Now another revelation by Professor Gruber that is a good subject for Congressional hearings is his admission that the Obamacare subsidies were an incentive for states to set up health insurance exchanges. I said then, I think what's important to remember politically about this is, if you're a state and you don't set up an exchange, that means your citizens will not get their tax credits, which are really subsidies. Nevertheless, 36 states declined to set up Obama exchanges, but the Obama administration
