A 57-year-old Washington state man is screaming foul after state and federal authorities barged into his home, detained him, and seized two legally owned rifles and a .25 caliber pistol under the auspices of controversial red flag laws, which allow police to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens who have, in many cases, committed no crimes. The confiscations are often based on flimsy evidence and spurious allegations. James Randall, an Everett, Washington resident with no criminal history, said he was awoken on Sunday, a week ago Sunday at 3 a.m., once an Ahomish County Sheriff's deputies and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms smashed down his front door with a battering ram. They held him at gunpoint while foraging his home for weapons. Law enforcement served him with the United States District Court search warrant in which a Snohomish County judge, the dishonorable Michael P. Orenstein, authorized the search of his premises and the confiscation of any firearms found therein. The contents of the warrant stated that James was psychologically incompetent of owning a weapon and that him doing so presented a clear and present danger to both himself and his community. Mr. Randall's woes first began in early July. He had participated in an open carry march, which is legal in Washington and does not require special permits, and was detained briefly by a state trooper that demanded he identify himself and surrender his weapon for inspection. Mr. Randall said he tried to de-escalate the situation by fully complying with the trooper's request. The officer interrogated Randall and returned his weapon. But that was not to find his final encounter with law enforcement. According Mr. Randall, a month later to the day I was sound asleep in the middle of the night when I heard a loud crash. My front door, heavy oak, came flying off its hinges and splintered everywhere. Three deputies in tactical gear and an ATS guy stormed into my bedroom, shouting at me about my guns. They dropped the warrant on me, grabbed my guns and left, Mr. Randall said. He received in the mail a certified letter explaining why the police took his weapons. Between January and March of 2008, his physician had prescribed him Prozac, a common antidepressant, following the death of his wife of 20 years. Apparently law enforcement had obtained his medical records and a list of every medication he had ingested in the last 20 years, and used that information as ammunition to secure a red flag warrant against him. The controversy laws have gained political traction as well as presidential support in the wake of recent mass shootings in Dayton and El Paso. Opponents claim red flag laws currently enforced in 17 states have been written with the implicit intent of eroding the Second Amendment to bring the United States to parity with other Western nations and habits that have enacted sweeping gun grab programs. At a White House press briefing following the El Paso massacre, President Trump urged lawmakers in the remaining non-red flag states to immediately draft stricter gun legislation or let the federal government do it for them. Mr. Randall said he believes authorities are using a patient's medical histories as an excuse to confiscate firearms and are specifically targeting outspoken proponents of Second Amendment rights. quoting him one last time. I'm not a criminal. I don't have, have never had any psychological impairments. I've been a responsible firearms owner since I was old enough to pull a trigger. I hear one in six Americans have taken antidepressants for whatever reason. And that is an alarm, that is one in 61 million people. And I bet a lot of those have guns. What happened to me can happen to every one of them, Mr. Randall warned. He said he intends to sue this Mahomes County Sheriff's Department and Judge Ornstein for violating his Second and Fourth Amendment rights. He is also considering litigation against his physician, whom he says breached doctor-patient confidentiality and guidelines established in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act HIPAA. Do you all understand that? Well, this is just like that deal that happened over in California where this deputy claimed that he had gotten shot by some sniper. But it turns out now that he had just taken a knife and drilled holes in his body armor and claimed that. But all of a sudden, we're not hearing any deal about this multi-story apartment building that they went in and searched floor to floor. What if the people weren't there? Well, there's another part of the realization here is that talking isn't going to do you any good and action is all is going to be left to save your life. It's like one guy said, with the way they got this set up, somebody lies about you, they grab you, they take you into jail, they grab your guns, and you don't go to work, and then you get fired from work, oh, and then they made a mistake, or oh, they overreached. Well, how do you fix that? This is what I've talked about for decades about unjust taking. Why is it the Bill of Rights was in place? Everything has to do with rights with property rights and your first property is you and your life's time. You only get 24 hours in the day. You don't get any minute of that back. No way. They take 10 minutes from your life pissing with you. You can't get that back. They start this garbage and they waste days and days and days and create suffering that you don't need. Anguish you don't need. They deserve to die. This is where our problem is, well, you know, it's only property, let's let them take property. It's inevitable that after the year, stupid enough to say that you'll let them take your property, which is the fruits of your labor, that eventually they're going to decide to take you because you're the property they want next because your guns are in the way of what they want, which is you either dead or they want you slaved. and preferably suffering and dead. They want to do it over a period of time. Go ahead, call our champion there, forgive me. That's the stupid part. If they think that some person is a threat to society, why do they come in and take their guns and leave them there? If the person is the threat, why aren't they taken to some facility where they can be evaluated? And then the decision is to be made. This is due process stood on its head. This reminds me of what Jim in Illinois has been talking about, about these Pastor Baldwin in his open sermon letter to the judges, law enforcement, and that issue. It just ties right in so perfectly with that whole deal. Exactly. And again, it's like, well, here's how it works. It's at a given point. Everybody's going to decide you aren't our employees anymore and it's time to get rid of the people who have betrayed us. Well, they're obviously demonstrating they're not anyway. Who are they? You're building as a fun house. You're building as a fun house. Everything they come in to is they're coming into dying territory. See, that's the thing. Everything from CO2 guys in a closed space is like sending somebody into a cyanide chamber. Do you all know that? You want a really mean mean mean trick you created a depression or a boxed in area just like we're talking about you use a drop panel for the door Let them kick the door in hit the drop panel. You got a co2 cylinder You pop the co2 cylinder all it is you don't even see it You'll hear the hiss, but you won't have a clue and they're stuck in a boxed in little corridor or whatever They won't be able to beat their way out of it. You put plywood all on the inside corridor You you evacuate the air with co2. Do you know what happens? You'll hear some thrashing and scream, but I didn't hear barely screaming because it won't be able to take any air in. What happens is the CO2 goes into the lungs and evacuates all of, displaces the oxygen and there's no possibility of taking in any more oxygen. You will be able to, other than defecating and pissing in their pants, you will take all their equipment off them uncut. No bullet holes, no nothing. You don't have to clean it up, it's all good to go. Yeah, the other half of it is, use boiling hot water. Fire extinguisher fixtures or sprayer fixtures with superchargers. You boil them to death. All this is stuff you probably even thought, oh wait, it's got to be flame, it's got to burn down. No, guys, you ever worked in plumbing? You ever worked in a kitchen where you have a supercharger because you got grease and stuff to worry about with the sinks? You take that supercharger, you apply a number of different fixtures, you have the supercharger, and here's what you do, you back it up with one or two, and you can put this in a house and it's perfectly legitimate. But you have that mounted, like in certain things, looks like fire extinguisher, you don't even care. If you don't care, it's just aim for an area. Stairwells are great where they're coming up a stairwell, they can't turn around fast enough when they stumble over each other, there'll just be a piling, steaming, boiling pile of meat down at the bottom of the stairways, what'll happen. They won't be able to get their armor off. Not fast enough, it'll be too late. Ultra, steaming, boiling, hot water. And again, guess what? All you do, peel all the equipment off, push the, push the cork, corpses off to the side, and all the gear they've got is relatively clean. Didn't put a bullet hole in them at all, unless they shoot each other or pull the trigger by accident, which will happen a lot, because if you've been burned, it's horrible. But a scalding, boiling burn. Everybody thinks flames gotta be flames guys plumbing is cheap You know what you're talking about if you burn the house down you don't get to use it as long But if you've created a fun house you double up the walls you can't push through the walls You can't beat through the walls you could wish you did, but it won't do you any good You can even shoot at the walls, won't do you any good. I mean, you'll put some holes in it, but the, for instance, you take chipboard, you panel the hole inside corridor of the access, what entranceways. You put fake doors in. Make sure it looks like a cheapy door. It's reinforced by 2x4 and 2x6 panels from bottom to top that are screwed into place. Let them beat on that door in the last few seconds they have left while they're dying. If you're gonna put door knobs, put two door knobs on the door, put one on each side. Yeah, and hinge sets too. This is where there's somebody already waiting for them. Does everybody understand that? There are places where this stuff is, somebody's already waiting for them. And it's just gonna be the, you know, like I've told you before, the black hand coming out and they're gone. And then there'll be all the noise made. And then maybe somebody wants to hang them up by their heels like bare naked boiled pinatas. You know, people pinatas. Well, what's your point? Well, but look what they did to them. Well, it looks like they at least just kept their hand. At least they did better than the government would where they chop your heads off and chop your hands off. At least they didn't do that. Whereas government will. You can do down like in Mexico and just hang up from the nearest bridge Yeah, use them as and leave them a month there and tell them hey next one step right up step right up Well you leave them low enough so that their hands and heads are dangling at that ground level like just a ground level and the coyotes will show up Because we got coyotes here everywhere and the coyotes ate well. No me no me no me See that that's where I'm that's Just thinking through stuff and again co2 doesn't burn anything you can evacuate it and what's going to happen is it displaces the air When you push it out with a fan you can knock it out of the area pull it out of the area without any problem at all Evacuate neutralize so you can pass through the area again. In fact the moment you open the door you're going to be displacing it It's going to be it's going to wash it's going to literally sloth out. It's not like it's viscous fluid or water It's just it's again another gas And gas masks will do you no good. They can wear a gas mask and that just means they'll be dying with a gas mask on. Because no matter what, they're just sucking in the CO2. Now you want to really be mean? Oh, there's other stuff you could throw in there. But I don't really like a step. Why burn? Why burn? Or destroy anything? Or even put a bullet in something when you can either... evacuate the air or cook them to death and then you know still be able to wipe the floor off, loose out the water, in fact if you're smart you'll tile the floor or you'll pan the floor which is really cool so you can just literally you'll get a drain the drain is innocuous but when the time comes you pop the drain all the nasty water goes away and you can you know may have to do a little you know airing to get everything dried out a little bit and then you strip the enemy dead I find out where they came from and go find the people who sent them. So here's the other thing that are my biggest problem with all of this, but it's been like this for years. So with the cars that it's going for, helping veterans that need help, and there's a lot of them out there. So, I started, I was broke, yeah. When I was four years old about helping veterans, excuse me, I got fine and loose from the weather up here. I took banana histamines and they might take in. But when I was four, I was in West Wing County, Michigan. And I remember him saying nothing that he was a plus in 667. He took that check and the gift that he got from it and he put them away. And he started driving 7 and he ended his shift at 3 and he started his shift at Ford Motor Company at 4 till midnight. And he came home. He slept and got in his hat when we got up to school. He got up and he cooked his cab and took off to work. And after saving miles, his checks from the cab company. Then he himself carwashed in Michigan. All them cabs, cab companies. Back then there was a whole bunch of them. Well, they all came to their carwash. to get their cars cab swats and there would be a line of them. I remember I helped wipe them down and um, it was seven or eight cabs there all the time. There were veteran cabs coming in and getting a cab swats for about a fifty. Dad ran that company until he ran it out. The cab company went out of business for some reason. I'm not sure why the cab company went out of business. I don't know if the government came in and said that you gotta hire more than veterans, you gotta hire people that aren't veterans. And that was against the company's rule. You had to be a veteran. And that might have been a conflict, where the message said, well, the heck with it. We'll let you worry about the cab drivers and stuff that you're putting out of business, because you want us to hire people that we don't want to hire. So they went out of business, and I know Dale, he's selling his car wash building. And he... started working at GM and Ford Motor Company. And at that time I imagined he was getting $20 a week for me to tell him. And we got up to the point of veterans helping veterans and then they were shut down by the government from my understanding. I'm not exactly sure. So I can't tell you for sure that the government shut them down. of the veterans' jobs away from them after fighting the world war, coming up with Korea and the company that hired all the veterans. Maybe they should have hired the veterans' lives too. They're not affected, but at any rate, it's too much. That's what I've been told, but I cannot. that the government made the Veterans' Cab Company shut down because they weren't hired. People that weren't veterans. But that's got nothing to do about veterans helping veterans. Yeah, it does. It was veterans that ran the cab company that hired veteran drivers that made a good living for them and their families with the tips they got. I don't know how much they got. It would be a dollar an hour from the cab company. And maybe back then the cops were $25.7, $10.7, $25.7. But it made that veterans' business. It bought my father a car wash in a year. But for some reason, they shut down. So the veterans that were helping veterans there, it didn't work out too well. But now if you're a veteran, you know a veteran that's your child's friend's father or mother. But if they need help, you could offer them help if you are able. You know, you think of your own family first and all. And the way I always did it was the first thing that I did was made my house statement. paid my electric bill, paid any other bill that I had that puts interest to the family, credit cards, help them all up. You've got others who with it, you know a veteran that could use it and you can afford to, then you take and get that veteran 40 bucks. or whatever the reason might be that he needs it would be for medicine. Don't have to be for a utility bill because most veterans take care of their utility bills because they go to work. They're their family. They got a howdy that they go to. I used to go to... a poker game. This was a reference and we have a good time. Some of them, some of them I didn't drink. But you know, it was their night out for release. We didn't have a big poker pack. We kept it down to a $20 dollar limit. It was Texas Hold'em. And you'd be surprised how long that $20 was going back and forth. But it wasn't over again. It was the veterans getting together and having a good time and helping them if they needed help. If they needed a roof done, we'd get together and help them roof it. And they would have... a good barbecue with the cake of beer and whatever else you might want. It was there. And that was how we helped veterans, helped veterans. We went in together and with the house, right out, your hand was overhauling a car once with a few people and we started it. 9 in the morning and we have the car in the motor and hurry by 4 in the afternoon and it gave him his wife's car back so that she could get back and forth to work and get the kids to school and off. Before that it had an oil pump that had ran out and she ran a bit too long and before it blew up he got in and then... about the piston holes and put new rings in it. And you know, complete overhaul on it. And it was done. Between four of us, it was done in eight hours. Everybody knew what they were doing and they just worked until they got tired and somebody else took over. And before it was done, he was grateful, he was grateful, and he felt good about it. So... Veterans Helping Veterans is a way that people get things done because a veteran knows usually what they're doing or they want to say what they're doing. Of course, there are people out there that do that, how they've been, that I'm not going to say by who or what. It happens. And veterans that take in a lot of veterans. people all things should work you know I've known people you know I'm 71 and I've helped out quite a few veterans and people that were friends that weren't veterans but that friend needed to borrow 30 or 50 dollars for a week or so I would have anybody borrow 40 or 50 dollars per week. And you know that's if you don't bring it back, that's cheap friendships so you let it go. Most people that I know are reliable people. And they come back when they say they're going to come back, if not before. But this goes back with the veterans, with the health veterans. I know right down in Florida, it was possible to find a hand. During the daytime, the swam out there and had a good time. But when the tide started coming in and everybody started going home, the old fisherman, he called him, nobody knew his name, but he wore his army bills at the from when he was in Vietnam. He would take and row his boat out, live in it or two. and a fade on it and he decided he'd go out and he was the old bandit and then somebody else was there that was a veteran and they would go out together talking and having a good time and he'd got lost six institutes each one out a quarter mile and when he caught he was shark fishing and before the night was over with He had every one of them dudes start that he would look back in with the help of other people, mostly all veterans. They met there all the time and he would pay for bringing them fish in. When they got in, that fish was flopping and biting and snapping. And these people were filling up with the bats. And when it was done, he would pay and not. cut the mouse out and then they would drag it back out let the both hives come in and take it out and the other side, sweetie side that we just put out there and he took them and he boiled them down but I don't know if he was free to maybe dead and he would sell them for $60 a piece he did that year round and that's how he made his living And he couldn't have done it. He's gone now. But he couldn't have done it without the help of the other veterans that came around and gave him out. They didn't get none of that money that he got for them sharp mouths from. He got all that money. He bought his house with it. He sent his kids to school with it. That's what he did for a living. And he made enough money by it that he took care of his family. And he did that by help of other veterans. Some were regulars and some just heard about him and came in. But by the end of the night he had 10 fish and 60 dollars apiece. So he did pretty good. Even for Florida, there's other things that veterans do to help them. They're getting their back room when it's really cold out there. They've been living outdoors. Make sure they have a blanket, a pillow, when they do go back out there. And how about mine out there because they're about, there's veterans out there because they don't like living around people. And now, all over the country, we've got homeless people that are taken to the streets, living out the streets. Los Angeles is going by them. Every empty spot in Los Angeles, somebody's got a cardboard box there or something to call their home. The people in Los Angeles and that, Beverly Hills, they don't like it. But it's the law. If you have nowhere else to go, you can stay on the street. Now what they don't tell you, all of these movie stars, they go to a hotel, $1200 a night, and they pay kiss your butt real good while you're there. And they got shops to where you can go and get the most expensive Rolex boots right there on the spot, cash money or a Jack Girl money order or a basket. And then they have bars that are the best and it's all built on Veterans land. And they're in court with it now. The land was given to Veterans. So War I ended. So the Veterans had needed some place to go. They could go there. And nothing was ever done with it. We came around to where we got this empty spot over here, 200 acres. We could build a golf course there, we could put some hotels and stuff there. But we can't do that because that's for veterans. So veterans aren't doing anything with it. And there's a way we've got to be around it. And they went ahead and built. And it still belongs, I guess, to the VA for veterans. So what are they going to do with it? If they get it, are they going to run that hotel as a hotel? Are they going to give the veterans to live in shots, sacks, fifth avenues, or whatever they are? Are they going to close down and veterans sell their wear out of it? Is anybody going to make restitution to them? You know, they got a grand golf course there. Maybe a few of them. Now, what are they going to do about that when it comes down to it? It belongs to veterans. Part of the veterans are going to take that money and buy themselves homes with it. It's going to be interesting how every bat ends up because a veteran is served. and they want it now. And the only reason that they don't have it now is because something court, even though it was given to veterans. The event happens more than people know. Here in Michigan, our Mackinac Bridge, back in 1957, Williams, Eugene, Minning, Williams, I believe it. was wanting to build the Mackinac Bridge and he borrowed from the veterans fund to get the capital that he needed to build that bridge. They got it going and this was told to me by a chaplain to grant rapids back about 1985 or 1996. Well he told me that... to pay that money back. Done by paperwork, but no capital ever came by. And now they're wanting to change the name of the bridge to the G. Williams Bridge. Sold billions from the veterans fund and never paid it back, never intended to pay it back. Instead of the name, the bridge to G. and Ripoff Williams. They should name the bridge the Veterans Memorial Bridge. 75, the Veterans Memorial Highway. Well, we think the route down to past Miami, I believe it goes to the Seven Mile Bridge, I'm not sure. But that's where the Enrich, the African Queen. He wanted me to come down and see, but I was busy. He's from my family, and I never made it down there. My daughter did, but it was in February, and it was obviously when the whole run, he wasn't around. And they just had to come up with it right now, and I was just down to try and find him this run. But he was a veteran. He bought the Queen out of his scrap yard. Him and his brother-in-law. And that was brother-in-law, his son-in-law. He built it and put it together and they inserted the 13 million dollars. Chapter Hepburn was writing in love letters after Bogey died. Knowing that he was married but she was just writing the words she was sending to him was not her feelings for Hepburn. She just wrote them to him and he had them out there, gave them to me. Not the letters themselves. I put them down in a video, made a video, tape of it, and can't find it, put it away, can't find it. That was him giving it to me. And we talked about each other being veterans. And he told me, with the tape that I'm using, with my father. She's gone. I'll be able to find him here this next summer. I'll look him up and he'll get on the computer with him and let him know what it's all about. Because my daughter reminded him of his granddaughter who was of the same age and met him at the funeral. He let my daughter take him. I let the old queen around. and she couldn't quite think of us to walk it around and now she's 32 or 31. She remembers that and she remembers Captain Henry. She wanted to see him but he wasn't available. Yeah, my daughter's the name. She was the captain who was in her. She remembered that. Gave him the hug when she left. All that. But, um, doing good after her accident. She's busy when she, uh, knows her head in a certain way. And, um, she's still here. And, um, she's gonna be alright. And I'm not sure... I don't think we're going on Facebook. We have a pot. Or not Facebook. But on their funding account, it hasn't been doing well. And I'm not sure what it's doing now. I'll let you know Friday. But it really helps. I have to get a lot from Al on the computer. It's on the programming there. And it would be nice if it were. I was able to contribute a bit because she was hit by an unentered rival and she's just now getting the help that she needs for her. Help, but in a bad way. I'm not sure what's going on with anything. I'm just helping her out every month. Helping her with her bills. She tried to work, but that's not going to work out. But she's better off where she's at instead of up here with her mother pan. But she's down there. She's got two sisters with her. And they help her for two all the time. She's got treatments that go by and see her when they can. And hey, it would be if... We couldn't afford it. We went through it. She would have to come up here and stay with us or her sisters. But then we're helping her and she's going to make it all right. So God bless her. She will stay for her from Annika Phillips in Redford, Michigan. And don't forget, Carol and Roy kept Scott in Decatur, Alabama. They would have passed her days outside. I heard of you back there. They left about the 18th of July and they got home and went out yards, sharing with them the next day. I had a rollover accident and Carol, she's 81. So, it'll probably be the right side of her life. She's still in pain with her now. Roy starts to be our life, but there's a risk. and start to be able to drive the car and stuff. That's, yeah, remember them and you guys. And anybody else you want to call in. And that's no one who's been about anybody who's heard. That is no, my daughter in Florida, I forgot, I can't remember the girl's name. But we opened up the storyline for her while she is... Finally coming out of it. Her comments she presents, she starts to move different parts of her body. She can move her fingers for yes and no and stops to pray her help. So keep them up. And the next few minutes don't forget about veterans helping veterans. The intern companies here on the Veterans USFA And here's a few of them. They're insurance companies, for a background, there's no insurance companies that's for a background. Or seniors, they give them a break and they're not for them. Once you use them, you're wishing that you would back the old insurance companies because they know they got you. Or they're going to put it on you. I was involved in an accident. and my fault. I've never had a ticket or an accident in my insurance for $290 a month for five years over an accident at night. Well, I'm sure that the person that was driving, I'm sure he got two years of work where these benefits come into him. Because I was in charge. My insurance and everything went up. I was insured and I found out that if I had not been insured from the girl that hit my daughter, if I had not been insured, wouldn't have been much anybody could have done. First thing I would say, I was insured of $200,000 a month. They probably paid a bit more than that. So I really can't complain. I talk to him about maybe he said no. No, it's your, uh, it's your crow, and I eat it every month. But, um, it was on my way to a VA appointment when that happened. And it's, uh, after none of, uh, nothing's been turned. I had to check but my wife she keeps up on my mind after we were asked to do the stop price. And it is good. I've got a lot of dollars in my mind and care. And I know that things are insurance. That's why. That's things I'm very sensitive. At the beginning it was good. And it would be good too if I live long enough to be here. I'm 71, I'll be 74 when it's off until the 70s got me. And with that I say, our Father who I am having, I will be by name.
