Mark Koernke discussed medical preparedness and field medicine, focusing on building supply caches for militia units with donated medical supplies including gauze and bandages. He emphasized the importance of over-the-counter painkillers (ibuprofen, acetaminophen, aspirin) in field inventories, dental health maintenance using dollar store supplies, and improvised dental care techniques. Koernke addressed broader health topics including enzyme supplementation for aging, calcium intake, iodine deficiency in the Midwest, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes without modern medical infrastructure. He encouraged listeners to develop medical skills, create apprenticeships, and prepare for scenarios where professional medical care may be unavailable.

His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. Invist the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Well, tell you what, it has been a beautiful winter day here in Michigan. Nothing fancy, nothing to write home about, not too exciting as far as, you know, wow, things jumping off the wall, but it's been a classic middle winter day. Break out the skis, break out the sleds, find those hockey sticks, oh that's right, ice fishing lines, and get out there and go to town. The idea behind that though is again, We have the ability to ENJOY the winter. There really is a bunch of stuff to enjoy there, guys. Let's take advantage of it. Get in there and do what needs to be done. Enforce yourselves to have fun, man. You can do it, man. It may be painful. I know it's not the Mayan thing to do. The Mayan thing is to bring pain to other people and be just a rotten person in general. Y'all know that. Anyway, we're going to try to avoid that if at all possible. So for everybody... When you get a chance, again, plug in, go to the snow field, get out there and have some fun. There's a lot to be accomplished in a very short period of time if you do it right. We do have a lot of different people with a lot of backgrounds and experience in doing just exactly that. Let's participate as we can in the festivities. Today's date, it is the 22nd of January. Oh no, yes it is the seventh year of open Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K-2015 old earth calendar or Mayan crazy town calendar. We all know how that works. That means that it is a, of course, well it's a beautiful Thursday in the process here not a whole lot of weeds in our pipes apart some interesting things going on forgive me guys trying to do 14 things at once here most important again want to say thanks we just got another donation of medical supplies for one of the militia units and I haven't had a chance to go through everything yet but I got a well let's see we got a case of roll gauze a couple cases of conventional band-aids yes you do need band-aids contrary to what some people would tell you What's really cool is that again, the stuff is all fresh pack. I'm going to be re-canning and boxing this over to the watertight containers over the next day here. I got to find another batch of little smaller containers for what I want to do to redistribute this technology because, again, there's a bunch of other medical gear and I want to be able to allocate this appropriately. Remember, we've got a lot of different technology at our disposal. The idea is to use all of it in an intelligent way so that we can, if need be, get it out to the troops where they need it, where the doctors need it, where the medics are, when the time comes, but not one big bulk of one item. You want to build it, and you'll get dole out resources. This is especially critical in light of the up and coming chain of events that It's pretty apparent if we look at the Ukraine and see how the international bankers, groups of people that need to be executed on the spot if they're captured down the road. An international banker, a good one, is a dead one. We all know that. So, to deal with the problem, we need to be armed up and prepared accordingly to deal with that particular issue. It's not hard. It just means that again, we need to get the troops in place where they need to be. so that they can have the equipment where it needs to be, so that they can get the job done. We can get on with business, kids. The most important thing here with regard to a lot of the technology that we've brought forward, it's fresh-packed. It's also multi-packed, which is cool. So it's not a problem getting it where it needs to be in terms of the level of performance, the equipment that's needed, the right tool for the right job, that kind of thing, guys. Well, again, for everybody, if you're going to be participating or helping out to organize, pick out a packaging system, something that's going to work for you, and employ accordingly. Because as we know, there is always something more that needs to be done, and it's one of those, not again, packaging and redistribution, so that it's pre-deployed at caches and deployment points, is dull work. But it's got to be accomplished and it's critical that we get this done as quickly as possible and we get the material out to where it needs to be. I've had the number of people asking me about, well, are Ziploc bags okay? I've mentioned it a million times, but I guess I've got to reinforce it again because I've got a little message asking about that. Yes, guys, Ziploc bags are a tool. They are something that we definitely need to have in the mix. As part of not only immediate support, but let's not forget, well, at a given point, we're looking at being able to resupply and resupply or distribute once we get it out to where the troops have it in hand, the corpsman has it in hand. A lot of the people that are doing the important work are going to be out there, right as the old saying goes, where the rubber meets the road. The people that are going to be directly dealing with the casualties. They're going to have a better idea of what needs to go where. They have wherewithal. They're not stupid, but they stretch the imagination. In many cases, the people that we have that are helping us in this perspective are individuals who have been field nurses, they've been medical personnel, they have experience with regard to the technologies that we're going to be using, in fact quite extensively. So they're not going to be ignorant of what needs to be accomplished or what needs to be in place for each of the tasks at hand, but what we need to do is have the bulk, the volume, the wherewithal in place so that they can get the job done. In order for that to happen, that's where all you guys come in and what we talked about, kind of like the massive version of the 510 program. It's not hard to do, not difficult to get the task done, accomplished, but it does mean being patient and continuing to add more and more to the inventory as we go. Whenever I find something, tag it, bag it, box it, and shelve it. By doing this, we can continue to build up an extensive inventory and have it pre-deployed to a degree right off the bat, right off the bat, right from the get-go. And that sounds like it was a lot of work. It's really not as hard as you'd think, not as complicated as anybody usually plays out. But it does require discipline. We've got to continue to do the job, get the job done, perform the task, and stay tied in and active to the process of collecting and sorting and that dull stuff that isn't very exciting. It doesn't do much for you. In the long run, it will probably keep you again alive for that critical moment when having a leaky hole or a busted bone or a burn or whatever, right tools on site reduces the amount of pain and suffering. That's really the most common issue. In fact, even pain itself is something that people Well, we heard the mill term bite the bullet. I understand what that means and trust me, I've done enough of that myself. Most everybody has if you're disciplined or properly disciplined under these conditions. I would point out though that again with regard to the painkiller situation, don't worry about illicit or illegal drugs or restricted drugs. When the time comes, a lot of that will be accessed from you know the sites on hand so to speak whatever it is you find you're pulling off your enemy's resource pool but I would point out that ibuprofen, acetaminophen and aspirin guys they are useful tools and a needful thing and I highly recommend that you have them in the inventory in bulk There is a reason again we were he still have all the regular booboos bumps and scrapes and all the other things that happen that somebody make us stupid and I'm sorry, but I'm not a Snoop and stupid slash night comment. What are you gonna do that? I'm you proofing you did anything with a gunshot wound who said it was for a gunshot wound although again I'll guarantee that anything that you can find to help reduce pain and I guarantee that if somebody said, here, it's what I got, people will take it. Now you gotta watch that, because with some injuries, you don't want them taking ibuprofen. You don't want them taking some of the different painkillers, depending upon, again, the nature of the injury. That's something that's been an ongoing thing people are familiar with. And it's something that we need to remind people that you need to have some background when it comes to how do we build, you know, how do we deal with casualties under certain conditions. But a lot of the Gacks, cuts, scrapes, and injuries. The same old problems that have always applied with regard to how do you deal with general pain or at least initial pain? Guys can be taken care of right there, as is with the conventional painkillers off the shelf. Scratches, cuts, even deep lacerations. What do they do? Give you ibuprofen, give you Tylenol, even give you aspirin, but they even have mega doses of aspirin. Most people don't realize that. That's actually the way the systems are set up. It's interesting that there are 1000 milligram aspirin tablets. My God, it's like, whoa, dude, that's a lot of aspirin. Well, some people can't take a set of metafine, can't utilize ibuprofen. But they want several different qualities of aspirin to be incorporated in volume in the body. Now yes, they're technically at a prescription level there, even though in reality you can take a handful of aspirin and do the exact same thing with a bunch of little pellets. But by the very nature of how the machine works, what it does, where things come from, where they go, and how they work, remember that it's not Surprising that there would be larger single dosage mechanisms in place that stay and also remember breakdown over a period of time. They don't necessarily breakdown immediately. One of the reasons for larger tablets as opposed to a handful of smaller tablets is that you proceed to introduce a level amount of the product into the body over a period of time. Again, you don't have to reintroduce, reintroduce, reintroduce, reintroduce the medicine, or in this case the painkiller, over and over again. It's not a significant painkiller. In other words, this is not a big money item, obviously. But amazingly enough, it's been said many times, guys, for instance, with aspirin, that if they were to try and put aspirin on the market today, it would be totally restricted. And that is true. That's basically where we are. Aspirin is a tremendous tool in the inventory that most people take for granted and you can't afford to do that. So just a heads up on that. Tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin, all of those should be on the shelf in good quantity. Dollar store or if you get some kind of sale in two furs and three furs and whatever, out there in the glorious grocery store circles, well take advantage of it guys. Use it. Utilize it. We need to see that accomplished on a regular basis around the country. There's millions and millions of people. Those boobies, scratches, scrapes, burns, busted noses, broken fingers. You think I'm going to be using morphine on somebody with a broken finger? No. I'm sure some people would like to see that. Basically you're going to have to bite the bullet to a degree. There's that term again. And you're going to have to utilize the painkillers and the tools that are available that are on the shelf and pull them as needed. And also still be stingy with them. And there is a reason for that, guys. We only have so much material available. There's only so much we can do with what we've got. So we have to keep in mind that we're going to have to husband our resources. Hey, Mark. Go ahead, call your Jimbin there. Now, thank you for bringing up books, but also because of that, that jog my memory on something else I've noticed here recently. Dollar stores get waves of stuff that's coming in. And one of the things that most people don't think about is dental, our dental issues. In fact, people hate dentists. I mean, I'm sorry, we have nice dentists out there and people that are listening that are dentists. But they know that the dental world is an uphill battle with their customers, okay? In fact, it's been an ongoing thing for decades where there's been trying desperately to get the people in there to get the teeth taken care of. Well, it can't happen all the time anyway, but Dennis won't necessarily be where he needs to be. That's why they've generated this book for missionaries and for anybody going into the remote parts of the world. It's called Where There Is No Dentist, and then the other book is Where There Are No Dentists and Where There Are No Doctors. The thing about the dental issue is that at the dollar stores, right now at the dollar trees, they get these impulses. They only come in maybe once a month and then for four weeks or maybe six weeks you won't see these, sometimes not even for a quarter of the year. But they have temporary filling kits for a dollar for a couple packs to a set, a set to a dollar card. Now guys, grab some. because again, this is pure, and they're not the highest end, I know there's different quality and specs on everything, but the bottom line is we're looking at trying to come up with a solution so that you have at least a kit, a part of the kit built for dental support. Now another thing that they've got are basically one step away from throw away, although I'm sure they're probably using them as throw away for certain dental facilities. They are also dental inspection kits. They actually are combo kits. They have a couple of different items that are there in the package. But they will have a little inexpensive mirror. They have a small dental pick and also a scrubber and a couple other items. It depends on who made them and which card you happen to have that shows up there. Now even with Dollar Tree, though they have a lot of consistent products, they have had some mixes here. But, guys, at least get a couple of the packs, get at least one or two of those little utility kits that have little tools in them, and make that part of your first aid kit. It doesn't work everywhere, but it'll work in a hell of a lot of situations where it'll keep you from, you know, thinking that your head is going to be driven off into La La Land for the amount of pain you're having to endure because of injuries, which it's not uncommon for this to be an issue. We don't want to see a lot of our people suffering more than they have to and the other thing is dental pain will take you totally out of focus. Anybody out there knows what I'm talking about. Go ahead. Yeah, uh, Ambulsole, you know, that's such a product of your terms, if you have a real fat toothache, that's really important to have too. Right. It works really well. That and one of the other tricks, clove oil is part of that process. There's a number of different things you can do to take down the pain directly because of, again, nerve exposure. It's interesting, the military acknowledged this, especially got into it, you see it referenced in movies about the Vietnam War, where they're talking about the, you know, the medicals always giving his little brief, and you know, let's see, platoon, no not platoon, come on, what was it? Hamburger Hill, I think was one of them, but that's where again you can see it's referenced there because during the Vietnam War it was determined that As many people could be taken out with dental injuries or dental problems as by combat, you know, small arms fire. It wouldn't, and again, this was a fact. Dental maintenance was a real issue that they brought forward, just basically scrubbing and cleaning and doing all the other fun stuff you normally would. I would point out that in the field, especially guys, and drivers, you're in the same boat, everybody is. You don't get to stop and do everything you should do all the time. You probably don't have time to get to that dentist with the way everybody would hope that you would if, again, you're on a proper schedule. Keep a bar of ivory soap around. Get yourself a soft toothbrush. There's lots of these available right now through the dollar stores. They've got some really nice ones that have little scrubber pads on them and everything. But they're soft bristle brushes. take that soap, and I know this sounds terrible, your mom probably did this to you. Well that's a good thing, but if you're in the field, take the soap, lather it up like you would a little bit on the bar, and brush your gums, your tongue, under your tongue and around the inside of your mouth. With the soap, obviously spit it out. But this does a general cleansing maintenance, which needs to be done. Your skin, your mouth, is skin tissue. It's another variation on the skin tissue that you have all over your body that encapsulates us and makes us into the fine, you know, well, as they said in Star Trek, you know, bags of water. We bags of water are contained here in a particular way and because of that, what holds us in place, the skin. Internally, we have a lot of bacteria and germs that build up. And neutralizing this in the field is really, really, really a positive thing to do that is, again, a needful thing. Most people don't think about this, and it is something that it's a simple process. The soap is, you know, get at the dollar store or three bars of ivory for a dollar, go to the other aisle or the same aisle, grab a couple of those cheapy toothbrushes, and just do that kind of internal mouth and gum maintenance on a regular basis. Two things will happen. Number one, you're going to wonder, it's like, Mark, that's terrible. But then after you're, we'll wash your mouth out with soap and water, rinse out really good. It's amazing how well you can taste. Because just like anything else, all parts of our body are collecting material and debris. We don't really think about this. We don't until we get older and then we start worrying about it. But you have a lot of folds and crevices and spots in your body. Well, your mouth is no different. And because of that, even when you brush your teeth, you don't necessarily get all the material out that's causing the bacteria in the first place. And mouthwash is nice, but you know what? This is a little bit of brushing, scrubbing maintenance just like you do when you wash your hands, you scrub your arse, or you clean your feet. Now, a lot of people wondered, you know, I didn't have any medical record when I was behind the wire and one of the things that I did is religiously what I just told you about. Going to medical is a death sentence, okay, behind the wire or in any prison camp. Typically, whatever is there, they don't really want to take care of you. And while you're waiting to be taken care of, if you did allow yourself to get injured or debilitated, and debilitation part of it is because you're thinking some other person or people are going to take care of it. Well, don't count on that happening. In fact, just a reverse. Assume the worst, you won't be disappointing, you'll be doing just fine. You'll probably survive. But field maintenance when you're out in the woods, boondocks, or whatever, you should still be thinking the same way anyway, guys. Just something as a heads up for all of you. Other things about the dollar store as far as dental stuff, you might have something in the area that we don't. So when you do go in there, look around. If you see a few more unique packages or tools or additional components that might be rather useful, guys, scarf them up and put them into your, in fact, even make up a dental kit. It wouldn't be a bad idea. You can take a little tackle box or a little bread box, whatever you got. Something that can seal up completely would be best. And pack it up with the cheapest bundle of toothbrushes. A couple things that toothpaste your choice of types. I go cheapest. Preferably something without fluoride, but you're probably going to be stuck with whatever they got. Dental repair kits, 4x4s, gauze, And, needless to say, again, the scrubbing tools and such we were talking about for cleaning yourself up, or at least we're setting up something like that to be used by other people. When you do the soap, always remember, double or triple pack the soap in plastic bags. Soap contaminates everything. The only good thing about ivory is that it's not really a perfume soap. That's why I prefer the ivory. But any soap would be better, preferably, again, a bacterial or antibacterial or a live-based soap. That's your first choice. Then after that, it's well, whatever you got. The other thing about doing a dental kit or any other surgical kits up while you're incorporating soap, soap and preferably even some towelettes, although towelettes just don't seem to last long in storage. However it is, they're supposed to be sealed up, but they're sealed, compromised, and while they're good, remember, if you do put them in your inventory and they're in there for a long time, don't count on them necessarily being active. but soap in the Ziploc bag inside another Ziploc bag means you got something to put it in, you don't have to cross-contamination. The other reason is if you're doing a little surgical kit, don't you want the guy that might be doing the surgical work on you to have clean hands? Oh, and it probably would be a good idea to put some say examination gloves in that little pack with the dental gear too. Your dentist does this nowadays. It's kind of a nice thing to know that you wash up, clean up, produce the bacteria count. and keep things clean. It's just an intelligent part of the process. Now another thing with regard to damage, in some cases you are good enough maybe having to pull it yourself or somebody is going to have to pull it in the field. I hate to see that happen, but you need to be prepared for that also depending upon the damage done to the individual. There are a couple other rules. It depends on how sophisticated your medical support is. Nowadays, if something gets blown off somebody, typically they pick it up and keep it with them because amazingly enough, things can be reattached. The tooth issue is similar, but how much deep surgery or super tech surgery is going to be available down the road in an extended situation is going to be the question mark. And that's going to be decided purely by how well you can maintain the infrastructure in your area of operation, how whether or not the medical personnel will stay copacetic with their task, and actually be going to work even, or maintaining the hospitals, that'll vary. On the row I've had probably four teeth pulled and they were previously root canals and then the cap falls off, you don't do anything about it and the tooth breaks down and you have to have a pull. It's really interesting how they pulled, actually pulled that tooth, the Number one, they've overcame the hell out of that whole area. They get us a pair of pliers and they just slowly turn that tooth each way until this probably pops out. It's really no big deal. It's not rocket science, pull up teeth. It's just slowly back and forth motion until it comes listed up to pull. But the pain issue is the biggie. You gotta have some kind of morphe. You gotta have something. I was so... My whole side of my head wasn't up. Just for one tooth. It's interesting how they actually pull that too. One of the considerations especially that we need to be aware of, you've got to watch it. You can't have, well you know what I'm talking about, it's the restrictions created by society right now and having for instance restricted or extensive painkillers, they'll try to interpret that as some form of illicit drug that you're using for whatever other reason. So even having it for emergency purposes and arguing it's for emergency purposes, it won't protect anybody. That's why the ibuprofen is not going to do what the codeine products will do. But the thing is that at the very least you can dose up or increase to take part of the pain, part of the edge down. In the field, you're going to have to again be prepared to bite the bullet as they say and if you need be, the idea is to get that extraction done as quick as possible depending upon how remote you are. But there's where we need to read up because the technology can be in hand. The ability to do this can is readily at everybody's fingertips. The biggest thing is whether or not everybody follows through and actually, again, is ready for what kind of situation they're going to be dealing with here like this. And it's a copy. It's one of the worst... The actual pliers they use, the pull of the tooth is... You can buy it in your hardware store. There are stainless steel German versions that are much more expensive. It's like when you look at bone saws and you go, dude, I've got better than my shop over here. Oh no, these are stainless bone saws. And it's like, yeah, sure they are. But you talked about the other day you talked about ever clear that you know you think a couple swings of that and here Yeah, you're ready to have a tooth bowl. Well. Yeah for a little bit till you start pulling Yeah That's true. It's like now that is true. You see you can handle that I can handle that I'm feeling pretty good, and then you start pulling and then you find oh, oh wait a minute Maybe I'm not as I thought I was you see So that's the only problem that's true that will help a lot. I mean, again, that's why I was watching, you know, let me give you an example of where these kind of injuries are some of the worst. You know, dental is one of the worst. You know, it's simply because of the nerve attachments. You know, what's the purpose behind this particular ganglia of nerves and how they operate? Well, because of what they're supposed to do, they do it real well. And unfortunately, they commute pain quite nicely. There's this television series, The 100. It's a sci-fi piece, guys. And they find a pocket bottle of alcohol, of whiskey. Now they got this poor bugger, who's been shish kebab with a spear, who's in pain and they're all lamenting, because he keeps going, No, no, did they give him any alcohol for the pain? No, no, they're boozing up because they feel bad because they have to hear him in pain. You see the logic and the stupidity of this generation and what's going on here and where things are headed? You know how goofy that, I mean you gotta watch him and it's like, okay well, right now of all the people that you've got here, you don't have any alcohol, you've got a wound that needs to be treated, gee at the very least the alcohol could be used to prep the wound. How does that sound? But nobody thinks about that at all. Instead the whole thing is the drama about having to hear the guy in pain and not giving him anything for the pain and drinking the booze because you need to feel good, he doesn't. You know that's the mindset. It reflects on the mindset of the boobies that are out there right now. Now on the other hand if they were the ones in pain, oh they'd be demanding that liquor. You know what I mean? You can cross the border mark and go into any pharmacy in Mexico and get whatever the hell you want. They'll sell you a vial of stuff to shoot into your gun. What do you call it? Novocaine. Well, you've got Novocaine and actually even Lidocaine, all of the canes have been used at one time or another. Novocaine is the most common, but once again, some people are allergic to the different breed, so they have to switch to something else. The big thing with regard to the painkiller issue is, again, prioritizing. A lot of people are used to the idea, and because of the abundance of painkillers, that somehow we're going to be able to expand those painkillers on minor issues. In some cases, we're going to have to have the lesser pain relievers in place simply because we can't afford to use the higher drugs on what traditionally have been used in the past. Right, but I mean... In the past three years. Well, the point was, if you can get down to Mexico, cross off order, walk into any pharmacy, they'll sell you whatever the hell you want. Well, yeah, but the problem is getting back this way with whatever it is... See, that's the problem. It's an idea, but it's a long way to go for most of the country. So again, there's a couple things to take into consideration. Number one, and of course, some people have done this. I would never do this, but if you have people who have individuals who are very ill and they are terminal, you've had family members that have passed away, All of the medications that are there, all the medical supplies should be secured and moved off site immediately. If somebody has a family member and they're a neighbor and you're looking to try and build up a support system, this is a solution to getting everything from oxygen to other material support, medical support for injuries, wounds. Usually the companies that send it, they can't take anything back. Once it's sent out, it's out. So if they're on a particular support system of whatever kind, they're stuck with either throwing it out or if somebody else that knows about it gets it, oh well. I would highly recommend that people look at that with regard to everything that is on the shelf that the people do not want. But I would also box it up, bag it up, box it up, and shelve it somewhere else away from you. You get my drift. I'm not talking about hardware. I'm talking about other things that are consumable. The other thing to be careful there is, remember, there's also a lot of other good material that sometimes is in the inventory. One of those items beyond oxygen supplies can also be plasmas and other hangers, other intravenous fluids. Stuff like that is priceless where people don't have the resources or have not, you know, again, we only may need it for one patient most of the time. They're very handful of patients. Now saline and salt, we'll be using that in mass. Plasma, we'll be using that in mass. But there are still specialized technologies that it really would be a good idea if you find them, grab them and just put them in the medical support inventory, guys. And the reason I bring it up is because it may be your mom or it may be your dad or it could be your uncle, it could be your wife that needs a particular treatment. And most of the time it wouldn't be available. But if we're thinking ahead and we secure the technologies, we can deal with this. We've got a lot of people out there that are, for instance, diabetic. Now guys, diabetes in the event we have to go to war is not a death sentence. And most of the time I hear people wheezing and giving up like that. Well, I'll tell you what, if you're diabetic, I'm going to challenge you to do something, number one, guys. I'm going to challenge you to go do the research on how we originally dealt with diabetes. Then, once you got a little more reading under your belt, then understand that the whole process for dealing with diabetes is actually antique. It goes into the 1800s. Most people don't even realize that. So, if they can do it in the age of, pre or on the edge of the electrical age, ask yourself, don't you think that as Americans we can figure out how to do this today? See, that's what gets me about this, is most people don't think, oh, we're all going to die, we're doomed. Only if you sit on your hands and go to Catatonic Brain Fart. Let's put it this way, let me give everybody a little hint. We got lots of sheep in the United States. Now, I've given you a big direction to go in, but you already have the organic resource for dealing with insulin production. Take a look at the... In fact, there are little history books on this. Remember, the original process is a chemical process. It's not a matter of if we can do it, it's purely a matter of how much do we need. But everybody needs to be planted. We've got to plant the seed and put people into the proper mindset now. And that's why I'm challenging everybody to this, guys. This is where we need to be headed, ASAP. So again, think ahead. Figure out what it is you think you want to accomplish if you're going to be a specialist. Example, we've got to yint down the road, they've got a whole pile of doctors. Inside that, they've got some dentists. I've already pointed out, guys, you're as valuable as a dentist and far more valuable as a dentist than you are maybe as an infantryman. These guys are armed up, gunned up, ready to go, but I would still beg them that they would work as doctors and surgeons and nurses and interns with the different elements that need to be accomplished and that they take on students right away. See, this is the other thing. A lot of people, you're going to be picking up second trades, and some of them include working as a corpsman, as a medic, and even picking up most of the skills of a doctor. You're not going to have any sheepskin hanging on the wall, but I'll tell you what, you'll get a lot of people shaking your hands for keeping them alive. They'll buy you a lot of beers when they see you later, you know what I mean? And that's really the critical component here. We need to mass produce our medical and our other technical support areas, and that means we need to be religious about creating apprentices. All of the present modern day scams have been run are failures and will not get the job done when the time comes. We need everybody to pitch in and help out accordingly and focus on the process. So again, just ideas, planting seeds because we've got the skill, we've got the wherewithal. Our people are smart enough to be able to handle this. But what we need to do is get everybody in the right place at the right time and on mission. The sooner we do that, the better off we'll be in general. Anyway, anything else? Call or jump in there, please. You're going to have a really good point. There's a toothache, a maroon. This is a nagging pain, man. There's nothing worse. I tell you how many get that thing pulled. It's just that baggy deep pain that's with you. As soon as you get that thing pulled the better. I like pulling them because that way the pain, that way the problem is gone. Well, yeah, but the thing is, the whole thing is it depends on the argument about the types of treatment. As long as we have the proper tools, and we have the technicians, we can repair and keep the teeth around a little bit longer because remember the other part about this is we're not going to have or we may not have all the support that we need down the road. I know the logic is just get you're going to get ill or it's going to break down and you're going to have to have it pulled eventually anyway, which may or may not be true. That depends on the person. The big thing there is that, you know, given the situation we're in, We need to try and bring everybody to the deepest level of support possible immediately and thereby keeping up their level of maintenance so that they don't require additional extraction and special support and performance when the time comes. The one rule I've seen is if you can keep your teeth in your head, and I know it's hard because there are all kinds of things that happen in life, not the least of which is Coca-Cola. It's done more to I think Sodapapa has done more for the destruction of the dental inventory in America's population than anything. Yeah, well, Tovitolo dumped Roger Kinsey, too. Sure. Well, again, that's the part of what everybody is pretty well familiar with now in terms of the heartburn and heartache of the modern world. Dental issues especially if we can do basic maintenance and service on everything, we'll be able to square everybody away and get them pretty well where they need to be. We need to have a program in place now and that's what I'm talking about. We need to be able to get everybody where they need to be, inventory to sort it out, determine their path, and then get on with the mission, so to speak. But when you're older, like, I don't know, when you're already, you know, I'm 56, you're 57, I mean, you know, when you get up there a little bit, you know, your teeth have already been through the ringer, and you're on your last, you know, you know, red wire, whatever. The last few miles before you keel over. No, no, I mean your teeth, you know, like your teeth. I've been talking about your teeth. You know, you've already had the root canal years ago. You've had to look down, look down, look down, and your teeth are pretty much...if you're 57 years old and you've had a root canal in your head for 25, 30 years... Oh, I understand. The biggest problem we've got there is, again, the breakdown of, you know, well, this gets back to the whole issue of body supplements, minerals and vitamins. A lot of what happens there is because of depletion that we've talked about for years. If we have working knowledge of that, example is you should be on an enzyme, a megazyme or a wovenzymes supplement. You're the same age I am just about. We're all, we're in the same bracket. Past 27 we don't produce enough and because of that, remember we've discussed this for years, the body when it can't access from one area will take from another. So what happens is we have a series of cascading failures, they're not total failures, but they're actually, it creates a series of problems with each of the systems reducing performance by a percentage. To what degree varies depending on each person and their background. And so one of the things that I've argued for the longest time is to push the supplements into the system as quickly as we can, get the person beefed up, so that we can reduce progressive debilitation in these other areas. And it is an ongoing problem. It has been for a long time with everybody, for as long as man's been around now, we know that. uh... pop up from twenty seven on we don't produce enough enzymes period we don't we we we could take it in the we have to know what we were doing in the average person didn't have a clue that that's what was going on If we can increase the enzyme intake and introduce it artificially in this case by taking advantage of organic and or man-made substances, or man-made enhanced substances from the original organic material, then we can boost the system in general which reduces or retards breakdown in other areas. If we don't have calcium enough in one area, we take it one part of the body, we take it from another so that we balance out. Well, that's how we progressively settle in the water and sink. That's one of the things to consider. Now, again, it's physiology and genes as much as anything because I know people who are in their 70s that you would think were in their 50s. Everybody has to be engineered a little differently too with regard to the supplements so you don't just flood the system. That's where our herbologists and a lot of our other technicians come in, our specialists come in, that we need to perfect and increase the numbers of because they'll identify the different needs of the individual. But I can tell you right now, right off the bat, we're all men. We're in our 50s. We started reducing intake in our late 20s as it is. and it varies from person to person. So you need an enzyme supplement and should take it. You'll feel a lot more energized. But the other thing is repair and return, turnaround time. Unlike action movies where you fall from three stories on your back and you're laying there and going, huh, huh, when in reality you'd be like going, heeee, and you wouldn't get up. And even if you did get up, you might run for an hour. But then that flat thud that you just experienced catches up with you, and then for the next three days you're in pain and creaking around. That's the reality of how the world really works. And where your body even at its best, it takes so long to repair. If you don't have the material to repair, it takes longer still. Repair with, forgive me. Yeah, I remember when I was 17, 18 years old, I grabbed one of those, you put the nickel in, you hit the job breaker at the hardware store, that big old job breaker. And I put that thing in my mouth, I chew the heck out of it and break it all apart. I try doing that now, I wouldn't have any teeth left. I mean, you know, your teeth were so strong then, but now they're real weak. You know, when you get older, they just get weak. And that comes down to also, again, calcium intake and other issues that need to be addressed. And we're not going to be able to run forever, guys. But we can extend, you know, we can retread the tire or at least add air to the tire so she's not flat even if she's got leaks. And that's really what we're talking about here. How to deal with these issues as quickly as we can to get everybody squared away to bring them up to battle. Battle able, maybe not battle perfect, but battle able. That's really what we're aiming for. We've gone from maintenance and fixing ouchies to talking about general maintenance to keep everybody from having the ouchies. From being in pain. The big thing is too, if your body is able to repair itself, again a lot of these are tropical supplements, which are really kind of interesting. Most of the repair substances that they draw on for building up the supplements are from papaya, guava, mango, and while those are available, they're again tropical fruits. Now I believe part of this has to do with the fact that, as has been argued by the mineral people, it has to do, a great deal to do with the soil too. Because surface soils do deplete. We've already proven that. We know that. That's why we have, for instance, fertilizers with the soil. But I would point out that if you think about it and look at where most of these unique, like the Nonis and all of that came from, it's from the tropical islands where you have volcanic activity. The minerals have been brought up in new strata. They've been redistributed. You have the natural growth plant cycle going on. But all the minerals that are in the soil are pulled up into the vegetables and into the plant life that, of course, develops and springs up from that soil. Right where you have the ground is what you're going to have in the plants and yeah, be high as honey Make sure it's topical and a bacterial Well the reason I bring this other thing up is because again even with the bees you know depending on what they consume what they use for you know Where they have harvest their pollen you know it's like a winery We've got a guy here that actually has like probably 40 years worth of honey on the shelf And you know, you've seen this in movies too where the guy will have like, you know, beekeepers are usually like this. They keep, you know, stashes of the honey on the shelf. And if you look, especially where you've got light, you can see the colorations where like it's the apple orchard or it's, you know, the clover. And even there they take in, not only do you get the basic benefits of honey, but they take in other minerals and other components of these respective plants. And that has an effect too, which is positive. And there are herbologists that have argued that in fact they actually purchase the honey based upon what the bees have been consuming from. And that's how it's applied to different types of injuries or different types of ailments. Just kind of neat. The big thing is, for instance, up here where we are, in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, remember I've said this before, we're in the goiter zone. If we didn't get iodine in other ways introduced into our food, goiters would be a real issue in this part of the country because it already has been in the past. The reason? Well, even though we have phenomenal soil, all of course for growing, we're the old west, which we now call the Midwest, Iodine is in short supply in the soil here. And because it's not in the soil, it's not in the plants, not in sufficient quantities. Because it's not in the plants, we're not consuming it. If we're not consuming it, guess what? We need it. And that's where goiters came from in the first place. That's an iodine deficiency issue. So there's an example of something that's just so simple, and yet, Well, we have to figure out a human, you know, Pete Mann had to figure out a way to deal with the problem first, identify the issue and deal with it. Well, they hadn't known about that. It was just an ongoing predicament that everybody was going to have to suffer with an experience. What is gloator? What is gloators? I mean is it open sores or what is it? Well, you've got the gum issues you end up with a Actually a different types of sores depending upon the level of deficiency But you end up with if you have injuries around the fingernails Any kind of injury it takes longer for it to heal you'll see redness and swelling around the eyes Remember, the iodine is used also by the body for all of the mucous membrane areas to keep down bacteria. If you were to take iodine right now and for instance take a cotton swab, take some 7% or less iodine and do a little area about an inch square on your wrist, you can count probably to 3 to 5 and you will feel your eyes burning a little bit. Now, think about that. You've just applied something topically to your skin. It has gone through the skin, into the capillaries, into the circulatory system, and the count of however many heartbeats, one, two, three, it's already up into the eyes. And what it is, is that your eyes utilize a certain amount of the iodine, as do other parts of your body, for body maintenance. and it immediately goes to where it's needed. If you can actually feel your eyes watering a little bit or burning a little bit if you put iodine on your skin, you make a little one inch by one inch patch. Your iodine deficient right off the bat. You haven't got enough in the system. That's why your body's responding that way So these are little tricks of the trade you find out real quick and most people really are iodine deficient right now The exception would be people along the coast typically those people that are you know near the ocean Because the ocean is just one big mineral bath to begin with that's why they used to send people to the ocean it was because of the Again, the advantage of you know, so commonly in the ocean and they naturally would absorb different levels of minerals and they would help to heal the person. Also they'd be breathing in that ocean air. Well, what is the ocean air? It's not just salt. It's literally a big mineral bath. And what happens is you're taking in all these minerals and the body beats up on it. It actually improves. And so that's a little bit of what they... People say, oh, we just need to go to the ocean to get better. Well, it's not just being around the water, guys. Anyway, I hear the music. We are at the top. Ibuprofen, a set of metaphenes, Tylenol, whatever you want to call it. And aspirin are three items that need to be in your deep supply system. Again, if you are going to store it, remove the aspirin in all of them. If you use them, try to take the oldest containers and use them up first. If we get into a battlefield situation or any kind of, you know, rustic situation, those painkillers are priceless, guys. They are absolutely priceless. God bless the Republic. Down the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. Empires on the run. Well, we're on a large day and night. Hurrah, thank you, sir. Gentlemen, ladies, everybody prepare yourselves. If they're all the bad guys think they want to consume you, we're not going to let that happen. But we all have to work together to get the job done. We want to keep those choppers around as long as we can. You do want to enjoy that victory steak at the end of the war, don't you guys? I'll chew on them with gums if I have to, or put in a blender. But if I keep it one piece and cut it a few pieces at a time, yeah, it'll be more traditional. Anyway, we'll see you guys tomorrow at the same time. LTR, take it over here with Edwards. Bye bye.
