Summary
Mark Koernke and Don Betcher discussed water privatization by Nestle and other corporations in the Great Lakes region, connecting it to broader themes of corporate monopolies and environmental degradation. They covered the administrative state and maritime law as mechanisms of occupation, the history of the Buck Act and War Powers Act, and jury nullification as a tool for resisting illegitimate courts. The show included extensive commentary on organized crime, prohibition, drug policy, and the parallels between current conditions and the pre-Revolutionary period of 1775.

A figure walking through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said. We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land is free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken us. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and see and reform and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right, and pray to God, freedom bright as I awoke he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave of the land of the... Intelligence report. I'm R. Korky. And I'm Don Betcher. One day closer to victory for all our brothers and daughters, both and behind the lines in occupied territories west. Gentlemen, you were listening to us on... LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com, IndianaFreedomTalkRadio.com. We are on AM&FM microstations, CB base stations, and UltraNet Hallmark and Golden Spike technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. Good afternoon to our friends and the Aleutians. And it's snowing here in Michigan, guys. All through the last month with solar activity at a peak, no snow and no snow and no snow. Now if you recall a few days ago, actually last week, I reported that the solar activity of course is backing down for a particular window and almost as quickly as it did we had a lot of real winter type activity instantly almost like you hit a switch. Well, be to light. Yeah, shboom! It was like it took a little bit for the solar winds to you know kick in and do what they were supposed to do. Then we had another spike and We had another real hot thermal charge on planet here, which they're not talking about. Now there's a few kids that are, and you can find some pretty good reports out there by a number of different people who are using the technology and the computer the way we should. Well, for whatever reason, winter has caught up here, you know. Well, first of all, Don, what's the day today? It looks like the internet in the woods because we got snow here. And what's jumping off the wall before we go any farther, please? Well, it is, Dr. Monday the 13th, the day of March, the year of our Lord 2017. We got snow here overnight, they said it was coming, and it did. We didn't get as much as they said we would, so hooray. It looks like winter time out there again, and the roads are no fun. Apparently, all those road maintenance people went on vacation or something. The expressway is lousy, the sides, the surface streets are lousy, everything is lousy. If you don't have to get out, If you're in mid Michigan, and they say this storm is just going to mosey on over to the east coast there and there's one coming up from Florida and that'll turn to snow and you guys are going to get about 20 inches of snow. I could say one thing on today, the 13th day of March 2017, I'm glad it's not happening here. But that's just pushing the buck off on somebody else or in this instance the snow, right? and you know breaking somebody else's back with the snow shovel or a wallet paying someone to the neighborhood kid or the guy with the snow plow to move all that snow. Now, the 13th of the month and for, they're really pushing this as of late and so I figure we'll jump on that mainstream media wagon because it's a subject that's near and dear to me and it's the 13th of the month so It's talking about breast cancer survivors and examinations and stuff. So I thought I'd bring that every 13th of the month. I'm not going to bring it again, but it's just again the subject I thought I'd touch on there. Now, no pun intended. A couple of more serious things like when I got home here, Mark, oh, someone else actually reached in the back of the truck there, carried through the door. It's sitting right over there as evidence, not really as evidence, but will be consumed. flat, a case, plastic wrap, plastic water bottles first issued into Flint. I couldn't help but bring that to the hour because all those poor people over there in Flint that are just drying up and blowing away in the wind and moaning about the government and everything, apparently Mark they're getting so much water that it's overflowing out here. Let me see. No, no, seven-eighths of the way across the state from Flint. Yeah. Boy, oh boy. There was mention that, oh, we can get about five of these a week. And I don't want to get anybody in trouble, but, you know, there's apparently a surplus of water going into Flint, Mark. I couldn't help but bring that to the hour. You know, it's like, I'm so thirsty, I need to give me some water to sell. or I'm so yeah so I didn't even I couldn't help it do yeah give me some water to sell well again the you know what's funny is oh excuse me goodness that came from over um one of the fascinating things about the Water sales across the country is when Nestle is doing a direct attack and a lot of the other companies are using well although that's not the only place Nestle is doing this by the way let's let's understand that remember what is this 2017 you might recall guys several years ago a certain company for instance same one Nestle was over there in Lake St. Clair on the Canadian side sucking water out of the Great Lakes guys. What do you think they were doing with that water? They were sucking out of the Great Lakes. Felling it as fast as they could. Yeah, in mass quantities. So what they've done is they shifted direction because, well, it turns out they're brown envelopes. Well, I think their brown envelopes are still hitting the table over there because the Oi boys are a monopoly over there in Canada. It's all shaster heaven. They're still pumping over there. Plus they've got two or three other operations here in the Great Lakes. Now, people have done stuff like this before, which you've got to understand, not pumping, but friends I was talking with, friends over the last weekend here, and I had to remind everybody that we used to have an ice industry, because shaved ice is a big thing all over the country. That's the big wave, kind of like, you know, handmade. Well, it's like concession slushies made the way they did them back during the great world fair back in the late 1900s, 1898 or whatever. It sits that window right around there and shaved ice was the big thing. Originally when they did ice, shaved ice and stuff, it was with blocks from where? Do you all know? Well, many came from your local lakes if you were up here in the upper parts of the nation. Again, remember how clean was the water? You could see it. You could look at it. At least you could see that there wasn't a cigarette butt. Hey, wow. Is that a plastic cap? Oh, look, a balloon. Oh, that's not a balloon. Oh, gah. We're not buying that block, guys. Anyway, the interesting thing is that the big industry in the southwestern part of Michigan was block ice. that would come much later it would be a different technology could remember that to keep things clean so they couldn't oil everything up so there was other metallurgy they had to use as a whole technology to doing this could you can't contaminate which trying to sell right and they would have massive warehouses and i don't know it used to be when i was a little you know dot there were still two or three of these standing guys but these were sawdust mill uh... block houses that were the size of the, oh heck, probably four or five city blocks, full city blocks. They were long, almost like Zeppelin hangers, but they would engulf a Zeppelin hanger. And what these were, these were the ice houses for the summer. And they were so big because it was the only way to make them successful. Yeah, because refrigeration as we know it when this originally started simply did not exist. That's all there was to it. It was cut the ice, store it as best you can, figure out a system, and ship it as quickly as you can, market it, market it, market it. Needless to say, they did because it wasn't just a big business in the Great Lakes, but any northern lakes. ice chest that you see nowadays, some people have them, they throw the block ice on the side. That was the whole refrigeration. And just like you had milkmen, used to have ice man delivery. How many people realize and remember that? You never even see that shown in any of the classic old days you'll do a movie or something and they might show you the old milkman. Of course in this last century that was pretty much done away with because refrigeration had caught up with everybody. But if you see something from the pre-1900 period, understand that one of the guys that should have been going down the street was the Ice Man, making his daily deliveries to those who had enough money to buy an ice chest, an ice fridge. And the hiding behind this is that they inserted the block, there was catch pans, there was a whole system of these guys, and you could put food inside a box in your house. It would reach in and it was cool, it was cold, it was crisp. You could keep things longer. At your convenience. Farmers did this too. Never did they do to the environment what, again, you have these suckers that literally are suckers. They're not interested in the state, they're not interested in your community, they're not interested in your nation. They're just a bunch of stinking corporate parasites. If tomorrow we got rid of all of Nestle and the people who are working for it, They would break down into a bunch of other smaller operations and be much more people friendly, much more business friendly and wouldn't be as abusive on the system. While you're all told and restricted, and we've talked about this for years, that's designed to restrict us so that no competition rises up from below. So that the big, big, big corporations can become big, big, bigger corporations so that they can all join their little communist buddies and being big monopolies and they'll all sit there snorting their coke. eating their blintzes, wearing their special gold trim yamakoles, etc., and laughing about how they got it pulled one over on all this goyim. It's just that simple. Not only Nestle's, there are other companies. The thing is, let me give you an example. Another little side bar. We never let foreign shipping into the Great Lakes. Here's another one that nobody really realizes. We never used to let ocean going ships into the Great Lakes. Why? Ask everybody that question, why was that? See, this was comical. Way before the eco freaks, everybody understood cross-contamination and other issues, right? Ocean-going ships ply the waterways of the world and carry exotic things with them, including bacteria, disease, and parasites. So it was a policy, as long as we had Americans in charge, to make sure that the shipping only went as far, the wholesale shipping only went as far as the coasts of our nations. Now, why was that safe? Because kind of like a tank with positive pressure, water does not flow upstream. Our waterways work just like a circulatory system with your body pushing stuff away. So bringing something into the heartland of your biggest aquifer and letting somebody dump their poop in it when they dump their bilge probably isn't a good thing. So not. Yeah, see how that is? There was actually method to that crazy- Oh no, we were being xenophobic. Yeah, we were being very intelligently xenophobic. What's your point? Well, you need to apologize. Oh, I'm a little pissed off. Look at the problems you've created for us. In fact, put a bullet in that ass's head for just mentioning that we're all xenophobic. You know, shoot the bastard and be done with it. That fool's the kind of idiot who'll drag you down because you're trying to mix politics with real science as opposed to witch doctor science. Here's how the weather goes stupid. We ended up with a whole bunch of things in the Great Lakes that are so invasive. They have no competition, which happens when you take an ecosystem from another part of the planet and introduce part of it into an area where there's a separate ecosystem that may be better balanced. Then you have the offset that takes place. We have a bunch of different plants in this country because of NAFTA and GATT. that are doing damage to this country on a massive scale that there's no discussion about because it would not be politically correct. It would be pro NAFTA and GATT and pro communist and pro we have to follow the orders of the internationalists no matter what. Because of that both above ground and below ground and in the water we got a bunch of stuff that wasn't supposed to be here. So back in the day we used to use our Great Lakes ships to take to a main porting facility at the end of the St. Lawrence. Everything would be dropped there. Then we moved on for processing and for purchasing at the behest of whoever it is around the planet who wanted it. Well, we sell stone. One day, a big boy said, I can make more money if you let me move those ships inland. Somebody said we can't. And he said it over and over. And then one day he reached in his pocket and he gave somebody a brown envelope and the other guy said, you can now. Yeah, the ecology's a, ecology be damned, though we'll use the new word, ecology, also a religion, by the way. That's why I call them eco-freaks, they're not real, but we're now to the point where there's no real science, it's all witch doctor, you know, arbitrary based upon, well, who can you pay off and who profits in your little clique from the scam ecology. It's not even a college. Don't use that term anymore. There's a reason for that. It was part of the scam of the 70s. The climate scam, climate change is now the scam for the 21st century. It's all the same garbage. It's like talking about, you know, I'm an asshole, get a merit. No, you're black. Why do I say you're black? Because 40 years ago, you asked Asshole, made the big effort to tell everybody that they had to apologize for existing. Oh, sounds familiar. And then you were going to call him black no matter what. You got black no matter what. And of course they wrote volumes of books on the subject, filled up whole libraries, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I told you all about the same garbage we're seeing now. They waited, they dumbed down the population, and all the target population, the weight population has been stupefied so that while we can come back and do it again, and that's what they're doing. And all of this, the ecology scam, every bit of it is nothing more than an absolute replay. Let me point something out real quick here. Have you ever listened to a visitor from the past? the front of this program every time we do this program. We're going to play it again at the top of the next hour. If you've listened to this program enough, you might even have it memorized. And schools that do not educate. Now let me point something out about that. When did Selin Polk that poem? When do you think he wrote that? Let me give you a little hint. He was a soldier in Vietnam and I don't know if that, if Visitor from the Past was written while he was still there because he wrote half of the poetry book that he did while he was in Vietnam. He wrote the rest of his poems or finished them. He had a book of poems but he had to clean everything up and make sure that everything was right. He finished his book of poems for pilgrims and patriots and generated it right there before the end of Vietnam. during the end of the Vietnam War. What year was that? And so in the middle of that poem, in the early 70s, he wrote, and schools that do not educate. But here's what's funny is that everybody realizes it applies today so well, but here's the problem. It applied yesterday so well. Except here's the problem now. What year is it? Today, beginning of the hour, we talked 2017. 60 years. Yeah, the very subject that we were talking about goes back more than 40 years plus two generations, okay? And the fact of the matter is that all of those subjects were appropriate then, but it becomes significantly more obvious now. I mean, if you really want a good example of this, here's your final product. Take a look at the protesters of the late 60s and 70s. They were a bunch of hairballs. A whole bunch of them were. They were just there because, like I said, it's like, well, what do you protest? We're going to be at the protest, man. It's Friday. You guys are going to do this every Friday. Yeah. Well, what are you going to do when the war is over? Because it was always the war protest. Then there was always all the other offshoot corporate sub-entities, dudes. and they all, when everybody asked him what he was going to do with the war is over because it was close to being over and it's like, well, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh So with some real dark undercurrent attached to it because of who was pushing it. Now in the process all the education, scam and all the rest of it, now you've had 40 years of it. Now you've got the best they can do is while you certainly have the same wicked and evil little flow of creatures that will attack you and beat you with hammers to death and spray you with gas and now they want to, the next step is give them a pistol and they're going to be in KGB uniforms with Homeland Security and they'll be executing you if they had their way. I put this before, imagine if Hillary had had her way and were in there as she was promised, because she would have been. The only thing that changed that is they realized we were so close to them, we are still on the breath of a war in this country. In fact, we need to pump that heart because it's the only thing that's going to save us. The period, despite the idea of what I'd like, it's not an if, it's just a when. They are just stretching out the rubber band. Hopefully they can catch everybody flat footed, but they can't this time around. The only thing is everybody needs to be ready with a match on the gasoline. This time around if they hit us with a Great Depression, a shooter or bastard you can find on the other side that participated and helped with it and get rid of them. That was a mistake that everybody hesitated about with a Great Depression. Well, this is not 1929. They made a big mistake. A good portion of this population is now anti-Christian. have no social moors and so that bunch especially, you know, start slapping them in the head and go, well you know when this does kick off, oh you think you're going to play communist? Well you know, who are your enemies? Well the interesting thing is that they would word out to corporations and this, that and the other, but the corporation is the ones who financed all this. I mean where does Soros get his money from guys? Soros is a provider and he's not the only one. He's the equivalent to Goldstein in 1984. I want everybody to understand that, okay? He's the Goldstein in 1984, but he's not and he has a problem and he is wicked evil and everybody knows about him, but He's not the one he's not the only one they're trying to use him so that when the time comes and all the others bail behind the shadows You know be in the shadows behind the curtain that when they do that you'll have a Soros to kick around Then they can sit back and rub their little claws and get ready to attack those who were smart enough to get rid of the problem and then try to kick up as close to where they had to leave off as possible so they could start up. That's what just happened with the Trump thing. Think about it this way, two steps forward, one step back. Not even a full step because most all of the bureaucracy is in place. Couple things here about education. See, how many people have been taught about how our American system actually runs? Remember we've talked about this. Communism, how did it run? American, right here in our doorstep, when people go, oh my God, you know, Trump just fired. Remember I told you that this happens, but if you notice people making special stories about this. For instance, that Trump's No, come on. Justice Department right now is firing a bunch of the chief attorneys. Well, guys, the federal marshals are an extension of that, so I would be willing to bet, though it hasn't, there's nobody reported on it, that we've already had the purge, which should have taken place already because that's part of the enforcement arm, the knuckle draggers for the rest of the maritime law slash the Admiralty Law occupation of America. All of those who had contracts with, that are the enforcement arms, are privateers who received letters of mark. The federal marshals are privateers operating illegitimately inside the United States under letter of mark against the American people. Through the War Powers Act, they received that false authority as part of their ring knocking agenda to bring America to its knees. What they need, once they get rid of the guy signing all the papers, All the people who receive a letter of mark from him are to step back and a new group come forward and the new pirates are in play. Because they are pirates. Why do you think they have all those crossed bones and skulls and all their little symbols, whatever school or college you're with? You think that's an accident? Remember we talked about Pirates of the Caribbean? They showed you right there in the one where all the pirates of all the different groups are getting together and they're from all points of the compass but the pirates stand with the pirates when the time comes against business. must be protected. And his name is on everybody's lips now. How is that man still alive? And with all the people that are crossed by him, not just us, I'm talking about people with money, how is that person still alive? Because he's useful to them. Understand, that's part of this whole game that we have to be looking at when it comes to whether giving us something. Well, it's like, Don, you've seen the whole latest dispatch of Lip Wiki leaks about the CIA, right? The tip of it. Look what we discovered. Oh, look at that. Oh, I mean all the stuff that the Patriot Movement progressively told you about and reported on as it was readily available and could be tracked down over the decades. Step by step by step. There's nothing that they're showing us that we didn't already talk about 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 25 years ago, 30 years ago. The Patriot Movement discussed and openly pointed to with seniors beyond our age. And everything I've read about that they wrote up about is exactly what you're seeing happen and transpired because they had the information in hand. Because they knew where to look and they tracked it down and it was back when they were building all of this stuff, guys. The information world itself, this is what everybody needs to remember, isn't that big? But it's a world wide web! And let me ask you something, for the big world wide web that you have, it looks really big, doesn't it? How small is the device that you have that you're listening to it on right now? or you're going to peruse it with. There's nothing more than a box sitting off to the side of a table. Big metal box. In fact, there's one. You pay a dollar for it, a couple dollars, a hundred dollars, two hundred, three hundred dollars, a thousand dollars, depending on what's in the box. And that price is arbitrary because something that could cost you $1,000 at this moment, you go to the store and buy one of these boxes for $1,000, you walk away with it in the next hour or two hours or day or two days, somebody tells you widget number mark 423-1 as opposed to your mark 4320. Well, your model is now worth about $10, but that one's worth two or $3,000. $4,000. Isn't that amazing? Did your machine wither and wilt up and fither away or something? No, but here's the thing remember what I've been saying Most of what we have to do to upgrade our computers has nothing to do with better Intercommunication between you and me it has nothing to do with anything other than enemy spyware and now what we've talked about for decades that if you were to pair out all the rats and people living vicariously off of your life through this fake little box and Guys, the 386 runs just as well as a new Cara Quad, blah blah blah, processor on the planet. Why do we have to go bigger? To support the massive spy mechanism out there. Communications amongst ourselves would not require that much throw-away. Oh, let's touch on something that we've talked about for a good long time now that was brought right to the surface and wasn't questioned. You might understand why. The subject as of late is Donald Trump accusing former fearless leader of wiretapping him before the election. Remember? You don't remember about the wiretapping before the election until as of late when it has been mentioned. Now this weekend he had that one blonde girl come out, I don't know what he is, some kind of front girl for her. He's not his press secretary, I don't think, but she came out and she was addressing this subject and she talked It doesn't have to be a wiretap. It could be right through your television. And she went on to continue to address this subject. Nobody in the media brought that back. Nobody's going to tell her she's crazy over that. Nobody's going to say, look, look, Trump employs goofy people. They do not want that. I'm surprised they broadcast that. If they did not broadcast it right in this timeframe, Trump could say, look, oh, what would happen is she would go back and say to Trump, look, I said this and we never saw it on TV. On TV. You know, the TV that is a two-way deal now with the cable companies that come in and, you know, the, oh, the adapter box in case you don't have cable. She brought that right to the surface. That submarine surfaced, you guys. Went right back under water and none of the media is going to say they ever saw it or ever heard it because they do not want to address that. Did anybody else catch that? Am I wrong about that observation? Oh, not only that, but in the latest batch of little WikiLeaks, that's one of the discussions is how the technology was being used and guess what's on the list? I want to touch on a little of what you were talking about as far as the administrative state. This is a quote from Penn Hollow versus Bones administrators. It's 3 US 54. In as much as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, the government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary having neither actuality nor substance is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, et cetera, can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them." End quote. What I have observed over the years is people believe that they are within the du jour constitutional authority, their constitutional authority, and operating within the republic and the common law, dominion or jurisdiction. That, too, a good deal has been supplanted by the administrative law. It's basically corporate administrative state agencies, franchise, franchisees, agencies and agents. You know, some people call it the maritime commercial law, the Admiralty Law. But basically it comes out of the Roman Civil Law. And that is the nexus of the frustration of many people as they look at the situation at present. So, when you are operating in the administrative capacity, you are not a sovereign government. However, you are a corporate administrative state that operates in the contract jurisdiction. Now, that's all I have to add to the conversation right now and I have to back out because I've got limited minutes on my phone. So I will listen on air. And thank you very much for what you guys do. Thank you. Appreciate that. Again, one of the things, first of all, years ago back in the 90s, before this is actually, I understand this was done in the 70s, although some of the courts were still operational, all of our different titled courts are still in Washington. Literally, the Buck Act, probably the best example, what brought the alien courts deep into the country, contrary courts, deep into the country that were not applicable to our body? We are brought in with a thing called the Buck Act. The Buck Act is very innocuous and I think there was two reasons for the Buck Act. Number one, everybody understood what the War Powers Act was in 1933. The Buck Act comes into play in 1938-39. Just in time to kind of maybe create camouflage so they can run the American flag back up the pole rather than the communist agenda thing they were doing here with all the different work groups and let's take everybody unlike we've never done before, let's take all of you people, make you good little party communist members, march out in the woods and keep you busy planting trees. Well, there was a reason for that. It's the exact same thing the communists were doing, but this was baby in the socialist light. and understand that the Fabians had more control here with their make case slowly in strike with extreme terror as opposed to what we saw with communist Russia way before 33 already exterminating tens of millions of people. Realizing that they were going to need to get us to bleed for them in the next lie, World War II as opposed to Lie I, World War I, slash the Great War, the Buck Act comes into play to create the artificial or saran wrap government and courts, the district courts spread out across the country up until that point, did not exist nor have any jurisdiction in country. But because of the declared war against the American people in 1933, these actions advanced forward and they proceed to attack everybody. Of course we know that, well, they lightened up, they let everybody booze up again. Of course they did. They had to get everybody drunk up, kind of like they're letting marijuana go free right now because after how many years of murdering people in their homes for having a marijuana plant, now all of a sudden you can have it again because they've got to mellow out the people that might have the brains or dope you up a little bit so that they can get away with World War III. Oh, did I say that? I'm sorry, did I say that? Can I make you think a little bit? Shame on you. See, prohibition was an artificial attack to begin. We know it was instigated by government. Government even poisoned people with booze that was not bad for you. They intentionally poisoned the liquor. They created liquor that would kill you. Most people who were still operators, especially the little guy like we said, always it was the middle guy that was killing you. The bigger ones. Why? because they were industrial and typically industrial Jewish organized crime. That was the same people who were running the distilleries Jewish organized crime. Does everybody know that? Remember that. Have you ever looked at the names of the people that made liquor? Anybody? Better take a closer look at their backgrounds. Oh, there were some Christians sprinkled in through there a little bit. But when it came time for organized crime with regard to just like bringing drugs across the border, the Jewish Israelis and the Jewish Mexicans running the cartels in Mexico. And by the way, who was also running rum? That's the term rum because it was easier to spot. I mean, it was like they're running brandy. They're running, well, you could say booze. That was a quick one, everybody remembered. But rum runners, because it just rolls off your lips, doesn't it, guys? Rum runners. But who were those rum runners? What organized crime? I was in the room and passed me another keg of rum there. My big dad in Kennedy was one of the biggest. The one that we're allowed to talk about, but remember Murder Incorporated and all the Jewish mobsters out of Detroit who had their connections with their Jewish counterparts out of Toronto but operating out of Windsor, Ontario. The mobsters running in the ole-truck, Chikongo area, same mobsters there. Toledo Mob, all part of the old Purple Gang, Jewish mobbers and Jewish mobbers again. The Purple Gang were all Jewish mobsters, except for some of their lowest, lowest knuckle draggers, and they might be either Italian or they could be Irish. And up until just a little while ago here, only a few years ago, some of those skanks in their original form, some of the characters who were part of the original Purple Gang as far as the lower management who became upper management were still alive. And they are, they are, they've just given themselves another, they don't go by the Purple Gang anymore, they're another Jewish operation. Murder Incorporated, Meyer Lansky, they recognize the name. And Meyer Lansky also made sure money was going to the Zionist to go kill off the Arabs and create all those massacres because they needed the massacre of the Palestinian Christians to get them off their land. The Palestinian Christians were easier to kill than the Palestinian Arabs who might put up more of a fight. So the first target were not so much Arabs guys as the Palestinian Christian population, the Jews, hated anyway and they knew they could kill. That's from the very earliest of slaughters that were taking place so they could plop their arse down on somebody else's land. They murdered the Christians because historically the Christians had gone relatively neutral in the Middle East. Contrary to all the propaganda and whipping up with the Crusades and all that other garbage, in the Middle East the Christians and the Muslims and the few Jews that had been around for quite some time had pretty well settled or calmed themselves down. Didn't mean they didn't have stuff going on business-wise. But then these other characters plop their eyes down and we have not had any kind of kindness or any kind of intelligent sense except for, you know, again, parroting whatever they tell you to say. But this organized crime group, well, with alcohol, they did it, you know, again, they had alcohol, you know, FDR comes in, let's make everybody happy. Get them all drunk up again. Got to booze them up for the war. Get some fire water in them. Now after all these years of attacking marijuana, especially with the big second wave of anti-drug stuff starting in the late 60s into the 70s, etc., which was all orchestrated and engineered right up into a war. Yeah, and again, they got us all into a drug war, of course, that's the ongoing scam. You always have to have a war, so every two years you can declare the new war. That's how the War Powers Act works. That's the semi-overt war on the people. In fact, it is a natural extension under the War Powers Act because every two years, remember, they create the illusion based upon other laws that exist. The Sadducees and Pharisees, these things play out. The body of the law states that again, we have to reauthorize whatever military exists or military actions exist. and the financing is tied into them. So what do we do? Every year or two years we have another redecoration of a war on something. And that's why they use the term war. Well, no, we don't need a war. Yeah, they do. Because bureaucratically, that is their fiction that they operate under. You're not dealing with the Constitution of these United States in a legitimate constitutional government. You're dealing with a war powers occupation element. And that's what you're dealing with right now. So again, a little tie up there. Now that they've got control of the market and they can regulate the market for profit for the regime and for those under the table, first the little guys are allowed to come forward and make their name brands, which by the way, remember people argued back in the 70s all the big cigarette companies already had all of their marijuana products. They had all the copyrights for all of their names already established and paid for them for years and probably still do. Somebody made a joke about that the other day and it's like, no you don't understand, you obviously didn't do your background. That guy Randy who broadcasts on Liberty Tree Radio says that Marlboro is getting ready to commercially market marijuana in Colorado and Washington State. Right. The machine has already been in play for 40 years. What they're going to do in Colorado, wherever they do this first, like Marlboro They did all the marketing structure for it 40 plus years ago. Their name was certified and electrified and died and fried and laid to the side by the government 40 years ago. Already and said with a wink and a nod, yep, when we decide to play that card and we decide to swing it the other way because we need it, well, we got it. Do you see how that works? So they've got to dope us up. They've got to get a bunch of our people doped up, or at least, you know, mellowed out so that they can handle the stress of surrendering their freedom more. If we drunk you up with some fire water, everybody can celebrate and party hardy and go stupid brain. Look, hey! Trump said we can tell you that you just don't have to wear a helmet on your motorcycle anymore. You're free now. You're free now. There's nothing left to fight for now. That's one of my favorite herbs. It didn't work with the Trump thing because everybody didn't just automatically. They still think everybody's shutting their brains off. The the fight mode is still in place. So Trump's in we don't have to do anything Hillary's not gonna be there Yeah, no that ain't happening. I could throw the trigger in a very mellow and relaxed way Yeah, dudes. Well good shot. Yeah, that makes them hit fluffy don't you? Really calm. Yeah, I know dudes. I just did a couple of a couple of ribs of that really good, Colorado stuff man Yeah, go ahead go George in Texas, so I changed the subject a little bit. Don, this morning, that movie was not the fifth column, it was the fifth wave. Fifth wave, thank you. That is a correction, but anyway, I told my friend who's one of the sternographers in the court back in the county, I live in Florida. In Florida now they've got the street strikes law that the third time caught being suspended driving becomes a felony now. And these people are going in with the corporate, the felonies going in with the jury, are all getting acquitted because they bring up the Florida Transportation Code saying it only complies the commercial activities. And these people are going to the law saying, well, as in my privately owned vehicle, traveling, I was not in commercial activity. And they've been getting acquitted. Frustrating the county because that was their crown jewel. Get everybody for driving on a suspended license because Florida don't Florida just administratively takes a suspension license. They don't take it a quarter or nothing. Kind of like good news. What will happen is it becomes very expensive for the courts to keep having to operate with no revenue coming in. So they're the ones who will tell them to back off and change it because it's of no use. But people have to be religious about continuing to fight it uniformly. You need to get more of what needs to happen in Florida is the people there need to get what they want. The way to do it nowadays would be a CD. A DVD for 10 cents. Everybody grab every empty carousel. For every yard sale and resale shop you can find where you can get them for a dollar or for free. Anybody get rid of them at yard sales. And make up a tutorial tape with benchmarking the court cases that already happened and just spread them into an area. Take one county and just flood it. And it would spread on its own anyway, but especially where you can slam everybody out there with the information so that everybody and anybody and everybody knows. Because that's what really needs to happen with every element of what we're fighting now. The DVDs are so stupid cheap. In fact, I will say this though. You know what? Two years ago that's true. I've noticed that the price creep is starting on those just like it is in all the other China sport junk now that the industry is re-monopolized. and the available goodies that were out there before you're going to have to search around and look for the clearance and close outs. That's your best choice now. But that still is worth it. If we're handing out one DVD you can have all the information on how to, where it happened, who did it well, interviews with people if they're smart, take news clips out of the news if you can find any. and then hammer them over and over and over again without you having to say a word. You just go here, check this out. Understand the illegitimacy of this law. And come up with a name for it too, but actually title it, Catch Your People's Eyes, that kind of thing. Go ahead. Well, I know it's a good thing too. In the county courthouse where I live now, it's more like a judge does allow them to pass out literature to potential juries on their rights and duty as a juror. being a fully informed juror, potential juror. I know other courthouses, they won't allow it, but our county does, which is a good thing. Even though it's amorty, you know, a potential juror. Well, it's how you have to, and okay, let's qualify that. That's a bridging component again here. Understand that that's exactly what we were going into in the colonies. That's what jury nullification was for, was because the occupation courts were in place. Because they were trying to manipulate through the bar and through Admiralty Law which is occupation law, why were they going in and not saying a word? The jury even told, the best example is Johnny Tremaine, watch the movie, just be quiet son and just follow my lead. He tells him just be quiet and I'll take care of this. And the jury comes in and the jury is quiet, there's no big discussion, and they, of course, present the case because it's under the Admiralty law, and the jury makes their decision and throws the case out unanimously. Well, this is an outrage. It's obvious he's guilty. They don't have any choice. Yes, they do. That's the last choice they have is that jury. But you'll notice the jury doesn't make any comment. They don't talk to anybody. They don't talk even to themselves. This is what they learned that they had to do and it's what we have to have talked about here earlier on about in the past. Everybody's trying to, you know, saturate the field outside the courthouse. Now, you can still do that, but you have to do it in passing. You can't stand out there and just, you know, you hand stuff out to people as you go by, but you also saturate the area in general. If you're waiting for everybody to come to you, that's a mistake. The idea behind it is to get it out in the community and saturate the community to the point where the bad guys have no confidence in their environment, because it doesn't need to be the whole jury-like and Johnny Tremaine. All it has to do is be me shutting up and waiting till the end because everybody else is a booby and you can ask questions but you know wait to see how everybody goes, you know, if they jump up, well, we support the cops! We support the cops or will a cops come after you? It's like, yeah, really? Okay, uh-huh. And at the end it's not guilty. Well, why? And then they brow beat you. I'm going to walk you through it like we've done a million times. They try to brow beat you. How could you possibly do that? Are you a little jury nove- No, I- As a matter of fact, the prosecution convinced me that the guy was innocent. Everything the prosecution said, why? What do you point out? I think we heard the same thing. I just heard it completely and I was listening. I wasn't snoozing like you. You were falling asleep during the jury, during the trial. I watched you. Me, I was listening every step. Prosecutors are the ones that convinced me. I didn't even have to hear the defense. Now what do they say? And that's all you need to do, guys. You don't need to get any extensive conversations. These dirty whores that are going along with it are in your jury. You're not going to be living with them next week. They're not your brothers. They're not your sisters. There's some toady that showed up because probably was even planted there by the prosecutor or by the cops. So you ignore them. You're not going to be seen them tomorrow or the next day when the jury's all said and done. There are artists just down the road and so are yours. So all you've got to do is stay focused as an adult. They will act like a juvenile. They're the ones who will get dramatic. Look at all the garbage you see right now. And you just stay focused and simple, kiss, keep it simple, stupid. Nah, the prosecutor convinced me. No, the prosecutor. Now if you get more people prepared and you explain them the same thing in fact when you do an instructional y'all do the same thing No, you don't tell anybody you don't talk to anybody you don't try to convert anybody about jury notification Not in the courtroom and sure as hell if you'd not if you get out of jury you don't open your face at all If they ask I watch a lot of television Oprah's on all the time too much I think but he's not all the time now you see the television with background why? ochre wimpy See what I mean guys? This is the most important element about dealing with this. The battlefield we're in right now is identical to 1770 or 1772. You'll notice that when I do any public statement when I sign at the end, I don't sign 1776, that's BS. I sign 1775, we shot them. 1776 was just simply where the bureaucracy caught up and finally said, we're going to have a Declaration of Independence. What was said in that declaration is what everybody felt already and why we shot them one year earlier. More than a year earlier. It took more than a year and a couple of months to get around to that Declaration of Independence. We were shooting their ass on April 19, 1775 in earnest and in that point forward we were shooting their ass on a regular basis and we didn't think twice about it. Should we debate it? Should we think about it? Nah, just put a bullet in them. So I always sign everything 1775 because that's the real year in the spirit. Shoot their ass. The other part is where, oh and by the way, maybe we should tell them why we feel so heartily about this. What do you think? I don't know, I think, Don, George, I think shooting them pretty well tells them what we think about them. Yes, but bureaucracy believes, our representatives believe that we should tell them. Yeah, I think we told them with all those petitions, didn't we? That's the kind of density that ends up shooting them. shooting them is succinct and to the point. It's the final statement that explains the entire process. Okay, here's how it works. My fault, your fault, anybody's fault? I figure you're gonna need to be shot. Now you're probably gonna try very hard not to shoot, not to get shot and to shoot me. So I guess it's kind of a fair game thing, but I'm not gonna play too fair anyway. After all, we will be behind stone walls and trees and fences and We're not going to step out there to get shot free if we can help, but that's only when the boobies get more involved in dragging us into the regiment of commercial war. I'm not going to wear a red coat either. Yeah, that ain't going to happen. But see, all these processes, and this all leads from the discussion here earlier about the Admiralty Court, guys. The Admiralty Court was referred to by our founding fathers as the hated Admiralty Court. It was run out of this country. It operated primarily along the shores and that's why they had to drag you over to where the Admiralty was. It existed in its primary form as part of the British military occupation, which is why the Admiralty courts were implemented and why these new officers, these norms of officers had been created and sent out to eat out our substance, guys. Why were they specifically mentioned as having been created? Weren't they here all along? Where are they? Check the top, John. Can you stick around? You gotta go. Okay, very good. God bless the Republic. Yes, the Duke Alpervail, ladies and gentlemen, the Empire's on the run, but we are on the march, both day and night. And for everybody out there, guys, remember, if you're gonna do your notification, just be quiet, get out in the jury, and then put a stick in there, stick in there, folks. There you go. Good job. Yeah, and we've kind of put all that energy and pivoted around that axle, and Like a hand clapping as it plays the sound of me. The way John your number for night's take from the web page and take us out from the art break. There's the phone number, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 8, 4, 5, 8. That'll help you read it. The writing for the website, why? You got any of the stuff you got? You got any of the stuff you got? You got any of the stuff you got? Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it.
