Yet a Tylenol instead of metafine slash Tylenol, I know a lot of people know you shouldn't use it guys. Some people can't or just are allergic to ibuprofen. Tylenol is not your first best choice because of other issues, but you have to change up painkillers sometimes or you have to use because of certain situations with the patient. Here's the recommendation, bottles of ibuprofen, or count bottles of acetone. equivalent to that. If you put them in a smaller container as you buy them that way, that's good. Now you can. They don't need to be named brand. They can be generic. Shop break. Just number of tablets, amount of money. Painkillers especially. Now I'm not gonna, I'm telling you not to do this but here's an eight ibuprofen, two energy drinks, scrap down that wound and bite the bullet and keep fighting. Say, well what are you gonna do? Use ibuprofen or we're trying to get all our aspirin for you know, gunshot wounds? Yeah. If that's what it takes. You know what? You can for anything. You will be begging for anything. But it's amazing what... Again, that's more time than all that should be taken. I'm going to tell you right now. Okay, forgive me, ibuprofen. A whole bunch of gene and addition. A chunk of painkillers and the eggshells you continue to fight. Continue to move to evacuate. You were part of... Here's one of the things to take into consideration, which is why you need the painkillers. Make sure you've also got them in your combat. If you've got to walk today and you had to walk 20 miles instead of jumping in the car and doing that 20 miles in about all the next 10, 15 minutes or so or maybe 20 depending on what you got on the way to the road, you know what? If you've got to walk and you've got a nagging injury, that nagging injury is going to drag you down. It mentally and physically drags you down. You get a boo-boo or a smack in the elbow, the head, the where, the neck, the shoulder, and it's just, well how about we knock that down for the time being so you can focus on getting the hell out of dodge. If it's on foot, it's going to be the special article that you'd be prepared for this. You may have other individuals, let's say that you are going to be the, you're trying to help other people, and other people are injured. Because most damage is done by particle inhalation. When they had all these burn injuries and all these other injuries, what they did to try and stem the infections is dose the patient with iodine on the wounds. Well, what they found out is the people who were dosed with iodine survive were healthy nurses and doctors who had no injuries died from the black rain. Well, it was the black rain. The other part that still took a lot of people is inhalation. Now we know all of this. This is not like we're ignorant only and of course, well, you got the ignorant people that want to be ignorant, stupid. Beyond that, anybody else who's thinking any kind of gas mask protects you from taking in all of these contaminated particles and it could be a radiological threat. But I would point out All the people that are dying from upper respiratory distress did every kind you can imagine who were there on the day of 9-11 and then they had to gas them or if they had done immediately not try to walk and tough it out and bring stuff in. Had they just taken a t-shirt and thrown it around their head and ripped a few eyeballs in it or done whatever and groped their way away from the epicenter, they would have been better off. But instead, they all hung around and that contaminant all around both the center peripheral activity of the event is killing or has already killed a bunch of people in New York. Now we don't need to experience this again in order for us to know what the threat is and what needs to be done. So again, get a gas mask, get a gas mask, get a gas mask. Keep it with you? Yes. At this point in time, if you're stuck in a major military metropolitan area like Charleston, South Carolina, Savannah, Jacksonville, Florida, Any place on the southeast coast, if you're in the Alos areas, you better have your gas mask with it. You don't know what it is. We don't want to incremental to treat and deal with casualties, ourselves being the priority. We would point out something. If you are carrying medical support and if everybody else is doing what they're supposed to remember, casualties equip on the casualty. Well in many cases if that chances are that less mobile will be keeping up with you. Equipment on another casualty or moved off to the side or moved in with a different element of the formation station and I would recommend just like all the other stuff I've talked about your spare gloves, spare mitts, you distribute them around your popcorn pockets, your field jacket, your battle blouse and your pants. The same is true in a certain amount of medical support. I have to carry more compresses small compresses everywhere. But there's a reason for that. Daddy Mark, when he was with your people, and the Mark, he just says, yes, yes. And even for myself, I might have more than one perforation, I mean more than one dressing, or even three or four. But I will also point out that I know where my straightforward emergency kit is on the old combat gear, right, back, rear, and rear valve kit, over on the left side, up underneath the armpit, okay? Now, I don't carry the garbage facility for many, many miles. I also carry all those other stuff, although if I do need to keep patching a leaker of a friend or an ally, I have the ability to apply it with me. I could use all kinds of other improvised junk. I don't turn to, I'm still gonna improvise this. You're gonna have more casualties and more injuries and prioritize it. A little boo-boo doesn't get a big bandage. That's another thing. I bruise my boo-boo. important you need to use the good stuff on me no no that's a boo-boo that's not a that's not a a perforation a lacerate burn that's going to require any kind of life threatens from developing you bruise that's all the medic and team leaders need to be thinking you should be thinking for yourself because there's worse coming down the road in regard to evacuation you got to be able to see remember if you're going to go with arrests for using well mark is that you said I'm just going to get a dust respirator Yeah, that's cool. That's really great. How are you going to see? Well, how are you going to see? That's a really great idea. If you use a dust respirator, like I said, anything will protect you against nuclear, biological, and chemical threat. Did you cover your eyes up? I would point out that one of the things is, at the very least, you're probably, well, again, let's go back to 9-11. And as the list came a-tumbling down, what did those streets look like? Anyway, for everybody, again, we've got a whole lot of work that's going to need to be dealt with with operations. It can be done again, but if you're going to be putting the technology to play, the point of doing the complete inventory and itemization of the technology. Now the other component, and again having to do with medical support, is medications and other technologies that you need in the kit that better have a pretty individual. It better be heart medicine and it better be something that is flat and button shut or zip. Not just in a bag. It should be attached to the person, guys. Why? Well bags can get dropped. People can get delirious. They don't have a clue. You need to make sure that anybody that has special medical slash medicinal needs on their person, so they continue to utilize this. It's not an if inside the country. It is only they're counting on is creating a secondary casualties. The CIA calculate this into burdens upon you. Big plans secretly. And you'll be warned. Taking out of your grandpa, your dad, your mom is in the plan. Under the logic that while you're all panicked, you won't think it through. The burden, of course, will purity.
