Mark Koernke discussed constitutional rights, militia preparedness, and government overreach during this afternoon broadcast. He covered topics including executive orders and their unconstitutionality, COVID-19 vaccine concerns and adverse effects, the January 6th Capitol incident narrative, gun control threats, and the need for militia coordination and training. Koernke emphasized rifle marksmanship discipline, magazine maintenance, and defensive positioning for the anticipated conflict he believes is imminent. He also discussed the history of government infiltration, the Federal Reserve system, and what he characterized as a coordinated war against the American people through various means including vaccines, lockdowns, and media manipulation.
Yeah, cool. Let's kick together. Stay sharp. Follow me. Part of our Constitution. You know, the right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny. Not to hunt itself and the police. It wants to disarm me. Can drop dead. Somebody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless. People that want to literally create the proven places or innocents are killed called gun-free zones. We're going to beat you. We're going to vote you out of office or suck on my machine. minutes after day to die from the bottom lipids but my hand was made strong by the end of the almighty we followed in this generation triumphantly won't you hear me sing these songs of freedom is all I hear Redemption songs, emancipate yourselves from inter-slaively. None but you can free our minds after fear for atomic energy. None of them can stop the tattered. How long shall they feel our profits while we decide and look? Some say it's just a poor speech. We've got to fulfill the fool Won't you hear the sing These songs of freedom Cause all I hear is Redeem, Redeem, Redeem It's energy That none of them can stop us from dying How long, roughly? It's just a part of it We've got to fulfill the fool Welcome back to One Nation Under Fraud. I believe it's the 5th of March. And we're in a war here in the United States and across the planet against an enemy. that's hiding from us, but its actions are being performed by other people. And they are playing roles. Next week we are going to get back to Lincoln, the abolition movement, which I believe more and more was staged. And Phyllis and I both have books on the abolition movement, and they're two different books, and hopefully we'll get to talk about those. But at the moment, There's so much going on, it's hard to even keep it straight, but it all goes together. And we have been, over time, stripped of knowledge. And we've been living for, it's hard to say how long, say 200 years maybe, under false law. And certainly we're living under false law today. It's a commercial law. The common law was stripped from us. That's one of the greatest disasters to befall us starting in the late 1700s and then the law that was left was changed by people like Oliver Wendell Holmes who just took out the morality from law and split it off which leaves you man-made law by criminals who have taken over the government they've infiltrated, occupied it, who are they? They're the merchant banker class, they're the corporate communists They control us from above and below and this is what we're seeing. We're being absolutely destroyed. It's led us to a place where we've been stripped of morals and destabilized. The family's been destroyed and it goes on and on until they own the children. It was already enumerated years ago with the so-called Illuminati. I say so-called, I believe they existed, but they were certainly not illumined. And they wanted to abolish all government. Now, would that be all government or just any government that might be not entirely corrupt? They wanted to take all private property, of course, because they want to own everything. There will be no inheritance. Well, how could you inherit if you don't have any private property? There's no patriotism. There's no family. And you've got to get rid of religion because they've got the only religion. It's utopia. It doesn't exist. It goes right along with all the other notions such as war is peace. as Orwell said, because they want constant war, it allows them to depopulate, which is always one of their goals. They want to be the ones to decide who gets to live and who must die. Yes, freedom is slavery. That gives them total freedom when they enslave other people, especially their minds. And ignorance is strength. And of course, our ignorance, which they've imposed upon us, gives them a lot of strength and that's what we're seeing today. Everything is scripted. You can see what they're doing but you can't stop it at the moment. Too many people are living in denial of the reality that we're living in and why not? I mean people are being destroyed. They're living in high states of anxiety. I know I am because you can't ever be certain of anything. We are fact-free, truth-free nation. It's better chance people can find the truth, which will set you free of ignorance. I'm talking more of the eternal truths, the real law, than they can the facts. This is what is so distressing. You cannot find facts about anything. And for me lately, it's been my cat, I was told has, he's only three and he has this heart murmur. And now I've told, another vet has told me that's actually bullshit. You don't know what to think because you're responsible for your animals and you don't want to just ignore something if there's truly an underlying problem. Anyway, it puts you in a state of high anxiety, not just that, but all the things that are going on that we can't find out the facts behind them. This has gone on through all of these false flags. over the years since 9-11 and before going all the way back to say Kennedy's assassination or even Malcolm X has come out now that there was FBI involvement. I mean let's face it the FBI and the CIA should be investigated and those people should be held accountable for all the crimes they're committing. We have criminals doing investigations and criminals perpetrating acts they are domestic terrorists and international terrorists and in the government running it. This, of course, is the result of a long-term infiltration, long-term planning. You can go into the Congressional Record and see what was it, 40 goals of communism and how many of them have happened. Or look at the Cloward-Pivens strategy. I can't remember where I found this, but I thought it was pretty good. It was basically eight methods of imposing this plowered pivot. Those two people both taught at Columbia, I believe, and they were allowed to teach subversion there. We have subversion right in front of our faces as long as I can remember. Nothing happens. Why is that? When was the government really taken from us? But certainly it was taken totally. It happened slowly, it's a Fabian way before the Fabianists were there. Since the reconstruction, they've reconstructed an entire new government and then they've slowly gotten to the point of 1913 when they took over the banking system to bankrupt the government and take everybody's property. Now, weíre living in an illusion that we own property but we donít really own it and theyíre going to come and take it now. They continue to spend more and more money increasing more and more debt. Itís a fake criminal system of central banking and their fractional reserves and all of these things where everythingís based on debt and it ends up that people are playing with monopoly money. However, I do believe thereís a way to fix this if we could stop it and pay people back. what's been robbed from them but you need the people to do it and people are living in states of denial and which got me to well go over or I would do this clock clower pivot for a minute this is the color pivot strategy was supposed to uh... be the method to destroy and collapse the system by spending and uh... the number one on it is healthcare because if you control health care you control the people and they're saying this is happening now. It's been happening ever since they started health insurance, which is another one of the big scams, and you put caps on what people can earn and you start handing them benefits, which is an insane idea. How can you actually pay someone in things that are different to different people? Then there's poverty. You have to increase it. So because poor people are easier to control and won't fight back, if you're providing everything for them to live, think universal basic income after they destroy people. Thatís happening now. Then thereís debt. Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. What about 3.9 trillion in there? They always name things the opposite of what they are, but thatís just big money laundering with only 9% going to COVID and COVID itself is just another means of war against the people. Then you have gun control. Of course, you have to take the guns from people so they canít defend themselves from the criminals in the government who are going to target all the people who want to be free as terrorists, especially white, domestic, nationalist, terrorist. Then you have welfare. You want to control every aspect of everybodyís life, food, housing, and income. and education, you can take control of what people read and listen to, take control of what children learn in school. This has been done over the years going all the way back to the late 1800s and before going back to Horace, speaking of Horace, it's the strangest name, yeah, I did make a huge mistake last week and I go into default when I get into high anxiety. When I think evolution, I think with people like Garrison, Emerson, Thoreau, and I'm very interested in what their part was if this was a scripted event. And I think I said Garrison when I meant Horace Greeley, who was a communist. Anyway, we'll get to that next week, so I'm sorry about that. I'm sure I said a lot of things that aren't true because it's hard to focus all the time. One of the conditions that we're living under. So anyway, religion is another one. You've got to get rid of God from government and schools because government is going to be God. They can give. They can take away. And then it's class warfare. You divide people into wealthy and poor. This will cause more discontent. All of these things have happened and are happening. Of course, the divisions now have been much greater since they're flooding us with people who don't belong here and have been since 1965. all in the name of diversity, which is a tactic of war against the people in this country to destroy the dominant population. And then you have more people that you can get to fight against each other until you have people with strange names occupying the occupied government. People like Omar, who's from Somalia, or Talib, who's Palestinian. or you know it just goes on and on. You read these names, you're like who are these people and why are they here? And of course the State Department could probably tell you that. So anyway, what I was reading today and everything that I read now I have to wonder what is really going on here. And it's hard to find out. I was looking at the difference between two words. Just one of these words called ignore is a very interesting word and ignorance and the relationship between them. I went up and looked at the definitions but I found something written about this and there was another article which I don't think I read that I saw on this. And if you look them up, ignorance is a want, absence, or destitution of knowledge, the negative state of mind which has not been instructed in arts, literature, or science, or has not been informed of facts. And that's from the 1828. Ignorance of the law does not excuse a man for violating it. Ignorance of facts, if often venial. Ignorance is preferable to error. When you get down to Neshants, it's want of knowledge, ignorance, ignorance. They use them as synonyms, but there's a difference that's being pointed out. It also can be a difference in your interpretation of the word ignore. I'll just read this. They're going to pretty much say to ignore something is more willful than Nescience which is the absence of knowledge and the best explanation they have is this paragraph. This is an article by Chris Nelson with a K. It's called ignorance and Nescience and it says the difference between Nescience and ignorance can be demonstrated through the concept of evil existing or not. In reality where there would be an innocence of no evil, it would be an experience of nescience of evil because there would be no evil action done by anyone and therefore no evil around them to know that evil exists and therefore evil would not exist because evil would not be manifested through actions and behaviors to recognize that evil exists. In our reality, we are currently manifesting our consciousness in forms of wrongdoing and evil that permeates all around. us, yet people choose to be willfully ignorant of this evil. There is a difference between nescience of evil and ignorance of evil. And of course, in our particular circumstances, this is very, very different. First of all, what they're saying about nescience is you have no experience of it. And I do believe this is true of people in this country, not necessarily of evil, but all kinds of things. I mean, people are in denial of what's going on in the outer world right now. And the CIA gave them a word that would help them escape from having to deal with reality and it is called conspiracy theorists. So that immediately the people who are actually trying to find something out, not necessarily successfully because it's very difficult to know facts. You can know in your heart the law, you know what's right and wrong because you're with knowledge, conscience. But it's harder to find out what's actually going on when we're basically looking at what appears to be a Hollywood set down in DC. And that's different. The problem is the idea of conspiracy theory to relieve the tension of people hearing something that they don't want to believe and it would be preferable that they could go just do something they want to do has been highly successful. So are these people responsible or not? And that's a real problem because we are being used in the theater of psychological warfare. So it's very different, different than if things were normal. We're not living in a normal time at all, although this abnormality seems to have gone on and on. And, oh, this is the new normal, not really. This is an old normal that's always not natural, but it's caused by constructs and war for the benefit of a certain little group of people. In any case, So there is where you do get in trouble even in a lot of people have problems because of trauma and conditioning. Those are the two things that cause people trauma and they can be familial in your family because the families have been destroyed and they could be in the things from the outer world. Depending on the warfare theater you're in, financially people are destroyed. That's extremely traumatic to people as it is to all the businessmen who have been absolutely robbed of their lives in business. You can't really separate life, liberty, and property. If somebody destroys you physically, financially, etc., or even takes over your mind, you're not going to be at liberty. You have to have your faculty is working, you have to be able to make decisions to be at liberty. And with liberty goes along responsibility, which you can't be if you don't have your mind, or if you've been traumatized to the point that that you don't know things. People need to know facts in order to make decisions. So denial is actually allowing people to live in a state of irresponsibility because they don't know things that they need to know to live correctly. And in some cases, they haven't even lost parts of faculties due to dissociation, et cetera. So we're in a difficult area when you try to actually find out why somebody refuses to know something and to what extent are they responsible. I mean I'm talking to everybody right now we're in a collectivist financial system set up over the years and certainly exacerbated and made into a horrific crime against the people in this country in 1913. And many people are taking advantage of this system and they are living off other people because it makes people into parasites when you have a collective pot and people have money extorted from them to pay for things that have nothing at all to do with them but other people's future depends on constant graft, extortion and that's crime, it's organized crime. I mean look at some people have these guaranteed benefits because they work for the government and it has nothing to do with anything in terms of fairness at all. In fact, it's extremely unfair what is going on. And that is, you know, when you start thinking about all the scams going on in this country because of the Federal Reserve, that would take, I mean, that just, it's enormous. But anyway, so I just wanted to just kind of show what it's like. It's very difficult when you can't make decisions because you don't know facts. That's both as personal people and as people because we are deprived of facts on purpose. And the media keeps you from facts. So you have to try to figure out what's going on and it isn't easy. But one thing you do know is that this sudden everything now is racist and I thought this sort of ended a while ago but it's been brought back as a means of distraction and yet also to divide people to hate each other because they want to race war. And I just looked up this January 6th quote in what was it called oh yes the insurrection. It's very strange the way these things, this is the way that they're written. And this is called, acting Capitol Police Chief denies race played a role in security failures ahead of riot. I mean, who would ask that? I mean, what people ask us questions is very important. The fact that you can ask a question you can't get the facts is a problem. But why would you even ask that question? Well, of course, everything now is about white supremacy, etc. The US Capitol Police Chief is called Yogananda Pittman. This is just another example of diversity as our culture has been taken over. They're still ripping off everything from the Confederacy without the people ever understanding what that war was about and had nothing really to do with slavery. It had a lot to do with finance and tariffs. We will talk about that later. I am constantly looking at names and we are like, where is this person from? I do not know where Yogananda Pittman is from. She might even be here and maybe her parents were followed. What was this name? Paramhansa Yogananda. Who knows? But anyway, I think it's a ridiculous question they were asking her and this who asked her this was she's before the House Appropriations Subcommittee Acting US Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman faced a tough grilling Yeah from its members over a security failures that led to a slow response to a deadly riot I never see CNN writing about Antifa or Black Lives Matter and all the billions of dollars of property destroyed and people destroyed and their lives destroyed. That doesn't matter but that scripted false flag at the Capitol is extremely important and that's why we still have what looks like a Hollywood set down there with razor blades on top of fences and the incursion that didn't happen yesterday. It's insane. This is what Catherine Clark asked, do you believe white supremacy played a role in the discrepancy between the intelligence received and the assessment of the likelihood of violence and the preparation that left our officers really at the mercy of the mob? Just the way this is written, it's so ridiculous. I mean, supposedly police were, and of course we have two different sides. We have what comes from the controlled corporate press, who are always in service of the mob, the mob that's trying to put us into the great reset and agenda 21-30-50 and enslave us all. And so I tend to not believe corporate media. But does that is that always true? Well people they want you to believe certain things so now you have to look at everything through the lens of white supremacy and Anyway, she denied she thought it had anything to do. Why would it have I don't understand that Oh, but then further down they explain it Well, it's because if the if the people at the Capitol that day were black They would have had the police there. Now, is that really true? What about black lives matter? Were the police really stopping all the damage done by Black Lives Matter and Antifa who seemed to be in cahoots and Now they're trying to say that Black Lives Matters and Antifa are actually right-wing groups. I've read that who knows what's happening It's almost impossible to know what is really going on except for that. We are going to be the victims that the people of America will be the victims of all of this staged event and all of these scenarios and narratives that you're supposed to believe that they're imposing on you. They are literally taking over your mind and telling you what reality is about. And of course, that has nothing to do with reality. It's an actuality that they're imposing upon us. If we lived in reality, And if we had had the common law since the late 1700s, I would love to see what this country would have turned out to be instead of what it is today where people are being destroyed and we're living in chaos and we have no coherent means by which to stop this that I know. But I do have something that was written today by a guy that I'll come to as a possible solution. But in any case, if you go on with this, it's always about, in addition to being overwhelmingly white, many members of the mob carried flags, signs, and symbols of racists, white supremacists, and extremist groups, as well as Trump 2020 banners and American flags according to video footage and court documents. What was really going on? Why can't we ever find facts? Why can't we have an investigation except for by the criminals on the Hill? I mean, there's nobody up there I would trust to do an investigation, not one of them. The question is, are there any people in Congress or in the Senate who haven't been bought? I don't know of any. Some seem like they might be okay, but the real problem would be to find who is it that hasn't been bought up there. Itís really distressing to look at whatís happened to this country because you donít know how youíll ever get out of it and you know their plan for you. Itís really hard to believe what they have as a plan for you. Technocracy I think today had something about the Internet of Bodies. One of the vaccines was supposedly a computer system put into people. This has gone into science fiction, but it's actually happening apparently. When you look at the insane people, and I don't mean that they're unbalanced, I think they're in perfect control of what they're doing, but they're without a soul. They don't care about anyone except for their plan to take over the world and murder billions of people. In any case, What I was really trying to get at after this, I just, this domestic terrorism, oh yeah, just to go more on this article, and then I want to get off this subject, but move to the law. Democratic Representative Sheila Jackson Lee noted that they were warned last year by FBI Director Christopher Wray, who was one who should definitely be pulled from the FBI and investigated and it found guilty hanged about the rise of domestic terrorism and white supremacy, which they are causing, they are the terrorists, as the most lethal threat with domestic violence in our country. I mean, we're just insane. with the Texas Congresswoman warning that more needs to be done. What is clear is our current approach is not working, enough is enough. It's time for action. I look forward to hearing from the witnesses what federal law enforcement and government should do to swiftly address the rise in domestic terrorism. Look at Antifa and Black Lives Matter. Now that's domestic terrorism. Who's behind them? You have to have an investigation and find out where are they funded, who are these individual people, why are they doing what they are doing, and clearly they aren't organized. This is the problem, it's organization for an evil purpose. Groups are always dangerous to single people, always. There's no such thing as a group conscience. None. And that's why they're dangerous. even on the level of just people to people. But when you organize with a lot of money, which is behind Antifa and the funding behind that is very complicated, or Black Lives Matter, you can trace it back and you know who is funding these things. It's all these billionaires who are trying to take over the planet. They're the domestic terrorists. They fund it. But these people are their weapons. They use people as weapons. They use people as weapons when they bring them across the border. Some of these people are good, some of them are terrible and that's why they're brought here, but none of them should be here if we had laws. And we do have laws, they're just not enforced because we are no longer a constitutional republic and haven't been for a long time. We're just looking at a group of people up in Capitol Hill and in your state, legislatures, et cetera, who are functioning as elements of organized crime. So anyway, oh, another thing they said, this is the last paragraph in this ridiculous article, the affirmation from the former US police chief, Stephen Sunn, former House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving and former, anyway that goes on, Stenger undercut attempts by some influential Republicans to downplay or deny the role that racist right-wing groups played in the interaction, including Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who is one of them, who claimed on the show Monday night that, quote, there's no evidence that white supremacists were responsible for what happened on January 6th. And the problem is we'll never find out because we'll never be able to have an investigation because the People who really want to know facts have no power in this country, and if they did, they'd probably shoot them. That's called domestic terrorism. It's funny that they mentioned Chief Sun because he says differently in this article. And we have, this article is called Ex-Capital Chief Stephen Sun said he had intel and PIPA was part of the January 6th attack. So these are just two contradictory things. Maybe it just wasn't mentioned in the other one. We can't get anyone to tell us what's really going on. Here's a guy in this one called Michael Waller, who's the Senior Analyst for Strategic Strategy at the Center for Security Police, specializing in propaganda, political warfare, psychological warfare, and subversion. He was at the Capitol. He witnessed plain closed militants, militant aggressive men in Donald Trump and MAGA gear at the front police line at the base of the temporary presidential inaugural platform. He saw agents, prosecutors, scattered groups of men exhorting the markers to gather closely and tightly together towards the center of the outside of the Capitol building and prevent them from leaving. Then he saw fake Trump protesters, a few young men wearing Trump or mega hats, forward, backwards who did not fit in with the rest of the crowd in terms of their actions and demeanor, whom I presume to be Antifa or other leftist agitators, and disciplined uninformed column of attackers, a column of organized, disciplined men wearing similar but not identical camouflage uniforms and black gear, some with helmets and go pro cameras or wearing subdued Punisher Skull patches. So they did arrest the Antifa insurgent leader, Earl Sullivan, and he was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during this rioting part of the Trump mob. And anyway, despite all reports indicating that Antifa played a role in January 6 riots, the media continues to blame President Trump and his supporter. Stephen Sund's testimony on Tuesday, which he supposedly said the opposite to the Congress, poked more holes in the Democrat media's complex's narrative that the riot was all Trump's fault. And Sund also said he did not get the FBI report warning of violence on January the 6th. He said that his department had received it, but it never reached his office. The question is, did Pelosi know before she launched Trump's second impeachment based on the lie that he incited insurrection? These are just questions, and that's a good one. The question is, who are these people? Why are they doing what they're doing? I'm talking about all the people in Congress, in the Senate. Biden and Harris are just doing what they're told, they're stooges, and neither one of them are qualified to be in office in any case. One is demented and the other is not a natural born citizen, it's basically a hoe who's gotten to where she was, as everybody knows the reason. So anyway, what I want to get to are the things that have happened last week that you can't just ignore. And also, it's like all the different staged theaters of war they have going on here like the COVID, which again, it's very hard to know what that is all about. And we talked many times about the virus has never been isolated, so you simply don't know if it exists. And then we talked about Dr. Martin, who has legal proceedings against, I think it's Fauci. Is it Redfield, Fauci, and not sure if it's Redfield. It's definitely Fauci and Alex Azar. Yeah, he definitely got them against those two. I could find out. But in any case, he says that in either case, this is totally unlawful, that the virus is natural and they patented it, which is unlawful, or It was a bioweapon gain of function which is also unlawful for two different laws being broken. So he – in the article I read, and maybe he has – there are more articles I haven't read – has not said whether he believes this exists or not. Oh yeah, I think he does believe it exists because he thinks it's a bioweapon. So here we are left with – Why is it that all everything's going down now and all the numbers rackets going on about the statistics and the PCR tests which has got 94% false positives. Once again, we're in the same position. You can't tell what's really happening. However, I'm sure everybody knows by now that in Texas and Mississippi, they have stopped the masks and lockdowns, etc. This is yeah, Greg Abbott says it's now time to open Texas a hundred percent The question is why is he saying this now? I mean people have been destroyed and all of a sudden he's saying this and I look at this as theater And I want to know why is he gonna run for president or something? So he ends the mask, but he doesn't really end the mask mandate And of course, the mass mandate was never lawful. Nothing that's happening in the COVID is lawful. And to know why, you don't have to even go into all the trouble that some people have gone to and go look at statutes, et cetera. It's not lawful because the United States of America and every state in the United States was set up under the American common law. There's no compelled performance. So it would never be lawful to tell a person you have to shut down your built your business you have to wear a mask you have to Quarantine you have to say six Feet from anyone none of these actions have been proven to help anything number one and so this is just an instigation of psychological warfare again But when you read this article and you have to, you know, thereís still, heís going to now, if I can find out where he says this, he says that starting next Wednesday, all businesses will be allowed to open at 100% capacity for the first time in nearly a year. Well, he noted businesses can still choose to limit customers or require masks. Now, once again, before any of this happened, you have to prove there's an emergency and then you have to show where is an actual law that is in pursuance of the common law or the Constitution. that allows for this. And the Constitution has to be in accord with the common law. That's the order of the law in this country that we have been, it's been held from us. So you've been deprived of knowledge of the common law, which is the law. on which the Constitution was supposed to have been based. And because you know this happened late 1700s and was probably, the common law was gone most likely by the first quarter of the 1800s, you have to ask, how can you believe much about our founding? If the people, I mean, it's been totally wiped out of the books. And there's a question like, who's rewriting history? Is it just that in 1812, They burned down all the books in the Library of Congress. Or is there a group which I have seen it insinuated or maybe even plainly stated that it was people like the American History Association. They've literally gone and wiped out knowledge. It's such as in 20, 30, 40 years, what they will teach people if they win about this country will have nothing to do with what we think because the people in power control the past. And the people who control the past control the future. They control the present, well how does it go? Those who control the past control the future and those who control the present control the past. So the people in control control all tenses of knowledge. And they get to decide what your memories are. They're deciding because it's through social engineering and mind control, they decide your future if we allow this to continue. It's very frightening. I'm sick of it frankly. I don't understand if you could, the pretense that we're living in the republic is ridiculous. There's nothing that goes on in this country really is lawful. From the driver's license to your property tax, through assessment, through the criminal insurance agencies, the family courts, The fake law practiced in the courts, the fake money that's destroyed millions of people, the fake wars that have killed millions and maimed millions, all of this is evil because it's done for profit of a few people and they've taken over the minds of the people in this country and we're now finding out what we've been deprived of knowing but we're in a position of what do you do about it. Anyway, Mr. Abbott apparently thinks he's a dictator and he, without any proof of an emergency, and then the proof besides these statutes, which mean nothing to me. I don't want to sit and read legalese and read these statutes. I'll let Peggy Hall do stuff like that. I think it's not right. The real law was if you own your business, you own your business and you can do anything you want in your business. until the Civil Rights took it over and decided businesses were no longer private. They're public. You serve the public and we're going to control you and tell you who you must serve. And all of this, of course, is under Civil Rights, which have nothing to do with what Civil Rights really were. This is a whole new construct to keep people at each other's throats, all based on what went on during the Civil War. And the Civil Rights Act that was rejected by Johnson and vetoed because of the Communists, and I'll just start calling them what they are. They were for communism, they were for collectivism, they were for enslaving the people, and they did it under the 14th Amendment. And people don't ever talk about that. Even Publius Holdae, who seems like she's really for the Constitution, doesn't mention that it was never ratified. There is so much unlawful about the 14th Amendment and the war itself, which I want to go back and find. Jeremiah Black, I believe, was his name, who was the Attorney General before Lincoln, who wrote about how unlawful that war was. Everybody knew it was unlawful. I mean, Lincoln was a tyrant. Why did the war happen and how does it happen? And again, through the abolition and getting people all emotional and beyond thought over slavery, which was ending anyway. And how do you know what was ending? Well, even the bankers said so in their hazard circular. They wanted to enslave everybody. So, I mean there are bits and pieces of facts you can find and put together a picture. You can't be sure that you've got it exactly right, but this is what it looks like. But now we're like in like war theater on steroids with all the things that they're doing at once. Because I think they're frantic. What if people actually awakened and could take back this country from all the lies? I mean it's lies, it's theft, it's murder, it's organized crime against the people through incredible amounts of organization because once they took over the government And it's not just the federal government. I mean, they have so many organizations working to capture all the people in the state governments and the local levels. You've got to not believe that you would have the kind of school boards we have, which are going to go into the transgendering of children without the knowledge of the parents. And this is just so insane. And I don't know anybody that was before that. And so how do you get these people into their positions? Well, through organization. This is infiltration of everything and it didn't stop at government because they went through the institution so that you can use everything is going to be used as a weapon to destroy the people. These people just love destruction and that's what they've done to us. But to get back to the question of the law, there's no law that allows these people to compel you to wear a mask or to do anything else. And the only thing under the common law that would have your life in any way interfered with is if you somehow interfere with the life, liberty and property of someone else. And then you just have to make them whole again. So you look at the damages done by COVID to the people in this country with absolutely no proof of a virus, even though there may be biological weapons. This is a war against the people using medicine. It's very well thought up. It goes back. It goes way, way back into the early 2000s. The people that have thought this up and are imposing it are all participating and they're getting people to participate. People who participate in this because they're ignorant of it are complicit in the damage done to other people. What we need to be able to do and the obstruction to justice is the system of justice. We are never allowed to get to the people in power like say in Virginia in Northam, he's a major participant in the destruction of people's lives in this country with his emergency acts which go on and on and on and on. They never stop. He's a player and he should be held accountable for all the destruction. And this goes on for all the destruction that's gone on to people in this country who are still alive and who have been deprived of their life, liberty or property. It should start, but how do you start it when they are controlling the courts with administrative law? And that's what makes it so difficult. So I don't know why Abbott and the guy from Mississippi did what they're doing. It seems to be more and more that they're going to open things up and you don't have to wear a mask. And what we really need is all people to refuse to wear masks and to start holding these people accountable. But that's just words because I don't know how you do it. You look at all the things going on and I'll go to a couple of different websites where they have a multitude of articles. Another one is, this is from The Washington Times, the House votes to set aside 3 million Western acres into massive land grab. This of course is for agenda 213050 and it's totally unconstitutional, but they do it anyway. Trillions and trillions of dollars that are going to lead to incredible inflation and they take over the food supply So they're going to cause huge famines. We can see it coming. How do we stop it? I'm just sick of watching this then they're going to strip off Cuomo of his emergency powers in a legislative deal Deal is that what they just do they just do deals. What does he get out of this deal? And they're going to take his extraordinary power, which were fake to begin with, because you've got to at least you've got to prove an emergency. Even if you believe that they have emergency powers, they would only be for an emergency that's a real emergency, not one that they planned so that they could have emergency powers. Because all that is is like an end run around all law. I don't even understand why they pretend we still have law because we have no law in this country. I mean the government can do anything they want to you and people don't believe that. And of course I'm assuming some of these articles are actually telling you facts but I can't ever really be sure. And this is what makes it like we're living in the twilight zone. Oh here it is. Oh Christopher Ray blames the Black Lives Matter riots on sovereign citizens and militias. Can you get that one? How much evidence do you have to have that Christopher Wray should be pulled from his office and put on trial? But the question is, who would do it? Because you can't trust any of the people that would be trying them. So Biden is now saying that he bombed Syria because of UN Charter. And do we really legitimately have a UN over us? Are they sovereign over us? And if so, how do they become so? They're not a country. How do you make treaties with organization of corporate communists? The people have been kept out of all of these decisions. Here's one I was getting to. Family farm rated, animals killed for rehabilitating them without a permit. This is so disgusting. This is in Michigan. Some woman had been helping all kinds of animals who had been harmed and one of her employees got mad at her because he was stealing and that's usually the way it goes. He brought the let me see. What's the name of this group in Michigan? Michigan licensed rehabilitation Wait a minute. No Department of Natural Resources in They they raided her they shot all of her animals and arrested her because she was holding wild animals in captivity without a permit and The wild animals in this case are the agents. Those are the wild animals This is all due to the fact we've been living in a laboratory for probably a hundred and some years and people have been turned into animals and some of them profit from being animals and they can go kill people and nothing will happen to them because we live in a lawless country. These people should be stopped and it's disgusting to even listen to what they say. Tell about all these little animals. that this woman, some people brought them to her, others she found. There was a small deer taken in as a fawn at the end of fall. At the time, the deer was only two weeks old. Hall had used milk from her goats to help the deer regain strength and had a pen for him on the farm. She was jumping in and out of the fence and she had other deer friends up here behind us. In fact, the following week, the little deer friend that she was playing with kept coming around the pen and looking for her, Hall said. Hall's the woman. Despite the community supporting Hall for years, Lieutenant Jim Gorno of the District 3 Division of DNR says that Hall's actions put citizens in danger. What happens is the wildlife is raised sometimes this is Gorno sometimes if you sometimes if you let it go so this is pre-crime they become a nuisance or even a disease issue here last fall or a year and a half ago there was a tamed white tail buck that was in the Patosky area that was causing issues Gorno said when it came to mating season When it gets to mating season, it can be very dangerous to people and other animals. Hmm. The buck was found and had to be euthanized because it was a danger to the public. I don't know if I believe anything this guy says. Apparently if you pay the state for a permit to rehab the animals first, this magically makes everybody safer. And that's of course the best line in the article because they always don't make sense. And all their justification for murdering, whether it's people or animals, don't have to make sense because they work for the government. And they were a research officer. He's a lieutenant as a resource officer. There is a permit that you get and you have to send it into the state of Michigan and Lansing Wildlife Division. Once you apply for this permit, I wonder if all those agents apply for their permits as wildlife. trying to kill other wildlife. Once you apply for this permit, somebody comes out and inspects your facility and makes sure you've got the correct facility, Gorno said. So all these things, had she had a license, would have been okay. But they killed all these animals because this woman didn't have a license, which shows you what the problem with licensing is. And licensing is a very dangerous weapon that's being used on people all the time to control them. We need to get rid of licensing and don't say, oh, you can't do that. What would happen if you didn't have licensing in the medical system? I mean, is there any more dangerous place in medicine? They're all licensed. That's the problem. It's one of the problems. The other problem is the curriculum was taken over long ago so you teach people to do things that are harmful to the people or the animal depending on which field you're in and the people who are doing this are ignorant of it and it's this is what happens in a lot of fields just like you've got all kinds of people out there practicing law. They'll never get it right because they don't even know what the law is. What they're practicing isn't really law. It's theft, etc. So anyway, the DNA agents also killed a one-legged crow that a child had brought in to keep everyone safe, of course. Everything's to keep you safe. Why do people keep getting killed and dying? I mean, it's quite amazing. Oh yeah, so anyway, they stripped the governor of Cuomo of his powers. He only killed thousands of people, but nobody seems really perplexed about that. Why does he get to kill people and he doesn't even have to go to trial for it? But then when you look at these other things, there's an article I saw the other day from the Minister of Health in Israel. Now again, I don't know and have no way really of finding out if this is factual. But what it said is that 40 times the amount of people died who were over 65 in Israel of the vaccine then died, would have died of the illness. And when you bring that down, it was 265 times the amount of people that were younger that died from the vaccine. So you see, not very many, but you do see certain reports of what's going on with this vaccine. Here's another from Operation Rescue by Bud Shaver from Albuquerque. Last month, abortion-free New Mexico released a report on a woman from Michigan who at 28 weeks of pregnancy received the first dose of Pfizer's BioNTech vaccine. She later delivered a non-viable 29-week-old baby. Her baby had no heartbeat within three days of the vaccine and she reported the stillbirth directly to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, VAERS. website attributing the vaccine to her baby's death. Abortion Free New Mexico continues to receive information from a whistleblower who sits on a COVID-19 task force who is concerned not only about the adverse reactions in pregnant women but also about how the media is not alerting the public to these reactions that are resulting in stillbirth at an alarming rate. But then you see it goes right along with the plan of those who are in control. According to the whistleblower, we're up to 35 adverse pregnancy outcomes, preterm birth, miscarried, spontaneously abortion related to the vaccine, which they have in quotes because it isn't a vaccine, and 25 birth defects. There have been 925 deaths reported overall with about 300 of them within two days of getting a shot. These are just short-term effects. There are also reports of permanent disability. There will be more later and by then it will be difficult to link them to the vaccine, which will work very well for the enemy. This is very, very bad and so many people have already been vaccinated. Many will develop severe autoimmune diseases like MS, infertility and prion diseases. Thrombocytopenia, which I have no idea what that is, Alzheimer's, nonspecific brain damage, lung immunopathology, or multiple organ failure. Great. I guess most of the doctors don't understand the science. I can't believe Moore aren't fighting this. It's against the Nuremberg Code. I wish they wouldn't say that. It's against the law in this country. People have to go back to the real law. You can't go around killing people by vaccines or non-vaccines. And it's a horrible crime against humanity. Since the embryo fetus is so quickly developing, they're a good indicator of toxicity. The other scientists on my team seem afraid to say anything and everything we put out is filtered through the politicians before they decide what gets told to the public. So here you have Big Brother in charge of us and what we get to know in the news, which is why it's so hard to know. But none of the COVID-19 vaccines have been approved for pregnant women and are being distributed without full approval from the FDA on an emergency approval basis. And apparently there is a federal law that you cannot mandate anything that's approved on an emergency basis. In addition, all four of the vaccines currently being distributed are produced and are tested with cell lines that originated from an aborted child. So, pregnant women are being misled to believe that Pfizer and Moderna, COVID-19 vaccines are safe during pregnancy. However, our whistleblower who is currently working on a COVID-19 task force is very concerned about the large amount of adverse short-term effects already being reported, especially in pregnant women. In addition, it is disturbing that the OB-GYN doctors are advertising pregnant women to take the vaccines. And in one instance, two doctors in Virginia made this recommendation and within two days, a woman miscarried her baby. The vaccine is leaving a trail of devastated mothers and who knows what the long-term fertility issues may be for these women. The COVID-19 vaccines being administered to pregnant women must be halted immediately. These vaccines should not be promoted by medical community as safe because the evidence is mounting that they are not. Well, that's true, I think, of all the evidence that is mounting. And so our problem is, is like the attack of the COVID on us, which is going to kill people. It will cut down the population through fertility. And it's just, it's just another enormous fraud with a wake of destruction that it leaves. And it's the same thing with the climate change. And of course that will be the reason for the big land grab. But you see, none of these things are lawful. Look at the Constitution. Those aren't military bases. Of course, this is a military occupation. I suppose you could twist everything and interpret it however you want. But the land that's been grabbed, just like all the rest of the land that's been grabbed, belongs to the people in the states. We need to go back to the states. Hello? Sorry, I can't hear anything. So what I want to go from here is to try to go over. I don't understand. why we can't ever demand to see proof of anything. And of course it wouldn't be reported if we did, but I started to go back to the emergency. You know, emergency isn't even in the 1828 dictionary, except for under-emergence. And that it's a noun, act of rising out of a fluid or other covering or surrounding matter, It is the act of rising or starting into view, issuing from or quitting. It's all white color of all refracted light at its first emergence. It's funny how that came about. But when you go to Black Law Dictionary, it's a situation requiring immediate attention and remedial action. It involves injury, loss of life, damage to the property, or catastrophic interference with normal activities, a sudden unexpected or impending situation. And emergency medicine is specialized equipment and support available as required for speedy diagnosis and treatment of situations. Typically used in an accident, sudden illness, traumatic event or violent crime. What we're looking at is that one, violent crime. This is a violent crime against the people of the planet. Etymology dictionary online, it's an unforeseen occurrence recurring immediate attention. Immediate attention, it's something that happens quickly, it needs immediate attention. This has gone on now a year. It's a year or very soon that this has gone on and they keep this going. It's theater. And it's all to put in agenda 21-3050. Now, they're talking about having to do it every two years because then the Paris climate agreements, which I don't believe agreed to by the people in this country, can be put into effect. That's what they're saying right there. This has nothing to do with an epidemic. They always have ulterior motives to everything that they do and they have damage to people. And nothing happens to the people who are the perpetrators because, oh, they can grant themselves all kinds of immunities, but do they really need to? I mean, with all the lies that we've been told, the greatest vote fraud I still believe is that the fact of the people don't know the law. And now they want to have, what, 16-year-olds vote, and they want to install all the vote fraud methodology that they used in the last election and make it legal. Hey, what a country. We're run by criminals. What can we do about it? I was going over to – because all these executive orders are just insane, and they go right along with this supposed state of emergencies, there is an article by Molly McGann. She is connected to – what is she? She's of counsel with Sidney Powell. So these are part of the law establishment. But anyway, she did write an article called, governors can't use COVID to indefinitely keep a state of emergency. But what does she say of interest here? Since March, this is down a couple paragraphs. Oh, well, I'll start at the beginning. He says, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia often noted that the primary safeguard of our constitutional liberties is the structure of our government. Every banana republic has a bill of rights, he once said, but the strength of the American system is the separation of powers. Well, they've been melded into a system that's seamless of organized crime. There's no separation of powers in this country anymore. Of course that's unconstitutional and it's called treason. All these things are treasonous. This is a war against the people and the people supposedly created the states. So this is crimes and treason and it goes unpunished because we're powerless now and we have to find our power or we'll be dead, enslaved, and we'll have no property just like Klaus Schwab said. You'll rent everything and you'll be happy. Who is he? Why does he get to be king of the world? I mean somebody, if we were a constitutional republic, we'd have militias. They took that from us ages ago. We'd have grand juries run by the people. We'd have petite juries run by the people. We would not have judges or bar associations, which are just unions like the AMA is a union controlling everything, controlling the curriculum. We wouldn't have this. We would be free people, we would be living on the land, the land would not have been taken from us. until there are very few people left on the land because we wouldn't need natural resource officers to come and kill people's animals because they don't have licenses because we would have our own resources on the land. It's all part of the war against the people that's gone on since the Civil War and before because the eradication of knowledge of the law started before the Civil War. And then the introduction of the despicable corporation, the private corporation, That started before the Civil War until it becomes that it's very clear if you look at Klaus Schwab's points, I don't know if I have that around here, he's always talking about the corporation. This is going to be one world corporate town and he and his friends are going to be running it. And you are but a human resource, which is why we need human resource officers and pretty soon they can kill you. That's a natural resource, but so are you. When are we going to wake up and find a way to do something about this? The way that they term things is always just like the land grab. It's for the protection of the environment, of course. For whom? Not us. We're going to be actually cut out of that environment. We won't be able to go into the parks. which were supposedly given as collateral anyway after the imposed bankruptcy that was planned, I guess, in 1913 and only took them to 29 to figure out how to do it, I guess, and put it into action by 33 when they took everybody's property over. Apparently, once again, are these real facts? The bankruptcy, of course, we never finished the McFadden thing. That's one of the best things to read by Louis McFadden in the Congressional record from the early 30s on the bankruptcy. We should go back to that one time. There's another one that was on from the trenches today. The bankruptcy of the United States by Trapacan. I really do want to get one day into the money problems. I've read this before, but there were certain things that came out of it that I thought were pretty interesting. He describes the difference between money and currency and what Federal Reserve notes are, which is he calls them un-signed checks written on a closed account. They are an inflatable paper system designed to create debt through inflation. It's a whole different system. That's why you needed Keynes to come over here and give all his BS out to people to get them to believe in deficit spending and everything like that because it's to their advantage. This is what I thought was interesting on the second page. The Federal Reserve System is based on canon law. and the principles of sovereignty protected in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. In fact, the international bankers used the Cannon Law Trust as their model, adding stock and naming it Joint Stock Trust. The US Congress had passed a law making it illegal for any legal person to duplicate a Joint Stock Trust in 1873. The Federal Reserve Act was legislative post facto to 1870. All the post facto laws are strictly forbidden by the Constitution. But hey, who cares? Because these people have taken over and they can do anything they want and they pay their actors very well because they're putting on this production for us so that we'll end up with nothing and anybody who gets to live will be totally enslaved. Anyway, we'll get back to the, I mean there's so much about the corporate bankruptcy and we'll get to that a different day. But I wanted to go over to, let's see, this is, what was I on the article about? I don't know. Yeah, let's see, Postel, a constitution in decline, that's a Washington Times article too. And it's talking about circumventing government by transferring power from Congress to a fourth branch of government, which is very true. The administrative state, we have the administrative state. That hooks up with the regional governments. And all of these things which started long ago, like the Council of State Governments and the Governor's Association, they collude behind our back. That's why you never know, like, how come some states If in fact they're all meaty and colluding in this new nation that we live in, it's one nation under fraud that was set up, who gets to play the good guys like DeSantis and Abbott now and then of course the South Dakota woman has been the good governor all along and you don't know, we don't know these things. We don't get to see the facts. Most people don't realize that there is this bureaucracy and it goes, connects to the United Nations and it's controlled by that senior executive services and it goes right through all these regional governments. So now they've got people, they're pulling people about to seeding from the union and moving into regions and the people that are being pulled have no idea what that will mean because that regional government is the great reset agenda 21, 30, 50 government. that was set up here by Nixon in the early 70s. So you see, we just don't have any facts. We're in a war and the reason that it's so difficult to win is they control the money, they control the court system, they control all the institutions now through infiltration and takeover. It's capture. Really, it's like they're pirates now because they brought the law of the sea and the UCC and all the people that have been involved in destroying this country, there's thousands of them that are traitors and a lot of them people think were good guys and they weren't. So anyway, what I'm trying to get over to is law having to do with these executive orders. And I have two things from Publius Hulda. and they are called, let's see, one of them is the President's enumerated powers rulemaking by executive agencies and executive orders. Now when you're talking about the deep state, and I've seen it defined differently, I don't know, to me the shadow government is the fourth estate connected to the regional government. It's all connected to the UN and West. Then you've got another thing going on. Maybe the deep state has to do with all the 17 intelligence agencies and the theater that they're putting on going probably, it's just too much really for people to take in. I do want to talk about the powers of the president because you look at what Biden has done since he's in there. He's literally destroying and warring upon the people in this country. It's not him. He's just following orders. I'm not saying that to exonerate him. The guy is just despicable. So is she. But they're just figureheads for what's really going on, as far as I can tell. Publius Holdae, this is written in, let's see, I don't know, it doesn't give a date for when it was written, but it talks about John Boner. Was it Boehner? B-O-E-H-N-E-R, I remember that guy. November 2010 said, well, our new majority will serve as your voice in the people's house. We must remember it is the president who sets the agenda for our government. The next morning, Ezra Klein commented in the Cult of the President lives on. I'd like Boner to know, To show us, we're in the Constitution, it says that the President sets the agenda for the government. But Bonner is not as astute as recline and does not know that it is our Constitution which sets the agenda for the federal government. The agenda the Constitution set restricts the federal government to war, international relations and commerce, and domestically the establishment of a uniform commercial system, A monetary system based on gold and silver, weights and measures, patents and copyrights, bankruptcy code and mail delivery. Because none of the House Republicans seem to know that our Constitution sets the agenda and don't know that our Constitution also enumerates the powers delegated to the President, they are allowing Obama to carry out his agenda to transform our country into a fascist dictatorship. She goes on to talk about the powers of the President. which aren't very many and And says that the last clause sets forth that would be in article 2 section 1 sets forth the President's oath of office to preserve protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and I know people say well which one has there been more Clearly we're not living under the Constitution that was originally put in or it's just being Ignored it's just It's not the paper that matters. It's the matter of the Constitution set up the government that we were supposed to live under, and its only purpose was to protect the life, liberty, and property of the people. So the history of this country is the Revolution. that took the government to protect the life of property and people and turned it into organized crime systems to destroy the life, the liberty and the property of the people. That's our history that we're looking to understand. But it's more important to stop this than to understand it in all of its intricacy. I don't know how you stop it. But anyway, in terms of the President and his executive orders, this is what I'm trying to get to, eventually talks about the unconstitutional administrative law state. Well, that's coming from the executive. And it's, let's see, let's see, what is the executive power? So the granting of the executive power to the President is not a blank check, giving him power to do whatever he wants. The executive power is merely a power to put into effect to implement those acts of Congress which are within Congress's enumerated powers. Thus, if Congress establishes a uniform rule of naturalization as authorized by Article I, Section 8, Clause 4, it is the President's duty to implement and enforce the law Congress makes. The President is to carry out, to execute acts of Congress. But note well his oath of office is to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution. And it shows that the President must use his independent judgment as to which acts of Congress are and are not constitutional. Thus as shown in the paper, the oath of office, the check on usurpations by Congress, the executive branch, and federal judges. The president has the duty imposed by his oath to act as a check on Congress and on federal courts as well. Accordingly, when Congress makes a law which is not authorized by the Constitution, it would not be the supreme law of the land, but a usurpation of power not granted by the Constitution. So, usurpation of the law, this is impeachable obviously. And yet it's almost total. I mean, that's all they do. There is no law practiced in this country. That's why we see all the penumbra readers up there. They just make things up, and their opinions don't matter, and yet they're acted on as if they're law because people don't understand that these nine people do not get to dictate what law is. So there is no abortion law ever passed. None of these things have anything to do with law. They have to do the opinions of these nine people. And these opinions will become even more harmful in the future. Not that you can say, you know, how do you judge between the different harms done? It's very difficult. It's going to be subjective in the eyes of those harmed. But with Biden and Harris pretending to be running the show as a stacked court again, So anyway what weíve got is now administrative law and this is where the executive has agencies and they are delegating power which is totally unlawful to delegate power and theyíre going to give them powers of all three branches of government. So when you look at these people that have taken over and control this agency, it's a separate government. And it goes with the UN, and these people are very well paid, and Obama, I think, is the one that put most of them in. This is a takeover of the country. This is a war, and most people have never even heard of these things. And that's the best way you would win a war. You come in, you take over the country, you just discard the law, put your own declaration of interdependence, you set up a new government behind the government and slowly you give the power over to them and the people don't even know because you have deprived them of all knowledge and they are in the state of ignorance, willful or not. And this is how you conquer a country from within and then the people wake up to find out that they're under siege and there's many wars going on against them. Article 1, Section 1 in the Unconstitutional Administrative State, rulemaking by executive agencies. to, oh, okay, let's jump over to this, because, okay, the executive agencies is not really what we're going to talk about. It's more the executive orders that are coming from both governors and this president, and they're not lawful in almost every case. The executive orders have to do with the administration within the executive office, generally speaking. So that's true of the governor also. When he gives out orders and mandates and all these things it has nothing to do with the people in the state It has to do with the people working in his office. So Let's see what? The guiding principle is this The president has no authority and that's the governor also having to do with his Constitution and the Constitution of the US to do anything apart from constitutional authority or statutory authority Assuming the statute itself is constitutional But what's missing in this also is the Constitution has to be in accord with the common law. That's totally gone. Let's see. So respecting those matters within his constitutional authority and duty and duties imposed by constitutional statutes, the President may make, and this isn't quote, orders, call them executive orders if you like. For example, It is the president's constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed. Thus he has a duty to enforce constitutional laws made by Congress. How does he enforce the laws? Sometimes by means of orders to illustrate. Say Congress makes a law as authorized by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 6, making it a felony to counterfeit securities and current coin of the United States. If the U.S. attorneys are not prosecuting counterfeiters, the president should order them to do this or fire them. So if somebody is not obeying the law, he has the right to make an order and make them obey the law. That's his job, to execute the law. But say Congress makes a law which purports to make possession of shotguns shorter than 18 inches of crime. Since the President's oath requires him to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, anyone for, uh, sorry, just a minute, he's obligated to order the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Attorneys to refuse to prosecute anyone for the possession of a sawed-off shotgun. Why? Because such a law is unconstitutional as outside the scope of the legislative powers granted to Congress in our Constitution, it also violates the Second Amendment. So all of these gun laws are in violation and no one in any executive branch has ever stopped them. So what are they? They're traitors and criminals. Because it's outside, let's see, it's yeah, so it's outside the law in okay the Second Amendment violates Second Amendment clearly such an offense to refuse prosecution falls within the president's constitutional duties enforce the Constitution and he is giving an order to people within the executive branch The president is the one who was charged with carrying out acts of Congress. He has the executive power But because of his oath he may not carry out unconstitutional laws That is one of the checks on Congress. Look at Biden's orders. These are orders of war, mostly, and helping an invasion of this country to reestablish the new world order and agenda 21-3050. He's at war against the people in this country, as are most everyone in the government. The President may also properly make orders addressing housekeeping issues within the executive branch, such as dress codes, no smoking or drinking on the job. He may encourage executive agencies to hire qualified handicapped people and the like, just as if you have a business. You may make orders addressing such matters. So... Do you see the president may lawfully make orders to carry out his constitutionally imposed duties and powers and the powers bestowed by statutes which are constitutional and he may address housekeeping issues within the executive branch. But a president may not lawfully by means of orders exercise powers not delegated to him by the Constitution or the Constitutional Acts of Congress. So this is Parallel to the situation in states and counties and cities, these mayors and governors do not have the right to impose all of these orders on people because under the common law, they can't compel performance. But even not under the common law, which would be unlawful in this country, which is a American common law country, You certainly can't just declare an emergency without proving it. There's no proof at all that there's an emergency. And you can't say that this virus exists if you can't prove that it exists. Certainly if it exists, you have to prove it because without proving it, how can you test for it and how can you have a vaccine for it? And I think David Martin said, Once these emergency orders cease, so will the testing and the vaccines because they are only able to be there because of the emergency orders. That is the real reason for the emergency orders. To vaccinate people with things which are not vaccines, that is the reason. And that, of course, is a crime. People should have conformed descent. That's the thing. There's no con... informed consent in America any longer. When people do things, it's as if like the laboratory that was set up to make us into obedient sheep pig and transfer us into the state of animalhood instead of being people with wills, souls, etc. who can make decisions for ourselves and our self-govern. That again is the history of this country. to destroy the population and use them as human resources. How do you do it? You go back to Wilhelm Want and his laboratory and you use social sciences to do it as you're hooking up the government with universities via grants, subsidies, loans, etc. The military industrial complex is greatly expanded. It was already expanded before Eisenhower said that in his farewell speech talked about the warned about supposedly the military industrial complex and did Kennedy and you have to wonder with this revealing the method or where these people really concerned because I I've grown to be so cynical of people in office it's hard to think that they were trying to warn you I mean it's like pretending that all the talk flee was warning people instead of are revealing the method and he was one of these family people i don't know about orwell he might have actually been trying to warn people and it's it's like we just it's impossible really without spending your whole life trying to figure out what people's motives are and we can never figure that out because none of these criminals ever go to trial even though you can see the damage committed by people in the government against the people i mean it's just Itís really ineffable. You could never describe the damage done to American people by the people in government since and during and since the Civil War and Iím sure before. And they do it in the same, you know, by controlling the money, the law and now itís total control. Itís totalitarianism merging the government with the corporations and with the NGOs. They have tens of thousands of groups against us. So, we're not in a good position. There's no doubt about that. Back to what we can and can't do. Obama has issued executive orders which are unlawful because they are not authorized by the Constitution or the Acts of Congress. Obama is what is behind these two people in power now. It's Susan Rice, Obama, Jarrett. These are the people. Who are they? They are criminals and traitors. They're international criminals. They're communists and corporate communists. They become very, very wealthy. They talk about how dangerous it is to have climate change. Oh yes, the seas are rising. Of course, wasn't he going to stop that? And maybe he did, because he bought his place right there up in Nantucket. He's right there. He'd be overcome. He doesn't believe this. They don't wear masks. Are you kidding? These people should be put on trial, found guilty of their crimes, and hanged. Oh, don't say that. You'll be called a domestic terrorist. Um, so... Here are two executive orders which are particularly pernicious because they undermined our foundational principle of federalism and we're under cooperative federalism now. And have as their objects the improper, this is like, this is Pueblo's Hilda, the improper consolidation of states into one republic. Well this is under Obama, I mean that started after the Civil War. I hate in the 14th Amendment. Come on. It's a little bit late to this party here. So the executive order of 13-575 was the establishment of the White House Rural Council. This executive order provides for over 25 federal departments and agencies to run every aspect of rural life. Now you don't really have to even think that would be lawful. The executors that also establishing the Council of Governors. The effect of this EO is to erase the independence and the sovereignty of the states and consolidate us into a national system under the boot of the executive branch. Joseph Stalin couldn't do much better than this. Well, what about all these associations of governors? And these things started long, long before Obama. So I don't get quite, this seems to be a time gap here. So these executive orders are blatantly unconstitutional as usurpations of power not granted in the Constitution. So nullify them. Three, likewise, executive agencies may not by means of administrating rulemaking usurp the powers of Congress. Remember, because of Article I, Section I, all rulemaking by executive agencies is unconstitutional. Here are cases of such unconstitutional rulemaking. And these are, this is pertinent today. When Congress refused to pass the DREAM Act, which provided a path to citizenship for certain categories of illegal aliens, ICE had no authority to implement it in whole or in part by executive memo. Power over rules of naturalization, i.e. who qualifies for citizenship and what are the procedures. is expressly granted to Congress by Article I, Section 8, Clause 4, which grants Congress alone the power to establish a uniform rule of naturalization. The president has no constitutional power over immigration and naturalization except to enforce the acts of Congress respecting these subjects. Article 2, Section 3, which imposes upon the President the duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, requires the President to enforce such constitutional acts of Congress. But if Congress refuses to make law respecting naturalization, a President who enacts it anyway via executive order or administrative regulation or administrative memo by his underlings in the various executive agencies is acting lawlessly. His unlawful acts should be nullified and he should be removed from office for his usurpation and then tried, of course. But, okay, so Congress recently did not pass three sinister and grotesquely unconstitutional bills Obama wanted, card check, cap and trade, and the Disclose Act. These bills are unconstitutional. It's outside the scope of legislative powers granted by the Constitution to Congress. Nowhere does our Constitution give Congress authority to make laws about labor unions, sorry, card check, or to regulate carbon emissions. the stuff humans and animals exhale and plants and trees need for photosynthesis, cap and trade, or requiring people with federal contracts to report their personal political activities to the executive branch, which is the DISCLOSE Act. Since Congress may not lawfully make laws on such subjects, no one can. Yet Obama is circumventing the Constitution, implementing these three failed and unconstitutional bills by agency rulemaking or executive orders. The National Labor Relations Board is implementing card check by agency regulation. And then there's a link. The Environmental Protection Agency is implementing cap and trade by agency regulation. And it appears that Obama, in furtherance of his agenda to reward his supporters and punish non-supporters, is considering signing an executive order to implement the DISCLOSE Act. Read this. So let's sum this up. The president must always uphold our Constitution. And this goes for the governors, the mayors, etc. with their state constitutions and they can't go against the Constitution of the United States. When Congress makes an unconstitutional law, the president must refuse to implement it. He may by means of executive orders instruct people in the executive branch not to comply. For example, if a president orders the U.S. attorneys to decline to prosecute persons for possession of sought-off shotguns, he would be acting lawfully. Because Congress has no authority to ban them but the president is violating the Constitution when he implements card checks by agency rules made by The NLRB, so that's what the National Labor Relations Board, when he implements cap and trade by agency rules made by the EPA, and the Disclose Act by executive orders because the president and executive agencies as well as Congress do not have the authority over these objects. And further, no one in the executive branch has authority to make laws. So what should we do about illegal executive orders and rules made by executive agencies? That would apply also to the Health and Human Services, which is – now these are all corporations according to what I've read. Once again, it's hard to know, but when you go – is it Manta that you go check? These things are corporations, which also is – they're for-profit corporations and they're not constitutional. So one wonders who is behind putting all of these in, and it's of course the same people. But we let this go on. We should have stopped it with the very first one, which I believe was agriculture. I mean the Coast Guard was also very early, but I think that was maybe lawful. But I don't think agriculture ever was. And look at all that's come out of it. So what should you do about this? A Congress filled with he-men and she-women, instead of ignorant cowers, wusses and wimps, would impeach Obama for his usurpation in signing unconstitutional executive orders and in circumventing Congress by having executive agencies implement by means of administrative rules legislation with Congress did not pass. In a federal's paper number 66, Hamilton expressly states that impeachment is an essential check on a president who encroaches on the powers of Congress. And in Federalist number 77 points out that impeachment is a remedy for the abuse of executive authority. But since the people in Congress are too ignorant and weak to rid us of abomination in the White House, the states and counties must nullify unconstitutional executive orders and administrative rules or submit to slavery and the destruction of our constitutional republic. Since state and county officials have taken an oath to support the U.S. Constitution, Article 6, last clause, they are bound by oath to refuse to submit to illegal executive orders and illegal agency rules. And of course, we the people in our business must also spit on such illegalities by the executive branch, our creature, Federalist No. 33, has turned into Frankenstein and has lost all legitimacy. So with the executive orders, as she is pointing out in the federal government, it's parallel to your governor in your state and what he can and can't do. And certainly you cannot have a year-long emergency order compelling people to perform, which would be illegal itself under the common law, and had a military operation coming from the federal government to vaccinate people with something that's an emergency vaccine that seems to be harming a lot of people early on and with no knowledge of what may come later, but it's not looking good. This is a war on the people in this country. Itís psychological warfare but itís also war against peopleís bodies. If itís true that the Moderna actually has an operating system in it, this is going to go along with this insane idea of these people who consider themselves elite but all they are is actually psychopaths with unauthorized power. If we had a military, And it should never have been a standing army or navy or anything, but if we had a military protecting the people in this country and we had our militias, we could go get these people at Davos and bring them to trial. The last thing you want is international court set up by these same people. This is the problem we have is total corruption. Itís totalitarian. Itís everywhere you see itís corruption. Itís destroying people in very different means. Some they take their lives. Some they assault them and they become sick. Some they kill in wars. Some they take their lives because they take all their money and make them destitute. And of course, they're controlling. We don't have an economy anymore. An economy originally in this country meant what was going on within the family. How were they doing with their crops, with their business, etc. But they've entangled us in a collective economy where they can destroy people. And this has been done so slowly over time. And people are in a trance state, a twilight zone, and do not understand it because we have been deprived of knowledge about how the monetary system would work. and that the system was taken over to set up two systems basically with Federal Reserve. You have a financial system and you have a real economy and both of them destroy people. And in the end, they've used these two systems for destruction and to take over all the assets in countries. The World Bank, the IMF, and the BIS is the big one. The other two are under it. They are all working together for our destruction along with the United Nations with all these thousands of groups that they have. In this country, it was the CFR getting into the door in the 1920s and expanding, and then the trilaterals in the early 70s. You've got all the international groups. The trilateral was somewhat international. I think it was. uh... the u s european japan the crime is going to see what you have it is across the planet or criminals running all the different governments working against the people because they basically think that they they're god and uh... taking out everybody and that's a dirty fighting how many people will live on the earth So you have the people like Ted Turner, another psychopath, telling you, oh, we'll have to get rid of this many people. It goes back to Francis Galton and the eugenicists. That's what it's really about. That's why they think they have the right to do this. They don't have any rights. It's all might is right, and the end justifies the means for them because these people are without any kind of soul. They're terrible. I have an article somewhere around here on the eugenicist, but I don't know where I put it. Just a minute, I'll see if I can find it. Let's see. I mean, so what we're battling really is communism, fascism, Zionism, and that's one of the big problems too is Zionism and people that don't understand what it is who are Christians. And Chuck Baldwin had a good article about that yesterday, which I do have here. But, eugenics is, according to the eugenicist, is the self-direction of human evolution. And this is an article from Lou Rockwell, from Gary Barnett, and it's on technology, what is it, technology news. It's Patrick Wood Group. And he says, after the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II, the world thought it was done with eugenics, that is, ethnic cleansing and depopulation. Today, the shock of the ages is that not only is eugenics still asserting itself, but that it's becoming the major narrative of the COVID-19 pandemic. So the article is, eugenics is alive and well, and COVID-19 scam is the engine for accomplishing depopulation. It starts out with the famous quote by that idiot, Prince Philip, in his foreword to, if I were an animal, and he doesn't know it because he's ignorant but he is an animal, and he said, I just wonder what it would be like to be reincarnated in an animal whose species have been so reduced in numbers that it was in danger of extinction. What would be its feeling towards the human species whose population explosion had denied it somewhere to exist? I must confess that I am tempted to ask for reincarnation as a particularly deadly virus. Well, he's a carrier of a particularly deadly virus in that he thinks that he is God like these other people and that other humans are there for him to play with, kill, steal from, etc. Let's see. Yeah, here's what Bill Gates said as a eugenicist and son of a eugenicist. The world today has 6.8 billion people that's headed up to 9 billion. If we do a really great job on vaccines, health care, reproduction health care, we could lower that by perhaps 10 to 15%. So you see what the purpose of vaccines, wellness, health care, reproductive services, etc. is. And Henry Kissinger, what a species he is. Depopulation should be the highest priority of foreign policy towards the third world because the US economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries. Yeah, let's just go kill them and take their resources. And that's pretty much the notice that operandi of people like Kissinger. He's another despicable person. But he's pretty good example of this group of people who are trying to kill us all. Ted Turner a total population of 250 to 300 million people oh a 95% decline from present levels would be ideal Mm-hmm Margaret Sanger of course Planned Parenthood founder the most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it It's unbelievable Klaus Schwab that's that it is now far easier to manipulate with precision the human genome with viable embryos means that we are likely to see the advent of designer babies in the future who possess particular traits or who are resistant to a specific disease. So, Klaus Schwab, he said that in shaping the future of the fourth industrial revolution, a guide to building a better world, And this is the article by Gary Barnett from Lou Rockwell. Eugenics is a social and scientific movement based on the belief that the genetic quality of the human race can be improved by the use of selective breeding as well as other morally-criticized methods to eliminate groups of people considered genetically inferior while encouraging the growth of groups judged to be genetically superior. This would be evolution by unnatural selection. Murder. That's what it would be. I'm not going to read too much of this. I want to go over to this paragraph. Vaccination, injection of poison, introduction of pathogens through testing, mind control, lockdowns, premeditated murder, sterilization, and fear mongering will be the tools used to turn the tide in favor of the state by artificially altering human biology by invasive psychological manipulation. by ever increasing draconian restrictions and mandates and by state-sponsored terror at the hands of the encroachmen arm, sorry, enforcement arm of the government. If the people do not stand up en masse against this assault, the situation as described above will almost certainly be the result. By now, the purposeful elimination of some humans, the gene and mind altering of others, and the grand sterilization campaigns, especially in developing countries, should be seen as an obvious plot. that is desired and in some respects is already underway. It is extremely difficult to consider that part of society that claims superiority over others to such an extent that they want to be able to decide who lives or dies, who is free or is slave, who should be forcibly altered, to be worthy of existence as human beings. They are mere evil monsters. The idea of eugenics has never disappeared. It just faded into the shadows for a few decades. But today, once again, is being discussed more openly, although by another name, the supporters of eugenics, those that profess intellectual superiority over others in one form or another, are normally leftists, progressives, postmodernists, neo-Marxists, globalists, or powerful politicians that are no longer hiding many of their views. They include university professors, scientists, technocrats, health organizations, and institutional officials, and the alleged elites and their super- There are tax-free foundations that are attempting to reset the world to their liking. Bill Gates, for example, comes immediately to mind, but there are many, and these types hold powerful positions in the U.S. and around the world. The promotion and advancement of certain human extermination of transhuman development and mass sterilization can be accomplished in many ways, and I would argue that it is, to some extent, already happening now. gene-altering vaccinations, immune system destruction, nanoparticle insertions, chip implants, radio wave technologies, bioweapon releases, isolation and dehumanizing, psychological techniques, starvation and GMO food circulation are just a few of the ways of altering human biology or killing the dissenters and undesirables. This is not science fiction nor is it far-fetched. This is now a reality. In my opinion, this is Gary Barnett again, higher death counts will occur as time passes, especially for those who take this poisonous injection falsely called a vaccine. Months from now, we'll tell the tale. It won't be a pretty picture. The solution is total disobedience and dissent by the many. No one can make this happen except each individual. But the more that refuse to comply, the better chance we all have to survive this plotted war against humanity. I think that's really good and it is true that individuals have to become so intent on getting rid of this enemy so that people can live in peace. You will find a way, what is it called, order out of chaos. to come together against this threat that's already killed many people in many ways. But this vaccine is particularly evil in that people are taking it, believing that it's going to help them as they always have with the vaccines. And I still want to read the Eustace Mullins' one book called Death by Injection just to see more of the background of it. There was one more article I thought was very good today and it does show it's it's about mind control and It's about what they have done already with this vaccine It's the way they work on people that they have controlled through trauma and conditioning over a long period of time and it's called the moral ization of Covid 19 clouds human judgment and We only have a few minutes left here. So, um I'll just read a couple quotes. Preventing COVID-19 deaths has been elevated to a sacred value in society such that those who question pandemic restrictions are morally condemned while deaths, abuses of power, and public shaming that occur in the name of preventing COVID are deemed acceptable. Covid has become a highly visible politicized and publicized event such that efforts to combat it has become moralized and even regarded as sacred values. Once something is elevated to the level of a sacred value, even questioning anything that goes against it can elicit moral outrage, disapproval, and the desire to reaffirm one's moral commitments. This is certainly what's been seen with the COVID-19 policy, was people have been shame threatened and physically assaulted over their choices to not wear a mask or refuse to shutter their business. See, these people that do this have absolutely no inkling of what's really going on. I am, of course, assuming we're right. I can always think of the who is it, Casey, that said that we'll know that our disinformation campaign is right when everything everybody believes is false. That's kind of a frightening thought that everybody might believe things as salt, but it can't be both in this case. These things are either, of course, they're more than one vaccine. They could be different in certain ways. They all have human embryos we just read. Anyway, it is sort of scary. But the problem is moralization, so they're turning morals into an ism now. It's all virtue signaling because it's not based on real morals because people don't have facts. So it's all about mind control and behavioral control. Lackdowns, business closures, and social distancing enforced to combat COVID-19 involved trade-offs that researchers describe as collateral damage. Gee, I feel like all those kids' metal and Albright talked about that we're being murdered in the Middle East. Oh, well, it's just collateral damage. These costs include Unemployment, underemployment, extreme stress and substance abuse, delayed cancer diagnosis, amongst other, left unaddressed. These forces may generate deaths of despair whereby individuals perish from behaviors or worsened illnesses as a result of perceived bleak prospects. Yet, because fighting COVID-19 has been turned into a moral issue, people tend to be more accepting of the real harms induced as a result, including death, abuse of power, mental illness, Then they are of the harms that they attribute to the COVID illness. So you've got, which is worse, all these unconstitutional, unlawful lockdowns, et cetera, and all of the repercussions or people who are against these mandates, which is worse? Well, they believe that COVID is a real killer. And so these other people are just morally unfit. So, and go over here, they've done studies on this, of course. But whatís missing from their studies is any question of is this a real vaccine? Would these people still feel the same if they had informed consent and if they were informed about the vaccines and what they caused, all the things that they caused and what will come from taking the vaccine is all negative? But they're pretending like some of this is cultural and it's moral relativism. So they're going to have an opinion about this without all the facts. So they're testing this, but they're still not giving them the facts. So I don't really care about the tests that they're doing. And the people who are writing this think that the harms of the COVID restrictions are under-acknowledged. But questioning the restrictions is morally condemned by people because they have been brainwashed and they are lacking the facts of the repercussions of these vaccines, the ultimate motive of the people giving them and participating in this really it's the COVID death cult, it's a march to death, destruction, et cetera. And they say in the end that there's still time to take a step back from this altered reality and view the COVID-19 pandemic objectively, but you need facts to do that without allowing an ambiguously imposed and media driven measure of morality to cloud your judgment. If you want to learn more, go to questioningcovid.com for open-minded discussions. And if you're looking to get involved and take action, Stand for Health Freedom is a nonprofit dedicated to protecting human constitutional and parental rights. That sounds like a good one. I've never heard of that one. And I think we're about out of here because I was going to get to and go over to a couple of solutions. You can read about one. It's by Trevor Loudon. Opinion in New Zealanders nine starter steps to save America from socialism and some of them actually are pretty good, but it's too late to get into them. Thank you for listening and next week we are going to go back to the reconstruction in Lincoln and how all this really started and became, we can't became one nation under fraud from the 14th Amendment forward. So that's about it. It's five o'clock. So I'm out of here. Thanks. Bye. It's part of our Constitution. You know, the right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny, not to hunt, it's to protect yourself and the police. Anybody that wants to disarm me can drop dead. Anybody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless, people that want to literally create the proven places where more innocents are killed called gun-free zones, we're going to beat you. We're going to vote you out of office or suck on my machine gun. I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave, in this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan, you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors. So their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? Are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God-given right we only watch and tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the free. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first hour of the afternoon Intelligence report. In the, just anyway, 2021 Old Earth Calendar, 2021 Battle for the Republic, the Dance of Swords. And it is Friday. It is Cinco de Amo Day. It is Quartermaster Friday. And a couple of heads up things. Keep an eye on Sportsman's Guide. We are headed towards cold weather out. And Sportsman's Guide will already start marking down cold weather equipment. So you want to watch their closeout slash deals that they have. Now I would remind you that in some cases with the clothing, the reason it's going to come down early is all you larger people picked up all the big clothes and they're probably smaller sizes available. But... Some of the items, especially in the Eastern European combat coats and such, although they only have them in smalls and mediums, they are a very high quality product, very well built, and in many cases brand new old inventory. So never issued old inventory is great. The big thing here again is remember you may not get the big sizes, but they do tell you that sometimes it's just a reverse. I can't guarantee what I just said is true. because I've been buying out a lot of the deals and clearances where the 3X, 2X, 1X are still available and it's the small sizes that are gone. Or maybe we're never there, I don't know. But big, big sizes. I grab all the big, big sizes. I can always make something big, fit somebody smaller, but stretching the cloth only goes so far, you know, from small to big. Anyway, keep an eye on Sportsman's Guide. That's for Quartermaster Friday. And for ammunition, Again, AIM surplus, I have not been there today, but I just got this feeling because AIM did get a little spurt in the beginning of the week. The last couple of times that they've gotten a major block of ammo in, it was right at the weekend. I would recommend keeping an eye on AIM surplus for the next day. or two, but you know, for instance, one of the reasons AMBO doesn't get posted till about now is everybody's usually buried up to their eyeballs in work and calls at all of these businesses. AIM is pretty well exhausted on ammunition, but they do still do all of their AR-15 parts. In fact, they do some phenomenal work. I love their bulk carriers. They're not something that jumps out at everybody, but you know what? We've used a lot of the AIM bolt carriers for years and they work flawlessly and they've come up with some unique finishes so go check about see what they have their AIM surplus they're not advertising with us they're just a good company to deal with. If they got it they got it if they don't it ain't there it's not posted. Another thing about that too is for those you are building up ARs there are some odds and ends 762x39 items that AIM If you cherry pick, you can still put for a reasonable price a 7.62x39 upper for a pretty good price. Barrels are randomly available, Bear Creek of course, but Bear Creek also has the complete upper. That's in the number of different lengths, both conventional So forgive me traditional AR-15 charging handle from the rear but Bear Creek also makes their own side charging handle model if you're a new listener. Either one of those are sufficient for the kind of work we're talking about. I like the side charging handle on the AR to begin with. However you choose and by the way oh that's right they also make left-handed side chargers. Yeah. Well, I guess, what the hell, you're building me, you don't take so much reprogramming the CNC machine to do a mirror of the system, right? So they do a left-handed, I don't know how many they have or if they're in stock, but they have done them, so that's just a heads up. I prefer to take the policy of the US Army and the old school on that one and that everybody is a right-handed shooter. Now, that's even if you're a left-handed shooter. Why? Well, remember the AR-15M16 family of rifles, they put that little permanent brass deflector pyramid on the receiver, the upper receiver. So all you lefties can pretty well face the rifle however you want to and guess what? The brass isn't going to go down your blouse and, you know, into those soft tissue areas underneath your t-shirt. Kind of embarrassing when you do that special, you know, empty case stance. Oh, get it out, get it out, get it out. Okay, so. We find that we can still happen no matter what weapon you got. That really doesn't make any difference. Make it still happen. It's just the single finger of fate thing like so many other things. But it just brings back funny memories. Even with myself, it's like, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, wait a minute. Oh, it's moving. Oh, it's moving. Oh, there it is. Oh, yeah, right there. Now they're by the belt line, too. Again, Bear Creek Arsenal, another solution. B-E-A-R. Bear. Arsenal. You know, dot com. BearCreekArsenal.com. personal.com. Now if you haven't noticed, and again I save myself a lot of time here because my attitude on this, I'm not going to be listening to any of their anti-gun crap anyway, but as far as what's being proposed, you know they don't have a plan, but boy they keep adding to the non-plan that they have guys, you know, oh they don't have a plan, you know you all need to go to sleep, they're not really after you're gone, so no, no, just go back to sleep. That's what that BS is about with all the public, you know, circus that they're doing with the Dog and Pony show back and forth to the outhouse on Pennsylvania Avenue. And it's really critical to understand that if you go over to Guns and Gadgets, he's been doing a great job of following up on and in fact posting. He's not the only one. There's a whole group of really dedicated people right now who are doing a phenomenal job of getting the information posted. It makes more sense to focus on them. when it comes to that database because it's already been done. All of you can copy and paste and shoot it somewhere else, which is what I do with every one of them. I share them every time I watch one. I only need to see so much. I'm going to be honest, okay, about most of this. There's nothing that they're surprising me with at all. I've already made up my mind that they need to be shot. They're not listening. I do believe that you have, for most of you, For those of us who have done this for decades, my attitude on this is I don't need to talk to them anymore. I already decided what I'm going to do to them, and I already know what I've got, but a lot of people need to go through the motions and find out, discover the world and the way it works. So it's good for the younger people to beat their head against the wall on occasion too. And in the process, the basic thing is to understand that as you will see, it's a dog and pony show. It's a fiction, it's bread and circuses. Their mission is that they're going to try to murder you. Now, the only thing that's stopping that are your guns. Your weapons, your ability to interact together. They've tried to do everything they can to disconnect people. It's not working. I mean, tonight we've got a large meeting that's going to be taking place at New Camp Stasa. Forgive me, I didn't mention that. It's invitation, but it's a multi-malicia meeting with a combination of Michigan militia at large. We've got the Wolverine militia corps, the original. Let's see, what else do we have? Colonial Marine militia and county militias. The new county militia, we've got representatives coming from, I believe, four counties up north. One of them is I'm not trying to hurt their feelings, but they're an orphan county because they were hit hard by what happened this last year. The good thing is that the other counties that are much better off have been providing equipment, tools, anything that was on the list of needs. And we've been doing the difference as far as providing training manuals, instructional videos, anything we've got that's out there that we've collected for everything from arms manufacturing to basic unit maintenance and large formation operations, which again, it's nothing exciting. This is very dull stuff. In fact, it's the stuff that usually if you tell everybody when they're supposed to be training that they've got to do something about field sanitation or whatever, it's like, well, are we going to be shooting guns? Now, most of the, pretty much all the adult people that have been doing this for a long time understand what I'm talking about now. And so, the group that's, the groups that are mobilized right now are dead cold serious. We're getting ready to fight a war. We're getting ready to fight the war. Actually, we've been getting, we've been ready, oh God. But you know, what it comes down to is we have to have final agreements and understandings about You know, if one person is attacked, we're all attacked. If one group in one part of the county is attacked, we're going to be going after the enemy from pretty much every direction. The one thing about the meeting tonight is to help people understand about that purpose for intercooperation to defeat the aggressor in total when the time comes. We're not going to let any of them escape. We're not going to let any of them survive. That's already pretty well been decided. There's a the subject was brought up by our allies You know getting mobilized and it's like then from their own lips is how they realize well, what can you do with these creatures? They've already betrayed us completely We know we're going to be killing foreign troops. I have a problem with that. Nobody none of you have a problem with that Well, everybody will say that I gotta say this But you're going to end up having to put sights on a target and putting a bullet on the idiot stick who followed the communist orders out of DC and the globalist. A lot of people, their job is to go out and hunt the globalist. That's something that has been needful. It's inevitable and it's going to be a mass and the biggest problem is people stumbling over each other because like I said We've got more hunters and we have targets to deal with even if we count all of their peons and minions and all their little sycophants that you know bow to the flames, etc. There's not enough time to go around for all of you hunters out there that are going to be hunting for these buggers. I think the most fascinating thing about this is Well, anywhere I go now, all I have to do is, in fact, mostly it's the way I dress, okay? And I don't dress in combat tactical gear, but I dress, you know, with the, I've got one or two items of clothing I'm wearing, and you know, the person kind of looks at you, and then just flat out, it sounds like they're wanting to break the ice. And then what's fascinating about this is that it's like you're listening to somebody who has been in the Patriot effort for decades, in some cases the people have in a roundabout way. Or at least they're all on the same page. But everybody has pretty well agreed that the talk is over. That's the first thing that I hear. Cashiers, guys that are running gas pumps, that are running gas trucks. Hey, how you doing? What's going on? How's work been? And everybody is, the one thing that is, I think it's all basically the second thing that comes out of their mouth in the discussion. And it's not bad, it's just, well, you know, I don't think it's gonna fix this, is getting rid of the problem. And that doesn't mean conversation, and they're not gonna be arrested, because cops are the problem. The military is right there with them, joined at the hip. I mean, what's gonna happen, and everybody agrees, is we do need, oh, we need a reset. But the enemy doesn't really understand that everybody's got the same attitude about what kind of reset needs to take place. And so we're really just dotting the I's and crossing the T's right now. And it's a lot of work. I mean, we've been run, run, run, run, run, run, run. One of the things I saw this last weekend, by the way, I didn't even mention it. We've talked about magazine rotation. Well, guess what we did while we were talking? Everybody, they broke out. I would say about 180 FNFL magazines. We shucked every last round out of them and of course now here's what's interesting. We had some that top round had a little oxidation. I don't know what happened there because they actually, well I know they were stored like kind of open air, but they were, they're not in a wet environment. They were indoors. So this kind of validates what I've said before about sealing things, but they were ready kits. Okay, it's kind of like everybody does this. You have so many magazines for so many rifles ready to go. So we shucked them all. We took the top rounds, anything we inspected, I looked at, you know, check them while you go. Put them over in a box. Those are to be shot. That's how you have some rounds for training and you aren't going to just burn them out because you only get whatever few it is that look like they need maintenance. and you clean them up and you take them up and if you've got somebody of you who here hasn't fired the .308 and they raise their hand, okay, come on over here. And this gives that new shooter or that new member a chance to fire that HK a few times, not a magazine's worth even sometimes. We can't waste the ammunition, we're not going to. Now there are other training aids that we have. In fact, to be quite honest, one of the things I did is I handed off three of the HK91 middle grade HK91 Airsoft rifles. And I'll tell you what, they function flawlessly. And if you fact, side by side, you can't tell the difference between the Airsoft HK91 and its, you know, PTR counterpart or the HK counterpart, seriously. Weight, feel, these are all metal HKs, by the way. all metal airsoft and very high quality. So what we did is we handed those off because of what we're talking about. They're no good on the shelf and they would need to be in motion and being used. So if somebody's training on a weekend, this weekend is when they're actually out there right now, then those things are going to be put to use indoors. Because again, we'll even reuse and reuse and reuse the pellets guys That's one of the advantages of these types of training aids and it gets the basics down now Then we take that bucket of odd ammo of course We've sorted it by now and whatever it is it needs to be shot up because of issues something We don't like about it. That's going to give them live fire opportunity with the exact same weapon They've just been practicing on with the airsoft and it works out pretty well Another thing here is I talked about this earlier in the week is if once we get going You need to practice designating automatic riflemen. You're not just going to spray pray and blast okay? And you need to you need to head really instill this weekend you guys that are going to be at Camp Emory Camp Emerson new Camp Stasa Camp Wayland North the O'Gomer Ranges Fox, Wolf, and all the other sites. There's a bunch of new sites. I don't even have all. I have not even been to any of the new ones. There with all the stuff that's happened in the last five months, even through the winter, I've donated a lot of equipment. I've donated a lot of stuff to help build up new sites. And each one has a couple hundred people a weekend, 300 people a weekend, large numbers of different groups coming in. And they're all of course developed to whatever degree. Most of the new ones are obviously rustic, not everyone, because some of them are on farmland and literally they're like where one of the farmhouses have burned down or been torn down and all the rest of the outbuildings, the hip roof barns, the whole nine yards are switched over to training. And you've got 40, 50, 60 acres of mixed land, part of the farmstead that isn't being used for crop. for integrated training. So it's a good area to work. And again, you've got good cover. You can even retain or leave the vehicles and equipment behind on site, which is what they're doing. And everybody, you're going to have to really work at instilling the discipline of the rifleman and everyone. Our mission is to kill people. If you're a rifleman, your job is to put a bullet on a biped and make sure the biped doesn't go home. Now I don't want to hear about five, six, seven, ten rounds patter patter patter. The dynamic of what should be coming onto the battlefield on our side is a rifleman, everyone, developed to be an expert if at all possible. Now you're going to judge your people and you know, even as I say that, guys I've told you about the combined arms team and why we have a combined arms, why we don't have just one gun that fits all. Because some people just won't be able to handle the discipline that I just mentioned. It's a matter of G, psyche, upbringing, any number of things that create that person. And each one, I learned this a long time ago, which is why we don't fight it. We watch and we tailor the team based upon what we can see in the way of response to the training of the recruits or of the new subjects. It depends on, again, what type of unit it is you're working with. And the reason I bring this up is because what you do, your job is to judge. And certain people that demonstrate a prowess, well in fact in many cases you will even go so far as we've done many times to give a new shooter a far better and more accurate weapon out of the box right away because that person needs to develop immediately and they are marksmen. Some people, once we get into that adrenaline rush and you pull the trigger, they can't remember how many rounds they fired, and I understand that. There are people that can walk through that experience with total discipline and diamond cutter focus. Well, we need millions of those. I want to be able to go in, put a crosshair on a target, and every time you pull the trigger, I put him down. I don't want to blast away. I'm not pissed on the movies. I'm too old for that garbage. because that's what most of that is, is propaganda to get you to waste and consume. I want you people to be just cold-hearted marksmen. That's what we need. One shot and they're down. Not because it's desperation. See, that's one thing. We have to do this going into the war. We are total recyclers going into the war. We are diverse skilled masters, okay, of all elements of the trade. And that means training and discipline, training and discipline. You have to develop that yourself. Some people will be like, well, I'm by myself, what difference does that make? To be quite honest, as I pointed out in the Battle for the Republic books, and there's a discussion about this in different texts out there that are great preparedness or on the next, the up and coming American War for Independence. What's interesting is Patriots surviving the coming collapse by James Wesley Rawls. A man working by himself can easily be taken down eventually, but if you have to start alone, it's not going to be difficult to figure out and find who it is that's of like mind on the battlefield. First of all, they'll be on the battlefield. So just a heads up there. This is going to escalate quickly enough. You're going to see things that are going to surprise you. The level of expertise of many of the militia units are in fact not just equal to, but superior to many, many, many standing military forces that are out there. We got the thinkers, they got the stinkers. A lot of people I know didn't re-up for a reason. They saw what kind of turds we had running the government, the kind of turds we have in the Department of Defense, and that's why they didn't go back. That's why they didn't re-up, but that doesn't mean they stopped doing what they were doing. In fact, just a reverse. You know, many, many, many tiers to what it is that's prepared to, you know, to deal with this problem now. So anyway, we got a busy schedule this weekend. I know a lot of you guys are going to be up there at Stasa. I know that we have a lot of people that are going to be a participant with the activities over at the Naga-Hitcham site. We've got some friends that are coming up from Georgia this weekend, right up the 75 corridor. And want to say hi to you guys. You're probably, hopefully you're already there, but I know some people might be making a late travel. The big thing here again is to demonstrate to everybody what all we do or how diverse we actually are. When you have visitors, our friends that are listening, we're going to show you how we've prepared. Now hopefully you're going to take all the information we can give you back and you can mimic or you can tweak the idea to whatever it is that fits your area of operation. One of those things are the micro FM stations that are running right now at all of these sites. This has been an ongoing classroom experience and it creates a little bit of fun for a lot of, well actually for a lot of people because here's what's cute. Most of the sites actually have like three operators at a time. Now there's another reason. Well, since I got a DJ there, we also have security cameras set up. So the DJ actually is working the camera monitors while his assistant is. And we usually have at least one student whose job it is to Well, we've got sound in the background here. Talking about the background here. Sorry about that. But again, having to do with the very subject we're talking about. So, as it is, again, what we have are everybody's an apprentice. We actually have everybody taking turns working as a DJ through the night. You don't sit there for eight, ten hours at a time. That doesn't happen. Because there's too many people who want to play DJ. You ever done that? It's fun. And one of the things that we do with the little micro stations is in between announcements that we make over the airwaves using the AM or the FM for close, but we do AM for general broadcast. They're rebroadcasting this program right now at every one of those sites. But we also, it gives everybody the opportunity to actually do their own music mixes. I've tried to donate cassette, CD, I've even got records, collections. They've gone to each site. And if I find more especially, I just send them over there, then they sort them out. That's one of the things they'll do tonight and tomorrow. If you're playing DJ, one of the first things you do, everybody has to share time helping to work in the radio station to deal with the administrative part. And that has to do with all the new donations that came in. and everything has to be checked, inspected, make sure that you have it logged and categorized. That way when somebody's looking for a piece of music, you don't have to fiddle-fart around for hours on end, we actually have, it looks like we know what we're doing. So it's kind of cool. So that's another thing, is that people are learning another skill or actually having a chance to do something. In many cases, everybody's always wanted to do, I want to be an ATV1 tonight, congratulations. And I'm Morris's history, so it's pretty cool. Go ahead, call or jump in there. Speaking of DJing, if possible, I'd like to... you haven't played it in a while, but either at your break or at the top of the hour, could you play us that My Little Arm Alive? I hadn't heard that in a while. Oh, okay. Well, actually, we figured out... I was thinking we were going to play it on Wednesday, but that's not a problem. We can do that again. My little armolite, which by the way, there's always an argument about that, that's a little subject unto itself. You know, everybody thinks AR-15, which by the way is correct, because that, the AR, was out there. But in England at the time, the AR-180, which actually was the M18, in some circles made by Sterling, made by the Japanese, and made by ArmaLite, obviously. What's fun is that that was one of the rifles they captured from the British. And so those were ArmaLites also. Now in addition to that, the Dutch, remember guys, I've talked about this many times, had embraced the AR-10. Well, the Dutch were real potheads back then. Anybody remember this? You know, for a while there they were talking about shutting down the Dutch Army. Anybody remember the 70s? I do. Do you remember how they couldn't even get the Dutch Army to march? The units, the guys were so high that I mean, because, you know, everything was free. You know, the drugs were, I won't say free, but everything was over the counter. And the Dutch Army had no specs or regulations. Everybody looked like they were basically in a combination of MASH or Jesus Christ Superstar. That was the Dutch Army, dudes. And, well, gotta remember, if you're a little high, like I told you before, why do you think Sarge is worried about you losing your rifle? Well, guess what? A lot of people would five-finger those guns while the Dutch were busy smoking and toking, dude. And a handful, I don't know how many total, but I know that quite a few almost got into it. Many more than they got there, didn't get there. But the Dutch AR-10s, they were being lifted left and right, and a lot of them did show up in the IRA's hands. So when we hear about, you know, my little arm of light, they're just, it's my little rifle, I love her so. But the AR-10, of course, it kind of fits in there. And it was, they liked it, they liked all of them. Of course they liked any gun. So I can tell you when you're fighting a resistance campaign, all guns are good. And especially if you're fighting a war for preservation, which is what we're going to be doing, all guns are good. What about the IRA? The IRA, a lot of people don't realize they were actually socialist organizations. Yep. As a matter of fact, the West German army wasn't much better, were they? No, hey, Mark. Go ahead, caller, jump in there. Hey, I sent you an email, but I never got a response. I actually made a militia version of My Little Armor Life, and I emailed it to you. The title of the song is Up in the Readout. Oh, okay. Well, I might... Okay, when did you send it? How long ago? Yeah, maybe a week. Okay, I probably... It's sent to the Liberty Street radio at Yahoo. It's there. Oh, oh, yeah, Liberty Tree Radio dot 4mg.com or Liberty Tree Radio. Yeah, I sent it to the Yahoo account. Okay, I can pull that. Okay, I can probably even pull it here right now. Not a problem. Well, I don't have any audio. It's just lyrics. Oh, I can record it. We've done that before. Bloody hell. Okay, good. You can do whatever you want with it. I just want to go your stuff. Thank you, I appreciate the heads up. Actually, I would have been, I may not have seen it in the Yahoo because it takes time. I've still got about a thousand emails a day with the, you know, liberty at provide.net. But I'll go check. We'll be going through it while we're, we'll go through it tonight. In fact, if I can, I'll go through during break. I'm trying to do a few different parodies. I've got Bonnie Blue Flag mostly done up in the readout, my best one. And I'm trying to work on a PT Boots IRA version of ours and also a, yeah. We lost you. Oh, sorry. That's okay. That's okay. Well, I appreciate it. Keep doing it. In fact, I've got a few other ideas. I'll pull some stuff out for you. One of the things, a couple of the songs that we rewrote, we just haven't taken the time to do. And one of our friends is probably listening and he wants to do them in the classic, you know, Irish pub band style. Which I think we could do a fine job with that one a lot. Bloody hell. Actually, that's why... Like I told you the you know you've got the The eighth regimental comrades act eight eight regimental combat team worst day since yesterday first time they all heard it They laughed their ass off, and then everybody agreed. It's the unit song Okay Yeah, it's flogging molly dash worst day since yesterday That's the group is flogging molly and the the name of the song is worst day since yes, oh that one Yes Falling down to you sweet ground. Oh god anyway, but you know You guys you bring up a good subject that we need to be constantly working on we need music we really do I I'm having a big problem with everybody trying to Re-re-re-react not react even well not even not respond It's just knee-jerk react to what all the enemy does you know it's like the cancel garbage first of all yeah Well, I'm just you know like I'm looking at what's going on I've been shutting more and more stuff off I can only watch so much of and I don't need to see it anymore in fact I'm so tired of my enemy as sooner sooner we can get rid of them the happier I'll be and If I let them eat my time up watching their excrement, which is what they're producing, is the absolute BS, it means that it takes time away from one of the other things that I was just talking about. Example, you know, I've got body armor projects we're working on right now for two purposes. A, for personal armor, for making people armor, but the other one is we're working on laminate panels for armored vehicles. And the armored truck is the first step, but the next step is a truck chassis, just like Cadillac Gage did. And taking all the things that they've learned about ceramic armor, which is really low tech, and applying it into larger panels to make mechanized, you know, light reconnaissance vehicles. And or to upgrade armor on even some of the tanks we already own. You know, we have a lot of Sherman's. We have a lot of Sherman's I mean I track. I know you've got a few of Eric do Well, yeah, the thing is and you know what was funny is I used to Gatter V8 all over the place and I always loved going to industrial sites and you got to understand guys that we built all that junk here and Example we have m48 and m60s. Well, we have every part that was basically forged or cast we made Right here. Yeah, I'll tell you what I'll tell you what we're gonna do. Uh, I think Ed's got a we're gonna do a different Okay, well, let's just go that way then we're gonna do a music break Everybody stay right where you are. Give me a chance to rest. I mean reorganize here for a minute. I'm not worth I'm meeting myself Okay, very good. And are we going there? It is a beautiful Friday Karl Clang rocked them in their ivory towers and again face to face, you know Kind of fun to know that you're going to be part of epic American history. It's going to be a mess. And that wonderful? Yeah, it's going to be a mess. But it's going to have to be done. And in fact, there isn't any fixing the shipwreck, like I said, after the fake election. All that did was confirm the level of fraud, the level of abuse, and the level of arrogance tied into an enemy who hates you. Hate you across the board. I think every time, I have to watch myself because I'm going to tell you one of the things that I hate the most. I have hated the most in what I have seen in the way of the activities where they try to cow everybody down into some kind of performance. When I see these turds that were demanding you get down on your knee or get down on your belly, the only thing I think to do is kill the bastard. Anybody that spews that garbage before me, I've warned people before that anybody who starts spewing that garbage in front of me, they're not walking away. There's a reason for this, and it's something where I have to be, I have to stay focused, and I have to stay firm, squared away. Don't let them knock you off your squares, the term that would be used. But the level of hatred I have for a person who demands that I'd cut off their legs and stuff it up their ass. I'd cut off, you know, I'd just, I'd not, they'd be down fast and it takes you to think about it. But there's a reason. I would never ask that of anyone. Never. I don't ask you to bow. I don't want you to scrape. I don't expect to see anybody on their belly. And they've actually gone to the pole, you need to get down on your belly. Did you see that police? That when I saw that rotten pig who knew full well what he was doing by cow towing to an enemy and oh you need to get down on your belly and beg for and the ass hats are stupid. Well, they're not stupid. That fool's job is to try and get all the rest of the piss willy lame spineless curse. to go along with it. Now later on he's just going to stand up, let the idiot stick that's demanding you lay on your belly, go ahead and give everybody their hard time, then all they do is walk in, plug that idiot stick along with the rest of the fools that are the organic sandbags, and then they turn around and tell all the rest, well since you were on your belly before, why don't you get on your belly again? Oh you thought that they didn't like that idea? No, they'd like it. They just want to be the ones that you're going to be groveling to, that's all. That's why for every time I see that, to me, the very idea that we have such petty and spineless people amongst us, we are going to have to deport these people. We cannot have them amongst us anymore. This is where the problem has been initiated. You have people that are doing that kind of, that subservience, that kind of subservience. They're of no use to you and they're of no use to our country. But if you think about it, I want to ask you something because who owns you? I always bring that up as a primary issue or at least the first thing, getting people's brain juices flowing. Who owns you? People answer in many ways. But if you think about what that fool's job is, is to show that, you know, to try and get you into the idea that somebody else does own your time and that somebody else owns you into some kind of over-order. You owe your soul beholden to them. No way in hell. And if you pay attention, what did they just do here the last couple weeks? Oh, you will own nothing and you will be happy. I'll tell you what, I'm going to settle that one real quick. They ain't even mouthing that. Their ass should be shot too. All they are is the extension of that. Oh, by the way, and since you own nothing and they own you, because in reality, what they mean is that you don't own yourself. Your property, all of the things that you have as personal property are an extension, a translation. of your life's time on this planet, on this earth, you get this one go around. Whether or not there are others or the debate about the cycle afterwards, I'm a Christian. That should say it all right there. As far as my philosophy, I know what's going on. And again, that's my personal choice. You get to make your personal choice too. Okay? But the fact of the matter is, that these characters know full well. This is communism, monarchism, neo-conism. By the way, I include that, that's not really, that's just another variation on the monarchism. But it's all the same kind of turd. who of course is going to be bathing in all of your life's time, is going to take all the hours that you have to get goodies and special treats and you know, vehicles and dockas out by the lake, you know, etc, etc, etc. But you, oh, you don't deserve to own anything. You will own nothing. And when they say you will be happy, it doesn't mean you will be happy. What they're telling you is you'll shut up, fool, and you'll be happy, or they're going to do something to you. See, what you're thinking, oh, did you hear that? I'm not going to own anything, and I'm going to be happy. In reality, it's all a matter of inflection. Kind of like that conversation we've had many, many times on the air, hey, Sarge, why don't you go take care of those prisoners? Did you hear that Sarge? So, you know Sarge says I need to go kill all those prisoners No, that's not what he said. But yeah, well, however you seem to interpret it you can use it as an argument. The order was vague Right, but you knew you weren't supposed to well, maybe there was an eye contact and that kind of order again You go take care of them. Oh, did you hear that? He's gonna take care of the prisoners Well, we could all go down the road this way but a bit of it a bit of it a bit of it Yeah, and take care of the prisoner Now see that I understand even as I say that some of the same will bark. Well, we're not going to take any prisoners Yeah, I understand that well that means you don't round them up and you know do whatever fight them on the battlefield finish them off right there But you know if they try to their it's their mistake but this is where we get into this whole issue of Will is again it disgusts me that these people think somehow that they have stupefied us and or count us down to the point where they're going to just do anything that they want, that there are gods on this earth. Well, we're going to send them to God. They're going to meet their Creator, just like everybody else, and we'll see what happens. And we're going to have to be the ones to send them to their Creator. We know that's going to happen, okay? So anyway, just if somebody asks me, well, what do you hate the most? I hate people. who somehow think that they're going to do something to me or anybody that I know or anybody even that's around me that I would never in any way shape or form do to somebody else like that. Now when it comes to defense and fighting and once you're at war all is fair and loving in war and you're in both okay so this is where we have to balance we have to balance things out and again we have to temper ourselves too. I understand what I'll be doing with what what we have at the end of this conflict. And again, I mentioned this several times, deportation. I know what a lot of you are thinking about doing and probably will do, and I notice I'm not going to shed any alligator tears about stopping you, because I know exactly what a lot of people's attitudes are. However, there's going to be a number that are still out there at the end that are your enemy that are not the, you know, they're the ones who thought they were going to be fellow travelers, you know, in the outskirts. Can't have them around us. So deportation is going to be the solution I know we were we we had a couple music requests. So guys be patient We'll play my little arm of light the next hour. How's that sound? We got enough. We'll have enough time then we got another hour coming up I would remind also that if you could take the time and go to www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com Before we go any farther, if you could take the time and donate to Liberty Tree Radio. It takes a second. If you could, whatever you can see in your heart, whatever you have available from all the other needs that you have, we understand you're arming and getting ready for war. I know that you're putting food away to prepare for the problems at hand. I hope you are, it's what you're supposed to be doing. And in the process though, we're going to keep doing what we're doing here, but we need your help to get that done. So if you could, take the time and donate. You can donate any amount you want. You can also donate an automatic amount once a week, once every two weeks, once a month. And it can be any amount also, $5. Some people donate a dollar a month. Again, that's $12 a year. Well, that's kind of like a basic internet subscription with some people. So that's cool. And again, it's just automatically taken out. It goes through PayPal, et cetera, et cetera. And again, there's a number of different ways you can set that up. We're probably going to do some drawing things. I mentioned that, remember last month. But we are probably going to do some drawings in the next, probably the next couple weeks. We have a box of things that have been donated by you guys listening and there are things that I've collected that are one of a kind. And what we'll do is put those all out there, package them up, and we'll have a series of drawings here pretty soon. But I'll let you know when that happens. And if you donate, we'll do like we do for the end of the year drawing. But we'll do it here, you know, around March, middle late end of March. It has been a good winter, despite the melodrama and all the garbage created by the ring knockers to create crisis in America where there shouldn't be any. Any crises that are taking place with regard to energy or electricity and or communications are intentional and not accidental. And just benchmark it, know who did it, down the road will hang their ass when the time comes. But this is all part of the drama queen engineering crap done by the globalists. First you get rid of the ones that follow the orders, then you go get rid of the globalists so you can catch them as you can, and just keep hunting them down until they're all gone. That's the plan. Or you might just snag them in passing. Like I said, oh look, you just have to be in front of your rifle at that moment. There we go that's settle that one so again the other thing here real quick with regard to Donations I got to remind everybody this we're all we're almost the top, but not quite. We're all I got a minute Liberty tree radio you go to you can send us a donation add to PB N PO box 194 Dexter, Michigan 48130 again, that's PB N PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. And if you do send a check or money order, make it out to Nancy. Last name, K-O-E-R-N-K-E. You can send FRNs. One of the tricks if you don't want to worry about a return address on the envelope is make the return address the same as the sending address, PBN. PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. I want to say thank you to our friend up there north of Chicago, a little farther north actually, quite a bit. And we've gotten the other packages with the other donation items that were in them. We appreciate that. They went right into the shop. In fact, one of the items that was in the box was put right on the machine and was grinding steel before I left the room, which is kind of cool. So we appreciate that. In fact, they were just getting ready to go out and purchase more for knocking down some of the rough points on the welds. So we appreciate that donation. Absolutely everything you sent has been used or is inventoried for use. I still got to put another mill up and in fact, we just got the mill moved, what was it, Monday. And I'm going to make a very classic, massive platform for that so it is very stable. That'll be the next project in line. Along with the lathe, we got another lathe, we got to set that up. Anyway, for everybody out there, it ain't just the big tools. You got to buy the gold out of it. That's equals the dime to the death. But with help like the help we just got, not so much. God bless, I'll work with you publicly. If you're going to take a little bit of a break, grab a cup of coffee, use the bathroom. The right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny. Not to hunt, it's to protect yourself and the police. Anybody that wants to disarm me can drop dead. Anybody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless. People that want to literally create the proven places where more innocents are killed called gun-free zones. We're gonna beat you. We're gonna vote you out of office or suck on my machine gun. I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave, in this the land of the free and home of the brave. You've taken some, you've traded in your name. So their children will be there. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the throne? For training and you will come back alive. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the afternoon. intelligence report. I'm Mark Kernke, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories southwest, north, northeast, and central. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com Liberty Tree Radio On the satellite, I want to say hi again to our friends that are the high sea sailors out there. A lot of you guys are running the cargo ships. I understand we've got listeners all over the place across the Pacific. Everybody's kind of spread the word. However you're listening via satellite or internet or satellite via whatever radio service, congratulations. We appreciate that. Also, AM&FM microstations, AM&FM conventional stations, CEB base stations, and UltraNet Hallmark and Golden Spike Technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. Good afternoon to all of our friends out there in the lower 49 including the great state of Jefferson along with CONUS, the Outlying Two States Territories, and the clock. It is 608 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and it's the 5th of March. It is the 13th year of open and in-your-face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation. Read that communist occupation of America with a K 2021. Old Earth calendar, 2021. Battle for the Republic, Dance of Swords. And we're heading into the later part of the First book actually it's kind of funny because there's some of the overlapping components One of the things that I did in the battle for the Republic series kind of reminded people What would you do if you were overseas and you're in the military and they're lying to your ass just like well They are right now I mean just like the bullet the BS you're saying now and you know It's you know, it's that because you're in communications from the one hand from family members or whatever And then you're listening to the drivel generated by the vomitus filth and pukes that are in the district of criminals. What do you listen to? What do you believe? Well, you know better. You've got close friends, people you've known for years, family members. That's what you're going to count on for more real information about what's happening, at least in the back of the homestead. I think what's interesting about this is that we have virtually troops everywhere on the planet. Some of them really aren't ours anyway. They're so far around the corner they can't see the last two corners. They pass through and because of that, typically they'll retire overseas and won't even come back to the United States. Guilt being one of the things that's a problem there. But for the rest, returning home, coming back to the family, and then knowing that the communists are planning what they're planning because remember, they're gonna be hearing part of it from the business end. And they gotta remember the secret police and the enemy are trying to gauge how the military, how much BS the military is going to accept and then how many lies they'll consume and then how much damage they're willing to do, you see? So just a heads up, that's another part of the addressing the issue. Trotsky arrested, basically put in her house arrest, all of the Red Army families and every military compound or military village. They had, we would call them like basically camps. But they did have a kind of a camp system. But in addition to that, most of the Red Army, of course, overlapped and was integrated out of the regular Zarist Army. And locations, of course, were already occupied. And it was the process of purging. They were going to execute a whole bunch of the the Communists Trotsky's Red Guard were progressively executing and murdering all of the former military personnel who thought they had a deal and Step by step by step by step. Of course it got worse to the point where Because of not just rumors, but people who were reliable were stating the fact about what was transpiring Trotsky, of course murdered one family member from each family of the Red Army. Now this is where the peons, you know, who thought they were safe, well or thought at least they had a deal. They ended up being smacked right between the eyes, right from the get-go. Trotsky of course doesn't get to continue with this program for very long because needless to say, Lenin, who of course, the argument is that it may have been syphilis, whatever the hell it was he was dying of, First started howling at the moon and going crazy and then finally either a he died of or you know, he succumbed to the disease or Stalin used to brag that the little pistol he carried in his pocket was the handgun that he used to execute Lenin Now that's been written by more than one author who was from the Russian realm the communist realm So the heads up on that one either way, it doesn't mean it was Lenin died and the rest is history there. Eventually Trotsky had to flee Russia and flee his own communist operation that he'd set up from scratch. And Stalin walked in, the other Jewish guy, walked in and with his little ham hand proceeded to run everything as far as the mass murder machine on steroids. So we're at the earlier stage right now with regard to what they think they're going to get away with. Like I said, everybody just have your list. I think the most effective tool that we have is the fact that a lot of people realize you only got so much time on this planet. We're Americans. We do believe in the vendetta. We do believe in the feud. And with that being the case, these characters that want to start this, well, we're going to finish it. You all know what that means. So, just be prepared for when things kick off sooner rather than later would be best. And needless to say, the bad guys have continued to perpetrate all of their wickedness as expected. They haven't really slowed down at all. They've picked up the pace, if nothing else, but that's because they're now back on track from where they wanted to be four years ago. Now, I'm going to say what I said again. I'm jogging your memory on this because this is recent history. Remember that one of the reasons that they realized that they had to not follow through on doing what they did this time with Trump when Hillary was running? See, I believe that they had everything set up to go. That's why they claimed that Hillary is going to win. Hillary's won. It's too late. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's all over. Guys, what you saw, it was a response reaction, actually, a major reaction. by the spit swappers and the ring knockers when they didn't put Hillary in four years ago. Okay, the fake election thing was already in place way before four years ago, way before eight years ago. In fact, we've been following the fake election slash voter fraud for decades, and it's progressively gotten worse, but it became so arrogant within the last two elections at the presidential cycle. The only difference is either you could argue that either A, they were slow at hitting the switches so they miscalculated where it went or, and I believe that this is the case, they listened to everything. Somebody goes, well, you know, well, why would they do that? Well, the thing that everybody argues whenever they want to be a coward or they're trying to, you know, piss their pants, you know, they're listening to everything. Well, of course they're listening to everything. So imagine, and this is true by the way, what I'm telling you, if I were them, yeah, I would take it very seriously. People pretty much have the attitude that the spies and the rats are the norm with regard to the parasite government we have. Anybody you talk to will tell you that. So what were they hearing the night that the election four years ago with Hillary the Hutt was taking place? Oh, we'll be at war in a month. We'll be at war in a month. We'll be at war in a month. Guess what? Hillary didn't get put in. Now I've talked about this for four years, but now we get to the next cycle, which is where we are now. They couldn't afford to play that again. They couldn't afford to even try. And remember, we're at a point where they can't even create the illusion of any real opposition, which is exactly what you just saw transpire. The Republicans ceased to exist as a party. Break go ahead color jump in there, please. Yeah mark on a pedestal on the I think it's Sam cloud VLC yeah, it sounds like Melissa. I've been listen to you turn it up. It sounds like somebody sent an SLS Anyway, that's all I got well. We're gonna check you real quick as it's on it right away. I think and we'll see what's going on with the feed if there's anything. So it sounds like somebody is sending out an SOS. Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo do That's one of your favorite noisemakers for jamming is bagpike. Anyway, thank you for giving us a heads up. I'm sorry to interrupt your roll there, man. Well, not a problem. Get out there by the way it is. Let's see, it's 617 Eastern Time. And another again, I'll do a handshake and a wave to all of our friends at Camp Emmerich, Camp Emerson. New Camp Stasa, Camp Wayland North, also the Okemah Ranges, Nagahitcham, Fox and Wolf and our other independent locations that are newer. Oh, excuse me. By the way, on that note, heck was that all about? That was interesting. Anyway, what's fascinating about that is one of the facilities was started during the winter. And I mean, it's a rustic site too, but guys, everybody did a great job. and lessons learned because the way we built each one of these trading sites over the years is take advantage of freebies. One of the things that you gotta remember, there's a whole bunch of free stuff in Craigslist and also at Facebook Marketplace. And because of that, a lot of machinery, for instance, here's a little neat trick that we've been using for years. At the original Camp Stasa, Frank's son built some phenomenal live moving target ranges. You may have seen them in certain videos. Well, there were two things that he used. One was a, the one machine system was a dry cleaner, chain drive hanging system. It was perfect. The thing goes around in a circle. It'll just keep going around as long as you want to. So doing the Hogan's Alley kind of windows and doors, The silhouettes, of course, move at random speeds and can be changed in location. In fact, there was even a little trick. They had a sandbag point on the left side of the pistol range where they could pull a silhouette. So you were assuming a silhouette was going to continue on a certain track, and they would actually change where it was in the sequence. So you couldn't cheat and do that. Oh, I can predict this. What's interesting is what we've been using more recently, the guys have, is garage door openers. Now, they don't run as far as that big chain drive for the dry cleaners, but what's really cool is that you can build up a really nice moving target, moving silhouette system with multiple targets at different ranges. And it's a much more accurate simulation of battlefield conditions. Nothing's perfect, but it forces you to actually think about motion and distance because not all of them are moving just left to right. So the rustic range, the one that they just built, doesn't have a name that I know of yet. I can be corrected. Guys, send me a spike and I'll let you know. But what's interesting is that that particular site has already been electrified. They've already got power, they've already set up again using a number of different construction materials. Pallets are obviously the cheapest, fastest, but we don't just throw pallets up, we make buildings. And that way the structures are actually useful for getting out of the weather. et cetera, and for urban warfare training, for practice, so that we actually integrate the design, and there's a number of things you can do with it based upon what you need to at that particular time. The other thing here again is the same as with tires, equipment, bricks, block, anything you can imagine that you need. We try to bunker in as quickly as possible because each training site is in reality a fortress complex. And even the, for instance, at Camp Emmerich, the mess halls are all armored. The mess hall, the meeting hall, the communication sheds. On the outside, they look like they're made of a conventional lighter material. Every one of those buildings is one foot thick and is steel reinforced, not steel reinforced cast, but one foot thick block. with rubble insert and with steel reinforcing and rebar all kinds of fun stuff and they put a quarter inch shot plate all around the outside but they also have an overhead concrete plate and they've got a sandbag layer, traditional artillery anti-mortar sandbag layer. So on the outside they look like ranch style, ranch size houses, well bigger actually because they're longer and wider. But the complex itself everything on the inside is bunkered and again assume the worst and you won't be disappointed the bad guys on the other hand Oh, they're gonna do the Waco thing. I'll figure you just you know start putting bullets in your house, and they just go through everything They want them to keep keep thinking that go ahead call or jump in there, please. Oh yeah, I was out training today, and I was Shooting and let's just say I was shooting about 200 yards, and I was elevated 30 yards Okay, and I was shooting at my targets. Now, what is the rule for that elevation? I mean, if I was higher than my target, now I will shoot low there, but is there a rule for elevation if I'm lower than my target or higher than my target? Typically, well, my policy, because like I said, I just try for a lower torso hit anyway, I'm not trying for a beater shot, is I'll go for what is the traditional spec at 200 yards, basically aim for the knee. drop to the belt line between the belt line and the knee. Remember that bullet drift, depending on what you're using, I don't know what you're shooting. But it doesn't mean anything because basically main battle rifles are all going to be in the same range there. And that's really almost, for a .308 or 8mm Mauser, .30-06, that's all intermediate range, short range really. The round basically, if you put her at the belt line level, remember if you're miscalculating because of a combination of both elevation and maybe wind drift, wind issues, environmental conditions, remember that even a billiard ball hit works. So that's basically where we are with a 200, 250 to 275 yard shot. You can adjust accordingly. 223, remember, it's a weevil wobble. You go up, down, and up with the point of aim. But if it's a 308, I would, for myself, at 200 yards, I'm aiming for basically the knees, the belt line to the knee. I'm trying for a great shot. I'll be quite honest anyway. That's one of the things to remember. Even though, now you see the idea here is we could lead up the target to the center chest. Let's see, what is the curve on that? Remember, it is settling right now. Yeah, 200 yards it's settled, so it should be good. Yeah. Yeah, I would still go about Beltline. Go ahead. Yeah, well, these hills up here in northern Michigan, the highest the hill is, is Let's say, you know, 40, 40 yards. So if I'm, if my enemy is traveling up my, up the hill and I'm shooting down at him, it just, it seems as though I'm hitting foot level, you know, or, or even lower than that. But the argument on that, the argument on that years ago, Well, go ahead. I'm sorry. Go ahead. No, no, no. That's the dilemma. I said that I have this, my fighting position up here in the hill. I don't want to be down. I'm not going to traverse going up towards my enemy. He ain't going to be there. I'm going to be there. So if he's coming towards me and he's, what? Even in the Civil War, that little round top thing? The battle that they had there, I think that the Confederates were shooting way over the heads of the Union Army. I mean, that's the position that I'm talking about. One of the problems, well, this is why... Lookout Mountain, Mark, is what he's talking about. Right, well, no, not Lookout Mountain, no, or if you're talking about Lookout Mountain, Lookout Mountain... Yeah, fire them from the top down. Right, that's an elevated shot as opposed to a little round top with Gettysburg, which is what you're, I think when you're referring to a little round top. Yeah, a little round top. Well, the big thing to remember, during Vietnam there were a number of different policy changes with regard to hill defense and also flat terrain defense fires. And pretty much by about 1971-72 on, and they really kept this until after the war, and I'm very familiar, it's the kind of trading I got, is they preferred that you aim low and again into the groin. at 200 yards anyway, but even at closer ranges, needless to say, you have to adjust because with the M16, remember that elevation with your sights. With the M14, your proximity in terms of sight alignment is closer to the actual axis of the barrel. But either way, remember the argument was better to aim low and plow it into the target as a tumbling bullet or And in fact, they even emphasized this, you know, and hitting a piece of rock or debris and shoving that piece of rock or debris into the target is, you know, just like playing billiards. It's just as good. And again, under the premise that hits, count, misses, don't. And the fact that something I mentioned in the earlier hour, that you know the performance levels of your people, if you consistently train everybody in what is a non-stress environment, when they get into a stress point of contact environment, it's more likely whatever they're putting down range is going to hit something. Now, I've argued this for years anyway because, especially since we are looking at typical point elevated defense operations, I mean, we're going to use buildings, we're going to be using, we're not going to get up in lookout towers so that we can be taken out like in Beau Gest, okay? You don't do that. That's a French thing. You know, that's the joke about vertical control points. Well, that's a sidebar. But the idea that, you know, if you don't get up there, put a guy in a tower, it's just a place where a guy to die. But when you have command of the terrain, then again, the other side has to move to you. And it's an uphill battle, literally. That's the first rule. With buildings, it's just a temporary advantage, because again, you can't stay there too long. Something bigger is going to show up to thud you after a while. But for the time that you can take advantage of, as long as you're the running savage, fire from above you want to still move down into the lower end of the target because if you're Miscalculating because of stress panic fire or whatever then you'll pull up and into the silhouette This has been something that is again. They prefer that some kind of hit take place. Let's say the modern in this modern day We're back to real rifle armor again stuff that can stop bullets Well, even though that might be the case if you do hit them in the chest, it's the idea that you've hit them at all. Psychologically, that messes with people's heads, no matter who they are, even if they've got body armor. And so a hit is a priority. Well, we're going to break for a request there. We'll be right back. Everybody say we are. I Robo company, a company left and another one on me right, and a couple of hundred inches for me, little arm of life. Well, the cribs are you see man, you marchin' up our street, 600 free soldiers he had lined up out his seat, come out your car, you fiendian. Come on out and fight He's tried to only choke us But he hurt the arbalite on his down in the pilates Lying in the dark with a broke company Come sit on the left and another one on the right I kept around you niggas for these little arbalites the army came to visit me, was in the early hours. With Tarafin, Stellaladin, and Ferris armored jars, a hot new cornered, and would I give them all a fright? With a armor piercing full of salt, me little arm, and like an asolin, the new log just fell off, to see, lying in the dark, he's a fattled waltz. The generals they had told them, who'd got them on the run, but harperals and crivets, while on patrol at night, they remembered now the water and the bloody arm of light, and it's down across the glen, and it's right with the Provo Company, and they left the Peruvian issues for me, little arm. There was a request, we got it in there before we end the program today for the tour block, right here at the bottom. For everybody out there, again a reminder, If you want to make a music request, you can also send us a, in fact, just a music request as the title block with an email to liberty at provide.net liberty at provide.net liberty. Real quick here, rifle marksmanship. Something that's interesting about both elevated fire plan, that's why I said horizontal defense or elevated defense. And elevated defense is traditional, by the way. Where to go for the best information on really what makes sense for the kind of shooting we want to do is to go back to the World War I infantry combat operations manuals. And I've pointed this out many times. In fact, if you get the, here's what's cute, get the manual for the M1917 Enfield, the M1903 Springfield, or the Browning model, 1918, any model. Now the Browning 1919, the Browning 1918 is a BAR. The Browning 1919, and of course its counterpart was the M1917, these guns were all based on what they understood as the supremacy of smokeless powder cartridge concept fire brought to its zenith. From that point forward, Everything that you see in terms of policy and procedure for general rifle marksmanship goes back and forth, waxes and wanes back and forth, but always gravitates back towards what they learned back at the, you know, during World War I, but actually before World War I. I've mentioned this many times. Originally, riflemen were taught actually to fire a reverse slope with their weapons. And everybody goes, what does that mean? Well, here's what that means. As a guy holding a 1917 Enfield, I was trained to, if it was 1916 or 1917, I was trained to go to the opposite side of the slope from where my enemy is located, or coming up the ridge. having a percentage of my forces and they would be there anyway if I was defending say a cap like Like we're talking about lookout mountain or even a little round top or a hill in Vietnam or a hill in Korea Oh God, that wasn't a hill. Those are mountains. But anyway, however, you look at it you'd have a circular or spheroid or figure 8 defense independent of what the Construction of the defense was based on the terrain However in World War one the argument was is that you didn't rush your troops over the ridge to go fire on the enemy on the other side if you were seeing a breakthrough. Instead, they taught them to use signal systems, a signal semaphore, a spotter, and to actually stay in place and use reverse slope fire from the opposite side of a hill to drop fire into targets that you were engaging on your side of the hill. Now, that's just one aspect of sophistication versus all the other arguments coming afterwards. If you're looking at pre-World War II, extreme rifle marksmanship proficiency is prevalent. And because of that, the argument about where to place the round, or the crosshairs, or in this case the barley corn in the post, at the knee level, groin level, mid chest level or shoulder height depending upon where you were in the curvature of the bullet as a bullet path of the bullet as it travels which is really something you do need to know about you need to understand the the the the The math changes when you bring in what our caller is just talking about here where you're elevating your position, you now have to compensate for a combination of well, gravity sucks, and remember the way that the bullet is affected because of the angle of approach down to the target. The basic thing that they decided as a final math formula, which by the way even was available back in 1917, is if all else fails, if you're dealing with a combination of experienced infantry and inexperienced personnel was to drop to the low base platform to go to the groin, for anywhere from the knee level to the groin area and focus your point of aim there, especially at intermediate range to just on the edge of what would be long range. And don't forget that there's also a calculation for extreme range. 200 yards is considered intermediate. And in fact, now today that would be considered long range. Oh my God, 200 yards, you can't shoot any farther than that. I know it's 220 or whatever the BS number is. But the argument was consistency in hits based on number of rounds fired by a wide range of different shooters. And so the idea here, again, hits, counts, misses, don't. Also, if you did scut in front of the enemy, let's remember that, especially with the main battle rifle, whatever it runs into doesn't slow it down as efficiently. In fact, amazingly enough, a ricochet is a lot more hellacious than a direct shot. And so the argument was that either A, you did hit where you were aiming, If you miscalculated, pulled, you know, pulled or you be a miscalculated point of impact, you might hit another course object. It would be driven into the target. So even if it's in their shin, they didn't care. Shin, knee, elbow, you know, ankle, who cares? The other is, of course, then also a ricochet or a scutting round. A scutting round would be very wicked if you've ever seen what something like that does when it hits bone and sinew. It's basically a buzzsaw, a little flat 30 caliber buzzsaw or, well, bigger depending on the bullet. So that was one of the reasons that the policy was down, you know, base of silhouette rather than trying to compensate based upon first estimation of range and then trying to replace the barley corn or the crosshair or whatever it is you were using depending on the era to try and get the bullet to hit center of mass. Now my argument on a lot of this also has to do with guys if you hit them in the crotch you know we are facing an enemy who has the money to be given armor that stops stuff. For that very reason, remember, the one thing that they can't change is that no matter who you are, you've got to be mobile. So a groin area hit or a leg hit is more likely to keep that enemy incapacitated and in fact to incapacitate because you've gotten through to the soft, chewy stuff. And that's a big issue too, as far as, you know, we don't care if we kill them or if we wound them badly. We won't let them get away in the long run, but the idea here is consistency and a greater number of probable hits based on, again, the broad experience of the shooters. All right, thanks Mark. I'll try that tomorrow, actually. Yeah, one of the things to do is, you know what, thank you for bringing that up, too. The average green silhouette does demonstrate a target that would typically be exposed to grass, but here's one of the things, you know, forgive me, exposed beyond what is the grass line. What you want to do is actually modify the silhouette to create the legs. Now you can do it in a V, but that's not realistic. In reality, the leg target, if you're going to do a leg, it should be stepped. The torso of the standard green silhouettes, you know, I got a bunch of the old, you know, pop-up, you know, static target, you know, pop-up sensor targets, you know, they'll fall back down if they get hit, you know, the sensor identifies that. But what I do is you actually make a step like that's a coat, because it's about the right length, and then take and run a torso, run a leg system down below that's simply a straight rectangle. Because you got to figure no matter who you are guys you're not putting one foot in front of the other and running like a dancer You know what I mean one way or another you're typically yeah, you're slogging along so your target is wider I mean just stand and watch people in the field is what you got to do and then you go I see what Mark's talking about So you want the silhouette to incorporate the additional two and a half to three feet of leg? Because all all these hits count I would, you know, again, I want it to be a vicious, horrible, nasty wound that will probably kill. And if you hit them in that area of activity, then you've destroyed the motor function, you've destroyed their ability to move forward. Chances are you've hit critical arteries and organs that are going to bleed the target out very quickly, and then move on to the next one. In fact, I wouldn't even worry about it after I hit it. If I got a good solid hit and I can see pink or red, I'd figure, okay, that bullet did its job onto the next target because I got to keep knocking them down. Go ahead Carl, I'm sorry. You know what I use for targets, Mark? I use the Trump yard signs. They're so light and of course I scribble pencils out, but I know you don't like Trump, but I did. But I scribble pencils out because he's a traitor. And they're really light and I can carry them myself, two of them, and put them at different, just stick them right in the snow. They stay up and... They work great. They're useless now. Actually, down where I am, we get at the recycle bins bundles. I've gotten them. I don't know why it is. They get them and they keep chucking them. Bundles of the real estate signs for sale signs. Or they're actually also for political science. But you also get a bunch of the signs bundled up of that styrene cardboard. And that is perfect material for making targets, guys. And it's free. Yeah, and what I do, Mark, is I always carry a roll of painters blue tape with me. And all my holes, when I walk up to it, I just put the blue tape on there and go back and shoot again all day long. I should be working actually today, but I didn't. It's a good way to take the day off, you know, a beautiful day today. But thanks, Mark. I'm going to sign off. Thank you, sir. Appreciate it. We had another voice note, might have somebody with a comment. Go ahead, call or jump in there. Yeah, Mark, this is Fluffy. I am on Apex Gun Bards right now. Did you say earlier that they sometimes have ammunition because they have no listing for it right now? No, no, AIM, AIM, AIM, AIM Surplus. It's Friday, so AIM Surplus. Yeah, Apex does have something. They have AR-15 mags, 30-round. They're steel, made by KCI for $10.99. But the big thing, They've got the Set Me Model L steel magazines back in. They're listed as in stock. They're $8 each or by 10 for $7 each. The comments, some people find them a very tight fit, but they fit better when they're sanded down a bit in some AR mag wells, but I wanted to let people know. $10 for $7 each. at Apex Gun Parts of the Fettney-Muzzill or AR-15 mags in stock. That's the best. I've seen on AR mags for a little while now. Yeah, they actually had the best price, but everybody kind of, well, not everybody, because eventually they sell out. One of the things about that, I'm going to remind everybody, guys, your magazine doesn't absolutely need to drop out of the gun. You know when they talk about sanding it, well it didn't just drop when I hit the button. That magazine is not fully broken in. Certainly the tolerances may be tighter. Get used to the idea that you've got to extract the magazine because that mag will wear in. You don't want to take material off a magazine if you don't have to. As long as it extracts, if you can insert it and you're not having to beat it. And then when you try to extract it, it may not just dump drop. Well, guess what? That just means you're going to have to wear it in. Don't worry, it'll wear in. But, you know, save the material. In fact, it's nice to have it snug. Look at it this way. You're going to be wanting to control more and more what you leave behind because you don't want to leave anything behind. And so just that little bit of action, remembering you're going to have to assist the mag in, you know, in extraction, isn't a big deal. And it's something that you should live with with certain mags. Kind of make sure you don't leave things laying around because we've talked about this before in certain situations. I don't want to leave brass do I? Go ahead call her jump in there since you're on the topic of magazines. I've never heard you talk much about Magpul or you like those or overrated underrated? Oh, no, they're good. No, they're good mags It's just like the biggest problem is the wallet. You know, you can run into deals when Magpul was making their name here. I remember several years ago, they had some phenomenal deals. But like everybody, once they've proven themselves and they've made a name for themselves and you see them roll up the, you know, they go up the price scale. Like we just mentioned here, if I can buy two mags for $14, you know, I've got to buy 10. But if I buy two mags for $14 or I buy one mag for $14 and I'm limited, I'm going to buy the two mags and make them work, especially since they're steel mags and they're military. Those Cetniel mags are good. But the P mags, I would say I've probably got 300 of those. But I bought them when they were on deal. Remember there were some deals a few years ago where if you bought a hundred P mags at a time they were down to like seven dollars apiece and Here's the thing. They're the the original they're the original mags Whereas they've had other models that they've come out with and I always joke about that, you know, it's just like Glocks Well, my old Glock my basic Glock must be obsolete because there's a mark for a mark 5 now, right? Oh my god. My original Glock is useless Well, no it's not. The same is true with the PMAGs. When the PMAG first came out, they had a very limited line. They focused on really good quality. They maintained everything. The big thing is that they finished the parts. You know, we've talked about this with all of the magazines. I even got into this issue last weekend when we were dumping some 223 magazines and a couple of them were sticking. I said, well, I know exactly what they are. First of all, they're aftermarket, and I guarantee they were made at a time when they were in a hurry. And the first rule is guys should take the magazine apart, you drop the base, pull the spring, pull out that follower that was made for that, and take a Dremel tool and go around and clean up all the rough edges and sharp edges on the follower. Lo and behold, you put it back in, just that by itself is going to eliminate almost all the results. Magic deburring. Exactly. Well, you know, magpul, even with plastics, you can get sharp edge or you can get little flail over castings. Guys, any of you ever work in infusion casting or, you know, with molding where you do stuff like that? What they did is they made sure that nothing slipped by and so they didn't have any hangnails. and the quality of the fact their followers have become so popular how many other companies changed out to their followers. You know they may be making their own mag but they'll even advertise and we've got this magazine uses a PMAG follower you know, made by Magpul. They may not say PMAG, they'll say Magpul. But it's the idea that they are good mags. The only one I don't like, but it's a flavor preference thing. And it's not a big deal, but it's the window models. I don't really care for it, nor I don't really need those. And the only reason is because it's something else where the side of the magazine could be compromised with a gack or a dink. And it's not that they aren't that thick. They're heavy enough that pretty much they'll handle most beatings. The big thing about that is it is kind of nice to be able to look at the weapon, turn it sideways, and go, yep, okay, I still got about 20 rounds. But it's a personal flavor thing. That goes back to my lessons learned by other men who lived in environments that were very harsh. A lot of the World War I weapons had viewports. Shusho is the best one as an example. Well, they had view slots along the whole side and in fact it was supposed to also lighten it. But the problem is that they went to the dark side of the moon and the view ports ended up being dirt points. And that made for unreliability. With the 8mm Lebel it was not good. With the A30-06 it was horrible. And although they did make solid side panel mags for the 30-06 eventually, but By that time everybody was not very trusting the weapon. They used it, but they always had an issue with it. They always were ready to deal with the problem. Otherwise, with PMAG, everything else they do is really kind of fun. They do make a really good, or not PMAG pull, they make a really good selection of furniture. And if you're trying to colorize your rifle without, in other words, deep color, remember, then they're polymer fore grips and butt stocks and whatever that are in the different camo patterns. are pretty reliable. I mean, reliable in that if you bump them, scratch them, scrape them, they're infusion cast, you know, the polymer is all the same color. So everything stays the color it's supposed to. Yeah, I picked up a couple of those. I haven't had a chance to try them out to you at the mag pool, mags for the Glock, different model Glocks. If you had any experience with those. No, I haven't but I again they the one thing is magpole those guys listen to the customers That's another thing I have to admit Okay Not everybody does and anybody wants to stay alive in the industry if they're smart they would do this Well, these guys actually did remember when they when the state their rinse start pissing with them about you know being anti-gun What did they do they did what most manufacturers should do they pick their ass up and left? And everybody thought, well, you're not going to leave or you're not going to leave us. It's like, yeah, not only going to leave, but us, someone want to beg on, don't let the coachman camper hitting us on the way out. We're gone. Goodbye. And then they just set the operation up. I think what it did is actually gave a chance to get bigger too on top of everything else. Cause I think they do that long number movement. Let's, let's find a place we can grow. And left Colorado because of that. Yeah. And the thing is that, um, Well, I think that's also where they finally got really bigger into the pistol mag lines because they didn't have this. You can use the same machinery, but if you're smart, you're going to leave your dies and your molds on the machine except for maintenance and change out for cleaning and trimming. Otherwise, if you can, you buy another machine, you need more space. So there's a couple of good reasons they did that, and it was good marketing. Anyway, because oh, so they're pissing with you, eh? Yeah, we're not going to take that. Goodbye. Yeah, any other listeners have any experience with the Glock Magpul, I'd like to hear what their opinion is on them. Yeah, if anybody else has used them. The thing is, I don't, like I said, I like Glock. If I was a pilot, if I was, my secondary MOS was as an air crewman, not a pilot, not a navigator, air crewman. And one of the things, like I said, if I were on an aircraft airplane, I'd carry Glocks up the butt. I'd have three. Why not? They're so light, they're ridiculous. They all have you. Use the same mag for every one of them. Have a little chubby stubby stuck away. Put one in the regular shoulder holster or in the sleeve. And then put another one on the hip. Basically, that's what most of the pilots did in World War II. Most people don't realize the panty waste versions that they always show you, which are the official line, is not the way those guys operated in the field. The guys' pilots carried little arsenals with them. In fact, I challenge you. Go read, what is it, 30 Seconds Over Tokyo, right? If you go read the book, go read the book about their experience, first of all. They did disarm the aircraft to a degree. But the crews knew they were going to land by parachute probably somewhere in a foreign country. Go read how they prepared for that. And then you think about it, now think if you had a Glock. Now some of these guys, they carried three-fifths models. Some of them had like six-inch 357 Model 27s, they had browning high powers, they carried little 38s, they had 380 autos tucked away, they had spare ammunition, they chucked food in every pocket, they had every kind of survival ration. One of them, actually his idea was Hershey bars because he was going to buy the population. Problem is that he stuffed them in all these places and they overheated when he bailed from the plane. It looked like he shitted himself from all directions because the chocolate bars were soft. The parachute harness squeezed on them and they squirted in all directions. Do you remember Dr. Strangelove when Slim Pickens was going over the... Oh hell yeah, $20 in gold, $20 in silver, one combination Risky Break, her phrase book in Bible. Let's see, yeah, Box of Propylactics, 22 caliber with silencer and semi-automatic. Shoot, a fella could have a great time in Vegas with this kit. $20 in gold, $20 in silver. And that really was basically what they were, you know, the idea was it comes down to the flying tigers. Well, it's not just that. Hold on. I got to correct myself. I always get ahead of myself sometimes on fun subjects. Go read 999 Survived. And I should mention this anyway, because this will help you understand some of what I always talk about. Go read the book, find it. It's called 999 Survived. And it's 999. 999 Survived. And what it was, it was a book that was put together by the air crews and by the Army Aviation, Naval Aviation, on survival, escape and evasion. And it was a survey based on debriefing all of the people who, you know, pilots who got shot down, air crews who got shot down. And it talks about the very thing we're talking about. For instance, what weapons would you carry? What weapons worked? What did you have? How did it work for you? But they covered every subject you can imagine. Pilots and air crews typically in the Pacific would not bail out until the last minute. because they knew that they were over enemy territory or over shark land. And so the problem is that when they'd finally bail out, they would always break something. They either had a damaged leg or a damaged arm or both and sometimes were pretty messed up. And because of this, that also dictated performance when they got on the ground, especially with marksmanship. So, take a look at that study. It's called 999 Survived. I think it's one of the best single books to help you get a perspective because they always go, you can't make it. It's like it wasn't you couldn't make it. I've always told you before, guys, it's a matter of how comfortable you will be until you get to the end of your journey, right? Because you can either do well or not so well. Now you'll still make it, but imagine if you had all the experience of, oh wait a minute, 999 other people, and you look at what they did or what the averages were in performance, and it helps you to make decisions about things that you're going to do. Again, learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make them all yourself. Okay, so just a heads up on that one. And that's why, see, like I said, if I'm on the ground, If I was infantry, or I am infantry, a 1911 is what I prefer because like I told you, if I'm using a pistol you were too close to begin with, and if I'm using a pistol I may be close to out or out, and you know what, I will beat you to death with that. I can do that with a .45. Not so much with a Glock, okay? So where the Glock is handy is again what it was intended for. It doesn't mean that don't think I'm poopooing if you're right now, oh Mark told me I'm evil for carrying a Glock and a combat weapon. No, wrong. I'm just trying to explain the pluses and minuses of different weapons. The 1911 is still only a seven shot, well plus one on the tube, or I carry an 11 round magazine in mine. I carry a standard 11 round extension. Straight straight no no no drum or anything just straight That's my first mag and after that everything else is seven rounders or eight rounders whatever it is I would have on hand Mostly I never I never throw mag away So mostly they'll be sevens and the fact of the matter is that I take into consideration The handgun is not my primary weapon, but if I do use it I think I know how to use it pretty well so I can I can husband my ammunition But the the other half of that is if I do run out I still plan on brawling because my mission is to survive the engagement The 45 I can beat you with it's sloppy It's a sloppy old bastard to begin with but if I beat you with it is that slop won't make any difference if I can get a mag back in that gun will keep working and Again with Glock it's designed it was designed to be more of a throwaway. That's just about this how it is It's gotten a lot of really good support because of its performance and the idea that, well, I'm not going to get into a brawl. Yeah, I'm sure you plan on that, but that's not how the world works. So just a heads up on that one. And again, before I got to that pistol, my M14 better be completely dry. I plan on shooting you so far away, I don't even hear you, okay? I won't have to have a conversation. I won't have to worry about the idea. I wonder if he's in pistol range. My plan is to shoot you so far out that you never even knew where the bullet came from. In fact, if I can do it, I'm gonna bushwhack your hind end. You're gonna get shot, never know what the purpose was and how it happened, and you'll be realizing that you're dying only after it's, you know, too late. And then I'm on to my next target. That's how we should all be thinking, every one of you. But there are, you know, best laid plans for rats and rodents, and of course also mice and men. You guys gotta remember, plan ahead. Anyway. They do have, not so much right now because they can sell anything they want. But remember about three years ago guys, we had 100 case deals with Magpul. They might still be making them. Check to see what's available. God bless our Republic. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen, the Empire is on the run. And we are on the miles to play the night. Kill them all. And again, there's some really great tutorials on all of the subjects we covered 999 survived. You get a chance, it's a World War II piece, but it's just as relevant today as it was then. Variations that you've kept veiling out of your Ford F-150 armored truck instead of that P-40. We're going to get out of the way for now. We'll be back in an hour and this is going to be a pre-recorded program. In fact, a formally recorded program for the next hour coming up. We'll be back at 8 o'clock in the evening. God bless you. Bye bye.
