Here you have these entities out there, they get them set up and they want you to believe and trust in them, right? But in the end, when you're ready to take advantage of these things that are there, the government says it's not there, we don't have any money for you. Now, we'll take that money that you put in there and we're going to redirect it to some of our friends. Constituents are going to fund my campaign to get reelected. But we're not really concerned about you, the little gnat, the little peon, the little person you. Well, that's what happens in a democracy. A little peon doesn't get his day in court. But in a republic, you do. And the problem is the reason that we don't have a day in court anymore is because everybody's driven by money and they're not driven by the rule of law. Most of you guys know that we have Tea Parties of Horrible here. I'm the Tea Party founder, TeaParty.org. It has been taken over by a bunch of crooked people. They've been bezeled millions of dollars. I hate to say that. But I'm here with my friends and I've lived in Popper as a Popper for this whole period of time. But I've never given up on our fight. Because our fight is about taking our country back. And I don't care what kind of quirks are out. But I've reported to the FBI and getting ready to go and report to the US Attorney's Office. But they're all political hacks, you know? All I needed to do to file is a plane report, and all I did to do was investigate and file these guys who had taken all the money that was donated to see millions of dollars, between $5 to $15 million. And they pocketed the whole amount of money. I caught them because I had, I kept pushing them to put me on the bank account, and they finally did. And they kept saying there's no money there. And to be sure enough, each day you go look at the account, and they stripped it. And so I began to just, I want all the mixtapes. I want to find out what's going on with the money because they're not reimbursing my expenses. I mean, I've got a whole lot of expenses living on my credit cards. And I found out they brought in over $5 million. But I reported to the FBI and the FBI goes, well, there's not much we can do. What do you mean there's not much you can do? These guys can't steal from the public. But that's what happens in a mob rule. I mean, people can break the law and the government doesn't seem to care about the little guy. Right? In a democracy, that's the way it works. In a republic, all of a sudden the rule of law becomes the law of the land. And we've got government agencies, one after the next, that violates the rule of law all the time. Whether it's the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Justice, it doesn't matter. Every branch of the government, and part of the problem is that we've become used to the idea of having to pay taxes. And used to the point that when we die, we're still paying taxes. There used to be a time that you could own something. You didn't have the responsibility to, I mean, you paid all your bills off, you don't have any bank loans, or nothing like that, or car loans. You bought your house, your house was paid off. Then it's yours, there's no taxes on that. You could pass it on to future generations. But these schemers and political officers got off because the idea is that they could steal from you and as long as you don't catch them, then you're going to sit there and roll over and play dead. As long as we make it comfortable enough, we don't pour the water too much. The reality is that they keep raising the temperature every day. And the only way we're going to fix this is that we all join in together with a new tax system that is constitutional. You know, and that's why we came up with a true tax. It's a 1% transaction tax. 20% is rebated back to every American. So if you're a single adult, you get $10,000 of your rebate check. Now, you're like, well, I didn't spend $10,000. Well, collectively as a society, you know, the rich people are going to be paying maybe $100,000 or $1 million in taxes. Who cares? I mean, they spent a billion dollars and if you're a rich person, you make sure your money's moving. You don't leave your money stagnant. That's what the whole clock market's all about. You're flipping your money. You're making, putting it to good use. What happens is that all those transactions add up and treating everybody the same, then everybody gets the same rebate back. They get $10,000. Well, if your child was born today, by the time they're 18, they'd have $185,000 in the bank to go to college. or trade school. I'm not here to tell kids what to do. Should they go to college? Maybe they're not college material. I've got twin boys that are not college material. So when they're 25, let them spend the next 5 or 7 years or so, realize how important an education is. So when they're 25, they get access to that money that's placed in the trust fund. They can buy a house at that time, or they can travel to war. I don't really care. I mean, I think that we tried to do too much. We're trying to control people, and that's what government does. When government steals from you, they basically provide strings back on every program they have. There's a string attached. There's a hook into your flesh. And if you look at the people that are in poverty, I mean, I live in the family, multi-generational poverty. Every one of those people are stuck in that situation because the government's string. Because they're not going to get the maximum benefit if they're married. If they don't solidify that relationship with the other person, they get less benefit. Since the government is basically manipulating the public to behave a certain way, I'm sorry. This is a nation of three people. The government shouldn't be in the business of telling us how to behave. Am I right, guys? That's exactly right. So we have to alter the whole tax system such that in the constitutional taxes, the states should be collecting the taxes like the Constitution says, through reinforcements and providing what the federal government needs, and then redistribute whatever is left to the American people. Now once the Social Security trust funds and the highway trust funds refund it, I say the Social Security program to be honest, given the fact that we're talking about the true tax, I believe Donald J. Trump has had my book, I send him a personal copy. I have no other friends of mine who have sent him a copy way before he started running for president. So he's already had the idea of the true tax. And you can imagine when you put $10,000 in the hands of every adult, right? That's going to create jobs because people are going to have a few more dollars in their pocket. You can imagine, if you don't pay a personal income tax anymore, you don't report to the IRS, they can't seize your property. There's another issue with income tax. Now you allow the federal government to invade your privacy. You can no longer have privacy. You can no longer have the bank account to allow the federal government to steal all your money. So there's another avenue as far as the constitutionality of the true tax. And scripture says, as the truth will set you free. I'm telling you, once we have this true tax in place, we're going to create jobs because $10,000 in the hands of every, about 200 million Americans, you know, $2 trillion dollars, and going back in economy, that's going to create a big demand. You know, we shouldn't be getting money to store in government. You know, the American people want to buy their cars from China and then from Soviet. That's what we do. But I tell you what. is that we should have a tax system that invades your privacy that basically takes away the rule of law because it is exactly what the government is doing. They no longer have to listen to you because they have the strong arm or the IRS that forced you to be paid. And another means is that they destroy our products. The Federal Reserve System. I say let's do away with some of the other services. Let's place the dollar back in the hands of the American people. So in addition to the true tax, we should have the liberty reservedness. Liberty means freedom from government. In giving the ownership of that dollar, the US dollar back to the American people, not to private banks. Because what they do right now, they basically, they inflate the dollars, they'll produce more dollars, and all of a sudden your dollar has less purchasing power. I'm saying, look, you know, there might be a need for more currency and circulation because there's more people. I tell you what, if I'm going to issue out more dollars, I should be putting it in the hands of every American. So in other words, I'm going to say, we're going to do a two-to-one split. So in other words, next year it says $10,000, we're going to give everybody $20,000. You spend the money however you want to spend it. but we need more money in circulation. That's the way you should be doing it. But to have our federal government says we're going to give a trillion dollar here, a trillion dollars there, we're going to rebuild mosque and foreign nations. These are violations of the American people. They're stealing our products, our property, it really comes down to this. They're stealing our property. The property is the blood sweat that's here from your brows. And from the brows of your children and future generations. There is no other solution other than the TRU-TAC that provides accountability to the federal government. As part of the TRU-TAC, 10% of that is used to streamline the government. In other words, God says, if you're going to believe in me, you need to give me 10%. I says, why can't we just use 10% to streamline government? To bring out the creative process and everybody in government and everybody outside of government. Everybody looking at government says, there's a better way of doing things. And so having that 10% set aside allows us to streamline our government to see that the smartest business or government out there. I mean, why can't we government run as a smart business? I mean, that's one thing I'm glad about Donald Trump being an Orton president. He's a business person. And so if he's going to use a true tax, which is the taxes that I wrote and I've put out there. And I put Tea Party out there as my name, so that's my DBA, because I've been taxed from the beginning, it's untrue. I mean, you know, my son lost black, I got a black grandbaby, and I've got medics and ages and so forth. I mean, I've got a multiracial family. The other night, that black is understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said. Anyway, something I wanted to touch on, since somebody was asking me about... if you think it through, it makes sense because for instance somebody was saying, well why does, why does, why does Washington D.C. get three electoral votes? Because you see the federal government is an entity, a separate entity. Hold on here, I'm gonna do the horse hoof thing. That's right, Flick, I'll do it again. It has three branches. So each of the branches of government said this was an arrangement done back in the day. The judicial, the congressional, and the executive each have one electoral. Here's another thing, even though there are, and I'll remind you of this again, there are 50 senators, right? 50 senators? No, there's 100 senators, Mark. Well, that's true, there are. The primary senator, and originally there was the other ambassador of the state, from your nation state, of your nation state, and originally those senators were not elected, were assigned properly by the state, for the senators of the state. Now, if you'll notice in the Electoral College, they only get one vote for for each senator, but that's not really what they're doing. People are not counting this right. If they would get one vote for senators, you'd have a hundred votes overall from the Senate. They don't. The states cap the entities that make the government of the United States. And each of the states has a say in the process, okay? But they don't get all of their senators a vote. On the other hand, in the House of Representatives, every state's representative the population. When you look at the numbers, if you ask some basic questions like, how does that work? Why are the numbers the way that the numbers are? Now somebody would go, what about the territories? The territories are not states, therefore they do not have the same structure. They're protectors. Remember I talked about this before the election. This is why, if you don't understand the interactivity going on here between the different elements of our traditional form of government, which is a very sound process. And it's forms. It's a process. You do this so that you have some kind of standard. That's what it comes down to. You miss it from day to day, then you have issues. Presentation. Remember that they have into the Union as states, so they do not have the same rights. They don't have the same full construction. Now, there's always talk about making Puerto Rico a state. Every time that the stage hood issue comes up, because it's a territory, there's a bunch that don't apply. to send the money in and a handful of oil boys run by Jewish mobsters. It's not the only organization, but they do not want to be a state, but they want to be a separate country. One land mass, it's many other land masses, little ones, fairly small. Again, territories are not state, they're under federal control. Almost, you know, Bummer, which is a secret project he had technically outside the sphere of sidebar gun legislation by doing it out One woman, well it's amazing, coverage until it needed coverage. What's that happenin' over there? Well if he had gotten that through guys, that would have been a federal. It would not have been going through any local nonsense. It would have gone through any state. It would have gone under the control. I mean it meant that it was the end run that he was fully discussing. And not everybody knew all about until a particular series of cases up in the territory because the judge ruled against the Fed. An example of the mishmish. There's a lot more to our form, our structure of government that really people need to understand and realize that it was part of the balance counterbalance not in a... Oh, by the way, the English who of course would rule by monarchy or again have the parliament as a sidebar and then still have ruling which we got big money ruling here too.
