If you want a simple system, do you buy anything or can you go over to the recycled bin and get plastic containers like juice containers? Those are really great. I know a lot of guys use the two liter pop bottles. Well, with some states, you don't get any return for them. We get 10 cents for those. You only get the 10 cents and buy more beans. There are a lot of containers that they wide mouth juice containers. They're sealed, tough juice containers, but for pouring things. Now the neat thing is, they're also square body and they come up to a picture kind of top usually. They're great for your rust and your beans. So store better in a box. You can get a box from the store, it's what you found in the way of containers. Another one that's really a choice, here's a simple cheapy solution your beans. And it's also a perfect increment for use. Square tea containers, a tea leaf or a tea tree, there's a couple different at the bottom. They come up to a little spout of two liter bottle cap. What's nice about those is they clean up quick, You got to watch it because when you try to do too hot too much hot remember all at once they'll Vacuform to a little nice thing about is they don't break down They're not gonna rock you clean them up and then you put your rice and beans in those get a box from one of the stores or from quickie mark wherever you they sell the stuff a rice and a rice and And mix them up in the box in fact do some rice some beans some a little bit of everything usually is like 24 to a case so you do a mix you can put some cornmeal in there and whatever, and put that on the shelf and then do another one. I'm talking, this is the way to do it on the cheap. For anybody who even thinks that they're poor or says they're poor, ramen noodles are great because it's a quick, easy food. It's food. If you have to travel and you can get that, you can jam into a shoulder bag or a backpack. You got water out there, you got something to eat. You got anything else to throw in with it. In fact, originally you've got to understand it is a pastoral, something that the deprecity was invented, typically, sheep guts. what you need for the process. What you need to do, and forgive me, I don't have the book in front of me, one of our patriots back in the 80s did an excellent treaty, and it is a book having to treat diabetes in the event we had to collapse. Understand that it is actually quite crude chemical science that can deal with helping to keep our people who are diabetic alive. I want you to think about that. You're gonna have to start doing research, okay? I know who you are. Now for anybody else listening out there, this is something we've talked about before. A, we have bridge. That means if we can acquire any additional diabetic support medicines, you know, insulin, etc. then guys, you need to do that. The way to do it is like this. Tell your doctor you're going to go on vacation somewhere. In fact, tell them a month. They're going to be going for a month and you need everything for a month or whatever beyond what you normally can get. Now, don't tell them that you haven't used anything else up that you've got. Yeah, 90 day supply would be a good, at least would be a good thing. Actually Nancy's saying because we already did research on this, you can get up to a 90 day supply in advance per prescription from the doctor, okay? If we know how to make it, which we can, and we have any kind of wherewithal, which we know, but we need to build it up. Now here's another trick. I know that people don't like me to sometimes talk about certain things. Allies that pass away. Guys, all of you that are listening, if you are patriots, any of the medication or medicines away that you have. Do not tell anybody about this, but put them away. Store them away effectively. Put them in proper sealable containers inside other sealable containers and keep them on hand. Put them somewhere where you can access them and keep them safe. Ochre's actually pretty cheap. I love ochre as well. Where are you from? Turmeric. If you're not using it already, you need to be doing turmeric greatly in keeping down your sugars to have. You need to put it in a form. You can put it together. Use a regular turmeric off the shelf. Go get the organic, go get the few. And everybody else listening, in fact, it's great for your health. should be doing it. If you buy it off the shelf in bulk, you just take and mix it with things or you take it in capsule form and it should be part of your diet right now.
