A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat. And speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You've vied permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors. So their children are people. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores. And send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children? to live in fear and be a slave. O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the first hour of the afternoon intelligence report forgive me running lately rail late here and not enough time to get everything done So, here we are. It is a quirky one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters. Both on and behind the lines in occupied territory south, southwest, southeast. Today's date? Well, as you know, here it is. We are looking at the 20th of November, 6th year of open Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K2014 Old Earth Calendar or Mayan. crazy crazy crazy It is great. It's Mid temperature winter wise out there not too cold too warm the wind was up a little bit breezy kind of died down towards sunset here. That's typical So for right now neutral outside as far as any wind goes Temperatures below freezing, but not that much so it's medium uh... for a fine late fall early winter day here in michigan uh... it is thursday and for everybody uh... reminder again if you could take the time donate to liberty tree radio dot for m g dot com we had a couple things you need to replace working on sending some more and chips out to uh... henry i'm working on that right now go through the pile of stuff Found in their box of goodies. I actually have a box the size of a shoe box full of RAM cards It takes a little time to go through all those just from one pickup of Dell stuff alone. It's all Dell tech and Probably at least three boxes for the station out there, too. They're the same machine that they're apparently using although We're gonna qualify that in a minute. That's 745 model octoplex uh... there's two versions one of the tower type the other one is for you know the del flat-rack you know the flat plate uh... henry if you can just give it a heads up i need to know uh... with the machine what are they the tower type you know straight up upright slash uh... narrow side perpendicular to the uh... uh... surface of the planet or is it a flat pancake horizontal system with the uh... uh... fixtures uh... mounted so that they're flat with the long side of the machine and narrow have no talk about them uh... they there are two configurations available and the same is true for what we have sitting on the shelf so processors we have hard drives we have a pile of and ram chips on going through so we can least fill every issue bill fill every station up uh... everyone around stations up without a problem including replacing for out there everything goes well so I'm looking, we're working on it, a little late running, I didn't realize, looking at the clock, I was misreading, thinking it was four instead of a five. So that happens especially since the clock is clear about that. Anyway, we are working on putting together what we can. If you'd like to send a donation, if you'd like to help keep Liberty Tree Radio up on the air, another way you can do it is grab an envelope. right on the address of pb and that p o box one nine four dekker michigan four eight one three zero pb and that p o box one nine four dekker michigan four eight one three zero pb and that p o box one nine four dekker michigan four eight one three zero for the Sunday checker money order make it out to man thing last name K-O-E-R-N-K-E Nancy K-O-E-R-N-K-E and of course you can send cash as a donation also not a problem whatever you can do will help don't worry oh you can't send that much whatever you can send will help we've got we're not we don't do what other operations do I've got places where we can find all kinds of cool stuff and for you know what you'd get for five dollars uh... what you say what we get for five dollars it would cost you a lot more uh... five dollars goes along with his you know where to look for goodies piled up in places and uh... you know connectors cables lines all of you know the piddly stuff normally dollars towards your death for you know dollars you to death we can do for pennies literally If not free, that stuff we recovered. Big stuff, that's where we need to spend money. So we do need your help there. Again, you can go to www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com and donate. Or you can go to, well you can send a donation to PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. Then we'll go from there. Good afternoon Mark. and we got Henry with us go ahead and jump in there please yeah those are uh... upper that's typically what i have here so i think we have and also might have the next generation up from the model you have if you want them okay yeah i get where anything to upgrade it because when the ed gets done if we can get enough ram uh... maybe we can get everything coming clear up by three sixty five good good okay well we're looking at that also uh... there's another model i'm gonna get right pulled the specs off it yet but i have uh... They are actually more of a gaming tower. They have a little more air breathing space and a little more circulation to cool everything down, which are great for doing programs. They are Dells, but I just haven't looked closely at the numbers. There have been a bunch of these coming through at different times. A couple of them I committed to somebody else have actually rebuilt them already, and I didn't really ask what he did with them. The hard drives are, I'm going to have to look, I believe, they're not very big. There's a couple of 40 gig, 200 gig, and then one that's, I think, 800. They're all Dell hard drives. If those would help out, what size hard drive have you got on the machine right now? What size hard drive we got on those? She threw her hands up. I don't know nothing about them. I just worked for her. Okay, no problem. That's okay. That's another thing, you know, when you come up in you and thank me for putting them articles up. I I don't know. Is that part of that? Now, you see, remember there was, there was, is that part of the series where they had all the cats that were paratrooping, you know, were air dropping and it was all CG, but they had people outraged because they put the cats in danger and they were doing the pair of drops and, you know, dropping with a parachute, you know, parachute opens up holding yards. I'm not quite sure. She just leave the computer here. It looks like a Burmese that's in the jumpsuit. The air streaming by. It doesn't look like it's having a bad time. No, no, actually he'll land on his feet. I'm sure it will. I don't know how long its legs will be when I hit the ground. If he were to fall like that when he landed on his feet, oh I'm sure he'll land on his feet. I don't know what to do for him, that's all. Anyways, we will put those computers to work and we do appreciate it. It's not a big chunk of change, but it's a cost to move the machines that way. At the very least, we get the RAM out here right away fast, fast, fast, and probably send some of those hard drives too. They are Dell specific, so it's all Dell technology. I didn't know you guys were running nothing but Dell because we have a lot of Dell around here. A couple years ago, we got a good deal on three of them. and we really got the money through donations and before that we were just running on, man I don't even know how we were running. Real quick, the Dell units, University of Michigan seems to run off of either Dell or Gateway, pretty much the same system because they're IBM compatible, but they had a whole bunch of Dell's the last time I was a property disposition, and that was just before I came down here. And the interesting thing is that a lot of these have a nice little history card so we know who had, you know, who provided the technology and where they came from. It's part of one of the service companies. So, for whatever reason, I seem to be running into fours and, like I said, threes, fours, and fives, mostly fours and fives and sets like they were office modules. I noticed a couple that I don't think anybody lifted them up since they bought them. They were all dusty on the inside, but none of them are burned out or burned up or just switching out to whatever they're told is the next model they need, which is really cool. So a lot of them. One important thing is when you guys are buying used computers is always open up and look inside because a lot of times when they take out the old RAM cards because they trade out, They'll tape the RAM cards on the inside of the box on the inside of the machine. The cool thing is there's another set of RAM cards here. If you get out of the machine and you were short, you have spaces open and you wanted to put something in there, usually it's the last set that they had. I've run into probably half the machines that I've picked up with the spare RAM cards in there, on board. So, always look around guys, always look under the hood to see what kind of engine she's got, whether or not somebody threw some spare parts and some quartz and water oil under there. Again, it will be appreciated and I do have to run. Thanks man. Thank you Henry, I appreciate that. So towers are what we are best suited to use, we'll do that. A couple things here too, real quick. Anybody who's wondering, go to from the trenches, worldreport.com. If you want to see Para Kitty, looks like a Burmese having a lot of fun. He's cool. He's got the wind flight floating by. I think this is part of a series that was done in Europe. It's an example of what you can do with CG. They had regular paratroopers, slash, you know, The guy is doing shoot jumping and what they did is they were using them as the format and then they put the cats on tables with the jumpsuits on and had fans coming up from below. You can't tell whether it's real or not. It looks just as real as it could possibly be so don't tell me the cats don't do paratroops. I'm looking at one right here which is cool. He's having a lot of fun. It looks like maybe 8,000 feet, 6,000 feet, 8,000 feet. Anyway, it is gray. We ain't got that kind of ceiling here to look out across the planet with. But it is winter, as I said. A reminder, a little peace, thank you. It's on From the Trenches. Who really believes 100 Homeland Security Vehicles at the STL Hotel are just for training? Yes, the timing of the Department of Homeland suck. You're supposedly training in droves in Chesterfield, a suburb of St. Louis. 25 miles from Ferguson where authorities were expecting riots following the grand jury decision of the Michael Brown case is nothing short of amazing. Well, that's true. It's a lie. They pre-deploy like this. These are all regional police, suburban, slash fleet cars. They're training all right. They're getting their briefing on what they're going to do and they're on standby to bus calls. What's the surprise there? federal protective services whole purity yeah out there just their pike coincidence and they're just having fun yeah i'm sure they are and they're all bright enough don't forget lots of bagels lots of donuts and be prepared because the good stuff will be coming later they'll spend the big money once it's getting a get the right going and you know will bury satoros riders on one side and bury satoros secret police on the other you know when they go when they go to uh... action When you're on the real set, if you've ever been to a Hollywood set, you get the good food, the good catering. Well, that's what they're going to do. Right now they're just putting up with the hotel goodies, but when they start the real fake movie production slash Ferguson, the riot epic continues. Episode 1 will be like 5. We've already had several episodes. The sequel episode, the good caterers come out, the riders will be picking down, they'll be talking and laughing with each other. Then you'll hear the, and it'll be like Bugs Bunny, remember with Coyote, and with the Sheepdog. don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't don't Then they'll be beep and then you hear, you know, take! And then they'll start throwing stuff and the riot police will start looking grim. They'll change from their bland neutral like deadpan, you know, no brain expression to gahh! And then they start the game and then when they're all done at the end of the day it'll be shift change. Everybody stops and they go over to the punch clock like in Bugs Bunny. You know, evening Ralph. Hey evening Fred. And they'll punch their little riot clock and then they'll go home for the night. And of course they'll grab whatever food they can off of the catering truck. You know the goody food. You know especially the bagels, the lox, you know the oi boy food. and back to the hotel rooms and then they'll be getting ready for the next cycle, next day and gotta make sure you punch the clock or well the riders won't get their government money and the secret police won't get their government money and you and I will all get screwed. So, hey, program in the making. They're all just waiting for training. Yeah, I'm a Chinese jet pilot named Laozi. Well, I got to remember, liar402 is you tell everybody who they're training. What are they training for? You don't even know! Also, in other words, it's all part of the scam and setup for Ferguson. Thank you very much and thank you very much. As it stands, a couple of the things here... A reminder, I brought this up the other day, pay attention to, especially for Christmas, holiday specials now. We got Black Forest Day coming up, which is like everybody's ready to kill each other, breaking out the swords, battle axes, shields, and everybody's going to go out there and, what? Well, it's China Sport stuff. You're waiting in line and trying to kill people over China Sport stuff. If you pay attention, look around. Like I said, you can find a whole bunch of good prices without doing a whole lot in the process to get the job done. You know what I mean? If you go to, for instance, right now, CenterfireSystems.com, CenterfireSystems.com, take a look at some of the weekend prices they have coming up. And again, I see the Watchmen report. Java Deair has got it posted there. I haven't chanced looking at it yet. go to www.centersystems.com and take a look at some of the sale items that they have there for the week on the scroll. Right now they do have a pretty good price on an AK although they had a better price of $450. This is an AK-47 with standard wood. To be quite honest, if they still have the other model, it looks like they might have sold out already today. How do you like that? If you look up in the scroll, they have a number of different items. One of them, and I'm just mentioning this in passing, I'm not expecting any of you to buy one of these unless you're one of the doctors or one of the groups. Right now they're posting in their scroll. At the middle of the scroll there are five items. OOW's 1919 A4 belt-fed .308 semi-auto rifle. This is a Browning machine gun semi-auto. with tripod, panel and traverse and elevation for the tripod $2,899.99. Well, actually that's a really fine volume fire weapon for any of you out there that are looking for a support weapon. And for under $3,000 that's not a bad price. Of course we used to buy them for a whole hell of a lot less but this is the year 2014. These are .308 guns. Remember that you can get links, both cloth and or belt metal. They're out there in force and they're cheap. This weapon, everything you need to support it is available off the shelf, but I would get a critical parts kit right off the bat for it. But it's belt fed. It's a Browning 1919 A4 semi-auto .308 caliber, 762 NATO. A lot of these are in 30-06. A lot of our guys have bought several of these because people bought them and then decided they wanted to get rid of their toys. The guys got together and we start stacking them up. We have quite a few of these. Both in 06 and a couple of the groups have the barrel change out that goes from 8mm to 30-06 to 308 because they were set up in all three calibers, the Browning 1919. It's available at CenterFireSystems.com, CenterFireSystems.com, CenterFireSystems.com. They also have a BAR, but I'm sorry, I like the BAR, Brown Automatic Rifle, but they want $4,300 for it. For 2,900 you get yourself a belt-fed semi-auto gun and you know what if I was using that you couldn't tell that it was semi-auto instead of you know you wouldn't you wouldn't know that it wasn't full auto was put that way if you're not a use a belt-fed gun with a semi-automatic trigger and a fast trigger finger I'm sorry guys you could not tell and the accuracy would be comparable if not superior to using the full auto gun. Think about it. But anyway, go to CenterFaresystems.com. Look at their scroll. In the middle of the scroll, we've got five dots. Tap that middle dot or wait for the scroll to go through. And you'll see them, and then you can go to the page and check them out for the individual section on that subject, on that weapon. As far as the rifles go, I'm trying to find real quick if they still have the club foot, the club stock model in hand. because the American-made AKs that have come out here a little bit ago have gotten pretty good thumbs up from everybody that's been using them. And as far as I know, Cinefire has been carried, or at least carried them initially. Big's Promise, but everybody wants them now so that they have been availability-wise, they've been kind of thin. You know, here, there, here, there, showing up randomly. Yeah, they do have them for $550 a piece now. So they're back up to where they were. They have a k47 supporter with Bennett lug and of course with the RPK stocks Well, we get to that price like I said the PAP and 308 unless you really really need an AK and you're looking for some 60 by 39 They do have Romanians and a couple of others on the scroll on the front page for about $500 a rifle which is not bad. As you know, in fact they're showing right now a standard AK-47. Looks like it's got the AK-74 stocks on it. That's what that buttstock is there. But for $500 a piece comes with one mag. If you buy the AK from Centerfire, grab their drums because they offer you a deal. You get a drum for $50. If you don't have a drum for your AK, grab the drum while you're buying the rifle. Otherwise, they run like $79 a piece. That's typically where they are, even if they're $69. Hey, $20 savings is $20 worth of ammo. You all know what I mean, so keep that in mind too. All of these AKs do come with the side fixtures, so dons, AK, well forgive me, night vision technology should go on the rifle. If they don't, you can go with a dust cover mount. There are several heavy, well made with a picatinny rail that will of course allow you to drop the night vision device right on the roof of the AK. Either way will work. I prefer the slide mounts if you can find the gun with the slide mount. That would be preferred or if you want to put one on, take the time and do it. It's worth it. because again that's a quick speed fixture. The mount itself then has all the picatinny rails on it and congratulations there you go. If you can think of anything else that you need that you know of course is going to be attached that includes lights, lasers, optics, well that's your choice. You know, you know, pick and choose as you go. Personally, I'm not as excited about lights as a lot of the people that are pushing you know firearms development out there and there's a number of reasons because I may set lights up to offer illumination, but they're not going to be with me. Think about it. Fine, it looks like it's already gone too. Okay, I was going to mention another hat. It's like they already sold out of it, guys. Gee, Agent Provocateurs and the FBI Warning on Ferguson. Janet Dyer. Go ahead, who do we have? Call her? Jen? Jen? You have two calling in about Charles Dyer. Okay, very good again Charles Dyer give everybody an overview. I know who we're talking about here We've got an update on what's going on with Charles Dyer. Yes Very good. Okay guys. Go ahead give an update first of all who what where when? Who are we talking about and what have you got for an update, please? Okay Charles was arrested Federal charges he was found not guilty with but his wife made the complaints of him raping his daughter. We went through third trial. He was found, it was a hung jury, the first trial, and second trial was a mistrial, third trial, the attorney never presented any of the evidence, and he was convicted. He went through a direct appeal during which the trial attorney withheld the evidence from the appellate attorney until the day after the first due date of the appeal, which meant he didn't have enough time to get everything together. When he did get the boxes of evidence, part of the evidence was missing and the appeal was denied. He then put a post-conviction appeal into the district court It was kicked back and they said that he actually didn't even have the right to do that, which he does have, but did a summary dismissal and he has gone to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals with a petition in opposition to their answer. And they did move him from Kilman County in June to Lexington. prison in order to put him where he would have a law library because everything he is doing is pro se. Great, okay, very good. And that's where we're at right at the moment. Oh, can you hear me? We got you, go right ahead. Okay, yeah, and I just wanted to add to that that Charles is gearing up to take this to the federal appeals level. An attorney has been found to assist with that. And there are some fees that will be associated with that. I know Mama Jan here, she won't come right out and ask, but I will. see if there's any way we can get people to help with this. It's very, very high priced whenever you start getting into a federal appeal process. It's very complicated and the attorneys are very expensive, you know, what they charge and everything. All donations can be sent directly to her, Jan Dyer, at 5103 Hope Road, Marlow, Oklahoma, 73055. Also, I would like for anyone who is interested in doing so, we feel that it is very important for Charles to continue receiving letters and let him know that people in the Patriot community have not forgotten about him. At this time, if you guys have any questions concerning the case or how Charles is doing personally, anything of that nature, please feel free to let them go. Real quick, first of all, in the appeal process, the prostitute's office failed to deliver in a timely manner the material and information, correct? The attorney for the defense. did not get it to the indigent appellate attorney. And when he did, all information about the computer, that's the OSBI-CD, where they went in and did a forensic examination of the computer, which they didn't do until after the first trial, and the paper copy of the report were neither one in the box. Now during the third trial, I had asked the defense attorney, our attorney, if the FBI had found Charles' external hard drive, which they apparently had taken say they had, but then they say they hadn't and I don't know. But anyway, I asked him if he had heard anything about it. He said he would check. And during the trial, before this information was ever presented in the court, us not knowing it wasn't going to be, he gave me a hard drive. Well, at that point, I didn't know a hard drive from an external hard drive from nothing. I brought it home with me, thinking that's what I had. After the trial was over, Charles was convicted. I was cleaning off my computer desk, and I turned this thing over and it said, Exhibit 11. I got on my computer because I had the exhibit list and so forth on my computer, and looked, and Exhibit 11 was his wife's hard drive clone, that we were to be presenting in court, which he never did, of course. Yeah, let me also throw in there that a formal complaint was filed against Al Hoke, who was the trial attorney during the third trial. Now, why this piece of evidence is so important is the search history on this car drive that came from his wife's computer, it had different searches. So what happens if you make false sexual allegations? What's the best way to win a custody dispute? And I'm also going to throw out there that it did contain several pornographic videos and pictures. And they were shown to be accessed During the timeframe of 48 hours before the child gave her interview, which is pretty damning, especially given that during the things that were described, I know a lot of people don't like hearing about it, but it is a crucial fact in this case, is she described the bedroom where this so-called attack took place as the bedroom being white. Everything that was recovered from Charles' house was brown and green. They didn't own anything white. In fact, the white bedroom actually came and was described. It was actually one in the videos that was found on this woman's computer. And to this day, nobody has ever brought that attention or investigated why the child was describing the things that were going on in that video. Very good. And again, this is typical. The history shows that somebody, as in his wife, was actually...this is the argument. If you know people are not remembering the case, and it's most probable, in fact, it's demonstrated if you have the computer history, was shopping for the information, how to, there's clicks out there. That's part of the scam. They've been running on the male population for quite some time. It's a whole actual business. a cooperative where you say this, you say this, this is the best way to set something up. In other words, create a fiction. That's exactly what was demonstrated in the computer. That's why the computer evidence was not brought forward. That's why they didn't bring forward a paid hard copy, a paper copy for evidence. Here's one of the things that he can do. Just as a suggestion, there are three different trials, correct? Yes. Yes. There was the first one that was, it did lead to a mistrial. However, they didn't at the time have the hard drive evidence. The second trial was actually a mistrial because the prosecution was sending out some kind of survey, I believe it was, to the jury. And you're not allowed to have contact with the jurors. Now in the third trial, there was no hard physical evidence presented. really on either side, especially in the defense, and that is why the insufficient counsel claim was made to the Bar Association on Al Hope because how can you have as a defense attorney, how can you have a client and not present the exculpatory evidence that proves that the DNA proves that he's innocent, the hard drive proves that he's innocent, the school attendance record, that proves that there was a big area of timeframe that was totally proved that this woman's allegations were unfounded and that she was basically lying. If you tell someone, well, I may be complaining the day after that I supposedly found this out the day after she had picked the child up, when in fact the little girl had gone to school for five days. before the complaint was made during that timeframe. That's almost a week. It's really insane and it's very troubling. Karen, let me interrupt you just for a second. When we went to the bar about Hoke, we were complaining about the fact that when he gave this evidence box to the appellate attorney, we knew that there was not any of the evidence there that had been in the evidence box prior to this time regarding the computer. He said that we had no blame and put a lot of stuff about the Patriot community in this complaint answer, which had nothing to do with what we were complaining about. So we sent back an answer to his answer. and said all we were trying to show is that he had removed evidence from the evidence box. They sent back and said that there was nothing wrong with what he did. So apparently in the state of Oklahoma it is legal to withhold, manipulate, destroy, remove evidence from an ongoing current case. And that's where it stands right now. One of the reasons I was questioning about the other two trials, the other two were technically, even if you didn't win, it's a victory because obviously the other side fumbled the ball twice and they were trying to reshuffle. So they got their actors all together and then they played the home team, so to speak, everybody. In other words, they were all playing against Mr. Dyer. We know that. Now, here's the reason I bring it up. Those other cases, neither of the earlier cases had the evidence incorporated into them. The first case, we had to put in a third demand order to the court to get a clone of her computer. We looked at it. We didn't get it until Wednesday and the trial was Monday. So we had a computer expert go through it. And he found a bunch of this stuff, not all of it of course, because he didn't have time. But he did find a bunch of it. And when he presented it in court, they said, whoops, that was a mistrial or a hung jury. But in between that trial and the next trial, they sent the computer to the FBI. The FBI did a forensic report, forensic review of it, and did a report. And that's where we got a lot of the things that we didn't have before. But that did not get presented in either of the next two cases. Which on both sides of the aisle, going back talking to the defense attorney Al Hogue and to the district attorney's office. Right, prospely. Not only is it illegal, but it's also unethical on both sides. Here you've got this defense attorney that has this evidence that clearly proves that his client's innocent. However, he refuses to submit it to the court. You've got the prosecutor who's the one that demanded that these tests be run. including the DNA, and so they know all about it and they don't even bring it up. And I'm not a legal expert, but even I know that, you know, in the ethic codes or whatever that they go by, is, you know, they're not allowed to do that. They shouldn't do that. It's just a classic example of everything that is wrong with this judicial system. Well, one of the other things that can be tied in, the reason I bring this up is because he's doing pro-cir work behind the wire. If at all possible, and I would have to do the research myself, the one straw, one line that can be used is the fact that the first trial that of course went and flopped for the prostitute That one has the information or percentage of the information available that they blocked in the third because the lawyer, the faker, along with the prostitute on the other side, both having information made sure that it wasn't incorporated into the third trial. Now, there is a progression of activity from one trial to the next to the next. So it may be possible for him in the appeals process, bring this up to the lawyer, whatever component is attached to the string of trials. may possibly be attached to the appeal even at this late time. The racketeers set the appeals up so that if you don't get it in there with that first wave, well then for that point all the rest of your work is limited to only what was provided in the trial or the third one where they finally got everything, the scam running right, the lie running right. We try to block you from introducing any evidence that's available or evidence that should have been presented. If it's in any format, the way to get the camel's nose through the door, if in any of the three trial processes that information that you have was presented in part or to a degree You then have the foundation for bringing it forward into the appeals process and then attaching as an addendum, in other words, as a completion of the document for evidence. the original information its entirety and the information that came from the FBI which then of course I'm sure the FBI coached him is by god you better not put this in the courtroom or you're done you know you're lost and make sure that schmuck you've got for a defense lawyer knows that you know where his bread is buttered. Well we... Because the feds do that number one remember that. Their line of facts would be as the feds would go to everybody and do that. Go ahead. The judge... allowed us by what he said to pull everything. In the court, if you have a hung jury which ends as a mistrial, that trial becomes moot. And when you have a second trial and you go back for your post-conviction relief, direct appeal, whatever, you shouldn't be able to pull anything but the preliminary hearing, which is attached to all trials, and not the trial that ended in the hung jury. Well, at the second trial, the judge, in his infinite wisdom, all previous motions... Don't apply good, that he created the connected tissue. So he created it all. It's all connected. We have it all in it. And that's the principle. He says 18 propositions and then went back in with an amendment and four more. Well, that hangs them and that helps you for obvious reasons. Oh, yeah. That's what I was saying. See, normally you might have to fight it separately because even though, as you're told, they're supposed to encapsulate each of these trials, typically for court record purposes and because the foundation charges are uniform from one trial to the next, in the appeals process, you can typically still pull them together. It takes longer though. I have done thousands of these cases behind the wire. We haven't had to worry about pulling them together because the judge did it. He's helped us a lot. Even though he was doing it to screw him, he wasn't doing it to help him. He was doing it to streamline the prostitute case. The prostitute being the trash that they are, they smile, chuckle and they rub each other's butt behind closed doors. and you know thanks a lot well it did not be so they help with the fact one became a fumble ball too so they went to uh... the old watch brothers and all said well we just got to do it this way you know why and block and you don't present the evidence well they told each other what they were going to do but but the important if the judge did that if he created a bridging of a bridging instrument and he did then all of the aspects of the case can be brought forward it just takes it so much time to present and then reintroduce and reintroduce in the people appeals process the ideas you you want to wash them with information you want Anything and everything you can find that you can drag through that keyhole, that's what it's like. You've got this funnel where you've got one spot where you can get everything in. You drive everything into the evidence structure that you can and make sure that there's hard copies, physical hard copies of everything. Oh yeah, we have them. Now, the next time that you do a filing, you do the same again. And there's a reason for that. It's the most common mistake made by people filing against government. You've already seen how things disappear, haven't you? Oh yeah. Now, when you file, any time that you file, you make what's called an attached, it can be an identifying statement. Per this case and blah blah blah blah blah, these filings. We now re-enforce or addend by bringing forward this, whatever your new piece of paper is, whatever your statement is. Well, every time that you file, you don't assume that all the rest of your filings are there. This really mucks with them because they end up having to carry suitcases after a while with all the filings. Well, he has done that with everything that he has put in and he has referred back to the previous when he files a present, everything is tied in and this boy can quote you statute and... Right. That's what you have to do. I mean to tell you, he has work. And the original brief for his post-conviction was 148 pages plus the two books of evidence which each one of them are that large. That's how much evidence we have in this case.
