Move the heavy stuff and get it squared away so it can move itself now because Well, when that snows up to your eyeballs here in Michigan, it's nice to have automotive power to move things. It's been that kind of day today, the sixth day of 2016. Just before the hour, Mark, I was thinking about reviewing some of the hours we've done as of late and some of the subject matter. And I have to leave at the bottom of the hour. So I thought I'd bring this before I did that, you guys. We could talk about this for a little while. Mark, you brought up the left behinds. And I referenced that as a tactic a few Wednesdays ago, talking about letting, if you're on the edge of a bigger group, letting the scouts, they might be a mile away. from the big group letting if you see a pair of towels let them walk by. If you're certain that well you know there's not another pair within eye shot or your shot isn't too bad because they might come running after this but you're certain that you can stand up and they're both moving away from you. You bring the gun to bear and you shoot one and before the other can bring his gun to bear on you he falls too right? That's almost like buying insurance isn't it? You see what I mean? Think for just a little while. apart for a minute. Because what have you said, Mark, over the years? It's like the mode to Curly and Larry, spread out. That's a lot harder. That little bit of action just described is a lot harder to do if the two targets are farther apart. These are basics, you guys. I've done this to a bunch of people. And when we talked about this, Mark, it was a week, three weeks ago. When we talked about this on a Wednesday, It was brought up as a viable tactic. Now, how does that happen? First you've got two guys and they're close together. And what's the other problem there? Both looking in one direction. Almost all the time this is what happens. They get that we're moving this way, we're looking this way. They might look off the port, starboard, you know, left and right. They might look off the, you know, some point of the compass or for a moment if they see something of interest, they might kind of move toward it a little bit. They might even bring their guns to bear on it. But they're mostly looking forward and they're mostly both scanning the same area at the same time. That's a big mistake. We've talked about this. This is why you move through an area. If you're two guys, if you're just a team of two and you're moving single file, the guy in the front might have his gun off to the right, the guy in the back might have his gun off to the left just for like, you know, I'm not talking about brushes. Because you never know where the threat's going to jump up from or, you know, bang, bang, bang is going to come from right. You got a gun this way, you got a gun that way that decreases the time that a gun is going to have to be pointed in one direction. Looking in the same direction it matters not which way that gun is pointed does it. Now let's take that a step. I sat here and had this debate with someone a while ago, and it's an ongoing thing. And we were, to a certain extent, this springs, or we can run it backward through the thread for air here on my shoulder the other day and brought my gun a piece of thermal. And someone said, that's your, because I was in an odd place, I wasn't able, I was kind of standing straight up, you know, little bit of feet apart. That's your stance? No, that's how my head addresses the gun. That's how I bring the gun off my shoulder. But now, Let's talk about those two moving away. And you stand up and you bring the gun to bear and bang. One opponent falls. Now the other opponent, what do you imagine you might see there? He might run away, he might fall down, he might try to get cover immediately. That's a real quick reacting person, someone who goes to ground immediately, almost as his gun falls to ground. He falls, that's some real quick reaction time there. If you've got the, bring the gun to bear on him because well he's you know falling to ground real quick boy that's almost like you know what do you expect see there he's either gonna he might fall he might run away but he's probably gonna turn to try to address the threat this is a great probability here it's not just a probably he this is a greater probability he's going to try to turn to address the threat because he knows he's standing in it now think about this Again, this goes back to a topic that has been run a number of times. Just because someone works it in a battle, because someone is told, this is the way you don't kill your friends in a battle. Think about moving through the woods and you're looking for that bunny or you're waiting for that bird to rise. Now, the classic is, well, the bird rises in front of you and you take that stance forward, you know, perhaps if you're right handed, your right foot goes forward, the gun comes up onto your right shoulder and everything is all perfectly in line and bang and the bird falls. But that's if you have time to do that. Now, when somebody's shooting at you, you might swing the gun in their direction before you can bring the gun to your shoulder. Why? because you're moving in that direction and by the time the gun is there it's coming to your shoulder, isn't it? Now, what's wrong with that thought? I want anybody, we've got a couple minutes, I gotta leave at the bottom of the hour, Mark, I'm sorry, but I want anybody to tell me what's wrong with that thought. Because I'm being told, well, you wanna turn and look at the target and then you wanna swing your gun up and bring the gun to bear on the target. Now, how much time have you wasted and how much time does it take for another bullet to fly in your direction? from the guy who's already sending bullets in your direction and trying to hit you and trying to correct for aim. Think about this because this is what I'm told, Mark, this is what the most elite forces in the military are being teach right now. I did that on purpose and we try to practice proper English, but this is what they're being teach right now. Why, you have to turn your whole body, the gun down, and you have to recognize the threat And then you have to bring the gun up to your shoulder and neutralize the threat. Now you stand there looking at your range with a hot gun. You don't want anybody in front of you when you're standing 90 degrees to your target at your left or at your right. And when someone says go, you're facing forward and your gun is at port. 45 degrees down and someone says go you turn to the face that target 90 degrees away and what happens follow yourself as you're doing that what are you doing? You're bringing the gun to bear as you're bringing your body up to ready to receive the gun to move into that area that you're all you've done a thousand or ten thousand times right at least three or four right at least five or six times you've done this come on right but why would someone be taught To turn your body to face the threat, make sure it's the threat and then bring your gun up to your shoulder and squeeze a trigger. Instead of, as I'm turning my body, I'm bringing you the gun to bear and I'm trying to recognize if that is a threat or not. And by the time I know if it's a threat or not, I've already got the gun to bear to take care of that problem. There are two major points, and one of them used to be taught in the military. I didn't know if you knew this, Mark, but that's the latest thing being taught in the military. I guess it's so you don't shoot your comrade. That's a French word. You're tabotish, comrade. You're a collaborator and communist and the spreading thereof while you're going door to door. Because that's what a lot of people were doing in Iraq. There were a lot of battles that were fought like, you know, we've got to take this neighborhood and we've got to take this hunk of land. Sure. And tanks rolling across great open patches of field and going boom when they needed to and sometimes going bang when they were hit. What happened in Iraq and Afghanistan was door to door. Not as much in Afghanistan. Well, I guess when you're working door to door like that, Mark, up from anywhere and your buddy might be behind you and then he ain't and then he is and well that's a threat that just popped up and you got to have to turn and the next thing I'll ask you to do is bow to them before you shoot them I guess. One of the things real quick here that I've brought this up in the different works we did with the battle for the Republic series because it's something that you hold behind issue and also close in quarter close quarter combat. Remember, you don't wait to turn a weapon to target if you're at close contact point. If your weapon is built properly, this is the biggest problem with most of the new junk, it can't be used effectively as a club without it becoming a dysfunctional weapon. This is a big issue we've talked about many times because you are in a brawl. You are moving along just like Don said, door to door and all of a sudden the door opens and guess what? Somebody hasn't even really interested you. It's an aggressor though and he realizes or she realizes you are the threat and is turning to make contact. Do you try to push, move out and expose yourself and make contact with your muzzle or Do you cross stroke or butt stroke or do you, you know, we call cross barring? I used to, I don't know what the hell, we got some new slang name for who cares. Basically it's a push up with your rifle only, the rifle moves you don't. Okay, every aspect of your weapon is a weapon. The butt stroke is a weapon. The pistol grip, this isn't the problem where at least the crossbar, the bridge of the magazine area. The magazine, you may actually mess that up, but the idea is to think about the sharp points. Imagine striking somebody in the face, the nose, the eye socket, the bridge of the nose or the temple. Anywhere in the face where you turn their face into a mouthful of chiclets. Now this is where it's wicked and mean, but here's the thing. Wherever it is that your enemy is planning on trying to kill you, in most cases, if you're fighting going to be in the kind of urban fighting we're initially involved in, they've come out to confiscate guns. They're going door to door. First, you have to eliminate in your urban environment, even your house. Your property is an urban warfare environment situation. They perceive it that way. Even if it was out in the middle of nowhere by itself, if you have a garage, a shed, two vehicles, and maybe a barn, that's like an urban, that's a little urban complex for them. And that's how they treat it. And by the way, to clear it back out, you better be treating it the same way. The difference that you have as an advantage, see, I know if I was going to rake a building with 308, I know it's in the building. So I can avoid the metal objects and stuff to a degree, because I mentally map out things. If you've ever had to shoot or engage in contact or you're hunting something like this, you actually, if you know the train, this is where the home ground advantage is really critical. Yeah, they probably could hide behind the drill press and they're probably, but you know what, I just saw him duck behind the corner of the building. What's there? Hmm, let's see, my wooden filing cabinet, two or three rakes standing upright and some four by four or two by four beams. You know what? Right through the corner. Why? Because I know it's not going to slow down my .30-06 or my .308 or well if down's got that .50 handy, that corner of the building isn't slowing down that projectile at all. And I don't need to see him before I put a bullet in him. And I don't care where I put a bullet in him. This is another part about we were kind of getting into it. We got sidetracked several directions. When I was talking about relief operations, get a bullet in every target. You can follow up and execute them as you go when they're trying to crawl away or trying to, you know, whatever they're doing. Get a bullet on every target. Mark, this is an issue when it comes to, hold on a second here, this comes to, don't start, because this is what happened the last time. When we're engaging, because Don and I are maybe that scout team, and we decided, you know what, we realize we're in the middle of, you know, feces central. And we weren't necessarily going to be allowed to leave, but they aren't necessarily going to make contact with us because they want who's behind us. So the Scout, everybody, remember that if you're in that situation, it's no different from the seed situation where you're under fire, you need to assist the relief unit. How best can you do that? Well, the relief unit's got probably more firepower as far as mobile firepower than you do. But you have your base of fire. Didn't you buy several thousand rounds? Don't you have you know you realize as things get closer to reality you've loaded up all the mags Well, you don't have to carry your mags. They do So, everyone that you put a bullet in means that, well, you've got them hobbled and the other guys can finish that one trying to squeak or go, dobriya, los dobriya, los or. Oh man, I was only following orders, dude. It's only a job. Yeah, and you were coming out here to rape Kale Pillage and burn because you thought it was only a job. Boom. I got a wife and kids. Yeah, well, that's my friend in that house and I know his wife and children. Yeah, his children were right behind him along with his wife. So, you punk, you're dead. Seriously, because it's amazing that mindset. Well, it's okay for us to go out and pillage the village because the crown told us we could. Oh, well, we don't like the crown anymore. So we're going to get rid of the crown and all of its minions. No, you can't do that. That is not what they told me when I got the training from the Israelis. That's not how it's going to...boom. Because they would stand there, laugh, and eat a peanut butter sandwich off your shelf while they're busy watching you bleed to death. That's why. You don't think so? Go watch all these thinking. That's why I was beginning this program. I'm watching these two things, these punks that they've got, they're bringing in the non-refugees. They're just aggressors against America and aggressors against Europe. Who brought them in? Whoever brought them in should be executed right now. Then I watch the things it's like with the cops being all there's a bunch of other incidents and it's like white people, like they don't care. They beat white people to death into a pulp all the time guys. Don't think so, go look for it. And you know you watch that and you think you know if I saw that especially the guys begging and stuff where all they just, they've got legs, arms bigger than my legs, they got no neck and they've got no brain. How would I kill every last bastard doing that if I could? If I was in the situation, how many could you hit before they start to realize that they're taking big chunks of meat or disappearing from them? That's the only way to deal with it. When you look at this stuff, it's like you get disgusted to the point where it's like how much more of this are people really going to put up with? Now, the thing is, I know that even that roided up punk, that roided up short-brain, he's nothing more than an idiot stupid enough to be manipulated by people who know how to tweak him, the boron, that by tweaking. I'm talking about the management and the shysters that are causing all of our problems, which is who really we need to get rid of. Now it's not gonna fix. Yeah, here's my problem with this guys Let's say you got rid of all the oi boys tomorrow that are really starting to pot all the neo cons all the other kosher punks that are Doing what they're doing. Look at what they've created and how long is it? Which could you trust those creatures amongst you? If you had a bunch of roided up fools like this, first thing you're going to have to do is send them to some stinking island where they're going to have to wash out. And you know what the problem is there? A lot of them will be dying of heart attacks left and right because as puffed up as most of these characters are now, they look like stinking balloons. And guys, your heart muscle is a balloon. When you do that, this is why a lot of these guys have passed away that were quietly doing steroids before and where he died an untimely death. No! Here's the problem. He forgot that you, well yeah, you're getting those arm muscles and leg muscles, but your heart is a muscle too. And if you do not understand the science and the physiology of your body, you will kill yourself. And that's the problem. When you stretch the heart muscle, the heart muscle can't go flabby like your arms and your legs can. When it does, well, there are other issues that develop. And then after a while, no ticky, no washy. you see. So that's where we are with this situation here. In all these scenarios we're talking about, you have to be prepared to fight 360 degrees. You need to understand that the best situation is you've got to work as a team. If you have to break out or if you're individually exfiltrating, that's a different story. And you do that only on occasion or you do it in a unique situation if you're tasked as you need. For instance, messengers. We will still be on both sides. All sides are using messengers. Even the American military uses messengers right now because, you know what, here's the thing that they're, well, they aren't quite yet, but let me explain to you something. We've been beating up on people all over the planet who are grade B and grade C militaries. And we feel really Billy Bad Ass about this. But now we're facing the military that has everything we have. And you know what that means? All the stuff you thought you were going to hit the switch on and use, there's a countermeasure for on the other side. Everything that they have, we have counter- everybody's got this game. Go see, so all of a sudden the tons of electronic technology and the tons of weapon systems that require electronic technology, all of a sudden start to shut down. And real quick, you might as well have said, why did I even carry this? And you end up having to go back to the basics. Well, how many of these dunderheads have even focused on the basics? This is even an advantage for us, because most of these characters have no prior knowledge or any working base with how things should operate or can operate with humans rather than machines. We have a definite maximum advantage, but we have to play it. And the most important thing is to understand that we can get around the technology. When you use a gun, guys, and you operate the bowl, you rub the receiver, you see wear points. It's good for surfacing, and of course, typically people then re-blue. With knives, it's probably going to have good durability because it's going against organic, you know, it's going against tissue. But yeah, you can do that. It's just there are other finishes. People like to, you know, it is nickel or they start with stainless nowadays or whatever. But bluing has been used for the longest time. In fact, it used to be some of the nicer sets, which what Wilkinson was doing in Sheffield. Sheffield either did silvered nickel or did blued. Blued you don't see hardly at all. And that's because that carbon steel was high carbon. But you know, when it didn't look as pretty, people had tendency to abuse them. And when you find a set that's in good shape, they're more collectible than any of the others, as far as valuables. That's what I want to do right now. Right now what I'm doing is I'm losing steel. 100 passes on sander in order to get all the even microscopic sized specs of rust. I looked at a blade I just did yesterday and I looked at it today and I looked in between the scales, you know, the weight and it's an eighth of an inch and I looked all the way down the mile and I was like, oh my gosh, how thin the blade was in respect to the handle because I didn't grind the whole thing. the blade so I could get that brush curl finished without no rust whatsoever and I lost a third of the blade. I was like, oh my gosh. And so anyways, I want to take that brush, you know, chrome look and then glue it. Yeah, you could do that. Yeah, and then when I get started, then I'll put the edge on. I think number one, remember most, other than the concern like with old galvanizing, which we don't have any blades in, pretty much all of the metal finishing surfaces have been used for, or have been consumed at one time or another. Let's put it this way. Nobody thinks twice about taking a lot of these working camp blades and doing them with this Dura-Cote paint. And that stuff's going to be coming off those knives. I'm seeing them all over the place now. They're offering them in all directions. In fact, they're also offering all the stainless blades like you're talking about, the big thing right now. is to do a Duracoque kind of finish of one form or another very fine over top of the stainless to eliminate the shine I've talked about for years. You know, because stainless at twilight just, it's just the crystal structure and the metal in general how it reflects light is just monstrous. And that's even sateen because I can show you in videos I've done for years and it, me 14, it doesn't mean it's what it is.
