This country has been sugar-fied to the point where everything, you go look, read the labels, everything has got, you know, something and mostly, uh, high fructose corn syrup. They're all sugar-fied. If you don't get that sweetie thing as opposed to the way things traditionally were made, And granted, oatmeal is dull, but oatmeal is a good one just by itself. You know, somebody of these called it, all kinds of names are read, helping to scrape the system out and clean the system out by itself. Yeah, you can put a little sweetener on it. You put honey on it and do whatever. But ideally, if you can avoid that and still, you know, here's the one thing you should add butter. Why? Lubricant butter. Okay. Cream. Okay. Whatever you want to do just a little bit enough to, is that helps to provide the body with what it needs to through the system. The body, and we've also talked this, the body will start consuming other components of the body, and muscle is usually what gets eaten up. That's a protein. Your body is a nuclear engine. When you get ill, you're providing it with what it needs, or if it's consuming a certain amount, you need to introduce more in, or the body's gonna go hunt down what it needs, and you're gonna wonder why you're a little more debilitated, relatively, through the illness. That's where atrophy comes in, you know bedridden people, you know, say well he's lost weight Well, part of that is, you know, he's not using the muscle mass the body identifies that and just like fat first you go through all the fat inventory he word there's fat on your body, okay, and Then what happens is there's looking for a dish that goes next muscle mass not dancing around with a waist that's the time but people do it Okay, fine lift and rock every day a wrench and you're putting some kind of things and you're using those muscles and the body knows that it needs to maintain and sustain at a particular level. And if you bust those muscles up, which is really what happens when you work out, you actually break muscle down. You know, when you break muscle down, the body realizes, hmm, I need more muscle there, so I'm going to prioritize getting junk there to pull that muscle up. And it realizes and prioritizes based on where you've worn things down. But as you get older, explore the word, talk about this, amino acids are another thing, enzymes and amino acids. And if for every one of you listening, I don't care if you're 27 years old or older, you need enzymes. If you want to live more comfortable, if I mentioned one, someone's gonna say, oh, that's stupid and crazy, you want this one, or if you mentioned that one, then that's stupid or crazy, you should have that other one. And then people will be contrary, no matter what I say. So I don't care what product your guru tells you, okay? And all the digestive enzymes are useful. I don't provide what you need to build and repair. The enzymes are what, and mounts anymore are sticked. Why? Because of end times digestive ends. Some are, one I will testify to, personal experience. I don't talk about, if I talk about a certain product, it's because they've actually abused it, okay? They aren't available anymore. They have none of the effects of the marijuana product, but the government won't make money. Don't slide these over. So what they're doing, they're sliding, they're telling everybody they can't sell this over the counter product that has no debilitating effects, acid benefits for you. And then they're gonna slide it over into the controlled hemp products. And the only way you're gonna get in Ohio is you gotta go through a government racketeer and you gotta get all the, you know, again, they wanna go after, limit your rights. Any way they can do to slave you out and get you to ask permission. Now Michigan doesn't have that yet, but I over told everybody, because people are in the know told me, and guess what, we were absolutely right. Big Pharma, we got Big Pharma here in Michigan, those parasites, Pfizer, those son of a buggers who left Michigan in the lurch. reported this when I was heading. They're trying to come back in the state and they got some dirty horned Lansing, whatever the governor, whoever's governor right now, he's making a deal. Pfizer wants to come into Michigan. They had finished the whole process seven years before it was approved. You know why it didn't get approved? Because every time they brought it forward, it was proven that 76% of all test subjects will, not may, will, if not murderous, And so every year they came back, we need this, you gotta pass this, we spent money on it, you need this. Finally, apparently they handed out enough brown envelopes that Prozac got passed and they knew that in all test groups, children, pre-adult, young adult, middle-aged adult, old adult, 76%. This is a factual number that they... Oh well, you know what the hell, they gave me enough money, it's okay, we all got our pay off now, yeah we can pass it this time. And that's why we've talked about Prozac as, you know, that step. Boom! Nuclear device, just all these shootings we never had before. But they're not just shootings, you don't hear about the night things and all the other, you know, people just going crazy with a hammer. Well here's the thing, which really is the most fattening, okay on the one hand you approve this incredibly violent drug but then again, government would like that, wouldn't they? Insidious, wicked government especially would like that. that basically is calming or mellowing drugs. At the very least, the person apparently is not really going to be all that motivated to be hurtful to anybody. So that would be a plus. There's no debilitating or side effect there that's going to be dangerous to anyone. And I, let me give you a little base point here. I don't use marijuana. And here's something I can say, I never have. Didn't try it, didn't test it, didn't experiment, none of that garbage. And I grew up in that era. I don't have a... whoever else is doing whatever else they're doing, that's their thing. But I can say that I've never done that. but I fully support and the more that I have grown up and watched all this BS from way back when, dude, everybody's doing it, you gotta do it, but I don't have to do it because I am doing my own thing and I like doing my own thing. And I was into other stuff, okay? I was into other stuff, so I didn't really fit in with that situation. So congratulations, everybody full circle. I'm one of those people who say, you know what, just legalize the stuff and be done with the marijuana as far as I'm concerned. It's just like the alcohol scam. If you're gonna, you've got gallons of alcohol. And it's like I said, it used to be all so big a deal. You had to have it behind the counter and make sure that nobody is, you know, you know, we can access it, this, that and the other. Hell, it's out of the grocery aisles. The hypocrisy of that in and of itself is a demonstration of old Mark, you know, the marijuana in their smoke. It's like, well, who gives a squad? We know it's beneficial. There is no doubt. In my experience, I've watched this over and over again. There are people that have used, and again, they use just, they use marijuana and whatever. Again, there's different variations. on that in terms of strength and degree in processing. Now his argument is they must be getting ready to invade Venezuela and I'm pointing out that no they just as likely are getting ready to land in the United States. There's a cluster of about 24 ships military and there by the way there are many other ships in the Caribbean right now all of them are tracked by transponder everybody know that? It's like semi-trucks on the expressway. All of them are tracked nowadays with a transponder for a fleet vehicle. Now the private ones, they're not necessarily if they're a private still out there. All the fleets, they're part of, they get a big government tit-can track right to the square foot by GPS where every truck is out there. Well the same is true with big and even small ships and even private boats, okay? So the kid did a great job of demonstrating there's a clutch of military ships that are hanging off Granada just north and west. of Granada. Okay. There is another cluster of military ships that are located due east of the horn of the tip of North Eastern tip of South America. And guys, this can be shown on the map. You can eliminate all the other merchant marine, you can eliminate tankers, they're really prolific. And by the time you're done, you've got these unidentified military craft that are clustered into locations. Well, they do that. They go out to sea or they go to the safe havens And when we were hit with Katrina, I would point out that, remember, when foreign troops were put on American soil that we did not need, I'll repeat this again, with Katrina, when foreign troops were put on American soil that we did not, they came by ship, what do you think they sit in the path of that hurricane? You think they're idiots? So here's the thing, right now we have a couple of clusters, just like we did when the foreign troops came in for Katrina. Now it's argued Katrina was engineered. I agree it probably was tweaked just like they could be tweaking the storm right now. But this is hurricane season. And remember the bastards that are in power will just take advantage of that. Here's the probability. The ships that are there are foreign assets. Trump is going to do just exactly what that dirty horned bush and while we have no need for Mexican troops and American soil. We have no need for foreign troops and American soil. 300 million Americans we can take care of ourselves but these dirty turd internationalists do this garbage every time. So right now this hurricane came right up from between the Yucatan, this is where it formed basically between the Yucatan Peninsula and that big doll and Cuba and then it pointed itself straight towards Florida. That's normal for these storms this time of year if they come from the Gulf which I talked about a month ago. Remember George? We've been talking about this for every time hurricane season comes around. So what we do have is this problem. We've got a major landfall storm. It can cause a lot of damage. We could take care of it ourselves, pay attention and watch to see how they try to lie their way through while they're in troops on American soil, if this happens. And they operated on a gold port when they did it the last time. It'll still be the same situation. Joe's got a mic open too. Well Mark, I'm a typical Iridian. If they're evacuating, take your arms with you. Either literally hide them, bury them, whatever you're going to do, and make sure that they're well protected, or yes, pack them up, leave nothing behind because the cops and the military will steal them. But you know what they marked, last time I talked about hurricanes, you know, I think it was in the military, it was a tongue-in-cheek joke, but you know, scientifically hurricanes are meant to redistribute the warm water, so basically hurricanes are communist, trying to redistribute the warm water and destroy everything on land. So, it's exciting, I mean, but yeah, hurricanes do redistribute the warm water, turn the water. Well, one of the things about this again, we've had the hurricane cycle goes back, let's put it this way, it's so well documented that the Spaniards knew about the hurricane cycle with their commerce activity coming out of the new Americas and they knew exactly what they needed to be, maybe take a chance or risk of running every year. They knew what, that's what we call it hurricane season, guys, because there were seasons, there were cyclics, you know, the commerce season had a window. You better run like hell, you could run in the last minute and take your chances and you'd get additional advantage in wind. But the problem is, if you were in the wrong place at the right time, you became one of those many X's on the bottom of the ocean floor that treasure hunters are looking for now. So this ain't nothing new. It's like I said, there was a couple of the galleon sweeps, hundreds of, forgive me, ships, and sent them to the bottom in one trade season alone. And what was it? It was the edge of hurricane season. People were at, you know, booty. They wanted to get it back to Spain. They had wealth. They wanted to, you know, they had to spend the wealth. And they made, or they ran the gauntlet, and they gambled, and they lost. And by the way, those storms, just like the one hitting us now, was the ones up from the center of the Gulf that came up and washed those galleons up into the West Coast. to Florida, screw them to the shoals or send them to the bottom. Mark, there's even a few Spanish guy off the coast of Galveston they found. They're looking at it. Again, all along the Gulf Coast. What happens when you're a sailboat is, you know, the wind kind of takes you where it wants to if it's superior. And even if you do pull all your sails in, you're still a bopper sitting on the water and the winds will take you where they want to. And then, we're out of the sea. Even when they discovered boats, even ironclad ships, I don't know about ironclad ships. It's still certain parts of the ocean just like the Great Lakes have a thousand dots sitting if you look at some of these maps, like in Michigan, guys, where the Edmund Fitzgerald went down. Well, there's gold up there, I can't say that, that's not true. There's gold in them there, mountains up there. But if you look, you'll see certain points where there's not one or two wrecks on the bottom that are mapped. There are hundreds. certain locations it's just not safe to be and the Congress is in the you know the Congress boats run by the thousands of years hundreds have gone to the bottom there's all kinds of points along the east coast that are called the all the wreckers of ships on the east coast all the way up to Washington killed they've covered yet but when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands of cops moving through an area or ship every year then yeah, it takes your chances. If you're not paying attention to weather or you gamble and you figure you can stretch the rubber band, you get caught in the wrong place at the right time. That's what's happening right now. Most everybody now doesn't have an excuse. With the satellite technology and instantaneous communication, it's like we're doing right now. You're in Texas, Joe's in Idaho, and I'm in Michigan. Guess what? Instantaneously, I mean like right now, like this moment. Well guys, that technology is stretched out across the globe. you want to be caught in that hurricane if you're at sea and that ain't going to happen unless you're stupid or you're looking for an insurance write-off. Other than that, everybody's gotten out of the way on standby. That's why I brought up this thing about these military elements that are out there. Guys, the military components that you see, although yes, they're Caribbean and they should be, the middle and upper part of the Caribbean is where They could be after Venezuela. It'd be a great cover while everybody else is worried about hurricanes and things. That's a natural occurrence, one way or another, even though it can be enhanced. But on the other hand, when they came into, after Katrina, when the foreign forces coordinated by the ring knockers in the swamp, as you call it now, which we would call the New World Order click, foreign troops did not come in by plane. A percentage did, but the lion's share came in with boats, with ships. were on standby and they came in and docked at Gulfport and two other porting facilities. They off-loaded their foreign troops. They went to Fort Polk, Louisiana, sighted in their rifles. Hey, they're coming for humanitarian aid. But they all went and sighted in their rifles at Fort Polk. And then they took her into the New Orleans slash the southern Louisiana areas and started out. By the way, the Mexicans, they didn't come in by boat. They came by truck across Texas. frontier across the border and they drove with guns in hand armed as a military force from Mexico, Louisiana under President George Bush. We didn't need any of them here. Guess what? Payback, it's part of that. Well, isn't this just wonderful? Isn't this just wonderful and great? Isn't this wonderful? And look, we got these foreign troops and they're wonderful. They're just beautiful, beautiful troops. They're just beautiful. They're beautiful foreign troops. We got 300 million Americans in this country. They're the stinking foreigner we need for any of this. I'm saying in advance. So if this thing is and they pull this BS again and they try to take guns, shoot their ass. You should be ready to roll in and you know what, you won't be able to cry too much because if they're going door to door to kick in to get guns, guess what? This time around, we all know better.
