Mark Koernke discussed preparedness shopping opportunities, including turkey sales at Myers stores and military surplus deals at Uncle Sam's Retail Outlet and govliquidation.com. He fielded multiple callers about radio communications equipment, micro-FM broadcasting, and antenna setup for reaching distant areas. The show covered DCU uniform standardization for militia readiness, government liquidation of mine-resistant military vehicles, mobile office trailers available for auction, and educational electronics kits for children. Callers shared experiences with ham radio gear, 2-meter radios, and CB communications, while Koernke emphasized the importance of diverse communication systems and redundancy in emergency scenarios. The episode also touched on the Ferguson verdict and its strategic implications for St. Louis as a crossroads location.

His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat. And speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On the land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors, so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms He fought to keep what would be your answer if he called out from the grave is this still the land of the good ladies and gentlemen though it awfully like nighttime does right sitting. But good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the afternoon in Intelligence Report. I'm R. Kornke. Today's date, it is Friday, it's Quartermaster Friday by the way, it is the 7th of November, 6th year of open Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist occupation of America with the K2000 and 14 old earth calendar or Mayan crazy town crazy town calendar anyway and don't forget Nostradamus they're still doing a bunch of the other BS pieces we got Thanksgiving turkey month coming up and I guess I will point out heads up guys if you're looking for cheap eating right now this next week we have at Myers thrifty acres at the Myers store chain We've got a big sale coming up. Can't say any more, but we have a big sale coming up and it will be very cheap eating. So if you're looking for meat, then pay attention to the flyers and be there right off the bat because I don't think they're going to last long, guys. The big advantage here is we're looking at cheap food and cheap turkey meat. Remember all the turkey? Very much a good food to have on the shelf. and buy spares since everything else is doubling, tripling, and quadrupling in price. If you can put something on the shelf to change things up and offer a certain amount of decent protein slash critter flesh, well, there you go. Turkey. Whole turkeys, as a matter of fact. and that will be the big sale item here in the next week coming up and or a little more but the hell heading towards thanksgiving you know it's going to happen around the country depending where you are some of you that are listening out there in misery yeah i was stationed at port lost in the woods misery guys and every morning on the radio in the mess hall we had turkey future why Well, there's a lot of turkey farms in Missouri and Arkansas. And so, because of that, they got pretty good prices on turkey. Pay attention. If you think it's cheap, maybe with some of the sales, don't forget if you go find it on the hoof, chances are you can get an even better price right from the place where they're cranking them out the back door there. Chop, boom, chomp, boom, chomp, boom, there you go. And that would definitely be a recommended process right now. Take advantage of it while you can when it's coming up. Mark? Nope, go ahead, call her and come in there. Alright, just real quick, my Uncle Sam's retail outlet, can I? Yes. They have Marley 2 ammo pouch, new, and they're double pouches for AR-50. And they're... okay and that is okay that's what the is in the sale or clearance section do you know that the bill of the day you know they okay okay story out every way for anybody goes to double you double you double you dot all cold sam's retail outlet dot com uncle sam's retail outlet dot com and you go over to deal of the day. It's over on the left side where it says shot by category. You see the Uncle Sam hat and it says Uncle Sam's. Go down below the brown line and you'll see deal of the day. Tap that and let's see what they have. They got Coyote Brown, Molly II ammunition pouches, $2.99 apiece. With a DCU, yeah. And they got them an ACU for $2 for the, now those look like the Grenadier pouches, multi-purpose pouch. But those are $2 apiece and like you said normally six for the one and What are they asking usually four for the other the up they've had those so those are 50% off. That's the deal of the day Those Molly to ammunition pouch slash mag pouches. Let's double check this. Oh, no, those are in three color. Those are in color you Yeah, three color desert so for everybody who's got that gear You don't see as many of these released right now. I think a lot of them are getting stuck overseas with the people they're re-outfitting right now in Iraq. And like you said, 590 or reverse that, 959 pieces in stock. They're new condition. These are brand new. You'll be buying them out of Oklahoma and I believe they're also, this item qualifies for free shipping. So what you pay is all you pay. Everybody understand that? They always qualify that. If you look on the page. It says this item qualifies for free shipping. It's in green letters. You got a green delivery truck there. You got to pay $100 to ship. Otherwise, it specifies they got $5 and $7 up. Oh, OK. Well, that's still cool. But again, better off buying more anyway. If you guys are going to be outfitting, especially any guys that are militia that are listening, This is a good price for a brand new and especially for a lot of guys who are building up your either coyote or your DCU camel because of a blend right in just fine. It weighs broken up. It actually helps to disrupt the pattern. So if you're doing the DCU, which we're trying to collect as much of that as we can, that's the uniform we pretty well standardized on. We're, you know, the gear for the Bundy Ranch deployment. I've already got a deal made on field jackets. We've got a deal on battle blouses, but pants have been the problem trying to find good sized pants. The web gear is available. We can get MOLLE vests for a pretty good price. In fact, you can get the after the airsoft vest in the DCU. And these are the additional mag pouches that go on the MOLLE rig. So there you go. Good point. Thank you for bringing that up because I don't check the deal of the day there every day and that's actually again at www.UnclesamsRetailOutlet.com That's UncleSamsRetailOutlet.com then go to Deal of the Day if you guys have ACU They've got some ACU pouches there also, so it's not the only thing they've got but those MAG goes M16 MAG pouches holds two M16 MAGs and again that is $2.99. They're brand new unissued. It's American issue stuff guys. I'm trying to get over there to the other item. There we go. Check it every day. Yeah, they do have a special every day. You got to check it out. That's the one thing I didn't do today. Not all of us can. Yeah, they got the sales and clearance section too. That's right. And they do have a bunch of other pouches and other items. Yeah, excuse me, the cheats are new. Yeah, if you're looking for... Repeat. Skivvies are cheap there too. Underwear. Oh yes, yeah, they do. No, they have random on and off. They're out of the PVEs right now, but they can get the two packs and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than going to the Chinese factory outlet. Yeah, in fact, they'll be American made to begin with because they're a government contract. Yes, they are. They're not going to be China's port. They'll be American-made. Typically, those are American-made, at least, if nothing else. We still have a few places in Georgia that actually make the skivvies, the underwear. It could be Chinese and America making them, though. A lot of the lower-end stuff is gone, although I do notice that they did post a bunch of instruments in the, you know, like around $200, $300 an item, but they've got flutes. Tenorsacs and Piccolo in the clearance section. Wow, that's unique. It looks like they got rid of a military band because you've got, you know, again Armstrong Piccolo, Tenorsacs and then a Gomainhardt Piccolo. Interesting. So, there's a bunch of other stuff there guys. Too numerous to mention. Your best bet, go to Uncle Sam's Retail Outlet, and then go to, again, deal of the day. I don't know if they changed it over the weekend. I haven't really paid attention to that. But at least the deal of the day, again you've got a couple of different mag pouches there as an option. Brand new, unissued. Again, they're on sale. In addition, there's a number of other sales items, clearance items, and then there's standard inventory items which you always want to check. Sometimes they don't slide stuff from one category to the next, even though you'd think it should. And that's why you always need to check these pages through thoroughly, because there's all kinds of good stuff there. Also remember Uncle Samuel, the government gov liquidation sale, they have a whole bunch of Heavy equipment coming through right now. In fact, they're showing. Let's see shop seven and a half ton wheel mounted crane and That's of course on the auction and more of these Oshkosh heavy transporters coming through again. I don't know how they're dumping these. We're going into another war. These are the mine-proof heavy transports. And we got our troops running around over there in white cabovers that are hand-me-down $3,000 POSs. And here we are selling these mine-proof trucks. These were built for the very purpose of being over there where our troops are, guys. This is a motorcycle. Yeah, this is disgusting. I'm serious. Because we spent a god-awful amount of money researching these things. And they're about $280,000 per rig. Everybody realizes that. But if you go to the site, the opening bid for this particular... It's a 1990 Oshkosh M983. Ten ton. It's an 8x8. This is the tractor, but they have the trailers and everything too. The whole rig cost about $200,000 and you're hearing me right, $285,000. And they're selling these things for pennies out the back door. Now this was designed so that if the truck hits a mine, that whole front cab was designed to work like an emergency capsule like in a spacecraft. And it saves the crew by pushing them away from and bouncing them away from the event. And, of course, we got lots of these left over. We got guys that died left and right, shredded to pieces in the junk that good old Dick Cheney sold to us. And here we are selling this stuff out the back door now, which to me is disgusting. Also, though, another thing, thank you for bringing me over because there's some other buildings. I've noticed, you guys in Texas, and you guys out west of the Mississippi, They've been doing a bunch of these mobile home buildings. Right now they've got a bunch of mobile office trailers. Camp Pendleton, California. Of course, God, it's terrible dealing with California to move anything. They've got these things at Oceandale, California. There are a quantity of them coming up for auction. But there are also a number of buildings that should be up here in the next week or two in Texas and I believe Oklahoma. And these are mobile buildings. If one of you guys was looking to outfit a location or dress up a retreat with a little more storage, these would be a very economical way to go because they won't go for that much on bid. and they're definitely worthwhile. These are set up with AC. They're self-contained. They've still got all the axles and wheels on them. And all you got to do is get your wide load permit, tag it and drag it as they say guys. But that would be a solution. And again, take the time, check it out. Go to govliquidation.com. anything else caller? Jump in there. A little bit. I just wanted to First, two things basically. I want to send my heart out to JD. I didn't have a new neighbor here with really small neighborhood, like two houses, and they're double-minded. And the other thing is, let me tell him a slash. I do run you guys out intermittently here on an F-1. It reaches out to the main interstate, 398, I believe, 90. It's working good. I can't get it out every day. I got a few. I had a hauling job. I got three or four, two meter. Radios a lot about that so it really piss on them, but I'm learning about them And I'm gonna and I yeah look at the antenna before you and turn it on I know that doing because I gotta get this further, so I'm trying my ass off here and On your micro you got you've got one of the seven waters Yes, yes, okay now which antenna did you go with the one there? They're they were selling one with the rig is that the one you got No, I got the one with a half a bunny ear on the back and I got Earlier, just a few months ago, a guy died a couple of years ago and I meet some people and he had a bunch of ham radio and communication gear and some of it's tuned and I got a whole bunch of stuff I haven't even went through yet. Excellent. And I'd like to connect with you that because if you can use some of it, I'll send some. I'll tell you, you're closer to Joe than you are to me. I understand that. That's something I'd like to see Joe needs to upgrade in a few areas. He needs a wider range of communications equipment. I don't know what he all, see I don't know what all he has on the shelf. I know he's got a few things that were given to him, but we need to upgrade him in a few areas and that would be the first priority to give him the best because that way we know that he, you know, you can squawk and talk to him pretty well all the way up the dial. That's what we need to see happen. The only thing about yours, you're running your... well before we're going too far from your micro, with your micro you're just running off the single rabbit ear, right? Yeah, it doesn't go out far. It gets the area around here. I have stuff to enhance it. Time to figure it out besides trying to get by with what I got to do here anyway. I'm going to have to look at the back of that model. I could assume that that should be able to take a standard coax connection. Does that separate coax connection or is the antenna? It has one of them quick connect. I forgot that the name of it is just like the two pegs and you... It's a standard connection system? Okay, well. You have the ability to put a coax, a longer antenna, a bigger antenna on the thing. Yeah, and I understand it's a line of sight, the higher I get. I'll tell you what the cheapest and easiest way to do it for you if you're are you have a farm or just a just regular house with a couple buildings Well, well, I got a regular house. I ain't got any out there. Yeah Well, I got a big I could stick it on the house so I could just adapt to antenna a whole bunch of The coax to get up a mount up there. Okay. Well, that would work. See what what all you need is something to put an iron pipe on You don't have to affect 10 foot iron pipe and then put the antenna on that. It doesn't take very long. I'll tell you what, depending on the antenna mount you've got, just a piece of iron flange. If the pipe's threaded on one end, get a 10 foot piece of pipe, put a flange on the end so you got a flat plate area to work with, and then hook your antenna up to that. Yep, and I picked up a whole bunch of that too. What I do like though is the kind of connectors and coax to hook to a channel to get it out there and I got a whole bunch of other stuff and I just sitting on the side and I'm trying to make room in the teeny little sample shacks I got out here. The other thing is, I'm a guy that, oh go ahead, go ahead. Just to help out the guys here they're listening, what do you think you're reaching from with your single with your single whip? How many how far do you think it is to the interstate? Oh no I can reach that. to the interstate it's about a click to the interstate. Also you, that's good. And you're in the building with the antenna, right? Yeah, it's not playing right now. I had to switch over, I had an umbilicus over to the neighbors, somebody had to deal with to do that and I run so I don't need the wind generator. And then these new people moved in and we made an agreement and then they changed their minds. So I'm just really pissed tonight. So I'm going to be up all night trying to work here. Does the wall work? Is it a 12 volt or a 14 volt system? Is it a 12 volt system? Oh, it's a 12. Well, yeah. Okay. Well, then I'll tell you what, cheapest way to run that station See if you can round up a used car battery somebody wants to get rid of you check your parts stores a lot of times you can find a dead battery for one that's running. I got someone working on that right now I got a frame here out by T South Dakota that works in they fix golf cars. They make it very good. Yeah, they put me on some six volt batteries and I got some here but Well, the thing to think about is if you can make a deal with somebody, maybe check your parts stores, if they get batteries in, we usually can find friendlies that, well we do, we have friendlies here where we can go and when they get a battery that's still serviceable, because somebody just wants to change the battery out, especially when now we're getting towards winter. They want a new battery even though the other battery is good and what we do is just make sure we get them a Hulk battery, something to replace it. And so it doesn't cost us anything for the batteries we've been getting. Remember, you can go to Harbor Freight for about $26.00. You can get a nice 12-volt supply, either put one or two on that car battery and that should run that micro-FM all day. By the way, I love the little stuff. Yes, like a repeater shift. Yeah, you could do a repeater. The big thing there again is remember though if you're using the same frequency, you've got to watch your, you know, there's a point where your two broadcasts can, you know, whorfle each other out. What they're going to do is neutralize each other out signal-wise. So you want to engineer that so that your second transmitter is right on the edge of or just beyond the maximum range of your first transmitter. And then it creates illusions that you've got a bigger single transmitter running because typically people won't notice that step. Because FM drops off very quickly. One nice thing about FM is why they're so popular and for military application because if you were to look at the signal, if you were to make an image of it, it's like a mushroom. It goes out so far really strong and it drops off real quick right where you get a given point. You can virtually predict to the foot. So if you know your antenna, you can configure your antenna. That's why I was also asking about the highway because if you want to re-hit more of the highway, you can adjust. If you want to go to a masked antenna, With your dipoles where you have the individual dipoles coming off the base you can Resituate those dipoles and you can strike more of the highway if you want to give them more of a signal time Because once you get it up on the mast if they're going by the interstate here, you know They're only going to get it for a little so that does not stretch out far goes about it It goes maybe a mile, but west it'll up two miles Well, you see, that just did. It would change. If you go with the mast and you're using one of the quarter wave antennas, you're going to reach farther, number one. But you could, just like you said, if you'll notice, your signal reaches farther with that single, that mono mast you've got, you reach so far in one direction and so far in the other. Once you get it up on the mast, you can adjust your, those times, those lower times. What you do is twist the mast, turn the mast, your pole that has the antenna on it, and go out and experiment to see how the signal strikes. And you'd be amazed, you'd probably hit another two or three miles on that expressway comfortably, if not more. We've got guys that situate their antennas right on the expressway to target it lengthwise. So that they do cover a drive time window in an area where people can hit and they know that they're going to listen in. We've got a guy over on the other end of 94 here that has been running a micro FM for 2014. He's been running one since about 1988. and everybody knows he's there, he's been there forever, he covers Patriot subjects and all kinds of other stuff, has a whole bunch of independent people that do programs on his micro FM and he targets the expressway and does a good job of getting the signal out. And what do you do, I usually run up and then you know, you're not in close kind of rough and I'm working on all that. I don't want to take up all your time, it's log head last day. Well this is a good subject because you see a lot of people are buying the deal extreme radios and just out of the box everybody they're so simple they're plug and play they're self explanatory I mean you can read the frequency you're gonna dial up right? It's real easy. Yeah you can see that when you it's like the using a instead of tuning in and listening to an FM station when you dial up that number on the face that's the signal you're sending out isn't it? That's right. See, so it's that simple guys. And again, the cool thing is that you can put whatever you want up. The other one of the considerations that we've talked about before is just taking a CD player. and recording your own CDs and figure like you know how many miles you can cover on the road well what you do is you do your own little mini like edited versions of programming and that way anybody listening typically if they're driving along about the time they pick it up they'll hear the program and probably even hear part of it and then part of the repeat so they'll hear the whole thing all the way through it depends on how far you can reach but it's something that some of the guys already do The last couple days I've been listening to what you're talking about with the media, whatever. I got a YouTube account, I ain't never posted nothing on it, but I'm getting to that. Paul, go have some fun. Things are not easy here right now. I'm going against the grain and it's working against me, and that's fine. Most people that I meet don't like me, but they know that I get it done. But if everybody out there, just like you're saying, you've got an account, just take the time, start your computer up, go over to the Windows program, the movie maker there, do something. Just have some fun. Experiment to find out how to make it work, and then plug it in and start cranking stuff out. If everybody out there listening did that, guys, we can swap the battlefield. That's right. I tried to post on YouTube as much as I can, and I just did a big old slap in the head tonight, but I won't tell them it, because that's what you got to do. As a location point, remember we just posted another short video, it's only about three minutes long, but it's just a reminder about winter operations, prepping for the winter, and again, getting ready for the Bundy, you know, part two of the adventure continues. So the Bundy Ranch is coming up again, guys. And also, did you hear about that they've been expecting a verdict? Ferguson, yes, and nobody's going to like it because... Here's the thing, if he'd done that to you or me in a car and we'd shot his hind end, I don't know. They've been making just as much noise, but... Everybody knows I don't really like what I've been seeing with the cops, but it's pretty well obvious what was going on with this one because it's stuff we've seen before. I mean, the sad part about it is everybody should have backed off and been using their brain, but no. I think it's being stirred up by the globalists. I believe St. Louis is hypercritical to the battlefield. That's right. That's the key. That's the key when it's happening. That's the freaking key right there. What is St. Louis? St. Louis is a strategic point. It's a crossroads for the west. You can look at it the way you want, but if somebody ain't paying attention, you ain't paying attention. That's all. There is to it. How many highways and How many trucks come through there, how many rail there, and it's a crucial point, it's a strategic point. Exactly. That's why they're focusing on it the way that they are, and it's gone to the UN already, guys. We got Ed there, Ed, jump in there. What do you got? Oh, no, just something I thought you'd find interesting. Apparently there is a little toy radio kit for kids to put together to build their own little FM transmitter for sale at Target right now. They're called snap circuits. It's like a breadboard dad, except everything is literally snaps together. You can unsnap it and reconfigure it in different circuits. It's like the traditional breadboard that we would use in the Tech Ed classes in their indexer to build circuitry except it's all a sheet of plastic, you have different connector leads and everything that snaps together. It would be a nice thing if you're homeschooling somebody on how to work with electronics to understand how circuits work. They have more than just FM transmitters. I was looking at some of the stuff they've got, building your own speaker using their little snap kit, switches and stuff. It looks like a nice little kit. It probably doesn't have that much power and it doesn't look like it has a standard audio jack just a microphone but to For somebody who wants to teach their kids about electronics that's bringing it up bring it up and running the kits aren't that bad the Oh, let's see. How much is the FM station? the little FM transmitter that I got is $21.99 it probably doesn't do much more than cover the range inside a room or a house It's a lot for little FM1's. But they have other things too that are more complicated circuits that you can actually see the way they plug together and how they work. And the nice thing about this dad is the little snap on parts snap on with the circuitry diagram. Which you know is it's a hard thing to learn how to read the first time you're looking at it But the way these things snap together it snaps together is rather than you're looking at the circuit board It's more like you're looking at the printout sheet of how the circuit goes together They're called snap circuits it's put together by E L E N C O and they're for sale through Target right now is where I found them at. Thank you sir. Appreciate that. I'm gonna do something with somebody. Yeah, they have more than just the FM transmitter too. They've got recording, uh, musical recorders and other things that you can get the kits for, but the neat thing about this is if you understand what you're doing, you can snap it together in other formations, too. I might need one for me. Well, it looks like fun. They have a couple of little disc launchers, too, that rev up the motor until the little whirly disc takes off into the air. Hey, Ann? See you around here? Repeat. Can I break in a sec? I hate to jump in off topic or anything, but you were talking about the Bundy Ranch, Mark, and there's a letter from the Bundy Ranch that's sent out. We get one from the trenches from Carol Bundy. I won't read it to you, but it's up at the top. It'll be in a minute or so. very good i'll take a look at that thank you for that Henry appreciate it you bet sorry to interrupt no no that's that's that's something you're fine i'm just curious how they're going to start on this go ahead color all right i'll get off here i just wanted to find a way to get you guys to contact me because my other phone turned it decided to want to be a sponge and and down the road here if if i can uh view some kind of assistance and and be on this side of the mississippi and and be able to learn enough and run uh are here and do like Spike does, I'd be more than happy to. It's going to take me some time and it's going to take me a hell of a lot of work, but I believe I can do it. Actually, me and Spike will be happy to walk you through how to set up a reflector the way Spike has done. It sounds hard until you get used to doing it and then you realize how easy it is and you scratch your head why aren't more people doing it? Well yeah, the big problem I got is that Is I do everything I'm almost well, I can't say almost completely self-sufficient. That's what I'm doing. It's pretty tough You know because I'm not a lot of friends doing this crap. Well ain't crap. They got crap and excuse my language I just said I got a attitude tonight and and that's I ain't kept in touch, but I'm still pumping You guys out what I can and it's been tough, but that's it. That's no big deal. I'm gonna keep doing it Thank you. because they're going to figure it out anyway. So you can keep holding me there and I'll do what I can. Right now is a real hard time and it's going to be cold here coming Monday and stuff to do. But getting in touch with you guys is just as important. Because I know I can do this crap here. God bless you Don and God bless you guys too. Very good. Thank you sir. Thank you. and for everybody out there again the reminder guys uh... if you're looking for night vision technology don betcher that person to contact and all pay what they had to forget the earlier there's the the mico back real quick here i've got the body ranch letter uh... will read it on their as matter of fact the one that uh... and i was just talking about And for everybody out there, again, if you're going to be dealing with night vision technology, I don't see why you're dealing with anybody else, guys, to be quite honest. Don Betcher has stayed the course for decades. We can literally count it in decades. He's done his part. He's proven his metal. Two, three, one. Seven, nine, or six, eight, four, five, eight. Two, three, one. Seven, nine, six, eight, four, five, eight. That's two, three, one. Seven, nine, six, eight, four. Please take the time and you can give him a call if you have questions or if you're looking to order night vision technology, ask Don first. Remember, whatever's out there, he can pretty well find and if he doesn't have it in his inventory, he'll at least give you an idea about what he thinks or what it is you might be moving towards. And again, it's whatever your choices are, they're personal. We can't do anything to strong arm you, but I would recommend. dealing with Don before we deal with a lot of other people that are out there because again you know where he's going to be tomorrow you know where he's going to be Monday through Friday if you got any questions it's not like he's taken off or disappearing or skedaddling down the road that ain't happened yet I don't see that happening in the future kids so if you got any questions or anything develops you're wondering about what's going to happen with your equipment you can talk to Don both before, during and after you pick something up how does that sound? Anyway, we are headed towards the top. We have another caller there, I thought we heard another person's voice. Who else do we have, please? Just to be safe. We've got Ed in there. Okay, now, a couple other things here. And again, for everybody, go ahead, caller, jump in there. I'm sorry, I had to unmute here. I just wanted, the other caller that just called about the radios, I just want to remind him that a lot of truckers do linear radio, and he's right there next to the interstate. Be sure you try and learn how to talk to those truckers. That will be a real big help to you down the road. A lot of them use 2 meter radio and a lot of them use a lot of the other multi-band rigs that are out there. So if you've got any other questions, hey what do you think about this rig? They'll give you their opinion and also give you an idea of what needs to be done typically to help get it online. Yeah, and if you also want to know what's going on around the country, they're the best source to talk to because they've probably already been there. They're better than even going to the news. In many cases, they saw it while it was happening. That's right. That's the first problem. Oh yeah, I just drove by that mess. I don't know exactly what's going on. On that note, a quick reminder again too, as I just said, mobile radio rigs guys. You need to be looking at mobile units, for sure a CB, marine channel radio and certainly two meter. I know that a lot of people, I just mentioned multi-purpose rigs and a lot of people have it, I'm not trying to talk them down, but I will remind you of something. If you have a battlefield situation developing, you're going to probably have, progressively, additional people helping. Well, you can put a person on the 2 meter rig, you can put a person on the CB rig, you can put a person on the Marine Channel rig. But if you have one radio, you've got all your eggs in one basket bouncing back and forth in share timing, especially with what we consider utility broadcasting, there's no sense in doing that. Ken would or a lot of these others, Ken was not the only one. There are many different multi-option radios that are quite small. But, and they're handy for saving space, putting in aircraft, putting in vehicles where you're limited in space, you're trying to upgrade something fast. That I can understand, but the biggest problem is again the switching time and especially where you can get a small duck box to do most of the utility work. You can get a nice, reasonably priced CB that is well built right out of the truck stops, out of the box, ready to roll, and it's all straightforward plug and play. If you're looking for marine radio, go to Cabela's or go to any one of the sports stores or any of the boat shops and ask to see if they have any used models laying around. Two things happen. People disassemble boats and chop them up or somebody upgrades and they've got the other radio rig there which usually is both a radio and an intercom system. Many of your boats have more than one marine radio on board nowadays, typically three to five. There'll be one up in the flying, the fishing bridge, you know, where they observe, one on the flying bridge itself, the deck bridge, one in the cabin bridge, one on the back public area, and sometimes one in the mid-dex area, depending on how big the boat is. And it doesn't have to be that big for it to qualify to have an intercom that is a little more extensive. But the intercom is a radio system. It's wireless. And that's because there's an intercom option with the radio. So in reality any one of them can be working as a marine broadcasting rig too. So the cool thing is you can pick up a handful of radios, all matching, typically for a pretty good price. If they're brand new in the box, they're going to cost more. But if you can find somebody who's scavenging equipment, ask around. Who's pulling apart boats? Over here on the Great Lakes, guys, they're busting up boats left and right, all over the place. Wisconsin, same thing. People are just not wanting to spend the money and pay all the stupid taxes to put a boat in the water and eventually there's more boats out there than there are people with an interest in them and it's not going to last forever. I mean come on these things cost 20, 30, 40, 50, 100,000, 200,000 dollars. But eventually they're going to go through the inventory and you know chop and lop and you just never know what you're going to run into. Ask for the antennas too. Try to get everything, okay? But for your mobile rigs Again, smaller 2 meter rigs. The advantage is you can spread it out so different people can be talking on different rigs to deal with different problems. Eventually you're going to want to be able to perhaps condense your time and transmit and you're going to want to be dealing with, or you will be dealing with multiple tiers of signal communications. We plan on working that way. You should be too. Marine rig actually it's a it's a ship and typically we're used on ship board not really big ships but we found them on the Great Lakes it's about the size of a bread box wide band opens up pretty well across everything we want to hear and I got it for like $6 it's a nice gray Navy Reno gray Navy color like in the old gray you know battleship gray you know mid gray original paint job condition. It's in good to very good. I wouldn't say it's excellent because typically, you know, shipboard, boats, you know, boat radios, they, you know, get weathered like everything else. But it's fresh water here in Michigan, so not a big problem. Anyway, watch for equipment like that. It'll be out there laying around every once in a while. You run into it. The other thing I mentioned this morning, and I would remind everybody again, you do not have to have a very sophisticated laptop computer to run a micro station. If all you're going to do is pick up a signal off of the internet and then do a minimal amount of switching slash sound quality, All of that can be done with existing software that typically is on your computer with your Windows program, but there are simple, inexpensive software packages that create a mini mixing board on the screen and your computer does all the work. The cool thing is with a laptop you can virtually make everything hyper portable or at least make it so that it's minimal space required. A lot of people say, well Mark, I don't want to take up too much room. If you take a look at those little transmitters coming in from deal extreme, they're about the size of a shoe box. and then you're looking a little less actually. They'll fit in a shoe box in most cases. Your laptop computers, you can buy one or get one for a handful of dollars or $10, $15. It does not have to be the latest Quadro, Fura Dura-Dine Mark 16 Mega processor. In fact, you can pretty well get away with anything that's out there on the market to run your micro station. It doesn't have to be very common. Remember, it's not going to be doing anything else other than running the station. So that's why you want to find a laptop at one of the yard sales, a resale shop, whatever. As long as it powers up, as long as you've got everything, you can get to know the software on board, then congratulations, you can make it work. Now you can also do that with desk mounted computers. I got. dozens that I've been picking up delts I've been getting for like all free almost and matching sets of four and five. Well, like I said, we committed a one batch of those to the radio truck, you know, the radio trailer that's now out in Nevada. And in addition to that, we're pulling the other radio rig that's going down to Texas, the one that's down there, it has an older batch of delts that I collected. and that way if a computer goes down guys they're bother down there they're doing all the work on these I just gave all the hardware said you know what you're gonna be sitting around there with your thumb in your hind end listening to the earphones how about you keep working while you're down there so what they're doing is reconfiguring clean there's nothing to clean up these are very nice machines But they're, again, setting up the programming, setting up the hardware, checking everything, dusting and cleaning. A lot of the machinery, as much as anything, needs dusting and cleaning because it's been used by a company, a business or a store, and or private people, and they just ran them until they bought something new, and they never did much in the way of maintenance on them. But most are virgin. I mean, nice on the inside, nice on the outside, and sets, systems. So I lump them all together and those are on the trailer. One goes down, you plug the other one in. That goes down, you can plug another one in. In other words, down downtime, especially like people talk about EMP, our turnaround time to rehook. In other words, keep things off and shielded and then rehook would be minutes. I mean literally minutes. We don't have to run down the road or buy anything. Everything's on the truck. Everything's on the trailer. All the tools are there. Co-axes there. Replacement mics. Headsets. Everything you can imagine. Even complete rigs. Like I said the other day, if you've got a bunch of radios and they're all stacked up, try to match them up guys and send them with the same group. That way everybody's familiar with the radio that everyone's using and nobody has to cross-wire their brain to think about how to make something work during an emergency. That's part of the advanced planning with regard to signal communications. God bless the Republic! Death to the New World Order we shall prevail. Ladies and gentlemen, the Empire is on a run.
