It hasn't gone anywhere. They didn't fill it up with dirt. It's just sitting there. That's how they count on that with all the underground stuff they've got around Detroit. You know, we know where pretty much everything is. The Nike missile complexes that run around, they're all active. But they're not missile complexes per se, though they do have the ability. But they are used for bunkering a whole lot of wheel vehicles and armor. Which of course you and I are stupid. We would never recall that because we don't have a memory even though back when we were younger we used to drive by around this stuff and maybe my uncle was used to like work there or somebody used to be serving there in the military that we knew and we all used to drop lunch by or stuff like that. See that's the other part about this. Back then America was, well we were all allies. We were all brothers and sisters because America was for America. Then the communists got into the military and all of a sudden the perceived enemy is the American people. So you don't need to know and all the movies push it the same way You don't need to know about that because you're perceived as the enemy not those Russians Yeah, that word yeah Hope that Martin with that bail boy I'll tell you and then crack the whip on it because after all there's different layers of Pia there's monkeys and lackeys and then there's Pia I've got a flunky. I'm a lackey. No, I'm a Pia. Wait a minute. No, I've known the above And then there's USA militia. Well, that's everybody if we do it right. But again, the subject here goes back to right from the get-go, this whole idea about, you know, guys, we've done this for years and everybody seems to pretend you have to keep jogging. Remember, the system is not even near airtight. It is like a sieve. The problem is whether or not you get motivated to pay attention and do your work and if everybody pitches in, like I said, there's more of us than there are of them. The more of us that are treating our computers and our equipment as a tool rather than a toy, the more you will accomplish. We have more throw weight. Simply in fact tactically dispersed as well weight that's the most critical component you can't grab at air You can't grab at smoke you can you can waste all the time you want but in reality We have such an overlapping series of old and new technologies as long as we plug them all in We really can't be shut down easily and if we are that's the biggest flag that something's coming and we're all ready for that Exactly. Everybody's cute to that idea. Really? It's all shut down. Eh? Well, you know You talked about Mark's sheriffs not necessarily being on their side. That goes for a lot of generals too, I would imagine. We've addressed that over the years in talking about shuffling out of the good guys. No matter which way they press them, they want them out. The important thing is whether or not they connect with or have already been connected with their own networks. There are many overlapping elements. to the military. Okay. Don, you just stick around, you gotta go. I gotta grab Mark. Okay. Guys, we're gonna check out for the moment. God bless the Republic. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, brave, you buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken a number. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country But men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be free. The leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for what you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children in fear? O sons of the Republic, arise, stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, pray to God for freedom, as Iowoki vanished in the midst from whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each god given right We only watching tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep And wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the free Afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report I'm Mark Kerkey One day cold to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. Southeast, gentlemen you're listening to us on Micro Effect Network in the morning. W-W-W-W-The Micro Effect. Also listening, we're also on, wow, treeradio.4mg.com. alternate. As a matter of fact, we're in conversation with somebody about doing another reflector. So we've got libertytrivideo.frmg.com proper. We've got a little local operation going on that might be creating another net. And we'll give you the contact information as soon as we can. So heads up for Frank and the guys there. They're working on that. Indiana Freedom Talk Radio is already doing that, by the way. And we're on AFN microstations, CB base stations, an alternate hallmark in golden spike technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. And it is a beautiful summer day. It's summer muggy out there. It is cooking and it is a beautiful Thursday. It is the 5th of August. It's the 8th year of open-famium socialist Soviet socialist occupation of America with the K-2016. Old Earth calendar. 2016, year of battle, year of storm. And, as it stands, again, the summer day, let's not forget, hybrid, guys. You're coming out of a workplace today or if you're going to the store, this is the most common mistake, going from the AC in the car, running to the AC in the store, letting it chew you a whole lot, you're standing in line and standing in line and you're standing in line. You might even hopefully open a pop, that wouldn't be a bad thing. Or a drink or a juice or whatever you're doing, but you get over there to those doors and you step out and ooh, oh I don't feel so plump. And if you're really unfortunate, your old noggin bounces on the cement there outside. That's not a good thing. So again, pay attention and slow down. I know everybody's in a hurry, but those vestibules in the better stores, the way they're built, the way they're supposed to be, gives you a little bit of acclimation time. Take advantage of it. Slow walk. When you get past that AC into that first chamber where you're heading outbound, slow down a little bit. You're taking a few breaths, then when you get outside you might not find yourself a little more delirious slash confused slash how did I get to the floor here so fast. I've watched this happen over and over again. It is that time of year we're getting to the dull days of summer August. But we're getting muggy and hot. Normally we get kind of dry. So dry that you hit the mesh of the front lawn and it's gone. You know what I mean? It's not like that right now. which I'm not going to complain about at all. Plus we've got that sunshine and the tomatoes are fruit this year. See, they're our good things. That's why we like that tropical weather. The plants enjoy it. And in fact, those plants over the world. Oh wow. Anyway, couple other things here real quick. I want to remind everybody, you know, I got to switch directions because there's something I was going to actually cover yesterday and this morning, but we got into the other subjects that have been passed on to us. K98 Mausers, I had a question about that. Now Mark, why don't you talk more about the Mausers? Well, I do on occasion now, but see, like the Magot rifles, the Mausers are a personal choice thing where, you know, it's a personal preference issue. Whatever you like, you can get into, but you're looking at a lot more than just, you know, general utility surplus rifles. It's more collectible now. Excuse me. Anyway, because of this, you can pay quite a wide range of prices for the K98 Mauser, for instance, and that's the most common. The K98's come in 7mm, 7.65mm, 7.92mm, and even 30.06mm. You may not have seen many of those, but we're not talking it converted to 30.06mm. There were all the countries that built K98 Mausers in 30.06mm. Now you have to be very careful for that reason because 8 millimeter and 30-out-6 are not a good flavor to put together because yeah, you can jam an 8 millimeter case and have a major boo-boo if you're not careful, you know, with an 0-6 hanging around. So this is where you constantly have to use your mind and your ordinance people are gonna have to pay attention. While there are many barrel tanks and chain brings and military and private market types were made in all calibers and all variants, including many civilian calibers. Just because it says Mauserter doesn't mean it's military guys. There's a whole bunch of really high quality sniper rifles or marksman's rifles or hunted rifles that are made with the Mauser stamp on them and they are not a military gun but they are very high quality. They're comparable to any Seikos, any Remingtons, any of the other well brownings that are out there. Mauserter keeps up with everybody else on that end. Many fine private mousers have been made and of course also been custom made. When somebody gets something it's like cars. Well I like it but I'm going to soup it up this way. So you're going to find mousers out there in many many different configurations. Some of you may have already inherited some from the last generation of shooters. And you'd have to go, oh yeah that's what I take to kill Bambi every year. I got a mouser double X and she's got one of them nice finish scopes on it. Oh my goodness. It's a tack driver. Yes, I know. Now, in 7mm, not so much ammunition around. 7.65, not so much, but in both cases where you've got the unique Mauser calibers that were built by Mauser and marketed for arming nations, by the way. You can get 7mm and 7.65mm from preview partisan, PPU. It's boxer prime, non-corrosive, heat-enailed. You've got to search the system to find who's got any of it at the moment. But if you have any of those mousers, I recommend that you get some of that PPU ammo because it's fresh. Lots of ammunition laying around in those unique calibers. You need to track down where it is. You need to start having part of the purchase schedule set up for that if you're going to put those into service. 792, which is also called 8mm mouser, and you make the mistake, it's a good route. There's still surplus available in that. Every once in a while the Portuguese shows up. And every once in a while the Yugoslavian shows up. Both are again brass case, Ena-neel, basically the newest mill or NATO spec and it's real good ammunition. I wouldn't hesitate to use it in my Mausers and shot probably, I don't know, how many thousands of rounds over the years from those guns in both the Portuguese and the Ugo ammo. Anyway, one other thing to remember, there are 308 Mausers out there. In fact, Two ways that this came about, one is certain countries overseas, the Israelis for instance, got lots and lots and lots of K-98 Mausers and then started to do a conversion program. Now back in the 90s, 80s, well 80s and 90s, a quantity of the Israeli Mausers started to come in along with the parts inventory. They were allowed to sell those in the US, as part of that, you know, what can the Israeli think. And to make sure that there was no confusion because they had 8 millimeter mousers in service and 308s they burned slash rotor, you know, the car 308 Okay, there's 762, well, if it wasn't 762 NATO, I think it's 762 Into the stocks, it's NATO and That way you could feel it even at night. You'd be able to just feel the stock and all that's a 308 monster. That's a NATO monster A lot of those came over, here's one of the problems. All, they also sent the stocks over by themselves. And a lot of guys put those stocks, unfortunately, on the leather K98s that were kind of tired. So don't assume, because you see that nomenclature cut into that wood by, you know, two inches tall, that that's necessarily what that gun is. It may not be a .308, it may be an 8mm still. And the only good thing is there's no confusion there because you can't jam an 8 into a 308 chambering, which is cool. The problem is you might have bought a bunch of 308 ammunition thinking, I'm going to use it in my mouth or who you won't be. So again, understand, check the specs, chamber it, have somebody confirm the caliber if you're doubtful. But most of them are pretty self-explanatory. You can do the research and get a Smith small arms. Make sure you've got a Smith small arms on the shelf if you're serious about weapons. And also again, the Jane's books on ordinance, wherever you can go to the gun shops and find those laying around, or not gun shops, bookstores. Forgive me. But yes, the K98s will be handing them out like candy kits. That's another one that was the big battle rifle of the day that was most reasonably priced because the Nagots were not in country. Now of course the Nagots have run their course and you guys have bought them for 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100 dollars. You're all smiling now. Because go price what it cost to buy your rifle. And by the way, look at the ammunition. You guys did a great job of pair purchasing the ammo and the rifles and double plus good thumbs up. You did a great job, didn't you? I guess you were listening. That's a good thing. You already decided all on your own. You didn't need us to tell you. Anyway, yes, the K-98s are in service. There's millions. We don't even know how many millions there are, but they make up a big chunk of that 200 plus, 300 million American firearms that are in our possession. the Mauser is a dominant rifle. So do know how to use it. Understand how to operate it. Understand how it functions and how to make it work for you guys. That needs to be part of your classroom instruction on firearms because you will run into K98s or earlier Mauser actions in force across the nation. Now one of them I mentioned here, the 765, is the 765 Argentine chambering. Second, it's known as 7.65 Argentine, but in reality it's 7.65 Mauser. That particular caliber is very close to .30-06. In fact, performance is pretty much comparable across the board. And in the Argentine Mausers that came in, the rifles were tack drivers. The quality of these guns, even after well over 120-plus years, well under .30 now, are some of the finest rifles that you can put to your shoulder and use and cut paper or shoot people with. So the Argentine Mauser is not obsolete by any stretch, it's just that yes, they're off. We all okay. But if you can get some 7.65 Argentine ammunition, which you can from PPU, preview partisan, then you can bring that weapon back up and online. Of course there's reloading capabilities, Remington, other companies make ammunition for it, but PPU is the most affordable, which means you can actually get on the range with a couple hundred rounds of ammo and find out what that rifle is capable of, just with iron sights. Many Argentines were sporterized, so they are a good fighter and they're very serviceable. I would be thankful if you gave me that rifle, especially if I'm standing there bare butt naked. But I would have no problem taking that weapon and throwing it all if you handed it out. Somebody said, I don't want that, I'll take it. Why? Because I know how to make it work. That's why. Whereas that other person may not be competent. They've already been conditioned to all kinds of other propaganda and dogma. So give them what fits their propaganda or their education or their dogma and make them happy. I'll take that, Argentine Moser. And then I will teach you a few things. I'm not going to let you close the distance. I always laugh at that BS. But you ain't going to close the distance if I put an 8mm or a 765 Argentine round through your hind end. You'll be out there twitching on the ground. I'm not going to put a second bullet in you, but I got you. You hurt bad enough you're lumping around like a pogo stick because the other leg's already cut off or busted up so bad you can't stand on it. Yeah, close the distance. Don't worry, son. We're going to close the distance with long range rifle fire. You ain't getting any closer to me than I choose to let you. So again, I want to touch on that. The Mausers are a good choice. Again, the most common 8mm stuff out there, there is some brass case stuff. A lot of the Romanian surplus, which is 150-gram projectile, still an 8 millimeter, they cranked this stuff out, but they went with a lighter bullet. You still can find 8mm in the 200, 195, 190, 195 or 200 grain projectile. This varies depending upon the country of origin. And again, you need to do a little research if you're not familiar with the surplus you're buying so that you know what you got. And again, you want to also shoot it and print it on your gun so you know how your rifle will perform with that ammunition. The light ball, as we call it, the 150 grain Romanian, is good shooting ammunition and actually very comfortable to shoot. It basically puts the 8mm into the .308 category because it's fired basically the same projectile, while maybe a chubby or stubby or mullet in one way, it's the same weight, so ballistically its performance is comparable at that point to the .308. In the standard 8mm load it is slightly superior if not some people say extensively superior to the 308 for a number of different reasons not the least of which is a lot of the surplus is also specialized ammo that was you know again mixed up with everything else. Anyway just want to touch on that and we're almost to the bottom of the hour so I'll tell you what we're going to do and well no let's not do that. I was going to say we could ask for some little ear candy for the bottom of the hour break. I don't know if Ed's right there, might be able to take care of that. And I've got, what is? I've got actually some more information on this East Coast thing. I can't do anything with it until I actually go through it, guys. And I'm not in the best of locations for this. We'll take a break, I'm gonna go out, see if I can jump on this pass, and then we'll come back. Crap, nice. It's about a mere break. It's just a follow up message confirming what we've already, at least a repeat of what we've already seen. Although I see two or three other as far as people, what they're doing, looking up the information, or looking, you know, again, they're talking to people right now. But I think the weak link is going to be in the fire department. That's going to be our, the fire department's going to be our best source. We're going to find out who's suing the zoo because apparently there was a, there's an idea, there's an information listing or database chart showing what coverage this broadcast had. It can be mapped out to kind of, I guess apparently, kind of like the software package that we have for listenership. Generally, you know, where did this go? Not necessarily who picked it up, but you know, where did it go? What was it sent out? So, we'll have more information on that as we go. Appreciate the guys doing at least a follow-up there. And, got another... I said, Joe, right behind that. Okay, well, I'm not going to do that this hour and I'm not going to put it on the airplane because we've got information. We can restart hunting guys. That's the whole idea. We are hunting them harder than they're hunting us. It's Thursday and for some of our facilities in here, the training sites across Michigan are actually all the way up and online. And our micro broadcasters are already running the micro stations. We appreciate that. Little heads up also, as hot as it is guys, you might want to do a little more ventilation on whatever area you have those radios in. I know most of them have done a good job of, you know, throwing in some additional cheapy throwaway computer fans just to serve care. It's just like something I just looked at a minute ago. You know, if you put filters in front of things, they get dirty. So make a point of checking and inspecting your filters. You've got bug screens, you've got filters. If you're using the air house filter systems, as far as the throwaway paper filters, better check them. Because it's been on and off here. It's been pretty dirty, dusty. The moisture wept those filters and air, and it which So that just means you're trying to pull real hard and not a lot of what you really need to cool down your equipment. So just a heads up. And this is true for your house air conditioning systems, your circulation just for air purification and quality, just for air circ. Check your filters guys, especially where we've had such a unique summer and it doesn't look like it's going to change. You'll probably have to change out your film 50 couple of times, maybe 3 or 4 this season. We'll see how it works. And in preparation, keeps your system generally cleaner. Also, with regard to radios, somebody's asking me about battery backups. You can use any of these computer battery backups. They're basically stuff to do. Electronic hardware in general. Some are good for 2 hours, some are good for 12, some are good for 24, some are good for 2 days. It's a matter of banking the batteries up. And the system is for how much you want to spend. And not all of them that run for the longer periods of time are necessarily that expensive. Now the only thing is that some companies, like we've had the benefit of, I've got like probably two dozen of these battery backups. They're good for about two, three hours. They're not the biggest. But what's really cool is because of their insurance, they have to change these out every so many hours of operation. I guess it's not even by days. In other words, every 90 days they change the mountain turnway. No, it's more often than that. It's based upon hours of operation. So the interesting thing is, in order to get their insurance, they've got to change these out. Well, that's a source I have. I can go into a certain location. I will get anywhere from one to three of these units a week. I've got about two dozen now stored up. I've got all the cables, I've got all the connectors, everything that goes with them, the wall wart that goes to the AC plug, so you get constant recharge, etc. But these could also be hooked up to a solar panel system and can be used for, again, your radio stations, emergency signal communications, or whatever type you have. And you can run a lot of different unique things off them. And yes, you can also charge your cell phones or rechargeable battery packs that are on your Daewoo or Dingbao or O'Farn radios. So it's kind of cool because you can put those in remote locations, hook them up to a solar panel system, use something to bleed off a certain amount of energy so that they're not crooked all the time. Actually do something with them. And when you need it out there in the field, that's part of your retreat. It's all there ready to go or the cash you have set in place if you have a cash vocation. There's no reason you can't have a little extra power out there somewhere. Now don't make it too obvious because people get snoopy when they get a reflection or they see something that doesn't look quite right. It's supposed to be yucca plants and yucca plants aren't square and that's kind of shiny. Let's go check that out. Well look, I got me a free solar panel somewhere left behind. See how that works? We know that happens. Or it's cheap. Hey look, see we got a team so they're bound like a puppy's dinner when we get the other end. They have more money when we get to America. Or now we're in America. We're just stealing everything anyway. See, so again, pretty straightforward. Now, as far as how much money you want to spend, what would you do? Well, I'm scavenging. We're kind of in technology, we're at Cheven. around Ann Arbor, Michigan. So we end up with a lot of this stuff for free. Well, we ended up with it at yard sales, especially yard sales. We'll get like one, two, or three of those sometimes, like what person we ran to three weekends ago. Apparently, he was getting rid of all of his old tech, which is great. I don't care. I'm not going to talk him debate about what he's doing with his new tech, because if he gets rid of his old tech, it's our present tech. And it's all stuff that we're going to use. So I got microphones, and I got headsets and I got battery backup packs. You gotta get those for like a dollar a piece for free. Somewhere in the freebie box, the ones that are supposed to be functional are in the dollar, like a dollar or three dollars a piece. And if you just keep a share by, you can build up a technology base, a minimal technology base, for a pretty good price. So yes, the battery backups are definitely worth it. Solar panels, quick solution, as I've said a million times, go over to Harbor Freight. They have a $15 self-contained visor or dash type solar panel, but you can adapt it to anything and everything. And you want to put one one together? You can do that! If you want to use just one? You can do that! Personal choice. And how creative you are? Are you a creative person? Are you going to improvise, adapt, and overcome? Well, if you do, then you've got it made. So, next on the shopping list here, also again, Rap 4. Yes, Rap 4 still has a deal going 65% off what's left. Dog, that industry's in dog mode. In fact, if they'd been smart, they would have just kept going with their discount arrangement and they would have cleared out and had new inventory. As it is, they just went the way they did. And that's not a problem. It's still pretty good prices. If you need a salt vest and you're looking for particular patterns or if you're looking for a pattern that will work well in your area, one of them that I have noticed and I've had several people ask me about is Australian. Well, it's basically the old World War II beach pattern. You know, it's brown when they, you know, when they went in and then they switch over to green as they went in island because the greenery is, of course, you know, in shore. off the shoreline. And the Australians, basically their leaf pattern is the same system. It's maybe a little more spartan as far as the number of leaf dollops they have on the print. But try that, for instance, out in West Texas. Now they make a desert Australian and they make a standard Australian. And both of them refer an arid or a relatively arid environment. But they have good greens, browns, tans, and good break up in the pattern. The base color for their standard is pretty decent. So it might work well in your area of operation and integrate into your system. They have the desert pattern. I know everybody likes the DPM, British Desert. They, of course, say US 3 colors out there in forest. But the Australian desert is also available from these airsoft or, again, paintball companies. The paintball equipment typically is a little tougher because you're carrying more weight. They have to take more abuse. So they've been a little more careful with their pattern of vests that they've been purchasing. It doesn't mean that the others don't work. I've got dozens, if not hundreds, of several different patterns. But I bought them when I told you to, or sometimes even I waited because I bought them first. Some of these vests I got for as little as $6 and $10 apiece. Are they serviceable? Well, we've been testing them out and beating them up a little bit, but for somebody who has nothing, you hand one of these things over. It's got a cartridge belt, or forgive me, it's got a spistle belt, or it has one of the new cloth utility belts, and you can hang other gear, which we've done, put a person together pretty quick, and you've got a combat infantryman in a very short period of time. if you're concerned about different quality for different equipment, well, prioritize the stuff that can take less abuse for the people who will be doing less. In other words, if you have support personnel, drivers, they're not going to be beating around the bush and tearing the snot out of their stuff, but they're going to need something to carry their combat load or their basic security utility equipment in, and these work just fine for that purpose. Again, it's your job as management to prioritize material support. In fact, you designate somebody to order master, as we call them, order bastard, okay? They can get the job done. But you again need to try and come up with solutions to get everybody up on the table with something. And a lot of people that you're dealing with don't have much. I understand that. Hell, you can find, you know, there's every variation in the spectrum of income of, again, what you can find to purchase because of the condition of the economy and it's fascinating. On the one hand, yeah, there's people that are spending my hand over fist, although some of them shouldn't be, but because of that, either we can scavenge, as I pointed out earlier, or you're able to purchase because the system is slugging here and there and when it slugs, take advantage of it. Right now, buy the winter gear. It's hotter than hell. Nobody wants the coats and they don't... It's the hand to mouth thing, guys. It's like a two year old. I actually had somebody say that, well, I don't know why anybody would buy a coat in the middle of summer. I don't know, I just got a $60 coat for $2 from you, but I'm not going to say anything. Why? Because even the person selling it was thinking that way. And so it's like, oh, okay, well, that's cool. Yeah, you're right. I just can't see why anybody would want a Carhartt jacket that costs $68 with the price tag on it still. And I buy it for $2 at this yard sale. I don't know. Because after all, it is insulated and it's hot when I touch it. Yeah, that'll probably mean it's warm when I use it. What do you think? Oh, I don't even want to think about that. Yes. That's what I'm saying. By the winter gear in the summer, don't worry if you want summer equipment for the next season because again we're already rolling towards the next fall. For the rest, get your summer stuff during the winter. Of course right now if you go to Rap 4, that's ripstop uniforms you see sitting there. Those are perfect summer uniforms. I've mentioned that many times or if you want to do a salt vest that are two color I want to mention this again, so I'll keep planting the seed because somebody will probably do a video pretty soon, I hope. It'll be kind of fun. You take two of the extra-large, your extra-extra-large assault tops, the Nauru Collar tops, fold one inside out, lay them inside one to the other, tack stitch them together, and now you've got a reversible assault vest. Forgive me, assault smock. You got fall pattern on one side, you got summer pattern on the other. It's ripstop material. It's going to breathe. Think about it. It's not going to be any heavier than say a standard field jacket or a standard 50-50 blouse. Slash shirt, okay. Remember the military. Yeah, it depends on how old you are. They don't call it blouses all the time now. That's a shirt, Mark. That's not a blouse. No, that term blouse is traditional. That's just no way things are. So... Just an idea, kind of cool, is you make a pants set like that using the extra, extra large or the triple X and you can also make a top the same way. Now, the perfect thing is that you can use that into the cool season. Early part of the cool season, use the green. Go into the pine forest areas, use the green. Go into the more, shall we say, open spaces, the gray whites and the grays or whatever else you chose or the severity of the pounce. That's what you flip over to with the parent zone. But not so green. Pretty cool. And snow camel, carry that separate. Put the brown out, carry the snow camel, put that over everything. If your image leaks out, it's going to be more in line with the sage grass that's gone over to thatch brown or your marsh grass or whatever else. And you're more likely to blend in that way. OK? So again, ideas not just complaining about the problems. Anybody go, oh they're gonna die! Oh, the new world over! Yeah, we're planning on killing them too. I think it's a tit for tat thing. Now, they want to come out of the box on that. Go for it puppies! Go for it! Actually everybody's tired of it. You know, as you said, everybody's just kind of tired of waiting and they're sharpening their blades and now they're gonna stop because you don't want to wear too much metal off them. Instead, they're just kind of sitting there staring and going, yeah, go ahead. We'll see what happens. Now, um... What do we have left? There's one more piece here I wanted to touch on, but I gotta make sure I get this right. You guys forgive me, actually. I don't have that. I don't have the announcement. For Randy, I need you to send the announcement for this weekend. It is Thursday. We can put it up tomorrow if I get it in time. Okay, so for Randy, I need that announcement. I can't do it, but I don't have all the information here. or somebody else. That's too late guys. That special that BK brought up is already gone. That was closed yesterday. Today is Thursday. That closed on somebody said, what about that special on one, two, three batteries? That was yesterday. It's gone. Okay. Coops distributing.com keep an eye on Coops distributing. They've done some purchasing on some cheapie surplus. Now when I say cheapie, I'm not talking cheap quality talking that when they, when the fed auctions have a lot of stuff, They'll have big piles, big bins, like 500 sets of knee pads, 700 sets of elbow pads, and there's a bunch of odds and ends stuff in there. And we'll incorporate all that into their sale, into their catalog, whatever possible. So you want to go to Cokes. Again, somebody's asking about knee pads and elbow pads. The cheapest set right now for a military set, I mean, it's not the only place, but the cheapest set that I've seen. And I've been shopping around trying to find quantity. Okay, bulk. I buy wholesalers. Some of the guys listening know I bought a bunch of the stuff that I pointed all you to, the knee pad, elbow pad sets. Well, right now, Cofe's Distributing has the Coyote Brown elbow pads separate from the knee pads. The elbow pads are like $2.99 or whatever, $2 and something a set. And the knee pads are about $5. I'll be treating $4 and $5. Double check that. Those are military spec. Those are surplus and it's a reasonable price for those and for a lot of people, they're, well, I want military. Okay, well, there's military and it's the best price that I've seen. Now, maybe you've got somebody locally who bought a ton of that, you know, junk piled up from the, uh, the, uh, double liquidation site. And maybe they got a better price locally. I know Maine military does that. If you can get over to the Maine military store, guys, they have some really good prices in the store. I'm telling you right now if you get up there to main military go peruse through the store take a look at those labels Yeah, those are pennies. That's like 35 cents for this and 50 cents for that Wow and there's stuff they don't list on the web page because I get too many things to list and some of the stuff is lying to be with them for as long as it lasts on the shelf So you need to check out the sport. If you're anywhere near it or you're passing through Maine, I know you've got to go over there to get to it. But if you're going to be traveling through Maine, make Maine military a thing on the schedule during business hours. Stop in and check them out. Cokes also has the, again, for $0.99, they have the sweatpants. for your standard Kevlar helmets or any of the other helmets for that matter. They also have the complete basket replacement for the standard PazGat helmet. I've already used several dozen of these in upgrading some of the steel helmets that are the European. Switching them out from their leather and metal headbands that were all messed up to, you know, top of the rivet. replacing that with screws and putting the nylon pass-get helmet basket in there and then using the sweat bands on that. Now they're brand new. And the cost on the sweat bands? 99 cents. The cost on the helmet net, the complete basket net that goes inside that holds your sweat band and keeps the thing from bouncing around on your head? 99 cents. And that's it. CopesDistributing.com. CopesDistributing.com. CopesDistributing.com. go to their surplus section and also check to see what else they've added. There are a few other things that are quite interesting and reasonably priced. Another thing, they don't have the e-tools. So we say, well, Mark, where were those cheap e-tools for 99 cents? No, that's not what I said. If you have a tri-fold shovel, now I know some of you have the nylon ones or you've got talked into the new nylon ones, which work, but the old rubberized ones armor your tri-fold shovel. which is kind of critical because those sharp edges dinging on you even through the nylon aren't a happy camper thing when you hit your elbow on that or you gack something on it. And the rubberized, the older my first model rubberized e-tool covers are 99 cents with the two Alice clips. They are serviceable, the snaps work and for 99 cents a piece you can't go wrong. Don't throw out those other covers. You might have a new molly cover. Roll around with that puppy if you want. Go take the Alice clips off and sheath the shovel in that and then put the whole carrier inside the other carrier to double armor. It's a personal choice thing. It doesn't matter whether or not you're even beat up by it or not. They are a good price. And if you're doing 5.10 and you're doing a better program, use those. They work well. They come in a variety of different shades of the loam or sage green. They are going to wear out. I'm going to tell you that right now. They are a wear out item, but they were intentionally designed to be that way. More important is that they keep the sharp edges from bumping you and cutting you. If you do actually what you're supposed to do with the E-Tool, be kind of a good idea to cover that blade you sharpened. It's going to kind of wear on your nylon. Just that simple. Or your Cordura for that matter. Also, again, Coach Distributing is the first one to mention Maine Military. Again, as was pointed out by several people who called in because they had several emails on this, Maine Military has gas masks. They're not the only one, but Maine is pretty good about having good quality product, and Frank is conscientious about what it is that he offers. Take the time, check it out. We know his store, we know his business. Everybody knows what they get from him. It's been pretty decent across the board. And Maine Military, M-A-I-N-E, MaineMilitary.com is the place to go for that. Somebody then asked, of course, well, do you think they're going to use gas? Guys, I'm going to repeat this again, and I guess I got to keep putting this out in the air. When have you not seen them use gas? Okay, when have you not seen them use chemical agents? If you see a guy with a paintball gun and he's popping somebody, oh, that's a pepper spray, you know, it's not pepper spray, that's capsium oil and it's probably, and again, it's not the 3 or 4 or 5 percent, that's probably the 10, 12, 22 or 27 percent. When they hit you with that, the idea is it's concentration. If you see spray of any kind, that is an NVC agent, that is, capsium oil or CS-CN. If you see grenades going off and it's smoking, they're not throwing smoke. They're throwing CS, CN or capsium oil irritant. So, yes, they've already used gas right in front of you to what degree and what concentration varies. Will they use higher ordnance? Well, yeah, eventually they'll get stupid and use other stuff. CSCN in better concentrations is far more obnoxious than capsum oil, although the higher grades of capsum oil are pretty much a bugger by themselves. But how they linger is the key. CSCN has been perfected over decades. And not that now, capsum oil has also had time to be perfected in the industry, but CSCN works far better. floats longer, stays where it's supposed to, and again it's a constant retread irritant. The same can be said with capsicum oil, but irrigation, just simple irrigation, and for whatever reason the windest of sloths off, in other words, want to get you, unless they add a bonding oil or whatever, which is why you see the guys get that sticky stuff where they have to go wash their face off. It had to do that to get it so that it stays on target, so that it burns, and it does the damage it's supposed to do. Uh, CSN doesn't require that, okay? Or as it's not expected, but also because of the particle size. As density permeators stay in the area, get in the hair, get the face, got a mustache, it's gonna stay there. You'll have a good sinus clean-out from that by the time you're done. You think I haven't seen this before? Okay. So, again, get a gas mask, please. They're affordable, they're inexpensive, it's a simple process. Once you got it, it's yours. We're gonna use them, grab some extra masks, take a couple out, everybody train with the one that they're gonna use, if at all possible. Buy spares, be happy, and make sure it's part of your tactical inventory. Immediately somebody says, well, I'm gonna ask you to use the gas on them. Well, I'm gonna pull everything off my enemy's corpse. I've done that many times. In fact, even when I was an Op 4 commander, guys, they would issue us the ordinance. The host unit provides the ordinance to my Op 4 units. They would have a bucket of stuff that was the ordinance they were supposed to use. And in that would be 6 or 8 CS grenades. I said, are you prepared for NBC? Oh yeah, my guys are all up to speed. Are you sure? And I would point out, you know, a kid sometimes is like, oh, I just shut up. Because if they give it to you, they expect you to use it. And again, it's part of the training neurocycle. So we would deploy the gas and then there would be these limitations and complaints about, why did you, your training officers and the individuals in charge of the exercise provided the material that was used on you. Well, we didn't think it's like, guys, you're in the military, you're a shit of gas mask. You're supposed to know how to use it and keep it with you, right? But I even got an audio tape and video tape operations where whole groups were virtually put to a standstill with nothing more than simple CS and CN deployed. Because they were totally, it was totally unexpected. It did what it was supposed to do. Way to call her, what do we have? Mark, you know, I wasn't in the military or anything, but I've got a question. You know, so I've got my gas mask and I have to use it, but I've already inhaled a whole shitload of, you know, gas. But I gotta put the mask on. And so now I got a mask on and I'm gagging. What do I do? I mean, you know, I'm good. Well, okay. I understand what you're saying. We'll stop right there because we only got so much time. Number one, normally what you do is, first of all, you're told stop breathing. Don't suck in the big, oh my God, I see gas. Don't suck in the air. Freeze where you are, okay? Now if you're already hit by some of it, you're hahaha, you're starting to hack. Evacuate. Pull off what you can. Down the mast the way you're normally supposed to. Try to evacuate because when you have pushed, when you cup the mast and breathe out, what you're doing is you're blowing out the flaps on the side of the mast to ensure that they rest on your skin. and you're evacuating agent that's inside the gas mask. Because even when you're trying to put the gas mask on, the very thing that you're talking about also takes place. Remember, your gas mask is in the environment. Remember, when you pull the gas mask out, it doesn't have a gas bubble around it. So what you do is when you put the mask on, whatever you're affected by, what you do is, A, you blow out to, again, evacuate. and then you cup the mask where the intake is on the end of the filter and breathe in so that you suck the mask in place and then you proceed with breathing. If you have any kind of material that needs to be evacuated, now some guys argue, I ain't taking the mask off and I'll spill in the mask or whatever. The idea is that if you look at the technique, it's taught, what you do is you lift the base of the mask and you evacuate it, you have to spit. If you vomited into the mask, You need to evacuate as much as you can and try to dump the mask. But you've got it, while you've got the mask on, you take in oxygen from the environment filter that you've got in place now. It is an issue. That's why they tell you if you're watching and you see that something's going on, you see the gas attack, you don't start shouting, gas, gas! The first thing you do is get your mask on. Then you give the signal in the warning, DAS! DAS! And you grab a metal pipe and you bait on stuff. Ding, ding, ding, ding. You look every kind. Metal on metal is supposed to be the warning, okay? There may also be a siren technique. You know, military units have different available tools. But the idea is that it is always been an issue. What you're bringing up, it is expected some people are going to get a face full of something. And CSCN, the first thing is, what's the first thing I've said a million times on the air here? Don't panic. Remember that if you do the opposite of what your enemy is expecting based upon what it is that they've been trying to project, in this case, remember, CSCN is designed to create, or supposed to create, confusion. But if you're mentally prepared for it, phase one is control yourself. Even though you're not liking it, your eyes are burning, your nose is burning, your schnoz is taking in a nose bowl. Again, if during the process of taking on the mask, first thing you do is if you feel that it's that irritant and you've got that much of a slug of stuff that evacuated, in other words, blow out, but don't breathe in. Remember that you're supposed to be donning the mask as quickly as you possibly can. Beware of being over energetic and damaging the mask. This is where it has to be balanced and you have to get that composure. That's why I cut you off with a figure of 10. Eyes for approval. I respect that you find the right shotgun and rifle for use.
