Now there's another date coming up, but there's a bunch of Republican sellouts. I'm sure that their Jewish backing got to them and, you know, bent their wieners up behind their hind end. And, you know, they got reminded of, you know, who, let's just say, greases the track and who shows up with the brown envelopes, right? However, the next session has been called by the speaker of the, I think the Senate, forgive me, not the House. But Public Act 302 is the Emergency Act. Now, I'm not going to say anything. I want you to pay attention, and I'm going to read something here. But listen to the conversation. This is a speech by Senator Tom Barrett, Republican, 24th District, Charlotte, Michigan. And, uh, four minutes and 40 seconds long. I got to get back. I'm going to take him use every second that I have here. And this has to do with Senate bill 857 repeal of the, no, I don't want to say more. I'm going to, I'm going to wait till they talk about it and see if they bring it up here, but then I'm going to read it to you and I want you to think people look at stuff and they just don't think, okay, here we go. I recognize the Senator Barrett. Thank you, Mr. President. Colleagues, the bill for us today is uncomplicated. It simply restores the constitutional order to our state and removes any doubt as to the actions allowed by each branch of government. All of us, regardless of political stripe or affiliation or no affiliation at all, should be gravely concerned that any governor would claim authority to seize unilateral control of state government for as long as he or she chooses. There are systems of government in the world, and I've been to some of them, that provide total authority to one person. Thankfully, the state of Michigan is not one of them. Our framers correctly realized that the pursuit of power was a vice to be safeguarded against. A recent unconscionable example of this is a no-bid contract placing private citizens' individual health care under the control of a partisan political data mining firm. I realize that none of my colleagues on the other side even made mention of that. The remedy to this is what our founders created, to establish checks and balances with branches of government, co-equal, not subordinate to one another. But don't take my word for it. The Michigan Constitution is clear. Article 1, Section 1, all political power is inherent to the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection, the protection of the rights of the people. Article 3, Section 2, the powers of government are divided into three branches, legislative, executive, and judicial. No person exercising powers of one branch shall exercise properly belonging to another branch. Now I'll fully acknowledge and admit to you today that I was a little rusty on my public acts from 1945 when I walked in the door to this chamber. But for the benefit of those at home, I'll recap some of the highlights. There are two emergency power statutes in Michigan. Public Act 302 of 1945, which this bill seeks to repeal, allows the governor to declare a state of emergency under the following circumstances. Disaster, rioting, catastrophe, or similar public emergency within the state. Nothing in this statute prohibits the governor from declaring a state of emergency that extends for the entirety of their term of office, relegating the place of the legislature entirely moot in any of that decision. Public Act 390 of 1976, however, designates a state of disaster, meaning an occurrence of threat, of widespread or severe damage, injury, or loss of life or property, resulting from a natural or human-made cause, including an epidemic. the exact situation we're facing right now. That law clearly lays out a timeline under which the governor must receive an extension from the legislature. It is crystal clear that Public Act 390 of 1976, which provides a firm timeline for the governor, applies to the crisis related to the coronavirus outbreak in Michigan. It is clear that the governor requires the consent to the legislature to continue emergency powers. This bill removes any doubt as to the proper roles of government in our state. We can both grieve for the loss of life and still protect our system of government. Those two are not mutually exclusive. You want to talk about sanctity of life? I'm glad you brought that up. You think it's perfectly possible to rip a baby in half and call it life-sustaining? But not necessary for preventative medicine. We know of people who denied chemotherapy, people who have been denied pacemakers. I know of someone who went into the hospital with chest pain, but they waited at home for so long that by the time they arrived, they died shortly after. I've walked a few hardships, and I've been a few places that I hope none of you have to go to in your life. If I don't have the standing in this chamber to stand up and talk about that, then I don't know who does. It's a false choice that we cannot grieve for the loss of others and work on appropriate legislation at the same time. Our work here should not be relegated as insignificant simply because we think it will be hard or that we think we'll have disagreements or that others might think that we're arguing too much. Governing is hard. It's supposed to be hard. Making laws is supposed to be hard. It should be. Colleagues, Stand with me in defense of our Constitution. Vote yes on Senate Bill 857, and I request that my remarks be printed in the journal. All right. That's the end of it. Now, what did anybody get out of this? What did you get out of this, Larry? Obviously, we have two emergency documents or instruments that are in Michigan government, right? I heard a very large middle finger extended to the governor there. Oh yeah, everybody, well there's a revolt going on. And in fact, we're in a little demi-civil war politically right now with where everything is. And part of the reason is that there are a bunch of combat veterans organizing the counties with militia right now. In fact, pretty much I'd say that the minority of the state is presently siding with the communists, the Jewish mafia, the state police. They're in such a minority that they are now Let's just say, look at all those Indians. You know what I mean? The bad guys on the other side are kinda screwed. But, let me point something out. Public Act 302 of, well, we probably didn't give this date out. Let me ask, what would be a critical date? Let's go through the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Was there anything in the 20s that would be a natural or man-made disaster? Let's say the end of the 20s. That's a big hint. We had the Great Depression of 1929, right? Did we have any state addressed for a public disaster, like a disaster act then? We didn't. How about the War Powers Act in 1933, 1934? And what was happening in 1933? Well, the Communists were taking over in Washington and there was an internal battle going on between Americans who had money and didn't have money and foreigners who wanted all of America's money and wanted to steal it and had little hats on, big schnauzes, and they feel air is free and your money should be theirs too. So we go through all World War II, I'm a little confused about this date here, okay, the year even. In 1941 we had Pearl Harbor, right, Larry? I mean, boom, boom, boom. That's pretty crisis oriented, isn't it? And yet, what year did we have this special public emergency powers at? 47. 1945. Act 302, 1945. Now let me ask you all, but I've got your brains kind of maybe in the same line where I am. Let me ask all of you out there, what happened in 1945? We just won World War II, people. We won. We had all the whole bag of marbles. We won. What in 1945 made the states think that they had to declare a public disaster slash emergency program to seize power from the American people. The troops came back and saw their country had changed. Something happened because, you see, I could understand if this said emergency powers of 1941. I could see where, you know, the scam of 1933, which by the way, the War Powers Act is embraced, but it's not under the acts, it's not under the public acts, and the same premise. and construction because they were first of all it's a separate entity part of the corporation of Michigan such as also the corporation of the United States and the War Powers Act is a declaration of war by those two parties first by the Fed then by the state governors agreeing that the corporations of the states should declare the American people the enemy of the state they don't want that to be too obvious okay but what in 1945 would justify a massive crisis declaration They'd have to keep the wars going on. They'd have to because of martial law being declared by Lincoln. Well, it goes back that far. But you see, this is an interesting bit of history I've told you all about. And this is a bit of a bright star for me because I know the history of this, but I didn't really have the act because we've never had time to go really, really deep. We've done research in the Michigan capital. and spent weeks up there in the official archives. But here's the other thing, what was the other date? 1976 and what were they yapping about? Oh, well, wait a minute, we were gonna have a crisis with what? Oh, a plague. Now, wait a minute, 1976, what was 1976 really famous for, guys? Well, bicentennial. 200th anniversary of the creating of the United States, right? What other, what crisis can you think of that would benchmark the state of Michigan and the feds declaring that 1976 we had to be ready for the end of the world because we're doomed, we're going to die, there's going to be a plague, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Did anybody remember that? Do any of you remember that? That's young enough that some of you listening should be able to remember yes or no. I can't think of anything jumping off the ball, but what I do know from my own personal history and other people's personal history, as we know, George Bush and the China support people were doing what? Pushing the agenda back then. Remember, Bush went to China before Nixon. Kissinger and Bush went to China first, came back, Nixon went to China, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and the rest is history. Okay? 75, 76, and 76, now you have Gerald Ford, okay? And so this is kind of weird. What would be so exciting? Well, of course, the 200th anniversary. But I'm going to go back to the 1945. A couple things that you might recall. We did have ground conflict in Michigan. How many of you remember I've told you about this? In fact, it's a history of Southeastern Michigan. What year did the Detroit riot take place during World War II? Now, you'll probably have to look it up. I'm not trying to put anybody on the spot here because I would know most people would have to. Why? Because there's no discussion about it. But understand something that happened when they started the riot in Detroit. It did not stay in Detroit. In fact, as I have pointed out, there were four running combat campaigns that centered out of Detroit, run by the American Communists. They were all Jewish. They were Jews that were in charge of the black elements and other elements that were the Communists in Detroit. Now, we did not have expressway, so there was no I-94 corridor. There was no I-96 corridor. There was no I-75. Take that right out of your brain. Take that off the map. Guys, they went all the way out, and I want you to find this on the map, because the town's still there. It is Belleville, Michigan. I want you to find Belleville, Michigan on a map. Write that down. I'm giving you some class work here. Now understand that supposedly the Detroit riots started on... The Belle Isle Bridge. You might recall, supposedly, some woman got pushed off the bridge. A bunch of other people pushed a bunch of other people. Black people, white people, black people, black people. And it was just, it was loaded downtown and there's even a picture supposedly of, there's a video, but you can't be sure because you can't really see it's not that clear. This woman got pushed off the Belle Isle Bridge. Now it's not that tall. It's not like you're on the, like on the San Francisco Bridge. It's actually relatively short. So it was a splash and it would hurt if you hit wrong, but it wouldn't kill you, okay? However, she got wet. She's in the water. It was a she, supposedly. Anyway, this escalated everything and spontaneously, all of a sudden, a whole bunch of combat elements start to move out from the center of Detroit and get involved in a series of nonstop running gun battles and burning of buildings and businesses. How many of you know this? Now, look where the Belle Isle Bridge is in downtown Detroit. Take a look where Belleville, Michigan is. Now, I'll help you to find it. If you've got a modern map, go right out the I-94 corridor. And before you get to Iptalani, Michigan, Belleville is on the south side of I-94, over towards where the Detroit metropolitan airport is, which isn't anywhere really near Detroit. It's out by Romulus. Okay? So Belleville and Romulus are right there on the south side of the expressway. If you look at the map of Belleville, you will see a place where five corners, you can see it on the map before you zoom in real close. And you can do it especially with Google Map now quite easily. Look for the park in downtown Belleville. Now, do you see the distance between the bridge over in, you know, over on Belle Isle? Going all the way across from Detroit to where Belleville is? The running gun battles and the firefights that took place between local militia, farmers, property owners, and the black militant and communist militants that came out of Detroit, fought a running gun battle and a series of raid and actions right down all of the old state roads, all the way the farthest point was Belleville, Michigan, where the largest and last firefight took place. And in the downtown area, there are trees there still that have bullets from that battle back in World War II in Michigan. How many of you heard anything about what I've just told you about? Now, these four columns had a plan. They didn't just randomly leave. There was a plan. The Jewish mobsters, the communists that were running these characters. systematically went straight out of town in four different paths, four different directions in large formations. They went from farm to farm to farm. They caught some people flat-footed, but most everybody either got on the phone net or ran down the road because they first farmer got hit. Some of them escaped, some were killed, some were raped. The women were raped, and probably the men too, because of course the $3 bill of fools coming out of Detroit. But they fought all the way out to Belleville and the militia had finally formed there in a larger body plus all of the people who had been running from what was going on organized up with the militia. They started the battle on the edge of the park on the edge of the eastern side of Belleville. I've walked this path more than a few times with friends. Anyway, they fought all the way to the park. The last big exchange lasted for over three hours consuming God knows how much ammunition. And then they broke contact, fell back, and retreated, leaving dead and wounded behind. Michigan. There's one action right there. However, this doesn't match with any of that because the war, because remember guys, we're in World War II. We already had the War Power Authority of the governor overlapping with the War Powers Act of 1933 and with the Declaration of War and Mobilization under the Militia Act. So this Public Act 302 of 1945 is something else. So now let's slide forward. The state had failed and was remiss, and everybody in the state knew about what the Communists, the Jewish mobsters out of Southfield and other locations, had organized with the black attack on the rest of the state. So people organized the militia even more effectively than they had maybe since the beginning of World War II, because World War II everybody got motivated, they got armed up, they had everybody watching for German airplanes, Japanese aircraft, submarines in the Great Lakes, you name it, take your pick, whatever the hell it was. But in 1945 we'd finished the war. It was over, it was ended. And all of a sudden the perceived threat for the Jewish Communists who were of course pushing the UN agenda in conjunction with a whole bunch of other stuff. Oh, that's right. The Israelis got away with their garbage in 1947. Well, they weren't Israelis then. It was the Jewish mobsters. But in the meantime, from 1945 to 1947, there was a massive movement of people, like you said earlier, caller. You weren't incorrect. The guys were all coming back from the war. They knew how they'd been played. They saw what was going on back here because the commies were running rampant all over the place. And so everybody started to organize. What happened in 1945? In the end of 1945 to the beginning of 1946, governments across the United States, all of the lower states, they remember who didn't have Alaska and Hawaii weren't states yet, arrested thousands of people in each step for state for being patriotic Americans opposing the UN, forming militias to protect the population from an agenda. and they were not charged, but they were held, for instance here in Michigan, in Jackson Prison. Now if you go down the I-94 corridor and find Jackson, you can find Jackson Prison. What now is the old, was the new prison at the time. They were held for two years without charges. After two years and the implementation of the UN treaty, along with all the other garbage, guess what? All of a sudden they let everybody go. Now I'm compressing what is a lot more, there's a lot more history and a lot more intricacy involved here. But you're not supposed to know about this so that they can kind of set everybody up for the same kind of fall again or you in theory get away with it. We're not going to do that. Anybody who's been in the Patriot Movement and has listened to anything we've had to say or that I've had to say, we try to explain all of the history of the last hundred years or so and then some. And most people as we pointed out, yes, this stems all the way back to the Civil War with Lincoln. It goes back before that with Jackson. Andrew Jackson did a significant pushback and they had a vendetta. They were rabid about Andrew Jackson's success against the international bankers. They still didn't even get everything that they wanted with Abraham Lincoln. Part of that's because Abraham Lincoln's operation was cut short, of course, and even though they wanted to push Johnson out, they couldn't. So Johnson basically just kind of spun his wheels and, you know, got what he could, done, or at least established to maintain the semblance of the Republic while they were preparatory to get another meat puppet in there to push for more of the agenda that the internationalists wanted with the, for instance, a proposed version of the Federal Reserve that would have been in place about 1870. They tried it again in the 1890s. In fact, the presidents or individuals who opposed it, they were assassinated. Most of the presidents they don't want you to remember were assassinated. because they were assassinated by Zionists. They were assassinated by people in the bureaucracy who had infiltrated in the bureaucracy that were hardcore Zionists and internationalists. And because there was successful opposition to the then proposed Federal Reserve Act of that era, we had a dagger war going on inside the United States. Slide forward to pre-World War II or pre-World War I, then post-World War I with their failures, which must have been frustrating. And then that leads us up to World War II and all the game we just covered. And then at the end of World War II, that gray space that nobody knows much about. It's like, I've always said this for years when I didn't have a clue, when I was much, much younger, I always asked people, I said, it's fascinating how we go from World War II to like Korea and that five year period after World War II nobody talked about. If you were reading books, reading things, 1945 to 1950, might as well have just not existed. And I noticed this just as a pattern when I was reading. Everything I would read, anything and everything I'd pick up, because I've always read a lot. And it's just one of those things where if there's this gaping hole, well then the more you find out, the more you realize that's because the period was so alien and so corrupt and ended up being such a demonstration of the very threat that we're now facing in its later phase, which is what's happening with this coronavirus lie. and with the betrayal by Trump and the betrayal by the Democrats and Republicans and they're maintaining of confusion. We either do wear a mask, we don't wear a mask, which is all this piddly stuff is a classic example of spinning everybody's wheels, throwing up a lot of pickle smoke and mirrors, and nothing truly being done to change the original agenda that they started with months ago. Well, no, it's changed. Oh, but it hasn't, we're not going to do anything. Oh, well, they're going to back off. Oh, but we're going to extend it. Oh, it's going to be shorter. No, it's going to be until September. Now, guys, that's classic Police State 101. That's junior grade, to be quite honest. They're far worse, and they're doing all of it right up to, you know, Police State 401. They haven't pulled the next card out, but they're close. It's obvious that food is a weapon which we have warned you about, Larry. I mean, you've seen the writing on the wall, people. Food is a weapon, isn't it? Food is something you better be ready to produce, right? Right. So, guys, I, you know, this, it's not confusing. Here's one of the things we need to do. Step back and ignore most of the minor flak. Let me point something out. What do we have? When you're moving in this situation, macro motion, not micro motion. You do micromanage your processes to get you to where you need to be, but that's for personal consumption, not their, their consumptive process they throw at you to waste your time, okay? So here's how it works. We need food. We need everybody out there to crank out every pound of food they can. Here's one of the things they really don't want to hear, but it is already starting, is guys you can either buy the farmer's crops from him. Example, we need to know where everybody is that's talking about dumping food out on the field. You got this farmer I covered that's got, God knows how many tens of acres of onions that he just dumped out on the ground. You've got potato growers with virtually thousands, if not tens of thousands of tons of food being destroyed, milk being dumped. You know, this demonstrates the incompetence, and there's only two directions, but I don't believe it's incompetence. I won't give them that. That would give them a nidge. That would give them a place to hide. This is intentional wasting and destruction of food reserves and because we have FEMA, because we have the Department of Agriculture, let's go write down all these bureaucracies that waste trillions of our dollars every year in being the wasteful bureaucracy that they are. But wouldn't they and shouldn't they have a plan for recovering any of this food, especially in what is a national crisis? What do they pay all of these crisis actors? to do because that's really what they've become. They're actors, they're not real. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a pound of food going to waste. There wouldn't be anything lost. In fact, what were they planning this whole time other than the destruction of the United States? Because, by God, it's not like they do this part-time, bro. You know, I'm with FEMA, and most of the time I'm running a racetrack. Oh, that's a real story, by the way. But, you know, otherwise, well, it's just we use the same management skills we do with nebulous management. You know, we don't really need to know what we're doing because we're just going to rubber stamp stupid measures by committees of monkeys who never knew what they were doing either and have no interest in being prepared for anything or, you know, coming up with a solution. And if we do it, it has to fall under the political correct parameters of the police state mindset. Go ahead, caller. You know what I'd like it to, Mark. Real leadership, real statesmanship would be akin to a Broadway, a well-rehearsed and well-executed Broadway play. These idiots are doing a grammar school, a grammar school play, I want to say, let's say, Peter Pan. They're doing a grammar school Peter Pan and they're flying around and you can see the ropes. That's how I'm a church they are. Yeah, the big thing about this, let's put it this way, I don't need National Guard to have guns at the grocery store. I need to get their Harry Ein den out in the deuce and a half five toners and Oshkosh transports and any place we should have an emergency legion that goes out compensates them some for in some way for growing that crop and those guardsmen don't need to worry about shooting people in the in the streets or Fuggin up on people and ask them why you don't have your coffee filter on But instead, they're in trucks with trailers and we take the entire lift capacity we have and we have food like this. By God, it better be going somewhere. But you're not here in that, are you? Everything is centered around you as the enemy and I said this for years. The only thing that you're going to get from this government is starvation and a bullet. You look at what they're doing. Go ahead, College. Jump in there. Just real quick, something you said just kind of just triggered my brain on something and something that I have seen and it is absolutely true when you said UN troops or National Guard, not UN, but National Guard in the supermarkets. I've already seen the police guarding the supermarkets. in a third world major city, a major city which is third world in this country. I have already seen it and it is prevalent. It is Miami, Florida. They bring in all and this is, and I've seen it. Miami is a dump. It is a third world hole in the ground. It is astonishing to see that all these immigrants from South America come into Miami, not the United States, they come into Miami, an international city. And they're unprepared for the high cost of living that they put three, four, five in a room. The Brazilians are famous for it. The renters hate the Brazilians because they do it and they try and catch them. But they're Brazilians. There's a Brazilian of them, as they say, and they do say that. Right. They can do no wrong. They can do no wrong because government political correctness. And the police, the police are hired on not during the watched hours that they're getting paid, but they can take extra hours and go and become an officer, a guard duty at a supermarket. A security officer. They're a paid security officer for the supermarkets because Food stealing is so prevalent down there and it will become a reality and you are so right about this Yeah, I've already seen it It is such a reality that people cannot afford to live down in Miami and they're unprepared They don't they can't speak the language their writing skills because they're uneducated They came to the United States thinking they were gonna well, they thought they were coming to the US America. They thought they were going to come here and I'll be done with this in a minute. But they, you are right about this already. I have seen this. The police officers already, and this was 10 years ago, 11 years ago, they've been, they was doing it back then. And I don't know how long they, because they were doing it when I got there. So you are absolutely right about that. The thing that pisses me off about this is again, Guys, we've had this discussion, I've watched these discussions from inside the system, and I've watched who it is that gets promoted, or who it is that gets a squeeze on the butt and a pat on the head, and it's the yes man who has no answers. Over and over again, it's the yes man who basically has got the longer tongue for licking the arse, and you know, making sure that bung hole is clean. That's what you that's what's gravitated to all of these positions again for me it'd be like okay We have lift capacity we have a pride we have a commercial lift capacity of God knows how many million tons by truck We have rail capacity, which by the way is also dead to the world right now. There is no reason for an entire mechanism not to be picking up and preserving or moving any of this tonnage, and this is a significant tonnage. Now the government, instead of saying, wow, we're going to make sure we get the product to market, what is the, we've played this on the air, guys. The government's going to help you kill your animals and bury them. The government is going to help kill the animals and bury them while bringing in foreign food. Does anybody see a problem here? Now this gets right back to what we warned everybody about 30 years ago with NAFTA and GAP. But on top of that, here's the other half of what's happening. Donald Trump, Biden. The Democrats, the Republicans, are letting the communist Chinese waddle in here, and while they're putting America on its knees with a gun to the back of all your heads, they're stealing every piece of real estate and every company they can that wasn't under their control before. Again, look at it this way. Only the big box stores are allowed to stay open. Who are they? Contractors with communist China, that's who they are. And I don't care which one it is. I like Menards, but you know, 70% of what's in there is Communist Chinese made. You go to Meyers, you go to Wally World, you go to Lowe's, you go to Take Your Pick. And it's Chinese Communist made. But those box stores are the only ones who are allowed to sell stuff, which means most of those digits you're spending, where you are allowed to spend them, isn't gonna be with the little guy who's also screwed because he's gotta push Chinese junk too to a degree, but it goes to the little guy which keeps him afloat, which keeps the monopoly from developing inside the United States, and they don't want that, because they want us to be in the same boat the communist Chinese people are in, and they want to destroy the Bill of Rights, and they want to kill America's freedom, which is why we need to get rid of them. I'm simplifying this. Step back and breathe here for a bit and look at this problem. Mark, go ahead, caller, jump in there. Yes, sir. Tonight I was watching the farm report and the brokers are working on deals. China wants the corn production of 2020 and they are working on a PPP plan to help out the farmers. So China is going to help them out by buying all the corn. I just thought I'd mention it to you. Oh, right. We need that corn to go to China. We don't need that. We don't need that here in the United States, do we? Nope. Yeah. Well, again, that's not a surprise nor unexpected. It's just that what they're doing... Whoa. Well, one of the things that we're almost done here, we're actually pretty close to the top. We've got about five minutes. One of the things that we already had going on is the control of the mills has been so extreme that no American can really get dollars onto the table to buy product. And that's already been in place. We just had a little window here, which by the way already locked up, so you've got to figure the Chinese probably scarfed everything up. And they got it for bargain basement. Michigan Navy beans used to be we would go to the mills up in the middle of the state. Our friends, in fact one of our Frank Stasi used to grow Michigan Navy beans. We'd buy from him direct, but he'd only have so much, and we'd go and buy from the mills, and you could buy 2,000 pounds, which is, you know, again, that's a chunk of beans, but you could buy 2,000 pounds and go back several times and do that. In more recent years, in more than a decade and a half, 15 plus years, we have not been able to do that. You can't go to the mill and even buy, you know, 1,000 pounds of beans. 100% was already going overseas to China. So that's with the market that we know of here. Now you're talking about them absorbing and pulling. This is exactly what happened to the Ukraine. Exactly what happened with the Ukraine and the whole process of them being starved out. They took the food out of the country, sold it overseas, and then came back after the seed and whatever else was left, and they starved to death the Ukrainian people in 15 months. Guys, they're all with you. They just don't think you're gonna figure out what I just told you. Make no mistake about it. They're at war with us.
