They didn't shoot them. You know what they did? They did what I'm going to do. They just sat there and watched, and especially in that Arctic conditions of, you know, middle Finland, the riflemen would watch for the thermal rise off all the idiots out in the woods. and one at a time when it was like lights winking out one after another of the little thermal columns would stop and all the friends had to do is walk out and pry the guns and ammunition equipment out of the frozen dead hands of a whole bunch of burned russians they had winter gear but when the winter gear was you know burned and of course their heat or hot no you think about it they're on fire they okay or they're partially burned to get out there they melt what happens you absorb moisture what's moisture do cools the body No place to take cover. But you guys need to have this attitude now. In fact, here's the thing, guess what? You can be an RO radio operator. You're going to take your life in your hand. Trust me, an RO is a target to people because not because they're out in front of the guns, because when you're operating your equipment, your enemy is constantly hunting. So don't worry, you'll be risking yourself if your concern is I don't want somebody else to risk their lives for my freedom. Oh, don't worry, there's plenty of ways you can risk yourself. So again, prior proper planning prevents this poor performance. So here's what I do with the medical stuff that goes into the iFAC or into the doc kits. Go get a bunch of these snack size boxes of bags from Dollar Tree. They're the cheapest for the mostest. and even have right now a deal with some of work those you know you get four extra bags or cut extra bags for role same price so you they squeezed what they do literally they did this they're not in their laying with the other back it's like whatever the chinese slave was at the other end they stop like more in there and they didn't really stuff them in that well i think it's really obvious when you open the box you'll see what i'm talking about but you get more to block bags for less money uh... the little the little snack bags are perfect for single items like we're talking about like the smaller roles of uh... three-inch four-inch cause or for instance the uh... uh... little pack items like the small roles that they put two or three roles in the uh... the small ziploc bag and now you're ready to go your gonna probably use two or three of the little roles uh... with what you're dealing with the keep something on somebody's body on their arm or on their chest or on their neck or on their mule ankle so the good thing is you're going to use it all up and it's done which is how you want it that's uh... kind of like we've talked about before civil war confederacy didn't have the big money the north did so they had fewer people uh... die from cross-contamination why because they're there suture thread was horsehair horsetails horsemanes And what they did is because of that, they would use one piece of hair, and typically that would be the end with that one patient. So it wouldn't be pulled through a wound that was infected and then used on another patient. Just something to think about there. That's one of the reasons that your, for instance, your suture needles and everything, you know, typically they are individually packed. Not intentional, it was from a box fan that caught fire in the basement. So part of that process was me being caveman and throwing it outside and I ended up getting seconds and thirty degree burns on my hands and fingers and kind of looked like a hot dog that you left on the grill a little bit too long. So one of the things they gave me was this silver sulfide diaizone. And what that does is that it's basically a cream. So one of the things that really sucks about a burn is that when you wrap it with gauze, the gauze wants to stick into your wound. And it really sucks when you try to pull that gauze off. And the biggest thing this silver does is it basically just, it was a miracle drug for sure. but it kept the gauze from sticking. And that's why, again, if you go to these like Shop Med Vet and these other surgical or first response emergency packs, exactly what you're talking about, they have a, you'll notice it says gel pack. Midland, we had a bank run today, well, yesterday. and uh... they were completely pulled out on cash the today the bank was closed one of the law one of the letter branches i assume but still uh... they had a bank run and uh... they could not replace the cash inventory so they shut down and uh... they didn't reopen today but this is in the middle of the michigan area number point out that dal chemical basically what happened is dal people who were in the upper end work taking cash out somebody kind of spread the word hey these people came in and start pulling money out of the bank so everybody else who was anybody who had a brain said well wait a minute why is Dow Chemical pulling money out of the bank and everybody said maybe we should too and everybody did. For you know heads up there somebody you got to remember those are ring knockers that's all Masonic you know Masonic and Jewish Mafia running those operations and they decided they needed to wobble in and start to move their, you know, move digits out, you might want to pay attention, okay? So that didn't get any news coverage outside even most of the area where it happened. Michigan, now you ain't going to hear about it at all, but it is known by the locals now. We got passed down to us. Another thing about that, guys, grab, if you're going to put cash away and it's a percentage, okay? a percentage of everything that you're doing uh... food is is like currently ammunition is like currency anything you purchase right now that especially perishable is a currency you want a certain amount of cash on the shelf however this is why the of course it looks like they're they were blocking smaller denominations that's not an accident i'm a remind you that that old saying from the great depression if you had a dollar you could eat but if you had a twenty dollar bill you would starve And I wish, uh, Willard Colter was still alive because he had an excellent story. I've repeated it in his name many times on the air. He got paid with a $20 bill about the fourth or fifth week into the Depression. And they hadn't been paid for four weeks, okay? And it was in downtown Detroit. He worked at one of the auto factories down there, one of the machine shops, not really an auto factory. They did all kinds of work. But they hadn't been paid for four weeks and they said, well guys, as soon as we get money, we'll pay ya. Well, the fifth week they got into the payroll line, they had their pay voucher, and then you turn and you go to the pay desk, if you don't know how that works. There's like two different banks. One is your payroll window, you go from there, you turn, go the opposite direction, the other side of the room, like a bank, but it's the money side. And they, you know, he took his voucher up there and they, you know, they looked at the accounts and they were arrears in the accounts. He was way back, all of them were. They kept working because they were hoping they'd get something. And at least they had a job, most people did not. Well, he said he got to the window and they split a $20 bill across to him and he looked at that and he looked at the teller and he said, what am I supposed to do with this? And he said, well, hey, we at least have money to give you. It's not like we're trying to, you know, to, to jip you or something. You know, they had, they did have money. They found some $20 bills. And so they slid the $20 bill across. Well, he was in downtown Detroit. And if you don't know where the Irish Hills are, go find a map and find the Irish Hills in Michigan off of Michigan Avenue. That's where he lived. And during the week he stayed in Detroit. And when he was done, he'd go back out on the weekend as a Friday night. So here's a guy with no money. Everybody was broke. And he had a $20 bill in his pocket, which means he was a rich man by comparison to anybody else standing around. but he couldn't spend it anywhere. He got, how do you pay a 10 cent trolley fee when you have no change? So he got on the trolley to get out of town on Grand River and as he's going out, he's acting like he's trying to find his change and the guy looks at him and he goes, well, you're going to pay or not? And he's like, well, he pulled out the $20 bill and the guy looks at him and says, what am I going to do with that? And he stopped the car. at the next time says you got to get off your pay your road for free for a little bit but you gotta get off well he did that a second time and another next trolley coming up yet to wait and that's probably comes up to get out of polls and named game to get to another quarter half a mile and uh... get out of here so you finally the third time we did that he said you know that the get kind of all that ain't going to be able to do this forever anyway eventually their full circuit for coming back on you so they when he stopped the third time he said there was a restaurant of the north side of the road and so he got out there okay well i'll bro break this thing up on the splurge so we went in and ordered a stake with all the trimmins he ordered uh... vegetables and everything else at full meal and even ordered a slight of pie when he was done and there were three people in the restaurant he said there was uh... there was a waitress but the waitress wasn't the ocean's help over the food but there was one man who was helping him and then there was obviously the cook in the backhand and it was a nice restaurant he was the only customer and when the guy was done needed by and the guy put you know put the bill down he pulled out that twenty dollar bill and he said he waited on the plate on the bill And the guy looked at the $20 bill and he looked at Willard and he looked at the $20 bill. He said, sir, haven't you got anything else? And the man, you know, Willard looks at me and goes, hey, I'm not trying to, you know, steal from her anything. I've got the money. And he goes, sir, you're the only customer we've had today. And no it was uh... it came to a grand total like a dollar i think he said a dollar seventy five for it was a really ever sporting that big meal back that but a dollar seventy five and the guy looked at me go to a certain egos i know you're not trying to steal from the goes but you wait for free tonight because i don't have the money to break that twenty dollar bill you know the money you're going to pay me i was going to pay my coke in my waitress and you ate for free tonight. He goes, well, I'm not blaming you. He goes, but I can't, I don't have any money to break that $20 bill. And he said he felt really bad. He goes, he apologized and he goes, no, sir, you're okay. He goes, it's not a problem. He goes, but there's nothing we can do. You can't do anything about it. You tried and I can't do anything about it. And so again, I got to add, you know, if you can leave, cause we're going to close up. That was their business the whole day, him, that one customer. And that one customer is going to mean that somebody takes probably 75 cents home and another would take 50 and the owner would keep the difference, which I'm sure didn't pay for the lights and the heat for the place. And then Willard hitchhiked the rest of the way, got home somewhere about two, three in the morning because he was lucky and hit a few trucks. Well, nah, we ain't talking semis back then. But he cold-butted off the rear end to some transport trucks at one point or another and got all the way out to the Irish Hills and got home. Still had that $20 mill in his pocket and no place to spend it out there either because nobody out there had any money either. That's what they're trying to set you up for right now. We have to have solutions. We are not going to let this go. We're not and we're not going to we have to learn from people who have already taught us what history you know what the enemy can do. Since we're stuck doing it ourselves, we just have to remember the same process. Real quick, I'm going to give you an idea of the difference in price between those three markdown boxes. Now, I got a pile of Czech surplus stethoscopes from one of the electronics companies. They're military grade, medical grade, and in the box. and i got up for a little about the night until you guys last year member adult beginning of this you might well pleasure now about eleven months ago uh... when they were available you couldn't beat the price they were like almost three uh... this is a comparable to tethoscope same quality good product okay service more tough but for people for him being able to get the tools out there and having multiple so that not one person is doing the job but multiple people are doing the job it makes all the difference in the world you're going to have the the more people you can treat or first of all diagnosed faster the sooner you can treat them and the sooner you're cycling them out the back door to make room for the other people standing in line who are bleeding and you know in some cases you'll prioritize so they don't die you've got a lot of work ahead of you so we need to be thinking ahead. It's just something I came up with I just thought of to repurpose contamination As long as you have the right diameter tube, you can take like a used 1000mm IV bag, flip it upside, put a new tube on it, and you can use that, you can use that as a holy catheter, you can use the used IV bags, you just reverse them. Nothing's going into the body to contaminate it. It's all coming out, you know, gravity. Well, let's remind everybody too that originally all of your serums were coming in in glass. and they were again the high test glass with you know basically they were about kamik chemistry god you know uh... forgive me there they were designed for recycling you didn't throw them out uh... they used up the serum because it wasn't contaminated and then they would send these original could be original containers back into the system and they would pop the cap reintroduced new material after they were auto-claved and they would put them right back into service We're using plastic now, but we're going to have to change out eventually. I mean, either we're going to find more, or we're going to have to go back to the more permanent resources. Hell, in the field they carried glass. Now, it wasn't conventional glass. It was more of the, it was reprocessable, but it's a thermal glass, similar to anything that you see used in chemical processes. The quality of the glass was thicker, but it was still the same grade. And it had to be autoclave recyclable. It's kind of like returnable bottles. Guys, the quality of the glass for returnable bottles, why you find real ones, the good ones from before, like the 70s. If you notice the difference in the quality of the glass, for a while there in the throwaway period of the 70s, the glass was almost paper thin and dangerous. But it wasn't returnable, it was disposable. Now the problem is they had all kinds of, the reason they backed off on it is because quietly they had massive numbers of injuries, those pop models would blow up and hurt people. Okay, because they skimped on the product. Now the real product, as traditionally used, is heavier, denser, and is a different composition of silica, or silica, forgive me. And it's cooked differently, it's spun differently, and the end product is superior. I got everything. I'll tell you why, because like I said, where this is going to go, it's going to be a VAC container. It's going to go into barrels, transport barrels. But it's going to be assigned to an ambulance unit, like I was talking about, where we use the ambulances as field medical. So it's going to be used to generally stock, and then it's the job of the personnel to pick and pull the product as they go. okay what i mean uh... go ahead not a good whatever you want to know i picked up yup from what i picked up yesterday just close in the second hour you've purchased left five hundred on that all yah i'll tell you what if you go to shop med vet effect hold on here i'll tell you something really but it's it's just so much hold on here i don't know about your market southern illinois i'm the one that told you about about right big yeah i know i understand uh... example when you go over to the uh... to what they have on the shelf let me give an example here just for everybody listening anyway in the i'd be packed they have uh... if you look at there's a red line up above it'll tell you how many thousand pieces they have for example of the i'd be administered set one point two mike needle is uh... fifty seventy unit they've got one thousand one hundred thirty one the next one they have seven thousand eight hundred fourteen it basically they're in the thousands of pieces with the cemetery not everyone could summer more popular than others or more utility useful uh... example they've got i'd be administered set c series uh... zero point two two mike uh... twenty five cents Yeah, I've studied these sets and as far as I can tell, I mean there is a difference. The ones that have the, that's got a micron listing that they're selling for 25 cents. That actually in one sense is a better of a set because that filters that bacteria. Yeah. And so actually if we get to a point that we have to, well, make your own saline solution or IV solutions, and you're risking bacteria, well those 22 microns sets will actually filter out a lot of bacteria. Now the basic IV set, which is the one on top of the IV administration set, it's 100, or the 10 drop per milliliter, 21 milliliter with the 106 cents tubing, link tubing for 50 cents, but they have 7,814 of them. As far as I can tell, that's the, As far as I can tell, that's just the standard IV set. Is that right? Exactly. Yeah, but the cool thing is, now one thing like you said, the big thing here is also look at the line length on these. Because one of the other considerations that I had a conversation with one of our medical people, I said, well here's how this works. Surgical scissors go just fine. Snip. We have to start, if we had to re-engineer, We've got material to work with. Now granted, if we typically again, one of the reasons they go with the longer, you know how it is, they go with the longest service lines because they have got other equipment nearby and they can put the feed tray or the infusion pump farther away from the patient. Because most of that, that's another thing, thank you for bringing that up. Guys, you got to remember something. Actually, I worked for SARS Medical Engineering on the very first infusion pump that was ever made. for medical engineering before it became Carusmo or whatever it is now. And I was on the team that actually, I was doing all the drafting work on that. I actually did all the spec work for a lot of the primary and final production prints that would be used for the line. Okay. And I was, when I was doing aerospace, actually I just knew I wanted to pick up jobs, so I did a pickup job there. And the infusion pumps were a big jump forward because traditionally guys, you just have to let, you know, you'd have a non-regulated, well you have a regulated drip, but the infusion pump allowed for multiple feeds to be going to the primary line. And that's really why they have these things set up where they are now because they don't necessarily go straight to the patient. And typically they don't. They go to an infusion pump and then from the infusion pump they go to the patient. Now because this is a shot med vet, They do, obviously, vet work too. They don't really use, typically use infusion pumps for veterinary work. They use the gravity drip system, which is what I think that first system is. Now, that's normally what was out there until, like you said, until they went to the infusion pumps. Now, see, the point that I'm making and the reason why I brought this up to you back in December, ShopMed Vet has all of this stuff. It's all brand new product. It's all, you know, they're calling it non-sterile for training purposes. But what it is, it's about that because of the date on the package has expired. So they have to sell it as non-sterile training purposes. Right, exactly. But it comes in sterile packages. And it's the same stuff that you would, you know, use from somewhere else. Now, the point that I'm trying to make is that over the holidays I had a family member who could have died had they not had emergency surgery. If we were in a full blown knock down drag out situation without some medical stuff, something, even if you don't have the skill set or understanding how to use it just yet, you've got to have this stuff on the shelf because What's the worst thing a person would have done mark if you bought if you spent 50 cents and say bought 10 of them So you had five hours, okay? And the standard IV drip set or you bought like what you did on the 22 micron One with the filter set before a quarter of a piece for 25 cents for you know, I said yeah nothing Yeah for nothing. So what's the worst you'd have some medical grade tubing? Right. Oh, I can use it for a whole lot of other things if I had to, but it sure as hell wouldn't be for anything other than what it's intended for right now. Well, that's what I mean. You have this stuff. It's in sterile packages. You can set it on the shelf. And let's say you don't have a lot of money. Hell, I don't have no money. Almost no one does. Right. But, exactly. But, yeah, for what? For you can go there and let me give an example. They have the disposable scalpel the number 12 scalpel. I'm looking right out. I know when I when I talked to this told talk to this about you It was 99 cents. Well, that's not for just one scalpel. That's 99 cents for a box of 10 And they're selling them as non-sterile because of a date on a package not because there's non-sterile but because of the expiration date on the package. It's how they can move the product legitimately over the counter guys. They've got to be if they can move it but they have to inform you that it's dated. Yeah. But it's not it's not been pulled out of the package it's not been compromised the stuff has just been sitting on the shelf and in a battlefield situation wartime situation or any guys the government doesn't worry about that. to trouble on this one in fact we will think about how many different situations with the next time around that we start changing fire on this thing you're not going to be dealing with one or two casualties it is it's mind boggling about the volume of people you have to take care of even with what we're talking about doing i have no illusion about how bad this is going to get but if everybody did what i'm talking about what you've been bringing up you know what it would be a lot less Well, see, that's the point. We have the chance to do it now. That's like shop meds that they sell to nursing homes and they sell to veterinary people. But like they've got, let's say you're a person and you don't want to go disposable, you can buy a box of 100 of the sterile surgical blades. Now, they're calling them again, non-sterile, but they're actually in a steel package. $2.50 per hundred. You buy the handle, and they're anywhere from what, a buck as much as stupid as you want to be on paying that price. I mean, you can buy something made in Germany for $20. Yeah, exactly. And they got it. Okay, for $2.50 and a couple of $1.00 handles or $2.00 handles, okay, you now have a supply of 100 surgical plates. But they have this stuff there. And see, I'm trying to know when you bought and what you bought because you said you got the free stethoscope, you said you bought, you also got a free gift of some bandages. Yeah, I mean, that stuff's going right into another medical kit. Yeah, those were nice. Now did you get the free hand cream? I think I did. It flashed up. I just went through. I got all the freebies. And here's what you're going to have to teach them. Right from the get go, we are short. You know this. So when you look at what you have in the inventory, you pick for the patient. or you pick again based upon resources and you prioritize lesser technology were let everything has to absolutely be home but it has to be my managed and that's where your technicians come in the other thing about what they'll know that you brought up guys uh... would you pay a person who might be a neighbor who's a that or somebody quietly under the table if you did if we were in faith the next situation and you have a family member that needs care? Well, I have to, I can't do it, I don't have the equipment. We have all the equipment. Well, it's dangerous, they don't rest well. Nobody's gonna say a word and I'm the only one that knows what do I need to pay you? Do you need food? Do you need ammunition? What do you need that you don't have? Hey, maybe you're short medical supplies, because they're pinching you just like they are me. Now, I'll tell you what, you take care of this person, you give me a short list and I can take care of you. Yeah, see this is the situation that we're into. I mean, if we don't have it now, you may never get it. But right now, we can pick some of this stuff up for stupid prices. Yeah, this is a fog of confusion. Right now you're in the fog of confusion. It's not going to last very long. They're going to show their true colors, and it's red and yellow. Oh yeah, yeah, now see like I know like Shop Med that has other items other than just what's on the this you know this continued list and the sell stuff like You can pick up. They have what's called an I back kit It's not the individual first aid kit like a soldier uses, but it's kind of closed But it's in a red kind of a hard shell case. Oh, it's only like 22 or 23 dollars So see to me you buy something like that and give it away for presence. Well, it's still a trauma kit. You know, it's still it's about close to a blowout kit as you can get, but it's for civilian use. They've got, you talked about earlier about the bridement of wounds. Well, how many people know that Shop Med Vet technically has the bridement kit? Specifically for that purpose, yes. Specifically for that purpose, but Mark, they're in a package that is sterilized and sealed. for that specific purpose. Now, during the summer in July, they were selling for less than five bucks apiece for some of that. And they had some forceps and some things in there that regular medical grade tooling, but it was just tools, but it was all there. Now, the problem is, and like Illinois, if something has a needle with it, the idiots won't let you buy it. So you have to pick the sets that don't have the needles. or then you can pick those needles up at secondary sources, even like syringes. In Illinois, you necessarily can't buy a syringe unless you're in the medical field, whether it's veterinarian or healthcare. But still, there's other sources and ways to pick up those few little items. Right, or you come to Michigan and you buy them in the tractor supply. Over the counter. Over the counter. And 18 and 20 gauge needles. Well, I see this is what gets me. Before the idiots changed the laws and I used to raise livestock, you know, I was, you know, here I am, I was buying stuff by the hundreds. Honey, yeah, you're buying both cows. Yeah. You know, because we, you know, we were vaccinating, you know, hundreds of hogs at a time. Yep. So, but my point is, this stuff is available, people. And if you've got it and you can pick some of this up as you go, you don't have to be fancy. Go get a normal backpack. If you've got the money, go buy something or set up tubs, set up buckets, whatever you need to do, and start setting this stuff aside. Because right now... Right now, fifty to a hundred dollars can get you a lot of stuff if you take the time to go through. A hundred dollars, a hundred and twenty dollars, that includes shipping. Put enough gear together for me to easily, because I also did pick up bandages and everything, another bunch of the tape, also the stretch gauze. uh... everything to basically put it back and score them to get together for easily what five six people and when i think that i'm talking multiples in the i'd be regs multiples in all of the uh... you know tapes bandages caps anything you could think of the only you know i over fluid bags and do that yet but i don't need to i've got yet we have other sources like you know colleges universities guys all university michigan they have a big medical department They get rid of their fluids through property control like saline and sugar. Okay, I'm about to describe it. And we're talking getting a case of that for a dollar. We're talking... Oh my God. Yeah, I know. And again, you know what? They still buy it in glass, not in plastic also. They go both ways. So I've gotten it in glass and I've gotten it in bag. uh... but also any number of other things that just you know that property never go to show up there are used to work in your family and you never know what what what department's gonna just get a burrow up there are some empty out of closet because they weren't supposed to and and uh... you know a hundred thousand dollars worth of equipment over there that goes out the back door out without the front door for you know a dollar a case now the only thing that i want to say that i've ran into this here in illinois i have run into medical people that in the name of, because they think they have to protect their state license, you know, but if there's something that's outdated or expired with an expiration date, they'll throw it away on you. And you know, if you're buying stuff that's out of, you know, past due, that's got expiration dates on it, yet it's completely sealed and everything should be fine. watch those people because you don't want them any coming in upon the stuff away because of date it's a very good way you will that the first rule everybody understand what we have is what we're working with i would point out to you this is the difference between what it will let's think about some of the things you've seen and i've always argued that this is like you know the day after first of all you know if they'll despite the fact that people would be found you know jail or or you know she damaged or whatever You know, my dad and the medics I worked with that were especially in World War II, a lot of guys I worked with, I was kind of fortunate. They saw a lot of the worst, okay? And even after they retired, I was associated with a lot of these guys. I buried a lot of these guys. I was there, I was the officer in charge of the ceremony. uh... and we buried a lot of world war one that's that's why no more about world war one in terms of medical support uh... and in terms of the the map that they were in but these guys were later and would pass on a lot of information basic rule guys is you have to go through your gonna throw volume involved in in every category and you're not going to worry about it you've got it you're going to use it there was no such thing as is you know in fact that whole outdated crap that only started recently That bullshit has to, forget, that has to do with one thing.
