Mark Koernke discussed government incompetence and corruption, focusing on Lewiston, Idaho's decision to sell all but one snowplow despite heavy winter weather, which he attributed to leftist policies and agenda 21. He extensively covered jury nullification tactics, the corrupt admiralty court system, and the criminal nature of the federal judiciary, including how judges profit from incarceration through bond schemes. Callers raised questions about jury procedures and the case of Shafer Cox, an Alaska militia leader allegedly entrapped by the FBI. The second hour featured detailed military briefing material on psychological operations (PSYOP) planning processes, including the 17-step military decision-making process, course of action development, and targeting strategies. The broadcast concluded with news reports on drug smuggling at the southern border and cartel violence in Mexico.
The Micro Effect. Caledonwwe. The Micro Effect dot com. I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You've I permits to travel and permits to own a gun. permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear? Be a slave. O sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God-given right. You pray to God, keep the torture freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Oh, this is the... intelligence for our party. I'm Joe McNeil. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines and occupied territories southwest, northeast and the other many were listening to us on the micro effect. It's a beautiful, cool, crisp day, part of the country here and across the whole of winter America. one way or another, I guess I'm trying down on Florida somewhere. Parts of the state of Michigan snowmobiles are wheeze, and the skiers are happy, happy, happy. Part of the season here is looking pretty good at Michigan right now. It is a beautiful near wonderland day, so take advantage of it, get out there, break out the snowmobile suits, break out the helmets, the gauntlets, the boots, the whole outfit, and jump on the sled and go to town, or wherever you want to. That's one cool thing about snowmobile. So you can take it wherever you want to. Lots of trails, lots of real estate to play with and lots of fun. And, oh, looks like it. Your deck of the woods. What did they say when jumping off a wall up there on the rock? Plenty of snow, lots of snow. 28 degrees high today, 32 with more snow on this 28th day of February 2019. And, yeah, Winter Wonderland here, man. I mean, it's going on. We've been getting, well, it's been snowing, but we've had a couple of, skip the day here or so there. But I've been here since 96, and I've never seen it snow this much in all that time. You know what? Well, just to give you what kind of winters have been up here in recent times. The city of Lewiston, which is just up the road here by 60 miles, I don't know, two, three years ago, had sold off all their snowplows. Be stupid. Now they have one. Stupid! So here they are trying to maintain an entire city. I'm not really sure. We're talking a few hundred thousand or better. people in Lewiston that have one snow plow. Why would you do that? You know how to snow rack things, right? I mean we do anyway here in Michigan. The county, we actually have almost like razor blade kit. We have intermediate blades, we have wide tracks for pushing major chunks of snow like we're doing right now. And you still rack them so the trucks will virtually walk up, line up, you pull, usually they're two one below one above and they're all the same size but you have one set in one area then right next to it you have your other blades and you just walk up and you pick the blade that makes sense for the season but they don't go bad. I mean, what was the thought of this? Well, I'm sure some politician, you know, man, we got all this equipment just sitting around where we could use the money. Let's go ahead and sell it. So now they've got one. I'm not one and a half, not two, but one, one snowplow for the entire city of Lewis. Can I guess that the supervisor is some idiot who is not from from Idaho was probably hired in from outside because he was smarter than the people who live there. I'll bet you if you check, you'd find out you got a move in that was in charge. He came from Idiotville, California or Idiotville, parts of Lake Eden, Michigan. We got fools like that in Michigan. What is it going to do? It's paid for. You know what I mean? That's what gets me about this garbage. When I was in operations, I saw the same thing as the U of M all the time. Your tax dollars are working and squandering millions. And that's why I would never spend a penny on an institution like that. Never. You don't need to a college university. You're like, I'll laugh my ass off, look right at you, tell you why don't you kick rocks and get on down the road, you ferricite. the level of stupidity that is demonstrated over and over again, one need, they're not, in fact, you know what you do if you're worried about them? At one of your guys go out and paint them. You know, it's amazing how when you put paint, it prevents oxidation, you put material between the metal and the world, and you know, air. I was not surprised, I mean, just, well we didn't have snow, it's almost as bad, although it's cool, because you see, I don't really buy snow shovels every year at the end of this season. Take into consideration the same dump trucks salt trucks here Whatever are in fact dump trucks, you know for doing highway work and that sort of thing now they just write the plows off of them so what would be the reasoning and Getting rid of all your snow plows except one. You know, you couldn't make this up so no it's Now I suppose they're really going to train low to snowplows. Which will come by the time they're done at the end of the season. Right. Well, part of that too is again, you know, you also have idiot programs. Where this comes from is the same people who brought you agenda 21 and all the other garbage. You have these worthless leftists and they go out and give classes to the idiot sticks. Well, they effectively even tell you to have money to pay. home. Oh, I mean, you have money, you could be a word towards other very important projects like your air conditioned doghouse at home. Oh, I mean, I say that because typically it's again, it's not going to be spent on they're not going to turn their money around and spend it on. They've got a way to slide it sideways, graft and corruption. It's everywhere. We had a couple towns, like I said, that right here in Michigan, while the one that's most famous, just north of us, they got caught with a couple million dollars off the books gone and it was stolen in little lumps here, little lumps there and amazingly enough a whole bunch of cash showed in the washer and dryer. Now mind you this all stolen off the books and it wasn't cash when it came in when you taxpayers gave them the money it came in as digits that people paid with checks for their property taxes or building fines or all this other stuff and they stole $2.3 million dollars and all of a sudden it showed up to, I don't know what the hell, how big that pile was. It was big enough that they had a washer and dryer in the back of the city building. It was found in the washer, $2.3 million dollars was found in the washer and the dryer and it just magically appeared and since it was $2.3 million dollars, it must be the money that was missing, Joe. Guys. Does that even sound sane? Or grandma has been stuffing a match of some where. But the thing is that everybody was okay. Well, look, well, they weren't okay with it. But you know, well, look, it wasn't stolen. All the cash was in the washer and dryer. It was in the government building. So it wasn't really gone. I guarantee that when they use the washer the day before and the dryer for the cleanup crew close, there wasn't $2.3 million that had been dry stored in the washer and dryer in the back end of the building. Do you think? For that money went with those plows, I guarantee it. But anything to help any moose fix any road to us, there's something else we can steal. Nobody's going to miss that because we don't plow snow anymore. Have we plowed snow in the past? Well, yes. Do we have transit? That was the believer in global warming. I got a clap from the feds. They told me we could steal this much more of our stuff because we don't need it anymore because the world will end in 12 years and global warming means that we'll all be just using sub-can oil. Isn't that how it works? Yeah. The controlled media won't because they're waiting to... actually they don't know what to say now. This is the lower end of the solar cycle. We've had the lower end of the solar cycle, guys. We get this kind of unique weather and we always get these exciting snow. In the high climbs we get snow. We also get a unique tornado weather. I don't want to talk about that. Thunderstorms, all kinds of fun stuff that you normally wouldn't see in the same season. We had one just about a week ago, a week and a half ago, a little bit of a thunder boomer to the south of us as we got snow storm, rain storm, snow storm. Mostly snow, but remember we got all the sweetie stuff with that. And again, that is typical for the low solar cycle. That's going to start picking up and going the other way and then they'll be able to claim and they'll be able to lie because it used to be we science, but now we don't teach any of that. You can lie about just much anything once you have the public pool systems in place the way they are now and the non-education, the Department of Non-Education doing what it does. And everybody believing these dog and pony show committee of monkeys that come from the Fed, come with a big money with the parasites up there, there's a three dollar bill and all that, all travelers that they talked to with the committee, the organization of counties, and you've got the Association of Countships. Seriously, that's what I'm guaranteeing that's where this came from. And probably the twit that told them that was from some fool from California. If not, and I'm going to tell you, you ought to check that out. Who is the person that would be making those decisions, the manager? Okay, probably the... Yeah, certainly the mayor would have been involved, eh? Well, it probably just the department, you know, idiot, you know, who's been given authority who was probably hired from outside the area because he was so much smarter than the people who have lived there all their lives and know how to do the job, but they're good enough because they're not some spit-swapping, you know, ring-knock and slash, uh, three-dollar bill leftist who's going to bring you international communism and show you how the world should work with the international communists in charge. Well, you just got to face of that with this idiot stick thing right there where you are. Well right now what they're trying to do is reach out to other parts of the state. the rest of those neighborhoods. Yeah, we got snow here too. What's going on there, sir? Well, we have like one snowplow. Yeah? What? We say we have like one snowplow. Well, what do you say? We've got a ton of snowplows. What are you talking about? In fact, we bought our snowplows and they bought theirs. And the ours are pretty orange, or the white black trim, and the, you know, we put our city logo on it. You did with yours. Where are all yours? Well, I think we need them. We didn't snow last year, so I... I told them all. I mean, it was a wonderful idea. I made space in the yard. Now the space yard has nothing in it. It was not messy. We even got rid of the frames for the snow clouds because they were messy. They took up space. Now it's a big yard with barbed wire fence around it. And there are pole buildings. I had them painted chakras and lavender. And all the yucky, nasty machinery stuff is gone. I had to keep the truck. I don't know why, but they told me we have to do things. So I had to keep the trucks. So what are you calling me for, sir? Well, I need your trucks. Well, sounds like you have trucks. I need your trucks with the snow cows. Ah, you got a driver over in Lewiston? The snow plant post opened these bowls and got rid of the snow trucks? And you hear over there on the outside going, what? And then you hear a bunch of chuckling from the whole room. It's like, what? When we get done with our city here, we're 24 miles away from you. who probably gets more snow and have to push snow again. It's why we have snow plows. We're in a state that has snow on occasion. In fact, on a regular basis usually, but we have some nice weather with snow. So wherever the hell you're from, or whatever part of the crazy planet, enjoy how many plows you have again. How many plates? Oh, you have one! Well, we've got a lot more than that. Goodbye, human. And I guarantee that's what this is, too. Well, you know, guys, you ever see, it looks really weird when you've got racks of snow plows and they're all by themselves. It's really whenever you go by a yard, people ask that. But is that like a place that sells if they're from, you know, not familiar with how you do operations? I said, well, yeah, they actually don't need them on the truck during the summer. Like you said, Joe, they do yard work. They do city work. They do a few other things. But when we get to the snow season, then they put those plows on the front and they go to town. And I guarantee you that eventually they even got rid of the racks. What do you want to bet? After all, if we got rid of the snowplows, you know, the snow blades, we might as well sell the racks for scrap. What were they here for? I can see it now, man. They're going to purchase every Toro snow rower. Which is in the city of Arizona. How many did we buy? I mean, Gordon, I've seen just so much money. I got rid of all the snowplows because they were taking up space. We don't use that part of the yard for anything anyway. Oh, I know. But I have this great idea. We're going to tell all the prisoners in the jail that they're going to be running thorough snow blowers. They're one foot wide. I think those are weed whack-a-motor. It's going to take forever, but that's OK. When we're done, we'll have safe money, technically. If we don't have anything, we have time. Yeah. We don't have time to do this. But we don't have that many prisoners going to arrest some of the natives. Yeah. Yeah, that's the bureaucracy for you folks. Like I said, the mayor would have had to been involved in that somehow. But to completely paralyze the city by only having one... I guess it would have been for the mayor to plow his way out of town to go hide somewhere. Anyway, you could make that. Well, you know where I put all the snow? You know where I'd city manager? so deep it would make a difference what shovel he had. He wouldn't be out by spring. I'm serious, I would do that. I would be like, I only got one plow and you know what? We'll keep that guy busy somewhere else. By the way, he got all those wood. I've still got his, you know, the only thing about it is, you know, it's going to happen. You know it's going to happen. All the guys that do little independent snow plow work for driveways and stuff, well, they're going to have to hire them. Yeah, they're contractors. Yeah, they're gonna have to... Oh, he saved everybody so much. No, you don't need a license. No, you don't have to pay any fees. You can do it any way you want. Just go up right now. He's gonna save my ass. My job's in a tree out there. Nobody's... Everybody's laughing at us. Well, everybody should. He's making the butt of a joke. Did you talk... Every time we go to town, he should talk about that. Did you hear about those communists over there in Lewiston? This is how communism works. See, that's what I'd do to him. That's what I'm going to do to everybody I talk to. Hey, did you hear about Lewiston in Idaho? No, you hear how they got out of that snow in Idaho? Yeah. You know the idiot in charge like he was from California? He's some numbskull from California. You know, he sold all their snow plows, all but one. And I guess my problem is, why do you have to... The reason he didn't sell the one is because somebody probably hid it. Do you want to bet? What do you want about that? You know what's most amazing is right outside of Lewiston there is a grade, a pretty long one, a pretty steep one that goes over into Washington. And with one snowplow to keep that grade open, I mean... That's the only place to be. We're talking interstate style stuff here, man. We're not talking a goat trail. We're talking, you know, for-way kind of stuff. And to have one snowflow and keep that pass open is absolute stupid. They had to have hired some idiot. Well, you know, here's what I'm betting. I'm betting, and I don't know this to be a fact, but you know, just I'm supposing, like the garbage truck thing. that they have somebody in the background who bought all those snowplows and now they're willing to contract back to the city. You know, something along those lines. They're laying out there in the bushes somehow and somebody's going to benefit from them all. Because that's the way it usually goes. And like I said, I'm just guessing, but every time you dig into one of these things, that's where it is. Somebody that convinced Somebody give up all the plows and oh hey I'll take all of those and I'll just put them over here in my backyard because they're gonna need them sooner or later and Then when it comes to the sooner then all they have to do is I feel we somehow there or whatever They'll make a good turkey cheese. We'll see where this goes It'll be a lot more than they paid for me. Oh, yeah for all take them off your hands to get them out of the way for you. Yeah, really Oh, thank you. Yeah, no problem. I'll take them over here to my place and lock them up in my building so they're real safe. I'm thinking you're gonna press like, Oh, I didn't say that. What's going on in our political world? You can pay me for them. Well, what's going on in our political world? Where we have with the policies and the court as is and you know, what, what do we have going on? Well, I'm not worried about that. We don't really need to invest in the very argument that she brought up through the the world's gonna be gone in 12 years, and if it's that bad, it'll be gone in 12 years, telling you all that you have to get rid of your cars, that they're gonna go to electric cars, but we can't have, we can't even have the electric cars, really, because you're all supposed to ride on trains, and the trains all need to be quote unquote electric, which by the way, does everybody understand when you have stupid people, you know, I hate really stupid people, and this twit, Hispanic slash, the religion homosexual, eskimo lesbian, All your trains are electric. Do you understand that? I want you to go look at something about your trains. They're diesel. Okay, it's called diesel. Let me give you a little hit here. Generator. Diesel electric. Does everybody understand that? Diesel electric. Now there are, okay, we have diesel because see coal was dirty, But coal is something you can turn back to if you had to and we probably would if we got into a... They talk about an EMP strike. It's like, and they always show you everybody's going back to horse and buggy. And I've always pointed out why. You know what? What did it take to make the steam engine? Guys, when we made steam engines, we did not have electricity. Does everybody understand that? When we had steam engines, we did not have electricity. We built steam engines out electricity. those steam engines moved hundreds of cars at a time, coal transmission systems. Okay, we have diesel now, we have diesel. But if they're going to come up with pan-electrics, you know what they're trying to tell you here is that we're going to have electric trains, which is not going to save you any energy at all. In fact, of all the engines, they're probably the most efficient period. The diesel engine is one of the most efficient for mass moving. And by the way, what are we going to do with ships? The ships are big. Actually, they're sludge, but if you want to really see some nasty fuel, understand that they're sludge runners. They're not really highly refined fuel operators, but they're the most efficient way to save energy and move things on the planet. If you want to move something, you move it by ship first, if you can. That is the cheapest way to move massive tonnage around the world. Or anywhere. If you can even do it shorter distances like in the Great Lakes here in Michigan, freighters can move things a hell of a lot cheaper than trainer truck. Period. And even for having to load it up and move it around from one side of the state to the other to get the most amount of material moved for the least amount of money. But they don't talk about that. Otherwise, though, let's put a Viscous Cortex She said the 12 years were going to be gone. If we're that close to being gone and dead, there ain't no way since, don't worry about it. You might as well eat trench and be married. As far as the whole dribble with the green scam that they've come up with. I wonder if she's communicated with the Mayans. Well, yeah, she looks like she'd be leaning in that direction towards seances and also, let's not forget, witch-stockery. That's your uncle, wunka, uncle, ooh, uncle, wunka, uncle, ooh. But the biggest problem is it's not green anything, it's red and yellow. All that they're doing is giving you the commissariat type communist agenda of the Soviet Union of 1917. By the time they're done, they're going to put you back into your place as a plebe. I've told you this forever. And all that this done is presented red banner of the Communist Party. Everything that they're talking about puts you back in plebe slave mode. He said, you know, they hate you for a three Number one, you can defend yourself. Number two, you can homeschool and teach your own children. And number three, you can travel at your discretion and the communists never like. Thanks. And by the way, now, of course, along the homeschooling comes the idea that your children aren't going to probably be autistic. You know, I was looking at the numbers on the autism thing with this mandatory vaccination garbage state. Oh, they're killing your kids. They have to, they have, uh, we need to shoot and we need to execute people who are demanding vaccinations right now. We need to go out because if you aren't going to protect your children, when you're looking at one in so many hundred kids now becoming autistic mandatory vaccinations, you have a murder rate. That's a murder rate. You're destroying children's brains. You know that you're doing it too. It's the kind of the same kind of wicked people that want the abortion scan run high, but you know what? They're only doing it to you. They know this is affecting population. So then all Why are they doing that? This is a chemical warfare attack against the population. All of that, all these creatures are in favor of. I've pointed this out just by personal experience. We had one kid in the whole time that I went to school back 50, 60 years ago, 50 years ago plus, that one boy, and I'll never forget it because his name was Billy, great kid. We had great time. We all used to play in the neighborhood. There was a year when he couldn't move the grades with the rest of us. everybody was crying. And we were always like, well, I can't believe he's come with us. Because Billy's not the same as you. And we still played with him and everything, but is left behind. Hard on everybody. We've got, they're blowing kids brains out right now while we're speaking on the air here right now, kids. They're proud of it. You have a sick group of people across this country that are waging war against you. And they're trying to murder you. They're trying to kill your next generation. They're trying to destroy you, your livelihood, the whole nine yards. This green garbage is nothing but the communist agenda of 1917 to 1921. And they're telling you that they're going to implement it. To do that, they have to disarm us. Again, what Cooper said, they hate you because you have the ability to defend yourself. to teach your own people and you have the ability to travel. And when the communists get done, I personally believe like I've said this whole thing with the phones and everything else, the crappiness, the quality is going down. We are used to copper wire communications or fiber optic communications that they bragged up completely. And now they're saying we don't have enough room on the fiber optic system. Guys, you have to be a lame and an idiot to believe that. If you know anything about, go back and dig up fiber optic and what they were bragging about with fiber optics, hardline fiber optics. With the trunks that they've laid, we have so, we take up a corner of the trunks of fiber optic they've laid, but they're telling you now that they can't hook up fiber optics, give you a ground line in all kinds of parts of this country. Interestingly, the outlying rural areas are going to be isolated first. Well, then your cell phone service is only good for wear. You know, I've traveled all over the country here in the last several years because of family issues. And I was amazed at how many in the big, Midwestern states, right here where we are, in, you know, like Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, guys, we have whole areas that simply are not cell phone capable. So if we've got whole areas that aren't cell phone capable, and then you cut off the phone network, which is what they're talking about, that's communist Russia, 1920. some phones and there was some communication but they made sure they jammed people into the city so that when they wanted to round you up for mass execution it was a lot easier to round people up for mass execution. Look at the craziness in that Loon's eye. Joe, tell me that she does not look like Chucky Manson. Remember Charlie Manson on television when he was first, when he first got caught for, she has his eye. Good but he is not. I'll tell you what, a love child. She was on Chuckie Manch in the club chat. Yeah, she was kind of scary. Yeah, she was chopping up squirrels and you know, she'd hurt the pigeons in and she wouldn't eat them unless she carried her head off with her teeth though. Then she said she loved them. She loved them all. And then she'd keep them until they were stiff. Well again, you know, like I was speaking about yesterday, anybody with common sense could look at this woman and, you know, listen to what she's saying and ask themselves, you know, how in the hell is this even possible? that this woman would be a member of Congress. You have to ask yourself that question. It's why we're going to need a war for independence to clear and clean the country out. And all the difference is that unlike what they would do to us, I will keep repeating it. We're not going to be like them, but we are going to get rid of them. When the time comes, deportation is going to be... Are you telling me you're not going to emulate or emu-state? Well, a lot of people will, like I've said, if we get into a conflict here, there's a lot of people that are going to be pissed or just going to put a bullet in their hind end. And my problem with that is, like I said, guys, there's a lot of creatures out there that have created really weird places in this country. Wouldn't you like to know what all was really going on? I want to be able to interrogate them. I want to be able to talk to them and then we will try them and some of them will be hung. Some of them will be put in the air. I think... But most of them I'll deport though. I mean like I said, peons I'll deport. You can't do anything with a frouploop like that one, like this one we were talking about. However, she's not stupid to the nth degree. She's being run by somebody. She didn't... This communist manifesto that they just presented, make that up. Does anybody believe, when you look at how big that doctrine is, let me ask you all out there, do you believe that she sat down and wrote that out? and put it before Congress, the police. Does anybody believe that? You know she didn't. It's like Maxine Wall at Waters. There isn't a piece of legislation that's ever been proposed by that twit that she ever wrote. Somebody is handling her. So I was talking about, well, how did she get there? Like you said, how did she get there? There's money and it's a sad, sick, laughable joke for them. They'd laugh their rumpus off, put something like that into a position that should be far more a respected poster should be a respected poster in our country seriously. But we ourselves are not. Look how that thing got to where it is. Well, I mean, well, here's the other thing I would say. Number one, I want you all to think about this. All those creatures that were wearing that white at the big, you know, they had a union address. They're witches, okay? They're wearing witches gowns. They weren't wearing white for the sake of some whatever other than they were telling you which of the cult and which occult they're with. wearing the white outfits that they get. Here's a question, Harry Mark. Why do we expect them to do something we won't do ourselves? Why do we expect that? Why do the American people expect these politicians, you know, these people of power and money and all this? Why do we expect them to do what we refuse to do ourselves? Yeah, they're not going to step up to the plate. Some will step up to the plate because they're with another team over there. Hey, step up. That's one thing we gotta acknowledge. You gotta admit, look what happened as of January 1st. Boy, the commies jumped right in there, didn't they? The commies didn't hesitate to show you just how rabid they're going. Now, all of us on our side, we better get really, really, really serious about getting rid of the problem because otherwise, make no mistake about it, they've already said they want to get rid of you. They've already made their decisions. They're just trying to figure out, like they always said, every time that they say it all, but what they do is they leave the room like the old Wicked Witch of the West with Dorothy, and they flip the hourglass over and it's like, I'll be back. These things must be not bad. One of the things they have in their favor is they are not concerned with collateral damage. They are not worried about being reelected. They're not even bothering themselves with any of the You know, our thinking person would, okay, in order for me to be in office next year, you know, or the next term or whatever, obviously they know that, you know, they've bought their positions, O.C. They are not worried about collateral damage. There's a level of arrogance that demonstrates how far down the road and how lost we are in terms of We have the, needless to say, the soapbox. We've talked about that and we're still using the soapbox right now, but again, it is hampered or limited. Plus, of course, it will be attacked eventually. And we have an attack. It will be attacked eventually. However, the soapbox is right now defended with our guns. Opportunity. If we are disarmed, the soapboxes we have left to our side, so to speak, would be quickly crushed and turned and thrown into the fire and by the way they grab you and throw you in the fire too. As far as the ballot box goes, they obviously are confident that they have such voter fraud in place. Not concern themselves in that they can hit the switch and turn it however they choose to. The cartridge box is obviously, no the jury box of course is there, but the jury box as we pointed out, you've experienced, you have to shut up. The only way that you're going to get in and do any jury nullification now You can't tell anyone. I cannot emphasize this enough. I understand the, I understand the, tell everybody, no, you can't do it that way. What you need to do is put drop in people's mailboxes, you know, by mailing it to them. And you don't care the ones that are your enemy to get it. But that's the only way you're going to do it quietly by, you know, throwing a copy of the jury handbook, you know, jury, the jury rule book. I mean, under everybody's windshield wiper blade at a parking lot real quick and leave. But otherwise, the communists, like we had happened right here in Michigan, where we had the judge, of course, put a sentence in this guy, sentence this guy, go like, what, a year in prison, a year in jail for quote unquote jury tampering when the prostitute or jury tampers every step of the way. The prosecutor's office is not supposed to be running the jury, but that's exactly what happens. So for all you dweebs that think that somehow, I mean, I'm talking about the people that are listening casually there with the enemy court. We understand how the scam is run. If you understand how they pick a jury to begin with, you don't get a jury of your peers. That's long gone as far as I'm concerned. That's just a variety of the idea that you might talk directly to the jury instead of watch too many television programs and be talking to a character who is in the enemy camp, who is basically the enemy manipulator. As you turn and you're looking straight at the jury, you talk straight to the jury or if you're in the jury and you try to tell everybody else about jury nullification, you'll have one political communist rat in the group that will go tell the bailiff and they will have your arse out on the street so they'll ask you to make your head slam. The best way you can do jury nullification now, listen to me. And when the time comes, vote against the government. You vote against the government in the jury box and they ask you why. The answer that you give them is the prosecutor convinced me that the man was innocent. There's nothing they can say that. You don't even talk about the defense. No, I listen to the prosecutor and he convinced me that the man was innocent. Don't tell him about jury nullification. Don't talk about jury nullification. In fact, what will be amazing is there might be other people that are sitting there thinking the same way you are. and ideally they're going to vote with you. Now even then I am going to tell you, guys this is where you have to have the discipline of a rock. I know how tempting it is. I have all kinds of working knowledge and I have learned a long time ago if I have an enemy in front of me and the enemy is sinking, nothing but a boot shoved them below the waves. And you should be thinking the same way. I have to try and hurt my enemy, the jury jury box. The only thing I can, if I really want to be successful and help that person, man, they're persecuting this guy. They're hurting this person. This is wrong what they're doing. Well, you explain when you, when they have the boat, not guilty. Oh, and you always have some mouthy turd who is a, who is probably a hack owned by either the prosecutor. He's a relative of a cop or he is a cop. They haven't told anybody. along with now as a matter of fact well why and they're waiting to set you up to like wait here because they know all the cue points okay like no well actually I was innocent and so he's innocent and I'm voting innocent repeating and that's all you repeat now at what point well what this what that who cares now we're arguing that's not what we're here for I listen to the entire process everybody had to say the prosecutor convinced me or woman I'm not going to change 11 people in that day. It kind of trades in the movies. You ever go to the show? You remember the movie where he starts out only the one guy says to the old that the guy was innocent. Oh God. What was it? Was it 12 angry men? Yeah, I'm not sure. You remember this? Yeah, I think it's 12 angry men. Slap me in the microphone guys. I used to buy movie production. I used to teach that stuff. Um, was I think it was Spencer Tracy is in the blurs. There's several remakes of it. Mr. Tracy is I think the one that does the really good job. job because, you know, as far as the actor goes, because he starts out with asking a question and then he goes, well, wait a minute, what about this? That's a dream. That is a dream. That is impossible. The moment that you start actually asking those kinds of questions, you're going to have four or five petulant Prozac users drank the Kool-Aid, watched all the television CSI programs and hates anybody and you think this is their power trip like everything else about communism. This is their power trip to get even with that person who's not with their party. So you're not going to get that to happen. I'm telling you that right now. You are not going to change 11 other people's minds in communist America. But what you have left in the jury box is the ability to put a stick right in the spoke to shut up that spoke and this jury is hung. Now, if you're lucky, like I said, maybe there's three other people that are thinking they're like, man, if somebody else votes not guilty, I vote not guilty. Your your action your one action might change those people so that they aren't in it and as cowardly as they would normally be cowardly You see how this works you have to be like a rock. Let me become a stone. Let me let me be settled in my mind Let me stay the course put into the jury that were the hacks It's like what they're bragging with the Bob Miner case that, oh, they're going to set up the jury, they're going to stack the jury. Now, they don't have to have everybody in the jury there. They just have to have four or five or one or two big mouths. The other part of what you're facing is that big mouth who is a paid hack just put in there because he's the cousin of the prosecutor and his job is to get on juries or his family. They do this all the time, especially the smaller the community, the more likely it's going to be. How many juries, how many court cases you pay attention to? So all you have to do is be calm, don't get upset, like a rock. Very calmly and just keep, just when asked, well, you know, like right from the beginning, I'll tell you the prosecutor, he was very good at presenting the case and every step of the way, once he explained things, it showed me that this poor man or this poor woman, that they're innocent. And then you're gonna hear, yeah, you know, that's interest in my heart. And by what I can see as a thinking human being, he's innocent. And then you're going to hear, we can't get these people. Well, if you're really lucky, like when you first time you passed that vote, those other three people who were rather cowardly might show enough spirit because they know right from raw because you hold as a rock, you might find there's a few more rocks on the beach. And that's all you need to make sure now that they can't be sure if they can't break you. The other three have already voted and they'll keep voting the same way and all that they'll do is they'll try to brow beat that woman who seems a little more timid or that guy who may be a shop owner and they're going to terrorize him because they may even make a slight comment that you know, remember you after this, you just keep doing what you're doing because your vote was the foundation. two or three votes, maybe six, you never know. And maybe another one does show, eventually they keep re-voting. And maybe there's another timid soul there that finds a little intestinal fortitude way down the back corner of their gut. And maybe they changed their vote. Now you're not going to change all because the hack that's in there, his job or her job, and usually it's like I said, two or three. Their job is to try and bully the rest of you to give them a win every time. Your jury box and what's left of it. You do have it, but you in a very narrow way, in a way that you can have it out. As far as teaching other people, oh yes. You know, if you keep putting information out there, but you gotta do this, and this is guerrilla warfare 101, you just saturate the area. Oh, they're gonna know that something's happened out there, and you gotta remind people, and even with the handout that you make, it's like, tell no one, just like I just said. You wanna know how that monkey screws with their head? If you all have the discipline I just told you about, and you don't tell anyone, but two or three or four of you do show up, that actually if somebody else has read what you put out there and you actually explain, don't say a word. You are. They're, again, like I said, the same rocks on the beach, the same stones, the foundation. Save someone now. Get out and make it more expensive for your enemy. Now, I'm going to tell you this. If there's a joke, what would happen with the Bundy's, guys? When the government lost, what did they do? They retaliated. And they turned right around and came back and went at it again, didn't they? And went at it again. Hell, they're doing it right now. The judge dismissed all of those cases with prejudice. They are not supposed to come back in court, Joe. What did they just start doing with the Bundy's here just a few weeks ago? Oh, they're rounding up new charges. They're trying to appeal the ruling and bring it into the court and to continue with the case as if it didn't stop. With prejudice. Mean something explain what that means mark words mean something It's like well you screwed up so badly that don't come back in with this pile of spaghetti because it's all stale It's all bad. It's all rotten. It is the forbidden fruit scenario in other words Everything that you created here you created it with a series of criminal actions and because of that it is all null and void now you go you go find something else or somebody else I'm gonna come at it again. It would be a different story if it was without prejudice Meaning that if they choose to try it again or find some other avenue or... Well, to start all over. But with prejudice, means that we can go no farther with this. The end. We're done with this. It's not to be retried. Talk about nothing. With prejudice. When you're prejudiced against somebody, you have an absolute... You know, I don't want to deal with that guy anymore. We're done here. I don't even want to see him talk to him or whatever That's with prejudice but without prejudice kind of leaves you an open door, but this was a decision with prejudice and So this didn't even be taking place. I'm sorry. Go ahead mark. Oh, it's okay on top of that You got to remember that this was a very public case and they're going back into the institutions as if it did not They're trying to claim, but they're trying to claim the decision process and all that you went through because they didn't get what they wanted, they're coming back. That is how sick this situation is now. But let's point something out. The Hammons had the same thing happen to them, guys. Why did we not, you know, this is, well, you see, this is where the long term, the long eye with the people who were involved at the Bobby Ranch Inn, they shouldn't be a surprise. The Hammons, remember, had a court, a late ruling by a judge. And they created a special prostitute who, by the way, this dirty whore, she came in, she was the one who was a skew in the first part of the case. Well, they came in and brought it back into court. Now, you got to remember, they already had a ruling, they've already had sentencing. They completely overturned that and then extended all of their punishment. Now, immediately, what they did with that dirty prostitute Yes, they fired her the moment they were done, and claimed, oh, she had done something wrong. No, that was to cover their arse with regard to their political hackery. They brought that turd in and hired that lesbian. Their lawful hackery. Yeah, but then as soon as they were done with that creature, and by the way, it was not in a negative sense that they did this. This is all part of the chicanery of the Admiralty Court, which needs to be driven from our nation. Now I hate it admiralty court. Do you want to go to their courts? Do you want to go in there and battle with them because even if you win you lose? Tells you all the rebels stay out of their courts. Yeah, we are in this country with regard to the many elements of of This green scam because all this is you keep correcting everybody. It's not green. It's red and yellow red and yellow red and yellow It's like the confiscation laws are red and yellow. This is communism You are not dealing with, you are dealing with, as we've said, internationalists, the neocons are helping more than the other stinking fakes of the game. And so the neocons scammers are in the Republican side and you've got the open communists on the Democrat side and they appear to be blithering idiots, but understand what you're seeing is the meat puppets up front. They're nothing but stinking meat puppets. Do you think that Cortez, Cortez, Cordiac, Citiac, whatever her name is, who cares? Do you think that Twit, volume, a book of volume, and brought it into the Congress as a post piece of legislation, do you believe that? Even playing it, even our people, well not our people. In the controlled media where you have the supposed right, the supposed left, they're telling you, oh, she's so crazy because she proposed this. Wait a minute, back up. Let's ask the basic question. Do you believe if you're the person who's saying that you're trying to tell us that look at that clown. See this clown. Let's focus on this clown. Well, who owns the circus? What? Well, she's just an employee. That clown is just an employee who owns the circus that's running. Who's the circus master? Let's live that big chunk of paper to that quit. Walk it out onto the floor as a An idiot inexperienced congress, first congress creature, okay? And put this out there on the floor. How many years of experience did that twit have beforehand in any form of the bureaucracy? Please. Zero. That's the best example of a meat pumpkin imagine. Now I'm waiting for the... Oh you don't need to read it. You all just need to sign it. We heard that before Joe? I think we've heard that before, haven't we? Well, like we said, with this pol- well, pol- I was- he is the old-scale potato chip version of the same thing. A wicked monster. Be out of shadow without. And Cortez, old crazy eye? Oh, and that's what she'd be like after 30 years worth of being a communist commissary in this racket. What would that monster be like? We already know what kind of creature we've got going on with, you know, Looney Toon, you know, Fruit Loop slash, she's got the hammer. Okay, the gavel up there in front. Which, it's like, how the hell did that happen? Think about it. Now he or she doesn't even hear us, does he? We've got just as many male Froot Loops as we have female Froot Loops. In fact with the Demikins, we've had Barney Frank in there, that queer, for as long as we can remember. Even when he ran a page boy prostitution ring, oh he never sampled any of the wares. Even though, as we know with homosexuals, they can have up to 10,000 creatures that they'll be groping in one year. Yeah, I remember all those numbers that were offered in statistics years ago when they were briding that up with the bringing the whole queer agenda up here, you know decades ago back in the 80s and into the 90s. You ever look at any of their own numbers and what they were so proud of? Music in the background? Hopefully I'm not lost here. I'm still alive. And we are at the top. Yes, we are at the top. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. Invist the land of the free, the brave. According to the state, you read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay attacks you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken a number and you've traded in your name. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear, be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand. defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right. And pray to God as Iowoki vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? Ladies and gentlemen, this is the 10th hour of the morning intelligence report. Currently, I'm Jeremy Neal. Or you can snail mail PO Box 164, Kami'i Idaho 83536. That's PO Box 164, Kami'i Idaho 83536. You know, it's a... It's been kind of an I want to say an amazing or amusing a journey in patriotism to have been involved and these sort of things You know what we've been doing here for so many years You know, you can only imagine you're marking myself and I know I talked to Don about this at one point gather us to soul brother Yeah preparing America or getting America to prepare for what we see is coming down the pipe and You know, I can say that you know when I first started coming into the know if you wanted to consider it that way, you know way back in 1985 When I started paying attention, I guess if you will And to be here at, you know, 2019 and all the things that have transpired and the things that they've implemented, you know, you have to know this. They were rattling the savers for gun control in 1985 and earlier than that, actually. But I'm just saying, that was my starting point. And here we are, you know, they're still passing legislation. Now they're peace-neeling everything. You have to know that these relentless bastards who never go home, they have financial support, they have stolen the money that they're using against you, from you, that yes, once in a while you have to get out there and mow your own grass, so to speak, whether you want to or not. And this is one of those situations, my friends, that, you know, they're joking this morning of, you know, Lewis and Idaho selling all their snow plows and now they're buried, you know, up to their kneecaps in snow. This is their policies, their ideals, you know, it's like, oh, well, we'll just get some more money. But, you know, even I'm sure that, for example, the city of Lewis had had the money. Let's say they had the money. to go out and buy a thousand new snowplows. So they put in the order. Hey, we'd like to have a thousand new snowplows. Well, sir, we won't be able to get those until 2025 because we're so backed up, you know, shipping snowplows to Switzerland, you know, and other countries and stuff. You know, they have no idea what's going on the next day. And with their actions and what they're doing right now, like I stated a few seconds ago, they don't care about collateral damage or, you know, how smooth the future is not going to be. They don't care about that part. They just want what they want. And they take it. And unfortunately, America seems to just keep giving and giving and giving and giving. And you know, I remember I'm sure Mark does too on occasions, on occasion for the longest time, certainly back during Clinton's time and before, they would reference the national debt and how much each individual American owed, you know, for their part of the debt of the country. As if we were out here spending money And we must leave for things that we did, you know, the people. As if we, you know, we, the people, somehow owe all this money. I think it's up towards 200,000 or something, whatever it is, per individual times 300 plus million. Man, you can't even count that high. Can't even count that high. And so, you know, it's obvious, as I was pointing out before, you know, there is no limit For them there is no control of them and they are definitely out of control So in there, I don't know what how you would want to describe that, you know, take the guns take the money take everything you know, somehow we feel no reason or purpose or Anger or anything else to you know, say hey, but we've had enough And I'd like to sit here and say to you this morning. Well America is waking up at this point. Well, yeah, they were there waking up They are. Thanks to broadcast, just like this one, the one you're listening to, a little bit of common sense, you can give me a little advice, you know, this is what's going on, have you seen this? You know, as of yesterday when I was pointing out verbiage, you know, the verbiage that they use. You know, things that people don't necessarily think about all the time. If you were here yesterday morning, you heard me change somebody's opinion in two sentences. We went from die to defend. Were you here for that? This is how they speak. I mentioned lawyer legalese. You know, this is what you're listening to all the time. Sometimes you think that you know what's being said or what's being done, but you haven't got a clue. And it is designed that way. We have to know this, but more importantly, we have to consider that daily. Every time you listen to something you have to take into consideration what it is you're listening to. Because if you don't you will have heard something else. You will have thought something else. They have got America so confused, divided, dumbed down that You know without these broadcasts, you know, I'm thankful I'll share with you all the new YouTube guys that you know came out and they're pounding the drum, you know, just like we are Everybody has something to bring to the table We should sit here and thank the government for allowing us to have the internet. Oh, yeah But you see they had no control over it once it took off on its own anyway In case you didn't know, this internet stuff was supposed to be for the military, for the government only, but it got out of their hands. And they still struggle today to get it back under control. They're always struggling to get it under control. they're trying to make a claim that there's such need as much legislation as they would like to pass for your guns they would like to place an equal amount of legislation or restrictions or or what have you on the internet anything they can bring them any harm in any way they are desperate to control and if you were to sit there and just go wild today and just started sending out emails and you know, whatever. Hey, check out this article. It doesn't matter who it's by. Just be, make sure that it's truthful and point out, you know, what's going on in this country. What do you think would happen then? The only option they would have at that point is to literally unequivocally without the doubt, it's just shut that internet system down. Turn it off. It's already whipping them so bad that you know, it's kind of like that movie The Passion Kept waiting for it to stop But it never stopped Just keeps going right now. We got a caller. Let's go the phone line. Well, good morning caller and welcome to the program Good morning Mr. Moran from Pennsylvania here with a question about jury notification I'm very notification. Okay I'd like to ask if What what happened? during the jury and want to fire off if the guilty plea is rendered. How, how, how, what is he going to do? What would be the consequences there, Hosh? I'm not sure I understand your question. Wait, are you talking about asking the judge? Well, I'll say, on the jury, we're talking and says, let's fire off the questions of the judge in writing, come up with a guilty plea. What's the consequence? Oh, you could ask that, but I wouldn't ask that. You wouldn't ask that as a jury nullification issue. You just ask that as a You know, what are the, well, the way to do that is ask them, what are the end results by sentencing guidelines for the charges in the extreme, the worst case, in other words, if the individuals found guilty. I would think they would have that in hand at the beginning. Usually it's part of the jury, yes, it's part of, what you're going into quarters for you know, deliberation, or you could request, that's a question you would ask the bailiff provided by the clerk through the judge, and they'll bring it back in and show it to everybody. If it isn't already part of the understanding of the jury, because they have to provide all the information so they can make a rational decision. But each state and county is different. There are, you know, it's arbitrary. It's totally arbitrary. So you could ask, it's not really a jury nullification issue. It's just common sense question of, you know, in my heart, why am I making this talk? I have to be able to have all the information I need to make that decision. They couldn't challenge you on that. Be like, well, this is part of their, you know, one of the ramifications process. And by the way, it's public information. So we should be able to know this. Why I want the most, forgive me. I'm sorry. Let me talk about it. I want to point this out in a situation like that. it's not the concern the judge did the the judge has no right to ask any question of the jury that they're requesting information like that all they have to do is provide it it makes no difference why i want to see it i need to see it i feel as part of what i need to you know have as part of my information base said if you would talk about your notification you never bring it up you don't discuss it at all the judges for the moment all that it is i'm gonna point that out i have some old computers in my uh... broadcast shop that we got from the University of Michigan. There were computers that the university had provided to the judges and prosecutors office of Washtenaw County. We were going through all of their hard drives because they did not scrub them, okay? They didn't scrub the hard drives. And we found a case with Jim Monahan, who of course, who has been a long time patriot, and their conversation, their emails back and forth, they acknowledged that what he was presenting was good law and they even talked about jury notifications, stated it was literally, in their words, good law, but if there was their job, to try and make sure that people didn't find out about it and they had first obligation to the court, not to the people. What are some of the recommendations if I was a jury and did discuss notifications with the other jurors? Well, they called me. I don't think that the court... i don't think they're being in that respect because i like to know said that's typically part of the information basically tell you what the charges are straight the case and they also drive the you know what is the point for the charges that are being rendered or if you were to ask it is not out of line but i would not in any way shape or form you know anything would have to do with geisha with the but you have to come converse with him you have to mentally fully thinking about you have to come up with asking in such a way that, well, no, I'm just, it's part of the information base that I need because, or that we need because of what we're doing here. I wouldn't, but I just want to know in my mind, if I brought up the jury notification to the 11 brain dead idiots, because I just know most people, they have a lower level of thinking, and if I did bring up jury notification and discuss it, I found myself thrown off the jury, when I found myself charged with they would throw me off? Number one, remember you have typically with, depending on the size of the case, you usually have two courts. At the very least, they would immediately jettison you from the jury. Usually here's what happens, the bailiff may be standing there, he's their spy. If nothing else, if they don't have a first person rat in the jury, as soon as he heard anything like that going on, he would leave the room, shoot her in the judge, did you say or were you bringing up the subject and then immediately the process went wink wink with the judge withdrawn as the juror and they would ask for an auxiliary jurist who was still sitting there with all of you. The jurist's all there. That's the most common tactic. Now, you brought up something else. If they want to make an example and persecute you, then possibly they could try to claim like what's the most common thing, well, tampering was a jury. Well, wait a minute. We're in there to do whatever job we're supposed to do and you know that's common sense. But remember, these dirty horrors are stacking the deck. It's already stacked before you even get in there. They already reached the jurists how they need to only listen to the order of the judge, which is wrong. The jury is separate from the judge and it's separate from the prosecutor and it's even separate from the defense. Obviously, it is its own freestanding entity. It's one of the most significant elements for the American Revolution. And in fact, it's why, well, think about this. our jury processes were so effective and we were so dynamic in the colonies remember that the crown finally ordered that in any cases where the government agents were being charged because they could be charged remember the cases were going to be taken outside of the colonies back to england or down to the caribbean does he couldn't count on our juries to do their job side with the court inside with the crown this is not new this goes to this you bear with me a jury of my peers and you, Parker said in your self-dealing, these are not my peers. What kind of reply would the judge of you just ignore you or like that's just strange and just move on? If you go, well no, they're not gonna, they already know that they stacked the jury. The jury pretty much, if you're lucky enough to get in there it's because you, when they ask you a question tell them you watch television. I'm in the picture room and I don't know you don't even say that I watch television I do basically my go-to-work watch TV you know sports stuff like that well if you have an opinion on well and I really didn't know anything about what's going on here I really I didn't expect to get called for jury duty but I figure it's you know something I have to do if I'm called upon you have to become the most total I'm looking for it it's become one Right, they need malleable clay. They want something they can mold in their direction and that will either be fearful or you think you're getting over on somebody. That's the two types they're looking for. Let me give you an example because today is the day that the Branch Davidians were attacked by the ATF and the Branch Davidians won their first battle when they fought. Okay? At the end when everything was over after they murdered and burned the women and children there, a jury that was brought forward virtually the Branch Davidians that survived were found innocent of almost every charge that was presented. The jury felt now because of one or two stooges, the rest of because there were a couple of plants, one was a cousin or like an in-law of one of the federal agents, ATF agents there locally. They were being threatened from within and they were being pressured because they had the feds up there sitting in the front seat staring at the jury the whole time. All these ATF agents and FBI agents staring at the uh... the jury which is happening here well i heard of my children i'd be very good now real what happened in the end is the depression is about innocent of all major charges but because they were fearful of the fed and because they had a mouth in there that was telling how they were going to get them what they did is they gave but the jury gave that some minor charge which is a hyper misdemeanor with a low low low crime the judge with that as the tool turned around and gave them two years in jail in prison each for having guns while they performed the misdemeanor because the jurists did not hold to their, you know, didn't keep their intestinal fortitude. They did do a good job. There was everything that they tried to prosecute them on. They were found innocent of all the high crimes that they were charged with. But because they gave out of fear and they were interviewed afterwards and every one of the jurists said the same thing. They were fearful for their lives. They were scared. By the time they were done at the end of that jury trial between the judge who was who was staring at them and barking at them, feds who were terrorizing them, they felt they had to give the government something. Well, in giving the government something, then they took far beyond what they should have been punished. Had they stayed the course and set guilty in all areas, which by the way, what they were felt guilty on was a misdemeanor. crime misdemeanor, which they would have gotten no time because none of them had any criminal background. Nobody had any other charges. They had no records. But because of that, then the judge took it to the instagree, dug through whatever he could. They appealed it, but by the time the appeal was done, they spent the two years in jail anyway. They won their appeal. This is the rest of the story with the Branch Davidians, and this has to do with jury. The jury did a good job, but the jury gave in where they shouldn't have. And it really was the equivalent. Well, it was more than purely nullification. It was justice served properly. There's a case where everybody agreed, but those women and men are all on record on videotape for the trial and they explained exactly what happened. So I'm giving you a bit of history that you know you won't see in the controlled media, even though it was covered in some of the local, one television station locally covered this down in Texas and Waco. All the rest were told to shut up and don't say a word. So there's an example of where the jury does count. I mean, imagine if they had caved in and just gone guilty, guilty, guilty to all the well-peas, the feds, and whatever the feds say must be right, well, that judge would have, you know, put a sent them off into the... They would have had basketball scores for sentences, is what would have happened. Now, when a judge sent you down the river, give her something. You're signing your prison bond. They're making money. Is the judge personally getting a kickback? Oh yes. How does that work? What is that all about? Every one of these judges, now it depends on which of the Admiralty Court jurisdictions you're in, but for instance, the state of Michigan, the judge receives approximately 8% of all monies received and 8% of the prison bond. It's part of, it goes into the judicial retirement fund and it can be tagged specifically for their accounts. This is one of the reasons that, for instance, when you have a case, I've done thousands of court cases, it sickens me. I'm telling you right now, just to do that kind of work again, I would just get so, you can't get angry, but you get so, you get pissed because you see the level of corruption. There are several cases where the judges retired. Well, when the judges retired, the judges authority still hangs over the, uh, the Admiralty Bond over the Prison Bond. And so this is why other judges refuse to take that money from the other judge. That's really what it has to do as much as anything else. When a judge retires, All of the people, it was guaranteed is that there are people that he has sentenced that will be living in prison longer than he will probably live through his retirement. All of those monies come back to him in accounts payable progressively, trickle back to him, a series of payments that take place through the judicial retirement mechanism, which operated, it's actually run out of England, it really does, the monies travel through a strange trail to get to a non-company which is located in Tennessee. That one bond company is where all the monies move. If you go to any prison, if you're even in any county lockup, before they can start the cycle, they have like with the state prison or the federal prison, work from your court, goes through the warden slash the officer of the court, which is the judge. It goes to that bond company. The bond company then has to verify the paperwork, they contact the Admiralty counterpart in the British Square Mile, they generate the actual bond, the slaver bomb so this is the British are actually running the slaver by the comes back to this bond company in Tennessee they then ship it back and that's why you have holding areas in all of your state prisons and even your fed prison before they get a route you to the warehouse where they're going to store you on company and I I have it all I have it all on file just that I'm not where my files are right now but yes I do actually I what we did is was sealed I was one of three people who worked on the Supreme Court case in 2004. I was not the person who initiated this. The problem of being a prisoner is that you are traveling. But what happened is I ended up being one of the administrators, three administrators who did the final filing, did all the paperwork. You have to have certain fonts, you have to have specific paper. There's a whole bunch of things you have to do to get to the Supreme Court for final reading. When we first presented the case with all the information, 725 pages, 26 pages, aren't just filings of its type, we incorporated all the information on the bond. What they did is they verified it, confirmed that it was all right, and then they cited a 1987 ruling that the court does not have to follow the rule of law. The court is in jeopardy because the information you have divulges the of the court. Already public information can be found. There are two rulings and they both state that even if this risks the life of a man or a woman and they could be executed is the obligation of the judges and the prosecutors and the lawyers of the court to first protect and even if the ruling is totally wrong even if it is criminal in nature is the obligation of the court, including the Supreme Court, to rule in favor of the court against the jeopardy to the overall business at hand that they do. It's been 100 years in jail. It protects the court from its law, from people finding out about its lies. That's a good thing. When I saw this first, I just had to sit for a day and just sit quietly, and I just read it three times. And I just, this is when I read it, and it was like, I couldn't find it. All of these people that are in this court system criminal as the day is long and God knows how many innocent people or how many people have died at the hands of these criminals to protect their racket which is not even an American business. It is a foreign corporation operating inside the United States as an extension of the crown. Bar members know this ordinarily? Not all bar members because they don't work in the higher...let's put it this way, anybody that works in any of the district or higher courts knows this. Any that work in any of the high courts. In the lower courts, an officer will be dealing with or will be subject to understanding the working operations of those court rulings which are penalty court rulings from a foreign database. Their own interests and they don't depend on those interests. But the judges, most of the judges, well not all the judges, at the lowest end, many of the judges are even if they're old and gray haired. are entering into this for any number of different reasons and may not have typically been a judge. They are typically Masons or they're Jewish. With the synagogue, the Masons are to honor the chosen first and give first right to them so whatever they charge or whatever they demand, they will be part of the whole Scottish Right Lodge goes back to England. as part of the whole reason for destroying Magna Carta because Magna Carta put checks upon the Jewish bankers to prevent them from manipulating the courts and from manipulating the economy. Magna Carta was all about. They returned it. They were also able to be at Law of the Sea which includes the property rights on people which you know humans as property which also gets back to the whole idea of monarchy. Like I said America is a unique situation. We had to kill a lot of people to finally say that we owned ourselves. We had to put a friend who got a basketball score not too long ago based on the testimony of a woman who said she was touched inappropriately and made the mistake of going to an interview with Mr. Cobb that dragged on for over two hours and where he walked out and declared it a confession. It turned out he had to represent himself. because they weren't even trying to pretend to give him a hug. In his own lawyer, he hired for calls money and quit. Got signed off by the judge without him being present. The question is, if she changed her mind and I just, okay, how much time do we have here? Hold on, because I can answer you because I was directly involved in three different cases like this. I'll tell you what will happen. and what is most likely first going to be the situation is let's say that she goes before the, she goes to the prosecutor's office. decided that she's going to tell them I want to change my I want to change my statement I was not truthful this needs to be fixed I feel I have a guilty conscience oh you have a guilty conscience say well I'll tell you what if you want to change your statement then we're going to charge you for making an illegitimate statement you're going to go to prison and what they do is immediately one of the first things they'll do is they will they do not want that case overturned so they will threaten the Now, they should do that, but what she has to do, you have to make a statement of truth. This is what I'll coach you through what may get the person back out. An affidavit? No, a statement of truth. Not an affidavit, a statement of fact. What you're doing is you're hoping when you do a filing, if you do a filing and a plea, what you're doing is you're hoping that they will read something. A statement of fact, which is, and I've got a gentleman here, actually, I'm not right home right now, okay? but i have another person who is at the most adept individual this is in the patriot will be right now is got five different departments tied up county they're trying to kill each other now because they're all the same boat what you're doing is your stating back she has a great statement with the lawyer she can find a lawyer that you know as the assessor for which you know all he needs to do is represent her to present the statement and he is introduced to the court to the through the county clerk's office now the process this creates and forces the issue because it creates a public record that has to be received by the clerk. Then it is, of course, it's in the state, it's in the county register, the township register, depending on what your court is, and it's posted publicly because, remember, it's all part of the purpose behind the clerk's office in the first place. Now, what you're then going to do is present and the filing to the prosecutor's office and state that you want your argument changed, overturned, your statement changed. Now, a person has to state, why, what Rocksteady, just like we were talking with jury notification issue, they may try to threaten or they may try to control. What they will be forced to do is bring it back into the court of review to try to, like I said, they don't want to do this because she does this, and this is a casual fact, You now have wrongful incarceration. If the person has been held for six months, six years, or 20 years, whatever time they've been held in a wrongful incarceration, you are now beholden to compensate the individual in the process, and they know it's a chunk of change. How do you return a man's life? So instead, in their criminal prosecutor mind, They will try to block anybody from even thinking that they're going to step forward and present the evidence that's necessary to save that person from that illegitimate loss of time. This gets over to something I mentioned earlier. This is why I brought it up. One case where the individual was demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt, a former wife had made statements with all illegitimate. There were multiple witnesses without and even recorded the individual bragging that she had lied across the board about the man case all the way to the Supreme Court. This is one of the three cases I worked on. And they brought up that, well, yeah, okay, so basically this is going to cost the state, it's going to cost the bar a lot of money. We have first obligation to protect the bar and the state. We are not going to rule in favor. In fact, not only are we not going to rule or he would they had to hear they'd actually read and heard this is a case that went into the Supreme Court. They would not rule in favor of the defendant, even though the argument was right, because it would be detrimental to the many elements of the court, including undermining the authority of the court at every level for having allowed it to go this far. I've seen that. I have personally read all the documents of this. And by the way, the Supreme Court sealed that case. I've got to dig out my paper. I have all copies. I would always send copies home of everything that we were doing, guys. and we sent them in a hundred different directions so that when they try to burn your records if you're incarcerated you have backups to backups and if you don't you will lose. They'll scroll, they'll sell the lockup to come in and try to destroy your legal records. Now sometimes that's put lockers full so they usually can't get away with it. It could be done and in fact the question is did the original prostitute or leave? Is there another person in place? Oh there's a lot of turnaround depending on how big or small the department is. And the new person coming in, it's no skin off their back except that, well, they're, of course, trying to make points. So the big issue will be, they agree to overturn it, and they've had classes on not doing this. The state or the city or the court is, you know, they're going to take a hit because first you have to release the person. You're going to turn around and charge and file for the time lost in your life. And they know that they're going to have to pay for it. The only thing that they can do is appeal, appeal, appeal, finally after four, six years, you win. They know that because it's an obvious and in your face unjust taking. If that person is willing to do so, I would do it as a protectorate. I would even file it in another town, a hospital, another county. And that way you can even demonstrate you have redundancy so that they try to make it disappear from the court filing and from the county clerk's office near respective county. Actually, a way to do that, forget, would probably be to do it as a state thing in addition to the attorney general's office. that the attorney general's office becomes, for each of the activity, it can be dragged into the case as a witness should the documents or instruments disappear. Oh, you think this is, this bunch of people, the worst of which, like I said, if I had my way, I'd only walked out to the tree out there and hung in a heartbeat because their level of criminality, arrogance, the level of arrogance is so phenomenal. Crime. And remember, it's a foreign organized crime combine. We're operating. If you go to the law books right now, this is the one thing, see on the one hand, you can study and Joe knows, everybody that's listening right now has been on the Patriot Movement for a long time, guys. We've gone all these circles and circles and circles over and over again. And I will not deny a person learning and educating themselves. I don't think that's right. Part of this that I've argued way back in the 90s is that study not too closely the ways of your enemy lest they become yours. And what happens is, in order for you to play in this spaghetti factory, you have to become a student of the spaghetti factory. There are people that have done this to save their lives, save their own lives. A lot of people that were, they call them jailhouse lawyers, I'll be quite honest, most of the jailhouse lawyers are far superior to anybody you're going to hire as a lawyer out there on the street. I will tell you that. The unsung part about it is, guys, you've got to remember when you've got nothing to put time on your hand, you either become an idiot stick, or you treat it as a monastery now imagine instead of it being a casual aside for you why you have to work and everything else imagine if you can do nothing but and you do nothing but immerse yourself in it because if the whatever time you have you focus on the fight the sooner you may be out she get really motivated when your life depends upon it uh... when you're outside there are people who are better at studying or becoming astute to uh... fax information and they'd themselves in it, but the problem is you get religious in it to the point, I spent so much time, it's the center of my universe, and in reality it should only be a temporary assignment because the fact of the matter is the laws that we're operating under should not even be, they're not even truly empowered over us. They are illegitimate and they should be done away with. The Admiralty Court was called by the Founding Fathers the hated Admiralty Court. And the courses we operate in right now are not part of America. They are part of a foreign power operating as a blanket de facto invader since 1933. In fact, 1938 under the Buck Act is where the rest of these mechanisms were brought into play as part of the occupation of America, or reoccupation by the British crown, by foreigners in America. Everybody that's up in the upper end knows it. One of the things you're terrified of is if everybody becomes knowledgeable of it, I would drag them out, hang them in probably about two or three days, and lead me back to our form of government and our courts in a very short period of time, because they are a minority. I'm sorry, go ahead, go ahead, time, please, I'm sorry, please. First thing, my heart is so bereaved that I'm not really quite sure of these questions that I ask, and it's like, gave me the confirmation, and it's like, oh my God, when I get a call from prison, talking to someone, talking to the gate of hell and life, It's like they're a herd, and they're picking this off like sabers by the lions. And everyone just looks on, oh look, Fox has got eaten. Not to mention, most people don't even want to know this. I've got nothing to hide. And we tell people, you never talk to a purpose, and that is to arrest you. Behind it is, that you count on the idea that you feel that you're innocent, so you're going to explain to them why you're innocent. And then they're going to twist selectively whatever you say, is going to do even more of that, based upon what they know is their racket. Let me give you an example. We just saw the epitome of the worst variation on this is with that couple that was murdered down in Houston. As soon as they murdered that couple, every stinking uniform just behind those murderers, and they all banged the gong, and even they even threatened on national television. The Union boss was there. He was a punk. He's not a boss. He's a punk. But he said that any of you are very tense, but where's on our list. How more blatant can you be to describe what we're talking about right now? They got on television and we're facing the cameras and if any of you are against the official story, where are you going to get caught? And that's what he said. We're all in the same boat. This is where our problem is. The founders understood this, guys, that, you know, what hurts you hurts me. They can do that to you. This is where our problem has been. It's why we get to the point where we kind of keep sucking in and sucking in and letting the borders, you know, collapse. We are to the point now, and I will be the first to say it, I don't care what my enemy thinks of me, that we are at a point where an American war for independence is what is needed to save ourselves and to save those people that we're talking about. 80% of the people that are presently in prison have no business being in prison, nor could they legitimately be held to the witness of a true justice mechanism. Have a Admiralty Property Court mechanism. That is in violation, totally in violation of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights of these United States. You have an additional calling Mark. I'm sorry, okay. Mark, I want to thank you for your time. I'm just going to let you go and go to a quiet place and pray. I are so pleased and thank you because you don't hear the truth. I am hard pressed to find and hear what you have to say. Thank you. Again, for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I ask for mercy upon our friend. And I can't stress enough you're bringing up of all the things that hurt me the most knowing the injustice. You know you should grab them by the neck and throttle them dead. You have to stay calm because so many people that are hurt. The foundation of our law is to prevent an unjust taking of time. This is slavery. Guys, if you can't get when you have an arbitrary he said she said and then the court knows that that's what it is when you see especially that they were the the monkey poke thing where well we have an anonymous witness anonymous kill call of bomb party and we're going to come and confiscate your guns but you don't know what is it did it if you can't see your accuser if i do not know my accuser then technically there is not in fact it's an arbitrary action They've just come up with another way to thread that camel through the eye of a needle and come up with the same fiction and the same garbage that we shot our way out of for eight years. We had to plead to make it so that myself... Now I'm not doing right right now because to be quite honest caller and follow me up there listening, we should harass. Personally, I would tip over me and if right now if I knew that they were at me again, I have no choice but to go to town on them and I would not stop until you heard about, maybe you wouldn't hear about, because if I did it right, there'd be a long list and I would just keep going because it's the only right, it's the only justice I would find that would be left. Insult. It's why we need to fight to save ourselves. And thank you for, I'm sorry, I interrupt a lot, forgive me sir. We have another call or two by the way, I believe. Yeah, sounds like I'm at the right time. this morning by listening quite frequently though and I had mentioned this to Joe earlier this week. I don't know if you're aware of a man from Alaska, his name is Shafer Cox, an injustice that happened to him. Go ahead, please inform our listeners because I'm not fully up to speed. Okay, so Shafer Cox, leader of the militia in Fairbank, Alaska and He was just doing practical things like organizing Liberty phone trees where somebody was being oppressed by the police and have witnesses show up on their behalf non-violently. And you can find the story on YouTube. And he also has a website, reshapercocks.com. I've been donating heavily to his legal fund, but he was tried with since then, both of you in Alaska. And so then the feds came in and they charged him. They charged just 20 points to the US government. over again on the audio tapes where he says I want to do this the Gandhi way, not the Rambo way. It's their exculpatory evidence which for people who don't know what that means, that means evidence to show that you're not guilty. All of that was withheld federal prosecutor, the jury in the federal case and a short conversation with you can't do justice to somebody or can't be justice to a student. It's a lot better to go and listen to it. They tried to entrap him for three years with a the victim held an eye to his throat out of frustration when he couldn't get him to greed or violently overthrow the government. When he said, vastly refused to use violence and the hold that the FBI was going to to try to, he wanted a wife, him and his family to go to Canada. And the FBI sent another informant in, a The guy was alleging to be a truck driver and to pick him up in an abandoned industrial park in Fairbanks, Alaska. And the FBI, their plan was to murder him and plant a weapon on him and make it look like he was trying to shoot them. They wanted to justify their water. I wanted them to be in the industrial park after they showed up that day and see the FBI there and say, hey, what are you guys with black masks and guns doing on my property? And that was the only thing that saved his life. Now he's being held and I guess they call it a CMU, a Communications Management Unit, prison in Indiana, Terreaux, Indiana, where he's, well obviously the goal is to keep communicating with people in the outside world or keep to a minimum, but anyway those are the lengths that the government are willing to go to for a man who's trying to do things peacefully. So everybody should listen to the story of Shafer Fox on YouTube, his website. I'm familiar, yeah. Okay, now you mentioned I'm familiar with the case, but at least part of it. You know you've given me more than I actually had. Go ahead Who is part of it with your question? Well, I'm sorry. I'm familiar with part of it. Yes. I'm pretty much he's we walked through the story I remember familiar. We're out of time Mark. I'm sorry I'll tell you what call her if you would you can call back tomorrow. Remember we have another two hours in the morning Sounds good. Can you do that? Appreciate that. And again for everybody out there guys. It's like you said the There's so much work that can be done, but we need to do it and work together to accomplish the mission, the overall test. Whatever it is that you choose, I'm never going to ridicule you about it. But I will point out that pretty much everything that we've seen that's been presented, we have repeated over and over again, and there have been casualties because people do not balance out what it is or put a break on it before it goes, and we stop it from going any farther. There's a point where we're going to have to do that now. The Communists have offered their Communist Manifesto. That's what that Green B.S. is all about. And the FBI would be more than happy to follow the Communists every step of the way. In fact, it's obvious that they're helping the Communists. They want communism in America. They want a police state in America. The ATF, the FBI, would be part of the F.G.S. that they are right now. And they would cooperate with the Red Terror and assist in the murder of Americans as they have in the past. Just think about that. We are at the top. God bless our republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We're on the march night and day. They're kind of aggressively dashing along, but look at the fruit loops they have to put out in front to make everybody feel safer about maybe letting them get away with it. Look at the Cortes region. I'm here in Arizona, available, and then said emergency calls only. Working on working on the railroad I could. But anyway, what the important part is, tune in today, your friends about the mic, thanks for the micro effect to help get the word out. And thank you to Jeffrey Bennett for helping try to prepare some of these misconceptions psychological warfare operations, order news, try to get caught up with what I have here. I think I've got 10 or 15 of them. My email addresses altabead7. at hotmail.alpha, Lima, Cango, Alpha, Bravo, Bravo. It looks like the signal's coming in better and better. I thought it's not that old out here like it was, but you didn't tune in to hear the weather report. In the copy of my new VFW magazine, there was a whole section in there of about the Congressional Medal of Honor, I guess just recently. I think he retired as an E8 or something, but during the Vietnam War, and he was in the Marine Corps, Semper Fi, continuously there was something about the commanding officer as his company had gotten injured and he was the senior CO for command, his little initiative, and got the job done, exposing himself to fire people that were wounded and shot at walls 50 years later. He gets awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor by the President. If I can't track down, it was kind of a elaborate art, because it wasn't just necessarily about him, but a few of the other people that have been recently at the Congressional Medal of Honor about a world war, or something about some Navy ship and renamed after. And then there was another one of psychological warfare. And we had gone down the military decision making for phase one is the receipt of the mission. admission analysis, course of action development, like we're still turning to analysis. Phase five is the course of action comparison approval. Finally is the phase production, the psychological operation staff planner, that they can be augmented with an action team depending on the level of the planning of whether or not the planner received their operational order. They should maintain with the supporting regional and their tactical SIOP unit. And that goes throughout the planning process. In step one of phase two, phase two, mission analysis, step order is order to conduct the initial intelligence preparation of the battlefield, the battle space. And that had a lot to do with the estimate of the situation, any references, lists, maps, information, and the considerations of the area of operation. analysis of the media infrastructure location and the broadcast range of radio and TV broadcast facilities, retransmissions, print facilities, distribution, dissemination, target set, target set, target set, target set, and then the friendly forces and the unit by the forecheck some that has done. Then we go to the status of the organic personnel and the resources. personnel and the resources needed to support each force of action consideration. The current status of the non-organic personnel and resources, the comparison of requirements versus capabilities, recommended solution, referred to as the evaluation criteria possible. The comparisons of the force of action, the force of action to determine the one that offers the best chance of success, psychological operation point of view. methods of all visited advantages. And then finally, the recommendations and conclusions. On phase two, three, you want to determine the specified implied or essential tasks, conditions, reduction of your, for example, if you would utilizing the military on the border, portray narcotic traffickers and narcotic corruption as a threat that affects all nations. Patient environment, promote a perception. you're going to be operating with a limit the effectiveness of the hostile propaganda misinformation against you encourage regional stability cooperation create conditions that reduce collateral damage provide direct information support humanitarian operations reduce resiliency for operations safety of the population Civil Order support civil military operations. Support a strategic PSYOP act in support of the flexible deterrent. Increase the effect of your operations, security forces, population, what might happen when you leave peaceful. Some of the possible specific examples of the implied task is to convince the key communicators to speak out against the aggression of the forces, paramilitary forces or so. Bounce around sometimes down here. Just use examples whether it has to do with narcotics trafficking or the use of these paramilitary forces in some of these countries in Central America that appears to be operating with the consent of the government. If you want to convince the target audience that the deployment of your group forces are there, any aggression? A publicized redeployment of your group, you want to develop credible news outlets, thereby keeping the target audience informed of the truth, inform the target audience of the goals, what would I say, your operations, your missions, of what they're trying to, and that'll be free from manipulation from the outside forces. You want to discourage the target audience from committing destructive acts, educate the target audience on the rules of engagement, to inform the target audience that acts of aggression will not be tolerated, target audience to surrender or abandon its posts, and educate the target audience of available humanitarian assistance. We're still turning samples of things you might want to consider. Review our available assets, because once the objective arrived, then your SIOP planner is gonna review all available assets organization. Normally you want to change on any subordinate leader by task have to consider restrictions for the operation and the SIOP staff planners must clearly articulate the SIOP and that data is going to allow you to really determine how best to provide the requested support and the planners should provide enough in for describe the requirement without detailing how to provide the support of form the mission. Now in step six is we want to identify critical facts and assumptions of the planners. They're going to determine the critical facts and the assumptions that can or will directly affect the successful accomplishment of the mission. A facts or statement of known information concerning the situation and that includes the enemy and the friendly disposition, literacy rate, the media usage and the dissemination asset. Now assumptions or suppositions or future situation that are assumed to be true in the absence of facts take the place of the very available facts fill the gaps in your knowledge of the situation. Now in some cases facts and assumptions that he wishes to consider the facts and the assumption as they relate to your psychological operation process and the key areas to consider include the development, the production, distribution, dissemination, and the logistics of your thigh-out. The risk is set to ensure that your program is the supported knowledge of the culture, experienced in the region. The thorough analysis shield against others must make the potential intended consequences of what their impact may be. And the planner for a specific problem, an unintended effect at the time of the planning, should make potential risks involved in psychological operations. And then also the measures taken that mitigate those risks are the supported people are aware time for the PSYOP to achieve results. The planners must limit the risk of not allotting sufficient time to prepare these products by explaining that is not always in-depth analysis and then the exhaustive pre-testing is going to help minimize the risk of time and dependent consequences. Now the planners also must consider also normally associated with any type of operations outside of the DORM. Examples, it is imperative that the supported group as the unilateral psychological operations and the PSYOPS without supporting actions and they will not be successful and could be very risky method of accomplishing the combat commander's objective. Time is all when conducting PSYOPS because it takes time for people to develop their series, their products and their actions to one particular audience. And it takes time for those targeted by the personnel to understand the line of persuasion and the symbols, alter them through their belief system, and act in the desired manner, allocating so to conduct your SIOP, single greatest risk psychological operation. The planners should analyze the risk of using preparatory SIOP versus surprise, because all supported groups hope to meet some degree of surprise during military preparatory PSYOP as an element that can compromise the surprise. So therefore these PSYOP planners have to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of using preparatory psychological operations. Now usually practical and operational level concealing or disguising the method and the timing of your operation. Here PSYOP may be employed part of a deception mission to distinguish in an operation and be left to achieve maximum surprise. Now, should the push-use between PSYOP and surprise, the planner has to pay the loss of surprise using a given loss of legitimacy using PSYOP as the operation and then advise that's what's trying to be example. Numerous are killed because they are not warned to stay away from the area prior to the operation. This may be offset by the loss of legitimacy. Conclusion has made the supported unit aware of your risk of the SIOP that needs to be included in determining the intelligence requirements. And they identify information needed by the leader to support battlefield visualization and to make the critical decisions as determine or validate for your intelligence requirement to include information about enemy forces disposition, location, capabilities of the adjacent unit, and the intelligence requirements to the question what does the commander need to know in a specific situation in a timely manner. So the SIOP planner intelligence requirements information is critical to the success of the mission. The planner must be able to articulate to the supported unit why this key information is based on the initial IPD, the intelligence requirement, the statistical aspect and the intelligence aspect, but they may be able to use the information that is collected to plan the use of available time. Because time is critical, successful operation. considered an integral part of the mission analysis and poor planning and poor time result in successful psychological operations. Now, Planner must continually conduct the time analysis and mission accomplishes and must balance the detailed planning against maximizing the speed and surprise by immediate action. The restated that's going to be based on the mission analysis of the element of a mission. The elements are going to include what type of action is considered, when will the action begin, where will the action occur, why will each force conduct its part of the operation, and how will the leader employ the available asset. What portion of the restated mission addresses the essential task, the restated mission that clearly defines past purposes, and the chief of staff are going to prepare restated mission statement for the unit based on the mission analysis statement of the supported unit and not the mission statement of the SIOP. The SIOP planner, they have to advise and ensure of the psychological operation considerations are going to be incorporated into the restated to conduct the mission analysis briefing and your staff put a brief the people on the mission and analysis by explaining the mission and set of operation trying to be achieved. You want to review any of the initial guidance. You want to in IPV, find and implied the strengths on the operation, the forces available, hazards and their risks, the recommended timelines, and analysis briefing if people needs to be concerned and that the entire staff only opportunity to ensure that all the members critical and that goes to ensure a thorough understanding of the risk and the subsequent planning. The briefing is going to focus on the relevant, complete result of the mission analysis and the briefing help the people to develop a shared vision of the requirements for the upcoming operation. Now, I see we're right down at the bottom of the hour, but we'll start here. Because immediately after the mission analysis briefing, approve of the restate should be recommend a modified version of the original recommendations or one that is sent then. And once approved, the restate admission becomes the unit's number 14. You want to develop initial Oh, we got the music coming in here. I just got another text that I keep updated on glitches or anything like that. So it still appears that we're turning that oil. That was kind of odd this morning. It was going just fine. Five minutes before we get ready to broadcast. There is absolutely no numbers and it just popping up saying great. No service. No service. Stand in different places holding the phone up in the air. You know, you've all been there. Luckily about one minute after nine, one pump. We are here. I'm here and you're there. 28 February 2019 and it's a Thursday to the micro effect. And it's about 9.34 a.m. about the information. I always notice that they have some information on in the morning news and then you don't seem to hear about it for the day but just recently legal alien and in Florida pregnant the baby died and you're not going to hear that with all these laws trying to be passed of about so anyway I'm not going to go on that. too long but as out of information on the situation of what all the parts and pieces of that work. I point out frequently that we always seem to hear of about going on on the border and people like to say well I don't live on the border so I guess that doesn't concern me but last time I checked, Florida is pretty far away from the southwest border. I don't recall what the guy's name was. Was it Garcia or Gomez or what Loopy has all though, it doesn't matter, but it certainly wasn't. Aitman's contradictions seem to be all it was and then as a side note, it's like President Trump is over in Vietnam talking to. Suddenly it's kind of switched the other way around. Anything that the media can do to degrade the president as to where, oh well, he went over there and he, obviously he's not very good at diplomacy and And it seemed like yesterday all they wanted to do is ignore it, talk about Cohen and his statement. And now that admission by the president, I'll put my size nine up here, or one of those. I don't know. I don't know what was said. It's okay. You know, there's this deal over in Asia. It's called saving face. So if you have to stand up, of course, the North Korean news, these are going to portray it as, you know, our great leader chair. is the United States and they back down and they're going to turn it one way or the other as to where it of about well give them some they want a little we're going to have to give them a recent magazine about the ceremony for the Congressional Medal of Honor for a Vietnam Bentley it only had to take what it or a bunch of other were there and statements by things and things being renamed after Bob Beiner his telephone number 7 0 1 2 5 1 two, three, six, five, one, six, five. Been talking about Pop Miner and his flight, the Miner family for a year now. So I'll continue to, without the telephone number, the mailing ad point, it's one of those, you know the grill, to dwell on how to call in or send him a letter and pages at the back of the paper that he can use to make notes. That all hurt it. Oh, I don't know, maybe 300 times already, so I've heard it a thousand. I don't want to hear it anymore. But anyway, in our first 30 minutes of testing, this is making trying to do with, you know, the development of the psychological operations of what you're going to try to achieve, all the analysis of what kind of TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, of the mission analysis supported groups of their initial intent to feed with respect to the adversary environment and desired instinct. The intent provides the link between the mission and the concept of the operation by stating the key task that along with the mission faces for the subordinate exercise initiative unanticipated operations and opportunities arise or when the original concept of operation no longer applies. And the key tasks are those that must be performed by the force or the conditions that must be met to achieve the stated move, the operator mission and the intent to be understood by everybody that ends up at a staff level. The commander personally prepares their intent statement when possible, deliver it along with the order. And the leaders need to prepare the intent statement for each operational order and the operational planning, the op-ord and the op-plan. And the intent statement at any level has to support trying to be achieved. sometimes it's referred to as the commander's intent. What are we trying to do here? Now in step 15, we're going to issue any guidance and in admission, intent, provide the staff guidance, decisions, activities in the planning, stating the planning option to be considered, then you can save the staff members time and effort by allowing them to concentrate developing any course of action, the intent. The guidance may be written and it has to focus on the essential accomplishment. The theme is to issue a warning order immediately after the leader, the guidance, then the staff ends, the supported subordinate, and the supporting unit a warning order. And it contains as a minimum You're critical by any security measures, patient guidance, rehearsals. They should be in constant contact with the unit, most likely execute the mission, and immediately send the warning order to the unit to facilitate their operation. In 17, the final phase two of the military decision-making process, hopefully then we're going to review any of the decisions review all available facts and assumptions, maybe in the analysis of the mission. The assumption become facts or may have become into the assumption change, the changes on the plan. The mission analysis is complete in guidance. The planners are going to develop a core action for the analysis and comparison. Now the course of action development is with a brainstorming component, the ideas on how to accomplish the various tasks, complete the mission. How usually it's going to be a facilitator who controls the discussion. The planner deployable joint task force augmentation cell, the planning staff, they guide the planning process through all of its stages. It's going to be responsible for the completion of the planning product and taken into consideration the and the subsequent top orders. The ideas start to change. This is on two or three think forces of action. Planners must be aggressively involved in the process of suggest way in any specific component have the responsibility to arise the supported unit from a psychological operations perspective. With the top planner involved in analyzing this position, component representatives plans, secuting their task, accomplishing their mission. If the representatives do not want the psi support, the planners job to bring to their attention what the psychological operations could do for their mission accomplishment and the psi-op planners should not wait to ask what psi can do, which that invariably has disastrous results, people and ask, well, what is exactly you want me to do for you? Prepare three forces of action. And the SIOP planner is going to provide input to each force of action. And each force of action is usually going to differ for the SIOP in task organization and method of employing the force planner that pays guidance to the supported unit. take each proposed course of action and determine how best they can be of assistance. And for each course of action, the PSYOP planner is going to need to consider the amount of force needed to refine their priority. Consider the psychological impact on the enemy and combatant. Just to reiterate again, the plan and the process will be helped tremendously. PSYOP planner has had help from all of the assets in writing estimate consulted to help in the force of action development. And the PSYOP planner has developed the PSYOP support to the supported units for the good part. Now we move to phase the force of action analysis. Each force of action is going to be analyzed and then war game to ensure that all the elements are integrated and synchronized And each course of action has to meet certain criteria. Stability, accomplish the mission and comply with the guidance. Number two is the feasibility. Must have the capability to accomplish the mission in terms of available time, space and resources. Number three is the acceptability. Tactical is the operational advantage. It's going to be gained by executing the course of action. to justify the cost and resources, especially in potential casualties. Number four is the distinguishability, because each course of action has significantly from other a result from the use of reserves, current task organization, night operations, or a different scheme of maneuver, completeness of action that must result in a complete mission statement. So does it add what? why, and Force of Action is going to be analyzed to meet the criteria. And again, the PSYOP Planner is providing guidance to the supported unit from the PSYOP perspective, and not war-gaming the PSYOP in a vacuum insulated from activities of the supported unit. After each Force of Action is war-gamed and determined that it beats the established criteria, it's going to be compared to the other Forces of Action. and each staff member evaluate the advantages of course of action. Evaluate each course of action to determine which will best utilize your assets flexibility for any contingencies that has the highest probability of achieving the mission success viewpoint. The SIOP evaluation of the supportability course of action is normally included as part of the operations supportability a tool used for the comparison of the Force of Action matrix. And the matrix is used to compare each force of action based on the criteria chosen by the planner in conjunction and coordination with the Intelligence Operations Planner. And the matrix is effective, the SIOP, to support each force of action. And then the planner's going to use the outcome of the matrix, give their recommended ideas for the unit, for integration, action matrix. Matrix is going to allow the planner, staff, determine which course of action will best accomplish the overall mission if we would have a matrix, if you will. Action one, course of action two, and course of action three in columns going across the top. And then down the side would be the psychological impact, flexibility, the ratio of four, and then total weight. can be assigned criteria corrected by the supported unit or can be added by the SIOP planner if they think the supported unit is more concerned with certain aspects. The higher the number assigned, the better the force of action, the higher the logical operation's perspective, the least desirable, and three being the most desirable, the logical impact, the flexibility, the ratio of force, the risk, the reach back. the weight of the area and the rate of those and then at the bottom add all the totals up and then that would give you an idea of how best to vacate this and those specific things. The PSYOP planner is the matrix how best the PSYOP forces with the port to the various force of action and the matrix is going to help the planner to explain how the PSYOP can port each force of action to a greater or less The planner is going to give the matrix inclusion if similar to the supported units matrix going to include the intelligence operation and any components relevant to the plan to the information operations component as part of the matrix. And they can brief concurrently. Now when the force of action are going to be compared and weighed participating in the mission, that the course of action exists, these types of features are going to be examples. They're going to be carrying the courses of action, but the essential elements of the PSY-OUT planner is to evaluate each course of action as it pertains to the psychological operations and then be prepared to execute whichever course of action is chosen by the supported group. I hear the music coming in here. We've got the Dave Brubeck Quartet on and we'll be back in just a couple of minutes. Please help support. And you're tuned in to the micro of three minutes after you are one of about psychological operations. CPM, MISO, CyWars, CyOpt, all the same. Just a different... terminology. Second, the minute block, we continued with our discussion, talking a lot about the planning and trying to figure out what the intent, what are we trying to achieve here, how is it that this is going to help the mission be accomplished, the 17 steps of what needs to be done to be effective, discussing the course of action possible of what we're trying to achieve here. part of about the Vietnam vet being awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor and the illegal alien involved in a hit and run accident in Florida that killed them baby. You know how the mainstream media they just won't report on it. My email address will be 7 alpha Lima tango hotel alpha bravo echo bravo tuning in today. I find your time very important. I appreciate that you could take time out of your day to your mind is what we're trying to do, the course of action and all that. Then we're going to get up to action approval. The course of actions are going to be free of the recommendations, final decision. Decision is made immediately send out an update find the force of action and then they're going to the plan. Now in phase separation, the decision may be producing an operational plan for an operational order. Now the plan becomes an order when the execute erected and then orders a written directing action. Now the O-Plan is going to give the O-Plan the O-Plan has an unspecified execution time and typically contains assumptions. And the focus of the orders production is going to be to ensure the plan is integrated and executable. The PSYOP planners are going to build the annex or an AB with as much PSYOP specific information as possible. And because that helps document to the baseline PSYOP sources of component or subordinate THIAOP forces samples, a patient that needs to be included in the up order or the O plan is going to be a media list, target audience analysis, logical operations, the procedure of psychological operation situation, features, guidelines, requests, present themes and objectives. The next step, the THIAOP planners going to present targeting meetings and the boards to a sherry support execution of the PSYOP. The targeting cycle is critical if the PSYOP forces intend to disseminate any of the product. We're going to use leaflet radio broadcasts for submission. The PSYOP representative needs to attend in some familiarity with the targeting process that leads to the publication. The participate targeting meeting or the targeting meeting the PSYOP planner is going to give input logical impact of any target that they have nominated or perspective during the non-lethal fires discussion the PSYOP representative is going to ensure that forces are allocated necessary means all the parts and things inclusion for all plan and to provide the forum for component representative the voice concerns with regard to the joint integrated eyes target list. PSYOP targeting visibility targeting cross-presentatives need to be familiar with eyes often times in certain abbreviation like HTVs high-value are the attendant that these boards psychological forces receive the support need for the coordination between any other sub-iteration after targeting the frequency management. The psychological operations planners must be aware because the planners must end jamming as a signal. The radio broad minimize the effects. The management to minimize any frequency conflicts between any friendly communications and the non-communication emitters and the jamming equipment. And more specifically, frequency lists is going to be a time to collect the frequency. The frequency is essential to help in the conduct. The mission is going to be restricted to targeting friendly jamming capabilities or any guarded pre-assist members involved or any friendly functions or frequencies. The importance that must never be deliberately jammed are geared with by any of your friendly forces. The protected frequencies of the friendly functions, a particular identified and protected from being in and while in active warfare operations, corrected against the hostile forces. And the protected frequencies are time-oriented, things with a tactical situation. PSYOP radio products, example of a particular disease or the enemy functions or frequencies currently being exploited information intelligence. The missions, the management plan, the frequency management, live review. There, you can't go out here and just jam all the frequencies because you might be stepping on your own pose or some people might be monitoring the enemy or exploited on information or intelligence. The next part of it would have to the measures effectiveness. PSYOP measures of effectiveness, they provide a systematic means for assessing and reporting the impact program series of PSYOP products and actions. What they have on any target audience of effectiveness, the M-O-E's, they change from mission to mission and they encompass a wide range of factors fundamental to the of your operation and the SIOP impact indicators collectively provide an indication of effectiveness of your SIOP mission. The development of your effectiveness associated impact indicators, they got to be done the planning process because by determining the measures in the planning process, the SIOP planner is going to ensure that the organic asset enablers such as the intelligence are going to be identified to assist in evaluating your measures of effectiveness for execution of your mission. If they take longer to give the inherent difficulties and the complexities of determining the cause and effect relation we expect to the human behavior. The next step has to do with the operational planning, with how the SIOP execute this, the SIOP support plan that developed with the supported unit. And the operational planning is a development psychological operations task force, operational order, and the development that follows the, our same military decision making process, the MDMP, some unique considerations. by exception, has repeat all of the steps that we've already covered. The second phase operational planning, modernization, logical operation activities, psychological operations task force, their O-plan or operational planning or SIOP units begin simultaneously with the supported unit planning. The SIOP annex are a tab to the supported unit plan or their op order, incorporated as part of the supported psychological operations plan or their operational order contained in the supported SIOP plan or their op order is going to depend on the time allocated for the creation. Now some sections, logical operations task force, were going to be exactly the same as the supported unit SIOP annex and the psychological operations can be an example. The task force is then going to direct and coordinate the operations of all the PSYOP forces to ensure that the execution of an effective and synchronized and the PSYOP O-planner, the off-order, is going to be written from an operations perspective unit by the staff planner to the supported unit staff. And the supporting planner, when working with the task force, they have several considerations that are going to be fundamentally important as the task organization. And the establishing the approval of the guidelines supported unit through the issues that once are going to resolve, they're going to be sent out to all the SIOP and effective psychological operations effort. The planner that's assigned or attached to the supported unit are going to ultimately be responsible for the unit's SIOP annex. Information between the two is going to be critical because certain decisions, constraints, and the course of action of the supported unit are going to have an enormous repercussions for the psychological operations task force. whether it's their operations plan or their op order. And likewise, the operational tempo and the assets available to the unit are affected input that the planner makes this a supported unit. So the importance of sharing the information cannot be overstated. Consideration when matching the task force plan supported unit and that goes to ensure the the psychological operations which are written cradle to grave or prioritize so that they align with the supported units phasing. The prioritizing of your psychological operations are going to give the supported logical elements their initial focus and the phasing of the mission done by the supported leader. They require that the PSYOP forces match the phases then emphasis on the correct objectives establishment of a Democrat as a psychological operation will probably not be logical operation task force emphasis in phase one entry of the force close coordination with the supported unit and insist in the film situations certain parts of the operational order and the area of operation fire different parties than others example the may be addressing operation increase support institutions and while at the same time be working on the psychological operations decrease hostilities in the East. It's going to require a careful allocation as is based upon the guidance for these at the time. Priorities will change situation over appointed out before with the concept of you have a large area and depending on what the phase the agency is in, developing in certain file in one area in the station and let out what our major, a grievance against the government plan force of action on what we're going to do to get the people to rally behind it. A certain large G of phase one or phase two of your development of your insurgent, and the understanding between the subordinate units and your operating units and your psychological operations units, the leadership, their staff, and all needs to be understood on a broad area, but that being dealt, again, you might be running two or three different. There's a lot of considerations to develop the task organization psychological operation forces. So the operation in the availability of the forces is going to be an underliteration behind the establishment of a task force as a stand component to be embedded with any of your supported units. The two main advantages of psychological operation task force full spectrum psychological operation support and this designation as component command with inherent command and control with the resulting access to the leader. The task force has a robust command control element in all of the staff. The standard force has the advantages of not needing opening staff element at least of the whole task force. Now the some of the disadvantages support and its reach back requirements are greater times be buried in a unit that came to the leaders just necessary logical operations logistics are going to be the next consideration that's going to have a large impact on your overall plan determination as the level in which the organic or the local assets are going to be used is critical. And then as a operation within the denied area usually requires the PSYOP forces to utilize the organic equipment that requires significant space or support or the more organic assets are used the larger the force required and greater the amount of the logistical support is going to be needed. The benefit of organic equipment is easier quality control, timeliness, and little security. By using the in this asset curtail it is to go probably the force no longer has to concern itself paper and ink or storage have to be also familiar with the procedures for any contracting to use any of the operational that they'd be available. Ideally you could include organizational structure of your overall plan and that goes to facilitate any of your psychological operational logistics. The planner has to take into account that the logistical requirements may change over the course of operation as the footprint asset changes. For example, when the operation begins, this will most likely be on the organic asset. operation continues, this is going to switch to a more indigenous assets so that the forest structure curtailed strictly organic because then you'll have a better control over the production, responsiveness to the psychological operation, task force, solar budget, capable production and they'll also have a 24-7 capability. Those could be some of the advantages. increased footprint requirements of quality issues and any waste issues. When we talk about having the reach back, say for instance, you know, you send your small detachment out to see what the requirements of making the assessment and the initial product of whether it's a newsletter or flyers, posters, what have you, can they print shop, expect this, but take the abilities of an operational area. people that they can tell the product to be constructed, a hollow-up unit that's going to be coming up in a couple of three days where the time would be to develop these flyers, posters, etc. Then the other unit can bring those up. So there's a cost of fin of analysis to look at. I was going to say we're down at the bottom of the hour. You should hear the music coming in here unless I'm hearing things I think I'm hearing music. We concentrated quite a bit on phase two of the MDMP. We talked about the mission analysis, the panel trying to conduct the initial intelligence preparation of the battlefield. I want to analyze the mission, course of actions, broadcast, TV broadcast, printed material. Determine any specified implied or essential tasks that need to be completed. We want to review any available asset, a little bit of mobilization planning, deployment determine constraints. We want to identify critical fact assumptions and differentiate between the two. Determine any initial critical intelligence requirement. Determine the initial reconnaissance use of our available time. A mission analysis brief study in the ICD and then after the initial pilot team gets up there and this is what's going on then you might need to restate or redevelop or trying to achieve the mission, develop any go-to issue guidance, those parts are done to issue a warning order to the groups that are, you want to go back and review any of the facts and the assumptions. It does quite a bit of a force of action of what we're going to look at, the analysis of the feasibility, the acceptability, and the distinguishability. and the completeness of any of our course of actions are planned. Phase five to do the course of action comparison, developing a matrix on what the different course of action being and grading each one about their psychological impact or flexibility, the ratio of force, the risk, and any reach back, and see which one has the best positive by a grading requirements. approval and then phase the orders preparation. Then do the target audience analysis and what target audience is. The frequencies, the frequency management, what frequencies are you planning on utilizing for radio broadcast and making sure that there's no frequencies out of thin air and planning on utilizing those. It could be the enemy's broadcast that if any jamming is going to be done, being monitored by the friendly unit to acquire information and intelligence on the enemy's measure or frequencies when they might be being utilized by another unit that is friendly to us because they're during those frequencies. Be any measures of effectiveness the forces or execute your psychological operation support plan and that was develop the 40 unit should have your psychological operation task force and what their operational plan and what their operational order and to try to develop of the business and this is an edges reach back and how they all interrelate one another covered today in our synthesis trying to achieve what the vase we're going to utilize it, the different force of action, the plan of what we're trying to achieve, then reassessions and the facts were when we, the plan, got up on the ground and of what the facts were, our initial assessment in our area study and our IED, there's any grading or there's going to be some of the consistent tomorrow, start to get into logical operations programs. going to be involved. When we discuss these, as we say, involved in this and man, but you know, I can't review what it is and because you know, I don't know who you are and pieces of that. I always agree. I try to take a step or three of what's trying to be done, done in the past to maybe touch and review what we did, what we did right, what we did wrong, and how we can keep these problems from reoccurring. I understand the secret squirrel nature. I see the disadvantages that are overlooking. I develop an idea as he also tries problems from developing different forces of action. That's kind of what we've done today, working our way through these frequently over from the old need to do that. Who are you? You're not going to tell me what to do. And then we can keep coming up with the same problems that occur over and over again and trying to maybe go along. As we plotted out today, this is something that's all willy-nilly. And it actually does have to have some detailed planning and coordination to become more effective and to looking at something done coordination of people as it seems to be what happened is to where an incident occurred, the media shows up and everybody wants to give their and how the media has a tendency to edit the whole deal. The overall plan is what's trying to be achieved. They tendency to undesirable and trying to paint guided anti-government. You've heard all of those aspects at this time and we can look back on advanced to be with, oh what happened up there and what was that Oregon with the stale garter and what was that the climate fall ridge. And time and time again that if these and developing to be, how should I say that operations are not going to be conducted again and it's lots better to include this in a plan of paint going to be done and a plan, propaganda is going to be used, paint you as some undesirables and play catch up. I should be saying, you know what I'm trying to say, you know, the kind of the same thing occurs in about the going on on the southern border. They want to portray you as a xenophobe or a racist category that they want to portray you in, portray the illegal age documented migrants is the carer who they're just trying to flee from prosecution and they're trying to just get away from the violence, you know how it is, then they come along and call it a manufacturing crisis and there's nothing going along and they'll have somebody having a news report from down on the border and, well, we don't. to see anything going on down here. There's no violence going on here. It's nice and peaceful. And we went over here to the local donut shop and we couldn't find anybody that would agree with what's going on in the state and things like that. So have to be prepared to propaganda that's being by a media, whether it's the radio, TV, magazine. Our first news article from cbt.gov forward slash newsroom dated the 15th of February 2019.
