Now, I've seen again, there's any combination, a number of combinations you can imagine, but you gotta have the basics on the shelf to do it, or you have to, again, know what you're doing with what you do have that are basics on the shelf. So you need to start thinking through on this. But one of the things that is the most common mistake is, well, I'm gonna be eating like ham right now. No, you're not. But those who do won't have very much on the shelf for very long. This is why anything you can get for free you grab and drag away because and if you spread it out as quick as you can and you get more and you drag it away when it's free and you keep doing that. But on Monday, you might reuse those grounds a second time, if you didn't on Sunday already. but you'd have the jikory in there with that old ground coffee and you'd run that stuff until it was coming out tan and then you'd be just on jikory by wednesday or thursday and then by friday you might be thinking maybe i'll splurge but now i have some tea and that's splurging you'd actually have a bag of tea and then you're back over to getting ready for sunday because you'd look forward to something it creates calendar events it creates a time life cycle This is something we're missing in most of our society now because you can just gobble your ass, you know, you can do whatever you, every goodie you can imagine at your fingertips for all of us where the country is just so horrible while everybody is up to their armpits in sweets and spices and exotics. You know, I went in for a scope and they spotted a mass on my colon and they was going to, what were they going to? But they said it was suspicious looking and they took a biopsy and the biopsy came back inconclusive for them. So they sent me to see the top dog and she turns out to be a very nice 36 year old Asian lady. And she comforted me, you know, telling me how things were that what I have, which I don't know the name about it, it's about as long as Free Mississippi. And she let me know that she don't believe in cancer, but she's still suspicious, so she's wanting to go in and do a... You move that? And she assured me that things were good. And she said if I didn't have this surgery done, that I got a 20% chance of it turning into cancer in five years. let them cut it out. I don't want no cancer in five years that I can take care of today. So how did your new year start out all right? Here it was fine. We had a non-agorical thing because everything here in Michigan is closed down. There's no restaurants open. There is no lounges open. There's no gyms open. It's shut right now and it has been for over a month and there's still 4,000 cases of that virus coming in every day. It's struck home. My aunt and uncle in Georgia have gotten it and she's been in the hospital now for two weeks with us and it's a real thing to Look at because it is true. It's what it is and I just wish Jack and Helene right there in Gresham, Georgia Jack and Helene right with him the best and some prayers out for them and Anybody else who has this terrible disease? But I was talking to a fellow down to VA today when I was going at it And conversations went into the general and he was telling me that he, can you call her? No, don't touch, use your phone. He was telling me about a fellow that he was trying to take care of and it didn't work out too well. The medic came in and offered the fellow some And the guy knew that morphine was running short. And he also knew that his time was running short. And he didn't take what was offered to him. So he had all they could do for him. He went down and it made me think of the time that I came up on a fella being taken care of by two other guys in his platoon. I didn't know any of them. And he had been hit by a hand grenade. It appeared to be much damaged to him. But as it turned out to be these little wires I guess it was wired that went through there. Real little holes, a lot of them, and they were all bleeding badly. Doing everything that we could to stop this bleeding. But to know what they'll... We was putting cigarette filters inside them little holes and packing them in the mud and the mud that still come through. And there was... nothing that we could have done. And now I know what a surgeon, I knew then what a surgeon felt like when he was fighting to save one of his patients. And no matter what he did, there was nothing that he could do to stop it. And of course, with our our poor soul that was just in this field of blood that was coming out and you can't put a tourniquet around the lungs or torso and we tried but the milk, the bell could anything that we do none of it, none of it would work and it brings back old memories but We went to the VA and we ran into quite a few people. And when I seen wearing a Vietnam hat, I yelled out to them, I know where you've been and I got some good answers. And I don't want to see that happen to anybody here in Rob. in this day, people are talking about how they're interrupted in stores, in gas stations and that, by people coming up and thanking them for their service. So eliminate that if it really bothers you that much, because when I came home, I wasn't welcomed home. And I do not mind somebody coming up. thanking me for my service. It's better than being spit at, being welcome home 50 years later. But it is good to have that happen. If you don't want it to happen to you, don't worry your veterans hat into the store. Don't let nobody know that you're a veteran myself. I'm proud to let anybody know about it. But it sure doesn't bother me to have especially a 15 year old kid that has the gall to come up to a rough looking person like I must look to him and welcome me home. I thank me for my service and it feels good. So if somebody comes up and welcomes, thanks you for your service. Thank them for their kindness and remember they're doing that from the bottom of their heart. They're not doing that. Just come up and do it things are different now than they were back in them days. You're going to feel pretty neat when that person helps and moves on down the aisle. don't feel bad because it might happen three, four, five times while you're walking through them aisles there in Walmart or Myers. So, yeah, enjoy it because it wasn't long ago that it didn't happen. But now we got these kids coming up and going through that with us. Hey, thank you. Thank you for your service. And they know. been told that if some things didn't happen, they weren't going to be going to it because it didn't happen. No, it happened. And when we got home, it wasn't a welcome. And we went and had a ticker-tight parade. Not that we asked for it. It would have been nice to have been recognized back then. I'm talking about the American Tobacco companies, how they can sell death to our public and get away with it. A lot of money in there, you know. They're selling a lot of cigarettes. It takes a whole bunch of cigarettes to kill the son of a gun, you know. Some people do it in 10 years. Some people do it in 60 years. But if you... You smoke them cigarettes continuously. It's bound to happen 99% of the time. Cigarettes kill. And they do kill. I can tell you that because it killed my wife. Pam Phillips, she died from cigarettes April 30th. bothers me quite a bit that they were allowed to continue to sell them them cigarettes as long as they have killing as many people as they do. I mean what other product do they allow to go out and kill people with them? I mean it don't bother them but they're like a serial killer. They kill so many people and they keep doing that and our government, they must think it's okay because they don't do anything to stop it. They don't put no regulations, oh they got no regulations of how old you have to be to buy them. The Attorney General has to put his mark on the path stating that it could cause injury or death and he's right but the only reason they're putting that on there is to I don't know scare people and cannot smoke and cigarettes because they could kill you. Well I don't know but I do know one thing that companies should not be allowed to sell the death that they do sell and They sell it to a lot of people. I mean, most people that I know smoke and still smoke. And the only reason they do that is because the companies are allowed to sell death to America. They've done more damage, these tobacco companies. They've done more damage than any terrorist group has done. There's more people dying from cigarette poisoning than what's coming out of automobile racks. And they continue to sell them. And for what? The taxes they bring in, or they keep our hospital insurance companies, they don't mind paying the billions of dollars to handle cigarette-related deaths. other things COPD, BAM, cigarettes. Well I wore my shirt to the hospital today folks. On the front of it there's a tobacco leaf with a devil on it. Above that tobacco leaf is a, there's a devil's and this devil is running across that he's got his pitchfork and he don't smile he's got a near on his mouth as he's running through. And on the back of this t-shirt it says, God's. And it's a big marijuana leaf. And at the bottom of it it says, oh acupuncture, my holly. I wore that shirt to the VA and the surgeon that was going to do my surgery, Sheena, and she wanted to take a picture of it. She only seen the devil. And when I stood up and showed her the back of the shirt, she took both pictures and she told me that I should get them patent and she said, those are really me. And then I went to radiology. look at that and then I told her the back part and pretty soon every tube will go a bit within that. Everybody came out to check out the shirt and they all talked about how bad tobacco is and how good marijuana is. Now this is in the VA and now Since I've been talking about it and it's been brought out to the Congress and the Senate and Department of Defense and itself, they haven't taught now. They don't take your meds away from you if you are in a state that has medical or recreational marijuana. And all of this came down because of this show here. they said that it's great, keep it going. And hey, I'm going to. I'm here until marijuana is taken off the scheduled list at the time, the scheduling list that it is on. It's on that scheduled list with heroin and all the other drugs that don't have no medical benefits. that mail want to have, not just medically, but industrial paper. That plant can lend enough fuel out of it to lend our nations without having to depend on the oil from not any other foreign country. It can make enough grease to take care of the grease problems that we have. Not problems, but stuff. I guess the thirst that we have with Patrólion and Greece, Patrólion and Newbercans. And it is good what they have done with it. And it's a shame that it's urgent I was talking to today. She said that nobody knows what all these strains are. Well, you know, I haven't stuck on one strain. But it has kept me through hepatitis C. It's helped me with PTSD. It's helped me with paranoid schizophrenia, with dozen other things. And it has worked. My doctors at the BA told me, keep doing what you're doing. It is working. And it is. Now I've gotten through cancer with it. Well, not cancer. But when you're waiting to go to the doctor to find out about it, and they tell you the day before New Year's Eve, they'll tell you that you've got to come in Monday on the 4th, and you've got to go through New Year's with that on your mind. It didn't bother me. I made my mind up a year ago that it wouldn't bother me because it comes to everybody. Ain't nobody gonna get out of here alive. Some go before, others go in pain, and some just go. One thing about it, we are gonna go. So when they told me I had cancer, I might have cancer. I keep saying they told me I had cancer. But they made it sound like I did. But... They fixed me up right with it today and they did it very good professionally about it. And the next time I go see them, they told me I'll be seeing them about four or five times. By then I'll have my cards to give to them. I left my cards. I didn't have any cards, so I'm having more cards made up. And maybe... We'll be hearing from them. I know in the future I have a lady who I don't know her name, but she is in to the bee pollen. Pollen. She sells bee pollen and honey. She has seven different farms and each farm has a different honey that she produces with it. Blackberry, cherry, wildflowers. They're good. That blackberry honey, I take the teaspoon in the morning and evening, and it tastes like blackberry with butter on it. If you're interested in the bee pollen, you can book it up on Bee Pollens on Google, and it will tell you about it. It's really great. It gives you energy. It's great for the respiratory system. It's great for a whole bunch of things. But energy that you haven't had in years, I was surprised that the energy I highly got to use at one time, the day before yesterday, or yesterday, And she came in from work this morning and told me how much energy she had.
