Assemblies with one or more persons for the purpose of training with or practicing with or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, incendiary device, etc., etc. And assemblies with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group or persons by drilling, parading or marching with any firearm, any explosive or any incendiary device or components. or combination thereof are guilty under this devised felony here. So this is waiting for the new Democrat session to be sworn in. It's all Democrats. This will be passed in my estimation. All they have to do is say that you're trying to do something with civil unrest. And as long as you are holding a gun, teaching somebody to use a gun at the firing range with a group of one or more people, then you're guilty under this bill. But it's okay to be in PIFA. Getting into this bill in Virginia, it's Senate Bill 64 and I'll put a link in the description and I'm gonna read it to you. This is just two and a half paragraphs. A person is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity punishable by classified felony if he teaches or demonstrates to any person the use, application, or making of any firearm, explosive or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in or furtherance of civil disorder. Teach somebody how to use a gun. Teach somebody how to make a gun. Or teach somebody how to defend themselves with a technique that could possibly hurt somebody or kill somebody. Should there be some type of civil disobedience, you're guilty. That's about as bad as it gets. I've never seen this kind of bill anywhere. But there's a second part. Assemblies with one or more persons for the purpose of training with or practicing with or being instructed in the use of any firearm, an incendiary device, etc., etc. And assemblies with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group or persons by drilling, trading or marching with any firearm, any explosive or any incendiary device or components. or combination thereof are guilty under this devised felony here. So this is waiting for the new Democrat session to be sworn in. Fellow Democrats, this will be passed in my estimation. All they have to do is say that you're trying to do something with civil unrest. And as long as you are holding a gun, teaching somebody to use a gun at the firing range with a group of one or more people, then you're guilty under this bill. But it's okay to be Antifa. Right, okay to do that stuff, but if you're a patriot and you're training or you're exercising your second amendment with the intent of keeping yourself or somebody else safe, then you're going to be a felon in Virginia. You know, I watched a gun video for a bill bred just as a review from 80% armed the other day on their generation 2 jig. you know so so that eight minute and thirty two second video technically couldn't be shown in virginia because it's showing you how to build a fire on to me this is dangerous i mean even the old shotgun uh... news bill bread that they had technically show you how to build a fire so the way that the law can easily be interpreted because you said it was to paragraph Basically, instead if you use it to build and show anyone how to build a gun, that becomes a violation. If you show anybody how to use the weapon, if there are two people together, one person, one or more, this is, you know, the guy who was reading it goes, well, I've never seen this before. I have. Any of you ever familiar with the Iron Curtain and what happened in East Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, whatever? China's no different. Anything over, well, actually, I think China, you can actually have three people together maybe. Okay? This is like one or more. In other words, they took it right to the max, right away, which is good. And the best part about it is, is they're going to ramrod this through. Oh, yeah, I... Best thinking thing that could happen in this country right now. And it needs to happen. To be quite honest, I've said this before. You want to... Are we getting any younger? You better stop eating for a bit until you've got something to protect your hind end. If that's what it takes, peanut butter sandwiches, congratulations and buy from the markdown bin. You know what? You can get day-old bread. It tastes just as good as any of the other stuff you're going to buy off the shelf. Congratulations. They'll be on the ground on the 8th of January, and they're starting the bans and the confiscations as quickly as they can. So the question is, what will their priority be? Will they try to go for the general confiscation and, you know, the banning confiscation order first? Or are they going to, obviously, they're going to have to have these slammed altogether. They can't have one bleed in and then the other one bleed in. They need to hammer this which means they're going to hit the ground while basically wheels spinning and smoke is showing up right away guys as soon as those wheels hit the pavement. They're not like the Republerat turds. Republerat turds will sit there and stare at each other with their thumbs up their eyes and then rotate thumbs every few minutes or every so many weeks and spend two years doing jack squat nothing. Hell, these people are pre-registering bills before they're even in the blasted building. They're already setting it up so they're going to hit the ground running and they are going to confiscate. Mark, I know we're going to basically have the holiday here and the Black Friday sales. And I want to encourage everybody to go through these websites. that have been listed for the last couple of weeks and shop those sites. Bear Creek Arsenal has sold out of some of their AR barrels, but they still have some AR-15 barrels that are 16-inch and a few 18-inches left. They may not be in 223 or 223 Wild, but they're still in 556. Pick up those barrels. They're still in the $40 to $55 range. Most some of these companies are selling out, but the stuff is out there 80% arms.com the other day had a sale on on their jigs and they had some free shipping offers So you know everything out there somebody is offering something for a discount or some kind of shipping for free if we're going to have a chance I believe that between now and The Christmas sale is basically it because they're going to crack down on every stinking thing and they're going to do it at the state level where the nr a is now the weakest well one of the things to remember here again ammunition ammunition ammunition uh... upper receivers upper receivers if you can't do anything else barreled upper receivers, preferably with a bolt carrier and the charging handle, grab those right away. If you're saying, I can't afford a $400 or $500 gun, then get a $200 upper right away. The uppers are the problem, but barrel's the problem, really. The barrel and the bolt carrier are far more complicated than the receiver. To be quite honest, there are 100 ways, well, not 100, but there's about three, four real simple ways we can make lowers. or again work at it but the upper that barrel is there they already knew this might point this out for how many years now have they been chopping up the barrels on all of these kits that were coming into the US they didn't shot they chop up their little the receiver the serial number receiver gets destroyed okay that happens But you know what? Originally you buy an HK91 slash G3 kit. It cost you $65 and it had one of those high-end actual German-made special HK barrels like nobody else's. Well now when you get them, you don't even get the barrel parts. Anybody notice this? Depending on the kit, you get five chunks that have been cut, or three that have been chopped and drilled. for the barrels and then you get whatever's left of course minus the lower receiver for three, four, five hundred dollars. So they figured it out real quick guys. You see they figured barrels are the problem. Everything else, well again like I said we do the 80% receiver is better still but guys grab what you can while you can is what it comes down to. Go ahead. Yeah Mark. The same thing was done with this Sumi M31, the kit that we're selling on Apex and Cope's distributing here years ago for $49. There are constant several build threads where people would buy those kits. Now the receiver was coked, but they would take the bolt and they would mill the bolt out to make it compliant. for the ATF regulations. They would add a piece onto the end of the bolt and they would middle the bolt so that they could use AR-15 fire controls. But they were taking the barrel and then under ATF regulations, they were taking that 12 inch barrel and they were adding an extension piece onto it and welding it in place. And what they were doing is making a legal semi-automatic sumi. And I don't know how, there are several build threads of those out there in existence. uh... but you also have and that's what all by the way what got you here have you ever saw the shotgun news nine millimeter carbine uh... in the shotgun news uh... projects i vaguely remember them when they came out as there was a whole line of different designs that they had up there for obviously resistance purposes which by the way would make shotgun news over boating document by itself if you had it on the shelf as a library item Yeah, the shotgun news you can actually get the thing free if but you have to sign up for stuff But the shotgun news projects book what I asked you a question When Steven Matthews made that he made it using a sumi bolt He used a piece of inch and a quarter. Oh, yeah inch and a quarter. Oh D 41 30 tubing you know tubing with a one inch bore and he took the standard Sumi bolt and he modified it and turned it down and he also modified the face and he made it to use it with a set of AR-15 fire controls. But he's done something that I don't think needs to be done and I'm going to ask you about this. On the Sumi bolt, you know, it's turned down where it's just a long thin bolt piece. It's not like a spin, you know, where it's made to slide over the magazine. It's just a forward bolt piece. He put in that tube, a metal ring to allow it to have a guide ring for that sumi bolt, that end of that tip of that sumi bolt, to go through, to help guide it. Now he had his charging handle as a guide, and I believe the sumi has, I believe the sumi has a fixed injector. But the way he had that done, he put that guide ring in there. And they said he had to have it to help set head space. I didn't think you had to have a guide ring in there for headspace because it fires from a closed bolt with a hammer and everybody that works over those bolts, they make sure they have a spring in the firing pin so that the APF can't claim it's full auto because it's got the spring. Right. But do you have to have that front running in there? The only thing I can see, I can't see that for, I don't know, their clients claiming that was headspace, but I would look at that more as a feed reliability item. Because you see, that's one of the things that, you know, the Sten, for instance, is straight tube, obviously, open bolt when originally designed. And it's slammed fire, obviously, but their slop is, you know, like thousandths of an inch with some of these models. Okay, it's ten thousandths is actually what the sloth that Stephen Matthews built in. Yeah, so in this case, well you can tighten any of these designs up. Number one, if we were to build, like I said, if you were building a sted, if we go to war right now, there are a dozen, if not a hundred programs to build weapons all over the country and war production immediately. We're not going to be waiting until the last minute, everybody's pretty well figured out what they need to do. And there are little production lines all over the place, so we would kick into high gear producing a weapon like this. The big thing is, just by the nature of the American materials we can presently draw, we would be superior to the highest and standard stand gun that was made during World War II. I mean, right off the bat, because the quality of the products that we can select, the metals, okay, the Brits had to settle for anything, I mean, anything and everything. Now, would the Sumi and also with the Carl Gustaf, or was not the Carl Gustaf, forgive me, the Peppish, There's a couple of different project car beans that people put together where they use those parts. And the Peppishes are still out there to a degree. In fact, also, what was the other one here? It was cheap the other day. Every once in a while, the Sumis actually are still showing up for $65 without a mag. Then some of them have the mags. And if you go to What a Country, CenterfireSystems.com, GunPartsCorp.com, and, uh, what the other one, oh come on, uh, Apex, Apex Gun Parts. If you go to those four, you end up with all the spec parts you need to make sure that beyond a shadow without your components would all be the correct dimension. So if you need mapping parts, those are the four places you go for the four kits. The ring, as much as anything to me, I think was, like you said, superfluous really, but it probably, as much as anything, is a reliability guide for picking up the shell and ensuring uniformity because it is a closed bolt system. With an open bolt, they could even afford more slop because, remember, the firing pin is kind of like a big butt. It's like a crude finish nail. And one way or another it makes contact with and is in such short surface time with contact with the chamber obviously that it, they don't care how it sloshes around. But if you're going, if you're using a closed bolt system which they have to in order for you not to be entangled with the bat faggots, Then the issue is trying to tighten that up, that guide up, and also because it's got a hammer system, right? Well, you've got to make sure that hammer is properly lined up, or you start shaving parts off. You start shaving the working parts. Because that variance means that you're going to have, during recoil, you're going to have variations in how it applies the energy to the hammer, which may have caused some hammer issues too, as far as I mean, the quality of the fin stuff, I won't question. The best quality in the world. I would point out something I've never discussed on the air about this though, and I don't know if it happened. But I don't know if the Sumois went with the same metallurgy and tempering as the Lottie. That's something. Because they were designed for Arctic Circle warfare. And so in warm weather, those guns are sensitive to breakage. Not the Sumis as far as I know, because they were using the Sumis right up until only a short time ago. Hell, if you go find training videos from the 90s and end of the odds, you'll see Finnish troops carrying Sumis. Because they still had those in reserve until just a little while ago. That's why those kits are coming out. But the problem with the Lottie is, that's why we always love it up here in the north, is it was not a warm weather pistol. It was designed under the assumption it would be fighting mostly above the Arctic Circle. So the metal-ergy base, the gun was based upon, was designed so that upon cold temperature operation it would not be brittle. But because of that, there's a weird science on the low curve with regard to the metals when it's in a warm environment. One of the things that happened with a number of the guns until the fins actually corrected themselves, they marketed parts through, God was the name of the company, they were selling replacement firing pins. Firing pins were the issue with the Lottie. They would fracture. And because of that, guys usually keep three or four of them around if they have the guns, because you can't be sure which one is the wartime production World War II, which ones are post-war production, you know, after markets built by the Finns for the Renna Revolution market. and the other wise, you have any problems? The gun's not going to blow up on you, it's not going to explode or anything like that, but I never really thought to check to see if the Suomi has the same metallurgy base as the Lottie pistol. And it's interesting, I would think that they would do that. because the Finns didn't really plan on leaving their area of operation and even if they did fight the Russians, the Russians are right across the same line of demarcation, cold weather operations, wherever they'd be fighting them, most of the time as the Germans found out, they're going to be in worst weather snow or mud. Yeah, the Zumi bolts are extremely hard. They're actually made out of either a high carbon steel or a tool steel. Right, exactly. Everybody that gets them just literally throws a fit because they're so stupid and hard. You can't kill them, you can't cut them or nothing. Real quick, what I would recommend instead, I know this sound, okay, you'd be better off tooling the internal, buying a tube even if it was oversized. Obviously, the thicker the wall, the more meat we have to work with. But what a lot of guys do with the, have done with the stand designs over the years is much of the tubing that's out there in 4140 and 4130 chromoly, what they would do is they buy oversized and then they wouldn't be cleaning it up on the outside. In fact, when you're dealing with fitting the parts, better to have too much meat than not enough, so to speak. But you dress the inside, not the working parts, not the moving parts, you dress the tube. Okay, well now Mark, if you're using a bolt from like a Sumi, you cannot use under ATF regulations if you're going to try to be compliant. You have to use a smaller ID tubing. If that's the case, well I understand what you're saying, if that's the case, then needless to say, right off the bat, and we just recommend this anyway, buy fresh and make sure it's best best tool available for that mission because spalding and chipping on those bolts is something you don't want. It's not going to be a matter of finish, okay, I guess pride and performance. Otherwise it wouldn't make any difference. It's a sub gun, a carbine, and it's designed to be a crude, rude piece of equipment to begin with. The fins, would they assume he would be like the Lancaster with the British? Or not Lancaster, yeah, it was Lancaster. Oh, come on. The one priestend that was god-awful expensive and hella cost twice as much to make as a Thompson. And was it the Lancaster? Yeah, the Lancaster was the one before. And there are examples of it. Built like a brick dog house. Grossly over engineered. Typical for British design. Uh, it wouldn't malfunction. It just was heavier and thin to carry. It was like you were, you know, one step below a brain gun. Okay. Well, you know, Mark, there is a spin out there that has the bolt that's shaped similar to the Sumi. Um, it, um, it was a really simple one before the, uh, British went to the different type of bolt system where it actually encompasses over the top of the magazine because they tried to increase some reliability for feeding and also for jamming because it was possible with the way the British had made it that a cartridge could get stuck between the end tip of the bolt and inside the body itself and then jam up. Right, that was one of the issues, again, that's one of the guide issues, why they preferred and stuck with the original design even though they had several options. There were about 12 different, well probably weren't at it, I would say 16 different pilot programs that were part of their national defense initiative right after Dunkirk. And that's where all of these ideas came from because remember, no Sten gun was made truly in a factory. Even later on, as the war progressed, most all of it was grandma with a hammer. and or Bob with a drill press you have a drill press I have a an old mill from 1906 or an old old no forgive me I got an old lathe from 1906 not really that old in 1941 but the idea is that I did one thing in fact what they would do is bring in boxes with all the with a part and it would be partially finished and my job Mark's job was to run that through my tool and they give you the tooling and they give you only one or two pieces of tooling and your job was to do that one cut and they had a box on one side that was full of junk and the other box was empty and your job was to get that done as quick as you could and they came around with a pickup truck grabbed the box that you refilled brought another box that was empty then they took my box over to your place and you had the drill press and you did those two cuts or those two you know bores and then it was your box was full but brought another one over and then they went to grandma and they picked up the like for instance they had a They gave grandmas a hammer and a mandrel and their job was to make the trigger guard. And all they do is beat. They had a pattern to beat it into. They had these straps of metal and basically it was a five point bend. The way they had it set up, the way they'd hammer it in place and move it and hammer it to place and move it. And when they were done, they'd fill the box up on the other side and they'd show up with another box for grandma. That's how most all of those tens were made. There were one or two models that really were built maybe in Some of the parts were built from one end of the factory to the next, but they weren't that big a plant to begin with. And mostly what they did, even if they did finally assemble the whole thing in one place, all those parts came from a hundred other little garages and basements and backyards and dining rooms across the country. So, that's why again, they also looked at the idea, remember you have the clamshell model, you have the tube, you know, tubular receiver. They also experiment with every variant under the policy that whichever they, whichever one failed or whatever they lost first, the other factory or production line would make up for the difference. Yeah, now, you know what, you two, the original spin only had two actual machined parts. Everything else was either cut by hand, filed, or done some with just hand work. And minimal thread stocking, minimal thread slash tooling necessary for any of the screw surfaces, whatever it is it was done. Yeah, everything was basically hand worked except for two items. And the bolt was the key, and then they had the heat treated. But one thing that a lot of people don't realize too is, That was in a situation where Britain had no arms and that they wouldn't have had all of the exotic steels and alloys that we have today So basically the equivalent of a fence post. Yes, exactly. That's what yeah, well, we could make a you could know now for everybody listening if you saw us ten gun kit and This is not an exaggeration. You see that oldstead not old preferably newer You see all those pipes that are over there at the baseball diamond see all those submachine gun receivers waiting to be harvested because that is what would happen and I said right now we're on the Cadillac and we would be using 4140 4130 chromoly steel for the tubes we would be using better quality metal but again let's point something out they made Bren gun forgive me that's the squad gun stem gun bolts out of bronze brass I have They had a sale at Sarco and they had brass bolts years ago for $4 apiece for the Sten gun. Of course, that's back when the kits were $29.95 and, you know, $55 later. But they had piles of, nobody even knew they existed, it's like, well, where the hell did you get those? Oh, we've got lots of stuff. Sarco has stuff in tunnels all over the eastern part of Pennsylvania. and they made them in brass. They got them from, they got bronze ones from India. And India, they made them in brass, they made them in bronze, they made them in steel. Now even the ones who made steel, like you said, guys, they weren't really too excited about worrying about, you know, like high end, you know, really super carbon, you know, great, you know, beat your butt steel. We're talking about, When you machine the firing pin into the face of the bolt, they knew it would wear out. So step one is you get the bolt with the, this is what the armor does. The bolts all start out with a firing pin milled right into the surface of the bolt. The armorers job is to keep an eye on it when the guy says, hey I had a misfire or two. Number one, well he has two options. He can pull a bolt out of his repair inventory. and he replaces the bolt in that Sten gun. He takes the bolt that you said you were having problems with, takes it back to the shop, grinds down the surface, breaks out basically what was the equivalent to some drill rod. uh... pours a whole dead center where the original firing pin was caps in the half-inch worth of still agree of uh... drill rod after he's bored the whole but before he does that he does a little crying paper on the end of it and taps it into place and congratulations he's got a new bowl for the extent gun that has a problem how crude these were yeah i remember the uh... the brass i don't think the brass held up very good. It was just a way to get something out the door. Get a gun going. No, none of these... When they were doing brass, they even put barrels on those guns that had no rifling. Because the idea was, look as much as anything. And if you think about it, a submachine gun is kind of like a shotgun with repetitive fire. So if you're firing a three-round burst, think of it this way, submachine guns, automatic fire in general, guys, is three to five-round bursts. That's what you're supposed to be doing. Now this Hollywood... Throw that garbage out the window. Number one, you can't carry enough ammo and you need three Chinese coolies behind you to do it. Okay? So what it comes down to is three to five-round bursts. Well, when you think about that... For most of the engagement ranges, it'd be like firing a musket round, which is basically what they're mimicking when we do a three-round burst. A standard shot musket round was three rounds, number three pellets. And the idea was you were doing, well, it's a burst fire on a target, where you use shot typically was at night for sentry and picket duty. You used bucket night, you used ball during the day. Now if you're already loaded with buck and you were a picket, you probably didn't dump your load, you just kept it where it was and that'd be the first thing you'd fire in the next day's engagement. If you had an engagement. But otherwise, again, that's all automatic fire does, so no rifle barrel as long as it's tight, relatively tight, not too, but it can be relatively tight. The weeb will wobbling down the barrel past 100 yards. If it's weebling a lot, oh well. Chances are you were fighting in a village in town or pretty close to whoever Otto was that was coming at you. So you're kind of in the ballpark. You know, that sounds pretty sad, but you know why they all got into that situation guys? Because Britain did their gun control act of 1927 all over the Empire and they confiscated and pulled guns out of the population's hands and then when all of a sudden the old pucker factor went up when they fumbled the ball over and over again, all of a sudden they had to beg America for guns. You know us evil wicked Americans, us evil horrible armed Americans. And you know what they did with those guns that we donated to them? They were... They cut the... The cut the arrows off of them, used them for rebar and sidewalks, and barked the wood and cast. Yeah, and also walked them out. Literally they symbolically took a batch right out to the middle of the English Channel and dumped them. When after they begged for those guns... They turned right around and they were those were lend lease guns just like our the British number four infields that we made here in the US guys You know with the savage guns we got those back Those were Lend Lease guns. I know a lot of guys that bought Savage bolt-action number four mark one Enfields from the Department of Defense cost you $7.50. You could go to the base, like in the Midwest here, you go to a base and they have all the, like in 1917 Enfields and they had British number four mark ones, but they were the American Savage models. and those had been gotten back from lend lease. Well guess what? All these guns that were donated, there was paperwork on those and they were lend leased but the policy of the British Empire was that the peasants weren't supposed to have the guns and they sure as hell weren't going to give them back to the Americans. So all those guns that we donated, they destroyed. Yeah, all two million of them. Yeah, so it's like piss on anybody over, no, they ain't going to happen again. Okay, Mark real quick. I know we're coming up to the top of the hour here. You know, one thing that we need to think about is material selection. You know, a lot of the early barrels for the M1 carbine were made out of stress proof. So things like stress proof, fatigue proof, 40, 41, 50. Technically even a good 10-40 can be used for a barrel if you can find it. But there are several options out there that can be used for firearm barrels Things like old leaf springs from vehicles. Yes, they make excellent triggers, spheres That can be ground down or even forged into something. A car axle technically can become gun barrels depending on the type of caliber Like if it's a pistol caliber or a light rifle caliber that can also be used for receivers and bolt even drag link can be used for certain parts one of the best parts for making firing pins is you know the old shock absorbers that had that chrome line the pin uh... or the other yeah uh... exactly come you know that becomes an excellent piece of steel that you can make a uh... a high-powered bolt rifle firing pin prop actually real quick before you get too far from the shocks The body of the shock makes a great grenade launcher cup type grenade launcher too by the way Think about the body of it. You know the over the over cup. Yeah Yeah, it's got a nice big borehole in the bottom of it and it's remember it's made for that That is a hammered piece of metal think about what it has to put up with in its life Oh yeah, because actually the body of the shock is actually a hydraulic cylinder. So it's under extreme stresses all the time. But you know, all of these parts, like a grade 8 bolt, is actually heat treated to a Rockwell 30, I think it's 36 or 38 on the C scale. It's 150,000 on tensile strength with 125,000 pounds shear strength. So a grade 8 bolt. could become a bolt depending on the type of firearm. So there's all kinds of materials out there, and I'm sure I've missed a lot of stuff. You had a caller several months ago that talked about he would take the cops out of barrels, 55 gallon drums, and I'm sure they were the heavyweight barrels, but he used them to make AK-47 frames. or bought receivers. So, I mean, there's a lot of stuff out there. We just got done mentioning the round fence posts for this, those galvanized round fence posts for just fencing. You know, that can be used. So even drawn over mandrel tubing can be used. So there's a lot of stuff that we have available that simply wasn't available years ago and and you know but there's also other things we can do like that you to the got terrible several uh... videos of people making french mail number talking nails like on your finger about a trench knife it was a battle fight i think what we got a go because we got a break coming up right behind us here dot for republic We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the Empire's on the run. I've been on live on YouTube probably for about 15 minutes right now so far. And I'm doing it all on one phone. Alright, this is very interesting. Unfortunately, right now, I don't know how. I'm going to try this now. I'm going to press a button and I'm going to see if I can get back to seeing what the lead two people are seeing. I think I can do this. Reconnecting. Okay, you're live. I think I'm on both networks now, both the Liberty's Year radio and YouTube. I'm doing it from one phone. All right, this is extremely interesting. The newer phones, I was forced to buy a new phone. I was forced to buy a new phone by the end of the year because I was still on 3G. I was using, and I'll show the phone, I was using a Samsung S3. This is like a seven-year-old phone now. I had it for about five years. I think I started making it in 2012. And I've had it for five years, I bought it used, and I still have it. But it has 3G. But now, it's a Verizon network. They're telling me, and everybody in the country is going to have to do this also, and you will already know this if you already have a 3G phone. 3G networks are going away, they're going bye-bye at the end of the year, basically. So you have to upgrade the 4G. So I had to buy a new phone. So I bought this new phone and this is the first phone I've had where I have a button on my phone that basically goes YouTube live with just one single button. And that's what I was trying to do and this is the first time I've used it for this. First time I'm going to use it for video in fact. And this seems to be working, so this Liberty Tree Radio can hear me, and I think YouTube people can hear me. If YouTube people can hear me, somebody make a comment very quickly, just so I can see that you guys can hear me. Also, it shows that I've been on for 19 and a half minutes on YouTube right now. Okay, let me tell you a little bit about this song, because yes, okay, somebody from Australia says, yes, I can't. So we're on YouTube and we're on Liberty Tree Radio. I'm on a single phone. So this is interesting to me. This is funny. Alright. And I have a light here. The Libby trade-off crowd can't hear me. Okay, here's what I got. This phone, and I'm not, I do not work for any phone company. I do not work for any phone manufacturer. Somebody else says, yes, sounds good. I do not, this is not an advertisement for Motorola, but I do have a Motorola. Here's the interesting thing about this phone. I did a lot of research before I bought the phone. I had fairly limited of what I could buy for this particular company I'm with. And I don't even need to mention the company, I suppose. But it's on the Verizon network, the providers, phone providers. But I got a Motorola G7 Power, or the exact same phone with the Walmart brand name, relabeled for Walmart, is the Motorola G7 Optimo Max. Same phone, exact same phone, but so it could be labeled and they call it Moto. Moto G7 Max, Optimo Max or Moto G7 Power. Okay, again, I'm not trying to advertise for the company, but here's why this is so interesting. First of all, like I say, it has a button for YouTube, so I can go on live with just one button. And there may be other phones out there too like that. I didn't research a lot of other ones, but this is at a feature I like. But here's the very interesting part to me. How many of you out there have a cell phone and you use it when lines a smartphone obviously in this case It's not a phone doing all this You have to maybe you can't use your phone a lot a lot times You can't go the whole day with I'm a charge it up, right? Well, mine was like that and I replaced the batteries five times in life in my about four or five times in my Samsung s3 and it still works I put this this armor on it because phones break so easily But the Where was I going with that be? I've had to replace the battery. I'll get to that here in a minute if I can remember this But this particular phone has a very large battery I don't know how number of amp hours, but here's the thing I used to if I if I use my phone if my phone was pretty much just saying I didn't use a lot it would last all day a whole day and then you plug in at night well This phone the phone that I just said mentioned. Okay here's the situation It was, I charged it up fully, I just got it. I charged it up fully on Saturday night, okay? Saturday night, I went to bed, I had a full charge on this phone, all right? Let's put the light back up here. Saturday night, I had a full charge, 100% charge. One day later, before I went to bed on Sunday night, I had an 85% charge and I was using the phone. Monday night, before I went to bed, I had a 62% charge. Haven't plugged it in yet. Tuesday nights. Now this is a good for a third full day 36% charge at the end of Tuesday night before I went to bed. Fast forward to tonight right now Wednesday night at about 7 p.m. it had an 18% charge and still haven't plugged it in since Saturday night. So you can obviously see that the battery of this one is massive compared to most phones today. I literally went four days. Now the the the the the the advertisers said up to three days. Well, I'm saying here based on my own experience at least with a new phone that up to four days because when I checked in because I have the phone plugged in right now because I knew with an 18% charge I'm assuming I would be cut off the air on both the YouTube and uh, Liberty radio. So I did I did plug it. I plugged it in about seven right before I went on here 23 minutes ago. So it is plugged in now, and I don't know the state of charge, but at 18%, it still said I could probably make it all the way to bedtime. That's the power of this battery. So that's why maybe they call it the power. Again, the Moto G7 power, or the Walmart brand is the Moto G7 Optimo Max with a big battery. And then it had this feature of the YouTube and a lot of those things. So anyway, if you're in the market for a new phone and that interests you, there may be other phones that have very large batteries too. Again, I'm not advertising for Motorola, but I found that incredible. that I don't have to charge my phone up twice a day because literally I was having to plug in my phone in the evening if I still wanted to use my phone, if I had used it any length of time during the day. And a lot of you are like that. I know a lot of you are like that. And here's the thing about the batteries. And this is a really, this is an upsetting thing to me. Okay, this phone here, the one that I'm holding up another phone here. The somebody I'm trying to read a comment. I probably shouldn't read the comments. So that the YouTube is flashing at me. The Samsung S3 that I replaced, okay, I've had to replace the battery three or four or five times now. I don't even know how many times. There's a lot of them bulged. like they were going to blow up. And then they'd lose their charge and they can't use them anymore. And I went through all the things, I went through a lot of YouTube videos about how to extend the life of your battery and all that. They say don't 100% charge them necessarily or don't even plug in after they're fully charged. You take them only up to about 85% or so and then back down to about 30 and keep going back and forth and charge them with that range. So I started doing some of the batteries still didn't last. I can take the back off of this Samsung Galaxy S3. and replace the battery. The one I'm holding my hand, the Motorola, I can't. I'm gonna take it into a technician to replace that battery. So that's upsetting to me, because I could go on eBay or something and buy the batteries for this S3, or what is it, Galaxy S3, I could buy them for about five to 10 bucks, literally, and put a new battery in. Even when I bought the factory battery equivalent, the actual factory battery, Samsung battery, it still didn't last. Generally less than a year. My arm's going to get tired holding this up. My phone up. For the video. So, an extremely large battery. So that's the advantage. And most new phones, you can't open the backup anymore. It's been a number of years, so there's hardly any models now left that you can actually replace the battery yourself. It's easy to do. It didn't take any tools. It was just a fingernail and open the back and pull it out. That's it. Nothing plugged in or anything. But now these new phones, I don't know, they don't want you going into there and changing your battery. Because some of us used to like to, and maybe some people maybe used to do this. For those of you that are paranoid about certain tracking abilities of these phones or possibly listening in on conversations or getting into your pictures, hacking, either by literally hackers or even government types, then frankly, taking your battery out was probably the only way to avoid that because they say even if your phone is off, it could be surbitiously listened to. That's what they say. I don't have absolute proof of that. So this battery lasted four days, literally four days without being plugged in. I thought it was incredible. Also with these new phones that I don't like, how many of you have a cell phone, a smart phone, and this happens to your computer, it happens to my computer, my laptop, that's all I really have is a laptop and a smart phone, where your computer locks up. The cursor won't move anymore, none of the buttons where you can't even turn it off sometimes, right? What do you do? Well, you unplug it and you pull the battery out. That's what you do, right? On a laptop. Now a lot of times you still can turn off the computer and then you just restart it and then you can iPhone 11 gives you 12 hours of continuous use. Well, I just went four days, almost four days literally with this Motorola G7 Optimo Max. So, it has nothing on iPhone 11, has nothing to do, nothing on this phone. So we have to sometimes take our battery out and that's happened to my phone too where nothing I do, I can't turn it off, everything's locked. It's just absolutely locked. So what do I do? I take the battery out. That's like the way to get your phone working again, right? You take the battery out. Well, now I can't do that. What is one of these new phones? Why, why, why am I gonna, I know there's a little button you can push with a paper clip on the back I saw with the instruction manual. I have tried it, if somebody says you don't escape, control, delete, I try all that, control, alt, delete, escape, and sometimes that works, but sometimes your computer's just locked up, and so you have to push the power button to hold it for a long time, and sometimes that does it, but if that doesn't do it either, you take the battery out. As far as the phone goes, I've had to take the battery out, maybe only about once a year with that sort of phone. Yes? We had a short hiccup there with the conference line on my end for a little bit. It had nothing to do with you or the stream. You're still being archived. I just wanted you to be aware that the other two streams were affected by it. Okay? It was about 30 seconds to a minute long pause. Does it have something to do with it on my end, you think? No? No, it had nothing to do with your end. This was entirely on my end. I watched it happen. Okay, okay, thank you, Red. And that's interesting. I can hear the callers on Liberty Radio. I can see the comments on people on YouTube. Somebody else, I like how Windows says it's never releasing any new versions again because they say it's perfected. Yeah, right. And the comments gone. I just had enough time to barely read that comment and that's fine. So yeah, these new phones. You can't take the batteries out. And that's going to be a problem, I think. I would only have to take the battery out about once a year on my Samsung Galaxy S3. It only happens about once a year. Take the battery out and put it back in. Leave it out for a little while, put it back in, restart both, and it usually works just fine. Now these new phones they do have and I don't know exactly where on this one But I did see on a YouTube video that there's a little pin hole basically somewhere on your camera in the back you could run side that could be other brands where you can put like a little paperclip or a tip of a pen and Push and hold and it does some sort of reset now. There's different types of recess for phone master recess I don't know the names you'll have to do some research on this One of them will like wipe it out to factory recess where you lose all your apps and everything and your pictures and your texts and everything else Others don't do that. You'll have to do some research if your phone goes out like that. Look, enter your model number in YouTube, look for online and look for a video or some information about how to do a reset on your phone if that happens to you because you can't take a barrier anymore. You can't do it yourself. So, and they may or may not be a good thing. If it's a master reset where it wipes out everything, then that's obviously, that's a problem getting a new phone you've got to start over. Just powering down the iPhone will reset it. Supposedly, other phones supposedly do that too, but they sometimes don't. Sometimes you can't power it off, is what I'm saying. Sometimes I can't power it down my computer, and sometimes I can't power it down my phone. At least in the past, that's the way it's been. Don't know about this new phone. Again, battery lasted four days on it. Okay. And I'll talk about phones. Let's talk about another topic here, which I got a phone call today. And I don't even have a, I'm going to have to go roughly, I don't know how, I don't want to push buttons and look for a clock here, but I do have the time that I started on YouTube so I can make a guess of when my show ends. All right, because I don't really have it here. Now, I got a phone call today and I got an email a couple days ago from somebody, I won't mention any names. Somebody needing help with a driver's license issue. For those of you who don't know, people on Liberty Radio definitely know this. Some people on YouTube probably don't know this. I don't have a driver's license. And I don't, I'm not required to have a driver's license because I don't drive. Driving is a commercial activity. Somebody engaged in interstate commerce upon the public roadways for profit or higher. And so I don't have one. In fact, since I don't have a social security number, I can't get a driver's license. So what's one to do? Well, anyway, I've been traveling without a license. Since when do I need permission from government to go from here to there? I need permission to do that in my car or is it a vehicle? We're going to go through some of these terms. There's specific words meaning and law of word vehicle, driver, driving, travel, license. There's somebody saying don't tell everybody. Nobody watches my channel anymore. YouTube de-rank me so much and they're gonna be dragged. For the Liberty Radio viewers out there, listeners rather, they're de-ranking my YouTube channel again because of a question I answered about children. Yes, YouTube, I'll do this real briefly on for Liberty Radio listeners since you're just joining us. YouTube now has a policy where they're requiring YouTube, tell YouTube whether this video is intended for children and whether it should be age restricted to 18 and over. Now, my videos and my radio show, frankly, are suitable for children, but because of what I do on my channel and my ability to get flagged by people who hate me because I debunk their latest fantasies, their nonsense, my channel will get killed. unless I did this. So my channel will probably be labeled now as for adults only, even though I don't swear on my channel, even though the callers don't swear, we're a respectable network, both Liberty Tree Radio and my channel, YouTube channel. I had no problem with children watching my channel. But because YouTube got caught with their pants down and got $170 million fine from the government, I think it was, I don't know if it was the FTC or what it was, but in some government agency, Because they were data mining children. YouTube got caught data mining children, which is against the law, it has been that way for a decade. But they got caught doing it and they got fined. Pocket change for YouTube. But you know what? I am a YouTube creator. I don't have the ability to data mine children. Neither does any other creator. And so... There's no reason for us to have to abide by this COPA. I can't remember what the stands for. I think it was COPA. Children's Online Protection. I don't know what it is. I don't remember what it stands for. They got caught violating the law. They got caught with their pants down. And now, twice as many ads now. Yeah, they don't like it because I don't have any ads. And so now they're getting everybody answer this question, even though we don't have a damn thing to do with it. It doesn't apply to me at all. Unless I have the ability to steal somebody's data from children who without their parents' permission, because that's what they got caught doing, they can data mine children if they get their parents' permission. But they were doing it to everybody. I don't have that ability that does not apply to me. There's without jurisdiction. But yet YouTube's gonna punish everybody. So now, you see, if I have my YouTube channel labeled as suitable for children, then if I start talking about balloons or ponies or clowns or something, for whatever reason, or somebody in the comments section comes and puts some kind of information up about some cartoon or whatever, I could be hit. Because they could flag the video or my whole channel. Because... This channel is catering to children. So now, we purposely have to have the able to show they're 18 or older to be on my channel. That's the way it's going to have to be and that's further demaking my channel now. So YouTube channel is going to go down the tubes even more than it has already. I'm already down about 90% where it was up until this day and now it's going to get worse. Anyway, the delivery license. Back to the off track. Somebody called me, somebody emailed me, wanted help with driver's license. Now I don't normally help people because frankly, and it was somebody on this network who said, why don't you call him? I talked to the person, I don't give legal advice, I can't give legal advice, I'm not a lawyer, I'm not an attorney. I do fight my own cases and I always can't, always have to. So I fight my own cases. But this person called me up and wanted to talk. Okay, so I talked. Basically, they were, and I don't even need to mention the state. I guess saying the states won't hurt anything. Okay, so I'll say the states. They got stopped in Pennsylvania for not, the cop followed for a while and had Apparently looked up the vehicle and saw it wasn't registered in Pennsylvania, but yet they had Pennsylvania plates So they got stopped. Well, this person did not have a driver's license So they went through the paperwork and show yes, it is registered in Pennsylvania. Here's the paperwork cop went back with car Check the paperwork. Okay paperwork checks off. Let me see your driver's license. She didn't have one Apparently had expired six years earlier. So went back to the car again come back out and ask for information for the insurance. Give it to them anyway. Issue to take it and have some beer in court. And this person must fight it. Okay, I fight all of mine. I have to. It's what I do. It's almost like a living for me now. In fact, I have a federal lawsuit, which we'll talk about here in a bit too if I have time. So now this person no longer lived in Pennsylvania. This person now lives in Ohio. Still never got the driver's license reissued forgot she had expired and In Pennsylvania, it was expired in Pennsylvania now technically Having the driver's license expired like that without having them revoking with you know, the well things are blowing around here Think of the license was valid when expired. In other words, we didn't have a suspension or revoke it wasn't revoked And it expired, then essentially now you are out of that contract. The driver's license is a contract. That's what it is. It's a contract between you and government, giving you permission to use your own house for whatever reason. That's what it's about to. So they didn't have a driver's license, okay, and it expired six years ago. So they're out of the contract. You're no longer on the contract, however. they are still going to require this person to get a driver's license because here's the complex weave we weave that they weave and we follow without knowing it out of our ignorance. Let me put it here, see if this is going to help any. I'm going to hold it steady here. Okay, when you buy a car, you pay somebody, if it's a new car, there's something called a certificate of origin. And what happens is when you buy that car from the dealer, that dealer sends that certificate of origin to the state. And you are issued from the state a certificate of title. Not title, it's not the true title, it's certificate of title. Different beasts. Now, going in as a used car, if you buy a used car, you buy from an individual, you pay them the money, and they hand you the certificate of title. Look at the top, every state, the same, I think every state has the same wording, jump top, it says certificate of title. It doesn't say title. So you go and you dutifully register it with your state. And they charge you the sales tax for what you pay for. So they're getting taxed twice on it. They already got full tax on the full value of the car. Now they're taxing again. Okay, well that's just the way our system works. You're a good customer, aren't you? Yeah, you're a good customer. So you pay your tax and you pay your fee for the license. For the plates, I should say. The registration, which is the plates. And they said you have played in the mail or you know, sicker for temporary, whatever. Whatever your state does. When you do that, when you go to the state, what you are saying to the state is, I am incompetent, here please take control of my free travel device, place travel device, and we'll make it into what we call a vehicle for commercial purposes for profit or higher upon the roadways which require me to have a driver's license. You have now basically given your vehicle to the state. You have given ownership to them. That's what you did. Unless you have that original certificate of origin, manufacturer certificate of origin, in your hand, you gave your car to the state. And now, because it's a state-owned vehicle, it is a vehicle at this point, they own it. They make the rules. They can require you to have a driver's license. They require you to have insurance. They can require you to stay off... the yellow line or whatever and follow all the rules because You are in a state-owned car. That's what you did Whether you like that or not now for those of you are listening in Australia and whatever country you're listening if you're listening other countries I'm strictly talking about the United States or the several 50 states. That's what we're talking about here So this always won't apply to you, but I bet it's about the same in your country whatever country you're from probably about the same So you gave up ownership you gave a title to them and they send you a piece of paper saying certificate of title Now they didn't specifically say all the things that I just told you you'll know this stuff. You're ignorant of it Most of you you didn't know these things, but now you've given your car to the state So they make the rules with their car and if they if you don't follow the rules you stop on their own. We'll take it from you, right? absolutely so you have You have some control in the ownership. You can tell it and the next guy who's ignorant also registered with safe and frankly even if they didn't. Here's what my lawsuit is about. That I have filed in Ohio. I don't live in Ohio. I don't live in any state really. I don't have an address and that's the crux of the problem for the state. Not a problem for me necessarily. I bought a van. It's not just a here van I'm sitting in. But anyway, I bought a van similar to this. I've done YouTube videos in this van both and somebody else from Ohio. I've done videos in two different vans. Most of the time if you watch my videos you can see a different background, different kind of background. And there's two different cargo vans. Anyway, this is a different van. The van that I have in question, I got stopped. What did you stop me for? Supposedly I was weaving, supposedly, I think that's what it was. This was in Cincinnati, Ohio. And the cops pulled me over and I didn't have plates because I can't get plates. And I didn't have a driver's license, no insurance. Okay, I actually went to jail overnight. And then after going through their court system, which you'll lose in court. I mean, frankly, the way I had to tell this person is, I would just plead it however you can. and hope for mercy because you really can't win driver's license cases very easily. Now I have won about half of mine. I've been doing this for a long, long time, 20 years, and I can't win all my cases because courts do not even follow their own rules half the time. And that's where you can get them on appeal, by the way. I'll get into that a little bit later here if I have time. Basically, every court, every jurisdiction, and every cop has the ability Two, oh, I'll waive the rules a little bit. The cop could have just let me go. Could have. But no, he now gets a federal lawsuit. Because what happened is they stole my van. Conversion. I didn't say impounded it because they didn't own the van. They stole it. Here's the rest of that story. Took the van, stole my van, refused to give it back. Refused to give it back. Aha. Why are you freezing in the back because they say I need these four pieces of paperwork I needed four things in order to get my van back. I needed proof of ownership Needed proof of insurance proof of registration and then driver's license. I need those four things or I get my van back I can't get any of those so you got you stole my van and you're fusing give it back now That's what that would constitute a taking and so now are you gonna pay me for my van because you literally? Took my van you stole it. Are you pay me? You're not gonna pay me lawsuit And that's what happened. I filed a federal lawsuit against the cop that kidnapped me. And it lumped in there, the cop, because of all of the actions he did, he's now liable for everything else that the county did. In this case, it's Hamilton County, Ohio. I'm just traveling through Cincinnati. It was one mile from the border of Kentucky. I probably could have just kept going and got up and got across the border, across the bridge there in Cincinnati, over the Ohio River. But anyway. The cop gets sued and the BMW, the Ohio BMW got sued as well. Okay, somebody wanted a driver's license, driving without a license case in Ohio, but it was by special trial. I had a case in Ohio, I had two cases in Ohio. Ohio's hot about stopping people. I've been stopped like three or four times in Indiana, never got a ticket or anything. Got stopped in Maryland a couple times, not a ticket or anything. I just got Arizona, I got stopped. I've been stopped another, and half time, Nothing happened. They'd have let me go or whatever if they stopped in Illinois. They stopped in a lot of states because I travel over the country. But Ohio, yeah, at one time in Ohio, and I have a YouTube video about this, one time in Ohio, they stopped me and didn't have all this stuff. And the guy didn't want to take me in, so he just wrote me a ticket with a date to appear in court. The date he wrote down the ticket was Memorial Day. So I dutifully showed up on Memorial Day. The court was closed. Okay, hard close. All right, I went around the corner to a Burger King, got a dollar burger and a receipt. I mailed that to, I mailed a copy of the receipt to the court for next week and said, I was at your court, you were not there, I showed up, you didn't, you're in default, I win my case. And because I proved I was there at that day and time, and indeed they dismissed the case. So I don't know if that was intentional, but the cops just realized, well, let's just issue this ticket for fun. And the cop wasn't there, the court wasn't there. It was closed, of course. So you can have fun with this. At times like that, and there's other cases, I have another case in Ohio that I also will be filing a federal lawsuit. I'm waiting for this one to progress a little bit, then I'm filing another case in Ohio. Ohio's gonna love me. I'll be stopping Ohio in the future. And this is part of the thing, this is part of the reason this is being done this way. They don't follow their own rules. They won't recognize your right to travel. They will do anything they can to keep a customer. Yeah, that's right. You are a customer. You are paying them money each time. And if they take you to jail, they might make even more money, right? So don't give them the business. I now am going to cost them more money than they think they will fleece before. Every time they stop me now, federal lawsuit, It will end up eventually putting on their computer where they put on my information their computer Flashes red flags or whatever and says get rid of this one Because that one's not a good customer anymore. He's costing us more than we get from him So that's part of the reason this is being done because they don't follow their own rules I can cite court rule number 601 and entrap the officer easily But they could they might ignore it sometimes they ignore it sometimes they don't some of these various tricks that we use in court to beat them and Some and most the time you were used one thing once and it doesn't work again or something it works for somebody in this area it might somebody else tries it doesn't work that's where courts are very inconsistent and Anything can happen even when you think you walked in there won your case somehow it lose or other times Anyway, there's a lot this the courts are and they aren't consistent. So you can't, there's no magic bullet. For any of you who think there's a magic bullet, there isn't one. There's no silver bullet. Stop that nonsense. There is no magic bullet. You can't just easily win in court every single time. I probably can most of the time now. But I'm reading some comments. Somebody got arrested for stealing Hershey miniatures. Okay. For those of you on YouTube or you can go look, that video will be up for a little while, but you'll have to do it within about a day or two because then I'm making the video hidden. You can look at the comments, which will show there what was said during this program. The cards aren't consistent and nobody can go and win every single time in court. And get this understand this too and this is why I don't like to help people because there's so many people out there These gurus who say oh yeah, I can be in any traffic ticket Send me $500 in your case, and we'll get you in or whatever No, and then you go to court you have to go to your court yourself the guy that you paid $500 you were thousands of dollars or whatever isn't going to court with you You're going alone. You're gonna go and you're gonna do everything he says and you know he'll just say all you messed it up You didn't do it how I said you did it wrong He won't go to court with you. You're on your own. Remember that. Anybody trying to sell you something are the ones you kind of have to watch out for. They may have some good information. I'm not saying all of them are totally scams like that. But you're likely to be running into a scam. Somebody who wants money to get you to beat a ticket. There is no magic bullet. Sorry. That's the reality of our life today. Okay. Without the Social Security number, I'm not allowed to have a driver's license. Now, without the driver's license, another way you can fight in court. Without the driver's license, today's world, post-9-1-1, you can't get on a train or a plane without a driver's license either, or some form of ID, like a password. Since the Department of State denied my passport, I can't have a password either. So, I have nothing that government will recognize as being a legitimate form of ID. Good luck with a real ID with me. So, I am not allowed to have ID. That's the position I'm in right now. So I can't get on a train or a plane. Bus, I think bus was the same way I don't remember. In other words, this system set up around us now is not allowing me to go anywhere except for walking, bicycle, although some places make it a bicycle now, walking, bicycle, or hiring an Uber, taxi, whatever. What kind of world is that now that's an easy way to fight in the forefront of a jury ladies and gentlemen the jury I'm not allowed to have a driver's license which makes it so I can't get an airplane a bus a train But you let ladies gentlemen the jury what is one to do how are we supposed to travel when we need permission from the government to do these things I shouldn't need permission from the government to go buy a plane ticket I shouldn't need permission from a government to go 10 miles down the road in my place travel device that I purchased with my own money Granted they were Federal Reserve notes. If you buy it in gold and silver and make it at least what, $25? You can technically own it. But again, I'll just ignore you. Any argument you bring to court that doesn't go along with you getting fined, they'll go against most of the time. That's the reality of it. That's why I'm trying to get this across you. Do not do this if you think there's a magic bullet, because there isn't. Do not do this if you're scared of going into court, because you will have to go to court. This is not something that is going to be... They don't like an escaped slave. That's what they got here. They have an escaped slave. They don't want this case. The slaves do all escape They need to keep you as a slave and keep you as a customer. That's a wreck. Okay, so now this person basically I told Well, just try to plead it because first of all talk to the was registered in Pennsylvania. So stayed on by Pennsylvania Then let me see. I'm trying to remember the chain of events Did it then register in Ohio already? I think they did. I think it's now registered in Ohio. So, but the plates were current and I think the insurance was current. I believe that was the story with this particular person. But the car was owned by Pennsylvania and then Ohio. So you can't claim the right to travel in a state-owned vehicle. You don't have that right in a state-owned vehicle. Now that I told this person, well, you know what, you have insurance on it too, but you know if you don't have a driver's license, the driver's license, you will not be covered for insurance, even though you pay for it, because you look in your terms, your conditions, your insurance policy, you will see it says they don't cover unlicensed drivers. That's it. You're done. This whole system is designed around you obeying. Obeyed. And I can't obey without the Social Security number. Social Security number is voluntary. Again, we're talking the United States. Social Security number is voluntary. Never had to have it. Don't have to have a social security number deliver work in this country. Even though they make you believe it, you have to. And even though all the employers will basically, quote, require, end quote, you to have a social security number to be hired. That's a lie. They don't have to, but that would be their policy because they don't want to get audited by the IRS. They can't go against the IRS. Nobody can go against the IRS, right? It's too difficult. They've got you by the short hairs. The IRS, if everything else fails, they'll take you, steal your car, get a state-owned vehicle, steal your house, and steal all your property. and if you don't want to be a good slave and make you pay for the rest of your life. That's the way our system is today, folks. That's just the reality of the situation. So, let me think of the rest of the story here with this particular person. Again, I don't give legal advice. You're on your own. I'd rather have it that way. You're going to have to learn. I can tell you some stories. I am truthful with my stories, but you may not believe it. So, you ought to do your own research. And if I help people, yeah, I could make money. But then, not everybody's gonna win their case. I may get some to win their case, but not everybody's going to. And then I'm gonna feel bad about that. Because I know even if I do everything 100% perfect and the person that I told to do something did it 100% perfect, they won't always win their case. So I'll just be taking people's money sometimes. I'd feel really bad about that. And that's why I don't do it. Because I can never guarantee the outcome of the case. Nobody can. Except the judge on the bench there or the jury that you're up against. Yeah, sometimes jury if there's criminal penalties involved See that was licensing is kind of a gray area is a civil is a criminal. Well if there's criminal penalties such as jail time potential jail time then it is a criminal and then you can demand a jury and There's lots of ways to work a jury to get them to understand your situation I even have one time argued the jury nullification in front of a jury. The judge didn't stop me. That was interesting. I thought for sure I was going to get stopped. No, let me go through my whole spiel about jury nullification. Because they're forcing me to get a driver's license to travel somewhere, yet I can't get one. That can work for a jury. Because there's a human factor there. And what the jury decides doesn't matter what the judge thinks. The jury decides it. The jury decides it's not guilty. You're not guilty. Again, in the United States, it may not work the same in your country, if you're listening or watching another country. Okay, let's see, I probably have about 20 minutes left. I can't see a time here and I don't want to push any buttons. I don't want to mess this up. Okay, so basically what I recommended this person do, I don't give legal advice. I recommended, well, just tell a judge, hey, I'm sorry, I... I didn't know my license was expired and hoped for the best. And here now I have it now in Ohio's jurisdiction and I have a driver's license now in Ohio or whatever. This person understood the right travel, wasn't sure they were going to go get a driver's license in Ohio. Because it was expired without encumbrances, it's possible that raises your possibility of making it work for you in the form of traveling. But now if you're in a state-owned vehicle, that's the problem. Their vehicle is state-owned. You can't drive a state-owned, can't operate a state-owned vehicle without driver's license. And you can't travel in it either. They'll recognize travel in their vehicle. Now interestingly enough, and somebody can tell them, and somebody would love to have an email. I haven't, it's been a year since I researched this. I would very much like somebody to look up for me and maybe get back to me or in the threads here. New Hampshire, New Hampshire, which in a lot of ways is the most free state that they claim that we have in among the 50 several states. New Hampshire about a year ago was talking about not needing a driver's license, passing legislation or removing legislation that require you to have a driver's license to travel. That was very interesting. And there were talks in their houses on that. I'd love to hear somebody who knows how that, I just haven't looked at it in about a year. But that'd be some research you could do. Look up New Hampshire's, New Hampshire right to travel and see what comes up. See if there's, if that went any farther. I kind of did, but... If that happens, I'm moving ahead. I'm going to try to get an interest in New Hampshire. And the interesting, okay, here, there's about to continue on my federal lawsuit. I'm sorry, I'm jumping all over the place and I don't have a lot of time left. My federal lawsuit. So I can be on the state. This is federal now. The state has nothing to do. They can't, it's out of their jurisdiction now. Now it's up into the federal government. I sued them for basically stealing my man and refusing to give it back. And not allowing me to own it, you see, because The farm you fill out to get that certificate title. If I were to go to march, and I did, I marched into the day after they kidnapped me, and I marched into a state BMB, your motor vehicles, the Department of Motor Vehicles, some safe state. The farm you fill out to get your vehicle, your car, and you fill out an address. I don't have an address. Hey, I'm Mrs. B.M.V. Clark. I don't have an address. What do I put in here? Well, you have to have an address. We can't give you a certificate title without your address. Oh, really? Okay, that's interesting. Well, just put in any address, because I'm sure a lot of people do. People who are homeless, they don't have an address, an official address. Oh, you put your mom's address in there or your brother's or somebody you know. Yeah, you just put an address in there and then you get your plates and everything, right? Everything's cool. Just lie. Well, the forum farther down says you're signing under penalty of perjury. The information is true and correct. Hello, so I am supposed to lie on the form and then sign penalty of perjury for the form? You're trying to chat me here or what? Because I could easily put in anybody else's address. I know people like you to have plates mailed to or a title mailed to. So they write a file mailed to. But I'm declaring the information is true and correct. This is my address. You have to know where to come and kidnap you someday, you know, and you gotta have that address. But they don't, I don't have an address. Yeah, I'm not a resident of Ohio. I'm a resident of any state officially. I was born in the Republic of Indiana, but I haven't lived there for more than 20 years, except when I do shows there, I lived there for three, four days at a time. I live everywhere three or four days at a time. No address. Well, you can't get us, you can't get us today by the title. Okay, thank you. Locked out. Awesome. For obvious reasons, they're making it impossible for me to... Now, there's no way for me to get my band back, right? Because I can't get any one of those four pieces of documents, and they're not paying me for it. Because you've just now, where they call it, imminent domain kind of thing, where they just took it for public use. Your car is ours. Excuse me, no it isn't. Lawsuit. So, that's what happened. So I filed a lawsuit against the particular complicated enemy and the state DMV, Ohio. This is Ohio. It could have happened in any state, and any state would have got sued the same way. I'm sure the progression of events pretty much would have worked the same no matter where this happened. So they sold my van and refused to give it back. So, the federal lawsuit, it's been about two years now. Federal lawsuits take a long time, and I knew this, I knew it was going to take a long time. The COP, and I have to come up with a document here, I've got to pick some time off to do documents now again. I have to file a notice of, against the cop, what do you call it, failure to appear. He failed to appear. He failed to make an appearance, I should say. The cop was listed in the lawsuit. He was served and he failed to answer with him prescribed time. He is in default. I won against the cop. I already won against cop. I've got to file this document and paperwork and then the judge will eventually okay it. What I will win out of that, who knows, but he was the one who sold my van. So he might be liable for the full price of the van and my time spent in jail and everything else that happened that caused me to lose work or whatever. He might be responsible for that because he's the one who initiated this whole thing. So he's lost his case already. Whether or not I'll ever be able to collect, that's a whole other thing, but this is the cop we're talking about here. I could put liens on his house if he fails to pay me. I could put liens on his property if it goes that far. But he failed to appear. He failed to make an appearance. No, he didn't have to show up in court. What he had to do was answer the federal complaint. He did not. He's done. Ohio BMD is still in this of course. They have answered the quiz. I have a lot of communication with them. There's been no hearing yet. It's been about two years and it hasn't been a single hearing. That will be coming up soon. Getting a lot more letters. This is kind of new to me. I've only done one federal lawsuit in the past so it's difficult for me. I asked for help on YouTube when I was doing this. No help, no forthcoming. And so I had to figure out how to do it myself. I'm going to have to keep figuring out how to do it myself because I really is. You are on this alone. Nobody cares about your situation essentially. I'd love to have a magic bullet and then I could go all over YouTube and whatever and then but even then I become that notorious Then they're gonna have to do something about me. If I start having, if I become one of these gurus who, okay, you send me $2,000 and I'll make sure you win your case. Well, I can't make sure you win your case and I'm not gonna do that because then I do become extremely notorious and then they're gonna have to do something else about me. They won't be able to just let me go my own way. Then they have a slave that's not only, not becoming a slave anymore, but now he's becoming a problem to the other slaves. It's Senate bill 64 and I'll put a link in the description and I'm gonna read it to you. This is just two two and a half paragraphs a person is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity punishable by classified felony if he teaches or demonstrates to any person the use, application, or making of any firearm explosive or incendiary device or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in or furtherance of civil disorder. Teach somebody how to use a gun. Teach somebody how to make a gun. or teach somebody how to defend themselves with a technique that could possibly hurt somebody or kill somebody. Should there be some type of civil disobedience, you're guilty. That's about as bad as it gets. I've never seen this kind of bill anywhere. But there's a second part. Assemblies with one or more persons for the purpose of training with or practicing with or being instructed in the use of any firearm. explosive, incendiary device, etc., etc. And assemblies with one or more persons, with the intent of intimidating any person or group or persons by drilling, parading or marching with any firearm, any explosive, or any incendiary device, or components, or combination thereof, are guilty under this new devised felony here. So this is waiting for the new Democrat session to be sworn in. Solid Democrats, this will be passed in my estimation. But all they have to do is say that you're trying to do something with civil unrest. And as long as you are holding a gun, teaching somebody to use a gun at the firing range with a group of one or more people, then you're guilty under this bill. But it's okay to be Antifa, right? It's okay to do that stuff. But if you're a patriot, and you're training, or you're exercising your Second Amendment with the intent of keeping yourself or somebody else safe from harm, Then you're gonna be a felon in Virginia SB 64 Senate bill 64 it is ready to be heard on January 8th 2020 please pass it along, Virginia You know what you need to do? Establish a 5-10 program in your area of operation. A 5-10 program is where you have the ability to outfit or equip. First, a five-man fire team, then a 10-man squad. You build up better. You do a 40-100. The ability to outfit 40 men in a platoon or 100 men plus, which is a company. Either way, the objective is to build strong and to build tactically, not strategically. Go ahead, Dan. We don't know how many people may have been killed. We don't know how many people put up a fight and disappeared. They couldn't talk about it. There was no discussion on it. They better check, see if that Oscar Meyer wiener and those oysters are still there because this is, if they let this happen, they can't. They're going to have to put the foot down. At some point, there's going to be a Lexington and Concord type scenario. They're going to pick what they think. Probably it'll be, well, what it'll do is with demographics. Find a county that has a commie pocket in it. Example, if you look at the maps, there's one or two cities. The counties around some of the bigger cities are not the biggest. are already declaring themselves gun safe areas slash sanctuaries, but there's this big red spot in the middle. That'll be the jump off point for the attack on the rest of the county. And I guarantee it probably is the county seat on top of everything else. If not, maybe the county seat is a dot on the map by comparison. But usually in most of those areas, one way or another, the larger community is a parasitic offshoot, if not the center of the capital, you know, the county seat. Forgive me, well, that's a capital because it's a county capital. But that's where the contest is where they'll bring the troops in. And the reason is, like I told you before guys, and this is how Waco's come about or Waco type situations, this could be Virginia, Lexington and Concord and it should be. I'm not saying could be, it should be. If they come out, they need to be exterminated. They need to fight and if they don't fight, nobody's going to take it seriously. And when they do fight, it's on. It's all there is to it. Nothing's going to contain this in a state. Let me point something out. Have you ever watched any of the dissertations or interpretations of the period between April 19th or just before April 19th and the Fourth of July window for the Declaration of Independence? You might recall, for instance, if you watch like John Adams, the series, and John Adams wasn't as nice as they, you know, they tried to paint him over, but there's some things about him with the Federalists you need to remember, too. It's plus and minus with all these guys. But remember that the discussion was, well, Massachusetts may be at war, but not the rest of the colonies. Remember what they said in the Patriot? Remember when they're debating going in North Carolina there? And he goes, well, Massachusetts may be at war, but North Carolina is not. Now think about that. That isn't going to be possible. And there's a reason. There are too many other factions. Oregon, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Minnesota, that area. Washington State, needless to say, California for sure, Southern Florida, Atlanta. What areas would brew up with a rabid anti-gun expansion? The Jewish mob in Miami, the Jewish mob in Atlanta, Georgia, the Jewish mob in New York State, the Jewish mob in Pennsylvania, the Jewish mob in California, the Jewish mob in Oregon, the Jewish mob in Washington State. the Jewish mob in Minnesota. And if I'm wrong, guess what? I'm not. So what will happen is, one way or another, they'll froth at the mouth and the only thing that, well, I guess here's the thing, the Knob Creek type resolution still stands, but a Knob Creek type resolution is what really is needed right now. Virginia would have to make the decision on that, but the sheriffs are the ones who are actually on the line right now, and I can't see them doing it because they're too busy trying to play political correctness. Stop or I'll shout stop again. Okay, so they don't stop. Now what do you do? Well, the last minute will do something. It's like, no, you won't. You'll fail. I mean, maybe that's good. I hope that they come in as good footage. And that means everybody will go down the street, find somebody drinking coffee that's in a uniform, probably put a bullet in them, and everybody will go, why did this happen? Well, they saw what happened in Virginia, and they're going to let that happen a second time, so they're going to catch up on them maybe where they can. That's what will take place. In fact, be ready for it. The other side will do it, too. But here's the mistake they made. Who says everybody's going to hesitate on that? See, there's a lot of people that, more people don't vote that are pro-patriot. than the people that vote in the fake elections. Does everybody understand that? I want you to think of how many friends you've got or at least let's say today by comparison they might be peripheral but they're still friends but you don't see them as much. Why? They're not as interactive with the rest of the world. They've decided that they're actually working in what is a subculture now that is a free culture separate from the drivel that's going on. You better have, like I said, combat kits need to be squared away, food needs to be put away, but it needs to be dispersed. Don't have it all in one pile. Sheriff's departments can buy 40 millimeter grenade launchers. They can buy anything on the Sheriff's note, on the Sheriff's name. They can go to any render revolution company and buy pretty much anything. Most people don't realize that our sheriff right here in Washtenaw County, Daugerauf, years ago, Guys, he went out, went over to one of the random revolution companies. There's no paperwork on these. Remember all the government releases and how they were sculpted and tailored, the way they always are when the cops lie. And so everybody goes, well, there's a lot of confusion about what happened with this guy here or that guy there like the one in New York. And it's like, really? Well, I wouldn't even open my mouth and say any, any apologize for anything because you can't be, you have, in no way, shape or form can you trust what's being said. Not by the skanks in the system. How quickly can they do them? And do they want to do one, which piecemeal doesn't sound too bright? More likely they will get a battery of them completed and in one thud then they will move and when they do then they're gonna have to coordinate with the fusion centers Trump's ATF Trump's FBI Trump's MJTF operations the taps money has to be there which the taps money or at least the initial the pilot program money is there now whoever gets there first and this is another thing about Virginia Because Virginia is hitting the window perfectly, they probably are going to be the pilot money state. There is always a pilot program. And in this case for TAPS, I guarantee that when we dig it out, you're going to find out that Virginia is the pilot program for the TAPS project. Trump will be screwing everybody from behind the scenes utilizing Fed money at the state and county level. That's how they're doing it. That's what the whole idea behind TAPS was, that the feds could claim, oh, we're not doing this directly. We're not doing this directly. Well, of course not. Well, would Trump wouldn't do that. He's a good guy. Yeah, well, he's the one signing the checks. So he's going to cut the money off, right? No, he's not. He's just saying that he won't really do it. Right, like the bump stock owners. They used the GBI, moved them right into towns all over certain locations in the Carolinas. And they federalized them under the MJTF, which they claimed didn't exist. And they brought them into another state because that way using Georgians on the, they wouldn't have any problem shooting people in North Carolina. That's why they brought those Masonic turds in. And that's what they'll do with this situation here.
