And then, Scott Brechler has only got count five assault on a federal officer and count six the 924C that goes with that. Eric Parker has a Hungary on count five, also the federal officer, and count six the 924C that goes with that. Also count eight, threatening a federal officer, and count nine the 924C that goes with that. All the other chargers for Scott Guster and Eric Parker are acquittals. That means they cannot recharge them on those counts. So once again, count one and count two, both conspiracy counts, full acquittal. Do you know what this means? This means that they cannot recharge them on that. It means they can't charge anyone else in this indictment with the crimes of these men. So this is huge. They had to get these 924C's and these gun charges to get convictions on these two other guys. So, they can't use the gun convictions now on people that didn't have guns.
