Summary
Mark Koernke discussed alternative cancer treatment protocols, focusing on three main approaches: the Colonel Joe diet (based on oxalic acid and macrophage activation), the Atkins diet (ketone metabolism to starve tumors), and Gerson therapy (immune system boosting through organic vegetables). He explained how these protocols overlap and can be combined, covered supplementary treatments including Cantron, wheatgrass juice, and inclined bed therapy, and emphasized that cancer results from immune system failure rather than infection. The episode also included brief discussion of Christine Ford's testimony regarding Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings.

Going to a miners... No, she was going to miners party. If you talk to people that are specialists in memory, I mean, you would think that somebody who is rattled severely by something they experience in wartime would remember every detail. And they do remember every detail, but sometimes it has no bearing with reality. The memory scrambles up and does horrible things sometimes. Hey Eddie, that gal that testified was she was 15 and she was one year below Cavanaugh in school. The girl I think you're talking about is some gal up in what they call the, oh, alumni. There was a different story about that and she was older and she and they were saying that she was fooling around with the boys the younger boys Okay, that could be that we're yeah mixing it up because they've thrown up through more now. Yeah Yeah, there were three of them. They've tried it out through them They tried out their best one first and now they're running down the down the list. So yeah, we're completing multiples Yeah, there must be four now. We are at the top of the hour guys, so I will let you finish up while I set up the exit. Okay, yeah, the one that I've seen the most traffic from was Ford is the first one that they trotted out and she was a psychology major and what a mess, I'm sorry. Yep, it is a mess. A figure walking through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. It's a number you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't leave. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage the faith, the stand with pride. And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God-given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample, each God given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? September 2018 it is Friday evening is last hour of the day and the week for the intelligence report and that makes this quarter masters corner and it's starting to feel a little bit more like fall starting to get a few leaves on the ground getting a little cooler in the evenings I kind of like this part of the year for the holidays you know we're getting into the the Halloween Thanksgiving Christmas season. I like those holidays. I don't care for the weather that goes along with them, but, you know, oh well, you kind of got to take one thing with the other. But, you know, so it goes. It's been a busy week on the press front. There have been all sorts of political developments. The The biggest one, well there are a couple of them. Trump gave a big speech to the UN and I recommend that. That's, you know, he gave a terrific speech and I think it's well worth the time it takes to run it on YouTube if you want to watch it. Whether he can do all those things or not is anybody's guess and you can debate that. But he sure did give a good speech there. And we got to see Christine Ford, who is the secret weapon the minions have against the Kavanaugh confirmation. We got to see her testify and man that is one sorry messed up piece of work. I suspect that something bad did happen to her. I do not think that Kavanaugh is what happened to her. But as I mentioned a few minutes ago on the previous program, it is an indictment of the system. that somebody who is in such sorry shape as she is should ever be given power over other people even if it's just psychology undergrads in her class. There's a fault there that the system would work in that fashion. But, all of those comments aside, I don't want to spend too much time on that because we have a special topic. Now a few weeks ago, I did one on how to keep your teeth and we talked about dental care and periodontal disease and stuff like that. One of our friends has been told, oh you've got the big C, you've got some cancer, the allopath doctors are going to have to do some things to you and so on. opportunity to talk about that topic cancer basically the short form is the regular white coat physicians are not very good at dealing with that they mangle the patients pretty horribly if you've ever had a family member who's gone through chemo for instance and seen all the side effects usually they will say after the fact if I knew then what I know now I would not have let them do this to me And their results usually aren't very good and so on unless you measure their results in the effectiveness of sucking money out of people and Bouncing them back and forth into the hospital a lot in which case they're very very good at that But there's actually a lot of stuff that we can do that very very frequently works Wonderfully and does not trash people up, and that's what we want to talk about There are three major protocols that I want to mention here There are a couple of dozen that are fairly well known But there's you know limited time and PK tends to run out of voice after a little while anyway So I want to talk about three major protocols and a few supplementary techniques all of which have Worked very well for many people so The first one and the main one that I want to talk about is called the the heart diet or Colonel Joe diet or whatnot now Colonel Joe is an was an old fellow passed away a few years ago at the tender young age of 88 He used to be on the radio a lot in our world. I don't recall whether he was on micro effect or Republic or both or what have you but he would give his little spiel He did publish a book, though most of the copies of the book he gave away rather than sold. He wasn't a money hog, just wanted to get his message out. But his protocol is actually fairly simple and straightforward. It started out after the war he went to work as a technician for Marietta Corporation and they used to use a substance called oxalic acid for etching metals. I think they're probably for etching stainless steel. It's one of the few things that will do that. He would come home with that stuff on his clothes. He lost a pet dog and the vet told him, the dog was poisoned by oxalic acid, probably residues on your clothes. He got all upset about that. He said about researching what foods had oxalic in them and stripping them out of his diet because he said, okay, this is dangerous stuff. He proceeded to come down with melanoma, which is a very fast-moving aggressive skin cancer and it can kill you. And so he said, oh wait a minute, this isn't working too well. So he reversed course and started consuming all those foods that had lots of oxalic acid in them and the melanoma cleared up and went away, which was quite unusual, especially when you're considering the era that he was living in there. All those things were just considered instantaneous death sentences, kaboom, and you know, he just cleared that up. So I went and started pounding the library resources available, the scientific journals and so on. This isn't stuff that came out of a science or something. This is, you know, he got his information from the libraries, from the journals. What he found is as follows, and this is known a long time ago, there is a whole class of cells in your body called macrophages. And that's not a single particular cell, that's a whole category of cells. And the job of a macrophage is to gobble up bacteria and viruses and cellular debris and chomp them up and spit them out and prepare them for excretion to get rid of them. Now they have different names depending on where they are in the body. If they're floating around in your bloodstream, we call them white blood cells. If they're embedded in other tissues, we've got 200 other names for them depending on which tissue they're embedded in, but they're all macrophages and they all work very similarly. Like everything else in your body, they have a little control knob where their activity level is run up or down as necessary. The control mechanism for the macrophages is something called a peroxide ion. Now don't go out there and go drinking hydrogen peroxide from the drugstore you will hurt yourself we're talking about parts per million of a Chemical cluster that exists in your bloodstream and basically any saline solution But the more of the peroxide ion that radical that's in your bloodstream the more the macrophages become active and do their thing what controls the concentration of the peroxide I ion is oxalic acid. And again, don't go out to the hardware store and grab some oxalic acid and chow down. There's a reason it's used as wood bleach. It is bad stuff and it will poison and kill you if you just do that. There are however many many foods that have oxalic acid in them That's the reason why my grandma was so paranoid about you know She loved rhubarb, but you know rhubarb leaves are poisonous and they'll kill you and we can't have the tiniest scrap of rhubarb leaves Well, they have a lot of oxalic acid in them. That's the reason why you're not supposed to eat them Carrots all kinds of things have oxalic acid in them And so what he found is that if you manipulate the oxalic acid level in your bloodstream, you can turn the macrophages on and off and cure all kinds of stuff. Now when he dug further what he found is not just a matter of actually taking this stuff It's not a magic pill there are two factors one you have to have enough in your diet to run up the concentration But there are other things that can flush it out or combine with it and lock it up or cause it to be excreted or whatnot So both halves of the equation have to be handled properly so he has a few made a list of a few things that he discovered that he calls the blockers I think that's slightly clumsy terminology, but it works. Okay, just a second here So there are a few things that work against oxalic acid in your bloodstream first one is citric acid if you look at Processed foods if you look at canned goods anything liquid anything preserved chances are it's got citric acid It is a terrific preservative it keeps fruit looking, you know colorful and you know tasty it keeps it from turning soft and so on it's also used as a bathroom cleaner and you'll find this primary ingredient in some of these cleaning products for scrubbing down the chromed surfaces in your bathroom. It is kind of wicked stuff. You want to get the citric acid out of your diet. If you're using citric acid, it will destroy the oxalic and you can just forget it. None of this stuff is going to work and it's going to be really hard to remove the citric acid from your diet if you're eating processed foods. Look at all those labels and you will find it listed in there clearly. Next one is calcium. Calcium binds with the oxalic acid and forms calcium oxalate, which is a non-soluble material. As a matter of fact, Calcium oxalate is very frequently what piles up in somebody's kidneys and forms a kidney stone. It's not the only kind of stuff that forms a kidney stone, but it's one of the more common ones. Calcium you will find in dairy goods. So almost all dairy products if you're going to do the Colonel Joe thing you need to strip those out of your diet the exception to that is butter butter is pretty much pure fat and you can you know that's okay you can have that there's no calcium to speak of it but you know milk sour cream any of the cheeses all that kind of good stuff the free calcium in there is going to undo the whole thing Also, if you have stomach problems and you're chowing down on the thumbs or something like that, that's full of calcium. So you've got to pay attention to that. If you want to have bread, chances are most of the ingredients in the bread are going to be things that interfere. If you want to retain bread in your diet, you probably ought to go get a bread machine so that you control the ingredients that are in there so you know that they're not throwing any powdered milk in there, things like that. Next thing is alcohol. Uh oh! There are people that really like their beer, and they really like their Jack Daniels, and really like this, that, and the other thing. Sorry about that. Alcohol is an antagonist for oxalic acid. If you absolutely must have alcohol, and you can't get away without it, Colonel Joe used to say, The absolute cheapest red wine out there a little bit, you know, use as little as possible, is somewhat acceptable because it's got so much oxalic acid in there that it sort of balances its tendency to destroy what's in your bloodstream. So that's more or less neutral. But if you can possibly avoid alcohol, do it. Next one is B6. You can not only get B6 from you know, vitamin tablets and stuff, but B6 occurs in a lot of meats. So red meat, pork, white meat of poultry, all of that stuff has a fair amount of B6 in there. You need to avoid that. You can have the dark meat of poultry. That's okay. That's not very much. and you can have seafood and eggs. There are a number of things you can have, but red meat, the pork, and the white meat of poultry are off the list because of the B6 concentration. B6 doesn't bind with it, but what it does is it causes it to be flushed out through the kidneys. And the last thing is a little bit more controversial, but he says the strong magnetic fields in EMF also destroy the oxalic acid. which is one of the reasons that he says he recommended one particular brand of carrot juice as a convenient source of oxalic because they use hydraulics instead of direct electric motors to express the juice. If you run things through a juicer you're running a very strong motor right there and there are fairly intense magnetic fields and according to Colonel Joe that that will break down the oxalic right on the spot. So if you're going to juice things and whatnot you want to avoid exposing things to the strong magnetic field you probably want to use a manual machine of some sort. Maybe forget juicing and just make salads that sort of stuff. He also says you know if you've got to use a microwave oven in the house be in the other end of the house and let somebody else run the microwave oven You know similar thing very strong magnetic fields All of that kind of stuff turn off a Wi-Fi if you can if you can possibly stand to do it don't use the cell phone The cell phone radiating into people's skulls causes all kinds of brain tumors and that may be the reason why a localized destruction of oxalic acid, so on and so forth. So, this is kind of a nuisance. Colonel Joe wrote a book that describes all of this stuff. He gave away most of the copies of the book. I had a couple of them at one point. I lent one to a family that was having some problems, so of course that one's gone. The other one, I'm not sure where it is. But you know, all of this stuff is that we just basically run through everything. Now, there are lots of foods that have oxalic acid in them. A very short list is asparagus, cauliflower, collards, parsnip, radish, garlic. And one other thing to remove from your diet, it's not directly tied to oxalic in so much words, but yeah, you do want to remove sugar from your diet as well. They say refined sugar, but I would say that the less refined versions as well. The main reason for that is not so much the insulin spikes that people talk about, but rather sugar causes an overgrowth of candida, especially if it's regular. If you have a little now and then on an irregular basis, it does not do as much damage to you as if you are having it on a regular basis like you're drinking soda pop all the time, that kind of thing. I'm starting to hear some hissing in the background. I don't know if we're having technical problems. So you really do want to strip the sugar out of your bloodstream. There's a reason for that that also impinges upon the next protocol that I'm about to talk about. But that should wrap up the Colonel Joe thing. There is one story that he likes to tell. And that is that for instance lambs quarter is one of those things that has a lot of exalic acid he tells a told a story about a bunch of orphans in Africa. Basically they had to do what amounted to a forced march to get out of the range of some civil unrest or something. They didn't have any adults looking after them, so they had to do it themselves. And they had no supplies, and so they just had to forage along the way. And they're pretty much starving. Mostly they ate lamb's quarter because it's one of the things that was along the road as they walked. And this is about a two-week trip. Well, According to the story he told, when they arrived it turned out that they were clean and healthy if skinny, whereas when they set out they were all HIV positive. He attributed that to a steady diet of the lamb's quarter and an enormous spike of oxalic in their bloodstream. Obviously, if all they had was that particular product, Lambsquarter, then they weren't being exposed to any of those blockers. Exactly, and they didn't have any of the blocking ingredients, because there's no sugars, there's no B6, there's no meat, there's no alcohol, none of those things. So, they really got hammered hard. It's probably not a healthy thing to do to yourself, but they benefited. One of the other things that we'll mention as an aside, I'm being prompted by one of the people in the old chat room, and he's correct about these things. Tumors have a mechanical effect as well. One of the things they like to do is they release acids. which break down the protein bonds that hold the cancer cells in a clump in a tumor and that lets them break free flow around the body find new places to live and set up shop. If you keep your blood alkaline that will tend to neutralize and break down that acid and they do not get to break free and send out little colonizers in that fashion. So maintaining one's bloodstream, alkaline as a general principle is a good idea. You certainly do want to do that. So that's that's the Colonel Joe process his he put all this information on a website The website went down a while after he passed away. It seems to have come back in new form It is not as complete as it was before but somebody is maintaining the website perhaps some of his descendants that website is www.coljo.com Okay, I had rheumatoid arthritis in my middle finger right hand and it was to the point where I couldn't knock on a door with an elbow from the pain that I was feeling in that middle finger. I used their carrot regimen with the oxalic acid, kept the blockers out of my system, and I'm telling you that within four weeks my finger that was kind of crooked and extremely painful, the pain was gone, inside a six weeks i had extreme range of motion and inside a less than two months i have no uh... fifteen years ago that range of motion and no pain in that finger today with the ug silica because uh... inflation is a is an aspect of the immune system going berserk trying to fix something if you can fix that something the info that the the inflammation will go away so you know it's not the only use of it is uh... gets tumors uh... anything else So that's that one and anybody wants to do additional research can do that. There's a partial list of foods that have oxalic in them and so on. You can find that. You can research that independently of this site as well. Now there's another regimen. That's also rather popular is called the Atkins diet. That's the no carbs thing the principle of the Atkins diet is that your Healthy body tissues have two different metabolic pathways they can exploit for energy One is the normal sugar approach where you use blood sugar and your tissues run on blood sugar and The other one is fats. You can use stored fats in extremis if you need to. Normally your body wants to store up fats as a reserve against privation in the future. The principle of using Atkins for health reasons as opposed to just losing weight is that cancer tumors love sugar. They live on sugar, they need sugar, they crave sugar, they can only use sugar. There's something wrong with their metabolic process. They can't use fats. Whereas your regular healthy tissues can use fats if they are pushed into doing it. They'd prefer sugar, but they can use fats. If you strip all of the carbohydrates out of your food and do this systematically and well enough, you're going to feel kind of deprived for a little while and then your body is going to toggle over and it's going to go into what they call ketone metabolism. You can monitor that. With little test strips from the drugstore you pit a lot of them and watch the color change That will measure the ketones in your urine And tell you whether you're doing a good job of staying in ketone metabolism if you go into ketone metabolism It means that your body is burning fats for fuel instead of sugars The plus side of that is you can eat a high-protein high-fat diet and not worry about it Because you're burning that stuff and you will actually lose weight while you're doing it And so you can you know chow down all you want on hamburgers as long as there's no bun in the hamburger, okay? the health benefit if you're dealing with runaway tumors or whatnot is that your healthy tissues and normal tissues can use the ketone metabolism and the tumor can't. So you're going to kind of starve that thing and give your system the opportunity to get caught up and start fighting this thing because you're taking the gas out of the gas tank of the enemy while you're running rings around it. So that's well documented you can look it up anywhere you want. It's the Atkins diet at ki and s people have come up with recipes for bread like things that really are you know made with egg and so forth so you know you can make a sandwich that kind of seems like a sandwich but does not have wheat in it and The other thing you want to be careful about is that all the wheat products and so on, we're being fed so many GMOs and so many traces of insecticide and things like that. That's damaging our immune system. There's a little micro speech that I should have made right up at the beginning, and that is that we use the phrase so and so got cancer, but it is an inaccurate phrase. get cancer, what happens, and the researchers will tell you, everybody gets cancer every day. It's just that most of us have an immune system that's functioning properly and it clears it out, and it goes ahead and clobbers those cells and deals with it, it's not a big deal. When somebody, quote, gets cancer, end quote, what happens is that their immune system is falling behind and letting something get away from them. So what we're doing with any of these protocols, we're doing one of two things. We're slowing down the tumor and we're jacking up the immune system, hopefully both of those things. So that's the Atkins diet. It basically consists of shoving us over into ketone metabolism. If you think about the things that you would want to add to and remove from your diet from Atkins, there's actually a certain amount of overlap with the Colonel Hart protocol. Think about this. If you're going to remove the carbs, you're also removing an awful lot of the things, the baked goods that have dairy products in them. you're removing a lot of the sources of B6. Alcohol pretty much counts as a carb as far as your metabolism is concerned. If you strip the alcohol out along the way towards getting rid of the carbs, well, you know, you're kind of moving off in the direction of the heart protocol. So I don't consider it a coincidence that there's a lot of overlap between some of these things. Perhaps the reason that some of these protocols work some of the time and not all the time is that they are Partially not completely overlapped with other protocols that have high Reliability isn't that interesting so at any rate if you think about if you map out the foods that you might eat you might not eat With Atkins for instance Atkins says yeah, go ahead and eat red meat. Well, that's contrary to the heart protocol But suppose you did suppose you instead said okay I'm going to use the dark meat of poultry, dark meat of chicken and turkey, and this kind of stuff, and the seafood. Well, that's Atkins compliant, but it's also Colonel Joe compliant. So isn't it interesting that you can do two of the same things and they largely overlap? Okay. Now, here's a third protocol that has worked for many, many people. It's called the Gerson therapy. There's an institute in Mexico. Obviously, the establishment in the U.S. always gives people a hard time if they try to cut into their profit margin. It's pretty straightforward. It says, hey look, you're being poisoned. We're going to boost your immune system, get you all healthy, and get you back on track. And a proper immune system is going to take care of these things. We're going to put you on a diet of lots of green, leafy vegetables. Eaten frequently. Every hour or two, they make up a smoothie and push it at you. It's all organic. It's also called... green, lots of leafy stuff and fruits and vegetables and so forth. We're going to keep it clean and whatnot. I imagine they have very little in the way of electronics or electrical machinery. There's no alcohol or coffee. Conventional thinking in the treatment world is that coffee is actually pretty good for you. It's got a lot of antioxidants and things like that, but alcohol, it's on the Colonel Cho's list, isn't it? So when Gerson says no alcohol, no coffee, no caffeine, well, they're getting rid of alcohol. Maybe getting rid of coffee isn't a productive thing, but certainly not going to hurt you. Well, it would hurt me. I'd practically die without my cup of coffee in the morning. But, you know, what I mean. It's not going to be disastrous if you remove a few things that you need not have removed and so You know when they cut out all meats. They're also cutting out the b6 meats isn't that interesting now There's an overlap with the kernel heart system So you know now when they add a lot of fruits in there. They are adding some fruit sugars So there's some carbs there Atkins wouldn't particularly care about that half of the Gerson protocol But the green vegetables and all that sort of stuff half it would like so once again, there's a lot of overlap between these different Protocols and if you map them out and think about them and said you may say hey wait a minute. You know there's there's a lot of commonality here, maybe they're onto something. You could design a dietary plan for yourself that's compliant with all three of these things simultaneously. So you wouldn't have to choose whether you want to do heart or Atkins or Gerson, you can do heart Atkins-Kerson. Right, you know, it's not going to be a wide range of foods and stuff But hey, if you're dealing with a serious problem, you're dealing with a serious problem and it's worth a little bit of Inconvenience for a while now we're down to what about 20 minutes or so We've got a few other things that we can talk about There are some supplementary things in addition to these three topics. Let's hope they might my voice holds up enough One of them that's a little worrisome is CBD and CBD oil I'm not going to talk much about that because I'm lower on the expertise curve here if I run out of voice I'll have Mark talk about CBD oil But I'll just mention that it is one that a lot of people have had results with There's another one is wheatgrass juice lots of people make wheatgrass juice. It's very easy to do the devices to squeeze it out looked very much like handheld meat grinders and Interestingly enough they are hand-cranked. There's no electric fields unless you get one of the multi hundred dollar fancy ones I would get the little $50 cheap plastic one. It's as it works I've got one of those that's not hard to use and there's no big magnetic fields. The benefits of wheatgrass juice is you can grow it anywhere in a window or what have you. It takes maybe a week or so to bring a little tray of wheatgrass up. So if you want to have it every day, you want to have half dozen trays that are working in rotation and use the tallest one each time. Stuff doesn't taste bad, it tastes a little bit sweet, so it may have some sugars in it, but it doesn't have tons. What it does have is a whole lot of vitamins and enzymes, all of which are highly desirable. and it's cheap and easy to do. I would not be too concerned about whether the grass, whether the wheat you're using is organic or not, because if there's a little residual on the wheat kernels, well, if you're grinding it up and eating it, then that residual builds up. But if you're planting it, then this tiniest trace of residual on the outside of a seed, and then you're getting a fresh plant coming up and so on, there's not very much of that. So I would not be concerned about getting organic wheat for doing that purpose. But it is a straightforward process, and a lot of people have some success with it. And it'll make you feel better regardless. Now, there is a commercial product out there. It was literally dreamed up in the 1930s by a fellow named James Sheridan. and his theory of operation sounds a little bit weird to me but I can't tell you that it's nonsense because lots of things sound a little weird to me and sometimes they prove out and sometimes they're nonsense. This one is based on altering the electric potential of the cells, whatever the heck that's supposed to mean. It is made out of apparently some sort of very arcane and complicated process that only professional chemists could possibly replicate. And its ingredients list sounds completely ridiculous and useless. The FDA has said, oh, this can't possibly work, but they say that about everything. And at the same time, they can't outlaw it because there's nothing in there that they can point to and say this is bad. It is is called cantron c-a-n-t-r-o-n The older form of the stuff is a liquid it is cheaper But that's about the only virtue of the cheaper liquid version Apparently this stuff has to be shaken up before you take it it has to be taken every four or five hours around the clock So you know you're setting the alarm clock It supposedly stains the teeth and tongue tastes terrible Everybody hates this stuff on a cosmetic basis and yet it works for a lot of people. There is a newer version of it, it's a little more expensive, but it's vastly easier to use. They take that stuff, they freeze dry it, put it in capsules. and therefore you still have to take it every four or five hours around the clock. But other than that, it's much, much nicer to take. This stuff is called Cantron. You can find it and search it. You'll find all sorts of websites talking about it saying things like, oh, failing to cure anything since 1930, you know, and yet there are many thousands of people who've taken this stuff and had good results. I'm not going to tell you that it will or will not work for a particular person. But the stuff is available, lots of people have had good results with it. It costs about $100 for a bottle that will last you a month or $300 for four bottles that will last you four months. We got some of that and tried it when my mom was starting to spiral down. She eventually succumbed to colon cancer or perhaps the side effects of colon cancer. At one point she was taking that and I asked her, yeah, I was still taking the cantron and she said, oh no, I stopped taking that a couple of days ago. And I was just looking at her saying, what? What did she do? She says, oh well, I feel better now. Okay. Well, I'm sorry, but if that stuff is working, If it does in fact cycle down the tumor a little bit, weaken its defenses and let your immune system start tearing at it, a lot of junk is going to be dumped in your bloodstream. You're going to feel worse for a little while. Because all of this crud, this debris, this construction dust, when the wrecking ball comes along and knocks down a building, there's a lot of dust in the air, right? Same thing. When you're starting to make some progress against something, you are going to feel worse. So, you know and she says oh I stopped taking it now I feel better That's almost the same as saying it was working and so I stopped taking it and just have to facepalm I mean, you know, there's no on the other hand when somebody's sick and they are weak and they're feeling bad They will very often make very bad decisions and whether that one killed her or not I don't know but you know It's one of many but that's an indication that that stuff may have worked for her. So There's that it's it's an available when you can hunt it down on the web if you like and so on so Here we are getting fairly close to the end of my list. There are many other therapies available. There's the rice machines, there's all kinds of stuff. Different people have different enthusiasms. We'll give you different information. But there are three main therapies and a few secondaries. Now I'm going to give you one that is really, really weird and out of left field. On the other hand, is incredibly cheap and easy to do, doesn't interfere with anything, and helps a lot of people. You can... I am getting very close to running my voice out. Okay. You can look this one up yourself if you fire up Google and type the following search words into Google. Um, inclined bed therapy And if you like you can add the word Mercola because Mercola, you know, Dr. Mercola is fairly well respected alternative guy and he has a little write-up on this topic. Short form is people have found by experiment that if you tilt your bed, no, we're not talking about one of these bendy beds where you know, you can lift the head or lift the feet or you know, any of that kind of stuff. Doesn't work for that. We're talking about a regular flat bed. If you tilt a bed about five degrees remarkable things happen people have cured migraines that way they have cured indigestion you know acid reflux type problems, varicose veins they have improve their circulation. Apparently the metabolism increases, improves a little bit because of the circulation. Maybe oxygenation is a little bit better. They have mitigated some breathing problems. Of course, this may be people that are very, very overweight. I don't know. Some people have, let's see, improved quite a number of things including, and here's the kicker, immune system function. People have lost weight and seen improvements on their immune system just from tilting the bed a little bit. And it's about five degrees, and five degrees works out to about five to six inches of tilt. So basically for the cost of four bricks, that you put under the two legs of your bed up at the head end, you can tilt your bed about five degrees. And many, many people, and this has even been verified in controlled experiments, have experienced remarkable across-the-board health improvements simply by tilting the bed, because apparently it has some influence on the effectiveness of circulation in your body and the efficiency of your metabolism and it has improved your immune system and so on. Oh, wait a minute, immune system? Hello, that's the one we're interested in, isn't it? Well, it doesn't cost anything really to get four bricks, two on each leg. Prop the bed up. If you want to go more extreme than that, you're not going to see much benefit and pretty soon you're going to get to the point where you're sliding out of the bed. So that might be comical, but it's not really going to do the job for you. But two bricks for each leg of the bed. Look it up. Google, inclined bed therapy Mercola. And you will find a little write-up on that. There are lots of other things that people have done. One of the things they've done is they dissolve hydrogen in water and drink that. Interesting, there's not a whole lot of data on that one just yet, but you know, Cliffhye thinks that's a wonderful thing. There's carbon-60, but it's not directly a matter of affecting a tumor, for instance. It does presumably break down some of these free radicals on an ongoing basis, it acts like a powerful antioxidant and may have other effects. There are a whole lot of other things that people have done or are looking into. Our friend mentions, reminds us, and we have discussed on air the blue-green yeast seems to be beneficial. Now, you'd want to check that. If you want to do those three protocols in combination, you want to check to see how much carbohydrate calories are in the blue-green yeast. I doubt there's very much, but you want to check for sure. If that's the case, go ahead and add it. Green tea seems to have some interesting features aside from antioxidant effects. It seems to improve one's carbohydrate metabolism. If you're doing actins, you're not going to have any carbohydrate metabolism, but if you're not, then you do. Go ahead. We got your caller. Yes, sir. BK, did you say blue-green yeast? Algae. Blue-green algae. Blue-green algae. 10-4. 10-4 on that. Craig from Forbidden Knowledge does have that in stock. It's a specialty niche for him as a matter of fact. Right. And a lot of these things you can also get from the mainstream suppliers, you know, Swanson, this kind of stuff. There's one last secondary thing that a lot of people benefit even if you're not dealing with a health crisis of this sort. I have read of people having some good results with this. The principle is that we are all eating a lot of preservatives and crud. I can attest to that. I lost track of some muffins. I recently found some three-month-old muffins that were sitting around. Darn things didn't actually turn green man. They must really be full of preservatives just as an example My dad once had a loaf of bread in his fridge for a year as a science experiment That never turned green. We are eating a lot of preservatives those preservatives do not directly attack the human metabolism, but they do mess up microorganisms which live in your gut and which you rely on to break down your food and give you your vitamins, so You're eating all this food that's full of stuff that's designed to poison the bugs that are in your gut that are going to make you Able to benefit from the food so that's the next best thing to eating plastic and benefiting from it not at all so One of the things that some people recommend is with every meal every snack every anything you take a heavy dose of digestive enzymes both because anybody over 35 doesn't have a lot of stomach acid, but also because it will help break down those insecticides and preservatives that are in your food. that you also take a probiotic with every meal and every snack and so on, not once a day or a couple times a week or whatnot, but with every meal. So you are continually reseeding your gut, that you remove the sugar from your diet because candida overgrowth interferes with having the right bugs. in your bloodstream and you either drink green tea or take capsules of green tea extract because they will improve your carbohydrate metabolism. People that do this little regimen it's not very difficult to see four or five things from the health food store and you just snarf down those capsules anytime you're eating. Not one of these things is possible to overdose on. have reported that they get increased energy and weight loss and all this kind of good stuff. It may be a useful supplement to any of these protocols that we've talked about. So, you know, if this has been too much too fast, I can understand that. Go ahead and grab a copy of the program from the archives and play it back again, make notes. There are lots of other things that we haven't touched on. But if you do the heart protocol, if I had to choose one of them, I'd go with the heart protocol. But you can do all three. You can combine them up. Just kind of look at what are the common features of all of them. And choose a very restrictive diet that gives you enough calories and keeps you going, but is consistent with all three of those things. And I might throw in the cantron and a few things like that as well. And I would say that your odds are probably pretty darn good. and a whole lot better than letting the white coats have at you. So that's, I think we've made it through the topic. Does anybody want to add anything Mark? You want to talk about CBD or anything like that? Well the CBD oil, they're trying to take off the shelf and we've seen a very, very successful application. In fact, as we knew that they're one in, we'll find a little bit more sooner. Secondary waves of, as they normally crop up, but you've got little pond form. Depending of course, means this in repair. I went down to Mexico.
