Okay, so just a little heads up for everybody. As it is, a couple of things, I was on dealxtreme.com, mentioning it earlier. DX also has, you gotta watch them, you gotta be careful, always shop around and check your prices guys. But, dealxtreme also has a lot of gun rails, the picatinny rails for your equipment, so if you're looking for, you know, patch kits or you're trying to build something and you need, you know, you want something so you can research that's affordable, go there and check them out. Also, if you have the AK or if you have the AR and you're looking for inexpensive quantities of metal mounts with the Picatinny rail and you know quad mount, tri-mounts, whatever, they've got all of those and prices are pretty reasonable. I highly recommend you take the time to check out and see what they have and then see if it suits your needs, if it fits your needs. It's just that simple. And then follow through from there. Another thing that Don mentioned earlier that I want to touch on again right now is, and this has to do with watches, wind-up watches are not as easy to find as they used to be. In fact, it become more and more of a problem. Yeah, the Chinese are cranking them out. So you can get hold of them. You can get them. The problem is, again, doing a little research to find the best model in a China Sport windup that's going to do what we want it to do. There are a lot of units out there. So we're going to do a little experiment. Somebody was asking me about this three weeks ago. Needless to say, we got tied up with other things with Dad. It was one of these things where, yeah, I agree, we need a radio that we can count on, the standard pattern, we need night vision, we've got that covered. We need also watches. And when I do things, for instance, I was just mentioning the cameras, like doing little spy packages or intelligence packages. Looking at the prices there, I'm gonna buy a small clutch of those, take a briefcase and have it padded out. with all the other cool signal communications and camera technology that's off the shelf, tiny boy. And that's going to be off to the side. Now with watches, remember that most people don't necessarily think about watches. But here's the other consideration. The watches need to be consistent for operation so that they will be consistent, OK, when the time comes to be able to read and coordinate. There are a number of different little options out there. Hell, they've got, for instance, men's digital LED, quartz, military sports watch, blue, $899. Well, wait a minute. That's digital. An LED. And it's a, man, that's going the other direction. Although it does have a dial face. And it is, they do have windups. Amazingly enough. So... We're going to find a little bit more about that. I'm going to do a little research. In fact, I'm going to get that done today. Nancy and I will sit down and we'll figure out where we're going to go with those particular units. But I actually need to do this myself. I have beat the snot out of watches. I'd like to find a self-winder. They are out there. They actually are pretty reasonably priced. The big thing is trying to find something that makes sense, you know, budget-wise combined with utility and survivability. So, do a little rework on that one. I need to watch anyway right now. See? So I'm an excuse. But coordinating the combat operations. This is especially true with survival, escape, and evasion, exfiltration and infiltration. Guys, I've done this for decades. Coordinating with other people. Time is everything. especially with the Pony Express or the courier systems that we have across the country, we can move anything, people size, anywhere, and do it in such a way that there's no signal trace, there's no trackability. But what it requires is SOP and people to set certain things in motion. A watch is especially critical to coordinating activities and ensuring that you keep to the schedule. So just a little heads up, it would be again one of those utility tool items. I'm going to see what we can find. Again, this isn't the only source, but they have some pretty decent products, or at least interesting ones, and they're going to be transport from most of the places you look anyway. Also, bipods and monopods, a lot of people have been asking about those, are helmet cameras. You know, the car cams, if you look over at what's going on in Ukraine, the car cams the most common helmet mounted camera because they take a beating, they're cheap and they do a pretty good job of recording and staying online when you need them. Just a little heads up that that, ooh pardon the pun, heads up helmet camera. Anyway, check them out, see what it is that might be useful there if it makes sense for you. And then follow through and pick up what it is that you want to experiment with. I'm going to give you a little recommendation or a few recommendations here soon enough. The other thing about the cameras is the fact that you can mount them in more than one direction. Most everybody does a forward helmet cam, but you know, kind of like the octopus eye thing that they got going with the night vision, why not do a tri-cam? If it was stinking cheap, it would be rather interesting in that for reconnaissance purposes especially, you can almost put together a panoramic, if not a full 360 degree image package And that would be rather interesting. With a little bit of gimmick technology, let me give you an example. You can pick up the Pascat Lookalike helmets for little to nothing, but also the night vision mountable camera units. Well, the helmets have rails on the sides. You could actually mount additional rails in the back. There's no reason not to. It's a toss-away helmet to begin with. They're good helmets, but they're a lot less than their Kevlar counterparts. And they already have the fixture points in place. So between a relatively inexpensive helmet, a handful of very inexpensive cameras, you can put together one hell of a security slash intelligence collection pod. And there's no guessing whatever the reconnaissance person saw is what's recorded by the cameras. That makes for a pretty decent system, guys. So just a little heads up there about how things can be done. Remember, this is all off the shelf. The idea is to do it with off the shelf TossTech. so that you won't cry. If you do research, man, the research tour works out. You've got a pretty decent system. If it doesn't work out, it's a working system with issues. In other words, you figured out there's something I don't like about it. But you could still put it in service and somebody could use it. And it's going to perform as it was expected to perform. You already know what it does because you've already been working with it. But it may still, again, have applications slash be useful. So this is some neat stuff that you can get away with out there. And again, take advantage of the China Sport and Chunk that's seen all over the place. Just that simple. On the watches, I know, oh actually, wait a minute. Whoa, hold on. They do have a sale going on on watches right now too, just like the rest of the interesting items that we were talking about. So I will go through that. Do they come with pretty much everything to support them with the stuff that we order? Have we seen what's been ordered? Yes, they actually come with connector cords, power cables, wall warts, the whole nine yards. In fact, pay attention, if you go to the bottom of the DX listings, you will find right there at the very bottom an inventory of what comes with your piece of equipment and it has a final inventory as it will be packed and as it's going to show up at your door. So if you're curious about whatever might be there, do that as your final check. Now here's the thing, if you don't see it there, I'd be willing to bet it's not in there. So that's really how you got to remember to Like I said earlier, read. Take the time, slow down, and read, and scroll through and read, especially when it's a computer. So we are almost, let's see, at the end of the programming here we got Tuesday so we've got Joe. From the Carolinas coming up, we have had phenomenal production out of the garden. The peppers have done exceptionally well. Tomatoes, we've got a monster cherry tomato plant that has just cranked out and cranked out and cranked out some more. It's typical of some of the soil here is perfect for cherry tomatoes. We're in a bit of an odd spot in the area. We've got different water, better than most in the area. But interestingly enough, the cherry tomatoes did very, very well. We haven't looked at the wild grapes, although they were ready to go last week. Remember I mentioned that. But we haven't had frost, which will help to drive the sugar. We'll wait and see what happens. Especially we've got more rain and stuff coming. Food production, the pumpkins are phenomenal. Guys, go out there. You can either can them as pumpkin, as pumpkin mush, you can, again, just like squash. Treat them like squash. It's inexpensive foodstuffs that you cannot beat. This is why the Native Americans, the Indian population, in fact, especially in the Midwest, did pumpkin. And all of the gourd types, squashes of all categories, were produced by the Indian tribes here. Big production in the Ohio Valley, by the way. Most of you probably don't know that. That's why they call this them. This was the Old West. the real Old West, which they then called the Midwest. Remember that? Yeah, it's never called the Midwest. It goes back into the depths of the pioneering days. Also, food production as far as meats go. Guys, we need more cattle and we need more, actually, heritage pork production. We've got a couple of new farms that are running the heritage pigs. They're doing a great job. We're going to increase that herd exponentially. The priority is production, not so much consumption, to get as many of the animals into as many different farmsteads as possible, piss on the state of Michigan and the hell with the communists that are pushing this stuff against baker's green acres. That project is in motion. The cattle project We're looking at a couple of the more traditional breeds and another heritage breed from Europe. That's what the guys have been writing about. And this complements all the other work with gardening, animal husbandry in general. Farm productions, we need, if you're going to plant trees, in fact right now is the time to go clean out the garden sections. It may be a little late in some areas. But guys, if you're going to plant a tree, plant a fruit tree. Apple tree, cherry tree, plum trees. Do a bunch of apple trees. Then, next year, if you feel like, do something else. We just got a bunch of grape vines last week from one of the places for like a dollar or something a piece. A little under two dollars because they were, you know, marking them down. Probably you can do the same thing with grapes, berry bushes, etc. Check your area, clear out a hole type, make up a hole, grow for a few dollars. If they stay, they stay. If they don't, oh well. But you know what? When you've got a couple dollars into them, you're not out anything, get them in the ground, do what you can. Keep them water at least. I've still got to get the line cut for the ones we picked up and get them in the ground. Hopefully, I'll put a little late tonight. It'll probably be tomorrow. We'll try to get them in ground tomorrow and have them ready to go. Anyway. We're at the top, should be hearing the music, and boy, three times to get Bob Seger, but now I do understand.
