I can stand behind a person and catch their brass before it hits the ground. And have fun doing that, you wear the baseball cap, you just pop the baseball cap off and you start catching the brass. Whoa, how'd you do that? Well, it's real easy, you have one carbine. It ejects all the same location. The only thing that changes, you know what changes the brass ejects from your chamber? It's really weird, but if you'll notice, there's kind of like a little bit of a left-right-left-right motion. It's because you have a staggered magazine in the gun and the interaction of all the components, as I've told you a million times on the air. Everything interacts with the function of the weapon. You know, with different results accordingly, okay? Well, that little variance is the magazine feed as you left-right-left-right index, as it indexes and all the other actions take place. That's what changes the attitude of the brass in the air by just six inches or so back and forth back and forth back and forth you ever notice that but here's the thing you know a rifle in rifles dump in a Pacific way brass goes right to a spot in pools if you're really lucky you can just plug what we typically have always done is take a old poncho ground approximately where you're going to be shooting or even when you know where you're gonna stand down where you know the point of impact is and all your brass dumps into the poncho so all you do is pick the poncho up you don't have to bend or be picking brass out of the grass and stuff like that. Ah, none of that garbage. So how can you dump 30 rounds and the brass goes through the wall, disappears into the wall, goes onto the, it's hitting pavement. It should be spinning around and be bopping here and there and I should be seeing it in the video. I see it leaving a rifle. I should be able to follow that piece of brass to the ground that impacting close to the shooter. There's 30 rounds, at least 20, 22 or so. And I'm looking at it like, okay, once when you slow it down, the rounds go right into the wall and disappear. How does that happen? Actually, once the brass hits the pavement, it's not like it doesn't, this isn't 300 with the Spartans. You know, like there's blood flying everywhere. I mean, there's spaghetti sauce in all directions. You got arts and fans of spaghetti sauce that are like, six feet long and three and a half foot plumes and longer and bigger and there's body parts flying in and there's heads flying in and all of a sudden these guys are done and they look perfectly clean. These are places where they should be giving you the demographics of the battle before you start How is it that the people are like worried about the Muslims? Well, if you're in New Zealand and Australia and you're any kind of thinking person and you look north and you know all the other things that are going on with the head choppings and the mass executions and don't forget that if you go to one of the wrong island groups just go to New Zealand and Australia everybody Christian, everybody. I'm moving to Missouri. It's kind of interesting in that it was an out of the blue, they were, you know, it's one of those torpedoes under the water, you know, just to pay any attention. What's interesting is prepping and turning right now to trying getting ready for the war is what I think. The indications are, is right now the sheriff's offices, the posse, they're counties, and they're supposed to group hole the posse immediately. Number two is the, and this is interesting, The County Coroner's office received a whole bunch of notices and mostly they had to do with the militia clause. I've said this for years, you know, Joe, we've talked about this on the air. Guys, people don't realize the authority of the County Coroner. There are three people that were critical to militia operations and the sheriff of course, is tied into it. The County Militia Commander is obviously in command of the militia element and the County Coroner and the Coroner of course, county slash local medical officer. The only exemption you could get, and I have these little red books that were given to us by Jennifer, you know, Josine out of California. She's been a researcher for decades. She's in her 80s. She gave me two copies of a whole pile of militia. I received one when I was in Pennsylvania. These came from Pennsylvania. One came from Pennsylvania, others from West Virginia. These are from the 1800s, 1814, 1819, and they were standard for the militia in most all of the states, even though different printers made them. It's a little handbook which was given to each of the, like a copy to the sheriff, a copy to the county coroner, and to the militia commander who then gave it to the finance officer. And it's a little pocketbook the commander carried that is the roll call of able-bodied men for the county for the militia. The only way, the rules of the militia are printed in the front page of this. I can't hold it, I can hold it up the microphone, it wouldn't do any good, so I'll describe it. The rules of the militia are printed in the text, and it explains that the only exemption, well, there were two, one is age, but they didn't fire you. It's just when you got to 62, you had the option to opt out of being in the militia but nobody ever did. The other half was you were invalid but you had to be declared in invalid and there are only two ways either a limb missing or you had to be considered mentally feeble and that you could be exempted from the militia but you could still be in the militia. Of course, they didn't deal with somebody with a leg missing who's going to slow everybody down as far as they were concerned because you're going to have to beat feet. But interestingly enough, it was an exemption. get a hand missing, get an arm missing, get a leg. That's the only thing that can get you out of the militia. Got states that are picking sides right now, I pointed out the other half of that, like you were bringing up with Missouri. In New Mexico, it's the sheriffs. And the other day, like in Illinois, the Illinois County commissioners are going up against Chicago. We're saying that they now have what are sanctuary counties to protect their guns. The sheriffs have not made public statements that they are siding with county commissioners where I'd be pointed next. However, there's a reversal down in New Mexico's place we're not supposed to talk about. Almost the same number of counties there have stated that they are not going to participate. The sheriffs have said they will not, and under any circumstances, cooperate with any anti-gun legislation. You're seeing the lines drawn. Everybody's always asked how this break down, how would this divide out? Well, it's starting, and it's going to happen. in the same way it happened in the 18, forgive me, the 1750s and the 1760s. This is more like the American War for Independence. We're fighting against foreign principalities and powers who have invaded and come into the country, government, and they have permeated down to the local level through federal and international monies with the United Nations. People now identify the threat for decades and decades and decades, and they're actually moving. They're moving on the action. Every state needs to be doing this. We're going to have to make each state a battleground. But it's going to be to encapsulate the PUS pockets. For that, then it's going to be an expansion to consolidate and bring the states together that are willing to cooperate because we need to have mutual defense. And we'll be escalating into war by then. We'll be in ground conflict by then. But that's inevitable. As far as I'm concerned, the actions, what we're seeing right now, these are the precursors now where people are taking the job seriously, being pointed in mass. the Patriot Movement, the militia. We're working at it. Go ahead, jump in there. I'm sorry. Unfortunately, our new governor here, I don't want to be anywhere near that type of friendly. I'm not a local native man or any way, but good state to live in. And again, you got running everything. They seem to have cleaned out and are in control of every, this might have, I don't know where it's going to wind up. Trying to educate them as almost worthless, but. If you don't prize, then it's true about you, you know? Yeah, I heard about that. So, Missouri. Okay, Northern Missouri is pretty nice, isn't it? Missouri's a nice state. It's just a, it's got that Mississippi Valley thing going for it. And if you've ever been here in the winter, it's what's why they call what, Fort Leonardwood lost in the woods, misery, little Korea. I was stationed at Memphis for training. I had a tornado come through the trailer park and picked me and my trailer up and move it. That was in Memphis, so that whole area down there is what I consider kind of a fun place to be anywhere you have to have some poorly twisted things. I've been through a number of hurricanes in my life and I'd rather do them than a tornado any day. Yeah, it's all at once and quite intense. Oh yeah, yeah, and at night you can't see it. With that being the case, there are some other things going on with other state reps that have been doing some positive stuff. Not just, well, in Idaho, Missouri. uh... wyoming uh... we have separate is of meeting right now with uh... the sheriffs in wyoming i remember this happened before i should point out wyoming is a really again the neglect the state because wyoming you know half blue a third of the world state you can get there from here so it's really like three states right now this the sheriffs are meeting advance of what they think is coming there is a severe but a series of sheriffs meetings also making public statements, public comment, and they're taking their heels in real quick, but they're taking a cue and I think they're in touch with like the groups in New Mexico and also with Missouri, Arkansas. There's an element in Arkansas right now in motion too. And this is going to maybe move up and down the Mississippi Valley. We'll see what happens. But Wyoming also into the situation before it is really so they won't be caught flat-footed. And I think that's... States don't trust Utah. I think Utah's sold out to the internationalists. They've got too many globalists there now. Pretty much they'll do this in the long run. They'll be the black spot in the middle of the Rockies there. Tacoma, the pretty much big chunk of Oregon, except obviously it's where the Antifa types are, the Communists are. I run a I don't know if you guys know exactly who I am but I don't we do know what do it before we farther whenever you do come up what I'm gonna ask you to do is this give out all your information you're not familiar with how we normally do things I'm sure give all your information out don't be bashful to do that and three times and go slow so people know how to hook up so they can directly listen to what you've got going on please I run a YouTube site called news now Houston in the middle of this, the very beginning, reported that these narcotics officers were involved in a shootout with, we came to find out that wasn't true. They faked the warrant, and these people were innocent. Old people live in their home when the police burst in and shoot out at the food, and it appears to me that most of the police officers were wounded by friendly fire. They've now allowed one of the police officers to retire, One of the ones that is under investigation for faking the warrant when he should have been fired and the other primary officer is looking like he's gonna take medical retirement rather than be fired. They should have been fired, but as soon as it was realized they had done wrong. Anyway, the police union down here, I'm sure everybody's seen the videos of the union representative, his comments about stirring the pot and how they were gonna go after anybody that criticized the the police in this country and that's exactly what they're doing down here. But posted billboards all over the city of Houston. Everybody should support the E5, that is the officers that were wounded in that raid, murdered in their home, particularly, because that's what these, trying to control the narrative, trying to, you know, a black eye, making them out to be the bad guys in this. And I'm just not doing well with that. The mainstream media down here wired into them and they are They're getting pressure from the police union because police unions have a lot of money and they're tied in with the advertisers so they're getting this situation alone, not reported, not talked about it, nothing. And you know, so the police union successfully killed the store. You know, and I'm having issues myself because they're coming after me, but that's, I'll deal with that myself. It's crazy. We'll stand by and allow this. And I've been for the longest time anti-bad cops. What I do is as I expose that has given causing a lot of grief over the years, but I'm not stopping stuff But honestly, you know when stuff like this happens and I see how people just lay down and take it I'm honestly starting to believe that it is time for a revolution I just not seeing any other way out of this. It's just out of control One of the things that this most critical here as you pointed out is they're trying it out about how they tortured them after they died I mean, forget me, after they were attacked, because they did die, but it took time, didn't it? This is one thing that the witness is the first person you were the investigator of. Yeah. Well, one of the, this came from an eyewitness at a house next door that walked the entire situation on hold. And, all from a guy that works at the police union a couple days ago, and basically he just told me, you know, if I want my troubles to go away, that I need to just shut up. They did not want me specifically what they said was they did not want me talking about Mr. Tuttle laid in the back of that house dying, screaming for his wife, screaming for help. They don't want that. They don't want that talked about at all. Body camera footage. HPD denies that there is any at all, but there is definitely body camera footage that has been verified by witnesses. And there is a home over there that has a security system. The HPD confiscated the video from that and they're denying that that exists either. But the homeowner has confirmed that there was footage on his security system that they confiscated it, that the HPD took it. Something they tried to claim there was cameras on the house, etc., etc. One of the arguments from the get-go is that virtually they're in the wrong part of the city, that whatever it is they had planned. It's another location entirely that these in the P-Brains proceeded with what they were doing. This is looking more like this complete fabrication from the get-go you pointed out you uh... they they went to the uh... injured he shot in the face off but he information they went to the stitches and what happened did you explain to everybody what happens that but you know they they lied and then they had to try to cover their lie again and then they had to re-engineer the lie yet again didn't they they they've had to change it up several times or his name is goin detective goin has a history of doing this, of faking warrants. He's been caught twice before and still they had not released him from the narcotics unit. They allowed him to continue to work because he brings in the bus and that's how it works. You've got to produce or they get rid of you and then you have to actually caught in and work and do an honest job, an honest day's work. Whereas if you're on the narcotics unit, come and go if you please very little accountability you have spending money you have been cars you know it it's a power play position and uh... but hope what this guy did he got a fake warranty he went to a judge and uh... and by the real judge but i'm going to call that just right down here who is a lawyer the city hires and pays to be a good uh... he went to a magistrate that hey i had a control by just at this residence. I need a warrant to go in and raid the residence. But when he raided the residence, the homeowner was armed and as he came, as they came in the door, they shot his dog, the homeowner fired on them and then all hell broke loose. They ended up with a big exchange of gunfire front to back because they had a team at the back of the house, a team at the front of the house, and the tunnels were caught in the middle. So, again, looking at, I have been to the house, I have been inside the house, I am the only investigative journalist that has been on the interior of the house. And I have seen the bullet holes and the trajectories of rounds and blood stattering where everything fell. I'm saying it was definitely friendly fire. But the warrant was fabricated. HP immediately started looking into the situation. They found that there was no confidential informant that had made a buy there. there was never any drug activity at that house. Um, were murdered in their home for nothing. The officer that got the warrant, named Goens, had eight packets of bagged up heroin to throw down and, uh, and claimed that he found. And had there not been this shootout, he had more drugs in his car. So this was, this is standard operating procedure for these people. And it was normally you know if you or I had been caught in that situation by an employer we would have been fired instantly instantly and yet we are allowing these crooked cops who are responsible for the murder of two innocent citizens in their home. Okay let that sink in because this could have happened in any house all the time. It didn't have to be them it could have been your house or my house or Hope John's house, I don't know. If anybody in this area, it could have happened to them. Murdered in their own home while doing absolutely nothing wrong by the police. And these guys are being allowed to medically retire or retire so that they get all their benefits, all their money, you know, all of this stuff, but if they get fired, they don't get that. So the good old boy system is protecting these criminals And the taxpayers are going to foot the bill all the way around. We're going to pay for the officer's retirement. You know, the lawsuit that eventually comes will be paid for by the taxpayers. You know, there's no accountability. There's no accountability. Now, the only good news in all of this is, and everybody's making a big deal, oh, the FBI is investigating now. The FBI is just as corrupt as the Houston Police Department. They're almost worthless. I've shown that time and time again myself. But the only good thing here is we have a DA that is known to prosecute Crooked Cocks. But the union will spend whatever amount of money it needs to spend and flex its muscle to get the DA to give whatever minor charges they can possibly give instead of going for capital murder, which is what this is. It was a home invasion. let's back up for a minute because they're also we're going to move forward to the later in the timeline because the property owners did not die right away everybody about this that you better be ready to fight for your life but you also have to be ready to take care of yourself because the cops will not bend a knee to help anyone they will watch you bleed to death therefore there's only one argument and that's exactly what they did here. But before we fight with that... ... put an informed officer, uniformed officer out in front of the house and he hollered to the detectives on the ground do we need to go in and get that guy? Do we need to go in? Do we need to call for medical? And they said, let that lead to death. And that's exactly what they did. They left him in there for two hours. Two hours. Now again, remember, see, I've always, they'd have a problem with me because if I were in that job, there's got to be another man standing there thinking like me. I'd have grabbed a gurney. I'd have just simply grabbed him, grabbed a stretcher, whatever he could. I'd have walked right past all of them, walked right into it. and brought the man out. But that's me. Would they have shot me? I don't know. I don't know if they'd be stupid enough to try. We're all just equally armed here. But you see, that's where our problem is, is that when people go, well, the good cops, well, there was a guy who at least voiced his opinion. But you also have to step up to the plate. And this is the problem is that the guy when he was, I'm so bored I want to touch one more thing, but I'm going to comment on this now. The man was worried for his wife, right? He was calling out to his wife, wasn't he? Yes. So I want you all to put yourself in that position. You don't know how you've been attacked. A bunch of punks came in. They shot the dog. They hurt your wife. They hurt you. You can't move to take care of yourself, but you're trying to help your wife. And you've, I doubt maybe, maybe she was able to mumble a few things before she passed away. Maybe he was hoping she was still alive because he heard something. Yeah. I don't think that he knew that she was down. She had come in from a side bedroom. And the police say that she rushed it down, the first officer who shot their dog, they say that she rushed that officer, tried to disarm him, you know, all this kind of stuff. What I saw in the house, it looked more like she stepped into the line of fire and was shot and went down. That's what it looked like. The kind of thing about it, you all know it's, well, I mean, everybody that's been listening to this program knows what our attitude on this is, why it is. They had a SWAT officer go to a window near where the man was on the ground and was very likely already deceased and he pumped several rounds into the dead body to make sure it was dead. Again, just remember me thinking, you know what this sad part is? We shouldn't have to, should we? Let's go back to that cop. Okay, number one. Won't walk through it slow. They went to the front door, kicked the door in the door. So then they're coming in the house in a hail of bullets because the owner is either defending himself or the ones who came in the back door heard the gun shot on the dog and so they just start wailing away because we really don't know the truth on that one. Okay? No, we got gunfire between the Polish firing squad front and rear. Now this means that the only thing that happened in that house people, the only thing, the one cop got shot in the face, right? A couple of the cops got shot in many different very bad places because they were critically injured, right? Nobody was in there to check for drugs. The only way that those eight packets of drugs were in that punk's kit is because he was planning on putting them in those innocent people's house when he went in there. Correct. And it's exactly what it was. Nobody had any type, because people were really going, oh, he could have found the drugs in it. This guy was shot. Now, wait a minute. The one with the drugs is the one who was shot in the face, right? Correct. So guys, can you picture, oh hold on, I'm holding my jaw, I got blood gushing on my face, but I'm doing a drug search and I found these drugs here! And then he started paying attention and he just shut up and didn't say a word and they got into court and he goes, excuse me, what are all the staple marks in this plastic bag?
