Republic Magazine until free at 800-873-1620. That's 1-800-873-1620. When mom worked in God awful hours and not necessarily always been here to get her to school, I had to take her yesterday, she wasn't really happy about that. It's not that she and I don't have a great relationship, but she needs her mother. Her mother's off in La La Land and she's got issues and I have recently discovered that she has one of the same health issues that I have referred to it by its proper name for just a moment Hashimoto's disease I love it. We dog treats ya, okay. Okay, our... We suspect it's having a lot to do with or a certain amount to do with the issues that she's been going through for quite some time I cannot get her to sit down and spend time at our website, drkelly.info and read some of these nutrition-related articles that deal with this issue. She's so depressed she can't eat, doesn't want to eat. She's got gout-awful sleeping patterns. All these things lead to depression, which doesn't help. So I picked the squirt up. We came home. I had to change shirts. I said, come on, honey. Let's go get some meat. I'm hungry. What'd you have for lunch today at school? She did not eat lunch yesterday. So all she ate the whole day was one lousy pancake in the morning and that was it. You cannot take a 12 year old child who is as slight as she is anyway and have her eat this way. And what she does eat is frickin' chicken McNugget type things and french fries or mac and cheese. These are the regular staples of her diet. It drives me up evenly. And every once in a while she'll surprise you. I like to sell it. And I said, why don't we go here? Well, why don't we order from here? I said, I don't want to go there. I said, I want to sit in a restaurant and have a nice time with you. Okay, let's go to New York Pizza. So we did. We get these custom-made little individual pizzas. I got the margarita, which has got sun-dried tomatoes on it. Cut basil. I typically have them do half cheese. They put too damn much cheese on these pizzas. And when they're specifically hot and you try to eat them, you start to gag on them. Well, we did that. And we're done. I knew she was having a problem with some shoes. Grandma bought her some tennis shoes a few weeks ago for PE class. And grandma buys what grandma wants to buy with no understanding or consideration for what is needed by the child in her physical education classes. And there's no grip on the bottom of the soles, so she's slipping on the floors all the time. So we went to see if I'd get her a new pair of shoes. And I saw a huge discounted shirt. And at that time of the year, I probably need to add a new flannel-type shirt. And I found one for eight bucks. And I bought a little unusual because it's very light in color normally, too. But I did. And we found a $20 pair of sunglasses on sale for $4. And we got those. She thought they were kind of cool. She's never had a pair of sunglasses like these particular ones. So we got back here and we did things and I had to get to work on today's program. The program has probably greater meaning to me than any of the rest of the ones I do during the week or whenever I'm here. And I began to work on a combination of websites and the program. I got to bed quite late last night. I always hear the alarm. I did not hear it this morning. We woke up 45 minutes late and within 8 minutes we were out the door. I mean, dress, teeth, brush, hair comb, whole nine yards. Meet her mama, it's Mickey D. I told your mama, you take her to school, I have to go get gas. I mean, I was running on fumes. I had never put that much gas in that truck. I was running on fumes. I was lucky if I had two more miles to go before I ran out. That's the only good thing about this truck is it tells you when you're damn near empty. A little meter. You got this many miles to go, that's it. If something happens, you all of a sudden got a gun on your engine, you may not have that many miles. Driving back here, and we woke up this morning with hard rain. Huge monster coming back down to the house, and rear end, rear end. Oh, now when it snows to rain, they go to the cereal cabinet and pull out a box of frosted flakes and pull out a driver's license. But they don't know how to drive in the rain. Everybody's in such a hurry. Everybody's in a hurry to meet their death. That's something we try to help you circumvent. here on this program. So welcome to the Stay Edition on this life liberty and your good health. I'm your host Jeffrey Bennet. And I want you to listen to this because it's amazing the number of people that have her hypro. Hashimoto's is an autoimmune condition where the body assaults the thyroid organ from creating thyroid hormone. And as a rule these antibodies can likewise assault different organs which brings about of different organs or maybe creates other autoimmune diseases as well. Treatment for Hashimoto's is to give natural or synthetic hormone. As many of you know, I had to go in for my blood work last week, my annual blood work, and check up on my thyroid. My patient, his doctor says, oh well, you know, this blood test said you got to go up a little bit. No, no, no, no, no, no. I said, let me tell you, I miss a day or I miss two days. throughout the course of the month and therefore that throws the pattern off. You leave it where it's at. And they do. I said, you know, you want to leave it there for 30 days? We'll get another blood test fine. And of course I come back 30 days later and guess what? I was on the money, honey. Well, the initial step in identifying hypothyroidism is to take a basic blood test for thyroid, something I have to do at least once a year. Every two years I have to go in for a little scan of the thyroid. I'm sure it's not gone cancerous or anything. By doing this, you're going to fortify the hormone levels. That's the purpose for the test. To affirm whether you have Hashimoto's, a thyroid, roxidase, or TPO, immunizer test, ought to be directed, notwithstanding a TSH blood test. When you've been diagnosed with hypothyroid or underactive thyroid, Talk about the suitable synthetic or the natural hormone treatment with your health care provider. Well, here's what becomes interesting. I've been taking this synthetic for many years, been 15, 16 years. Last year, my advisor, vitamin E, what I call her, two products extensively for effect on the Metacrow. For a while, I tried to take them and them alone. But without taking this synthetic, something just wasn't right. she said go back on the synthetic and augment it with the natural and it worked. Well, once I moved into this place and started this project I just stopped taking the natural which is really stupid. I've got some here. I need to get on it again. Let's talk about some of the different things you can do. I want you to consider whole foods. They are a healthier choice for all of your health conditions, not simply hypothyroidism. Whole foods, and I'm not talking about the store, they incorporate vegetables, organic products, nuts, seeds, veggies, lean proteins, fats and whole grains. And all of these foods are high in supplements, natural supplements. They avoid supplement inadequacies in the body. Avoid processed foods, excess sugars and caffeine because they're not high in supplements. They can even cause inadequacies if eaten or drug-in excess. Well, Caffeine? My goodness, just before I went on the air, I just popped a fresh pot. Caffeine's got some advantages to our bodies. Some things we've covered in the past and we'll, I'm sure, discuss again in the future. As a matter of fact, I should do a whole set on a program just about the benefits of coffee and caffeine, just so Bonnie can get a caffeine high by listening. What are some of the other things you can do? Eat protein. Now, it is essential to eat whole foods when all is said and done. It's especially key to ensure that proteins are a complete piece of every one of your dinners. Proteins are utilized to support thyroid hormones to tissue. Fats are important as well. Cholesterol, thyroid capacity, a forerunner to legitimate hormone capacity in the body. Healthy fats incorporate olive oil, nut, grape. Healthy fats incorporate olive oil, avocados, fish, nuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, t-t-t-t-t-tia, You know, that comes around at Christmas every year. And sans hormone and antimicrobial-free dairy items. Avoid raw glycrogens. Now that's the name you don't hear very often, glycrogens. These are the foods that interfere with your thyroid capacity. Eating any of the following foods raw greatly interfere with thyroid capacity. Now this is interesting. I don't recommend eating these particular foods And yet, that's what we do. Cruciferias, vegetables, broccoli, Brussels, cabbage. Are you kidding? I eat those raw all the time. What about in greens, kale, kohlrabi, spinach, watercress, legumes, peanuts, soybeans, millet, root vegetables, radishes, rutabagas, turnips. Those foods are safe to eat. Now look, there is something called food sensitivity. One of the basic causes is auto-immunity. Food sensitivities could assume a role. I gotta run for a real quick break and I have Bonnie throw some music on for a sec. Why don't we go ahead and run an early commercial right now as well, a commercial break. This is unusual folks, if we could do that and we'll just not do the one at the bottom of the hour, okay? I'll be back with you folks. James Madison was a genius. The Declaration of Independence is for me the single greatest piece of American writing. What about the people? Why is not the greatest country in the world, Professor? That's my answer. The NEA is a loser. Yeah, it accounts for a penny out of our paycheck. But he gets to hit you with it any time you want. It doesn't cost money. It costs boats. It costs air time. You know why people don't like liberals? Because they lose. If liberals are so smart, how come they lose always? Hey! And with a straight face, you're gonna... Tell students that America is so Star Spangled Awesome that we're the only ones in the world who have freedom? Canada has freedom. Japan has freedom. The UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Australia has freedom. 27 sovereign states in the world, like 180 of them have freedom. Alright, and you got you, a sorority girl. Just in case you accidentally wander into a voting booth one day, there's some things you should know. One of them is... No evidence to support the statement that we're the greatest country in the world. We're seventh in literacy, 27th in math, 22nd in science, 49th in life expectancy, 178th in infant mortality, 3rd in median household income, number 4 in labor force, and number 4 in exports. We lead the world in only three categories. Number of incarcerated citizens for capita, number of adults who believe angels are real, and defense spending, where we spend more than the next 26 countries combined. 25 of whom? for allies. Now, none of this is the fault of a 20-year-old college student, but you nonetheless are without a doubt a member of the worst period generation period ever, period. So when you ask what makes us the greatest country in the world, I don't know what you're talking about. Sure used to be. We stood up for what was right. For moral reasons, we passed the struckdown laws for moral reasons. We waged wars on poverty enough for people. We sacrificed, we cared about our neighbors, we put our money where our mouths were and we never beat our chests. We built great big things, made ungodly technological advances, explored the universe, cured diseases, and we cultivated the world's greatest artists and the world's greatest economy. We reached for the stars, acted like men. We aspired to intelligence, we didn't belittle it, it didn't make us feel inferior. We didn't identify ourselves by who we voted for in the last election, and we didn't get scared so easy. We were able to be all these things and do all these things because we were informed by great men, men who were revered. The fact that I'm solving any problem is recognizing there is one. America is not the greatest country in the world anymore. I've not eaten heart disease, the thyroid is cancer, whatever. You will based upon the results of proper path of nutrition based on what their metabolic type was, what their body's requirements are. We'll talk about that in a few minutes. Some of the common food sensitivities incorporate gluten or soy or journal, something called journal. Treating thyroid really requires a mix of sometimes lab work, medications, whether it be natural or synthetic. And dietary changes to expand your vitality and recover your body to an ordinary state. And foods, my friends, are an imperative part of the process. If you need to treat hypothyroidism naturally, make a point to work with a qualified healthcare doctor. A licensed, naturopathic, integrated medical doctor. Have fun finding them. And the naturopaths, they're out there. Now, let's take just a moment and let's go visit the bookstore. Not the website, it's the bookstore. Now, part of that is because limitations. He developed his to the different metabolic types in the 1960s to help bridge the gap of practical application. He realized that the overall state of health of this nation could no longer be maintained except unless the initial needs of the people were brought into immediate and sharp focus. No one, not a doctor nor a patient, knows what a well-balanced meal is. This is now in the What are we in the 22nd century, something like that? You know, I've never heard anybody refer to it as that. Maybe it's the 21st century. I don't know. What happens to B? We're deep-doo-doo. No one knows what a well-balanced meal is. Doctors have not been trained along these disciplines, nor do they have the time or inclination to educate themselves in that, in those areas. Typical endeavor to move forth with the one true answer to cancer and many other degenerative diseases. In the early part of this century, many claimed to have the answers to metabolic typing. It was in fact Kelly who advanced the science to this modern day pioneer in this field. In order to make the most efficient research data, it must be related and applied directly to each individual. Just because your wife likes certain things doesn't mean it's going to be any good for you. Your metabolic type is considerably different. The problem then arises as to which data is significant for each individual. Kelly had to develop a system to accomplish this. Either the most practical would be an extensive questionnaire, which was called Dr. Kelly's self-test for the different metabolic types. It was found that a book that contains hundreds of health questions, books so that as you go through the test, it'll take the average person for them, you know, bindings, etc., etc. This book includes more of the results you have to compile on an as-you-go basis during the completion of the questionnaire. Taking the time to complete this questionnaire will tell you whether you're a meat eater or a vegetarian or maybe you've got a balanced metabolism. It'll tell you which types of meats. Furthermore, it'll tell you what supplements you should be taking for your body at present, what types of meat types they're functioning in and which subtypes. And after one follows the nutritional guidelines at the back of the questionnaire for their metabolic type for a few weeks or months, they're going to want to take the self-test again. We generally recommend every six months. to determine if their metabolism is switched to another type. Everyone should recheck their type every six months to a year because it can change. And when it does, one's diet and stuff will have to be changed accordingly. Kelly once said that as one improves their blood chemistry, it is possible for their nervous system to go into balance, giving them a balance to their body's needs and start on your pathway to health. This book is a must for everyone, whether they've ever been diagnosed with cancer or not. Bible of metabolic typing. stated by the prestigious Price Pot and metabolic typing in 150 years in full. And although many people, many people maybe come to this program or attend to the website, strictly expecting to see information about it. As I developed this website for Kelly, this is it's biggest best looking arthritis due to the medication for times they prescribe cancer, fight low goody, big harm. Sufferer treatment is different, it's somewhat specialized due to the lack of FDA-approved targeted medication. And though lupus and cancer are unrelated, both conditions can be tackled with heart. They've got a higher gliodione. Academy of Environmental Medicine has called for a halt to the wireless smart meters that have been attached to your home. The ones that had a blight on the pain of Alzheimer's. That's an interesting piece because it's an unusual piece for us to post on the Kelly website because it deals, Kelly got info today, to the nine shills and the propagandist of the toxic vaccine industry. And, Deputy Dawg, if you're out there, yeah, we posted some more stuff for a dehydration. One of the primary causes of pain and dis-ease in the human body. And then we talk about dehydration, the need to drink more water. And then the chairman and CEO of Nestle's Corporation comes out yesterday and says, not a human right, people should pay for it. Do you know what costs more money to buy bottled water than a gallon of bottled water than it does to buy a gallon of gasoline? I'm not talking about a one gallon size, that stuff's using garbage. Getting it out of your jazz yesterday. unbelievably lengthy and intense Facebook conversation. The local community wants us to believe. Look at the number of deaths by... They take a patch of supplements, but they sure can't say the same thing about the stuff that Big Pharma's peddling. It's the one that are a little interesting piece that we published it. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking loading, he said. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seemingly farm and keep our country, keep putting men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn and your daughters visit doctors. so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Do you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died?
