miles, smile, sight. You know, we know what I'm talking about. You know, it's like looking at somebody and they're there and your focus goes on. I have seen them for a thousand yards, they call it, thousand miles. But he had that look on him and I told his wife that she is the main part to bring him back. you know, get away from him. The horrors and stuff. Two things that are, you know, those who do, you know, do something. But it's a strange way to say things, but damn, it's a strange show now. These people that are... That's right, rock on down the line. I wrote that song and recorded it back after the Korean War and letting people know that you know you've been wounded, you've been hurt, you got stuff coming to you. And like he says, some people get jealous, some don't mind. You know, I've had people... Get jealous because I was getting it and they were going to work every day. They were complaining and I said well you was in Vietnam, yeah and You was in combat Yeah, and I said you got PTSD. I look at you and tell once a million now and He says what's that? I said PST post-traumatic stress and you've got signs of it all over. He said, well, what can you do about it? And I said, well, I can tell you to go to the VA and tell them what you've been through and what you're like now, because right now you're aggressive. You don't know what you want, but this is... what he wanted, I told him. And I went as far as taking him with me the next time I went to the VA. And we got his papers with Representative and they took care of him. And he came out, he had 70% from the Army. And the VA, they turned over 30%. And that made 100%. And he claimed that he was even crucified. Thank you, ma'am. I didn't know that that was there for that. And I said, that's what the VA is for. Veterans Administration, they helped that thing. And he got along with it. And I guess today he's up north and I guess he's still all right. Because when I met Barry, He was in a bunker in the side of a hill and he had been there like 10 years and when I got him that home he put me into his house. But it was comfortable, you know, he had chairs and he had lighting going on and plumbing. But he was just living in the side of a hill. in the wintertime. He had to walk out through snow and that was when we had snow. That's when we had waist deep snow. So, you know, yeah, I'm talking back about 79, 80 and he got two all right living in there. That was his home. He was still in Vietnam. So when I... and got him straightened out and everything. He still stayed in his home. And I was talking to a man, and he told me that he had just got done sending his last child to college, and he spent three, he spent three, I gotta buy a win again. Randy, do we serve? I can hear some cooking in the background. Oh, okay, I just know that. Okay, then I'll just not make this phone call. So I think what were you trying to do? Yeah. I'm sorry, Randy. I was asking what were you trying to do? I was, I thought I was disconnected. Okay, now you're still here. Yeah. So, um, and we'll go on. You're still up five by five. I can hear you too. Okay. Good. So. He got his 100% and I found out that he had enough money that he wouldn't charge by launch out because this was his last kid that he put to college. Two of them were doctors, one was an attorney and this other one is business law. And I've never seen Mary again since. I know he's not living in a bunker outside of Hershey, Michigan anymore. And there are a lot of people out there like Larry. They still don't come in. And this is 57 years later, you know, when I was there in 68 and 69, I was there in 68 and 69. There was other people back behind me that went back around 64 and today they're still living in dugouts inside a hill and now we got people from Afghanistan. I'm sure they got their families and they obviously are being treated wrong by the VA. because the federal government did not release permission for them to give what really helped out back to marijuana. And yeah, I know it's an illegal substance. Some places, other places, more than half of our states are illegal, if not for recreation, but for medical conditions. or some places like Michigan, we got full control of what we do on that day, you know. You can go your plants, which is coming up, and it's just happy, happy, happy, I guess. But it's right, what they give, that's just for DTSD, or for any combat-related injury, not including violence. amputees because they got a visible wound that you can see. It's not like a bad back or something. You know, you can't see it, but the guy who has it really feels it and they kind of move real quick when they're trying to walk. And he says, I don't see much along with you. That's the thing that they run into. And that's where the jealous ones come from. They got to get up every morning and go to work and come home and go to bed, get up and go to work. And you never have to go to work. You know, that's one thing about this army in the United States, not Army only, Marines, Air Force, Marine, Guards, if you are injured in combat and it's 100% total, then you're going to have the means of living your life without having to work. Or at least not having a person coming out and tell you what to do while you're working. You know, the boss, you don't have a boss unless you want to. And the people, they've made a lot of money that was, yeah, 100%. And they work at Ford's. and they take that 100% test and goes right in the bank. And after 10 years, you have a lot of money. And then the VA takes care of them. If they've got a problem, they go to the VA and pocket out with them, and they'll listen to you and give you advice on what to do. Now, if you're in there because we got caught with marijuana, they can't help you. But if you're there because your child's sick and you got 100% visibility and they're not giving him the right treatment, okay, you talk with them and they'll talk that out with you. And they usually come to a way of helping you. You know, a lot of people that I've talked to about I can't remember where that one was going. So we'll move on to something else. I'm sorry, I just had that thing go through and it still lingers on a bit. And then the other short time memory boss, now I got a memory boss that goes back away and I'm not thinking, I'm not getting this clear thing is what I used to. since we're talking about people that are not 100% not in the AEM benefits, but you're not 100% mental. And you're smart. You're a loose pennant. And he put us through things we shouldn't have to go through. just to keep us tight, he said. And he took and brought us out one day. And his RPL, who knows he's an idiot, they came together and they're gonna show us who's been, you know, I got there in August, been sitting up trip players every night and he comes along now and tells us that we're gonna learn the correct way of putting out trip players. I mean, I spoke out with Lieutenant Dugan. We know how to do trip players. You know, we've been doing it for the last year going on. And he says, get up and listen and watch. Now, this idiot takes the trip player. and puts it in the ground. And he has his communications buddy there, the guy who tells him what to do. And he told him to clamp that down in the ground. And he puts steak in the ground. And the lieutenant says, you gotta be real careful here. You gotta tighten it up. And then you slide. this wire into the trip there and you'll be okay. Now, right when they're getting ready to put that trip player in, he's standing right over it, the lieutenant. And he says you gotta be careful because this is pretty touchy and he's looking down at it from about a foot and a half. And when he put it in, it didn't stay in. And the handle popped up and it popped a big black smoke ring right between his eyes. Burnt the hell out of his mouth. And I asked him, I said Lieutenant Dugan, do you want me to call a medic in? And he had done so much pain he couldn't say Phillips through you But then we called medical and then they put to that meeting. He didn't have to leave the base. He had five men and a wife. They will Go away and he'll be hung up and about again. Well, anybody else would have been out of there, but he told them I'm okay. I don't need to go I Got my platoon to look after well We were glad to see him back. We thought that Birn would have got him out of there. So going on, he kept getting in trouble. So the captain made him first platoon leader or a platoon officer. And it didn't work out too good for him. Lieutenant Dugan, we called him W.B. DeWright. He was a stumbling idiot. He walked through the sand and almost fell down each step. And he couldn't play baseball. No way could he do football. And he shouldn't have been out there. But his first time being the lieutenant in a full combat, He was watching me get ready for ambush and he started packing all of his stuff. In my opinion he said, what are you doing sir? He said, I'm getting myself ready for tonight and going out on ambush with you. He said, sir, you're the lieutenant. You stay in that and you direct mortifier for us if we need it. And he says, I'm going on the Lieutenant. I'm going out with you. Well, the Lieutenant went out and they set up the ambush. Again, he never did the trip players. And this way is really more stupid than the first way. After they set up the ambush, the Lieutenant's got to go out front and take a dump. Yeah. And they sat down and they watched it and you know, everybody's ready if something's nice happens. Well, he got there and he dropped his pants, hit a trip-flare wire, and popped a trip-flare about 10 feet away from him. And he's standing out in the lighted up dark with everything hanging out in his pants now. We pulled him off, he went back and pulled the sergeant. We gotta go find another ambush site that's been exposed. Bam! He got hit between the eyes. I didn't know how it died. There's much dependency to the fans. And nobody would witness up when it came to it. It was his way, it was his way, it came down to it. Only because my child had his mad body, you know, everybody liked him. He was a sergeant that didn't get in no trouble until he hit the lieutenant. And the lieutenant didn't know what happened. He was looking off to the side and he got plowed. So the next day they have everybody get ready. We got a new order. We have to have a scale pack, a helmet, and a slight jacket. And everybody's up. All the tracks are lined up to move. And Dugan's running around, trying to get looking. And the company come out and we said, you can't do them. What the heck are you doing? He said, those are... I'm trying to find my steel pot and flight jacket, it's not here. And the captain told him to give the lieutenant a steel pot and flight jacket and the lieutenant took it and he told him, you will sign the report of survey. And that's when you damage something, lose something of the army's, you have to repair them. Bill of Surburs. They make sure that you pay the bill that you owe. So he had to sign that report of survey. So it came back a few days later that he had to buy it. So he had that money come out of it. He kept going with this platoon, determined to beat him. And one day he was having lunch and a hand grenade came rolling in by him, he was the only one there, nobody else. We'd eat with him and he got up and started running away. It was a gun. Somebody took the timing device out of it, or the firing device out of it, and it won't fire. Now we had This captain got injured. He went to the rear medevac and the mother's captain comes in. When he comes in, he brings us cots, hot meal, three pallets of beer, and we took two days off in the jungle. And we drank as much as we could drink. Marijuana came through. It was clean going around you can pick it up, could be dollars attached. And the person that got it paid a dollar a pack for it. So he made his money too. Now this, this picnic, well it wasn't a picnic, he had to have good food, he had sea rations. But I'd beer break. It was really neat. It came at a time that was needed. And, but next morning, we're long enough to go. This new captain looks down, there's a hand grenade there. And he told everybody, get back, he's gonna get rid of this hand grenade. Well, when he pulled the pin, you have to throw it back, and that grow of it, it exploded immediately. The timing device was taken up. Timing device gives a way of putting a mortise through the roof of a house where it will go off when it hits. Now that you've got your timing device set down to a lower thing, it will come through the roof and explode before it hits the floor. And it explodes down and out. I know a lot about mortars and stuff on down. Even though I was a sister-toler machine gunner, when I got with Don Becker, he really taught me. And I told him that I had been to Mikey Tacyley's missile training school in Fort Bechs, Texas. And we found another thing that's dead. And he said, for you, it was a machine gunner. And he said, before that, you were a mighty cartilade missile crewman. Is that right? And I said, yeah, that's right. He said, I came up with your name, machine gun Randy. And it stopped. So there were There was a I can't remember when I was gonna say How much time we got left there and I can't read this one you tell me We got just a minute Randy. We're good to go whenever you are Okay, so With that I say I follow right in heaven. I will be by name I seem to come I will be done on earth. I really didn't have a give us this as they read that Forgive us for a trust talking and we forgive those with trust positive self. He has not anticipation but deliverest from the kingdom of power and glory forever. Amen. I'm your symbol of the Lord. I'm Monday, Thursday, and I'm the medic and I want to know what you think. God bless, I will. Sleepy, I had Charlie's drunk again. Why don't you just let it rain? For the guy who came back and saved us but what they have in common is a... So you could understand, I was a broken man with your family He told him to find your family too I see myself when I look at you In a place in time you don't forget So we even know, a great guy fell about to the shit through the wind He helped me one more time, he said, Chuck, I'll be there on the double For a brother
