Mark Koernke and Don Betcher discussed federal torture programs and rendition practices, criticizing the upcoming release of a Senate torture report and noting involvement by multiple countries including Israel, Syria, and Jordan. They addressed the Remington Model 700 recall campaign, arguing it was a registration scheme targeting pre-1968 rifles rather than a genuine safety issue, and warned listeners not to send firearms to manufacturers. The hosts promoted a fundraising drawing for Liberty Tree Radio featuring knives, soaps, militia caps, and handcrafted pool cues, and discussed the importance of preparedness, ammunition, and tools as Christmas gifts. They criticized the judicial system, particularly judges profiting from detention facilities, and encouraged citizens to distribute information about corrupt officials rather than pursuing court battles.

The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? It's not real heavy rain, but we got moisture coming down. Not, it's actually not snow, but kind of rainy, sleek, right on the edge, guys. We're right not quite on freezing, almost on freezing, but with a heavy cloud cover, it hasn't dropped in temp. So, we're in the middle. and for the out there pay attention if you're on the road in our neck of the woods because it will get slick there spots where it'll just get cold enough to freeze and the brakes well your brakes don't work no your brakes work just fine There's just no adhesion between the tires and the roads, so slow down. Don, what's the date today? What's jumping off the wall up there, please? Hey, it's the eighth day of December. You're of our Lord 2014 and it's a beautiful dark day now. It was chilly. It was a day. As that front moves up, the state and far more up the state but as it creeps eastward across the state, that'll turn to snow, Mark. It was rain and solid rain, like sleet, hail, and then snow earlier in the day and that edge is moving toward you. So that's what to expect. But again, the eighth day of December. Now, what to expect? Boy, you never know what to expect these days, you know. You look at the president pardoning a turkey and what do you expect over there from his children rolling their eyes and acting all goofy and well, the press tore that apart. What do you expect? You know, what do you expect? I would remind you, this very morning we talked about the morals of the nation and I wanted to conclude that thought with even Sun Soo, the 2700 year old dead person, he's been dead that long, had the knowledge to say that, well, if the nation is without conviction, if the soldier has no purpose, he will have no victory. And that was one of the reasons why that was addressed this very morning. But, you know, we could go and talk about who would believe that a set of parents who didn't raise the child would sit on national television and say, my son was just a big teddy bear. He was a good boy. And did you know that their son was raised by his grandmother? I don't know on which side. But that Michael Brown was raised by his grandmother, not raised by his parents. So how would she even have any measure that my son is a good boy, a big teddy bear, and who would believe it? And what else is new? But now, along the same vein, Mark, we're just bouncing from subject to subject here, but who would believe we'd have Hillary She's going to tell you she's going to run for president soon. Even Rush Limbaugh says that her days are past for that. Who believes that guy other than, throw me another Valium, I'll catch it like a fish or a seal or a fish or something. I have to write it down. My head is blurred from the Valium you just threw me. Rush says that she has no chance of winning the presidency. But still she comes out Mark and says that, you know, we just have to learn to have empathy for our enemies. And who would believe it? Who would think that we'd go in such a direction? So again, there's just a couple of opening thoughts, you know, we could run in this direction or that, but would you vote for a thought like that for the president? Or, well, would you pardon that, Turkey? I think the parting of the turkey is a precursor to the rest of the turkeys being pardoned at jump ship last minute with Bummer because that's what they'll have to do. So a lot of characters will get whatever form of special Hail Mary from the outhouse and then of course he jump ship and as we've seen over and over again one of the first things that typically is done is the Republic Wrath that replaces the Demakin exonerates the Republican that was just in that's committed all kinds of acts of treason against the American people. How many people have left his cabinet? Oh, it's dozens. I mean, they're literally now. I mean, Ranamanyo was one of the first to be shifted over to Washington, I've to Chicago, from Washington, remember, after they were in. I think that's because the bathhouse meetings and the disgusting actions they were involved in, it was too obvious so they had to put some distance on them so they could keep them isolated in two different communications and intel hubs. Exactly. It would be a far smaller list to ask, kind of the same question, how many people are original in his cabinet? Yeah. pretty much all of them look like Jerry's kids to begin with. In fact, that's not track... That's giving Jerry's kids a bad name because they're three... Jerry's kids are three steps above pretty much what's in this regime as far as the debilitated slash the incompetent slash the disgusting. So, you know, we're to the point where... They're if they're doing it they're doing it kind of like evacuating after an attack from a you know a raid and they're having to leave the plane one at a time and each one's getting a special golden parachute on the way out just to make sure that they don't cross the boss because that's the other reason for doing that they well they're gonna get immunity so that when the time comes if they try to bring them back into court you know or Or if Congress were to find its body parts and it can't it won't They're just going to cruise right along and let this continue to fall apart because they like it that way because you've got the Communists that are in power and the next batch of Communists coming to power. Who will then replace the other Communists? Well, one thing that's common to the Communists is no respect for humanity. And they'll stand on your hand. You know how uncomfortable it is to have someone stand on your hand or your ankle or your knee or that boot. on your neck. But you guys, oh boy, oh boy, let's address the specifically how many secretaries of defense have left. And what is current in the evening news? What is, why does Hillary bring up this we have to have empathy? And how many times have they brought this up and out? I'd like to, if I had a, if I had the internet, I'd do the timelines and research how concurrent it is. Secretary of Defense resigns when the subject of torture comes up. Because right now, Mark, they're getting ready to release a big report on torture and in fact they have increased security at the embassies around the world and our armed forces around the world are set on high alert because well when this report is released, Hillary fears apparently that a whole bunch of our enemies are going to be more mad at us. That's one big ball of wax there, isn't it? And why would they be angry with us? Oh, wait a minute. They're only going to be angry because a lot of their names are going to be up there with everybody else. They're not going to be angry because, oh my god, they grabbed a bukul kadadadadada and tortured him or a fridge mid-lap. Sent him off to where? Yeah, all those naming of the names of the people who were so busy in the business. And by the way, I'm going to remind everybody that Syria is not clean on this. But here's the thing, what? Is this going to be the other issue? Did you see that Syria was involved in the torture? Well, the Israelis were. Yeah, but that's okay. Well, the Jordanians were. That's okay. Well, the Syrians were. Those evil Syrians we need to invade! And you'll hear them bump the drum like that, kids. Let's ask the other question, who was doing the torturing? Just because it's under the aegis of American, you know, knuckle dragging muscle, doesn't mean that it was Americans that were doing the torture. Oi, oi, oi. It's funny how definitions change over time. Rendition used to be the boiling down of the whale, rendering the whales fat into oil. Watch the movie Rendition. You won't find that definition in the most current websters. rendition was handing a prisoner over to a state where they would torture a state being another nation, where they would torture that prisoner for you. So you could say, we are torturing prisoners? We didn't do that. Right. Those other guys did that. How double talk is that? How 1984 is that? That year is way behind us now, isn't it? Well, the interesting thing about this, especially with the scenario played out the way it is, why at this point in time, this is a damage control piece to try and deflect because the Republicans, and it's rather going to be rather comical, the State Department was directly tied into all of this to begin with. The State Department under the Hillerite was still assisting with the transfer and moving of people and torturing people through the Bummer Administration. They didn't stop with Bush left. We know that nothing changed with Bush left, don't we guys, except that the other leftists took over. In fact, let's go one step farther. If you haven't seen all these pieces, they've been flying all over the place in emails. I was just going to three here a minute ago. where Bush made the comment that, you know, that Bill Clinton is his brother by another mother. And so they asked, what does it make Hillary a sister-in-law? Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. Wasn't this Wirgé Bush, the big neo-con? Oh, that's right. He is a neo-com. C-O-M, isn't he? Isn't it amazing how they gave the wink and the nod? He even said, oh, you know, my daddy. My daddy is the one who helped to make a fixed bail, don't you know? Well, let's think about what daddy did. Remember, daddy played the NAFTA and GATT card. Bill Clinton, you had to vote for Bill Clinton because he would stop NAFTA and GATT. Another political ploy. There's a real small word for that political ploy. It's called LIE. Being played kids cuz then of course as soon as the Clintonistas got into power why what's the third thing they did they signed after and get an Al Gore made it happen in the Senate because of the fake tie vote So now you got where gay Bush coming up and by the way if the same in the same breath Don't you know we need a Jeb Bush for president by the way, so we need a third Bush in the outhouse Why well because their royalty don't you know? Which is another reason that we need to boot their arse out of any positions of authority and we need to do it now. They need to be run on down the road where they're grabbed by the scruff of their neck and have a boot hitting their hind in those two ham cheeks every other step. Bop, bop, bop. Right on down the road. But, again, just pay attention because this torture thing, the idea for you to We originally when all the Abu Ghraib thing came out, one of the arguments says, we've done it in America! All the stuff we've done over there! Well, really? Then how much of what we remember that the public announcement was the mild thing. You know, we were just doing this stuff like, oh, in American prisons on the East Coast, which by the way was filmed. And lo and behold, the same routine with the dogs and running the guys out and strip-stirching them and stripping them naked in the hallways and having them lay down on the floor naked just for the sake of abusing the prisoners. They argued that, well, we did this in America first. And then, of course, over there, as you've seen, then the pictures came out. Yeah. And the next step in what they want to do to America, all you have to do is watch the Abu Ghraib pictures. Oh, but wait a minute, Don. There's several thousands of them we can't look at because they said they would be too horrific and disgusting and then there's video guys which was so horrific and disgusting that We weren't supposed to see that either All you naked guys all you guys get naked and stand over here now. I want y'all power. I want you to make a human pyramid Yeah, do it now. What does this have to do with anything? Well, of course, this is the American craziness. Like the people said, these Americans were our allies. They are crazy. Yes, I was in the army for 20 years. I had American advisers and they gave us American weapons and they provided us arms all through the 10-year war. And they were our allies. And now they're doing this to us. What a surprise. America, oh yeah, land of the big PX, land of the big liar. Oh, but run around by the Israelis, of course. That brass ring that's kind of green and causing all kinds of infection where it runs through your wiener there as the Israelis drag you about round by it. Yeah, pretty disgusting, but that's exactly what they're doing. Hmm, and who do you think was doing the torturing over there, like the raping of the little girls in front of their parents? Wow, that's an Israeli thing. That's one of those Israeli things where that's why they didn't want you to see a lot of the pictures, even though the actual records document this torture. Oh, you mean the waterboarding thing? That was the propaganda from the public. See, that was the warm fuzziness. But murdering and raping people, beating people to death in the showers. Whole bunch of guys show up, they grab somebody, they have no markers, no ID, they aren't speaking with an English accent, they have an American accent, they have more of like a la-la-la-la-la, like they sound like Israelis, and they're beating somebody to death. And of course what it is, they're looking for money, cash, and art treasures, guys. They aren't worried about the war. They're not trying to save anybody's lives. They're the thieves. Those are the rat and the facade thieves. They were there to pick the country clean, like they're doing now in the Ukraine. Oh, did I say that? Yeah, like they're doing now in the Ukraine. And they've already been doing it here. I say everybody, you know, I can't emphasize enough. You need to make sure this is a heavyweight Christmas. What do I mean by that? I said this during the two hour block. Guys, if there isn't ammunition and tools under your Christmas tree, shame on you. That's all you better be giving out. And it should send a message to the... Oh, what did you get? 20? What did you get? 223M0. What did you get? 30 out of 6? Oh, 243. And as much as you consider reasonable to put into their hands, nothing says love this Christmas like ammunition or tools. No, I mentioned tools down because you know hey guys more tools are always better than everybody's hands if someone doesn't have a complete wrench kit Go over to tractor supply and get a China Sport model and put it in their hands get something in their hands If you're gonna spend money spend it on things that you probably will be able to get back later You see what I mean? Oh, Mark's not being nice about this. You know, there's some people they're gonna be absolute panty waste They'll start flapping yapping peeing their pants get everything from them that they help Oh my god, you're right. You don't need that. Oh, it's horrible. Brick of 22. Oh, yeah. Let me get it back from Tommy. Oh, that would be terrible. And the rifle too. Yeah, we'll take care of that. Don't worry, that rifle will be taken care of. Like that Ruger 10-22. Thank you, goodbye. Don't try to talk them out of doing it. If they're covered, spineless cowards now, they'll be really spineless cowards later. If they're spineless cowards when things start to just get serious, They're not going to be much use later. It might leave something like a minimal club. Well, you bring me to another point, Mark, because we've talked about this a number of different ways, and I want to address it like this tonight. It takes guts. There are those who have thrown paper at the system for years and years, gone into the courts and looked a judge in the eye and done everything, but poked him with a sharp stick. You know what I mean? There have been people who have been involved in that fight. It takes guts to do that, but we've encouraged you. If you're a one-trick pony, you need to learn another trick. Learn how to shoot also because one day they'll put a bullet through the paper as you go to hand it to them, and the paper will not stop the bullet that they are shooting at you. With that in mind, If you've been playing that game for years and you're throwing your hands up in the air because you're seeing more and more what the world is coming to and what it is going to take for your efforts to become fruitful, stop making copies of this and just trying to get them to here or there. Stop putting it in front of a judge. Stop fighting them that way because that's their job. That's what they're there for. They enjoy that. Some of them wake up in the morning, many of them, and look forward to it. Take that money being spent in that arena. And as you pointed out Mark, because see you're going to have a whole lot of money left over when you stop going into that fruitless arena. You're going to have money left over. So you'll be able to buy some ammunition and maybe if you never have before because you always thought we'll just beat them in the courts. I know we will this time. Why we're going to do that full ronto thing and we're going to back it up with something and on and on and we're going to just pile so much paperwork on them that they're just going to be dizzy and we'll never hear from them again. That doesn't work. It's been proven that doesn't work. Look where we are at. Now, take that money, buy yourself a handgun, the very least. Buy a long gun. Buy bullets and ammunition and all the means as Mark points out to support that gun. Buy beans because now you see that the fight is really going in a non-paper direction. But take a little fraction of that money that you're saving now and look to something like, well, there used to be some good, you know, you could say, look to this or that or the thing that Clay Douglas used to publish. Offhand, look to like the American Free Press and get a subscription to that. Not for yourself, but for your sheriff or for that crooked judge. Everybody knows he's the crookedest judge in the county. Send him a subscription to that. Send your lousy police chief that you know that is as crooked as the day is long and backs up the crooked cops in his under his command Send him a subscription to something like again the American Free Press Why? Because then they'll see you don't have to put your name on it. You could just say from a concerned citizen Merry Christmas. Here's six month subscription. Here's a year subscription. Here's a trial subscription but when you put information in front of them, there are a number of reasons why we want to do this. Some of them are going to say, the people have been telling me this and my brother-in-law says this and he says I'm a crook just for sitting in this position and I'm really not. But maybe we have a few people in particular places like that. And when we put this information in front of them, you're going to validate his brother-in-law or his cousin or whatever. Understand that. But when we put this information in front of the crooked sheriff, the crooked police chief, the crooked mayor, the crooked city councilman, it is better than challenging them in court with paper. How do you say that can be better, Don? Because now they have the information. Now it's not their job. It's out of that arena. It's out in the real world and someone is taking purpose to make them aware of what the citizens think of them, not just that person there in the courtroom challenging their authority. So we've gone beyond this. We have remonstration in the courtrooms and we can supplicate ourselves in front of the black-robed demons. And they will hear our charges and they will solve our problems. We know that does not work. When we make them aware of what the world, America, the citizens, think of them, they can't say, I was only doing my job. They can't say I was voted in and that gave me the power, the power. They can't say that. What many of them will realize is look it, we know that we cannot beat you in your crooked black robe demon chambers. We know that that has failed us. We know that the is all we have left keep from going to the cartridge box because you even nullify the jury box. When we make these people, particular key people, the Crooked Mayor, Sheriff, Police Chief, Magistrate, City Councilman, when we put this information in the arena, when we make them aware of it in a plain way, they can't deny it, when It is time to look at this rope. See that rope? See that horse? See that tree? I was only doing my job. That does not work, does it? Why, you voted me in. You gave me the power. That doesn't work, does it? So again, as you realize that you fail in the courts, Call me up right now if I'm wrong. You've got a half an hour. Why Don, we had this great victory in the court just the other day. Call me up and tell me about it. When was the last time we heard something like that, Mark? If they had their way, well, every one of the Hutari would still remain there. There was no great victory. We got people out. The great victory would have been they never went there. The great victory would have been the people that came to take them away. would have never had a say in anything ever again. Understand that. We cannot... You, the one-trick pony, the guy who, you know, you know who you are. You're still living in that world. You want to become effective. Pay attention to the last four or five minutes. Put this information in their hands for the aforementioned reasons. Mark, I yield to you, sir. hold on here I'm adding something just on the very subject we're talking about here. But again you know if you want to do something there's an effort right there. That's something that you're going to know that you did something. You made your sheriff, you made your local crooked police chief, you know you made you can even send it to an individual policeman. Send it to the city councilman send it to the target. That's not the best word, but perhaps it fits to the person of your choice. The person that you think needs to know what America thinks. Again, there will come a time when that crooked judge will say, well, I was only doing my job. Well, we made you aware of that, didn't we? We made you aware of the fact that We did not appreciate how you were doing your job. We understood how you were doing your job. Yes. As example, brother. When you were doing the job on us for. Yeah. Let's build a correctional facility for children and let's send every child that comes in front of us to that correctional facility that we own. That's happened in America. At $3,000 a whack for the judge. Yeah. Times thousands of children. How can you fix that? You can't. There's no way you can fix that situation once you've done that. So that person should ever see the light of day and I know, oh he should be killed or this. No, no, no, no, no. He should have a ball and chain attached to his leg. He should have a whole pile of chisels and a whole pile of hammers. And all he does is help to disassemble what he built. And when they go dull, there's an old tired set of rasps there, and a hand grinder. And those chisels better be sharp for the next day. And every boy, every girl that he sent to the who-a-scalf, they've been sent to children's prison for chewing gum in class. Literally, you're going for 30 days and end up there for six months. for chewing gum in class, for talking back. One boy on television, I was watching this a little while ago, Mark, he sent me to the correction facility because I talked back to my father at dinner. End that. Understand that in every state in the union, the judge raises his hand and swears to uphold the judicial canons in that state and swears to uphold the constitution of that state. In Michigan, the constitution says, no judge shall have any financial involvement in any case brought before him. It also says almost exactly the same words in the judicial canons, the rules by which judges are meant to operate. And yet every judge gets a percentage of whatever is paid in the way of court fees for retirement benefits. Let's not talk about that persecutor. Let alone, yes, the prostitute character. Both the prostitute who was involved in it and they all should have been strung up. They personally would have been best, but I again, long term until the day they die, their job would be to disassemble. No reprieve, no possibility of being let go. Hey, they want to drop off or jump off something, not my problem, but You know what? Oh no, I started to talk about this a moment ago. You got, every day you've got one of those young boys or girls now, young man or woman, they're standing there with the electrical prod. Don't stop working. Don't stop working. Yeah, well you gotta take turns. They don't have to spend all their life, they can just have some, you know, again, some opportunity. Right. It's a temporary career change. Yeah. And they get paid from the judge's fee, funds, funding and fees. Which are held in reserve and escrowed just for that purpose. So they'll gain interest too and you'll be able to operate the kids and pay them and they'll be adults by then. But the adults have responsibilities too. Yup. Don't stop working. Real quick, I want to shift gears here because we only got so much time. Number one guys, we have a new drawing going on. Again, for everybody out there, this is the To Support LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com, LibertyTreeRadio.com. Go to the page, go to the donate key, and I see we already have some friends that have donated to get into the drawing. We have a number of different knives. I'm looking at them right here. In addition to that, we have, of course, our field soaps, which are in pines and earth, which is really cool. We also have a number of other items to include the militia embroidered baseball caps that are woodland. Those are brand new, of course. Very nice and again a way to express and to support the militia. When you go to a gun show you can wear it there. When you go out and about, nice hat to wear for out and about work. And it will be the bowie knife, folding blades, and other items. It's not the only things that are going to be there. We're going to try and incorporate as much as we can. We might do a big, bigger drawing next week. Only in that we have a set of pool cues. I have to check with someone. My brother was building pool cues. He actually went out and was taught by some of the masters and developed his skills. This is a decade and a half ago. Unfortunately, what happened is he was so busted up with an injury that took place that hand articulation and doing fine work. He also was a musician for many, many, many, many, many, many years, guys. He's got a lot of pins and a lot of braces in place now. These are unique because they are limited. Only so many pool cues are made. Some of my brother's pool cues have sold for $20,000 a piece. In fact, on the international market his name is known. In the Pool Cue magazine they did a feature article on his cues. About 10 years or so. More than 10 years now. 14 years ago. and just before the turn of the century and uh... some of his pool cues have been sold in sweden norway uh... holland i mean europe all over the world actually guys not that he did buckets and buckets of them the fact of the matter is these are very limited production all handmade no factory production crank out hundreds these are each one hand-tooled handmade and custom from particular exotic woods. I think that's one of the other things he had to get out of because guys when you deal with exotic woods you've got to be careful because you can get exotic poisoning. One or two times he's gotten sick because even with all the protection you get a little bit of that dust on you and it's not exactly good for the system either respiratory or otherwise. He had all the technology actually invested quite a bit and the shop was quite extensive. He did masterful work, beautiful inlay, silver, gold, platinum inlay. The sticks that we have, I have to double check to see which material they remain out of because I have it on the list here, but I have to find the list. That was donated by my brother John, my middle brother, for the purpose of raising funds for Liberty Tree Radio. We'll give you a heads up on that as we go. I don't know, it's guys you're looking at a unique piece of equipment I know pool cues reason we would think about the holiday season is because it's a holiday gift kind of thing So that's a personal choice there. We'll have to work on that ourselves miss it I got a dozen things to do and I got to give them tomorrow Again mark you guys it's a small world. I would mention I know John in a completely different venue completely different arena mark Yeah, and considering how many years, it's really funny too. You've got to figure time and also population. The likelihood of that happening, it's again like you said, for as big and for as millions and millions of people as there are and billions of people, it's amazing how small some circles can be sometimes, how close, which is fascinating to me. So again, for everybody out there, we're doing what we can to try and provide something that will be unique. and in the process, beneficial for both sides. So you get a chance to possibly and high probability. The way things are looking will have a good spread of gifts, of mixed types. So you're going to get something if we're lucky for a lot of people. The soaps, we're going to do three of the soap sets. We're going for this drawing, three of the soap sets for the next drawing. In addition to that, we have one or two other little micro tools and a few other things that are in the package or in the drawing box. We were able to fill out the difference that we needed so we're ready to go. We had to get this done. We got to get this done now. We need to get certain things accomplished. Ed needs to upgrade in certain things. We're going to do it. We still do it. Bargain basement guys, we don't spend thousands of dollars on anything. We know how to make things work. Ed's competent, especially when it comes to computer, and we're going to upgrade and update as quick as we can. And that way we're going to eliminate a lot of the work or, you know, it's actually technology fighting that you have to do when you're using some of the older stuff. We aren't going to throw out the older. That'll still be sitting right there ready to roll, but we also can take it offline and fix it up so it's upgraded. See how that works? You got to get one offline, put another one up. www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com then go to the donate key $10 for every, you know, for five entries. So for every $10 you get five names in the hat. Okay. Now another thing I wanted to mention, Dan, have you heard about the Remington recall that they're proposing? That actually Remington is being pushed into by a series of petty lawsuits or little lawsuits? No, based on what? Well, the idea has been supposedly a trigger problem over the years with the Remington 700. Now I'm going to tell you something, and I posted this when I saw this. It's in all the social media right now. Guys, I can't... There are two weapons, well maybe three now, but I'd say the AKs are even more of a minority. There are two weapons that I have handled more probably than any other firearm, and that is the K98 Mauser. and the Model 700 as a sniper rifle, deer rifle, slash utility rifle. Well there's eight million Remingtons out there which Remington was bragging about here not too long ago and rightly so. They've had eight million of these weapons in production. Let me point something out. A whole bunch of those were built before 1968. A big bunch. That means what? No 4473, no paperwork, no way to track them. They are independent heavy rifles that are accurate beyond belief in many cases. A lot of the Model 700s, especially the pre-64 and 64 year models, carry a heavier barrel. There are all kinds of things they did to tweak that weapon to bring it up. Remember, 7mm Remington mag for Remington. And the competing cartridge of that era was the .300 Win mag for the Winchester Model 70s. Remember that? It was like Chevy and Ford on the dragster track side by side. So what they're saying is that this is a trigger problem and now all of a sudden they want everybody to send all their Remingtons in. They're going to paper them, pull a bullet on them, and send them back. They're going to change the trigger supposedly guys. Now let me point something out. I can honestly say I have handled thousands of Model 700s. and I have handled every configuration you could conceivably think of, including some you could just never believe. I have seen stocks that put the rifle to shame price-wise by thousands of dollars. I mean, custom, hand polished, pistol grip, thumb hole set, competition, but also, I mean, they're just artwork. The stock's worth $3,000, $4,000, the rifle's worth $1,000. because it's gold in land. Just people that went to town with art. But I fired or I have handled these guns, sighted them in for people or helped them to sight them in, showed them how to do it with thousands. And I have never had a Remington misfire or accidentally fired. Seriously, in fact one of the one of the sweetest bolt actions in recent in the last two decades that I've heard was a Remington 700 that for whatever reason there are days when stuff comes out of the factory where it's just perfect, you know where everything that could be done right just went right and You take it out of the box and the whole they just operationally the thing is butter. It's called the you heard that term It's a butter action so smooth. You don't even know you're working a gun Okay That rifle was a tack driver out of the box. Three rounds, three X's. Three rounds, three X's. It took me 15 rounds to zero the rifle in with a 9 to 12 variable scope on the roof. And it was a mid grade rifle, but just everything ran perfect with this weapon. Now I've fired over and over have or I've been on the range with I in fact Especially you guys know this with our sniper teams back in the 90s guys We'd put a hundred Remington's on the range half of them and 300 win mag or in seven millimeter Remington mag or in 30 out six Okay and we never had any accidental fires or accidental misfires or safety malfunctions and I would point out that the majority of what I think has happened, there's two things, you gotta remember the anti-gun crew is constantly working to attack all of the gun manufacturers, number one. Number two, people tweak guns without knowing what they're doing because somebody, Ralph told them you do this. So then the trigger is a soft or a overly polished sear. and that overly polished sear is the threat. So apparently they are calling them the Walker trigger, the Walker trigger system. Now the Walker triggers, as far as what, apparently stepping forward? No, I know, they're manufactured. The fact of the matter is that there's at least, I think, there's probably more than this, probably 30 different trigger systems that were built for the Remington over how many years? This is the year 2014. consider that we actually have a benchmark for the model 700's pre-64, post-64, like Winchester, guys. Think about it. There's that benchmark window with each of the different weapons both action pump guns, you know slide guns, whatever it is that window of 60 60 late 63 to early 65 is when all the gun companies shifted over to more stampings, you know with less machining it comes from the nature of the change out in the industry in general because of Vietnam, okay So, this thing is really political as much as anything, but also, yes, I agree with what people are saying. This is a way to register virtually millions of rifles that are sniper grade, combat grade. I would pick one up on a heartbeat and I will kill you dead with it at 600, 700 yards. Once I find out where this bullet hits, that rifle is a tack driver, especially most of the glass that's put on it usually. Guys, it's like anything else. I've got a spoiler in the back of my car. and it was made by Schmidt-Rubel-Boeger-Vurgen and it's the best spoiler ever made. It's like Sculptor the same way. I got a Burris. Oh, I got a Bushnell. I got a Bushnell. Okay, or you know, I've got a fill in the blank. Take your pick. Whatever the glass is, everybody likes a certain glass, like certain race cars. So here you've got millions of guns, most of them not papered, pre-1968 and they're trying to drag them in, people. What's the big theme right now with the anti-gunners? trying to get you to register everything. What did we tell you? Before 1968, Nazi Germany using IBM key punch card systems to track the weapons used computers to track the weapons in Germany before after the German Gun Control Act of 1938. They virtually made an exact copy of that in 1968 translated word for word from German to English. The part they had to leave out was the part about computerization. Everybody said, oh that's a modern thing. What everybody doesn't realize is that Key Punch Technology, Key Punch Computer Data Streaming was already available in Germany in 1936 under an IBM control arrangement. Oh, most people don't know that. Intelligence services do. In fact, they started using computers there and everybody thought that was just the next best thing to slice white bread and started thinking, wow, how can we control freak the population? Look what they did there. We can do it here. Yeah, see so this whole thing has I don't think so much to do with the weapon or safety because I cannot recall ever Now I'm 57 years old. Okay I have pretty much, like I said, handled thousands of these. I have fired so many rounds I've lost count from a Model 700, just like a K98 Mauser. I really don't know how many rounds I have fired out of K98 Mausers. I know I fired every stinking K98 Mauser type that ever existed, and some you'll never hear of, or normally you'll ever see until the war starts, because they're all tucked away. I'm talking from any number of different collections of thousands of rifles or individual owner's rifles where we were testing weapons out or they're asking the question or the brass isn't doing something right. So again, consider at this moment in time for them to say, send your weapons in. All I can think of is the officers of Leningrad, the retired military and police of Leningrad who were told, just bring your weapons in for registration. and they thought they had a deal. The guns never left. Neither did the officers. Now if this were more politically or gun friendly, the manufacturer might tell you send us your trigger group or send us a note saying you want us to send you a trigger group. We'll send you a trigger group and expect you to send us the old one back. I would if my weapons been around for 40 years think about this and you fired it how many times Why would you possibly even do that ain't had a problem yet mark? Yeah, and again a lot of these guys that I know that are I mean that we got to remember the 700 has been used for competition and bull barrel Just like the 70 It has been around for so long that there are, in fact, a lot of people have even changed out to trigger groups anyway because they wanted something superior. The Marines liked it so much, Carl, the Tsaskok and Burke brought it in to be the sniper rifle. And used it to telling effect, didn't they? Oh, yes. And all of that, by the way, well, take a look at the years, guys. Yeah, factory guns. Think about it. So I wouldn't worry about it, I wouldn't talk to them about it, I wouldn't do anything with it, ignore it and do not under any circumstances send your firearm in for any kind of change out. Here's another thing that I would point out, you've got to remember guys, under all of these goofy laws they have to record and document who it's come from and goes back to. So again, they're forming a registration block and that's how everybody's looking. There's some people going, oh that's crazy. Listen, modern guns, if it was a brand new, like some guy made a comment, well my my my UXP had to be repaired. Well, that's a different story. Congratulations. But it ain't broken. I'm not having it fixed by somebody who's gonna make inferior modern junk anyway. If you've got a pre- if you've got anything made before 72, let me put it this way, this is the real benchmark. 72 doesn't mean that post 72 they're inferior, but anything built before say 77, that's the next benchmark. 77 or 72, by God, don't you send anything in. Your rifle is collectible to begin with. In fact, that's another thing we need to point out. Don't change that rifle. You're gonna get inferior 21st century crap that they're gonna try to put into your 20th century You know ultra shooter. Yeah, you know that works It's gonna mess up your weapon in general as far as I'm concerned But it's gonna mess up the value anybody knows anything about collecting the more people that do that though Certainly the more valuable the ones that don't their weapons gonna be when the time comes there's something to be said for factory original and that's right good color jump in there Yeah, the scenario damage. I'm going to tell you, this is the weapon that they fear. I'm sorry guys, but I've talked to many people about this. The idea that 10 rifles go off and one person dies by multiple bullet hits or 10 people die on the other side is something they're more afraid of than some guy sticking a muzzle over the top of a car and spraying 30 rounds over somebody's head. Yep, I'm serious. I thoroughly agree with see I've had this conversation my my even my dad my dad's a bolt gunner, okay? You don't want to be in front of him at Mac I mean he's in his 90s now, but if you put him behind a rifle I know he could still hit somebody and I think he'd hit him dead dead dead, okay? Well, the thing is, he said, well, you know, you want one of these. And his argument was that, again, accuracy, and I fully believe in that. But I'm a transition son, okay? I'm the middle. I'm not a spring chicken anymore, but back in the day, I was brought up from my military perspective going into the gas guns, going into the semi-automatic firearms. But I still understand completely the value and the supremacy of a long-range main battle rifle. I don't care what anybody yaps. There's a bunch of articles right now going on on Facebook and whatever that are yapping about the main battle rifles again like they did back in the 90s and it's leftists that are doing this guys. I'm telling you it's either CIA or leftists that are doing it. Why? They're trying to bring us down to their level. If you guys all have Otzix's 308, 300 wind mags, 7mm Remington mags, you have all the energy you need to just virtually cut a man's leg off. And not only that, but you can put the bullet where the leg is. You know what I mean? In other words, you can- Way over there. Yeah, way over there. And that's what they're scared to death of because, you see, you're not fighting the Taliban where you- No, no, no, no, no! Just watch your elbow! I put the button over my head and- No, you're talking Americans and we're just like the rifleman of 1775 where it's gonna be crack pop boom Wow, he's like just we're only unlike back then which was still bad enough with a 75 caliber or 70 caliber or even 80 caliber bullet going down range big old ball But, you know, in this day and age its velocity and ballistically developed bullets that literally will take the leg and amputate it and shred it. Yeah, we won't be shooting them off their horses. They'll just fall over in their mobile offices. Yeah, exactly. So what you're saying, BC, absolutely correct. That's not an accident. That's what I'm saying. This whole thing stinks for this window of activity that conveniently all of a sudden has come up. Remington, I'm sorry, they're a good company for the stuff that they make. I know people would argue back and forth about certain guns. I don't care. Have they brought up any incident to say, well, this happened? Oh yeah, there's a bunch of different cases over the years and some guy, his wife, was closing the action supposedly or was releasing the safety and the gun discharged. And, you know, again, I was thinking about that. Do you know how many billions of... I mean, not... Guys, we would carry weapons in the field and I am a control freak on that. Anybody who knows me? You know, I'll stomp on my instructors. I've done this years. Some people are kind of just like, I'll take them off to the side. I'm not going to do it in front of you. But people know that we don't cut any corners with firearms management. ever and that's why we have like I've always boasted the best safety we have the best safety standard we have a superior safety standard or any cop shop or the military we have better weapons all of you do all of you have better weapons in the military hands right now in fact this rifle we're talking about is probably the best example but you know how many times I have set a safety on a loaded 700 How many miles I've carried them? I mean miles. I've carried these as again, we've trained sniper detachments, we've trained rifleman detachments. And I've carried model 700s till I've worn the metal surface finish off and scored the plastic or the wood stocks from the bucklers in your gear. Where it rests, you're carrying it in a ready position. So, for me, it's like this is funky to say the least, and what it is is you've got all these nipponites somebody's arse or nipponites somebody's tail lawsuits, which always happen. This nation is a sewer nation, S-E-W-E-R, when it comes to having characters who just want to suck off anybody that looks like they've got money. Now, it doesn't mean Remington's an angel. I already said that. But this is too convenient for this window of time, guys. Because they're figuring that, oh my god, I got grandpa's rifle to the closet, which has no papers on it. Only to send that in so they can change the trigger in grandpa's rifle that never malfunctioned. And it's not that grandpa didn't shoot it. Grandpa, in fact, he might have inherited grandpa's bull barrel competition weapon. Model 700, maybe in 30-06. It's been tweaked, polished, throwed the whole nine yards. It is a custom gun, but oh my god they told me my Remington seven hulls, Remington 700s, they'll EXPLOOD! No they won't, or that they'll go off by themselves, they'll just sit there and go off. And that's the kind of BS that they're trying to push here. So again, warning Will Robinson, you know, danger. Number one, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it hasn't broken on you, it doesn't need to be fixed. and especially not going to anybody through the mail, through UPS, through any parcel service, especially in this day and age. It's bad enough that they're handling our stuff the way it is. And we've seen all the abuses and stuff they already do. So let's not do this. This is because what's the first thing they're trying to do? Register, register, register for confiscation, confiscation, confiscation. Don't think so? New York, New York, New York, Connecticut, Connecticut, Connecticut. Need I say more? Oh, we are at the top, but who does this say with technology the way it is? Frank Smith, a well-known patriot in Flat Rock, Arizona, sends his gun to the manufacturer and because of the technology the government knows and is standing right there and because it's in the factory they want to fire a bullet to make sure the gun still functions. How about that government man says, I want seven more bullets from that gun. What do you think he would do with those? Oh, there's also a problem on the other side. Oh, there's all kinds of stuff I think he's very... Or leave your bullets at a murder scene. Oh yeah, yeah, well they'll pull a bullet, I guarantee they'll pull a bullet and they'll tag the gun so it'll have like the equivalent to a 4-4-7-3 entry over in the gun registration, the Instacek which is handled by the Israelis and the British. All those records are overseas handled and permanent, they are not disposed of or destroyed contrary to the lie generated by the government and it's always those said, you see some Pharisees screwing us on it. So, again, if it's newer stuff, hey, it's got some paper trail to a certain point, once we get in our hands, then it's down the road and gone. Because then there's no... And that's what they're trying to do is now change the individual sales issue. Washington State was pushing this, where the communists and the Jewish mafia are big time out of Seattle. The Seattle-Dakomera is one big just matzah ball. And they're spewing their vomitus filth out the rest of the state. Now everybody needs to pay attention because they're trying to push it to Nevada and several other states too simultaneously. I don't think anybody caught that one. So Nevada is dirty as a day is long and what do we got going there? The battle for Nevada coming up kids. Not just in legislation, we're talking about ground warfare. We've got to be prepared for that. We're going to address that tomorrow. It's one of the subjects we're going to stay focused on. Correcting mistakes made.
