Summary
Mark Koernke and Don Batcher discussed preparedness, self-sufficiency, and firearms on December 5, 2014. The show focused on Christmas gift recommendations (ammunition and tactical gear), surplus military clothing bargains from militaryuniformsupply.com, physical fitness and muscle maintenance, and building firearms from parts kits. Callers contributed information about gun sales post-Thanksgiving, rifle maintenance issues, and sources for AK and SKS parts. The hosts emphasized the importance of actually using and maintaining firearms rather than storing them unused, and provided detailed guidance on budget-conscious procurement of ammunition, receivers, and components from vendors like Ohio Ordnance Works, Atlantic Firearms, and Sarco.

You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God-given rite, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? Franklin Delano Rosenfeld sat there at the dinner table and told everyone who was in attendance in the morning. You know when you've got a December that's Friday the 5th, you've got a December that's Sunday the 7th. So I just thought I'd mention that. It's funny how statements like that are hidden in history and brought out by someone who, well, he didn't really bring that out until that was no longer with his wife, if I remember rightly, I could be wrong about that. But that was Delano Rosenfeld's son-in-law that brought that to light. He told everybody that, hey, we were sitting there at the dinner table in the White House on Friday, December 5, 1941, two days before the day that should live in infamy. He was the leader at that time because there are people who still There are a number of people still alive who just enshrined Franklin Delano Rosenfeld. If you were to tell him this, they would, oh, he would never do such a... He was a great American hero. He led us through the war. Actually, you know, you could say that in a different, ever so slightly drop a couple of letters that he led us to. You know, just a bit of history there. I thought I'd do that on today, the 5th of December, year of our Lord, 2014. Now, you're tuned into Liberty Tree Radio and you know Liberty Tree Radio broadcasts to all points of the compass and to each and every one of our brothers and sisters on and behind the lines in occupied territory. You might be listening on, hey, a AM or an FM rebroadcaster. I call you guys the short rangers because it gives you a militant angle, a kind of a, you know, you have teeth now instead of one, just a radio rebroadcaster, you're a short ranger. Barb better a title. We should do that more often on Communications Tuesday. But again, it is the fifth day of December, 2014. You're a ding, I'm trying to... And, sorry about that guys. Man, this is the second day I've been outside and just hammering, busting nails, ripped the thumb open. You know, well, no actually, not that bad. Well, we'll do a quick intro. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Mark Kirky. And I'm Don Batcher. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories north, central, south, and east. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on... LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com Indiana Freedom Talk Radio.com running with FMiCrow stations, CB Bay stations, alternate hallmark and golden spike technologies east and west of the Mississippi. I believe Don, you already covered the date? Oh yes. So for everybody out there, it is Quartermaster Friday and it is, well, we're counting down. It's the first weekend of December, full weekend, and we're counting down to Christmas. You know, I'm going to remind you right off the bat before we go any farther if you're not giving ammunition as a Christmas present shame on you Shame, how can you do by your family that way? If they aren't finding pounds of stuff in a present under the tree, you know a pound of 30 out of 6. A couple pounds of 30 out of 6. Maybe 24 or 44 pounds of 30-06. Do it because it's a collector item. Yeah, do it because you want to spread them around. Yeah, because we want all the ammunition we possibly can. If you're going to spend a dollar, you spend a dollar on every person you know buying ammo. nothing says christmas cheer like explain to people you're concerned about their lives and you want to make sure they've got what they need on the shelf thirty thirty thirty out six two forty three winchester two seventy if someone got a big hunting rifle try to get a couple extra boxes cheapest no name brand or the cheapest of a standard brand so that you get more or well after all mark you know how many guns were sold on the day after thanksgiving this year Wasn't it a record setting day? Why, three a second, they say. It was three approvals a second. That's just the approval. That means that there could have been three. There could have been four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen guns. When you called in for the approval, the normal three-minute wait was fifteen minutes. Across the continent. So again, the whole system bogged down because people are voting with their wallet. Well, let's spend Christmas with our wallet. Socks, ammunition, t-shirts, OD green or earth brown. Or camouflage, which is very much vogue. By the way, if you're worried and people are Walmartite, If you go to Walmart, they've got some of their own custom, unique camouflages right now. You can get t-shirts, shirts, pants. Go take a look. And, oh, I got them at Walmart. You don't have to say I got them at the surplus store. No, I got them at Walmart. If you have a seamstress in the family, perhaps your Walmart still has a fabric section where you can get bolts. You know, big, long, rolls of fabric and if someone knows how to sew you can turn that into BDUs and tunics and pouches and all kinds of things. Technology for the future and we're going to invest in it. Pocket work. Nobody else has pockets. Yes, as a matter of fact, that's one of the things I would point out is... I'll be right back. I have to let the dog in. We'll go right ahead and done. uh... for a bunch of our friends out there listening in case you need a solution for the five ten program of the thanks to our friend in the chat room who of course reposted w w w dot military uniform supply dot com that w w w dot military uniform supply dot com and go to bargains and close out so you know i love bargains and close out If you're not doing bargains and closeouts, you're spending too much money. And if you shop around between all the different companies, especially for surplus, then you can find some pretty good buys and you can actually sculpt your purchases so that you can spend 1 8th or 1 10th or 1 20th or sometimes 1 50th of what you normally would, depending on what the item is. Now I'm going to give you an example here. Let's go to www.dot.com. military uniform supply dot com and they're in the group of their inputs of the u.s. anyway uh... go to w w w dot military uniform supply dot com go there on the click right now just put it in the in the chat room for all of our friends there On the left side they have a scroll. As I've said many times, of course they have military collectibles. That means too expensive in most cases for your means. But sometimes there's old surplus that is a good price. Let's see, we've got dog tags, we've got military hats and pins. If I keep looking, I'll keep looking. They've got Rothko stuff. Rothko is cool as far as aftermarket. We are looking for bargains and close outs. Bargains and close outs are a wonderful thing. It's a good thing. I'll find it here eventually because we are going to go to that. I want to bring this up. Bargains and close outs. It's about the 10th item down. While you are looking for that, let me back up just a little bit because you guys, if you have a seamstress, And you're producing your uniforms for your group. That can be something that keeps somebody occupied. That can be, I'm making some money from my group. Granted, you might move a uniform to somebody for $25. They might go out and buy for $50 or $100, all brand new, all double stitched and everything, pockets, wherever you want them and all of that. But you know what? The same person that's producing those can be producing ghillie suits. Because you know, when you cut out patterns, You have all this stuff left over that's not big enough for a leg or not big enough for an arm or even not big enough for the cuff of a wrist. But you know if you take that and knot it, it's already camouflaged, isn't it? It's already camouflaged, isn't it? And if you spread that over, men, any kind of ghillie suit you build can be built from any kind of camouflage that you're building at that particular time, summer or winter. So again, This comes over to not wasting anything. That's the point I wanted to make there, Mark. Because if you've got a seamstress and you're looking to outfit a group and she's not working and she has this, that, and the other thing, and a surger's come in real handy if you know the industry for particular edges and whatnot. They make them invulnerable, almost with soldiers. I'm not going to wear that out, but again, you guys, There are people out there that we can put to work to our benefit in a whole bunch of different ways. That's just one of them. Thank you Mark. I didn't mean to interrupt you. I thought I'd get that. No, no. We're looking for that. Again, remember, in fact I just got another Kenmore sewing machine for free a couple days ago in nice shape. I didn't get the top cover. I got the base, the pedals, the cord, control. Everything's there. All the plates where they should be and a steel scale. and it goes into the inventory. Actually, I have two other Kenmores that are the same year, but they're actually in cabinets. So it's either a parts machine, which I don't think so, because it's actually, like I said, in pretty good shape, or it's another machine to put into the production line when the time comes. And we will have the flip shops, and you will walk out of the flip shop, and you will make it all. No, actually, we're not like that. You know, you'll make a fair way of doing your effort. Yes. So that's one of the cool things about the process here, what we're talking about. Go ahead. That goes back over to the more you can do for yourself. And we've pounded that in in so many different words and ways and sentences and paragraphs. The more that you can do for yourself, the more that you can do for others, the more that you can do for yourself. And I know I'm being redundant here. The more valuable you will be to the people around you, the more you have a chance of everyone getting through. That's the more you can do for yourself, the more you can teach others. That's why we do this hour. That's why we do this. Some of it is not going to be in great shape, but it is not going to be thrown out. But we might need it to look sharp just for a moment. Close enough. Instant of deception. That goes back over to a whole. We have talked about Q ships before, haven't we? We haven't brought that to the hour in a while. But Mark, you have talked about it right down to the foot, soldier. If he looks like one of our guys and he can get off a couple words that sound like he's from Brooklyn or something or sounds like he's from outer kungaloska, wapstika, he might get close enough just to take out that little group and not make a sound. But he looked just like us. I don't under... And never get out that stand, no matter in what language. Again, you're right. We're going to need seamstresses to fix the stuff that we capture. Hold still, this is going to hurt a lot and I plan on making it hurt. So enjoy. A couple things here with regard to clothing real quick. Again, this particular company I mentioned, militaryuniformsupply.com. Now guys, they have a bunch of stuff in the closeouts. Some of this is still $40 and $50 an item because it's Gore-Tex and such, and I've already said this. Gore-Tex and also flight coveralls, you know, Nomex. Nomex is fire resistant, fire retardant, okay? It's not fireproof. There's nothing that's really fireproof. But it'll slow it down a lot to give you a chance to maybe get out of there with only some burns as opposed to crispy critters, okay? uh... but there is some no-mix in there and uh... there also some other specialized items that typically are even more expensive if you normally buy them however there are a lot of items that are under ten under six under five dollars maybe only a penny under five dollars but definitely worth it the d c u uniform the you know desert uh... camo uniforms uh... in the regular b t u type cut are very a variety of available irregulars i buy just as quick as anything else that's irrelevant that they're irregulars seriously i wouldn't care anymore but military spec or true spec or military issue or overruns that's what a lot of the stuff is uh... once again pants are almost in many cases twice as expensive even marked down Why? Well, that's down where the rubber meets the road or your knee meets the ground, kids. And the pants get the snot bead out of them. But one of the things I want to bring up here, it's not a bad pattern, but it is a unique pattern. They're very cheap. It's Norwegian Air Force camouflage shirts, brand new, with flag patch. Well, I'd be taking that off real quick. But they are $4.99 a piece. There are a mix of sizes. They are listed. There are some that have already sold out, but they do have some 44 inch chest, 38 inch chest, 42 inch chest, 44 inch chest. Let's see, 40 inch chest, 44 inch chest. So there's some good size shirts here. They don't have the 46, 42 in certain sizes, certain lengths of sleeve. Then they have 42 and then they have another 42. All of these are of course different lengths in body or in arm, you know, shirt length or arm sleeve length. So you're looking at some decent sizes. 44 inch chest, 24 inch sleeve with a 28.5 inch shirt length. They're brand new. They're $5 and they're in a Kind of what is like the duck pattern that was used in World War II to a degree. Not quite the same leaf pattern. Typical for, again, Norwegians, Swedish waters and areas of operation. You've got to remember, they live up north. And so this does work pretty well in Michigan. The camel works well in Wisconsin, Minnesota, any of the northern climb states where you've got pine forests, lots of long stands, rolling terrain, and mixed colors. That is a good choice. There's a bunch of other stuff. Too numerous to mention, all the things that they've got that are on sale. But go through and look for the under $5 or about $5. Now, one or two things I've noticed on this page are already sold out, even since yesterday. They do go through a lot of items when they're in their clearance and closeouts. And so, expect that. One of the things, for instance, they've got a TruSpec, three-colored desert, DCU camouflage, polycontin military jacket. $7. It's a BDU blouse is what it is guys. It's the shirt. Now right below it are the pants and they're on sale for $17.50. Oh man. And that's the same. See what I mean? And this is becoming consistent. And what really pisses me off about this, I'm going to be serious. I've been looking at the importers. I've been going to the importers and we've been in conversation to look at buying $500 or $1000 or something. The pants and the shirts cost the exact same price. Seriously, guys, I've been doing checks on this. So what's really pissing me off is when it gets to the jobber market here, you're seeing an increase in the pants cost-wise. Now it may be also again press on the market because, and I don't know what the overall availability if you keep doing bigger purchases, whether or not they're behind or if they're keeping up or they don't care, I don't know. But they do have other examples, for instance, Here's another one true spec six color desert camo. This is the with the chocolate chip You know the chocolate chip pattern the pebble pattern guys $6 for this blouse which is an excellent price. These are all new by the way. These are not used Brand new and they do have the helmet cover for 99 cents But here's the problem to get into the body of the of the information It's either not available or out of stock. Well, doesn't that mean that they're all sold out? You know, I mean down Yeah, it sounds like it to me. If it's MA, not available, or if it says out of stock for the next one and I see two not available and three out of stock, why is that even being posted? Doesn't that mean they're all sold out? It would seem to me, this is what I don't like about some pages because it's kind of a waste of our time. Where it's like, oh man, maybe this stuff will come back in so I want to keep spot checking it and it diddles some of my time away. But for $6 for that blouse and with a matching helmet cover, That's a pretty good price. I wouldn't have a problem with putting the three color down below for the pants if need be or finding some used pairs of the chocolate chip. But these are brand new. Most of this stuff is brand new that's being sold out. I want to say thanks to the guys who reminded me of this place. It's been a while since we've been there and that's something that's a good thing because you never know what you're going to run into. There are some tiger stripe items here for you to use tiger stripe and including the gray format tiger stripe that's come out and the desert. As far as the shirts go, again it's mixed. There's woodland, the green stuff, especially the newer patterns are going still for higher prices. But for instance like in the DCU, For the smaller people, especially, as is typically the case with surplus, remember I talked about this this morning, progressively buy the biggest stuff first. If there's 10 of you listening and you're all working together and you're kind of listening to this program, if you are going to go buy surplus but you're limited in supply, when something is offered really cheap and you go there and there's, say, extra large and large available but you can only buy half of what you need for your people, buy the big sizes first because for the little women that are like small and extra small or the guys that are mediums those are still going to be there guys but what's going to run out first are the big sizes so if you had to look at your budget and go Mark I only got half what I need today to buy that stuff that's on sale buy the big ones Buy what you need for your big people because that's the tougher stuff. They're gonna get thinner anyway, although there's gonna get a point This is one thing. It's really funny done. I've watched this over and over again with people who body build they'll get to the point where they level off and They can't understand because they keep pumping because the reason they were working out is they wanted to lose weight Well guys if you keep working out you keep working out you keep pedaling and you keep working out and you keep pumping those legs and you keep pumping those arms and Eventually what happens is yes you got rid of the fat and there's a point where it isn't really super noticeable except for density. Yeah, you know muscle weighs more than fat. Duh! So people really screw up. I mean it's not bad because they... Yeah, they pedal their little high net off and they're really, they're getting healthier. In fact, they're building muscles. Okay? And that's something we need to remind you about. If you get to the point where, man, we're good at running and walking, and I've kind of balanced out, but I don't look like Arnold. No, but you're headed that way. And you really don't want to look like Arnold, okay? I said this years ago, in fact my dad pointed this out, he goes, you know, bodybuilders look cool when they're young. He goes, but at a certain point, you know, they usually don't learn to back off and they keep like getting, shall we say, well, flabby because when they're older, the skin doesn't absorb as easily. So here you've got these guys that have built up muscles the size of their arms, you know, their arms are the size of your legs. and the problem is when they start going the other way you hear about some of these bodybuilders starting to cut back but also turn back their body now those are the ones that are thinking because people say well he's not as big as he was yeah but he still looks like he's got muscles and not like somebody hit a couple of flat tires right? See how that works guys? So that's the balance. I just want to mention that because with regard to clothes fitting, remember when you build up that muscle mass, there's a point where you can only go so far. You know, you're looking at pictures and you want to look like that. Well, you won't necessarily look like that. If you're big boned, you're only going to get down so small. You know, we can't, unless you want to break out the bone chisels. It's kind of painful I think. Another thought line in the same direction, Mark, and I've expressed this on the air before. When I was like 22 to about 28, I carried a couple more pounds than I really needed. It didn't slow me down. I was still fast on my feet. I'm doing 50 push-ups and I'm doing push-ups with my stepdaughter across that time frame. She came to about 122 pounds and I'm doing push-ups with her sitting on my back, her feet on lotus position, sitting on my shoulders. Across that time frame, a lot of fighters move up as you point out in their weight qualifications. They move out of that welter weight or middle weight into heavy weight as they come out of a teenager to middle years and whatnot. I put on muscle and lost that little bit. But you guys, by the time I was 35, I carried no extra weight. Across that 35 to 40, because I'd shed that weight, I had not lost that much speed from across that 25. And a lot of people are going to say, you're trying to compare yourself from 25 to 40. That's a 15 year span. But if you plan it out, and this was part of the plan, if you plan it out and sometimes don't do it like everybody else does, like Mark's pointing out, man, you should have seen me when I was 23. That kind of, I could, well, when I was 22 to about when I was 40, I could pick up a big block, Chevy the block all by itself, like 270 pounds, pick it up, carry it over there to the other side of the garage and put it down. So it's not about, again, it's not about big, big muscles either. You know, there are those that will sit and look at the little guy, how can he do that? Pick that up and carry that over there. There are those who sit and study arm wrestling and watch that and make it professional. Big people make money arm wrestling. And some of them are just aren't as big as the others. But here's a secret. And it's not something that I can say, oh, this is what you do. But there are people who can tell that arm muscle between the shoulder and the elbow, that bicep to fire, and in that command from their brain to that muscle, that muscle fires more percentage of muscle at any given second than a lot of other people. Now that comes from, you can build that up from lifting and such, but there are some people who are exceptional at this. Much like you point out Mark, there are some people they can see almost in pitch black. like a cat. But that goes over. This is something you can train yourself to, but you can, it is to a great extent a natural ability. This is why some people are just seem to be stronger than other people. Same size and everything. There's no explanation for it. There is a neuron, a neural explanation for it, and I just told it to you. When he thinks Fire that muscle, shorten that muscle, more of those individual muscle cells say, yes sir, and they do. That's what happens. But now let's talk over into some of the myths about weight lifters. Because you know, you hear it, well he used to lift weights and he used to look good and all of that muscle turned to fat. You know Popeye's granddaddy would tell you that's fiscally impossible. All of that muscle didn't turn to fat. It's much like you point out Mark. It was neglected over time and a lot of those guys still ate like they used to when they were burning off calories. You know, you can burn a lot of calories when you move tons of weight over a couple of hours. The other thing people forget about is as you get older your metabolism slows down Don. This is true too, but it can be that they still eat like they're young men. The discipline of what that was just mentioned, wasn't it? This goes back over to they still eat like they used to. Again, the metabolism slows down. I don't eat running over that individual comparison 20 years ago. I'd sit down and eat like seven plates at Thanksgiving and say, thank you very much. Can I have some more please? But now, it's like your average normal adult. There's no point. being a glutton. and eat like they do when they were children who can't turn their back on the sweets, all of the other things, and now, you know, America, the fattest nation in the world. And I'm not wrong about that. So it's a discipline thing, and America has lost good portions of its own self-discipline, and it is evident right there. and you can say, well I'm being... it's a glandular thing and you're picking on me and you know what? Well quit feeding them glandular things and I'm pretty certain that you're gonna lose some weight there. While you're at it. Move, make it, and breathe. While you're moving, breathe. That means we won't find you flopped over somewhere down the road face first with that 90 pound backpack. Well you don't lay there pressing you to the ground. There's something to be said about you know some big big men and we've watched that man stand on his feet in New York until what the third or fourth or fifth cop was on him. You know, but his respiratory system wasn't up to power was it? His cardio system failed him. It's not like he ran 27 miles and then got in that fight. You see what I'm saying? It's not like he ran 500 yards and then got in that fight. You know? Well scumbags that tackle them though. That man that you never ever, that was That should never have happened up for me. Right. He was killed. He was killed there. I have no doubt about that. I'll say it right there on the air on a bat. I'm not ashamed to say that. They killed him. No question about it. And the judicial system. I wonder how many of his distant cousins or the mayor's nephews or whatever the police chief's grandson sat on that and jury. You know, When we look at particular things, that's amazing. I'll bring that comparison again. I can't understand the rioting in Fergodishu over defending a crook. If anything, that could be more understandable to be applied to the incident, to the murder of that man in New York. That would be far more, you know, rioting isn't justifiable. I can't say that more. So again, you know, and that might stick in somebody's craw, but you know, look at what happened there. period. So again, we're getting off track here because you know you guys, how many guns were sold Friday after Thanksgiving? And if you put, if you go down to the tire store and you have the guy put four fresh tires on your car and you don't have them put any air in it, all those brand new tires are kind of useless, aren't they? We've touched on this before. If you can't feed the gun, the gun is useless to you other than it's a club. We've touched on this before. That brand new gun, let's elaborate on that. Because, man, I got it now and I'm going to put it in the closet and everything's fine until I need it. We've beat this drum before and maybe we'll do that again because perhaps there's a brand new listener who has a brand new gun with that very intent. It's in the closet and I know that it will be there when I need it. Well, let's reinforce some particular things. You know, God didn't build it. Anything a man makes is going to fail someday, whether it's from rot or abuse or use. There are three causes of failure right there. Write those down if you want. You know, you don't have to. They're all basic truisms, aren't they? Now, you say, well, lack of use really doesn't apply. That gun was oiled up pretty good there at the factory and they didn't know how long it was going to sit on the shelf before it went to somebody who purchased it and then he's going to go out there and clean it himself and take care of it and all of those good things. Yeah, well, sure. But you just stand it in the closet. You don't know if that gun is going to work when you pull the trigger, do you? You're counting on the manufacturers saying, yeah, well, we fired two rounds and sent it to the dealer. and they might even have two empty cases in there to show you. They might keep one of them. That's a whole different story, we could do an hour on that. But you stand that gun in the closet, you're not certain how that gun works. Now you might say, well, I had one just exactly like it when I was in the military. But again, you know, this goes back over to one in 10, Skip Talbot, you know that founder of the 50 caliber shooters association used to say about one in 10 guns, no matter what the manufacturer is, head and shoulders above the other nine. It's just the action is a little sweeter. It shoots smaller groups all of those things Maybe you've got one of those maybe you got the one completely on the other end of the scale and before you had a one in ten and now you've got the Bottom end of the scale and you're expecting one thing and getting another and you don't even know it yet So again, you're doing that gun a disservice We've talked about fire formed shells and once you're reloading those man, you're making your group smaller at 102 and four and five and seven hundred yards Those groups are getting smaller because that chamber recognizes and likes the fit of those fire formed cases. Not to mention you're learning the feel of bringing that gun up to your shoulder or bringing it up and burying it out in two hands if it's a handgun. The fast shift of the magazine dropping another one's in and the fast reaction, L-Man, that's just a stovepipe and what to do with that. If you bought a gun the day after Thanksgiving and it's still in the box and you're thinking it'll work all perfect and fine for me, I'm glad your world is so dependable and everything just works for you. Would you tell me the lottery numbers for tonight, please? I think the big magical ball is going to fall and there's millions and millions of dollars off. Would you tell me the lottery numbers because I'm counting on you? Thank you. Hey Mark. Go right ahead. Jump in there, Clark. Hey this is Mike again from Ohio. Hey, what you're talking about Don? I had some friends and I was over to their place and they were stripping down the rifles and I was kind of asking me to stop over and this is years ago, this is back in about 98 and I had to laugh because when did you ever take the spring assembly apart on this SK? I think I go spring assembly? You know for the blowback? Yeah. had to pry it all apart. It was all gummed up. I don't know how that thing had worked. Same thing with other fellers, AK. What's behind that when you move this? This other spring here comes out. That's how it moves. What about you guys are talking about people buying guns on Black Friday. How many gun parts, parts kits were sold? Oh yeah, we don't even have any complete information on that. That's just it. The overall, from all points of the compass, go ahead and jump in there please. Yeah, parts kits. I see people going, well, I'd like to do a little bit, how do I put it together? Well, you got places like Apex, we talked the other day, they got AK builders that come, just got all the jigs and stuff and all them rigs and stuff and you can get all kind of goodies there, you know, even templates and stuff like that. The how-to end, that way you don't make any mistakes. Well, you can go on YouTube now. You can go on YouTube, it's right there. Yes, as a matter of fact, look over there. Good. I said, you know, YouTube, like the 1990 and 1984s, they got all these videos on how to even load the links and stuff and how to do all that, how to build a linker and everything. As a matter of fact, we have friends that build or have the parts, don't we, right now? Well, yeah, you do. You've got Ohio Ordnance, it's even got the sail line here for a few more minutes to six for your shipping today. When you see that, they got receivers there too. They got receivers there too. Hold on guys, Ohio, go ahead. There we go. Okay, yeah, putting the receiver together ain't that hard. We used to do it years ago, you know, before we went on our vacation with Darrell, but anyway. But yeah, you know. I said it's not that hard. It's really easy. A drill, a dremel, and you're in. Exactly. And now here again, Ohio Ordnance Works dot com, guys. If you call them or if you again go to their page, www.ohioordnanceworks.com and you mention Liberty Tree Radio, then they get a special deal, don't they? Yes, and Liberty Tree if you're on the website. Before 6 o'clock you'll get free shipping. Plus all the other places we talked about. You know you've got AtlanticFirearms.com, AKBuilders.com this week, and Apex Gun Parts in Ohio. We'll give you a whole bunch more next week. And Atlantic, you've got to pay attention. Atlantic has sales randomly. You never know. Atlantic Firearms? I'm just trying to put it in the chat room here for everybody. Classic also. Classic can even get deals. They can have seconds and thirds, even on SK. Sometimes you'll find them for $175 with a broken stock. You were talking about Sarco a while back with the $70 receiver and barrel. A lot of guys have SKS parts. The barrel has been the issue. So if you are looking for that barreled action, Sarco for $70, e-sarcoinc.com. They have the basic component you need to throw all the parts to. If you don't have a stock, you either go with an old military stock or go with the cheapest chote or again the Polymer stock that's available in the SKS. Right now I think it's the Monte Carlo, the standard straight stock Monte Carlo unit. You're done. You've got yourself another SKS on the rack. A lot of times you can pick up on e-bay some of those polymer folders for $15, $20, $25. It's just a matter of being patient. Again, it's a priority issue. What are you trying to build or how much do you have to spend? Because we've always talked about that. That is always an issue. Oh, man, I don't have the money. Well, do it in pieces. Be patient. Take your time. And keep collecting. It's pretty straightforward. You've got old rims, you take stuff off in junk vehicles, scrap them out, haul them in, get four or five guys together, clean up the neighborhood a little bit, haul that stuff in and boom, gee, you've got $500 sitting there now, gee, we can get a whole bunch of barrels for the neighborhood SKS program. Exactly. You brought up classic firearms and I was going to check and they do apparently have them back in stock. They have the Polish PEPI-S 43C 9mm pistols. Now guys, the reason I bring this up, and I know that Center Fighter has a pile, a pile, I say a pile of those parts kits. You see the basic gun there? You can buy the parts kit for that gun for $49 which has everything except the barrel. Now the cool thing is this if you're gonna buy one of those pepeus 43 the PPS-43C 9 millimeter pistol pistols Magazines, of course, yeah, well you get three magazines with the kit for $49. It's worth it to buy the mags You get a mag you get three mags the pouch and a sling Plus a complete parts kit for another pepeus Kids not a pepeesh. It's the pepeus. So go ahead Yeah, Sam's barrels got 9 millimeter barrels for those. Yeah, okay Those magazines work on her 9mm and the head the bolt head fits the 76, I mean a 76-225 also fits the 9mm Yep, that's why the case in point what you've got is a you've got you've got a nice shall we say model or pattern for taking what you have that's semi-auto and Well, with the parts kept for $49 and some creativity, you could make another one. On the upper, the upper parts are another place that sells those without the holster. They're 80%, theoretically speaking. You know what I mean? Right. Well, actually, between four different locations, all of the upper is available with overlapping parts. Just something to think about. I wouldn't do anything with it right now, but you could simply be ready to map it out and understand how it works. And then you have a 9mm carbine slash light rifle that could serve you for a long, long time. Because you're going to wear those out. You put about 10 of those away. You put a laser and a flashlight kit with them. Oh look, I think I hit him. Oh that poor bugger. educational purposes only. Again, we're going to run out of time, guys. I know a lot of people may not be able to afford the semi-auto belt fed, hint hint hint, belt fed, 1990 A4s, but take the time and still go to OhioOrdnanceWorks.com. If you are going to pick up anything there, punch in Liberty Tree Radio, Liberty Tree. I don't know if you have to put radio in there. No, just Liberty Tree Liberty Tree, and you'll get free shipping on whatever you ordered Then we're are they open right now? The computer is they're good to six o'clock tonight for you guys. Okay, very very true Yeah, also these are the people that buy those guys. They're only eleven twelve hundred dollars Go to knob Creek do yourself a favor this spring and there's a feller down or he's got these Again, for educational purposes, right side plays for like 30 bucks. And again, you get a good rivet set. And here, for educational purposes, but I wouldn't put it together, don't have it on the same property. Right. Make sure it's somewhere else. And when the time comes, it'll be where it needs to be. On top of your truck, you need to build. There we go. Exactly. Because there's a lot of other things that need to be done in the meantime, so that when you put it all where it needs to be down the road, it'll work just fine for you. The other thing there too is ammunition, ammunition, ammunition before we go UNAMBO.com, UNAMBO.com. They have a bunch of stuff that's just coming here this week. You definitely need to check them out guys. It's worth the trip on the keyboard and using the cursor. So that's UNAMBO.com, UNAMBO.com. Remember they post the cost including shipping so you know exactly what you're going to have to spend. to get that weapon system or that ammunition or that powder or whatever they got, bullets, to your door virtually to the penny without needing. You don't have to guess, which is a nice thing. Anything else? Yeah, don't hook 275 gasoline tanks up, gallon fuel tanks up to your sprinkler system. It's not good for the neighborhood. Bug clearing. Yeah, it's a bug clearing project. Just honest every post the neighbor. Yeah, very good All right. God bless guys. Well any I'll tell you what? They guys know real quick Braveheart radio. I think we lost a call No, man. Yeah, we got brave heart Darryl's next door We're coming online with partisan radio over in Ashmello County just across from Darryl and Ohio We'll be up here within a hopefully two weeks So again guys pay attention to that neck of the woods and we'll give everybody a hand update. PVC half inch pipe. But you know what's really neat about that? Don, thank you for bringing that up. Guys, I've been watching, we have all these McMansions going in. I don't know if you've seen the new modular sprinkler, permanent sprinkler systems. The line is straightforward rolls of plastic. It's so simple to install, it's ridiculous, but it is pretty robust. So taking that kind of system and putting it under pressure so that you can weed burn, like the whole front yard and maybe the neighbor's front yard and maybe the street and be guaranteed get the street. Don't knock on my door at four o'clock. Look the sprinklers are on. Oh that doesn't smell right. Get your safe room get your water pump you have the tank there your house gets flooded over with water on off the roof from dripping down the so you're alright Yeah, well you keep it directional anyway keep it away from it's like the other option would be I still think would be mean is charge it with propane, but there again You got to be careful because the shockwaves gonna be quite impressive, but the fire should be fast You know I mean whoop just be prepared the glass isn't gonna be in the front of the house anymore And I'd be getting down where you know like you said get to someplace armored because well whatever was in the front yard it's heading through the house and through the neighbor's house and down the road in place only crispy critters and with no air in its lungs and Actually, probably no lungs at all because they even sucked out its chest and the brains have been oozed out its ears. Well, if you took some big propane tanks and you put a head on them and make it look like a rhino with your ears and a tail or an elephant, big 250 gallon propane tanks, they look pretty neat out there. Or you make 20 gallon propane tanks look like tree snubs out in the front yard. They're snowmen. Look at those snowman, they're so cute. And look, each snowman has like a, at the very top there, where the round head actually bobbles back and forth. There's two, there's a T that's hooked up to the tank. And then there's two arms that are made of a three quarter inch pipe. And then there are, there's a duck foot at the end and there's like three or four little stringy fingers like they're sticks. Except they got holes in the end of them. And again, it doesn't go off right away, guys. First you get the, Now even just curtains of flames in the right places, you know the hot hot hot routine. Hot foot tonight and the heat is very directional and can be on and off in just a moment influencing greatly someone's willingness to stand in one place. Exactly. It's like putting a sheet of plywood down in front, you know, when someone comes through the door, you put a sheet of plywood down with drywall screws, and you put netting up with fish hooks on it, you kind of slow the process down. Yeah. Oh yeah. Makes them think twice and wonder why they're there. Probably shouldn't have shown up at this house. Ah, yeah, it's okay. If it wasn't here, it would have been across the street. We've all been waiting for you. Unfortunately, you've got to be careful. If you burn it, it's harder to get the stuff out of the plastic. Oops. Anyway, we're at the top already guys. Oh no.
