Mark Koernke discussed military preparedness, cold weather operations, and equipment procurement during this Friday afternoon broadcast. He covered camouflage selection (Woodland, ACU, DCU, Coyote Brown patterns), AR-15 and AR-10 rifle components with specific vendor pricing, ammunition and magazine availability, and cold weather gear including mittens, socks, field jackets, and gas masks. Koernke emphasized layering strategies for winter operations, proper foot care, and equipment maintenance. He promoted a Liberty Tree Radio fundraising drawing with prizes including knives, hats, and surplus military gear, and discussed battlefield recovery tactics used by German forces. The show included vendor recommendations (CDNN Investments, Coats Distributing, Coleman's, MainMilitary.com, Joe Bob Outfitters) and addressed the Nagant rifle's practical utility despite criticism.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Corgi. One day closer to victory. for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines and occupied territories west southwest central and east well ladies and gentlemen you're listening to us on Liberty Tree Radio dot 4 mg dot com, Indiana Freedom Talk radio dot com, Ronnie, M&M Micro stations, CB base stations, and ultra net technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska Hallmark Network from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico headed to Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, big chunk of Nebraska, a whole bunch of Wyoming to include both the third, the fifth, and our friends in the recall state of Colorado waving to the left coast where we have the great state of Jefferson. We turn back to the east sweep across the plains, leap over the burgeoning banks of the Mississippian land of the Smokies slash the Blue Ridge where the restaurant crews, grandma teams, okay teams, And the Lavelle Grammar Consortium of retired telecommunications workers bring us the golden spike. Many hands make for light work. A million petticoat junction operators, the ability to continue to function when everything else is offline. Well, I'll tell you, it has been a very busy, busy week, and here it is. We're already back to Friday. No way! Yes way. And it's Quartermaster Friday, by the way. With the other questions that have been coming up, I want to say first of all good afternoon to our friends in West Virginia and also to our militia friends out in Iowa and Nebraska. I've got the mail that you guys sent and also the emails about organization and supply, so we're kind of pointing things in that direction. I would recommend that if you guys get a chance just for ideas, There's a lot of different things that we put into videos on Liberty Tree Radio channel on YouTube. If you go there, take the time, plug in, and, well, as you know, you can find a whole lot of cool PM videos there, which are Idea videos. The purpose behind that is to try and get us, you know, again, on the same track and generally moving in the same mode. from a roundabout direction. It doesn't have to be perfect. Everybody has their own little ideas. Hey, the Marine Corps does differently from the Army. The Army does differently from the Navy. The Navy does differently from the Air Force. We know there are different people with different concepts. Some of them are unique ideas. They've come up with themselves. Run with that puppy. As long as you understand that at a given point we're going to have integrated combat operations, and that there's going to have to be co-operation. How you operate your particular units within your housekeeping operation is your choice at this point in time. You may eventually see that it needs to be tweaked. You'll have to modify your system accordingly. There may be a need to standardize or switch to another system down the road. Again, personal choices, but they have to do with survival on the battlefield. Go to Liberty Tree radio on YouTube and punch in the PM videos go back Please stand by while we try to reconsiderly pumping is look what the Navy's doing It was the same system that basically was tested in 1960 what 64 65 on naval vessels on Aircraft and oh by the way, do you remember the m113 a PC with the laser system on board? anybody You don't you mean they've made everybody forget about that. Well, this is a totally new idea like nothing we've ever seen before Oh and shooting down drones with the lasers. You don't remember that with the destroyer. There was running tests 1964 1965 popular mechanics Well, it's in the books. It's also was you know stuff that we've you know, it's actually It was in a lot of other different publications for the future up and coming and its feudal resistance and the space ages here. This is the 21st century and we're kind of just now getting around to the idea that we're going to, well, we've put it on a prototype system and it's functioned flawlessly. Yeah, sure, I'm sure it has. And there's sparkling, shining, warm, fuzzy thumbs up because there's some contractor that's going to make sure that Admiral has enough money in his arse pocket. to give it a thumbs up because they spent a lot of money on that project and everybody has it's very important we spent taxpayers money in and it's the next thing to slice white bread and then it doesn't happen and well even if it does it's kind of like a robocop well of course it doesn't work yeah but we would have made a fortune just in spare parts and replacements you know remember the old guy talking to the young guy in the bathroom yeah So anyway, just something to think about there. If that were the case, if that is the case, now this is a spinoff of the aviation issue. Even though that is the case, let's remind everybody that everybody's aircraft become obsolete. If laser technology becomes the norm, this is something that was discussed. Now you're back to ground combat. Why? Well, anything that lives off the ground, it's time to target, kids. Look, it's there, beep. You see it's not that fire, fire, fire, you know, missile air command where you gotta get the rocket to the point and it's gotta intercept and there's sky, you know, dodge him and flares and now it's, you know, look, dang. Did we hit him? I don't know. I just pointed straight at him. My attack weapon travels at the speed of light. Dang. Okay, all done. So it kind of nixes any aircraft, drone aircraft, whatever. Now if you flood a target, a weapon system, you can overwhelm it, which is something that's been done in the past and will be probably the next logical solution for this type of system. It's the same as with the major air defense systems that are super goll slash super gatlings that are on all of our destroyers, carriers, whatever. What you do is you swamp it with a whole bunch of drones and dummies and false targets slash additional supplemental missiles. Every one of them actually does have a warhead or something on board, but the big boy is coming in there while the machine is tied up and creates a whole bunch of thermal cloud. The big one comes in and gets close enough to boom, boom, boom, boom. And that's all she wrote. So, again, pay attention. This is the propaganda of the present day. You're living through it like we did for the 60s, the 50s, the 60s, the 70s. I'm waiting for the Big Wheel Tank. Don't you remember the Big Wheel Tank? Actually, you saw a version of it in the Star Wars, the first three episodes that are the new ones. I remember they had the battle scene, you see these tanks and they come reeling and there's a couple of wheels and there's missiles in the middle. Guys, that was a 1966-67 Popular Mechanics slash the next phase in modern armor and these super high speed, super big wheeled missile firing, gun fire, oh, oh, so I guess it wasn't new, was it? Today's date, by the way, is 12th of December. It is the sixth year of open Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K, 2014 Old Earth Calendar or a Mayan Crazy Town Calendar. Pay attention, stay focused, and do what you can to bring everything up to speed and get her squared away kids because the adventure continues and it's going to only get more exciting. Also, one more time on that COPES for everybody who's coming in for this hour but wasn't around, I would remind you that again, COPES distributing go to their miscellaneous section in the bar up above, it's on the far right, then go to surplus and they have for $2.49, in other words $2.50 a pair, they have Woodland Camel brand new in the wrapper, never issued elbow pad size large and that's a good size. It'll handle pretty much everybody that's out there. and if you're going to go for it I would remind everybody again that the price is right at $2.50 a pair you can't really go wrong for those that are brand new in the plastic there's a good Christmas gift you got just enough time to be handing out stuff give out military gear remember if all fails and they don't use it who cares you can get it back Oh, good markets, the holidays! That's right, this is the 2014 America with the K holiday, you know, we call Christmas. And with the world the way it is, for those who are slow or do not respond or are sluggards, hey, you try to help them if they don't, guess what, the stuff you spent money on, you'll get it back! Isn't that cool? I think that's cool. So anyway, again, go to www.coatsdistributing.com They also have very expensive other versions. In the same section, 12.99 for the Coyote elbow pads. They're like 14.99. The knee pads are 12.99 for mediums. It's like woohoo! So in other words, you can buy five pairs of the Woodland camo and it's more likely to work for where you are because we're in the temperate environment. And Woodland stuff is out there like I told you. If you shop around right now, you can get Woodland for a very good price and outfit Woodland top to bottom. If that fits in your area of operation, fantastic. If not, ACU or DCU, is the next two sets of camo that are just flooded out there right now but you got to go around to different places like the Coyote Brown. Now remember the Coyote Brown and the DCU will work together. So they're good for the brown-brown combinations. So that's a solution there. Cold weather gear. The ACU makes a good foundation cold weather camouflage uniform. I'm not excited about it under any other conditions other than maybe down on the border in the desert. It works down in southern Arizona, it works down in southern California, maybe southern New Mexico also, but because of the sage colors and the grays and whatever. Where that also works is winter. If you're going to be using snow camo anyway, consider that if you're going to have a base color underneath, then the ACU camo is a good choice. Not too bright, not too dark, it's just right. You throw snow camo over that any place where you bleed out or you bleed with other colors, not bleed with blood, but bleed as in oop, you know, if you flash something. Well, if you are using the proper camo pattern with the snow pattern as far as your splotch or pine frond. Then when you do have a little bit of the other exposed it kind of looks like the roll in the grass the roll in the terrain the roll in the woods the You know peek out or different fees or you know angles where with nature where it crisscrosses So it's not a bad choice in that respect and ACU is cheap if you keep looking around even uniforms uniforms field jackets used everything in terms of gear, Molly gear, right now you can shop around between Coleman's and several other companies, they're not the only one, and get three furs and four furs and five furs on the ACU pouches and components for the ACU rig and the ACU vests are pretty cheap right now. Again, it's not the first choice. But we're looking for most cost efficient and maybe need an AC uniform ACU uniform to kind of blend in Somewhere think about that too. So again Check them out go always to the clearance and close outs I have not looked to see what CDN and investments you may have noticed guys that I posted CDNN in the chat room Already CDN and investments typically has some pretty good sales during the holiday season. They're not super, but they're pretty good for certain things. And again, you have to pay attention to walk through them. Both Coleman's and CBN investments have upper receivers. Now, Coleman's has a... Or not Coleman's, forgive me. Cokes distributing, the one I just was talking about with the knee pads. and elbow pads. They have the elbow pads that are out of the knee pads in Woodland. They have the elbow pads, elbow pads, elbow pads. That's what I was talking about. Mark will get it right. Anyway, they do have for $225 a basic flat top AR-15 upper receiver. Doesn't have the bolt carrier, doesn't have the charging handle, but for 225 it's completely assembled to upper, ready to roll. All you gotta do is pop the other two parts in and you know, two assemblies in and you're ready to go. Then you just snap it to whatever bottom you want, lower receiver. Personally, I would go with, like I said, the Polymers. Joe Bob Outfitters has Polymer receivers for about $110 to $120. Take a look at that. They're complete. That's the original Polymer receiver. They're Gen 2. And they've had them for a while. They used to be $76. I told you guys to buy them when they were $76, $72, $76. One of the guys pointed out they had them for that price. That was a hell of a deal. They've almost but not quite doubled and they're still a good deal. At 110 or 120 or even 130, complete lower receiver ready to snap onto your upper. and you've got another rifle for the troops. Now if you've got a child or grandma or a wife and you don't have that much money, you can two for three for pieces between several locations. Put a pretty cheap AR-15 together is going to function. And it's not totally plain Jane. It's a flat top. You're going to have to come up with some optics or iron sights. That's the next purchase. and that's a personal flavor thing whatever you think would be right for you I understand how that is because everybody has a different concept of what they think they want their air 15 look like and I think that's a wonderful thing just keep putting stuff together that's all I ask now you can go to different like sales with the CD and then what they have this weekend well they do have an air 15 or air 308 lower parts kit with grip DPMS This is the internals, pins, triggers, etc. $60 for the 308 slash AR-10. So that's not bad. Also, factory magazine AR-10, 20 rounder, 308 mag, ArmaLite manufactured, those are $30 a piece. Well, considering what they've been going for, yeah, I know, $30 for a 20 round mag. Yes, I know, actually, it's probably, yeah, it's a 20 rounder, I was right. Wow, AR308 barrels, it's got a little bit of everything in the 308 barrels in the sales section right now. Now I don't consider a $1,000 AR15 in my wallet or probably yours or a $1,700 one, so while they've got some cool prices and some items there, aren't a little on the high end as far as I'm concerned. Just for me, just not affordable. They have some Air 15 magazines. These are pro mags for $4.89 a piece for their Christmas special. They're pro mags, 2-3, 30 rounders. Again, they may not be the best, but they're good enough. And you know what? Put them in your drop bag or put them in your bulk bag, your extra bag. You got to shoot them and drop them. I'll bet you they'll work for 30 rounds. They all cut a little bit of work out all the time. Well, all they got to do is work once and you drop it, you shove the next mag in. For breakout bags, they're perfect. They do also have an Air 15 42 round mag. For those of you who really just think you need bigger and bigger stick mags, in desert sand, they are $5.99, so $6 a piece, and those are on the same page. Again, a lot of stuff to go through. There's more than one page. They do have a few pistols up on the block there. I don't know how much of a sale those are really, but they do have them up there. Upper receiver assembly, FDE looks like earth brown. In the or coyote brown in the upper, it's a bush master upper receiver for $99 with the forward assist. Dust cover in place, but it still needs a barrel and all the other goodies. So there's a bunch of stuff and again too numerous to mention, not enough time to go through in the program here. So go to CDNNinvestments.com. On the front page, the first page of their email specials and catalog specials, that's where you'll find the goodies that we're talking about here. Usually again, there's at least a few AR-15 mags that are available now for a reasonable price and that seems to be consistent as far as what we're seeing crop up. Check those out and see what it is you can find that might be worthwhile or useful for your needs. Next is clothing and cold weather gear. Oh, you're right Mark, it's getting cold! Actually, it's funny because our temperature came up a little bit just before sunset actually started to drop down through the afternoon and the temperatures have gone back up. We've got some cloud cover and low cloud cover. Suspicion is that at any moment we might get snow. We'll see what happens if nothing else. We're lucky Got another day's worth of no snow on the ground or minimal and I still got plenty of stuff to do and probably not going to get enough of it done So I'm trying to bulk move things just to get them work generally they need to be an up off the ground So if the snow hits they're out of the snow and I can still do some work on that note It's not too late to dig positions, but I would still remind you that if you're going to do anything like that, have your sandbags ready to load and make sure that you do your dig as quick as you can. Don't create a whole lot of spoil. Don't throw spoil around your position. Instead, sculpt the soil. Take and cut down through the sod, lay some Visoquine down or a tarp or a poncho if you were in the field and you didn't have all of that. Put your topsoil off in block on the plastic and slide it off to the side. Then once you start digging, remember especially if it's cold weather, you're going to get through the frost line if you keep digging to the depth you're supposed to. have the sandbags ready to fill. Remember they're going to freeze up because that pit temperature is going to match the upper surface temperature after a while. But for the time being, it'll be easy enough to fill sandbags and place them. Once they're in place, they're probably going to freeze to form, kids. That's how it works because they're going to be above the surface. But the cool thing is that they'll lay, well, bed properly. and be a little stronger for the season as they freeze, which is a cool thing. Now again, make sure that you get as much of that done as quick as you can, though, because we're looking into the snow belt here, hitting us real quick. We're south of the Lansing snow belt, but it's only a matter of time, especially now that we're zeroing towards Christmas before we get some snow that sticks. So be prepared, pay attention, don't slow down, get as much accomplished as you can, then get on to the next task. Christmas, ammunition, magazines, and weapons. That should be the pecking order, so to speak. Weapons only because maybe somebody doesn't have anything at all. Oh boy, something. Well, most people really could buy something themselves, no matter how you look at it. I mean, scrounge up a few dollars and get yourself a cheap nagot that doesn't look too pretty, at least you got a bullet spitter. I would remind everybody that there was an article written up about the five most over promoted weapons and the nay got is in there. Now I'm gonna point something out because immediately the guy said oh, I know I'm gonna insult all these people that have nagots and it's like no not for me It's like I understand that the nagot is a bulk rifle It wasn't meant to be a pursuit super precision weapon when it was being run by the Russians But it was their version of the standard infantry rifle for their military, but the wonders of mass production and We'll with the whip cracking of the commissars keep the slaves on the machines Produced a pretty decent rifle that actually is quite robust and stayed in service for how many years like the K98 Mauser The K98 was the rent a revolution weapon of the day and the naga only in the Russian service areas as the May and K98 have dried up and they really have there's not as many out there as used to be they've been bought up or they've been cut up because people made deals with the UN during the UN the first part of the UN gun ban treaty which everybody forgets happened about a decade ago. Oh, you don't remember that? Where they were paying the countries like Bulgaria who would now kick themselves in the arse. They were giving them chump change for their weapons and they were chopping them up. Now they realize they should have sold them on the market. They'd have got a better price and more cash capital. So they got screwed, but yeah, that's typical of all the scams run by the socialists anyway. The whole idea is you get screwed. Well, a lot of their weapons, of course, were disposed of. The K-98s were some because those have been in deep strategic reserve with the Eastern Bloc countries for many, many years. And as you know, the Yugoslavians were still using the K-98s in their variation as part of their reserve service weapons through to the end of the Cold War and beyond, actually. They're still K-98s. NAGOT rifles are everywhere in central, eastern and western Europe. They're just hidden away or they're again back there in the sporting lodge or in the hunting lodge or they're buried in the cellar in a very nice pile of grease. But they'll crop up. They're already out there. You just cannot show them that in the controlled media. Well, the snide comment about the NAGOT, the NAGOT is a functional rifle. It is, in its class, it is One of the three obviously most common bolt action rifles readily available in pecking order the K98, the today the Nagat and the British 303 Enfield would parallel for one period or another in the last 30-40 years. The Enfields are good rifles, there just aren't any surplus ones pretty much laying around and because the Brits are sucking up to the UN thing because they want the peasants disarmed, they don't want too many of those coming out into the market anymore or being put out into the population's hands. Even the stuff from India which for the most part they remember selling about a decade or more ago. The 410 single shot muskets that were literally British, you know, SMLE number 3, you know, number 1 mark 3 Enfields. They look like an infield on the outside. They are an infield. They are an infield action, but they were chambered in 410. Then there are some that are single shot 303. The magazine well does not work. There's actually a spacer in there and it's a single shot hand loaded rifle. Then there are the SMLEs and the mark fours and the mark fives that were brought out and those are fully functional versions of the Enfield so there is a wide range of those a lot of the jungle jungle carbine the mark five showed up in the very many variations that were built over the Decades by India and of course mimic or you know virtually copy piece-for-piece the British number five Enfield that they put into service that what's known as the jungle carbine A large flash hider, shorter barrel, malicious muzzle flash. I think, yeah, it was supposed to burn you if you were close. So the combination rifle and flamethrower, I had more than a few of those guys. And what we did is we focused the end fields towards the end field operators. Doesn't mean that we don't have more stuck away. There was a short time there when you could buy them cheap, cheap, cheap. And then they went right through the roof again after the first wave of inexpensive ones came in and the collectors took over the price and market kids. So the Nagat is the most affordable gun right now that is a serviceable firearm with mass ammunition available. So that's why you don't poo-poo it. The bottom line is how much can I buy a round of ammunition for? How much can I buy the rifle for? Can I put a bullet hole in you and kill you dead dead dead? Oh hell yes. So I would say number one it's not obsolete and it certainly is in the running as far as operational weapons go. I'll bet you I can turn the bolt and get it to function every time. Servicable enough. Okay, I don't know what would make it more serviceable or a useful weapon and as far as the idea of it being overrated, it's a crock. It's not, in my opinion, It's as good as any other weapon out there right now in terms of accuracy and in terms of volume fire. Purely a matter of the shooter and knowing what your rifle can do. If your rifle is a little tighter, not worn out, but you had a good day at the factory, hey, she's clean, mean fighting machine. If not, guess what? She's a clean, mean fighting machine that you've got to pay a little more attention to and just don't expect as much from. As a handout weapon, it'll work just fine. Let's see, harsh language and a sharp stick or a Model 91 and a couple hundred rounds of ammo. Which would you rather have? A sharp stick? No. Because by the way, here's the cool thing. The Model 91, I gave you 200 rounds. Those 200 rounds will function flawlessly through that rifle and you will fire the weapon, you will reload it, and you can fire again. That's what counts does it work? Yes. Will it hit the target? Yes You're just going to figure out how to make it do that and that's an issue of you know experience with a weapon so Couple of the things again policy where we are at the bottom so we better remind everybody were taken down the clock to the end of the drawing here we've got only twenty minutes or so and it's seven o'clock will be closing the drawing for the uh... look to support liberty radio dot of course a boy knife nice point a couple of folders uh... soap couple of the uh... standard uh... bill pattern there the duck bill that's one couple or five little fine ram up front so the call it a doctor or actually expensive well those are inexpensive at i checked i've been looking at the whole sailors and importers and their expensive even there so uh... mister and chose a nice hat i think all you people have been happy with it but i've gotten it we again would remind you that uh... with the uh... patrol hats, you know, show them to other people. Their woodland camo, they have a embroidered, color embroidered, Patriot militia logo on the front, you know, the emblem with all the fine trimming and of course in color. Then we also have a Russian Spasnaz knife-fork and spoon set. These weren't really coming into the country more. I have not seen these for at least a decade if not 12 years. There's only a small number of them I think that's left here and of those those came in from a certain company that we deal with they have they've had a really good connection but not much of that stuff is coming out Russia and the Ukraine and all those countries Georgia have been at war on and off for the last 10 years and that kind of put the bite on the surplus end guys. Hey Mark not so much headed that way go ahead caller. Yeah, how much time do I got? I just got paid. Can I get him right now? I'll put some in. Oh yeah, you can make it. Yeah, you got 20 minutes or so. Okay, all right. I'll see you. Don't have an accident. Pull off to the side. Yeah, I just pulled off the rest area. That's okay, that minivan slowed you down there, right? Especially it was full of cargo anyway, right? I'm going to go ahead and leave you here. I'm going to get out of the air net. Okay, go right ahead. Thank you. Yeah, we've got time for everybody there. You still get into the drawing again. Go to libertytreeradio.4mg.com. When you get there, go to the donate keys. There's one in the little band up on the top and a gold bar, a gold button off to the right. Take a look at that. tag that either way you can get into become part of the drawing and again that is www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com like machinegunmg.com when you get there go to the donate key when you get onto the donate section donate any amount is what you use and when you donate make a notation with your address and a little notation for the drawing. Make sure you have a complete address where you want stuff sent and where you know it's going to show up. Okay, I got a package that came back. I got one envelope that came back and a package that came back and it floated. for about three four weeks down at the other end to where it was sent and lots of extra stamps on it like it was attempted redelivery or a diversion to another site you know maybe a change of address so I'll give everybody a little heads up on that probably at the eight o'clock real quick just so we find out what's going on with that but some stuff goes into Mayo Limbo and this time of year it's interesting although it is the Christmas holiday And yeah, they're going to be busy. They're not busy like they used to be. So the interesting thing is that the sooner you mail the stuff, the better off we'll be. We'll get it there before Christmas. You'll get it where you need to have it. But also with anything else you're doing, I recommend the same thing. But it just seems like, in general, I've talked to the post people here. They've got only a couple of people behind the counter. Only a couple people will be in the office at any given time other than the carriers. The mail service isn't quite doing what it was doing before. We want to keep it up. It is the post-service of record and it is a private corporation. We all know that. We're not ignorant of that. Use them while you can and keep them online. It would be handy for a little bit longer. We'll have to have a post that we set up later ourselves anyway. And it's going to have to conform to the Constitution, actually, as we establish it down the road after the war, too. So just something to think about. Franking activities, how they're going to be established. Pretty much the system is effective. It's just the system is bambolic stuff with the Committee of Monkeys programs. They nixed a lot of the garbage with regard to junk they didn't need. Postal service would be doing just fine. And they'd have had more people in their employ. Just stuff to think about there, and it wouldn't cost him anymore either by the way anyway again, www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com then go to the donate key when you get there use the donate any amount option and $10 will get your name in the hat five times In other words, if you put $20 in, you get 10 donations. But if you do 12, 14, 16, for every $2, your demons in the hat again. So that's a personal choice there up to you, how much you have available. Again, we're going to be doing this drawing. We'll be doing another drawing next Friday. and will be doing a third drawing before the end of the year that probably not good as much of a window also we will see what happens there that's going to worry involved with t-shirt and elective said a lot of people and said a lot people waiting to get into the uh... you know drawing for the t-shirt hoping they'll get that and is going to be unique to the scraped up the patriot uh... djs and authors and you know again uh... different individuals that participate as part of what liberty tree radio and other programming around the country too guys so pretty neat and it is a it's it's just one of those things that we know we could do where everybody could get involved in it it makes it a participation thing for all of our all of our friends and I really like it that's the kind of stuff I like to do anyway Next on the list here with regard to weapons systems, cold weather operations. Now, this is something where you're starting to realize that once again we're going to be out there in the cold, not out there and visiting the cold, out there and staying in the cold. That means staying warm. Layers of clothing, even layers of socks. One of the tricks is if you've got the winter socks that most everybody has bought, the big heavy hunter socks, there's a number of different commercial brands. A little trick, two things. You can buy this as a subcategory. You can either use cotton socks as your wicking layer and comfort layer just to keep everything snug and secure. Also, you're going to sweat in either sock no matter what you do. But the cotton socks, can be changed out while your wool, fluffy outers, a lot of guys got those big puffy wool socks, they can be gray, blue, green, brown. They're usually a little right up to the base of the cap for their boot length if not longer. In order to make those work for you so they'll last longer, you won't wear out or grind out the heels or grind out the ball area. Wear the cotton socks, wear them out. You know, in other words, grind them down. That way it helps to save the material that's at the bottom of your feet because you're bottom of your feet and the side of your feet, needless to say, need to be kept warm. Circulation varies from young people to old farts disease and everything in between because of that we need to make sure that we keep our feet covered and we keep them secure and in all directions because well when you step down you're stepping onto a cold hard surface in many cases especially during the winter that means the cold is coming up from below not just dropping down from above Another thing is you might notice and I pointed this out before but now you can take a look at a lot of cool pictures. If you got the Finnish M61 gas mask, compare it to the Yugo M copy of the M9. It's an M1 or M2 depending on which model they're selling. But take a look at the pictures and compare the void, what is the intake area of the M61. The M61 is set up to be, it's already weatherized, to be prepped for cold weather. It was designed for cold weather. A lot of the other masks, the M9s, the Yugos, M17s, our M40s, have weatherization kits, which are going to be tougher than heck to find to begin with, but some of the systems were built for the environment. Well, the M61 is one of them. Another thing about that is, remember scarves, Over wraps, there's some really cool, in fact even from China right now, that there are wool and cotton blend. They're actually draping hood type head gear where they actually wrap around the head. They have a face mask area up front like a face hole and they drape over the shoulders. Now this is really a plus plus for offering another layer in areas where again you're going to see snow, cold, cold air dropping down, just cold damp air. It works through the body and again this is where layers come in to protect you from that to actually help you to retain body heat and repel. So the outer layer or the outer shell or surface areas like you know we're talking about here with these They are a good idea because they take the hit. If there is additional moisture they are designed to protect you. Again, remember wool dries from the inside out. If you have body heat and the item gets wet, you push it and it actually wicks away from your system. It was built and engineered to do this the way it is designed. several million sheep in Michigan can't be wrong as far as the fact that they're wearing that wool right now. So with regard to covers or different patterns of gear, in the American category, for instance, you can go to Coleman's and for about $12, which really is a pretty good price, they've got the last model M65 add-on hood. Now this has a visor. It was very popular. It came out in the 80s. Actually it was available to Rangers back in 78-79. The military expanded the contract in the 80s. Actually, in the early 80's I believe is when we first started to see it, but it came out in volume later. Most people never got them. They built them for it. It's like everything else in the military. They built them but they didn't get them out there. Well, they got them at Coleman.com and these will of course can be used free and independent of whatever the coach has got but they will attach to an M65 and they'll probably attach to a big chunk of the other NATO field jackets that are out there. If there's OD green or Woodland camo field jackets and they're in the M51, M52, M55 or the M65 configuration, the neck connectors, even though the, for instance, the M65 field jacket has a built-in hood, a zip-in concealable hood in the collar, These button on hoods were designed for that and they're wood ones so they'll match up with your woodwind camo uniforms. Oh, there's that woodwind stuff again. Now these are U.S. Military Woodwind Pattern Hoods, so they're a good service of lighting to begin with. They're just a separate item by themselves. They're at colmans.com. They had them in the markdown section in clearance for like $6, $7 a piece. I mentioned them on the air. All you guys started grabbing them up real quick. They jacked the price. Understandable. At least our head started selling this stuff. Okay Mark, I got mine in but I didn't specify what it was supposed to be for so maybe you guys can figure it out. I think Ed will know. He's listening. There we go. I already see it. I'm already adding it to the list right now. There we go. And he'll probably be cutting up more flips of paper for you right away. There you go. Oh, he's going to be busy because there's a few names, a few things to add. Well, I appreciate that. Thank you. I know you promised to do that. And getting into the drawing, again, guys, for everybody out there, we've got this drawing closing in a little bit. We've got about how many minutes we've got left. We've got a little under 10 minutes left before the drawing closes. And if you are listening and you didn't know about this, well, we'll tell you what. So again that's libertytreeradio.4mg.com then go to the donate key then go to donate any amount and you can use your credit card, PayPal account, everybody pretty well knows how to do that now and again if you want to find out more or if you want to again ask any questions about perhaps maybe you have something to donate if you're one of our sponsors or if you've helped out in the past then send me an email at liberty at provide dot net and we might not even ship it back up here one of the other tricks is well if it's already in a location if we have you ship it right to where it needs to go i will take care of it right off the bat so we'll work that out but again liberty at provide dot net that's our email and if you should throw me an email uh... just put you know attention donation for drawing and i'll have an idea what it is here to donation for the drive or it's a donation isn't something to be put in the drawing and that's how it works Now, real quick cold weather items, a couple of things. Mittens, mittens, mittens. Now the temperature is dropping and rising and dropping, so now people are being affected by the cold. So unfortunately, in the wholesale end, I'm already seeing a lot of stuff disappear. All the OD Greenfield jackets have been bought up. I believe those are going overseas. They may not admit it, but I believe those are going overseas to the war effort, probably either in Iraq or they're going to the Ukraine, to the rebel forces side. You never know. But OD Green stuff, that's a really good choice for matches everybody. As likely as not, it would show up maybe in the Middle East because, again, OD Green was used there before. It's my daddy's uniform. It is not that used. My father used it and he didn't use the water. He was wearing OD Green. Again, it matches up so no matter where they buy it from or where they pick it up from, it will go along with whatever. Well, MainMilitary.com still has those Swedish mittens for $3.33 a pair. If you buy three pairs, it's $10, $9.90 some cents. Guys, that's probably the best price right now for a brand new pair in the plastic with the liners in them, with a set of liners. Swedish Arctic Mittens. Now the Swedes are in the Arctic Circle to a degree too. Look at their country where it's located. Because of that, their cold weather gear is pretty darn good. So for $3.00 and some odd cents, you get a brand new pack you can put in your backpack, another one you can put into your fanny pack, third pair you wear. You can also load up a few more pairs, one in your pants pocket, one in your coat pocket. Mark, that's a lot of extra mittens and such. Well, buy liners instead of extra mitten shells and liners. You can get extra trigger finger mittens, US military wool, which will fit inside the Swedish mittens when you pull the other liner out. And it's cheap. They're like $12 for 10 pairs of the mediums. Again, it's a quick solution. They're OD green with a white leather or a white slash a cream leather for the fingertips and the back of the palm. Otherwise, they're OD green. If you're looking for backups, that's a solution. Five finger gloves and five finger wool mittens that are not, or five finger wool gloves. are just not out there like they used to be and the prices out there are what we'd pay for the whole leather glove nowadays. Or actually what we used to pay for the whole leather glove. So that's just for the wool liners. The trigger finger mittens though are out there cheap. I recommend them guys buy buckets of them and have spares their wool when they get wet you put them into the plastic bag you pulled the dry one out of always remember that Don't allow for cross contamination. I'm just going to stick them in my pocket Well, let's see the pocket is next to your body the gula mittens You just took off because they got all soaked with moisture. Maybe they got wet way were working and snowed or whatever Well, you don't want that water on your clothing becomes a radiator Instead, remember if you have your all your dry stuff should be rolled up in in bags, Ziploc bags. When you take the dry one out, take the wet pair, wring them out, do whatever you can to minimize what moisture is in there. Put them in the Ziploc bag and at least that keeps that from cross-contaminating any of your other gear until you can either rearrange the situation, wring them out a little more, dry them with whatever you can or start to dry them and then, you know, again, stick them in your crotch area or under your armpits, warm them up and let your body heat push the moisture out of the wool. There's a whole lot of tricks. Of course now your fingers and hands will be a lot stinkier when you're done using drying them under your armpits, okay? But they'll be warmer. They'll be smelly and they'll be warm. What a combination. Yeah, but don't worry. You're probably smelling not much different in general anyway. Several layers of clothing on, you're moving in the field, you're gonna sweat a little bit, you gotta remember to ventilate. Most common mistake made, people die by freezing inside their own clothing. We don't want to see that happen with you. Okay, so again prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance We plan on making sure we prevent any kind of piss poor performance Anything else you can think of again? You got any questions? Whoops? Well, we're almost to the top darn Which is okay because we've got militia town hall meeting coming up next guys help out Ed He's gonna need a little spare time to get stuff done with a drawing so if everybody can pitch in and call in Makes a big difference you guys can pick up the rope and you know you'll help to tow the trailer on down the road kid help to pick up that artillery case on Drag it down the road where it's needed to support the gun A couple interesting things on that note, by the way, if you've been watching any of the new videos, now you've got to pay attention, somebody's been putting a lot of reruns up there too, from stuff that was done during the summer. You'll know the difference by the fact that there's snow on the ground in the Ukraine, and or it's barren and partially windswept and frozen. Well, there's some interesting battle footage of the post of some of the positions that were overrun by the eastern Ukrainian forces, the militia, going up against the Ukrainian sodomite units. Now, as it is, the interesting thing is the equipment that we've got left behind. Now, one of the things I can see that I've reminded you all about is quick recovery on the battlefield. What made the Germans so good is combat effective units, was their ability, especially their mechanized slash armor, their ability to recover and turn around everything. But especially scavenge everything off the battlefield and worry later about sorting it out. That's the whole idea. Whatever you can wrench off it, fine. If it's really bad, it goes back to the mother country, so to speak. It goes back to the home base. and they should be putting together a re-fabrication line. You take all the wrecks, you start stripping, you take the best wrecks first, hammer out the dents, then take off the other hanger queens that are there, whatever it is that you need to make that vehicle work. It might take three or four wrecks to make one full vehicle, but you know what? That's one vehicle you didn't have before. Then you identify what you're short in parts. If you have a manufacturing capability, that's where you focus. Anyway, we're stopped. We're going to break. And oh, we're going to top and we're leaving for a bit. It's a break for me. We'll be back at 8 o'clock. BK and myself. Meanwhile, God bless the Republic. Yes, for the new world order, we shall prevail ladies and gentlemen. The Empire's on the run, we're in a march. Militia Town Hall meeting coming up next. Ed and the crew, guys, get up in there, help out. Ed's gonna need to take a little time away from the microphone. That means you guys need to pick it up. We'll be back here. Liberty Tree Radio, it's Friday. Bye-bye. It's the problems, the sons of liberty, and it's really great. The Revolution. Thank you for listening to LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. Invist the land of the free and home of the brave. You vie permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep and dead. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be your leader.
