On December 30, 2016, Mark Koernke and BK discussed sabotage operations by the outgoing Obama administration in the final weeks before Trump's inauguration, including provocations toward Russia, border security failures, and threats to antibiotic access. The bulk of the episode focused on an urgent FDA regulation effective January 1, 2017, requiring veterinary prescriptions for over-the-counter fish antibiotics (doxycycline, sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim, erythromycin, and penicillin), which preppers had been stockpiling as emergency medical supplies. Koernke provided detailed guidance on antibiotic prioritization, wound care protocols, and recommended shtfsource.com as a reliable vendor for last-minute purchases before the deadline. The hosts also discussed hospital militarization, airport security theater, and the importance of self-sufficiency in medical preparedness.
Also, there's no guarantee that yeah, it has a header, but it's not, I can't be sure it came from that individual. I'll repeat. I assure you I have no motivation. Oh no, I'm not saying you do. No, I'm not. I'm just saying this is a, this is somebody telling you to send me this, that somebody else sent them correct or is this direct from somebody else? This is direct from Red from Arizona. Ultra Net Hallmark and Golden Spike Technologies, east and west of the Mississippi, along with Alaska. What's been a beautiful day today? It's Friday, of course. It's actually been a nice day to work outside. I've done as much as I can. Getting a little chilly again, but still not a whole lot of any extra snow on the ground, which is a good thing. So we're happy with that. Anyway, we've got BK with us. BK, what's it like in your neck of the woods? What's today today? What's jumping off the wall, please? It is 30 December 2016. It is Friday evening. It is the last hour of the day and the week for the intelligence report and the year for that matter. And that makes this quartermaster's corner. And we have been gyrating about in weather conditions and so on. It snapped cold again. We are down around 30ish or so. We were at 60 over the... the Christmas and day after Christmas. So that was interesting and different. Given my adventures with the heater, I'm happy when it's 60 though in previous years, of course, we had all been wishing for, you know, white Christmas and all that kind of good stuff. Far from it this year. Officially Christmas is over, but not at Butter Knives House because I like it. So I'm just going to keep it going for a little while, keep the lights up inside and all that kind of good stuff. So, you know, that's what we're getting. I was out and about today and man were there chemtrails all over the place. It is unbelievable. They were not a rectangular grid over this urban area. They were all crisscross. They were persistent as all get out. Unbelievable that that sort of stuff can be done in plain sight right in front of people and nobody sees it. Or very few people see it. On the other hand... We have been seeing a wave of last-minute operations that I can only call spiteful sabotage by the outgoing administration. And it's getting quite extreme. We saw a wave of this sort of stuff at the end of Clinton when W was coming in and they did juvenile stuff like vandalizing some of the office equipment and yanking the W keys off of keyboards and things of this sort. That seems very high school and juvenile by comparison. This bunch is trying to be a little bit more mature and much more lethal and serious. We have seen operations across the spectrum. We are going to talk again about the antibiotics issue, and that's a little attack on the general population, but we're seeing all sorts of stuff on other fronts going on. We are seeing, let's see, Bobo is stirring the pot over in the Middle East. He's trying to provoke the Israelis to do more obnoxious stuff. Of course, you know, that whole affair over there is like the Hatfields and the McCoys, and you know, there are no saints on either side. But just like the Hatfields and the McCoys, One side is bigger and stronger and more politically connected than the other, started it and continues to strike and stir the pot. As usual, the stronger one starts it and then has to get even. You hit me back first sort of thing and Bobo is stirring that up and seeing if he can't get another wave of that sort of stuff going. The border has been opened wide open on the southern side. The border patrol has been ordered back from some of the most popular invasion routes and the drones have been ordered grounded. We are seeing this attack on the antibiotics. There is a certain amount of trouble making along the direction of encouraging California to think of itself as being able to see seed. And I've heard that there is also some activity, similarly trying to get Washington and Oregon to see seed. If those two operations can occur, then the U.S. can be cut off completely from the Pacific Ocean, which would certainly serve the interests of the Chinese. They can form a beachhead on the West Coast, and that would cause us major problems. Bobo is certainly trying to make as much trouble as he possibly can. And then there's the possibility of a false flag between now and January 20th. That is a serious possibility because the ones we've seen so far have been fairly minor blowing up the Federal building in Oklahoma City is not very minor to the people involved, but in the larger scale of things, it's one building. What a couple hundred casualties something along those lines 9-11 was 3,000 casualties and certainly justified sucking us into a police state and foreign military adventures That was a much much larger operation, but consider there are a lot of missing nukes we have had some problems retaining control of US manufactured nukes. There are some missing from the old Soviet stockpiles and nobody has ever quite identified their location. The Israelis have at least 400 of them that we allowed them to steal from us. It's almost rising to the level of just handing them over, but we maintained the fig leaf by allowing them to steal that material. And there are some rumors to the effect that North Korea and some others have been able to build their own with shadow connivance from the United States, North Korea and Pakistan as well known operators so there are an awful lot of nukes running around loose in the world. If these guys popped one off in Manhattan they could take out Trump Tower and Trump along with it and justify almost anything. So it would be a wonderful idea, I think, if our president-elect made a point of not being there at all times, because that might very well be a target, and I wouldn't put anything past Bobo and his handlers. So we're seeing an enormous amount of sabotage stay behind type operations. The financial press is full of warnings to the effect that if Trump manages to Institute financial reforms and things start looking too Good and improving the Federal Reserve is quite capable of jacking up interest rates to quash any of that And as long as Yellen is in the Federal Reserve then that is certainly a possibility So it is not a clearly smooth path forward and we are watching a great deal of sabotage being implemented as we speak. Do you have any comments or observations to make there? Well, number one, the window of activity is short. What they've got left to do is in three weeks, basically three full work weeks. Let's count the today because Things have already been in motion, needless to say, ejecting the Russian diplomats or pushing the Russians out. It should be noted that I think Putin has a real good understanding of what's going on and has not done the same. Yeah, we're doing everything we can to provoke the Russians. It's just a tour of the pot. Putin is enough of a grown-up to not rise to the bait. I think it's messing with their head. The big thing here again is that normally that would be, again, somebody would get incensed or whatever. Everybody knows this is the most dangerous window of activity with regard to a significant regime change that we're probably going to see in our lives. If, again, the critters decide to pull whatever they're going to pull, in other words what they call a Samson attack, that's what the kosher mafia supposedly called the use of a nuke that they plant inside the US. But it's the SAMHSA alternatives, blow the pillars of the United States and blame somebody else for it while the OY boys take greater control. That is as likely as not. First of all, as we've said, the endangered areas, as far as I'm concerned, are still the southeastern part of the US. It's the place where they could do damage, a significant amount, write it off, and clean it up pretty quick because most of it dumps into the Atlantic. Whatever goes up goes down range and they know it. So there's the basic math is already in play. That's why it's most dangerous for our friends that are listening from Florida to the Carolinas, etc. Needless to say, the East Coast could be a sacrifice anywhere along different locations, but They don't need very much, but they certainly need bigger than 9-11. So that's where they're headed. Yeah, I have the opinion that if a foreign power pops up and nuke, they would do it on the west coast because all those schmutz will blow west, or blow east onto our farmlands and cause us long-term problems if something goes off. If something goes off on the east coast, it was done internally because that's somebody that wants to benefit from the real estate gyrations and so on and see all the schmutz blow into the Atlantic by the prevailing winds. Because prevailing winds in North America run from west to east. So if you want it all to land in the heartland, in the breadbasket, you do things down the west coast. If you want things to blow off into the ocean and then come back in and snag up all the real estate and so on, then you do it on the east coast. One of the other things here too is the UN gun ban, the currency issues overseas, tied that in with the fact that they're still desperately trying to, well like I said, like I said during the tour block, which you've got is a situation, and we've repeated this many times, they want to try and get us to kill somebody. The latest thing with Trump has been fixing the VA. And there's been several public statements, all of them are posted, so everybody can see what's being said. Well, it's hard to get people to kill for the regime when all the other people who were told to go out and kill for the regime were ending up either, let's see, with maggot-infested wounds, any number of different infections, or standing in line waiting to die rather than be treated. That doesn't inspire or anybody else to go, wow, you know, and one of the benefits is you're going to get lifelong medical support. But they didn't tell you your lifelong is about as short as it takes, you know, the moment you, how short a time you'll be living once you contract something or become ill in some way that's significant. Trust me, they won't have to worry about spending any more money on you and they don't plan on it. So they've got to get everybody baffled with BS to plug them back in for that part of it, which isn't really in play yet. But it's something that the next regime coming in has promised. So that's to get the in the legions back online. Otherwise, again, the people here pretty much are not of the, shall we say, Ra-Ra attitude. They want to get into much of anything. In fact, I think the backlash from all of the forever wars is that everybody pretty well understands the scam and they don't want to show up for the party. This is where the problem is with the game being played out now because there has to be a desperate action and then a bum rush. That's the only option they have right now. Desperate action and bum rush. And while they got the troops busy overseas, the rest of the monetary attacks, the rest of the confiscation of properties, if they can convince people to go along with it, is going to be the agenda. Problem is, too many people out there are pretty well looking straight at them and none of their pixie dust is working. So they've got a problem with the people that are thinking. The ones that aren't thinking, are they really part of the formula? Well, look at crazy town snowflakes and diaper pin wearers, and you tell me. They certainly can make noise, most of it crying, sobbing, and lamenting and gnashing of teeth and running of hair. As a threat, well, they could probably take a bullet or as an organic sandbag, but that's about it. The one thing that's interesting is going to be as things progress, We know that the public fool system and we know that the education system like the college system is our biggest problem right now. It has done more damage and the Department of Education has done more damage than anything. And what I'm waiting for is that as we decide to arrest them, part of the propaganda will be, oh, we're arresting the intelligentsia. No, no, no, no, those people are pretty well untouched because those people that might have some intelligence that would be considered the intelligentsia sure as hell aren't in the colleges and universities anymore. In fact, just the reverse. They're out roaming about pretty safe. It'd be rather fascinating to see the propaganda that they will generate. It will be very reminiscent of the 20s and 30s again. And the red terror or the red Hollywood combined with the yellow journalism mechanism. And you bang in the gong every step of the way while they're being defeated. The important thing is that we stay focused on from our end. One of the things too, again, and BK, as we pointed out, the whole idea that we've got the next 24 hours, well, tonight and tomorrow, to deal with this whole issue of the penicillin-doxicclane, erythromycin and sulfa-drug issue where they're, of course, pulling it from general purchase with the veterinary supplies, you know, like your pet store. It's going to be prescription from this point forward. Now, one of the reasons that they're really going after this is, remember, all of these are water soluble. We have to keep emphasizing that. Some of the livestock tech is actually an oil-based water-based combo. It does not absorb quite the same way in the system. And there are some issues that may develop long-term. Not critical, but they're, again, they're in the way of the healing process. So the water soluble is actually the higher priority or critical and that's what they're tagging here. In a battlefield situation or an economic downturn or you know, especially they pull the money supply, nobody has any money to buy a doctor if they wanted to, you're going to be treating yourself. Well, it's one thing to have to go to, you know, we're going to go to a combination of things, homeopathic and modern technology. But we're doing it on our terms. And that's something they can't afford, especially if they pop somebody, you shoot somebody, and you don't have to go into their doctors. They can't find you. This is part of what they're calculating. This is part of the formula. The more that we can do for ourselves, the least likely it is that they're going to be able to perform reprecursive acts against us, in other words, retribution, when the time comes because first they've got to find you. First they've got to know who. And part of that is driving you into the medical industry, which has become a concentration camp just like the schools have. You know, you go to most, we have a little, I don't think I heard a song about this BK, but we have a little hospital over here, Chelsea Community Hospital, okay? Guys for years, classic little hospital, everybody walks in, even though half the people that are there, you know, from the community, it's not a very big town. So, well, to-do town, I will say that. There's actually some Hollywood stars that have come from Chelsea, Michigan. They've got some money. And all of a sudden they changed hands and well the first thing they did, it used to be you'd come into emergency and there's like a little booth area, maybe two or three tables, all in an area the size of your kitchen. And you'd sit next to the person there and they'd ask what's wrong with you and then they immediately, just pull the chair out a little farther, scoot it around and shout around the corner, you know, hey, where do you want him in? Number eight, number 10, number two, number one, whatever, for the examination room. As soon as the new regime got in there and all of a sudden we're just not up to speed, they put in bulletproof, glass, examination, and questioning rooms. Like you're in a bank. You know, like they're terrified of every person that could possibly come in for medical support. And now you have like a bank slot and they slide the papers under the bank slot and they're terrified of every person that comes in because the world is a terrorist now. and there run like a level 4 prison. Ain't that fascinating? The difference between old America and communist America. Yeah, well it's the same as I've complained about the airports before. I like the strip airports where you had a parking lot out front, a building, you walked from the parking lot into the building, you talk to the counter and you hand your bags over, and then you walk around the end of the counter and go out under the runway. Went out to the plane, yeah. Big deal. You know, about as simple as you can get. And then they proceeded to make it into a big stupid mess with a, you know, that looks like a new version of the old Third Reich and so on. It's just a complete degradation of our entire society. But they've managed to do it through various incremental means and use of the propaganda system to get everybody terrified that, oh, we're going to have hijacks to Cuba and all this kind of good stuff. Well, all you have to do is make some deals with Cuba and make sure that every single hijack goes to Cuba and these guys end up in the sugar cane fields with a machete earning their living that way. It's very rapidly you will lose any enthusiasm. You can do airplane security by handing every passenger a billy club. That's all you need. But instead they create this whole police state and all these in the TSA and let them steal all your baggage and so on and so forth. What a freaking mess. So, you know, this is the kind of solution we get from these characters. Before we run out of time, we want to touch on the hot topic of the week. The back story is that for over a year the FDA has been saying they are going to impose some regulations on livestock medications. What changed is that sometime in November, I think it was probably after the election, The FDA said, oh, okay, well, we've got this wave of new regulations, but we're going to modify what's coming out the pipe. So we've scheduled these regulations long in advance, but we changed the content of them at the last minute. And the change that they made is that Some of the antibiotics that have been over the counter in the past, as long as they are labeled for veterinary use, particularly fish, because tropical fish are very sensitive to contaminants. So the fish antibiotics have been the cleanest available. and in fact have come off the same production lines as human stuff. The fish antibiotics have been over-the-counter and freely available to anybody that wanted to purchase them and routinely packaged in quantities that are also not far from what humans do because you have a 50 gallon fish tank, That's 400 pounds of water. That's in the same order of magnitude as a human who might be 100 to 200 pounds, mostly water. So it's not surprising that the dosages for the fish tank are not far from the dosages that you would use for a human. As a result, the preppers have said, oh, OK, fish antibiotics are a way to stock up on emergency medical supplies with less financial and paperwork overhead than running down to a physician and filling in a lot of paperwork and getting issued 30 of something or 50 of something or 60 of something and the pharmacist counts them all out and puts them in a little bottle and triples the price and blah blah blah. The Bobo administration has used the FDA and this regulation that's coming out to attack that source of supply and as a result they are cracking down on some of the fish antibiotics. Effective Sunday, that is January 1, you will need a veterinarian prescription. for some of the most useful antibiotics available on the market. This will do nothing worthwhile for anybody except the high margin suppliers in the medical system, but it will pinch off access to some of these to the preppers, which is of course what we think the whole idea is. You have a very, very limited window at this point to pick up some of these materials with minimal overhead if you wish to do so. If you check your farm and fleet or feed stores, etc., you will probably find that they've been cleaned out because the farmers buy this sort of stuff in large quantity and probably heard about this before, old butter knife did. I think you will find that they are largely out of stock and have been cleaned out already. There are a limited number of suppliers that you can access in this limited time window. On Wednesday, I put in a number of small orders to different vendors. This one was cheaper on this and that one was cheaper on that and scattered them around. And most of them, I have not heard a darn thing, so I think these guys may be out of stock and they're not dealing with things or their management structure thinks that, oh, we'll handle this stuff, business as usual, and in a few days, perhaps we'll bounce back the order and say, send us your prescription. Or maybe they've shipped and not bothered to notify me or what have you, but I don't know what's going on. There is one vendor that has done an absolutely top flight job. This is a small vendor. It is shtfsource.com. Now, these guys shocked and amazed me. I put in an order for one item with them on Wednesday and they shipped Thursday morning. I thought, holy smoke, that is remarkable. And then as of Thursday night, I didn't even get Acknowledgements from some of the other vendors so I put in another little order with shtfsource.com on Wednesday night and they ship Thursday morning or Wednesday Thursday Thursday Friday, so These guys have turned around the orders Immediately I put the first one in late at night and two hours later the thing was processed And the other one, earlier at night, in the same time of day, early in the morning, the second one was processed. What's more, the order numbers incremented by only a very small amount. So these are clearly a small volume, small operation, perhaps, run out of somebody's home or apartment or something along those lines. You seem to be getting immediate attention from whomever runs the place. I doubt you'll be able to buy a thousand or something. I doubt they have inventory that deep. But as long as their inventory lasts, these guys are extraordinarily quick and we have only about 24 hours left. So I'm not even going to list the other outfits that I placed orders with two days back. We have not gotten any notifications or acknowledgments of the orders. I don't think you will do anything from Friday night to Saturday with these other outfits. I would suggest that probably the only place you're likely to get immediate response, hopefully they'll process and mail, or at the very least log the sale before Sunday, would be shtfsource.com. Now, they are not the absolute cheapest vendor on every product, but they are in the ballpark with all of the best prices that I can find, which is why when I scattered these orders around, they were included in the mix. They were the best on one item, another outfit was slightly better on another item, and so on. But they were right there in the ballpark. When we get into these panic situations, then our values change and we are no longer necessarily trying to shave the last dollar off, but we're more concerned about can you actually get something. And this seems to be the outfit where you can actually get something. So shtfsource.com. is the outfit that I have used and am impressed with. They seem to be a small proprietor, which is not a bad thing as long as they don't get cleaned out of inventory. Last night we had a little discussion and Mike from Arizona was on and we discussed these things. That's helpful that he was there because we can bounce things off of him and the items that I prioritized, he pretty much signed off on. So what I would suggest to people is that we proceed in the following sequence. If you can afford only one item, Go for the doxycycline off the bat. That is a very useful, general purpose antibiotic. It's good for a lot of things. If you can choose only one, that is a good choice of which one to go with. If you have a little bit more resources and you can go for a second choice, then the sulfate drugs mix becomes your number two choice. So that's the second one to add. That's listed on their site as fish sulfa. I'm going to probably mangle the word here. It is sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim. It is routinely used as a mix of those two substances and that's how it's packaged on their site. The third item, if your resources extend a little bit further and you want to continue to expand your envelope, would be erythromycin. That is available straight up material. And the fourth one I would go for in sequence would be penicillin. Now there are people with allergies to penicillin. That's one of the reasons you want to have a variety of different things available. I have read that ampicillin is very close to penicillin and is very often referred to tongue-in-cheek by the physicians as placebo-silent because like penicillin, ampicillin is resisted by a large variety of the modern bugs. So they are useful, especially penicillin still is, for syphilis and not too many other things. Now even syphilis is a considerable threat because this has been with mankind for centuries. You may find that you have incoming personnel with an infection of that sort. You may have personnel who acquire an infection of that sort. either accidentally or by reason of assault. and that is a situation that you'll have to deal with. Now just because somebody is a victim of assault which they survived does not mean that you should just let them rot slowly from that particular infection. You do want to be able to handle it. So, you know, penicillin is a worthwhile item on the list. Those four are the items that I would recommend among those that are being pinched off this week. And then if your resources extend beyond those four, I would recommend just starting over at the top of the list and doubling up to the limit of your financial pain. These products are listed as having a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. What that means is that for 12 to 18 months is stored properly, they will have listed strength. After that, they will start to fall off a little bit in strength. However, they do not become toxic. They simply become weaker over time. So there is a derating schedule to be applied. But they are expected, the military has done some studies of this, to be effective for 10 to 15 years. So this is an investment in a material that's going to be useful a lot longer than the physicians or pharmacists would have you believe. And in the worst case, heck, maybe that's the way you buy a physician's attention is by having available materials which they won't be able to get if there's a supply disruption. Now, what's going on right now is an access disruption. They're making it harder to deal with the supply system by inflicting paperwork on it. They're not pinching it off yet. But on down the road that may also be an issue. So the source that I'm recommending right now this seems to be a small proprietor and so far their performance has been stellar in my experience is shtfsource.com and basically you have this evening to get an order in that they'll process tomorrow morning I think. And even if they mail it out a little bit later, if they log the sale before January 1, then I think that will probably fly. If some of these other vendors actually do deliver, I will be pleasantly surprised. What I'm expecting to happen is that these dolts will say, oh, well, you know, the rules changed. Send us some more paperwork and I'm going to tell them, guys, you screwed up. You thought business as usual was fine. Your management structure failed its job. Refund my money. Cancel the order. But I will have ordered enough from SHTF source that I will be happy for the time being. Now there's no such thing as enough of anything. I would like to have a truckload of all this stuff. I can't afford it. So I'm doing like most of us do, try to make a point of having some of everything on hand even if I can't possibly have as much as I would like of anything on hand. I recommend others do that. So one last time, shtfsource.com is the vendor that I recommend at this point. That's also a vendor that Patriot Nurse recommends. This is not the only place that I've heard that recommended, but she is one of the more famous ones, a YouTuber who's been on the air for quite a while, and she may know the people running the place. I don't know whatever the relationship may be there, but I can tell you from first-hand experience that this guy is hustle. So, comment, suggestions, etc. Again, there we go. No, no, I just, my mute button wasn't working right here. There we go. A couple things, as we pointed out again, a variety, at least in your combat medic kit, something we've talked about. Some people are allergic to penicillin G, as we've been talking about here, each of the solutions. It may be needful for a certain person that may already know their limitations. A lot of people have already discovered that they're allergic to a particular biotic or painkiller by first-hand experience, sometimes not a very pretty one. That's one of the things where if you can question a casualty, wherever you can keep a casualty functional, One of the many things to do is specifically ask questions. If you're treating a casualty, one of the things that's going to happen right off the bat is you're going to start looking at introducing biotics basically dependent upon the injury because of contamination or assumed contamination with the environment. Battlefield detritus, debris, wreckage, body parts of other people, junk that you're wearing gets sucked in and through channels of destruction. or even scrapes, cuts and bruises that are just side met, okay, where you get a little bit of a laceration if it's deep enough. Again, precautionary, applied topical, first and best choice, something we discussed last night, remember in the program. But there are a number of other solutions that can be done before you even directly apply the silins and all of the other products. We haven't even touched on that. We're going to do that next week. Over the decades and over the last century, there have been a number of different solutions that were used on a very large scale and were quite successful. They were used or have been taught to trauma surgeons and such right up until recent times. I don't know if they're doing it with the latest cycle. But it's, again, something to take into consideration because we will probably be short or not have enough of what we need in the long run until we can resupply from production or acquisition of enemy supplies, like depots, materials, support sites, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Whatever you can accumulate now, if you can do a diverse inventory, also remember we gave a pecking order here. Some of these items may be out or may progressively run out even in the next 24 hours. It's just possible as not. In fact, they may be posting it, posting the items, but they may not be caught up and certainly this weekend won't be caught up on checking their inventory. Some of the other vendors have posted this or that is out of stock already, so even earlier this week, so not surprising. As there's an acknowledgement that there's a need or some people are finally making the choice to actually act, be prepared to go over alternate sites. Actually do your cherry pick and shop around. Confirm the first, if it can't be or if it looks like it's out. Move on to the next, but use your priority list. to determine what to acquire first, again or foremost, which should be on hand. I think the one interesting thing, again, Penicillin G is one of the most stable. All these are actually very shelf stable in their present configurations, although there are liquid forms and tablet slash shelf stable tablet and there's capsule. Also, if it's in powder form in bulk, remember you can buy capplets, you can buy capsules and load your own capsules for dosing, for being able to issue out and giving the patient only what they need to consume, not in excess. That does help to stretch out the inventory so that you can properly use it, perhaps for more than one, obviously more than one patient if at all possible. The other thing is, again, progressive treatment. It's a balance thing. It's something that everybody's going to have to look at and decide, well, how much can I spend? Make it part of your project for the next 24 hours to do some math, crunch the numbers, and make an important decision on this because the silins, especially in all categories, doxycycline being the most universal, but The Sulfa drugs, again, are very, very useful in a number of different directions. They went out of vogue. They came in at the same time, basically, as the Penicillins did. The Sulfa drugs, in fact, were available slightly before the Penicillins became available at the end of World War II, well, forgive me, World War I, and were in limbo because of, well, it was supposed to be the war to end all wars. That was, you know, everybody knew that was BS. And the Sulfa drugs kind of went into stasis except for research and development in particular countries. World War II, you see them come out of the woodwork along with other treatments in mass. The Germans had their solutions. The Russians had very little. We were probably the primary movers and shakers in this particular arena. And we're the most successful at getting the material out in force to where it was needed with the casualty slash the patients. We can do that again. We do that now. In fact, what we're doing is building up a deep tactical reserve. It's not the answer to everything, and what you are going to have to do if you're a caregiver, if you're going to be the person out there treating a patient, is you've got to remember to balance this out. If the patient or the casualty is not that critical, and if you can avoid using what are considered limited supply priority consumables like this, then hold off. In other words, cleaning the wounds, treating the wounds, changing the dressing, all of that changed dramatically from the past, from what we've seen historically. Siloam's had to come into play because of other working knowledge that we didn't necessarily have at the time to the degree that we do now. So we're not gonna fumble the ball with cleanliness, keeping the patient stable. We know all about all the other tricks of the trade that can actually bring up the probability of survival. We just need to make sure we have them in our inventory and these items should be in your inventory. I'm going to bring up this story again that's out there all over the place right now. You had the gentleman in Oklahoma who died of septice. Here's what happened. They found maggots in his wounds when the dressings had not been changed and they hadn't been changed. How long does it take for flies to be planted on a body and then to mature to a pupa, to a maggot? Three days, I think, doesn't it? Yeah, the guy died in the process and so immediately they said, well, wasn't the maggots a-killing? It was the infection. Well, gee, in other words, the guy was so bad off, he was as bad off as he was because, A, the reason that the sepsis probably came into play is because of the lack of changing of the bandages, something, everything we've talked about. Now in the past the only reason that would happen is because you're in a remote location, you don't have any other dressings, and so what do you do? Well you're better off actually dumping the dressings and even using anything else rather than the bacterial waste that you have clinging to the wound. So that is what killed him, it's just that the fly maggots were a side bar. The maggots didn't kill him, the maggots proved that you neglected him. And that's what killed him, yes, exactly. And so this is one of those things that we've talked about many, many, many, many, many times, guys. The other part about this is prepping, being able to prep the wound area. and in the process changing out the dressings. So this is where you need 4x4s, you know, roll bandages in any and all quantities that you can find. Sanitary napkins. Here's the thing about this is that remember you can reduce the amount of material. Half of the material you're using, especially if you're using a roll bandage, is to do what? Actually secure the bandage in place. If you have a limb, you might have an in and it goes into and goes out of wound channel. But you remember that 50% of the dressing that you're using is consumed simply by having to be there. It's not actually drawing or wicking anything. What you can do to spare that is have additional packing or bulk items that you can actually use to work the wound area, to cover it, keep it clean, it won't be necessarily sterile but as close to as possible. There are any number of different tricks of the trade, but the most important thing is to have them in good quantity. Being able to change that dressing out and again apply, for instance topically, we're talking about the Sulfa drugs. If you're curious about the Sulfa drugs, watch The Big Red One, Band of Brothers, or Saving Ryan's Privates. You will see, and you've probably seen it a hundred times and didn't really even think about it because it's like second nature for anybody watching World War II movies. Sulfa! What are they doing when they shout sulfa? They're breaking open this packet and sprinkling it all over the wound before they slap a battle dressing on. And so why are they doing that? They're doing that to keep the, again, to reduce the amount of bacteria, immediately treat the injury. Think about what they're doing, and by the way, it has to a degree, works as a bit of a quick clot also, just as a little heads up on that. So, it has that in the configuration where it was in the cellophane packs, it was part of your battle pack, part of your first aid triage, your for instance, blowout kit for the day, they didn't call it a blowout kit then. But those sulfa drugs, morphine was issued directly to the troops. Tri-dressings, wrap-around dressings, and even battle dressings were already developed so you had stuff to deal with that goes into, goes out to Wound Channel. Between all of this you were looking at immediate treatment of the casualty that had not been done in the past. We have that working knowledge. In fact, let's think about this. What year is it? Almost 2017. Yeah, and so what year was World War II? Guys, this is 60, 70 year old technology. that we should know about. And the average American doesn't have a clue. That's not an accident. In other words, we're going to have a mask only because the only reason we have a bunch of mask casualties is because we've got a bunch of people that have no working clue about what's going on. But it doesn't mean they don't have the working knowledge at their fingertips. They just slip past their mind or it's gone from the inventory, so to speak, intentionally because of the education system. This is where, again, When we look at the medical support we're talking about here, we also need to understand application, not just initial application, but also follow-up and support. To what degree do we need to apply the medication? To what degree or to what cyclic process do we need to apply our wound dressings and the support technology to keep that wound clean. Another thing, if it is a wound channel, we've talked about this too, because we don't need to do much more. I know you've got more to cover. But packing, there's two reasons for packing. Initially it's to create, you know, fill that void that was created by that bullet hole to allow for the blood clot and the weird natural system to do its job and to reduce the bleeding process. But in a later stage, it's for healing. This is another reason that role-caus are very critical. It's not a pleasant thought, but when you have a wound channel, you pack it. And what you do is it's literally called wicking. And you leave a certain amount of that out of the wound channel, the end of the role. And progressively, one of the tricks is that you're literally pulling and evacuating that material, which also evacuates the white corpuscles, puss, or whatever else might be developing. Or at least, again, the waste product. from the combination of the bacteria and your body. And what this allows for is healing from within. Because if the outer surface heals but the inner doesn't, it's almost virtually impossible for the body to absorb that damaged material. It can do it, but it'll take almost five times as long for the casualty to heal. Now look at something as simple as just using an impact by role of gauze with a little bit of Vaseline and keeping the wound channel slightly open while doing maintenance on it and reducing to one fifth the turnaround time of a casualty so that they're not consuming your material because you have other casualties to deal with. So these are all tricks we need to know because we plan on saving more than one person, right? Pretty sure we do. So just a little heads up on that. Right, I would suggest that there are other materials that we'll want to stock, but this is the one that's under threat this week. There are other technologies we can use as well. Joe from the Carolinas can and has and probably will be discussing some of the herbs and so on that we can grow and obtain in that fashion. It's harder for them to cut us off from materials that we can grow. But there are other things to be purchased, but in due course we have some time to do some of these things. We have less time on these. On the walk. Yeah. So, for instance, if I were treating wound and I'm not medical personnel, I'd be doing, as Mark says, you pack the wound, you pull some of that out every time. You also want to irrigate that. I'd say, well, I'm not going to irrigate with distilled water. I'm going to irrigate with colloidal silver. Why not? That's the same thing as distilled water plus. And we'll do a little bit of antibiotic work in that area as well. And there's some reasons to think that silver also promotes the healing in addition to killing bacteria. And the silver is an easy thing to do. But other things are harder to do. Growing antibiotics is a harder thing. So that's one of the things to be stocked in advance. The other factor that Mike pointed out is that you do not want to administer just a pill or two or three of antibiotics. They don't do you any good. You have to run an entire course of antibiotics and you have to stick with them through the entire course. Well, if you look at the numbers, a bottle of this stuff is basically about one course of treatment for a patient. You're going to be administering two or three or four capsules a day. for a couple, three weeks maybe on an ongoing basis. If you've got 60 tablets of something, then that's three doses, 20 days, that's one course. So one of these bottles may seem expensive, but that's only one person illness for a full course of these antibiotics. So whatever you can squeeze out now, You know spend till it hurts this week and recover in the next couple of weeks. You know I hate to say it but steal from your ammo budget for the next couple of weeks or what have you because this is a window that is closing and one last time shtf source is the vendor that I'm recommending right now. If you know another one that's fine, if you have friendly relations with some farmer that's buying stuff for livestock, maybe you can work a deal. They will have open prescriptions from their veterinarian and maybe do something a little under the table, whatnot. But if you are not connected in that fashion, or just realizing that something has to be done and it has to be done in the next 24 hours. That's what I recommend doing. So this is just one more attack by the system, by the Bobo regime, the Soros regime we might call it, the vampires, against the preparedness of the population. And so we are in reactive mode at this point. I got wind of this a little late in the game. But I'm breaking it out as soon as I became aware of it. And so may I call for slowness, but we do what we can when we can. Any last comments because we are at the top of the hour? Yes, we are. Guys, we aren't going to see you till next year. And of course, when we do, we are going to touch on several of the subjects we discussed here because there's something that needs to be reviewed again. We need to be looking at solutions. We're not just complaining about the problems. It's the idea that at the personal level, You're going to have to deal with issues because of natural or man-made disasters or just plain the... A hiccup in the economy could completely change the way people have to deal with things. It's like my dad said, nobody was ever born in a hospital back when he was born. Nobody could hardly afford it. Hospital, your brothers and sisters were born in this house and you will be too. And he was, okay? Just a little heads up, and we consider that something we wouldn't even, well, a lot of people do, but not as much as you think. So, wouldn't even consider today if they could help us. You may have to be dealing with that again. So we're going to organize our instructional processes accordingly, our tutorials, and I'll remind you to go to Liberty Tree Radio, check out our videos there. We have covered some of these subjects on our training videos on Liberty Tree Radio at YouTube. God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march, folks, day and night. And again guys, medical support, high priority. DK, thank you for bringing the attention to that. Yeah, we show up again when we see you. Happy New Year! Let's hope that it's better than we think. We'll all be out there, God bless. We'll see you next year, same time. And of course, on the Sank Network. It's taken over. Bye-bye.
