Summary
Mark Koernke discussed the importance of focused attention and learning from history, using examples like Leonardo da Vinci and the scientific method to illustrate how knowledge builds across generations. He emphasized citizens' responsibility to question government authority and voting integrity, arguing that while the ballot box may be compromised, people must still engage politically and prepare for resistance. The show featured extended commentary on the 2016 presidential race, contrasting Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton as both threats to gun rights, and warning listeners that voting in either would legitimize an illegitimate system, drawing parallels to Irish independence struggles.

On the contrary, we are strong, and we can take the fight to our enemy because we are offensive. And we cannot be stopped. Join us as we wage war against our oppressors and the tyrants by insulting them as often as we want. Yes, matter what else you can or cannot do, you can always call your rulers. Oh, dear squa- Go on, give it a shot, you'll feel better. And you'll have added to the growing ranks of the offensive. The owners of the earth, the fascist, selfish, greedy, lying, margarines, got the super rich and their miserable lives of privileged and dominant. The feebing, murdered, decadent, puke stains must be an offensive. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat. And speaking low to me he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they can burn down churches and seemingly farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit back. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children fear? Sons of the Republic arise. Stand. defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and eat God's given right. And pray to God, freedom bright as Iowa key vanished in the mist for when his words were true. We are free, but we have ourselves a blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God's given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. You stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep. What would be your answer? He called out from the grave. got snow storms in the Rockies, sunshine bright and clear in the Midwest. So it's very time to meet up, what's it like up there in your neck? What's it need to be? Where the sun is right now. It did spark there. And this is something that even if it's just you're tired or anything and can't think, have you ever gotten a car and done like an hour paying attention to everything on the way here and I'm, you know, you're trying to do everything. And when you get to the end of the trip, it seems like, man, that didn't take but a moment. It just, man, that hour trip just went by like nothing. But I get here. You know, you made me think of that in the opening statements there, Mark, because you know, if time is flying by like that, you're doing something right about it, you guys, because you know, if you're working a math test, you're not having any problems, and it's just a centimeter and all of that that comes, all kinds of things. But if you're stumbling from, I gotta count it out on my fingers. Here's two fingers and here's two fingers and then I gotta count it all up and see how much more time you're putting into a single action. You know, time doesn't go very fast when all of high school was like that, all of work. But as said, Mark, if you enjoy your work, if you do something that you love, and you know, that is true to a great extent. Sometimes we do an hour, let's mark examples. Time's gone by so fast. But you guys, it comes from paying attention to a real narrow, And even if it's just in the tree, we've talked about the guy climbing the tree, you know, they're on the news from paying attention to what you're going to. Now you can pay attention to something and it'll flow because the game is such a thing that the person in particular dedicated to the trying to pay it battle. Now it's done and now you're thinking about now again and over and over and over. When your mind comes to that, it's in the air. I'm not talking about Matrix. I'm not talking about the ability you can do. and see the one coming. And I'm not talking about that, but you see the bullet fly across there, five degrees away from you and 50 yards, or the 110 yards, or this comes from that truck. You know, there are boxers that say when things get really sick, if he hasn't been hit hard yet and he doesn't have a portion of his mind dedicated to recovering, if his mind is clear and he's paying attention, it's no problem to block those. punches it's no problem to move your punch to just inside his elbow and block his arm at the forearm because things seem to be going slow to be trackable and paying attention to that very dead instant training also to wonder what's going on behind that when you get behind you don't nice in the instant. It's a Monday morning you guys sometimes some weird things come out on Monday morning and you know how Monday mornings can better be so much better at the same time when you wake up, truly does. Goes back over to what are you gonna do with your time? There's so many thoughts bring from this. This talks about paying attention. This talks about paying attention to the nth degree. We've brought this, are you? I am here. We've brought the Monday morning, but man, you're trying to get things done. You've pointed this out many times. Mine together, we can spend time together. I can't give you, I can't pay. I'm the taking of a list. Goes back over to paying attention. It's good to have. It says that, and is the human mind collapsed? or other so many different things. One of the last things that it hangs on to is music. Might be sitting in a room and it's an awareness, nothing going on and there's the radio on, comes on, the light snaps and that person's tapping their foot or then you start to get older and I know that there's, you know, there's a lot of young people listen to the hour and a lot of, we have a good, colder people listen and it's been said that, been kind of proven that, you know, when you get older, it's another language in your brain. You think and some people still mark that with self and the or the class and I, every time you learn something, a new little fold goes into your brain. The brain and the convolutions, if not apparently, every time you learn something, a new little fold goes into your brain, like it's a record or now that every time you learn something, a new synapse, a new sequence of electrons firing your brain, those little things go, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, and men, they do it enough and you remember it. You remember how to swim or to write about the definition of is. But now we've gone from, you know, talk interpretation of words, it takes time to do that. It takes time even to learn the words. We've addressed this in so many different ways and I'll quit this in just a moment. But you know what? We've done this, used this as a example on this Monday morning and this is a good one here. Because when you say that, that fellow, that one guy named Leonardo, most when you say it like that, we're not talking about DeCap. When you say Leonardo da Vinci, people bring up it, it sparks such memory, such thought. in people like like oh that painting that of them and is she smiling frowning is she is she smiling or is she frowning and that was done in such a way and there are people who can she is smiling and if you look in another she is kind of but that guy was a genius because of even just that painting alone let alone some of the other things he did like the air you know the precursor the first vision I was a genius but you know he sat there and he brought these things up out of his imagination in the next We don't call Leonardo a scientist more than we call him an arterer. Or someone creative beyond most people's imagination. Later there was this funny of his name. By not bringing you this guy's name. But he is credited in history. We call him the first. Because he took what other people had discovered, what other people had learned. He used his time. See how we go back to this. and studied what other people had spent their time on, those little things, and started to create what we call modern day science. He was basing on fat. He wasn't, you know, you could say we couldn't fall back to that. You know, Leonardo drew that air of fat. We have a helicopter. Well, it's not. There's no direct linkage. There is a direct linkage from this man. And again, I can't call up his name. Modern day scientists, they call him the first scientist. He didn't base on imagination. He based on not to be redundant with the use of it, but a lot of scientists, this is where we get that phrase, the scientists discovered what water, who discovered what, when all of the other things that we enjoy with technology, the time we have now, valuable, not only because it is ours, but because of all of the time that was spent before, all of the generations before, that brought all of the knowledge to you. You want to know, it's almost at your fingertips, if you want to know how to build a brick. We've brought that change. You could turn a switch in your mind, take all the information out of your mind, and put you on some desert island, and you had food there, and you had all of the things that you needed, only they weren't built. All of the raw materials to build a furnace, and to build a house, and to build, why, a big furnace. Some would call them kilns, or even bigger ones that they would call, well, what do they call them at the foundries? Oh, would you be able to do even, they'd tell you that I would. Examples. See what I mean with that? And that's not a Don original, not at all. See the thought that's being expressed there. Now look to the many, many people who've been in this struggle. Even in our generation, we could reference, oh, bunch of people that are alive now, and we could talk about people that we've lost. Permit, turn in my gold, I don't, and they may have buried it. And we've done this before, and it goes on and on, and you know what? We talked about shoulders. We stand on a whole lot of shoulders, but sometimes you have to shoulder that responsibility because it's your turn. It's not like it's all of the young people's turn that are voting and hoping that Bernie wins because it's their turn to stick there for a long time to teach them not to. It's been your turn for a long time to step up and question why is it that this is? How come it isn't allowed to exist in such a form? And oh, by the way, what about the crooked vote? It's your turn to question that. It's your time. It was done before and it's been done for generations and there were those that bled for your vote. And it's just one example. They went to war, like Schmedley said, they went to war for the industrialists and they went to war for the bankers. Oh, sure, they did. No question about it, but in their hearts. They believed that they were going to war for your vote. Many of us do. And the others that say we know the vote is crooked, you heard it here on this hour. and don't waste the time to go to vote. You're wasting your time telling people that. You should be telling them over and over, the vote is crooked. We need to do something about it. And that's another thing we've addressed, Mark. Many times you've talked, we just need to match them, stride for stride. And when it's, all we have to do is be there at the end and we win. But we have to be able to, we have to be able to look back, spend their time in order that we can stand on their shoulders and say, we have that soapbox. Even if we know that the ballot box is invalid now, and the jury box is tampered with left and right, we know that those bridges are gone, but we still have our cartridge over and over. Make little... take the... talk of... and cut those papers and make them... un-half-censor. And again, at the Brussels, boy they are dead, most of Europe, listening to gay strangers. And that's why their nation is in trouble. That's why our nation is in trouble too. Mr. President, you've been making a lot of noise about taking our guns on history. 1835, Gonzales, Texas territory. The authorities wanted to confiscate the big gun that protected that colony. You know what the people said? Come and take it. Because they were willing to fight for their freedom and their guns. So are we. Come and take it if you want it. Come and take it if you think you can. Come and take it, but I warn you You'll have to cry for my cold We want the freedom that God So you best not cross If you want this burn You gotta come through us and take it One shot at a time Just like guns on us Uh, micro effect in the morning and you know that's back to call you guys the short rangers and stuff Tune to the micro effect in the morning Mark and uh, you know I know some guys you know when Don's talking We've talked about the young folks the same generation that you are squandering our future. You're running the debt to ungodly proportions and I'll be paying for you when you have no right to do this to us. The same generation. Remember you've heard these things. There's someone that when we stick our hand out he'll put something in it. We can do that. I don't want to run back. Let's talk about Bert while the guy who couldn't figure out how to drive a nail common man's needs. He knows that he's a man. I remember that, Mark. That he's such a... He's transcended being a man. He's such a thinker that, you know, he should all be brain. He can't make his hands dry with a hammer. Run to that. I use that as an example because he'll tell you. He's a socialist. And now they're bringing the point that, Bernie, what's the difference between socialism and communism? He'll take the time to tell you. He seems to be running to the front of the Democratic, you know, that race for But he seems to be running to the front. You know, we talked about voting and get it going and over and done. We can look and say, look, Bernie seems to be gaining there. And you know, Bernie is even more vicious. He would be even more vicious than Hillary's issue because we've talked to him. And you know, if we change, if we shift, Bernie might win. We do that. A portion of the nation is going to think, Bernie, and he has the right to be there, much like a good portion of the nation says. Obama, he'd be president! He got the rights to vote to put in a spring court guy! He's a trap, not necessarily a trap. We shift this thought line and say, let's vote Bernie in and then we can get this whole thing up and running because Bernie ought to eat with an inch of their life and give it to everybody that's never on and so forth. We were to do that. Come consider this and let's look at the consequences. We were to do that. Vote Bernie in because while he's a guy who's gonna want to take our guns and we need to do this because about it. You know, that's the thought line, isn't it? And then you can run the ship into the... We can use so many different analogies. There's the iceberg. What they say that they're going to... With Hillary. Hillary will... I've... I've... I've... Recounted the thought line standing in a... In one of the guys who knew. And we need to make it because he's a change. We've brought this thought line. We've brought this example. But for him, that's a, you know, kind of sideways. Well, if we vote Hillary and she'll want to take the guns as example. And if we vote, we still want to take what the Communists have done. But if we do that, We'll think he's a legitimately voted president. How can we do this to this man? We voted him in. We'll have to deal with those people. We'll have to be explaining to those people, even beforehand, why we want them to vote. And you know, Mark, there's an example now running on the PBS about coast into Ireland risings and, and, but we can't give this the great war that he's in the plans. There are a couple of people sitting back in Ireland and they're trying to figure out how to whittle freedom away from the King. When the Kings go, a good portion of the King's voice to the war. And even a bunch of the Irishers that were committed to the king and wanted to stay under the king's rule because there were those that wanted freedom and there were those that were under the king. Why it's for the stability and all that. It gives us a protection. Another thought line and again we had a chance. A bunch of Irishmen, use your imagination in the fight for freedom. You're going to create, you'll have successes. You will be the last to happen to me. You won't want it to happen to Mark or Joe or any of the listeners. This is why we... And it seems like it. I'll bet it does. We go back and listen to Bernie Skinner if he takes power. Actually had to know how to hit the nail with a hammer. And for you, the biggest problem we've got is, again, we'll have one boys and girls. You get to choose which is Soviet over another. We have people that are ready to actually work against America.
