Have you ever been, let's go to all these cities that are, anything that's a city, usually a city attached to it, that has parking meters? Let me ask you something. If you park a car at a parking meter in Oklahoma City, How, if you, since you're not standing there, okay, let's say that you've got a three hour or two hour meter, right? We'll go two hour meter, that's the average for most cities, be quite honest. One or two have long term parking spaces where you can put enough money in it to not get a ticket for six hours. Some places have long, long, long meter. You gotta shove quarters in there, left and right. And I'm talking about freestanding parking meters where they have a parking meter. I'm not talking about gang meters. They've tried that in different places and mostly it's where they have parking lots, which are like mini parking structures. That's a different story. So you park the car there and you put whatever the maximum is, that's going to protect you from the parking made for only about one hour. Well Mark, you said you put two hours in. Yes, I know. Have you ever been in a city and have you ever watched the meter maids? Oh, that's right, they have meter maids. Now, the first time that she goes around, or he goes around, I've watched this from above looking down on meter maids, when you get to that last half hour, they'll stop and they're staring at your meter. Why do I say your meter? Because I've done this where I've had to park a car in a city. and they'll scare and they realize, oh, I'm gonna come back. I got a ticket there waiting. And they'll, you know, normally their rounds would be half an hour, but all of a sudden they're hawking. They come back 15 minutes later and they're looking and nearly slowed down at certain meters. Why? Because they know they're close. And they stop in front of that car that you know, and they're looking real hard and it's like, oh, nope, you got 10 minutes more. So instead of the half hour or 40 minute cycle, I mean, after all, they did kind of get back a little sooner. All of a sudden they are on you like white on rice five minutes to they figure you're not coming out or you're down the road or you're shopping with Bufu. Whatever it is and they're out of that car and they are writing your ass ticket. You're going to get a ticket. But what happens if you don't come out and they go through the regular cycle and you don't take the car out? They wait so long and then they write you another ticket. And then they wait so long and they write you another ticket. Now, municipalities are different, but most especially, okay, it's one thing if you have, let's say you got a book of tickets yesterday, well, two or three, that book, but you know what I mean. In other words, you got a book on your windshield now underneath that wiper, and the next day they come back, and it's still there. You know what magically appears on your tire on most, in most locations like that? What happens, guys? What is that called? It's about 50-50, because here's what other ones do. The next day they're writing tickets on that car, your car. But don't worry, you won't get tickets for the whole day. What happens after so many tickets? What do they do? Boop, boop, boop, boop.
