He was in California. He paid every month. Well, he was off one month somehow. They were making brownie points, so they grabbed him. And they wasted his time and brought him all the way back from California and dieseled him, and he had, inching that month's worth of money. He was a white bread, you know, honky-american that, you know, works for a living. Now at the same time, 23 felonies, full in the mail, wish nothing done whatsoever. Just got a fighting ticket, that's got a fighting ticket for, you know, beating up somebody, okay? He's coming out all smiling, just got a parole, P.V., you know, parole violator, no, you know, new bit. So wind that lawyer's pocket and keep that black rope demon, and this guy got to that woman in her house. You know, if there's been people in states that apply, the guy got busted in years ago for a couple of joints. Two or three marijuana cigarettes, and he's in jail for habitual provides. And meanwhile, yeah, but guys, they will let this drag down the hump. They know, in one case, they let a person out that murdered, they knew this person had seen him. I keep bringing this up for a reason, because whenever you hear this, oh, this is unique. This is a racket, pressure from below, pressure from above. want more money they want to be able to get in your home steal your property, your guns, they got a whole long list of things where the big thieves want to steal. Well they gotta have an excuse. So, with a crime level, let me give an example, we had a guy here Bellamy Creek, it's a high security level 5, slid himself open and started, you know, cuts it up with it while he's using his ground room paint in the wall, and he does it a second time, he pulled out, so he does it again. You can't get there from here, you don't get a parole from Bellamy Creek, you know, Blue Water facility, were in a psychiatric individuals, therefore a number of high crimes. He killed three other people. And then they said, see, the system doesn't work, guys. There were people that had zero other crimes. They have a job waiting, they got family ready for them, and those people were denied parole so the parole board could then let that person, three people killed to try and play you and should not have gotten any way, shape, or form of parole. Best example right here of what I can show you, because you can read it. This is 17 felony convictions. Convictions and the rest a similar crime a same crime. Oh, you know, well, we didn't work what he kicked in another person's door went into a person's home beat the snot out of somebody a woman and You gave him leniency now had even locked up for being the monster that were safe that they can screw people like you and me Had they gone after this criminal this other woman wouldn't have been a victim that had to go into court and she's terrified of being her own home for the last two years this country needs a good cleanse really does some of the self-inggrandizing and telling you right now. 40 to 50 percent of the people that are in the state prison, they get money racket, they get fed money, they get slave labor. There's all the percentage that should stay in. One character, guys, I was over the place, they let him out. He was just back for a parole violation, new bit. That's a PV, new bit. That means he had new charges, three new felonies, three. They let him out. By the time I got to below the bridge and was down at the other location, it was coming through the gate. Here's the thing, what did he do? Same thing he did before. What they do, give him parole violation, new bit. Guys, he was walking through the gate, already had his next parole in the mail, five days after he walked through the gate with parole violation, new bit, two of these new felonies, already had his next in the mail without even being seen by the parole. You're looking at that and then you got this guy who's getting frustrated and I know it's like they're shaking their head and they're looking down at their feet and it's like, you know, No security risks should be in a level 1 unsecured. They've got him level 2 and level 3. Why? Because they want to keep those bed full and they got to keep the balance because otherwise it'd all be black. So they got to keep some of those white bread honkies in there and they got to keep them as long as they can or the numbers would really be a skew. So this one right here read this story. When we were talking about Mark's time behind the wire, some of the things they tried to pull when they figured he might get out on parole and they added things to his record that there's no way he could have been there. I had been given the run around at the prison and they said, well, if you don't like this, you're going to have to call the state. Because you know this is put in from that level and we can't take this out of here You know whether you've got proof or not doesn't make a difference. I'll wind up calling the state representative You know they were identified with the answer they got from from the Department of Corrections That wasn't good enough for me the flat-out lie. I went where to go from there They give me a whole list of different people to call at the MDOC. It gets over all the middle end you're just wasting your time there. The last thing that they wanna do is deal with you and they will keep you from getting to the top. So, that's the top and work your way down. So, that's what I did. I called the director of the MDLC, her office, and got a hold of her secretary. Now, secretaries know what, before the end of the hour, is that that computer is nothing more than a great big filing cabinet, much smaller. Nothing gets put in without, computer cannot make up This stuff randomly. What I found out in the phone call, you know, they were trying to, she was trying to push me off to somebody else. Like, no, I'm the director. This is a lie that had to come from somewhere. And I know very well that that's what this is. I want to know who did this. You can cooperate with me or I'll be taken to MDOC to court. Don't have that information because this is a person that takes care of that area. So she put me to direct the person and Lansing. access to make those changes. And they were able to, that person was unable to track back through if it wasn't me, the only other person that has access that can put anything in or out of this, in charge of him right here out of Ann Arbor. What I found out also is that there were 17,000 in the system. There were 17,000 other individuals in the Michigan prison specific days and times charges added Be aware. And I see where they have a political... I know I've talked to folks out there and let them know that they're doing this and they're doing that. That's what they do to political forces. You've got to understand that. They will try to keep you from seeing your family and make it as difficult as possible. So, you know, be aware of it. They will do every dirty deed in the book, including this, which happens to be a felony for them to add partisan. If it is not off, right on down the line from the director, the secretary, I told them, if you personally, if this is not removed, it was, they took care of it. So, be aware, you have to be right on top of it when you've got a loved one that's behind the wire, where they will do every 30 trick in the book to keep you there, especially if you are a political person. I could just hear Mark in the back of his head like, what do I have? was what it was. Well, he's had this background. He's like, no, never. He couldn't have a TSSBI without it, with that on his record. He could not have gotten that with the military. They sent it out. My calling there and threatening them with a law that would bring it to the forefront and they'd all be in prison. But it takes, straighten up and fly away. And you've got to be on top of it. A minute of every day. Oh, no. The register of the India of, oh, I don't know if it's the, No, because they'd wind up being in the solitary. I got to head back to Mark. But that's how that went down. I had to get ugly with some folks. It got it to work. Well, anyway, again, listen to somebody telling you about somebody when there's somebody standing here. So here's how they do this. They came up to me and they had this form, this paperwork all done and they said, you gotta sign that. I used my sign there. you're going to be going up before the board? That's what we got for a printout as well. Here's how it works. I'm not signing off on this. What I signed here says is an admission. You better go fix that high. Here's what's going on. Now guys, this is a working case. Now it's possible, and I will say this, that in felonies it would be one of those like seven, because there's a bunch of stuff they can tag on.
