Summary
Mark Koernke discussed constitutional authority and congressional procedures, focusing on how the Sergeant at Arms could arrest President Obama for treason if directed by Congress. The show covered the proper mechanisms of government that have been abandoned, including the role of the Sergeant at Arms as a peace officer with full arresting powers. Callers asked about contacting Congress to demand action, and Mark explained the historical precedent from Nixon's impeachment hearings. The episode also included extended discussion of weather extremes, flash flooding in desert regions, and preparedness for seasonal temperature shifts.

The UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Australia, Belgium has freedom. 207 sovereign states in the world, like 180 of them have freedom. Alright, and yeah, you, sorority girl. Just in case you accidentally wander into a voting booth one day, there's some things you should know. One of them is, there is absolutely no evidence to support the statement that we're the greatest country in the world. We're seventh in literacy, 27th in now, 22nd in science, the third and 78th in infant mortality, third in median household income, number four in labor force and number four in exports. We lead the world in only three categories. Number of incarcerated citizens. Number of adults who believe angels are real and defend spending where we spend more than the next 26 She's combined 25 of whom her allies now None of this is the fault of a 20 year old college student But you nonetheless are without it on a member of the worst period generation period ever period so when you ask what makes us the greatest country in the world I don't know what you're talking about sure used to be stood up for what was right We fought for moral reasons, we passed laws, don't count laws for moral reasons. We waged wars on poverty and up for people. We sacrificed, we cared about our neighbors, we put our money where our mouths were and we never beat our chests. We built great big things, made ungodly technological advances, explored the universe, cured diseases, and we cultivated the world's greatest artists and the world's greatest economy. We reached for the stars, acted like men. We aspired to intelligence. We didn't belittle it. It didn't make us feel inferior. We didn't identify ourselves by who we voted for in the last election and we didn't spare so easy. We were able to be all these things and do all these things because we were informed by great men, men who were revered. First step in solving any problem is recognizing there is one. America is not the greatest country in the world anymore. The guy way back in the back there is that slot slash secret police unit with all black forms and there's maybe a whole sea of them right there and you've got a whole bunch of riflemen ready to fire. See that guy way in the back with the three piece suit with the glasses, you know he's got the field glasses and he's got a, acting like he's not gonna get shot. That .30-06, that rifle when you got up, you're right, that designated shooter. Make sure he understands that guy farthest back there who thinks he's not gonna get his hands dirty. Turn his head into a big pile of mist at about, what, five foot ten. There you go. How many of them can we make die? Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the morning. Intelligence report. I'm our friend. I'm Joe McNeil. One day closer to the... for all of our brothers and sisters... behind the lines and occupied territories west, southwest. Micro Effect Network in the morning www.dmicroeffect.com. We're also on libertytreeradio.4mg.com. We're on IndianaFreedomTalkRadio.com. We're on AM and SM Micro Station, CB Bay Station, Good Morning Channel 27 and 29. And by the way, you guys did a great job a couple weeks ago. You've got a gift coming from the big truck company that repaired our DUSA half tire. They donated the work, they donated the tires, as a matter of fact. and came up to help, heard all about it, and then plugged in. And now they're listening to the Micro Effect in the morning, as a matter of fact. So thank you to all the guys. And for Channel 29, turns out that these old truck drivers up there, these guys have a tire company. They are donating a rig that they've had sitting in the back room that they bought brand new, replacing other units. Well, they bought, get totally different systems. Channel 29 is probably gonna have a sister station up pretty soon. along with what's already there. Seems we'll be probably doing 27, 29, and 31. We'll see what happens. We want to say thank you to the big truck dudes up there in the Imlay city area of Michigan. Alright, thanks. We got new listeners everywhere. I like trucker people. Oh, these guys. Well, it was really funny that they heard one of the transmissions because of the CBs were going back and forth. Right. And then they wanted to look at the, what it is, Joe, they had one of the army wreckers is made in Livonia. You know, the big five gunners. Yes, sir. And it's all I used to run one of those. So they had to go out and check it out because one of the companies down here, well, a couple of them have bought wreck those both the five hunters and the 10 cutters. recently and everybody's heard about them. Well, the guys, we've got three of them up north that were donated by one of the surplus stores. The guys had a whole fleet of these vehicles and we're spreading them out. They're not all in one place. You know why? They're all in one place, you know, where they weren't being able to be manned. Well, government might come in and take them from the business, but if they're spread out to where people are, be where they need to be. So anyway the guys came out, saw the wrecker and checked it out. The guy actually showed our operator some tricks because he was a, the recovery, an engineer recovery unit, which is kind of cool. These guys started talking. It's like, well, you know, we want to try and organize a militia and it's like, whoa, we really do. Hey, well guess who you're talking to? Oh, really? And so, you know, Bush came to shove and you know, everybody found out what was going on with, uh, other activities tuned in and hooked up. So now we've got a whole section of a county. And again, for our friends up there in Imalay City, good morning. They're doing their part and want to say thank you. If you're not familiar with the older military trucks or any older trucks. They're pretty brutal. Yeah, those tires, you still got to be careful because you're talking a big tire to begin with. And a lot of pressure. Well, with the old ones, you have the split rim. That was progressively replaced, but again the split rim system is still out there and overseas it's out there quite a bit. Especially if you're running a Russian truck. Yeah, I was going to say Russia tends to like them for some reason. Yeah, and so you're going to, you know, again, the guys knew what to do. They even had all the machinery. You never throw it away. Once you've paid for it, you got it. And they always run into stuff that farmers have. Another thing up in the upper part of Michigan, you know, we have a couple of farmers that run deus nihabs by the hundreds. I'm not exaggerating. In fact, one guy has up to 2,000 deus nihabs that he uses for his data farm. And because they're, well, you know why? Because the older ones, the old GMCs, it used to be you had the stick. World War II, you had the stick. Korea, for that window of activity, they went to automatic. Do speed, up low, high, low. And all you do is just shift her and you're, it's all done guys. So you could take a 16 year old farm kid and not have to teach him a whole lot except, hey, please don't run over the other guy. With a two and a half gun truck, you can go anywhere, it's all wheel drive. So they're perfect machines, plus he has a whole fleet, so when something broke down, you have a couple of hanger queens and he also has, I think, kept a couple of parking companies in business. over the years. You know, because there's places outside of the state down in Tennessee, Indiana, that have whole fleets of, you know, parts, you know, for these trucks. And he's made a point of buying them from the auctions, you know, of a particular model so that he was, you know, keeping them all together. This is an intelligent process. And you don't get stuck with a deuce and a half in the data field. All kinds of intelligent work here. Plus he bought the trailers. So anyway, these guys have worked in service a lot of these pieces of equipment over the years. And not only that, worked out, I'm in the military for nine, I'm probably 30. So really cool. And again, you guys, great work. Just want to say thank you. And we appreciate the donation to our radio people. We probably will be adding at least another frequency to the CB net in the northern part of Michigan. This is an old base station CB that was made for industrial use. Like, used to have it a lot of the trucks, they were sold by... Cobra made a bunch of them, but that's not who did this. I think these are Unigens. and they're brand new in the box. They went to another system simply because somebody was a better cell phone. You know, it is. Hey guys, I tried this radio. You know I get it back. And the other radios, we only need the one and we're not doing as much C.B. as we are a cell phone. We're not getting rid of their C.B.s and nobody is. In fact, now that we've got them and they're listening right now, they're adding a couple of other radios to their radio room so that they got everything the rest of the day. Upgrading is the issue here guys, constantly. Never throw the old stuff away, find a place, use it, and get it spread out. So, first of all, it is Weapons Wednesday by the way guys, what's the date today sir? Oh man, you're asking a... It's a 3, there's a 3 in there. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Ah, haha. 3rd of September... Oh yeah, 3rd of September. Oh, I wish it was the February, I wish it were. Yeah, then we'd have to do it again. 3rd of December 2014. We've got about 31 degrees here. Give me a minute. Yeah, I can go back in time. Yeah, but you can go back a month and a half. Well, you know, I've always complained, you know, just a time thing. We're going to shift back here an hour and then we're going to move forward an hour. Hey, man, why don't you improve that program? I'd like to go back a few years, you know, if you guys can do all that magic. Anyway, we've got 31 degrees here at the studio. And of course, they're predicting snow again. All I can do is sit here and say, haha. Anyway. Your weather predictions are like ours. They're coming from Indonesia. They have no clue. I mean, it's like, you know, everybody got caught flat-footed and out of it. And probably by surprise in California was the flow of the rain. You know that? The desert should never expect flash flooding. Wait a minute. Back up here. up to the desert. Why are you flooding? Desert, dry, drought. Well, maybe they'll put them, what was it, a thousand, 55 gallon rain barrel things to work with them. They should be pulled by the description. They should. About 20 minutes, you'll fill them up in 20 minutes, you're good. That's right. Then you shut off the rain. No, they can't. It doesn't work that way. What? What will they do with the rest of the water? They're going to find me for not picking it up. Oh, you didn't hear about that part of the law, did you? You know, it wouldn't surprise me at all. You know, they're so jealous. That's what I guess, exactly. You know, you didn't pick up the rest of that rain, did you? Right. A rain gutter, fine, of some kind. Oh, you lost water here. Yeah, weren't you supposed to, like, saving water? Yeah, but I only had one barrel. So if you don't fix your rain gutter, we're going to fix it for you to send you the bill. Yeah, and by the way, one way or another, we're going to tax you. Tax you for collecting the water, and we're going to tax you for nothing. I just remember all the good stuff came free at first. Yeah, it used to be until the socialists got in there. You know, because the sooner we shoot them out of this country, the better off we'll be. Yeah, we can make fun of this all morning and still be within the realm of, yeah, it's going to happen. Yeah, oh no, yeah, this is real. I mean, but you know, it's funny, even as we say that, it's like you're joking, but you're not, because these fruit loops are like this. It's, you know, going out and attacking people for having rain barrels. While one other regime is selling or giving out rain barrels. I'll think about that as a gift Yeah, you're here and by the way, we didn't know that we passed this other law that says you couldn't have them But it's not my fault you were stupid enough to take them and then the other guy wrote you the ticket Not my fault. Don't you guys have an office right next to each other? I don't recall to the best of my recollection. I don't recall the others of classic government, huh, right? So anyway, it is raining cats, dogs, and small rodents in California. The fear is much wise. Oh my god! It's like, well, do you think? Like, uh... Yeah, this is what gets me. Have you ever seen the... You may have even been through there. Have you been through Tucson during the rainy season? I... I... You know, that's all I never have. If you never have, well, that's a good thing. You were... Whoever was... Whoever was dispatching you or giving you jobs was blessing you because Guys, I still think it's a scam because you see my car, the one I bought down there had been one of the floods but it wasn't cheap, it wasn't buried completely in water. But it probably came up to about the top of the tires. And I got it for $200. And it was not in bad shape because down there it's drying a popcorn part so even if things get wet, the moisture goes... gets sucked right out of it. So it's not like you have like, you know, it's immersed in water for weeks and months and then it's, you know, rust death. No, down there is so dry, I have nothing to rust. I mean, just sit there and stare at that. In fact, the moisture was probably good for the carpet and for the plastic, which otherwise crackles, cranks and, you know, falls apart like flaking skin off a burn. Well, you know, for those of you out there listening who have never been out West, you know, Arizona, New Mexico, those kind of places, Nevada, As you're going out across the desert, what have you, you'll cross a bridge and you'll see a sign that says, no fishing off the bridge. And then as you're going across the bridge, you look at all the sand that's blowing up underneath the bridge. And I mean, you really do. You have to scratch your head, but there are times, yes, when they're... And then when it does happen, it's why they call it Flashwood. In fact, go to YouTube, there's some kids, I don't know, eventually they're going to get caught on this. They're actually middle aged people that, you know, they're trying to show people what flash floods are like, but they'll go out and try to actually attempt to say, they'll go out in the middle of those dry beds and they know that it's coming from upstream, it's already coming down from the mountain. And they're actually clocking it, you know, showing everybody, hey, you see, we just had rain up there, see those clouds? They're getting rain right now. And you watch the debris field. If you got caught in front of that debris field, It is like a lawn mowing mitt grinder. That's the only way to describe it. If you were in front, there isn't a body to find hardly there. It would be difficult to ID you. Well, that was the reason for the amount of death during the during tsunamis. They have such a debris field, you know, going in and out. People get tangled up in that. It's not so much the water. It's the junk in front. It's got a high first. Exactly. Yeah. Well, in this case the kids are out there and a couple of times they're like just stepping out of the way of the wall of water as it's coming down with the junk in front of it. And it's all the wood, you know, and stuff, you know, the old dry ghost wood. And the yucca plants and all the other stuff. And by the way, yucca, if it's green and just freshly, you know, dropped or dead, guys, that is like fiberglass. Those yucca stuff, you see, if you haven't been out, you know, the yucca plant itself, you're familiar with that, there's a stalk. up to the center, makes the best walking stick you can run into. I would grab those. I still have one that's now, I'll bet, already 30 years old. It's dry too, and eventually they're very light, and they pretty much start to disintegrate over time. They're not going to be like that. It's not as tough as it was. It's all in the way of the rain, the water, when it washes stuff away and moves stuff, and it might change the shoreline and stuff. And that's one of the reasons you have to be cautious out there. Well, the thing is that it's not like it's a mystery. You know what I mean? Tucson. Guys, if you guys want your car to be, shall we say, maybe you want a new car and you want insurance, park your car in the right spot just before you know the wave is going to hit. Like, a week or two and you don't park your car over there. Well, some people do. And guys, that car will be somewhere downrange, half a mile, three quarters of a mile, or it's just flooded in place and then silted to death. Or you could throw a fishing line out there and be the first one to catch a fish. Yes, because they're mowling the water. Oh, you were traveling now, Fred. Think about it. So that's my point, is that again, up there, you know, around the drive, the drive beds, so to speak, around those drive pieces of real estate before all those people built up there, that was desert. Has been desert, always has been desert. Go back to the history books and read about the, you know, the drive and the ease. Los Angeles. All the little monastery, all the alcos, take water if you're out, you know, the earth. Why? Oh, it is not good around there, Señor. You right now. Anyway, something to think about there. Oh my god! Now, of course, you're getting rain all the way from, I guess, from Mexico all the way up to Oregon. So it's good for the reservoirs, kind of like we saw in the last, you know, back in the 90s with the big drought there. This one's deeper, probably man-made drought, intentionally fabricated, because yes they can tweak the, there's no doubt as far as the weather. The Russians have bragged about it for years, and in fact even demonstrated it during the May Day parade, they would get rain. They would virtually push them, they could stop it, so that way they would get what they want over top of Moscow, the hard ground in the streets. Another thing here real quick, talking about weather is, wet weather here I can't emphasize enough guys because what we're talking about always having your old wet weather gear in the vehicle Buy something doesn't have to be pretty or it doesn't have to be new but put something in the vehicle. But here's another problem you're seeing these typical seasonal extremes and these aren't typical. They're one minute and 70 degrees and the next minute oh I just my little jacket but you go down the road and the wall of snow hits and 30 degrees, a 40 degree temperature shift, and wet. And then you weren't paying attention, you had the roads are slick, and you're not only part of your cars in the dead, and you're thinking you're okay, but you're out in the middle of BFE and you decide you're gonna walk. Well, when it was 70 degrees and walk, that's not a problem, but when it's 40 or 30 degrees and you have sleeting snow sideways, That's going to get through to the skin fast. Well Mark, I can see the city lights, they're right there. Or I can see the tops of the downtown, it's right there. And a mile becomes three. Yeah, people always laugh at some guy on the side of the road, 70 degrees. In his Bermuda shorts, putting change on his truck. Yeah, just before he climbs up to you know, 6,000 feet in elevation or something. Hey, we got a we got a call at Mark Yeah, who do we have call we're jumping. We have Katie in Texas. Good morning Katie Good morning Joe and Mark a question up on from the trenches of the coast number to call US guardsman armed Andrew Wilson I don't know if you covered that in the beginning of the show. Oh yeah, I did the first hour, but go ahead, yes. We want everybody to call. That is available and I gave out the number. It's in the scroll by the way too, and Henry's from the trenches, worldreport.com. But go ahead, have you got the number handy there? Well yeah, I do. It's 202-224-2341. My question was, so I mean how does that work? I mean what is a U.S. Sergeant and Army crew? Okay, see here's the thing with everybody's question is well who would you call or who is supposed to, who is the arresting authority or who is the marshal authority? I don't mean like marshalism military or paramilitary. Who is the marshal authority for the Congress? You know, here's the thing like you're asking and you're asking a good question how does Congress work? You know, think about it. We've talked about this for years about every aspect of our own government. I don't care about Saudi Arabia. I don't care about Russia. How is our system supposed to work? Well, how does it go after Nixon or how would they have gone after Nixon back in 73? When they did, it's been so long, we don't remember. They even put it in front of us. You know, the Sergeant of Arms came out ceremonially and stood there and they were edicting to him his mission and sent him out with paperwork to bring people forward to the Congress. One of the things that the Sergeant of Arms does is he's the equivalent to a RIT server. But he also has full arresting powers. He is a peace officer. And one of the interesting things about it is he has a staff. They have a job. They're just like any other... They're like many elements of the government, of our government of the United States, not the corporation, where all the officers are still sitting there, but nobody is following the rule. They're vacant, right? Well, no, they're occupied. No, I'll tell you, this is what's fascinating. You know, there's Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 courts in the United States court system. You know, we went through, you know, the common law courts are still in Washington, D.C. There are the actual courts that we should be using, not the corporate admiralty court. All of the other courts are there. And when we were back in the 90s, in the great expeditions, the guys went to Washington and tracked down the offices and they, they, they, they said, hey, You know, why aren't you guys doing your job? What are you all doing in here? And basically what they told us is, hey, we're ready to do our work. It's nobody comes to us. And this is because they're intentionally told to steer. See, this is the problem. You have these apron wearers, the masons, Moshe Mafia, the Jewish mob, and several others. And they permeate particular trades. What happens is they then misdirect and or channel all the business to their buds. Your court system is a malfunctioning mechanism that is contrary to our American form of government, but that's because it's the Admiralty Court. The same is true with Congress with their failure. Congress has the full ability to stop any of these fools in their tracks. Okay, my question is this. Okay, I understand that. And my question is, so is it up to the people to to go to the sergeant at arms and require demand that he arrest Obama for treatment? Well, in reality, he's like any other peace officer. All of us could be, and this is a good idea. uh... you've called the congressman a total target arms uh... you need to you need to have him uh... you know for a serve out paper that you generate any congressmen let's do it though well it's it's not it's the idea that you hear the reason that somebody president okay here's the reason i understand what you're doing here of all of the branches of government which one is supposed to be representing the people and so he works for us doesn't he of all the characters he bummer corporate prostitute and he actually is nothing but a meat puppet the judicial they're their own business and they're pretty well permeated by the kosher mafia now their compromise of the foreign agent of a foreign power operating against the american people and they know they're operating allegedly under corporate slash admiral law they laugh about it if you think some of the other pieces that have been done where they videotape them where they're talking you know, as a group, I mean we're talking a whole bunch of the shysters get together when the Supreme Court members are there. They're laughing about how, yeah, we're not supposed to be legislating from the bench. They're laughing about it. So they know that they're in violation. Well, the Congress is supposed to step in because of this. This is why we have this counterbalance force, which is part of the checks and balance system. Now, again, our complaints can be made and just like you would call in a complaint marking dog down the road or, my god, there's a car. I need you to act. In this case, the idea is to put pressure on everybody so that the congressmen like to keep everything in applause that are leisure and the day is long and figure America doesn't know what Congress can do. What we need to do is change that. This is a way to put pressure on Congress from that direction. Do I think there might be four people that would step forward? The rest are all, you know, toadies that probably have pictures of them with nine-year-old children or with a Molokan kangaroo, I don't know, for blackmail. You know, whatever it is, that's why they're not acting. Because... We're making them aware that we're aware that they have the power to... Right. Right. This should have been done. This should have been stopped to the first few years of this character in office. See, this goes back to what we were talking about on Monday. People getting involved, getting in touch with the right people, and sending those letters, making those phone calls. This is where all that applies. Right here. And the thing is that this is the individual, see everything is ceremony. Now, one of the things that's happening because of the layer and layer and layer of bureaucracy as far as, you know, with the system, is that some of the ceremony is even being lost, but it'll be, they have to actually go through and find their guidelines. for how to operate because like I said, there's a whole process of the Sergeant of Arms coming forward before Congress and he has to acquiesce to Congress and wait for them, step forward, stand before them. They then give him his marching orders, literally in the ceremony, and then he goes out and with the staff and the other people that he has, he has the authority to go and again serve these individuals. Now what would be funny is this, We have a complete monarchy and we have a police state with a secret service and these other corporate agencies that are foreign, that are part of the executive and outside the United States. The interesting thing would be to see where the butting of heads would take place when he tries to go to serve something. Because now you're talking Roman Civil War. Four congressmen would actually act. Four congressmen would give a job done. I'd say maybe there's a handful that might actually either through naivety or because they're tired of what they see happening that might step up to the podium. If any number did, they could assign paper and give it to the Sergeant at Arms. Now, whether or not the rest of the Congress would act and work with it, well, not at this point, but maybe next spring, they might be motivated to be more political looking at the presidential election. And that's the only reason they play the game kind of halfway right. Anyway, I'll tell you what, can you say where we are? You say where we are? We're gonna go to break! Oh my goodness, grab that cup of coffee and smell. Taste. I just realized that I'm still the French host. I feel like I need to surrender either that or other croissants. Either way, we're gonna go to break. I'm out of here. Have you done so? Croissants, huh? Well, we'll be back right here. I'm gonna hit my croissant, call me. I'm around. It is. Anyway back to you mark again Mason jar quarter stick of dynamite small rock and a good lid and it only take a few minutes to do sufficient Wait a minute, did I? Oh, oh, oh, I was thinking what I should be saying and saying what I should be thinking. Oh, sorry about that. Yeah, that's the old, and again, I don't like dropping the mason jar only because of the glass, you know, I mean, but yeah, if you're probably not gonna be swimming right there. The mason jars have a thing that you just shatter real well. The quarter stick of dynamite just, you know, so there's not a, there's not a jar that's just pulverized. Cool, so. That's where the glass came from sand. So the water does the rest of the roll around. We're returning the sand to Mother Nature. It's recycling and making it an organic. So for our caller there, again, I'm going to read this out for everybody. We did this the first hour. U.S. Sergeant at Arms Andrew B. Willison, W-I-L-L-I-S-O, has the power to arrest Obama. He's going to ask for his arrest for treason. This is the office number. Call between 8 30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard to speak with the staff. Be respectful and list constitutional reasons for your request. Telephone number is 202-224-2341. Again, that's 202-224-2341. That's 202-2341. And the idea behind this, well, you know, let's go back, you know, I think everybody's right here on the line right now. We have our caller, right? Yes, sir. Well, we're all old enough to be remembering when Nixon was dragged through the mud, right? Now, think about all of those hearings that you watched, and think back to the ceremony that was taking place. And remember that several times you will see the Sergeant at Arms call, you know, being called forward in service in his notice. the door swing open and the sergeant at arms escorting in an individual who was being brought before the Congress. I asked yourself how did he get, what is the process whereby the sergeant at arms operate? What is his function? What does he do? What are his job descriptions? See, this is like when, you know, the mysteries of the court. You know, we eventually learn all the mysteries of the court because at some point, you know, the pay, everybody in the pay-through movement has been, you know, attacked and harassed by the system, only to have the system regret that in most cases. Well, we're actually the people who read and study, congressmen. Well, I don't need to read, but Bill, we just need to pass it through you, because I've got money in the bank for it. I mean, oh, I thought what I was thinking and thinking what I shouldn't have said. Oh God, oh boy, okay. So again, there's the process of him serving and in fact, not only serving a writ, but a generated, you know, what do they call it? Not a legate, but the legate would be appropriate. Like an imperial legate, it's a senatorial legate. and it's where he has authority he virtually is bearing a symbol that charges him as if he were congress before the president that's the purpose behind it an imperial like it traditionally you were given a baton and it was for a particular task it was as if the emperors stood there when we built up the room we built the republic although the school technically stood well stood in place with the uh... article of confederation Basically, a congressional legate was in place so that you are acting as a representative. You virtually are Congress standing there. An act against this man is an act against Congress. An act against Congress is an act against the people. And that's why the structure of this mechanism, why we don't understand, we always think loyalty. Remember that we are sovereigns. We have the same authority. We have equal authority. Or is it because of the sample? Die! Okay. But the people don't really think about it that way because we're conditioned with Hollywood. In fact, everything is kept nebulous in the dark and stark. We don't know. It's like, I compare this to the election process. How does the election work? Well, anybody who's truly studied it has either been viciously attacked or in some cases murdered. You know? In this case, it's like, well, everybody knew how to do this back in 1975. In 1973 and 1972, because he initiated all of this and one person after another was brought in under the aegis of the Sergeant at Arms. And the President of the United States has no immunity with regard to actions of this type, especially where we're now looking at open treason. Does this protocol require... it sounds like it... I mean, could this sergeant not simply go to Congress and say this man should be a leader? Well, yeah, actually he can, because that's one of the things, he is an interactive part of the Congress. He is not a separate appendage like an appendix. In other words, he's only brought in and used as a, has come up with a use for him. He has very specific guidelines, which by the way are in United States Code, which unfortunately that in and of itself, United States Code is corporately registered, remembered. But United States Code covers virtually everything. And the powers and guidelines for the Sergeant at Arms are both there, and they're also in what are called the Green Books. Now the green books are not in most legal libraries. Amazingly enough, even some prison libraries because of collections that have been donated very rare. These are a dark green series of law texts that include the registrar of authorities and controlling elements for Congress, the House, the Senate. the judiciary with regard to extensions and elements of control and martial activity because remember you also have bailiffs and you have individuals that serve and will execute actions for the judiciary. Now the thing is you have this over bloated massive bureaucracy of secret police that make up the equivalent of that in the executive. is where we have, for instance, the Justice Department has acquired a great deal of power like Hermann Göring did back before World War II and has collected many, many different agencies. How did they do that? Well, don't we have a Department of Homeland Security, Communists and National Socialists, when they were vying for power, would collect titles? Well they've done this by collecting, first creating all these off-the-wall agencies and then shuffling the court and what they do is one right minister or one commissar fights over how many titles he or she has. And that's exactly what has happened over the last several years, but in the last six years, there's been a great consolidation of power within the executive. So the interesting thing would be is if we could get four congressmen, see this is what would be kind of fun. Isn't this the Christmas season? I'm gonna make everybody's brain juices at work here. This would be kind of, I had a conversation, this conversation last night at about three in the morning. Isn't it like the Christmas season, like 1913? What did the Shysters do to us in 1913? On the 24th of December, pieces of, went into a closed, cold Senate and passed the Federal Reserve Act. All they did was stand there in that empty room, hit a few light switches, and light a few coal burners. And I don't think they did that. I think they didn't waste any more time they had to, because the other they had were going to get their shekels, or silver, for betraying America. But they went in there and four of them created the Federal Reserve illegitimately and against the contrary to the wishes of the American people. Okay? So why not for a change? And this is why I said all it would take is four. It's four individuals that have male body parts still attached, maybe. They do the same thing in reverse order. Anybody can open Congress. See, this is what... Whoever... This is how this works. Everything is ceremony. Whoever the senior person would be would take the position of the chair. You know, in other words, to control the podium. And then the other three characters would yay or nay. And all opposed? All in favor? Motion carries. They have a quorum. I got Izzy, and I got Cohen, and I got Bloomberg. Yeah, yeah, yeah. See, that's how they did the Federal Reserve. So what's interesting is, and it would be funnier in hell because this is how these operators have been through the history of the country and for about half of it. Not just at the federal level, but at the state level too. I will point out something I talked about years ago. You know the American people actually did this back around 1896, 1997 at the state level. Literally a bunch of people who were Americans were actually voted in that weren't Masons and weren't Ringknockers and weren't Ojumafia. And so literally they were able to get into office and everybody did exactly what they said they should do. We do this peacefully and we'll do this right. You know what happened? People are all legitimately elected because the election was watched, it was monitored, there was no ballot stuffing. Well every state where they did this, all the ring knockers in the kosher mafia went down the road and because they couldn't control the Congress, the congressional building, they went down the road and had their own sessions in another building. The problem with people is that they can't wrap their brain around the idea that we have authority. So while they're all down the road there, these characters all picked up and took their corporate operation around the corner and they had two congresses going on. This is post-Civil War. This is not 1863. We're talking 1895, 1897, and right up until 1901, 1902. And what's fascinating is part of the whole thing with the Civil War of the Federal Reserve Civil War that was going on because many people did understand what was happening and how we were being invaded. Presidents had been assassinated in the 1880s and 1890s for opposing the World Bank and for opposing those who wanted to try and implement the Federal Reserve before 1900. Garfield didn't die right away either, guys. You know, that's why. Kennedy shot! Kennedy shot Reagan! Well what about the other presidency assassinated? Well what do you mean? Oh you're not supposed to think about those. In Garfield he died by inches. He was eight. The country got to wait a long time for him to die because it was a gunshot. But it was, you know, and again they kept fighting the, you know, he doctored him but only so much he can do back in the day. Huh? I said, who's idea was this? Oh, I don't know. This has been a discussion we've had. Somebody picked this up and I don't know, somebody was smart enough to actually format this in a simple card system that's now going around the social media, which is a good idea. I would think there's somebody who probably has, again, like I said, probably a few years under their belt and actually was looking at the problems that we've been facing for years. If they also were a historian at all, they'd be bringing up what I've been talking about with regard to what happened with Nixon. Well, who is that guy that went out there? How did they bring everybody into the house? How did they bring everybody into those Senate sessions? In other words, how does the machine work or how is it supposed to work? See, Congress has literally become a limp noodle. Now, they're an arbitrary, aggressive body when they're poked by the people who have all the blackmail pictures, which is why they went after Nixon. Because it had nothing to do with Watergate. It was totally irrelevant. My personal belief is that it was money. It was virtually the money system. The biggest problem they had The Shastre bankers were planning on taking the national park in 1973. In fact, they would have had them by 1972 even before the war ended. But in 73-74, there's no doubt that calling in the international debt, they would have stolen the country and Nixon knew it. So what Nixon did is he blocked it with a number of actions. Silver and gold. I point out to everybody while Ford finally signed off on it, understand that Nixon had initiated the open possession of silver and gold by the American people. There is even, or you can find writings on the subject, Nixon was in motion to do this. And that was one of the big reasons he was going to be attacked because the Shysters were the only ones who could have gold and silver. You and us and all the regular people, well remember that that Democrat FDR had made it illegal to own gold and silver and Americans with a short memory span don't know this or can't wrap their brain around it. But because of this they had to go through all the pomp, they all of a sudden they brought all the blackmail pictures and they pumped up all the propaganda because they own all the media. And so we know about Richard... We'll always remember Richard Nixon. Nixon this, Nixon that, Nixon Nixon Nixon Nixon Nixon. Well, what about LBJ? What about that dirty criminal? You'll notice how they faded him off out of the works. And if it weren't for LBJ, we wouldn't have the Vietnam War to begin with, would we? Think about it. It was that scumbag that pushed us into it the rest of the way. And every step of the way peed on America from every direction he possibly could. And he was this dirty criminal across the board. But you didn't hear anything about that mouth and good old LBJ. We can attack Nick and see, and this is a pattern we need to remind everybody about when, oh they're attacking you, you know what? Good. You know, it's kind of like Jesse Poehler. You know, with Chosin Reservoir, some major came up and there's always an argument about what was said, but there are variations of what he said when he was confronted at it. But they said, you know, General, we're surrounded. And he looked at the major and he said, good. And so, well, we're Marines. Now Americans, well, Marines are Americans. Americans need to have this attitude of, oh, we're a surrounded good. That means I can stab anybody and I'm going to make a hit. And with this situation, this is not going to hurt us at all. But what it does is going to raise attention. People are looking for a solution. And we do have it, but the weenies that we have that are in the positions of authority, they're even the ones that just got elected, or as far as I'm concerned, nothing more than Democrats with a different title. Because the key issues like like the whole thing with this this whole this whole scam with the you know, the immigration Everybody knows what should be done put the brakes on it But not one of these pieces of trash is doing that. In fact, just in reverse, they're all doing the hedge and weenie and you know, and winie thing. I'm tired of weenie people. You know, let me give you another example of why this is something we can do. If the weenies that are out there that are supposed to be representing us are child molesters or they're into animals or whatever it is that they got pictures of them doing or whatever money they took and they got pictures of them getting their brown envelope, I don't know. But whatever it is that they're using for blackmail against them, or maybe they don't have any guts, so they've been threatened with murder. All again, like they were threatening people with murder back before the Federal Reserve Act, and they killed senators. These people, these are not men. They are America's weenie boys. And if they were men, they'd have to, you know, they should, first of all, they should be a qualification. They should be warriors. Most of them have never been, had to fight for their life. And because of that, they don't know what to do when confronted with wicked people that will, you know, again, threaten their life. But that's part of being in the job and that's what always gets me about this. If I were to send someone to Congress but 99% of the people they ever get to run, they'll start out being with the people but they're all limp dinks when it comes time to get there because they don't take their own staff, they don't listen because they get into the whole routine and then they start talking and you're about, you're with us, not with them. And by the time they're done, they've got Washington DC staff, they've got Washington DC staff, They've got Washington DC aides and the whole system is all around them, isolate them and then pad them up. Now if they really are or really insulted the other side by getting elected because they really aren't part of the system and they weren't the candidate they wanted, they'll be a one-term candidate. You know how that works, what they'll do is they isolate the idiots, they're broken away from their constituency. The guy thinks I'm special because I'm rubbing elbows with all these special people. They'll pee on the constituency that got them in there. That's why I, this is to show that we know what's going on. Because we know where the machine is, you know, the machine's there, the whole mechanism's in place. We're just, it's not being used because we have color in place. Alright, well I mean my thinking was, you know, you said people are looking by and people just like yours is now you know calling up this hello and then you know contacting my congressman and that I mean we've done that oh I know I think you know what you know what you know I answer to that today after you hang up the phone buy another case of animal my personal opinion is a cartridge box is there's a there's a reason we're doing this and the cartridge box is the solution but let me point something out For anybody who is frustrated, understand that don't you think the Founding Fathers were frustrated? I'd say they were the most frustrated men. Ten years worth of beating their heads against the wall with a bureaucracy in England that is just like the bureaucracy you're fighting right now. And farther away, which is a warning sign to everybody, they want to go to the UN. Well, of course they do. If they go to the UN, it's all British Crown, it's all royalty, it's all whatever, Pharaohism, whatever you want to call it. but it's so far away you can't do anything about it and you'll have no say in it. That's what we were fighting, that's what the founding fathers were fighting. And even though they were, let's point something out, who would be considered the most notable general of the American war for independence? George Washington, right? Would you say George Washington was up to speed on what was going on? I wouldn't say so. The Fairfax Resolve and the Suffolk Resolve. The Fairfax Resolves were the last document that was peaceably presented to the Crown. It was generated and taken by the respective representatives from the colonies. From Virginia, representative of the two that were there to present the Fairfax Resolves to the Crown, George Washington was one of the men that did it. Now, he, I think, pretty well understood that they were headed towards knockdown dragout, kick him in the face kind of fight. But even though, as, oh by the way, also being a militiamen and being a militia officer for, you know, what, years? Since he was a young, young, young man, a very young man by the way, he still went through the process and the reason for that is to demonstrate that he was on the moral high ground before he pulled the trigger. See how that works? Yes, I do. And that's my belief. I'll help anybody with a process like this because even in the same breath I might have to turn around, gun down as many of them as I can, hunt down every one of them and fight them for their last breath and get rid of them all. But you can't tell me that we didn't try to tell these people to do the job they're supposed to do that they're not doing. Right. See? So I understand your question. You have good points. We've kept you for a long time. You want to stick around or you gotta go? Yeah, I'm gonna listen on the phone, okay? Thank you for answering my question Mark, thank you Joe. Alright, thank you for your call. Appreciate that. And we're up here at the top of the hour, Earl. And real quick before we go, how can we donate to the micro effect? 208-935-0094.
