Nation under fraud, it is January 29th and we're well on our way into the end. What has been going on for some time, which is a total takedown of this country. It's now the reverse of what it was supposed to have been. There's a history to all of this. It's ongoing today and it's time. or maybe past time for us to be able to stop it. This is a great urge. Hey, fellas. You know, I listened to Bob's song and the first time that I really realized that he said that we have to fulfill the book. That's right. So that's kind of really interesting, isn't it? Well, yeah, I mean, Bob did have an idea of what was going on, didn't he? Which is why there are many different theories of his death. He understood Babylon. Of course, he was a Rastafarian, and I don't know that much about it, but I certainly don't think Haile Selassie is somebody I had put up there for my leader as the god. But his music is great, and there's a lot of truth to what he says. I'm just not a Rastafarian man. So anyway, one of the most interesting articles this week, which we won't go into too much, but It's called Raskolnikov's Dream Come True. It's at lurockwell.com and it's by Edward Curtin. C-U-R-T-I-N is an extremely interesting article. And it starts out with, speaking of music, Bob Dylan, quote from The Battle of the Thin Man. This is one of my favorite songs even though I've long past been a fan of Bob Dylan. And where it goes, something's happening here but you don't know what it is, do you Mr. Jones? And that's a really good, I mean it's off the highway, I always get mixed up because I live right next to Highway 66. I think it's Highway 65 revisited, is that it? Yeah, it's around the time Bob Dylan was I think going from acoustic to electric. And that whole CD I think is really good. Of course I had to rebuy it as a CD. Anyway, this is about crime and punishment. Raskalikov was the main character, of course, in crime and punishment. So I'm not going to go into this except for to read the very end of it where he says, at the end of crime and punishment, Raskalikov, while still in the Siberian prison exile, feels that he, like Lazarus, has been raised from the dead. He realizes that there is a solution to his split mind. and he has found it as he transitions from one world into another, his initiation into a new unknown life. But such a resolution that I will not divulge is preceded by a very strange dream, one that rings a bell today when life seems like a dream with something happening here but you don't know what it is. Do you, Mr. Jones? When he, Raskolnikov, was better, he remembered that dreams he had had while he was feverish and delirious. He dreamt that the whole world was condemned to a terrible, strange, new plague that had come to Europe from the depths of Asia. Everyone was to be destroyed except a few chosen ones. Some sort of new microbe was attacking people's bodies, but these microbes were endowed with intelligence and will. Men attacked by them became Instantly furious and mad, but never had men considered themselves so intellectual and so completely in possession of the truth as these sufferers. Never had they considered their decision, their scientific conclusions, their moral convictions, so infallible. Whole villages, whole towns, peoples were driven mad by the infection. Everyone was excited and did not understand one another. Each thought that he alone had the truth and was wretched looking at the others, beat himself on the breast, wept and wrung his hands. They did not know how to judge and could not agree what to consider evil and what good. They did not know who to blame, who to justify. The alarm bells kept ringing all day long in the towns. Men rushed together, but why they were summoned and who was summing them no one knew. The plague spread and moved further and further. Only a few men could be saved in the whole world. They were a pure chosen people destined to found a new race and a new life to renew and purify the earth but no one had seen these men. No one had heard their words and their voices. Have you? So there you have it. That's really good. And this is where we are today. There are people around the world who are believing in utopianism as a religion. Their guidelines are very blurry called secular humanism, moral relativism, virtue signaling, and this plague is the plague that has been foisted upon the minds of the people who have been brought into a materialist world to the total... Somebody's calling me the second. And people don't realize anymore that there is a mind and a spirit. They have basically been able to cut us off from our inner world and take us over very slowly through false philosophies until pretty much we're living in a false reality. And it's that reality we've got to break through and reunite the subconscious with the conscience and do what is right because everybody knows what the law is. So there's no need for all these theories about what the law is. We know what the law is and the common law and its writs will help us get back there because it's all about damages. It's not a theory, it's reality of damages done to one person from another or a group of people. And the government in this country is terrorist. That's what we're living under. It's all about words, interpretations, and from 1776 until now they have totally reversed the order of power until the people, the individual, is supposed to be protected, the life-learning property. The people should be protected by the government, and we're in charge of the government, and it's totally the opposite today. And now they're coming for the purge. So it's corporate communism. It's just done in a different way that was done in Russia, in China, but same groups of people and the infection of false beliefs believed and acted upon is what we are dealing with today. It's overwhelming and it is, oh, as, who was it? I forget the guy's name and he died I think within the last couple of years. He collected numbers down at the University of Hawaii. His name might have been Rummel. of democide. And what we're looking at today in this country and around the world is a massive plan to murder people by government. It's democide and you look up at that criminal mass murderer Cuomo, they're all over the place, Fauci, Bill Gates, all these governors and mayors who are colluding behind the backs of the people. And they have been colluding because they've taken this government over since the Civil War and made the laws uniform across the states and of course turned them into what is not law at all. And we're living really in a lawless time where the people in power have power but it's totally unauthorized. They have no jurisdiction over the people in this country. They're criminals and traitors and it's time to take them down. And it's words that are so important and it's word magic that they've used against us in so many different ways. It's taking power that is not authorized in the Constitution and I know there are many people, I don't know how many, against the Constitution and I can understand the reasons for that. And in fact, where was it last week? George Mason, there's just a one page article on all George Mason's objections to the Constitution. It was on from the trenches. and are they're all very very cogent and should be looked at the anti-federalists seem to be the ones that knew what was going on in this country when you look at just the words i have a whole uh... selection of words here when i think of law for some reason the word no most comes to me and and it's it's um... when you go back and look in the what is it uh... i don't like you saying that the the dictionary on the uh... Roots of words and I can't think of the word right now because I'm not with it but you look at our Nomos and it is in there and it is a Lex Select something no, it's it's a At tomorrow at tomorrow, right? Yeah, thanks. Um, so when you look at a model online Which is I think a really good source of? And I started out with nomology. coming from nomos and it's from 1825. So you wonder where these words are coming from and sometimes it can tell you here is a nomology is a study of what relates to society and it's obsolete. In 1845 in philosophy it became the science of fundamental law of thinking. In 1879 the science of law and legislation. Why do we need a science of law and legislation? Are we talking about inherent knowledge or man-made law and this is a real problem. And it is from the Greek nomos which means usage, law, and custom, which sounds very much like common law, which is like natural law, but you get into problems when you're talking about custom as opposed to law. And usage is, of course, very important. So when you go on into this, you have the antonymion, which is one who maintains that by the dispensation of grace, the moral law is not binding on Christians. That's from the 1640s, but I want to get down here. Antimony, I love that word, and that's contradiction in laws. Law itself comes from the Old English Lagu, ordinance rule prescribed by authority, regulation, district governed by the same laws, also sometimes right and legal privilege from the Old Norse Lagu law. collective plural of log, quote, layer, measure, stroke, unquote, literally something laid down. That would just fix or set. Anyway, let's see. And it goes that down into, you can just go on to the etymology dictionary and look these things up. They're very interesting. And I eventually got to, the reason I actually was looking for this because I'm looking at this new normal BS. And I wonder if these normal and nomology, and of course you can see why they would be connected because nomology is a study of what relates to society. In 1845 in philosophy, I think we already went through this one, it was science of fundamental laws of thinking, the science of law and legislation. Normality is the character or state of being in accordance with the rule or standard. So normalization is the act or process of making normal. And the verb is to reduce to the standard causing to conform to a normal. And normalcy from 1857 is a mathematical condition of being at right angles and that goes on and on. But the new normal is totally abnormal of course. And what has happened over time in this country is they've met us more and more and more abnormal. So they're going to normalize us. And if you look, who is the guy, I forget there's two of them, Bismedev and there's another one and it's the other one I'm trying to think of. And I've seen him on a tape before. I think he's interviewed by G. Edward Griffin perhaps. And he's talking about the way that you take over a society and it takes two generations, although they've been doing it for three, to demoralize the society. And then it's much shorter. then you go and you destabilize society. Well, once you take the law from the people, you will naturally start destabilizing. And the law started being taken from the people in this country in the late 1700s, and by the first quarter, the end of first quarter, somewhere around there in the 1800s, it's gone. So there's where you take the power from the people who you had apparently convinced were going to be in control of the government, but suddenly, They don't know the law if you don't know the law and you live on the land and it is the law of the land Because the land is just as important as the law And you have to have knowledge of both the law and why it's important and how how it connects to the land and all these things are gone and then you have central banks come in and you start financially destroying people, get them off the land, they don't know the law. You put new laws in and then you continue with that and you start to infiltrate society and you're not just going to destroy the family by pushing them off the land. You make people slowly, slowly, slowly, you're gonna make people helpless. and it's a learned helplessness, but it's actually an imposed helplessness by taking people off the land depriving them of knowledge, controlling the law which isn't law, and controlling knowledge of course, and controlling the money. When you control the money, that's why you have all these quotes about Bauer who then became Rothschild. He doesn't really care who controls the law. Why would he? If he can control the money, he controls the law. And this is where we are today and it's a very, very serious situation because we know how many people have been killed by the government over the last 200 years or so. And this is just an ongoing process because people have not been able to come together and normalize society going back to law, custom, and usage of the common law. And of course, back in the late 1700s, you continue to see the same sort of seven things. To create the New World Order, you have to abolish all order governments, private property, inheritance, patriotism, family, abolition of religion, and of course, it's all to get to the individual. You can control the individual, that's it. And then you can turn everyone from human resources into herds, and that's what they've done. And it's been a long process. that really went into high gear after the Civil War in this country and with the uprising of people like Freud and Wilhelm Want first, Wilhelm Want and the discoveries of Pavlov, how do you condition people and then Skinner and Watson and the behaviorless and pretty soon you're going to use that on the people. And one of these days, maybe next week, we'll go into some of the experiments, the famous ones, the Milgram and the Stanford Jail experiment, and see that these things aren't being done. just for fun. All the social sciences have been there for social engineering and the utilization of the minds of the people and to take over the minds of the people and to control their behavior. So it's what values traditions and attitude and it values clarifications in the schools and of course just like medical schools and psychiatry, psychology, these people are taught a world view And the children are the brunt of this false world view that's given people since nominalism came about. And now we're supposed to believe in all kinds of constructions that they have put upon us because they're building and have built the animal farm, the national animal farm. And that goes way back to the beginning again. The word nation was not supposed to have been applied to states. I mean to the government. The states themselves were the republics and the nations and the federal government was there only as an alliance between or a confederation of the states who delegated powers. that were enumerated powers to the federal government, but everything has been changed. It's like an explosion. And the change has led us to where we are now, and that's our real history of how you took over this country, regardless of, and I know there's more and more proliferation really of new narratives out there from the past that make everybody look bad. I don't even want to get into it. There's not time in the world to figure out what's true and false about each individual and what they did, but that's very important. It's just that right now, supreme importance is stopping this mass murder of people in this country before it gets further than it has right now. We have people all over this country who should be recalled from office and tried. They should be indicted by grand juries and hanged for the treason and treachery that they are proliferating across this country. You could pick any of them to start with. Cuomo is one of them, of course, but there are all these governors. And most people in America don't understand that they work from behind the scenes through things like the associations of governments, the association of mayors. They're colluding behind the people. That's the nation state. And that is the shadow government and behind it, of course, are all these senior executive offices of the deep state who control all the agencies that control and through the regional governments that control everything. Everything's controlled as obsession to control and network is what has brought us to where we are today. And now white people who mainly don't know what's happening as we're being dispossessed from our own country are called supremacists. Which means, I just went up and got this. There's no supremacist in Webster's 1828 dictionary. There's just supreme, which means highest in authority, holding the highest place in government or power. I won't go on and on because there's so many different definitions. A lot of them in a lot of cases could be contradictory. But supremacy is a state of being supreme or in the highest station of power. Highest authority of power as a supremacy of the king or of Great Britain or the supremacy of Parliament. So, supremacist isn't in Webster's, but it is in the etymology dictionary, which is interesting. It's in 1948, originally with reference to racial beliefs, and in most cases with white from supremacy is to compare supremacists. So from the very beginning, this word was coined and one would wonder who actually coined this word. And that's something we'd have to look into. But yes, it's only white people of course, and this is in 1948. So you want to see who's supreme in this country, go look at Biden's cabinets. The Secretary of State is Anthony Blinken. The Director of National Intelligence is Avril Haines. Ron Klain is his handler and the Chief of Staff. Alejandro Mayorkas, I don't think he's been okayed yet, is the Director of Homeland Security. Janet Yellen, Secretary of Treasure. Merrick Garland, Attorney General. David Cohen, Deputy CIA Director. And Tranny Rachel Levine is the Deputy Health Secretary. That's one small group of people who belong to an identified group, which is supposedly 2% of the population, and they are occupying most of the offices, important offices in this country. Now, how has that come to me? Well, they're chosen. Yes? Hello? It sounds all Jewish to me. Oh, yeah, they're definitely all Jewish. And the question is... Are they dual citizens? Because it's no longer easy to find that out. But why would we have all of these Jewish people running this country? And of course, we've done this before, but you go back to Harvard and Yale, which are pretty much channels to get into the upper echelons here. Well, six out of the eight of those Ivy League schools are headed by Jews. And supposedly, at least 25, 26%, at least, of each of those schools is Jewish. Now how could that possibly be? But you can't mention it because then you'd be anti-Semitic, which is insane. Of course, it's just a tactic to silence people, which is the same thing political correctness was. politics. It's all of this and where does it come out of? The Frankfurt School, gee, they were Jewish too. I mean pretty soon you can't not see these things. And then of course there's Freud and the Tanistock group and then Anna Freud taking it over. And Freud was pretty much a lunatic and And, you know, we're in deep trouble. These are the people who infiltrate country after country, but if you say it, they're going to get rid of you. So anyway, so what we've got now is a government of people who collude behind the people in this country. And the people can't see it yet, although it's becoming to the point where it's hard to believe that somebody can't see this. So these people are pretty much imposters and we have two governments running at one time. So the fight is which one is going to win and as always, as it's always been in this country, it's hard to lose a fight when you're in a war and the opposite side doesn't realize that they're in a war. And that's one of our problems. So you look at all this unauthorized power being exacted on the people in this country, how do you stop it? I mean, you can go and look and find out how unlawful it is, but the question is then what can you do because you're controlling the courts? And that is where you get into trouble. And you're dealing with dangerous people because it's hard to know, like you look, how do you get all these Esquires? They love calling themselves Esquires. How do you deal with people that actually think they're part of the nobility? And maybe they are. I mean, the Bar Association is a criminal union. And they've taken over everything having to do with law. They won't even let someone who's not a member stand up for themselves. But who wants to stand up in their courts anyway because they're not common law courts. And all these other courts don't have jurisdiction over us. And so you get down to the point, our greatest problem is believing in false things. If we could get people to believe what the real law is, And a lot of it is self-evident, but even if you want to go back to, you'll find it in the Bible, what was I just reading? If you go to Long Aang Institute, L-O-N-A-N-G, you can find a lot of things based on the Bible that will say the same thing that you would probably say based on reason or intuition, which could be called revelation to the individual. And we need to go back on that. We have inherent knowledge. We don't want to be white pieces of paper that people like Mao want to write on. And this has happened too much. And they're writing on your mind, and they're taking over your mind with screens. And it's, Big Brother is here. So it's time for us to counter this. And what we were going to talk about today, well first I want to talk about, yes, three words that are constantly utilized. It's like a trio mantra. Diversity, inclusion, and equity. It's agenda 21, 3050. This is what is the plan, the comprehensive plan to take over the people of the world. And it's being pushed on us now through the reset and close Schwab. So why is this something that bothered me for a long time? And of course diversity is a ridiculous tactic and they're not talking about anything but divide and conquer by bringing people into this country since 1965. And of course you go back and you'll see the chosen ones are the ones that were behind that also. It was a huge triumph that had worked for it since the late 1800s. And they got it in 65 and it was of course to change the demographics of the people who were called supremacists in this country. That would be the white people. And that is just so ludicrous. So anyway, they wanted diversity, of course, because it goes right in with identity politics. And what they've done through the schools is give people identities, which is not who they are, and then they reverse cause and effect. And they screw everybody up, and everybody gets more and more confused about what's going on. And anything you want to believe, you can go to the Internet and you can get re-affirmation of, oh yeah, you were right. That is exactly what it is. But it doesn't have anything to do with its actual factual or not. I mean, they can lie to you and without fundamentals We don't know the truth about anything. I mean, this is a real problem and this is what it is to be in Plato's cave not knowing Material things and evidence that's coming from your senses and you've got to have the higher mind there to help you Logically critically think about it and make decisions. It's very hard to do because we can't get to basic facts in every single one of these shootings in America over how I can't even remember how long it's been going on we never get anywhere to see what really happened. And this of course is by design. The people become more and more confused and we get to the point where people go to find the truth online or on the TV or on alternative radio. And of course the key to knowing that you're not being told the truth is who owns the radio stations, who owns the TV stations and who is controlling everything online. And then you'll know why the CIA that wanted you to get to the point where they could know that their disinformation plans were all successful would be when everybody in America believes nothing but lies. But they can't... Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, that's... Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's... That's one of the tools. I mean, there's many, many tools of theft in this country. Wall Street is huge, of course. stocks and bonds, then there's the mortgage frauds, then there is the frauds of the probate courts. And of course, that goes along again. You're not going to be able to inherit things because you're going to steal everything you've got. Everything is a reverse of the way it should be. When they put in, we're going to go to the emergency powers in a minute here, but I wanted to get to equity because I couldn't understand why they're going to use always, oh, and inclusion of course, you're going to have to include everybody, but there's nothing in their diversity that has anything about people who know the law who would believe that that the individual is to be protected and likely property that's the basis of this country you can have collectivist come here and i would assume the state department probably look for as many as possible to bring in here and you're gonna have to include all of these things it's one of the biggest problems in this country if we've been living our whole lives with the normalization of sedition and subversion and treason. All of these communists that have taken over the university, corporate communists, and they go together, the funding by the corporations as the corporations are going to pretty soon enforce the law as they're doing today, the corporations can overcome and merge with and or the federal governments. The governments around the world, they're all run by criminals who are all partaking in the central bank Olegarchy, really, it's of central banks and the owners of the central banks. And all those other things that go along with it, it's like all the frauds of the central banks. It's just like what just started out and the Jews were kicked out of... England in the 1200s because of the Chittar system, it's not just that you're having money and then you can make money on money that you don't even have and make it out of thin air, then you can also take back people's property that you've made loans from when they can't pay for it. So you can repossess property also. And that's been going on in this country forever, hasn't it? So how is that any different? And who's doing it? I mean, and after the Jews were kicked out, the aristocracy took over and they used the same system. So it's not just Jews, it's the merging of criminally minded people. And the Jews aren't all criminally minded, which gets to the real problem. It's just those few people at the top, and it seems to be their families, that keep the system going. And they need it to be rooted out, but they'll purge us first, unless we can get people to see what's really, really going on, which is not easy, because of how they have utilized us over the last... Well, I don't know how long you want to go back to, but I think once you take the law from the people, and that started in the late 1700s, you're in real trouble. So why is it that they continue to use equity instead of equality? And of course, to them, it's not equality of It's not that you're equal under the law. It's they want everybody equal in every way. And they want one global mass herd that they can brand, vaccinate, and use as animals. That's what this is all about. This is what feminism and all this other stuff has to do with. It's getting people down, and it's just feminism, of course. Get the woman out of the house. Get her to want these jobs, and the jobs itself are a problem. If you have your own land, you have your own resources, you can survive on your land and you can have a small business, you can have a farm. That's why you have to get people off the land because you want the people in power want to control all the resources, including human resources. And that's where we are. So you see why Bill Gates, of course, is taking on, they're all buying all this land up because they know that this money, they're going to call it useless. Does it have to be? No. It doesn't have to be useless. I mean, I think the colonial script and the greenbacks work quite fine. They were not backed by gold and silver, which seems to be possibly another big scam. But in any case, now why not just equality under the law? And I think that that's a problem because people have pointed out that you need to be equal under the law. It's not outcome, but that's not what they want. They want a collective where everyone is absolutely equal. No one's going to be of a different color. Everyone will be a brown color. They're going to arrange for this. They are going to arrange for everyone to be equally poor so that they can be controlled. So you have 30 mayors now that are coming out with the unified basic income. Is that what it is? And why? Well, they collude behind the scenes. They are imposing the comprehensive plan of the United Nations and WEP. WEP by the way is somehow in And we're seeing our country just taken away from us and it's according to their comprehensive plan. There's another comprehensive plan called the logos. And if people were more attached to the inherent knowledge through the logos, we might have a fighting chance and that's what we need to get to. But it's not easy. I mean, I do believe people are waking up more and more every day. But, so let's go to see what equity is, why they have to use equity. And when I first heard the equity thing, all I could think of is stuff I'd read in the Excellent See the Common Law by Brent Winters. So to go over on to page 204 of this book, we'll see why they might use the word equity and how this is going to connect up to the communitarianism that is being imposed upon us. So I think I'll just, this is all of course ad lib, so I'm just going to pick right here, chancery. Chancery jurisdiction grew out of the ecclesiastical courts. In the past century, common lawyers referred to these courts as courts of chance because chancery judges enjoyed a wide discretion characteristic of civil law. In recent times, and especially in the United States, the common law and the chancery jurisdiction are no longer in separate courts. That's very bad. The states have included them in one court of law When a court hears a common law matter such as a contract or tort, lawyers say that the court is sitting in law. When the same court considers a chancellery matter such as an injunctive relief or adoption, lawyers say that the court is sitting in equity. You see, and by the way, these common law courts in America are totally, should have been. different than the common law courts in England because we didn't have judges in our common law courts. This is based on people's research of the earlier courts, most of which I do believe was destroyed in the fire in the Library of Congress. So it's hard to know exactly, but you can think about the common law and the common law, how it had been before. I mean, it's very suspect to look at the excellency of the common law in England which is an aristocracy has always been a feudal country. The people there do not own their land. So I don't consider this excellent law. If you had excellent law, people would be equal under the law, but they're certainly not equal in England. They're certainly not equal in this country. So anyway, so what you've got is a court sitting in equity. Equity is a jurisdiction. still enjoy a greater measure of discretion that the court sitting in common law but today controlling common law fundamental such as case precedents uh... story decisive and i i don't even agree with this part of it because from what i've read story decisive in the way that it is used today is not the way common law ever used it they went back into to records when they had a confusion over an identical type of case just to see how this was judged before them because they wanted to be able to consider things. But it was not used, as it's used today, since the time of Christopher Columbus Langdell, who was put in to head of Harvard Law by Charles Eliot, probably for this specific purpose, to turn the law into a Talmudic type law where it's basically a game. the game theory came out of the Talmud. And this is, you're going to get in a position where you can only win and everybody else can lose. So it's no longer law that we're talking about, we're talking about a weapon to use against the people. But I wanted to get to the equity courts and what they are and why I don't think they should ever have been put into effect here. And I hope it's gonna be here soon. The Chancere Courts inherited the Ecclesiastical Courts jurisdiction over miracle matters which should never have been anywhere but in the local courts here. It should actually not have been in the courts at all. It should have been in the churches. So that the law, even in the states, would not have had anything to do with people and their inheritances and their marital problems. I mean, it didn't really come about until you got licensing of marriages. But all that is from the 30s, I believe. It's hard to tell. But it does seem like that is when it came over here, which we'll get to in these emergency powers and how they, and the trading with the enemy acts. So, the Civil Law in England held jurisdiction over two activities, martial law, admiralty, and chivalry. And see, one of the tricks is you merge the laws, which you can't do. But that's what they did in England. That was Lord Mansfield. And they did it over here and they did it, I believe, more than once. But in the Erie-Tompkins Railroad in 1938, that's when they got rid of common law for good. Now this is federal common law. The common law courts in the states and the knowledge of the people of the common law, you can do anything you want if the people don't know the law. So how long has that been going on? It's been going on a long time and otherwise you wouldn't have had people like Oliver Wendell Holmes decide, according to his theory coming from across the ocean, that you're going to have to split off law and morality. I mean, that's just an absurd notion. So anyway, England's Ecclesiastes of Court used civil law but her Crown Courts used the common law. Okay. The struggle for jurisdiction between these two courts set the stage for the English Reformation of Church and Government and the subsequent struggle from which the United States emerged. Encroaching civil law doctrines and devices in the church and state that hindered freedom of conscience speech and worship drove settlers to America. And this isn't a side. In 1760, John Adams wrote an article and it was against feudal and canon law. And so this is the same thing, but he was talking about Catholic law, and that was the whole basis of the dislike for Catholics coming here. It wasn't the people, it was the law, the papal law. So you're still having these problems in England. Of course, here you have the Church of England. I'm still trying to get to the place that I'm looking for here and it's getting late. Here's the deal. This is what they did. With these equity courts in England, if you couldn't come to an agreement in the common law, which I don't believe is a possibility because in the common law, There's a remedy, however, if the people do not agree with what is being said and they dismiss the case, that's the end of it. There's no appeal, is my understanding. I have to go check this with Joseph because he knows a lot about this, much more than I do. But this is what they did, so you pick it up to the chancery. and that you use equity law. And equity law is a prerogative. It's basically just the opinion. It's what the Supreme Court has become. You just use a prerogative. It's the conscience of the king or the queen. That's all it is. And why would that be ever applicable in a country like this? So I know, I mean, to me, it's very suspicious that we ever had equity courts here. And I know there are contracts, civil law and common law, aren't the same thing. But you can have both criminal and civil, see how they mix up these words so it makes it more difficult. The common law can do both criminal and civil procedures. You don't have to have different laws doing different things. The common law will work for everything. So there's no need for all of this equity. But they put it in there because it's a prerogative of the people at the top. So, when you get Queen Beatrice, who will be the head of the... if she's still around, but this is something I just read, I mean, she's the big cheese over there, and she's gonna be... it'll be the conscience of Beatrice in a communitarian court. And the communitarian courts have been... I mean, have been going on the... research into them since the 1950s, except for in America, the people don't know anything about this. Supposedly, they do know about it in other countries. So what are the communitarian courts? If you want to know about them, I think Nicky Rapana has the best evidence, but they're all connected to... George Washington University guy. He's in his 80s, I believe. I think he was a terrorist. He is a dual citizen of course. What is his name? Amatai Etsioni, I think it is. He is the big communitarian source. That's the law that we're going to be under and that they have been merging with the law of the land and with the constitutional law, which can't be done lawfully, of course, but it's now international. They use communitarian law internationally. It's about balancing the rights of the community against the rights of the individual. You know who will win. And this is from the Kabbalah where the gods get to balance mercy with severity. And that's what this is. It has nothing to do with law. It has to do with prerogatives of the people who are at the top and who will decide everything. And they can decide anything, your life, your death. And if you put the communitarian law in, you'll have no chance in any kind of court because you're going to be against the community, which doesn't exist. It's a fictional entity. Now, instead of having reality, we have total fiction because we have fictional law, we have fictional money, which is going to go digital. And they will, you know, they are using their psychological tactics on people and as they destroy people in order to survive, so this is like the survival of people who are being threatened with death. Okay, so I think we're going to go over to the war powers because these are powers that are constantly being used now, and what are they exactly? Where do they come from? Are they actually even legitimate? And I think the best thing I've been able to find in the last few weeks is something called a war and emergency powers by Moses G. Washington, which was revised on 6-1-2003. And he says he's going to review the evidence suggesting that the United States is operating under a state of national emergency and the implications this has on our nation. And what is the constitutional authority? So he says let's begin by looking at the Constitution for the United States of America to see what it says about war powers. And it says that the war powers are enumerated beginning in Article I, Section 8, Clause 11. and continue through clause 16. These clauses provide for declaration of war, the Navy, militias, et cetera. Article 1, Section 8, Clause 18, authorizes the federal government to make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, including the war powers. Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 states that the President is the Commander-in-Chief of the Military. There are two passages in the Constitution which have language indicating that an emergency might have an impact upon our unalienable rights. These two passages include references to rebellion or invasion or the time of war or public danger to indicate the type of emergency. These phrases could be broadly called quote unquote emergency situations and the term emergency powers will be used throughout this document to describe powers exercised by the government in times of a national emergency. Of course there's that national again we're supposed to have The first reference relates to the writ of habeas corpus. Quote, the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it. And that's Article 192. The writ of habeas corpus is one of the cornerstones of liberty in our nation. Again, that's conditioning. The object of filing this writ is to bring an individual before a court or a judge. Its primary function is to release an individual from unlawful imprisonment, any form of detention. It does not determine innocence or guilt of the individual, but only whether their liberty is being restrained by due process. So the writ of habeas corpus can be used to stop government abuse through false imprisonment. But the Constitution provides for the suspension of the writ during rebellion or invasion. But it is very clear that once peace is restored, the writ must also be restored. So, the second reference relates to the use of grand juries. No person should be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on the presentment or indictment of a grand jury except in cases arising in the land or naval forces or in the militia when an actual service in times of war or public danger. U.S. Constitution Fifth Amendment. This amendment says that the charging individuals of the crime is a right reserved to the people through the grand jury proceeding during peacetime. The government cannot charge people with a crime directly. But again, the Constitution makes a provision for a suspension of indictment through grand jury in the times of war or public danger. Now we will examine how emergency powers have come into existence since our involvement in World War I, granting emergency powers. In 1917, the United States entered World War I under the authority granted in Article I, Section 8, Clause 18. Congress passed the Trading with the Enemy Act on October 6, 1917, and is Chapter 10640, Stat 411. This act states in part, the President may investigate, regulate, or prohibit under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe by means of licensure or otherwise any such rules and regulations, wait a minute, under, I'm sorry, or otherwise any transactions. So it's licensure or otherwise any transactions in foreign exchange, export or earmarkings of gold or silver coins, or bullion or currency, transfer of credit in any form other than credits relating solely to the transaction to be executed wholly within the United States. Trading with the Enemy Act, October 6, 1917, Section 5B, emphasis added, the intent of the act was to permit the federal government to stop any assistance of the enemies of the United States through economic means. But notice the exclusion of all transactions which were wholly within the United States. That means even during this time of war, the residents in the United States were permitted to carry on normal business without government interference. So even in a time of war, the unalienable rights of the citizens were not abridged, and yet even this fairly mild form compared to later acts of emergency powers was seen as a grave threat by some people. For example, in 1920, retired Supreme Court Justice Charles E. Hughes expressed the belief that we could lose our government through emergency statutes and organizations if we ever fought another war. We may well wonder, in view of the precedents now established, said Charles E. Hughes, Supreme Court Justice in 1920, whether constitutional government as heretofore maintained in the republic could survive another great war, even victoriously waged. The conflict known as World War has ended as far as military hostilities were concerned, but was not yet officially terminated. Most of the war statutes were still in effect. Many of the emergency organizations were still in operation. This is from the introduction of the American Constitutional Development by Carl Brent Swisher. Chief Justice Hughes' concern was well-founded. So the trading with the enemy act was not repealed at the close of World War I, even though the Constitution implies that war powers are only valid during times of war. The act, as we shall see, opened the door to more ominous emergency powers. And in 1929, America entered the Great Depression. At that time, most of the major economic and military powers in the world were also in a depression, and of course all by design. You may recall that Americans were permitted to own gold and that our currency was backed by gold and silver. People could deposit gold and silver. their gold in their Federal Reserve Banks and the bank would give them a note which could be used to withdraw their gold. Due to the panic in the economic markets after the crash of 1929, people were trying to withdraw the funds from the banks in the form of currency, silver and gold. President Herbert Hoover asked the Federal Reserve Board of New York for a recommendation on how to deal with this situation. The Federal Reserve Board adopted a resolution to respond to President Hoover's request. Resolution adopted by the Federal Reserve Board of New York, whereas in the opinion of the board of the directors of the Federal Bank of New York, the continued and increasing withdrawal of currency and gold from the banks of the country has now created a national emergency. Thatís from Herbert Hooverís private papers, March 3, 1933. Okay, so people are causing an emergency, right? It has nothing to do with the fact that theyíre being destroyed and theyíre very worried about their money in the banks because they need it to live, which is exactly where we are today. No, itís the people that are causing this because they want to get what belongs to them out of the banks. This is a huge problem. So the Federal Reserve Board is stating that the run on banks is causing a national emergency. They went on to propose that President Hoover issue an executive order with the following language, quote, whereas it is provided in Section 5B of the Act of October 6, 1917 as amended that the President may investigate, regulate, or prohibit under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe by means of licensure or otherwise any transaction in foreign exchange and the export, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold and silver coin or bullion or currency. So Herbert Hoover, that's from his private papers again in March 3rd, 1933. So the Federal Reserve Board is proposing that the President declare a state of emergency using the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 as a model. So the original act of 1917 said other than credits relating solely to the transaction to be executed wholly within the United States where the XXX was located. So the Federal Reserve Board is proposing President Hoover modify the 1917 act via an executive order to include transactions within the United States. But President Hoover declined to issue this order. One might well ask how the Federal Reserve Board could make such a bold request of the President. Part of the answer can be found in the Bankruptcy of America article which demonstrates that the United States, all in capitals, is bankrupt and that the Federal Reserve is the creditor. Some researchers have taken this explanation even further by speculating that the Depression was engineered by the Federal Reserve and the international bankers that they represent. The bankers motive was to further consolidate. They already controlled the monetary policy of the United States, so they want to further consolidate their power. It's also speculated that the government was told that it could cooperate with the Federal Reserve, the international bankers, or the Depression will remain indefinitely. Under such political blackmail, the President, Congress, and courts were willing to acquiesce to the demands of the bankers. Bear these speculations in mind as you read how quickly the Federal Reserve got what it wanted. These speculations will be an area for further research. And also keep in mind now these are the 30s when also in Dan Meador's work he's showing how you have the Declaration of Interdependence and all the treason by the mayors and the local levels and all the local governments and the state governments are going to go along with what's happening and never going to tell the people about what they're doing. So this is how we became one nation under fraud, but it had a lot of foreplay before the great rape of the people. So anyway, to continue with this, this is one of the ways with which they do things. Let's see. On March the 4th, 1933, President FDR, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was inaugurated. His inaugural address states in part, I am prepared under my constitutional duty to recommend the measures that a stricken nation in the midst of a stricken world may require. These measures or such other measures as the Congress may build out of its experience and wisdom, oh brother, I shall seek within my constitutional authority, yeah right, to bring to speedy adoption. But in the event that the Congress shall fail to take one of these two courses, and in the event that the national emergency is still critical, I shall not evade the clear course of my duty that will then confront me. I shall ask the Congress for one remaining instrument to meet the crisis, the one remaining, the broad executive power to wage a war against the emergency. As great as the power they would give me, If we were in fact invaded by a foreign foe, so it's about the creation of wars, war on drugs, war on terror, etc. So we can have an emergency and bypass all law is what they're trying to do of course. And of course all of this like everything, they cause this problem and then they're getting the reaction of the people and they're coming in to save you with their solutions supposedly. and moving ahead and ahead towards total consolidation of a nation state and then after the National Animal Farm is working as a socialist democracy, then you can move on to the global animal farm and you can have full-blown communism. And that's where we are today. We're moving to this wrenching transformation And you've got all these little frauds playing out like climate change and that will soon be an emergency and COVID and oh, this is quite supremacy, black lives matter and now the vote fraud. But all in all, the biggest frauds are all of this, of how they've taken the law from us, first from the people, then even the constitution's gone. And here we are now with President Roosevelt, the great traitor. On March 5, 1933, the day after his inauguration, Roosevelt issued Proclamation 2038, requesting a special session of Congress beginning on March 9, 1933 to deal with banking emergency. On March 6, 1933, he issued Proclamations 2039 to indicate to the Congress what kind of emergency powers he was asking for. Whereas there had been heavy and unwarranted withdrawals of gold and currency from our banking institutions for the purpose of hoarding. Yes, the people are hoarders. They want their own stuff back. They're hoarders. This is the way you have to play it. Whereas it is provided in Section 5B of the Act of October 6, 1917, 48 Stat. 1.4.11 is amended, that the President may investigate, regulate, or prohibit under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe by means of licensure or otherwise any transaction in foreign exchange and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold and silver, coin, or bullion or currency. So, his proclamation of 2039, that was, he issued a proclamation exactly as proposed by the Federal Reserve Board, because they are in charge. But the proclamation had no authority until Congress met to give him the required authority. And Congress passed the first act during the emergency session, which is recorded at 48 statute 1. The preamble of the act says, be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, Now, unless this is something other, the United States of America is, of course, the federal zone and the territorial government, the secondary government. Congress assembled that the Congress hereby declares that a serious emergency exists and it's imperatively necessary speedily to put into effect remedies of uniform national application. The first day of the special session Congress approved proclamation 2039 then President Roosevelt is reissued as proclamation 2040. Whereas under the act of March 9, 1933, all proclamations heretofore or hereafter issued by the president pursuant to the authority enforced by Section 5B of the Act of October 6, 1917. So they're using other acts as their authorities as precedents. as amended or approved in the firm. So President Roosevelt's Procter Nation 2040, and then in this Procter Nation, he's saying in essence that Congress has delegated him broad powers under the Trading with the Enemy Act. And you look at 48 Stat 1, Section 2 from March 9, 1933, you will see it matches the language of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, October 6th. with one critical difference. It substitutes by any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof for other than credits related solely to the transaction to be executed wholly within the United States. It no longer excludes domestic transactions. The effect of this change was to make every person residing in America subject to the provisions of this act. The first language looks like this. During time of war or during any other period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency, that he may designate or otherwise investigate, regulate, prohibit under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe by means of licensure or otherwise any transaction in foreign exchange transactions of credit between or payments by banking institutions or defined by the president and export hoarding melting, yeah I think we get it, by any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof. So the statute granting the president emergency powers was Chapter 1, Title 1, Section 148-1, March 9th, 1933. And I think we know where we are now. They keep repeating all the same verbiage over and over. And this is the current version of the statute. So it's still in effect and we're still under this emergency. And so the same thing can happen here that happened in 1933. And it will. So the wording is almost identical to that found, the current version, in 1933, shown in the above paragraph. The actions, regulations, rules, licenses, orders, and proclamations heretofore, or hereafter taken, promulgated, made, or issued by the President of the United States, or the Secretary of the Treasury, since March 4th, 1933, pursuant to the authority conferred by Section 95A of this title are approved and confirmed, and that's from 12 U.S.C. 95B. This version says that the authority is granted, but if you look in the note to the statute, you will see the original authority is, of course, the October 6, 1917, Chapter 106, Section 5B, 40 Stat, 415. So the President still has the authority, as it was originally granted in 1917 and later modified. In 1933, in 1973, the United States Senate formed a special committee on the termination of the national emergency to investigate the war and emergency powers that have been granted to the president. We will note from their final report, Senate Report 93-549, 1973, on a number of occasions. The report notes that the domestic transactions were no longer excluded. 48-1, the exclusion of the domestic transactions was formally found, founding the act was deleted from section 5B at this time and that's in 1973. To resolve the banking crisis, President Roosevelt used the authority in the proclamation of 2039 and 2040 to declare a banking holiday. This can be verified in the definition for the banking holiday of 1933. A bank holiday of 1933, President Proclamation, that's number 2039, issued on March 6th. And a member of the banks of the Federal Reserve System, normal banking functions were resumed on March the 13th, subject to certain restrictions. The first proclamations, it was held, had no authority in law until the passage on March the 9th, 1933. Uh, just a minute. of the ratified Act 12 U.S. CA 95B. The present law forbids member banks of the Federal Reserve system to transact banking business except by regulations of the Secretary of Treasury during an emergency proclaimed by the President. Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition. More information about the backing holiday and its implications for our nation can be found in the essay on the bankruptcy of America. So I'm assuming when they refer to these, they're on the same. You have to go find War and Emergency Powers by Moses G. Washington. And supposedly, I'll have to go check. There are so many things to check in this, some of which is from the Medor work. You can check and see if these various codes and statutes are actually law, and he shows you how to do it by going to these various places, which is very complicated, and I certainly have not, I don't know how to do it yet, but I'd like to. So where were we here? To resolve the crisis, he used this authority, suspended the banks and transactions. The present law forbids to transact banking business. The Federal Reserve system is to transact banking except under the regulations of the Secretary of Treasury during an emergency. And that's from another proclamation that we just went on. Sorry, I've gotten mixed up here. The Senate reports indicate we are still in the state of national emergency, and in fact there are four overlapping emergencies since March 9, 1933. The United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four. and they are, let's see, in addition to the national emergency by President Roosevelt in 1933, there's a national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December the 16th, 1950 during the Korean War. conflict in the state of emergency declared by president nixon on march the twenty third nineteen seventy in august fifteen nineteen seventy one you can find these all in this senate report ninety three five forty nine report gives further clarification to two emergency declared by nixon on one the first one was uh... strike of the postal service by employees and the second was a national emergency let me see uh... import controls in order to meet an international monetary crisis. So all four of these still exist. And I assume they're doing different things under each of them. Let's see. Let's examine the ways in which these have affected every American. So implications of the national emergencies. The authority of the federal government has been expanded in two broad areas by the national emergency powers. The first one is the jurisdiction of the federal courts and the second is executive powers. First, we'll examine the jurisdiction of the federal courts. Article 3-2 of the Constitution describes judicial power of the federal courts. Clause 1 authorizes the Supreme Court and such inferior courts as Congress may establish. Clause 3 defines the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court but also indicates that the Congress has the authority to regulatory When you go read this, if you do, you see all kinds of typos in here. It should be regulated, of course. The jurisdiction of the federal courts. A clause two lists the specific limited jurisdiction of federal courts. This clause specifically mentions the federal courts have jurisdiction over all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction. However, at the time it was understood that Admiralty and Maritime cases only included those that occurred on the high seas. They did not include cases on land. The emergency powers have been used to expand the Admiralty jurisdiction of the federal courts. See the essay on Admiralty slash Maritime jurisdiction for more details. In cases relating to property taken in war, a distinction was made between enemy property captured on the high seas and property captured on the land. The federal courts used admiralty jurisdiction over property captured at sea, but they had no jurisdiction over property captured on the land, on U.S. soil or otherwise. This makes sense given the jurisdiction of admiralty courts was originally over cases occurring on the high seas. But The trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 gave the federal courts jurisdiction over enemies, property on the US soil. This statute was valid since the Congress had the constitutional authority to regulate the jurisdiction of the federal courts. Since the admiralty's jurisdiction was used, it was evident that the high sea jurisdiction had been brought in land. that the district courts of the United States are given jurisdiction to make and enter all such rules as to notice and otherwise, and all such orders and decrees, and to issue such processes may be necessary and proper in the premises to enforce the provisions of this act," unquote, trading with the Enemy Act of October 6, 1917, Section 17. When the 1933 trading with the Enemy Act made residents of America, including citizens, the enemy, the authority of the federal courts had to be expanded to cover the jurisdiction of the enemy's, American's property as well. Again, American jurisdiction was used for inland cases. This was accomplished through the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Acts of June 19, 1934. So you just make up procedures so you can do what you want. The provisions of this act went into effect in 1938 after the action by the Supreme Court. This implies that the federal courts can use Admiralty jurisdiction on anyone within the United States. In our article on Admiralty slash Maritime Courts, we point out that the flags in all the courts In America, our military flags and symbolize the fact that the courts are military tribunals. One could speculate the gold fringe on the flag also indicate the courts are operating under the authority of the president under martial law. The second broad area where expansion of power occurred was the executive branch. The first thing to note is a large number of statutes that Congress passed giving various emergency powers to the president. These proclamations gave 470 provisions of federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the president extraordinary powers ordinarily exercised by the Congress. which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all encompassing manners. This vast range of powers taken together confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to the normal constitutional processes. So you see, how do you do this? You do it through the Territorial Clause. So Congress has, and this is all deception and deviousness. So Congress, when they go through the Territorial Clause over the District of Columbia and their territories, and then you start treating the states as territories, and then you take this into the nation state, which is one nation state now, and this was the goal, of course, from the Civil War forward. then you can have Congress give whatever powers they want to to the president because they can do whatever they want pretty much, although it is supposed to be according to the Constitution. So it all falls apart there. It's all fraud from the beginning. Everything that's happened is fraud. And so it's supposed to be null and void from the beginning, but you read the deviousness of the way they've done these things. Well, we have jurisdiction. I mean, we have the power to change jurisdictions. But you don't have a power to change the jurisdictions of the courts over the people. You cannot then say, okay, the admiralty, now the people are under admiralty jurisdiction because these jurisdictions have specific places that they are supposed to take place and they have specific purposes. So you can't do this. This is entirely unlawful. And you're depriving people of the whole... You've changed the Constitution now, and it's just a power mechanism to play, to rearrange different jurisdictions and powers so that we can literally stomp on the people, which is what they've been doing, of course. And this is why terror is emanating from the federal government and from all the governments in this country, because they're getting their orders from above. And just like Franklin Roosevelt did what he was told, all the people in power are just imposters. And they're playing roles. It's all imposters. This is what it is. And they try, you've got to keep the people believing. that they live in a state that's run by the Constitution and everything will be fine once we take charge of the Constitution. You don't understand the infiltration process that's gone on since the beginning of the country and the law is what is most important and we have none. We're in the state of lawlessness and that's where no one has the protection of the law because psychopaths are controlling it and they're in control of everything in this country. So they put the Admiralty, you know, so now they're pirates taking the ships onto the land and stealing everything everybody has. So where were we? I've lost my place entirely now. Let me see. Oh yes, just a minute, I'm coming. There is one guy in, it's always like one or two people. You had Lindbergh, you had McFadden, and now you're gonna have another guy speak up. I wonder what happened to him. Let me see, is there anything else here? Oh yeah, so anyway, we got to the 470 provisions of federal law. This is all just total deception. By deception we do war. The highlighted section above seems to indicate the Constitution, as we think of it, has been suspended. But the report goes on to list some specific powers that they have been granted which could easily be used and impact everyone in America. Under the powers delegated by these statues, the President May Seize property, organize and control the means of production, seize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute martial law, seize and control all transportation and communication, regulate the operation of a private enterprise, restrict travel, and in a plethora of particular ways control the lives of all American citizens. And of course, look at what we're doing here now. Over the course of at least the last 40 years, when presidents have had available an enormously expanding and never-ending range of emergency powers. Indeed, at their fullest extent and during the height of a crisis, these prerogative powers appear to be virtually unlimited because Congress and the public are unaware... Now, wait a minute. Congress is unaware. It's impossible to be unaware of what's going on if you've read the Constitution. And if you have people in Congress that have never read the Constitution, they shouldn't be there. I mean, that's just criminal, it's criminal negligence on their part. So they are and have to be held accountable to this. So, let's see, they're unaware of the extent of the emergency powers. Well, can't they read? Oh, maybe they went to public schools. There's never been any notable congressional or public objection made to the state of affairs. Nor have the courts imposed significant limitations. And this all comes again from Senate Report 93-549. Again, this report seems to be saying that the Constitution has been suspended since the President has enormous powers well beyond the intent of the Constitution and the Founders. There is further evidence that this may be the case. In 1933, President Roosevelt sent the Agricultural Adjustment Act to Congress for approval. During debate on this measure, Congressman Beck expressed his belief that once an emergency is declared, the Constitution is suspended. I think of all the damnable heresies that have ever been suggested in connection with the Constitution, this is a quote of course, the doctrine of emergency is the worst. That is Congressman Beck. It means that when Congress declares an emergency, there is no constitution. This means it's death. It's the very doctrine that German Chancellor is invoking today in the dying hours of the parliamentary body of the German Republic. Namely, that because of an emergency, it should grant to the German Chancellor absolute power to pass any law, even though the law contradicts the constitution of the German Republic. Chancellor Hitler, is at least frank about it. We pay the Constitution lip service, but the result is the same, but the Constitution of the United States, as they restrain the influence in keeping the federal government within the carefully prescribed channels of power, is morbid, if not dead. We are witnessing its death agonies, for when this bill becomes law, if unhappily it becomes a law, there is no longer any workable Constitution to keep Congress within the limits of its constitutional powers. And that's from Congressional Record 1933. That's Congressman Beck, another hero to people who want to be free, along with McFadden, who they killed on the third try, apparently, and Lindbergh, who they tried to silence with the death of his grandson. The Agricultural Adjustment Act was another emergency powers bill proposed by the President Roosevelt. The act passed by a margin of three to one, despite the dire warnings of Congressman Beck. Another quote from the Senate report expresses concern that our current state of emergency, we would end up with a totalitarian state. Quote, if the president can create crimes by fiat and without congressional approval, our system is not much different from the communist uh... wait a minute from that of the communist which allegedly threatened our existence the enormous scope of powers and then it dot dot dot time bomb again from the senate report ninety three five forty nine so the report goes on to admit that our rights have been abridged a majority of the people of the united states have lived all their lives under the emergency rule for forty years freedom and governmental procedures guaranteed by the constitution have in varying degrees been abridged by laws brought into force by the state of national emergency. Senate report 93-549. One example of how our freedoms have been abridged is the increased licensing power granted by these statutes. You will recall that 12 U.S.C. 95B grants the President's authority to issue licenses. A license is defined as the permission by competent authority to do an act which without such permission would be illegal. Black's Dictionary, 5th edition. The Senate report in the section analyzing the trading with the Enemy Act indicates that virtually every imaginal transaction we engage in is now covered by the President's emergency powers. in trade or commerce, regulated or prohibited, in sub-sections, ABC, DNE, page 4. This trade covers almost every imaginal transaction and is forbidden and made unlawful except when allowed under the form of license issued by the Secretary of Commerce. This authorization of trading under license constitutes the principal modification of the rule of international law forbidding trade between citizens of the belligerents for the power to grant such licenses and therefore exemption from the operation of law is given by the bill. Senate Report 93-549. Since Americans are viewed as enemies of the state and since any trade with the enemy which is other Americans is illegal except one done under a license issued by the government then all trade must be done under license in order to be legal. The war powers in the state of emergency is what gives the government the authority to require a license in order to conduct business. And of course you have a common law right to conduct business. without a license. The war powers in the state of emergency is what gives them the authority to acquire the license. The government is now in a position where a license is required to do almost anything including those things which can be considered natural rights. This principle was first applied during the banking holiday of 1933. Roosevelt's papers indicate that banks would have to have a license before they could reopen. The Secretary of the Treasurer will be issuing license to banks, which are members of the Federal Reserve System, whether the national bank or a state, located at each of the 12 Federal Reserve Bank cities to open Monday morning. This is from President Roosevelt's papers. The next business sector where the principle was applied with agriculture using provisions in the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933 to issue licenses permitting processes processors associations of producers and others to engage in the handling in the current of international sorry interstate or foreign commerce of any agricultural commodity or produce thereof or any competing commodity uh... that's Agricultural Adjustment Act Others, laws were passed during Roosevelt's first 100 days in office granting authority to the issue, to issue licenses of one industry after the other. So taking control of everything here. This is, of course, at the command of the banks. The Senate report admits that Roosevelt and subsequent presidents have greatly expanded their war powers well beyond the original tent of dealing with a crisis caused by war. Well, yeah. The Trading with the Enemy Act, however, has been specifically designed by its originators to meet only wartime exigencies. By employing it to meet demands of the Depression, Roosevelt greatly extended the concept of emergencies to which expansion of executive power might be applied and in doing so he established a pattern that was followed frequently. In time of crisis, the president should utilize any statutory authority readily at hand regardless of its original purpose with a firm expectation of ex post facto congressional concurrence. Beginning with FDR then, extensive use of delegated powers exercised under the aura of crisis has become a dominant aspect of the presidency. This concomitant with this development has been a demeaning of the significance of an emergency. It became a term used to evoke public and congressional approbation, often bearing little actual relation to events from Senate Report 93-549. The report goes on to admit that the trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 was never terminated and that the President and Congress have not correctly yielded the powers granted during an emergency after the crisis was over. Following the Allied victory, Wilson relinquished his wartime authority and asked Congress to repeal the emergency statutes enacted to fight more effectively the war. Only a food control measure and the 1917 Trading with the Enemy Act were retained. This procedure of terminating emergency powers when the particular emergency itself has in fact ended has not been consistently followed by his successors from the same Senate report. The authority given to the President seemed to allow him to do virtually whatever he wishes. It is very common for Presidents to issue an executive order in sight as his authority to trading with the Enemy Act. They generally don't refer to it by the act of the name. by name, but instead just say the act of October 6, 1917, as amended. At this point, the president has unbridled power. The way out. Our founding fathers intended to ensure our freedom by use the principles of separation of powers between the three branches of government and the checks and balances between them. The breakdown of this principle cannot be blamed solely upon the president. One would hope that the Supreme Court would overturn the use of the emergency powers when there is not an apparent emergency. But the report indicates the court has not done so and is not likely to do so. It would appear that the Supreme Court has shirked its responsibility to guard our freedom. So was that a way out? No. He told me the way out, but it doesn't work. So here we are, where we are, which is not in a good place because we basically have prerogatives being used across this country and they have been used for a long time and we have no freedom And it's now up to us to actually figure a way out or we won't be able to probably survive at this point. So, are you there, fellas? There's a fella. Hello? Okay. Well... So that anyway, that's what the emergency powers are about and you can see how they're being used today. So the governors are doing whatever they feel like doing and now this is a health war and we had so many different wars. All you have to do is declare a war, then you can use emergency powers and do what you want. The Constitution doesn't mean anything. It looks as if the Dan Meador way is the way they did this, but even that, it's all fraud. You can't do what they've done. They did it, so they can do what they did, but it can't be lawful. There's no authorization for this type of a takeover of the country. It's all gotten us into the mess that we are in today, where people are living in a false reality. We need to come back to the law and impose it upon the enemy. and they're all over here and of course now the big reversal is not only that they've taken power from the people and they have taken away your natural and alienable rights, they can't take them away but they cannot recognize them and use pure force over you. Because that's what it is. It's like the end justifies the means and might is right. And their might comes in different forms with the fake money and the fake law and then of course the deprivation of knowledge amongst the people. But people are becoming more knowledgeable so it's up to us to act because not to act is to act. One thing, they can say all this crap about imposing martial law and you don't have the Constitution and glop on and on we go. However, we've talked about this off the air, and it's time for us to talk about it on the air a little bit. There's a little clause called Ex parte Mulligan. Apparently in 1866 something happened in Indiana and the best there was a military tribunal. They found this guy guilty. uh... they had suspended all his rights because that's right that they could do and that was linked in but they have but they went to court and it was uh... they got this closet and that said where was presented i'm not sure how it went but anyway it's called ex parte mulligan what it did was it said that even though during wartime during any kind of martial law no matter what you cannot suspend the right of the citizens of the united states right so So, that's one thing that has to be pointed out, and people have to start looking at that. In fact, you know, when you were sending me to that, and I don't know if you have anything else that you'd like to talk about, because I'll stop. No, go on. The only thing I would say is there's a reason for rights being called unalienable, for your natural rights, for your God-given rights. No one can take them away. You cannot transfer them. You're stuck with them because that's who you are. You're a person born with freedom and with rights. What we're looking at is a man-made government who is trying to deny you of your rights. And this is just inherent knowledge. You can't take away an inherent right from someone. It's inherent, it's unalienable, you can't sell it, trade it, and all over America, people's rights are being taken away and have been taken away since the beginning of this country, and they do it in various schemes. The thing is here, inside that document, if you go in there and you look down and you may have to go to another place, it may be the archives that are downloadable, you will find where they have filed a case against the uh... governor of michigan and i don't understand it uh... adcom or something i'm not sure what that is but anyway they found something and if you go down through there and you walk you're gonna see where inside that document closer to the end of it about inside of it you're gonna find a place where it talks about the expert a mulligan and that's actually cited in there so there are things going on around the united states however we don't have enough cases against these governors uh... we don't have enough cases they're saying that they're hurting people and people that businesses should be the ones that are that are actually prodding these cases and saying you know because you're making us through your ignorance you're forcing us to do things that are actually against the constitution against the inalienable rights rights of people by telling them forcing them to wear a face mask when they walk in the door of our store Those kinds of things. You shut us down two or three times and you can't just shut a store down. That's really unlawful as well. So you have no cause, no just cause to shut these stores down. No just cause to do these things. So really, you wouldn't do it as a class action suit, but individuals could go in there and say because of damages and maybe sue the governor not him personally not the office of the governor but through the guy personally for what he's doing and i think that there's enough if there's enough these cases that wind up in these courts it happened once before a long time ago i was listening to you favorite man it was a winner maybe it was weiner might have been a lot and he was talking about it could have been uh... and but in but it uh... uh... they could have been one of them was talking about back they try to do this i mean in nineteen thirties apparently i think it was back in the thirties of the twenties they were doing things that were trying to kill businesses and trying to take things over and do things that were really were not right so these businesses started going in and they started following cases the courts were so bogged down with these cases that they stopped it Excuse me, and they stopped and they sat down. They backed off. I think the same thing would happen, too, again, if there were enough cases that were being filed about how things are hurting people. Hurting people. Now, when you go into the pharmaceutical companies, why would you not be able to sue not just the pharmaceutical companies, but the individuals who have those companies who are irresponsible for putting this, who are responsible for putting this out. Why could you not sue that fellow that's in charge of the FDA and was told that if he did not put this out on the market and did not approve this drug, he would be fired? Why could you not personally file suit against him in court because somebody in your family died because they got the coronavirus and it was the timeframe was so close there. not the virus but they got the corona, whatever that thing is, that vaccine. They got the vaccine from one of these companies and that person died shortly afterwards. Why could you not sue that person individually? You would not be suing the corporation. So therefore, because they're responsible for what happens with that company no matter what it is. They're responsible for all those guys that are down there, the scientists that are doing these things. why could you not hold him responsible hold him comparable for the death of your your person and i bet you are some of these cases were filed and they were put in there that i bet you some of this crap would back off and i bet you they would stop some of this crap so i mean that's my personal opinion why could you not file suit against bill gates personally and this paltry who she died that's made for a minute four hundred thousand dollars i think he gets a year He's the highest paid person. Almost a half a million a year he gets paid for mass murder. Why could you not file suit against him for what he has done? because they're part of the administrative state that has to be brought down and they've been granted immunity. They're all granted, I mean, do you see where Cuomo just granted all these old folks home that are killing people? They granted them immunity. This is entirely lawless. That's why. This is not lawful. No, but you're not suing the old folks home. You're not suing them. You're going to sue the CEO. No, I agree. Right. But they're going to sue that person as an individual. immunity crap doesn't cover anything. Well, it will because you're in their courts. And that's the problem. The point is, Charlotte, that if you stick so many of these cases in there, they're going to back off. See, if you want to overwhelm them, it's one thing, but the problem is you've got to get the courts back to be, you know, court court after that you're going to force these courts to do it they have to do well that's how are you going to do it there's a lot more in there against that individual they're going to have to do something because i think that we'll be able to dismiss every single one of these cases well if you overwhelming with cases i still think the way to do it if you need force behind this we're playing force now again it will be The force has to come from the people wanting to be free from this false law. We have to put the law back into the courts. You need the sheriffs on your side and the militias of the people behind it to force it back in there. Then I think it could work. All of this stuff you have to untangle this mess they have. I think you just have to say everything is null and void. Since the Civil War forward, it's what they have done to the law. We're going back to the common law. The common law is now reinstated. In the courts, they won't listen to things before Erie-Thompson's because then that's where they got rid of common law in the federal government, which I don't understand how you would have federal government common law anyway, because you need juries of the people for the common law. But anyways, that's what they did. Instead of the common law, you had equity. And equity is, of course, about prerogatives, is what you have. And that's what that Phil Hamburger's book was all about, is administrative law. lawful, the answer is no, it's going back to the prerogatives of the kings and queens. And you've got to get rid of it, but they've entangled everything in this mesh of legalese. It has to be, you know, it's not right to subject people to this. We need to just say it's all null and void from the beginning because in fact it is because it's all fraud. And that's what you need to do. So if you could go into a court of common law and demand that the judge, who is honorless, actually uphold the common law, I don't know how you could do it, these people need to be brought out of their eye. The thing is, if they try to dismiss the case at the lower court, you keep going up until you get a court that actually does and knows what's going on here and actually where that judge is going to go ahead and do the right thing. You can't stop at just going in one time and saying, oh, this is dismissed. Dismissed on what? On what grounds? Well, it's persistent and you have to keep pursuing it. And if you don't pursue it and you don't keep being persistent, you're going to lose every time. I wasn't persistent. If I would have been persistent, I would have won one of my cases in Meadville. I would have never had to pay and I didn't pay it anyway. $500. I would have never been charged $500. I would have never done that because first off there was no due process and then we can go on from there. And so... Well, yeah, and that's always the case. Yeah, but you have to be persistent. You can't just say, okay, well, they dismiss the case and then drop it and that's where... And really you have to have the assistance of counsel. but that's not who needs to go into court you have to go into court you have to be the one presenting the case they can assist you in putting things together and teaching you what to do in the background but they will not be the ones going into case in to present the case that for the strength is that for the people actually come in and that's where you can win cases because you're not using their people when you go in there and you take a kadja an attorney with you He's responsibility is to protect the court and protect the administration. He's not there to protect or do anything with you. So you do not go in his pro se. You go in persona something. But the problem is they're going to do what they did to me. They're going to dismiss your case for lack of cause because they do not recognize you have a right not to be robbed without due process because you're not in a common law court. somebody robbing we're not talking about a a a matter like that we're talking about basically a criminal matter because the criminal matter is actually where you force these people in these nursing homes to take these things and they die you're the ceo you're responsible for this nursing home no matter what these other people say you're still the one that's responsible you're still the one that have to have sued against you So, that's where the bottom line lies. It's a corporation and they have limited liability. But they're not the corporation. We're not talking about a corporation. I know that. But they're going to plead immunity. That's what they're going to say. And they've been granted immunity. how they got immunity and how they got it. Look up at New York. Cuomo gave them immunity. I know, I understand what you're saying, Charlotte, but he doesn't have the authority to do that. That's what we're dealing with, totally false law all along. But see, as long as people believe this... i'd like to have a great that's the problem it's a matter of actually getting into your head and it's hard to do it's not easy to do but this man is a criminal and he's acting in a criminal way eight trying to save the people that are doing his bidding that's right that is the trend of favorite but his own but because he knows that these people get sued any of them and you cannot you cannot plead immunity When you have a fiduciary responsibility, you can try to plead immunity, but not as an individual. The corporation can, but the individual is going to have a hard-pressed time to say that I'm immune from prosecution. He made all these nursing homes non-liable, but he did not go through the people that run these things. and the people that are part of the nursing staff, that are the nursing executives and stuff, he didn't give them immunity. He gave immunity to the corporations. I think there's a big difference there and I think that should be looked into very well. I think you have to look into it. That's the whole problem with this public and private corporations is that the immunity is given to people. They are, I mean, it's like you have to have all these judges. This is what, they believe that they are immune from things because of the immunity clauses. and it's they're being protected. They each protect each other. I understand that. Right, well so this is a problem but I don't see how you do it without force. You have to have knowledge and force behind it and the force has to come by groups of people standing up to these judges and reinstating common law and getting damages and then you can sue every person who is damaging another and they can't hide behind an office because there's no office in the United States that is allowing you to damage people's life-lovering property is supposed to be the opposite. We've had a total revolution. We have revolved the whole purpose of the country and now it's working towards its opposite. I'm still the opinion that you can't hide behind anything. When you're named as an individual, you have no place to hide. I'm sorry, but that's my personal opinion. And I bet you somewhere along the line if somebody started researching all this stuff, I bet you they would find that. The office is immune, but not the individual that's standing behind that office. And you keep going up those courts until you get some success. Or you plug that court to the point where they cannot function without looking at these cases and without starting to do something with them. And if you have some really good attorneys that are back in this thing, that are really behind this and you have some common law court, some common law people that are behind this and they start forcing this thing, making it public. That's part of the problem too, is that we don't make things public. We take things into court and we don't make them public. We don't make them, we don't put them out there and lay the whole foundation and everything out there for everybody to see. We go in there and we kind of we lose ourselves because we were scared to go in there to start with to go into a court but if you should make it public if you put it out there in its public and everybody knows about it and it's over there it's really a harder situation for them to try to buy sidestep that or try to kick it out or do whatever that because i have a great you have laid out you have laid out all the common law you've laid out all the facts you've laid out everything Excuse me. Everything. And it's all public. Not done on the Internet necessarily. If somebody wants to go into social media and take their chances, the DFBI isn't going to come in and kick their butts. That's fine. But, I mean, they'll arrest them for something stupid like they did that kid in Florida. That's good. And it should be out there. It should be on the Internet. It should be in social media. It should be in the newspapers. And that's one place where you have trouble getting things in. It should be in the newspapers, it should be talked about in the communities, it should be out there. Out there. That this particular person, and not as his thing as a CEO, but this particular person right here, is being sued because he allowed my parents, my grandparents, whomever, to die. And I was not allowed to come in there and have anything to do with this. I was never allowed in that place. to see how they were doing and make sure they were getting the proper care that they were doing their fiduciary responsibility and that he was going through his fiduciary responsibility. When it's out there and it's public like that and there's more than one case, I'm talking hundreds of these or thousands of these all over the country. not just against him, against these people, but against these individual governors who have actually screwed up somebody's business and put them out, almost put them out, and then turning around, we'll give you a grant through the stimulus thing, which will wind up as a loan, and you're going to lose your business. So you're going to lose no matter what you do. But I'm sorry Charlotte, that's my commentary I guess you could say. I hope everybody doesn't get upset about it, but that's my commentary and I hope people think about it. That's all. That's all I ask. Well, here's the problem. It's just like people have been destroyed just take the last 23 years in this country how many ways have people been destroyed and it's always the same problem you can't get beyond the courts because they aren't common law courts and the destruction is coming from the government they've actually run an invasion of this country since 1965 and nobody's been able to stop it And yes, if you could suddenly awaken and everybody understands that they're using the wrong court, you could switch the jurisdiction back. But when people are in an office, it's not the office you're protecting with immunity, it's the person holding the office for that time period. And this was done to discourage frivolous lawsuits, but the way it's being used is different than that. Is this lawful? Of course not. Nothing that happens in this country is lawful. That's our problem. It's everywhere now. It used to be if you either live under the law or you don't and we are in a lawless land right now. Yes, somebody speaking? Preventing frivolous lawsuits. Well, actually it allows them to operate frivolously. Am I... Well, yes, it's all lawless. It's a weapon now being used against people because they've taken over the courts and moved us into a different jurisdiction. Thank you. You're good. Thank you. You're great. Thank you. Thank you. So anyway, yeah, I mean, that's our problem. If people could awaken and we need to, if you could get people to back people up in the courts, but it's not easy because the entire apparatus in the courts are private, international courts backed by the bankers. These people are fighting for their lives. It's either they're going to win or we're going to win. And we need to get the real law back in the courts. You could try to do it by overwhelming them with lawsuits. I mean, I'm for anything that will work. But what you have to have is people understanding the law and how people have been killed by this government going to wars that should never have been fought since the Civil War, maybe even the Revolutionary War. You can't say because we're not allowed to know facts in this country having to do with history or even the history of the recent events which were probably Operation Gladio in this country. So this is our greatest problem is we don't know those facts, but we know what's right. and that's why the law has to be reimposed. The real law. You cannot harm another person. And if you do, you have to... give remedy to that harm. And we're being harmed by the people in the government. It's them against us. We're the enemy. And so we see how they made us into the enemy in 1933 by utilizing a little deceptive trick. It's all sleight of hand with these people. And that's what they're doing now, with getting everybody to be masked. But people don't understand that we've been in an experiment since the late 1900s where they have used psychological techniques on us. You've got the intelligence operators, you've got the social sciences, you've got the schools, you've got the media, all trying to get people to the state of such weakness that they can just get you to where you are today. Wear a mask. Okay. Wear a three mask. Okay. and you listen to the radio, there's some very obnoxious ad on here. It sounds like Mr. Neighbors... What's the guy's... Even if you don't have an AR-15 lower configured to support a 9mm, a 9mm upper would still make a very nice single shot game getting and anti-personnel sentry removal or walking up and doing somebody a favor and letting them exit this life because they're an enemy. with a great little solution to have another caliber that is commonly available in the company going and you five chiclets that's five chiclets used to you know smack somebody in the bener and strip them bare-ass make it of everything that they've got so right now that is the one thing that aim has been stock or nine millimeter upper now forgive me nine millimeter uh... bulk carrier groups now these are blowback and infected amar we got a caller who we have uh... this is what the Yesterday, I noticed on Moriarty Armaments website, they got millimeter uppers for the AR. Try that out, go spray it. So it's in a sapon. You can sometimes find the London Fog variant in flat. Either way, it's interior or exterior, through the season's color. And if you use it and splotch it with some of the great green and a little bit of whatever other color you know like range it is actually a pretty good choice for all of them camel well and for satin mark you can you can dole satin with a double oh uh... stainless or excuse me dot double oh steel wool it'll double sheen and it'll break it will be a little bit of a payoff yeah and remember guys uh... if you could stop it to the point where actually people will work all are you just breaking up the pattern anyway as long as it's not purple or red or whatever. Now there's a reason, depending on how that, I don't know what the coating process is, if it's a powder coat type or if it is an electric, I don't know how they do it, it's an electronic adhesion system or adhesion plating. Most likely that that's how that was done, but I've never really investigated it, but if I could get an actual titanium bolt, oh I'd grab those and heartbeat, I'd spend more money just to get that. either the titanium finish or the titanium components because you're getting the quality of steel but you know durability of forever i mean that part would be around after the gun rotted around it even though even the steel parts rotted around or the aluminum rotted around it but uh... the uh... uh... but they do have the no they don't have a perfect but they do look at them they have the uh... titanium uh... nitride finish. And that's actually be the one I go with nowadays because it really is any more expensive than any of the other finishes that are out there. But I'd experiment with that one first in this day and age. If I had a choice, they're all about 130 to 140 apiece. I would right now buy the titanium nitride finish if you can get it. And one of the reasons is because now it is it would be far far more durable than any of the other options that they give. Now the the nitride finish is fantastic and that is a phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal surface to begin with a base coat to work with with any of your parts. But I just am fascinated by titanium because I don't know why it disappeared from the you know off the scope and titanium would still be your best choice for getting durability wearability, it's just you wouldn't see any component breakdown. And even as a finish coat, I think that it would probably give you many thousands more rounds of serviceability before it starts to show any significant degradation. Good question there, which of the coats would be? I'd go the titanium nitride, but any of the others would be fun. For that matter, I've got just as many ARs that are in a standard phosphate finish. There's anything. Pick, throw the dice. the other but the other one here with you have a seat and other completely out of stock up a moral of the scroll they are they they make a full range of every coding you can think of it so if you're looking for a go back and spot check everyone swam just see what they get do with the point uh... now idea i did want to go running for very long because i want to go somewhere else so i'm going over to sportsman's guide w w w dot sportsman's guide uh... by the way a lot of questions about gas masks last couple of days uh... one of the companies i've been dealing with wholesale got a bunch of the uh... french uh... uh... uh... was at the mp fives and the one that has the goggle type lenses though there's been a lot of confusion about that being either hongarian of french or different manufacturers for the same mask apparently they've been scratching up all of the other they leave it on the form of the on the probably description but they've scratched out all the other uh... countries and they've circled the french so they pretty well now confirmed and and going to their inventory most of the company's realize the inventory they have is to french stock in terms of those gas masks are one of the companies has a deal going out what you know more i get it i think it has to call today but monday hopefully i have all the information they had some quantity prices on those you do have to take a small but you end up with actually still a better price and you do typically need a few small ladies with smaller heads children young adults uh... you can get small put over to the people were it makes sense and you'd save a big chunk of change and end up with a newer mask so for some people who just think that a newer mask is the cats meowing necessary well there you go so i'll have more information on that but or go ahead caller the uh... starboard the uh... the polish uh... and he finds the one that the film on the lenses Great. I was able to get the film off. The only problem was the lenses broke away from the mask when I was washing them. They're not set into a recess bridge. You know, there's not a a slot that the plastic fits into. They're glued to the face of the mask. Are the fins the same way? I'm gonna have to find out. That's why I'm curious. I was gonna ask them about the model that we made in the same production facility or whatever. I would assume they are. Yeah, I'll send you some pics in the email to show you what happened. Because I was able to get the film off, but like I said, the lens separated from the mask while I was doing it. I'm not sure if it was the hot water. If it was, well then it was pretty cool. That should be a problem because typically, again, warm water and detergent is the recommended maintenance process for most masks. That's part of your progressive decontamination. uh... remembered that is the norm not the exception so if that is a problem and something in the speed you know these people kept but i'm gonna i'm gonna do a couple more and see if the same thing happens with them this this the first one that don't know that he is doing search here's an idea but you brought that up do a search and see if anybody else has had a similar issue everything popped up in the troubleshooting that mask seriously because of the if that happened they can happen just one person other people may have actually addressed it or seen something similar take place and again like i said the they've identified it was a misidentifying it just there was a function and but we've already talked about that for years a lot of surplus especially reagan reason they are figured what could be from there because again the masks were made on both sides of the iron kurt but kind of show you something about the hypocrisy of the you know the the forever war that we were on the edge of you know fighting And if certain companies or even countries were supplying to both sides. You know, if you smack your head into it, it'll leave a hole. uh... these are the u.s. military surplus a th helmet form out post and screw sets four-pack brand new and you get so in other words you get sixteen pieces four times four right they are right on that one and it's uh... thirteen fifty which is not bad because we go to the hardware for what these are i just looked at him the other day and i thought that's not cheap but then again i want to look at the hardware because i was looking for something else and I know I looked right at these and they are quite a bit more expensive if you do purchase them over-the-counter so this is a little bit of a deal. Where would I use these? Well, right now a lot of you guys are getting some of the Hungarian or other steel helmets that are making a deal on the tired ones. I know that because I saw them bought out. If you're going to do that, you can put a US suspension system inside those if they're really tired. and you need the mounting screws because most of the russian equipment uses a pin rivet system they've got a rounded head and they painted on the inside of blossom it over and round it out so it doesn't staple you that way uh... so in order to change that you actually have to open up the the uh... staple open up the new old both open up the straight out kind of like a car key with a palm others it hammered out like a rivet you'll have to take the head off But once you do that, you can't reuse that. So what happens, you go to these and you'll never have to worry about it again. You can mount a U.S. Pascat helmet web set, the traditional model for the Pascat helmet. Other $0.99 apiece everywhere. And so for a dollar, you get the suspension for $4 per unit, well, $3 for 4, you get the screws. And then for a helmet band, for 99 cents, you can find those out there brand new, unissued for the PazGat helmet. So, and Coleman has them, a couple different companies have both the webbing, the whole basket, the whole webbing goes inside. And so you can completely modernize one of these helmet sets out there. Or if you've got some helmet shells right now, that's how I would fix them. And that way they would take all 100% American on the inside. if you wanted to change something would be a big deal but the screws are the big issue because means that you can model reading up tight it up put it in place and if you ever want to change anything or something to get busted again it's not a big deal just don't screw everything and re repeat and so very very straightforward and uh... right now it looks like the hongarian piss-pots helmets are the cheapest in the market uh... colman has some for under twenty and uh... right now i think the uh... let's see sportsman's cat has brought a twenty colman's have them for about fourteen so that's another helmet solution anyway i did want to leave your two partners the uh... coats for the one item but unfortunately up because they are going to have until february twenty second on the uh... whether or not your uh... shopping cart and the thing with the uh... by the way same date for these through which before they stated were in stock so apparently they're from just down the street so to speak the culture probably from a company we know about the screws i don't know uh... one more thing is that i know everybody's going to work all the cheap body ever go you know how many old emails have had respond because what we had before it over what about what it was well you can get the french military surplus plate carrier path systems which are bereft of the plates uh... sportsman's guide has been used but in really nice condition for twenty seven dollars apiece now this is not simply a regular best remember this is the the reason i like this particular one this is the french military surplus plate carrier c c e camo which means it's wiggling camo this is all the different little pockets and all the different carry stations for the bill for your neck armor uh... your front plate back plate but it also has supplemental pockets it has the groin plate up front the groin hanger and it has the gorges uh... or court shit all the throat cover in the front which uh... is also known as a gorgate man can call it gorgate that'll be final to talk about whatever you want to use a french pronunciation course american i don't care it is a good it's a good pattern it's a good system problem is there's no place for that but if you go to you too and you punch in all the information on making the whole but made body armor and i really really really recommend you guys start looking at some of this A lot of the kids are getting motivated, they're coming up with some really neat ideas. And lo and behold, if you go over to the Dollar Tree and you look for all those little cheap metal pans that they have, which everybody's making their body armor in, you can match up most of the plate stations that are on this vest and actually have make a homemade or replacement ceramicized, you know, layered armor, you know, both metal and ceramic. and fiberglass for a very reasonable price and you could do it step by step all on your own. Again, this would be another way because the plates themselves or the pieces are not out there. They've already stripped them out of these vests, obviously, before these things were sold. A lot of what happened here is the woodland, the reason the woodland shells are available is because they took all of the armor out of the woodland shells and put them into desert configured colors. Okay, desert versions. Plenty of these other basket bodies are left. and they're not bad it's a good system now if you want to take the time and be a little creative you could build your own armor up combination of purchasing over the counter what you can find in the way of plates and whatever else you want to in the way of soft armor and i would have said by some of the insert plates are available or surplus that were either the italian or french remember those were available but that was a month and a half two months ago and they're all gone the surplus that would be able to show secondhand So, armor, be creative, find what you can, pop in what you can as quick as you can. I was going to mention some of the medical clothing items they have completely sold out of. Even the head dressing surgical gown caps are sold out. Everybody has scarfed medical clothing. The only difference is that this generation is getting a chance to experience the idea that the whole stock market scam is a scam. We warned everybody about this over and over again. First of all, number one, stay away from the stock market. If you do go into the stock market, there's something I did want to touch on before that I will remind everybody again. When we did this back in the late 70s and early 80s and took over CBS, the key to this, which is something they're not even doing with these kids, they didn't ask for the physical stock. One of the tricks to this that really messes with their head is most everybody still does bubble gum trading where you never see the physical stock supposedly you own. Traditionally in the past when you invested in the stock market, you literally received the portfolio. Remember you've heard that term portfolio? Well it wasn't some bullshit electronic portfolio where somebody else has the masters. You actually had the stock in hand and carried it for a period of time. Now let me give you an example of how critical that is. How many people, how many movies have you seen? What was the one where the family all hid underground in the bomb shelter? Remember, dad invested in all these stocks way back in the 50s and early 60s, remember that? And it always happens in either movies or TV programs. Well, your grandpa had these stocks. Oh, look, this is IBM from 1952. Do you know many times that's split? Do you know how much that's worth? Well guys, if you're electronically trading, you're screwed on that because you see, first of all, you typically don't have it in hand, nor did you expect or were you taught to have the stock in hand. But if you have the stock instrument, it's just like when we've talked about the straw man bond. If you get the straw man bond and physically have it, you control it, period. There's nothing else that can be done with, you know, stock instrument 46490286-1. you own the stock that one share times however many shares you choose to keep and usually you're buying in block portfolios so you have four hundred shares five hundred shares one thousand shares but you have them in hand now originally when everything was crazy before that kind of trading each share had its own instrument which it should have and if everybody did that and slow you want to really watch the system go to brain fart If all these youngsters got smart, and we've talked about this many times on the Intel report, you could get everybody together and you buy a stock, take your pick, whatever one it is, and you tell your broker, I want the physical stock. Well, you're going to trade in it, aren't you? No, I'm investing in the company and I'm investing long-term. And I want the instrument that represents my investment in my personal portfolio. Now, when you do that, that's what we did with CBS. They don't have this device that they can steal or slide sideways or monkey fart with and re-duplicate. You have the original. Now, if people started doing that, it would slow down the whole damn machine. And of course, they'd all of a sudden, I guarantee they'd start doing the, well, the only people that would want their stocks are white supremacists and evil, evil, you know, conservative people. Well, yeah, to a degree, it would be conservative slash smart people. But there's no discussion. See, when you were so far around the corner from the real world in how stock originally was, which is why it can be so easily manipulated now, it's the same thing that's going on with your currency, where you have the fictional digital currency versus the fact that they at least at one point had to print every digit that they claimed existed. he right now in the money system it's no different from the stock scam only ninety-per-store forgive me reverse that ten percent or less and it's actually a lot less of the digits that the federal reserve produces are actually printed so ninety two ninety four percent are not which means that they can pull whatever number out of their are seen regenerated again god knows how they're pilfering or if you're lying about that But with the with what just happened here everybody just got an epiphany about how the real world works you follow all the rules you follow the rules that they laid down and You win at it and so what do they do? Oh, they tell you you're a criminal for following all of their rules using their system and you Profiting from it Well, it teaches you all you better shoot the rest, clean the house out, get rid of the problem, and then we can all get back to really being honorable human beings again. Wouldn't that be nice? I think that's just giving everybody another epiphany about why we need to shoot them. Go ahead, another oyster. Yeah, right now they're just going ahead and I think they're going to try to figure out a way to plug this hole, but if somebody on Reddit were to go after another short selling of deal like this would it be worth getting in on I mean if I see it well no it's not it's not a work the short sellers from the enemy and all they're doing is sticking to their guns all you do that that's what I'm talking about anybody could do this And if everybody made it a trend where you just don't, you don't short trade. Years ago when they first started computer trading, I had a guy, I was, in fact we had several Patriot meetings a month at his place, and I went over to speak a couple different times there, and he still does a lot of Patriot work. Well years ago, back in the 80s and 90s, early 90s, he started computer trading when nobody knew what it was. and he is the chuckle because we'd be there while the printers going a mile a minute because you know i made two million dollars today and i want to million dollars today and the reason is because it was all digital trading with no no substance and of course he would let the machine do all the trading you want touching anything what i'm picking up a receiver wasn't doing anything to talk with an investor you know what for give me with a broker and it would be just what it right because he thought it was fun And so he'd be rollercoaster. He'd make a couple hundred dollars a day by the time he was done. But he literally, I looked at the pages and the paperwork. I used to do bookkeeping and that was one of the things. He said, hey, check this out. And I was looking at it, I was like, oh God, there's a lot of numbers. And then I started looking at what they had sitting there. And of course, and he said, yeah. I said, like the one day I looked at it, he had like moved $4 million in digits. Okay. And 4.5. And in that period of time of eight hours while we were there working on some other legal work, way way way back when. What was interesting is like he was it was still spitting out numbers and still bouncing back and forth he'd be investing all we gained 300 lose 299 gain 120 lose whatever. The big thing here with what all that they were doing all these kids did these people did is they just stuck to their guns and just didn't move their money. Yeah they just went ahead and They just went ahead and they bought more of the stock. And they kept buying more stock, which is what we, like I said, that's what we did with CBS and then finally what they did is they just collapsed the tent. They just did that to them the same way. And everybody goes, it's criminal. It's criminal by the standards that they're all supposed to be operating by, but these are criminals that are running the casino. And until you attach the word casino, which I've used several times, remember that if you're lucky and you catch in on this, you're in on this and they don't catch on right away, and you get your capital out of it, that's fine. Now, if you're doing it for a different reason, like when we were going after CBS, guys, it was just a given. I didn't expect to see any of that money back. I wouldn't, I didn't care what happened to it. What were we doing? CBS was the most rabid anti-gun network of the bunch. And because of that, we targeted because they were also the weakest. So we successfully folded CBS in about three, a little under three years. It took us two and a quarter years to buy up so much stock that we literally controlled CBS. And when we did, that's when they collapsed CBS. we knew that but that's the only problem with your so i hear now that they see that these kids are up to speed what are they saying they're going to change the rules and then they started attacking them you know that's what you're white supremacists for talk about what they make profit separate from all those billionaires you evil bastard you well i'm not so much uh... looking at the problem on this but i like the idea at these people with these hedge funds to buy short or betting against the company right that's what our discussion was in the first hour my whole point is the difference between the people who invested our producers they expect a product to be produced they were expecting to make a benefit from somebody making something the other turds the jewish mob and all these pit top with swapper ring knockers are the newest type they are planning on destroying the company their plan is to undercut and destroy productivity Think about it, I agree with you're on the same page I am on this. My problem is that here's the thing about playing these kinds of games. They have what they just did with Reddit on a small scale is what I've been telling you all about the whole battlefield we're in in this country. Now instead of getting frustrated, which is what some of these people will, well, man, this was fun, but now it's not fun because they're not making it fun and they're making it hard. Now some of them are digging in their heels because they're acting more adult. But in reality, what it should show them is that we have the mass and we have the ability to effect, provided we stay focused. This is true of combat operations, signal communications, or any other subject you look at. That's why I said with radio, they're terrified of you guys all getting into radio. If you all get into radio, then you're not on the same battlefield they are. Because right now they made you believe that the Internet is a reality and it's not. Reality, that's a total fictional environment and world. We lived without it. I grew up without that. Some of you didn't but I'm going to tell you right now I would like it to be there because it could be a positive thing. It's a pleasurable environment it could be made to be able to do whatever you want it to but when we make it the center of our universe that it's a fiction. It is a detriment and that's where our problem is with the trading with the same with the stock market crap where you're trading in reality no you're not it's all fiction there's no tangible world attached to it. The same is true, though, with our money supply. The same is true now with regard to interactive communications, where we have third-party middlemen involved that can hit a switch and knock you off of your square. This is why, in many cases, we have to step back from this. We can use it as a weapon. That's what you're thinking. And I agree the same. It'd be great. I'd invest a little bit for the fun of it just to make it a weapon, you know, help somebody else. It shows that with enough numbers together you can overwhelm the enemy. Now just imagine if we did that physically in the real world where we actually have to take a risk, but when we're done we can go back to all these other things we like to play with and we can go back to enjoying ourselves a little bit, but we better stay in the adult real world the rest of your lives because those bastards are coming back. They never turned the soil. They never produced anything, and in fact they were paid by the government through that magic money tit that dropped from the sky, paid to produce nothing. I think he's farming anything, or I think he's putting in GMOs and sucking off the government teeth. And we just saw this with the voting machines, didn't we? lining and making it easier the only thing that they're streamlining is their streamlining the ability to slide in the back door and either clear the account out or stack the numbers depending upon what the why is the post it when i think that the numbers if like you just all of the election process These are arguments that everybody, I wish they were alive, but the people that I was growing up and listening to were absolutely 100% correct every step of the way about the discussion with regard to electronics and how it would be corrupted. every person that was a tech not a techno-fobe these people were technical people these were the people who were building and said hey we don't want this for this project or this subject or this because all it would do would be to propagate fraud and you know what one hundred percent of what they said has been and it is now the pickets that were involved in the stock market thing we're not involved in fraud they did everything by the book the way the system demanded and they succeeded but the moment they succeeded then the system's first solution is A, freeze everything, casino shuts off the doors and B, change the rules even while people are following the rules. So it's not like it's new, but it's all happening in a clarking way that allows for us, if we are smart, to turn these people all towards the same mutual enemy and start raining hell down upon them. There's a lot of interesting stuff going on right there with the stock market. What's going on on the Fed's end? Some inflation that we're already seeing from Joe Biden's increase of the minimum wage. The big boys getting mad at, you know, one of the little brokers for, you know, making it easy for everybody to trade stocks and people trading for trying to get invest in businesses if they are interested in that way they can try to get at least a controlling interest or at least promote the business that they're interested in. So hey, that's like I was saying with that, that's interesting. You know, GameStop is the one company here locally, they made a big deal about it, they made a big deal about it in California, they made a big deal about it in New York that GameStop refused to close. They haven't closed this entire time through this COVID BS, at least a GameStop here. I don't know if there was any some limp noodled store owners in other states or areas that closed their stores. If they did, it was not a company policy. GameStop kept their business open throughout this whole BS and of course you got Characters that come out and they want to buy the stock to wreck the company and other people got wind of it And so hey buy the stock save the company I guess reddit's another one that was being hit By this mini trading app called Robin Hood of course Robin Hood was told stop them So they had to put a ban on it, now Robinhood's being sued, so Robinhood has to go and, oh, we had to reopen the app, but only, you know, just to make it easier, that way we don't get sued, and now Congress wants to see us before them because we didn't stop them from saving those companies. The interesting thing is remember a lot of the stuff with the stocks. That's how it was supposed to work is you invest money in the company. The company takes that money and advances their product or their technology and it can move forward with some new advancements or something else. It will be interesting to see what happens with the companies that have had this burst of investors because technically that means they have more capital to play with right now. Whereas other companies are, you know, kind of going downhill or where they have been targeted by these hedge funds and everything to be wiped out and destroyed. Instead, they have this influx of capital where they have actually investments. Now, we'll see if it'll be interesting to watch, like I said, GameStop and these other companies to see if they actually put the money towards improving their business or their employees, you know, maybe open some new shops up. I mean, people tried to do the same thing with Toys R Us when Toys R Us was going down. There are a lot of people who like Toys R Us. There are people who offer to buy the Toys R Us shop here locally in Lubbock and just to keep it open as a local business and the corporate heads wouldn't let them do it. And they had, of course, they were talking about how the stock was plummeting, which is why the company had to go bankrupt and all this other stuff, because they just weren't seeing business. Well, now you got the stock up really high. They're claiming that GameStop is a failing business. But you know what? I went into while this whole COVID BS was going on, if you had invested in GameStop and Best Buy, And anybody who works for those, you guys can call in and testify to this because everyone that I went into, whether it be GameStop or Best Buy, this COVID BS pretty much saved Best Buy. GameStop is doing record sales too, but again, as I understand that nearly as well as Best Buy. There's a couple of Best Buy stores where I've got friends that work at. There's a Best Buy here in Lubbock. talking to the employees that if COVID hadn't hit the way it did, they probably would have been closing stores down. Because while people are stuck indoors, what are you going to do? You're going to buy entertainment. You're going to buy the stuff to distract your kids. You're going to buy toys, just stuff to do to occupy time, whether it be movies, games. Hell, Best Buy still sells drones. I don't know if there's any restrictions on buying them. So there's all kinds of interesting stuff that you know, you can get through there. But they were doing record sales throughout all this COVID BS at Best Buy. GameStop has been doing really good sales too, as far as the video games go. But they're just video games, that's all they do. So they're not selling any big ticket items. Well, they are. They're selling game consoles and stuff, because those are fairly big ticket items. They cost almost as much as your TV, sometimes more. So to hear the press say that that is a failing business, when we have seen firsthand and heard firsthand from people that have been going into doing business with these companies throughout this whole thing, especially since I don't even think Best Buy closed down for it, but they were a big box store. They were one of those corporate stores that said, hey, you can do it. Most of GameStop stores are like hole-in-the-wall strip mall shops. It's interesting to see what happened there. And again, I would love it. I know we've got people that are listening that work for Best Buy and that work for GameStop. So hey guys, if you want to call in and just you don't even have to say where you are, you know, how long you've worked there, but you could call in and talk about, you know, hey, this is what you saw going on. And they're claiming that, you know, GameStop is a failing business and its stock should be that high and oh, it's terrible. And really, we want to punish these companies because they weren't necessarily entirely in the Democrats' pocket. They didn't stop for the COVID-BS. They kept right on chugging along. And I know Best Buy is not one of the ones with the stock thing, but if people are doing this stock grab and trying to grab ahold of the companies that way, If I was going to recommend a stock to get into, it would be Best Buy would be one. I think GameStop is a good one, depending on how this BS goes with the Congress. Now that we've got the Congress involved, they're calling in the owner of Robin Hood to come before the Congress and explain to them how this could happen. Like how can what happen in this a publicly traded company didn't they do this for investments and whatnot and the people have stood up and spoken Except for the fact that you guys told them to stop it and then they started it up again. Oh It's such a terrible thing when the American people are actually allowed to use the tools that you use yourselves to manipulate people. Oh anyway TV's are cheap these days. Yeah, a lot of TV's are cheap these days depending on what type you get. I mean, there are some mega death TVs that are ridiculous size that go for what the old TV's used to. Seriously though, if I was ever going to buy something new, I would look at a projector. I'm sorry, that just would be cool for me. Just take one wall, clear everything off it, have a projector on the other side of the room, and the wall would be my monitor. But, of course, I've talked about that before with Dad because we would always see the older conference hall projectors come in from the University of Michigan to the property disposition. And the older ones still had the RCA jacks, the audio, video cable plug-ins, so you could plug pretty much anything into it and run it. They wouldn't recommend you using gaming systems on them and that. I can't remember what the reason was for that. The old projector TVs had that too though. I heard a ding and a beep beep. They're definitely afraid of anything where we take the tools that they plan to use against us and say like with the Capitol right now, oh yeah, that was another ridiculous thing. We have stopped, Biden has signed into law, you know, with the stroke of his pin, that he has stopped the border wall being built on the American-Mexico border. But Congress and Biden are going to keep the wall up around the Capitol building because we need to keep you filthy peasants out of their territory. That razor wire fence and everything that they put up, they voted to keep that wall up even longer. I guess the city of D.C., the mayor and their group are saying, you know, it needs to come down. But Congress and Biden, they want to keep that wall up. We got to keep those pesky Americans out of their house. You know, they do say, it's the American people's house, but you're not allowed in it. I mean, a virus is supposedly a natural thing, or are they a thing that the virus is not a natural cause of death then? I don't, I really don't know. Is that a roundabout way to admitting that, you know, well, uh, Because they're saying that he didn't die from the shot, that he died of natural causes, that if he had died from the virus or the shot, that it would have been natural causes. And I mean, I'm sorry, death is a natural course of life. So, you know, to say you did die of non-natural causes. Pretty much everything, every time you die, you die from an unnatural cause, okay? Even if you're shot, okay? You're gonna bleed out or your heart stops or whatever. It's a natural cause of death, but usually it means you've been assisted by something else. So to say that he died of natural causes, yeah, I can see them twisting that around to being that he died of natural causes. Did the COVID-19 vaccine shot help with those natural causes? And, but I didn't even see until, until they, um, until they shared with me. I didn't even hear anything about it. But yeah, like I said, Garvin has agreed to fully cooperate with the FBI, US Attorney's Office. Michigan State Police and Attorney's General's Office is ongoing investigation in cases in federal and state court, according to the plea deal. He has also agreed to submit the polygraph test and testify against the others charged in a kidnap plot. It might mean someday you are called to the courtroom and obligated to tell the truth even if it ends up hurting people. You know, do you think you could do that? Wearing a forest green prison jumpsuit, black frame glasses and shackles on his hands, and he sat with three defense lawyers. Courthouse security admitted heightened concerns about the pandemic. Garvin's family was unable to attend in person and instead watched an online feed. His plea deal comes after prosecutors revealed they were armed with hundreds of hours of undercover audio recording surveillance video. from multiple informants, according to fellow militia members. Undercover FBI agents have more than 13,000 pages of encrypted text messages. The evidence motivated Garvin to plead guilty. His lawyer, Mark Santuana, told reporters outside the federal court, our client is willing and pleading guilty here in a sense that he feels it's the right thing to do. I said this is about our client saying look I need to own up to what I did it was wrong I'm accepting responsibility I'm sorry for having done it and he is doing that was why eyes wide open The development comes two weeks after driving with orders. I wish we could get him up to talk about that because it's literally, he can go through what they did to him, how they traumatized his parents and tried to get them to pressure and bully him to do it to where he actually, he did, he caved. But rather than giving the FBI something and giving them the victory by charging Joshua with everything, she actually dropped the case because nobody else is getting charged. And what they do, and this guy, if he's not the informant and he made a deal like that, watch the rest of the caves. I would say that you better start waking up and smell the coffee on that one too and you'll do just fine. problem with regard to ammunition one of the places and we mentioned earlier the tour block classic firearms like we mentioned at least a couple of times but you know really uh... what's left over there so we said what is left over classic firearms good question so uh... one of the things that everybody's been kind of surprised that i keep mentioning hey they've got ten gauge slug two people today said i'd even though they've made ten gauge slug anyway uh... leave that is the one thing at the top of the pages still evidence dot com well uh... federal power shock ten-gauge to win the uh... two point or forgive me cold but in a microphone three point five inch one three-quarters slug shot five shells per box twelve dollars and twenty eight and so it's two dollars at point uh... four five six cents per round that's not a bad price for what that is and like somebody said earlier a couple different people for the same thing ten-gauge log i didn't even only made it well fact is they didn't have a ten gauge the biggest thing to watch out there of your most your ten gauge guns were built for air defense you know for hunting you know keys and dark mostly high-flyer geez you know i can hear artillery or defense gun uh... but if you have any of the chopped down or shorter uh... ten gauge guns that are out there everything from There are even some Model 12s that are in 10 gauge. There are some, strangely enough, even some Model 91s that wouldn't be modern, but there are some 91 Winchester shotguns that are 10 gauge. In fact, even go down to 8 gauge. But in this case, the Ithaca, I think was the last big push, a 10 gauge gun that really made a 10 gauge Model 37 out there, a designation, but it's a 37 action, depending on which barrel you just did, because they are out. state sale or property inheritance. If you didn't get any ammunition and it does take or will take slugs, there's something for you to put down range and that's better harsh language and trying to use it as a club. And everything you've got that can shoot you should buy ammo for. Just that simple. Another thing here real quick is that while there isn't a whole lot of conventional shell, there's a lot of waterfowl loads that are out there and about and that's the other option. And the only good thing about that is you're going to see it like number two, number four. number six shot BB any number of different configurations and not too outrageously priced okay but it varies the other thing while the 12 gauges being eaten up the here's the other thing is popping I know I see that 28 gauge everybody goes 28 gauge I do it all that oh yeah you might have heard about it in passing 28 gauge it's out there number eight shot there's some other stuff laying around it's a mix uh... again typically used not so much for hunting is for competition buddy it is some of the last of the stuff now i'm not going to go by twenty eight each but maybe you've got what you've got one uh... several people i've mentioned here in the last no three four years uh... inherited a bunch of trappings key guns and one of the guns they got several models of in competition guns were twenty eight gauge guess what also got great of ammunition i mean cases and cases of ammo but like i told a person so well maybe that your first choice but you're not for about finding amo and you certainly have guns that are higher and quality of anything the average bear would own i wouldn't get rid of them all you there again if you got a twenty eight gauge hanging around yes over in the dusty corners of the warehouses they finally blew off the dust all while i didn't know we had these and that's why the stuff is out there where you can see it now like that ten-gauge slug i mentioned that month ago about why you don't just trying to find a ten gauge what stuff was even on the inventory or listed back when we were talking about that and now it's the header it at the top of the page so where to come from well maybe they actually did finally make some but more likely it's like it said they moved enough stuff all your three or four cases of some over here or federal or with ten gauge all while we probably should put that up sooner so that does happen uh... because they got a digital inventory system doesn't mean everybody's keeping it upright now the other problem here again is so even if you are if you look at shot shells we talked about this uh... last couple days because it has been the you know go back to the full circle solution here is like a pump there are a number of pump shotguns though one that used to be anywhere from one oh five to about a hundred twenty dollars a piece and all the lowest and typically seems to be about one sixty to one seventy that's not too bad an increase of the third you know third more than you were paying before for the gun but they are available and shot shells are still available and easy to reload when the time comes if you had to make more ammo as far as maybe that should be your solution or direction to go the big thing about that is again if you're going to invest in the pump gun i would do it fast get it out of the way and then start you know hawking for ammunition swoop in grab what you can as quick as you can and more is better no matter what it is you're accumulating so know what the shelter performance of the uh... particular uh... shell is that you're looking at because you have different weights uh... and measures with regard to both uh... shot and don't forget the type of cup you know compressor slash uh... shot cup that you have uh... wad that is being used for different configurations to open up in different ways and there's even ways you can change that with reloading guaranteed if you want to sweep the street or if you wanna clean out the hallway you can do it and you will get spread that you need to make the meal code of destruction of so pump guns are an option and i would even think twice it wouldn't hesitate if that's what it is you gotta go with go with it you're going to use a pump got no matter what the useful shotgun single shot pump guns from a auto and i would point out again if you already have something on the shelf and it's workable then you don't even have to rebel what i'm talking about except you know focus on the ammunition if you already have a decent pump shotgun i don't care what it is uh... stevens for a long time stevens is like uh... just the stevens i've got a lot of stevens guns for a little while there you could pick a nice even the sub pump gun up sixty six sixty seven or the uh... here's a version of the same gun that was made both for the same factory uh... for about sixty to seventy dollars and i grabbed every one of those i could some of them are sixteen gauge of the fifteen gauge guns fortunately at that time when i picked those up years ago of sixteen gauges later on especially in the grab because like in the single so i just heard that with sixteen gauge run with it so that's another solution for all you guys we've got a really have For those of you who watch regularly, it'll ring a bell because I mentioned this three weeks ago when it was pre-filed by Sheila Jackson Lee, a crazy anti-gun representative out of Texas. And it's a bad one, guys. I mean, I told you back then that we should be concerned about this bill, but there's more to it other than registration. So I figured we'll go through the bill just so you can see exactly what is in here because there's a lot of people talking about it, but let's know exactly what we're fighting. Here we go. So this is HR 127. You can see it on the screen here. And I'm just going to jump through the parts that we need to go over. It's not going to be a huge long soliloquy. But you can see here it's for licensing of firearms and ammunition possession and registration of firearms. And real quick, it says in general, the Attorney General through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives shall establish a system for licensing the possession of firearms or ammunition in the United States and for the registration of the Bureau, each firearm present in the United States." That would mean a registration of every gun, not just going forward if this were to ever pass law. This is, as written, this is actually an unconstitutional bill, like most of the gun control laws are, because they're all an infringement, but this actually violates standing law, but they don't care about that. This would actually put the onus on you, the gun owner, to send them an acknowledgement of everything you own and we'll go over that too. So back to the bill, what would be required information? Under the firearms registration system, the owner of a firearm shall transmit to the Bureau, make, model, serial number of a firearm, the identity of the owner of the firearm, the date the firearm was acquired by the owner, I mean some of us might not be able to answer that on a good day anyway, and where the firearm is or where it will be stored and a notice specifying the identity of any person to whom and any period of time during which the firearm will be loaned to the person. So guys, if you have a gun and your wife carries it every now and then or will use it at the range, you would have to put that down as well. Next, the deadline for supplying this information. The transmission required by this paragraph shall be made A. In the case of a firearm acquired before the effective date of this section, so that's everything that everybody currently owns in the United States, within three months after the effective date of this section, or be in the case of a firearm acquired on or after the effective date, on the date the owner requires the firearm. So there's a problem right there. I mean, how many guns are in the US? A couple hundred million is a solid estimate. So 90 days. The government who can't do anything right. within 90 days they're going to be able to handle this, right? No. Now let's talk about this database. In general, the Attorney General shall establish and maintain a database of all firearms registered pursuant to the subsection. The Attorney General shall make the contents of the database accessible to all members of the public. All federal, all state, and all local law enforcement authorities, as well as all branches of the United States Armed Forces, and all state and local governments as defined by the Bureau. So that means that the neighbor down the street or anybody who is intent on breaking in your home could just do a little search and figure out what you own. And if you remember the first paragraph, where it's kept in your home. Now let's go to the licensing system. So that was the registration. That's the one headed monster. Here's another headed monster, licensing. You can see general license, except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the attorney general shall issue to an individual a license to possess a firearm. and ammunition if the individual 1. has obtained 21 years of age. 2. After applying for the license, you must undergo a criminal background check conducted by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System established under Section 103 of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, and the check does not indicate that possession of a firearm by the individual would violate subsection G or N of Section 922 or any state law. And 2. You must undergo a psychological evaluation conducted in accordance with paragraph 2, and the evaluation does not indicate that the individual is psychologically unsuited to possess a firearm, and 3, successfully completes a training course certified by the Attorney General in the use, safety, and storage of firearms that includes at least 24 hours of training and demonstrates that on issuance of the license, the individual will have, in effect, an insurance policy issued under subsection B. So here we have, you have to be 21, so anyone who's 18 or over, they're going to strip you of your rights to buy, possess, own, touch, look at, drool over a firearm. Number two, everybody goes through a background check system. The next system, however, don't forget that the universal background check bill is still lurking in the distance. Then you have to undergo a psychological evaluation. And we're going to talk more about that because it's not just that easy. There's going to be a who. Also, it's not just you, but who else will subject to a psychological exam because you want a gun. And then there's training. 24 hours of training minimum. It has to be okayed and certified by the attorney general or the fuhrer. And then the liability insurance policy. You're going to need to be able to pay for an insurance policy. You're going to need to be able to pay for the 24 hours minimum of training. You're going to need to be able to pay for your psychological exam. You're going to have to pay for this license. Oh guys, this is, they're trying to basically tax or fee firearms into non-existence. But wait, there's more. Let's say you like to display antique firearms. Well, there's a license for you too. The Attorney General shall issue to an individual a license to display an antique firearm in the residence of an individual if, an only if, The individual is the holder of a license issued under Sub-Paragraph A. You must supply proof that the individual owns an antique firearm. You must describe in the manner which the firearm will be displayed in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Attorney General and certify that the firearm will be so displayed. You also have to demonstrate that you have provided for storage of the firearm in a safe or facility approved by a derfuer for storage of firearms. Now, for those who might have ARs or AKs or any older military style weapons? Well, there's a different license for you too. Military style weapons license. The Attorney General shall issue to an individual a license to own and possess a military style weapon if the individual is the holder of a license issued in sub-paragraph A. After applying for the license under the sub-paragraph, successfully complete a training course certified by the Attorney General in the use, safety, and storage of the weapon that includes at least 24 hours of training and live fire training. So, you have to have the license First off, to have the gun, and then a license to have a military-styled gun, and then extra training in addition to that 24 hours, if there's another 24 hours, that includes Wi-Fi or two. See what they're doing? Now let's talk about that psychological exam. Psychological evaluation. A psychological evaluation is conducted in accordance with this paragraph if, and only if, A, the evaluation is conducted in compliance with such standards as shall be established by Der Fuhrer. B. The evaluation is considered by a licensed psychologist approved by Derführer. C. As deemed necessary by the licensed psychologist involved, the evaluation included a psychological evaluation of other members of the household in which the individual resides. Let me say that again. A psychological evaluation of other members of the household in which the individual resides. You want a gun? You have four kids and a wife? Maybe your mom lives in the house? Maybe your mother-in-law? Everybody, everybody gets a psychological exam because you want a gun. You want to hear more about that? As part of the psychological evaluation, the licensed psychologist interviewed any spouse of the individual, any former spouse of the individual and at least two other persons who are members of the family of or an associate of the individual to further determine the state of the mental, emotional and relational stability of the individual in relation to firearms. Guys or gals, you have an ex? Maybe you don't get along anymore? Well, they're going to play a big hand in your ability to have your Second Amendment, your constitutionally guaranteed right given to us by the creator enumerated in the documents that founded this country. But they get to determine if you get to keep your rights. The next part goes over denials and suspensions of all these different licenses. Oh, and one of the reasons you can have your license suspended is if you don't maintain your liability insurance for firearms in the previous 12 months. Speaking of that insurance, let's talk about that now. In general, the Fuhrer shall issue to any person who has applied for a license pursuant to subsection C and has paid to the Fuhrer the fee specified in paragraph 2. On this subsection, a policy that ensures the person against liability for losses and damages resulting from the use of any firearm by the person during the one year period that begins with the date the policy was issued. And it even says that you'll have to pay $800 for this. So the government is going to tell you what you need to do, how you need to do it, and what you need to pay. That's called extortion. But let's continue. Let's talk about the prohibition on possession of certain ammunition. That's right. This bill just keeps on giving. In general, Section 922 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code, as amended by Section 2 of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess ammunition that is 50 cal. or greater. 50 cal or greater will be made illegal under this bill. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess a large capacity ammunition feeding device. Oh look, a magazine ban is in this bill too. And of course that won't apply to the government. They get to have all their stuff. But let's go down to the definition of what they say a large capacity ammunition feeding device is. Here it says section 921A of such title as amended by section 1 of this act is amended by inserting after paragraph 30 the following. The term large capacity ammunition feeding device means a magazine, a belt, a drum, a feed strip, or similar device that has the capacity of, or that can be readily restored, or converted to accept more than 10 rounds of ammunition, but does not include an attached tubular device designed to accept and capable of operating only with 22 cal rimfire ammo. All right, so now I know most of the people out here are saying, ah, hell no, I'm not gonna do it, won't comply, what's the worst they can do to me? Well, let's just tell you what the penalties are that these elites want to impose on those of us who have just been exercising one of our many rights. Ah, here we go. Pedalies are, whoever knowingly violates this shall be fined not less than $50,000 and not more than $100,000, imprisoned not less than 10 years and not more than 20 years or both. And that's just for the license for those. That's just for the license. And then you could also do this. say you have a couple guns, but you have a license, but you didn't register them, that is not less than $10,000 per item, and not more than $25,000, and you're gonna go to jail for not less than one year, and not more than five years, or both. So there's a lot of bad stuff in this bill, guys and gals, and I hope you watched it all the way to this point, because it is important that the filibuster remain in the US Senate. If they get rid of the filibuster, as they have been talking about not only since before the election, but lately it's by the hour, there is a mention by somebody on the Democrat side in the Senate about getting rid of the filibuster. Chuck Schumer, who is now the Majority Leader, has already been talking about this as well. If they get rid of the filibuster, they would be able to pass this through the Senate with a mere 50-50 vote, and then Kamala Harris would be the tiebreaker. And if you don't think Kamala Harris wouldn't push through anything that Joe Biden wants or anything to restrict us, the legally armed populace, then you're crazy. You're absolutely crazy. That is why it's important to get a hold of Senator Joe Manchin. Joe Manchin is a Democrat who has said that he will not vote to remove the filibuster, And he's also known for being wishy-washy, which means to me that if they put pressure on him on the Democrat side, he'll cave. So hopefully if we can get... hundreds of thousands of people calling him and emailing him and showing up at his office hours to have him hold his promise. Maybe he'll do it. I take the snippers cut them up into three pieces They go right into the one gallon pail or into the milk chugs or in the other case into a five gallon pail time comes you might have something you gotta load those things up into you don't have to search around and waste good material you take the scrap and the junk and use that for anti-personnel use when the time comes and by the way it's just scrap and junk see how that works frag buckets are really really really uh... another thing here again uh... i don't know somebody was asking me because you and amo is down uh... as far as the emergency flares there are other companies that carry the used you know slash uh... withdrawn from service emergency players and markers and parachute players but you're gonna have to search the system to see who's next in the list uh... you and amo if you pay attention to for those who didn't know go over to it w w w dot u and amo and read what it says w w w dot u and amo dot com read what it says writing down the wall so to speak they've closed down the retail end of the business they're all going to be doing limited jobber work and in part of it will be off that site for a little bit otherwise not much at all there's a lot of key companies that have better connections and know what's going on and so they're tailoring their business or let's just say rolling the carpet up there get out of the way of what they think is going to happen yet but will pay attention uh... last but not least uh... also uh... with regard to uh... gas masks forget there was a bunch after we mentioned gas mask messages here uh... w w w dot gun parts corp dot com w w w dot gun parts corp dot com w w w dot gun parts corp dot com go over there go to their gas masking chemical warfare defense technology up there in the surplus and and they have the serbian m one mask which are made by no kia but they're the standard copy of the m nine u s there the no there the uh... Serbian M1 and they're $15 apiece. Now a percentage of those are going to be small. I'll warn you that right now, I would say one out of four typically are small. This is also true of most of the inventories we're running into out there with regard to what everybody's offering if you do clusters. But remember, tailor your issue accordingly. A lot of you people have women that are about 90 pounds. They're typically also tinier all the way around, petite. Young adults, usually smaller even though everybody's head kind of grows pretty quick. Children also wear your short children's masks. Remember the small and extra small masks should be prioritized that way. And so that way the larger masks go where they are needed to be. One of the interesting things is there are such such masks that have come in the last couple of days. I haven't been going to the inventory yet. So I'll see what I can find out over the weekend.
