Mark Koernke discussed the historical origins of police forces in America, tracing their development to slave-catching bounty systems and connections to fraternal organizations with masonic ties. He explored the relationship between the decline of militia functions and the rise of organized police states, and examined how federal banking systems enabled bounty collection. The episode featured extended discussion of contemporary political figures including Stacey Abrams (identified as a Council on Foreign Relations member), Oprah Winfrey as a change agent, and comparisons to Nikki Haley's role at the UN. Koernke criticized Black Panther activism as divide-and-conquer tactics, discussed the 14th Amendment's role in corporate control, and advocated for sovereign citizenship and independence from government systems. The latter portion of the transcript became increasingly fragmented and difficult to parse.
on the street talking to the people and getting to know them and that was the beginning of the police state. But I discovered recently that one of the reasons why an established and well organized police force as opposed to the second amendments, well organized and regulated militia. One of the reason we went to people in police uniforms was or did grow from uh... if there are escaped slaves you can make a bounty by catching them and bringing them back to their owners in the south that is where uh... a lot of the police like in pittsburgh for an example that's where the fraternal order pittsburgh really became organized isn't that curious well i think it is and i think i have been interested for a long time and i haven't pursued this really is what is this fraternal order that has another masonic tinge to it and there's an international order, fraternal order. And anytime that happens, you're in trouble. Now you're talking, see, and what we're seeing here are patterns. Here's another piece that fits real nicely into that pattern, the same as the checkerboard pattern around the old-fashioned police, you know, dress uniform, Captain S. Mason. Here's another interesting pattern. If there are bounty hunters, who are out there, you know, augmenting the militia and later on taking over the militia's functions to keep the place secure, that is to force law and order. And now we've got policies. Here's the law, the bounty. Well, one of the things you need besides organized bounty hunters, the beginnings of a police state, I dare say, also need some kind of federal bank that you can wire to and say, yeah, I just caught seven escaped slaves and I want to collect the bounty and I don't expect anyone to have the gold I was promised unless you guys have established a system payment offices for me. Isn't that a curious thing too? Thanks, that is. Right. All of these things, I mean, it would be interesting to know more the history of what happened to the militias. what happened to the common law. This is very difficult. And the common law should apply to everyone. And I was listening to something last night saying that it actually did always apply to everyone in this country. But I don't know, when you hear statements like that, well, how do we know any of these things are true? I mean, what we can see around us today is I think the product of decades, if not decades, a century or more, or maybe it even goes back farther and farther to building tensions between black and white people. I'm not so sure that, just like indentured slaves, white indentured slaves in Virginia, I'd never heard of that before. I thought most of the indentured slaves were up north in New England. And now you find they're- It's a curious thing you just brought up. There's a reason why. a person might be called an indentured servant. And the word indenture comes from, if you and I, Charlotte for an example, have an agreement where I agree to work for you, naturally for room and board, but do whatever you want me to do, there are two pieces of paper and there's a kind of imprint on them, like a person would put a seal on them, and that's where the dent, indentured part comes from and that way I hold a piece as your indentured servant and you might call me a slave and you hold the same contract, the same agreement and to make sure that you or I don't, you know, doctor up to a copy person in this case, you know, an objective, the same pieces of paper. So if Rick maintains that Charlotte wasn't a provide beer, he has that on his contract, it's the same The same indentures on mine don't show up on your indentured slave or indentured servant contract. You can say, nah, never told him I'd give him beer. He's got to go and get his own beer. Anyway, here's the thing. How can you know what's true? Phyllis was bringing this up, too. How do we know what's true? We can't really know what's so. But I'll tell you one thing we can know, for an example, that I didn't knock down three buildings. In fact, there were more in New 2001, right? So we know some things simply aren't so. But the other question is, well how can we know? Well we can look at old newspapers and find out, you know, from, maybe we'll have to go to like 1843, find out, yeah sure enough there was a person, three slaves, and he was paid a bounty, and the bounty was so-and-so, went to so-and-so, you know, firm to collect his money, find out what really did happen. Now that's difficult, but Anyway, like Phyllis was saying, we don't really, how do we know what we're told is true? We don't know. There are some things we can know for sure, like for an example, anybody except for you that gets. I do think that you can go back and find out certain things about the banking system. And I think that we know certain things that are going on now because if you read enough you will see, and you do know what's going on with Kavasoc and Frank for instance that article today by Dr. Joyce. is proving that this criticism of people who bring forth Frankfort School and calling them names like conspiracy theorists is not true. Because you can bring forth facts and things like that. Or even, like, there's an article that Black Panthers intimidate voters in Georgia to do a tutorial race. Okay, here's Oprah Winfrey's been down there. Now we know she's a change agent. Because if you it's through observation and experience in this woman Stacey Abrams She is Pro-abortion pro-gun control pro reparations. I think it's time to just knock that out of the park I mean look at all the people being destroyed in this country And nobody cares about them in all the depressions and going all the way back into the 1800s as they've stolen our land. Let's forget about one group. And this is what they've done. They've focused only on one group. People have been destroyed in this country that are white for the last 150 and more years also. But did you know that Stacey Abrams is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations? But isn't she also in the vet? Isn't that the one that was running for an office that had like $250 or some million in debt. I don't know about that. I do know that that 28-year-old Marxist up in, I don't know if she's New York or Jersey, that says she doesn't have enough money to come down to Congress. And I say that she should relinquish her seat. in the first place, how socialists and Marxists are not eligible really, but who cares about the law or the fact that their whole philosophy is antagonistic to what this country's foundations were. But I mean, Stacey Abrams is the same way. She's a Council on Foreign Relations candidate. Do people care about that? No, they don't even know. 90% of the people out there, Charlotte, don't have a clue what a Council on Foreign Relations is. Or they've been taught that that's not, doesn't have anything to do with anything. And then in her campaigning we have the Black Panthers. Now you should see these guys. They're as scary looking as the army people, I mean the police that are dressed up as military commandos out on the streets. And now they have new demands. And it's all about them. They're narcissistic. It's just their race. Nobody else's race matters as we are being demolished. I mean, it is psychological genocide, what's being done to the white race, but who cares about that? And they're making all kinds of demands and they want, of course, everything free and reparations. They even want their own land in a pier or somewhere else. And I'm saying go. I mean, these kind of people, they are, again, change agents. You can believe that the Council on Foreign Relations or the CIA is behind all this Black Panther stuff and all of their, I mean, I don't even know what they're talking about with these. We believe in Maat, M-A-A-T. What is that, the Egyptian Maat God? I don't know. And the principles of the Guzo, Saba, I don't know what that means. We can go back to Africa, Charlotte. Sounds like something from there. They can't speak English. Well, here we go again. There's a whole lot of stuff that gets injected into the common psyche. But the first thing, the first pattern that we can see here is like even Billis were just saying, that shouldn't be, that really do. display all of these unmistakable patterns like, well, I'll be damned. That person belongs to this or that organization. One of the things that they're free to do their things on is they know the people can't even spell CFR, let alone know what it means or who might be in it and what they might be doing. Right. And if the Black Panthers could think, Instead of just payment people because of things done to their race, well they don't look at all across the globe what's going on, we have a common enemy. But the things they want are ridiculous. They want, our people should be exempt from all taxation as long as we're deprived of equal justice under the law. Don't they wake up, nobody in this country has justice under the law. There's no, we have legalism here that's destroying all the people. And they want, they'll accept their payment in fertile and mined rich land, precious metals, industry commerce and currency. As genocidal crimes continue, people's tribunals must be set up to prosecute and to execute. Now, this is the sort of thing that's done as people are destroyed all over this country and white homelessness as well as all forms of homelessness increase. All of the people in this country need to gang together against this. And this guy, who I have no doubt, this is a CIA group, They need to shut up. Are they down there campaigning for her in Georgia? Yes. And did she lose or are they going to do what they're doing in Florida and keep recounting the votes? I don't know. Until she wins. I mean because the CFR would be behind something like that. It's just everything's just an illusion. People think this woman's for them and she's with the CFR. It's just like the one that went from South in Carolina, Haley, what is her name, Haley, to the UN. I mean, she took down the flags of the Confederacy. And it's funny, I was listening to a video yesterday, tell us, it's the one I sent to you by that woman, and she was saying that taking down the Confederacy, really it was the Confederacy that was fighting the evil that had financed this financial aspect that had taken over both the North and the South. And that, I mean, she's going way back to the War of 1812 to say when this is when these things started happening. And they were just, by the time the Civil War came, it's almost like it's the foreplay and the rape of the country. And it was very interesting, and I want to go and check some of that, because some of it was new to me. But yeah, I mean when you look at divide and conquer and you see these black Panthers in their symbolic outfit, you know, hating everybody but their group, this is divide and conquer and this is exactly the sort of thing that the well the Jews were always behind this black Civil Rights stuff and without note what with no one coming to counter them and saying Everyone in this country has rights that they're just being not acknowledged. We have natural rights these civil rights. We don't really care about We aren't US 14th Amendment citizens. We have to take back our state. And then, you know, in all the arguments that you're hearing, people argue now about being workforces. What about being independent people on the land and taking back and having small businesses and free enterprise and getting rid of our great enemy, the corporation? That's the organizational aspect of all of this war. I'm sorry, that... Yeah, I mean you can see it when you go look at Supreme Court cases. That's all that mattered from the 14th Amendment forward is that they were taking over and starting to control society from the corporations. And that blacks didn't gain anything from the 14th Amendment. They were just re-inflated with the rest of us. Yeah, I mean it's the history of our country we need to bring forth and of course it's hard to find what it is because it's been wiped out but the social engineering and going back and reading what they did with the law and as they made a law into a weapon against the people everything's a weapon they use people against people words education in medicine and everything people need to live on. So it's physical, mental, spiritual, emotional. It's just full spectrum dominance by this one small group of people. And we need to start bringing their names forth and going after them. But you find that a lot of people think George Soros is just fine. I mean, he's only one of them, but one of the more recognizable. As you've lost two of the biggies in the last year or so, what Brzezinski and Rockefeller, I think this is the solution. This is what the solution will look like when three people like you and Phyllis Charlotte can say, yeah, we want to be free people on the land. We want to be independent people. We know that when a lot of people say, I don't want to trade my thinking capacity for a place in the big house, I want to be an independent person, especially when I get to be a free, good, just person who in society with mostly, if not exclusively, other people and just and decent people, that's what we want. But unfortunately the people don't want that like we three want that. They're thinking, I'd rather sell my soul for the bennies I get. And part of that is I get to have the sheepskin that I can put on the wall. Anyway, though, and that's why it's good that, you know, even if we can't, like you ladies are trying so hard to get more people to say, well, I will be free. I don't need a nanny. I'm an adult. At least we can do that for ourselves. I will not be asleep. At least I won't ask that one. Okay Rick, well thank you. That will have to be pretty much our closing statement if I can hear that the music is coming on. So I think we will be back next week. So thanks a lot Rick, thanks a lot Phyllis. And next week I guess we'll continue on. I don't know what subject. Maybe we'll finally get to the map. You shepherd as an example of what is going on with the word hero. Which is a construct by now. uh... for political identity purposes and that's the war we're in thanks a lot for listening thanks Rick, thanks Phyllis and we'll see you next week bye. 72 are the time when I'd raise the awareness of what most likely is going to be. When I make a record hurting along in the convoy, I give you the United States are made up of and stick carry bottles back into the part of that would have been wronged by the blood. I got the right to travel and I don't have a driver's license and I don't have to have a license plate because I'm a sovereign citizen. nowadays we call them a mental disease 1960 and then there's the if it's your mind is your primary weapon and attention not at all what you do complain about trying to get vision to you trying to get down to the and it's quite down in Mexico's Washington Post over all of a sudden it's front belong and then everybody wants everybody wants every little bit reminds me sometimes of a longer radio of people would be things have started to but host of the statement, call in and give your supporting documentation of the, I don't know, I'm not sure what some of these people, and you know sometimes it's real, I'm not an expert in a telprobe and I agree back to the United, so maybe eight out of about such a debt, not died by bombs, but more people than died, contacted the host and put my led to another, it's mainly a concern about that, band-aid stuff. But you know, it's not necessarily just treating yourself or a blunt from an injury and it doesn't necessarily, it could be somebody slips in the bathroom and pulls through this shower door and band-aid stuff. And then there's also the other part of it about the old term, but everybody's familiar back in the town days, mines, went to an area reaching out to them. It takes a lot of effort to slide into this before the music comes. Seriously, Maciej, I kind of understand back in the emails, USA today to three paragraphs so I can be informed. I need to know the whole the women in Saudi Arabia. They were going to bomb age because there's it might be like we know and count about for Canada day. Oh, a vote through their blue modern age. We've got to have them compute people down in the Flagstaff from Tucson and then all of a sudden it doesn't 900 some thousand voters on YouTube of about down in Florida. People take it to a place. But these comes wrapped in Sometimes we bought some of these things, statutes, it says the statutes and where they knocked on the door. So they ducked underneath it and it's like, well, we're here to watch the count of statutes and showed them in there, in the gear in the Arizona Revised Statute. But in the meantime, they were asking questions because it says so that these things are, they didn't notice that. The computer has a telephone line so we can be in contact. Yeah, blah, blah, blah. The United States government, it was when, I think maybe Iraq, talking about the other country, but when the United States rockin' Afghanistan, I'm gonna talk about that. What are these other 200,000? I think maybe Pardis could tell you one of these days down the road, strategies attack the planning, the battlefield sent to you. I'm not here to end trying to get across. They're the eternal vigilant, you're migrated to get a fund, make it on their own. Sovereign citizens, and you know, we don't have to do that, and we don't have to comply, and I'm off the grant, make me an
